- 0:00Speaker 1: This is going to be part three of our deep
- 0:03Speaker 1: dive into the Durham Investigation. I'm going to ask you
- 0:07Speaker 1: all to make sure that you share our podcasts with
- 0:12Speaker 1: your family and friends. We are spending day after day
- 0:16Speaker 1: doing a deep dive into the Durham Report and this investigation,
- 0:21Speaker 1: these indictments because the media is not covering this on purpose,
- 0:24Speaker 1: because the information coming out is so damning. Now coming
- 0:28Speaker 1: up in a moment, we are going to actually talk
- 0:31Speaker 1: with us Center Marsha Blackburn. She is one of forty
- 0:34Speaker 1: four Republican centers that are demanding the Durham Report actually
- 0:38Speaker 1: be made public. Why, because we need to know what's
- 0:42Speaker 1: actually happening now. This group of forty four Republican centers
- 0:46Speaker 1: has still not heard back after demanding that the report
- 0:50Speaker 1: by the Special Council be made public once it is complete,
- 0:55Speaker 1: this coming days after news service that it will likely
- 0:58Speaker 1: be finished in the coming months. Lawmakers led by Center
- 1:02Speaker 1: Marcha Blackburn and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell have penned
- 1:06Speaker 1: a letter to the Attorney General Merrick Garland with no response,
- 1:10Speaker 1: requesting an update on the status of the Durham Review. Now,
- 1:13Speaker 1: why is he not responding because he doesn't want you
- 1:15Speaker 1: to see what's in the Durham report. This Durham review
- 1:18Speaker 1: dubbed the Crossfire Hurricane Investigation, and for the final report
- 1:22Speaker 1: to be made public, they say, is vitally important for
- 1:25Speaker 1: transparency and for the American people to see just how
- 1:28Speaker 1: corrupt our government is. Quote. We ask that you provide
- 1:33Speaker 1: an update on the status of the Special Council on
- 1:35Speaker 1: Durham's inquiry, and that the investigations report be made available
- 1:39Speaker 1: to the public upon completion, the lawmakers wrote in their letter.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Now you got forty four senators writing this letter, you'd
- 1:46Speaker 1: think that Durham would respond. He still hasn't. Durham, by
- 1:49Speaker 1: the way, he previously served as US Attorney for the
- 1:52Speaker 1: District of Connecticut before becoming Special Counsel last year, has
- 1:56Speaker 1: been reviewing the FBI's investigation Rusha's influence in the twenty
- 2:01Speaker 1: sixteen elections since twenty nineteen, when he was tasked by
- 2:06Speaker 1: the Trent administration to evaluate the bureau's probe. Durham's doing
- 2:10Speaker 1: his job. We should see what all he's done now.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Durham resigned as the US attorney after Biden took office,
- 2:16Speaker 1: which is routine for political appointed federal prosecutors, but he
- 2:20Speaker 1: was kept on a special council so he could continue
- 2:23Speaker 1: his probe. Now, the investigation made huge headlines right after
- 2:28Speaker 1: The Wall Street Journey reported that not only is Durham
- 2:30Speaker 1: presented the grand jury, but they're indicting people. So why
- 2:34Speaker 1: is it that the man who's in charge, Garland, is
- 2:38Speaker 1: not responding to all these senators. It's part of the
- 2:42Speaker 1: bigger question. Last night on Tuger Carlson, there was a
- 2:49Speaker 1: very interesting conversation with Armit Dylan. She appeared on Tuger
- 2:55Speaker 1: Carlson to discussed this Durham investigation and certain aspects of
- 2:59Speaker 1: what we're seeing. Now. I want you to take a listen. Well,
- 3:03Speaker 1: it's been more than two years since US Attorney John
- 3:05Speaker 1: Durham was assigned to investigate the origins of the Russia
- 3:08Speaker 1: collusion hoax. His investigation has already gone on longer than
- 3:11Speaker 1: the Mueller investigation. For months, it seemed like there was
- 3:13Speaker 1: nothing to show for it. Then Durham charged a Clinton
- 3:17Speaker 1: campaign attorney called Michael Sussman for lying to the FBI
- 3:20Speaker 1: in twenty sixteen about the Trump campaign's ties to Russia.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Sussman was indicted by a federal grand jury. What does
- 3:26Speaker 1: this mean exactly? It's more interesting than it sounds. Harmat
- 3:28Speaker 1: Dylan has the details. She's a famous civil rights attorney
- 3:31Speaker 1: and a good person. She joins us now to discuss
- 3:33Speaker 1: what this is. Harman, thanks so much for coming on.
