Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Biden has no legal basis to block release of Hunter-Burisma emails

- 0:00Speaker 1: There's a big problem today at the White House, and
- 0:03Speaker 1: they're trying to figure out what in the heck we're
- 0:05Speaker 1: gonna do. And it deals with the idea that the
- 0:08Speaker 1: President United States of America would block the Hunter Biden
- 0:13Speaker 1: Barisma emails. If he blocks it, I think it's fair
- 0:17Speaker 1: to say it would prove just how much they have
- 0:19Speaker 1: to hide. I don't believe that Joe Biden has a
- 0:24Speaker 1: legal basis to say no to the National Archives release
- 0:29Speaker 1: of these Hunter Biden Borisma records under the Freedom of
- 0:32Speaker 1: Information Act. Now, the word they're asking for is not
- 0:34Speaker 1: Hunter Biden in these correspondents, So looking for the word Barisma.
- 0:40Speaker 1: That's a legitimate request based on what was going on
- 0:42Speaker 1: at the time. The President, by the way, in his
- 0:45Speaker 1: own words, was the guy that talked about Ukraine, being
- 0:50Speaker 1: the point man on Ukraine, talked about getting the prosecutor
- 0:53Speaker 1: fired that was investigating Barisma, mocked and laughed on stage
- 0:58Speaker 1: about how he said, you're not getting the money with
- 1:00Speaker 1: holding American government funds taxpayers dollars until the prosecutor was
- 1:05Speaker 1: fired who was looking into corruption of his son's business.
- 1:09Speaker 1: He said it on stage, do we have a right
- 1:12Speaker 1: to know any emails and involve the word Barisma. The
- 1:15Speaker 1: answer is yes. Now, a legal group staff by four
- 1:19Speaker 1: former members I should say of the Trump administration are
- 1:22Speaker 1: now saying if President Biden box the release of these
- 1:26Speaker 1: documents that may contain information on Hunter Biden's relationship with
- 1:30Speaker 1: Ukrainian energy company Barisma, he will have only proven that
- 1:34Speaker 1: he is clearly trying to cover up potential crimes. Now,
- 1:38Speaker 1: America First Legal is one of several groups, not just one,
- 1:42Speaker 1: but several groups who filed these Freedom of Information Act
- 1:44Speaker 1: requests seeking the Obama era documents that reference the word Barisma.
- 1:50Speaker 1: The National Archives and Records Administration is set to release
- 1:54Speaker 1: nearly three hundred emails that match the request. So think
- 1:57Speaker 1: about there's three hundred emails in the US government talking
- 2:00Speaker 1: about a private company in Ukraine called Barisma. Does that
- 2:04Speaker 1: seem weird? Yes, it does. Why would three hundred different
- 2:09Speaker 1: government emails be talking about a private company in Ukraine
- 2:12Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden happens to sit on the board of,
- 2:15Speaker 1: making forty fifty thousand dollars a month from being on
- 2:18Speaker 1: that board in a sector he knows nothing about. The
- 2:22Speaker 1: White House has to side. Now, can we stop to
- 2:25Speaker 1: release these records by invoking an executive privilege. Now, the
- 2:30Speaker 1: White House has refused to say whether Biden tends to
- 2:32Speaker 1: do so, but it's very clear now that he is
- 2:36Speaker 1: wanting to make sure that these never see the light
- 2:38Speaker 1: of day. I want you to hear part of a
- 2:41Speaker 1: conversation that took place, a very interesting conversation on Fox
- 2:47Speaker 1: on Hanny's show with not just In really two different
- 2:51Speaker 1: legal minds. One of them is Greg Jared, who talks
- 2:55Speaker 1: about how this is a major problem he believes for
- 2:59Speaker 1: them criminal league. But you also have a prosecutor, a
- 3:04Speaker 1: former age who also weighed on this issue as well,
- 3:08Speaker 1: and the issue of executive privilege. To take a listen
- 3:10Speaker 1: on be Resment particular. It's really interesting to me. It's
- 3:14Speaker 1: not the most amount of money, but I think we
- 3:16Speaker 1: have the most information. We've got Joe Biden bragging about
- 3:20Speaker 1: leveraging a billion taxpayer dollars to get a prosecutor fired.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Then Hunter, if you recall one on GMA, and they
- 3:28Speaker 1: specifically asked him, do you have any experience and energy? No,
- 3:32Speaker 1: any experience in oil or gas, No, any experience in Ukraine? No?
- 3:37Speaker 1: Why do you think you have paid millions? He said,
- 3:40Speaker 1: I don't know, And then the interviewers said, well, maybe
- 3:43Speaker 1: because your dad was in charge of policy in Ukraine.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Probably so, isn't he almost admitting that he's using his
- 3:53Speaker 1: influence or pedaling his influence because he has nothing else
- 3:56Speaker 1: to offer, Sir and Sean. He had no experience in
- 3:59Speaker 1: natural as in an energy industry, and he made millions
- 4:04Speaker 1: of dollars at the same time. In twenty fourteen, Vice
- 4:08Speaker 1: President Biden, as you said, led the foreign policy with Ukraine.
