- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is Verdict with Center.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Ted Kruz, Ben Ferguson with you, and we are doing
- 0:06Speaker 2: this show right now in the middle of some seriously
- 0:11Speaker 2: interesting and big breaking news potentially Center, and that is
- 0:14Speaker 2: that there is a ceasefire agreement. As you and I
- 0:17Speaker 2: are doing this show, we are about three hours away
- 0:20Speaker 2: from that ceasefire officially quote unquote taking place. It'll happen
- 0:24Speaker 2: four am officially with Israel. Your initial reaction to that.
- 0:30Speaker 3: Well, the ceasefire is major breaking news. After fourteen months
- 0:34Speaker 3: of active war between Israel and Hesbelah, that war is
- 0:39Speaker 3: going to come to a conclusion today. The Biden White
- 0:42Speaker 3: House is taking credit for it, is celebrating it as
- 0:45Speaker 3: a major victory, and there's no doubt this is a
- 0:47Speaker 3: serious defeat for Hesbela in many respects. This is a
- 0:50Speaker 3: victory for the people of Israel. At the same time,
- 0:54Speaker 3: we're gonna break down what exactly it means, because there's
- 0:56Speaker 3: more to this than meets the eyes, and we're going
- 0:59Speaker 3: to explain that. We're going to talk about why this
- 1:03Speaker 3: ceasefire was signed right now, why it was signed in
- 1:06Speaker 3: the transition between Biden and Trump, and what are the
- 1:09Speaker 3: consequences going forward. And finally, we're going to revisit the
- 1:13Speaker 3: story that we had in Monday's pod where the mayor
- 1:17Speaker 3: of Denver I described is today's modern day bull Connor.
- 1:21Speaker 3: He is a recalcitrant Democrat who does not care what
- 1:24Speaker 3: federal law is. He is going to stand in the way.
- 1:27Speaker 3: He is gonna stand with illegal immigrants. He is going
- 1:29Speaker 3: to stand with the criminals who are terrorizing American citizens.
- 1:33Speaker 3: And I got to tell you the Trump administration, Tom
- 1:35Speaker 3: Home and the New Borders are in the White House
- 1:37Speaker 3: has made clear if the mayor of Denver wants to
- 1:40Speaker 3: go to jail for illegal immigrants, then the Trump administration
- 1:44Speaker 3: will be more than happy to oblige. We're going to
- 1:46Speaker 3: talk about that as well.
- 1:47Speaker 2: Yeah, it's going to be very interesting to see the
- 1:49Speaker 2: showdown because there are a lot of Democrats that are like,
- 1:51Speaker 2: all right, let's bring it on.
- 1:53Speaker 1: We're gonna break all that down for you in a moment.
- 1:55Speaker 2: If you are thinking about Black Friday sales and you're
- 1:59Speaker 2: thinking about getting something for Christmas, will add this to
- 2:02Speaker 2: your list, and it might give you the peace of
- 2:05Speaker 2: mind and someone you love, and that is being able
- 2:07Speaker 2: to protect yourself with a burna less lethal pistol launcher.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I have gotten these for a lot of my family
- 2:15Speaker 2: members and you are going to love this. I want
- 2:18Speaker 2: you to see what it is because it is truly
- 2:21Speaker 2: a great way to protect and offend yourself and most importantly,
- 2:24Speaker 2: but put distance between you and an attacker. Now, this
- 2:28Speaker 2: is legal in all fifty states. No permits or background
- 2:32Speaker 2: checks are needed, and I own this myself. They are
- 2:35Speaker 2: great for your family members to have as well, especially
- 2:39Speaker 2: if you have a daughter, a granddaughter, or a son
- 2:41Speaker 2: who is eighteen or older.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Berna is the answer.
- 2:44Speaker 2: It is designed for easy use by all age groups
- 2:48Speaker 2: eighteen and over. The Burner launcher has powerful deterrence like
- 2:52Speaker 2: tear gas and kinetic rounds. With a sixty foot range,
- 2:57Speaker 2: one shot can incapacitate attackers for up to four forty minutes.
- 3:00Speaker 2: It is used by government agencies and law enforcement around
- 3:04Speaker 2: the country. More than a half million units have been
- 3:06Speaker 2: sold and more than fourteen thousand, four and a half
- 3:10Speaker 2: star reviews have been given to BURNA. Maybe you don't
- 3:14Speaker 2: feel comfortable carrying a firearm. Maybe you work someplace where
- 3:17Speaker 2: you're not allowed to have a firearm. Well, the Burno
- 3:20Speaker 2: last lethal pensil launcher is the answer. Now, Look, I
- 3:23Speaker 2: own firearms. I've had to use one to save my life,
- 3:26Speaker 2: but I can tell you I also love knowing that
- 3:28Speaker 2: I have the Burner, and with increased crime and violence
- 3:31Speaker 2: around our country, this is a great way for you
- 3:35Speaker 2: to have extra personal safety and security for you and
- 3:38Speaker 2: your family and people that maybe don't feel comfortable with
- 3:42Speaker 2: a firearm or cannot carry it to where they work
- 3:46Speaker 2: or maybe at where they live. So visit burna dot
- 3:50Speaker 2: com slash verdict. You're going to get ten percent off
- 3:53Speaker 2: your purchase. That's b y r in a dot com
- 3:57Speaker 2: slash verdict, and you can look at the videos they
- 3:59Speaker 2: have there so you know eactly what it can do

- 4:02Speaker 2: I want this BYRNA dot com slash verdict for ten
- 4:06Speaker 2: percent off. That's by RNA dot com slash verdict. All right,
- 4:10Speaker 2: So let's talk about the timing of this big announcement.
