- 0:00Speaker 1: Now I think we're gonna have a lot of big wins.
- 0:02Speaker 2: I don't know if it's gonna be covered that way
- 0:04Speaker 2: by the big news, but the winds are gonna be
- 0:06Speaker 2: very substantial.
- 0:07Speaker 1: You know, we're losing. We were losing.
- 0:10Speaker 3: Five million a day.
- 0:11Speaker 1: I've got that number way down, and soon it's going
- 0:14Speaker 1: to be very, very positive. We'll be making five millions.
- 0:18Speaker 4: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Good Tuesday morning. Welcome. It is Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:25Speaker 1: and it's so nice to have you on the forty
- 0:26Speaker 1: seven Morning Update. And here are the three big stories
- 0:29Speaker 1: that we're covering today. First up, we are one hundred
- 0:33Speaker 1: days officially right now into the Trump administration, and we
- 0:37Speaker 1: now have some of the intel on just how secure
- 0:40Speaker 1: the southern border has become, because Donald Trump's promised to
- 0:44Speaker 1: do exactly that, secure the southern border no matter what.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Up next, we'll also talk about how the media lost
- 0:51Speaker 1: their minds as they put up posters on the White
- 0:54Speaker 1: House lawn showing the violent criminals that have been arrested
- 0:57Speaker 1: since Trump has been in office. On that in just
- 1:00Speaker 1: a second. And finally, so what are the Democrats doing
- 1:04Speaker 1: one hundred days into the Trump administration, they're calling for
- 1:08Speaker 1: impeachment of Donald Trump. Yes, official articles of impeachment apparently
- 1:14Speaker 1: from Congress. It's the forty seven Morning Update and it
- 1:17Speaker 1: starts right now.
- 1:18Speaker 4: Story number one.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Today is a very important day in the administration of
- 1:23Speaker 1: Donald Trump. The first hundred days is officially here. And
- 1:27Speaker 1: the question that everyone asks, well, was it worth it?
- 1:31Speaker 1: Did we vote for the right man? And is he
- 1:33Speaker 1: doing what he promised he was going to do. Well,
- 1:36Speaker 1: We're going to take a special look at the first
- 1:38Speaker 1: hundred days of the president. We're going to start with
- 1:40Speaker 1: this promise to secure the southern border. President Donald Trump
- 1:44Speaker 1: delivered on his campaign promises to secure the US border,
- 1:48Speaker 1: achieving historic reductions in illegal crossings and apprehensions of dangerous criminals.
- 1:54Speaker 1: His administration has implemented tough policies, including designating violent gangs
- 1:59Speaker 1: as foreign terrace organizations and resuming border wall construction, to
- 2:05Speaker 1: enhance national security and public safety. Through mass deportation operations
- 2:10Speaker 1: and targeted enforcement, the administration has now arrested over one
- 2:15Speaker 1: hundred and fifty thousand illegal immigrants, including gang members and criminals,
- 2:21Speaker 1: while drastically reducing the number of unaccompanied minors also crossing
- 2:25Speaker 1: the southern border. In fact, illegal border encounters are down
- 2:30Speaker 1: ninety five percent in the first hundred days of Trump
- 2:33Speaker 1: being in office. Ninety nine point nine to nine percent
- 2:37Speaker 1: is a very important number. It deals with catch and release.
- 2:40Speaker 1: From the worst month of Joe Biden to where we
- 2:43Speaker 1: are now, it is down ninety nine point nine nine percent. Now.
