- 0:01Speaker 1: The breaking news.
- 0:02Speaker 2: The House of Representative erupts in cheers and a pause
- 0:06Speaker 2: as President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill officially passes. Congratulations
- 0:13Speaker 2: to President Donald Trump. And what is in this bill
- 0:16Speaker 2: is major things that is going to have a big
- 0:18Speaker 2: impact on the economy. For example, no tax on tips,
- 0:23Speaker 2: no tax on overtime, one hundred and seventy five billion
- 0:28Speaker 2: for deportations, as well as to finish the wall construction,
- 0:32Speaker 2: tax relief for seniors, and making his twenty seventeen tax
- 0:37Speaker 2: cuts permanent. It was announced by the Speaker of the House,
- 0:41Speaker 2: and here's what he had to say.
- 0:42Speaker 1: And you'll hear the appause from.
- 0:44Speaker 3: The members of the Chamber on this vote, the Yaser
- 0:47Speaker 3: two hundred and fifteen, the Naser two hundred and fourteen,
- 0:51Speaker 3: with one answering present, the bill is passed.
- 1:02Speaker 1: You left there. You will here.
- 1:10Speaker 2: The chance of USA continue, the crapping continue. The White
- 1:14Speaker 2: House coming out with a statement saying this quote, the
- 1:18Speaker 2: One Big Beautiful Bill has passed the House of Representatives.
- 1:22Speaker 2: This is arguably the most significant piece of legislation that
- 1:26Speaker 2: will ever be signed in the history of the country,
- 1:28Speaker 2: that coming from President Donald J.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Trump.
- 1:31Speaker 2: He then put out a true social statement, saying this
- 1:34Speaker 2: the one big, beautiful bill is passed, and not only
- 1:37Speaker 2: is it arguably the most significant piece of legislation that
- 1:40Speaker 2: will ever be signed in the history of our country,
- 1:42Speaker 2: but the bill includes massive tax cuts, no tax on tips,
- 1:46Speaker 2: no tax on overtime, the tax deductions when you purchase
- 1:50Speaker 2: an American made vehicle, along with strong border security measures,
- 1:54Speaker 2: pay raises for our ice and border patrol agents, funding
- 1:58Speaker 2: for the Golden Dome, Trump's savings, accounts for newborn babies,
- 2:03Speaker 2: and much more. Great job by Speaker Mike Johnson and
- 2:06Speaker 2: the House leadership. Trump went on to say, and thank
- 2:09Speaker 2: you to every Republican who voted yes on this historic bill.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Now it's time for our friends in the United States
- 2:17Speaker 2: Senate to get to work and send.
- 2:19Speaker 1: This bill to my desk as soon as possible.
- 2:21Speaker 2: There's no time to waste. The Democrats have lost control
- 2:24Speaker 2: of themselves and are aimlessly wandering around showing no confidence,
- 2:28Speaker 2: grit or determination. They have forgotten their landslide losses in
- 2:32Speaker 2: the President's election and are warped in the past, hoping
- 2:36Speaker 2: someday to revive open borders for the world's criminals to
- 2:40Speaker 2: be able to pour into our country. Men to be
- 2:43Speaker 2: able to play in women's sports and transgender for everybody.
- 2:47Speaker 1: They don't realize that.
- 2:48Speaker 2: These things and so many more like them, will never
- 2:52Speaker 2: happen again.
- 2:53Speaker 1: That is the President's statement on all of this.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Now, let's dive into some of the big things that
- 2:57Speaker 2: are going to affect you the most and have a
- 3:00Speaker 2: major impact on our economy. Number one is the no
- 3:03Speaker 2: tax on tips in overtime.
- 3:05Speaker 1: What is this going to do. It's going to increase
- 3:07Speaker 1: take home pay.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Workers in the service industries and hourly jobs are going
- 3:13Speaker 2: to benefit immediately. Why Because they're going to be able
- 3:16Speaker 2: to keep one hundred percent of their tips in overtime.
- 3:19Speaker 2: That's going to boost income without increasing labor costs for
- 3:24Speaker 2: the employers. So this is a win win for not
- 3:27Speaker 2: only those that are hiring and the employers, but also
- 3:31Speaker 2: for the employees. Another way of looking at it is
- 3:33Speaker 2: this it's a great way to have an instant pay
- 3:36Speaker 2: raise without it actually negatively hurting the economy or small businesses.
- 3:41Speaker 2: They're also going to simplify the tax filings. This is
- 3:45Speaker 2: huge because it allowed for more Americans to be able
- 3:48Speaker 2: to just get their tax dollars back quickly, and it
- 3:51Speaker 2: will reduce complexity for both employees and the irs, lowering
- 3:54Speaker 2: the cost to run a business.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Specifically for employers.
- 3:59Speaker 2: There's also longer incentives for working extra hours or in
- 4:03Speaker 2: another way of putting it, working extra hard to provide
- 4:06Speaker 2: for yourself and your family. It's encouraging productivity and rewarding
- 4:11Speaker 2: productivity is how the White House described it, and helping
- 4:14Speaker 2: businesses meet demand with more willing to work in those
- 4:18Speaker 2: overtime hours. Now, let's move from there to the one
- 4:22Speaker 2: hundred and seventy five billion dollars for deportations as well
- 4:26Speaker 2: as the border wall funding. You know that border security
- 4:29Speaker 2: is one of the top priorities of President Donald Trump. Well,
- 4:32Speaker 2: now we have the money needed, as Tom Homan describe it,
- 4:35Speaker 2: to get the job done. And what the border security
- 4:39Speaker 2: is going to do with this money is well, it's
- 4:41Speaker 2: going to have the issue of reinforcement. It will not
- 4:44Speaker 2: only they say one, boost enforcement, but also technology and
- 4:48Speaker 2: infrastructure at the southern border, which supporters are arguing will
- 4:52Speaker 2: reduce illegal immigration even more. It's also going to help
- 4:55Speaker 2: stop drug trafficking in the feedanl trade and the multi
- 4:59Speaker 2: billion do industry of human smuggling, So that is again
- 5:03Speaker 2: part of this bill. It will also have as they
- 5:06Speaker 2: described it as a deterrent effect. A large scale investment
- 5:09Speaker 2: is sitting a very strong signal that immigration laws are
- 5:13Speaker 2: actually going to be enforced and strictly enforced at that.
