- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded, y'all know what time. I
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know, y'all a sun giving them like a million
- 0:16Speaker 1: bucks things and as good at Steve hastening to the mother.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Please I don't join joining. You gotta turn, hurd you're
- 1:10Speaker 1: going to do. You gotta turn to turn them out.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Turn you got to turn them out. Then turn the
- 1:47Speaker 1: water the water go. Come come on your back now.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Uh huh, I show we a coome on to everybody
- 2:05Speaker 1: you're listening to the voice, come on, dig me now
- 2:07Speaker 1: on it only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Man,
- 2:12Speaker 1: oh man, oh man? How good is God to me?
- 2:15Speaker 1: And part of the mission and the reason that I
- 2:18Speaker 1: have a radio show is to become a share of
- 2:22Speaker 1: more and more of a share of you know. I
- 2:26Speaker 1: used to hear my mother say it to me all
- 2:27Speaker 1: the time. But God blesses you to become a blessing.
- 2:31Speaker 1: And I think the more you understand that about yourself,
- 2:33Speaker 1: I think the more blessings will flow your way. I
- 2:36Speaker 1: think that once you understand the principle, that you know it.
- 2:42Speaker 1: But it's kind of tied together with some other scriptures,
- 2:44Speaker 1: and I'm not too knowledgeable about them, of course, as usual,
- 2:48Speaker 1: but I do know what I've heard you know, and
- 2:51Speaker 1: you know if you look at something simple as do
- 2:53Speaker 1: unto others as you would have them do unto you,
- 2:57Speaker 1: wouldn't you want somebody to help you if you needed help.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I just know how to get it down there to
- 3:03Speaker 1: where I've been able to understand it. If there's a
- 3:08Speaker 1: scripture similar that it says do unto others as you
- 3:11Speaker 1: would have them do unto you, or if that's you
- 3:16Speaker 1: know in a prayer, would not you want somebody to
- 3:20Speaker 1: help you if you needed help? You've heard you reap
- 3:26Speaker 1: what you sow. Do you understand that if you so discord,
- 3:32Speaker 1: that discord is gonna come your way. That if you hate,
- 3:37Speaker 1: hate gonna come your way. If you blog nothing but
- 3:41Speaker 1: negative comments about people, your life will be filled with negativity.
- 3:46Speaker 1: If all you do is talk about people, then guess
- 3:48Speaker 1: what somebody got to turn that gun around and talk
- 3:51Speaker 1: about you. See, it just stands to reasons. So what
- 3:56Speaker 1: I've learned in my life and through all the trials
- 4:00Speaker 1: and tribulations that I've had, is to take those lessons
- 4:04Speaker 1: and share them with people in case you ain't heard
- 4:07Speaker 1: it from somebody else. See sometimes and the reason it
- 4:11Speaker 1: seems like I'm redundant at times, is what I am
- 4:15Speaker 1: is because I'm always trying to find a different way
- 4:18Speaker 1: to say the same thing. Because it's a funny thing. Man,
- 4:22Speaker 1: You got to hear it a certain way for it
- 4:24Speaker 1: to click with you. How many times have I heard
- 4:30Speaker 1: a saying and then I heard it a different way
- 4:34Speaker 1: that it clicked with me? You know, I've heard of
- 4:39Speaker 1: this saying right here, remember this now, everybody's not happy
- 4:43Speaker 1: for you. We've all heard that, right, everybody's not happy
- 4:46Speaker 1: for you. Well, that's very simple that I don't need
- 4:50Speaker 1: no explanation. That simply means of all the people you
- 4:54Speaker 1: know or do not know, when something happens to you
- 4:58Speaker 1: and you celebrating it, everybody's not going to join in
- 5:01Speaker 1: on the celebration. That's all that is. But then you
- 5:06Speaker 1: take it one step further. My father used to say
- 5:08Speaker 1: something to me all the time. He says, son, everybody
- 5:10Speaker 1: come with you can't go with you. I didn't get
- 5:13Speaker 1: that when I was fifteen. Everybody come which you can't
- 5:15Speaker 1: go with you. He said, you're gonna lose some of
- 5:17Speaker 1: these friends you got along the way. But I don't
- 5:21Speaker 1: care where you get in life. No, this right here.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Everybody can't go with you. If you are constantly trying
- 5:28Speaker 1: to improve yourself, you constantly have to take assessment of
- 5:31Speaker 1: the people around you. Because if you are going to
- 5:35Speaker 1: continue to go and continue to grow, then guess what
- 5:38Speaker 1: you got to have people that's on the goal and
- 5:41Speaker 1: willing to grow, or else, guess what you're gonna learn
- 5:47Speaker 1: the valuable lesson. You know, the late boxing promoter Butch Lewis.
- 5:51Speaker 1: I was talking with Butch Lewis one time, and man
- 5:54Speaker 1: with a good brother man, he say, every successful man,
- 5:59Speaker 1: it's doing what I call he got rope work to do.
- 6:02Speaker 1: He got rope work to do. He got to put
- 6:05Speaker 1: in work on rope. And I'm sitting there listening to
- 6:08Speaker 1: Butch Lewis and all the money he had made and
- 6:11Speaker 1: all the people's lives he had changed, and all of
- 6:13Speaker 1: the moves he was made, and his incredible skills as
- 6:16Speaker 1: a negotiator on behalf of some very very wealthy people.
- 6:20Speaker 1: He was just an amazing man with no education. But
- 6:24Speaker 1: he read everything. He Butch Lewis read all that, all
- 6:27Speaker 1: the papers, all the periodicals. That brother knew everything. He said,
- 6:31Speaker 1: you got to put in rope. And I was sitting
- 6:33Speaker 1: there listening. He said, here is the analogy, little brother.
- 6:37Speaker 1: He said, you are on rope. There's a thick rope.
- 6:41Speaker 1: You have on no shirt, you have on some tattered clothes.
- 6:45Speaker 1: You have on no shoes. Your shorts is cut off
- 6:49Speaker 1: just below the knee, and they tattered, and you got
- 6:51Speaker 1: dirt on you and you're sweating. There's this huge, huge
- 6:55Speaker 1: raw rope over your shoulder that's burn marks on all
- 6:59Speaker 1: of your older. Connected to that rope is a wagon.
- 7:03Speaker 1: That wagon has all your weight on it, all your responsibilities,
- 7:09Speaker 1: all the people you're responsible for, all your children, your wife,
- 7:13Speaker 1: your family members, your employees, your coworkers, your friends. They
- 7:19Speaker 1: all on that wagon. Man, they're just sitting there. He's saying,
- 7:23Speaker 1: what you gotta do is you gotta pull that wagon
- 7:25Speaker 1: up the heel. The only thing with it is, can't
- 7:28Speaker 1: nobody help you pull your wagon. You pull your wagon alone.
- 7:33Speaker 1: He saying, Now, what you can do along the way
- 7:36Speaker 1: of pulling your wagon, as you can find yourself a
- 7:38Speaker 1: good wife, a good woman. He's saying that what that
- 7:41Speaker 1: woman does is she get down off the wagon. She
- 7:45Speaker 1: fan you while you pull it. She put water on
- 7:47Speaker 1: you while you pull it. She put stuff in your
- 7:49Speaker 1: mouth while you pull it. She kicked rocks out the
- 7:52Speaker 1: way while you pull it. But she but she pull
- 7:55Speaker 1: it for you. But she is equally as important as
- 7:58Speaker 1: you are on the pull of the He said, you
- 8:00Speaker 1: hear me clearly now, young soldier. He said, NA get
- 8:03Speaker 1: this hell, he says, people on your wagon that you're
- 8:06Speaker 1: responsible for. But you want the people on your wagon
- 8:10Speaker 1: to help you get your wagon to the top. So
- 8:13Speaker 1: what you hope is that they got their foot hanging
- 8:16Speaker 1: over the side pushing, They got one leg over the back,
- 8:20Speaker 1: or maybe both legs over the back pushing. They got
- 8:23Speaker 1: they might have their butt on the wagon, but they
- 8:25Speaker 1: push you with both legs. They're back facing your back,
- 8:28Speaker 1: maybe some of them facing you when one of them
- 8:30Speaker 1: got left leg hanging over trying to push. And you
- 8:33Speaker 1: hope that all the people on the wagon you pulling
- 8:36Speaker 1: is back there at least trying to help the wagon
- 8:38Speaker 1: get to the top of the hill. Here goes your problem.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Though everybody ain't pushing, everybody ain't pulling, ain't bear, everybody
- 8:45Speaker 1: ain't pulling, Everybody ain't kicking rocks out the way. You
- 8:49Speaker 1: got some people on your wagon that's just laying on
- 8:52Speaker 1: the wagon drinking lemonade looking at you, talking about how
- 8:56Speaker 1: long it's taking you to get your wagon up to
- 8:59Speaker 1: the top. Look, can let you tell my whitest wagon?