- 2:48Speaker 1: President Trump has taken decisive action to eliminate sanctuary cities
- 2:52Speaker 1: as well and cut federal benefits for illegal immigrants, redirecting
- 2:57Speaker 1: resources instead to support American citizens, putting us first. Trump's
- 3:03Speaker 1: administration has also invoked the Alien Enemies Act to dismantle
- 3:08Speaker 1: migrant criminal networks and also to shut down immigration apps
- 3:12Speaker 1: used to exploit the system. With measures like the Lake
- 3:16Speaker 1: and Riley Act and executive orders to streamline border security,
- 3:20Speaker 1: it is clear in the first one hundred days that
- 3:23Speaker 1: Donald Trump's policies have literally transformed the border into the
- 3:27Speaker 1: most secure in modern American history. Now, you don't have
- 3:31Speaker 1: to take my word for it. Since President Donald Trump
- 3:35Speaker 1: took office, he and his administration have ushered in the
- 3:38Speaker 1: most secure border in modern American history, and he didn't
- 3:41Speaker 1: need legislation to do it. President Trump has made good
- 3:45Speaker 1: on the promise he made on the campaign trail to
- 3:48Speaker 1: usher in the unprecedented error of homeland security being a priority.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Now I said a moment ago. You don't have to
- 3:55Speaker 1: take my word for it. Just take a listen to
- 3:57Speaker 1: what the media has said in their reporting of just
- 4:01Speaker 1: how quickly things have changed now. The President also made
- 4:04Speaker 1: this promise when he was running for president, saying, quote,
- 4:08Speaker 1: we will close the border. We will stop the invasion
- 4:11Speaker 1: of illegal aliens into our country. He said that in Aurora, Colorado,
- 4:15Speaker 1: September twelfth of twenty twenty four, when he was making
- 4:19Speaker 1: his closing arguments to the American people of why they
- 4:22Speaker 1: should vote for him. Well, let's talk about that promise
- 4:25Speaker 1: that has been kept. Number One, illegal border encounters are
- 4:29Speaker 1: now down ninety five percent. Illegal immigrant got aways, the
- 4:33Speaker 1: top threat to public safety, are down ninety nine percent.
- 4:36Speaker 1: And then the media is backing up what the president
- 4:39Speaker 1: is saying. Fox News correspondent Bill Malusian put it this way.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Quote if Fox were to send me down there right now,
- 4:46Speaker 1: I would have trouble finding a single migrant on camera.
- 4:50Speaker 1: CBS immigration reporter saying it this way. Typically, when we
- 4:55Speaker 1: go to the US Mexico border. We at least see
- 4:58Speaker 1: one group of people who are trying to cross into
- 5:00Speaker 1: the US illegally. We did not see a single migrant
- 5:04Speaker 1: this time. The Wall Street Journal saying it this way,
- 5:08Speaker 1: border crossings grind to a halt as Trump's tough policies
- 5:12Speaker 1: take hold. Bloomberg said it this way, US bound migration
- 5:17Speaker 1: plunges ninety nine percent along the Panama Jungle route, as
- 5:21Speaker 1: people from all over the world clearly know that now
- 5:24Speaker 1: is not a time to come to America. The Washington
- 5:27Speaker 1: Times saying it this way. Under President Trump, border catch
- 5:31Speaker 1: and release has dropped ninety nine point nine to nine
- 5:34Speaker 1: percent from worse Biden month, and the Los Angeles Times
- 5:38Speaker 1: putting it this way, California Mexico border, once overwhelmed, now
- 5:43Speaker 1: nearly empty. Yes, the President United States of America paid
- 5:47Speaker 1: off on this campaign promise to secure the border, and
- 5:51Speaker 1: he did it in his first hundred days Now story
- 5:54Speaker 1: number two. The White House on Monday morning made it
- 5:57Speaker 1: very clear that they wanted to remind the American peak
- 6:00Speaker 1: full of exactly who they are arresting in the first
- 6:03Speaker 1: hundred days of the administration, and on Monday morning, images
- 6:07Speaker 1: of the worst criminal illegal immigrants arrested since President Donald J.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Trump took office were placed on the lawn of the
- 6:14Speaker 1: White House for the world to see. Why, Because they
- 6:17Speaker 1: want to highlight the Trump administration's unprecedented effort to secure
- 6:22Speaker 1: our home land and send these vicious criminals back to
- 6:25Speaker 1: where they belong. The White House said, we want you
- 6:28Speaker 1: to meet the worst. The media, of course lost their minds,
- 6:32Speaker 1: saying it was unfair to have the signs behind them
- 6:35Speaker 1: of these criminals while they're trying to do their live
- 6:38Speaker 1: shots from the lawn of the White House. Well, the
- 6:41Speaker 1: important thing is is that you meet the worst among us.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Here is an example of some of those that were
- 6:47Speaker 1: actually put out there on the lawn of the White
- 6:50Speaker 1: House with the boards, letting you know who this administration
- 6:54Speaker 1: is going after and more importantly, who the Biden administration
- 6:58Speaker 1: allowed to come into this country illegally and allowed to
- 7:00Speaker 1: stay here. I'll give you an example the arrest of
- 7:03Speaker 1: a Jamaican national convicted of first degree murder. Ice Baltimore
- 7:07Speaker 1: arrested a man, a fifty one year old citizen of Jamaica.