- 5:17Speaker 2: We know this from the Trump administration. There's also what
- 5:20Speaker 2: they describe as job protection as well from this money
- 5:24Speaker 2: that will be spent. Why, well, it is seen by
- 5:27Speaker 2: the Trump administration as a way to quote protect low
- 5:30Speaker 2: skilled American jobs from being undercut by undocumented labor and
- 5:36Speaker 2: millions and millions of them with a race to the
- 5:38Speaker 2: bottom that will help more Americans than ever before.
- 5:41Speaker 1: And then let's talk about seniors for a second.
- 5:44Speaker 2: This is something else that the President was really focused on.
- 5:47Speaker 2: He wants her to be real tax relief for our
- 5:50Speaker 2: seniors that are just trying to live a comfortable retirement
- 5:53Speaker 2: without having to worry every single month. Well, higher disposable income.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Why because it reduces the financial burden on retirees, especially
- 6:02Speaker 2: those living unfixed incomes. There's also greater economic participation, the
- 6:06Speaker 2: White House says, as seniors may have more freedom to spend,
- 6:09Speaker 2: invest or support family members because of the tax relief
- 6:13Speaker 2: that they're specifically putting in there for as senior citizens
- 6:17Speaker 2: and then there's also the healthcare costs buffer, which is
- 6:20Speaker 2: the number one reason why seniors have financial problems later
- 6:23Speaker 2: than life. It is easier, they say, now, to manage
- 6:26Speaker 2: out of pocket medical expenses or rising living costs. So
- 6:31Speaker 2: they're trying to protect seniors in this country.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Now.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Part of this bill, and the big part, which is
- 6:37Speaker 2: going to be monumental, is making the twenty seventeen Trump
- 6:41Speaker 2: tax cuts permanent. This is giving certainty for families and
- 6:47Speaker 2: for businesses. The long term planning is easier when the
- 6:51Speaker 2: tax rates are locked in, and what the President said
- 6:54Speaker 2: is you're not going to be forgotten.
- 6:55Speaker 1: These tax rates were important to lock in.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Otherwise we're going to have the largest tax cut increase
- 7:00Speaker 2: in our country's history. It was going to decimate the
- 7:03Speaker 2: middle class, and it was going to be brutal on
- 7:05Speaker 2: our not only on our economy, but also those at
- 7:08Speaker 2: higher This is now going to be locked in with
- 7:11Speaker 2: as twenty seventeen rates that you're used to. It's also
- 7:14Speaker 2: going to lower the individual tax rates that have continued
- 7:18Speaker 2: for middle class earners to keep more of their paycheck.
- 7:22Speaker 2: So if you're a middle class American, you're going to
- 7:24Speaker 2: keep more of your money because of this big beautiful bill.
- 7:28Speaker 1: There's also major support for small businesses.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Pass Through entities like LLCs and escorps are going to
- 7:35Speaker 2: continue to benefit, the White House says, from deductions spurring
- 7:39Speaker 2: entrepreneurship and growth. There's also investment and growth incentives as well.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Lower tax as the White House says on capital gains
- 7:48Speaker 2: and corporate income are seen as pro business, potentially driving
- 7:52Speaker 2: job creation and market performance to new levels. Now, the
- 7:57Speaker 2: overall positives on this are this economic boost. There's going
- 8:01Speaker 2: to be more money in consumers pockets that can lead
- 8:04Speaker 2: to higher spending and economic activity.
- 8:06Speaker 1: It is a pro worker bill.
- 8:09Speaker 2: The bill positions itself as rewarding hard works, tips, overtime,
- 8:13Speaker 2: and protecting American jobs. And then there's the long term
- 8:17Speaker 2: structural changes. By locking in the tax policy and beefing
- 8:22Speaker 2: up immigration enforcement, the White House us this is fulfilling
- 8:26Speaker 2: their long promise reforms that put American workers first, American
- 8:30Speaker 2: middle class workers first, and making sure they're not under
- 8:34Speaker 2: being undercut by illegal immigrants. This is, in fact, a
- 8:38Speaker 2: big beautiful bill.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Now.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Speaker Johnson just released a statement on the House passage
- 8:43Speaker 2: of the one Big Beautiful Bill. You heard him earlier,
- 8:47Speaker 2: but I want you to hear what he said quote.
- 8:48Speaker 2: The media and the Democrats have consistently dismissed any possibility
- 8:53Speaker 2: of House Republicans succeeding in our mission to an act
- 8:55Speaker 2: President Trump's America First Agenda.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Once again, they have been proven wrong.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Today, the House has passed generational nation shaping legislation that
- 9:05Speaker 2: reduces spending permanently, lowers taxes for families and job creators,
- 9:10Speaker 2: secures the border, unleashes American energy dominance, restores peace through strength,
- 9:16Speaker 2: and makes government work more efficient and effective for all Americans.
- 9:21Speaker 2: House Democrats vote against all of it, which clearly proves
- 9:24Speaker 2: they want tax hikes on their constituents, open borders.
- 9:28Speaker 1: And medicaid for legal immigrants.
- 9:30Speaker 2: We look forward to the Senate's timely consideration of this
- 9:33Speaker 2: once in a generation legislation and stand ready to continue
- 9:37Speaker 2: our work together to deliver the one big, beautiful bill
- 9:41Speaker 2: to the President's desk that coming from Speaker Johnson.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Let me tell you about Patriot Mobile real quick.
- 9:47Speaker 2: If you've got a cell phone and your cell phone
- 9:50Speaker 2: is not with Patriot Mobile, then the question I got
- 9:53Speaker 2: to ask you is why why have you not made
- 9:56Speaker 2: the switch? Well, you should make the switch and The
- 9:59Speaker 2: deal is really easy. You get cutting edge technology. Switching
- 10:04Speaker 2: has never been easier. There's no store visits, no hassles.
- 10:07Speaker 2: You get to keep your same phone number you have
- 10:09Speaker 2: right now. You get to keep your same phone you've
- 10:11Speaker 2: got now or upgrade to a new one. And they
- 10:13Speaker 2: have a one hundred percent US based team that can
- 10:16Speaker 2: activate you literally in minutes. The other thing that I
- 10:19Speaker 2: love about Patriot Mobile is this they have access to
- 10:23Speaker 2: all three major networks, meaning you get exceptional nationwide coverage.
- 10:28Speaker 2: I use Patriot Mobile and half for years. They can
- 10:31Speaker 2: even put a second number on a different network on
- 10:35Speaker 2: your phone. It's like carrying two phones in one. You
- 10:38Speaker 2: can have a work number and a personal number. It's amazing.
- 10:42Speaker 2: They have unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, Internet
- 10:47Speaker 2: on the go devices, and home internet backup as well.