- 4:14Speaker 2: It was very clear that Joe Biden wanted this this
- 4:18Speaker 2: very well, maybe his last big moment as president in
- 4:21Speaker 2: the Rosegarden. He was wanting to take major credit for
- 4:24Speaker 2: this deal getting done and saying, well, now it's time
- 4:28Speaker 2: for Israel to kind of move on past killing terrorists.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Well, this war, this active and hot war between Israel
- 4:35Speaker 3: and Hesbela, has been waging for fourteen months now, and
- 4:39Speaker 3: it happened on October seventh, a year ago, when Hamas
- 4:43Speaker 3: attacked Israel, murdered over twelve hundred Israelis and in the
- 4:47Speaker 3: greatest mass murder of Jews in a single day since
- 4:51Speaker 3: the Holocaust. Immediately after that, Hesbela so Gaza Hamas attacked
- 4:59Speaker 3: Southern Israel. Gazas in the southern part of Israel. Lebanon
- 5:03Speaker 3: is to the north and Hamas and Hesbela are two
- 5:06Speaker 3: separate terrorist groups, but they're both proxies of the nation
- 5:10Speaker 3: of Iran. They're both funded by Iran. Both Hamas and
- 5:13Speaker 3: Hesbela receive over ninety percent of their funds from Iran,
- 5:17Speaker 3: and so. Once Hamas carried out October seventh in southern Israel,
- 5:21Speaker 3: Hesbela responded by launching thousands and thousands of missiles into
- 5:26Speaker 3: northern Israel, and as a consequence, Northern Israel has evacuated.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Tens of thousands of Israeli citizens have evacuated from northern Israel,
- 5:34Speaker 3: have been evacuated for many, many months, unable to go
- 5:37Speaker 3: to their homes because Hesbela has been raining rockets onto them,
- 5:42Speaker 3: and so Israel responded with overwhelming force, taking out Hesbela's leadership,
- 5:47Speaker 3: taking out many, many of their terrorists, devastating their infrastructure.
- 5:52Speaker 3: And today they announced a ceasefire. Now, Joe Biden announced
- 5:59Speaker 3: the ceasefire from the Rose Garden, and Biden said, let
- 6:03Speaker 3: me quote quote, Let's be clear, Israel did not launch
- 6:08Speaker 3: this war. The Lebanese people did not seek that war either,
- 6:13Speaker 3: nor did the United States. Security for the people of
- 6:16Speaker 3: Israel and Lebanon cannot be achieved only on the battlefield.
- 6:19Speaker 3: And that's why I directed my team to work with
- 6:21Speaker 3: the governments of Israel and Lebanon to forge a ceasefire,
- 6:25Speaker 3: to bring a conflict between Israel and Hesbela to a close. Now,
- 6:29Speaker 3: I got to say, that's an infuriating statement. We're gonna
- 6:31Speaker 3: play more of it in just a second, but it's
- 6:32Speaker 3: an infuriating statement because it continues the Biden administration's practice
- 6:37Speaker 3: of drawing an equivalence between Gosh, you know, hesbel is
- 6:41Speaker 3: in the wrong, Israel's in the wrong. They're just all
- 6:43Speaker 3: in the wrong, and wise old me is going to
- 6:47Speaker 3: tell them to put down their arms. Let's be clear,
- 6:50Speaker 3: it wasn't Israel that invaded Gaza. It was Hamas that
- 6:53Speaker 3: invaded southern Israel and murdered twelve hundred civilians, raped women
- 6:57Speaker 3: and little girls. Let's be clear, it wasn't Israel that
- 7:01Speaker 3: invaded Lebanon. Rather, it was Hesbola that launched thousands and
- 7:06Speaker 3: thousands of rockets, murdering civilians into northern Israel. In terms
- 7:10Speaker 3: of who launched this war, it was not Israel. And well, okay,
- 7:15Speaker 3: look you've heard me say that. Listen to Joe Biden
- 7:18Speaker 3: talking in the Rose Guard.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Getting all this done will require making some hard choices.
- 7:23Speaker 4: Israel has been told, has been bowled on the battlefield.
- 7:27Speaker 4: Iran and proxies have paid a very heavy price. Now
- 7:31Speaker 4: Israel must be bold and turning tactical gains against Iran
- 7:34Speaker 4: and as proxies into a coherent strategy that secure Israel's
- 7:39Speaker 4: long term. It's long term safety and advance is a
- 7:43Speaker 4: broader peace and prosperity in the region. Today's announcement is
- 7:47Speaker 4: a critical step in advancing that vision, and so I
- 7:50Speaker 4: applaud the crazy decision made by the leaders of Lebanon
- 7:53Speaker 4: and Israel to end the violence. It reminds us that
- 7:57Speaker 4: peace is possible. Say that again is possible. As long
- 8:02Speaker 4: as that is the case, I'll not for a single
- 8:06Speaker 4: moment stop working to achieve it. God bless you all.
- 8:09Speaker 4: Sorry to keep you waiting so long. May God protect
- 8:11Speaker 4: our troops. Thank you.
