- 1:43Speaker 1: to turn out to turn the water the water. Come
- 1:58Speaker 1: come on your back at it. Uh huh, I sure
- 2:02Speaker 1: will A good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice,
- 2:07Speaker 1: Come on dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey
- 2:10Speaker 1: got a radio show. Okay, okay, here's what I want
- 2:20Speaker 1: to share with you. Stop complaining. So I had to
- 2:29Speaker 1: let you see how I let that one sit for
- 2:31Speaker 1: a second. Stop complaining. Do you realize without us even
- 2:42Speaker 1: thinking about it, oftentimes we just complain about stuff and
- 2:50Speaker 1: it comes up in such subtle forms. Oh man, I
- 2:55Speaker 1: can't believe his clock went off this morning. Man. I
- 3:01Speaker 1: want man, I just want a little bit more sleep,
- 3:07Speaker 1: and I got to get up going to this job
- 3:09Speaker 1: right here. Man, I don't know why they're still letting
- 3:14Speaker 1: that lady work there. Man. If they don't fire this woman, man,
- 3:17Speaker 1: I don't know what I'm gonna do. She driving me crazy.
- 3:21Speaker 1: She always got something to say. I bet to day though,
- 3:28Speaker 1: the way I'm feeling right now, I bet she better
- 3:30Speaker 1: not say nothing to me today. M Yeah, yeah, because
- 3:36Speaker 1: day it today it. I'm sick of her running her mouth.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Last time she said something to me, I should have
- 3:44Speaker 1: said something to it. You know what I'm saying. I'm
- 3:47Speaker 1: just giving you a small example of how it starts
- 3:50Speaker 1: to snowball. Once you start to complain. It's it just
- 3:56Speaker 1: carries over into so many things. Man, Stop complaining about
- 4:00Speaker 1: your car, Stop complaining about your bus pass, Stop complaining
- 4:04Speaker 1: about your kids. Can't seem to get it together. Stop
- 4:08Speaker 1: complaining about your man can't seem to get it together.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Stop complaining. Stop Have you noticed? I'm just asking, have
- 4:18Speaker 1: you noticed that in all of your complaining, it has
- 4:23Speaker 1: provided not one solution? Oh? May you, Oh you may
- 4:28Speaker 1: get a person to adjust to your complaining for a
- 4:30Speaker 1: little while, but want you once we settle in, we
- 4:35Speaker 1: get right on back to whatever it is. Stop complaining.
- 4:41Speaker 1: The reason I'm telling you to stop complaining because God
- 4:45Speaker 1: is able. Because God is capable, He is capable and
- 4:53Speaker 1: able of fixing anything. Capable and able of curing anything,
- 5:01Speaker 1: capable and able of allowing you to get too adjusting
- 5:06Speaker 1: to things, and capable and able to strengthen you to
- 5:14Speaker 1: get through and change anything. But the key here is
- 5:20Speaker 1: God is capable, and God is able. A lot of
- 5:24Speaker 1: times I find myself complaining because I have not used
- 5:30Speaker 1: my greatest asset, and that's my relationship with God. You
- 5:34Speaker 1: all have one now. You may not have nurtured it,
- 5:37Speaker 1: but you have one because God created you as his child.
- 5:41Speaker 1: He's available to you now. The fact that you ain't
- 5:44Speaker 1: went to him. Okay, once again, who fathers that? Stop
- 5:49Speaker 1: complaining until you strengthen your relationship with God and formulate
- 5:56Speaker 1: this relationship. You don't have enough weapons. You don't have
- 6:03Speaker 1: enough bullets, you ain't got enough arrows, You ain't got
- 6:07Speaker 1: a big enough shield to fight this thing called life.
- 6:11Speaker 1: It just keeps coming. Man, And unless you develop a
- 6:15Speaker 1: relationship with God, you need a partner in all of this.
- 6:18Speaker 1: You got to have a partner. Man. You cannot get
- 6:23Speaker 1: through this thing without those this partner shield. I don't know,
- 6:29Speaker 1: you know, maybe you got another route you're gonna take.