- 7:11Speaker 1: His criminal history includes convictions for murder first degree in
- 7:15Speaker 1: two counts of assault second degree in Prince George County
- 7:18Speaker 1: in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Let's move on to someone else.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Another man arrested and convicted of rape. Ice Buffalo arrested
- 7:27Speaker 1: a forty nine year old citizen of Fosco. The criminal
- 7:30Speaker 1: history included a conviction for rape in New York County,
- 7:33Speaker 1: New York. Again someone that should have never been in
- 7:35Speaker 1: this country. Another arrest of a Mexican national convicted of
- 7:39Speaker 1: murder and aggravated battery. This time it was a man
- 7:43Speaker 1: that is forty three years old of Mexico. He has
- 7:46Speaker 1: a criminal history including convictions for murder and aggravated battery
- 7:50Speaker 1: in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Who should have never been
- 7:53Speaker 1: in this country. Or you can move on to an
- 7:55Speaker 1: Indian national convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Ice Houston arrested the man a citizen of India. His
- 8:03Speaker 1: criminal history includes a conviction for aggravated sexual assault of
- 8:06Speaker 1: a child in Harris County, Texas. There's also the arrest
- 8:10Speaker 1: of a Mexican national, a man who was convicted of
- 8:14Speaker 1: predatory sexual assault of a child. I Chicago arrested the
- 8:17Speaker 1: forty five year old citizen of Mexico with a criminal
- 8:21Speaker 1: history that includes a conviction for predatory criminal sexual assault
- 8:25Speaker 1: of a child in Cook County, Illinois. Again someone that
- 8:28Speaker 1: should have never been the country that the Biden administration
- 8:31Speaker 1: allowed to stay. We can move to the arrest of
- 8:33Speaker 1: a Mexican national also convicted of sexual assault of a child.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Ice Denver arrested a thirty six year old citizen of
- 8:40Speaker 1: Mexico with a criminal history that includes convictions of sexual assault,
- 8:45Speaker 1: sex offense against a child, obstructing police, and driving under
- 8:49Speaker 1: the influence of alcohol in Houston County, Texas. There's also
- 8:53Speaker 1: the arrest of Mexican national, a man convicted of sexual
- 8:57Speaker 1: abuse of a minor Ice. Chicago arrested the fifty seven
- 9:01Speaker 1: year old citizen of Mexico with a criminal history including
- 9:04Speaker 1: a conviction for aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a minor
- 9:08Speaker 1: in Illinois, also the arrest of a Salvadorian national convicted
- 9:12Speaker 1: of sex with a minor. Is San Francisco arrested the
- 9:16Speaker 1: forty year old citizen of El Salvador who has the
- 9:19Speaker 1: criminal history of including a conviction for sex with a
- 9:22Speaker 1: minor in San Mateo County, California. There's also the arrest
- 9:26Speaker 1: of a Mexican national convicted of sexual abuse of a
- 9:30Speaker 1: child is San Francisco, arresting that forty five year old
- 9:33Speaker 1: citizen of Mexico. Gomez's criminal history includes a conviction for
- 9:37Speaker 1: continuous sexual abuse of a child in San Bernardino County, California.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Arrest also of a Dominican national convicted of murder. Ice
- 9:46Speaker 1: Buffalo arrested the thirty four year old citizen of the
- 9:48Speaker 1: Dominican Republic with a criminal history including a conviction for
- 9:52Speaker 1: murder in New York County, New York. Also the arrest
- 9:55Speaker 1: of a Salvadorian national convicted of sexual offense with a child,
- 10:00Speaker 1: this time Ice Atlanta arrested the thirty two year old
- 10:03Speaker 1: cent of El Salvador with a criminal history including a
- 10:06Speaker 1: conviction for sexual offense with a child in Wake, North Carolina.