- 8:13Speaker 2: I mean, Iran and its proxies have paid a very
- 8:15Speaker 2: heavy price, so therefore, stop killing terrorists. That's a weird
- 8:20Speaker 2: doctor in coming from the President of United States of America.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Am I wrong?
- 8:24Speaker 3: You're not wrong? And let's start with the utter incoherence.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and every Democrat in the Senate,
- 8:32Speaker 3: in the House together work together to send over one
- 8:36Speaker 3: hundred billion dollars to Iran to the Iyatola Kamenie, Joe
- 8:40Speaker 3: Biden and Kamala Harris and congressional Democrats have been the
- 8:43Speaker 3: greatest friend Hesbel and Hamas have ever had. Why is
- 8:46Speaker 3: that because they flooded one hundred billion dollars into Iran,
- 8:49Speaker 3: and Iran put much of that money into Hamas into
- 8:52Speaker 3: Hesbela funding their terror war against Israel, and Joe Biden
- 8:57Speaker 3: doesn't put any of the fault at the feet of
- 9:01Speaker 3: the terrorists. Instead, he lectures Israel and look, look I
- 9:05Speaker 3: got to say today in response to this deal, I
- 9:07Speaker 3: put out a lengthy statement and I just want to
- 9:11Speaker 3: I want to share my statement with you because there's
- 9:13Speaker 3: quite a bit of substance in it, and want I
- 9:15Speaker 3: want to read it and then we'll talk about what
- 9:16Speaker 3: it means. Here's the statement I put out today. Our
- 9:20Speaker 3: Israeli allies have accomplished enormous military successes over the last
- 9:24Speaker 3: year against the Iranian controlled terrorist group Hezbolah, killing thousands
- 9:29Speaker 3: of Hesbela terrorists, eliminating Hesbela's entire command, and dismantling its
- 9:35Speaker 3: infrastructure across Lebanon. These actions have directly contributed to vital
- 9:40Speaker 3: American national security interests, including directly by liquidating terrorist leaders
- 9:46Speaker 3: who had the blood of hundreds of Americans on their hands. Indeed,
- 9:50Speaker 3: the US Israel relationship is at the core of US
- 9:53Speaker 3: interest in the Middle East. An American policy should be
- 9:56Speaker 3: to provide unequivocal military and diplomatic support to our Israeli
- 10:00Speaker 3: allies to fully ensure their security. However, the Biden administration
- 10:06Speaker 3: is spent the last four years pathologically obsessed with undermining
- 10:12Speaker 3: Israel and boosting Iran, including by coursing our Israeli allies
- 10:17Speaker 3: to cede maritime territory to Hesbela. They are now using
- 10:22Speaker 3: the transition period to the Trump administration and a Republican
- 10:25Speaker 3: Congress to try to lock in these efforts and to
- 10:29Speaker 3: constrain the incoming administration by establishing what they believed to
- 10:33Speaker 3: be irreversible diplomatic, legal, and military policies. However, these and
- 10:40Speaker 3: similar international policies are not irreversible. This month, I let
- 10:46Speaker 3: a letter co signed by ten other senators saying that
- 10:49Speaker 3: the US will fundamentally reevaluate our relationship with United Nations
- 10:54Speaker 3: and the Palestinians if Palestinian President of Boas fulfills the
- 10:58Speaker 3: pledge he made to secure Israel's expulsion from the UN
- 11:03Speaker 3: General Assembly. Last week, I joined my colleagues in vowing
- 11:07Speaker 3: to act against the International Criminal Court for undermining American
- 11:11Speaker 3: and Israeli interest by issuing arrest warrants for Israeli leaders,
- 11:16Speaker 3: and said everyone involved in the decision should face American sanctions.
- 11:21Speaker 3: I am deeply disturbed both by reports that Obama Biden
- 11:24Speaker 3: officials exerted enormous pressure on our Israeli allies to accept
- 11:30Speaker 3: this cease fire, and by how those officials are characterizing
- 11:35Speaker 3: Israel's obligations. This pressure and these statements our further efforts
- 11:40Speaker 3: to undermine Israel and constrain the incoming Trump administration. Obama
- 11:46Speaker 3: Biden officials pressured our Israeli allies into accepting the ceasefire
- 11:51Speaker 3: by withholding weapons they needed to defend themselves and counter Hesblah,
- 11:56Speaker 3: and by threatening to facilitate a further order binding international
- 12:02Speaker 3: arms embargo through the United Nations. Obama Biden officials are
- 12:06Speaker 3: already trying to use Israel's acceptance of this ceasefire to
- 12:10Speaker 3: ensure that Hesbela and other Iranian terrorist groups remain intact
- 12:16Speaker 3: across Lebanon and to limit Israel's future freedom of action
- 12:20Speaker 3: and self defense. Administration officials, including Secretary of State Blincoln,
- 12:25Speaker 3: today even downplayed Israel's right under the ceasefire to strike
- 12:30Speaker 3: terrorist groups in Lebanon when those groups pose imminent threats.
- 12:35Speaker 3: These constraints have been rejected by our Israeli allies. Prime
- 12:40Speaker 3: Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that under the ceasefire, Israel
- 12:44Speaker 3: retains full freedom of action to counter Hesbelah if the
- 12:48Speaker 3: group attacks Israel or tries to rebuild its terrorist infrastructure.
- 12:54Speaker 3: The United States should allow and assist Israel in doing so.
