- 0:00Good morning.
- 0:04Woo!
- 0:09>> Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!
- 0:12>> Listen, the Lord is made and we choose
- 0:14to rejoice and be glad.
- 0:15>> Yes. Yes. Yes.
- 0:16>> All right. So, listen. Y'all know we all
- 0:18wear glasses,
- 0:20>> right?
- 0:20>> So, we can take these shades off
- 0:22>> so we can do what we supposed to do.
- 0:26>> My god. We thought we were going to be
- 0:28falling over each other.
- 0:30>> Jesus.
- 0:31>> Thank God we can see.
- 0:34>> My my listen, while we are standing, can
- 0:37you help us help me thank God for my
- 0:38first lady, my only lady, Lady Mar?
- 0:45>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She got them heels on.
- 0:48Yes, sir.
- 0:50Woo.
- 0:52Yeah.
- 0:59Lord, y'all know Pastor Trev is not
- 1:00going to be able to concentrate, right?
- 1:02Yes, sir. Amen.
- 1:03>> I said, Jeff, you supposed to wear some
- 1:05flats to church. Don't wear them kind of
- 1:06shoes. All right.
- 1:09Listen, while we're standing, can we
- 1:10just thank God? Let me just say it like
- 1:12we used to say. Ain't no bishop like the
- 1:14one we got. Can we thank God for our
- 1:16bishop, Bishop Rosie O'Neal?
- 1:20>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:20>> Amen.
- 1:22>> Amen. Listen, you may be seated in the
- 1:24presence of the Lord.
- 1:26>> Yes, Lord.
- 1:27>> Let's ride.
- 1:32>> You know, identity shapes everything.
- 1:35How we see ourselves, how we live, and
- 1:38how we impact the world around us.
- 1:41>> Quania, it is no mystery. We have been
- 1:44given the same mission.
- 1:46>> Yes, sir.
- 1:46>> The same mantle.
- 1:48>> Yes.
- 1:48>> And the same
- 1:49>> message.
- 1:50>> The same message. Yes,
- 1:52>> it is our it is critical for us to be
- 1:54grounded in the truth of our kingdom
- 1:57identity
- 1:58>> especially hear me good in times of
- 2:00transition.
- 2:02>> Transition has a way of shaking what we
- 2:05think of ourselves or what we know of
- 2:08ourselves. That's why God is leading us
- 2:10in solidifying our identity.
- 2:13>> This year we will take time to look at
- 2:16to learn to grow and walk in who we are
- 2:19in Jesus.
- 2:20>> Yeah.
- 2:21and sir,
- 2:22>> who we are as a local church.
- 2:24>> Amen.
- 2:26>> We see Jesus model this for us in
- 2:27Matthew chapter 16 when he and his
- 2:30disciples are on their way into the
- 2:32region of Cesaria Philippi and Jesus
- 2:35pulls his disciples to the side and asks
- 2:38them a question. Now this is not a
- 2:40random conversation. This is a very
- 2:42intentional conversation.
- 2:44>> Yeah. Jesus paused to ask his disciples,
- 2:47"Who do you say that I am?"
- 2:50>> Yeah.
- 2:53>> This question not only revealed his
- 2:56identity, but it also revealed their
- 2:59identity.
- 3:00>> Yeah.
- 3:00>> Because it is one thing. It's it's not
- 3:02enough for us to just know who Jesus is,
- 3:05but we must know who we are in him.
- 3:08>> That's good.
- 3:09>> Yes. Yes. Yes.
- 3:12And so here we go. Let's make this
- 3:16personal.
- 3:17>> Take out your ID.
- 3:19Not not not your I No, no, no, not not
- 3:21your not your driver's license.
- 3:22>> Driver's license. Yeah.
- 3:23>> Your kingdom ID.
- 3:24>> When you came in,
- 3:26>> you had a card in your chair.
- 3:29>> Yeah. Your kingdom ID.
- 3:31>> If you look on the back of the card, you
- 3:33will see a space that says do o and
- 3:36there's a blank.
- 3:37>> Now, this is not your date of birth.
- 3:40>> Come on. This is your date of belief.
- 3:44>> Danny, I want you to take time and fill
- 3:45in that space on the day in which you
- 3:47made Jesus Christ the Lord of your life.
- 3:49>> Yes. Yes.
- 3:51>> Now, if you don't remember the exact
- 3:53day, put the year.
- 3:54>> Amen.
- 3:56>> And if you haven't made that decision
- 3:57yet, hold on to this card because we
- 3:59believe your day is gone.
- 4:01>> Yes, sir.
- 4:03>> Thank you, God.
- 4:05>> Thank you, Lord.
- 4:06>> Now, this is not a keepsake. This is a
- 4:08reminder of who we are and who'sse we
- 4:12are.
- 4:12>> Yeah.
- 4:13>> And that is critical. And so when we say
- 4:16kingdom identity, let me let's define
- 4:19what we mean by that. When we say
- 4:21kingdom identity, it is the
- 4:24distinguishing traits that defines our
- 4:27worth, our purpose and our belonging.
- 4:31>> And we get this belonging not from what
- 4:34we do.
- 4:34>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We get this
- 4:36belonging not from what others have said
- 4:38about us.
- 4:39>> But our belonging, our identity and our
- 4:42purpose comes solely from our
- 4:44relationship with Jesus.
- 4:46>> Yes.
- 4:48>> I'mma let that sit for a second.
- 4:50>> It comes solely from our relationship
- 4:52with Jesus. And when we have this, it
- 4:55produces the posture of intentional
- 4:57living as people who are number one
- 4:59owned by God.
- 5:00>> Yeah. empowered by his grace
- 5:03>> and deployed for his glory.
- 5:05>> Yes, sir.
- 5:06>> This is who we are. This is what we're
- 5:08doing. Now, don't worry. We're going to
- 5:10take all year to chase down this
- 5:12definition.
- 5:13>> Amen.
- 5:14>> We We are walking in the in the mantle
- 5:16of our pastor. We going to say it often.
- 5:19>> Amen.
- 5:20>> If not every Sunday
- 5:21>> about what this kingdom identity is. All
- 5:23right. So this year we will embrace our
- 5:25kingdom identity living as people who
- 5:27know who we are,
- 5:28>> who's we are and why we are.
- 5:32>> Because when we do, we don't survive
- 5:35transitions, we thrive in transition.
- 5:41>> Lord,
- 5:41>> now part of our kingdom identity is
- 5:43knowing who we are and not not just
- 5:46knowing who we are and who we are in
- 5:48Jesus, but we are reminded of the
- 5:50mission that we have. I am so thankful.
- 5:52We are so grateful that our mission has
- 5:55not changed.
- 5:56>> Cornia,
- 5:58>> we are still called to equip the
- 6:00believers
- 6:01>> to grow, to build, to serve, to share.
- 6:05>> To grow, to build, to serve, to share.
- 6:08To
- 6:09>> grow, build, serve, share.
