SCOTUS sends Mississippi legislative redistricting case back to lower courts
Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court reversed a lower court’s ruling that forced several legislative districts in Mississippi to be redrawn last year over concerns Black voting power was being diluted. The matter is being sent back to the lower courts for further consideration in light of Louisiana v. Callais.