- 12:58Speaker 3: And I am committed to working with the Trump administration
- 13:01Speaker 3: in my colleagues in the incoming Congress to ensure that
- 13:05Speaker 3: they are able to do so.
- 13:07Speaker 2: You look at that statement, and it is so one
- 13:10Speaker 2: pint eighty from the policy that we're hearing from this administration,
- 13:14Speaker 2: their ideology. They're saying it now publicly, which is, well,
- 13:17Speaker 2: we don't like it when you guys kill too many terrorists.
- 13:20Speaker 2: What's the right number. I mean, that's a real question.
- 13:23Speaker 2: I think you have to add about all of them, right.
- 13:25Speaker 2: But they're saying basically, and I go back, basically, let's
- 13:28Speaker 2: go back the exact quote from Joe Biden. Iran and
- 13:33Speaker 2: its proxies that paid a very heavy price. He's saying
- 13:36Speaker 2: to Israel, all right, guys, you killed enough of them,
- 13:39Speaker 2: I think, so let the rest of them live. How
- 13:43Speaker 2: is that possible for Israel to survive?
- 13:46Speaker 1: Senator?
- 13:46Speaker 2: If this is the mentality that the large part of
- 13:50Speaker 2: the American government believes is what success or failure looks.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Like, and understand when Biden says Iran has paid a
- 13:58Speaker 3: heavy price to literally, while he's saying that, Joe Biden
- 14:03Speaker 3: and Kamala Harris are refusing to enforce the oil sanctions,
- 14:07Speaker 3: and so they're flowing billions of dollars to Iran right now.
- 14:11Speaker 3: That is going to end on January twentieth. One of
- 14:13Speaker 3: the most significant things the incoming Trump administration is going
- 14:16Speaker 3: to do is immediately and vigorously enforced the oil sanctions,
- 14:20Speaker 3: which will bring crushing economic pressure to Iran. But anyone
- 14:25Speaker 3: who thinks that Iran, you know, Kamala Harris said in
- 14:28Speaker 3: the Sixty Minutes interview that the greatest national security threat
- 14:31Speaker 3: was to Iran to America was from Iran. And of
- 14:35Speaker 3: course sixty Minutes, because they were sick of fans for
- 14:37Speaker 3: the administration, didn't ask the obvious question, if they're greatest
- 14:41Speaker 3: national security threat, why are you giving them a hundred
- 14:43Speaker 3: billion dollars? I don't understand people don't generally pay to
- 14:48Speaker 3: arm the people who want to murder them. That she
- 14:51Speaker 3: was never forced to answer. But even today, Joe Biden
- 14:56Speaker 3: the Democrats continue to fund Iran. That will change on
- 15:00Speaker 3: January twentieth. An understand look. On one level. The Wall
- 15:03Speaker 3: Street Journal had an op ed today saying what a
- 15:05Speaker 3: tremendous victory this was for Israel because Hesbelah is incredibly weakened,
- 15:11Speaker 3: and that is unquestionably true. And it is up to
- 15:14Speaker 3: Israel to make a decision whether or not to enter
- 15:17Speaker 3: this ceasefire. They made the decision to do so. But understand,
- 15:23Speaker 3: a big, big part of the reason Israel made this
- 15:26Speaker 3: decision is because the Biden administration put enormous pressure on
- 15:29Speaker 3: Israel by cutting off weapons and threatening to cut off
- 15:33Speaker 3: more weapons. And in fact, at a press conference here's
- 15:36Speaker 3: what Prime Minister net and Yahu said were the reasons
- 15:39Speaker 3: to support the deal. He laid out three reasons. Number one,
- 15:44Speaker 3: to focus on the Iranian threat, number two, to provide
- 15:48Speaker 3: an opportunity to refresh the Israeli forces, and number three
- 15:53Speaker 3: to separate Hamas from the Northern Front. Now understand, number
- 15:57Speaker 3: two is basically saying, well, the Americans have cut off
- 16:00Speaker 3: our weapons and so we've got to do this cease
- 16:02Speaker 3: fire so we can focus on Hamas. That is the
- 16:05Speaker 3: result of this White House and Democrats undermining Israel.
- 16:09Speaker 2: I want to tell you real quick about my friends
- 16:12Speaker 2: in the USCCA, and it is getting into that Christmas season.
- 16:16Speaker 2: How would you like to have a chance to win
- 16:17Speaker 2: seventeen hundred dollars to buy any self defense gear you need, Well,
- 16:21Speaker 2: you can do that by texting the word right now
- 16:24Speaker 2: America to eight.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Seven two two two.
- 16:28Speaker 2: Now, let me tell you about the USCCA and why
- 16:30Speaker 2: they're giving away seventeen hundred dollars because they want you
- 16:34Speaker 2: to be able to protect yourself. And I've had to
- 16:37Speaker 2: use a firearm to save my life and I wish
- 16:39Speaker 2: I would have known about the USCCI.
- 16:41Speaker 1: I wish it would have been a member.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Why because when you're a member of the USCCA, not
- 16:46Speaker 2: only will you get access to the Protector Academy, which
- 16:49Speaker 2: is where you learn vital skills like precision shooting and
- 16:53Speaker 2: how to fortify your home against criminals, but you also
- 16:56Speaker 2: get access to their twenty four to seven critical Response team.
- 17:00Speaker 1: And what does that include.
- 17:02Speaker 2: It is included in that benefit the self defense liability insurance.