- 6:34Speaker 1: But every successful person I know personally has a relationship
- 6:41Speaker 1: with God. I have some really really some people that's
- 6:48Speaker 1: kind of up there in the success term in terms
- 6:51Speaker 1: of business and money and statue. I'm just talking about
- 6:55Speaker 1: that portion of success. And then I have a lot
- 6:58Speaker 1: of people who are very successful in their spiritual life,
- 7:02Speaker 1: who have become great men of God and women of God.
- 7:07Speaker 1: But look at all of them, and all of them
- 7:09Speaker 1: have substantial amounts of you know, possessions and things like that. Also,
- 7:17Speaker 1: most successful people I know have that. Even if you
- 7:22Speaker 1: saw them never with a big lot of house and
- 7:25Speaker 1: a lot of money or stuff like that, they had
- 7:28Speaker 1: so much respect, so much love, so much power was
- 7:34Speaker 1: given them from people that their life was rich in
- 7:39Speaker 1: that area, you know, like a man Nu the King
- 7:43Speaker 1: or something like that, or Gandhi or somebody who lived
- 7:46Speaker 1: their life in service, or Nelson Mandela who came out
- 7:50Speaker 1: and just man, people put stuff at their feet because
- 7:53Speaker 1: of their service. So all successful people I know have that.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Every last one of these people that I know, they
- 7:59Speaker 1: have lationship with God. They used the tool that was
- 8:04Speaker 1: available to them to give them the strength, the bullets,
- 8:09Speaker 1: the arrows, the slings, the shield to fight this thing
- 8:12Speaker 1: called life and have the most valuable partner right there by.
- 8:15Speaker 1: They side they heavily Father God, because he will help
- 8:18Speaker 1: you get through this thing called life. Man, Stop complaining
- 8:21Speaker 1: so much. Stop complaining all the time. It's not fixing anything.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Why don't you do yourself a favor and strengthen your
- 8:28Speaker 1: relationship with God? Why don't you do that? You ever
- 8:31Speaker 1: thought that that could be the problem? Man? Why can
- 8:34Speaker 1: I never get over? Well? You have not because you
- 8:37Speaker 1: ask not? Man, how come I always got problems? Well?
- 8:40Speaker 1: You keep trying to solve them yourself and taking them
- 8:42Speaker 1: to your friends. Can you keep trying to do them
- 8:45Speaker 1: with your own thought process? Who are you? I keep
- 8:48Speaker 1: telling you, man, you gotta get it together with God.
- 8:51Speaker 1: You gotta quit tripping. You're going through stuff you ain't
- 8:55Speaker 1: got no business going through. And if it's you going
- 8:59Speaker 1: through some im over and over and over and over
- 9:02Speaker 1: and the same problem keep coming back to bite you again.
- 9:07Speaker 1: All that's saying is you still ain't strengthen your relationship
- 9:11Speaker 1: with God. It's your relationship. He's not gonna make you
- 9:14Speaker 1: have one with him. He is a perfect gentleman. He
- 9:18Speaker 1: only comes into your life when you invite him in.
- 9:21Speaker 1: He don't buffalo his way in. That ain't the way
- 9:23Speaker 1: he worked. But for those who do invite him in,
- 9:27Speaker 1: they have a distinct advantage on their road to success,
- 9:30Speaker 1: a distinct advantage. You can do it without him, Trust me,
- 9:35Speaker 1: you can. How far you get. I can't promise you nothing,
- 9:39Speaker 1: how well you handle it when you arrived there, I
- 9:42Speaker 1: can't promise you nothing. How long you're gonna stay there,
- 9:46Speaker 1: I can't promise you nothing. How difficult it's going to
- 9:50Speaker 1: be without him. I can't give you that. It's going
- 9:53Speaker 1: to be far more difficult. But you can. Something can happen,
- 9:57Speaker 1: and you know, receive a measure of success, and you
- 10:00Speaker 1: think is you and this move you made, And you
- 10:03Speaker 1: can describe it as I got lucky. I happened to
- 10:05Speaker 1: be in the right place at the right time. I
- 10:08Speaker 1: got lucky. Lucky is usually how other people describe other
- 10:13Speaker 1: people's success. Poor, he was lucky, he was right there. Well,
- 10:16Speaker 1: let me tell you what luck is. Luck is when
- 10:18Speaker 1: hard work bumps up into opportunity. If you've been working
- 10:22Speaker 1: hard as something, an opportunity presents itself that comes a match,
- 10:26Speaker 1: that's not luck. But now, if you haven't done that
- 10:30Speaker 1: on a repetitive enough basis, that opportunity could present itself.