- 9:01Speaker 1: So slow? Then when you start picking up picking up speed,
- 9:05Speaker 1: they want you to pull harder, you to pull faster,
- 9:08Speaker 1: you to pull mole. Then they want you to throw
- 9:11Speaker 1: what you then earned on the way up the hill
- 9:13Speaker 1: backed on the wagon so they can have MO. But
- 9:15Speaker 1: guess what, they ain't helping you get more. But they
- 9:18Speaker 1: got a sense of entitlement that since you got mold,
- 9:21Speaker 1: they should have MO. Everybody come with you can't go
- 9:24Speaker 1: with you. Sometimes you gotta kick the people off the
- 9:28Speaker 1: wagon that ain't pushing and pull it and say, hey man,
- 9:30Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I thought I could do this with you,
- 9:33Speaker 1: and I thought you was going with me. But it's
- 9:35Speaker 1: clear to me you ain't nothing but dead weight. And
- 9:38Speaker 1: it ain't my responsibility to carry dead weight anymore. I
- 9:41Speaker 1: have carried you as long as I have to carry you.
- 9:44Speaker 1: You are no longer my responsibility. I'm responsible for my family,
- 9:48Speaker 1: my wife, my children. I'm not responsible for you. You
- 9:52Speaker 1: got to get off my wagon because I'm a man
- 9:54Speaker 1: on rope. I'm on a mission, baby, I'm pulling. You're
- 9:57Speaker 1: listening show at everybody, You're not wrong. It is the
- 10:03Speaker 1: Steve hobb In Morning Show. This is yours truly, Jay
- 10:06Speaker 1: Anthony Brown. That means when you hear my voice, O
- 10:08Speaker 1: fearless leader is off doing something great greater than great
- 10:12Speaker 1: some greatness of greater than greatness, which means when the
- 10:16Speaker 1: cats away the dogs play, were touching everything in here,
- 10:21Speaker 1: we opening stuff. We're doing what we could not do
- 10:25Speaker 1: if he was here. Ain't that right? Strawbad? And go, hey,
- 10:33Speaker 1: t ain't that right? Colum? Are we run a habit
- 10:44Speaker 1: up in here today? Boy? What's you going on? One? Two?
- 10:50Speaker 1: Go to j Anthony Brown? What's the crew? And if
- 10:55Speaker 1: you love me man man Junior, what's going on with you? Man? On?
- 11:03Speaker 1: Carla trying to say something? What you say? What you say?
- 11:05Speaker 1: So like if you miss the end of the show.
- 11:08Speaker 1: It's a segment that we do where we say it's
- 11:10Speaker 1: the last break of the day and we grow it.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Shirley gives it to Jay to say that, and he
- 11:15Speaker 1: takes all day off beat and everything, so we're giving
- 11:17Speaker 1: him a little taste of his own. It's not that bad,
- 11:21Speaker 1: it's right on time. It's never really that bad. It's
- 11:24Speaker 1: just okay. It is that bad bad It sucks. What's
- 11:28Speaker 1: up with your junior? What's going on? Man? Mama said,
- 11:33Speaker 1: knock you out morning everybody. You just did a car Yeah,
- 11:39Speaker 1: Mama said, knock y'all go last but night least. Since
- 11:44Speaker 1: I'm the president of the team Timmy club, I know
- 11:46Speaker 1: he ain't gonna rid mean what you got Timmy five
- 11:50Speaker 1: four one. I'm leaving in the morning. I'm leaving in
- 11:56Speaker 1: the more. Do y'all want to go with me? What
- 11:58Speaker 1: are you doing? Man? Are you I'm going to twenty
- 12:01Speaker 1: twenty one? Do y'all want to go with me? Because? Yeah, show,
- 12:07Speaker 1: it's half time. It's only halfway. We only god, I
- 12:12Speaker 1: can't take halfway month. Yeah, yeah, in in a week
- 12:17Speaker 1: or so, it'll be June, right, and it's a six
- 12:20Speaker 1: months out of twelve. You're absolutely right, Jack. It's a
- 12:23Speaker 1: lot happened yesterday, y'all. I don't say I want to
- 12:25Speaker 1: say a lot happened yesterday, but a lot came out
- 12:28Speaker 1: yes today. Yes, yeah, it was too much Tuesday. Yeah,
- 12:32Speaker 1: thank you, that's true. Too much? If that such too much? Yes? Yeah,
- 12:39Speaker 1: too much? Was the right? This this brother and this
- 12:42Speaker 1: brother in Minnesota Oh my god, I watched I watched
- 12:46Speaker 1: this video before they removed it. I was blown away.
- 12:50Speaker 1: I was like, you got it. I was getting I
- 12:52Speaker 1: wasn't ten. It made me love. Yeah. Yeah, it's horrible
- 12:56Speaker 1: to hear him um crying and saying he can't breathe
- 13:00Speaker 1: and kill me. When you watch it, you're like, there's
- 13:03Speaker 1: so many variables of like this could have happened. This
- 13:06Speaker 1: could have happened. The lady could move at the way,
- 13:07Speaker 1: getting you know, off his neck, let him up, put
- 13:10Speaker 1: him in the car. It's like all of these things happen,
- 13:13Speaker 1: and this guy ends up dying. This is horrible. It's
- 13:17Speaker 1: like you can't go to bed, to go to sleep
- 13:20Speaker 1: and wake up the next morning. Almost and we don't
- 13:23Speaker 1: hear about another one of these police killings of a
- 13:25Speaker 1: black man. We'll get into the details and all of that.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Uh when when we come back, um coming up at
- 13:32Speaker 1: thirty two minutes after the hour, again, we're gonna get
- 13:35Speaker 1: a little serious, like I say, and just ask the question,
- 13:37Speaker 1: when will it stop? We're outraged, and we'll talk about
- 13:41Speaker 1: it when we come back. Right after this. You're listening
- 13:44Speaker 1: to the show, all right, So we ask this question
- 13:49Speaker 1: because it has happened yet again. When will it stop?
- 13:55Speaker 1: When the FBI is investigating the death of an unarmed
- 13:59Speaker 1: black man named George Floyd. This happened in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- 14:04Speaker 1: There's a viral video it's been It was taken by
- 14:07Speaker 1: a bystander of this horrible death mister Floyd. Of mister
- 14:11Speaker 1: Floyd who died on Monday night after pleading with Minneapolis
- 14:14Speaker 1: police officers that he could not grieve. While a Minneapolis
- 14:18Speaker 1: police officer was kneeling on his neck while detaining mister Floyd. Uh,
- 14:25Speaker 1: take a listen as a frantic bystanders or heard telling
- 14:28Speaker 1: the police to let Floyd breathe right now, not right now.
- 14:37Speaker 1: He's not responsive right now, No, bro, look at him.
- 14:42Speaker 1: He's not right now. This is a brother talking. And
- 14:50Speaker 1: then there's a Caucasian lady who started video on this
- 14:53Speaker 1: is at the same time. And what I did not
- 14:56Speaker 1: understand was there is a police officer that is facing
- 15:00Speaker 1: the camera of the person that's video and I'm like
- 15:05Speaker 1: video blocking it out. But but my thought is, why
- 15:09Speaker 1: won't you go over handcuffed this man and y'all just
- 15:12Speaker 1: put him in the car. It's over. Whatever he did wrong,
- 15:15Speaker 1: he did that wrong, but he didn't have to die
- 15:17Speaker 1: for Tommy. Question because he's a black man. Question, because
- 15:24Speaker 1: once he's handcuffed, it's over, it's over. Yeah, he was detained,
- 15:30Speaker 1: he was on the ground. Yes, you've been subduing. Yes, yes,
- 15:35Speaker 1: there you have it, Tommy. There was nothing else going on.
- 15:39Speaker 1: He put his knee in this man's neck for over
- 15:44Speaker 1: seven minutes. It's I think close to ten. Carl, I
- 15:47Speaker 1: really did wrong. And then, Carl, did you notice he
- 15:53Speaker 1: had his left hand in his pocket. Yeah, as if
- 15:57Speaker 1: he was just sitting in as if you don't. I
- 16:01Speaker 1: don't know if you realize that. And now the video
- 16:04Speaker 1: it's gone everywhere and they pretty much just arrest. They
- 16:09Speaker 1: said that as well, that he resisted arrest. And I
- 16:13Speaker 1: get that when you had him handcuffed, he was arrested.
- 16:19Speaker 1: You had it so what so you had him, put
- 16:22Speaker 1: him in the car and move on ya. Seven minutes
- 16:25Speaker 1: on my neck? What else do you need after at
- 16:29Speaker 1: least know? What else is so weird is that that
- 16:33Speaker 1: hold is in the police record that they're allowed. It's illegal,
- 16:37Speaker 1: it's legal, okay, but how long do we need to
- 16:40Speaker 1: do it to know that we have this guy under control? Now? When? When?
