- 0:01Speaker 1: Biden's broken border.
- 0:02Speaker 2: That is how it's being described now by Republicans as
- 0:05Speaker 2: my Orcis dodges, the question on how many migrants have
- 0:10Speaker 2: been released would not surprise me if it's over seventy
- 0:14Speaker 2: percent of encounters. There was a interview that was done
- 0:19Speaker 2: with my Orcis. It is longer. I'm going to play
- 0:21Speaker 2: it for you because it's important. Record crossings is what
- 0:25Speaker 2: happened in December. That's right, record crossings. In December, more
- 0:30Speaker 2: people came across the southern border than any other month
- 0:33Speaker 2: in history of the country. Take a listen to part
- 0:37Speaker 2: of what my Orcist has said and the reaction on Fox.
- 0:40Speaker 3: We're seeing at the US is ebbs and flows in
- 0:44Speaker 3: how many migrants arrive at the border, something that happens
- 0:47Speaker 3: every year.
- 0:47Speaker 1: It ebbs and flows.
- 0:48Speaker 4: This is a tsunami that's happening at the southern border.
- 0:51Speaker 5: This is very purposeful.
- 0:52Speaker 6: The greatest domestic threat to the national security and the
- 0:57Speaker 6: safety of the American people is Secretary Ali Majorcis. He
- 1:01Speaker 6: has broken his oath to defend this country.
- 1:05Speaker 7: Lastly, the Republicans at the border yesterday were six days
- 1:08Speaker 7: away from a scheduled Republican led impeachment hearing into Homeland
- 1:11Speaker 7: Security Secretary Alejandro Majorcis so allegations he has been derelict
- 1:15Speaker 7: in his duty of managing the US Mexico border. Secretary
- 1:18Speaker 7: Alejandro Mayorcis joins me live. Now that's your secretary, welcome
- 1:23Speaker 7: back to special Report.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Thank you very much for having me, Brett.
- 1:27Speaker 7: I want to deal with some numbers off the top
- 1:30Speaker 7: very quickly and get to the substance of some of
- 1:32Speaker 7: these charges in what you're talking about on the border. Obviously,
- 1:35Speaker 7: President Biden has just completed his third year in office.
- 1:38Speaker 7: How many illegal immigrants has DHS released into the country
- 1:43Speaker 7: from the border in that time.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Brett, let me correct a misunderstanding. When somebody enters the country,
- 1:54Speaker 4: we placed them in immigration enforcement proceedings pursuing to raation law,
- 2:01Speaker 4: and if they're claim for relief, they're claim to remain
- 2:06Speaker 4: in the United States succeeds, then by law they are
- 2:09Speaker 4: able to stay here. And if it doesn't succeed, a
- 2:12Speaker 4: number and remove them.
- 2:14Speaker 5: You should have a number, then you don't.
- 2:16Speaker 7: Let's say, big big pick, let's just ballpark. It is
- 2:18Speaker 7: it more than five hundred thousand, more than one million.
- 2:24Speaker 4: Bred it's it's more than it's well more than a
- 2:27Speaker 4: million per year. And it is precisely why we have
- 2:33Speaker 4: said since day one of this administration that the immigration
- 2:37Speaker 4: system that is so fundamentally broken needs to be fixed.
- 2:41Speaker 7: Right. But let's say last month you had a new
- 2:45Speaker 7: record set three hundred thousand encounters by CBP. How many
- 2:51Speaker 7: of those were released from detentions into the country.
- 2:56Speaker 4: Brett, We are limited in our detention capacity by the
- 3:00Speaker 4: funding that Congress provides to us. We have returned and
- 3:05Speaker 4: removed a historic number of individuals. The numbers that we
- 3:13Speaker 4: experienced in December is precisely why I traveled down to
- 3:17Speaker 4: Mexico to speak with the President of Mexico to encourage
- 3:22Speaker 4: them that they enforce their southern border, that they enforce
- 3:29Speaker 4: their laws along the migratory path, so that we reduce
- 3:33Speaker 4: the number of individuals whom we encounter on our southern border.
- 3:38Speaker 4: This is a regional challenge that requires regional solutions. It's
- 3:42Speaker 4: precisely why I traveled down to Mexico last week.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Would it be surprised you to hear this, by the way,
- 3:49Speaker 2: you notice what he just said there, He made it clear,
- 3:52Speaker 2: and this is my orcis. But would it be surprised
- 3:55Speaker 2: to see the percentage release is north of seventy percent, said,
- 4:00Speaker 2: but when individuals are released, they are released into immigration
- 4:04Speaker 2: enforcement proceedings. They are on alternatives to detention. That's the
- 4:10Speaker 2: silver lining here. Well over a million, he says these basically,
- 4:12Speaker 2: like everybody we're catching, we're releasing. Like everybody that we're catching,
- 4:16Speaker 2: we're immediately saying see you later, We're out of here.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Right, this is what we do.
