- 1:40Speaker 3: I got to turn the mouth turn You probably got
- 1:44Speaker 3: to turn the mouth turn out, turn the water of
- 1:47Speaker 3: the moat. Jud come.
- 1:58Speaker 7: Come out, you're thinking, I sure will, But come on,
- 2:04Speaker 7: and everybody you're listening to the voice, come on, dig
- 2:07Speaker 7: me now.
- 2:08Speaker 2: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:12Speaker 7: Man, if I had time enough to tell the whole trip,
- 2:16Speaker 7: the whole journey, and y'all would be sitting up in
- 2:19Speaker 7: there going, okay, Steve, are we going to play the
- 2:22Speaker 7: show this week? But man, it's been a lot of
- 2:26Speaker 7: amazing things has happened to me over the years, and
- 2:32Speaker 7: not all of them good. It's been some amazingly bad
- 2:36Speaker 7: things that have happened too. But I just come on
- 2:40Speaker 7: in the morning as a reminder to everybody of the
- 2:44Speaker 7: actual goodness of God, that you know, man, that these
- 2:47Speaker 7: mistakes that you're making, that these setbacks that you keep having,
- 2:53Speaker 7: that these falls that keep occurring in your life, that
- 2:57Speaker 7: they all are leading you somewhere if you just.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Don't ever give up. That's the key.
- 3:04Speaker 7: You can never ever give up because you don't know
- 3:08Speaker 7: how the trip has been laid out for you. You know,
- 3:12Speaker 7: if somebody had told me years ago when I had
- 3:16Speaker 7: the dream of being on TV and then I thought
- 3:19Speaker 7: about being one of one of the best comedians I
- 3:22Speaker 7: could be, you know, when I when I started, if
- 3:25Speaker 7: somebody had told me everything that was gonna have to
- 3:30Speaker 7: happen in order for me to get there, I would
- 3:33Speaker 7: have changed it. I would have I would have said, Okay,
- 3:37Speaker 7: well I ain't gonna be that. How about this? See
- 3:40Speaker 7: and no one can know all of the events of
- 3:44Speaker 7: their life ahead of time. You know, it'd be so nice,
- 3:47Speaker 7: wouldn't it. You know, to prepare for it, see it come,
- 3:50Speaker 7: and be aware of the haters, always knowing when the
- 3:55Speaker 7: backstabing moment is coming in your life, always knowing when
- 3:59Speaker 7: you gonna get blindsided by the enemy. Were really great
- 4:03Speaker 7: to know that, wouldn't it. Well, that's not how it works.
- 4:06Speaker 7: So since no one knows exactly the challenges and the
- 4:13Speaker 7: pitfalls and the detours that's gonna beset them, it's it's
- 4:18Speaker 7: it's imperative that you just don't give up because see,
- 4:22Speaker 7: knowing these things, we as human beings by nature, would
- 4:29Speaker 7: choose another route. But it ain't the route God God
- 4:32Speaker 7: for you, though. See the route God God for you.
- 4:35Speaker 7: If you if you're trying to do the right thing,
- 4:38Speaker 7: if you're doing the best you can, if you ain't
- 4:41Speaker 7: out here just intentionally just messing over, folks, If you
- 4:45Speaker 7: using faith and that's the belief in things that you
- 4:48Speaker 7: cannot see. If you have something on the inside of
- 4:52Speaker 7: you to keep saying there's got to be more to
- 4:54Speaker 7: life than that, then that's that's you. You, my friend,
- 4:58Speaker 7: have a great chance here. And if you've ever had
- 5:02Speaker 7: that feeling then gave up on it, just get it back,
- 5:05Speaker 7: Just ask for it back, Just say, hey man, I'm
- 5:08Speaker 7: getting back to the way I used to be because
- 5:11Speaker 7: there's a change that's available in your life.
- 5:14Speaker 2: But you got to take it. You got to take
- 5:16Speaker 2: a shot at it. Folks.
- 5:18Speaker 7: There's a chance for you to get it right, but
- 5:20Speaker 7: you gotta take a shot at it. Folks, There's a
- 5:23Speaker 7: chance for you to turn this whole thing around with
- 5:26Speaker 7: God's help, but you got to take a shot at it.
- 5:29Speaker 7: You See, this decision is yours, the decision to lay
- 5:33Speaker 7: down to give up.
- 5:34Speaker 2: That's yours. It ain't even just got too hard for me?
- 5:37Speaker 7: Life too much, man, life hard and too much for everybody.
- 5:41Speaker 7: What I got to get you to See? My father
- 5:44Speaker 7: used to always tell me, it says, some best lessons
- 5:47Speaker 7: in life, the one your value and learn the most
- 5:49Speaker 7: is a bout lesson. I didn't quite understand that being young,
- 5:54Speaker 7: but I showed got it.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Now.
- 5:56Speaker 7: Ain't no lesson like a bout lesson. The one you
- 5:58Speaker 7: pay for. Those are the ones that hold to you,
- 6:02Speaker 7: that stick to you, that that start turning you into
- 6:05Speaker 7: who you're going to be. Those are the character builders. See,
- 6:09Speaker 7: you got to be forged to get to where you
- 6:12Speaker 7: want to go in life. See, that's what the challenges
- 6:14Speaker 7: and missteps is for. That's what the failing is about.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Now.
- 6:18Speaker 7: I know you don't like it. I didn't. I know
- 6:21Speaker 7: you not comfortable with I wouldn't. I know you wish
- 6:24Speaker 7: it was over sooner than later.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I always do.
- 6:27Speaker 7: I always wanted to be over sooner than later because
- 6:31Speaker 7: the later, Man, it just seems like it's so much
- 6:33Speaker 7: I got to go through.
- 6:35Speaker 2: But let me tell you something, man, if you can,
- 6:38Speaker 2: if you can.
- 6:39Speaker 7: Forge your way through it and understand that you are
- 6:42Speaker 7: forged in life.
- 6:43Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 6:45Speaker 7: I was on TVN one time when I was doing
- 6:47Speaker 7: one of my motivational speeches, and I began to wonder
- 6:53Speaker 7: about this experience I had at Ford Motor Company and
- 6:57Speaker 7: my last job after the auto industry started going down,
- 7:00Speaker 7: my last job was in the foundry and my job
- 7:04Speaker 7: was to stand at the end almost where the engines
- 7:09Speaker 7: first come out of the furnace. See, the engines are
- 7:13Speaker 7: poured into a mold. It's hot, melted down metal whatever
- 7:17Speaker 7: they call it, larva or whatever. They pour it into
- 7:19Speaker 7: a mold and it goes into this furnace that's extremely hot.
- 7:24Speaker 7: And my job was after the heat was applied to
- 7:28Speaker 7: the engine block, it would come through and it would
- 7:33Speaker 7: go through a hardening stage. With the way it was hardening,
- 7:35Speaker 7: they would cool it. Suddenly, they would flush.
- 7:39Speaker 2: It with water. It was just blast water on it.
- 7:41Speaker 7: But the fire and the high temperature is what made
- 7:46Speaker 7: the engine block solidify. It's because it's got to get
- 7:50Speaker 7: real hot, get melted down first. Then it's got to
- 7:53Speaker 7: get poured into a mole. Then it's got to be
- 7:56Speaker 7: pressure hit with water and all of this, and then
- 8:00Speaker 7: and it's real hot. Now it's still hot even though
- 8:03Speaker 7: there's water been shotter. But when it comes out the
- 8:05Speaker 7: end of the side, there's a lot of flashing in it.
- 8:08Speaker 7: It flashing is a metal from that to drip through
- 8:11Speaker 7: the cast molding on it, just like flex of extra
- 8:15Speaker 7: pieces of metal. My job was to hit this engine
- 8:19Speaker 7: block in the front, which this huge heavy rubber mallet,
- 8:25Speaker 7: knock all the flashing off the front, and when it
- 8:28Speaker 7: came around back to bam, hit it real hard again
- 8:31Speaker 7: on the backside. And that became the core of what
- 8:36Speaker 7: the car is. A car without a great engine is nothing.
- 8:40Speaker 7: It's just a pretty looking vehicle over there. But if
- 8:43Speaker 7: it can't do what it was made to do because
- 8:45Speaker 7: the engine blocked and cracked.
- 8:47Speaker 2: So you can have a.
- 8:48Speaker 7: Car look real good, but if it freezes, an engine
- 8:50Speaker 7: block cracked your car, you could it's over man.
- 8:53Speaker 2: You got to get a new block. The block is
- 8:56Speaker 2: the core.
- 8:57Speaker 7: But in order for you for the car to do
- 8:59Speaker 7: what it's got to do, it's got to have a
- 9:00Speaker 7: strong enginet In order for the engine to be strong,
- 9:03Speaker 7: it's got to be forged and steel come through fire,
- 9:07Speaker 7: get poured in a mole, cooled off, heated, knocked around,
- 9:11Speaker 7: beat on the front, end, beat on the back end
- 9:13Speaker 7: in order for it to be what it's gonna be.
- 9:16Speaker 7: The mall of the story, folks, is you got to
- 9:19Speaker 7: get forged in fire to be what you're gonna be.
- 9:22Speaker 7: You got to get beat up, you got to get
- 9:25Speaker 7: pressure washed, you got to have heat on you, you got
- 9:28Speaker 7: to get melted down. You got to get pulled into
- 9:30Speaker 7: a mole. That's how you become who you are. So
- 9:34Speaker 7: the tough things that you're going through, the difficult challenges
- 9:37Speaker 7: and the setbacks. I know a brother who went to prison, ma'am.
