- 1:07Speaker 1: My next guest is on the phone. Met him many
- 1:10Speaker 1: many moons ago. But you know in between all those
- 1:13Speaker 1: many many moons, he's been busy. Uh. He started out
- 1:16Speaker 1: on the Nickelodeons sitcom call Cousin Skeeter. I can. I
- 1:24Speaker 1: can tell you he's been a long way Cousin Skeeters.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Now when I officially met him was on UPM sitcom
- 1:30Speaker 1: called One on One where he was starting alongside Flex
- 1:32Speaker 1: and Alexander and mcgirl Kyler Pratt. That's how I was
- 1:36Speaker 1: introduced to him by Kyler Pratt. He is an AMMY
- 1:38Speaker 1: Award winning actor in entrepreneur. Please work with the money
- 1:41Speaker 1: making conversation, Robert Rishard, what's going on world? How are
- 1:46Speaker 1: you guys doing? Man here, man, thank you so much
- 1:49Speaker 1: for having you. First off, let's give up to God
- 1:51Speaker 1: for bringing us together in good health and high spirits.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Let's get into it. Okay, Well, what do you want
- 1:56Speaker 1: to get into first? Because you're you're a guy who
- 1:58Speaker 1: has multi levels of income in your lifestyle, your your
- 2:03Speaker 1: visionary and so let's let's let's let's talk about something
- 2:06Speaker 1: like a Highway Fit. Let's talk about that first. Yeah,
- 2:10Speaker 1: So Highway Fit is my social health initiative. Uh, change
- 2:15Speaker 1: the way that America in the entire world sees health,
- 2:18Speaker 1: fitness and nutrition. So what we did was we really
- 2:22Speaker 1: just simplified it to the easiest, easiest point. Uh. It's
- 2:25Speaker 1: no weight, it's no gym, and it's no travels so
- 2:29Speaker 1: you don't have to go anywhere to do it, and
- 2:31Speaker 1: you can do it anytime, anywhere, every day on Jake's
- 2:34Speaker 1: ten minutes. And it's medically sound and position endorsed and
- 2:38Speaker 1: it's successible for all. Okay, now you know everybody in
- 2:42Speaker 1: my boot, everybody on the radio, she went, okay, ten minutes.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Who don't have ten minutes now? So tell me to
- 2:49Speaker 1: come on I Robert, Now, don't throw it out there
- 2:51Speaker 1: like that. You got the brother over here, because I'm
- 2:53Speaker 1: a guy who who eats crispy cream. Don't utch now.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I'm just tell you trying to change my lifestyle and
- 2:58Speaker 1: ten minutes helped me out. Can you give me a
- 3:00Speaker 1: little bit more or do I have to go to
- 3:01Speaker 1: a website to get more? Well, you can see all
- 3:05Speaker 1: the workouts that I do. I did the same tim
- 3:07Speaker 1: and a workout every single day and I have for
- 3:10Speaker 1: the last five years. Um. I lost about thirty pounds,
- 3:14Speaker 1: but then like the first like probably four or five weeks, um,
- 3:18Speaker 1: and then just because able to maintain it because I
- 3:20Speaker 1: seld you the same exercise every single day. UM. You
- 3:23Speaker 1: can go on my website, the Robert Richard dot com,
- 3:28Speaker 1: the Robert Rochard dot com and if you scroll down
- 3:31Speaker 1: like two tabs, there's a highway fit tab. You press
- 3:34Speaker 1: on it and all my workouts are right there. Um.
- 3:37Speaker 1: And and the great thing about it was, you know
- 3:40Speaker 1: I developed this is my doctor. I asked him like
- 3:43Speaker 1: a simple question like what is working out? That I've
- 3:48Speaker 1: never had someone asked that question me before. So we
- 3:50Speaker 1: figured out what working out was. We found the most
- 3:53Speaker 1: simplest efficient way to work out. And then um, the
- 3:58Speaker 1: first person that I had. Her name is Tiffany car
- 4:01Speaker 1: She was in uh and once to say with North Carolina,
- 4:05Speaker 1: and she's four under pounds and now she's a hundred
- 4:07Speaker 1: and fifty pounds of beauty and she's amazing. UM. And
- 4:10Speaker 1: she was able to do that with just a ten
- 4:12Speaker 1: minute commitment every single day. Okay, now, which is really
- 4:16Speaker 1: this is great because see I got up a four
- 4:18Speaker 1: fifteen and you know I do lightweights. I don't do
- 4:23Speaker 1: I do twenty curls. That's it. You can laugh at me.