- 4:21Speaker 2: We catch them and then we released them. The most
- 4:27Speaker 2: shocking part of what was just said by min Orcuses
- 4:30Speaker 2: is exactly what I've been telling you, which is this
- 4:32Speaker 2: is all being done by design. All of this is
- 4:37Speaker 2: being done by AA administration. This is not an accident.
- 4:41Speaker 2: We had a secure border that they inherited, and we
- 4:45Speaker 2: had the lowest number of legal immigrants coming across the
- 4:48Speaker 2: border when Trump was president. And then what they decided
- 4:52Speaker 2: to do was very clearly they decided that they were
- 4:57Speaker 2: going to change the laws and change and force and
- 5:01Speaker 2: they were going to say America is open to every
- 5:04Speaker 2: single want of you that wants to come across the
- 5:07Speaker 2: southern border. It is wide open. You can come across.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Even when we find you. It's not a problem. When
- 5:18Speaker 2: we find you, we will release you. And now you
- 5:21Speaker 2: understand why the border is so broken because they've decided
- 5:24Speaker 2: to do this deliberately. This is the reason why he
- 5:28Speaker 2: should be impeached, by the way, and it gets worse.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Listen to this.
- 5:31Speaker 7: EBP sources say that currently they are releasing more than
- 5:35Speaker 7: seventy percent of the migrants crossing every day, and sometimes
- 5:39Speaker 7: more than that number higher than seventy percent. Would that
- 5:42Speaker 7: surprise you.
- 5:44Speaker 5: It would not. It would not surprise me at all.
- 5:47Speaker 4: I know the data, and I will tell you that
- 5:49Speaker 4: when individuals are released, they are released into immigration enforcement proceedings.
- 5:55Speaker 4: They are on alternatives to detention, and we have returned,
- 6:00Speaker 4: removed record number of individuals.
- 6:02Speaker 5: We are enforcing the laws that Congress has passed.
- 6:06Speaker 2: You say that this is where he's a pathological arc.
- 6:09Speaker 2: This is why he deserves to be impeached. He says, yeah,
- 6:13Speaker 2: I know the numbers. I'm releasing them as fast as
- 6:16Speaker 2: they come in to me. We give them government aid,
- 6:18Speaker 2: we give them a cell phone, we give them housing,
- 6:21Speaker 2: we give them food, we give them shelter, and we
- 6:23Speaker 2: say welcome to America.
- 6:25Speaker 1: And then we say we put them in the process.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Is the process something that the people are afraid of
- 6:29Speaker 2: being you know left or are kicked out. No, they're
- 6:34Speaker 2: not afraid of being kicked out. The illegal immigrants that
- 6:38Speaker 2: are making this trek into America have every reason to
- 6:41Speaker 2: believe that they are going to be able to stay
- 6:43Speaker 2: as long as they want to stay indefinitely. And the
- 6:47Speaker 2: reason why they believe they're going to be able to
- 6:48Speaker 2: stay indefinitely is because you have an administration that is
- 6:52Speaker 2: telling them that, through all of their actions, the border
- 6:55Speaker 2: is open. Turn yourself into us. Do not turn around
- 6:59Speaker 2: and go the other way at all costs. Come on
- 7:03Speaker 2: into America, even if you're raped, even if you're sexually assaulted,
- 7:07Speaker 2: even if you're abused, even if you're paying the worst
- 7:10Speaker 2: human smugglers in the world, because the prize when you
- 7:13Speaker 2: get here is you get to stay. Remember, they wouldn't
- 7:17Speaker 2: keep doing this, and they wouldn't keep being sexually assaulted
- 7:21Speaker 2: and raped and abused and paying the worst human smugglers
- 7:24Speaker 2: in history if they didn't think the prize was worth it.
- 7:28Speaker 2: And the prize is not to get to America. The
- 7:31Speaker 2: prize is staying in America. The prize is they believe
- 7:35Speaker 2: they're going to get at some point amnesty. The prizes
- 7:38Speaker 2: they do not believe they're going to be mass deportations. Right,
- 7:42Speaker 2: how do you deport twenty million people? That's the argument
- 7:47Speaker 2: that's always been made by the left. You can't round
- 7:49Speaker 2: up twenty million people and send twenty many million people
- 7:53Speaker 2: back to their host country. You can't do that. So
- 7:56Speaker 2: they're being told that just get to America. And if
- 7:59Speaker 2: you get to them America, then you have succeeded. The
- 8:03Speaker 2: trek is over. You are here to stay, and there
- 8:06Speaker 2: is no reason to be fearful. So when you hear
- 8:08Speaker 2: my orcists say as he just said, there, yes, I
- 8:11Speaker 2: know the numbers. I believe the numbers. As he described it, Yeah,
- 8:15Speaker 2: I believe the numbers. I know the numbers. I'm all
- 8:18Speaker 2: about that, Like, I know how many people releasing. I
- 8:20Speaker 2: know that we're releasing millions a month. Like I understand this.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I'm releasing millions of people a month into this country.
