- 1:58Speaker 1: come on your things, Uh huh, will come on to
- 2:04Speaker 1: everybody you're listening to the voice, come on dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show man,
- 2:12Speaker 1: still got We've been saying that for years. That's probably
- 2:15Speaker 1: not gonna change. It's getting me started the right way.
- 2:17Speaker 1: So I appreciate you all bearing with me. Ah. I was.
- 2:23Speaker 1: I was working out last night right um after I
- 2:26Speaker 1: got off um how to trainer. Trainer told me something
- 2:31Speaker 1: that's gonna be tough for you. After the day you
- 2:33Speaker 1: put it in the workout at night. He said, if
- 2:37Speaker 1: you're gonna do this right here, man, you're gonna have
- 2:39Speaker 1: to be some kind of beast man. This is gonna
- 2:41Speaker 1: be and I heard what he's said, and I said, okay,
- 2:44Speaker 1: well I'll be here at night. Uh, because I've I've
- 2:50Speaker 1: I've learned something, folks, And um, really, man, um, it's
- 2:57Speaker 1: a lot hard to practice what you preach that most
- 3:02Speaker 1: people think it is. You know, you can say one
- 3:05Speaker 1: thing and you can advise one thing, but to do
- 3:08Speaker 1: them that's a whole another thing. It's the doing that
- 3:12Speaker 1: makes you who you are. So I want to offer
- 3:16Speaker 1: uh an analogy up to you today that helped me
- 3:20Speaker 1: out last night because I was I was about to
- 3:24Speaker 1: do my last round. We we had me and my
- 3:28Speaker 1: partner had wrote out this workout, and you know, it's
- 3:31Speaker 1: always kind of good to work out with a partner
- 3:32Speaker 1: because it helps you stay accountable. You know, you don't
- 3:35Speaker 1: feel like, hey man, i'm here, let's go. My own't
- 3:37Speaker 1: feel like you know, or he don't feel like I'm there,
- 3:40Speaker 1: hey man, let's go. And I had done what I
- 3:44Speaker 1: thought was enough, but we had scheduled or forty five
- 3:47Speaker 1: minute workout. Well, when we got to forty, I was fried.
- 3:51Speaker 1: I was gonna stop, and he said, come on, man,
- 3:54Speaker 1: let's just do one more round. We'll have it complete,
- 3:57Speaker 1: We'll been we'll be able to do it as a man.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I had enough. Man, I've been at it all day,
- 4:01Speaker 1: blah blah blah. Well you talked me into doing it.
- 4:04Speaker 1: We were leaving the gym and he whispered something under
- 4:08Speaker 1: his breath, And after he whispered, I said, hey, man,
- 4:12Speaker 1: what did you just say? And he said, uh, he
- 4:15Speaker 1: said it again. I said, why, I'm gonna use that
- 4:18Speaker 1: tomorrow when I'm talking to oh my crew in the morning,
- 4:23Speaker 1: when I talked to the people that wake up with me,
- 4:25Speaker 1: that that that looked towards this inspiration. And you know
- 4:29Speaker 1: what the guy said to me, man, And I can't
- 4:31Speaker 1: even tell you how it registered and how I really
- 4:35Speaker 1: lived it for a lot of my life, but I
- 4:38Speaker 1: didn't really express it this way. He said, Man, to
- 4:41Speaker 1: get something you've never had, you gotta do something you've
- 4:45Speaker 1: never done. I said, wow, man, what did you say?
- 4:51Speaker 1: He said it again? He said, to get something you've
- 4:54Speaker 1: never had, you gotta do something you've never done. And
- 5:00Speaker 1: man on, man on, man, folks, how true is that?
- 5:03Speaker 1: How true is that? How to how could that be
- 5:07Speaker 1: at work in your life? If if you're out there
- 5:10Speaker 1: today and you want to get something that you've never
- 5:15Speaker 1: had before, we'll get into some specifics in a minute.
- 5:20Speaker 1: If you want to attain something, get something that you've
- 5:23Speaker 1: never had before, you gotta do something you've never done before. See,
- 5:29Speaker 1: if you keep doing what you've been doing, you're gonna
- 5:33Speaker 1: keep getting what you've been getting. So now I add
- 5:37Speaker 1: this new one onto it. Then, if you want to
- 5:39Speaker 1: get something you've never had, you gotta do something you've
- 5:42Speaker 1: never done. You gotta work out at night after you've
- 5:45Speaker 1: been at work all day, and it requires you to
- 5:47Speaker 1: be a beast. See you, I I can't change the
- 5:50Speaker 1: way I look if I'm gonna keep doing it the
- 5:53Speaker 1: way I've done it, because you know, look when it
- 5:56Speaker 1: comes to my way to holm, well get it decent,
- 5:59Speaker 1: lose it for a while. I get it decent, I'll
- 6:01Speaker 1: lose it for a while. So I just made the
- 6:03Speaker 1: commitment I was gonna get on a consistent program or
- 6:06Speaker 1: a consistent series of programs while I was always trying
- 6:12Speaker 1: to be in a healthier state. That was my commitment
- 6:15Speaker 1: I wanted to do this year. I wanted to get
- 6:18Speaker 1: in a healthier state. And then as I started working out,
- 6:21Speaker 1: I said, man, I'm really just going to see if
- 6:23Speaker 1: I can really just going to get myself in some
- 6:26Speaker 1: pretty good shape this year. Well. In order to do that,
- 6:29Speaker 1: in order to get something I've never had in years,
- 6:33Speaker 1: great health and physically get myself together while I look decent,
- 6:38Speaker 1: then I gotta do some things I've never done. I've
- 6:41Speaker 1: got to change the way I eat. I've got to
- 6:42Speaker 1: watch it and monitor what I'm eating. I just can't
- 6:45Speaker 1: put everything in your mouth. You are going to look
- 6:49Speaker 1: like you eat, period. You got to watch what you
- 6:52Speaker 1: put in your mouth. If you want a better position
- 6:57Speaker 1: at your job, and you haven't gotten it yet, but
- 7:00Speaker 1: if you keep doing the things you've been doing, what
- 7:02Speaker 1: makes you think you're going to get it. If you
- 7:05Speaker 1: want to get something you never had, you gotta do
- 7:07Speaker 1: something you've never done. You got to perform on your
- 7:10Speaker 1: job this year like you've not done in the previous years.
- 7:14Speaker 1: That's the only way to bring about change. Convenience is
- 7:17Speaker 1: built through inconvenience. You know people, man and Steve might
- 7:21Speaker 1: be looking at you, man, you'd be just rolling man. Man, Yeah,
- 7:25Speaker 1: your family on a vacation. Hold on, hold the way
- 7:27Speaker 1: with World War War? Do you have any idea what
- 7:30Speaker 1: I have to do to get to these vacations? See that,
- 7:33Speaker 1: and and everybody. That's the same application or theory to everybody.
- 7:39Speaker 1: I mean, if you ain't happy with the way you vacation,
- 7:41Speaker 1: then you got to look at the way you work.
- 7:43Speaker 1: If you're not happy with the way your team plays
- 7:47Speaker 1: the games, then you got to look at the way
- 7:49Speaker 1: you practice. It just goes on into so many areas. Man,
- 7:55Speaker 1: if you don't like the way your clothes fit, then
- 7:58Speaker 1: you're gonna have to change something. If you don't like
- 8:02Speaker 1: how you feel when you're going up steps, then you
- 8:05Speaker 1: got to change something. Now you can sit up, Like
- 8:09Speaker 1: I was looking on the internet, somebody showed me this
- 8:11Speaker 1: woman who was I'm really happy with my curs and
- 8:14Speaker 1: I'm all this here, But she was four hundred some
- 8:17Speaker 1: pounds and she was talking about how happy she was
- 8:19Speaker 1: with her curse. She's convinced herself of this. You can
- 8:22Speaker 1: convince yourself anything you want to be. But everybody has
- 8:26Speaker 1: some unwanted weight on them. Everybody has something that's a
- 8:30Speaker 1: challenge in their life. Everybody's got something that they deal
- 8:34Speaker 1: in with. But now if you want to sit up
- 8:36Speaker 1: and justify it with how you thinking and feeling. I
- 8:39Speaker 1: like my curves like this, I'm comfortable. Are you're comfortable
- 8:43Speaker 1: here because you're uncomfortable with what it would take you
- 8:46Speaker 1: to be something else. But she can only exercise for
- 8:49Speaker 1: two minutes, then she gotta stop and sit down. She
- 8:51Speaker 1: gotta turn sideways to go down hallways and get into
- 8:54Speaker 1: a shower. That's uncomfortable for anybody. I don't care what
- 8:58Speaker 1: you say, but if you want to get to where
- 9:02Speaker 1: it's comfortable, you're gonna have to get uncomfortable. If you
- 9:06Speaker 1: want to have a comfortable lifestyle, if you want to
- 9:09Speaker 1: live a life of comfort, let me explain this to you.
