- 1:49Speaker 3: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 6: Come out you think that, Ah, I sure will. Good morning, everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 6: Are you listening to the voice?
- 2:07Speaker 1: Come on?
- 2:08Speaker 6: Dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:12Speaker 6: radio show. Okay, I got something for you today. I'm
- 2:19Speaker 6: gonna have a conversation this morning about my understanding of
- 2:23Speaker 6: grace now that I've gotten older and I've come into
- 2:27Speaker 6: a better understanding of a lot of things I didn't
- 2:30Speaker 6: know about when I was younger. This is just my
- 2:34Speaker 6: interpretation of grace. Now once again, y'all listen to me.
- 2:40Speaker 6: I ain't nobody's pastor, I ain't nobody's minister.
- 2:43Speaker 2: So you know, I'm.
- 2:44Speaker 6: Pretty sure you can go to church and get a
- 2:47Speaker 6: far more extensive definition of one I'm giving you. I'm
- 2:50Speaker 6: just talking to people.
- 2:52Speaker 2: You know.
- 2:53Speaker 6: Grace is this thing that God provides for us and
- 3:00Speaker 6: grace is just things that you get that's really undeserving,
- 3:06Speaker 6: you know.
- 3:06Speaker 7: I mean, I look at my life as it is today.
- 3:09Speaker 2: You know.
- 3:09Speaker 6: Look, I work hard and I have faith in God
- 3:12Speaker 6: that I do so things are going to happen in
- 3:15Speaker 6: my life. But the way my life is now, I
- 3:18Speaker 6: don't don't. I don't deserve all of this, don't. I
- 3:22Speaker 6: don't look at it that way. I have been the
- 3:24Speaker 6: beneficiary of God's grace. I have aligned myself in a
- 3:29Speaker 6: position to accept whatever grace God has for me, and
- 3:35Speaker 6: it will be far abundant and exceedingly in anything you
- 3:40Speaker 6: could think of. His grace supersedes anything you could possibly imagine.
- 3:46Speaker 6: You know, the goals that I set and the aspirations
- 3:49Speaker 6: that I shoot for, and the things that I have
- 3:51Speaker 6: on my dream board. I have the faith that God
- 3:53Speaker 6: will give it to me. But what He does with grace,
- 3:56Speaker 6: he gives you far more than that. He gives you
- 3:59Speaker 6: what He has for you, not what you can see.
- 4:02Speaker 6: You can't see all He has for you. It's impossible.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Who are you?
- 4:06Speaker 6: How can you possibly imagine what he can imagine? How
- 4:09Speaker 6: can you possibly think? How he can think? How can
- 4:12Speaker 6: you possibly do what he can do? How can it
- 4:15Speaker 6: be that isn't a single mind living or a collection
- 4:19Speaker 6: of minds that could have thought of Earth? What in
- 4:23Speaker 6: your wildest imagination could have made you think of Earth?
- 4:27Speaker 6: The stars, the heavens, the oceans, the galaxy, the constellations?
- 4:33Speaker 6: What in your mind? What in any man's mind? We
- 4:37Speaker 6: can point at it and analyze it, but we show
- 4:39Speaker 6: couldn't have thought of it. So come on now, I'm
- 4:43Speaker 6: talking about lining yourself up with God's grace, which he
- 4:48Speaker 6: will give to you if you want some of it now.
- 4:52Speaker 6: But now his thing about grace, it can't be bought.
- 4:55Speaker 6: Could if it could be bought, I'm telling you I
- 4:58Speaker 6: would pour all the money I have and dump it
- 5:02Speaker 6: into grace, because, after discovering what it is, it's this
- 5:08Speaker 6: goodness that God shines on you simply as a reward
- 5:13Speaker 6: of some type for his love for you and for
- 5:16Speaker 6: you attempting for you, attempting.
- 5:20Speaker 7: To do right, not because you get it right. Because
- 5:23Speaker 7: if He judged us purely on.
- 5:25Speaker 6: How we are the right and wrong of it, we
- 5:27Speaker 6: would all be doomed, all of us, every last one
- 5:32Speaker 6: of us, would be doomed because we all fall short,
- 5:36Speaker 6: we all make mistakes, we all sin.
- 5:39Speaker 2: We all get.
- 5:40Speaker 7: It wrong from time to time. Nobody's perfect.
- 5:44Speaker 5: Man.
- 5:45Speaker 6: Now I understand what my mother was saying about cleaning
- 5:48Speaker 6: the house. All I want is a little more grace.
- 5:51Speaker 6: All I need is a little more grace when the
- 5:54Speaker 6: last time you ask God for some grace. Now, I'm
- 5:56Speaker 6: not talking to you like I know everything. If you
- 6:00Speaker 6: just benefit from His grace what you already have. But
- 6:04Speaker 6: if you're not aware of it, you don't know what's
- 6:06Speaker 6: going on. Become aware of grace, Get aware of the
- 6:10Speaker 6: fact that God does things for you simply because He
- 6:13Speaker 6: loves you. He does things for you that you don't
- 6:16Speaker 6: even deserve. Somehow, you just wonder how you just got
- 6:19Speaker 6: over when you didn't even do the things to get over.
- 6:24Speaker 6: Sometimes you don't even know how you got that job
- 6:27Speaker 6: you got when you ain't even really do the things
- 6:29Speaker 6: to get your job. How you end up where you
- 6:31Speaker 6: are all the education you thought you went and got,
- 6:34Speaker 6: and hey, how you end up where you are today
- 6:37Speaker 6: in a much better position than your education could have
- 6:39Speaker 6: ever gotten you.
- 6:41Speaker 7: That's grace. How I get every place I am today.
- 6:46Speaker 6: I didn't plan this, Man, If I could have planned
- 6:48Speaker 6: my life the way it is, don't you know how'd
- 6:49Speaker 6: have done it when I was living in that car
- 6:51Speaker 6: if I knew how to do it.
- 6:53Speaker 7: No, I benefited from his grace.
- 6:56Speaker 6: I'm just a beneficiary of his grace, of his goodness
- 7:01Speaker 6: and his mercy. God's goodness is better than your goodness.
- 7:05Speaker 6: God's goodness is better than your mother's goodness. It's better
- 7:09Speaker 6: than your wife's or your husband or your boo's goodness.