- 4:13Speaker 1: So that's why this one word Barisma is so important
- 4:16Speaker 1: because it was corrupt. By all accounts, the u K.
- 4:20Speaker 1: And Ukraine had criminal investigations for money laundering against them.
- 4:25Speaker 1: We know that Hunter Biden's business partner met with Joe
- 4:29Speaker 1: Biden in the White House. Then two days later, Hunter
- 4:33Speaker 1: Biden quietly goes on the board of this corrupt company, Barisma,
- 4:38Speaker 1: making millions of dollars, And as you said, then the
- 4:41Speaker 1: Vice President leverages a billion dollars a billion in loan
- 4:45Speaker 1: guarantees to Ukraine unless the prosecutor is fired. The prosecutors fired,
- 4:50Speaker 1: and then the case disappears and the funds are released
- 4:54Speaker 1: to Ukraine. This is out of a clancy novel. You
- 4:56Speaker 1: can't make this up. And yet Barisma may be a
- 4:59Speaker 1: smaller company, but millions of dollars are involved, and this
- 5:02Speaker 1: is really the tip of the iceberg. Then we continue
- 5:05Speaker 1: on with other family members in China and other countries
- 5:08Speaker 1: as well. So these emails are vitally important. These emails
- 5:13Speaker 1: are vitally important. She's right, All of these emails are
- 5:16Speaker 1: vitally important because the American people deserve to know why
- 5:21Speaker 1: this happened. Now, Greg Jared went on to say something
- 5:23Speaker 1: else that was also very important, and that's about the
- 5:26Speaker 1: crimes that could be proven that are committed or that
- 5:29Speaker 1: we're committed from these emails connect even more dots with
- 5:33Speaker 1: the laptop and Biden's influence pedaling. There's no doubt that
- 5:38Speaker 1: the Biden administration understands just how damning this could be,
- 5:44Speaker 1: because they never imagine we would get to this point,
- 5:46Speaker 1: yet here we are. They knew that the media would
- 5:49Speaker 1: protect them, and the media still is protect them. If
- 5:51Speaker 1: this was Donald Trump, this would be wall to wall
- 5:53Speaker 1: coverage twenty four to seven every single day. They'd be
- 5:56Speaker 1: freaking out over this. Can we all agree they would be?
- 5:59Speaker 1: You know, how long is you know? What is he
- 6:01Speaker 1: covering up? What is he wanting to hide? Is this Nixon.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Is this the Nixon tapes. I mean, that's what they
- 6:06Speaker 1: would be doing, That's how they'd be saying it. Listen
- 6:09Speaker 1: to what Greg Jared has to say as well. Right,
- 6:12Speaker 1: it's obvious to all. And it's a crime to confer
- 6:15Speaker 1: a benefit to a foreign government in exchange for something
- 6:20Speaker 1: of value. That's the money to your son. And if
- 6:25Speaker 1: you know, if Biden tries to use executive privilege to
- 6:28Speaker 1: hide these documents, that in itself would be an abuse.
- 6:31Speaker 1: The privilege relates to confidential advice that, if disclosed, would
- 6:37Speaker 1: impair government functions. Well, that that has nothing whatsoever to
- 6:41Speaker 1: do with Brisman and Hunter Biden. There's no confidential information there.
- 6:46Speaker 1: And remember the US Supreme Court in the seminal case
- 6:48Speaker 1: US versus Nixon, in a unanimous decision, said you may
- 6:52Speaker 1: not use executive privilege if it relates to evidence corresponding
- 6:59Speaker 1: to a crime or a criminal investigation. Here, of course,
- 7:02Speaker 1: you've got a criminal investigation by Biden's deo, Jana Hunter Biden,
- 7:07Speaker 1: for corruption, influence, pedaling, fraud, you know, money laundering, a
- 7:13Speaker 1: variety of things, all of which documents suggest implicate Joe Biden.
- 7:19Speaker 1: So if he tries to hide these documents by executive privilege.