- 9:12Speaker 1: You're gonna have to put yourself under some serious duress.
- 9:15Speaker 1: You got to get some stress coming now. You got
- 9:18Speaker 1: to work some hours you don't feel like working. Convenience
- 9:21Speaker 1: is built through inconvenience. You got to first inconvenience yourself
- 9:26Speaker 1: to get the results of being convenient. This does not
- 9:29Speaker 1: work anyway. To get something you've never had, you got
- 9:33Speaker 1: to do something you've never done. And that's the way.
- 9:35Speaker 1: You got to commit to this thing. Folks, whatever it is,
- 9:39Speaker 1: all of this I'm saying is motivational. But guess what.
- 9:43Speaker 1: All of this is done better with the help of God.
- 9:46Speaker 1: All things are possible for them that believe all things
- 9:51Speaker 1: are possible. You can get healthy, you can get in shape,
- 9:56Speaker 1: you can get out of debt, you can find your
- 9:59Speaker 1: soul mate, you can get out of this abusive relationship.
- 10:03Speaker 1: There is someone for you. There is someone who would
- 10:06Speaker 1: treat you the way you would like to be treated.
- 10:10Speaker 1: But if you keep doing what you've been doing, you're
- 10:14Speaker 1: gonna keep getting what you've been getting. If he ain't
- 10:18Speaker 1: been the one for ten years, what's gonna make him
- 10:22Speaker 1: the one for year eleven. If she ain't been the
- 10:25Speaker 1: one for six years, what's gonna make her be the
- 10:30Speaker 1: one in year seven? If your children talk back to
- 10:34Speaker 1: you disrespectful, what changes that Unless you stop the disrespect
- 10:41Speaker 1: people treat you the way you command to be treated,
- 10:45Speaker 1: no other way. So come on, y'all, let's go to
- 10:49Speaker 1: get something you've never had. You gotta do something you've
- 10:52Speaker 1: never done. How about that? Think about it, Let's go.
- 10:56Speaker 1: You're listening to boys and girls, people from around the world.
- 11:03Speaker 1: This voice is coming live from Las Vegas. I ain't
- 11:09Speaker 1: back yet, I'm still here. I'm hot. I'm talking so
- 11:18Speaker 1: much trash down here. First of all, I'm winning, winning,
- 11:23Speaker 1: and the Philadelphia Eagles is Super Bowl champ Side man
- 11:31Speaker 1: I wanted Philly to wear so bad. I was so
- 11:33Speaker 1: scared though Tom Brady had that ball. At the end,
- 11:37Speaker 1: I said, I'll hem, now, well, but the Eagles, this
- 11:42Speaker 1: champ what on? What one on? Five point three? W
- 11:45Speaker 1: d A s in Philly? We love feel like Philly
- 11:48Speaker 1: to me? Now, silly Philly in the building. Baby, did
- 11:57Speaker 1: you hear them give thanks and praise to the Lord
- 12:00Speaker 1: and Savior Jesus Christ at the end. Yes, I didn't
- 12:04Speaker 1: hear that. I didn't stick, Jess. A whole lot of
- 12:08Speaker 1: things working. Don't work about football, careful, don't think really.
- 12:14Speaker 1: But but but the Bible also says and everything get
- 12:17Speaker 1: praise j j shut your mouth? Why that shut up?
- 12:23Speaker 1: Now you're gonna shut your mouth. I'm not Monique, that
- 12:28Speaker 1: is what I said. I'm saying something different and Jesus
- 12:34Speaker 1: like Netflix. But anyway, man and hey let me James,
- 12:43Speaker 1: I'm passing by all. You know how many Patriot fans
- 12:48Speaker 1: is downhill with Brady jerseys on from Coska jerseys on.
- 12:54Speaker 1: They at the bar right now, Draking, it's three am
- 12:58Speaker 1: out here. They at the ball town. It was scary, though,
- 13:04Speaker 1: it was really every time he had that ball in
- 13:08Speaker 1: his hand, like oh, here we go, Here we go
- 13:14Speaker 1: catching it? Can I tell you all so, y'all, boy,
- 13:18Speaker 1: Junior give it to us. I bought Junior to Vegas
- 13:24Speaker 1: with me. It has been a learning experience for who, yeah,
- 13:30Speaker 1: both of us. Junior is a reminder for me of
- 13:35Speaker 1: how we used to be. Boy, I got some start
- 13:40Speaker 1: thirty something funny, funny. It's just me and Junior, describing
- 13:44Speaker 1: Junior's first Jack pott win. But in the high limit
- 13:49Speaker 1: slot room, Junior playing a machine that the if it's
- 13:58Speaker 1: fifty dollars of spin? Did he He didn't have to
- 14:07Speaker 1: go to the A T M. Did he? Nah? I
- 14:11Speaker 1: ain't been alright. J came down here stack but boiling taso.
- 14:18Speaker 1: This boy hit the Jackpotte and on thirty something funny.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Wait till I take what he did because he didn't know.
- 14:29Speaker 1: He didn't know. Thirty something funny is Junior's trip to
- 14:32Speaker 1: Vegas would up. Junior gonna be good. Oh man, Oh
- 14:37Speaker 1: y'all be proud of him. You're listening to Steve Harvey
- 14:41Speaker 1: Morning Show. Alright, last night he was super Bowl fifty
- 14:45Speaker 1: two in Minneapolis of Philadelphia Eagle. Last night, Shirley this
- 14:50Speaker 1: he is the same night for us because we still
- 14:53Speaker 1: out here. Yeah, you guys are still celebrating. Congratulations to
- 14:58Speaker 1: the Philadelphia Eagles the very first time they're world champion,
- 15:02Speaker 1: super Bowl champs. Fly Eagles, Fly baby. Yeah that's so big.
- 15:10Speaker 1: I didn't walk past so many Patriot jerseys because everybody
- 15:13Speaker 1: holding Steve Steve my man. Who you got, Philly Baby,
- 15:19Speaker 1: Tom Brady, the Patriots. Now you asked me who I had.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Now I told you who I got? Now, my am
- 15:26Speaker 1: I concerned about it? Yes? Are the doubts in my mind? Yeah? Absolutely? Yeah,
- 15:32Speaker 1: but I'm gonna Philly the wind though, did y'all bet
- 15:36Speaker 1: on it? Y'all right, y'all right down did y'all be
- 15:40Speaker 1: in Vegas? You bet on on the Eagles? What if
- 15:43Speaker 1: I'm down here? See my mom alway is what somebody say,
- 15:50Speaker 1: what you're doing? You still gambling? My my comeback always
- 15:55Speaker 1: is what he is. I'm down here. I ain't got
- 16:01Speaker 1: I don't go to shows. I don't care about the restaurants.
- 16:05Speaker 1: I do when I got to eat, but I'm not
- 16:07Speaker 1: down here there. I just ain't no shopping trip. Picked
- 16:11Speaker 1: up some T shirts, but that's it. Okay. So now
- 16:15Speaker 1: when you're gambling in the high rolling room. You know,
- 16:19Speaker 1: if you hit the jackpot, you know jack pots out there,
- 16:23Speaker 1: it ain't you gonna just get a ticket. You gotta
- 16:25Speaker 1: fill out paperwork because anything over twelve fifty you got
- 16:29Speaker 1: to sign up for the government. You know, you know,
- 16:33Speaker 1: you know, you gotta one thousand, two hundred and fifty.
- 16:42Speaker 1: It's where you got to sign some paperwork for the government. Now,
- 16:46Speaker 1: I didn't hit about how many jackpots before seven. I
- 16:50Speaker 1: had hit about seven jackpots in one day down now,
- 16:55Speaker 1: so I'm rolling Junior the size of getting in on it. So, Junior,
- 17:01Speaker 1: you got in on it. I got in on it.
- 17:03Speaker 1: On the Wheel of Fortune game. Wheel of Fortune game
- 17:07Speaker 1: is twenty five fifty dollars of spin fifty dollars because
- 17:11Speaker 1: it's two credits. Yeah, I probably spun by the thousand dollars.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Yes word, this is because you you're in't that spinning?
- 17:23Speaker 1: I spent probably about a thousand dollars. Ain't nothing happened yet,
- 17:27Speaker 1: So right now I'm getting upset about two thousand nothing happened.
- 17:33Speaker 1: But at two thousand fifty dollars in the dog on thing,
- 17:39Speaker 1: put up a free spin. Now, when you hit the
- 17:40Speaker 1: free spin, there's a wheel up on the top like
- 17:43Speaker 1: will of fortune, and he's got all the money up
- 17:45Speaker 1: there one thousand, twelve fifty, ten thousand, seven thousand, twenty thousand,
- 17:55Speaker 1: No nervous gamble. So then we hit the We hit
- 18:02Speaker 1: the free spand button. The wheel starts turning like on
- 18:04Speaker 1: wheel of fortune. And then he stopped whatever dollart and
- 18:10Speaker 1: stop on. That's your extra money that you win. Guess
- 18:15Speaker 1: where it stopped that, y'all? Six thousand dollars? I want
- 18:23Speaker 1: six thousand. No, y'all understand. I came out of everything.