- 10:51Speaker 2: You can get all of this from Patriot Mobile. So
- 10:54Speaker 2: why are you waiting? Make the switch today? And by
- 10:58Speaker 2: the way, when you pay your bill, you know that
- 11:00Speaker 2: about five percent of that bill every month is going
- 11:02Speaker 2: back to support conservative causes.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Causes that stand.
- 11:06Speaker 2: For our First and or Second Amendment rights, the rights
- 11:09Speaker 2: of unborn children, and they stand with our veterans, our
- 11:12Speaker 2: first responders, our police and firemen, are EMTs and our
- 11:16Speaker 2: wounded warriors. So make a difference with every call you make.
- 11:19Speaker 2: So right now, go to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson
- 11:25Speaker 2: or call them nine to seven to two Patriot. You're
- 11:28Speaker 2: going to get a free month of service with the
- 11:30Speaker 2: promo code ferguson. So switch to Patriot Mobile and make
- 11:33Speaker 2: a difference with every call you make. Patriot Mobile dot
- 11:36Speaker 2: com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot. Now,
- 11:40Speaker 2: there was some controversy, by the way, with this bill,
- 11:43Speaker 2: with two Republicans that were holdouts. You had Congressman Massing
- 11:48Speaker 2: and Congressman Davison.
- 11:50Speaker 4: Uh.
- 11:50Speaker 2: The White House Press Sancretary was asked about those two
- 11:53Speaker 2: Republicans not voting in favor of the big beautiful bill.
- 11:57Speaker 2: It was pretty clear that Donald Trump has a tar
- 12:00Speaker 2: get on these two congressmen. Now, and here's what the
- 12:02Speaker 2: White House had to say about it.
- 12:04Speaker 5: You had two Republicans last night that voted against this bill, Congressman.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Massey and Davidson. Does the President think that they should
- 12:10Speaker 1: be primary?
- 12:11Speaker 6: I believe he does, and I don't think he likes
- 12:13Speaker 6: to see grandstanders in Congress. What's the alternative. I would
- 12:16Speaker 6: ask those members of Congress. Did they want to see
- 12:18Speaker 6: a tax hike? Did they want to see our country
- 12:20Speaker 6: go bankrupt? That's the alternative by them trying to vote no.
- 12:24Speaker 6: And the President believes the Republican Party needs to be unified,
- 12:27Speaker 6: and the vast majority of Republicans clearly are and are
- 12:30Speaker 6: listening to the President. They are trusting in President Trump
- 12:33Speaker 6: as they should because there's a reason he's sitting in
- 12:36Speaker 6: this oval office. It's because he's the unequivocal leader of
- 12:39Speaker 6: the Republican Party, not just a president for Republicans, but
- 12:42Speaker 6: all Americans. The President's approval rating is at an all
- 12:45Speaker 6: time high right now because he knows how to deliver
- 12:49Speaker 6: in Republicans like Thomas Massey and others should take note.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Now.
- 12:53Speaker 2: That was clearly the warning from the White House. Massey
- 12:56Speaker 2: took to the floor of Congress and here is what
- 13:00Speaker 2: I had to say about his reason for voting no.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Listen carefully, jentlemen from Kentucky's recognized for ninety seconds.
- 13:09Speaker 4: We'd love to stand here and tell the American people,
- 13:11Speaker 4: we can cut your taxes and we can increase spending,
- 13:14Speaker 4: and everything's going to be just fine, But I can't
- 13:17Speaker 4: do that because I'm here to deliver a dosa reality.
- 13:21Speaker 4: This bill dramatically increases deficits in the near term, but
- 13:25Speaker 4: promises our government will be fiscally responsible five years from now.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Where have we heard that before?
- 13:31Speaker 4: How do you bind a future Congress to these promises?
- 13:34Speaker 4: This bill is a debt bomb ticking. Congress can do
- 13:38Speaker 4: funny math, fantasy math if it wants, but bond investors don't.
- 13:43Speaker 4: And this week they sent us a message. Moodies downgraded
- 13:47Speaker 4: our credit rating, and the bond investors who buy our
- 13:50Speaker 4: debt and finance our debt demanded higher interest rates on
- 13:54Speaker 4: the ten year note, the twenty year note, and the
- 13:56Speaker 4: thirty year note. What does this mean? Very soon the
- 14:00Speaker 4: government will be paying sixteen thousand dollars of interest interest
- 14:03Speaker 4: a loan per us family.
- 14:06Speaker 1: And what are we telling him?
- 14:08Speaker 4: Instead of taking care of that problem, We're gonna give
- 14:10Speaker 4: you a sixteen hundred dollars tax break. Under the taxing
- 14:15Speaker 4: and spending levels in this bill, we're gonna rack up
- 14:18Speaker 4: the author say, twenty trillion dollars of new debt over
- 14:22Speaker 4: the next ten years. I'm telling you it's closer to
- 14:24Speaker 4: thirty trillion dollars of new debt in the next ten years.
- 14:27Speaker 4: Mister speaker, We're not rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic tonight.
- 14:33Speaker 4: We're putting coal in the boiler and setting a course
- 14:36Speaker 4: for the iceberg. If something is if something is beautiful,
- 14:43Speaker 4: if something is beautiful, you don't do it after midnight.
- 14:47Speaker 7: I pose this villain has expired.
- 14:50Speaker 2: By the way, those that are clapping were the Democrats
- 14:53Speaker 2: on the Democratic side of the aisle, Thomas Massey saying
- 14:57Speaker 2: I stand here and tell the American be we can't
- 15:00Speaker 2: your texts and increased spinning and everything will be fine.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Digging in White House, making it clear we're more than
- 15:06Speaker 2: happy to find somebody to primary you, and clearly the
- 15:09Speaker 2: President's willing to roll up his sleeves and get involved
- 15:11Speaker 2: in the primary part of all of this.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Now, I also want to play for you.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Steve Moore, he's an economist, you know him for Fox
- 15:17Speaker 2: News Channel. He had something very interesting to say on
- 15:20Speaker 2: Fox Today about this bill and what it means not
- 15:23Speaker 2: only for the president but for the country.
- 15:25Speaker 8: All Right, the House is passed Trump's big beautiful bill.
- 15:28Speaker 8: It happened earlier today and now joining us with reaction
- 15:30Speaker 8: Steve Moore, Unleashed Prosperity co founder, and Lou Bassanisee, a
- 15:33Speaker 8: Prairie operating company's executive vice president of Marcus Strategy.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Welcome to you both.
- 15:38Speaker 8: First, Steve, your reaction to that.
- 15:41Speaker 1: And where this goes next.