- 7:24Speaker 1: He has absolutely no legal basis to do so. If
- 7:27Speaker 1: PAM isn't this why Congressman Jim Kolmar who is investigating
- 7:31Speaker 1: all of this. And by the way, it goes well
- 7:35Speaker 1: beyond Ukraine, as you mentioned, it goes to Russia, it
- 7:38Speaker 1: goes to Kazakhstan, it goes to China. Ja James Khmer said,
- 7:43Speaker 1: it goes up to fifty countries. But isn't this now
- 7:47Speaker 1: the reason why Klemer is saying this is an investigation
- 7:51Speaker 1: into the President of the United States. He didn't say
- 7:54Speaker 1: Hunter now Hunter is involved, but he said, our investigation
- 7:59Speaker 1: will be about the president. Yeah, certainly it is Sean
- 8:02Speaker 1: And again Hunter had no experience. We all know why
- 8:06Speaker 1: Hunter was being paid by this corrupt company. And we
- 8:10Speaker 1: also remember an email was released. It was self serving
- 8:13Speaker 1: to the State Department at the time, but it was
- 8:15Speaker 1: very important because it was John Carey's stepson who said,
- 8:19Speaker 1: I want nothing to do with my business partners, Devin
- 8:22Speaker 1: Archer and Hunter Biden anymore because what they're doing is
- 8:26Speaker 1: not right. Therefore, the Secretary of the State knew what
- 8:29Speaker 1: was going on. The Vice President had to have known
- 8:32Speaker 1: what was going on. And so that ties him into
- 8:35Speaker 1: all this. That's why the investigation is about him, because
- 8:39Speaker 1: he was the sitting Vice president of the United States
- 8:41Speaker 1: at the time when all this happened. What Pam Boondi
- 8:44Speaker 1: is saying here, what Greg Jared is saying here, is
- 8:47Speaker 1: this is no longer about Hunter Biden. Okay, Hunter Biden
- 8:51Speaker 1: is the drug involved in the deal, but that's not
- 8:55Speaker 1: what we really worry about here. Who's the kingpin behind
- 8:59Speaker 1: the drug deal? Who's the guy that's creating the product
- 9:03Speaker 1: to go to market? We've seen and I use drugs
- 9:06Speaker 1: because I think this is the best example right now.
- 9:09Speaker 1: A lot of times you'll grab the guy that's run
- 9:11Speaker 1: the drugs, or grab the guy that's making the drugs,
- 9:13Speaker 1: or grab the guy that's you know, cutting the drugs,
- 9:17Speaker 1: and you say, we don't really care about you. We
- 9:20Speaker 1: need the bigger guy. Who's the CEO, right, Who's the
- 9:26Speaker 1: main guy, who's the alchapo of this organization of this
- 9:31Speaker 1: entire massive fraud or or a crime that's being committed.
- 9:37Speaker 1: And what Jared and Bondi are both saying is the
- 9:39Speaker 1: same reason why these National Archives needs to release these
- 9:43Speaker 1: Barisma emails, because it's no longer about Hunter. Biden. There
- 9:47Speaker 1: was such outrage early on about Hunter and what we
- 9:50Speaker 1: were found in those documents, right and on his emails
- 9:54Speaker 1: and into this laptop that he left this laptop from hell.
- 9:59Speaker 1: And maybe we folk too much on it early on,
- 10:01Speaker 1: being Hunter, Hunter, Hunter, and we should have been saying Joe, Joe, Joe.
- 10:05Speaker 1: And now that's what Republicans are basically trying to say.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Biden has an illegal basis to block the release of
- 10:11Speaker 1: these unless he's just saying I'm gonna use my power,
- 10:14Speaker 1: which I fully expect him to do. By the way,
- 10:17Speaker 1: he's gonna say, this is my son, I love my son.
- 10:19Speaker 1: He was an addict. No, you're not going to see
- 10:21Speaker 1: these emails. Now, we have a right to know what
- 10:23Speaker 1: the federal government was doing and what they were saying
- 10:28Speaker 1: in these big meetings. We have every single right, every
- 10:32Speaker 1: single right to see that. Now, before I get into
- 10:34Speaker 1: more of that, I want to tell you about our

- 12:06Speaker 1: of how to fight back against all of this. They're
- 12:09Speaker 1: going back to But Republicans suck and January the six happen.
- 12:15Speaker 1: How do I know this their game plan because big
- 12:17Speaker 1: headlines this morning. January sixth Committee to conclude their investigation
- 12:23Speaker 1: because it's going to be overright when Republicans take the
- 12:25Speaker 1: House by asking the Department of Justice to of course
- 12:31Speaker 1: prosecute Donald Trump. The Democrats January sixth Committee will conclude
- 12:35Speaker 1: its investigation nah, you know, on Monday, right before Christmas,
- 12:40Speaker 1: by asking the Department of Justice to prosecute former President
- 12:43Speaker 1: Donald Trump through the commitee, though the Committee lacks constitutional
- 12:46Speaker 1: authority to do so. This is just a waste of
- 12:49Speaker 1: your taxpayers dollars in political theater. It's just amazing. The
- 12:53Speaker 1: Congressional Committee must be organized for a legislative purpose, not
- 12:57Speaker 1: as part of a law enforcement action, which is a
- 13:00Speaker 1: function of the executive branch under the separation of powers
- 13:03Speaker 1: in the Constitution. But remember, Democrats don't really care about
- 13:05Speaker 1: separation of powers or held a constitution. They think they
- 13:08Speaker 1: can just rip it up whenever they want to. Nevertheless,
- 13:11Speaker 1: the January sixth Committee, this is not their job. It's
- 13:14Speaker 1: not what the Constitution says. Their job is they are
- 13:17Speaker 1: expected to throw down with their final act. What will
- 13:22Speaker 1: that be? They are going to ask the DOJ to
- 13:25Speaker 1: prosecute Trump for what they say are quote, multiple crimes.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I remember, we already have a special prosecute that's trying
- 13:31Speaker 1: to put Donald Trump in jail so you can't vote
- 13:33Speaker 1: for him. Committee member Adam Schiff, who misled the public
- 13:37Speaker 1: about the evidence of Russian collusion the entire time he
- 13:40Speaker 1: was impeaching Donald Trump. The first time, he knew the
- 13:43Speaker 1: Russian collusion was a hoax. He knew it was made
- 13:45Speaker 1: up by the Democrat National Committee, which he's a part of,
- 13:48Speaker 1: and he knew that Hillary Clinton's campaign paid for it.