- 8:26Speaker 2: They are fine with it. This is being done on purpose.
- 8:30Speaker 2: It is not an accident.
- 8:33Speaker 1: When you have.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Millions of people coming in your country illegally, coming across
- 8:38Speaker 2: the border, that is an invasion. I'll say it again,
- 8:41Speaker 2: that is an invasion. And he's like, I know what's happening.
- 8:45Speaker 2: I know the numbers. I know what's happening. Listen to
- 8:48Speaker 2: this last part that he had to say on Fox,
- 8:50Speaker 2: and then again more of this shocking interview.
- 8:52Speaker 4: Numbers that we experienced in December is precisely why I
- 8:56Speaker 4: traveled down to Mexico to speak with the present to Mexico,
- 9:01Speaker 4: to encourage them that they enforce their southern border, that
- 9:07Speaker 4: they enforce their laws along the migratory path, so that
- 9:13Speaker 4: we reduce the number of individuals whom we encounter on
- 9:17Speaker 4: our southern border. This is a regional challenge that requires
- 9:21Speaker 4: regional solutions. It's precisely why I traveled down to Mexico
- 9:25Speaker 4: last week.
- 9:26Speaker 7: Would it be surprised you to hear the CBP sources
- 9:29Speaker 7: say that currently they are releasing more than seventy percent
- 9:33Speaker 7: of the migrants crossing every day, and sometimes more than
- 9:37Speaker 7: that number higher than seventy percent. Would that surprise you?
- 9:40Speaker 4: It would not surprise me at all. I know the data,
- 9:44Speaker 4: and I will tell you that when individuals are released,
- 9:48Speaker 4: they are released into immigration enforcement proceedings. They are on
- 9:52Speaker 4: alternatives to detention, and we have returned or removed a
- 9:57Speaker 4: record number of individuals.
- 9:59Speaker 5: We are enforcing the laws that Congress has passed. You
- 10:02Speaker 5: say that, and we.
- 10:03Speaker 7: Say that, but you know, there's two point five million
- 10:06Speaker 7: in fiscal year twenty three who illegally cross the border.
- 10:09Speaker 7: Of those, one hundred and forty two thousand individuals were
- 10:14Speaker 7: removed two point five million in fiscal year twenty twenty three.
- 10:18Speaker 7: And of the removals, the deportations, one hundred forty two thousand.
- 10:22Speaker 7: How is that historic and how is that a good
- 10:27Speaker 7: number in your eyes?
- 10:28Speaker 5: Breat Brett.
- 10:30Speaker 4: Since since the end of Title forty two, we have
- 10:33Speaker 4: returned or removed more than four hundred and seventy thousand individuals,
- 10:39Speaker 4: and in fact, we are enforcing the laws that Congress
- 10:43Speaker 4: has passed. The one issue about which there is unanimous
- 10:48Speaker 4: agreement in the area of immigration is that our system
- 10:52Speaker 4: is broken and in need of legislative reform.
- 10:55Speaker 5: That is the one you say that.
- 10:56Speaker 7: But what's which everybody agree is what you're asking for.
- 10:59Speaker 7: What's one thing you're asking for that would increase your
- 11:02Speaker 7: ability to deport illegal immigrants?
- 11:07Speaker 5: Brett.
- 11:08Speaker 4: We have the President has submitted a supplemental funding request
- 11:13Speaker 4: to Congress for more border patrol agents, for more technology,
- 11:18Speaker 4: for more immigration judges, for more detention capacity. We are
- 11:23Speaker 4: seeking to enforce the laws that Congress has passed until
- 11:27Speaker 4: they fix those broken laws that haven't been reformed in
- 11:31Speaker 4: more than thirty years.
- 11:35Speaker 7: Right, But you don't think that what has happened at
- 11:38Speaker 7: the border is a direct result of Biden administration policy.
- 11:42Speaker 7: Here is President Biden, candidate Biden than President Biden talking
- 11:46Speaker 7: about this.
- 11:48Speaker 8: I would, in fact make sure that there is we
- 11:51Speaker 8: immediately surge to the border. All those people are seeking asylum.
- 11:55Speaker 8: If you want to flee and you're freeing oppression, you
- 11:57Speaker 8: should come. The idea that Joe Biden said come because
- 12:01Speaker 8: I heard the other day that they're coming because they
- 12:04Speaker 8: know I'm a nice guy and I want to train this.