- 6:12>> E church, I need you to put that in the
- 6:14chat.
- 6:14>> Yes, sir.
- 6:15>> We are still called to equip the
- 6:16believers to grow, to build, to serve,
- 6:19to share.
- 6:20>> Yes. When we are talking about growing,
- 6:22we're talking about growing in God's
- 6:24word.
- 6:24>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 6:25>> When we grow in God's word, we believe
- 6:27that transformation begins with the word
- 6:29of God.
- 6:31>> 1 Peter chapter 2:2 says that as babes,
- 6:34we are to desire the sincere milk of the
- 6:37word
- 6:38>> that we may grow thereby.
- 6:41>> If we are going to grow, it is going to
- 6:43be through and by the word of God.
- 6:45>> Amen. The Bible says the grass withers,
- 6:48>> the flower fades, but the word of our
- 6:50God will stand forever.
- 6:54>> This is how we're going to grow.
- 6:55>> Amen.
- 6:56>> Number two, we're called to build real
- 6:58relationships.
- 6:59>> Cornia means authentic fellowship.
- 7:02>> This is not a church where you are the
- 7:04last one here and the first one to
- 7:06leave.
- 7:06>> That's right.
- 7:07>> No, no, no, no, no. We don't want you to
- 7:09have your keys in your hand right at the
- 7:11benediction. We want you to at least dig
- 7:13in your bag cuz you was talking to
- 7:14somebody and you got to find them.
- 7:17>> Why? Because we're not made to do life
- 7:19alone.
- 7:19>> That's right. Amen.
- 7:20>> And God has called us into a family and
- 7:22it is our responsibility to build real
- 7:24connections.
- 7:25>> Thirdly, we are to serve with purpose.
- 7:28>> Purpose.
- 7:30>> God has gifted each of us uniquely. And
- 7:32our giftings are not fulfilled when we
- 7:35hold on to them.
- 7:37>> Our giftings are fulfilled when we
- 7:38stretch it out and use it to help
- 7:40somebody else. Yes, sir.
- 7:42>> So, we are to grow in the word of God,
- 7:44build real relationships, serve with
- 7:46purpose, and fourth and finally, we are
- 7:48to share our faith.
- 7:49>> Yes.
- 7:50>> Though our relationship with Jesus is
- 7:52personal, it was never called to be
- 7:53private.
- 7:54>> Yes, sir.
- 7:55>> God has called us to share our faith
- 7:58with others.
- 7:59>> Yes.
- 7:59>> And this is what we're called to do.
- 8:01>> To grow, to build, to serve, to share,
- 8:04>> to grow, to build, to serve, to share.
- 8:07To do what?
- 8:08>> Grow. Build. Serve. share.
- 8:11>> That is our mission. So our mission is
- 8:13just that. It's our call to action. But
- 8:16what determines for us how we accomplish
- 8:20that mission
- 8:21>> and what we do to accomplish it? Those
- 8:24are defined in our core values.
- 8:26>> Yeah.
- 8:27>> Every time we have a worship encounter,
- 8:30>> every time we reach out to the
- 8:31community, every time we do internal
- 8:34training, we do that as defined in our
- 8:37core values.
- 8:38>> Yeah.
- 8:38>> Now, here it is. The first core value
- 8:40that we have as a church is this.
- 8:44Everybody
- 8:46>> matters to God.
- 8:47>> Yes, sir.
- 8:49>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 8:50>> Come on, y'all. Say that. Everybody
- 8:52>> Everybody
- 8:53>> matters to God.
- 8:54>> The Bible teaches us. It says that God
- 8:57is no respector of persons.
- 9:00>> He accepts from every nations the one
- 9:02who fears him and does what is right.
- 9:04Yes, sir.
- 9:05>> So, here's the thing. We say that if
- 9:07Jesus died for everybody, then he paid
- 9:09the same price for each of us.
- 9:13>> That's good, Doc.
- 9:15>> And if he paid the same price, then that
- 9:17means everybody matters to God.
- 9:18>> Yes, sir.
- 9:20>> Now, here's the conclusion of that is if
- 9:23everybody matters to God, then they
- 9:25should matter to us.
- 9:26>> Come on.
- 9:28>> Amen.
- 9:28>> Yes, sir.
- 9:30>> So, this is why we have our loving
- 9:31through feed. And you saw that
- 9:33announcement. And so if you don't know
- 9:34what that is, that is when we feed
- 9:36people in the community. We give them a
- 9:38hot meal. We give them bags of
- 9:40groceries. On the upcoming one, we'll be
- 9:42doing a 40 lb case of chicken.
- 9:45>> Yeah.
- 9:45>> Yeah. This is why we do that because
- 9:47everybody
- 9:48>> matters to God.
- 9:49>> Yeah. This is why we are committed to
- 9:51our differently aabled funfair.
- 9:52>> Yes.
- 9:53>> Yeah. This is why we're committed
- 9:55because it is like it you all have seen
- 9:57it or heard about it. And if you not,
- 9:58let me if you haven't, let me tell you.
- 10:00It is like a huge theme park. It is a
- 10:03fun atmosphere where there are rides,
- 10:06there's food, there are games, there are
- 10:09haircuts for caregivers, there are
- 10:10massages, haircuts for our VIPs. We do
- 10:14all of this because it is for
- 10:16individuals who have severe and profound
- 10:18physical and mental disabilities.
- 10:21>> And it's all for free.
- 10:23>> Yes.
- 10:24>> Yeah.
- 10:24>> Yes, sir.
- 10:25>> Yeah. I'll wait on the plat for that
- 10:26one.
- 10:26>> Yes, sir.
- 10:27>> It's all for free. Why? because we're
- 10:30letting them know that you are not
- 10:31forgotten.
- 10:32>> That's right.
- 10:33>> Amen.
- 10:33>> You matter to God.
- 10:36>> And this is one thing we're excited
- 10:37about because sometimes we realize some
- 10:40parents don't come to church if their
- 10:43child has a special need because they
- 10:45don't have a space for them.
- 10:48>> And so we're excited to share that this
- 10:50year one of the things we're going to
- 10:51do, we're going to partner with
- 10:53consultants, some physical therapists,
- 10:55occupational speech therapists, and we
- 10:57will be taking a training room. Yes.
- 10:59>> And we're going to transition that into
- 11:01a sensory special needs classroom.
- 11:05>> Yes, sir.
- 11:07>> Hallelujah.
- 11:10>> Yes, sir.
- 11:11>> So, when they bring their kids to a
- 11:12children's ministry, they have a space
- 11:15for them.
- 11:18>> That's good.
- 11:22>> Yes, sir. Now, why are we doing that?
- 11:24>> Because they matter to God. Yes.
- 11:27>> And if they matter to God, they matter
- 11:29to
- 11:29>> us. Yes, sir.
- 11:31>> Everybody
- 11:32>> matters to God.
- 11:32>> Matters to God.