- 15:44Speaker 5: Well, this was a huge, huge victory for Trump. I
- 15:47Speaker 5: think there were really three heroes here. Obviously President Trump, who,
- 15:51Speaker 5: as you know Sandra went over to the House and
- 15:54Speaker 5: made the final pitch for this and got the final votes.
- 15:57Speaker 5: And then Mike Johnson, who has almost impossible of course,
- 16:00Speaker 5: he's the Speaker of the House. I don't know how
- 16:02Speaker 5: he did it, but he somehow sits together two hundred
- 16:04Speaker 5: and eighteen votes for this, and I think it was
- 16:07Speaker 5: a one vote majority that they were able to get.
- 16:10Speaker 1: It wouldn't have happened without him.
- 16:12Speaker 5: And then I have to say, Chip Roy, who you
- 16:14Speaker 5: may recall Sandra raised some objections to the bill last
- 16:17Speaker 5: week and I hapen to agree with some of those objections,
- 16:20Speaker 5: and you know what, they made it into a better bill.
- 16:23Speaker 1: And so now this goes to the Senate.
- 16:24Speaker 5: I think the Senate will act sometime before fourth of July.
- 16:28Speaker 5: And I agree, we got to get this thing on
- 16:30Speaker 5: the desk of the President as quickly as possible. I
- 16:33Speaker 5: think it will be very positive for the economy and the
- 16:35Speaker 5: stock market.
- 16:36Speaker 2: You listen to seem Moore there in what he says,
- 16:39Speaker 2: and he's absolutely right, Like this is going to have
- 16:41Speaker 2: a huge impact on our economy.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Everyone knows it, that's involved in it.
- 16:46Speaker 2: The President had a really tough job here keeping this
- 16:49Speaker 2: together with a slim margin in the House. He said
- 16:52Speaker 2: that the other day when he was on Capitol Hill
- 16:53Speaker 2: meeting with members of Congress, and this was his warning,
- 16:57Speaker 2: by the way, on a couple holdouts at the time.
- 17:00Speaker 9: Look, the alternative is a sixty eight percent tax increase,
- 17:04Speaker 9: and you can blame the Democrats with that, Edwa or
- 17:07Speaker 9: two Brinson, as we only have Waterton, but we have
- 17:10Speaker 9: not tremendous support. But you'll have a sixty eight percent
- 17:15Speaker 9: tax increase, or you'll get a massive tax increase. You'll
- 17:19Speaker 9: get a tax cut the likes of which we've never
- 17:22Speaker 9: had to book. This is bigger than any Ronald Reagan
- 17:25Speaker 9: tax cut. It's even bigger than the tax cut that
- 17:29Speaker 9: I gave because as you know.
- 17:30Speaker 1: That's being extended an acreest.
- 17:32Speaker 9: So this is the biggest tax cut in the history
- 17:34Speaker 9: of our temetry, or you'll get a sixty eight percent
- 17:38Speaker 9: tax increase.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Now, when you think about the numbers the President just
- 17:41Speaker 2: gave there, this was not only a huge success for
- 17:44Speaker 2: the American people, but a moment where if it didn't happen,
- 17:50Speaker 2: the taxes on everyday Americans were going to skyrocket. I
- 17:54Speaker 2: also got to give a lot of credit here to
- 17:57Speaker 2: Mike Johnson. Mike Johnson and what he he did to
- 18:01Speaker 2: get this across the finish line. Hurting cats is the
- 18:04Speaker 2: best way I can describe it.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Is incredible.
- 18:07Speaker 2: He could only lose a couple and sure enough he did,
- 18:10Speaker 2: and he was able to do it with the President's help.
- 18:13Speaker 2: But if you want to know who the biggest bad
- 18:15Speaker 2: a is in Washington right now, it is no doubt
- 18:19Speaker 2: that it's Speaker Johnson. Joe Kanca on Fox said this,
- 18:23Speaker 2: take a listen.
- 18:24Speaker 10: And right now, the MVP right in Washington for Donald
- 18:27Speaker 10: Trump is Mike Johnson. Because he is hurting cats right
- 18:31Speaker 10: where he has almost no majority, and he's been able
- 18:35Speaker 10: to pass some things already. If he could get this
- 18:37Speaker 10: thing through, get it to the Senate, get it through reconciliation,
- 18:40Speaker 10: House and Senate kind of you know, go back and forth,
- 18:42Speaker 10: and it gets to the President's desk and this thing passes,
- 18:45Speaker 10: this big, beautiful bill with all these tax.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Cuts that are in here.
- 18:48Speaker 10: Democrats had nothing to run on in twenty twenty six.
- 18:52Speaker 10: They can't run on foreign policy, they can't run on
- 18:54Speaker 10: the border, and they can't run on the economy. So
- 18:56Speaker 10: if that happens, trust me, Mike Johnson.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Is your MVP right now.
- 19:00Speaker 11: Yeah, well, he sounds pretty confident. We'll see what he does.
- 19:03Speaker 1: He is the MVP he is, and he got this
- 19:06Speaker 1: thing done.
- 19:06Speaker 2: And for anyone that's been criticizing Mike Johnson, you're just wrong,
- 19:11Speaker 2: all right, like you are just wrong.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Mike Johnson did one hell of a job here.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Steve Scalise also talking about this bill getting passed.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Here is what he had to say.
- 19:22Speaker 12: Track again, But we were never deterred when this bill
- 19:26Speaker 12: could have failed ten times over. We said we were
- 19:30Speaker 12: going to get this done and failure is not an option,
- 19:33Speaker 12: and we meant it. We knew we were fighting for
- 19:36Speaker 12: the families who had been struggling for way too long
- 19:39Speaker 12: under the failed policies of Joe Biden and all the
- 19:43Speaker 12: Democrats who did have control of Washington for too long.
- 19:46Speaker 12: We watched higher interest rates and higher inflation and lower
- 19:50Speaker 12: wages and a demise of the American dream that we
- 19:55Speaker 12: knew should not be permanent but was only going to
- 19:58Speaker 12: turn around if we passed a bill to get.
- 20:01Speaker 1: America back on track.
- 20:03Speaker 12: We knew we had to prevent a massive tax increase,
- 20:06Speaker 12: so we put it in the bill. We knew we
- 20:08Speaker 12: needed to secure America's border, as President Trump ran on
- 20:13Speaker 12: all across this country and won the election.
- 20:15Speaker 1: On and we put it in this bill.
- 20:19Speaker 12: We ran on and said we would produce more American energy,
- 20:23Speaker 12: and we.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Put it in this bill.