- 16:45Speaker 1: When do we have control when he when he's dead.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Come on, man, I think the fact that it's in
- 16:51Speaker 1: there means they're not gonna take it out. And it's
- 16:54Speaker 1: been in there for a while, and he's not the
- 16:56Speaker 1: first person that they've done like that. And I'm sure
- 16:59Speaker 1: and they don't it again. Right, there was a crowd
- 17:01Speaker 1: there saying there was you heard the crowd. There are
- 17:04Speaker 1: a lot of people there saying stop that he can't breathe.
- 17:06Speaker 1: You're gonna kill him. Even Floyd even said you're going
- 17:10Speaker 1: to kill me. Floyd even said it, man. But you
- 17:14Speaker 1: know what, you know what the sap hut is. We've
- 17:15Speaker 1: heard that cry before him from him, from a black
- 17:17Speaker 1: man who garnime said I can't breathe. I can't breathe,
- 17:24Speaker 1: and it means nothing to them those Death is yeah,
- 17:27Speaker 1: death is so so. I mean, just very recently we
- 17:30Speaker 1: had Armad Arbory. Yes, and then we heard a lady
- 17:33Speaker 1: in a central park with the dog with the man
- 17:36Speaker 1: who was filming her keep frantically pauls the police and says,
- 17:42Speaker 1: an African man is attacking me and let's not forget
- 17:45Speaker 1: the sister that was in her house, and uh what
- 17:50Speaker 1: the police officers arrived in playing clothes. They come to
- 17:54Speaker 1: the wrong house. The house that they should have went
- 17:57Speaker 1: to was across town. The person that they were looking
- 17:59Speaker 1: for was already in jail, and they killed her. Yes, yes, yes, yes, Louisville.
- 18:05Speaker 1: It's it's almost louible, Okay, almost as if and it's
- 18:09Speaker 1: very sad. You could start praying for the next victim
- 18:13Speaker 1: that hasn't even happened yet. It's say that, but you
- 18:16Speaker 1: could do that because it's gonna happen again until they
- 18:20Speaker 1: make some drastic changes. It really will. Yeah, I just
- 18:23Speaker 1: don't like the feeling that it's open season on black men.
- 18:27Speaker 1: I mean people. Yeah, yeah, yeah, people period. But I
- 18:33Speaker 1: don't black men are the majority of it. But I
- 18:36Speaker 1: understand what Carlin said. Yeah, yeah, but you know, not
- 18:39Speaker 1: only black men. You know a lot of stuff those
- 18:42Speaker 1: I'm spoken and unseen and talked about it about what
- 18:44Speaker 1: happens to black women when they get stocked. Yeah, it
- 18:48Speaker 1: wasn't Yeah, we wouldn't see any of this stuff if
- 18:50Speaker 1: it wasn't for video cameras and phones. And let me
- 18:54Speaker 1: let me let me tell y'all, I've been a long time.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Let me tell you guys something I've been bragging you
- 18:59Speaker 1: all that. I you know, for my birthday, I bought
- 19:01Speaker 1: me an ATV. Remember I bought me this. Just you know,
- 19:05Speaker 1: this utility vid. You ride to the neighborhood. I know, Julie,
- 19:10Speaker 1: and you know you can. You can ride the back
- 19:12Speaker 1: roads in the woods on the dirt, the whole nine yards.
- 19:14Speaker 1: The first the first day I got it, it's nine o'clock.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Head like me and my friends are on it and
- 19:22Speaker 1: it stops and I'm in my neighborhood and I'm like,
- 19:26Speaker 1: oh my god. And my buddy says, let's walk back
- 19:28Speaker 1: to my house and we'll get We'll get my UTV
- 19:31Speaker 1: and jump it off. And I'm like, well, what is
- 19:33Speaker 1: wrong my UTV? I just bought it, you said, never
- 19:35Speaker 1: mind that. So we had to walk a mile and
- 19:39Speaker 1: a half close to two miles. You have no idea
- 19:43Speaker 1: how terrified I am us two black men walking in
- 19:47Speaker 1: the neighborhood shorts and flip flop song trying to get
- 19:51Speaker 1: to his house. And I'm like, man, something gonna happen, dog,
- 19:54Speaker 1: something gonna happen right right, it looked like it looks
- 19:59Speaker 1: or I don't belong in this neighborhood walking through it,
- 20:02Speaker 1: even though you live there and pay taxes. Death. Yes,
- 20:06Speaker 1: and that's the fear of every black mom you know
- 20:09Speaker 1: who has has black children and a son, a daughter,
- 20:13Speaker 1: all of that. That's the fear of every black mom
- 20:15Speaker 1: when they walk out of the house. You know. Wellcoln
- 20:19Speaker 1: called Uber to get home and the Lincoln no, Nona,
- 20:27Speaker 1: I'm gonna eat this out, was saying. The victim's family
- 20:30Speaker 1: Um has retained civil rights attorney and our friend family
- 20:34Speaker 1: member Benjamin Crump, who says it's long man for police
- 20:37Speaker 1: officers to be held accountable for their actions, and these

- 30:52Speaker 1: more about dogs. Yeah, sometimes let the dog dry. Yeah, yeah,
- 30:59Speaker 1: this was that. That was a horrible scene. You know,
- 31:02Speaker 1: it's nothing to play with just because she did that.
- 31:05Speaker 1: What if it was a trigger happy coup. They were
- 31:07Speaker 1: dispersed by the time the cops have got there. But
- 31:10Speaker 1: by the way, but what could have went bad? This
- 31:12Speaker 1: could have went bad, could have been killed because of
- 31:15Speaker 1: her love. Well that's the thing. That's the thing about
- 31:19Speaker 1: Central Park, Karen and her real name is Amy. You're
- 31:23Speaker 1: false reporting, You're you calling the police. Is why we
- 31:29Speaker 1: have yes, is why we have these situations that we
- 31:33Speaker 1: have right now. What we're talking about, everything that happened
- 31:37Speaker 1: yesterday because of what you just did. So so she
- 31:41Speaker 1: should have been fired, she should have gotten the dog.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Is there is there a way for her to get
- 31:46Speaker 1: charges pressed up? On her for this act. Is anything
- 31:52Speaker 1: with this if nothing else, she should get it for
- 31:56Speaker 1: that filing a folice. We all need bodycams, because we
- 32:02Speaker 1: need bodycams. I damn, sir, well we have on our
- 32:05Speaker 1: phone made no body cams. And and not to mention,
- 32:09Speaker 1: she's calling the police department with this false accusation and
- 32:13Speaker 1: then they got a bunch of stuff going on right now,
- 32:16Speaker 1: then you know that guy, we got COVID nineteen going
- 32:18Speaker 1: on right to deal with, especially in New York, making
- 32:22Speaker 1: it more intense. As she talks on the phone, you
- 32:24Speaker 1: know what elevating her voice and upset is African American
- 32:30Speaker 1: man attacking me? Ain't doing it? How can you? How
- 32:33Speaker 1: can you be attacked if I'm video with you? How

- 32:41Speaker 1: it was so stupid. She didn't she didn't think that
- 32:44Speaker 1: that would get out. I mean, he's filming you, dumb ass. Yeah.
- 32:47Speaker 1: Now on the lighter side, did y'all notice this is
- 32:51Speaker 1: the first time ever. Now, I didn't know it was
- 32:54Speaker 1: any black bird watch us. I had no idea, Yeah,
- 32:58Speaker 1: he said, at that time, I was like Blackbird and
- 33:03Speaker 1: the count here the yardbird all right time to get
- 33:16Speaker 1: caught up on today's news. Jay, please do the on earth,
- 33:19Speaker 1: all right, everybody, it's to have the news, and Triplet's
- 33:24Speaker 1: start out with that story, okay, because now it's Minneapolis.
- 33:27Speaker 1: A black man seen on video telling a white cop
- 33:30Speaker 1: that he can't breathe as that cop keeps kneeling his
- 33:33Speaker 1: throat and yes, the young man dies. Now fired. Now
- 33:37Speaker 1: the fired officer doesn't remove his knee off a forty
- 33:39Speaker 1: six year old George Floyd's neck, he stops moving, he
- 33:43Speaker 1: still keeps it on him for about seven minutes. He's
- 33:45Speaker 1: unable to re revive. All four of the cops involved
- 33:48Speaker 1: have been let go. Minnesota's Governor Tim Wall says, quote
- 33:51Speaker 1: the lack of humanity and this disturbing video is sickening.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Here's mister Floyd, and here's that copath. What do you want?
- 34:03Speaker 1: I didnath you got him down man, least right now?
- 34:09Speaker 1: Being black in America should not be a death sentence.