- 9:41Speaker 7: And the whole reason he ended up going to prison
- 9:43Speaker 7: because he was looking at the little window looking out
- 9:46Speaker 7: in the yard at him working out. And then the
- 9:48Speaker 7: next thing, you know, man, this brother decided that he
- 9:51Speaker 7: was gonna go out there and work out. Well, guess what,
- 9:54Speaker 7: he's one of the top trainers in country.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Today.
- 9:57Speaker 4: You're listening morning.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:04Speaker 7: I'm sitting here behind the microphone as I do morning
- 10:08Speaker 7: after morning after morning, realizing that I have an obligation,
- 10:15Speaker 7: a duty to fulfill. My compadres are well aware of
- 10:20Speaker 7: their role to play.
- 10:22Speaker 2: We are in the wake you up business.
- 10:25Speaker 7: We are here to get you off to a great
- 10:28Speaker 7: start of your day, ladies and gentlemen. It has big gun.
- 10:36Speaker 7: In the words of my uncle who did not care
- 10:39Speaker 7: how he sounded whatever he talked. This hell that day
- 10:46Speaker 7: about to go down, Ladies and gentlemen. Shirley Strawberry calling
- 10:54Speaker 7: for real Mississippi Monica A Junior kill spach a nephew,
- 11:01Speaker 7: Tommy Junior R.
- 11:03Speaker 2: What's on your mind?
- 11:05Speaker 1: Let me just say we all been through this.
- 11:07Speaker 7: You know.
- 11:07Speaker 8: This is something that's kind of bothering me when people
- 11:10Speaker 8: just get to say what they want to say to
- 11:11Speaker 8: you and we can't say nothing back. Like somebody just
- 11:14Speaker 8: told me a couple of days that I don't do enough.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Okay, now, with.
- 11:20Speaker 8: Everything you got going on, is it okay to say
- 11:22Speaker 8: how you feel since they would expressing how they feel?
- 11:25Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I've learned how to do it even with bloggers.
- 11:29Speaker 7: Yeah yeah, you know, my kids taught me something that
- 11:34Speaker 7: I didn't know because I was building up a level
- 11:37Speaker 7: of frustration because you know, I hear people talk about
- 11:39Speaker 7: me and they don't even know me, they ain't in
- 11:42Speaker 7: my face and not normally. This is how I really
- 11:44Speaker 7: handled Junior. I give less than a cat about really
- 11:53Speaker 7: what you're talking about? Being caught. Most people who talk
- 11:58Speaker 7: behind my back is because they behind me.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Let's be clear about that.
- 12:07Speaker 7: Okay, so I'm over that, but there are times I
- 12:11Speaker 7: must admit mm hm where the human side of me
- 12:15Speaker 7: takes over and I want to say something back.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Yeah, I have found a.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Way to create a dummy account.
- 12:25Speaker 7: Wait a minute, a fake screen name, and I come
- 12:32Speaker 7: to my own damn rescue.
- 12:35Speaker 9: Whenever I feel like, yeah, it's that one.
- 12:43Speaker 7: I have said some stuff that's tis some people I've
- 12:47Speaker 7: actually said. I know Steve, I know him, Yeah, and
- 12:55Speaker 7: what you're saying is a lie. And then I go
- 12:59Speaker 7: on the page and see a picture of them, and
- 13:02Speaker 7: I do something very descriptive about the way you chip
- 13:08Speaker 7: bubba nose, big lip, he hoss looking brig a name.
- 13:17Speaker 10: Wow.
- 13:17Speaker 7: Okay, maybe I throw something violent like that and I
- 13:21Speaker 7: get it off my chest. You'll feel better at your desk,
- 13:25Speaker 7: all right, Yeah, because I don't want to question.
- 13:29Speaker 2: I don't know, but it wasn't.
- 13:31Speaker 8: Really really saying something back.
- 13:35Speaker 11: That's what I asked to.
- 13:36Speaker 12: Never mind the question Steve coming up at thirty two
- 13:39Speaker 12: minutes after the hour, We'll hear from the nephew and
- 13:41Speaker 12: run that prank back right after this you're listening Hardy
- 13:46Speaker 12: Morning Show. It is time now for the nephew to
- 13:49Speaker 12: run that prank back what you got for his nepht fairly?
- 13:52Speaker 2: I gotta go big or go home?
- 13:55Speaker 4: Hounds normal?
- 13:55Speaker 13: Okay, Hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach Darnell. Darnell see
- 14:01Speaker 13: this so I know how you doing? This is Scott
- 14:03Speaker 13: with Bigger, Bigger and better? Uh, where we make you
- 14:06Speaker 13: larger in charge? How you doing today?
- 14:08Speaker 10: Scott?
- 14:09Speaker 13: Who I mean a Scott And I'm with Bigger and better,
- 14:13Speaker 13: where we make you larger in charge?
- 14:15Speaker 10: I'm good, Scott?
- 14:16Speaker 13: What was up? We were actually given a phone call
- 14:20Speaker 13: by your wife. Your wife is is is that correct?
- 14:23Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 14:23Speaker 13: Okay, well you know your wife's your wife's birthday is
- 14:28Speaker 13: coming up pretty soon? Is that right?
- 14:29Speaker 10: Yeah, it's a couple of weeks. Yeah, it's coming up.
- 14:32Speaker 13: Okay, have you have you decided on getting or anything?
- 14:35Speaker 10: Or no? Not a lot? A couple of days in mind?
- 14:39Speaker 13: Well, actually, uh, we got a call from uh from
- 14:42Speaker 13: I think we've got something that's gonna that's gonna really
- 14:47Speaker 13: help you guys. And and something I think that she
- 14:50Speaker 13: wanted to recommend that something that you probably wouldn't wouldn't
- 14:53Speaker 13: think about getting. I'm all, he is okay wrecking my brain.
- 14:58Speaker 13: So i'm all is actually gave us a call. She's
- 15:01Speaker 13: actually had an idea, you know, what she would really
- 15:04Speaker 13: really like for her birthday present? So what's the name
- 15:06Speaker 13: of coming in Bigger and Better? Like I said, she
- 15:11Speaker 13: called you.
- 15:12Speaker 10: I'm sorry, she called you to get me idea on
- 15:16Speaker 10: what I should get her for her birthday.
- 15:18Speaker 13: Uh yeah, well this is this is something that's a
- 15:20Speaker 13: little a little different, and it's something that you probably
- 15:23Speaker 13: would never in a million years think of. But here
- 15:25Speaker 13: at Bigger and Better, where we make you large and
- 15:28Speaker 13: in charge, we actually do some things that we definitely
- 15:32Speaker 13: know you wouldn't have thought of. So I definitely understand
- 15:35Speaker 13: her giving up call. What's you say?
- 15:37Speaker 10: What's your name again? Sam Scott? Scott Scott get to the.
- 15:41Speaker 13: Point actually let us know that there are some things
- 15:45Speaker 13: that are really really lacking between you guys, and she
- 15:50Speaker 13: would very much like for her birthday where you can
- 15:53Speaker 13: be a lot more well endowed. So you know that's
- 15:56Speaker 13: what we do here at Bigger and Better. We actually
- 16:00Speaker 13: what I could be well what more well on doubt sure?
- 16:03Speaker 13: So I think, really, what's going on? Is Beyonca is
- 16:05Speaker 13: really not satisfied right.
- 16:07Speaker 10: Now and call you to tell you that I'm not
- 16:11Speaker 10: what do you mean willing doubt my junk?
- 16:13Speaker 13: So you're you're you're, you're, you're you're inadequate. You know
- 16:15Speaker 13: what I mean? You're you're Uh. I guess maybe may
- 16:19Speaker 13: be very impotent. I'm not sure, but you kidding me?
- 16:22Speaker 10: What? What's the name of this company?
- 16:26Speaker 13: Bigger and Better where we make you larger in charge?
- 16:29Speaker 13: And right now you know you're not You're not larger
- 16:32Speaker 13: in charge, and we want to get you to that
- 16:33Speaker 13: we're able to come in for a consultation.
- 16:35Speaker 10: The consultation I'm gonna call her right now because right now, okay,
- 16:39Speaker 10: I'm gonna call her.
- 16:40Speaker 13: Well, we're trying to do. Do you not do you
- 16:45Speaker 13: not think you need to come in?
- 16:46Speaker 10: I don't even think I even need to be talking
- 16:48Speaker 10: to you about whatever is going on in my bid.
- 16:51Speaker 10: I'm king so I'm not even I'm not even I
- 16:54Speaker 10: don't even know what's going on?
- 16:55Speaker 13: Whatever? Can I say this?
- 16:57Speaker 10: Whatever services? The first for me to gonna increase me
- 17:00Speaker 10: in the bedrooms is.
- 17:01Speaker 13: The first sign of denial, right, I don't have no,
- 17:04Speaker 13: I don't have no problems in the bedroom. Okay, Well
- 17:06Speaker 13: you know, I don't even why am I even.
- 17:09Speaker 10: Still on the phone with you?
- 17:09Speaker 13: Okay, but sir, I mean you and her and you
- 17:12Speaker 13: don't have to worry about hearing for MERV.
- 17:14Speaker 10: She got something to kind of account with you. Then
- 17:16Speaker 10: you ain't go ahead and close that out.
- 17:19Speaker 13: Let me say this. You have a you have a
- 17:21Speaker 13: very big ego, sir. But what I want to do
- 17:23Speaker 13: is is you know, but you're not You're not as
- 17:25Speaker 13: big as your ego. I want to get you to
- 17:27Speaker 13: that point.
- 17:28Speaker 10: This is some crazy I've heard some crazy things people
- 17:31Speaker 10: sail online. But you're gonna call me talk about my
- 17:34Speaker 10: wife called you saying that I mean adequate in the bedroom, Sir?
- 17:37Speaker 13: You know what?