- 11:34>> Hallelujah.
- 11:36>> Man.
- 11:37>> Yes, sir.
- 11:39>> Okay, I'm torn up. Let me get on to my
- 11:40part. All right, y'all. Cuz you know
- 11:42that that's that's really that's
- 11:44something, ain't it?
- 11:46>> That's something.
- 11:48>> The families will be able to bring their
- 11:50children to church and not have to
- 11:52worry. Come on.
- 11:54>> Everybody matters to God.
- 11:56>> Well, look, I got a quick question. Have
- 11:57y'all ever found something so good that
- 11:59you just could not keep it to yourself?
- 12:02>> Yeah. Like a hole in the wall kind of
- 12:03restaurant.
- 12:04>> You began on that phone. I know Veronica
- 12:06knows. She calling everybody telling
- 12:07them about it. Or some lifechanging
- 12:09book. Well, here's the thing. We will
- 12:12naturally share what we value.
- 12:16>> I'm going to say that again. We will
- 12:17naturally share what we value. So our
- 12:21second core value is this. Found people
- 12:24find people.
- 12:28>> I'm waiting on the class. Found people
- 12:31find people. You know, there's a passage
- 12:34of scripture that speaks to this core
- 12:35value found in John 1:es 40-41. Jot it
- 12:40down for yourselves. But we see it play
- 12:42out perfectly with a guy by the name of
- 12:44Andrew. As soon as Andrew realized who
- 12:47Jesus was, the very first thing he did,
- 12:51the Bible says, he went and found his
- 12:53brother, Simon Peter.
- 12:56>> Andrew did not wait to get a theology
- 12:58degree. He didn't wait to get a
- 13:00certificate in evangelism. He just said,
- 13:03"We have found Jesus. I'm going to find
- 13:05my brother." Yes, sir.
- 13:07>> Because found people find people. So our
- 13:10challenge is going to be to every single
- 13:13one of us sitting in these seats today
- 13:15to ask yourself, who is my Simon Peter?
- 13:19>> Yes, sir.
- 13:20>> Who is the person or the persons in my
- 13:22life who are still lost?
- 13:25>> We're talking about personal evangelism.
- 13:28>> Now, we thank God for Reverend Shindy
- 13:29and the evangelism team. They're doing a
- 13:31fabulous job, but that is not that's not
- 13:35their sole responsibility.
- 13:37That's our responsibility as a corner
- 13:40member.
- 13:41>> All of us are personal evangelists.
- 13:44>> Because found people find people.
- 13:47>> Here's the thing. Being found is not a
- 13:49status to be enjoyed in isolation.
- 13:52>> It's a commission to be shared. And at
- 13:55Cornineia, we will be a church full of
- 13:58KCC members who are so overwhelmed by
- 14:02the fact that Jesus found us
- 14:05>> that we are going out to find others
- 14:08>> because found people
- 14:10>> find people
- 14:11>> found people
- 14:14>> find people
- 14:15>> find people.
- 14:17>> Yes. So that's our second core value.
- 14:22You know when we understand that we have
- 14:24been found then we are aware that we
- 14:27have been rescued.
- 14:28>> Yes sir.
- 14:29>> That we have been redeemed.
- 14:31>> Come on.
- 14:32>> Or as my grandmama would say we've been
- 14:34saved.
- 14:36>> We have been we understand that and when
- 14:38we understand that our response should
- 14:40be having been redeemed and rescued and
- 14:43saved our response to the Lord should be
- 14:45is to serve. Amen.
- 14:47>> Our third core value is save people
- 14:50serve.
- 14:51>> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
- 14:53>> Save people.
- 14:55>> Serve. Say it with me. Save people
- 14:57serve.
- 14:58>> The Bible says in 1 Peter chapter 4:e
- 15:0110, it says, "Each of you should use
- 15:04whatever gift you have received
- 15:06>> to serve others
- 15:08>> as faithful stewards of God's various
- 15:11forms of grace."
- 15:12>> Yes, Lord. Saved people serve by using
- 15:15their God-given gifts to pour out his
- 15:17grace and his and make eternal impact.
- 15:21>> Catch this. Serving is not something we
- 15:23have to do.
- 15:24>> Come on.
- 15:27>> Serving is not something we just have to
- 15:30do.
- 15:31>> Serving is something we get to do.
- 15:34>> Come on.
- 15:37>> I get to serve.
- 15:40>> I get to serve. Yes,
- 15:42>> I get to serve.
- 15:43>> Somebody say it with me. I get to serve.
- 15:46>> In the chat, I need you to drop that in
- 15:48there. I get to serve.
- 15:49>> I get to serve.
- 15:51>> When we serve, we're not just filling a
- 15:53role or completing a task. I need us to
- 15:56understand that.
- 15:57>> Yeah.
- 15:57>> Understand something. When you when you
- 15:59when you are in parking ministry, you're
- 16:01not just parking a car.
- 16:02>> Come on.
- 16:03>> You are you are the first line of our
- 16:06greeters ushering people into the
- 16:08presence of God.
- 16:12our beloved sancted children's ministry
- 16:16workers.
- 16:18>> My God.
- 16:20>> Amen.
- 16:21>> A parent just stood up and gave you a
- 16:23rounding applause.
- 16:25>> You're not You're not You're not
- 16:27watching kids.
- 16:28>> That's right. That's right. Babysitting.
- 16:31>> Yeah. You're not babysitting.
- 16:32>> That's right. You are helping to shape
- 16:34the future of our next generation
- 16:38>> and our future leaders.
- 16:39>> That's right.
- 16:42>> We understand clearly that when we're
- 16:44serving, we are actually fulfilling
- 16:45purpose.
- 16:46>> And I want us to live and breathe that
- 16:50we get to serve.
- 16:52>> Because save people
- 16:54>> serve.
- 16:54>> Save people don't just shout.
- 16:57>> Save people
- 16:58>> serve.
- 16:58>> Save people don't just run around the
- 17:00sanctuary. Save people
- 17:01>> serve. We don't just wave our hands but
- 17:03save people.
- 17:04>> Sir,
- 17:06>> my God.
- 17:09>> Has someone ever said to you, "You
- 17:12changed."
- 17:15>> Usually if you hear that, typically we
- 17:17get offended
- 17:19because we want to show people that
- 17:21we're still like them
- 17:23>> or that we understand them.
- 17:26>> As a believer, however, we're not called
- 17:29to remain the same.
- 17:33We're called to grow
- 17:35>> and growing people change.
- 17:39>> That's our next core value. It is that
- 17:41growing people
- 17:42>> change.
- 17:43>> Growing people change. The Bible says to
- 17:45us, "Be not conformed to this world."
- 17:49>> Do
- 17:49>> But be transformed by the renewing of
- 17:53your mind.
- 17:55That means when you and I accept Jesus
- 17:58Christ as our Lord and Savior, we jump
- 18:00onto this journey to start changing
- 18:04>> and to start growing.