- 7:12Speaker 6: God's goodness is different. His goodness man covers some stuff
- 7:17Speaker 6: you can't even imagine. So why are you trying to
- 7:21Speaker 6: put your life together when the last time you asked
- 7:24Speaker 6: him for just a little bit of grace? When have
- 7:28Speaker 6: you thought of your life in terms of the grace
- 7:31Speaker 6: that it has.
- 7:32Speaker 7: Already benefited from? Have you ever done that?
- 7:36Speaker 2: Man?
- 7:36Speaker 6: Just thought about you? Know you hear songs like my soul,
- 7:39Speaker 6: look back and wonder how I got over?
- 7:40Speaker 7: That was grace. That's all I can call it.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Now.
- 7:43Speaker 6: Like I said, you can go to church or somewherever
- 7:45Speaker 6: you want to, and ministers at the window at school
- 7:48Speaker 6: to teach this thing way better than me. I'm just
- 7:51Speaker 6: giving you from a layman standpoint. Man, have you thought
- 7:53Speaker 6: about his grace? Would you not bewailled to be a
- 7:57Speaker 6: beneficiary of his grace, would it not say? Now, check
- 8:00Speaker 6: this out. The better you try to do, the more
- 8:05Speaker 6: grace he'll give to you. Now that grace can't be bought,
- 8:08Speaker 6: like I said, it's free. You can't purchase grace. But
- 8:12Speaker 6: the better you try to become the more the more
- 8:15Speaker 6: grace he gets to put your way. So man, just
- 8:19Speaker 6: try Why don't you just try to do better? Look, man,
- 8:23Speaker 6: quit talking about it. I'm gonna start next week. I'm
- 8:25Speaker 6: gonna start at the new year. Now you not, Yeah,
- 8:27Speaker 6: you do that every year ever at the new year.
- 8:30Speaker 6: I wanna eat better at the new year. I'm I'm
- 8:32Speaker 6: gonna go get in here and the new year. If
- 8:34Speaker 6: you're gonna do it, you're gonna do it now. Man,
- 8:37Speaker 6: you're gonna do it nowing, Stop trying do something, do it,
- 8:41Speaker 6: Stop talking about it, do it now.
- 8:44Speaker 7: The best way to benefit from his grace is starting.
- 8:47Speaker 6: Action now, n O W Now, right now today, what
- 8:53Speaker 6: you're waiting on, all you doing is delaying his opportunity
- 8:57Speaker 6: to bless you.
- 9:00Speaker 7: You know, man, you know do you know how many
- 9:01Speaker 7: times we do that?
- 9:02Speaker 6: We delay his opportunity to bless us by not starting now.
- 9:07Speaker 7: If you gonna get healthy. Why don't you start now?
- 9:10Speaker 6: Now you're gonna trip a little bit because the holiday's coming,
- 9:13Speaker 6: But you ain't got to eat bad all the time.
- 9:15Speaker 7: You could start.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Eating correct today. You could.
- 9:19Speaker 7: You could, and then guess what there could be some
- 9:21Speaker 7: grace on.
- 9:22Speaker 2: The end of that.
- 9:22Speaker 6: I'm just giving you a little cheap analogy. But do
- 9:26Speaker 6: you feel what I'm saying to you? Start thinking in
- 9:28Speaker 6: terms of grace, what He has done for you and
- 9:31Speaker 6: provided for you that you ain't even see coming. That
- 9:34Speaker 6: you know, you keep calling them blessings, and I got that.
- 9:36Speaker 6: A lot of it OUs all it is, But man,
- 9:38Speaker 6: have you thought about the stuff that didn't happen to
- 9:40Speaker 6: you you can't account for. For me, that's been grace
- 9:46Speaker 6: and I'm beneficiary of it, and that's available to everybody
- 9:50Speaker 6: that won't sung. Next time you're talking to him, just
- 9:52Speaker 6: check in with grace. See what that is. That's that's
- 9:56Speaker 6: better than money.
- 9:57Speaker 8: You're listening to the seed Harvey, morning shall rise and shine.

- 14:42Speaker 1: Okay?
- 14:43Speaker 2: Okay, well it's on, it's on. This is the Blind Bible. Yes,

- 14:59Speaker 2: Yeah you now you run the barber shop down there,
- 15:02Speaker 2: on't you? Okay, Now, I'm trying to see if if
- 15:06Speaker 2: y'all got any booth rentals down there where I can
- 15:10Speaker 2: come in there and cut some half. I've been cutting
- 15:12Speaker 2: how a long time. I want to see if y'all

- 15:19Speaker 10: I got two boots open right now you need a boot?
- 15:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm trying to get in there and get the cutting.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Now you now how much you charge for booth rental
- 15:27Speaker 2: on a weekly basis?
- 15:29Speaker 10: That's two hundred dollars a week.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Two hundred dollars a week. Now, that's eight hundred dollars
- 15:33Speaker 2: a month. That they're good your two hundred? Now winter,
- 15:36Speaker 2: Can I get down there so you can meet me?
- 15:39Speaker 2: You know when you show me around the shop, so
- 15:41Speaker 2: I know what.
- 15:41Speaker 10: Now I'm open from eight to seven. That's that's two
- 15:44Speaker 10: to two saddays.
- 15:45Speaker 2: All right, because I want to see if I can
- 15:47Speaker 2: maybe meet you there so I can get down there
- 15:48Speaker 2: and you feel my way around come out. Then what
- 15:51Speaker 2: I want to ask you do you mind doing for me?
- 15:55Speaker 2: Do you think you could possibly put up some ramps
- 16:00Speaker 2: where you got steps at and uh and your phone?
- 16:03Speaker 2: Could you take your mind if you take the phone
- 16:06Speaker 2: and put it in brail for me?
- 16:08Speaker 10: Oh wait, wait, wait man, what the hell I need
- 16:10Speaker 10: to put money? Taking rampside and putting phones in the
- 16:14Speaker 10: briell for what was going on with you.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Well, I'm I'm I'm blind. You know I'm not gonna
- 16:19Speaker 2: let that stop me. You know I'm still.
- 16:21Speaker 10: Gonna Oh no, no, no, no, hell no, man, you
- 16:26Speaker 10: wait a minute.
- 16:27Speaker 2: You what, I'm blind? But see what, I've been cutting
- 16:30Speaker 2: my hair for over ten years, and folks say my
- 16:33Speaker 2: hair could always look good. So I just figured I'm
- 16:36Speaker 2: gonna start cutting hand now.