- 17:38Speaker 10: And and and once again you're trying to I know
- 17:41Speaker 10: you're you're just doing your jobs. Got but I'm gonna
- 17:44Speaker 10: have to call her right now. Okay.
- 17:46Speaker 13: Let me don't worry.
- 17:48Speaker 10: Denial.
- 17:49Speaker 13: You're in denial.
- 17:50Speaker 10: I'm in denial.
- 17:52Speaker 13: You Hello, sir, I really want to help you as
- 17:56Speaker 13: much as I can.
- 17:57Speaker 10: Listen, man, I'm trying to get my wife's on the
- 17:59Speaker 10: phone right now. Okay, I know you you've got a

- 18:04Speaker 10: right now is stop calling me, all right. I'm trying.
- 18:07Speaker 10: I'm trying to be nice to you because I'm sure
- 18:09Speaker 10: whatever it is she calls you and you're just doing
- 18:11Speaker 10: your job.
- 18:13Speaker 13: I'm trying to get you in here to get a
- 18:15Speaker 13: consultation so we can get you further along and where
- 18:17Speaker 13: you are.
- 18:18Speaker 10: Consultation a consultation. I don't need no consultations. I don't
- 18:22Speaker 10: need no sistance from your stock sor.
- 18:24Speaker 13: You call me no more.
- 18:26Speaker 10: Man.
- 18:26Speaker 13: Hey, you're small and I want to make you bigger.
- 18:29Speaker 10: You want to make me bigger?
- 18:30Speaker 13: What? What?
- 18:31Speaker 10: What is this anyway?
- 18:32Speaker 13: Bigger?
- 18:33Speaker 2: Huh?
- 18:33Speaker 10: What kind of job is that? How do you even
- 18:35Speaker 10: get a job like that? You apply for this job?
- 18:37Speaker 10: You're idiot when you're a high school job.
- 18:40Speaker 13: I'm trying. I'm trying to stop calling me man, mister Darnell.

- 20:20Speaker 10: What the would that be?
- 20:22Speaker 13: She also wanted me to tell you that this is
- 20:24Speaker 13: nephew Tommy from the Steeve Harby Morning Show. Your wife
- 20:28Speaker 13: just prak phone calls you back.
- 20:32Speaker 10: Man, funny man, I'm all here over here looking at
- 20:37Speaker 10: me in the mirror. It's kind of wait. I thought
- 20:41Speaker 10: I was good, but I got a little nervously.
- 20:43Speaker 13: I was like, man, what's the baddest radio show in
- 20:47Speaker 13: the land?
- 20:48Speaker 10: Come on, now, you know it's a Steel Harvey radio show.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Man, give me some.
- 20:53Speaker 12: Panks coming up next to his as l O. You're
- 20:58Speaker 12: listening morning show. It is time for Steve's favorite segment,
- 21:03Speaker 12: Ask the CLO. All right, CLO, Chief Love Officer, ready
- 21:08Speaker 12: for your love questions. This one is from Lisa in Chicago.
- 21:12Speaker 12: Lisa writes, I've been married for one year and my
- 21:15Speaker 12: husband is hindpacked. If I don't do things exactly like
- 21:18Speaker 12: his mom does it, he's all been out of shape.
- 21:21Speaker 12: His mother comes by often and they love to joke
- 21:24Speaker 12: about me, and his mother tries to tell me how
- 21:27Speaker 12: to organize my kitchen and what.
- 21:28Speaker 4: Type of food her son likes.
- 21:30Speaker 12: I don't want to get into any argument with her,
- 21:33Speaker 12: so I'm praying my husband or my father in law intervenes.
- 21:36Speaker 12: If not, should I tell his mom to shut the
- 21:39Speaker 12: head cup.
- 21:40Speaker 7: The only way to get your husband to intervene is
- 21:43Speaker 7: to make him aware of it. Now, I didn't hear
- 21:45Speaker 7: in the question where you've told your husband that his
- 21:49Speaker 7: mama is in y'all's business too deep and that you
- 21:53Speaker 7: really don't appreciate the jokes.
- 21:55Speaker 2: But you are married to a henpecked man.
- 21:58Speaker 7: You're married to a mama's boy, and it ain't gonna
- 22:01Speaker 7: change unless he gets cut from the apron strings.
- 22:05Speaker 2: The best way to cut a man from.
- 22:07Speaker 7: The apron strings, it's to go on and let him
- 22:10Speaker 7: tie his self up with his mama's apron strings and
- 22:14Speaker 7: untie him from yours.
- 22:16Speaker 13: Oh.
- 22:16Speaker 2: In other words, sleep with your mama.
- 22:19Speaker 4: Next question, moving on the l.
- 22:25Speaker 12: Salita in a Silver Spring says, I'm a thirty five
- 22:28Speaker 12: year old married woman and my husband is very boring
- 22:32Speaker 12: in the bedroom. I try to put him in various positions,
- 22:35Speaker 12: and he makes me feel like I'm a foreign star
- 22:37Speaker 12: with his comments. We used to be compatible sexually, but
- 22:40Speaker 12: now he's fine with the basics and the whole ordeal
- 22:43Speaker 12: is five minutes or less. The man gets tired of
- 22:46Speaker 12: having sex. I grew up in a strict religious home
- 22:48Speaker 12: and my husband is my first and only.
- 22:51Speaker 4: Would sex toys help at all?
- 22:54Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 22:54Speaker 7: I can't help hereat this question right here. I can't
- 22:57Speaker 7: answer that first question. Do me and get tired of sex?
- 23:00Speaker 7: That answer is no. That answer is no, not no,
- 23:07Speaker 7: now n a W with an H on it. Now Hell,
- 23:13Speaker 7: Now I say something what you all say, Tom ain't
- 23:17Speaker 7: no way he can handle some toys if he can't
- 23:19Speaker 7: handle these positions.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Since you by something, you really can't bring a suitcase
- 23:23Speaker 2: in there.
- 23:25Speaker 7: Don't coming in and start cutting stuff on If he
- 23:28Speaker 7: don't want to change positions. He really ain't gonna want
- 23:32Speaker 7: to be a changing all these facial expressions.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Porn star. Now I think you.
- 23:37Speaker 2: A porn start.
- 23:37Speaker 7: Now you start pulling out gadgets, right, lady bugs.
- 23:42Speaker 4: And it only last minutes on on.
- 23:45Speaker 7: The cob and feathers in.
- 23:51Speaker 2: The big jail. Pop you can't. I'm just telling you
- 23:56Speaker 2: go ahead on some soap.
- 23:57Speaker 12: Sodd go ahead, which says I've been married for nine
- 24:00Speaker 12: years and my wife and I are together. Were together
- 24:03Speaker 12: for months during the pandemic. I saw a huge decline
- 24:06Speaker 12: in her hygiene and figured she was getting depressed. I'd
- 24:09Speaker 12: have her hairstyle, is coming to her hair, and I
- 24:12Speaker 12: even polished her toes a few times. I finally figured
- 24:15Speaker 12: out that it's not depression. She just doesn't like to bathe.
- 24:18Speaker 12: She still works from home and she likes to shower
- 24:20Speaker 12: a few times a week. I don't smell her. I
- 24:25Speaker 12: don't smell her, and I don't want to. So how
- 24:27Speaker 12: do I get some soap and water on her every day?
- 24:31Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 24:31Speaker 7: I can't help here, dog, I've never had that problem.
- 24:35Speaker 7: I will admit this for the first time. Uncle Steve
- 24:38Speaker 7: has never ran into that problem, not with a woman now, friends,
- 24:44Speaker 7: my sons, me as a boy. Yet I avoided her
- 24:47Speaker 7: bath whenever I could. I just thought it was a
- 24:51Speaker 7: waste of damn time. I'm out here playing, Why would
- 24:55Speaker 7: I want.
- 24:55Speaker 2: To come in here and wash?
- 24:57Speaker 7: But my whole goal is to get dirty.
- 25:00Speaker 2: I don't even understand this.
- 25:03Speaker 7: So see if you notice, I've diverted this question back
- 25:06Speaker 7: to my childhood because I got nothing for you.
- 25:09Speaker 2: Man, I don't know. I've never met a woman who's
- 25:12Speaker 2: not clean.
- 25:15Speaker 7: I don't, I don't, you don't want to, Yeah, But.
- 25:22Speaker 2: I tell you one thing.
- 25:23Speaker 7: It makes you really appreciate who you have in your
- 25:27Speaker 7: life when you see a letter like this, Thank you
- 25:31Speaker 7: Lord for my girl who loves to take baths anytime
- 25:38Speaker 7: of the day. Steve, I'm going upstairs take a bath,
- 25:40Speaker 7: all right, taking all these damn baths. But guess what
- 25:44Speaker 7: I'd rather have that than when you gonna take a bath?
- 25:49Speaker 1: Right man?
- 25:51Speaker 2: In that running water as a hit you know, Hey,
- 26:01Speaker 2: baby Brad, it's bad water. You want it?
- 26:04Speaker 4: What should he do?
- 26:05Speaker 2: See?
- 26:05Speaker 4: Should he just come out and tell her?
- 26:07Speaker 7: Or I don't know what he should do, Shirley, I've
- 26:10Speaker 7: never had this. I have no experience at this CLO
- 26:13Speaker 7: don't know. CLO just don't know.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Well, can I just make a suggestion?
- 26:19Speaker 2: Oh, here we go.
- 26:21Speaker 8: I'm just thinking maybe when y'all go by the call wash,
- 26:23Speaker 8: just say, baby, can you hop out and go through
- 26:25Speaker 8: their first?
- 26:27Speaker 1: That's soaping water right there.
- 26:29Speaker 4: We just need to see we can get ill.