- 20:26Speaker 12: All the things that we knew we needed to do
- 20:28Speaker 12: to root at waste, fraud and abuse, and government focus
- 20:32Speaker 12: on those families who were struggling. All of that is
- 20:35Speaker 12: in this one big, beautiful bill. And yes, now the
- 20:38Speaker 12: House has come together and passed this bill against all odds,
- 20:43Speaker 12: but we're still working on the rest of the process
- 20:47Speaker 12: still goes to the Senate. Senate has a lot of
- 20:50Speaker 12: work to do too. That's why we've been talking to
- 20:52Speaker 12: the Senate for a long time. But it's their turn
- 20:55Speaker 12: to take this bill and move forward. But I'll tell
- 20:58Speaker 12: you none of this would be possible without the leadership
- 21:00Speaker 12: with President Trump, who every step of the way not
- 21:04Speaker 12: only laid out the vision, ran a campaign on this vision,
- 21:09Speaker 12: but every step of the way too, said whatever you need,
- 21:12Speaker 12: let me know.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Steve Salice, the House Majority leader, saying whatever you need,
- 21:17Speaker 2: We're on board.
- 21:18Speaker 1: With this, backing the President.
- 21:20Speaker 2: A major victory for America and American families. Well done
- 21:24Speaker 2: by the Housekin's done. Now it's going to move on
- 21:26Speaker 2: to the Senate. I want to move to another story,
- 21:30Speaker 2: and this one is obviously a tragic story. A shooting
- 21:33Speaker 2: that occurred outside the Capitol Jewish Museum in Washington, d C.
- 21:38Speaker 2: I was literally in front of this building just a
- 21:41Speaker 2: few days ago when I was in DC and had
- 21:44Speaker 2: been to events there as well, which is I think
- 21:46Speaker 2: the most surreal and shocking part of this anti Semitic killing.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Clearly that's what it was.
- 21:52Speaker 2: What's even more discussing is the fact that Democrats are
- 21:56Speaker 2: refusing to condemn the deaths of these two Israelimy staff members.
- 22:01Speaker 1: The couple had just.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Attended a young diplomat's reception hosted by the American Jewish Committee.
- 22:10Speaker 1: They were leaving the event around nine h eight pm Eastern.
- 22:14Speaker 2: The suspect a thirty year old from Chicago approached a
- 22:18Speaker 2: group of four individuals and opened fire with a handgun,
- 22:22Speaker 2: faintly wounding two of those that he was targeting.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Rodriguez.
- 22:27Speaker 2: The shooter was observed pacing outside the museum prior to
- 22:31Speaker 2: the attack, and after the shooting, he entered the museum
- 22:33Speaker 2: appeared appearing distressed, leading bystanders to initially mistake him for
- 22:38Speaker 2: a victim.
- 22:40Speaker 1: He was even given water.
- 22:42Speaker 2: And comforted until he revealed himself as this shooter, at
- 22:47Speaker 2: which point he was attained by security personnel. Now, during
- 22:50Speaker 2: the arrests, the individual shouted, free, Free Palestine.
- 22:56Speaker 1: I did this for Gaza, is what he said. Now.
- 22:59Speaker 2: The victims were a couple in their late twenties. They
- 23:03Speaker 2: worked in the embassy's political department and in public diplomacy.
- 23:09Speaker 2: They were actually planning to become engaged during an upcoming
- 23:12Speaker 2: trip days away in Jerusalem, and apparently he had already
- 23:16Speaker 2: bought the ring. Authorities are investigating the incident as a
- 23:20Speaker 2: targeted act of violence with potential hate crimes implications, as
- 23:24Speaker 2: it should.
- 23:25Speaker 1: The FBI and local.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Law enforcement are examining the man's background, including his online
- 23:30Speaker 2: activities and any possible connections to extremist group. Now, the
- 23:34Speaker 2: attack has widely been condemned by leaders in the United
- 23:37Speaker 2: States and Israel. President Trump described the killings as based
- 23:41Speaker 2: obviously on anti Semitism quote unquote, and called for an
- 23:45Speaker 2: end to such hatred. Israel's Prime Minster net Yahoo also
- 23:50Speaker 2: denounced the act, linking it to the rise of anti
- 23:53Speaker 2: Semitic sentiment and ordering increased security at Israeli diplomatic missions worldwide. Now,
- 24:02Speaker 2: this incident has also heightened concerns about the safety of
- 24:05Speaker 2: Jewish communities and institutions in this country, as we are
- 24:09Speaker 2: witnessing anti Semitic rhetoric and violence that is spilling out.
- 24:13Speaker 2: What's even I think more damning to the Democratic Party
- 24:17Speaker 2: and there should be no place for this in the
- 24:18Speaker 2: Democratic Party. Yet there is is the fact that Elamo
- 24:22Speaker 2: Mar of the Democratic Party refuse to condemn the killing
- 24:25Speaker 2: of the Israeli diplomats. It is despicable, is how the
- 24:29Speaker 2: White House describe it.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Take a listen to this.
- 24:31Speaker 11: I do you or President Trump have a message to
- 24:34Speaker 11: politicians like Ilhan Omar who believe this morning explicitly avoided
- 24:38Speaker 11: condemning this active terror.
- 24:40Speaker 6: It's despicable and frankly, we have seen a rise in
- 24:45Speaker 6: anti Semitic protests, of pro Hamas, protests of terrorist sympathizers.
- 24:53Speaker 6: We saw them on our college campuses, and we've seen
- 24:56Speaker 6: the Democrat Party turn a blind eye and in some
- 24:59Speaker 6: cases actually embrace such anti Semitic illegal behavior. And that's
- 25:04Speaker 6: why this administration has done more than any administration in
- 25:07Speaker 6: history to crack down on anti Semitism. As you know,
- 25:10Speaker 6: in January, when the President took office, he signed a
- 25:12Speaker 6: new executive order to combat anti Semitism. He created a
- 25:15Speaker 6: commission focused on doing just that. The Justice Department announced
- 25:19Speaker 6: their task force as well. The Secretary of State Marco Rubio,
- 25:23Speaker 6: has revoked thousands of student visas from campuses where these
- 25:27Speaker 6: pro Palace pro Hamas, terrorist campus agitators and violent protests
- 25:34Speaker 6: took place. And we've also withheld funding from those very
- 25:37Speaker 6: campuses as well in an effort to combat anti semitism.
- 25:40Speaker 6: So the President's made it very clear that such hatred
- 25:43Speaker 6: will have no place in our country.
- 25:46Speaker 2: I love how clear the White House is on this one.