- 18:06>> So how do we grow and change? We believe
- 18:08that transformation doesn't just happen
- 18:11in rows.
- 18:13>> It happens in circles.
- 18:15>> In other words, we grow in community
- 18:17where iron can sharpen iron. Now, this
- 18:20year we're going to see our life groups
- 18:21will resume, but they're going to resume
- 18:23in April
- 18:24>> because we're adding this year an
- 18:25additional type of life group. It will
- 18:27be called a disciplehip group.
- 18:30>> And these are going to be groups where
- 18:31people can join together for
- 18:33accountability with the aim of spiritual
- 18:35growth.
- 18:36>> Lord,
- 18:37>> that is amen. That is how we're going to
- 18:40grow. This past week, we kicked off our
- 18:42corner circles.
- 18:48So, these are our Wednesday night
- 18:49gatherings. It's 6:30 every Wednesday
- 18:52and each week we have a different group.
- 18:54Now, if you heard a lot of ladies
- 18:55hollering,
- 18:56>> my god,
- 18:56>> it's cuz they kicked it off this past
- 18:58Wednesday.
- 18:59>> They did.
- 19:00>> Yes, they did.
- 19:01>> And they came through. But they came
- 19:03through. We were rushing trying to find
- 19:04more space and chair. They came through.
- 19:07And this is what we're going to do. So,
- 19:08you all have heard it already, but first
- 19:10weeks, first Wednesdays, that's going to
- 19:11be when the ladies come. 6:30. Second
- 19:14Wednesdays, that's when our singles come
- 19:166:30. Third Wednesdays are going to be
- 19:18our men.
- 19:19>> Fourth Wednesdays are going to be our
- 19:20engaged and married couples. And then we
- 19:22have our S3, they continue, that's our
- 19:24teens and our middle school and high
- 19:26school. They continue to get together on
- 19:28Wednesdays. Our seniors, they gather in
- 19:30person on second Tuesdays each month for
- 19:32Bible study. And so we have a space
- 19:34where everyone can come to grow and to
- 19:37change.
- 19:38>> These are opportunities that will help
- 19:40us become more like Jesus.
- 19:42>> Yes.
- 19:43So when someone says to you, "You
- 19:46changed," tell them, "Thank you."
- 19:51>> Yes, sir.
- 19:52>> Because growing people
- 19:54>> change.
- 19:54>> Growing people change.
- 19:55>> Yes, sir. That's good.
- 19:56>> So, our last and final core value is
- 19:59this. God's people give.
- 20:05>> God's people give. When we talk about
- 20:08giving, you know, it's really easy to
- 20:09focus on throwing some money in a bucket
- 20:12that's passed by you called a
- 20:13transaction.
- 20:15>> But for us, God's people give, it's not
- 20:17just about putting money in a bucket or
- 20:19even a budget.
- 20:21>> It's about a belief.
- 20:23>> It's the kingdom belief that everything
- 20:25that you and I have was a gift before it
- 20:28was ever our possession.
- 20:30>> Amen.
- 20:32>> We don't give to get.
- 20:38We don't give to get. We give because we
- 20:41have already received.
- 20:43>> We give because we serve a God who is by
- 20:46his very nature
- 20:48>> a giver.
- 20:50>> God's people give. And as a kingdom
- 20:53citizen, you and I have a mandate from
- 20:55our Lord. And uh Reverend Rashard read
- 20:58the scripture this morning out of
- 20:59Proverbs 3:9 and 10. The scripture tells
- 21:02us, "Honor the Lord with your substance
- 21:04and with the first fruits of all of your
- 21:06increase. So shall your barns be filled
- 21:09with plenty, and your presses shall
- 21:12burst out with new wine."
- 21:14>> We have a commission to honor the Lord
- 21:16with our giving.
- 21:18>> Notice the word though, substance.
- 21:21>> God ain't asking us for what's
- 21:22imaginary.
- 21:24>> And he's not asking us for what we hope
- 21:26to have one day. He asked us to honor
- 21:29him with what we have right now.
- 21:34>> As a kingdom citizen, when we give him
- 21:37the very first and the best of our
- 21:39increase, we are putting him first in
- 21:42our lives.
- 21:43>> It is a promise of provision.
- 21:46>> And so, as a kingdom citizen and a
- 21:48corneria member, generosity is one of
- 21:51our family traits.
- 21:53>> God's people give. When there's a need,
- 21:56we give.
- 21:57>> When there's something going on in our
- 21:58community, we give. Why? Because God's
- 22:01people give.
- 22:04>> So there you have it. This is our
- 22:06mission and this is our core values.
- 22:08This is our call to action.
- 22:09>> Yes.
- 22:09>> And this is how we will accomplish that
- 22:12call to action. So what do we say? Our
- 22:14mission is to equip the believer to grow
- 22:17in God's word.
- 22:18>> Yes. to build real relationships, to
- 22:22serve with purpose, and to share our
- 22:25faith. Our core values, we said, is that
- 22:28everybody
- 22:29>> matters to God.
- 22:31>> Let's try that. I want to hear everybody
- 22:32say, "Everybody
- 22:33>> matters to God."
- 22:34>> Everybody matters to God. Found people
- 22:36>> find people,
- 22:37>> save people,
- 22:38>> serve,
- 22:38>> growing people,
- 22:39>> change,
- 22:40>> and God's people.
- 22:41>> Yeah.
- 22:41>> Yeah. That's our core values. That's our
- 22:43mission. That is our core values.
- 22:46That is our identity.
- 22:50>> Now, here's the thing. We want every KCC
- 22:53member to know this mission
- 22:56>> and to know these core values.
- 22:58>> Yes.
- 22:59>> How many members?
- 23:00>> Every single one of you.
- 23:02>> We want you to know this mission and
- 23:03core values. As a matter of fact, we we
- 23:05serious about this. We were talking last
- 23:06night and we are we were going to do it
- 23:08today, but we're going to wait till next
- 23:09week because it's commitment Sunday.
- 23:11We're going to call on somebody at each
- 23:12encounter.
- 23:13>> And we want you to know these mission.
- 23:15Don't then don't skip church.
- 23:18>> We want you to know this mission and the
- 23:19core values. And we've got we got some
- 23:20ice cream money.
- 23:21>> Yeah.
- 23:22>> For you. I think we got about $250
- 23:24>> for each person that knows it.
- 23:26>> But we want you to know it.
- 23:27>> Hold on. I feel like my bishop ain't
- 23:29nobody clap that $250. I
- 23:32>> felt my bishop.
- 23:34>> They don't need it.
- 23:36>> They they must billionaires in the
- 23:38house.
- 23:38>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 23:38>> But we want you to know it
- 23:40>> because this is our church.
- 23:41>> That's right.
- 23:42>> And this is our identity. Amen.
- 23:43>> This is what God called us.
- 23:45>> Yeah.