- 12:07Speaker 5: Yeah, well here's the deal. They're not.
- 12:09Speaker 3: I love you, Joeveiden, Thank you for ever it's inn
- 12:12Speaker 3: I'm a good person. I want to be a good person.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Hit in the United States. Came here because I want
- 12:17Speaker 3: quality life.
- 12:19Speaker 7: So when you see Margaret's coming across the border on Monday,
- 12:24Speaker 7: and then there are images of them in Chicago, La
- 12:27Speaker 7: New York on Thursday, you don't think that that transportation
- 12:31Speaker 7: and release into the country is a magnet, that the
- 12:33Speaker 7: catch and release policy is a magnet.
- 12:37Speaker 5: Oh, I will tell you.
- 12:39Speaker 4: What I think is a magnet, Brett, and it's a
- 12:41Speaker 4: function of our broken system. And this I have experienced
- 12:45Speaker 4: in my government service well before two thousand and nine,
- 12:49Speaker 4: when I first joined the Department of Homeland Security. What
- 12:52Speaker 4: is a magnet is the fact that the time in
- 12:55Speaker 4: between an encounter of an individual at the border and
- 12:58Speaker 4: their final ruling in their immigration case can sometimes take
- 13:03Speaker 4: six or more years. That is a magnet, which is
- 13:06Speaker 4: why precisely I am working with Republicans and Democrats in
- 13:11Speaker 4: the United States Senate to deliver a solution for the
- 13:15Speaker 4: American people, to deliver a fix to an immigration system
- 13:19Speaker 4: that everyone agrees is broken and that is long overdue.
- 13:24Speaker 5: It is really desperately needed.
- 13:26Speaker 7: But you have court dates now much Secretary, going as
- 13:29Speaker 7: far out as twenty thirty one. You're talking about that,
- 13:32Speaker 7: But when.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Did you hear what he just said?
- 13:35Speaker 2: You have court dates that are out as far as
- 13:39Speaker 2: twenty thirty one. So you broke into America, imagine committing
- 13:43Speaker 2: a crime now, and then you get a court date
- 13:47Speaker 2: for twenty thirty one. I catch you, and I say, okay,
- 13:53Speaker 2: I will see you in twenty thirty one. So toenty
- 13:57Speaker 2: twenty five, twenty six twenty seven, nine thirty thirty one.
- 14:01Speaker 2: So you're gonna get stay here for seven years now
- 14:06Speaker 2: before you even see a judge, before you're even asked
- 14:09Speaker 2: a question about breaking into this country. You get seven
- 14:13Speaker 2: years now before we even get to see you.
- 14:17Speaker 1: So what do you think is that worth it?
- 14:20Speaker 2: Yes, seven years, that's longer than some people's marriages two
- 14:25Speaker 2: and three times over seven years. Seven years is when
- 14:31Speaker 2: you'll see your first day in front of any proceeding
- 14:34Speaker 2: about you breaking this country. Why are they coming in
- 14:37Speaker 2: these record numbers because in seven years they know they'll
- 14:40Speaker 2: probably be given amnesty before they actually have to see
- 14:43Speaker 2: a judge. My Orcus is saying, yes, we have an
- 14:47Speaker 2: open border. Yes, seventy percent of the people we encounter
- 14:50Speaker 2: were releasing and their first time they would have to
- 14:53Speaker 2: be in court will be seven years from now, giving
- 14:56Speaker 2: court dates to appear in twenty thirty one.
- 15:00Speaker 1: That is now what my orchis is doing.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Every single bit of this signal is to hey, come
- 15:04Speaker 2: to America, just show on up and will let you
- 15:08Speaker 2: in and we will not kick you out.
- 15:09Speaker 8: Listen.
- 15:10Speaker 4: That is a magnet, which is why precisely I am
- 15:13Speaker 4: working with Republicans and Democrats in the United States Senate
- 15:18Speaker 4: to deliver a solution for the American people, to deliver
- 15:23Speaker 4: a fix to an immigration system that everyone agrees is
- 15:26Speaker 4: broken and that is long overdue.
- 15:29Speaker 5: It is really desperately needed.
- 15:31Speaker 7: But you have court dates now, Muster Secretary going as
- 15:34Speaker 7: far out as twenty thirty one. You're talking about that.
- 15:38Speaker 7: But when you say that Republicans won't accept the extra funding,
- 15:43Speaker 7: they have a problem with the funds being used to
- 15:45Speaker 7: release and transport illegal immigrants around the country. So Congress
- 15:49Speaker 7: is listening right now. Would you accept the extra funding
- 15:53Speaker 7: on the condition that the funds could only be used
- 15:55Speaker 7: for detention and removal but not release into.