- 3:36Speaker 1: So what have we learned from this indictment? Well, the
- 3:39Speaker 1: indictment is a really interesting document, twenty seven pages long,
- 3:43Speaker 1: and as you say, it's the first major indictment that
- 3:46Speaker 1: has been sought by John Durham after two years. The
- 3:49Speaker 1: core of the allegation is a kind of a flimsy one.
- 3:54Speaker 1: It's what they call a process crime, and namely, it's
- 3:57Speaker 1: that this Clinton lawyer line when he went to the
- 4:01Speaker 1: FBI General Council at the time, James Baker, and told
- 4:04Speaker 1: him that he had this story about the Trump organization
- 4:09Speaker 1: communicating with Russians at a Russian bank at the Alpha
- 4:13Speaker 1: Bank via a sort of secret node on a server,
- 4:17Speaker 1: all of which was concocted as a lie. But the
- 4:19Speaker 1: lie that he's being indicted for is that he allegedly
- 4:22Speaker 1: told the FBI General Council that he was volunteering this
- 4:25Speaker 1: information to the FBI and a big written report as
- 4:29Speaker 1: a citizen not on behalf of any particular campaign or candidate.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Now you know, in real life his law firm and
- 4:36Speaker 1: he specifically worked for the Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee.
- 4:41Speaker 1: He was partners with Mark Elias, the Democrat super lawyer
- 4:44Speaker 1: who's out there sewing every state that tries to reprove
- 4:46Speaker 1: election integrity. So you have to believe in this indictment
- 4:50Speaker 1: that the FBI General Council took on face value that
- 4:54Speaker 1: this guy was doing this as a citizen. I think
- 4:56Speaker 1: that's a real stretch. So I don't know whether this
- 4:59Speaker 1: is going to end up resulting in a conviction or not.
- 5:02Speaker 1: The law firm and the lawyer are denying this, and
- 5:06Speaker 1: the star witness, James Baker, now works for Twitter, and
- 5:10Speaker 1: he is not necessarily cooperating. He's saying, I can't remember
- 5:13Speaker 1: this exchange exactly. So this is all premised on some
- 5:15Speaker 1: notes of another lawyer that James Baker allegiently spoke to.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I love by the way that he's working for Twitter.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Now you notice how this corruption keeps getting and breeding
- 5:25Speaker 1: more corruption, right, like the lawyer who you need your
- 5:28Speaker 1: main witness, Like, oh, I work for Twitter now I'm
- 5:30Speaker 1: making the big bucks. You know, we censor people for
- 5:33Speaker 1: a living. I can't remember a whole lot about this.
- 5:36Speaker 1: I'm real foggy, folks. I'm just foggy. Now. I got
- 5:41Speaker 1: me a big job, now, right, I did, I did
- 5:44Speaker 1: my duty, did my job, got rid of Trump. Now
- 5:48Speaker 1: I'm at Twitter. Twitter got rid of Trump too. In
- 5:51Speaker 1: that ironic I'm a big time lawyer. I can't remember
- 5:54Speaker 1: Jack Crapp right now, now you you connect all these dots,
- 5:59Speaker 1: you notice now what we're seeing. They're going to stonewall
- 6:03Speaker 1: anybody that gets indicted and just say, can't remember, can't remember,
- 6:06Speaker 1: can't remember it working, the State Department, can't remember working,
- 6:08Speaker 1: the DJ can't remember working the FBI, can't remember. I'm
- 6:10Speaker 1: James Comey. Can't remember. But what's in this indictment is
- 6:14Speaker 1: super interesting, and it hearkens back to what we know
- 6:18Speaker 1: about the Steel dossier and about the pack of lies
- 6:21Speaker 1: that the Clinton team told the world, told journalists, told
- 6:25Speaker 1: you know, law enforcement about the Steel dossier. They denied
- 6:28Speaker 1: they were behind that and all of these allegations about
- 6:32Speaker 1: Russia collusion, and in fact, they funded it with Fusion GPS,
- 6:35Speaker 1: this law firm funded it. And in this case they
- 6:38Speaker 1: similarly have denied they had anything to do with this
- 6:41Speaker 1: allegation about the Alpha Bank, when in fact, this indictment
- 6:45Speaker 1: shows like every single time that they had a meeting
- 6:48Speaker 1: about this with the FBI, with these tech executives and
- 6:51Speaker 1: so forth, they build for it. So the billing records
- 6:54Speaker 1: are actually the paper trail. But you see some remarks
- 6:58Speaker 1: in this indictment, and I, by the way, let's just
- 7:00Speaker 1: stop there to what she said, because this is huge information.
