Sioux City Council Approves UTVs on Streets | Sioux City News
Sioux City just took a major step toward letting UTVs hit the streets—passing the first reading of a new ordinance with a 4-0 vote (mayor was away). If approved, riders must be 18+, licensed, and ride at or below 35 mph—no sidewalks or downtown (I-29 to West 14th, Wesley to Floyd). ATVs still banned.