- 15:59Speaker 4: The country, Brett, The funds are needed to provide the
- 16:05Speaker 4: Department of Homeland Security with more border patrol agents. The
- 16:09Speaker 4: funds are needed to provide the Department of Homeland Security
- 16:12Speaker 4: with more technology. The funds are needed to provide our
- 16:16Speaker 4: department with more detention space, to provide the Department of
- 16:21Speaker 4: Justice with.
- 16:21Speaker 2: By the way, why is it that we had the
- 16:23Speaker 2: lowest border crossings in history and none of what he's
- 16:26Speaker 2: demanding right now he was needed back then? Why is
- 16:33Speaker 2: that Democrats always need more funding? These are the basic
- 16:36Speaker 2: questions when you hear these psychos talk, that need to
- 16:39Speaker 2: be asked, like, well, hold on a second, you guys
- 16:42Speaker 2: just want a bunch more money. But the money you
- 16:44Speaker 2: currently have right now, you're not using to enforce the
- 16:46Speaker 2: border security. You're spending time, and this is a question
- 16:51Speaker 2: that I wish was asked. You're spending time suing the
- 16:55Speaker 2: state of Texas when they're trying to secure their own
- 16:58Speaker 2: border because you're destroying their state. And when they do
- 17:01Speaker 2: things where they say that the law enforcement can arrest
- 17:03Speaker 2: illegal immigrants, you guys aren't saying.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Okay, good, we get it.
- 17:07Speaker 2: We need this flow of illegal immigrants immigration to stop. No,
- 17:10Speaker 2: instead you go the opposite direction. What do you do
- 17:13Speaker 2: instead of that? Instead, you guys sue Texas so that
- 17:19Speaker 2: they can't protect themselves. Any other border state that tries
- 17:22Speaker 2: to do things, whether it's buoys and the Rio Grand,
- 17:26Speaker 2: whether it's razor wire at the southern border, you guys say, oh, well,
- 17:30Speaker 2: it doesn't work, right, that's what you say. You say,
- 17:33Speaker 2: it doesn't work, It doesn't work, it doesn't work, and
- 17:38Speaker 2: then you sue them, telling everybody that they must.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Take it down. That's what you do.
- 17:44Speaker 2: So if you're trying to actually stop this then, and
- 17:48Speaker 2: the flow of illegal immigrants coming across the southern border,
- 17:52Speaker 2: as you're trying to say that you are, even though
- 17:54Speaker 2: you're clearly not in every bit of data shows that
- 17:57Speaker 2: you're not. Then again go back to they're like, oh, well,
- 18:01Speaker 2: we just need more money. It's the Republican's fault that
- 18:05Speaker 2: they're not allowing us to have the money that we
- 18:07Speaker 2: need to do our job. That's their talking point every time. Right,
- 18:11Speaker 2: we'll give you a secure border, but we won't let
- 18:14Speaker 2: the people of each state secure their own border while
- 18:17Speaker 2: we're not securing their border. I hope you're paying attention
- 18:20Speaker 2: to this. They're fundamentally trying to change this country. They're
- 18:25Speaker 2: fundamentally trying to change what this country is. They're fundamentally
- 18:31Speaker 2: trying to change and alter our nation. And it's working
- 18:36Speaker 2: by the way they're doing it. Okay, this is working.
- 18:41Speaker 2: They are successful in this. It is happening. They are
- 18:45Speaker 2: doing it, and they are doing it well, like this
- 18:48Speaker 2: is full speed ahead and it is successful. One of
- 18:53Speaker 2: the other things that is being said by those in
- 18:56Speaker 2: the Democratic Party over and over and over again as well,
- 18:59Speaker 2: they deserve to be able to stay here because they
- 19:02Speaker 2: fight so hard to get here. Look, walking through the desert,
- 19:06Speaker 2: walking through where there's a bunch of cactus does not
- 19:10Speaker 2: mean that you deserve to become an American citizen. The
- 19:14Speaker 2: other group of people that are that I believe should
- 19:18Speaker 2: are the most upset about this are people that came
- 19:22Speaker 2: to this country and did it the right way. I
- 19:26Speaker 2: know friends that have come to this country and they
- 19:29Speaker 2: did it the right way, and they paid immigration attorneys
- 19:32Speaker 2: and spent tens of thousands of dollars to become an
- 19:35Speaker 2: Americans and do it the right way. What has happened
- 19:38Speaker 2: and what has changed right in this country? Like what
- 19:42Speaker 2: has happened and what has changed where you can now
- 19:45Speaker 2: just break into America and you don't have to do
- 19:48Speaker 2: it the right way.
- 19:49Speaker 1: The policies of.
- 19:50Speaker 2: This administration that are more than happy to allow our
- 19:52Speaker 2: country to be invaded.
- 19:53Speaker 1: It is an invasion.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Twenty million people coming into a country is an invasion.