- 25:48Speaker 2: I also want to play for you, and we now
- 25:50Speaker 2: have word. The FBI's investigating the DC shooting is an
- 25:53Speaker 2: act of targeted violence, is how they've described it. So far,
- 25:56Speaker 2: after this young Jewish couple is brutally murdered, and I
- 26:00Speaker 2: want you to hear what was also said on CNN.
- 26:04Speaker 1: CNN apparently their main worry isn't.
- 26:06Speaker 2: The safety of Jews, it's how the backlash might affect
- 26:10Speaker 2: anti Israel protesters. Yes, that's their actual angle on this
- 26:16Speaker 2: and the FBI investigation. As they had a witness that
- 26:19Speaker 2: was there. They had them on TV this morning, and
- 26:22Speaker 2: again I want you to hear their narrative. It's very
- 26:25Speaker 2: clear their main worry is not the safety of Jews.
- 26:30Speaker 2: After two Jewish individuals, this couple was brutally murdered, they're
- 26:35Speaker 2: worried how the backlash might affect anti Israel protesters, the
- 26:39Speaker 2: same ones calling for the death of Jewish people, the
- 26:42Speaker 2: death of Israel from the river to the sea.
- 26:45Speaker 1: We've seen this on college campuses.
- 26:46Speaker 2: You cannot hide this level of anti Semitism here, it
- 26:50Speaker 2: is in real life on CNN.
- 26:52Speaker 11: As you go forward, as you go forward with what
- 26:55Speaker 11: you have seen, can you give us any sense because
- 26:58Speaker 11: you said you look the shooter in the eyes, can
- 27:00Speaker 11: you give us any sense of what you saw in him?
- 27:03Speaker 11: As he was sort of getting help and people were
- 27:07Speaker 11: tending to him as if he too was a victim
- 27:10Speaker 11: of seeing this.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Yeah, it would be clear.
- 27:13Speaker 13: I like heard about that part because we were in
- 27:15Speaker 13: the secure room when he initially walked in. I just
- 27:17Speaker 13: saw him screaming and then being handcuffed. But what I
- 27:21Speaker 13: saw in his eyes, I mean, I went to Columbia
- 27:23Speaker 13: for grads.
- 27:24Speaker 4: Go on.
- 27:24Speaker 13: I saw the same thing in his eyes as I
- 27:26Speaker 13: saw in the eyes of all the protesters at Columbia.
- 27:28Speaker 13: Nothing different between him and them.
- 27:32Speaker 11: But they did not create this horrific shooting. They did not,
- 27:37Speaker 11: you know, sort of.
- 27:40Speaker 1: They didn't shoot.
- 27:40Speaker 13: They gave permission. They gave the permission, and they have
- 27:45Speaker 13: called for this. They have called for and to fought
- 27:47Speaker 13: a revolution, which is the same thing he yelled last night.
- 27:51Speaker 11: Do you worry that there will be a come conslation though,
- 27:55Speaker 11: of the two, those people who are speaking their mind,
- 27:57Speaker 11: who really care about what is happened in Gaza, and
- 28:00Speaker 11: those people who are like this person who did this
- 28:04Speaker 11: horrific shooting, who intend to do harm.
- 28:09Speaker 1: A conflation.
- 28:10Speaker 13: I mean, they are calling for intifada at Columbia University.
- 28:14Speaker 13: They call for intifada constantly. Now they're not quietly, they're loud.
- 28:17Speaker 13: They're loud, you can hear it. They make recordings of themselves.
- 28:20Speaker 1: So what's the difference. Are you afraid? Yes, what We're
- 28:26Speaker 1: all afraid. Everyone should be afraid.
- 28:31Speaker 11: What are you doing to try to make yourself feel safer?
- 28:36Speaker 13: Why can't you just go on and live your life.
- 28:39Speaker 13: I'm a New Yorker, I remember nine to eleven. You
- 28:41Speaker 13: can't let them make you be afraid.
- 28:42Speaker 1: You have to go on.
- 28:43Speaker 13: You have to live your life and hopefully your government
- 28:46Speaker 13: does things to protect you.
- 28:48Speaker 1: Last night, our government failed us.
- 28:51Speaker 11: Jonathan Epstein. I know that they are going forward with this.
- 28:55Speaker 11: There is expected to be charges in this case. We
- 28:57Speaker 11: will see what happens, but I know you'll be watching
- 28:59Speaker 11: and we'll talk to you again as this goes forward.
- 29:01Speaker 11: Thank you so much. I'm sorry that you have to
- 29:03Speaker 11: witness what you did.
- 29:04Speaker 2: I mean, it is shocking to hear CNN do this
- 29:07Speaker 2: interview this way where they're like, well, aren't you worried
- 29:10Speaker 2: about you know, what's going to happen to the protesters
- 29:14Speaker 2: and their ability to like what world are you living in?
- 29:18Speaker 2: And he's right. At Columbia University, they were calling for evatada.
- 29:21Speaker 2: They were calling for the death of Jewish students in PR.
- 29:27Speaker 2: This is what they had in their article, for example,
- 29:29Speaker 2: and this is absolutely an excusable anti Semitic behavior by NPR.
- 29:34Speaker 2: This is the reason why I'm in favor of defunding
- 29:36Speaker 2: NPR as soon as we possibly can. Their headline was,
- 29:39Speaker 2: here's what we know about the two Israeli embassy staffers
- 29:42Speaker 2: killed in Washington, d C. Then in their second paragraph
- 29:47Speaker 2: it says, and more notably, as Israel ramps up it's
- 29:50Speaker 2: offensive in Gaza, where the risk of famine looms for
- 29:54Speaker 2: a population ground down by a month's long blockade.
- 30:01Speaker 1: That's what they wrote in the second.
- 30:05Speaker 2: Paragraph. Right, like, justifying is what they're doing. They're justifying
- 30:12Speaker 2: these types of attacks. This is in PR. In their
- 30:17Speaker 2: own words, they're saying, yeah, well, you got to understand
- 30:21Speaker 2: why this has happened, right, I mean, you look at
- 30:23Speaker 2: defunding NPR.
- 30:24Speaker 1: The American Jewish community is.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Not a pro Israel advocacy group is another way of
- 30:29Speaker 2: describing it. In this article, is an American Jewish community group.