- 17:09Speaker 2: And that is so important if you carry a firearm
- 17:12Speaker 2: to make sure that you and your family are prepared
- 17:14Speaker 2: for anything. Now, there are a lot of activists das
- 17:17Speaker 2: out there and they do not like law abiding citizens
- 17:20Speaker 2: exercising their Second Amendment right. And that's all the more
- 17:23Speaker 2: reason why you need to become a member of the USCCA. Now,
- 17:27Speaker 2: I also want to for a limit time give you
- 17:30Speaker 2: something else. You just text the word America right now
- 17:33Speaker 2: to eight seven two two two, and you're going to
- 17:36Speaker 2: get the uscca's free Life Saving Concealed Carry and Family
- 17:41Speaker 2: Defense Guide and a chance to win seventeen hundred dollars
- 17:45Speaker 2: to buy any self defense gear you need before it's
- 17:48Speaker 2: too late. So text to word America right now to
- 17:51Speaker 2: eight seven two two two. That's text to word America
- 17:55Speaker 2: to eight seven two to two to get the free
- 17:58Speaker 2: Life Saving Consaled Carry Guide and that chance to win
- 18:01Speaker 2: seventeen hundred dollars right now. Soana, let me ask you
- 18:05Speaker 2: another question about the Also, when it comes the timing
- 18:08Speaker 2: of this, there was Israel want to make it clear
- 18:12Speaker 2: they feel like the Biden administration completely abandoned them and
- 18:19Speaker 2: their leadership, which was to force them into a cease fire.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Israeli government spokesman went on MSNBC and this is what
- 18:28Speaker 2: he said on.
- 18:29Speaker 5: That potential ceasefire deal joining us now. Israeli government spokesman
- 18:32Speaker 5: in the Office of the Prime Minister, David Menzer, really
- 18:35Speaker 5: good to have you.
- 18:35Speaker 6: Thank you for being with us.
- 18:37Speaker 5: Is this a permanent deal or a temporary deal?
- 18:39Speaker 7: Look, the length of the cease fire depends on what
- 18:42Speaker 7: happens inside Lebanon. We will certainly, from Misral's point of view,
- 18:47Speaker 7: adhere to the agreement, but we will also insist on
- 18:50Speaker 7: the agreement being enforced. We will respond forcefully to any violations.
- 18:56Speaker 7: So with the US's understanding, we will make taking the
- 19:00Speaker 7: full freedom of military action.
- 19:02Speaker 6: Yes, of course, we want our.
- 19:04Speaker 7: People to go home to their homes in sovereign Israeli territory.
- 19:08Speaker 7: But if, as what our violates the agreement and tries
- 19:11Speaker 7: to rearm, we will attack. If it tries to rebuild
- 19:16Speaker 7: its terrorist infratrac infrastructure near the border, we will attack.
- 19:19Speaker 6: And the Prime Minister's made crystal clear.
- 19:22Speaker 7: If it launches rockets, if it digs tunnels, if it
- 19:25Speaker 7: brings in truckloads of rockets, we will attack. We all
- 19:31Speaker 7: want peace in this region, no one more than Israel,
- 19:34Speaker 7: but we will respond forcely, forcibly to any violation of
- 19:38Speaker 7: this agreement.
- 19:39Speaker 6: Does that go for.
- 19:40Speaker 5: The other side as well? If Israel comes back and
- 19:42Speaker 5: re arms itself and resets for a possible future escalation,
- 19:47Speaker 5: possible future escalation in Lebanon, is that a violation of
- 19:51Speaker 5: the agreement?
- 19:52Speaker 1: I just kind of stop and get your reaction there.
- 19:54Speaker 2: It's amazing how the media here is acting like Israel
- 19:58Speaker 2: as a terrorist organization. They should be held the same
- 20:00Speaker 2: standards as a terrorist organization, Like, well, hold on a second,
- 20:03Speaker 2: if you're gonna hold terrorist's standards Israel, are you guys
- 20:07Speaker 2: gonna not you know, arm yourself again. Israel is doing
- 20:11Speaker 2: this in a defensive manner because they've been attacked from
- 20:14Speaker 2: all sides, and yet NBC is asking a question like
- 20:17Speaker 2: they're a terrorist group.
- 20:18Speaker 3: That may be the most astonishing question I've ever heard
- 20:21Speaker 3: a reporter say in my life. I want you to
- 20:23Speaker 3: play that play just the final question again. I want
- 20:26Speaker 3: you to hear it, because this is staggering that this
- 20:30Speaker 3: is Do you have the name of this reporter?
- 20:32Speaker 2: Yeah, this is on Katie Tour's show NBC slash MSNBC.
- 20:38Speaker 2: And again here's that question, as she acts like Israel
- 20:41Speaker 2: as a terrorist organization.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Does that go for the other side as well?
- 20:45Speaker 5: If Israel comes back and re arms itself and resets
- 20:49Speaker 5: for a possible future escalation, possible future escalation in Lebanon,
- 20:54Speaker 5: is that a violation of the agreement?
- 20:56Speaker 2: I mean, and people wonder why the media, Yeah, no
- 21:00Speaker 2: one has any faith in them anymore.
- 21:02Speaker 3: And understand Katie Ture was a star reporter for NBC.
- 21:07Speaker 3: She was embedded with the Trump campaign in twenty sixteen.