- 34:13Speaker 1: When you hear someone calling for help, you are supposed
- 34:16Speaker 1: to help. And that, of course was the mayor who
- 34:20Speaker 1: also chimed in. Minneapolis PD says the cops were answering,
- 34:24Speaker 1: guess what a call about a forgery? You know, that's
- 34:27Speaker 1: all it was with forgery. No weapons were involved, and
- 34:30Speaker 1: it seems they said the victim appeared to be high
- 34:32Speaker 1: on something and for that he's dead. Meanwhile, a University
- 34:36Speaker 1: of Connecticut student is still on the lamb. Twenty three
- 34:39Speaker 1: year old Peter Manfredonia allegedlie killed two people in Connecticut,
- 34:43Speaker 1: kidnapped the girlfriend of one of the victims, stole a
- 34:46Speaker 1: bunch of guns and guns in a home invasion. He
- 34:49Speaker 1: was last spotted in Pennsylvania, and there are now reports
- 34:52Speaker 1: that this guy's father, Robert Manfredonia, was arrested last month
- 34:56Speaker 1: for allegedlie, getting two teenage girls drunk, drunk and groping them.
- 35:00Speaker 1: He's free on five thousand dollars bond. Again. They are looking,
- 35:04Speaker 1: they say, for mister Fredonia anyway. Florida congress from Valdemics
- 35:08Speaker 1: wants to folks at Disney to hold back for a
- 35:10Speaker 1: while with their planned reopening. Disney and Universal Studios preparing
- 35:15Speaker 1: to reopen their attractions pretty soon. That's a move that
- 35:18Speaker 1: would allow many of the Florida Democrats constituents in the
- 35:21Speaker 1: Orlando area to return to work, But she wants to
- 35:24Speaker 1: make sure that her people are safe from the coronavirus
- 35:27Speaker 1: infection and adherence to the CDC guidelines. So she said,
- 35:30Speaker 1: you know, just hold up just a little bit. And
- 35:32Speaker 1: Lessie Tara Reid, the woman who claimed Joe Biden made
- 35:35Speaker 1: her feel quote uncomfortable when she worked for him back
- 35:37Speaker 1: in nineteen ninety three, she has to find new lawyer.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Lawyer left her case, he quit And finally two one
- 35:44Speaker 1: zero and lift off the final liftoff of at left
- 35:48Speaker 1: the shoulders of the Space shuttle. America will continue the dream. Okay,
- 35:53Speaker 1: that was the last time we really had a space
- 35:55Speaker 1: shuttle going up over ten years ago. That was the
- 35:57Speaker 1: last time that astronauts lifted off from US soil until
- 36:00Speaker 1: day when, whether permitting to American nastronauts liftoff from Kennedy
- 36:03Speaker 1: Space Center. They'll be heading into the heavens on a
- 36:06Speaker 1: spacecraft owned by a private company. Back to the Steve
- 36:09Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to show. Last hour, you know,
- 36:15Speaker 1: we talked about the FBI. They are now investigating the
- 36:18Speaker 1: killing of George Floyd by a Minneapolis police officer, and
- 36:22Speaker 1: another painful reminder of the hatred and the racism that
- 36:27Speaker 1: is so prevalent in America. A cop in Minneapolis, was
- 36:30Speaker 1: responding to a forgery call a bad check. Of course,
- 36:33Speaker 1: when he arrested George Floyd. The officer put his knee
- 36:37Speaker 1: on Floyd's neck while he was on his stomach and
- 36:40Speaker 1: in handcuffs and being detained. Floyd repeatedly told the officers
- 36:44Speaker 1: I can't breathe, and tragically Floyd died at the hospital.
- 36:49Speaker 1: I mean again, we have to ask when will it stop?
- 36:53Speaker 1: I don't get this. Yeah, you know, we talked about
- 36:59Speaker 1: this last hour. Are saying how when when mister Floyd
- 37:03Speaker 1: was saying I can't breathe, how this reminded us of
- 37:06Speaker 1: Eric Garner? Yeah, in New York and this was was
- 37:12Speaker 1: that I think it was in twoy fourteen. And we've actually,
- 37:15Speaker 1: surely we've met Eric Garner's mom, all of us have
- 37:19Speaker 1: met her, the mothers of justice, Yeah, exactly. Yeah, and
- 37:24Speaker 1: civil rights attorney lovely strong women. Yes. Yes, it's representing
- 37:29Speaker 1: attorney Benjamin Crump. We talked about last hour. He's representing
- 37:32Speaker 1: the family and the four officers there were four officers mine. Yeah,
- 37:40Speaker 1: they've all been fire fire. Yeah, but surely that's not
- 37:44Speaker 1: the end, right, I mean, we're not. Nobody's gonna be
- 37:47Speaker 1: arrested for this or nothing. Wei. Yeah, the FBI has
- 37:52Speaker 1: an ongoing investigation, and that is definitely a step in
- 37:55Speaker 1: the right direction, because a lot of times they don't
- 37:57Speaker 1: get fired, they may get relegated to a death job
- 38:00Speaker 1: job or pay. This time, they got fired, So that's
- 38:06Speaker 1: a step in the right direction, if you can call
- 38:08Speaker 1: it that. Well. Well, city records shown that prosecutors rarely
- 38:14Speaker 1: prosecute police office because they work together so closely. Yeah,
- 38:20Speaker 1: I think I don't want to happen. What's gonna happen
- 38:23Speaker 1: is they're gonna take them in the back and they're
- 38:25Speaker 1: gonna what I call whisper talk. You guys go home, Lailo,
- 38:28Speaker 1: You're gonna get your money, and we're gonna take care
- 38:30Speaker 1: of this. But those people should be in jail. They
- 38:33Speaker 1: should be in jail right right now, Joe, I don't
- 38:37Speaker 1: see that happening. I mean, but you know, we always
- 38:40Speaker 1: talk about it on this show that when we look
- 38:42Speaker 1: at a video, is clear to us that this is
- 38:46Speaker 1: completely wrong, and how another ethnicity can look at it
- 38:50Speaker 1: and think that it's you know, it's it's understood why
- 38:52Speaker 1: it was done this way. I don't I don't see
- 38:56Speaker 1: these people keeping their job. I don't see anybody looking
- 38:58Speaker 1: at this and thinking that this is justifiable. I just
- 39:02Speaker 1: don't look Well, the mayor of Minneapolis did not see that.
- 39:06Speaker 1: He was very all the chief of police. I love
- 39:09Speaker 1: being black, That's what it is. I'm tired of racism. Man.
- 39:15Speaker 1: All right, guys, we'll talk more about this. A lot
- 39:18Speaker 1: of protesting last night in Minneapolis. This is another tragic
- 39:22Speaker 1: story that we hate to bring to you, but it
- 39:24Speaker 1: is what's happening. We'll come back at thirty four minutes
- 39:27Speaker 1: after the hour and talk more. Right after this you're
- 39:30Speaker 1: listening to, all right, A lot of protesting now going
- 39:37Speaker 1: on in Minneapolis because of the police killing of yet
- 39:41Speaker 1: another black man. Uh. This time it was George Floyd. Um,
- 39:46Speaker 1: it's just a I mean, you know, come on, sick
- 39:50Speaker 1: of it? And we say this all the time. How
- 39:53Speaker 1: much how many more times are we gonna have to
- 39:56Speaker 1: say this in our lifetime before it stops. It's like
- 39:59Speaker 1: no one cares that we're dying in the streets but us.
- 40:02Speaker 1: It's like no one cares that they do it. We
- 40:05Speaker 1: go back to normal, they do another one, we protested,
- 40:08Speaker 1: We're up in arms. Then it happens again. You know,
- 40:11Speaker 1: it's like a recurring cycle. It's like a bad dream
- 40:14Speaker 1: that happens over and over and over again. The immediate
- 40:18Speaker 1: action that was taken yesterday, the officers were fired, you know,
- 40:23Speaker 1: like we said last hour. You know, they were fired
- 40:26Speaker 1: immediately and the investigation will continue. But the citizens of Minneapolis,
- 40:32Speaker 1: you know, we saw some of the protesting last night.
- 40:34Speaker 1: Everybody is just we're tired of this. Yeah, and it
- 40:38Speaker 1: seems like it's open season on us. On us. Let me,
- 40:42Speaker 1: we're tired. Everyone else is desensitized to it all. You know,
- 40:49Speaker 1: as as a black man, I'm just asking for you
- 40:52Speaker 1: all suggestion. What are we supposed to do at this point?
- 40:57Speaker 1: One of the things I think we need to do
- 40:59Speaker 1: is we need to really get involved politically. I cannot
- 41:03Speaker 1: say that word polititically, politically so that we know who
- 41:06Speaker 1: we're putting in the office in terms of appointing people
- 41:10Speaker 1: for the police chief, so they have some sensitivity about
- 41:13Speaker 1: us when they get in there. If we don't vote,
- 41:16Speaker 1: then we don't really have a control on what happens.
