Are there really only two types of leaders?

Patrick Lencioni #GLS19 said “there are only two types of leaders: SERVANT LEADERS and those who want something REWARD SEEKING LEADERS.” Which one are you? Do you offer yourself for the betterment of others? Do you give beyond your title, your role and your Nolen benefit? Do you do the work which seems “beneath you?” If so, you are likely a servant leader.