- 13:50Speaker 1: He knew that the deep state had already said that
- 13:53Speaker 1: this is total crap, and you should know that, right
- 13:56Speaker 1: They said this was user generated, meaning the Democrats created
- 13:59Speaker 1: the story out of an air. Didn't matter because Adam
- 14:02Speaker 1: Schift decided to overthrow the will of the people, or
- 14:04Speaker 1: at least tried to by impeaching the President of the
- 14:05Speaker 1: United States of America. He lied, he's an insurrectionist. Literally,
- 14:10Speaker 1: when you lead an impeachment of a present that you
- 14:12Speaker 1: know was actually elected. That's what he did, and you
- 14:16Speaker 1: try to overthrow the will of the people and the
- 14:19Speaker 1: results of an election. Aren't you a literal insurrectionist? Yes
- 14:23Speaker 1: you are, but no, no, that insurrectionist is now investigating
- 14:27Speaker 1: January six, welcome to American government. Not only did he
- 14:32Speaker 1: lie about his role in a whistleblor complaint that led
- 14:35Speaker 1: to Trump's first impeachment, he also, we know, don't forget this.
- 14:39Speaker 1: This should be punishable by going to jail, but it's
- 14:41Speaker 1: not because it's Adam shift and he's a Democrat. He
- 14:43Speaker 1: made up phony transcript of Trump phone calls with the
- 14:46Speaker 1: Ukrainian president Zealinski. Never forget that. We also know inspied
- 14:50Speaker 1: on fellow members of Congress during the impeachment investigation, called
- 14:54Speaker 1: for three criminal charges against Trump during an appearance Sunday
- 14:57Speaker 1: on State of the Union. Now, there was an interesting
- 15:01Speaker 1: dialogue that took place as well Monday morning, when the
- 15:06Speaker 1: former Vice President United States of America, Mike Pence, was
- 15:10Speaker 1: asked about this and they played the audio for him
- 15:14Speaker 1: of Adam Schiff calling for these charges, these criminal charges
- 15:17Speaker 1: against Aald Trump, and I remember, it's very clear that
- 15:21Speaker 1: there's been a massive fallout between the Vice President Pence
- 15:25Speaker 1: and Donald Trump. They are not friends. Anymore. Donald Trump
- 15:29Speaker 1: doesn't like him, thinks he's a you know, a trader.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Mike Pence is trying to make his own name for himself,
- 15:34Speaker 1: doesn't like Donald Trump any morning. He's obviously playing on
- 15:36Speaker 1: running for president United States of America. And I was
- 15:40Speaker 1: really intrigued even how Mike Pence responded to this. Take
- 15:44Speaker 1: a listen. I think that the evidence is there that
- 15:48Speaker 1: Donald Trump committed criminal fences in connection with his effort
- 15:51Speaker 1: to overturn the election, and viewing it as a former prosecutor,
- 15:57Speaker 1: I think there's sufficient evidence to charge the president. There's
- 16:01Speaker 1: been build up to this moment. What do you think
- 16:03Speaker 1: of it? Well, I've said many times, having lived through
- 16:06Speaker 1: that day at the Capitol Data, that January sixth was
- 16:10Speaker 1: a tragic day. But thanks to the courage of law enforcement,
- 16:15Speaker 1: the violence was quelled. We reconvene the same day and
- 16:17Speaker 1: finished our work under the Constitution of the United States.