- 41:19Speaker 1: And I just think it's it's very important, you know,
- 41:22Speaker 1: when there's so many white people. I hate to keep
- 41:26Speaker 1: saying it, but that that are over policing black people.
- 41:30Speaker 1: It's and it happens all over the country, and the
- 41:33Speaker 1: majority of that is being afraid. A lot of it.
- 41:36Speaker 1: We're not We're not involved in the justice system, you know,
- 41:38Speaker 1: We're just not. And it needs to change. My question
- 41:43Speaker 1: times we're not involved because we're afraid to get involved
- 41:47Speaker 1: because stuff like this happens. You know, it's a vicious cycle,
- 41:50Speaker 1: it really is. But we can't let that stop us
- 41:53Speaker 1: Jay from being a part of a community. And and
- 41:56Speaker 1: you know, wanting things to change, we don't think question.
- 42:01Speaker 1: I get your question. I know I want to know
- 42:03Speaker 1: what do I do see if I run into a problem?
- 42:08Speaker 1: Not what do I do on on what do we
- 42:11Speaker 1: need to do as a people? Is But well, if
- 42:12Speaker 1: these people need to know us better, I'm talking every
- 42:16Speaker 1: day we wake up this this could be us when
- 42:18Speaker 1: we wake up in the morning, amand Aubrey got killed
- 42:22Speaker 1: because he was black, just being black. So so that
- 42:27Speaker 1: you know, how do you answer that question? Really? But
- 42:30Speaker 1: let's be honest. Though there's three black men on this
- 42:32Speaker 1: show right now, all three of us have had our
- 42:35Speaker 1: run ins with the laws. Yeah, yeah, and and man,
- 42:41Speaker 1: the belittling of you is what hurt because the way
- 42:44Speaker 1: we was treated. You took my back seat out my car,
- 42:49Speaker 1: and Donna ask me what the drugs that I'm a
- 42:51Speaker 1: college student. I didn't even know a backseat could come out.
- 42:56Speaker 1: M h they too, I don't know what you're looking
- 42:59Speaker 1: for work. They took my card because they said they
- 43:05Speaker 1: had to take it to the station to to search it.
- 43:09Speaker 1: Now I don't know my way to work, you know.
- 43:11Speaker 1: And so we've all had that. And it doesn't matter
- 43:14Speaker 1: how every move is the wrong move. I'm yeah, just
- 43:21Speaker 1: being black. You can have a certain kind of car,
- 43:24Speaker 1: they'll stop you. You can be walking across the street
- 43:27Speaker 1: a certain way. It doesn't you know. So that's a
- 43:31Speaker 1: there's no question. There's no answer for that question. I
- 43:34Speaker 1: don't know what to do. I don't know what to do,
- 43:37Speaker 1: and I don't even know what to tell my kids
- 43:39Speaker 1: to do. And that's the hardest thing in the world,
- 43:42Speaker 1: because now I'm not with them every day. I don't
- 43:44Speaker 1: know what to tell them to do. But you gotta
- 43:47Speaker 1: tell them what every black parent has to tell the
- 43:51Speaker 1: child in the car. Put your hands on the steering wheel.
- 43:57Speaker 1: It's the same speech. You have to tell them that
- 43:59Speaker 1: no such still get shot. And that's say then it's
- 44:03Speaker 1: still possible. Still, it's just unbelievable. I know it's shot.
- 44:09Speaker 1: If you get choked, you get this all right, We'll
- 44:13Speaker 1: be back with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 44:15Speaker 1: coming up right after this. You're listening to the Steve
- 44:19Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show coming up at the top of the hour,
- 44:23Speaker 1: right about four minutes after. It's my strawberry letter for today. Uh.
- 44:27Speaker 1: Subject two is company, but it's three always a crowd
- 44:31Speaker 1: question mark. We'll get we'll get into that, but we'll
- 44:38Speaker 1: get into it right now. Nephew in the building. You
- 44:40Speaker 1: can hear him. He's here with today's praying phone call.
- 44:43Speaker 1: What you got for us? Naff F job clean up?
- 44:47Speaker 1: Y'all cool with that? Well, we're always cool with the titles. Tommy,
- 44:50Speaker 1: it's not the time. Don't at least let me know
- 44:53Speaker 1: my title sounds for it. I don't like how you
- 44:55Speaker 1: did that. Remember, we're always let's go get talk about starts.
- 45:04Speaker 1: This is Robbie. How can I help you? Uh, Robbie,
- 45:07Speaker 1: I'm trying to get a order in for some construction
- 45:10Speaker 1: UH supplies I need to pick up. That's fine. What's
- 45:12Speaker 1: your what's your company? Uh? Roof and Company. Roof and
- 45:17Speaker 1: coming here. Okay, have we have we done listening to
- 45:18Speaker 1: you before? No? No, you have it. This is my
- 45:20Speaker 1: first time called. I heard you guys were pretty good.
- 45:23Speaker 1: I appreciate the compliment. Okay, I know. Listen, Uh, I
- 45:26Speaker 1: need to get this as soon as possible. Man, Can
- 45:28Speaker 1: I possibly pick up these supplies like in the next
- 45:30Speaker 1: couple of hours? Uh? Well, you know normally don't work
- 45:33Speaker 1: that fact kind of a quick turnaround. We got a
- 45:34Speaker 1: little bit of a backup. But I can. I can
- 45:36Speaker 1: get my bastis to depends on what you need. Okay,
- 45:39Speaker 1: here's here's what I need. Man, I need five rolls
- 45:42Speaker 1: of duct tape. Okay, that's no problem, that's quick. Okay,
- 45:45Speaker 1: I need plastic. Man, Listen, if you was gonna wrap
- 45:49Speaker 1: up something in plastic that's like about uh six foot
- 45:53Speaker 1: two in height and two hundred pounds, how much plastic
- 45:56Speaker 1: you think I would need to wrap to wrap that up?
- 45:58Speaker 1: In this is you're asking for a plastic like a
- 46:01Speaker 1: roll of plastics. Yeah, but I'm telling I need to
- 46:04Speaker 1: wrap up something that's six foot two and like two
- 46:06Speaker 1: hundred and ten pounds. I probably wouldn't get about three
- 46:09Speaker 1: yards four yards of plastic Okay, okay, I need to
- 46:12Speaker 1: get that. Then let me ask you this here. If
- 46:15Speaker 1: you was gonna try to put some seement on that
- 46:17Speaker 1: to hold it down, how much sement you think I
- 46:20Speaker 1: hold that down? I'm more confused you you're running a
- 46:22Speaker 1: roofing company, right, Yeah, I'm a roof of company, but
- 46:25Speaker 1: I'm doing a little side work for some friends of mine.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Oh okay, okay, I just got a little confused because
- 46:29Speaker 1: you told me it's a collegers and company. No problem,
- 46:31Speaker 1: no problem, You've got some man Wyny. You're you're you're
- 46:34Speaker 1: trying to hold something down. I'm trying to I'm trying
- 46:36Speaker 1: to hold something down. So how many bags of seement
- 46:39Speaker 1: do you think I need to hold down something that's
- 46:41Speaker 1: two hundred and twenty pounds? Wow, I don't know. Else
- 46:46Speaker 1: eight bags, eight bags, eight bags bags I would recommend
- 46:49Speaker 1: at least. Okay, okay, give me eight bags of seement. Now,
- 46:52Speaker 1: just something else I want to ask you. Do you
- 46:54Speaker 1: have anything any type of cleaner man that can get
- 46:57Speaker 1: U that can get blood? I mean a paint off
- 46:59Speaker 1: the floor. Yeah, we got industrial cleaners, some all kinds
- 47:02Speaker 1: of industrial cleaners that when you said paint, the paint
- 47:05Speaker 1: or blood, uh, paint, pray pray? Oh okay, yeah, I
- 47:09Speaker 1: mean I've got industrial cleaners all kinds. I mean, do
- 47:11Speaker 1: you have a preference, no, just whatever you could throw
- 47:13Speaker 1: in there. I need that. Now. Let me ask you
- 47:15Speaker 1: this here. Do you have anything that can like just
- 47:17Speaker 1: kill a smell? You know what I'm saying? If you know,
- 47:20Speaker 1: if you don't want something to smell, you got anything
- 47:22Speaker 1: for that? Something? Something? Something die in your place? Is
- 47:26Speaker 1: this is something? Something did you do? You're like, yeah,
- 47:28Speaker 1: there an animal or something you found. I mean, I'm
- 47:30Speaker 1: kind of confused. You're talking about smell and cleaning up.
- 47:32Speaker 1: Did you find some sort of animal on a construction?
- 47:35Speaker 1: A robby? Listen, man, just take the harder. That's all
- 47:38Speaker 1: I need you to do. Okay, Okay, No, I'm sorry.