- 18:29Speaker 1: What you took his jacket off and slid across the
- 18:36Speaker 1: floor like here's scored a goal in the soccer game,
- 18:41Speaker 1: you know how. Don't want to slide close to this
- 18:44Speaker 1: little land boy was embarrassing me. I said, if you
- 18:47Speaker 1: get your stephen his tone, Yeah, Junior took his jacket off,
- 18:54Speaker 1: and then he kept looking at the machine. So I said, Junior,
- 18:58Speaker 1: what you're doing? He said, ump, I get my Money's
- 19:02Speaker 1: a junior hold on, Junior. I gotta go call somebody,
- 19:09Speaker 1: I said, Junior, listen to me. They know that what
- 19:13Speaker 1: when these jackpots go off? They got people over there,
- 19:16Speaker 1: all these globes in the ceiling, all this stuff is
- 19:18Speaker 1: connected somebody gonna come over here. And when Junior found
- 19:22Speaker 1: out that they had came over there, and then he
- 19:24Speaker 1: had won enough money because he he was kept looking
- 19:28Speaker 1: at the money and at first he thought it was six.
- 19:32Speaker 1: So when the lady came over here with the paperwork
- 19:37Speaker 1: and Junior found out it was sick, Junior hauling out
- 19:42Speaker 1: in front of everybody, Hey, y'all to fill out paperwork.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Everybody in the high slot room stand. They know, you know,
- 19:55Speaker 1: these big bowlers out here, they got money. They sent
- 19:57Speaker 1: him these catches cracking them. Man, they've bet tens of
- 20:02Speaker 1: thousands of dollars in this room. Julia said, I feel
- 20:05Speaker 1: to fill out paperway. Everybody in that room was laughing
- 20:12Speaker 1: and just let y'all know I didn't feel that folk PaperWorks. Wow,
- 20:17Speaker 1: how I'm doing? Ok? Junior up fling out to come
- 20:24Speaker 1: up here to do this radio show, I had to
- 20:28Speaker 1: feel out my last piece of paperwork. I'm up about
- 20:31Speaker 1: little over thirty. So you filled out a lot of
- 20:34Speaker 1: paperwork yourself there, So you think he ain't sure. I'm
- 20:38Speaker 1: sitting up hill. This radio show right now is in
- 20:42Speaker 1: a fluff going on a streak. And if it wasn't
- 20:53Speaker 1: for the feeling if Boston had won, I was gonna
- 20:56Speaker 1: just be sick and a whole bunch of other Yeah,
- 21:00Speaker 1: and it would have been true anyway. Yeah, congratulations you
- 21:08Speaker 1: guys especially. Yeah. I'm not even coming back now. I'm
- 21:15Speaker 1: just going to stay down here. Junior actually talking about
- 21:19Speaker 1: getting a place stay down just the light. You're schooling him, Steve,
- 21:33Speaker 1: all right, watch the game? Did you see the game? Commercially?
- 21:41Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. It's Monday,
- 21:45Speaker 1: of course it is time for church complaints coming up though,
- 21:48Speaker 1: ms and will be here with our national news and headlines.
- 21:51Speaker 1: She'll talk about the Super Bowl and all of that.
- 21:53Speaker 1: But right now, let's go. Time for Deacon Motown reverend.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Ain't them he usually let him? Yeah, grateful by complaints
- 22:22Speaker 1: is not good? Yeah, yeah, but this is what they're
- 22:26Speaker 1: here for. Mm hmm hallelujah. Got tonight are Oh what's wrong?
- 22:38Speaker 1: Past attack? No, my mind is occupied. I'm reading an
- 22:44Speaker 1: email from a church member who had a complaint and
- 22:50Speaker 1: said that you never read her complaints when she sends
- 22:54Speaker 1: her Now, who is this pastor? Who that's jumping in
- 22:59Speaker 1: the middle? But back the attitude down. I'm the one
- 23:03Speaker 1: that brings the pranks. No, no pranks, Yeah, I mean complaints.
- 23:11Speaker 1: You're the dude to do the pranks too, though, Yeah,
- 23:13Speaker 1: but I got it confused. Don't worry about that. That's
- 23:15Speaker 1: laid on in this y'all. Uh keep up too many people.
- 23:25Speaker 1: I'm sorry, Path, I'm sorry anyway, it's sister Bailey Banks.
- 23:32Speaker 1: He's out of line, but go ahead anyway. She said
- 23:35Speaker 1: that she's been complaining and you haven't been addressing it,
- 23:39Speaker 1: so she emailed me directly. Okay, I'm gonna get with
- 23:43Speaker 1: her on that, but what is her complaint? I don't know. Well,
- 23:47Speaker 1: she said, asked you, she said to come to email
- 23:51Speaker 1: to that he had a complaint, and then didn't didn't
- 23:55Speaker 1: put the complaints on the email. So you want me
- 23:58Speaker 1: to do your job for you. I don't know why. Okay,
- 24:03Speaker 1: all right, Banks, Okay, uh, I don't know what her
- 24:10Speaker 1: complaint either. Now that I don't like it when folk
- 24:16Speaker 1: get into my arm in my area. He couldn't stop
- 24:20Speaker 1: being flustered and just go ahead on what you we're
- 24:24Speaker 1: gonna do food or the improv moment. I don't have
- 24:28Speaker 1: a problem with that, Path, and I can stay with
- 24:31Speaker 1: you because I wrote a joke for it. Yet killing
- 24:36Speaker 1: the purpose of what I as go ahead with. You're
- 24:41Speaker 1: already pre written. It's not pretty. Come for what's a
- 24:48Speaker 1: little moment of lever on the side. Go ahead, give
- 24:52Speaker 1: me a girls, start with your first ignorant name that
- 24:55Speaker 1: it's just the Delary Riders. It's who it is, just
- 24:58Speaker 1: the Delarate Ride. This is seven nine, as you know.
- 25:01Speaker 1: And she is wanting to have a child bye before
- 25:07Speaker 1: she leaves this world. He's asking that could the church
- 25:10Speaker 1: help her get impregnated. I thought I would leave that
- 25:13Speaker 1: up to you, path, but she is seven than nine.
- 25:15Speaker 1: We're not gonna do that for sister Della Ray because
- 25:20Speaker 1: what nobody wants to be left with this infant babyhood
- 25:23Speaker 1: time she got left is way less than what she
- 25:27Speaker 1: didn't put in already, so seventy nine. So what we're
- 25:31Speaker 1: gonna offer her is adoption. And her last name is Ray.
- 25:36Speaker 1: We're gonna ask her to do adopt Billy Ray out right,
- 25:42Speaker 1: and Billy Ray is forty eight. That's a ground man,
- 25:47Speaker 1: and we'll let that be your child, so if you die,
- 25:51Speaker 1: he can take care of damn self. Right, But she
- 25:55Speaker 1: wanted an infant pass I think you're missing the point
- 25:58Speaker 1: of which he wanted. Well, we're gonna ask him to
- 26:01Speaker 1: cry on on on call and things of that nature. Uh,
- 26:08Speaker 1: and I think she wanted to. And here he already
- 26:10Speaker 1: sucks his thumb, so he got that down. Pat eight
- 26:15Speaker 1: his thumb eight suckers thumb, never been married and has
- 26:20Speaker 1: no kids. Okay, So and uh, people have said something
- 26:26Speaker 1: wrong with you. I'm under the impression that Sister Della
- 26:31Speaker 1: wanted to actually go through the nine months of being pregnant. Path,
- 26:34Speaker 1: That's what I'm trying to tell. We don't know that
- 26:36Speaker 1: she got nine monsters. What I'm trying to see you
- 26:41Speaker 1: all right, Uh, this coming you need to be away
- 26:48Speaker 1: of this. Sister Bochino Woodban come to ignity. Sister Bochino
- 26:58Speaker 1: Wood Band is in sisting on wearing about Brian and
- 27:02Speaker 1: booty extra Paddy because she's mad about football season about
- 27:06Speaker 1: to be over. So you're gonna have to talk to
- 27:09Speaker 1: her on this issue. Path, I'm not understanding what you said. Well,
- 27:14Speaker 1: you know yesterday was the last game, and she don't
- 27:17Speaker 1: want to let football go. She's wearing extra Bride and
- 27:20Speaker 1: booty padding pastor and you're gonna have to stop puckers.
- 27:25Speaker 1: She's gonna show up Sunday with the same thing. Don't well,
- 27:28Speaker 1: that's not a problem, or she well was she wanting, well,
- 27:34Speaker 1: you know, we're gonna help or the quas single special soul?