- 10:35Speaker 1: One time you got to reconnect. Stop complaining, man, come on,
- 10:40Speaker 1: listen to me. Stop complaining. It hasn't fixed a single
- 10:43Speaker 1: thing in your life. And if you're a chronic complainer,
- 10:46Speaker 1: it's because you really, really have not fixed your relationship
- 10:49Speaker 1: with God. He'll smooth it out for you. That I
- 10:52Speaker 1: can tell you for a fact. I know that for
- 10:54Speaker 1: a fact. He smoved mine out. All right, let's go.
- 10:57Speaker 1: You're listening to show. Ladies and gentlemen, man, have your
- 11:04Speaker 1: attention please again, As was the other day and the
- 11:09Speaker 1: other one and the other one. This is a Steve

- 14:05Speaker 1: every word out my mouth is gonna be ignorant. Okay,
- 14:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna. I'm gonna I'm gonna pay homage to the
- 14:13Speaker 1: gift or what your word you say. The word is homage, homage,
- 14:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna pay that. I thought it was homage I
- 14:21Speaker 1: did to start with it year. I thought it was homage. Well,
- 14:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna pay tribute then that God gave me, and
- 14:30Speaker 1: I'm gonna use it on every single line out my

- 14:39Speaker 1: Right after this, we'll here at thirty two afters when

- 14:47Speaker 1: It is your birthday. Birth day. I said that for you.
- 14:52Speaker 1: I said the word to my grandson, little b J.
- 14:56Speaker 1: I just fought it. Oh god, that's what my luke. Okay,
- 15:02Speaker 1: he do it. He just say it. You don't even
- 15:05Speaker 1: hear it. He stopped and turned around it. He'll be
- 15:08Speaker 1: running and here, fire one off and turn around. I
- 15:12Speaker 1: just fired it, turned right back around and break out.
- 15:15Speaker 1: But that's how we're gonna start our show. No, I
- 15:19Speaker 1: just sick something the morning. I just said that. I
- 15:23Speaker 1: just told y'all just about my grandson quick tripping. All right,
- 15:27Speaker 1: the worst thing you didn't heard? All right, So tell
- 15:29Speaker 1: us your favorite birthday memory, Steve, it's your birthday. Oh
- 15:33Speaker 1: I ain't. I can't. That can't be on radio. You
- 15:38Speaker 1: can say on the radio. Then, well what happened? It
- 15:42Speaker 1: can't be on the radio. I'm good call. It was
- 15:45Speaker 1: so wild? Okay, how long ago was this? I know? Okaya,
- 15:53Speaker 1: that's when it's good. I'm still greatest story to me.
- 16:01Speaker 1: That was in the Threesome ones. Oh you didn't know.
- 16:04Speaker 1: I didn't like that. You didn't like that roughest, nice
- 16:08Speaker 1: and fun life because a lot of people would think
- 16:09Speaker 1: that would be a great birthday present, like your nephew's.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Most of them are so so damn confused. What were you?
- 16:17Speaker 1: I don't know what to do? Whose turn is it?