- 47:41Speaker 1: I wasn't asking your business. I just it was a
- 47:42Speaker 1: little concerned. What are we getting? What are we cleaning up?
- 47:45Speaker 1: And what do we I mean I guess that are
- 47:47Speaker 1: we clean up a tile ford to clean up carpet?
- 47:49Speaker 1: I mean, what's the what's the cleaner form? What's get? What?
- 47:51Speaker 1: Where's the odor? Sir? All, I'm asking you, do you
- 47:54Speaker 1: have something strong enough like do you think ammon you
- 47:57Speaker 1: can can keep a smell down? What do I need
- 47:59Speaker 1: to keep a smell? You're definitely gonna need ammonia. I mean,
- 48:02Speaker 1: you're gonna get something to just scrub that right down,
- 48:04Speaker 1: because you whever that sense is, if it's in your
- 48:06Speaker 1: if it's in the walls, if you got fabrics in
- 48:09Speaker 1: that place, I mean, whatever, whatever you got it, you
- 48:10Speaker 1: probably have to a different type of the otorize or
- 48:13Speaker 1: something for the carpets of them, for the walls. I mean,
- 48:15Speaker 1: I don't I guess, I guess it's kind of confused
- 48:17Speaker 1: as to where the sense coming from. And don't worry
- 48:22Speaker 1: about all that many man, listen, just just right down
- 48:24Speaker 1: what the order is. Okay, I got it you. I
- 48:27Speaker 1: got the five holds of duct tape. I got to
- 48:29Speaker 1: the four yards of plastic, got the eight back of cement,
- 48:31Speaker 1: I got the industrial clean, I got the ammonia. I'm i'm,
- 48:33Speaker 1: I'm I'm typing it all in. I got I've got
- 48:35Speaker 1: your order. Okay, y'all have any type of machete, anything
- 48:40Speaker 1: that's real sharp that can cut what? Oh? Okay, hold
- 48:44Speaker 1: on a second, and now now you're completely off base.
- 48:46Speaker 1: You do realize you call the hardware store, right I'm
- 48:49Speaker 1: calling the hardware store because I need some supplies. Man,
- 48:51Speaker 1: I'm doing the job on the side. I need some supplies.
- 48:53Speaker 1: I get that you can you said there already, but
- 48:55Speaker 1: I'm confused about it. Now. You're asking for a weapon?
- 48:57Speaker 1: What what? What would you use in machete for? I mean,
- 49:00Speaker 1: you're you're talking about, uh what you're gonna chop down
- 49:03Speaker 1: some some some brush. I don't, I don't, I don't
- 49:05Speaker 1: get it. What's the machetting for? Hey? Man, listen, listen.
- 49:07Speaker 1: Your job is to take the order. Man, that's your job. Robbie,
- 49:11Speaker 1: don't tell me my my job is. I know what
- 49:13Speaker 1: my job is. This is my store, man, Okay. I've
- 49:16Speaker 1: been working here a lot longer than you even canmatchine,
- 49:19Speaker 1: And people don't call up asking for ammonia and and
- 49:22Speaker 1: cleaner and and trying to get a smell out. I
- 49:25Speaker 1: mean what I just I'm trying to think about how
- 49:27Speaker 1: best to help you. I'm sorry, I'm trying to think
- 49:28Speaker 1: I'm doing. Robbie, is you be a nosy? You be
- 49:31Speaker 1: a nosy. All you gotta do is field of order
- 49:33Speaker 1: and haven't haven't done in two hours when I get there.
- 49:36Speaker 1: That's all you gotta do. I can't do that in
- 49:38Speaker 1: two hours. I can't even I go back duck. At
- 49:42Speaker 1: this point, I'm not even sure I can get this done.
- 49:44Speaker 1: Maybe tomorrow morning, Just tomorrow morning were the four years.
- 49:46Speaker 1: Oh man, I got to get rid of this body.

- 50:10Speaker 1: I need to tell you something. Okay. And I don't
- 50:12Speaker 1: know if you're if you found a body, I don't

- 50:16Speaker 1: I don't want to be any part of this business, okay.
- 50:18Speaker 1: I don't know why you're planning or where you trying
- 50:20Speaker 1: to bury this thing, but you're basically asking me to
- 50:22Speaker 1: be an accomplice to something that's none of my business. Hey,
- 50:25Speaker 1: I need your name right now. Okay, what I'm not
- 50:28Speaker 1: giving you my name? You said those proofing Hey, hey,

- 54:16Speaker 1: man that thinks we are exclusive. I'm in my late
- 54:19Speaker 1: forties and my sex drive has been through the roof lately.
- 54:24Speaker 1: My boyfriend is fifty three and he's a beast in
- 54:27Speaker 1: the bedroom, but he's but he's not enough for me,
- 54:31Speaker 1: and he's not as kinky as he should be. Let
- 54:34Speaker 1: me stop right here and say that, perhaps I need
- 54:36Speaker 1: to do a disclaimer with this letter. If you have
- 54:39Speaker 1: small children, you may not want them to hear this.
- 54:41Speaker 1: Even your big kids might not need to hit you. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 54:46Speaker 1: let's do a disclaimer with this letter. Okay, I'll start
- 54:51Speaker 1: with this, start back with this line. My boyfriend is
- 54:53Speaker 1: fifty three and he's a beast in the bedroom, but
- 54:56Speaker 1: he's not enough for me. I like saying that, but
- 54:58Speaker 1: he's not enough for me, and he's not as kinky
- 55:00Speaker 1: as he should be. For the first time in my life,
- 55:03Speaker 1: I'm a cheater. I've been having sex with a thirty
- 55:06Speaker 1: year old neighbor, and it is fun and spontaneous, and
- 55:09Speaker 1: he gives me the fire that I desire. This is
- 55:12Speaker 1: not the only man I'm seeing on the side, though.
- 55:15Speaker 1: I have reunited with an old boyfriend and I know
- 55:18Speaker 1: we are going to have sex sooner or later, and
- 55:21Speaker 1: I'm ready for him. I don't feel bad about it
- 55:23Speaker 1: because my boyfriend cheated on me early in our relationship,
- 55:26Speaker 1: and I was all sad and felt like I did
- 55:29Speaker 1: something wrong. But now I understand that cheating is harmless
- 55:33Speaker 1: if you do it discreetly and use protection. So here's
- 55:37Speaker 1: my dilemma. I'm sure my boyfriend may suspect that I've
- 55:41Speaker 1: changed in the bedroom because he asked me about a
- 55:44Speaker 1: new move that I did on him. I've explained to
- 55:47Speaker 1: him that I'm always in the mood and that I've
- 55:50Speaker 1: got to have it, but I don't think it's registering
- 55:52Speaker 1: to him what I mean. I want to be open
- 55:55Speaker 1: and honest with him about my affair with a thirty
- 55:57Speaker 1: year old man and see if he'd be open to
- 56:00Speaker 1: doing a threesome. I know men like threesomes with another
- 56:04Speaker 1: woman in the bed, but I want to experience two
- 56:07Speaker 1: men in the bed. I know this may be a
- 56:10Speaker 1: taboo subject and black men especially don't want to hear this.
- 56:14Speaker 1: But what's the difference if it's a man or a
- 56:16Speaker 1: woman that's in a threesome with us? How can I
- 56:19Speaker 1: bring this up to my boyfriend without him being offended
- 56:21Speaker 1: to feel like he's not doing a great job. Well,
- 56:25Speaker 1: I don't think he's going to be offended that he's
- 56:27Speaker 1: not doing a great job. I just think you're absolutely right,
- 56:32Speaker 1: you know, especially about black men. No, they're not going
- 56:36Speaker 1: to want another man in the bedroom with them if
- 56:39Speaker 1: you want your threesome, Miss Freaky Dicky. You know, you
- 56:43Speaker 1: kind of contradict yourself a little bit too. You say
- 56:45Speaker 1: he's a beast in the bedroom, but then you say
- 56:48Speaker 1: he's not enough for you. Okay, what is going on
- 56:52Speaker 1: with you? Why do you need all of this? You
- 56:55Speaker 1: got your man who's a beast in the bedroom, you
- 56:57Speaker 1: got your thirty year old, and then you got this
- 57:00Speaker 1: other guy. I mean, when is it going to be enough?
- 57:03Speaker 1: What if the threesome isn't enough? You know? I mean,
- 57:06Speaker 1: what's happening with you? Your freakiness could you know, get
- 57:10Speaker 1: you in a lot of trouble with this relationship you're
- 57:12Speaker 1: in now, this man, if he really cares about you
- 57:15Speaker 1: and and you took him back, so you know, maybe
- 57:18Speaker 1: he's trying to make it better. You said he was
- 57:20Speaker 1: the first one who cheated. If he really cares about you,
- 57:23Speaker 1: he's not going to want to see you with another
- 57:25Speaker 1: man or in your case, men, there are double standards. Sorry,
- 57:31Speaker 1: you know, they're just double standards. That's just how life is.