- 27:39Speaker 1: What would that be? Got to be real, God, to
- 27:44Speaker 1: be real? Is that evyling Champagne King? Who is that?
- 27:49Speaker 1: Got to be real? Got to be real? Shell Lyn, Okay,
- 27:57Speaker 1: we're gonna summers now a moving right, Alonge, We have
- 28:06Speaker 1: an issue. A brother, Eugene Antoine Ferguson wants to start preaching,
- 28:12Speaker 1: but he wants you tormenting him butterfly in his uh
- 28:17Speaker 1: process of trying to come into being a man, a clergyman,
- 28:20Speaker 1: a man of a cloud back. Most of the members
- 28:24Speaker 1: are not really up for him being in the pulp here.
- 28:28Speaker 1: We're not really feeling that, or Deacon, we need more
- 28:33Speaker 1: or true calling or getting into the ministry or requires
- 28:39Speaker 1: or calling right that calling should be from the Holy Spirit.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Or there's nothing about Eugene Ferguson that screams reeks or
- 28:52Speaker 1: leaks Holy Spirit. Therefore, we're not gonna let him continue
- 28:58Speaker 1: down this dog path of on righteousness or leading us
- 29:03Speaker 1: into thinking that he has a chance. That board no
- 29:07Speaker 1: more of a preacher than I am or the leading
- 29:10Speaker 1: score or the Golden State warder right now, ain't you
- 29:17Speaker 1: ain't shot a basketball? Is they're a certain ministry you'd
- 29:22Speaker 1: like need to send him to to throw him out
- 29:23Speaker 1: for this trying to be in the in the hoop
- 29:26Speaker 1: here that I need to be able to send him somewhere.
- 29:28Speaker 1: Put him on the church on the Christmas committee, put
- 29:32Speaker 1: him on on the candy cade or committee. They can't
- 29:39Speaker 1: you know, candy cane the same thing to hang on
- 29:41Speaker 1: the tree, to the little thing that the capital spend.
- 29:45Speaker 1: You're gonna make me come about this character and up
- 29:47Speaker 1: your ask. Now you know that you're gonna make me
- 29:53Speaker 1: come straight out this character and hoop your hands. Not
- 29:55Speaker 1: now you didn't went that slipped out. I don't know, said,
- 30:02Speaker 1: I don't even know who they Okay, I I kind
- 30:04Speaker 1: of let you know. Now just come out, don't don't
- 30:07Speaker 1: don't don't do that. Okay, I'm so sorry. You know
- 30:10Speaker 1: that was a story a couple of years ago after
- 30:13Speaker 1: We're not been to do this. That has nothing to
- 30:15Speaker 1: do with church complaints. We are doing church complaints, just
- 30:19Speaker 1: an't talking about candy cade. We gotta get out of here.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Story coming up missing with news. We are finished with
- 30:28Speaker 1: the segment past that. You're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 30:32Speaker 1: Morning Show. Underdogs No more Steve Harvey. Congratulations going out
- 30:40Speaker 1: to the Philadelphia Eagles World champions. It'll be It'll be

- 30:54Speaker 1: The way next year it don't turn this thing around.
- 30:58Speaker 1: It could be the text got be the Cleveland has
- 31:05Speaker 1: I believe they were saying, of the first sixty picks,
- 31:10Speaker 1: Cleveland has six. Yeah, six picks. You should better grand
- 31:16Speaker 1: that Cleveland gonna win their first game. You could put
- 31:18Speaker 1: that on there that I'm gonna check see if we
- 31:21Speaker 1: can do that time. I think I think that's what
- 31:23Speaker 1: I'm telling you. That's a good bet. Junior is the
- 31:26Speaker 1: gambler now that alright? Hey? Commercials, commercials, yes, alright, commercials.
- 31:40Speaker 1: You know which one was my favorite? Of course, the
- 31:43Speaker 1: Doritos and Sprite commercial rapping Elliott show you how hard
- 31:52Speaker 1: I was watching it? Did you see the Hunter commercial
- 31:56Speaker 1: with it guy just said hello and that was the
- 32:00Speaker 1: commercial Hello Hello, The Black Panther commercial coal. Yeah, you
- 32:14Speaker 1: see the line of Richie commercial by trade m h
- 32:18Speaker 1: right at the beginning of the game. But he was
- 32:22Speaker 1: trying to get him to say all night loan really,
- 32:25Speaker 1: and all he kept saying was, you know the thing
- 32:27Speaker 1: I like about the trade is you can trade even
- 32:30Speaker 1: after the market. They were going like all night and
- 32:37Speaker 1: he said all evening alone, like oh oh, all available
- 32:47Speaker 1: times he was saying. Everyone was trying to get him say.
- 32:51Speaker 1: And then at the end of the commercial they said
- 32:53Speaker 1: the trade where you can trade all night long. Yeah,
- 32:58Speaker 1: that was I like that. I missed that one. Did
- 33:02Speaker 1: you see the Dodge Ram commercial where they used they
- 33:06Speaker 1: were some people upset about that about the doctor King's
- 33:09Speaker 1: speech speech, Yeah, that was I wasn't The Dodge Ram
- 33:15Speaker 1: used a speech from Dr Martin Luther King and the
- 33:17Speaker 1: drum major instinct speak talking about serving and being great.
- 33:22Speaker 1: That's what was wrong because they're using for the truck
- 33:25Speaker 1: commercial Ram. I didn't like Beckman dancing to that was
- 33:31Speaker 1: funny Man, that was great funny with me. Yeah, I
- 33:38Speaker 1: thought that was funny. It was funny. Yeah, they were
- 33:41Speaker 1: practicing their future touchdown. That was a bit much. My favorite,
- 33:49Speaker 1: I think was the Toyota commercial where the reverend the
- 33:58Speaker 1: reverend I feel like he was in the church. Yeah,
- 34:01Speaker 1: they picked up different religions and they picked up the
- 34:04Speaker 1: Jewish priest. Yeah. And then they went and picked up
- 34:07Speaker 1: the Muslim. And then they went and picked up picked
- 34:10Speaker 1: up there. I don't know if it was a monk
- 34:12Speaker 1: or Buddhist or something like that. And it was all
- 34:15Speaker 1: in the car together. That was I felt. I felt
- 34:18Speaker 1: like that was really cool. And then when they went
- 34:20Speaker 1: to pick the Muslim up and the Jewish dude and
- 34:23Speaker 1: the UH kept pulling the truck up in Houstond, They're
- 34:26Speaker 1: going really I thought that was a cool commercial, right,
- 34:32Speaker 1: But a lot of the commercial, multi culture and multi race,
- 34:36Speaker 1: and there were a lot of the more that which
- 34:39Speaker 1: one was the one of the kids with the baby, yeahah,
- 34:43Speaker 1: the babies. That was one of the kids. Company was
- 34:46Speaker 1: coming in mobile was mobile? Yeah? Um, okay, well is
- 34:52Speaker 1: she here today? She's right here? Yea. Then the gentleman,
- 34:56Speaker 1: the one and only miss and trip. Thanks Steve. Morning everybody. Yes,
- 35:00Speaker 1: I am here, sleepy to watching the football stuff. This
- 35:04Speaker 1: is entered with the news authorities investigating the cause of
- 35:07Speaker 1: yet another train crash, this time right outside Columbia, South Carolina,
- 35:10Speaker 1: early yesterday morning. To Amtrak crew members were killed, some
- 35:14Speaker 1: one hundred ten other passengers injured when a passenger train
- 35:17Speaker 1: slammed into an amtrack freight train. South Carolina Governor Henry
- 35:21Speaker 1: Masses says the train was parked on a side track,
- 35:23Speaker 1: then kind of happened fast. CSX train was was only
- 35:27Speaker 1: the track awaiting later movement. In the Steveen, the CSX
- 35:32Speaker 1: train amtrack was headed south coming from New England, headed
- 35:36Speaker 1: to presuming Florida, and the collision collision occurred the train
- 35:41Speaker 1: was actually trailing from New York City to Miami. The
- 35:43Speaker 1: controversial GOP memo has caused unprecedented ri between the White
- 35:47Speaker 1: House and the FBI. The GOP memo alleges at the
- 35:50Speaker 1: Justice Department and the FBI abused their surveillance authority by
- 35:53Speaker 1: going after the Trump presidential campaign. Trump he classified the
- 35:56Speaker 1: memo and authorized the release of it on Friday. On
- 35:59Speaker 1: ABC's Sweek, Democratic Congressman Adam Schift says it's very possible
- 36:02Speaker 1: that staffords for Republican Intelligence Committee Chairman Devon Nounez worked
- 36:06Speaker 1: with Trump administration officials in crafting the controversial document and
- 36:10Speaker 1: with a clear motive. The goal here really isn't to
- 36:12Speaker 1: find out the answers from the FBI. Uh The goal
- 36:15Speaker 1: here is to undermine the FBI, discredit the FBI, discredit
- 36:19Speaker 1: the Muller investigation. Jonas denies working with the White House. Meanwhile,
- 36:22Speaker 1: Senate Democratically Your Charles Schumer wants the President to support
- 36:26Speaker 1: the public release of the Democratic authored rebuttal memo. In
- 36:30Speaker 1: alletters who Trump senter, Schumer says that the public is
- 36:32Speaker 1: getting a one sided account the whole thing. How speak
- 36:35Speaker 1: of Paul Ryan basically embarrassed into deleting a tweet that
- 36:37Speaker 1: he thought was hailing the recent Geope tax cutter read.