- 19:58Speaker 2: It's a humanitarian crist but it's an invasion. But it's
- 20:02Speaker 2: the fastest way to fundamentally change a country. This is
- 20:06Speaker 2: about fundamentally changing the United States of America. If you
- 20:10Speaker 2: give these illegal immigrants amnesty, they're going to vote for you.
- 20:14Speaker 2: That's what Democrats are betting on and if you give
- 20:17Speaker 2: them Aynesty and they vote for you, then you own them.
- 20:21Speaker 1: It's like modern day slavery.
- 20:23Speaker 2: You get them addicted to government, a which is far
- 20:25Speaker 2: better than the life that they were living in the
- 20:28Speaker 2: country that.
- 20:28Speaker 1: They left to come here.
- 20:30Speaker 2: You give them all of this quote free stuff that
- 20:33Speaker 2: you and I are paying for because it's not free,
- 20:35Speaker 2: it's our tax dollars going to them. Just like they're
- 20:37Speaker 2: giving now free health care to every illegal immigrant in California.
- 20:40Speaker 2: That costs money. All of this costs money. What they're
- 20:43Speaker 2: doing in New York City, giving them hotel rooms and
- 20:46Speaker 2: giving them food and giving them.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Free health care. It all costs money.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Folks, like every bit of this cost cash and they
- 20:54Speaker 2: know it.
- 20:54Speaker 1: They know it costs money. They're okay with it.
- 20:59Speaker 2: I mean, if you swim in a pond that's infested
- 21:02Speaker 2: with alligators, you should expect to be bit If you
- 21:05Speaker 2: allow twenty million people to come into this country, you
- 21:08Speaker 2: should expect that there is going to be anarchy and
- 21:11Speaker 2: chaos and it's going to cost you a lot of money.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Like we need to act like we're adults here, not
- 21:18Speaker 2: you know, little children that are you know, excited about
- 21:21Speaker 2: every little beautiful thing like a baby chick right that
- 21:24Speaker 2: you see. Oh, like, we need to grow up. We
- 21:27Speaker 2: need to understand that this is the reality of the situation,
- 21:31Speaker 2: and the reality is we are being invaded and it's
- 21:34Speaker 2: being done on purpose. It isn't by accident. Go back
- 21:38Speaker 2: over the last fifty years and tell me where a
- 21:41Speaker 2: country that had wide open illegal immigration like this flourished
- 21:45Speaker 2: and prospered. We see humanitarian crisises that happen all the time.
- 21:51Speaker 1: We do.
- 21:52Speaker 2: We see them happen all the time. We see it
- 21:56Speaker 2: when there's civil war that breaks out around the world.
- 21:59Speaker 2: And what happens neighboring countries who allow refugees to come in,
- 22:03Speaker 2: what do they usually do. What they usually do is
- 22:06Speaker 2: they say, Okay, you can stay here for a little bit,
- 22:08Speaker 2: but you're gonna have to leave, and we don't give
- 22:10Speaker 2: out amnesty at the end of the day. Look at Hungary,
- 22:14Speaker 2: for example. They allow people to pass through Hungry the
- 22:18Speaker 2: country when they're leaving Ukraine, but they do not allow
- 22:20Speaker 2: them to stay because they're like, we can't afford this.
- 22:22Speaker 2: At number one, it's going to destabilize our country. Number two,
- 22:27Speaker 2: and number three, we don't allow for illegal immigration, like
- 22:31Speaker 2: we don't allow for illegal immigration.
- 22:32Speaker 1: We just don't allow for it.
- 22:35Speaker 2: The other thing that they're now doing is saying, Okay,
- 22:38Speaker 2: you will have accountability for bringing into this country. The
- 22:41Speaker 2: court dates that you're now getting at the southern border,
- 22:43Speaker 2: because so many people are coming in illegally, have a
- 22:47Speaker 2: date of twenty thirty one on them. So seven years
- 22:52Speaker 2: from now is the first time if you break into
- 22:54Speaker 2: the United States of America today, it is the first
- 22:58Speaker 2: time you will have accountability for your actions. Now you
- 23:04Speaker 2: understand why so many are coming because there is no
- 23:07Speaker 2: accountability for your actions. I want to get your phone
- 23:11Speaker 2: calls in here and get your reaction to this twenty
- 23:14Speaker 2: thirty one. If you knew that you could do something
- 23:17Speaker 2: today that is illegal and you wouldn't see a judge
- 23:20Speaker 2: until twenty thirty one, with no repercussions during that time,
- 23:23Speaker 2: it's not like you're on probation, it's not like you're
- 23:25Speaker 2: having to pay fines and like you're in jail. Right,
- 23:28Speaker 2: you just get to live your life to the fullest
- 23:31Speaker 2: between now and twenty thirty one.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Would you take that risk? I think most would. Let
- 23:37Speaker 1: me put it a different way.