- 26:31Speaker 6: Just let the window down, just let the water down,
- 26:34Speaker 6: Let that brush come through.
- 26:35Speaker 1: That just does something come through?
- 26:38Speaker 12: It might be Yeah, he needs to have some sort
- 26:40Speaker 12: of conversation with her, all right. Moving on, Benita and
- 26:44Speaker 12: Charlotte says, I'm a single mother and my parents help
- 26:47Speaker 12: me out with my daughter so I can have a
- 26:49Speaker 12: dating life. In order for them to babysit for me,
- 26:52Speaker 12: they make me bring the man to meet them first.
- 26:55Speaker 12: I'm twenty nine and I don't have any friends my
- 26:58Speaker 12: age that will babysit, and I can can't afford to
- 27:00Speaker 12: pay a sitter. It's cruel for my parents to treat
- 27:03Speaker 12: me like a child, but I have no other options.
- 27:06Speaker 12: It's a turnoff for the guys too. Is there a
- 27:08Speaker 12: way to make it less obvious to the guys I
- 27:11Speaker 12: go out with?
- 27:12Speaker 6: Wow?
- 27:12Speaker 7: Yeah, interesting, that ain't no way around that, you know,
- 27:16Speaker 7: And I know your mommy and daddy old cause your

- 29:09Speaker 12: them to remember you, and it turns out a few
- 29:12Speaker 12: tears just might do the trick. While you may think
- 29:15Speaker 12: that crying during the interview process would blow your chances
- 29:18Speaker 12: of getting a job, there are some people who say
- 29:22Speaker 12: it actually works.
- 29:23Speaker 4: Wonders.

- 29:51Speaker 6: to ask you what exactly what makes you qualify for
- 29:54Speaker 6: this job?
- 29:55Speaker 7: Well, having had several jobs before, they gave me the
- 29:59Speaker 7: experience of exact thing that you folks are looking for.
- 30:03Speaker 7: That's pretty much made me qualified. And you know, everybody
- 30:09Speaker 7: that I've ever worked with have always said I was
- 30:11Speaker 7: really just overqualified.
- 30:14Speaker 12: Here, let me ask you something on mister Harvey, why
- 30:20Speaker 12: did you leave your last job?
- 30:22Speaker 2: Oh god, that's so difficult that you bought this up?
- 30:33Speaker 15: Yea, oh god, I was.
- 30:41Speaker 7: I was there for sixteen years. You know, really, you know,
- 30:49Speaker 7: they just came in and they just closed it.
- 30:53Speaker 2: I mean they just shut the shut the doors.
- 31:02Speaker 7: I was in the parking lot happy, I was studying there.

- 31:19Speaker 7: No, no, it was just's Shane and do interview.
- 31:26Speaker 2: It's not happy. Let me jump in here. Okay.
- 31:29Speaker 6: Just before that, they were all I wanted to ask you,
- 31:38Speaker 6: mister Harvey. You know, a job like this, you're going
- 31:41Speaker 6: to be working with a lot of people. You're going
- 31:42Speaker 6: to be doing a lot of interacting. Uh you know,
- 31:45Speaker 6: how did you do you have the skill set to
- 31:47Speaker 6: actually interact with other people?
- 31:48Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 31:49Speaker 2: You know, yeah, I'm interacted quich having.
- 31:52Speaker 7: A damn doesn't take much, we see. Yeah, I interact
- 32:00Speaker 7: with people who's just talking about it sort of gets me.
- 32:06Speaker 13: You know.
- 32:08Speaker 2: I'm fun, I'm fine with other people.
- 32:10Speaker 12: Well, mister Harvey, this is a sales position. We're looking
- 32:15Speaker 12: to hire you for and we just want to make
- 32:18Speaker 12: sure that you're the right person. As Thomas mentioned earlier,
- 32:22Speaker 12: you have the right qualifications for this position. You have
- 32:25Speaker 12: to interact with people, you have to sell our product,
- 32:30Speaker 12: and you know people by you first before they even
- 32:34Speaker 12: buy the product. So I just want to make sure
- 32:37Speaker 12: that that you know. This little crying thing I hear,
- 32:42Speaker 12: it's it's not really.
- 32:48Speaker 11: Cry, right, I got a question for you.
- 32:51Speaker 2: I don't just cry.
- 32:54Speaker 11: Sounds like you do.
- 32:58Speaker 2: I'm I'm crying because I'm out of work.
- 33:01Speaker 4: Yeah, there's no crying at work.
- 33:03Speaker 2: I don't.
- 33:03Speaker 1: I don't not here yet.
- 33:06Speaker 2: You hired me, I can stop you cry too. If
- 33:11Speaker 2: you're working.
- 33:18Speaker 11: God, what are your strengths. Let's talk about something positive.
- 33:24Speaker 2: One of my strengths is.
- 33:28Speaker 7: I can absolutely pull it together. That's one of my structures.
- 33:35Speaker 7: I promise you I can.
- 33:36Speaker 2: If you just hired me. There's a journey jib holes.
- 33:39Speaker 7: Out of the LC and this is like instant If
- 33:41Speaker 7: not one would just say you're hired, I can.
- 33:45Speaker 2: Begin to show you. It was just sitting here in
- 33:49Speaker 2: the eighteenth interviews. This is the third level. This is
- 33:54Speaker 2: supposed to be it. I was told by your supervisor,
- 33:58Speaker 2: then it wouldn't we do even here I am, and
- 34:03Speaker 2: we're still talking about job.
- 34:08Speaker 4: Well, this is that's why it's called a process, mister Harvey.
- 34:12Speaker 2: A process.
- 34:13Speaker 12: Yeah, follow the interview processes.
- 34:27Speaker 11: So he'll stop.
- 34:28Speaker 6: Please, Well, let's let's evaluate miss Charley Strawberry Carlor. Do
- 34:32Speaker 6: you think we have the right person for the job. Well,
- 34:36Speaker 6: how about we let this person sell themselves in thirty
- 34:39Speaker 6: seconds to us?
- 34:40Speaker 11: Okay, yeah, sounds good.
- 34:42Speaker 6: Yes, mister Harvey, could you sell yourself for thirty seconds
- 34:45Speaker 6: to us?
- 34:45Speaker 13: Please?
- 34:46Speaker 12: Okay, give me a moment you want to go out
- 34:50Speaker 12: let me okay, and you can start now and now.
- 34:55Speaker 7: And I believe that I'm extremely qualified for this position
- 34:58Speaker 7: due to the fact that I'm probably the most experienced
- 35:01Speaker 7: candidate that you'll meet from time to time. I've also
- 35:05Speaker 7: discovered that I have several traits that this company's lacking,
- 35:08Speaker 7: and I can be a most fulfilling factor in developing
- 35:12Speaker 7: the app to loot direction of your firm and your company.
- 35:16Speaker 7: I will be budding asset, and that is why I
- 35:20Speaker 7: think I should.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Have the job.
- 35:23Speaker 12: Okay, right, he said, no tears. Okay, if you're asking me,
- 35:29Speaker 12: I would say he's hired. Oh god, you're listening.
- 35:38Speaker 4: Morning show all right.
- 35:39Speaker 12: Time for another round of would you rather let's get
- 35:42Speaker 12: right to it. Would you rather have an extra hour
- 35:47Speaker 12: a day? And if you have that extra hour, would
- 35:50Speaker 12: you rather spend it sleeping or having sex?
- 35:55Speaker 13: Oh?
- 35:56Speaker 9: Come on, sure, we already know, we already know what
- 36:00Speaker 9: we're talking about.
- 36:01Speaker 4: Just sleeping with the person or would you be rather
- 36:03Speaker 4: have with that person?
- 36:05Speaker 6: Well, when we get through having sex, we're gonna be sleep.
- 36:07Speaker 6: So I'm gonna get both of them.
- 36:12Speaker 7: It's no way I'm getting an extra hour just being asleep.
- 36:15Speaker 7: So you get ask you hour to be unconscious. How
- 36:19Speaker 7: stupid as that?
- 36:19Speaker 4: But you always talk about, you know you need more sleep.
- 36:24Speaker 7: You know you always hear me talking about people sleep
- 36:29Speaker 7: too much. Yeah, yeah, that's what you always hear me
- 36:32Speaker 7: talking about. And I'll be damn if you give me
- 36:34Speaker 7: an extra how I'm gonna do it? Take my extra
- 36:36Speaker 7: that I can press forward and be sleep, I can
- 36:40Speaker 7: get up and see something else.

- 36:52Speaker 6: What whatming on?
- 36:53Speaker 2: Gonna be?

- 39:19Speaker 1: Yet to hang up?
- 39:20Speaker 2: Well, Carton, gotta go.
- 39:23Speaker 7: I've lived in Chicago twice in the early nineties, and
- 39:27Speaker 7: I lived there again from two thousand and five to
- 39:31Speaker 7: two thousand and twelve thirteen fifteen. I lived seven year,
- 39:37Speaker 7: five years in Chicago, and it is cold. It is
- 39:39Speaker 7: the coldest place in the United States I've ever lived.
- 39:44Speaker 7: And it's cold, beautiful city in the summer. But the
- 39:47Speaker 7: crazy thing was, I was never there in this summer,
- 39:50Speaker 7: always handed the limber to go tape shows somewhere. And
- 39:54Speaker 7: then when I came back, I came back in October,
- 39:58Speaker 7: September October, so all I saw it was a couple
- 40:00Speaker 7: of nice little days. They wasn't really not. And then
- 40:03Speaker 7: after that here comes hail in the form of frost.
- 40:09Speaker 7: Got some man vicious in Chicago. But great city, man,
- 40:14Speaker 7: great people, great radio station there V one O three.