- 57:34Speaker 1: You know, we can't do what men can do. Men
- 57:36Speaker 1: can't do what we can do. They're double standards, exceptions
- 57:39Speaker 1: to every rule. So I think, you know, I'm not
- 57:46Speaker 1: condoning this, I'm not judging you, but I just don't
- 57:48Speaker 1: think you're a fifty three year old man who is
- 57:51Speaker 1: a beast in the bedroom is going to be down
- 57:54Speaker 1: with this. You know. I just don't see that happening
- 57:57Speaker 1: for you. So you're gonna have to, you know, get
- 58:00Speaker 1: your your freedom and your experience and your freaking us
- 58:04Speaker 1: off some other kind of way. Uh, Tommy, or Jay,
- 58:09Speaker 1: Let's let's let Jay go. Steve's out here. It's gonna
- 58:12Speaker 1: be Jay Junior. Tommy responding to the Strawberry letter, all right, yeah,
- 58:18Speaker 1: kind of I can kind of relate to this letter.
- 58:21Speaker 1: Being a beast, I can I can relate to that
- 58:25Speaker 1: and the beast that I Oh, I'm older, but beast
- 58:31Speaker 1: is a beast. I'm just an older beast. So I mean,
- 58:36Speaker 1: I understand she's she's dating a beast. I relate, I relate,
- 58:42Speaker 1: I relate to that blood being. But are you enough
- 58:44Speaker 1: of a beast? I'm not. I don't know. I've never been.
- 58:47Speaker 1: I've never been asked to bring in another beast while
- 58:50Speaker 1: while I was beasted, I got that pood. I understand
- 58:54Speaker 1: that part. But here's high she might be able to
- 58:58Speaker 1: get what she wants is another beast she got, she
- 59:01Speaker 1: got a younger beast and an older beast she won't
- 59:04Speaker 1: and the older beast is not gonna go for this.
- 59:08Speaker 1: The only way a threesome is gonna be enticing to
- 59:11Speaker 1: him is if we turn the threesome into a ninsome
- 59:15Speaker 1: and the other the other women women ninesome. A ninesome
- 59:21Speaker 1: that there's two, two, two men in one to three
- 59:26Speaker 1: seven women. That means with the seven and the one beast,
- 59:30Speaker 1: he won't he won't be he won't pay attention to
- 59:33Speaker 1: what you're doing because he'll be so busy beasting the
- 59:37Speaker 1: other seven women in the room. So if if you increase,
- 59:42Speaker 1: if you increase to a ninesome, maybe the beast might
- 59:45Speaker 1: go for it. But other than that, he ain't gonna
- 59:48Speaker 1: go for it. I don't see it happen. And this
- 59:50Speaker 1: is coming from a beast, a beast, and I hear it. Whoa,
- 59:58Speaker 1: I hear a lot of laughter in the room when
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: I see and when I say I'm a beast. Oh yeah,
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: you're laughing yourself. It's not funny to me. It's not
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: all right. We we gotta go to break mister beast.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: But when we come back, we'll hear from Junior and
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: then from Tommy, subject of today's letter to his company.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: But is three always a crowd? We'll have part two
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: of this letter coming up at twenty three minutes after
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: the hour, right after this. Yeah, you're listening to show.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: All right, guys, let's recap today's strawberry letter subject to
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: his company, But three is always a crowd? It was
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: written by Um, a woman who says she's in her
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: forties and her sex drive has been just through the
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: roof lately. She's dating a fifty three year old man
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: who's a beast in the bedroom. These are her words.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: But then she says it's not enough for her. It's
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: still not enough for her. He's not as kinky as
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: he should be. These are her words. She's saying that
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: he cheated on her before, and now she understands. You know,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: about cheating, it's fun because it's spontaneous and it's cool
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: as long as you're protected. These again, are her words.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: So she's into cheating now. So she's also doing a
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: thirty year old neighbor. She's got that going for, and
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: then some guy that she's getting ready to hook up
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: with who's from her past. They haven't had sex yet,
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: but she sees that on the horizon. But her biggest
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: issue is that she would like a threesome with herself
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: and two other men, these two men, and she's wondering
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: if her fifty three year old is going to go
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: for it, and she wants to know how can she
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: bring this up to him without him being offended or
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: being feeling like he's doing a great job, not doing
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: a great job. What you got Forrest Junior? You know, Shirley, Um,
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: I'll be honest with you. I'm listening to this letter.
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: I'm quarantined. I've been here for two months. H this
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: letter too much for me. I've been hire by myself.
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: This way he's supposed to be on this letter. I
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: can't do this. It's too many numbers in this letter
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: for me quarantine. I can't do it. It's too been
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: up five years, fifty three, thirty, fought the second time, threesome,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: two men, who's on first, second time around, first, last, everything.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: I can't do this. This too many numbers, and I'm
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: in here by myself. I just want to be in
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: that number. If I can't digits that we can call
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: you from. I can't do this because I've been here
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: by myself. I've been leading at this tree. I'm thinking
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: about branding m I need she needs to call me.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: I wave my turn. Somebody need to touch me. I'm
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: not need to take their hand and put it on
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: my chest. I've been leaving too much. Sixty seven days,
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: I've been by myself. Somebody needed something just to row.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Let the time need to take over for me, think you, junior,
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: let's get stupid. Let's get stupid. Come on, nephew, Well,
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: it just so happens that I am fifty three years old.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: I'm a base. Okay, I'm another base. Let's get it together.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: You know what. You got to get this out of
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: your system, baby girl, because it's in there strong. So
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: you need to go places where it's a lot of people.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. You need to go like
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: movie theater two hundred and fifty people right there. Get
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: this out of your system. Somewhere like that. You can
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: really explode the movie an be there by herself. Oh,
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: ain't nobody of that? Okay, cool, Okay, Let's go to
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: the grocery store. Go to the stow. It's at least
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: seven hundred people in the grocery show at one time.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: You can get your groove on in the produce section
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: at the grocery show if you work it outright. I'm
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: just saying. Now the malls, the malls have reopened. Hello,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: I don't know what they had this stow where you at.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: But go to dealers. Not only can you get a sale,
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: you can get rocked in dealers by at least fifteen
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: hundred people at one time. I promise you social distancing.
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: You don't think it's that many people that they're Okay, cool,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: you know what, Just open back up were your masks now.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: I want you to protect your sale. Go to the
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: go to the zoo. Lord, if you go over there
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: by the bow section, it's at least eighty people in
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: the bath station. You can look at the ball in
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: the bow, look at you, because the bow is what
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: in be small and you can watch. You can watch
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: yourself in besmode and the ball at the same time.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: Do I have a witness up in here? I'm going somewhere.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: You got to go where there's a lot of people,
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: because a lot of people will give you the satisfaction
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: that you are looking for. That's all I'm saying. When
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: I hit the grocery stove, I hit the movie theater,
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: I hit dealers, call us, See, ain't that many people
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: in dealers? I went to the beach. Just what if
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: you go to the beach, everybody is already halfway naked?
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: You are You know you're gonna get some. You're gonna
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: get some saying in some places that shouldn't be there.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: But no worry about that. Walk out there to the ocean,
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: wristed off, comeback, start over again. You can get your
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: groove on in the Gulf this weekend with at least yeah,
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: the Gulf this weekend, right right before hurricane See, you
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: get it right there in the Gulf this weekend with
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: at least they had, and I just ask anybody, go ahead,
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: anybody have a phone number I need. I've been here much.
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: I just told I've been quarantine six to seven days.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: Somebody touched me. I understand. But she looking for two
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: men at one time, and that is where you draw
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: the line with a brother like myself. I'm not saying
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: nothing wrong with it, but you need to find two
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: men that like me or you can do what you
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: want to go. All right, all right, guys, that's it. Um.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: Thank you, two beast and a lonely man. Folks, your

- 1:06:45Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter podcast on demand now coming up at forty
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: six minutes after the hour. Trending entertainment news, Jimmy Fallon
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: has apologized for wearing black face twenty years ago. We're
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: gonna talk about it right after this. You're listening Steve
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. Well, Jimmy Fallon has apologized for a
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: black face he did twenty years ago on Saturday Night Live.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: The video is now resurfaced for some reason in the sketch,
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: Jimmy comes out in black face dressed as Chris Rock
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: to join Regis Philbin played by Darrell Hammond, to do jokes. Yesterday,
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: Jimmy Fallon apologized by posting a statement on social media.