- 23:39Speaker 2: Imagine that you can go to a European country that
- 23:43Speaker 2: you want to go to and hang out for a
- 23:44Speaker 2: few years, and you can just break in and when
- 23:47Speaker 2: you do, they're going to catch you, they're going to
- 23:48Speaker 2: process you, and then they're going to pay for your
- 23:50Speaker 2: flight to the city you want to go to. Almost
- 23:52Speaker 2: like your tourist, right, you come across and they go, Okay,
- 23:55Speaker 2: where do you want to go? I want to go
- 23:56Speaker 2: to Greece. I want to go I want to go
- 23:58Speaker 2: to Italy. I want to go to France. I want
- 23:59Speaker 2: to go to Spain. I want to go to Barcelona,
- 24:03Speaker 2: and they'll fly you there, they pay for that ticket,
- 24:05Speaker 2: and then they say here's some cash, here's a place
- 24:07Speaker 2: to stay once you get there.
- 24:09Speaker 1: And then you say, well when do I have to leave?
- 24:10Speaker 2: Well, you're gonna come and see a judge seven years
- 24:12Speaker 2: from now, so you've got seven years to make a decision.
- 24:17Speaker 2: That decision could actually be, Hey, I'm not going.
- 24:20Speaker 1: To show up.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Okay, that's that's a decision you could make in six years,
- 24:25Speaker 2: three hundred and sixty four days. Or you could actually say,
- 24:29Speaker 2: I know there's a court date. Guess what, I'm not
- 24:31Speaker 2: showing up for the court date. Come find me. I've
- 24:34Speaker 2: been here seven years I come find me. You think
- 24:38Speaker 2: we're gonna employ enough people to drive around the whole
- 24:40Speaker 2: country and find twenty million people?
- 24:43Speaker 1: I like my chances. That's how this system is working.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Now, come to American border, and then we say, welcome
- 24:50Speaker 2: to America. Where would you like to end up. We
- 24:53Speaker 2: are paying for that vacation. We're paying for that trip,
- 24:56Speaker 2: we're paying for that flight. And then when you get there, Oh,
- 24:59Speaker 2: you want to go to New York City and see
- 25:00Speaker 2: New York?
- 25:00Speaker 1: Great?
- 25:01Speaker 2: Okay, when you get there, here's your free hotel room.
- 25:03Speaker 2: It's a nice hotel. The hotels, by the way, that
- 25:06Speaker 2: illegal immigrants are staying in I have stayed in all right. Uh,
- 25:11Speaker 2: last time I was in New York, I stayed in
- 25:12Speaker 2: a hotel where illegal immigrants were also staying. My rate
- 25:16Speaker 2: a night was like three seventy nine a night, So
- 25:19Speaker 2: your tax dollars are going to pay three hundred and
- 25:22Speaker 2: seventy nine dollars plus tax. I think it was like
- 25:24Speaker 2: four to twenty with all the taxes for twenty eight
- 25:26Speaker 2: if I remember correctly, that's how much money we're paying
- 25:30Speaker 2: for these people to stay in the United States of
- 25:32Speaker 2: America a night. That's a lot of money. I think
- 25:36Speaker 2: we all agree that's a lot of cash. Would you
- 25:39Speaker 2: make that trek if that's what's on the other end
- 25:42Speaker 2: of it, especially if you're coming from a nation where
- 25:45Speaker 2: you are living in poverty. Look, I hate that there
- 25:49Speaker 2: are people in other countries that live differently than we do.
- 25:52Speaker 2: We're the greatest station in the world. Okay, so we're
- 25:55Speaker 2: going to be better than every other nation in the world.
- 25:58Speaker 2: But it doesn't mean that I should just so allow
- 26:00Speaker 2: you to open up and come into my country. Do
- 26:05Speaker 2: it on this on a smaller scale, Let's say you
- 26:08Speaker 2: buy a five thousand to six thousand square foot home
- 26:11Speaker 2: and it's a nice home. What would happen if you
- 26:14Speaker 2: allowed ten more people to move in to your home?
- 26:17Speaker 2: Could you keep it nice? What if you allowed fifteen
- 26:20Speaker 2: more people to move in, would you be able to
- 26:21Speaker 2: keep it nice? What if you allow twenty people to
- 26:23Speaker 2: move in? Would it be nice anymore? Would your neighbors
- 26:27Speaker 2: like you? If you had ten cars out front, eight
- 26:30Speaker 2: cars out front, twelve cars out front, fifteen cars out front?
- 26:35Speaker 2: Is it possible to keep that home nice with that
- 26:38Speaker 2: many people living in your home?