- 40:19Speaker 7: I'm talking about some real smart people. In radio up there,
- 40:22Speaker 7: man been, I've been fans in Chicago radio for a
- 40:25Speaker 7: long time.
- 40:26Speaker 2: But no one does radio the way Chicago does. No one.
- 40:30Speaker 7: Chicago was up a radio city, you know. And the
- 40:34Speaker 7: dude feeder that used to report on radio, he jacked
- 40:37Speaker 7: me one time. He jacked me one time. But that's
- 40:40Speaker 7: neither here nor there. But you know, you can't stop
- 40:43Speaker 7: it because we got good ass ratings up there or whatever.
- 40:46Speaker 2: Right right, you got it right, you know.
- 40:48Speaker 12: All right, Carlton, Yeah, all right, let's go to line too, Steve.
- 40:54Speaker 12: This colle just has a question about comedy.
- 40:57Speaker 13: Hey, Steve, old big fan of yours, have been for
- 40:59Speaker 13: a long time. I have one question. If you were
- 41:01Speaker 13: going to pass off your king comedy crown.
- 41:03Speaker 2: Who'd you pass it to? Well, living today right now
- 41:09Speaker 2: is Dave Chappelle.
- 41:11Speaker 7: This is this is my personal Mount Rushmore of comedy,
- 41:16Speaker 7: excluding Richard Pryor, because he's a plaque by himself. Richard
- 41:23Speaker 7: Pryor is a monument himself, My Mount Rushmore.
- 41:30Speaker 2: Of comedy outside of Richard Pryor.
- 41:34Speaker 7: For me, now keep in mind, I'm sixty four, it's
- 41:40Speaker 7: Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Cedric the Entertainer.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Because I just I just know comedy matter.
- 41:51Speaker 7: What do you how these dues right and and and
- 41:54Speaker 7: and how they are on stage when they in the
- 41:56Speaker 7: best element. I got Rock, I got Chapelle, I got Cedric. Uh,
- 42:04Speaker 7: I'm I'm I'm gonna just be honest with you. Man.
- 42:06Speaker 7: If if if I looked at at my body of
- 42:09Speaker 7: work and what I did, I would put myself on
- 42:12Speaker 7: that wall because when I was doing it, I was
- 42:15Speaker 7: I was that to me how a lot of people
- 42:20Speaker 7: and and and I'm just being real with you, But
- 42:23Speaker 7: then I'm just impartial.
- 42:26Speaker 6: Man.
- 42:26Speaker 7: Bernie, Bernie would be on that because of the way
- 42:29Speaker 7: he worked. I don't people don't really understand comedy, Bernie.
- 42:33Speaker 7: And then Uh, I would have to say after saying myself,
- 42:39Speaker 7: Bernie has said, I have to include d L hugely
- 42:43Speaker 7: because the Kings of Comedy was an event that's never
- 42:48Speaker 7: been done prior and never been duplicated after the Kings
- 42:53Speaker 7: of Comedy. Man was the four of us as a unit,
- 42:59Speaker 7: It's un deniable in history of comedy.
- 43:01Speaker 2: I don't care who you are now, if you being honest,
- 43:04Speaker 2: I'm talking about that.
- 43:05Speaker 7: Collective group of dudes did something that had never been
- 43:10Speaker 7: done before and has never been done since period. For me, man,
- 43:14Speaker 7: my dollars in terms of dudes that's on stage. That's
- 43:18Speaker 7: really vicious earthquake. Hey, k hiss way is a leg
- 43:25Speaker 7: now in that in that level right there up, but
- 43:28Speaker 7: they've taken it to another level.
- 43:29Speaker 2: He gets a huge monument. It's Kevin Hart.
- 43:33Speaker 7: Kevin Hart gets he gets a plaque for the way
- 43:35Speaker 7: he's diversified his stand up. Now, Eddie, Eddie and Richard.
- 43:38Speaker 7: That's that's somewhere else we ain't talking about there, all right, all.
- 43:43Speaker 4: Right, thank you, Steve.
- 43:44Speaker 12: Coming up next to is the nephew with today's prank
- 43:46Speaker 12: phone call. Right after this, you're listening Hard Morning Show.
- 43:52Speaker 12: Coming up at the top of the hour, right about
- 43:55Speaker 12: four minutes after. It's my strawberry letter for today, the
- 43:58Speaker 12: subject my boss wants to whip me.
- 44:01Speaker 4: Oh, oh, we don't know what that means. Oh, you
- 44:05Speaker 4: know what it means.
- 44:05Speaker 2: You know, dark will what it means.
- 44:07Speaker 4: And none of us wrote this, Steve, none of us
- 44:11Speaker 4: my boss whip me.
- 44:13Speaker 12: We'll get into that in just a bit, but right
- 44:15Speaker 12: now the nephew is here with today's frank phone call.
- 44:18Speaker 4: What you got for us, nep.
- 44:21Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't know how I feel. I
- 44:24Speaker 2: don't know how I want to do it.
- 44:26Speaker 4: Come on, King of Frank.
- 44:28Speaker 2: Okay, all right, here we go. Pomp your breaks, mama,
- 44:32Speaker 2: Pump your breaks, mama.

- 44:37Speaker 6: cat dog.
- 44:38Speaker 2: If you would.
- 44:40Speaker 13: Hello, I'm trying to reach Natalie please. Yeah, is Natalie Natalie?
- 44:45Speaker 13: How you doing? My name is Darren. I'm with the
- 44:47Speaker 13: Homeowner's Association.
- 44:49Speaker 15: Oh okay, hey, dad, how you doing.
- 44:52Speaker 13: Listen, we got we got a bit of a problem,
- 44:57Speaker 13: if you don't mind me asking, Who's who who actually
- 45:00Speaker 13: brings her kids home from school? Uh? Each day?
- 45:05Speaker 15: Oh, my mom gets my kids for me and she
- 45:07Speaker 15: drops them off.
- 45:09Speaker 13: Okay, wow, okay, okay, Well we have a we have
- 45:13Speaker 13: a bit of a problem. The kids are fine, that's
- 45:16Speaker 13: there's no issue with the kids at all. But you know,
- 45:19Speaker 13: we've had a meeting here at the h o A.
- 45:21Speaker 13: We've been getting some complaints. Uh it seems like your
- 45:25Speaker 13: mother is is uh really speeding down the street real fast,
- 45:30Speaker 13: and you know everyone's complaining about it that you know,
- 45:34Speaker 13: it's a lot of kids walking home from school and
- 45:37Speaker 13: it seems like your mom is driving real fast when
- 45:40Speaker 13: she's coming down the street to drop your kids off.
- 45:42Speaker 13: Did you know anything about this? Uh? No, not at all.
- 45:46Speaker 15: That doesn't even sound like her.
- 45:49Speaker 13: Okay, what type of color? Uh? Let me ask you this, Natalie,
- 45:54Speaker 13: We're we're we From what I understand, it is a
- 45:59Speaker 13: what kind of comfort your mom had? Is a board
- 46:02Speaker 13: escape or something like that? Some a little suv? Is
- 46:05Speaker 13: that what your mom has? Yeah?
- 46:07Speaker 15: She has a little red suv?
- 46:10Speaker 13: Okay, all right? So the problem is is that that's
- 46:15Speaker 13: the same car, that's the one we're talking about. And
- 46:17Speaker 13: it seems like, you know, your mother is is flying
- 46:21Speaker 13: down the street and she drops the kids off, and
- 46:23Speaker 13: when she leaves, she's flying back out of the neighborhood
- 46:26Speaker 13: and a couple of times some of the neighbors have
- 46:28Speaker 13: told her to slow down, and you know, I don't
- 46:31Speaker 13: know if she's flicked them off or set something out
- 46:34Speaker 13: the window, you know, but you know, this is stuff
- 46:37Speaker 13: that we just cannot tolerate. Huh.
- 46:39Speaker 15: Well it really does just sound like my mom.
- 46:42Speaker 13: But you know, okay, well look at you know what, Natalie.
- 46:45Speaker 13: What we're not gonna do is what you're not gonna
- 46:47Speaker 13: do is act like is not your mama, it's your
- 46:49Speaker 13: mother that's doing this. So what we need you to
- 46:52Speaker 13: do is tell your mama to slow out down so
- 46:55Speaker 13: we don't have the problem, all right, because I trying
- 46:57Speaker 13: to be nice with you at first, but if you're
- 46:59Speaker 13: gonna be in the figure it's not your mama, then
- 47:02Speaker 13: we got issue.
- 47:03Speaker 15: First of all, Darren from h O A, I need
- 47:07Speaker 15: you to watch your toes and who is you're talking to,
- 47:10Speaker 15: all right, I need you to calm that all the
- 47:12Speaker 15: way down, all right, said.
- 47:16Speaker 13: You need to slow your damn mama down. That's what
- 47:18Speaker 13: you need to do. Slow your mama. The way she's
- 47:20Speaker 13: driving us to do is stand in the.
- 47:23Speaker 15: Middle of the street if she flying down and so
- 47:25Speaker 15: hopefully she can knock you out the way. Okay, don't
- 47:28Speaker 15: talk to me like that. You're being ruined, disrespectful. I'm
- 47:31Speaker 15: gonna catch her at this time because I don't think
- 47:33Speaker 15: it's out. But you're not gonna talk to me like that.
- 47:36Speaker 13: Okay, So your mama can just drive it out the
- 47:38Speaker 13: street and after they what she want to do.
- 47:41Speaker 15: Mamma could do whatever she wanted to do.
- 47:43Speaker 13: She'll go on a doing it. She can't doing in
- 47:46Speaker 13: the neighborhood that I'm a member of the h o A.