- 7:04Speaker 1: So when these guys were presenting all this information to
- 7:09Speaker 1: the media, having meetings with the FBI, having meetings with others,
- 7:13Speaker 1: the entire time, they were billing the Clinton team, the
- 7:16Speaker 1: Clinton campaign for those hours. So the idea that they
- 7:21Speaker 1: were working as private citizens, no, the idea that they
- 7:24Speaker 1: just like had this random stuff putting their lap, No,
- 7:27Speaker 1: that didn't happen, folks. They were working on the clock
- 7:32Speaker 1: and billing every single time there was a meeting, time
- 7:36Speaker 1: after time after time, we got more meetings the FBI.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Let's bill the Clinton campaion. We know that this is crap, right,
- 7:42Speaker 1: We know that this is a lie. Where the ones
- 7:44Speaker 1: creating the lie, where the ones doing the lie. We're
- 7:45Speaker 1: the ones pushing the lie. The only collusion in the
- 7:50Speaker 1: Russian collusion case was literally the Clinton campaign fusing GPS,
- 7:55Speaker 1: the DNC who paid for a fake story. You want
- 7:58Speaker 1: to know who was trying to influence the election, It
- 7:59Speaker 1: was Lry Clinton. It was a DNC, and they knew
- 8:02Speaker 1: they were lying about it, every bit of it. They
- 8:04Speaker 1: knew they were lying about it, every single bit of it.
- 8:11Speaker 1: And that's exactly what she's saying here in this interview.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Encourage your viewers to read it. That show that people
- 8:18Speaker 1: involved in this conspiracy, and it was a multi factor
- 8:21Speaker 1: conspiracy involving tech executive who wanted to get a job
- 8:24Speaker 1: with the Clinton White House, his companies, and others that
- 8:29Speaker 1: they were afraid that their bag of dirty twicks was
- 8:32Speaker 1: going to come out. And so that's the part that's
- 8:34Speaker 1: very interesting. Not only that, did you notice what she
- 8:37Speaker 1: just said people were actually getting jobs by doing this
- 8:41Speaker 1: dirty work Hillary Clinton. It was like, Hey, if we
- 8:43Speaker 1: make sure Hillary Clinton gets into the White House and
- 8:46Speaker 1: we put a conspiracy out there that helps her get there,
- 8:48Speaker 1: then we're going to get a job at the White House.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Then we can go back to the private sector and
- 8:52Speaker 1: make a crap ton of money. We've clearly now seen
- 8:57Speaker 1: exactly how this conspiracy to overthrow the will of the
- 9:01Speaker 1: people played out in the personal interests of individuals involved.
- 9:06Speaker 1: We now know that big tech executives were helping the
- 9:10Speaker 1: Clinton campaign push out a narrative that Donald Trump colluded
- 9:14Speaker 1: with the Russians so they could get jobs in the
- 9:17Speaker 1: Clinton White House. Hillary Clinton became president, then they knew
- 9:22Speaker 1: that Donald Trump was a threat to big tech, so
- 9:24Speaker 1: they decided to continue to go along with it to
- 9:27Speaker 1: make sure they could get rid of Donald Trump, which
- 9:29Speaker 1: is exactly why they kicked him off Twitter, and they
- 9:32Speaker 1: kicked him off every other everything out there right after
- 9:35Speaker 1: he lost the election, because then they said, all right,
- 9:37Speaker 1: he didn't have power. Now we'll silence and to make
- 9:39Speaker 1: sure you didn't get power back, and we'll silence anyone
- 9:42Speaker 1: else that we don't like. And the Democrats will protect us.
- 9:46Speaker 1: And we know that, right the Democrats will protect us.