- 30:32Speaker 2: They know what they're doing with their lies. And here's
- 30:35Speaker 2: their headline to Israeli embassy aids are killed in a
- 30:38Speaker 2: shooting in DC. Officials say, okay, so then you moved
- 30:41Speaker 2: the second part quote. Shortly after nine pm, as an
- 30:45Speaker 2: event by the Pro Israel Advocacy Group American Jewish Community
- 30:49Speaker 2: wrapped up at a local Jewish museum in downtown DC,
- 30:52Speaker 2: a man was observed pacing back and forth outside of
- 30:56Speaker 2: the building. Metropolitan Police chief said, so, now, if if
- 31:00Speaker 2: you're Jewish and you go to a Jewish event, you're
- 31:02Speaker 2: like a pro Israel advocacy group.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Are you insane?
- 31:04Speaker 2: That's like, so if I'm an American and I go
- 31:07Speaker 2: to Fourth of July event, that what does that label
- 31:09Speaker 2: mean now? As it is insanity what we are witnessing
- 31:14Speaker 2: right now, it is total insanity. I got something really
- 31:18Speaker 2: fun that we get to do. And if you've got family, kids, grandkids,
- 31:23Speaker 2: and you love going to a great movie, there is
- 31:26Speaker 2: one called The Last Rodeo. It is starring a phenomenal
- 31:31Speaker 2: actor Neil McDonough. It is in theaters tomorrow and The
- 31:35Speaker 2: Last Rodeo celebrates the inspiring story of a veteran PBR
- 31:39Speaker 2: champion who returns to bull riding in his old age
- 31:42Speaker 2: to save the life of his grandson. It features real
- 31:46Speaker 2: life PBR stars as well. Neil, I appreciate you coming
- 31:50Speaker 2: on a lot of people I know get excited because
- 31:52Speaker 2: I see you in things like Yellowstone and Tulsa King
- 31:54Speaker 2: you just sort filming that today.
- 31:57Speaker 1: But this movie Last, the Last Rodeo.
- 32:00Speaker 2: We're gonna give away some tickets in a moment, so
- 32:02Speaker 2: stay tuned for that, everybody. But you're really excited about
- 32:05Speaker 2: this film coming out.
- 32:07Speaker 7: I'm so excited about it, and Ben, thanks for having
- 32:09Speaker 7: me on your show first and foremost. But this is
- 32:12Speaker 7: one of those shows that's kind of the culmination of
- 32:14Speaker 7: everything I've worked towards in my whole career to be
- 32:16Speaker 7: able to finally be the hero in the film kiss
- 32:19Speaker 7: the girl in the end. Of course, everyone knows that
- 32:21Speaker 7: I won't kiss anybody else, but I get to kiss
- 32:23Speaker 7: my actual real life wife who plays my wife in
- 32:25Speaker 7: the film. So that alone for me is just I
- 32:29Speaker 7: finally have gotten to where I've always aspired and prayed
- 32:33Speaker 7: to be, and it feels so good to be in
- 32:35Speaker 7: this position.
- 32:36Speaker 2: It's incredible, and we're gonna give away some tickets right now.
- 32:40Speaker 2: You can go to angel dot com slash Verdict and
- 32:43Speaker 2: you can get two free tickets to The Last Rodeo
- 32:46Speaker 2: and go see it as it is in theaters again.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Angel dot Com slash Verdict now get two free tickets
- 32:51Speaker 2: to the Last Rodeo. Talk about this film, Neil, and
- 32:54Speaker 2: what the message is, what people can expect.
- 32:58Speaker 7: Well, it's you know, I think you kind of nailed it.
- 33:00Speaker 7: There aren't many films out in the landscape anymore where
- 33:03Speaker 7: you can bring the whole family and not the soccer
- 33:06Speaker 7: any sweet types of films, the films that actually have
- 33:09Speaker 7: a bite to it that the whole family can go to, kids, grandparents,
- 33:13Speaker 7: anyone and learn from and know that that. You know,
- 33:15Speaker 7: I got to cover years or eyes. You're gonna have
- 33:18Speaker 7: some great films. You can have great action with the
- 33:20Speaker 7: bull riding, but you're gonna have a story about families
- 33:23Speaker 7: and broken families and how are you men to fractured family?
- 33:26Speaker 7: And for me, you do it through faith. And when
- 33:27Speaker 7: I went through all my difficult things in life, it
- 33:30Speaker 7: was always my faith that got me through. Faith and
- 33:32Speaker 7: my wife are may Those two things have been my
- 33:35Speaker 7: two greatest things in my life. And now I get
- 33:38Speaker 7: to write about both of them, and starn and opposite
- 33:40Speaker 7: my wife. So I'm just I'm so excited about this
- 33:44Speaker 7: film it's hard to even put it into words.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Then you talked about doing this with your wife.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Have you guys ever gotten to act before in movies
- 33:52Speaker 2: or is this the first time.
- 33:53Speaker 7: You're the leader and she's my wife's ever acted before.
- 33:56Speaker 7: When I wrote the film, like okay, honey, so you know,
- 33:58Speaker 7: I've always wanted to be the John Wayne guy who
- 34:00Speaker 7: you know is here in the end who has to
- 34:02Speaker 7: kick the girl in the end. She's like yeah. I'm like, well,
- 34:04Speaker 7: I'm finally gonna do it. She's like, okay, but I
- 34:07Speaker 7: need to do it with you because I won't kiss
- 34:08Speaker 7: anybody else. He goes, I'm not an actress. I'm like,
- 34:10Speaker 7: well you are now. And she did awesome. I'm so
- 34:13Speaker 7: proud of her. You know, she was a runway model,
- 34:16Speaker 7: she was a supermodel, so she understands the pressure of
- 34:18Speaker 7: being in front of people and delivering. So for her
- 34:21Speaker 7: in front of a camera, it was very natural and
- 34:23Speaker 7: I'm just so happy. I'm so happy for her. Now.
- 34:25Speaker 2: When you wrote this, you also have real stars in
- 34:28Speaker 2: here as well that you that you mentioned a moment
- 34:30Speaker 2: ago PBR stars. What brought you the idea to even
- 34:33Speaker 2: write the script specifically with bull riding.
- 34:36Speaker 1: I'm a big fan.
- 34:37Speaker 2: I've gone to a lot of different Rodeos eight second Tour,
- 34:40Speaker 2: et cetera. It is a brutal sport. What inspired you
- 34:44Speaker 2: to use this as the backdrop?
- 34:47Speaker 7: Well, Ben, I was doing another film at the time
- 34:49Speaker 7: called The Warrants, another Western that Ravee and I are producing.
- 34:52Speaker 7: And you know, when I'm not around Revenge, she was
- 34:54Speaker 7: home at the time with the kids. When I'm not
- 34:56Speaker 7: around my family, I get really just downright kind of depressed.