- 47:49Speaker 13: She can't do it there. Okay, So I don't mind
- 47:51Speaker 13: having your mama risted with your kids in the car.
- 47:54Speaker 13: If I got you, I wish she would.
- 47:57Speaker 15: I wish you would have my mama wrested with my
- 48:00Speaker 15: kids in the car. You're gonna have more problems than
- 48:02Speaker 15: you ever had. Okay, you better not have my mama arrested.
- 48:06Speaker 15: You're gonna get arrested and you're gonna be sent to
- 48:09Speaker 15: the hospital. How about that.
- 48:11Speaker 13: Okay, let me tell yourself. Tell you your mama so
- 48:14Speaker 13: slow home down in these streets. This is the last
- 48:17Speaker 13: one that I'm giving, y'all, this is the last one.
- 48:20Speaker 15: Well, you know what I'm saying. You ain't got to
- 48:22Speaker 15: get no warming's okay. We can have a real conversation
- 48:25Speaker 15: about it. We can meet and talk about it, because
- 48:27Speaker 15: you ain't gonna talk to me like that, and you
- 48:29Speaker 15: and I ain't telling my mama nothing. I ain't telling
- 48:31Speaker 15: how to slow the house and nothing. What you're gonna do?
- 48:34Speaker 15: What's your mama do?
- 48:34Speaker 9: Dad?
- 48:35Speaker 15: Matter fact, Let's meet about it, and I'm gonna bringing

- 53:11Speaker 12: and about two months ago I was not ready to
- 53:13Speaker 12: settle down yet, so I was.
- 53:15Speaker 4: Mingling and dating.
- 53:17Speaker 12: After countless failures with meeting women, I finally came across
- 53:21Speaker 12: a much older woman who was on the same page
- 53:24Speaker 12: that I was on. She only wanted sex and that's it.
- 53:28Speaker 12: She invited me to her house one evening, and from
- 53:31Speaker 12: the moment I got there, it started getting heated. We
- 53:34Speaker 12: were kissing and grinding on her sofa, and as it
- 53:37Speaker 12: was about to go down, she left me on the
- 53:40Speaker 12: sofa and went upstairs to her room, and she told
- 53:43Speaker 12: me to give her ten minutes. So I undressed and
- 53:47Speaker 12: went upstairs and it was pitch black. She told me
- 53:51Speaker 12: where to go, and I followed her voice into a
- 53:54Speaker 12: room where all I heard was jingling keys and metal clinging,
- 53:58Speaker 12: and something that's like a towel was hitting a mattress.
- 54:03Speaker 12: The noises stopped suddenly, and she said, I got something
- 54:07Speaker 12: for you, baby, and the lights came on. There were
- 54:10Speaker 12: four adult toys of different shapes and sizes, and she
- 54:14Speaker 12: was wearing a dog collar with a lot of gold
- 54:17Speaker 12: chains hanging from it. I looked over in the corner
- 54:21Speaker 12: and there was a huge dog cage on a platform.
- 54:26Speaker 12: She took off her launcherie and then I stood there
- 54:32Speaker 12: in disbelief. I asked where the dog was because I
- 54:36Speaker 12: didn't like dogs. She pulled out a belt and told
- 54:39Speaker 12: me to get in the cage while she whipped me
- 54:42Speaker 12: several times on my beer behind. I turned and ran
- 54:47Speaker 12: so fast that I almost fell down the stairs in
- 54:50Speaker 12: the dark.
- 54:51Speaker 4: I ended up leaving my hat and my shirt, but
- 54:55Speaker 4: I left with my dignity. Did you now what I
- 54:59Speaker 4: failed to do?
- 55:00Speaker 12: What I failed to mention is that she's my direct
- 55:03Speaker 12: supervisor and she's very unhappy with how I left. She's
- 55:07Speaker 12: giving me major attitude because she wants a do over.
- 55:12Speaker 12: I really need my.
- 55:13Speaker 4: Job, So how do I fix this without getting whipped?
- 55:18Speaker 13: What? What?
- 55:22Speaker 4: It's going a lot? You with your boss?
- 55:28Speaker 12: You conveniently left out the fact that this woman was
- 55:32Speaker 12: your boss. You conveniently left that out until the very
- 55:36Speaker 12: last part of the letter. And that's because you probably
- 55:39Speaker 12: knew we were going to tell you. This was a
- 55:42Speaker 12: very stupid move on your part.
- 55:44Speaker 4: But I do have to tell you this. I'm glad
- 55:46Speaker 4: you got out.
- 55:47Speaker 12: I'm glad you survived it, even though you almost fell
- 55:50Speaker 12: down the stairs in the pitch black. You said you
- 55:53Speaker 12: guys talked about this beforehand, and she was you guys
- 55:56Speaker 12: were on.
- 55:56Speaker 4: The same page. I don't think so.
- 55:59Speaker 12: I don't think you're on the same page at all.
- 56:02Speaker 12: You got to get out of there. Either you're going
- 56:05Speaker 12: to have to transfer to a different department, or you're
- 56:08Speaker 12: going to have to get another job somewhere else. You
- 56:11Speaker 12: should be interviewing and doing all that you can do
- 56:14Speaker 12: to make that happen right now. And no matter how
- 56:17Speaker 12: bad her attitude is, she is your boss, and you
- 56:19Speaker 12: said she's giving you major attitude.
- 56:22Speaker 4: Whatever you do, there are no do overs. Do not
- 56:25Speaker 4: go back to that lady's house.
- 56:27Speaker 12: Okay, next time, she might tell you to get in
- 56:29Speaker 12: the cage, lock you up with those jingling keys you
- 56:32Speaker 12: heard in the dark. Her kind of freakiness is a
- 56:36Speaker 12: little different, and you can really get hurt with all
- 56:39Speaker 12: the whipping and stuff, and this is just too crazy.
- 56:42Speaker 12: Stay away from her, do your job until you leave,
- 56:45Speaker 12: and then when you get out of there, don't look back.
- 56:47Speaker 4: But please get out and get out now, Steve, this
- 56:51Speaker 4: is one.
- 56:52Speaker 7: Of those letters. Well, I'm going to use as a
- 56:56Speaker 7: teaching moment a lot of young brothers listening to this show.
- 57:03Speaker 2: Uncle Steve.
- 57:05Speaker 7: It's gonna walk you through some things that you need
- 57:09Speaker 7: to know when faced with anything similar to this. Let's
- 57:14Speaker 7: go now. He starts off by telling us who he is.
- 57:17Speaker 7: He's a thirty one year old, single black man, and
- 57:21Speaker 7: he said, very confusingly, about two months ago, I was
- 57:25Speaker 7: not ready to settle down yet. I don't know where
- 57:28Speaker 7: that came from, because this whole letter has nothing about
- 57:33Speaker 7: you wanting a commitment of any kind. So you're just
- 57:37Speaker 7: telling us a story. You're thirty one years old and
- 57:39Speaker 7: you single ready to mingle. That's what you should have said.
- 57:42Speaker 7: So I was mingling in Dayton. That's all you had
- 57:45Speaker 7: to say.
- 57:45Speaker 2: Dog.
- 57:46Speaker 7: After countless failures with meeting women's, no, they weren't.
- 57:50Speaker 2: They weren't countless failures.
- 57:52Speaker 7: You're not looking for a commitment, so anytime a relations fail,
- 57:58Speaker 7: it's what you weren't commit to. Anyway, after countless failures,
- 58:04Speaker 7: well you didn't want no successes. It was just dating
- 58:08Speaker 7: and mingling. So let's just stay honest, brothers. I finally
- 58:12Speaker 7: came across a much older woman who was on the
- 58:15Speaker 7: same page.
- 58:17Speaker 2: That I was on.
- 58:18Speaker 7: She only wanted sex and that's it. She invited me
- 58:22Speaker 7: to her house one evening, and from the moment I
- 58:25Speaker 7: got there, it started getting heated. We was kissing and
- 58:29Speaker 7: grinding on the sofa. It was about to go down.
- 58:33Speaker 7: She left me on the sofa. Here's the key. She
- 58:36Speaker 7: left me on the sofa and went upstairs to her room,
- 58:40Speaker 7: and she told me to give her ten minutes. But nah,
- 58:45Speaker 7: yo ass didn't listen, your stupid ass. Right after that said, so,
- 58:53Speaker 7: I undressed and went upstairs and it was pitch black
- 58:59Speaker 7: boy gotnked too early.
- 59:04Speaker 4: All right, hold that thought right there, right there.
- 59:07Speaker 2: We've all got it. We all welcome, know, Tommy, I.
- 59:10Speaker 4: Know part two of your response coming up.
- 59:13Speaker 12: Steve at twenty three minutes after the hour today Strawberry letter,
- 59:17Speaker 12: subject my boss wants to whip me.
- 59:20Speaker 4: We'll be back right after this. You're listening morning show.
- 59:24Speaker 9: Come on, Steve.
- 59:25Speaker 4: Let's recap this letter.
- 59:27Speaker 12: The subject is please there is a disclaimer with this
- 59:30Speaker 12: letter if you have small children. My boss wants to
- 59:33Speaker 12: whip me.
- 59:35Speaker 2: Thirty one year old young man.
- 59:37Speaker 7: It's very confused about what he wants and what he's
- 59:41Speaker 7: expecting out of the results from what he's actually doing.
- 59:45Speaker 2: He's dating and mingling around. He's serious, he don't want
- 59:48Speaker 2: to settle down.
- 59:50Speaker 7: So now he's saying, after he's been meeting women, dating
- 59:53Speaker 7: and all failure after failure, because you don't want nothing.