- 16:37Speaker 10: Oh well, yeah what you mightn't cut a hand. It
- 16:40Speaker 10: might be some good that you do, but just ain't
- 16:42Speaker 10: cutting no hand in my shop. Not being blind? That yeah,
- 16:46Speaker 10: ain't not that found my shop man. No wait, I
- 16:48Speaker 10: ain't got no problem with that, man, But you just
- 16:51Speaker 10: can't do it down well.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Wait, wait not to see this what they call excrimination.
- 16:56Speaker 2: You can't do that. You can't sciminate from people you
- 16:59Speaker 2: call they got some type of hand. The cap blowngs
- 17:01Speaker 2: to him.
- 17:01Speaker 10: You listen, hold let me chainst something. Man. I'm not
- 17:04Speaker 10: trying to be trying to put you out of be
- 17:06Speaker 10: in the dock doing what you need to do. But
- 17:08Speaker 10: you just can't do that my shot. Man. I can't
- 17:11Speaker 10: recall it. Discrimination, discriminations, scrimination of what not not not shot.
- 17:19Speaker 10: You just can't do it, baby, listen.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Not I know how to cut hand, I know how
- 17:23Speaker 2: to give folks a lining and stuff like that. I
- 17:26Speaker 2: ain't tried to use no raisor nothing like that, But
- 17:29Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 17:30Speaker 10: Man, come on, dude, can't you find something else to
- 17:35Speaker 10: get into? Was trying to cut out?
- 17:37Speaker 2: Well, this is what I like though, this is what
- 17:40Speaker 2: I feel like, this is my calling.
- 17:42Speaker 10: You just can't do it in my shot.
- 17:43Speaker 2: I'm sorry, no, cause, see now that's what I don't
- 17:46Speaker 2: I don't care to hear something like this here. And
- 17:48Speaker 2: I've been I got the qualifications and I'm able to
- 17:51Speaker 2: do it, and I want to be able to come
- 17:53Speaker 2: down there. And I told you when I first what
- 17:55Speaker 2: I tell you. I said, I wanted to feel my
- 17:57Speaker 2: way around, Didn't I.
- 17:58Speaker 10: Say that I don't need to feel your Wait, doc,
- 18:00Speaker 10: I need you to be able to see what you're doing.
- 18:02Speaker 10: I mean, I don't care about you being able to
- 18:04Speaker 10: cut no half being blind. You got to be able
- 18:06Speaker 10: to see to do that.
- 18:07Speaker 2: This could probably do to do wonder for your shot.

- 37:56Speaker 2: But more importantly, he is my other boss on the
- 38:00Speaker 2: own network, where I am the host of the best
- 38:03Speaker 2: dating show on TV. Ready to love, y'all, put your
- 38:06Speaker 2: hand together and welcome my other boss, the one and
- 38:08Speaker 2: only mister Will Packers Away.

- 38:27Speaker 2: On my best boss.
- 38:31Speaker 10: It's over. I know that's right.
- 38:33Speaker 11: I'm your only boss. Now, you didn't messed up. I
- 38:37Speaker 11: got to get ready to love. Jesus cracking.
- 38:41Speaker 2: Feeling morning.
- 38:43Speaker 1: The energy will always.
- 38:47Speaker 2: Appreciate y'all have hey, man, let's get to it. Man,
- 38:50Speaker 2: Let's let's take care of some some ready to love business.
- 38:52Speaker 10: All right, so I know where you're going.
- 38:55Speaker 2: You know where I'm going. Come on. I kicked off
- 38:57Speaker 2: the new season of Philadelphia, introduced all all other data's
- 39:01Speaker 2: all right. We got the fans hooked week after week
- 39:03Speaker 2: they tune it in. It stuck to the TV like glue.
- 39:07Speaker 2: Then I shut it all down last week's episode when
- 39:11Speaker 2: I told all the fans that Ready to Love Philly
- 39:13Speaker 2: was taking a hiatus until this summer. Yes, the fans,
- 39:17Speaker 2: you know, they're not happy, will please?
- 39:21Speaker 11: My social media is on fire and not in the
- 39:24Speaker 11: day they.
- 39:25Speaker 1: Are looking for me.
- 39:28Speaker 10: Wow.
- 39:29Speaker 11: And reality is that it is a network decision, not
- 39:32Speaker 11: Tommy and I. But when you have a show that
- 39:35Speaker 11: this big, and y'all know we are now the number
- 39:38Speaker 11: one and longest running Black Damien show on all the television,
- 39:43Speaker 11: that's like and all prompts to my brother Tommy and
- 39:49Speaker 11: all seriousness, because we have such an incredible fan base
- 39:53Speaker 11: and Tommy, you have built this over all these seasons.
- 39:56Speaker 11: And sometimes networks, when you have a show that is
- 40:00Speaker 11: successful like this, they do things to maximize viewership and
- 40:04Speaker 11: heighten and to extend the viewership and the height. But
- 40:08Speaker 11: here's what I will tell you. Okay, we're coming back
- 40:11Speaker 11: August one, and you will not be disappointed. I promise
- 40:16Speaker 11: you You're gonna see why. And it is something that
- 40:19Speaker 11: the network is behind and it is so excited about it,
- 40:22Speaker 11: and so they did extend it so for all my
- 40:25Speaker 11: already loved friends, we appreciate y'all sticking with us, but
- 40:28Speaker 11: we're coming back strong. August first, exactly at the end
- 40:31Speaker 11: right there, August one, yep. Absolutely, and gonna be here
- 40:35Speaker 11: before you know it. And we're gonna come back strong.
- 40:37Speaker 11: So we appreciate y'all, I think, but you got.
- 40:39Speaker 10: To show that doing well.
- 40:40Speaker 11: Sometimes, as I said, networks, they want to extend the height.
- 40:44Speaker 10: The viewership is very very strong.
- 40:46Speaker 11: They make these decisions, and so Tommy and I just
- 40:48Speaker 11: have to roll with it. And it ain't on't Timmy,
- 40:50Speaker 11: they don't meet, and it certainly ain't on the fast
- 40:52Speaker 11: because y'all have been supporting us.
- 40:54Speaker 2: We're gonna take a break when we come back. I
- 40:56Speaker 2: want to hear about this New York Times bestseller book.
- 40:59Speaker 2: That's what I want to hear about.
- 41:01Speaker 11: Oh, let's get into it, baby, I'm ready.