- 21:11Speaker 3: She now has her own show on MSNBC. And what
- 21:15Speaker 3: an absurd question is the agreement violated if Israel re
- 21:20Speaker 3: arms itself, Katie, Israel is a sovereign nation. Israel is
- 21:24Speaker 3: entitled to defend itself. There's nothing in this agreement. I mean,
- 21:28Speaker 3: listen to the idiocy of Well, doesn't this agreement say
- 21:31Speaker 3: that Israel cannot have an army, can't defend itself, has
- 21:35Speaker 3: to be utterly defenseless. Why, Well, they committed the horrible
- 21:38Speaker 3: crime of existing when Hamas came in and murdered twelve
- 21:42Speaker 3: hundred innocent civilians. Like, there is a reason that we
- 21:47Speaker 3: did an episode early on after October seventh, that is
- 21:49Speaker 3: actually one of my favorite episodes entitled CNN is Hamasa's
- 21:55Speaker 3: Air Force. So is MSNBC, so is ABC by the way,
- 21:58Speaker 3: you want to go back, And that's one of the
- 22:00Speaker 3: episodes we put on YouTube. It's a video episode and
- 22:04Speaker 3: you can watch it because we play about a dozen
- 22:06Speaker 3: different clips where the corporate media is the pr arm
- 22:11Speaker 3: of Hamas. Well, there is MSNBC being the pr arm
- 22:15Speaker 3: of Hesbela, saying, well, wouldn't it violated if Israel re
- 22:18Speaker 3: arms itself. No, Israel has a right to defend itself
- 22:23Speaker 3: and to keep the people of Israel safe, and they
- 22:25Speaker 3: are not the equivalent as apparently MSNBC seems to think
- 22:29Speaker 3: of the terrorist organization some Amas and Hesbela that target
- 22:33Speaker 3: and murder civilians.
- 22:34Speaker 2: I wish, by the way, I could say that this
- 22:36Speaker 2: is the worst for Katie in this interview. Listen to
- 22:38Speaker 2: the response from the Israeli government spokesman and then the
- 22:41Speaker 2: follow up to this about why the timing has happened
- 22:46Speaker 2: now for this deal to be done, and that's where
- 22:49Speaker 2: Israel basically kind of says like, yeah, it's the Biden
- 22:52Speaker 2: administration's fault because they didn't give us what we need
- 22:54Speaker 2: to defend ourselves.
- 22:55Speaker 7: Listen, of course, not Casey, Israel's a sovereign country, not
- 22:59Speaker 7: the organization we're talking about a chezebla, a terrorist organization
- 23:04Speaker 7: in my country. But also last time I checked in
- 23:06Speaker 7: your country, to Katie, they're a terrorist organization. They're our enemy.
- 23:10Speaker 7: That make no mistake, they're your enemy and the States
- 23:13Speaker 7: as well. So we of course at Israel will defend ourselves.
- 23:16Speaker 7: That's our rights like any other country in the world,
- 23:19Speaker 7: to defend ourselves. But if this terrorist organization begins to
- 23:23Speaker 7: prepare another attack against us, we will defend ourselves.
- 23:28Speaker 6: Israel reserves that right.
- 23:30Speaker 5: Is this contingent upon the US unfreezing a weaponshipment, specifically
- 23:35Speaker 5: those one ton bombs that Israel had been using so effectively.
- 23:40Speaker 7: Well, look, the Prime Minister made clear just before a
- 23:44Speaker 7: couple of hours ago that the reasons why this has
- 23:47Speaker 7: happened now are three reasons. It's because we want to
- 23:49Speaker 7: focus now on the Iranian threat. The premises don't want
- 23:53Speaker 7: to expand on that, but we know that Iran is
- 23:56Speaker 7: preparing to create a nuclear weapon.
- 23:59Speaker 6: We cannot let that happen.
- 24:01Speaker 7: We will always make that our number one priority because
- 24:04Speaker 7: Iran say they wish to wipe this country off the
- 24:06Speaker 7: face of the earth, Katie, when they say it, we
- 24:09Speaker 7: believe it. And the second reason, of course is to yes,
- 24:13Speaker 7: give our forces a breather and to replenish our stocks,
- 24:17Speaker 7: and there have been big delays. The Prime Minister made
- 24:19Speaker 7: that clear that yes, the US is our closest ally
- 24:22Speaker 7: in the world.
- 24:23Speaker 6: There are no too.
- 24:24Speaker 7: Closer countries anywhere in the world. But there have been
- 24:27Speaker 7: big delays in weapons and munitions deliveries. The Prime Minister
- 24:30Speaker 7: made that clear, and these delays we hope will be resolved.
- 24:35Speaker 6: Very very soon.
- 24:36Speaker 7: But really the third reason for this ceasepy now is
- 24:39Speaker 7: to separate As. The Prime Minister said that fronts and
- 24:43Speaker 7: isolate Humas. From day two of this war, Hamas was
- 24:47Speaker 7: counting on Hesbealata fight by its side. That was a
- 24:51Speaker 7: massive miscalculation. With Hesbela now out of the picture, Hamas
- 24:55Speaker 7: is left on its own and Israel can increase our
- 24:58Speaker 7: pressure on Hamas, get.
- 25:00Speaker 6: Our hostages home, which is our sacred mission. It's on
- 25:03Speaker 6: number one priority.
- 25:05Speaker 2: I mean you hear it there. They're still like, hey,
- 25:09Speaker 2: you guys, let us hang out to dry. The Biden
- 25:11Speaker 2: administration did this on purpose. We need this.
