- 0:01Speaker 1: A lot of people have said about the accusing the
- 0:03Speaker 1: President of somehow flip flopping on what the standards are here,
- 0:07Speaker 1: but unconditional surroundered. Look, they have no navy, they've lost
- 0:10Speaker 1: their space command, they've lost their ability to find twelve
- 0:13Speaker 1: digit grids, so naturally they're still firing drones and missiles.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Unconditional surrender means that all those weapons systems are taking
- 0:23Speaker 1: away that command stands down.
- 0:25Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Good Saturday morning to you.
- 0:31Speaker 4: Ben Ferguson with you, and we've got one big story
- 0:33Speaker 4: for you. There's a new shocking poll that has come
- 0:36Speaker 4: out showing that more than thirty percent of Americans say
- 0:39Speaker 4: they support the United States moving towards socialism.
- 0:43Speaker 3: And getting rid of democracy.
- 0:45Speaker 4: How did we get to this point and how much
- 0:47Speaker 4: are Democrats spending to convince Americans that we need to
- 0:51Speaker 4: trash democracy. It's the forty seven Morning Update and it
- 0:55Speaker 4: starts right now. Story number one, there's a new Fox
- 0:59Speaker 4: News survey that that thirty eight percent of voters say
- 1:03Speaker 4: it would be good thing. It would be a good
- 1:05Speaker 4: thing for the US to move away from capitalism and
- 1:10Speaker 4: towards socialism. That's an all time high. Sixty one percent
- 1:14Speaker 4: view socialism negatively.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Did you hear me?
- 1:18Speaker 4: Thirty eight percent of voters say they would be a
- 1:20Speaker 4: good thing for the US to move away from capitalism
- 1:22Speaker 4: and towards socialism. How do we overcome that? How do
- 1:27Speaker 4: you think we got that? I mean, excuse me not
- 1:29Speaker 4: thirty seven? Thirty eight percent of voters say it would
- 1:31Speaker 4: be a good thing for the US to move away
- 1:33Speaker 4: from capitalism and towards socialism. Sixty one percent view socialism negative.
- 1:40Speaker 4: But you still have a large number. And by the way,
- 1:43Speaker 4: the shift they say maybe tied. Maybe divided views on
- 1:46Speaker 4: capitalism itself, as voters are split over whether capitalism in
- 1:50Speaker 4: the United States is working well. Fifty say it's working
- 1:55Speaker 4: very or somewhat well, but nearly as many this will
- 1:59Speaker 4: be your lefts forty nine percent say it's working, not
- 2:03Speaker 4: vary or not.
- 2:05Speaker 3: At all well.
- 2:07Speaker 4: That that can explain to you the rise of Mundani,
- 2:09Speaker 4: for example, right in AOCS like they have, they have
- 2:14Speaker 4: gone under the core belief and the core point in
- 2:19Speaker 4: the attack that and the obsession that America is somehow
- 2:25Speaker 4: evil in its existence, and that capitalism is the drug
- 2:30Speaker 4: that is evil in America and that if we were
- 2:33Speaker 4: all just somehow the same. Because part of this is
- 2:36Speaker 4: the Left knows that a lot of their voters are
- 2:37Speaker 4: poor and they want to convince them that the system's
- 2:41Speaker 4: working against them right, not for them, and so they're like, hey,
- 2:45Speaker 4: help us take from the rich. This is the Robin
- 2:48Speaker 4: man like syndrome, as I call it, where you get
- 2:51Speaker 4: a lot of people that do great because they work
- 2:52Speaker 4: their a to blast is off, and you have a
- 2:54Speaker 4: lot of people that don't. And then they're like, why
- 2:56Speaker 4: I want what they have, but they're not want to
- 2:57Speaker 4: do the work or study hard, to go to school
- 2:59Speaker 4: or whatever it may be. And so there's a jealousy.
- 3:02Speaker 4: And then you have politicians come around. They're like they're like, hey,
- 3:04Speaker 4: there's enough of you guys are angry and jealous that
- 3:08Speaker 4: I can convince you that you're not failing. But the
- 3:12Speaker 4: system is against you and rigged against you. And it's
- 3:15Speaker 4: not your fault you didn't go to college. It's not
- 3:17Speaker 4: your fault that you're a pothead, it's not your fault
- 3:19Speaker 4: of your drug addic it's not your fault that you're
- 3:21Speaker 4: just lazy.