- 36:40Speaker 1: A secretary at a public high school in lang Chester, Pennsylvania,
- 36:44Speaker 1: said she was pleasantly surprised that her pay up went
- 36:47Speaker 1: went up one dollar and fifty cents a week. Critics
- 36:50Speaker 1: point out that that breaks down to twenty one cents
- 36:51Speaker 1: a day, so Ryan deleted the tweet. Israeli officials have
- 36:55Speaker 1: reportedly begun warning thousands of African migrants that they're going
- 36:58Speaker 1: to have to leave Israel by the end of March
- 37:00Speaker 1: or face incarceration or deportation. Most of them entered the
- 37:03Speaker 1: country illegally, most from Irratree and Sudan. And Yes, the
- 37:06Speaker 1: Eagles to five predictions and beat the New England Patriots
- 37:09Speaker 1: yesterday forty one, the third to Ftion tuchtof. It's history
- 37:17Speaker 1: making for our organization, obviously for the city of Philadelphia. Um,
- 37:23Speaker 1: I'm just I'm hud. I'm kind of beside myself right now.
- 37:26Speaker 1: That's coach Doug Peterson, Curzy Westwood One. Stay tuned Steve
- 37:29Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 37:34Speaker 1: All right, Steve introduced Jay, so Jay can introduce. Do
- 37:38Speaker 1: you know the butterfly? I do? Do you know in
- 37:43Speaker 1: the butterflat? Does that do? Butterflat? Does I do do?
- 37:52Speaker 1: Good morning everyone, Good morning, hope everyone is doing Wow,
- 37:59Speaker 1: It's been a long night. It was just it was
- 38:03Speaker 1: you're an Eagles fan. I'm an Eagles fan. All of
- 38:05Speaker 1: my friends were over. We all had our Eagle jerseys down,
- 38:08Speaker 1: and do you know we we did out that a
- 38:11Speaker 1: lot of us. You know, you um tied up on
- 38:14Speaker 1: the side so we can fit tighter. But anyway, we
- 38:16Speaker 1: just had a good good time. It was a lot
- 38:18Speaker 1: of um or derves and I on the side. Yeah,
- 38:24Speaker 1: when you want your shirt to fit good, you have
- 38:25Speaker 1: to tie in a knot on the side and me
- 38:29Speaker 1: and I just said, who knew? No, I buy a
- 38:33Speaker 1: smile but not in it. But anyway, you don't understand.
- 38:39Speaker 1: But anyway, it was good. I'm a Philadelphia Eagles fan forever.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Now they was just someth good. Guess most people don't
- 38:48Speaker 1: come in the day after super Bowl. Really we should
- 38:50Speaker 1: start making it a holiday, because I really don't think
- 38:53Speaker 1: we should be coming in the day after super Bowl.
- 38:55Speaker 1: It makes no sense. But any other time you'd be
- 38:58Speaker 1: fighting for your segment, and now here you are with
- 39:01Speaker 1: you and you don't want to be here. You don't
- 39:04Speaker 1: want to be That makes this makes no sense, butterfly.
- 39:07Speaker 1: But first of all, I've already been telling if I'm
- 39:10Speaker 1: not gonna be here, if I miss a day, he's
- 39:12Speaker 1: gonna let me go. So that's the reason why I
- 39:14Speaker 1: shout without be here. Why don't you quit? A quitter?
- 39:22Speaker 1: You know you're not what you do, not want. You
- 39:25Speaker 1: do not want me to quit, so don't don't do that.
- 39:28Speaker 1: I'm not gonna take that now now now, now this
- 39:37Speaker 1: is not I'm not a bed now done anything now anyway,
- 39:43Speaker 1: not quitting, but getting myself together. I'll be talking to
- 39:46Speaker 1: you all tomorrow about about some things that I'm really
- 39:49Speaker 1: because I still want to do the preaching thing. But
- 39:52Speaker 1: we're gonna do some other things as well. So I'm
- 39:54Speaker 1: gonna let you guys know what I'm up to. That's
- 39:56Speaker 1: not how it works. I still want to do the
- 39:58Speaker 1: preaching thing. Yeah, it's a call in your life from God.
- 40:05Speaker 1: He didn't you know? I have been called Steve? Who
- 40:12Speaker 1: call um? What I'm trying to think? Reverend Reverend butterfly
- 40:25Speaker 1: more more super Bowl fifty two talk, super Bowl fifty
- 40:28Speaker 1: two talk, and uh, we'll talk more about the commercials,
- 40:32Speaker 1: all that all throughout the morning. But j Anthony Brown
- 40:34Speaker 1: is up next to murder another hit. You're listening to
- 40:37Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Congratulations to the Philadelphia Eagles.
- 40:42Speaker 1: They are the world champions. Go to Steve Harvey dot com,
- 40:46Speaker 1: Steve Harvey FM dot com. I should say and vote
- 40:49Speaker 1: for your favorite Super Bowl commercial. Did you see Justin
- 40:52Speaker 1: tipper Lake he did the halftime? Yeah? Okay, so a
- 41:00Speaker 1: lot of people didn't like it. It's hard because mixed
- 41:03Speaker 1: reviews on something. I thought Justin Timberlake killed it. M
- 41:09Speaker 1: did you no? I thought I thought he laid it
- 41:15Speaker 1: out man. Well, okay, the mixed reviews are people either
- 41:18Speaker 1: love it or hated it. They hated it. Yeah, they
- 41:21Speaker 1: hated it. Wow, But the Prince thing didn't see that.
- 41:27Speaker 1: I thought that's what people were mad about. He wasn't
- 41:30Speaker 1: supposed to do that. Well, the situation where Prince was,
- 41:33Speaker 1: he spoke to Sheila E about a hologram tribute type
- 41:38Speaker 1: thing he was going to put in the performance, and
- 41:40Speaker 1: she told him that Prince did not like that, and
- 41:44Speaker 1: he didn't. He would not want that and that's against
- 41:46Speaker 1: his religious beliefs. So he was supposed to take the
- 41:49Speaker 1: hologram out. So technically what he did with the performance,
- 41:53Speaker 1: they're saying he used the projector and with Prince performance
- 41:58Speaker 1: of who said she said that she tweeted it Sheila,
- 42:03Speaker 1: he tweeted tweeted that as well. So and they said
- 42:08Speaker 1: that justin Timberlake reached out to Sheila. What you thought
- 42:11Speaker 1: I was lying us make this up about? Well, they
- 42:17Speaker 1: was going to use a reprojector of Joy Wallace's Mama,
- 42:20Speaker 1: but they could not find the sheet big enough to
- 42:25Speaker 1: make that projection. You're gonna do that on Super Bowl
- 42:27Speaker 1: Monday or Super Monday, it's not gonna work. So anyway,
- 42:35Speaker 1: back to the hole, the Prince things a lot of celebrities, Well,
- 42:42Speaker 1: I thought since he was paying tribute to Prince since
- 42:44Speaker 1: they were in many naps. I thought it was slick
- 42:49Speaker 1: for him to do that. And then all the purple
- 42:52Speaker 1: lights went up outside the city. Yea, man, I thought
- 42:56Speaker 1: that was pretty slick. Man. Well, like I said, it's
- 42:59Speaker 1: mixed reviews, and I guess people knowing that information about
- 43:03Speaker 1: the whole Sheila situation, and that's what may people say, Well,
- 43:09Speaker 1: maybe he went too far with that. And then people
- 43:12Speaker 1: were mad, still mad about the whole Janet Jackson situation.
- 43:17Speaker 1: They were calling it a Janet Jackson appreciation Day. Some
- 43:21Speaker 1: some people were on social media. They wanted to see
- 43:24Speaker 1: Janet and they wanted to see in Sync. A lot
- 43:26Speaker 1: of Sync fans they wanted to see in Sync because
- 43:31Speaker 1: that's just a group that was, that's where he started.
- 43:35Speaker 1: And they're not not doing that well. I mean, they're
- 43:37Speaker 1: not doing as well as he is, of course, and
- 43:39Speaker 1: that instinct. Yeah, you said, that's not his job, that's
- 43:48Speaker 1: not his job. Man, that's unfair to lay that on
- 43:51Speaker 1: that cat man. But you know how people are, Steve,
- 43:53Speaker 1: come on, right, I mean, but that's what I'm saying.