- 25:13Speaker 1: We got to wait for Trump to come in.
- 25:16Speaker 3: Well, and that's why this cease fire happened now. As
- 25:18Speaker 3: the Biden White House put enormous pressure on Israel to
- 25:21Speaker 3: accept this deal, Israel did, and it is rational for
- 25:24Speaker 3: Israel to make the decision focusing on Hamas, cutting Hamas
- 25:27Speaker 3: off from Hesbela. That is a major strategic step forward.
- 25:31Speaker 3: And so I understand why the deal was attractive. But
- 25:34Speaker 3: the deal is also this White House is a It
- 25:37Speaker 3: was prompted by this White House for extended periods of
- 25:40Speaker 3: time cutting off weapons to Israel.
- 25:42Speaker 1: But b.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Joe Biden and Kamala Harrison, the Democrats are trying to
- 25:47Speaker 3: tie Israel's hands, and they're trying to do it before
- 25:50Speaker 3: the Trump administration comes into office. And so what I'm
- 25:53Speaker 3: trying to make clear is nothing in this deal ties
- 25:56Speaker 3: Israel's hands to protect itself, to defeat and kill terror Understand, Literally,
- 26:02Speaker 3: on the day of October seventh, the Biden administration was
- 26:05Speaker 3: saying publicly, do not retaliate militarily. They have been saying
- 26:10Speaker 3: every day since October seventh happened, stop killing terrorists. And
- 26:15Speaker 3: Israel to its credit, and I got to say the
- 26:17Speaker 3: Prime Minister spokesman there, I think did a fantastic job
- 26:21Speaker 3: of articulating that Israel is going to defend itself whether
- 26:24Speaker 3: or not Democrats in Washington are willing to support it.
- 26:28Speaker 2: Everybody's looking for the perfect Black Friday deal, the perfect
- 26:33Speaker 2: gift for the holidays. And if you've got a hunter,
- 26:36Speaker 2: if you've got a shoot in your family, you've got

- 26:51Speaker 2: x four x, five x six x, it was insane.
- 26:54Speaker 2: I owned a gun store and a gun range. Then
- 26:56Speaker 2: I have never seen what happened during that you literally

- 27:46Speaker 1: Not a problem.
- 27:46Speaker 2: You can trade it back in without even having to
- 27:49Speaker 2: take the shipment. You just say I want to switch
- 27:51Speaker 2: from nine to this, or I want to switch from

- 28:44Speaker 2: to this other topic, and we talked about this the
- 28:47Speaker 2: other day on the show, but I want to lay
- 28:49Speaker 2: it out for people.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Maybe you miss this.
- 28:51Speaker 2: The mayor of Denver, he's like begging to get arrested.
- 28:57Speaker 2: He's just he's a martyr and he's I've said this
- 29:00Speaker 2: about illegal immigrants and sanctuary cities to remind everybody.
- 29:05Speaker 8: About civil disobedience. You've mentioned that a couple of times now.
- 29:08Speaker 8: Would you be willing to participate in those as the
- 29:10Speaker 8: mayor of Denver? Would you be willing to go out
- 29:12Speaker 8: and protest these things?
- 29:13Speaker 9: I would if I believe that our residents are having
- 29:16Speaker 9: their rights violate. If I think things are happening that
- 29:18Speaker 9: are illegal or immoral or an American in our city,
- 29:21Speaker 9: I would certainly protest it, and I would expect other
- 29:24Speaker 9: residents would do the same.
- 29:25Speaker 8: Trump's new borders are Tom Homan has said that he
- 29:28Speaker 8: is willing to arrest leaders like yourself for standing in
- 29:34Speaker 8: the way of these policies that they want to enact.
- 29:37Speaker 8: Would you be willing to go to jail for these things?
- 29:39Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm not afraid of that, and I'm also not
- 29:42Speaker 9: seeking that. I think the goal is we want to
- 29:43Speaker 9: be able to negotiate with reasonable people how to solve
- 29:47Speaker 9: hard problems. Republican and Democratic presidence in the past have
- 29:50Speaker 9: all tried to find solutions to these problems. President Reagan
- 29:52Speaker 9: help people get access to work so they could stay
- 29:54Speaker 9: and support themselves. Biden Harris worked on restricting entry at
- 29:57Speaker 9: the border to close down There are a lot of
- 29:58Speaker 9: ways to approach this problem. We don't think it has
- 30:00Speaker 9: to come to this, but yeah, I think and you
- 30:02Speaker 9: look at you know, Ralph Carr has always been one
- 30:04Speaker 9: of my heroes. He was the governor who in the
- 30:06Speaker 9: middle of the interment of Japanese Americans, said this was
- 30:08Speaker 9: the wrong thing to do, and he stood up. It
- 30:10Speaker 9: was unpopular, people were mad at about it. That was
- 30:12Speaker 9: in the middle of wartime. If the president or any
- 30:15Speaker 9: of his actors are going to do things that we
- 30:16Speaker 9: think are illegal or immoral or an American, we'll stand
- 30:19Speaker 9: up against those now.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Center what did you call him? Again? Just for people
- 30:23Speaker 1: that may have missed it the other day.