- 16:22Speaker 1: But I'm gonna say, from very early on, I've been
- 16:24Speaker 1: disappointed in the partisan nature of the Select Committee on
- 16:29Speaker 1: Capitol Hill. I mean, to have a committee that was
- 16:33Speaker 1: literally appointed in its entirety by the Democrat Speaker of
- 16:37Speaker 1: the House really violates the history and tradition of the
- 16:40Speaker 1: Congress the United States. You may not remember in two
- 16:43Speaker 1: thousand and seven, I was the ranking member on a
- 16:47Speaker 1: select committee that looked into voting irregularities that had taken
- 16:50Speaker 1: place on the floor of the Congress. We had proper
- 16:53Speaker 1: representation of both political parties. All political parties were allowed
- 16:57Speaker 1: to ask questions of witnesses. We used to report at
- 17:01Speaker 1: the end. And this Select Committee from the very beginning
- 17:07Speaker 1: has has represented a kind of a partisan taint that
- 17:12Speaker 1: I think it's one of the reasons why so few
- 17:15Speaker 1: Americans are paying much attention to what will happen today
- 17:17Speaker 1: or to the results or recommendations of this committee. Even
- 17:21Speaker 1: Pence understands the egregious abuse of power here. And as
- 17:27Speaker 1: you heard Fox say, this has been building for a while, right,
- 17:30Speaker 1: this is what they were going to say. And they
- 17:32Speaker 1: knew they were going to say this the first day
- 17:35Speaker 1: they started this January sixth committee. It's run by the
- 17:38Speaker 1: Democrats and everybody involved. There's no new news here. This
- 17:42Speaker 1: was the entire plan from day one, Like this was
- 17:45Speaker 1: the whole entire ball game from day one. They planned
- 17:50Speaker 1: this out like a movie. Remember they started this in
- 17:52Speaker 1: prime time. Never forget they started in prime time. They
- 17:56Speaker 1: understood exactly what was happening here in prime time. This
- 18:01Speaker 1: was a made for TV political investigation. They treated it
- 18:07Speaker 1: that way. They acted like that's what it was going
- 18:10Speaker 1: to be. They did everything they could to make sure
- 18:13Speaker 1: that's how it went down. I truly believe they're gonna
- 18:18Speaker 1: diet Donald Trump. I think they're gonna try to make
- 18:20Speaker 1: it where you can't vote for him. I think they're
- 18:23Speaker 1: going to say, see, we were right, we told you so.
- 18:29Speaker 1: See we were right, we said this. And look, all
- 18:32Speaker 1: of this comes down to the other issue of freedom
- 18:36Speaker 1: and freedom of speech. Look at, for example, Elon Musk said,
- 18:40Speaker 1: put a poll out should I step down as the
- 18:42Speaker 1: head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of
- 18:45Speaker 1: the poll. The majority said yes. Elon Musk appears desk
- 18:50Speaker 1: and to quit running Twitter, right after ten million users
- 18:53Speaker 1: voted for him to stop. I want to know, and
- 18:56Speaker 1: I'm asked sincerely because they seventeen million people voted on
- 18:59Speaker 1: whether to get rid of Musk as a Twitter boss.
- 19:04Speaker 1: And I want to know how many bots earah. I'd
- 19:05Speaker 1: love to know how much came from overseas. I'd love
- 19:08Speaker 1: to know how much came from China. I'd love to
- 19:10Speaker 1: know how much came from Russia. Now, maybe he'll put
- 19:11Speaker 1: that out there, right, I really do. But this idea
- 19:16Speaker 1: that they can't control everything anymore is a perfect example
- 19:21Speaker 1: of just how much they need to indict Donald Trump
- 19:25Speaker 1: because that's the only way they can make sure he's
- 19:27Speaker 1: not on the ballot. They do not trust you, as
- 19:29Speaker 1: the American public, to do what they demand that you do,
- 19:32Speaker 1: which is to never ever vote for Donald Trump or
- 19:34Speaker 1: anyone like him ever. Again, let me give example of
- 19:38Speaker 1: the lack of control. Now, the left has Elon Musk
- 19:41Speaker 1: briefly suspended Taylor Lorenz's Twitter account for doxing. She is
- 19:47Speaker 1: a Washington Post tech reporter. She was briefly suspended on
- 19:51Speaker 1: Twitter on Saturday because of what the CEO said was
- 19:54Speaker 1: prior doxing action by the account. Lorenzaid her account, which
- 19:59Speaker 1: numbers three twenty thousand followers, was taken down after she
- 20:02Speaker 1: sought comment from Musk for a Washington Post story that
- 20:06Speaker 1: she's working on. The suspension was left on Sunday. Lownz's
- 20:09Speaker 1: account was restored now. The reporter said she believes that
- 20:13Speaker 1: she was suspended because she posted links to her accounts
- 20:18Speaker 1: on other social media platforms. Must end it over the
- 20:21Speaker 1: weekend that Lorenz's doxing stem from allegations that were revealed
- 20:25Speaker 1: in a lawsuit filed against the reporter and her previous employer,
- 20:29Speaker 1: The New York Times by a social media influencer manager,
- 20:34Speaker 1: which is amazing. The thirty eight year old filed a
- 20:39Speaker 1: defamation suit earlier this year against Lorenz and The Times
- 20:42Speaker 1: over a twenty twenty article that she said led to
- 20:47Speaker 1: the demise of her talent management business. Lorenz allegedly manipulated
- 20:52Speaker 1: Jacob's star TikTok clients into making damaging accusations, one of
- 20:59Speaker 1: which was that Jacob leaked nude photos of one of
- 21:01Speaker 1: the teens. The Times has denied the allegations and vowed
- 21:05Speaker 1: to fight the suit in court. Jacob on Friday tweeted
- 21:09Speaker 1: a shibet from the lawsuit, in which she accused Lorenz
- 21:11Speaker 1: of doxing her by linking to a Zillo page with
- 21:15Speaker 1: information about the Los Angeles home that she lived in
- 21:18Speaker 1: at the time. Wow Must said on Twitter, such shameful
- 21:24Speaker 1: behavior will not be tolerated going forward, doxing someone this way.