- 4:27Speaker 1: I do lateral pull down. I may do seventy pounds.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I'm not trying to go into the NFL. But I
- 4:32Speaker 1: don't know. I don't. I don't my walk that I
- 4:36Speaker 1: do on my treadmill, it's just ten minutes. I make
- 4:40Speaker 1: sure I do that every day because you know, people,
- 4:43Speaker 1: a lot of people understand. You put a little incline
- 4:45Speaker 1: on it and you walk and just don't don't hold
- 4:48Speaker 1: onto the machine. Then you could work out your upper
- 4:51Speaker 1: body as well as your abs if you do it right.
- 4:55Speaker 1: And I'm talking it's your road, your freedom, man. You know,
- 4:58Speaker 1: that's that's how we shit. And so Robin know what
- 5:01Speaker 1: I'm talking about. That's why when you see a lot
- 5:03Speaker 1: of sprinters when they when they pull off their shirt,
- 5:06Speaker 1: cause they quickly pull off their shirt, they abs are
- 5:09Speaker 1: like crazy, crazy like concrete. The find right because when
- 5:15Speaker 1: you walk, if you if you remember, if you lift
- 5:17Speaker 1: your legs, when you lift your legs when you walk,
- 5:20Speaker 1: you're actually impacting your abs especially the lower part of
- 5:23Speaker 1: your ass. A lot of people don't understand that when
- 5:26Speaker 1: you're when you're doing workouts, if you slow it down
- 5:28Speaker 1: and go just to the basic of what is trying
- 5:31Speaker 1: to what God has given you first of all as
- 5:33Speaker 1: a body, what you do with it, He allows you
- 5:36Speaker 1: to make that decision. What a lot of people do
- 5:38Speaker 1: is complicate the process by if you if you're walking
- 5:41Speaker 1: around here, you don't feel like picking up your legs,
- 5:43Speaker 1: you know, dragging your feet, sliding around, destroying your heels
- 5:47Speaker 1: because you don't want to move walk fast. If you
- 5:50Speaker 1: just pick your feet up and just start consciously raising
- 5:53Speaker 1: your legs, lifting your knees up a little bit higher,
- 5:56Speaker 1: it would affect the lower portion of your body. With
- 5:59Speaker 1: your turn will affect your upper portion. Would your turn
- 6:02Speaker 1: will affect the way you walk and your and your posture.
- 6:08Speaker 1: It's all right, It's all correct. Yes, Now, how did
- 6:11Speaker 1: you How did you figure this out? Sir? You said
- 6:14Speaker 1: ten minutes? Ten minutes can change your life and why
- 6:17Speaker 1: it's just the first time I'm hearing about this, sir.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I'm kind of man so so so UM. A lot
- 6:22Speaker 1: of my videos are on YouTube, um, and that kind
- 6:26Speaker 1: of brought me to making my own websites that you
- 6:28Speaker 1: can get more information. UM. But yeah, I asked my
- 6:32Speaker 1: one of my best friends is a double board certified
- 6:35Speaker 1: UM surgeon by the American Border Services, and I asked myself,
- 6:39Speaker 1: what's working out? And we figured out that no matter
- 6:42Speaker 1: whether you're running or you know, weightlifting or sprinting or
- 6:47Speaker 1: doing cross that or even swimming, UM, that that working
- 6:52Speaker 1: out is the flight Michael tears of muscle fiber. So
- 6:58Speaker 1: we said, okay, if the human the body was a chopstick,
- 7:02Speaker 1: and I asked someone to sort of break a chopstick,
- 7:06Speaker 1: which is how you that breaking of the muscle fibers.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Everyone would snap it right. What you wouldn't what you
- 7:13Speaker 1: wouldn't try and do the chopstick. You wouldn't try and
- 7:15Speaker 1: put in between your hands and squeeze it because you
- 7:17Speaker 1: know that's not efficient. You know, you wouldn't try and
- 7:19Speaker 1: pull it apart. There's not it's gonna take too much energy.