- 9:49Speaker 1: And that's exactly what they've done. We know that none
- 9:53Speaker 1: of these big Tex individuals have been held accountable. Tom
- 9:58Speaker 1: Fitton Judicial Watch, talking about Hillary Clinton campaign implicated in
- 10:03Speaker 1: this New Durham indictment, he asked a couple of basic
- 10:06Speaker 1: questions which I think we should all be asking right now,
- 10:09Speaker 1: and they are this, and here are the questions. He said,
- 10:13Speaker 1: each and every one of us should be asking, is
- 10:15Speaker 1: Durham gonna do more? I don't know he should. He
- 10:19Speaker 1: should question Hillary Clinton before a grand jury. He should
- 10:21Speaker 1: question Joe Bidendare I say it before a grand jury,
- 10:24Speaker 1: and of course the head of the grand conspiracy, Barack Obama.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Now you hear what he said there about Barack Obama,
- 10:33Speaker 1: He's right. Every one of the people he just mentioned
- 10:36Speaker 1: are players in this conspiracy. And we now know that
- 10:39Speaker 1: from the Durham investigation. We know it. What Tom Fitton
- 10:45Speaker 1: said about this the Judicial Watch, and they've done amazing work,
- 10:48Speaker 1: is this is a conspiracy that implies that implicates the FBI,
- 10:54Speaker 1: the DOJ, the CIA, Barack Obama for spying on a candidate,
- 11:03Speaker 1: the FBI director for allowing these fis A warrants, and
- 11:07Speaker 1: others who went and got these fise A warrants. Anne
- 11:12Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton. This is bigger than Watergate. Once you hear
- 11:19Speaker 1: a little bit more of what Tom fittn had jused
- 11:21Speaker 1: to watch the president had to say. Truth behind the
- 11:23Speaker 1: worst government corruption scandal in American history in terms of
- 11:28Speaker 1: political criminality, that is the targeting of candidate Trump and
- 11:32Speaker 1: then President Trump and people around him and John Durham,
- 11:36Speaker 1: the special counsel who became he was essentially, you know,
- 11:41Speaker 1: just a regular prosecutor looking at this and just before
- 11:44Speaker 1: he left turn of General barmaide him a special counsel,
- 11:47Speaker 1: he finally indicted someone else. And this someone else is
- 11:51Speaker 1: a big deal. It's Michael Sussman, who is a lawyer
- 11:56Speaker 1: or I had been a lawyer for the law firm
- 11:58Speaker 1: of Perkins Cooyee who and that's the firm behind the dossier.
- 12:02Speaker 1: And it's also the go to firm for the Democratic Party.
- 12:06Speaker 1: So Sessman was the lawyer for Hillary Clinton's campaign, the
- 12:09Speaker 1: lawyer for the Democratic Party, namely the Department excuse me,
- 12:12Speaker 1: the Democratic National Committee. And he had a special meeting
- 12:18Speaker 1: shortly before the election in twenty sixteen with the General
- 12:22Speaker 1: Counsel of the FBI General Council, Baker who, in which
- 12:28Speaker 1: they discussed targeting Trump and specifically he alleged in this
- 12:33Speaker 1: meeting and gave him documentation according to the indictment that
- 12:37Speaker 1: was just issued this week by the Grand Jury or
- 12:40Speaker 1: returned this week by the Grand Jury at the requested Durham,
- 12:45Speaker 1: he was behind the idea that there was Russian Bank
- 12:51Speaker 1: had communications in proper communications or relationships, or there was
- 12:55Speaker 1: some sort of Internet communication that raised questions with the
- 13:00Speaker 1: Trump organization. And you may recall the media ran with
- 13:03Speaker 1: that Alpha Banking, Russian banking, the Trump people have been connected. Well,
- 13:09Speaker 1: he was indicted. Susman was not for lying about that specifically,
- 13:13Speaker 1: but for lying about the reason he was there, because
- 13:16Speaker 1: allegedly he told Baker he was there just as a citizen,
- 13:19Speaker 1: just conveying information he thought the FBI should pursued. He
- 13:22Speaker 1: withheld from Baker, according to the indictment, that he was
- 13:29Speaker 1: there on behalf of Hillary Clinton, the Clinton campaign, Democratic
- 13:32Speaker 1: National Committee, etc. So he lied about the reason and
- 13:36Speaker 1: the purpose of the meeting. And when you lie to
- 13:38Speaker 1: the FBI, it's a crime. That's why you don't talk
- 13:43Speaker 1: to the FBI unless you have a lawyer present and
- 13:47Speaker 1: the lawyer advises you completely of what your rights are.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Even then, so he's meeting with this lawyer. First of all,
- 13:53Speaker 1: the meeting should let me be clear here, let's take
- 13:55Speaker 1: a step back. This meeting should never have taken place.