- 16:21Speaker 1: What you keep trying to come to? You? Just keep
- 16:24Speaker 1: I can't keep turning to the right and back to
- 16:27Speaker 1: the left. I need to focus, he said, two kisses
- 16:30Speaker 1: here and the two kids kisses here, trying to I'm
- 16:34Speaker 1: trying to do it. He's trying to be fair. Seven
- 16:38Speaker 1: eight turn over? Seriously, shall we turn over? That's really funny,
- 16:55Speaker 1: he said. He was gonna embarrass everybody. You ten seconds,
- 16:59Speaker 1: twenty second, sixty second turned over seconds, twenty seconds, thirty second. Six.
- 17:09Speaker 1: I wore my ass was all work for you. You
- 17:12Speaker 1: didn't get anything out of seven minutes. And I was
- 17:15Speaker 1: exhausted doing this, right. I ain't know who turn it was.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I was sitting there going, Lord, getting me out of
- 17:25Speaker 1: this Lord. Un I don't know how to do that. Yeah, Timmy, Yeah, Tommy, Yeah,
- 17:31Speaker 1: you might know how to do it, and all that
- 17:32Speaker 1: I don't know. I found out that day. Yeah, I'm
- 17:35Speaker 1: a one woman man. Yeah, I love that. And that's
- 17:39Speaker 1: how we love that about Yeah, that's how we look
- 17:41Speaker 1: back the man at a time at a time. Well, wait,
- 17:48Speaker 1: don't want to hear about the memory, the birthday memory.
- 17:50Speaker 1: You can't get a kid, well another one then more recently,
- 17:55Speaker 1: well I've had, I mean, Marjorie has given me some
- 17:57Speaker 1: great birthdays. Oh yeah. My sixtieth birthday was one of
- 18:02Speaker 1: my favorite BET's birthday. The entire family, all of my kids,
- 18:08Speaker 1: all of my grandkids, my parents, you know, you know,
- 18:13Speaker 1: I call them my parents, Marjorie's mom and dad. Everybody
- 18:18Speaker 1: came to Aguila and half for most of them stayed
- 18:21Speaker 1: in the Guila at the hotel in the four seasons
- 18:24Speaker 1: and you know, she got a boat and I was
- 18:26Speaker 1: out on the boat. No, that was just that was
- 18:29Speaker 1: one of my favorite birthdays. It's one of the and
- 18:32Speaker 1: one of the pictures that the Shade Room picked up. Okay,
- 18:36Speaker 1: it was one of the most watched photographs on the
- 18:39Speaker 1: Shade Room. It was just a black family picture of
- 18:43Speaker 1: all of us sitting there and we really got a
- 18:45Speaker 1: lot of great comments on the Shade Room for that.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Of course, you know, the hater's gonna say what they say,
- 18:49Speaker 1: but you know that don't bother me, but that that
- 18:52Speaker 1: was one of the great moments for me. One of
- 18:54Speaker 1: my famorite. Oh, let me say something haters find a way.
- 18:58Speaker 1: What is that to just hate? I mean, if I
- 19:01Speaker 1: don't care what you post, you can't post nothing that
- 19:05Speaker 1: gets everything. Like today, I'll post a happy birthday to me.
- 19:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna do something like that. Watch Oh wow, Well,
- 19:12Speaker 1: why wouldn't you say that to you? Some buttholder? It's
- 19:15Speaker 1: try So when it's Trump's birthday, it's it's people people think.
- 19:23Speaker 1: It's people think that I'm a Trump supporter. It's people
- 19:27Speaker 1: who really think that. It's some dumbbuts out there who
- 19:30Speaker 1: think because I was up at Trump Towers that I'm
- 19:34Speaker 1: a supporter. Damn when I was up there trying to
- 19:36Speaker 1: get right that that don't matter. You shitt to win
- 19:40Speaker 1: up there and you're a supporter. It's people really think
- 19:42Speaker 1: I'm a Trump supporter, and I go, you cannot listen
- 19:46Speaker 1: to my radio show and know that. But if they don't,
- 19:49Speaker 1: they still got that picture in their head. So it
- 19:53Speaker 1: is what it is that don't that don't bother me
- 19:54Speaker 1: no more clearly. But let me tell you something. I
- 19:58Speaker 1: would report the story, but I don't. I don't even
- 20:00Speaker 1: I don't even want to do it. Just sometimes man,
- 20:03Speaker 1: just let it go, Just let it go. It happens.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Some some good stuff came out of it. I don't
- 20:09Speaker 1: want no credit for it. I ain't got no story
- 20:12Speaker 1: about it. Some good stuff came out of it, but
- 20:14Speaker 1: I can't run the risk of going back to make
- 20:18Speaker 1: to do it any further because of the backlash. It's
- 20:22Speaker 1: just too severe to my family. Me, I don't care.