- 3:22Speaker 3: I mean, I look, I see this in life.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Now I'm forty four, justin and like, it's very interesting
- 3:28Speaker 4: now how many people in my forties that I used
- 3:31Speaker 4: to be friends with will will actually like come after
- 3:34Speaker 4: me on social media, like not call me, not text me,
- 3:38Speaker 4: but will attack me because they are, I guess, frustrated
- 3:42Speaker 4: that I'm successful, and they're like, well, you don't understand
- 3:44Speaker 4: the working man, the hard man. I'm like, dude, I
- 3:46Speaker 4: work my tail off like while you were, while you
- 3:48Speaker 4: were trying to get one of them, I said. We
- 3:52Speaker 4: had one of those pretty blunk conversations one day and
- 3:54Speaker 4: I said to him, I was like, he was like,
- 3:55Speaker 4: you know, well, you don't understand what it's like struggle
- 3:57Speaker 4: like I do. That's why I work so hard. And
- 4:01Speaker 4: we both came from the same place. We both didn't
- 4:06Speaker 4: grow up on third base or second base or on
- 4:08Speaker 4: first base. Okay, like you and I both knew we
- 4:11Speaker 4: need to pay we were gonna have to pay for college.
- 4:13Speaker 4: You and I both knew that we were gonna have
- 4:15Speaker 4: to get there on a college scholarship if we were
- 4:17Speaker 4: going to go. And the difference between you and I
- 4:20Speaker 4: is I was out there busting my tail, working sixty
- 4:23Speaker 4: hours a week, teaching tennis in the summer while you
- 4:26Speaker 4: were trying to get your beer plate on the wall
- 4:28Speaker 4: at Flying Saucer. And if you know what Flying Saucer is,
- 4:31Speaker 4: it's a beer house. They have like X number of
- 4:33Speaker 4: brews on tap. It's insane, like over one hundred and
- 4:35Speaker 4: if you drink every beer and you can't, and it's
- 4:37Speaker 4: like there's rules on it, like so that you have
- 4:40Speaker 4: to come back every week so you don't just you know,
- 4:41Speaker 4: get belligerently drunk. But you can get a plate with
- 4:44Speaker 4: your name on the wall. And I'm like, dude, that
- 4:47Speaker 4: was your biggest accomplishment in your twenties, was like getting
- 4:50Speaker 4: your beer plate on the wall at Flying Saucer. There's
- 4:55Speaker 4: a difference between my work ethic and your work ethic,
- 4:58Speaker 4: like a a very very big difference. And now you're
- 5:04Speaker 4: mad and you become a liberal because you somehow think
- 5:07Speaker 4: that like the systems against you and rigged. No, it's
- 5:11Speaker 4: because you didn't work hard. You've got multiple mug shots
- 5:16Speaker 4: for being an idiot, like not committing major crimes, like
- 5:19Speaker 4: just being like just doing stupid stuff like a dui,
- 5:23Speaker 4: and and so that has hindered you as well in
- 5:28Speaker 4: your development, Like you made some stupid decisions, being arrogant
- 5:31Speaker 4: with people you worked with, and you got fired from
- 5:33Speaker 4: jobs because of insubordination. That again, and some of that
- 5:38Speaker 4: came back to the drinking issues. Like like this is
- 5:41Speaker 4: there is a real interesting moment happening here in this
- 5:46Speaker 4: country whereas the left is saying to people like that, hey,
- 5:49Speaker 4: it's somehow the system that screwed you, and that's why
- 5:52Speaker 4: you're making all these bad decisions. And that's where the
- 5:56Speaker 4: mundanis and aocs and all these liberal mayors in different
- 5:58Speaker 4: liberal cities like Memphi in New Orleans and Detroit and
- 6:02Speaker 4: Baltimore come in because they figured out that there's enough
- 6:06Speaker 4: lazy people that they can get to vote form that
- 6:10Speaker 4: they just give them free stuff. It's modern day slavery, right,
- 6:14Speaker 4: like I'll feed you, but I'm not going to help
- 6:17Speaker 4: you get out of poverty, because if I help you
- 6:18Speaker 4: get out of poverty, then.
- 6:21Speaker 3: You don't need me anymore.