- 13:59Speaker 1: You know Susan as a DOJ He had used to
- 14:03Speaker 1: work at the Department of Justice, so he knows everybody,
- 14:06Speaker 1: and he gets to get into meetings like this to
- 14:09Speaker 1: shop garbage like this, and what the indict and I
- 14:11Speaker 1: encourage you to review the indictment. It's available widely online
- 14:15Speaker 1: and read it yourself. And what's interesting about it is
- 14:19Speaker 1: that there's let me just jump back in here, Tom Fitt.
- 14:21Speaker 1: And the reason why I'm playing this for you is
- 14:23Speaker 1: because he's laying this out the legal case. He just
- 14:27Speaker 1: made a point that this meeting to shop this propaganda
- 14:32Speaker 1: should have never even happened. And the only reason why
- 14:35Speaker 1: it happens because he had the connections and the people
- 14:38Speaker 1: that he met with should have stopped the meeting from
- 14:40Speaker 1: taking place because it was so far fetched. It should
- 14:43Speaker 1: have never happened. So the people in the meeting, there's
- 14:46Speaker 1: no way to not make the argument. They decided to
- 14:52Speaker 1: become part of the conspiracy. Okay, they decided that it's
- 14:59Speaker 1: a good idea to become a part of this conspiracy. Hey,
- 15:03Speaker 1: we want to overthrow the president United States of America. Okay,
- 15:06Speaker 1: how you want to do it. I've got something I'm
- 15:08Speaker 1: shopping to you and I want you guys to use
- 15:10Speaker 1: us to investigate Donald Trump. It's total crap. We made
- 15:14Speaker 1: it up. Actually I wrote it, paid forward by the
- 15:17Speaker 1: Clinton campaign and the DNC. That's just kind of how
- 15:20Speaker 1: we roll. Now. We make up stuff. It's really good
- 15:25Speaker 1: stuff we've made up, and I want you guys to
- 15:27Speaker 1: investigate this now. Anybody meeting with him would have known
- 15:31Speaker 1: that this was crap from the very beginning. And in fact,
- 15:33Speaker 1: we know the FBI knew it was crap in January,
- 15:36Speaker 1: like official it was. They knew it was total crap
- 15:40Speaker 1: in January twenty seventeen, the same month Donald Trump was
- 15:44Speaker 1: horn in. And yet they actively used this information not
- 15:47Speaker 1: only to spy on the president and the president elect
- 15:51Speaker 1: in his campaign and to get those fist A warrants, okay,
- 15:55Speaker 1: number one, that number two, they also continue to use
- 16:01Speaker 1: the bad information on purpose. Why do they decide to
- 16:06Speaker 1: do it on purpose? Because why not? Right, Why would
- 16:11Speaker 1: you not do this on purpose? It's too good to
- 16:15Speaker 1: not use. You hate Trump, you hate people around him.
- 16:20Speaker 1: You got people wanting jobs in the Clinton campaign or
- 16:22Speaker 1: in the Biden administration. You know, we gotta get rid
- 16:25Speaker 1: of Trump for me to get my big paydays to
- 16:27Speaker 1: go work for big tech. Like some of these guys
- 16:29Speaker 1: are now working as legal counsel at Twitter. Wonderful. It's
- 16:33Speaker 1: because of the all their government connections, or hey, I mean,
- 16:35Speaker 1: think about your resume. I'm so good at my job.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I actually was able to get a guy impeached on
- 16:41Speaker 1: bad information that I wrote and created pretty nice resume
- 16:47Speaker 1: builder there. If someone wants to hire a hack, political hack,
- 16:53Speaker 1: an assassin, political assassin, somebody with great and grand connections.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Fittin's right, this meeting should have never hadn't happened ever,
- 17:05Speaker 1: But it did. It happened because he had the connections,
- 17:10Speaker 1: and the people in the government he had the connections
- 17:12Speaker 1: with were more than happy to help spread lies and
- 17:17Speaker 1: propaganda overthrow the will of the people. You know. The
- 17:20Speaker 1: one charge really about making a false making the false statement,
- 17:24Speaker 1: but the two dozen pages describing an illicit conspiracy targeting
- 17:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump, they all knew that there was no there there.