- 59:57Speaker 7: And it just proves that you don't want nothing, because
- 59:59Speaker 7: you said right after this, after countless failures in meeting women,
- 1:00:05Speaker 7: I finally came across as much older woman who was
- 1:00:07Speaker 7: on the same page that I was.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: One she only wanted sex and that's it.
- 1:00:11Speaker 7: See, boy, you've been wanting to get in relationships to
- 1:00:16Speaker 7: women that only want sex and that's it, and then
- 1:00:20Speaker 7: when it don't work out, you consider that a failure.
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: Everybody don't want to sign up for this foolishness.
- 1:00:26Speaker 7: Ah, but you to find this old ass lady though
- 1:00:30Speaker 7: ain't got no problem with it. H. So you meet her,
- 1:00:35Speaker 7: y'all on the same page, invite you to a house.
- 1:00:39Speaker 7: Soon as you got there, you grinding on the couch.
- 1:00:41Speaker 7: It's hot, heated it thene got good boy. She left
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: you on the sofa, went upstairs to her room and
- 1:00:49Speaker 7: told you to give her ten minutes, Yo, jumping ass
- 1:00:54Speaker 7: can't wait ten minutes?
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: Why cause you're young.
- 1:00:58Speaker 7: After she said give her two minutes, your reaction was
- 1:01:02Speaker 7: so I undressed and went upstairs, and it was pitch black.
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: What is your ass up here for? She said, ten minutes?
- 1:01:12Speaker 7: You up down two damn early, and your naked, and
- 1:01:17Speaker 7: took your clothes off two damn fast, and went upstairs
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: and left your clothes downstairs. How stupid is your ass?
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: Don't ever have your clothes somewhere you can't reach them.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: That's the lesson.
- 1:01:35Speaker 7: Ruh, there's so many lessons in this letter. Then I'm
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: dressing with them, says. It was pitch black cause you're
- 1:01:44Speaker 7: too damn early. She said ten minutes. She ain't set
- 1:01:49Speaker 7: up yet, no light on. She told me where to go,
- 1:01:52Speaker 7: and I followed her voice into a room right here
- 1:01:56Speaker 7: never be naked in the dark following voices.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: Stupid?
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: What it's I'm following the voice into a room where
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: all I heard was jingling keys and metal clinging and
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: something that sounded like a towel hitting the mattress.
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: What And you kept walking towards the jingling.
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: And the towel hitting the mattress, and your ass naked
- 1:02:29Speaker 7: and KC, do you understand how stupid you are? The
- 1:02:34Speaker 7: noises stopped suddenly, and she said, I got something.
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: For you, baby, And then the lights came on.
- 1:02:44Speaker 7: That was four adult toys of different shapes and sizes,
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: and she was wearing a dog collar with a lot
- 1:02:50Speaker 7: of gold chains hanging from it. I looked over in
- 1:02:53Speaker 7: the corner and that was a huge dog cage on
- 1:02:55Speaker 7: the platform.
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: See, I would have missed all this.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: Why Why?
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: Because I'm old?
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: First of all?
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: All our all she to herd was for me down stairs.
- 1:03:09Speaker 7: You ready been bout twelve minutes. Now what you're doing?
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: But all this because of the unknown. I have my
- 1:03:22Speaker 7: damn clothes on.
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: Just in case she says something crazy from upstairs.
- 1:03:28Speaker 7: I can get on out the house downstairs and never
- 1:03:31Speaker 7: speak to her ass again.
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: But now you ask naked upstairs.
- 1:03:36Speaker 11: Gulam Steves.
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: Nah, she cut the light on. You look over in
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: the corner.
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: It's a huge dog cage on the platform, on the platform. Hell,
- 1:03:46Speaker 7: this dog cage doing them on the platform. She took
- 1:03:48Speaker 7: off her lungerie and I stood there in disbelief, probably
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: cause you naked, know your naked. I asked where the
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: dog was because I don't like dogs. See right there,
- 1:04:01Speaker 7: your black ass upstairs with the potential German shepherd somewhere raw.
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: So now you in the cage.
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: You looking over there at the cage. You don't like dogs.
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: Potential German shepherd Rot Wilder could be in the room, but.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: Now you can. And now you in that ass nicked.
- 1:04:20Speaker 7: Now the reason this ain't working out for you, fool,
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: because your ass is naked. See, getting whipped and asked
- 1:04:29Speaker 7: to get in the cage is different when you fully clothed.
- 1:04:33Speaker 7: But now you nicked, and your closing downstairs. And the
- 1:04:37Speaker 7: reason she can whip you cross your ass. It's caught,
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: you nicked, it's out. I turned and ran so fast,
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: almost fell down the steps in the dark because you're
- 1:04:50Speaker 7: slipping on the carpet cause your clothes downstairs.
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: I ended up.
- 1:04:56Speaker 7: Leaving my hat and shirt caused you couldn't find them
- 1:05:01Speaker 7: because you got to keep your clothes where you can
- 1:05:04Speaker 7: see them and reach them.
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: Now you'd have left your cat, You left your hat
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: and your damn shirt.
- 1:05:10Speaker 7: Oh that's dnajo, dumb ass could be in a crime
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: scene you over forty eight hours and don't even know
- 1:05:19Speaker 7: it because you the left yr in the air closed
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: downstairs or said about to get body whipped.
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: Now come to find out this your boss. She wanted
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: to do over. Now she got.
- 1:05:30Speaker 7: Attitude when I come back, I'm just gonna give you
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: ten seconds of what your solution is for this stupid
- 1:05:37Speaker 7: ass upstairs.
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: Neckd anybody told you to come up there.
- 1:05:40Speaker 4: Yet this we'll be back right.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: Well, you is an employee, is what this is?
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: You're listening morning show a right see right before we
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: get to sports talk. You had a couple of more things.
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: Let me just cloth this man and benom says naked
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: would have found out who was his boss, and she
- 1:05:58Speaker 7: was whipping him while he was naked, hold him to
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: get in this big dog cage. And now he back
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: at work and the boss got an attitude because she
- 1:06:05Speaker 7: wants a do over. He really need his job and
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: he know how, he'll know how to handle this situation.
- 1:06:10Speaker 7: So now let me explain something to young boy. You're
- 1:06:12Speaker 7: gonna have to give her a due over if you
- 1:06:15Speaker 7: want to keep your job. Now, y'all shut up, You
- 1:06:18Speaker 7: shut up, Shirley, You answer your letter. He thirty one,
- 1:06:22Speaker 7: he can handle list. Go back in the door. Na,
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: he don't go back in there. He got to get
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: a do over. He got to control this situation. The
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: do over is at a hotel. Can't bring all these
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: bigger dog cages through that lobby, all these platforms and stuff.
- 1:06:43Speaker 7: You gonna get your do over is at the hotel,
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: and tell her you bringing your own trunk of toys.
- 1:06:52Speaker 7: And they gonna be no four door toys of different sizes,
- 1:06:55Speaker 7: because you're gonna end up wearing something if you ain't killed.
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: Now, coming there with some with.
- 1:07:02Speaker 7: A velvet rope, some fuzzy haird cuffs that don't click,
- 1:07:07Speaker 7: a feather tickler that don't do no damage, can't push nothing. See,
- 1:07:13Speaker 7: you gotta got to have your little sex toys. Had
- 1:07:15Speaker 7: to have control on it and can't have nothing here
- 1:07:17Speaker 7: with the battery on it. Why because that because that
- 1:07:21Speaker 7: hair switches with levels on it. You that'll get out
- 1:07:24Speaker 7: of control. Anything on high, he's gonna be shocking to
- 1:07:28Speaker 7: your ass. Can't let nothing have a switch on it
- 1:07:32Speaker 7: that can go to high high.
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: It's dangerous. Okay, that's all I want.
- 1:07:40Speaker 8: Yes, call her question what if on this do over
- 1:07:44Speaker 8: she doesn't like it because she's still his supervisor.
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: Well, you just didn't like it. I ain't who you
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: thought I was.
- 1:07:53Speaker 7: When you seen me run out of this house once before,
- 1:07:56Speaker 7: you already know I ain't up to who you thought
- 1:07:59Speaker 7: I was.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm scared of dogs.
- 1:08:02Speaker 7: You got a dog cage that we're gonna have a
- 1:08:05Speaker 7: due over, But I got a hotel and I have
- 1:08:07Speaker 7: everything in there. Now you're coming there. You had attitude sex,
- 1:08:11Speaker 7: that's all right, This ain't what I wanted. Well, you
- 1:08:17Speaker 7: know this is This is all I.
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: Got because this is just one time we do this
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: due over and then that's it.
- 1:08:22Speaker 7: If you do it and you don't do it, well,
- 1:08:26Speaker 7: she ain't gonna want to have nothing else to do
- 1:08:28Speaker 7: with you.
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: But at least you will keep your job.
- 1:08:32Speaker 6: It's hard to make naked decisions, though, it's hard.
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: Left with his dignity, I'm.
- 1:08:39Speaker 7: Telling nothing with a battery and a switch, no medium
- 1:08:51Speaker 7: and high because when you get.
- 1:08:53Speaker 13: Caught over.
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: Right after this morning show.
- 1:09:04Speaker 12: So I gotta ask you, guys, because we've all done this,
- 1:09:09Speaker 12: what was your most embarrassing text that you've ever sent
- 1:09:12Speaker 12: to someone by accident?
- 1:09:14Speaker 4: We've all done this.
- 1:09:15Speaker 12: Uh, you know there's nothing right worse than you're writing
- 1:09:18Speaker 12: a private text to someone personal text and sending it
- 1:09:22Speaker 12: to the wrong person.
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: That is why I do not do group texts.
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: So if you don't, you would not respond on at all.
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: Because I'll forget to turn it off and fairly.