- 41:03Speaker 8: Right after this, you're listening to Harvey Morning Shows.
- 41:08Speaker 2: We are back. We still got my boy, Will pack on.
- 41:11Speaker 2: I'm sorry, not my boy, my other boss, bad boss.
- 41:14Speaker 11: There you go.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Put some speck on.
- 41:18Speaker 2: It, put some speck on it. Yeah, all right, man,
- 41:21Speaker 2: come on, bring me up to speed. You tell me
- 41:22Speaker 2: about this book. The title is Who Better Than You?
- 41:25Speaker 2: The Art of Healthy Arrogance and Dreaming Big. So, first
- 41:28Speaker 2: of all, congratulations, you are now a New York Times
- 41:32Speaker 2: bestselling off so big up, so many.
- 41:34Speaker 11: Thanks, yeah, thanks, y'all. It stills amazing, like people are
- 41:38Speaker 11: loving this book. So I'm wrote a book and it
- 41:42Speaker 11: is a motivational book, inspirational book, right, It's a book
- 41:47Speaker 11: to let everybody know that you deserve success. That is
- 41:51Speaker 11: what it's about.
- 41:52Speaker 1: You know.
- 41:52Speaker 11: I've been in this game for thirty years now, and
- 41:54Speaker 11: I've worked with some of the most successful people in
- 41:57Speaker 11: the world. And the most successful people are have something
- 42:00Speaker 11: in common, and it is that they have this supreme confidence.
- 42:04Speaker 11: I call it healthy rigans that not only could they
- 42:08Speaker 11: be successful, but they will be successful and they deserve
- 42:11Speaker 11: su step and I want people to know that you
- 42:14Speaker 11: can unlock that too. No matter who you are, no
- 42:17Speaker 11: matter where you are your life or career, success is
- 42:20Speaker 11: out there for you. So I wrote a book. In it,
- 42:22Speaker 11: let me tell you, it's front of y'all. I'm telling
- 42:25Speaker 11: stories that I've never sold before. From all my decades
- 42:29Speaker 11: in Hollywood. I'm talking about Beyonce, Kevin Hart, I even
- 42:32Speaker 11: got to see Harvey story in there. I'm gonna tell y'all.
- 42:36Speaker 10: I'm only sorry about.
- 42:37Speaker 11: How when we first release Think Like a Man opening weekend,
- 42:41Speaker 11: we were supposed to make about twenty million dollars and
- 42:44Speaker 11: I called Seeve. I was so excited. I said, hey,
- 42:47Speaker 11: big oh, I got you covered. We made the budget
- 42:50Speaker 11: back of the movie and the opening weekend. And he said, well,
- 42:53Speaker 11: it's tideen.
- 42:54Speaker 2: You know.
- 42:55Speaker 11: How come you know what it's gonna make for the
- 42:57Speaker 11: whole weekend. And I realized, I say, okay, see, you
- 43:00Speaker 11: don't understand how the movie business work. Let me explain
- 43:02Speaker 11: it to Y'alluncle, okay, we estimate what the movie is
- 43:06Speaker 11: gonna make based on what it makes on Friday night.
- 43:09Speaker 11: That you stick to what you do, Steve, I'm gonna
- 43:11Speaker 11: do what I do. Say this part of the business.
- 43:13Speaker 8: You know.
- 43:13Speaker 11: I'm telling Steve, and Steve you know how he is.
- 43:16Speaker 11: He said, oh, well, you know, well I'm right, and
- 43:18Speaker 11: that's what you own it you act with that number.
- 43:20Speaker 11: But I just feel like you can get high here.
- 43:22Speaker 11: But you know whatever, I'm proud of you.
- 43:24Speaker 5: Man.
- 43:25Speaker 11: Gone here now, y'all don't tell see if I did
- 43:27Speaker 11: that bad and pressing up when they come back to
- 43:28Speaker 11: say it.
- 43:30Speaker 2: Let him know, but have his check though, makes so
- 43:33Speaker 2: he got his check.
- 43:34Speaker 10: That's all he kept.
- 43:35Speaker 11: He started with that when he had the moon and
- 43:38Speaker 11: I said, hey, the movie came out.
- 43:39Speaker 10: He's doing well, but where is my check?
- 43:41Speaker 11: That's what he said, Well, where am I getting paid?
- 43:43Speaker 11: Because I need to know. But what he did was
- 43:46Speaker 11: he actually lit a fire under me because I realized
- 43:49Speaker 11: that it wasn't over. And one of the things I
- 43:50Speaker 11: talk about in the book is that you got to
- 43:52Speaker 11: always work hard to the very very end.
- 43:54Speaker 10: It's not over until it's over.
- 43:56Speaker 11: And when Steve said that to me, I actually said,
- 43:59Speaker 11: you know what, Seve is right. They're estimating based on
- 44:01Speaker 11: what we made on day one, but we still got
- 44:04Speaker 11: Saturday and Sunday for the weekend. I called all the
- 44:06Speaker 11: actors that Friday night.
- 44:08Speaker 10: Half of them was drunk, y'all.
- 44:09Speaker 11: I'm gonna tell you Michael ey Oh, Michael Eally was
- 44:15Speaker 11: on that wine. I'm gonna tell you that right.
- 44:18Speaker 10: You know, he's so man. He was at home with
- 44:20Speaker 10: his land Cross and a cigarette, shipping on wine, something
- 44:23Speaker 10: about well I ain't going nowhere.
- 44:25Speaker 11: I said, like, wake up.
- 44:26Speaker 10: We got to go out and promote this movie. Some more.
- 44:29Speaker 11: But he lit a fire under me. And do y'all
- 44:31Speaker 11: know the movie was supposed to make twenty some millions
- 44:34Speaker 11: by the end of that weekend. Have to us continuing
- 44:36Speaker 11: to push hard and open the thirty three million that
- 44:39Speaker 11: we have. We were one of the first movies to
- 44:42Speaker 11: do that. You see people do that now where they
- 44:44Speaker 11: go out and pop up that movie theater surprising. We
- 44:47Speaker 11: started that tread.
- 44:49Speaker 2: You know what, Will Man, you have always gotten your
- 44:51Speaker 2: hustle on. You never just stopped. You just keep pushing,
- 44:54Speaker 2: Keith pushing you have never I've never seen you not
- 44:57Speaker 2: getting your hustle on.