- 17:34Speaker 1: When it came to the allegation that the Russian bank
- 17:38Speaker 1: had a connection to the Trump organization through these Internet
- 17:41Speaker 1: connections that they were pretending were happening, they said it
- 17:44Speaker 1: was a red herring. In fact, it turned out there
- 17:47Speaker 1: was nothing. The FBI figured out rather quickly, and they
- 17:50Speaker 1: knew that going in, and in fact, there's email communications
- 17:54Speaker 1: detailed in the indictment showing that they were discussing how
- 17:59Speaker 1: to make the document they were going to give the
- 18:01Speaker 1: General Council of the FBI plausible on its face, so
- 18:06Speaker 1: that at least initially someone could say, oh, there's something here,
- 18:10Speaker 1: even though they all knew that in essence, it was
- 18:14Speaker 1: a host. And the indictment lays out how the Clinton
- 18:17Speaker 1: campaign colluded on this, how Fusion GPS colluded on this.
- 18:22Speaker 1: It looks like Hillary's other lawyer colluded on this. So
- 18:25Speaker 1: the question is is this going to be the last
- 18:30Speaker 1: gasp of Doorham or the beginning of something more by
- 18:34Speaker 1: door I don't know the answer to that. It would
- 18:36Speaker 1: be seemingly unusual for me. Unusual to me to have
- 18:40Speaker 1: all that material about what looks to be other criminal
- 18:43Speaker 1: activity that isn't charged here and just leave it there
- 18:46Speaker 1: for no future action. There should be future action. Joining
- 18:54Speaker 1: me to talk about what future action should take place
- 18:57Speaker 1: is a United States Center that's leading on this issue.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Senator Blackburn. I appreciate you coming on today to talk about,
- 19:05Speaker 1: obviously this very important Durham report. Senator I want to
- 19:09Speaker 1: start with this. We have seen the media actually criticizing
- 19:14Speaker 1: Joe Biden over the last few days on the economy,
- 19:17Speaker 1: on the border crisis, on other issues, specifically at CNN,
- 19:22Speaker 1: just to make sure I think that they don't get
- 19:25Speaker 1: indicted for what they did as part of this grand
- 19:29Speaker 1: conspiracy to I say, overthrow the will of the people
- 19:32Speaker 1: in the election. We now know from the Durham Report
- 19:36Speaker 1: or the Durham investigation, that the FBI knew in January
- 19:40Speaker 1: of twenty and seventeen, the same month Donald Trump was
- 19:43Speaker 1: sworn in that this entire Russian Collusia invest collusion investigation
- 19:49Speaker 1: was total crap, paid for and written by the DNC
- 19:53Speaker 1: and the Clinton campaign. And yet they still went and investigated,
- 19:57Speaker 1: and they still set perjury traps for people at General
- 20:00Speaker 1: Winn and they still send FBI agents out there to
- 20:02Speaker 1: try to arrest people and to indict people around Donald Trump,
- 20:06Speaker 1: knowing the entire basis was a lie created by the
- 20:10Speaker 1: Clinton campaign. How are they getting away with us still
- 20:14Speaker 1: to this day? And this is one of the reasons
- 20:18Speaker 1: backing up a little bit that I after talking with
- 20:24Speaker 1: President Trump the suburb and we weren't getting an update
- 20:29Speaker 1: on the Durham investigation. Back at the first of August,
- 20:34Speaker 1: I led a letter and got forty four Republican senators
- 20:40Speaker 1: on this letter to General Attorney General Merrick Garland asking
- 20:47Speaker 1: for a status check on the Durham investigation and asking
- 20:53Speaker 1: that the results of the investigation be made public. Well,
- 20:58Speaker 1: Attorney General Garland has not responded to that letter with
- 21:04Speaker 1: a written response. But what we did do was be
- 21:09Speaker 1: able to say, hey, look, there's forty four of us
- 21:14Speaker 1: and we are watching and we want to get an
- 21:17Speaker 1: update on what is happening with the Durham investigation. That
- 21:22Speaker 1: sent a message. And of course since then you have
- 21:27Speaker 1: had Durham go to the grand jury and get this indictment,
- 21:32Speaker 1: and now we're beginning to see what happened. But then
- 21:37Speaker 1: we weren't going to let this go. And for the President,
- 21:41Speaker 1: I was not going to let this go. I he
- 21:45Speaker 1: deserves an answer, the American people deserve an answer. And
- 21:50Speaker 1: I wanted to be certain that we get to the
- 21:53Speaker 1: bottom of this and that you didn't let this special
- 21:57Speaker 1: Consol's time and funding expire and not began to expose it.