- 30:25Speaker 3: A modern day bull Connor. Bull Connor was yet another
- 30:28Speaker 3: elected Democrat who hated federal law, in this case, hated
- 30:32Speaker 3: federal civil rights law, who stood up and defied federal
- 30:35Speaker 3: civil rights law and said we're going to continue to discriminate,
- 30:39Speaker 3: We're going to continue to be prejudiced. Well, in this instance,
- 30:42Speaker 3: you have the mayor of Denver saying he's going to
- 30:44Speaker 3: continue to favor illegal aliens to defy federal immigration laws.
- 30:48Speaker 3: He's going to continue to endanger the families of Denver.
- 30:51Speaker 3: If you actually care about your children in Denver, well,
- 30:54Speaker 3: the mayor's telling you you're not his priority. You're his
- 30:57Speaker 3: priority is protecting the Venezuelan gang members, the murderers and
- 31:01Speaker 3: rapists who've been released into his community, that he's working
- 31:03Speaker 3: for them and not for you. And the absolute smug
- 31:08Speaker 3: arrogance and condescension by the way he analogizes himself to
- 31:11Speaker 3: people standing up to Japanese internment camps. There's of course
- 31:15Speaker 3: a rich irony to that, because the Japanese internment camps
- 31:18Speaker 3: were opened by FDR the hero of the Democrats. It's
- 31:22Speaker 3: the Democrat Party that it's over and over and over again.
- 31:25Speaker 3: You go back to the eighteen sixties. It was the
- 31:26Speaker 3: Democrat Party that founded the Ku Klux Klan. It was
- 31:29Speaker 3: the Democrat Party that wrote the Jim Crow Laws. It
- 31:32Speaker 3: was the Democrat Party that created the Japanese internment camps.
- 31:35Speaker 3: And it was the Democrat Party that were the party
- 31:38Speaker 3: of Bull Connor and and the Dixiecrats who stood up
- 31:41Speaker 3: and fought against civil rights. And I got to say,
- 31:44Speaker 3: the mayor of Denver is continuing a proud tradition.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Well.
- 31:48Speaker 3: In response to his boast, Tom Homan went on on
- 31:52Speaker 3: hat hennity and actually responded and said, well, okay, you've
- 31:56Speaker 3: offered to be arrested. Well we'll take take a listen
- 31:58Speaker 3: to what Tom Homan had to say.
- 32:00Speaker 10: Response, Tom, you heard you heard this mayor out there
- 32:06Speaker 10: in Colorado. I want to get your reaction to it.
- 32:09Speaker 10: And I want you to be clear about who is jurisdiction,
- 32:12Speaker 10: the federal government or state and local governments. And if
- 32:15Speaker 10: you're a sanctuary state or city, are you breaking the law?
- 32:18Speaker 6: Absolutely breaking law?
- 32:19Speaker 11: All yes to do to look at Arizona versus us USC.
- 32:22Speaker 6: He the's breaking law.
- 32:23Speaker 11: But look me and the Denver mayor we agree on
- 32:25Speaker 11: one thing.
- 32:26Speaker 6: He's willing to go to jail.
- 32:27Speaker 11: I'm willing to put him in jail because there's a statue,
- 32:31Speaker 11: it's Title eight in United States called thirteen twenty four
- 32:34Speaker 11: trouble Ive and what it says is is a felony
- 32:37Speaker 11: if you knowing me, Harbor concealed and Immigration authorities is
- 32:41Speaker 11: also a family to impede federal law forced officer. So
- 32:44Speaker 11: if you don't to help, that's fine, he can get
- 32:46Speaker 11: the hell all the way.
- 32:46Speaker 6: But we're going to go do the job.
- 32:48Speaker 11: President Trump has a mandative American people. We got to
- 32:51Speaker 11: secure this country, we got to save American lives. And
- 32:54Speaker 11: I find it shocking any mayor of a city would say,
- 32:57Speaker 11: President trusts, be clear, we want a consentry on public
- 32:59Speaker 11: safety threats and national security thrusts. I'd find it hard
- 33:01Speaker 11: to believe that any mayor or government would say they
- 33:03Speaker 11: don't want public safety trusts remove from their neighborhoods. I mean,
- 33:07Speaker 11: I mean, I don't know what tell is going on
- 33:08Speaker 11: in Denver, but we're gonna go and we're gonna fix
- 33:10Speaker 11: it if you don't want to fix it, if you
- 33:11Speaker 11: don't want to protect his communities.
- 33:13Speaker 6: President Trump and Ice.
- 33:14Speaker 2: Will I love just how a matter of fact, and
- 33:17Speaker 2: I feel like there's a big change coming and they're
- 33:20Speaker 2: not going to screw around with these mayors and let
- 33:22Speaker 2: them continue to defy the law. I think that's a
- 33:24Speaker 2: smart move to say it early on. This is the line.
- 33:27Speaker 2: You either abide by the law or you don't, and
- 33:29Speaker 2: there will be consequences.
- 33:31Speaker 3: Well, look that that is exactly right, that you don't
- 33:34Speaker 3: have a right to defy federal law. You don't have
- 33:36Speaker 3: a right to obstruct federal agents carrying out federal law.
- 33:40Speaker 3: And end, by the way, to be clear, this this
- 33:42Speaker 3: Democrat mayor is bluffing. He's talking tough. I think I
- 33:46Speaker 3: think his words are empty. And in just a couple
- 33:51Speaker 3: of months we're going to see, uh, We're going to
- 33:53Speaker 3: see proof.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Of that, no doubt about it. Don't forget. We do