- 44:58Speaker 11: You have to write. Even with this book, it's a
- 45:01Speaker 11: new muscle for me.
- 45:01Speaker 1: It's something different.
- 45:03Speaker 11: And sometimes it's hard for people to do something different.
- 45:06Speaker 11: Right here's somebody listening right now in a job and
- 45:08Speaker 11: they want to do something different and they're afraid to
- 45:11Speaker 11: make the change. I call that the power of the pivot,
- 45:14Speaker 11: and that is what I wrote this book for people
- 45:17Speaker 11: who are ready to start something new, do something that's
- 45:20Speaker 11: hard or challenging. You have to be willing to take
- 45:24Speaker 11: the leap, to take a risk. That's the power of
- 45:27Speaker 11: the pivot. Everybody has that power. You gotta believe in it.
- 45:30Speaker 11: You gotta know that you deserve success. You gotta build
- 45:34Speaker 11: that confidence muscle. It's like you build any other muscle.
- 45:37Speaker 11: You gotta work at it, and you gotta work at
- 45:39Speaker 11: it day by day.
- 45:40Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, that right there is my other boss,
- 45:45Speaker 2: who better than you. The art of healthy arrogance and
- 45:48Speaker 2: dreaming big is available anywhere books are soul. Mister Will Packer,
- 45:52Speaker 2: I love you man, I.
- 45:54Speaker 10: Love y'all family. Thank you for having me.
- 45:57Speaker 1: Hey, this is Kevin Hard hold tight enough. You have
- 46:00Speaker 1: another prink call coming up next. You're listening to the
- 46:03Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 46:04Speaker 8: Coming up at the top of the hour right about
- 46:07Speaker 8: four minutes after. It's my Strawberry letter for today, and
- 46:09Speaker 8: the subject is his place or mine. It's not what
- 46:13Speaker 8: you think, but it is what you think. And you'll
- 46:16Speaker 8: see in just a few because right now the nephew
- 46:19Speaker 8: is here with today's phone call, prank phone call. We'll
- 46:22Speaker 8: do the strawberry letter in just a little bit.
- 46:25Speaker 2: Ok, All right, Charlie, This right here is me and
- 46:29Speaker 2: my jeez. Yes, Lord heard my grandmama said A many
- 46:34Speaker 2: days with me and my God on the wall at
- 46:38Speaker 2: my grandmama house. It. As far as me and my
- 46:42Speaker 2: we we will serve theve the Lord. Right.
- 46:45Speaker 1: That's right.
- 46:47Speaker 2: So this right here is me and my Jesus. Let's
- 46:50Speaker 2: go get doff. Hello. Hello, I'm trying to reach your sister.
- 46:57Speaker 2: How you doing. I'm giving you a call on behalf
- 46:59Speaker 2: of Baptist Church. You are a member there?
- 47:02Speaker 1: I am all right, yes, I am Okay.
- 47:05Speaker 2: Listen, I'm calling you. They some of the members have
- 47:09Speaker 2: gotten together and had a meeting and wanted me to
- 47:12Speaker 2: give you a call. It seems that a lot of
- 47:17Speaker 2: them are complaining about Sunday services that go on and
- 47:22Speaker 2: wanted for me to give you a call on their
- 47:24Speaker 2: behalf so that we can see if we can address
- 47:27Speaker 2: the problem and talk to you diligently as possible and
- 47:30Speaker 2: try to get the problem rectified.
- 47:32Speaker 10: What's going on.
- 47:34Speaker 2: Well, it seems like that a lot of members are complaining.
- 47:39Speaker 5: I'm sorry, And what is your name again?
- 47:41Speaker 2: My name is ma'am. I'm not actually a member of
- 47:45Speaker 2: the church. I've just been the one that been asked
- 47:47Speaker 2: to give you a call and try to talk on
- 47:49Speaker 2: the members' behalf so maybe we can get this problem
- 47:52Speaker 2: rectified that you that they have As far as you
- 47:55Speaker 2: are concerned, now.
- 47:56Speaker 5: Okay, go ahead.
- 47:57Speaker 11: Well, I'm just trying to see what this is in regards.
- 47:59Speaker 8: To go ahead.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Well, it seems like the members of the church are
- 48:03Speaker 2: complaining about that you're doing too much shouting at church
- 48:08Speaker 2: on Sunday, and it seems to be going on every Sunday,
- 48:10Speaker 2: you running up and down the aisle and you're shouting
- 48:12Speaker 2: all over the place.
- 48:14Speaker 5: And it's me. I've been singled out about my shouting.
- 48:18Speaker 5: Is that what you're saying?
- 48:19Speaker 2: Well, everdently, it's distracting, ma'am. You're distracting everyone from getting
- 48:23Speaker 2: the word and listening to the word and being involved
- 48:25Speaker 2: in the service. And that's the purpose of the call
- 48:28Speaker 2: is to see if we can get you to tone
- 48:30Speaker 2: it down some.
- 48:31Speaker 5: Okay, So the whole church is complaining about me shouting
- 48:34Speaker 5: the way people run up and down the mouse every
- 48:37Speaker 5: Sunday and almost turning cart wheels and flips, and they
- 48:40Speaker 5: singling me, I complained about me.
- 48:42Speaker 2: Well, ma'am, I don't know how it is that you
- 48:45Speaker 2: can see everybody else doing cart wheels when you're the
- 48:47Speaker 2: ones that they say is the one that's doing them.
- 48:49Speaker 5: You do how am I being singled out?
- 48:52Speaker 2: Man? All I'm saying is is that they saying that
- 48:54Speaker 2: you're doing too much shouting and too much running at
- 48:57Speaker 2: this church. Now I'm just the message.
- 48:59Speaker 5: What they they can't tell me how to shout. They
- 49:01Speaker 5: they can't tell me what's going on in my life?
- 49:03Speaker 5: What's gonna keep me from praising God? And they, I mean,
- 49:07Speaker 5: they could just they could go somewhere else with that,
- 49:09Speaker 5: But they are not gonna tell me that I can't
- 49:10Speaker 5: praise my God. They gonna know how good God has
- 49:13Speaker 5: been to me.
- 49:14Speaker 2: And you know what, I understand that I agree with
- 49:16Speaker 2: you wholeheartedly, but it's becoming a distraction. I mean, they
- 49:20Speaker 2: was at the point last night talking about should we
- 49:22Speaker 2: put some seat belts on the pews so so you
- 49:25Speaker 2: can stay down.