- 6:23Speaker 4: One of the biggest reasons why the Democratic Party tried
- 6:25Speaker 4: to destroy Donald Trump through impeachment in twenty sixteen, twenty seventeen,
- 6:28Speaker 4: twenty eighteen, twenty nineteen is because they understood the threat
- 6:32Speaker 4: that Donald Trump was to the minority voters. Why do
- 6:35Speaker 4: you think the Democrats let so many illegal immigrants into
- 6:37Speaker 4: this country? Because Donald Trump had completely decimated the Democratic
- 6:43Speaker 4: Party's control of the African American community, and you had
- 6:47Speaker 4: African American unemployment rates the lowest in history when Donald
- 6:52Speaker 4: Trump was present in his first term, youah the lowest
- 6:55Speaker 4: unemployment rate for African Americans, Asian Americans, and Latinos. And
- 7:01Speaker 4: so what the Democratic Party realized was if this keeps
- 7:04Speaker 4: up and think goodness, COVID came in for them and
- 7:07Speaker 4: saved them politically in many ways because COVID, you know, really,
- 7:11Speaker 4: as you know, hurt the economy in a major way
- 7:14Speaker 4: and that stopped allowed that Trump like MAGA movement, and
- 7:19Speaker 4: I think in many ways cost Trumps presidency his first
- 7:22Speaker 4: time because of what happened with COVID, and it just
- 7:24Speaker 4: shut down the whole country.
- 7:26Speaker 3: And they that was the gift to the Democratic Party.
- 7:30Speaker 4: But the Democratic Party was losing their base because what
- 7:33Speaker 4: Donald Trump said was I don't want you to live
- 7:35Speaker 4: in poverty your whole life. I don't want you to
- 7:38Speaker 4: live on food stamps your whole life.
- 7:41Speaker 3: I want to.
- 7:41Speaker 4: Empower you to pay for your own stuff. But not
- 7:44Speaker 4: because I'm like, don't want to give you help. It's
- 7:46Speaker 4: because I want you to live a better life. I
- 7:49Speaker 4: don't want you to live in government housing. I don't
- 7:52Speaker 4: want you to be like in a hud house your
- 7:54Speaker 4: whole life. I don't want you to have to depend
- 7:58Speaker 4: on handouts to survive. I want you to be able
- 8:01Speaker 4: to get your kids in a good school, not a
- 8:03Speaker 4: failing school. And one of the ways that Democrats keep
- 8:07Speaker 4: Americans down is by giving their kids horrific educational quality.
- 8:13Speaker 4: Horrific educational quality the level of Democrat cities education quality level.
- 8:24Speaker 4: It is failing virtually nationwide, in every school district in
- 8:27Speaker 4: a major city where Democrats control it.
- 8:30Speaker 3: And the question is why.
- 8:33Speaker 4: I think it's designed deliberately, because if kids are uneducated,
- 8:38Speaker 4: then they are going to end up depending on them
- 8:41Speaker 4: the Democratic Party for survival after.
- 8:43Speaker 3: They fail in school.
- 8:45Speaker 4: If you empower a kid to be smart and get
- 8:49Speaker 4: a great education.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Okay, if you.
- 8:57Speaker 4: If you have a child succeed and get on their own,
- 9:00Speaker 4: the chances that child, at some point in their life
- 9:02Speaker 4: becomes a Republican are very high. And the Democratic Party
- 9:07Speaker 4: understands that if you empower, if these kids grow up
- 9:14Speaker 4: and we don't own them in poverty and own them
- 9:17Speaker 4: because of their failures, that we've created an environment for
- 9:20Speaker 4: them to fail with failing schools. Then that is self
- 9:24Speaker 4: fulfilling prophecy, Like, Okay, they'll vote for us, and their
- 9:26Speaker 4: kids will vote for us, and they'll never get out
- 9:28Speaker 4: of the ghetto, and they'll always need us for their
- 9:30Speaker 4: food and for their lights and their heat and their
- 9:33Speaker 4: hut housing and their government aid and their government healthcare.
- 9:37Speaker 4: Right Like, That's one of the reasons why Obamacare was
- 9:39Speaker 4: so important to the Democratic Party, because it was a
- 9:41Speaker 4: way to I would say in chain Democratic voters to them.
- 9:48Speaker 4: You can't vote against me. You need that healthcare, right like,
- 9:50Speaker 4: you can't vote against me.
- 9:52Speaker 3: You need that.
- 9:53Speaker 4: And without me, you're screwed, right Like, without me, you're
- 9:57Speaker 4: in deep trouble.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Without me, you've.
- 9:59Speaker 4: Got serious, serious, serious problems.
- 10:03Speaker 3: And so that's why I keep voting for them. That's
- 10:05Speaker 3: just what happens here.