- 26:39Speaker 1: I think we all know the answer to that.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Of course, not if you want to keep America the
- 26:43Speaker 2: greatest country in the world. You can't allow twenty people
- 26:46Speaker 2: to break twenty million people to break in. It will
- 26:49Speaker 2: change this country. It will change the fabric of this country.
- 26:53Speaker 2: And that is what they're betting on. That's what the
- 26:56Speaker 2: Democratic Party wants. They want to fundamentally destroy the country.
- 26:59Speaker 2: There's the greatest country in the world, and they want
- 27:01Speaker 2: to rebuild it as a socialist, Marxist, communist.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Country where everyone's the same.
- 27:06Speaker 2: And the way you do it is you bring in
- 27:07Speaker 2: people faster than people can birth them. Think about how
- 27:11Speaker 2: much time it takes get twenty new million people born,
- 27:15Speaker 2: birthed and then to voting age. When you can just
- 27:18Speaker 2: import them, not deport them. Import them. Come on in,
- 27:22Speaker 2: Come on in, Come on in, twenty million times over
- 27:26Speaker 2: come on in. That's how you fundamentally change a country.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Five three five ninety seven three to two five three
- 27:33Speaker 2: five nine seven three two eight hundred number one eight
- 27:36Speaker 2: hundred and four seven four nine seven three two.
- 27:41Speaker 1: You want to know what this also has to do.
- 27:43Speaker 1: By the way, when it comes.
- 27:44Speaker 2: To the labor market, listen to this from CNBC this
- 27:49Speaker 2: morning on the December Jobs Report.
- 27:51Speaker 9: Labor force participation reverses.
- 27:54Speaker 1: This isn't a good sign. Sixty two point eight.
- 27:57Speaker 9: It's what we had that was the best level going
- 27:59Speaker 9: on all the way back the February of twenty twenty
- 28:01Speaker 9: when it was over sixty three. Now we back it
- 28:04Speaker 9: up to sixty two point five. That is the lightest
- 28:07Speaker 9: going all the way back to January of last year.
- 28:11Speaker 1: So the job numbers are going down.
- 28:13Speaker 2: You think twenty million people coming into this country is
- 28:16Speaker 2: going to help those job numbers go in the right direction.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Of course not. Those job numbers are going to get
- 28:22Speaker 1: worse because you're.
- 28:23Speaker 2: Competing against twenty million people that do have to make
- 28:26Speaker 2: some money, like they've got to make some money. And
- 28:30Speaker 2: Democrats understand that this is a drain on our country
- 28:34Speaker 2: and our economy.
- 28:35Speaker 1: It's not helping.
- 28:36Speaker 2: They get it, they understand it. They don't care majorcis.
- 28:41Speaker 2: As he said about the migrant the magnet at the
- 28:44Speaker 2: border crossers here again, listen to this extremes.
- 28:48Speaker 8: Yeah, well, here's the deal, they're not.
- 28:51Speaker 3: I love you, Joe Laiden than to fore it's in July.
- 28:53Speaker 3: Then I'm a good person. I want to be a
- 28:55Speaker 3: good person. Hit in the Unitsed States. Came here because
- 28:58Speaker 3: I want quality life.
- 29:00Speaker 7: So when you see margrants coming across the border on Monday,
- 29:05Speaker 7: and then there are images of them in Chicago, La
- 29:08Speaker 7: New York on Thursday, you don't think that that transportation
- 29:12Speaker 7: and release into the country is a magnet, that the
- 29:15Speaker 7: catch and release policy is a magnet.
- 29:18Speaker 4: Oh, I will tell you what I think is a magnet, Brett,
- 29:22Speaker 4: and it's a function of our broken system. And this
- 29:25Speaker 4: I have experienced in my government service well before two
- 29:30Speaker 4: thousand and nine when I first joined the Department of
- 29:32Speaker 4: Homeland Security.
- 29:34Speaker 5: What is a magnet is.
- 29:35Speaker 4: The fact that the time in between an encounter of
- 29:38Speaker 4: an individual at the border and their final ruling in
- 29:42Speaker 4: their immigration case can sometimes take six or more years.
- 29:46Speaker 5: That is a magnet.
- 29:47Speaker 4: Which is why precisely I am working with Republicans and
- 29:52Speaker 4: Democrats in the United States Senate to deliver a solution
- 29:56Speaker 4: for the American people, to deliver a fixed to immigration
- 30:01Speaker 4: system that everyone agrees is broken and that is long overdue,
- 30:05Speaker 4: it is really desperately needed.
- 30:08Speaker 7: But you have court dates now much your secretary, going
- 30:10Speaker 7: as far out as twenty.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Twenty thirty one.
- 30:13Speaker 2: You have court dates as far out as twenty thirty one,
- 30:16Speaker 2: So of course these people are going to keep coming.