- 7:22Speaker 1: And you wouldn't try and twist it. You just snap
- 7:24Speaker 1: the chopstick. So I asked, if I said work we
- 7:27Speaker 1: created a workout is just all these sort of snapping
- 7:30Speaker 1: motions muscle fiber, and then that in turn put your
- 7:34Speaker 1: body into slight shock with register rais your heart rate
- 7:37Speaker 1: with your sweating going, and you're respiratories and going, and
- 7:41Speaker 1: so it's this thing. The official term is faced down isometrics,
- 7:46Speaker 1: but a lot of people note is like planking, so
- 7:49Speaker 1: sort of like when you're on the ground facing the
- 7:52Speaker 1: floor head down, holding your body weight up. It's actually
- 7:57Speaker 1: the same force that's happening when you're not pick a chopstick. Wow,
- 8:03Speaker 1: we just use a little bit of science to figure
- 8:05Speaker 1: out a more efficient way of kind of like and
- 8:08Speaker 1: therefore it's low intensity. If you're not running around or
- 8:11Speaker 1: jumping anywhere, you'll need me weight. You know, you're basically
- 8:15Speaker 1: using your own body weight. You're holding yourself up into gravity, right,
- 8:19Speaker 1: and that's really really uh, the better workout. Would you
- 8:22Speaker 1: recommend the working out watching TV just to pass the time? Yeah?
- 8:26Speaker 1: I do. I do. I tell people to figure out,
- 8:28Speaker 1: like there's opportunities in your day that are perfect for
- 8:32Speaker 1: working out. Whether that's like, you know, you're watching your
- 8:36Speaker 1: favorite sporting event, or you're watching the opening a game
- 8:38Speaker 1: of Game of Thrones and you get to Timmanton there.
- 8:41Speaker 1: You know, you're out with your kids and they're in
- 8:44Speaker 1: the you know, in the park somewhere timnutes there. You
- 8:47Speaker 1: you get done with the office and there's traffic outside.
- 8:50Speaker 1: You can work out right in your office wherever you're at.
- 8:53Speaker 1: And I got people who follow me on Instagram and
- 8:56Speaker 1: they do it um at the post office, the post
- 8:58Speaker 1: office workers at the shipping yard, they're working shipping or logistics.
- 9:03Speaker 1: People who are office white called people. They bring a
- 9:06Speaker 1: you know, a extra set um legends of the office
- 9:10Speaker 1: and do it right in the office so you can
- 9:13Speaker 1: find You can find this ten minutes, the same way
- 9:15Speaker 1: that we all find ten minutes for rushing our teeth,
- 9:18Speaker 1: taking a shower, checking your email. You know, you can
- 9:21Speaker 1: squeeze it in. Hey, Robert, we're gonna be right back
- 9:24Speaker 1: with more of this conversation because I need to find
- 9:26Speaker 1: out what you're doing beyond staying fit. We'll be back.
- 9:29Speaker 1: We'll be back with more money making compasses. Tast my man,
- 9:32Speaker 1: Robert Roshaw, I just ra Sean McDonald. You're listening to
- 9:38Speaker 1: money making conversations on the phone. Is a uh, he's fit,
- 9:43Speaker 1: he's lost weight. I lost. I lost sixteen pounds last
- 9:46Speaker 1: year just by changing the way I chose to eat.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Because I still and it's about changing. It's about the commitment.
- 9:53Speaker 1: And he has this program called Highway Fit. But I
- 9:56Speaker 1: don't want to just linger on that particular topic because
- 9:59Speaker 1: he's a well, I call him a three six kind
- 10:01Speaker 1: of a guy. Uh So, I want to talk about
- 10:03Speaker 1: some of your film projects that you're currently working on, Robert. Yeah.