- 49:26Speaker 5: We will put some seat But I only gonna tell
- 49:28Speaker 5: people they can't shout in church and praise God. What
- 49:31Speaker 5: can we come to church?
- 49:32Speaker 2: Park? Will you do?
- 49:33Speaker 5: Come to We need to be trying to praise God
- 49:35Speaker 5: and get their own shout on and stop looking at
- 49:37Speaker 5: me and worry about what I'm doing.
- 49:38Speaker 2: We gonna need you to quit running up and down
- 49:40Speaker 2: these aisles and doing what.
- 49:42Speaker 10: Now.
- 49:42Speaker 5: I'm sorry, you know, I'm trying to stay calm. I'm
- 49:45Speaker 5: trying my best. Cool Jesus, she's sir that that's not happening.
- 49:51Speaker 5: You can't tell me I gotta stop shouting.
- 49:53Speaker 2: Okay, man, but let me ask you. Are you running now?
- 49:55Speaker 2: Aren't you just standing still?
- 49:56Speaker 5: Talking? But I don't have to run right now?
- 49:59Speaker 2: Okay, what I'm trying to get you to do like.
- 50:01Speaker 5: This, I don't want to run up and down this
- 50:03Speaker 5: street right now. I can run up and down the
- 50:04Speaker 5: street and praace God, but they're not gonna tell me
- 50:06Speaker 5: to stop shouting at church?
- 50:07Speaker 2: Can we get you to be a little bit more
- 50:09Speaker 2: reserved as what we see? Man? Let me let me
- 50:11Speaker 2: go ahead and go further on what.
- 50:13Speaker 10: They do, how the spirit moves.
- 50:16Speaker 2: Okay, well, let me move and tell you what they've
- 50:19Speaker 2: told me. Now. If we can't get to the point
- 50:22Speaker 2: where you can, you know, tone it down, then we
- 50:25Speaker 2: may have to ask you to leave.
- 50:28Speaker 5: Ask me, oohje O, Jesus, O Jesus, you ask me,

- 56:27Speaker 8: If you thank you subject his place or or mine,
- 56:32Speaker 8: His place or mine. Dear Stephen Shirley, I just married
- 56:37Speaker 8: my soulmate and moved in with her because her house
- 56:40Speaker 8: is bigger than my bachelor pad was. I'm skeptical about
- 56:43Speaker 8: living here because she was married for two years and
- 56:46Speaker 8: they lived here together. They share a four year old
- 56:49Speaker 8: son and he's with us most of the time. The
- 56:52Speaker 8: house is the same as when her ex husband lived here.
- 56:56Speaker 8: He left a lot of his Carolina Panthers junk in
- 56:58Speaker 8: his old home office, and I asked her to box
- 57:01Speaker 8: it up and give it to him because it's a
- 57:03Speaker 8: falcon's home now. She said, it will always be a
- 57:07Speaker 8: panther's household. She made me mad, so I boxed it
- 57:10Speaker 8: all up while she stood there. She has a habit
- 57:13Speaker 8: of telling me how things go in the house, and
- 57:16Speaker 8: how they built a rack for the firewood, or how
- 57:19Speaker 8: they talked about getting a pool. She bragged about the
- 57:22Speaker 8: azaleas that he planted for her, so I was happy
- 57:25Speaker 8: when the weeds killed the whole bush.
- 57:28Speaker 1: I finally got my name on the deed.
- 57:30Speaker 8: To the house, and on that same day I had
- 57:33Speaker 8: to tell her ex to stop walking in this house
- 57:36Speaker 8: without knocking first. All my wife said was that old
- 57:39Speaker 8: habits die hard, and they both laughed. I've asked my
- 57:44Speaker 8: wife many times, is this his place or mine? My
- 57:48Speaker 8: wife said, it's our house, but her ex has to
- 57:51Speaker 8: be comfortable here so that co parenting will work. I
- 57:55Speaker 8: lost it yesterday when she told her son to go
- 57:57Speaker 8: to daddy's office and get the football out of the box.
- 58:00Speaker 1: It's not his.
- 58:01Speaker 8: Daddy's office anymore, it's my office. I threaten to move
- 58:05Speaker 8: back to my bachelor pad if she can't create boundaries
- 58:08Speaker 8: with her ex and stop making me look foolish. Should
- 58:11Speaker 8: I give this more time or should I start packing today?
- 58:16Speaker 1: Please?
- 58:16Speaker 2: Help.
- 58:17Speaker 8: All right, Well, you know, since you asked, I think
- 58:21Speaker 8: this living arrangement is whack. It's not working, So yeah,
- 58:25Speaker 8: start packing today. I mean she needs know you mean
- 58:28Speaker 8: business now. She's too disrespectful. This is you and her
- 58:32Speaker 8: house right now, not her and her ex's house. And
- 58:36Speaker 8: there is a third person in this marriage if you
- 58:38Speaker 8: didn't know, and that is her ex husband. Who what
- 58:41Speaker 8: man walks into another man's home without knocking even though
- 58:46Speaker 8: it used to be his, it's no longer his. She
- 58:49Speaker 8: can't seem to shake him. She can't seem to shake
- 58:51Speaker 8: her ex. But this is something you guys should have
- 58:54Speaker 8: worked out way before you got married, before you got married,
- 58:59Speaker 8: not after the fact.
- 59:00Speaker 1: How did you get to this point?
- 59:02Speaker 8: How did all this happen? Did you guys talk, communicate
- 59:06Speaker 8: at all? You can't even be the man in your
- 59:09Speaker 8: own house. But it really isn't your house now, is it,
- 59:13Speaker 8: even if your name is on the deed. I say
- 59:16Speaker 8: sell this house, start fresh with a new home altogether.
- 59:19Speaker 1: If you can.
- 59:21Speaker 8: Co parenting can work anywhere. It doesn't just have to
- 59:24Speaker 8: work at this home. If you don't sell this house
- 59:28Speaker 8: and get another house for the two of you, you're
- 59:30Speaker 8: going to continue to live in her ex husband's shadow.
- 59:33Speaker 1: And I don't know how you didn't see this coming.
- 59:35Speaker 1: I don't know how you didn't see that, Tommy.
- 59:38Speaker 2: We ain't even at this house. It's time to get petty,
- 59:42Speaker 2: and and you talking to the number one person. When
- 59:44Speaker 2: it's time to get petty, we fin to get down
- 59:46Speaker 2: in it. Okay, he got all this Carolina stuff up there.