- 21:31Speaker 1: I'm not famous and I wasn't a public figure either.
- 21:34Speaker 1: When Taylor Lorenz asked for my address, said it wasn't
- 21:38Speaker 1: for publication, then proceeded dox me in the New York
- 21:41Speaker 1: Times with the address. She was assured me she was
- 21:43Speaker 1: going she wasn't going to publish, Jacob tweeted on Friday.
- 21:47Speaker 1: The article was shared many times on Twitter. Jacob's tweet
- 21:51Speaker 1: was aimed at Musk. He responded, such shameful behavior will
- 21:56Speaker 1: not be tolerated going forward. Now this again goes back
- 22:01Speaker 1: to the Democrats. They don't know how to handle this.
- 22:04Speaker 1: That the playing field, at least on Twitter has become
- 22:08Speaker 1: now level. All right, quickly. I also want to say
- 22:10Speaker 1: thank you to our sponsor. Without them, this podcast wouldn't exist.

- 22:38Speaker 1: done for so many It is a hedge to protect

- 23:35Speaker 1: want you to be obsessed with January six, they want
- 23:38Speaker 1: you be obsessed with and doubting Donald Trump, they're also
- 23:41Speaker 1: doing something. It's very smart. The border is in total
- 23:45Speaker 1: chaos right now. Now. They're not gonna say it's an invasion.
- 23:48Speaker 1: They're gonna say it's a humanitarian crisis. They want you
- 23:50Speaker 1: feel compassionate love and kindness for people that are basically
- 23:54Speaker 1: saying I'm coming to America and America is gonna be
- 23:57Speaker 1: my daddy, right they're gonna be my father. We also
- 24:00Speaker 1: know part of why this has become such a big
- 24:03Speaker 1: thing for liberals. There's a very interesting analysis that came
- 24:07Speaker 1: out said, more migrants explanation point move over. The great replacement.
- 24:12Speaker 1: The great replenishment is the new plan to flood rural
- 24:16Speaker 1: areas with cheap labor. The elites are doubling down on
- 24:20Speaker 1: their failed migration policies with the latest target outside cities.
- 24:27Speaker 1: How do I know this is a thing. The UK
- 24:30Speaker 1: government now is on record of saying they want migrants
- 24:33Speaker 1: to spend at least you ready for this five years.
- 24:36Speaker 1: It's like modern day slavery. Five years living in rural
- 24:39Speaker 1: parts of the country as a way to combat combat
- 24:42Speaker 1: depopulation and quote replenish aging communities. This is slavery by
- 24:49Speaker 1: the left. It makes sense because they're liberals and Democrats
- 24:54Speaker 1: are literally the founders of slavery and the KKK and
- 24:59Speaker 1: wanting to keep people enslaved. Never forget that that's not
- 25:01Speaker 1: the Republican Party, that's the Democratic Party. Migrants to Western
- 25:07Speaker 1: countries like the UK usually prefer to settle in urban areas,
- 25:12Speaker 1: leading the government's Migration Advisory Committee also knows mac to
- 25:17Speaker 1: believe special measures are needed to ensure rural areas do
- 25:20Speaker 1: not miss out on the benefits of diversity quote unquote.
- 25:24Speaker 1: So now they're saying we need you to go live
- 25:26Speaker 1: out in places where they need migrant labor in the
- 25:30Speaker 1: hills in the country for the because they don't want
- 25:34Speaker 1: to miss out. We don't want them to miss out
- 25:38Speaker 1: on the benefits of a diverse countryside. This is some
- 25:44Speaker 1: strong government bs for you. These quote special measures were
- 25:50Speaker 1: set up in the max New Annual Report published at
- 25:52Speaker 1: the beginning of December. The measures are aimed in particular
- 25:55Speaker 1: at contributing to the government's Leveling Up agenda, described as
- 26:02Speaker 1: a quote moral, social and economic program for the whole
- 26:06Speaker 1: of government to quote spread opportunity more equally across the UK.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Rural areas such as Cornwall in the island of Sicily,
- 26:16Speaker 1: are among the poorest in Northern Europe, as well as
- 26:19Speaker 1: being home to older populations. Increases in the population and
- 26:24Speaker 1: the proportion of people over sixty five in rural areas
- 26:27Speaker 1: are driven in part by internal migration from cities. Places
- 26:33Speaker 1: like London and Birmingham have seen net outflows of over
- 26:38Speaker 1: sixty five in the recent years and a net influx
- 26:40Speaker 1: of young people. Well, especially during COVID, a lot of
- 26:43Speaker 1: older people are like, why are we sitting here in
- 26:44Speaker 1: the city where we can't do anything. Let's get out
- 26:46Speaker 1: of here and go to the countryside. Let's go to
- 26:48Speaker 1: a rural area, Let's get some land, and let's take
- 26:50Speaker 1: our damn mass off right. A lot of this was
- 26:52Speaker 1: because of the mask mandates and the shutting down of
- 26:55Speaker 1: cities that you are like, why are we still sitting here?
- 26:58Speaker 1: What are we doing here? What's the point of being here?