- 43:56Speaker 1: I just think that people can be really unfair and
- 43:59Speaker 1: over really critical. I thought the Boys halftime performance was
- 44:03Speaker 1: was pretty good. It was unique the way he did it.
- 44:06Speaker 1: I thought the thing the Prince was real slick, all
- 44:08Speaker 1: the purple mites. Man. Yeah, he went out in the
- 44:12Speaker 1: crowd and crowd participation of he dancing. But but you
- 44:16Speaker 1: ain't gonna please everybody anyways. Right, It's like, no matter
- 44:19Speaker 1: what you do, what you do, what's your what's your
- 44:22Speaker 1: dad say one time Steve about that, no matter something
- 44:26Speaker 1: about butt kissing or something, stay out the butt kissing business, son,
- 44:30Speaker 1: because no matter how man, no matter how you kissed it.
- 44:34Speaker 1: But everybody ain't gonna like the way you kissing. There's
- 44:38Speaker 1: someone out there, So why would you ask that, sir?
- 44:47Speaker 1: Some Yeah, somebody gonna want more on the write, you know,
- 44:52Speaker 1: Like if you're gonna kiss mine, I just stay in
- 44:54Speaker 1: the middle, grasp. I can believe he kissed my as
- 45:08Speaker 1: like the nerve. You can't put nothing in it, no feelings,
- 45:16Speaker 1: no nothing, open your mouth, all right, never you Tommy
- 45:26Speaker 1: is right here. You here, He's up next with the
- 45:29Speaker 1: prank phone call. Right after this. You're listening to the
- 45:32Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at the top of
- 45:35Speaker 1: the hour, right about four minutes after today's Strawberry letter.
- 45:39Speaker 1: But up next it's the nephew with a prank phone call?
- 45:42Speaker 1: What you got for his nep w C Yes, what
- 45:47Speaker 1: does that mean? W the s O S yes, oh
- 45:55Speaker 1: w TM And I kept saying what does that mean?
- 45:59Speaker 1: What is it? I was going to run it? Yeah,

- 47:31Speaker 1: uh say something. You know what I'm saying. She's just
- 47:33Speaker 1: gonna snap on me. So your wife your so, your
- 47:36Speaker 1: wife has tried to check you. It's what you're saying.
- 47:38Speaker 1: May not check me per se, I mean she might.
- 47:41Speaker 1: She might not like some mom doing and might say
- 47:43Speaker 1: something about it. So basically, your wife is not in
- 47:47Speaker 1: her place where she needs to be hold on. I
- 47:49Speaker 1: mean what you mean, player, I mean she might say something,
- 47:52Speaker 1: you know, I mean, I might be doing something more,
- 47:55Speaker 1: you know, might be with my boys and might get
- 47:56Speaker 1: out of control a little bit. She might just say
- 47:58Speaker 1: something at the time. But she don't. Just rather, I'll
- 48:01Speaker 1: check nobody. You know what I'm saying. Okay, okay, okay,

- 48:16Speaker 1: she might you know, be like, well, baby already had plans,
- 48:19Speaker 1: you know, can you stay home with the boys or something?
- 48:21Speaker 1: But I mean, I mean nothing on the regular. You know,
- 48:24Speaker 1: I usually do what I want to do. It seems
- 48:26Speaker 1: like denial. Okay, here's another one, sir, Well, no, just listen,
- 48:30Speaker 1: hear me out. Now, let me ask you this um
- 48:33Speaker 1: has your wife? Let's say, back when Michael Jordan was
- 48:36Speaker 1: playing basketball, did you ever miss a playoff game on
- 48:39Speaker 1: television because your wife wanted to watch something else? Now,
- 48:42Speaker 1: I man, we got two TVs in my house. Man,
- 48:44Speaker 1: I wish No. I don't even get down. I mean,
- 48:46Speaker 1: I might have to watch the little TV, but I
- 48:48Speaker 1: mean I usually watch it on the big Yeah. But

- 49:02Speaker 1: the big TV to watch your stories or something, and
- 49:04Speaker 1: I just have to go watch the TV. Let's TV
- 49:07Speaker 1: do go out of here? Wants to set so cool
- 49:11Speaker 1: with that. I'm cool with that. With that, So you're
- 49:14Speaker 1: you're actually the one that's programmed. And ain't nothing wrong
- 49:17Speaker 1: with my wife? Ain't nothing wrong with within my family?
- 49:20Speaker 1: Honestand well, let me the reason why I'm asking you
- 49:23Speaker 1: these particular questions is because someone has actually let me
- 49:27Speaker 1: know the problems that are at hand in your household.
- 49:30Speaker 1: Let me ask you. I got one question for you.
- 49:31Speaker 1: Here's what I want to ask you. Has your wife
- 49:33Speaker 1: ever cussed you out at a family cookout? Man? Hold on, man,

- 53:49Speaker 1: it's been a gamble. I just need a hat and
- 53:55Speaker 1: some shades. Let's go. Coming up at the top of
- 53:59Speaker 1: the hour, right about four minutes after it's Today, coming
- 54:06Speaker 1: up Today's Strawberry Letter. You're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 54:10Speaker 1: Morning Show. So did you see when the now world
- 54:14Speaker 1: champion Philadelphia Eagles were introduced at the Super Bowl at
- 54:17Speaker 1: the US Bank Stadium, Ming Mills, Meek Mills Dreams and
- 54:21Speaker 1: Nightmares was blaring from the speakers, blaring, and the players
- 54:26Speaker 1: were high. I mean they were so hype that the
- 54:28Speaker 1: imprisoned rapper Mic Mill was with his home team in
- 54:32Speaker 1: spirit on Sunday when the Eagles took the field to
- 54:35Speaker 1: his two thousand and twelve song Dreams and Nightmares. As
- 54:38Speaker 1: I mentioned, it's the ultimate Ultimate Underdog anthem uh Meek
- 54:43Speaker 1: released a statement saying it really lifted his spirit to
- 54:46Speaker 1: hear the team rallying around his songs. I bet it did, okay, Philly,
- 54:50Speaker 1: I mean, I'm sure that when, like he said, lifted
- 54:53Speaker 1: his spirits like it lifted a whole bunch of other
- 54:55Speaker 1: people's spirits. Will Smith was lit too. He was so happy.
- 54:59Speaker 1: He was so happy. Last night what happened with Kevin?
- 55:06Speaker 1: I was watching I flipped in to the NFL network.
- 55:10Speaker 1: They let Kevin get on there, and I looked at
- 55:12Speaker 1: Kevin for a second. I said, that's all I said,
- 55:16Speaker 1: and then all of a sudden, he dropped the F bomb.
- 55:17Speaker 1: I said, God, did you hear that? Bell? Sander said, oh, Kevin,
- 55:24Speaker 1: all right. Kevin dropped the mic and walked away. He said,
- 55:29Speaker 1: I told you all I've been drinking. I told you
- 55:35Speaker 1: you can't pull it back. That's one of those ones
- 55:38Speaker 1: where you know, Steve Boy says, let it fly, let
- 55:41Speaker 1: it fly. See I'm comfortable in situation. Say you have
- 55:46Speaker 1: said a word, ain't even bother. What are you talking
- 55:50Speaker 1: to me? Let's get to the letter to Cleveland getting it.
- 55:55Speaker 1: Please don't come over with missing my bugle hold on tight.
- 56:02Speaker 1: Here it is, y'all strawberry, thank you, nephew. Okay, subjects
- 56:06Speaker 1: going in circles, circles, round and round, dear Morning Show.
- 56:11Speaker 1: I am sick and tired of this man, but more importantly,
- 56:14Speaker 1: I'm sick of myself. Here it is. I'm in love
- 56:17Speaker 1: with a man that I'm sure doesn't love me. We
- 56:21Speaker 1: met my freshman year of high school, lost touch, and
- 56:24Speaker 1: reunited last year. I always accused him of cheating, and
- 56:28Speaker 1: I had the grounds too. When we would go out skating,
- 56:30Speaker 1: I would always catch him in some other girls faces
- 56:33Speaker 1: and sitting on their laps and getting their phone numbers,
- 56:35Speaker 1: like I wasn't even there. When I confronted him, he
- 56:38Speaker 1: would say, I'm teaching them how to skate. But like
- 56:42Speaker 1: a fool, I broke up with him and got back
- 56:45Speaker 1: with him. The sex is incredible, and I think that
- 56:48Speaker 1: is blocking my better judgment. What should I do? I
- 56:52Speaker 1: do still love him, and we broke up for a
- 56:54Speaker 1: few months, and now we are reunited again, and I
- 56:57Speaker 1: think I want to take him back. Signed dizzy, I'm
- 57:01Speaker 1: getting dizzy too. You are taking us all round and
- 57:04Speaker 1: round on circles. I mean, don't you really want to
- 57:07Speaker 1: get off this merry go round. All your answers and
- 57:10Speaker 1: your clues are right here in your letter. You're sick
- 57:12Speaker 1: of yourself. You're sure he doesn't love you. Uh, come on,
- 57:18Speaker 1: I'm sick of you too. Because you had grounds to
- 57:21Speaker 1: accuse him of cheating, you still took him back, etcetera, etcetera.