- 10:07Speaker 1: So I mean this magnificent film. It's called Bolden and
- 10:10Speaker 1: it's in theaters now, and it's about the birth of
- 10:14Speaker 1: jazz music. So one guy in New Orleans in the
- 10:17Speaker 1: eight nineties named Buddy Bolden invented jazz and the guy
- 10:24Speaker 1: started to go into sort of like schizophrenia, but he
- 10:26Speaker 1: gave America. Really it's only true American art form. And
- 10:32Speaker 1: everything that we've had rock and roll, R and B, rhythman,
- 10:37Speaker 1: blues hip hop, all that is a derivative of this
- 10:41Speaker 1: downbeat sound that came from jazz music, that came from
- 10:45Speaker 1: the genius minded Buddy Bolden. And the films and theaters
- 10:48Speaker 1: now is directed by David Pritzker. UM went to marcelis
- 10:51Speaker 1: At all the music for it, and I play UM
- 10:54Speaker 1: one of the lead characters named George Backay, who was
- 10:57Speaker 1: a real clarinet player. UM in the and that Buddy
- 11:01Speaker 1: Bolden recruited from an orchestra brand because he was so
- 11:05Speaker 1: talented to put him in his jazz man. You know,
- 11:09Speaker 1: so I can appreciate this because uh, I was a
- 11:11Speaker 1: first chair claren etis. Let y'all know about that. You know,
- 11:15Speaker 1: y'all because my staff they're looking at me. I know
- 11:18Speaker 1: about to read. I'm just telling you all I know
- 11:20Speaker 1: about to read first chair. So so when you when
- 11:23Speaker 1: you mentioned that name, it didn't it didn't stunned me
- 11:26Speaker 1: because you don't get the first chair not knowing the
- 11:27Speaker 1: history of people who have who have shared that skill before.
- 11:32Speaker 1: And it really is interesting that you did you did
- 11:38Speaker 1: you learn anything from doing this type of a movie,
- 11:42Speaker 1: because it feels are feeling your VARs emotion because whenever
- 11:47Speaker 1: I learned something about my history, when I've learned thing
- 11:49Speaker 1: about my history almost shocks me. Because school is supposed
- 11:52Speaker 1: to educate you. School is supposed to tell you about
- 11:54Speaker 1: important things in your life that would impact you. And
- 11:58Speaker 1: whenever sociology changed my life, when I when I when
- 12:01Speaker 1: I learned about what what life doesn't tell you, especially
- 12:04Speaker 1: in public education, even in profit education. What what did
- 12:07Speaker 1: you learn about doing this movie? You know what I
- 12:11Speaker 1: learned about it was um that there is a system
- 12:17Speaker 1: that exists that doesn't like any individual to succeed without
- 12:24Speaker 1: paying dividends to that system. So in the case of
- 12:28Speaker 1: Buddy Bolden's life, like, here's this person who had this
- 12:31Speaker 1: new sound, and because he had this new sound, he
- 12:34Speaker 1: had the draw of an audience all the time. So
- 12:39Speaker 1: people are coming to his events and spending money to
- 12:43Speaker 1: hear him play, and he's making money, and the powers
- 12:48Speaker 1: that be of the city and the government and the
- 12:51Speaker 1: system that exists in Rolands like, how is this black
- 12:55Speaker 1: man making this money without us kill him? So they
- 13:00Speaker 1: did everything they could. They gave him drugs and put
- 13:04Speaker 1: drugs in the neighborhood, and put violence in the neighborhood
- 13:06Speaker 1: and started these fights in their neighborhood, and had had
- 13:09Speaker 1: oppressure and had all this stuff that's happening. Uh illegitimate
- 13:13Speaker 1: kidds just pumping women toward all these things that were
- 13:16Speaker 1: a distraction that was ultimately his destruction. And there's a
- 13:21Speaker 1: line in the movie UM from the head judge of
- 13:24Speaker 1: New Orleans that says, destroy the soul and they will
- 13:29Speaker 1: destroy themselves. Wow, that's pretty consistent crack in the community.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Do you really seem to be a clear understanding of
- 13:39Speaker 1: who you are? What did you learn that parenting? And
- 13:43Speaker 1: it was your mom? What you your dad? You have
- 13:45Speaker 1: a sister? Who you are? What? What? What? What? What
- 13:49Speaker 1: investment was it put into you by your upbringing and
- 13:52Speaker 1: made you so whole like this, You know, I think
- 13:56Speaker 1: it's um. It's a combination of a lot of things.