- 10:10Speaker 1: And then there's the arrest of a Mexican national convicted
- 10:13Speaker 1: conspiracy to distribute cocaine. Ice Houston arrested the sixty four
- 10:18Speaker 1: year old drug dealer, a citizen of Honduras with a
- 10:21Speaker 1: criminal history including a conviction for murder in Los Angeles County, California.
- 10:26Speaker 1: There's also the arrest of an Indian national convicted of
- 10:30Speaker 1: leude acts against a child under fourteen. Ice, San Francisco
- 10:35Speaker 1: arrested the thirty nine year old citizen of India. The
- 10:37Speaker 1: criminal history of this man includes a conviction for lude
- 10:40Speaker 1: acts against a child under fourteen in Sacramento, California. Then
- 10:44Speaker 1: there's the arrest of a Mexican national convicted of sexual
- 10:48Speaker 1: assault of a child. Ice Denver arrested the thirty six
- 10:51Speaker 1: year old, a citizen of Mexico. He is a registered
- 10:54Speaker 1: sex offender with criminal history which includes convictions for sexual
- 10:58Speaker 1: assault of a child and interference with school and fail
- 11:02Speaker 1: to leave in Lake County, Colorado, and a conviction for
- 11:05Speaker 1: theft in Summit County, Colorado. The list goes on and
- 11:09Speaker 1: on and on and on and on. Literally, it would
- 11:12Speaker 1: probably take me another forty five minutes of stories just
- 11:16Speaker 1: like these to tell you just that the pictures put
- 11:19Speaker 1: at the White House. So what did the media have
- 11:22Speaker 1: to say about this moment? Were they glad that these
- 11:25Speaker 1: criminals were taken off the streets in the US. They
- 11:28Speaker 1: were not. In fact, they were angry that the signs
- 11:31Speaker 1: were in their live shot. Take a listen to this
- 11:34Speaker 1: from MSNBC.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Aria Teresa Kumar. Before we let you go, we want
- 11:37Speaker 2: to get your reaction to something that just occurred. The
- 11:40Speaker 2: White House has put up about one hundred posters of
- 11:43Speaker 2: what they say are unauthorized immigrants who have been arrested
- 11:46Speaker 2: for violent crimes. You could see them there. They put
- 11:48Speaker 2: them up on the driveway of the White House. If
- 11:51Speaker 2: you look here, that's the West Wing, just at the
- 11:53Speaker 2: forefront the Executive Mansion itself to the left. But what's
- 11:56Speaker 2: particularly noteworthy about this location is it is right directly
- 11:59Speaker 2: behind mind the positions where TV correspondents do their hits
- 12:04Speaker 2: from the White House lawnch So therefore, no matter what
- 12:07Speaker 2: network you're on that includes MSNBC, if you're doing a
- 12:10Speaker 2: hit from the White House right now, those pictures will
- 12:14Speaker 2: be behind you. The White House doing a briefing in
- 12:16Speaker 2: about a half hour about what they're doing here. Maria,
- 12:19Speaker 2: your response to this imagry.