- 59:49Speaker 2: Don't worry about that. Take all that down. Guess what
- 59:51Speaker 2: we're starting with. We're starting with the driveway. We've been
- 59:54Speaker 2: to paint a big falcon right there in the drive
- 59:57Speaker 2: We fin to get petty around here. You understand me.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: When you walk in what you see, Shirton, You see
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: falcon wallpaper all on the wall. I'm finna do it
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: to you when all in the bathroom red and black rugs.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: Matter of fact, when that little boy come home from
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: school long you know, walked in his room and I
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: done painted it red and black, Yes, I have we
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: finna get pet up in here, because yes, as matter
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: of fact, since your ex stopping by, Hey, hey, guess
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: what my ex coming through too? Yeah, to get funny,
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: that's my ex. What you know, hard habits is hard
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: to break down. You come over here. I don't know why.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: She just want to come over here and cook something
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: for me. You know, it's just it's just something she do.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: Don't worry about that. It's hard. Habits is hard, you know.
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: That's it's just hard to it's just hard to do that.
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: It's I'm sorry. So, yeah, she coming over, she gonna
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: take care of me. This is what I would do.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: Get you a nice mural, okay, a nice mural of
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: famous people that played for the Falcons. So tell me
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: what y'all like. Michael Vick, Michael Vick, Dion Sanders, Julio Jones.
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: We're going to get a whole wall Junior with them
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: three right there on it, all in the in they
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: Falcons outfits. That's how you do it. You got to
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: fight for what you want, bro, and you over there
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: trying to pack it up and give up. Don't pack
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: up and give up. Fight for your name is on
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: the deed now, matter of fact, get that deed blowed
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: up and frame that and put that right there on.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: There's a whole wall for that deed. You've got to fight.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: You got to get petty, get down in it and
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: get petty. When we sit down and eat what what
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: what kind of dishes you think we got? What do
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: you think we got? We got Atlanta falcons dishes over here.
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: That's what we need done for.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: What what dirty bird?
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: Dirty bird up in here? Up now you're gonna call it.
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: That's what I want to put on the ceiling. Dirty bird,
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: rise up. We look up when she matter of fact,
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: when she come home from work and go in the bedroom,
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: guess a whole confident with the falcon on it. That's what. Yes,
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: we got to get rid of that Carolina. Now, any
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: other plants he got outside, go out there and poke
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: gas on that. All right, let's kill that. We're gonna
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: kill all that. We gonna kill everything he had. Y'all
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: ain't getting no pool because y'all ain't gonna be along
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: together long enough to make that help. The pool ain't
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: gonna happen. All this stuff that really is over, this
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: has been. First of all, y'all not finna get married.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: All right, you're not. Okay, it's not gonna happen. I
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: just want you to get petty on the way out.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: That's all I want, okay.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: All right, all right, nephew, thank you.
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: Coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour, we'll

- 1:03:37Speaker 8: This guy wrote in saying his place her mind. He's
- 1:03:41Speaker 8: just married his soulmate. They moved They moved in together.
- 1:03:45Speaker 8: He moved in with her because his bachelor pad was
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: too small. Her house was bigger. The only problem is
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: she hasn't really let things go from the past, like
- 1:03:56Speaker 8: her ex. She has a little boy. Her ex just
- 1:03:59Speaker 8: walks in the house whenever he feels like it, because
- 1:04:01Speaker 8: she says that's the only way co parenting will work.
- 1:04:05Speaker 8: She talks about how she and her husband they built
- 1:04:09Speaker 8: a rack for the fire wood, or how they talked
- 1:04:12Speaker 8: about getting a pool. She bragged about stuff that she
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: and her husband her ex husband did all while her
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: new husband is right there. He said he lost it
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: when she said told her son to go to daddy's
- 1:04:25Speaker 8: office and get something, and he said, it's my office now.
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: So what he wants to know is, uh huh is
- 1:04:32Speaker 8: should he pack up and leave and go back to
- 1:04:34Speaker 8: his bachelor pad, or you know, should he give this
- 1:04:37Speaker 8: more time? And Tommy said, it's time to get real
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: petty with it. They like the Carolina Panthers she and
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: her ex did. Her new husband likes the Atlanta Falcon, so,
- 1:04:49Speaker 8: you know, get petty right there, I said, sell the
- 1:04:52Speaker 8: house and just start a new get a fresh new start,
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: sell the house by the you know, if you guys
- 1:04:56Speaker 8: can do that, buy a new house, start over again.
- 1:05:00Speaker 12: Do you say his place of mind, Well, clearly you
- 1:05:02Speaker 12: wrote it is his place.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: We know that for sure.
- 1:05:05Speaker 13: It is clearly his place. I don't I don't know
- 1:05:07Speaker 13: what youthuty was, but it's clearly his place. But I
- 1:05:10Speaker 13: hear what I'm saying. That's a good way to do it.
- 1:05:12Speaker 13: Be petty and stay, but you need to leave.
- 1:05:15Speaker 12: That's all I now.
- 1:05:17Speaker 13: You really should consider leaving now. And here's another thing
- 1:05:20Speaker 13: I did for you this morning, because we're Atlanta. I'm
- 1:05:22Speaker 13: in Atlanta too, so I already did it for you.

- 1:13:19Speaker 8: Coming up at the top of the hour, guys, a
- 1:13:21Speaker 8: man on social media needs some advice. He says, My
- 1:13:24Speaker 8: wife's novel is about our friends. Uh oh, my wife's
- 1:13:29Speaker 8: novel is about our friends. We're gonna talk about this
- 1:13:32Speaker 8: one right after this my house. You you're listening to
- 1:13:38Speaker 8: the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we go.
- 1:13:42Speaker 8: This is from B on Steve barbfm B says, my
- 1:13:45Speaker 8: wife recently finished writing her first novel, and she's excited about.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: It, but I'm feeling a bit nervous.
- 1:13:52Speaker 8: It turns out she's based most of her characters very
- 1:13:55Speaker 8: obviously on some of our closest friends, including their personal
- 1:14:00Speaker 8: struggles and secrets that they've trusted us with over the years.
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: She insists it's.