- 23:45>> And so it is important to not only know
- 23:48who we are, but also where we are going.
- 23:52>> Kingdom identity isn't just about
- 23:54understanding our worth and purpose.
- 23:56It's about walking it out with
- 23:58intentionality. So with that in mind,
- 24:00let's talk about where God is leading us
- 24:03in in our ministry in 2026. Now, these
- 24:06aren't just goals. I need us to know
- 24:09these are kingdom assignments.
- 24:13>> What we're about to talk about, we
- 24:15they're listed as goals, but I want us
- 24:17to see them and approach them and
- 24:20execute them as kingdom assignments.
- 24:22>> They are the steps that we're taking
- 24:24together to grow, to build, to serve,
- 24:27and to share.
- 24:28>> Yeah.
- 24:29>> Goal number one is that we are going to
- 24:31have at least, somebody shout at least.
- 24:34At least
- 24:34>> at least 500 first and second time
- 24:37guests.
- 24:40>> At least
- 24:41>> at least.
- 24:42>> Now, how many of you came to Cornia
- 24:45because somebody invited you? Raise your
- 24:47hand. Because somebody invited you. Take
- 24:51a look around. Hold on. Put your hand
- 24:52up. Take a look around. Throw your hand
- 24:53up. I'm sorry. I just couldn't I just
- 24:55couldn't help it. I'm sorry. Look
- 24:57around.
- 24:59>> You are here because somebody stepped
- 25:01outside of their comfort zone. Yes,
- 25:03>> possibly over nervousness, fear, and
- 25:06anxiety,
- 25:07>> to invite you into something that they
- 25:10believe would change your life.
- 25:12>> And many of our lives have been changed
- 25:15because somebody was willing to invite
- 25:17us.
- 25:18>> Yeah.
- 25:19>> They were willing to extend what we
- 25:21believe to be one of the most powerful
- 25:23tools we have. And that is a personal
- 25:25invitation.
- 25:27>> That somebody would invite us into what
- 25:30it is God is doing. A personal
- 25:32invitation is the most powerful tool
- 25:34that we have. And many are just waiting
- 25:37to be asked.
- 25:38>> Yes. Yes.
- 25:40>> Many people around us are just waiting
- 25:44>> for somebody to ask them to come to
- 25:48church.
- 25:48>> Amen.
- 25:49>> To ask them to do do you do you want to
- 25:53invite them into community into a
- 25:55relationship to take a step toward
- 25:58transforming their lives?
- 26:00It's a personal invitation. I remember
- 26:03my mom told me that she got saved
- 26:05because this young girl invited her to
- 26:06Jesus.
- 26:08>> And she the first time she invited her,
- 26:10my mom ducked her. She didn't go and she
- 26:13ended up seeing her in the street again.
- 26:14And that little girl was persistent.
- 26:17>> Yes, sir.
- 26:18>> And as Miss Ev miss Evans, you didn't
- 26:21come. I THOUGHT YOU WERE COMING.
- 26:24>> And because she wouldn't give up.
- 26:28>> Come on.
- 26:30BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT AFRAID OF HOW MY MOM
- 26:32WOULD RESPOND.
- 26:34>> My mom followed through on that
- 26:35invitation. And I don't know where I
- 26:38would be if that little girl wasn't
- 26:39brave enough to invite an adult.
- 26:41>> My God,
- 26:45>> we want to invite people to our worship
- 26:47encounters.
- 26:47>> Yes.
- 26:48>> We want to invite them to our corner
- 26:50circles.
- 26:51>> We want to invite them to our life
- 26:52groups.
- 26:53>> Yes. Now, when they come on when they
- 26:56come to our worship encounters, I need
- 26:58us to do something we're starting to
- 27:00call uh something that we're going to
- 27:02call close the deal.
- 27:03>> Yeah.
- 27:04>> When they come to church, it's not
- 27:06enough for them to come and enjoy the
- 27:08worship encounter and then leave.
- 27:10>> That's right.
- 27:10>> We need to close the deal by having them
- 27:12complete the first time guest form.
- 27:15>> Amen.
- 27:17Let me tell you, I know you don't know
- 27:18how to I know you don't know the clap
- 27:19there,
- 27:20>> but without that first time guest form,
- 27:23>> we don't get to connect with them
- 27:25>> and to show them that they are really
- 27:27seen and are valued.
- 27:32>> We don't want to just attract people. We
- 27:34want to attach them to the Lord Jesus.
- 27:39>> Lord,
- 27:40>> and so we want to close the deal.
- 27:43>> Somebody shout, "Close the deal."
- 27:44>> Close the deal. We want to close the
- 27:46deal. We invite them, but the deal is
- 27:49not finished until they complete that
- 27:50first time business form because we want
- 27:53to walk them into a loving relationship
- 27:55with Jesus and become everything they
- 27:57have been called to be.
- 27:58>> Amen.
- 27:58>> Somebody shout it one more time. Close
- 28:00the deal.
- 28:00>> Close the deal.
- 28:02>> All right. Our second kingdom assignment
- 28:04is we will see 700 people give their
- 28:09lives to Jesus Christ.
- 28:12>> Wait a minute. I need some more
- 28:15excitement in this room.
- 28:19>> I didn't say we're believing. I said we
- 28:22will see Yes, sir.
- 28:23>> we will see 700 people give their lives
- 28:28to Jesus Christ
- 28:30>> this year.
- 28:33>> And as a as a church family, we're going
- 28:35to go get them.
- 28:38We're not waiting. We're not waiting for
- 28:40somebody to, you know, give us, hey, can
- 28:42you No, no, no, no, no.
- 28:44>> On your job.
- 28:45>> Come on.
- 28:46>> In the break room,
- 28:48>> online, whatever it is, whatever your
- 28:50environment is, wherever your level of
- 28:52influence is, it is a commission from
- 28:55God for you to go get them.
- 28:57>> There are people around us right now in
- 28:59our neighborhoods,
- 29:01>> who do not know the Lord.
- 29:04>> Look around this room. I know it's at
- 29:06least 700 of us in here.
- 29:09>> Look around.
- 29:11>> It's more than that.
- 29:13>> We are going to get the saints to come
- 29:16on in and be part of this family. Amen.
- 29:19>> So, it's not about I want you to hear
- 29:21this. 700 isn't just a statistic.
- 29:25>> It's 700 names.
- 29:26>> Come on.
- 29:27>> It's 700 souls.
- 29:28>> It's 700 families whose entire eternity
- 29:32will change.
- 29:34It's 700 people who right now are found
- 29:38by God because someone in this room was
- 29:41willing to go and find you.
- 29:45>> So we will model we'll model the Luke 10
- 29:47verse two. It says the harvest truly is
- 29:50great but the laborers are few. Pray ye
- 29:53therefore the Lord of harvest that he
- 29:55would send forth laborers into the
- 29:57harvest.
- 29:58>> Today we're answering that prayer. We
- 30:01are the laborers.