- 20:26Speaker 1: But what what they did to my family I ain't appreciate.
- 20:28Speaker 1: So it was only just let me cuss for you.
- 20:33Speaker 1: I got it. I'm hand tenaya. I'm actually we're not
- 20:40Speaker 1: gonna fight today. Okay, So give me some birthday questions.

- 28:12Speaker 1: and I'll give her. I'll give her ten bucks. This
- 28:14Speaker 1: is good. I'll give her a tip. That's the five
- 28:16Speaker 1: tip food bucks. I'm done. I'm say two hundred two bucks.
- 28:20Speaker 1: There's no way, there's no way we are playing that

- 28:54Speaker 1: disrespect you, but I don't care about the profession. There's
- 28:57Speaker 1: no way. That's actually that's robbery. Charging somebody two hundred
- 29:01Speaker 1: bucks to rip off hair off their their body. He
- 29:04Speaker 1: gets just no way. I'm just not doing it. And
- 29:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna talk to her. She's gonna do it herself.

- 37:34Speaker 1: if you did, what do you I don't want him
- 37:37Speaker 1: to tell y'all that story. That's a long story. What's
- 37:39Speaker 1: your question, nephew? Go ahead? Okay, okay, how about what
- 37:42Speaker 1: is what was your favorite teenage year? And why? Oh? Man,
- 37:51Speaker 1: favorite teenage year probably had to be, oh, probably seventeen,
- 37:58Speaker 1: really seventeen seventeen. You know, I graduated high school is seventeen.
- 38:04Speaker 1: I didn't turn eighteen till I was in college or seventeen.
- 38:08Speaker 1: I had a job. I only went to school half
- 38:10Speaker 1: a day, rolled my bike to work every day at
- 38:13Speaker 1: pick and pay for my money. You know, I've been
- 38:16Speaker 1: hustling the whole time to pay grocery store and called
- 38:21Speaker 1: pick and pay. You pick it up. You got to
- 38:24Speaker 1: pay for it, or we're standing right there staying right
- 38:30Speaker 1: by you. You pick it up, you got to pay
- 38:32Speaker 1: for it. And that was the best time in my
- 38:34Speaker 1: life as a teenager, I had me some money going.
- 38:37Speaker 1: I'd been hustling pretty hard, you know. And I went
- 38:41Speaker 1: to college at seventeen, and that's when I started discovering
- 38:44Speaker 1: who I really was. Okay, hey, right, all right, yeah,
- 38:50Speaker 1: I want to ask. I spent lying time with you, man.
- 38:52Speaker 1: You know, fashion is big with you. Man. I see it.
- 38:55Speaker 1: I see when you get dressed at But can't you
- 38:59Speaker 1: just tell me the first time in your life that
- 39:01Speaker 1: you knew you was cleaning? Where was you going? A
- 39:07Speaker 1: little signing the ninth grade graduation? Boy, you knew you
- 39:12Speaker 1: was clean? Boy. I went down to Guys and Gals.
- 39:15Speaker 1: I had been saving my money all year long, and
- 39:18Speaker 1: I bought my own graduation suit. Went to Guys and
- 39:22Speaker 1: Gals my suit with thirty nine dollars, had it in
- 39:25Speaker 1: layaway since January, got it out in June. Went to
- 39:30Speaker 1: my graduation in the charcoal gray tweel suit that I
- 39:34Speaker 1: had bought myself, with a pink shirt and a burgundy tie,
- 39:39Speaker 1: white dot Sony, boy, why shine my shoes so hard?