- 22:04Speaker 1: But you're exactly right. They have not covered this now.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Back in the summer, they did not cover that forty
- 22:13Speaker 1: four senators had sent this letter and were requesting this
- 22:18Speaker 1: update on behalf of President Donald Trump. Yeah, Senator, you
- 22:25Speaker 1: look at this. This is and I don't even think
- 22:28Speaker 1: this is an opinion anymore. I think it's just a fact.
- 22:30Speaker 1: This is way beyond the level of what we saw
- 22:33Speaker 1: with conspiracy with Watergate, for example. I believe truly that
- 22:38Speaker 1: today in the front page of every newspaper America, there
- 22:40Speaker 1: should be four or five stories. Number one, what did
- 22:43Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton o? When did she know it? Why did
- 22:45Speaker 1: she not inform the FBI that they were they were
- 22:47Speaker 1: trying to overthrow the will of the people. Why is
- 22:50Speaker 1: it that the FBI Director James Comey allowed for his
- 22:53Speaker 1: FBI to weaponize something based on lies that they knew
- 22:58Speaker 1: were lies. Why was it that they were trying to
- 23:00Speaker 1: put people in jail over this? Not only that the
- 23:04Speaker 1: media knew, right, CNN actually hired the people from the FBI,
- 23:11Speaker 1: from the DOJ, from the CIA that knew that this
- 23:14Speaker 1: was all alike to then commentate on the lie that
- 23:18Speaker 1: was about overthrowing the outcome of an election. The number
- 23:23Speaker 1: of stories that should be written and none of them
- 23:26Speaker 1: are being written. Is anyone going to be held accountable
- 23:29Speaker 1: for any of this? Certainly we intend for people to
- 23:35Speaker 1: be held accountable for this. This is why We're continuing
- 23:39Speaker 1: to go after Attorney General Merrick Garland to be certain
- 23:45Speaker 1: that we get this information out in the public so
- 23:49Speaker 1: that people know. You know, if we hadn't been pushing
- 23:54Speaker 1: this ben they may never have had the information go
- 23:59Speaker 1: to the great injury. But what you have is the
- 24:04Speaker 1: FBI and people at the FBI that were complicit in this.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Now they're supposed to be the best law enforcement agency
- 24:15Speaker 1: on the face of the earth, and look at what
- 24:19Speaker 1: they did here. Look at the number of missteps that
- 24:23Speaker 1: are coming forward that the FBI took, not only in
- 24:26Speaker 1: Russia collusion, but you've got other things that we're covering
- 24:31Speaker 1: where they have not done their job. Last week we
- 24:36Speaker 1: had the Larry Nasser trial. We had the female gymnast
- 24:44Speaker 1: in front of us, and the FBI in the way
- 24:47Speaker 1: they fumbled that. And today the Wall Street Journal has
- 24:52Speaker 1: an editorial in about this. We the federal government is
- 24:58Speaker 1: to be impartial, and it is to be equal treatment,
- 25:04Speaker 1: equal justice. But these bureaucracies here in Washington, DC have
- 25:10Speaker 1: become so bloated and so incestuous that now their partisan
- 25:17Speaker 1: Look at what they did in this election, look at
- 25:20Speaker 1: how they conducted themselves, look at how they fought against
- 25:25Speaker 1: President Donald Trump. This is why I fight every single day,
- 25:32Speaker 1: or transparency, for equal treatment, for the government to do
- 25:38Speaker 1: their job to protect the people, not to pick winners
- 25:43Speaker 1: and losers, not to be partisan, but to fulfill their
- 25:47Speaker 1: constitutional duty. Let's talk about the FISA court warrants for
- 25:52Speaker 1: just a second, because my next question is are there
- 25:54Speaker 1: any protections now or stop gaps to make sure that
- 25:57Speaker 1: you can't spy on any one's campaign. It could be
- 26:01Speaker 1: your campaign for Senate, It could be a governor's campaign,
- 26:03Speaker 1: It could be it could be a state campaign, it