- 30:03That's it.
- 30:03>> Uh-uh. Touch your neighbor. And I know
- 30:05y'all don't want to do all that, but
- 30:06anyway, do it anyway. Touch your
- 30:07neighbor and say, "You are a laborer.
- 30:08>> You are a labor.
- 30:09>> You are a lab." Look at the other one,
- 30:11cuz that one didn't even say nothing.
- 30:12Look at the other one and say, "I'm
- 30:13talking to you.
- 30:15>> You are a laborer."
- 30:18>> Y'all, this is about personal
- 30:20evangelism.
- 30:22>> We want you to take on this mission of
- 30:25going after souls.
- 30:29>> So, we're going to go get them. Amen.
- 30:31Amen.
- 30:32>> And that's our goal.
- 30:33>> Goal number three is that we're going to
- 30:36have at least 100 life group and
- 30:39disciplehip group leaders.
- 30:42>> Uhuh. We waiting on
- 30:48>> Now, I know some of you heard Pastor
- 30:50Shaell when he said it, life groups
- 30:52begin in April. Yes, they do. And th the
- 30:56reason why we're doing this is a couple
- 30:57of reasons. Number one, this is going to
- 31:00allow us to reach this goal of at least
- 31:03100 life group and disciplehip group
- 31:05leaders.
- 31:06>> Yeah.
- 31:06>> It's going to give us an opportunity to
- 31:08recruit and to uh properly train these
- 31:12leaders.
- 31:12>> Amen.
- 31:13>> Second reason why we're doing it in
- 31:15April is because it's going to give us
- 31:17an opportunity to allow more people to
- 31:20be a part of a life group.
- 31:21>> Yes.
- 31:22>> We don't we don't want to just attract
- 31:25You're going to hear us talk about this.
- 31:26We don't want to just attract people to
- 31:28our church.
- 31:28>> Amen.
- 31:29>> We want to attach them to the Lord.
- 31:33>> The reason why we're doing it beginning
- 31:34April 20th, the second reason is because
- 31:37we know many people come to our worship
- 31:39encounter on Easter Sunday.
- 31:40>> Amen.
- 31:41>> They experience a phenomenal time in the
- 31:44presence of God. And what we've seen is
- 31:46that we don't have anything else for
- 31:48them to connect to. Yeah.
- 31:50>> And so we're going to begin our life
- 31:52groups after Easter because it's going
- 31:55to give them an opportunity to be able
- 31:57to sign up and be a part.
- 32:04>> We are also moving from just going to
- 32:08get them.
- 32:09>> Yeah. Yeah. Come on.
- 32:10>> To now going to make them.
- 32:14We going to keep going to get them, but
- 32:17God has dropped it in our hearts to make
- 32:19sure that we go make them.
- 32:23>> A couple of months ago, we were talking
- 32:25sitting in a meeting and I I shared with
- 32:26them that God had put I don't I don't
- 32:29know if it's a vision prophet
- 32:30necessarily, but but God showed me a a
- 32:33room with ultrasounds.
- 32:36>> Yeah.
- 32:36>> In a frame. ultrasounds where people go
- 32:39and they get, you know, scans of their
- 32:40stomach when they're pregnant and
- 32:41showing what the baby looks like. It was
- 32:43a room full of ultrasounds and frames.
- 32:46But then God God kind of tapped me and
- 32:50said, "Where are the other pictures?
- 32:53Where are the first grade pictures?
- 32:55>> Second grade pictures,
- 32:57>> baseball pictures,
- 32:59>> where are the graduation pictures? Where
- 33:01are the prom pictures?" Yeah.
- 33:02>> And God said, "You all cannot just be
- 33:05okay with people getting saved.
- 33:08>> That's the ultrasound."
- 33:10>> Come on. Come on.
- 33:11>> We want to see them grow and mature into
- 33:14who God has called them to be.
- 33:16>> Yes, sir.
- 33:20>> God said that our church, we are moving
- 33:23from celebrating baby showers to bar
- 33:25mitzvah.
- 33:27>> Yes, sir.
- 33:30Now, I love a good baby shower meatball,
- 33:32but I want us to be able
- 33:35>> I want us to be able
- 33:37>> to Yes. celebrate when people get saved,
- 33:40>> but I want us to BE ABLE TO FIND THEM in
- 33:42two years serving God and growing in
- 33:44Jesus name.
- 33:45>> Yes, Lord.
- 33:46>> I want us to be able to celebrate them
- 33:48growing in God and maturing in the
- 33:50things of God and them now and then
- 33:53they're reaching out to grab somebody
- 33:56else.
- 33:59This is why we're shifting.
- 34:00>> Yes, sir.
- 34:01>> And can I just thank you ahead of time
- 34:02for being the kind of church that's
- 34:04flexible,
- 34:05>> that we care more about just ourselves,
- 34:07that we care about other people. And if
- 34:10that means shifting life groups to
- 34:11April, let's ride.
- 34:15>> Amen.
- 34:16>> So, our final our final assignment and
- 34:19goal is this.
- 34:21This year, we're believing together
- 34:24>> to give $600,000.
- 34:27and our resurrection seed off.
- 34:28>> Yes, sir.
- 34:34>> Years ago, God spoke to our founder,
- 34:36Bishop O'Neal. And as he spoke to her,
- 34:40it was to give us the charge that once a
- 34:43year at Cornineia, we would bring one
- 34:46sacrificial offering
- 34:48>> each year.
- 34:49>> Now, we would always say, "Now, God may
- 34:51speak to your heart and tell you to do
- 34:52something else, but at Cornia, we're
- 34:53going to ask for how many per year?
- 34:55>> One. We're going to ask for one per
- 34:56year. This is a time where we give our
- 34:58best offering and we do that in
- 35:01conjunction with resurrection or Easter
- 35:03Sunday in recognition to the fact that
- 35:06God gave us his best
- 35:09>> in his son Jesus.
- 35:10>> Now, in the past few years, this is what
- 35:13we've done. We've taken our resurrection
- 35:15seed because every year we have a
- 35:17calendar of planned outreach events.
- 35:20>> And you all know when we do it, we go
- 35:22big. And so what we're believing this
- 35:24year, as we have in the past, is that
- 35:26this will fund our outreach initiatives
- 35:29that are already planned for the year.
- 35:32>> And the church said,
- 35:33>> "Amen."
- 35:33>> Amen. Now, sometimes things come up and
- 35:35we respond when those come up that are
- 35:37outside of our planned calendar, but we
- 35:39already have things that we know we're
- 35:41going to do this year.
- 35:42>> And that's what we're believing to do
- 35:44with our resurrection seed.
- 35:45>> But there's something else.
- 35:47>> Yes, sir.
- 35:48We've seen we've seen a movement in our
- 35:51country away from caring for those who
- 35:53have less.
- 35:56>> We've watched people even over this past
- 35:58year
- 35:59who've had to wonder if they would have
- 36:01enough food to eat
- 36:03>> as programs have been cut.