- 57:25Speaker 1: You caught him sitting on girls laps. How much more
- 57:28Speaker 1: evidence do you need to know that this man is
- 57:31Speaker 1: no good for you and he's gonna keep doing the
- 57:33Speaker 1: same thing over and over again. Why do you keep
- 57:36Speaker 1: this loser taking him back? Why do you keep him
- 57:38Speaker 1: in your life? It's not him at this point, it's you.
- 57:40Speaker 1: Let him go, Steve. There's so much in the first
- 57:46Speaker 1: of all, I don't I don't. I don't know how
- 57:48Speaker 1: old she is. See I didn't get a clear indication
- 57:52Speaker 1: of that. They started dating when she was a fresh
- 57:55Speaker 1: in her freshman year of high school, lost touch, and
- 57:58Speaker 1: reunited last year. See. I don't know how much time
- 58:01Speaker 1: has gone by. But your problem with this guy is
- 58:05Speaker 1: you know he's nothing, but you insist on stand with
- 58:08Speaker 1: the point blank however you are you you're not that
- 58:11Speaker 1: old you this is your fault. You know you can
- 58:16Speaker 1: stop this the moment you want to First of all,
- 58:19Speaker 1: you know this whole thing about we would go out
- 58:21Speaker 1: skating and I catch him in other girls face and
- 58:23Speaker 1: sitting on their left getting the number like I wasn't there.
- 58:25Speaker 1: Then when I confronted, he tells you, I'm teaching him
- 58:28Speaker 1: how to skate. I've learned how to escape before. You
- 58:31Speaker 1: don't do it on nobody Left. You think you know?
- 58:36Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm used to skated the Blue Boose
- 58:38Speaker 1: upon Sevenday ninth and Central in Cleveland, on how every
- 58:42Speaker 1: Thursday Sad. I was up there. Man, I was the
- 58:44Speaker 1: dude on the outside wall with the corn roll coming
- 58:48Speaker 1: around new corner, low riding man bump into them, beach man,
- 58:53Speaker 1: rock roll, skate bounced. That was me, man, never did
- 58:58Speaker 1: it in Nobody's left. Okay, how are you? How are
- 59:01Speaker 1: you falling for this? I don't understand now. Okay, First
- 59:07Speaker 1: of all, it gets your stuff together. Here's here's okay,
- 59:13Speaker 1: it's it's so much in here, because I mean, you know,
- 59:17Speaker 1: this could be one of my daughters. The sex is incredible,
- 59:21Speaker 1: and I think that's blocking my better judgment. You're just sprong,
- 59:24Speaker 1: that's all. You know. It happens. All of us been there.
- 59:28Speaker 1: You know you'll be all right. But see here's here's
- 59:30Speaker 1: a part when you say you're sick and tired of yourself,
- 59:35Speaker 1: but now you keep getting back together. Let me help
- 59:38Speaker 1: you understand, y'all don't get back together. See, let me
- 59:41Speaker 1: help women understand something about these relationships that you keep
- 59:44Speaker 1: going in and out of. You keep thinking you're getting
- 59:50Speaker 1: back together. What we do is we hooked back up
- 59:57Speaker 1: with you for sex. There's a difference in your mind.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: You're thinking we're together. He just came back over for
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: some most sex. Why y'all don't understand this? What is it?
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: Straight talk? No chaser? How to get keep and find
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: a man? I have some chapters in this book that
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: goes so much deeper than the first book. I promise you, ladies.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: I have a chapter in here that deals with this you,
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: your body, your sex, what it is, how we treat it,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: with the value we have on it versus the value
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: you have on it. How you see it this way
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: and we see it another one. I haven't tired chapters
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: on this. I have chapters in here on how to
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: get it, how you want it, how to get what
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: you want, how to make it like you wanted. I
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: can show you how it's done, but you've got to
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: start letting go of some of these old palacies and
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: information that you keep giving to each other when you
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: are in an on and off again relationship. The on
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: part when it's on, it's on to whom I'm asking you,
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: I mean, ladies, if your relationship is constantly off and on,
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: when it's on, it's on to who, because it too
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: easily goes back off? Is it? Because? Is it? Could
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: you consider this for a moment that you think you're
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: getting back together when actually all he's doing is hooking
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: back up to bang and guess who he's banging you? You?
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: And now you're thinking you're together, but in essence you're
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: not together. You're just being hit because you keep wondering
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: why is off again? Because man, we don't do own off.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: All right, we will have party of Steve's response at
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: twenty three after the hour you're listening to Steve hard
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, Steve, come on, let's go part
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: two of your response to today's strawberry letter. It is
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: in your face, okay, back to this girl is going
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: in circle circles, just trifling the dude, she got in
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: her life to sex good. She can't think good it.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: Quit being stupid. It's some damn sex. I got it.
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: I got it good. I like it too. I like
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: it in the more, I like it when it's cold.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: I like it a piece I fried, I don't care.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: I got itself, got it. But guess what, though, you
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: got the rest of the day to live your life,
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: and the feeling you have with this boy or man
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: when you ain't having sex ain't worth a damn So
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: now what a moment of pleasure? Life of pain? That's
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: what you're trading it in for. Quit being stupid. Okay, ladies,
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: I'm going to teach you something. The girl said sign
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: getting dizzy. Well dizzy right now, you're just dizzy. But
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: if you keep on dizzy, that's gonna turn into something else.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: See here's a lesson, ladies. Once we as men find
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: out that your tolerance level is high tech, once we
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: find out that your tolerance level is high, we then
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: see just how much you can tolerate. I'm telling you
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: it's that alter So oh oh you can take this? Okay,

- 1:20:19Speaker 1: this before, I got to go. You ain't got to go.
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: Help me, help you. But my favorite is black Brown.
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: This is about history. Money could do it. We only
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: get a month. Only a month, right, yeah right, it's
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: not a whole month. No, we don't get it. Yeah,
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: we don't even get a full month. Well, yeah, I'm
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: very proud of myself. Point those out. Some kids gonna

- 1:22:17Speaker 1: to play this game? Ah wow? All right, Um, we're
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: celebrating black history, mom, believe it or not, we really are.

- 1:23:28Speaker 1: Super Bowl in my life. I've seen every single one
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: of them. I've seen all of them. I even saw
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: the Cleveland Browns the last time they were in the
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: championship against the Baltimore Coats, sitting against the refrigerating in
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: the dining room with my daddy. I was seven years old.
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: Boys sit down and watching Brown beat these Coats. That
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: was in nineteen sixty four. I never forget that. Man,
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: I was sitting there with my father n ice cream.
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: That's amazing. I've seen every I've never missed a Super Bowl.
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: You know, I missed some Royal Series. You know, I
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: missed some NBA finals along the way, I guess, But
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: I've never ever missed a Super Bowl. That's really something
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: that's cool. So how did this one compare last night?
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: This was a great one because it was really, really
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: a great game. It was a great football game from
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: start to finish. They was it was. They were always
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: in it. You know. It wasn't like last year to three.
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: You know we were celebrating. No, man, it was a game.
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: It was back and forth. I was really impressed with
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: how Philly just hung in there, never got never got flustered,
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: you know. And man, when you drove back for the
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: past and that first sack of the day knocked that
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: ball out of his hand and they recovered that ball
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: that I needed, that I needed that the hotel room exploded.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: Were not food over the hotel? Yeah? Because no, I
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: don't say I thought. I don't worry about it. But
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: I got a nice sweet up here. And you know
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: I had Super Bowl party with my fellas uphill right
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: now everything you know what you want? He had stuff
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: from other countries. I didn't know what hummus was. Boy, hold,
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: you didn't know what how much was? Hey, Steve, I'll
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: asked for the nephew. Did you have any caviar? He no,
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: you don't tell me on the one and got like
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: that he don't even buy good caveat that were crazy though,
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: I don't buy bad carry how about you're sitting out
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: for your cave on the mail it comes from Europe. Yes,
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: it's great. No, I don't tell me. What did he
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: just say? Saras, Texas? Who go pack you some food
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: from Europe? How much it cost Tom? How much you
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: call by? It's pretty good? No fufi hunter for How much? Uh?
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: Jackie order the Bowl? How many did you? What did
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: you think about the head coach of Philly, Doug Peterson
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: That Bill Belichick he said he was, you know he was.
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: He didn't coach as well as he should have. Bill
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: was saying that about himself. So when you think about
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: Philly's head coach, I mean he did it. Man. He
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: came out there with a game player. He came out
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: throwing right away stall and running plays that way. Hey man,
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: we're here to play football. I love the fourth down
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: call many That was such a slick play. That was
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: That will be That will go down as one of
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: the great plays ever called in Super Bowl history. Like
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: they said, that will be known as because that was it.