- 12:21Speaker 5: So, I have to say, one of the biggest challenges
- 12:23Speaker 5: that we have with the deportations that we know of
- 12:26Speaker 5: so far, for example with Kilmer, Bradam Garcia, we don't
- 12:30Speaker 5: know if they've had due process. We don't know if
- 12:32Speaker 5: in fact these individuals do have a wrap sheet. So
- 12:36Speaker 5: I would encourage those individuals that have that as a
- 12:39Speaker 5: backshot to blur those people out. The job of journalism
- 12:43Speaker 5: is to ensure that we are presenting the facts that
- 12:46Speaker 5: we are cross referencing. We know that polyfact actually checked
- 12:50Speaker 5: the Trump administration because of an earlier picture that they
- 12:53Speaker 5: released on Kilmer, recognizing that it was altered, that it
- 12:57Speaker 5: was false, that they placed gang signs on getting kit
- 13:01Speaker 5: signs tattoos on him, that that weren't real, And so
- 13:04Speaker 5: I would really the press right now we are absolutely
- 13:07Speaker 5: under attack. Our job is always to have our true north,
- 13:11Speaker 5: to make sure that we're presenting balanced news and making
- 13:14Speaker 5: sure that we are not putting folks that are potentially
- 13:17Speaker 5: in danger and having that representation of those pictures in
- 13:22Speaker 5: the background. We can't allow that to basically for us
- 13:26Speaker 5: to carry the water of potentially innocent people. So I
- 13:29Speaker 5: would encourage I recognize live shots are tough, but I
- 13:32Speaker 5: would encourage folks to actually make sure that those shots
- 13:34Speaker 5: are blurred to the best of your abilities.
- 13:36Speaker 1: That's right, the media losing their minds demanding that the
- 13:40Speaker 1: mugshots of the people I just told you about are
- 13:43Speaker 1: blurred out to protect them instead of the American people.
- 13:47Speaker 1: So if you want to know if Donald Trump is
- 13:48Speaker 1: breaking the media, you better believe it. All you have
- 13:51Speaker 1: to do is listen that report and just one hundred
- 13:53Speaker 1: days in the most important part of the whole story
- 13:56Speaker 1: is these killers and those that are going after your
- 13:59Speaker 1: kids kids and selling drugs are being taken off the
- 14:03Speaker 1: streets at record numbers.
- 14:05Speaker 4: And finally, story number three.
- 14:07Speaker 1: As we hit the one hundred day mark of the
- 14:09Speaker 1: Trump administration, there's a question that has to be asked,
- 14:12Speaker 1: what are the Democrats doing one hundred days into Trump's administration. Well,
- 14:17Speaker 1: they're going back to their old playbook. The headline on
- 14:21Speaker 1: the one hundred days of Trump in office from the
- 14:23Speaker 1: Democrats is this idea introducing impeachment articles against Donald Trump.
- 14:30Speaker 1: What I'm about to play for you as an actual
- 14:32Speaker 1: Democratic congressman. And no, this is not a Saturday Night
- 14:36Speaker 1: Live skit.
- 14:37Speaker 3: This is Congressman Shritanidar. Donald Trump has already done real
- 14:42Speaker 3: damage to our democracy. But defining a unanimous nine to
- 14:47Speaker 3: ozer Supreme Court ruling that has to be the final
- 14:50Speaker 3: straw is time the impeach Donald J.
- 14:54Speaker 1: Trump.
- 14:54Speaker 3: The court said the wrongfully deported kilmer Garcia must be
- 14:59Speaker 3: allowed to re ton and received due process. Trump ignored it.
- 15:04Speaker 3: He ignored the Constitution he ignored the very checks and
- 15:09Speaker 3: balances that keep our democracy intact. This isn't an isolated incident.
- 15:14Speaker 3: It's part of a dangerous, deliberate pattern. That's why today
- 15:19Speaker 3: I introduced a resolution to impeach Donald J. Trump.
- 15:25Speaker 1: So there it is. One hundred days is all it
- 15:28Speaker 1: took for the Democrats to introduce impeachment articles yet again
- 15:33Speaker 1: against Donald Trump. Another example of just how bad Trump
- 15:37Speaker 1: derangement syndrome really is. And you better believe they're gonna
- 15:41Speaker 1: keep doing this, to keep accusing Donald Trump of obstructing justice,
- 15:46Speaker 1: abusing trade powers, tyranny, and they're going to try to
- 15:50Speaker 1: impeach him another time. This is also why so many
- 15:54Speaker 1: Americans are standing behind Donald Trump, because they look at
- 15:58Speaker 1: the Left and they realize they bring nothing to the
- 16:01Speaker 1: table but anarchy and chaos. And if you don't believe
- 16:05Speaker 1: me on that, just look at the multiple judges that
- 16:08Speaker 1: we're arrested for trying to help illegal migrant to escape arrest,
- 16:13Speaker 1: who are now behind bars.