- 36:06>> We have a call from God to help care for
- 36:10those who right now
- 36:12>> may not have enough.
- 36:13>> Right.
- 36:19Now, one of the commitments we've had as
- 36:21as long as I can remember this church is
- 36:23making sure no one goes hungry.
- 36:25>> That's right.
- 36:25>> And so, we have this food bank so that
- 36:27if a member or anyone in this community
- 36:29needs to come and get food, we have food
- 36:32ready for them.
- 36:33>> Amen.
- 36:35>> And over the years, we've fed thousands
- 36:37of people through our food bank. But I
- 36:39don't know if you know that our food
- 36:41bank right now is the size of a storage
- 36:43room. And so when something happens such
- 36:46as this past year, we are I mean we're
- 36:48burning the road up. We're going from
- 36:50here to there trying to figure out how
- 36:51can we get things and fill up the food
- 36:53bank because we have so much space. And
- 36:55so when we fill it up and give it out,
- 36:56we're right back out shopping again.
- 36:58We're back and forward doing it because
- 36:59we're trying to meet the needs of our
- 37:01community and fulfill the call of God on
- 37:04our lives.
- 37:07>> We need a space.
- 37:08>> Yes, we do. where there's plenty of
- 37:10room, where there is huge dry storage
- 37:14for food,
- 37:15>> where there is walk-in cold storage,
- 37:18>> so that we can move, listen to this,
- 37:22from just having to shop at distribution
- 37:24centers.
- 37:25>> Yes, sir.
- 37:26>> But so that we can become
- 37:27>> Yes, sir.
- 37:28>> a distribution center.
- 37:29>> Yes, sir.
- 37:41Thank you, Jesus.
- 37:42>> Listen to this. In Matthew 25, Jesus
- 37:45said,
- 37:45>> "For I was hungry and you gave me meat.
- 37:48>> I was thirsty, you gave me drink. I was
- 37:51a stranger, you took me in. Naked and
- 37:54you clothed me. I was sick and you
- 37:56visited me. I was in prison and you came
- 37:58to me." Then shall the righteous answer
- 38:00him, saying, Lord, when did we see you
- 38:03hungry and we fed thee? When did we see
- 38:05you thirsty and we gave you drink? When
- 38:07did we see you a stranger and we took
- 38:09you in? Or naked and we clothe thee? Or
- 38:12when did we see you sick or in prison
- 38:14and come to thee? And the king shall
- 38:16answer and say unto them, verily I say
- 38:19unto you, in as much as you have done
- 38:22unto the least of these, my brethren,
- 38:25you have done it unto me.
- 38:28>> Yes, sir.
- 38:29>> This year, we're going to use part of
- 38:31our resurrection seed
- 38:33>> to lay the groundwork to prepare for the
- 38:35cornia
- 38:36>> unto him. unto him.
- 38:37>> Yes, sir.
- 38:38>> Outreach center.
- 38:39>> Yes, sir.
- 38:42>> Yeah.
- 38:44>> Yes, sir.
- 38:47>> Thank you, Lord.
- 38:49>> My God.
- 38:50>> Hallelujah.
- 38:51>> Thank you, God.
- 38:53>> Come on, SOMEBODY BLESS THEM.
- 38:55>> HALLELUJAH.
- 38:56>> YES, SIR.
- 38:56>> Let's praise God.
- 38:58>> Yes, sir.
- 39:00>> Hallelujah, Jesus.
- 39:02>> This will be a place.
- 39:03>> Thank you, God.
- 39:04>> Where we become the distribution center.
- 39:06Yes, sir.
- 39:07>> A place where outreach can be extended.
- 39:09>> Yes, sir.
- 39:10>> And expanded.
- 39:11>> This will be a place where we can
- 39:13provide food and services for people who
- 39:16need it and offer a sense of dignity.
- 39:18>> Yes.
- 39:19>> To people we serve.
- 39:20>> Yes, sir.
- 39:20>> Yes, Lord.
- 39:21>> And we're going to do that together.
- 39:23>> Yes, God.
- 39:23>> Hallelujah.
- 39:27>> Somebody shout, "Let's ride."
- 39:29>> Let's ride.
- 39:32>> My God.
- 39:34>> Thank you, God.
- 39:36I've been listening to that for the last
- 39:37few weeks, but that just hit a little
- 39:39different right then. So did
- 39:40>> Yes, sir.
- 39:41>> All right, God.
- 39:42>> Thank you, God.
- 39:43>> Thank you, Lord.
- 39:44>> Thank you, Jesus.
- 39:44>> Now, you on your way out, let me tell
- 39:47you, you will receive your vision
- 39:49builder.
- 39:51>> It is absolutely amazing.
- 39:54>> Yes, sir.
- 39:55>> Now, e church, we have not forgotten
- 39:57about you. You can find the vision
- 39:59builder on the homepage of the website
- 40:01or also under resources on our website.
- 40:05All right. Now, inside the vision
- 40:06builder, you're going to find, you know,
- 40:08many things, letters from us. Uh, so
- 40:11it's going to be phenomenal. You you're
- 40:12going to see it. But two things we want
- 40:13to mention about the vision builder.
- 40:15Number one, inside of the vision
- 40:17builder, there's a space for your
- 40:18personal goals.
- 40:21>> There's a space for your personal goals.
- 40:23We want you to write down
- 40:25>> your goals for 2026 here in this book.
- 40:28Now, you can post them on your
- 40:29refrigerator. You can put them in your
- 40:30phone, but we want you to take time to
- 40:32write down your personal goals in this
- 40:34book. Now, I'm going on tell you it'll
- 40:36work better if you use a Sharpie or a
- 40:38little marker because of the type of the
- 40:40book it is. But we want you to write
- 40:42down your personal goals. Secondly, at
- 40:46the very back of the book, you're going
- 40:48to find an article that says, "Turn down
- 40:51Tuesdays." Amen.
- 40:53>> Let me tell you what that is. God has
- 40:55placed it on our heart as a ministry
- 40:58that the third Tuesday of every month,
- 41:01>> we will turn down our plate in fasting
- 41:04and prayer.
- 41:05>> Amen.
- 41:11>> Now
- 41:13we will turn down our plates. Not for
- 41:16our own vision.
- 41:17>> Come on.
- 41:18>> Not for our vision board. Not for our
- 41:20own goals. The third Tuesday is going to
- 41:22be for our corporate goals.
- 41:25>> Now, what I want you to do is I do want
- 41:27you to pick a day where you will fast
- 41:29for yourself personally.
- 41:31>> Amen. Amen.
- 41:32>> But third Tuesday is going to be for us
- 41:34corporately,
- 41:35>> as a family,
- 41:36>> as a family. So, you'll receive what the
- 41:38initiative will be. You'll see what the
- 41:41initiative, what the focus will be, what
- 41:42goal we'll be praying over and fasting
- 41:44over, what's the scripture that's going
- 41:46to go with it, and what's the statement
- 41:48of faith that we're going to clare over
- 41:50declare over that goal.