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: Now Now you know New England tried Dare's with eighty
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: in ball but he fought it. He couldn't get his
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: arms up that time. All that you would stretch out,
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: he had it. But don't know why I receiver heathing
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: to stretch out catch no ball. Great, great call that
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: they made. All right, more of the Steve Harvey Morning

- 1:27:24Speaker 1: Congratulations going out to the Philadelphia Eagles World champions. About it.
- 1:27:31Speaker 1: It'll be It'll be Cleveland next year. Dog, You know
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Next year it's gonna turn this thing around.
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: It could be, and it gonna be the Texas Cleveland
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: has I believe they were saying, of the first sixty picks,
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: Cleveland has six. Yeah, six hicks. You should bet a
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: grand that Cleveland gonna win their first game. You could
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: put that on there that I'm gonna check see if
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: we can do that time. I think. I think that's
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: what I'm telling you. That's a good bet. Junior is
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: the gambling now, Yeah, check into that. Let me check
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: into that. Boy. Alright. Hey. Commercials, commercials, yes, alright, commercials.
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: You know which one was my favorite? Of course, the
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: Doritos are Sprite commercial, Mountain rapping Elliott show you how
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: hard I was watching it. Then? Did you see the
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: Hunter commercial with the guy just said hello, yeah, that
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: was commercial. Hello, Hello, the Black Panther commercial commercial keiffing
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: your hats in anything, Yeah, Tiffany. Yeah. You see the
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: line of Richie commercial by the trade h right at
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: the beginning of the game. But he was trying to
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: get him to say all night loan really, and all
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: he kept saying was you know the thing I like
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: about the trade is you can trade even after the
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: market closing, like all night and he said all evening long,
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: like oh, all all available times. He was saying, everyone
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: I was trying to get him say. And then at
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: the end of the commercial they said the trade where
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: you can trade all night long? Huh, yeah, that was
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: I like that that sound I missed that one. Did
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: you see the Dodge Ram commercial where they used something
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: upset about that about the doctor Kings? Yeah, that was
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: I wasn't your dog Ram used a speech from Dr
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: Martin Luther King and the drum major instinct speak talking
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: about serving and being great. That's what was wrong because
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: they used it for the truck commercial. M I didn't
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: like Beck dancing to that was funny, man, that was
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: that was great funny. Yeah, I thought that was funny.
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: It was funny. That was a bit much. My favorite,
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: I think was the Toyota commercial where uh, the reverend,
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: the reverend Catholic, he was in the church. Yeah, they
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: picked up different religions and they picked up the Jewish priest. Yeah,
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: and then they went and picked up the Muslim, and
- 1:30:45Speaker 1: then they went and picked up picked up there. I
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: don't know if it was a monk or Buddhist or
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: something like that, and it was all in the car together.
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: That was I felt. I felt like that was really cool.
- 1:30:55Speaker 1: And then when they went to pick the Muslim up
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: and the Jewish dude and kept pulling the truck up
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: in Houston, They're going. Really I thought that was a
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: cool commercial. Alright, coming up, we'll close out the show
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: with just one more thing. You're listening to Steve Show.
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: All right, here we are back with the last break
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: of the day, and just one more thing. Steve, your
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: closing remarks have been on fire. What do you have
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: for us today? Well, let me let me just kind
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: of wrap it around the game a little bit. I'm
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: gonna use the game as the example. Okay, okay, yeah,
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: you know, um my closing remarks today is it's really
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: kind of tied around sports. Um, I think that I
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: learned a lot from Philadelphia Eagles. Uh this week, this game, Uh,
- 1:31:53Speaker 1: the leading up to it, the whole process, and you know,
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: and even though it's a sporting event. You know, they
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: often tell young people when you get involved in sports,
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: it teaches you a lot about life lessons and teaches
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: you how to overcome, teaches you how to handle losses,
- 1:32:11Speaker 1: set backs, UH, teaches you sportsmanship, you know, things like
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: this that you try to impress upon you as a child.
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: But when you look at sports, you look at what
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: the Eagles did, it leads me chest into some regular
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: old life lessons that I've learned. And it just and
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: it just caused me to reflect for a moment about
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: it all. And I think about my life personally, and
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: I want you all to think about your life on
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: a personal note while I'm talking. Uh, No matter where
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: you are in life, you should have a level of
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: gratitude for the position that you find yourself in. You
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: really should. Uh. If you live in a house, as
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: meager as your existence may be, it's your house. That's
- 1:32:57Speaker 1: your home. It may not be a big, sprawling mansion,
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: but it's yours. It's yours, and that's something fulfilling about that,
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: ain't it. It's something fulfieling about having the ability to say,
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: I'm going home now because I don't care how bad
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: of a date you got somehow, Man, if you could
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: just get home, If you could just get home and
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: where you can collect yourself for a minute, that's that's
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: that's a that's that's something to be grateful for. And
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: in life, how many times are you gonna have to
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: defy the odds? How many times are you gonna have
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: to win with everybody around you thinking you're gonna lose?
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: What about having to win what everybody telling you you
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: can't win? And they're giving you all the reasons why
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: you can't. You come up with these wonderful ideas about
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: your life, about starting the business, about changing your career,
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: about going to get an education, about climbing up the
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: corporate letter, and then here comes something they say and
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: they start to tell you why you should and why, Wow,
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: I don't know how you want to do that. Suppose
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: they tell you I was having a conversation with somebody
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: down here this weekend, and uh, they said, Uh, it
- 1:34:14Speaker 1: was sort of funny, They said, so, Steve, I mean whatnot?
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: You got so much going on, I said, I'm gonna.
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: I'm gonna. I'm gonna try to make more money this year.
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna try. Wow, what you what you need more
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: money for? You're not happy where you are? I'm very
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: happy where I am. I'm very content. But but why
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: would you stop where you are right now? I mean,
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: what have you reached all of your goals? I mean
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: I got goals just like everybody else. So I keep
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: pressing for you know, and then somebody stopping. They said, well,
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: suppose you don't make it. Wow, Suppose they say no.
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: How many times have you all heard that? Suppose you
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: don't make it? Suppose they say no? Oh man, wait
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: a minute, hold on. If you don't try, then you
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: won't accomplish it. If you don't put forth the effort,
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: then it will never happen. So what's the difference. What's
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: the difference if I go in there and they tell
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: me no. But listen to this though, If you don't
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: go in there, the answer is no for Shure, But
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: that hangs on the possibility if you just put your
- 1:35:24Speaker 1: best foot forward and an effort, that it can happen
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: for you. So you gotta fight through your doubts in life. Man,
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: you gotta fight through all of this stuff. Man, you
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: gotta you gotta defy the odds, you gotta, you gotta
- 1:35:36Speaker 1: over contradict that they says. Sometimes you got to be
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: the underdog sometimes, man, you just have to be the
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: one where it looked like you ain't gonna make it
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: no kind of way, and then you show up and
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: you do the unthinkable. My life is like that. But
- 1:35:58Speaker 1: so many of your lives are us like that. And
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: if you focus on the things that you've accomplished instead
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: of sitting here lying in the misery of what you
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: don't have, you will find out you've actually taken some
- 1:36:11Speaker 1: wonderful steps in your life. Because, of course you may
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: not be where you want to be, but guess what,
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: you you light years ahead of where you were now.
- 1:36:22Speaker 1: I know a lot of people want to say, well, Steve,
- 1:36:24Speaker 1: I was hoping to be a little bit further along
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: in my life than I am right now. Okay, but
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: ain't you along in your life though? Ain't you? Ain't
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: you have stepped it up a bit? Ain't you have
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: got a little bit better? How about just the fact
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: that you're still here? How about that? Man? How about
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: looking back on all the times you defied the odds.
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: How about looking back on all the times that you
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: were the under dog. How many times you had doubters
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: and you proved them all wrong? How many times you
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: had to have belief in yourself when nobody else had it?
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: Nowhere around you? Man, Come on, y'all, pick your attitude up,
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: fix your attitude, and start looking at the positive. The
- 1:37:15Speaker 1: law of attraction is real. You can attract a lot
- 1:37:19Speaker 1: more to you by being grateful for the things that
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: you have. But God is a fan. Just God, Now,
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: why would he give you more to be ungrateful for?
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: Why would he do that? If you're not grateful for
- 1:37:33Speaker 1: everything you have, why would God, in his infinite wisdom
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: give you more things to be ungrateful for? Think about it.
- 1:37:41Speaker 1: You change your attitude, You change your altitude. Let's go, y'all,
- 1:37:46Speaker 1: shake the haters, de fither odd, be the under dog,
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: keep believing. Y'all have a great reekadu. Yeah, y'all have
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: a great reekad coming up Monday. For all Steve Harvey contests,