- 1:09:32Speaker 6: Response comes back single. It is nobody else told it,
- 1:09:36Speaker 6: and I.
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: Know how to good text.
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: But so so, Junia, have you ever ACTID?
- 1:09:42Speaker 13: Oh?
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: Yeah, you need to understand last names.
- 1:09:46Speaker 8: If the two people got the same last name, picked
- 1:09:48Speaker 8: the right one because I sent a text to my sisters,
- 1:09:51Speaker 8: said my mom, give on.
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: My damn nurse, send it right to my mom. Oh
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: I get so your damn nurse.
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: That's what I do.
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: Yes, that's what I do. I should have known that
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: it was really really rough week.
- 1:10:07Speaker 13: Yeah yeah. Yeah.
- 1:10:08Speaker 10: It was.
- 1:10:10Speaker 8: Talisa's space and alicia space is really close yeah close.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: Yeah, And I spent to Talisha. I should man, I
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: was going.
- 1:10:21Speaker 12: Tell me, I know you sent some neked pictures to
- 1:10:23Speaker 12: somebody before you were married.
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: I know you did, surely, God, how do I paint this? Okay?
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: Let me try to walk this thing in lane though?
- 1:10:34Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:10:35Speaker 6: Jaggie went on her way home and said, find us
- 1:10:38Speaker 6: something to eat, you know, find you know, let's see
- 1:10:42Speaker 6: if we got someone there to cook to eat.
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: You know this one, this one.
- 1:10:45Speaker 6: You just got your phone that take pictures and all that,
- 1:10:48Speaker 6: so you know, you're just trying stuff. I put myself
- 1:10:52Speaker 6: in a hot dog bun with relish and mustard and
- 1:10:58Speaker 6: took the picture and called myself sending and saying, wait
- 1:11:03Speaker 6: till you get home and get this foot long.
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: And I hit sin and did not know man, I
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: hit the wrong damn Jackie.
- 1:11:16Speaker 10: And.
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: Oh that was that was jack You hurt? What he said?
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: Stude uncle, wrong jacket? Get your man.
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: You can give us the response back.
- 1:11:32Speaker 9: He's still alive.
- 1:11:33Speaker 11: That's good.
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: That's a good sign.
- 1:11:36Speaker 11: What did the wrong Jackie say?
- 1:11:38Speaker 6: Yeah, you got the wrong jacket? You know it was
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: a friend of the family jacket.
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: Like, when you get home, you're gonna get this foot long.
- 1:11:48Speaker 6: You got the wrong jacket, I said, God, but where
- 1:11:52Speaker 6: did you where did you find what where did you

- 1:12:06Speaker 7: I've seen him at WEDNDS. But I just didn't never
- 1:12:08Speaker 7: know where to get him. Yeah, you know from Vienna Sausage.
- 1:12:14Speaker 7: Just the worst text I ever sent. Oh about five
- 1:12:21Speaker 7: six years ago, and uh we in this group text
- 1:12:25Speaker 7: me Rashon, a couple other people and the executive producer
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: of the show. So the last text had came from Rashon.

- 1:18:51Speaker 12: All right, we'll be back with our last break of
- 1:18:53Speaker 12: the day and closing remarks from the one and only
- 1:18:56Speaker 12: Steve Harvey at forty nine minutes after right after this, you're.
- 1:19:00Speaker 4: Listening Morning show. All right, Here we are, last break
- 1:19:04Speaker 4: of the day.
- 1:19:06Speaker 12: It's been a crazy day as usual, the kind we like, right,
- 1:19:11Speaker 12: and here's our fearless leader to take us home with
- 1:19:14Speaker 12: closing remarks.
- 1:19:15Speaker 7: In closing, I want to go back to something I
- 1:19:17Speaker 7: was talking about last week, and it's about pressure. I
- 1:19:23Speaker 7: want to remind every I want to mind everybody about something.
- 1:19:29Speaker 7: When you feel pressure, when you are under pressure, when
- 1:19:38Speaker 7: you're being pressurized, when you feel the weight of everything,
- 1:19:48Speaker 7: embrace it. You hear old people say pressure, buster pipe,
- 1:19:55Speaker 7: I mean, if that's how hard pressure is. But pressure
- 1:20:01Speaker 7: also shapes and molds. Pressure always reveals something and the
- 1:20:09Speaker 7: thing that you have to understand about pressure in your life.
- 1:20:12Speaker 7: It reveals a side of you that you may not
- 1:20:16Speaker 7: have been aware of. When I think back on all
- 1:20:19Speaker 7: the pressure moments of my life, it taught me more
- 1:20:24Speaker 7: and more and more about myself than I even knew.
- 1:20:28Speaker 7: I realized in my life that I'm really stronger than
- 1:20:32Speaker 7: I ever thought I was, that I can actually bear
- 1:20:38Speaker 7: up under more than I thought I could.
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: And so have you. If you just think about it, y'all,
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: think about back to all your pressure.
- 1:20:50Speaker 7: Moments and how you handle them. The majority of us,
- 1:20:54Speaker 7: ninety eight percent of us have handled the pressure that
- 1:20:57Speaker 7: was presented to us.
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: Or it didn't feel good, it didn't set right with us.
- 1:21:03Speaker 7: It may have caused some adverse things to happen, but
- 1:21:07Speaker 7: you've survived it. You got on the other side of it,
- 1:21:14Speaker 7: and if you haven't, you're currently pressing your way forward
- 1:21:17Speaker 7: through it right now. Pressure is necessary in sculpting who
- 1:21:23Speaker 7: God wants us to be. You need the pressure to
- 1:21:28Speaker 7: form the shape. Nothing happens without pressure. If you ever
- 1:21:34Speaker 7: go to the Grand Canyon, do you see the beauty
- 1:21:38Speaker 7: of the Grand Canyon is one of the natural wonders.
- 1:21:41Speaker 2: Of the world. You know it caused that pressure? Pressia.
- 1:21:49Speaker 7: You ever seen a river coming down through a creek,
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: babbling creek, How beautiful it is?
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: You know what causes that?
- 1:21:56Speaker 7: Press shall? That was some pressure somewhere. You ever seen
- 1:22:01Speaker 7: the waterfall? You ever been in Niaga Falls, Victoria Falls?
- 1:22:04Speaker 7: You know how beautiful it is. You know it's CAUs
- 1:22:06Speaker 7: You know what causes that press shall?
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: Press shall?
- 1:22:13Speaker 7: You know how you get to become the world strongest man.
- 1:22:16Speaker 7: You put yourself under pressure. You know how athletes You
- 1:22:23Speaker 7: know how Hussein Boat broke all these world records because
- 1:22:27Speaker 7: he put himself under pressure.
- 1:22:33Speaker 2: It's required.
- 1:22:35Speaker 7: Barack Obama became the first African American president of the
- 1:22:39Speaker 7: United States. You know why because he put himself under
- 1:22:42Speaker 7: the pressure. Pressure shapes moles and bills. Man, But bigger
- 1:22:48Speaker 7: than anything else, pressure produces results.
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: You have got to get accustomed to the pressure.
- 1:22:55Speaker 7: You've got to get okay with the pressure, because pressure
- 1:22:59Speaker 7: put deduces results. Oh man, if it wasn't profession, excuse me,
- 1:23:06Speaker 7: If it wasn't for pressure, you wouldn't be who you
- 1:23:10Speaker 7: are today.
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: Think about it.
- 1:23:12Speaker 7: Every woman in this world who has had a child,
- 1:23:17Speaker 7: has given birth to a child, has.
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: Been under immense pressure.
- 1:23:24Speaker 7: Unthinkable pressure to be able to do that one thing
- 1:23:29Speaker 7: that nobody else can do but them.
- 1:23:32Speaker 17: Pressure. Your beautiful child was produced under pressure. Prescire is necessary, man,
- 1:23:45Speaker 17: But pressure is uncomfortable. But you got to get comfortable
- 1:23:50Speaker 17: being uncomfortable, because that's the.
- 1:23:53Speaker 7: Process to the success. Success is on the other side
- 1:23:59Speaker 7: of that pressure.
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: So you got to deal with it. Pressure.
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: Pressure, buster pipe, if you wanna look at it that way.
- 1:24:12Speaker 7: But pressure also produces a lot of beautiful things. Pressure
- 1:24:17Speaker 7: also produces a lot of great things. Pressure produces great people.
- 1:24:26Speaker 7: I've always just wanted to be one of those. I
- 1:24:31Speaker 7: never thought I would be the absolute best at anything.
- 1:24:38Speaker 7: I don't know I felt really can say that or not.
- 1:24:40Speaker 7: I don't really remember trying to be the best at anything.
- 1:24:44Speaker 7: I was more than less trying to be the best
- 1:24:46Speaker 7: that I could be at a certain thing. I've never
- 1:24:49Speaker 7: really put myself in that race with other people. I've
- 1:24:52Speaker 7: always put that self that pressure on me. I've always
- 1:24:56Speaker 7: been under pressure to be the best of me that
- 1:24:59Speaker 7: I could be. And I thank God for pressure because
- 1:25:02Speaker 7: pressure has produced some great moments for me that has
- 1:25:06Speaker 7: allowed me to be the best person I could be
- 1:25:10Speaker 7: at that particular thing that I was doing. That's what
- 1:25:15Speaker 7: pressure does. Embrace the pressure, Drink it, take big SIPs
- 1:25:21Speaker 7: of it, take gulpes of it, because it produces greatness.
- 1:25:27Speaker 7: Those are my closing remarks today. Hope you got something
- 1:25:30Speaker 7: from it. Y'all have a good one. Man, Hey, look
- 1:25:32Speaker 7: ahea it. We'll see y'all tomorrow. God will it another