- 13:59Speaker 1: One thing is I had I had strong men in
- 14:01Speaker 1: my life as a kid. My father, uh was had
- 14:05Speaker 1: a huge, huge impression on my entire makeup of my
- 14:08Speaker 1: confidence in my character. My grandfather educated me. Uh. Spent
- 14:11Speaker 1: a lot of time with my grandfather, UM, my brother
- 14:15Speaker 1: UM and and even my brother in law. And so
- 14:18Speaker 1: I think that um just having that sort of strong
- 14:22Speaker 1: um like anchor of men in the life that are
- 14:25Speaker 1: noble and u respectful and admirable and sort of trying
- 14:30Speaker 1: to keep up with them, and then also just a
- 14:33Speaker 1: strong connection with God just to kind of stay humble,
- 14:36Speaker 1: keep your nose down and work hard and work hard.
- 14:39Speaker 1: I mean the thing about as you say on this
- 14:41Speaker 1: that how early you get up in the morning, I'm
- 14:43Speaker 1: sure you enjoy it, you know you do. Yeah, And
- 14:48Speaker 1: you know I worked my butt off on these films
- 14:51Speaker 1: and I enjoy it. I really do. And so there's
- 14:54Speaker 1: something to say that comes with like a personal joy
- 14:56Speaker 1: and a personal confidence in relationship to hard work. You know,
- 15:01Speaker 1: I don't think that Tom Brady wants to leave the
- 15:03Speaker 1: NFL because he likes getting up every morning and training,
- 15:06Speaker 1: working hard and trying to be as excellent as you can.
- 15:10Speaker 1: I do. I don't think he might getting up. I
- 15:12Speaker 1: don't think he might getting sacked. I don't think he
- 15:14Speaker 1: that's there's a couple of athletes out there. He does
- 15:17Speaker 1: not want to get crushed. I don't think you want
- 15:20Speaker 1: to get lit up by a couple of boys out there.
- 15:22Speaker 1: They come in there on a regular basis. But let's
- 15:24Speaker 1: talk about this one. I want to make sure I
- 15:26Speaker 1: get what ep M. That's a that's a company brand
- 15:30Speaker 1: of your a therapeutic brand of oils that you bring out.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Talk to us about that, because that's something I want
- 15:35Speaker 1: to promote on my social media. Oh absolutely, So ep
- 15:39Speaker 1: M is better science, better medicine, and well, we have
- 15:44Speaker 1: formulas that are all earth their ultra premium therapeutic, great
- 15:49Speaker 1: essential oils, and they are amazing. We have our flagship

- 15:56Speaker 1: you can go to e p M product X dot
- 15:59Speaker 1: com on so EPM Products dot com and that's product
- 16:03Speaker 1: with an X dot com. UM and we're also on Instagram.
- 16:07Speaker 1: You can go to EPN Products on Instagram, on Facebook,
- 16:11Speaker 1: EPN product X on Facebook. UM and we're kind of
- 16:15Speaker 1: transform suffering for all. Now, let me uh you know
- 16:20Speaker 1: when you use these type of products, the oils, what
- 16:23Speaker 1: are the purpose out there? What are the what do
- 16:25Speaker 1: they affect? We have got a ball head and or
- 16:30Speaker 1: I get out that shower just kind of dry, I
- 16:32Speaker 1: gotta put a little all on it. Yeah, so we
- 16:35Speaker 1: have we have we have about six products in the
- 16:37Speaker 1: market right now. Reborn from muscle and joint pain. I
- 16:40Speaker 1: have any kind of like products paying back pain, neck pain,
- 16:43Speaker 1: knee pain, risk arthriotis any kindstant like that, any kind
- 16:47Speaker 1: of pain you put reborn on, You put it on
- 16:49Speaker 1: a couple of dabs on your fingertips and put on
- 16:51Speaker 1: any area focus um Allure is for beauty. If you
- 16:55Speaker 1: have so riotsis xema, hyper pigmentation, sunspots, aged by wrinkles.