- 27:01Speaker 1: If this is how they're going to treat us, that's
- 27:03Speaker 1: what they decide to do. Rural areas such as Cornwall
- 27:08Speaker 1: in the island of Sicily, they say they need new
- 27:11Speaker 1: people there quickly to influence the old people. What this
- 27:14Speaker 1: really is down to is they don't like traditional families,
- 27:17Speaker 1: they don't like traditional ideals, they don't like traditional values,
- 27:21Speaker 1: and so they're saying, hey, if you're a migrant, go
- 27:24Speaker 1: five years out there, screw up that area, and then
- 27:27Speaker 1: we'll let you come back to the big city. Wow,
- 27:30Speaker 1: that's not racist at all. The similar scene has been
- 27:34Speaker 1: also divulged by the Scottish government, with a nation expecting
- 27:39Speaker 1: to witness a particularly acute decline in rule demographics and
- 27:42Speaker 1: coming decades. They also say that they can fix this
- 27:46Speaker 1: by sending migrants out there, Professor Brian Bell, who chairs
- 27:52Speaker 1: the committee, saying migrants could fill jobs insectors like agriculture,
- 27:57Speaker 1: fishing and hospitality not racist at all, many of which
- 28:00Speaker 1: are caused by younger people moving to cities. To facilitate this,
- 28:03Speaker 1: they suggest even lower skill requirements for visas than already
- 28:08Speaker 1: exist in the UK. Which brings me back to America.
- 28:12Speaker 1: We've got ten thousand people wanting to cross on a
- 28:16Speaker 1: regular basis into America now because of total forty three
- 28:19Speaker 1: it's about to expire. They're lining up and we're expecting
- 28:22Speaker 1: hundreds of thousands to just flood the border. This is
- 28:25Speaker 1: exactly why Democrats love the flooding of the border, because
- 28:28Speaker 1: they understand that these are the workers they want to
- 28:31Speaker 1: come in to replace the other workers. It's a brilliant move,
- 28:34Speaker 1: right like this is just the greatest thing ever, as
- 28:37Speaker 1: they would describe it. I'm going to play this for you.
- 28:40Speaker 1: I want you to listen to this report from Cina. No,
- 28:43Speaker 1: they're not telling you that your country's being invaded by
- 28:46Speaker 1: people that are breaking in the border ten thousand at
- 28:48Speaker 1: a time. They're telling you it's a humanitarian crisis, so
- 28:52Speaker 1: you should be compassionate and feel love and hug these
- 28:55Speaker 1: people and give them free stuff. And that's your American
- 28:58Speaker 1: patriotic duty to replace you and replace the jobs that
- 29:04Speaker 1: you don't quote want to do. Listen, we are keeping
- 29:07Speaker 1: a close watch on this looming humanitarian crisis on the
- 29:10Speaker 1: US southern border because it just two days from now.
- 29:13Speaker 1: This Trump Area Pandemic Policy, which known as Title forty two,
- 29:17Speaker 1: will end. That happens Wednesday, So you may recall. The
- 29:19Speaker 1: measure itself was implemented in March of twenty twenty in
- 29:22Speaker 1: an effort to slow the spread of COVID. Nineteen border
- 29:25Speaker 1: agents have invoked that measure, allowing them to quickly turn
- 29:28Speaker 1: away more than a million migrants. Authorities in the Rio
- 29:31Speaker 1: Grand Valley have now encountered between nine hundred and twelve
- 29:34Speaker 1: hundred migrants per day. Now, it is estimated that as
- 29:38Speaker 1: many as ten thousand people could be waiting in total
- 29:42Speaker 1: to cross into the US from Mexico as Title forty
- 29:45Speaker 1: two ends. See then live once again. On both sides
- 29:48Speaker 1: of the border, Seeince David Culverra and Sioda a Quarez
- 29:51Speaker 1: Mexico we begin with ed Lavendaro in El Paso, Texas,
- 29:55Speaker 1: where state of emergency has been declared now and what
- 29:58Speaker 1: does that state of emergency? Well, the city says that
- 30:03Speaker 1: the same of emergency will help them get the supplies
- 30:05Speaker 1: they need in terms of food and shelter, but it
- 30:08Speaker 1: also has provided the city ability to move a lot
- 30:12Speaker 1: of the migrants that have been sleeping on the streets
- 30:15Speaker 1: of the city here into hotels other shelter that is
- 30:20Speaker 1: starting to come online as well. All of this in
- 30:23Speaker 1: anticipation of what is going to happen here in a
- 30:26Speaker 1: couple of days, where the mayor of this city now
- 30:28Speaker 1: says anywhere from four to six thousand people could be
- 30:32Speaker 1: coming into the city of El Paso once Title forty
- 30:35Speaker 1: two is lifted on Wednesday. But there is a great
- 30:38Speaker 1: deal of concern that the city and everybody is not
- 30:42Speaker 1: quite ready for the logistical nightmare that could very well
- 30:46Speaker 1: unfold in these areas once if the numbers of people
- 30:51Speaker 1: expected to cross the border does indeed begin to come
- 30:54Speaker 1: to fruition here. So that is one of the concerns
- 30:57Speaker 1: that officials have as they await Wednesday, and they say
- 31:02Speaker 1: that the situation here is going to continue to be tense.