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: He says, in two thousand, while on SNL, I made
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: a terrible decision to do an impersonation of Chris Rock
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: while in black face. There is no excuse for this.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: I am very sorry for making this unquestionably offensive decision,
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: and thank you all for holding me accountable. So guys,
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: what do you think? I mean, three comedians, professional comedians
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: right here. I like Jimmy, I like Jimmy Fallon, and
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: I look at it like, is Chris Rock offended? Is
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: Chris Rock upset about it? And if you apologize so
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: many years ago for something that he did twenty years ago,
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: why why is this resurface and why is this back?
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: Why we still talk? I don't know if he apologized
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: when he did it, He's well, you know, Eddie Murphy
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: played a white man on Saturday Night Line. Nobody had
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: a problem with on the bus. On the bus, yeah,
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: nobody had a problem with that. And I thought he
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: did a good Chris Rob it wasn't good Chris. The
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: problem was the jokes. Wasn't that damn funny? He did
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: look like but he looked like Chris had it. He
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: had to him down. He had him down, and that's
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: what you do. This is satire. He was, you know,
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: and you gotta look at it too, like this car
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: did did did Jimmy right this? Or is he just
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: an actor playing the role that did this come from
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: writers and producer? Well, he could have suggested it because
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: he does do Chris rob So, I mean it doesn't Yeah,
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: like you said, it don't matter. But man, it's Jimmy Fallon.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: We know who Jimmy is. Yeah, yeah, I haven't seen anything.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: I haven't seen anything racist out of Jimmy. No. Oh
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: he court martial. Yeah, I don't know. Back on what
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: people have done twenty years ago, this is insensitive. I'm
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: not excusing it, but it was twenty But Carler, I
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: can say this, we as three comedians that that's on
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: the panel today, we've done some things twenty years ago,
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: those that those jokes we wouldn't dare do because it
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: did not do it. Yeah, I was just gonna say
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: it's it's the whole connotation and and what the black face.
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: You know, as far as African Americans, that's where it goes,
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: you know that. Yeah, uh that that's what it is.
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: And you know it's just one of those taboo things
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: like we say the N word, but other races can't
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: say the ND words, you know, that's right, right, Yeah,
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: But you know if you look at if you look
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: at Eddie Murphy and delirious, there's some things that he
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: could not do now that he did in Delirious. Yeah,
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: like get into them red jeans red out. Can't do that. Yeah,
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: that was late. Hey boy. All right, all right, coming
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, Steve's out, the cello,
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: Chief Love Officer is out. But guess who's here. Bitter Man.

- 1:10:20Speaker 1: ask bitter Man. Okay, sometimes we do ask Cello, but
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: today we're doing ask bitter Man. Before we ask a
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: question you are familiar with, ask the CEO this, and
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: I'm saying this, This ain't gonna be netting like dead. Okay,
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: this ain't gonna be net can't. I can't wait to
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: see this comor j Anthony Brown, in case you don't know,
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: is bitter Man. Okay, So if you have some questions
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: for bitter Man, submit them to Steve Harby dot com.
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: Okay yo, bitter Man. All right, This one's from Jess
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: in Ohio. Bitter Man. It says, I've been married since
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: twenty fourteen and we had a rough patch and my
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: husband moved out in March. He said he would be
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: staying with his cousin, but he's been staying with a female.
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: I did not talk to him when he first moved out,
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: but I never thought he'd be at another woman's house.
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: When I found out, he suggested we do virtual marriage
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: counseling before he comes home. He is still at the
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: woman's house. Why would he try to do counseling if
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: he chose to be quarantine with another woman? Bitcher Man
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: saying it again, why would he seek counseling while living
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: with another woman? Yeah, he chose to be quarantine with
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: another woman, and now he wants to do counseling to
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: work with marriage. And a lot of people not gonna
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: see this, but I see it. I see it right away.
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: He's sick to hud too. He is sick to hut too.
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: So woman he's quarantined, the woman he's with, he's sick
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: of huh. So what he needs is some help so
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: he can get rid of huh and maybe go back
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: with the woman he was with before. But basically he's
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: just sick of both of him. He just and he
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: needs to go to counseling just so he can have
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: some time to his damn self. That's why he's going
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: to counseling. He got two women that he's dealing with
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: it and is running him crazy. So he's seeking professional
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: help so we can have some time because sitting in
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: the car ain't helping him at all. That's not helping
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: him at all. So maybe I can just you know,
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: snatch out an hour a day where I could just
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: go to counseling and I got some peace of mine.
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: It is two women running one man crazy, but ass crazy.
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: That's what he's going jan one of them. You have
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: more questions? Better man? All right, all right, this is
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: from Linda in Saint Pete You really are better Linda
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: in Saint Petersburg, Florida. She says, I'm I'm sixty one
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: years young, and I've been with an older man since February.
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: We had great sex daily, and when we had to isolate,
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: we started having phone sex on FaceTime. I did all
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: kinds of freaky things for him, and he said he
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: recorded everything. Now he's back at work and he's being distant.
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: I feel like he is a new sex buddy because
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: we don't FaceTime anymore. I told him to delete the
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: videos and he said, no, I'm new to all of this,
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: so I need to know if our nasty videos will
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: live in the cloud forever. Ain't no man, no man.
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: Lady with a man tell you if he tell lad
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: sim and NATD pitch, I'm with them. Soon you hit it.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: He's lying, Okay, we delete nothing. And the reason he
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: ain't calling you he's got a whole lot of video
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: he needs to look at. He ain't got time to
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: be fooling with you. Well, he's got so much stuff
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: recorded that he ain't got time to have a conversation.
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: And I don't know why you would fall for Jimmy.
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: All right, this one's I'm just so it's gonna FaceTime
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: to send it. He was the FaceTime video bitter man.
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: It was a right This one's from Donna in Columbia,
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: South Carolina. If we can get to it, she says,
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: I've been dating a great guy for eight months. He
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: has one little problem that gets on my nerves. He
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: constantly grabs his package, fondles his testicles, or he'll stick
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: his hands in his pants while he's talking to me.
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: He even sleeps on his back with his hands on
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: his private parts every night. He seems to be really
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: proud of it and can't stop touching it. It's fifty
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: five years old. That's so weird to me. I've tried
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: not to nag him, but how can I get it
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: to stop? Touch it? Fun? All right, we'll be back
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up

- 1:15:31Speaker 1: come back this summer. So the NBA is beginning to
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: move forward with plans to resume the season in Orlando
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: at Disney World. Teams expect the league to tell them
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: when you start recalling their players as soon as next week.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: So that's all we want to guess. There will be
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: two week quarantine for staff, players and everything. But here
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: the crazy part though, just someone wants to remember the
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: Jordan documentary than right, Yeah, we're talking about well some
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: of some of the some of the that came up
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: is that Michael Jordan and actually kept Isaiah Thomas off

- 1:16:49Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steven Show. You guys saw the
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: viral video of the white lady known on social media
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: central Park Karen. Her name is Amy Cooper, who on
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: Monday call the police while in Central Park, New York
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: and uh pretended a black man pretended now faked it
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: out that a black man was attacking her while he

- 1:17:34Speaker 1: a man African American. He's a freighting him. He's recording
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: me and threatening me and my dog. There is an
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: African American man. I'm in second part. He's recording me
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: threading myself and my dog. I'm like, I'm sorry, I
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: can't hear who. I'm being threatened by a man into
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: the ramble. Please send the cops immediately. I'm in Central
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: I don't know. Thank you, wow, I mean she she
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: elevated it each time. But when she but guess what,
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: they came, The people that gave her that dog came
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: and got that dog back. They took the dog, the
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: rescue dog and care more about dogs than they do
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: sometimes let the dog drive. Yeah, that was a horrible scene.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: You know, it's nothing to play with just because she
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: did that. What if it was a trigger happy cops.
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: They were dispersed by the time the cops got there.
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: But by the way, but what they could have went bad?
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: This could have went bad, could have been killed because
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: of her love. Well, that's the thing. That's the thing
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: about Central Park, Karen and her real name is Amy Coop.
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: You're false reporting, You're you calling the police. Is why
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: we have yes, is why we have these situations, is
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: that we have right now, what we're talking about, everything
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: that happened yesterday because of what you just did. So
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: so she should have been fired, she should they have
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: gotten the doc. Is there is there a way for
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: her to get charges pressed up on her for this act?
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: Is this anything illegal with this report? If nothing else,
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: she should get it for that filing a phone We
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: all we all need bodycams because we need well we
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: have on our phone body cams and and not to
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: mention she's calling the police department with this false accusation
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: and then they got a bunch of stuff going on
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: right now. Then you know that we got COVID nineteen
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: going on right to deal with, especially in New York,
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: making it more intense as she talks on the phone,
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: you know, elevating her voice coming up. It's our last

- 1:23:38Speaker 1: looking at my suits and I have not been in

- 1:23:44Speaker 1: in street shoes. Oh lord, I don't know how long. Yeah,
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: I don't think my foot would even fit in a