- 1:14:06Speaker 8: Just fiction, but anyone, anyone in our circle would recognize
- 1:14:10Speaker 8: themselves immediately. This is straight out of the Best Man
- 1:14:14Speaker 8: movie Mess with Tay Diggs is Harper Oh, one of
- 1:14:17Speaker 8: my favorite movies. Anyway, I don't want to hurt her
- 1:14:21Speaker 8: feelings or damp in her excitement, but I'm worried this
- 1:14:24Speaker 8: book could blow up our friendships. So here's a question
- 1:14:27Speaker 8: from b. B says, should I encourage her to change
- 1:14:30Speaker 8: it before she tries to get it published?
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: Or am I overthinking this? That's what he wants to know.
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: Ooh, this sounds like The Help. That's what it's kind
- 1:14:39Speaker 2: of like The Best is that man? For sure? Friends? Man,
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: because your friends are gonna know. Oh they talking about me.
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: I know this Helpot did. That's what's what that happened.
- 1:15:00Speaker 8: And these are these are secrets that they've trusted them with.
- 1:15:03Speaker 8: They're just that close and she put it all in
- 1:15:06Speaker 8: a book.
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: You're gonna lose your friendship over that, man, don't do that. Well,
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: you need to rewrite that, you need another draft.
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: Yeah, you need to play some things around you remember
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: Terrence Howard Quinton? All right? Yeah, not a good idea. No,
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: you're not overthinking it, all right.
- 1:15:26Speaker 8: This is from elc on Reddit Elsie says, I've been
- 1:15:30Speaker 8: a big winner in my office March Madness bracket pool
- 1:15:34Speaker 8: in four of the last five years. As a result,
- 1:15:37Speaker 8: this year, everyone thinks they're being sneaky by asking me
- 1:15:40Speaker 8: to help them make their picks. I guess it doesn't
- 1:15:43Speaker 8: occur to them that my helping them out works against
- 1:15:46Speaker 8: their best interest. This year, I'm thinking about giving legit
- 1:15:50Speaker 8: help to anyone who asks, with the understanding that I
- 1:15:55Speaker 8: get half their winnings.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: What do you all think? Is it a good business
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: move or is it unsportsmanlike? What do you think?
- 1:16:02Speaker 13: I think you're going about this the wrong way. You're
- 1:16:04Speaker 13: supposed to give them the wrong teams. If you want
- 1:16:06Speaker 13: to win, you got to split nothing. If you just
- 1:16:09Speaker 13: go ahead and give them the wrong team, you gonna
- 1:16:12Speaker 13: you can win the whole pip. Why would I help them?
- 1:16:16Speaker 13: You know, no, there's there's nothing. You just have to
- 1:16:19Speaker 13: get them the wrong team and we good.
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: Oh you didn't your team lost on Man, your bracket
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: already messed up? How did that happen?
- 1:16:28Speaker 12: Said something you gotta do?
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: Ask that?
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought I had it?
- 1:16:32Speaker 8: Oh okay, then so.
- 1:16:35Speaker 13: And then just play just played victim. You're gonna say
- 1:16:38Speaker 13: I thought I knew, why would you even listen to me.
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: For the last if you started bad acting right then?
- 1:16:45Speaker 13: I can't believe that happened last night? What happened with
- 1:16:48Speaker 13: all our brackets are messed up? I picked the same thing.
- 1:16:51Speaker 13: Start laying, you're kidding me?
- 1:16:54Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: What so that's what he should do? Okay, wow? But here,
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: Oh go ahead, car ahead. But I was gonna say,
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: Charley Jr. So we're coming to you, march madness, We're
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: coming to you.
- 1:17:08Speaker 9: We want to get our brackets together to get an
- 1:17:11Speaker 9: office pool.
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: You know, we got a little poom going on here?
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: Are you being honest with us?
- 1:17:16Speaker 8: No?
- 1:17:17Speaker 12: No, y'all won't win a game. Y'all won't have one
- 1:17:22Speaker 12: correct team picked.
- 1:17:23Speaker 8: Not that.
- 1:17:24Speaker 12: If it's me, you mean to tell me the pots
- 1:17:27Speaker 12: five thousand dollars, I'll feel split it with you. No,
- 1:17:29Speaker 12: you won't even know. I'm gonna give you teams that
- 1:17:32Speaker 12: ain't even in this country.
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: You need to pick Germany. That's where you need to
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: pick University Germany.
- 1:17:39Speaker 12: Yeah, German University got a shot at this. Are you
- 1:17:42Speaker 12: not gonna get a You're not gonna get a team
- 1:17:44Speaker 12: in this country that I'm giving you.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: No, So that's how he should do it.
- 1:17:49Speaker 12: Okay, should he's allowed the whole time?
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: No, Okay, have you looked at Singapore?
- 1:17:55Speaker 13: Singapore got a shot. Have you seen Singapore? They're not tall,
- 1:18:01Speaker 13: but they faced.
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: Stupid.
- 1:18:06Speaker 12: I'm not giving you a team in this contrige.
- 1:18:12Speaker 8: All right, guy, coming up in twenty minutes after the hour,
- 1:18:16Speaker 8: we'll have more of this ignorant show right after this.
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:18:23Speaker 8: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well, it's
- 1:18:28Speaker 8: finally happened. It has finally happened. Eggs smuggling from Mexico
- 1:18:34Speaker 8: is now a thing.
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: Well, Mexico is not playing with us.
- 1:18:42Speaker 8: We all know about smuggling concerns on our southern border,
- 1:18:45Speaker 8: but there's a new form of contraband being brought into
- 1:18:47Speaker 8: our country that you might not be aware of.
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: Yeah, contraband eggs. Okay, eggs.
- 1:18:53Speaker 8: Currently, eggs in Mexico costs two thirds less than they
- 1:18:56Speaker 8: cost here. New data from US Customs and Border Protecttion
- 1:19:00Speaker 8: have shown illegal egg imports are on the rise, with
- 1:19:04Speaker 8: the goal of exploiting that price disparity. Okay, as long
- 1:19:08Speaker 8: as you declare them, importing eggs isn't a crime. But
- 1:19:11Speaker 8: recent numbers showed that undeclared egg confiscations have risen at
- 1:19:16Speaker 8: thirty six percent over all, what, fifty percent near the
- 1:19:22Speaker 8: Texas border and one hundred percent near San Diego?
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: Who ever thought this? And and easy the Spanish eggs? Spanish, Yeah,
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: we're gonna do Easter Sunday. What are we gonna do?
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: That's you know today, I'm gonna go do coloring eggs.