- 17:01Speaker 1: You put a little bit of a lure on your face,
- 17:03Speaker 1: your neckline, whatever I'm talking about healing yourselves which helps
- 17:07Speaker 1: them you generated properly, which restores your youth. Um. We
- 17:11Speaker 1: have a product called Flight for professional athletes. UM. Lovely
- 17:15Speaker 1: miss Asia Curry, Steph Curry's wife has bought in Flight
- 17:18Speaker 1: for her husband for Steph Curry, UM and UM and
- 17:22Speaker 1: I have also a wide receiver yesterday from the Houston
- 17:26Speaker 1: Houston Texans. DeAndre Hopkins bought Flight yesterday for UM for
- 17:31Speaker 1: a knee injury. So UM, that's that's Flight. And then
- 17:34Speaker 1: we have some other products. Elite is for an immortal
- 17:38Speaker 1: spot treatment if you've got any kind of like cystic
- 17:41Speaker 1: acne or any kind of like hard Blewmershire trying to
- 17:43Speaker 1: just get out of your skin immediately Elite Uh. And
- 17:48Speaker 1: then we have Calm for mothers and babies and Urgent
- 17:53Speaker 1: for first aid and external prepare. So that's a part
- 17:56Speaker 1: of your brand that you really are, that you really
- 17:59Speaker 1: are market and you're starting to tell me celebrity names,
- 18:02Speaker 1: so accepting this and also from an athlete from athletic
- 18:07Speaker 1: from athletes, it makes a good respect people. You know,
- 18:10Speaker 1: people used the reborning their dog to people who have
- 18:12Speaker 1: you know, great dames or dogs that have a little
- 18:15Speaker 1: hit problem or whatever. We sell flight to horses training
- 18:19Speaker 1: people who have horses and trainers for thoroughbreds and for
- 18:23Speaker 1: quarter horse racing. Uh they buy flight. Uh Yeah, We're
- 18:27Speaker 1: really in this healing thing and transforming suffering for all.
- 18:30Speaker 1: I want to end on It's been a great interview,
- 18:32Speaker 1: but it was a question you had. I want to
- 18:34Speaker 1: end on that because I think we're gonna have fun
- 18:35Speaker 1: with it. It's about superhero? What superhero would you want
- 18:40Speaker 1: to be? And why that? Of course I said I
- 18:43Speaker 1: would say that for the end because I because I'm
- 18:45Speaker 1: a big Marvel fans, so I can I can ride
- 18:47Speaker 1: with you and any superhero you're throw out there. If
- 18:49Speaker 1: you make up a superhero, I can ride with you.
- 18:50Speaker 1: So Devid Roberts, what superhero would you want to be?
- 18:54Speaker 1: And why? Yeah? So honestly, like the I would say
- 18:58Speaker 1: it's about three of them because you know, we'll all
- 19:01Speaker 1: kind of relate to what we like to do. And
- 19:03Speaker 1: so I like the technology stuff. So so so we
- 19:07Speaker 1: got to see black Panther and black Panthers like you
- 19:10Speaker 1: know in in Waconda, and they have all this sort
- 19:14Speaker 1: of hidden technology that no one knows about and that
- 19:17Speaker 1: like speaks to me, speaks to like what I like
- 19:20Speaker 1: science and like topology and stuff like that. So between
- 19:23Speaker 1: like Black Panther, Green Landers the same way and an
- 19:26Speaker 1: Iron Man, they both kind of have more of their
- 19:28Speaker 1: like machine sort of like uh science, uh technology, future
- 19:34Speaker 1: four type stuff in their superpower. So those are the
- 19:36Speaker 1: three that I really love. I'm Captain America. Love it,
- 19:42Speaker 1: Captain Captain, I'm cap I love Iron Man. For me
- 19:46Speaker 1: a mix of Captain America a little Aroman. I'm done,
- 19:49Speaker 1: I'm small and I can recover from a buff whooping.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Hey man, this it's been great interviewing you. Man. I
- 19:59Speaker 1: please remember this. Money making conversations can be your home,