- 26:06Speaker 1: could be the presidential campaign. Again, the fact that we
- 26:09Speaker 1: had FI suc court warrants that were approved under the
- 26:12Speaker 1: Obama administration on information that they had confirmed was a lie, fabricated,
- 26:20Speaker 1: created and written by the Clinton campaign, and yet they
- 26:24Speaker 1: still were able to do this. Or is there any
- 26:27Speaker 1: protection now to say or any stop gaps now to say, Okay,
- 26:32Speaker 1: you're never going to be able to do this again,
- 26:33Speaker 1: or can they go and do this all over again
- 26:35Speaker 1: if they want to. We certainly hope that they are
- 26:42Speaker 1: stop gaps that are in place. Having to present that
- 26:48Speaker 1: evidence to the FI succort is something that you know
- 26:54Speaker 1: certainly is important to do and tightening up that process,
- 27:02Speaker 1: which is something that was done last Congress that is
- 27:07Speaker 1: in place. But there again, you know, Ben, when you've
- 27:11Speaker 1: got people that are so partisan and they are corrupt,
- 27:17Speaker 1: and you look at some of these players, James Comey
- 27:22Speaker 1: at the top, that felt like they were above the
- 27:28Speaker 1: law and there was a separate system of rules that
- 27:33Speaker 1: applied to them and therefore they could move forward and
- 27:38Speaker 1: do what they were going to do. It is character
- 27:41Speaker 1: flaws and rotten character to the core. I want to
- 27:46Speaker 1: switch gears quickly to the border because I think it's important,
- 27:49Speaker 1: and we've got about two minutes left with you. But
- 27:51Speaker 1: what we're witnessing at the border right now is a
- 27:53Speaker 1: humanitarian crisis. It's a COVID crisis. And yesterday what we
- 27:58Speaker 1: saw in the headlines was we're going to investigate the
- 28:01Speaker 1: border patrol agents who are on horseback who were trying
- 28:04Speaker 1: to stop Hatians from coming the country. Of course, they
- 28:06Speaker 1: claim that all these people are good people, and then
- 28:08Speaker 1: we find out hours later that a bunch of them
- 28:10Speaker 1: got on a bus, massive fight broke out and then
- 28:13Speaker 1: they actually attacked and assaulted border patrol agents. They then
- 28:16Speaker 1: had to send a Biden administration and I say this,
- 28:20Speaker 1: you know, almost just rolling my eyes. But they actually
- 28:23Speaker 1: sent caged buses to then put the Haitians in. Where's
- 28:28Speaker 1: AOC crying at the at these buses? Right? We put
- 28:30Speaker 1: adults in cages, as my point, And this is the
- 28:34Speaker 1: story that comes out of us. And then we find
- 28:36Speaker 1: out that they're just releasing Haitians now into the general
- 28:39Speaker 1: public with a quote court date to appear. Yes. And
- 28:44Speaker 1: then I will tell you this from women in Tennessee
- 28:50Speaker 1: security moms, we are hearing so much concern about this.
- 28:56Speaker 1: They are sending migrants, whether they are from the southern
- 29:02Speaker 1: border or they're Afghanistan refugees that we're not properly vetted,
- 29:09Speaker 1: that are not a part of the SIV process. They're
- 29:12Speaker 1: just being sent to states and communities. This is done
- 29:17Speaker 1: without information being sent to local and state officials. So
- 29:23Speaker 1: many women have contacted me. They're concerned about the outbreak
- 29:27Speaker 1: of measles that we have seen, They're concerned about COVID,
- 29:32Speaker 1: They're concerned about other diseases that are coming in. They're
- 29:39Speaker 1: reading some of these blog posts that border patrol families
- 29:44Speaker 1: are posting and the concerns that they are expressing. Their
- 29:49Speaker 1: hearing from people that live in Del Rio, Texas and
- 29:54Speaker 1: what they are seeing on the ground, and people are saying,
- 29:58Speaker 1: we have to put a stop to this. We have,
- 30:01Speaker 1: We've got to and that and I couldn't agree with