- 31:07Speaker 1: That's been described as one of the biggest challenges the
- 31:10Speaker 1: city has ever faced in terms of migration numbers. And
- 31:14Speaker 1: this is a community that is used to seeing surges
- 31:16Speaker 1: of migration, but they say that this is not something
- 31:21Speaker 1: that this city has ever seen. Will be a real
- 31:23Speaker 1: true test of the humanitarian efforts that the city has
- 31:28Speaker 1: long provided to migrants coming through this region. It's all
- 31:31Speaker 1: a humanitarian effort, right, It's not invasion. This is a
- 31:35Speaker 1: humanitarian effort. This is all about the humanitarian effort. You're
- 31:43Speaker 1: going to tell people the truth? Now, why would we
- 31:45Speaker 1: do that? So you're not going to tell them what's
- 31:47Speaker 1: really happening. No, you're not going to actually tell them
- 31:51Speaker 1: that this is a massive invasion. This is a set
- 31:54Speaker 1: of emergency from a crisis standpoint in this country. This
- 31:57Speaker 1: is no different than what they're doing with the replenishment
- 32:01Speaker 1: great replacement of Americans in the UK. It's the same
- 32:05Speaker 1: thing here. You would essentially quote, have a rule that
- 32:08Speaker 1: says you can employ workers in the rural areas with
- 32:10Speaker 1: a lower skill requirement than the normal minimum requirements. Is
- 32:16Speaker 1: what now Liberals are saying Agriculture and fisheries are obviously
- 32:20Speaker 1: big employers in various rural communities and then hospitality as well.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Is this not racists like, hey, come and do the
- 32:28Speaker 1: crappiest jobs we've got and if you do it for
- 32:32Speaker 1: five years and the rural area, then we'll give you
- 32:34Speaker 1: American citizenship right or citizenship in the UK. Maybe this
- 32:39Speaker 1: is slavery. It's a form of slavery. And the Democrats
- 32:43Speaker 1: are the ones that are advocating for this. They're saying,
- 32:46Speaker 1: take advantage of these people, take advantage of them for
- 32:49Speaker 1: five years, right, pay them these low wages for five years,
- 32:54Speaker 1: own them and tell them where they can and cannot go,
- 32:57Speaker 1: what they can and cannot believe, where they can and
- 32:59Speaker 1: can not live. You own these people. They're importing slaves,
- 33:04Speaker 1: except the only difference is this time we're paying them
- 33:09Speaker 1: a small wage and then we own them. Because you're
- 33:13Speaker 1: saying where you can and cannot live that slavery, is
- 33:15Speaker 1: it not? You can only work in this area or
- 33:17Speaker 1: this sector, will give you a visa if you do this.
- 33:21Speaker 1: And how do you sell this to American people? You
- 33:24Speaker 1: sell it to them this simple way. Oh, this is
- 33:27Speaker 1: a humanitarian crisis and we must take care of these people.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Let me just remind you of one other headline, I'll
- 33:31Speaker 1: leave you with this. A wanted accused illegal alien child
- 33:36Speaker 1: rapist has now been captured, years after Sanctuary County freed him.
- 33:42Speaker 1: You don't think that there are bad guys coming across
- 33:44Speaker 1: our border in ten thousand people at a time, You're
- 33:46Speaker 1: an idiot. An illegal alien wanted for allegedly raping a
- 33:49Speaker 1: child has been captured by ICE agents years after a
- 33:54Speaker 1: sanctuary county in New Jersey freedom from custody. This month,
- 34:00Speaker 1: agents arrested the thirty one year old illegal alien from
- 34:03Speaker 1: Mexico and Santa Ana, California, after being on the run
- 34:06Speaker 1: from law enforcement since late twenty nineteen, when he was
- 34:09Speaker 1: actually released from custody by Cumberland County, New Jersey woke officials.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Camberland County officials release the man to adhere to a
- 34:18Speaker 1: strict sanctuary city policy that protects criminal illegal aliens child
- 34:24Speaker 1: rapists from arrest and deportation by ICE agents. So the
- 34:30Speaker 1: guy was able to go out there. Who knows what
- 34:31Speaker 1: crimes he come in the last two years that we
- 34:33Speaker 1: don't know about, but we know these accuses of raping children,
- 34:36Speaker 1: and that's who this system is now protecting. If you
- 34:39Speaker 1: don't think that the Democrats are trying to destroy this
- 34:41Speaker 1: country as they can rebuild it into something you won't
- 34:44Speaker 1: even recognize. I'll say it again, You're stupid. Make sure
- 34:48Speaker 1: you share a podcast. I will see you back here tomorrow.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Please rise a five star review. Thank you as always
- 34:53Speaker 1: for listening, and like I said, I'll see it back
- 34:56Speaker 1: here tomorrow