- 39:49Speaker 1: Bought that stitch witch that you put it in here
- 39:52Speaker 1: of the prays and him your prayers with iron, I
- 39:56Speaker 1: had them. I had that break in their jets, right,
- 40:00Speaker 1: couldn't even talk to me. I was so damn clean.
- 40:05Speaker 1: All right, hang on, Steve, we have more questions man
- 40:10Speaker 1: dollar suit coming up in thirty four after the hour,
- 40:14Speaker 1: We're gonna ask Steve more birthday questions. All right, that's
- 40:17Speaker 1: coming up right after this Every birthday, Steve. You're listening,
- 40:24Speaker 1: all right. We're saying happy birthday to Steve Harvey all
- 40:27Speaker 1: day today was born to day. Happy birthday out there. Yeah, yeah,
- 40:32Speaker 1: it's a big day. Yeah yeah. So okay, you had
- 40:36Speaker 1: a question, Carla, go ahead, I do. Okay, Steve, what
- 40:40Speaker 1: is the one item you could never live without? Money?
- 40:47Speaker 1: That was a rhetorical question. Can't take me low answer? That?
- 40:51Speaker 1: Did it? That pole was on him? Heavy? Okay, it
- 40:57Speaker 1: was heavy. Well, let me follow up with that. Since
- 40:59Speaker 1: you have money, what's the one thing that seems to
- 41:03Speaker 1: elude you, even though you have so much money? What's
- 41:06Speaker 1: the one thing that you want that you haven't quite
- 41:09Speaker 1: been able to than that? Damn nineteen Other than that? Yeah,
- 41:17Speaker 1: what's the one thing that you really want? This you
- 41:20Speaker 1: just haven't you know what. It's gonna seem like I'm ungrateful,
- 41:25Speaker 1: but I'm really not at all I want to be
- 41:28Speaker 1: totally free. You know. I would love to have the
- 41:32Speaker 1: option of doing whatever I want to do whenever I
- 41:35Speaker 1: want to do it for just a short period of time,
- 41:38Speaker 1: you know, not for the rest of my life, because
- 41:40Speaker 1: I think there's a calling on my life. I'm never
- 41:42Speaker 1: going to be free of responsibility. And I you know,
- 41:46Speaker 1: I would love to say that to be able to
- 41:48Speaker 1: just sit on the boat somewhere on the ocean and
- 41:51Speaker 1: just sail and wake up do what I want to do,
- 41:53Speaker 1: but that ain't my life. I do have a calling
- 41:55Speaker 1: on my life. I'm responsible for others. Uh uh uh.
- 42:03Speaker 1: My African name is Matussi. It was given to me
- 42:06Speaker 1: by the President of Barswana. And why did he call
- 42:11Speaker 1: me Matusi? My African name that mean helper of people
- 42:16Speaker 1: and he gave it to me just from us having
- 42:18Speaker 1: a conversation and me and my wife said wild for
- 42:21Speaker 1: him to come to that assessment after two hours of
- 42:24Speaker 1: talking to you, and uh, you know that that was
- 42:28Speaker 1: really moving for me because that's important. But that's my
- 42:31Speaker 1: calling on my life. I'm responsible to people, man, and
- 42:34Speaker 1: I want to go forward and and and and build
- 42:38Speaker 1: on that. So I'm never gonna be able to just
- 42:41Speaker 1: wake up and do what I want to do. But
- 42:43Speaker 1: that would be nice if I could. Yeah, you know,
- 42:46Speaker 1: I'd love to have a three week pit one month,
- 42:49Speaker 1: just one month. Why I could just wake up and
- 42:52Speaker 1: do whatever I wanted to do, what I wanted to do,
- 42:56Speaker 1: not what my heart you wanted to do? Yeah, now
- 42:59Speaker 1: what the key? It just me? What thirds? And then
- 43:02Speaker 1: I get on back to bis. Yeah, just for a
- 43:04Speaker 1: short period of time time, Yes, didn't. Can I say
- 43:07Speaker 1: something to you though, in all seriousness, I in twenty
- 43:12Speaker 1: nineteen or whenever, I want you to stop apologizing for

- 54:54Speaker 1: want to hear this letter, and you don't want them
- 54:56Speaker 1: to hear this particular letter. Dear Stephen Shirlotte. Yeah, I'm disclaim.