- 34:59Speaker 7: The times it's really hard. I don't like being on
- 35:01Speaker 7: the road. So but this one day I was driving
- 35:04Speaker 7: home from set in Arizona, and I got gut punched
- 35:07Speaker 7: with his thoughts that what whatever happened to me if
- 35:09Speaker 7: something happened to Rebee, And then I pulled over to
- 35:12Speaker 7: the side of the road just kind of buckled. And
- 35:15Speaker 7: then this other idea came in my head, which I
- 35:17Speaker 7: it have to be from God, because I didn't know
- 35:19Speaker 7: a whole lot about bull riding, and this idea came
- 35:22Speaker 7: into my head right rocking on a bull or a
- 35:25Speaker 7: grandfather who has to save his grandson because he's dying
- 35:28Speaker 7: of the same brain tumor they killed his wife. This
- 35:31Speaker 7: came out, and I don't know where they came from,
- 35:32Speaker 7: but it just did and then I sat in the
- 35:34Speaker 7: side of the ten freeway for two hours voice dictating
- 35:38Speaker 7: into my phone because I'm dyslexic, so I'm not very
- 35:40Speaker 7: good at writing, so I always do all my writing
- 35:43Speaker 7: through voice dictations, and I sent it up to my
- 35:46Speaker 7: writing partner and within the week we had our first draft.
- 35:50Speaker 7: In a week later, Reve and I raised the financing
- 35:52Speaker 7: and Angel Studios came on board, and here we are
- 35:55Speaker 7: almost two years later, and it's just it's kind of miraculous.
- 35:58Speaker 7: I mean, it really is.
- 36:00Speaker 2: Well, you mentioned that there's a family friendly movie. You
- 36:02Speaker 2: don't have to worry. That's one of the reasons why
- 36:04Speaker 2: I wanted to have you on how tough is it
- 36:07Speaker 2: to produce movies like this in the environment we're in now,
- 36:10Speaker 2: Because I know you had friends and people that you
- 36:12Speaker 2: could go to for financing, but saddling up to do
- 36:16Speaker 2: a pro bull riding movie and on top of having
- 36:19Speaker 2: all the pressure behind you of getting this out and
- 36:22Speaker 2: then getting it to the big screen, it's not an
- 36:24Speaker 2: easy task, especially in twenty twenty five.
- 36:28Speaker 7: No, it's not. It's you know, it's a minor miracle
- 36:30Speaker 7: to pull any film off, but for this one, you know,
- 36:34Speaker 7: God led me the whole way in this one. I
- 36:36Speaker 7: wanted John Abne to direct it, and the amazing John
- 36:39Speaker 7: Abnet and one incredible director he is he killed it.
- 36:41Speaker 7: I wanted Michael T. Williamson and Christopher McDonald to play
- 36:45Speaker 7: my two guys in the film, and there two of
- 36:46Speaker 7: my best friends of life, and we went after you know,
- 36:49Speaker 7: my one of my best friends back home, Lim Griffin
- 36:51Speaker 7: helped us with the film, and then these other financiers
- 36:54Speaker 7: came to me and said, hey, we know what you're doing.
- 36:56Speaker 7: We really like what you're doing with your message and
- 36:58Speaker 7: Angel Studios, we like to help financi your next film.
- 37:01Speaker 7: So between those two parties, all of a sudden, we
- 37:05Speaker 7: had our budget, we had distribution, and everything just kind
- 37:09Speaker 7: of went according to plan, which was kind of miraculous. Yeah,
- 37:12Speaker 7: there's always pickups, there's there's always variables that you wouldn't
- 37:16Speaker 7: even think of, but we always knew that we weren't
- 37:19Speaker 7: doing something that was for his glory, not our own,
- 37:22Speaker 7: and everyone bought into it. So when you say Hollywood
- 37:27Speaker 7: doesn't want that stuff, I think that in their heart
- 37:31Speaker 7: of hearts, they actually do. And I think that this
- 37:34Speaker 7: film was a whole lot easier to make than other
- 37:36Speaker 7: films because it did have a faith backdrop. It was
- 37:39Speaker 7: a film that the whole family can go too, you know.
- 37:42Speaker 7: So I think I think the landscape is changing a
- 37:46Speaker 7: lot of it thanks to Angel Studios and you know,
- 37:49Speaker 7: our partnership with Angel and the films we've been doing.
- 37:51Speaker 7: That you could make these smaller films and turn a profit,
- 37:56Speaker 7: and that's great for everybody. And to be able to
- 37:59Speaker 7: put these movies out and have the support of all
- 38:01Speaker 7: the fans who go to the films and buy tickets
- 38:04Speaker 7: and pay it forward anything we do with Angels, it's
- 38:07Speaker 7: just it's so humbling that it's again it's hard to
- 38:10Speaker 7: I get so choked up just thinking about how fortunate
- 38:13Speaker 7: I am and blessed I am to be able to
- 38:15Speaker 7: sit here on a show like this and talk about
- 38:17Speaker 7: this amazing film that we have coming out.
- 38:19Speaker 2: Last question for you, there's a rumor that you actually
- 38:22Speaker 2: got injured while bull riding.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Is this true?
- 38:26Speaker 7: Which time?
- 38:27Speaker 10: Right there?
- 38:28Speaker 1: Okay? I love I love when I get good intel.
- 38:31Speaker 7: Yeah, I got busted up a lot. You know. We
- 38:33Speaker 7: trained for months and months and months to make sure
- 38:36Speaker 7: I look as authentic as possible, and yeah, you know,
- 38:40Speaker 7: busted up my wrists. My I busted a few other
- 38:43Speaker 7: things with my shoulder popped out that hurt like the dickens,
- 38:47Speaker 7: But I didn't tell anybody. I just went around the
- 38:49Speaker 7: corner and snapped it back in at this barn net
- 38:51Speaker 7: this door around the corner, and I popped back in.
- 38:55Speaker 7: I had like tears in my eyes, and John's like
- 38:56Speaker 7: y okay, I'm like yep, ready, let's roll. And I
- 38:59Speaker 7: didn't tell them the story for three months later because
- 39:01Speaker 7: if I told him here to shut it down and
- 39:03Speaker 7: everyone have gone crazy, Like I'm just I'm a tough
- 39:07Speaker 7: old dude, So I just like I kept it to
- 39:08Speaker 7: myself and a couple other injuries that happened that hey,
- 39:12Speaker 7: those are war wounds that I consider as trophies and metals.
- 39:16Speaker 2: I love it well. The movie is out. Go see
- 39:19Speaker 2: it the Last Rodeo. It is in theaters. Help keep