- 41:51>> You're going to get that. All right.
- 41:53Now, fasting is where we turn down our
- 41:56plates and we don't eat food for a
- 41:59period of time.
- 42:00>> Amen.
- 42:00>> This is not a fast where you just fast
- 42:02from social media.
- 42:03>> That's right.
- 42:05>> Now, you may fast from social media in
- 42:06addition to,
- 42:07>> right? But when we say turn down
- 42:09Tuesday,
- 42:11>> I know your your your coworkers are taco
- 42:13Tuesday, but for us, the third Tuesday
- 42:17>> of the month is going to be turn down
- 42:19Tuesday.
- 42:19>> That's right.
- 42:20>> We're going to turn down our plates and
- 42:22turn up our focus on the things of God.
- 42:26the first the third Tuesday in this
- 42:28month, we're going to together as a
- 42:31family pray and fast over uh meeting our
- 42:35100 uh life group and disciplehip group
- 42:39leaders.
- 42:39>> Amen.
- 42:40>> I believe I know now that's not a
- 42:42belief. I know
- 42:43>> that we have over 100 life group and
- 42:46disciplehip group leaders already in
- 42:48here right now.
- 42:49>> Right now.
- 42:52>> Now, e church, when I say in here, I
- 42:54mean in here. and in here.
- 42:56>> That's right.
- 42:57>> Us. Now, I don't need you to disqualify
- 42:58yourself because we need virtual life
- 43:01groups as well. So, some of you are
- 43:03listening to me right now and I believe
- 43:05God is going to tap you on your shoulder
- 43:07for you to be one of these life group
- 43:08leaders or discip disciplehip group
- 43:10leaders and I want you to answer the
- 43:12call.
- 43:13>> But that will be our focus in January.
- 43:16The third Tuesday in J I'm telling you
- 43:17now.
- 43:18>> Yes. the third Tuesday in January and
- 43:21the third Tuesday moving forward
- 43:23throughout the year is going to be
- 43:24turned down Tuesday.
- 43:26>> Amen.
- 43:28>> All right. So, you've heard our theme,
- 43:31>> you've heard the mission, you've heard
- 43:33the core values, and you've heard our
- 43:35kingdom assignments, our goals for this
- 43:37year. Together, we will discover and
- 43:40walk out our kingdom identity. Now, next
- 43:44Sunday, somebody shout, "Next Sunday."
- 43:45>> Next Sunday. Next Sunday is our
- 43:48commitment Sunday.
- 43:50>> This is where we have taken time to read
- 43:53through the vision builder. We want you
- 43:55to take time to think about and pray
- 43:57about, hey, where am I going to serve?
- 43:59If you're not serving already, we want
- 44:01you to take time to think about and pray
- 44:03about what am I going to give on
- 44:06Resurrection Seed Sunday.
- 44:08>> We want you to take time to pray about
- 44:11and make a commitment that I am going to
- 44:13share my faith. I'm going to invite
- 44:15people to fulfill my part of this
- 44:18kingdom assignment.
- 44:19>> Amen.
- 44:19>> And then next Sunday, we will come back
- 44:21and we're asking you to bring your goals
- 44:24back with you.
- 44:25>> Amen.
- 44:27>> Whether you write them in the book, you
- 44:28bring them back on your phone. We want
- 44:30you to bring your goals back with you
- 44:33because we're going to take a moment in
- 44:34the worship encounter next week to lift
- 44:36our goals before God, our personal
- 44:38goals, and pray over them.
- 44:41>> Why? Because we believe what we make
- 44:43happen for God's house,
- 44:45>> God will make happen for our house.
- 44:47>> That's a fact.
- 44:49>> He told us to seek first the kingdom
- 44:52>> and his righteousness, and all these
- 44:54other things
- 44:56>> will be added unto us.
- 44:59>> We believe those things are added.
- 45:01They're not sought.
- 45:02>> We will seek his kingdom, seek his will,
- 45:05seek his way, and he's going to add
- 45:06those things to us. So next week, we
- 45:08will seal that with holy communion.
- 45:10>> Amen. Amen.
- 45:11>> Amen.
- 45:12>> The Bible teaches us to commit our ways
- 45:14to the Lord
- 45:15>> and he will establish give us the plan
- 45:18to knock it out and get it done.
- 45:20>> I am excited about what God is going to
- 45:23do in Cornelia through Cornelia and for
- 45:26Cornelia.
- 45:30>> The work continues.
- 45:32>> Amen.
- 45:33>> It's the same It's the same mission.
- 45:38>> It's the same mantle. It's the same
- 45:40message. Our response to the will of God
- 45:44for our life is to let's ride.
- 45:47>> Amen.
- 45:48>> Let's pray.
- 45:54Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank
- 45:56you so much for this day that you've
- 45:59given us a day to pull aside and to to
- 46:03hear from you and to hear your heart
- 46:06>> for what you desire for us
- 46:10as individuals.
- 46:11>> Yes, Lord.
- 46:12>> But Lord, also what you desire for us as
- 46:14a family.
- 46:16>> Father, we thank you for clear vision.
- 46:18Yes.
- 46:18>> We thank you for where you are pointing
- 46:20us to and where you're going to lead us
- 46:22to. Father, we take a moment to pray
- 46:25over ourselves and ask you, Father God,
- 46:29that is as this week as we read through
- 46:31our vision builder, as we take time to
- 46:33sit quietly in your presence, Holy
- 46:36Spirit, speak to our hearts.
- 46:39Father, help us to to commit or to
- 46:42recommmit
- 46:44to the assignments that you have placed
- 46:46on us individually. Help us to commit
- 46:50and recommmit to the assignment that you
- 46:53have given us in our local church.
- 46:56Father, help us to commit and or
- 46:59recommmit to what it is that we are
- 47:01going to give in terms of our worship on
- 47:04Resurrection Seed Sunday. Father, we
- 47:07thank you that we hear your voice
- 47:08clearly and the voice of a stranger we
- 47:10will not follow. And so God, we thank
- 47:12you for what you're going to do in us.
- 47:14Father, we we declare by faith that it's
- 47:16already done. We declare by faith that
- 47:19that the $600,000 is already exceeded.
- 47:23We declare by faith that over 700 people
- 47:26will come to know you in Jesus name. We
- 47:28declare by faith that we have more than
- 47:31100 life group and disciplehip group
- 47:33leaders.
- 47:34>> And we declare by faith that we will
- 47:36have more than 500 first and second time
- 47:39guests.
- 47:41>> Father, we declare it by faith. But
- 47:44father, we also pause to put our hands
- 47:45to the plow
- 47:47>> for we realize faith without works is
- 47:49dead. So we thank you for the grace and
- 47:52the strength to get it done in Jesus
- 47:55name.
- 47:56Amen.