- 55:00Speaker 1: Oh you can leave him in there and let him learn.
- 55:02Speaker 1: So no, Steve, this is not a teaching moment for kids,
- 55:05Speaker 1: all right. Dear Stephen Shirley. My girl and I have
- 55:08Speaker 1: been together for three years and I instantly knew she
- 55:12Speaker 1: was the one when I met her. She cooks, watches
- 55:14Speaker 1: sports with me, and she supports my dream to be
- 55:17Speaker 1: an entertainer. Our relationship was just perfect until about eight
- 55:21Speaker 1: months ago when I was on an adult website browsing
- 55:25Speaker 1: through amateur home videos and I noticed one video with
- 55:28Speaker 1: a background that looked just like my bedroom. After I
- 55:32Speaker 1: zoomed in, I saw that it was my bedroom and
- 55:35Speaker 1: it was a video of my girlfriend and I getting
- 55:38Speaker 1: it on. I immediately confronted her and she told me
- 55:43Speaker 1: that she too wants to be an entertainer dot an
- 55:47Speaker 1: adult film star. She told me that she has posted
- 55:52Speaker 1: over twenty videos of our best work in the bedroom. Now,
- 55:55Speaker 1: I'm not a shy person, but she should have at
- 55:58Speaker 1: least told me first this is crazy, right should I
- 56:02Speaker 1: should I have covered so I could have covered my face.
- 56:05Speaker 1: She begged me to keep participating in the videos with her,
- 56:09Speaker 1: so now it's something that we do often. She makes
- 56:12Speaker 1: good money from uploading the videos to the site, so
- 56:15Speaker 1: this has become a lucrative part time job for her.
- 56:18Speaker 1: But I can't help but think that this could come
- 56:20Speaker 1: back to bite me in the butt one day and
- 56:23Speaker 1: keep me from becoming a successful entertainer. Last week, I
- 56:27Speaker 1: told her that I'm out of the home video business
- 56:30Speaker 1: with her, Okay, I told her that I want to
- 56:34Speaker 1: settle down with her and have a normal lifestyle. Well,
- 56:37Speaker 1: she is furious with me and said that she's been
- 56:40Speaker 1: supporting my dream for two years, but I won't support hers.
- 56:44Speaker 1: So Stephen Shirley, should I support my dream and make
- 56:47Speaker 1: this thing work? Or should I leave this madness and
- 56:49Speaker 1: move on? Please help? No, absolutely not. You cannot support this.
- 56:56Speaker 1: This is madness. You need to move on from this.
- 56:59Speaker 1: I mean, you know this isn't right. Come on, Uh,
- 57:02Speaker 1: why would you want to do this? And and yes,
- 57:05Speaker 1: people are going to find out. I mean, you're in
- 57:08Speaker 1: the entertainment business, so there's some leniency there, but you
- 57:11Speaker 1: can never take these videos back there. They're gonna live
- 57:14Speaker 1: on the internet forever. This is this. Your heart isn't
- 57:17Speaker 1: into this, You don't want to do this. This is
- 57:19Speaker 1: why is this her dream? Anyway? You've been with her
- 57:23Speaker 1: for three years and and and it is a betrayal
- 57:26Speaker 1: because she didn't tell you. You have to agree to
- 57:29Speaker 1: this if you're going to have your butt out on
- 57:31Speaker 1: the video on the internet. Come on now, this is
- 57:34Speaker 1: craziness right here. Uh yeah, she's wrong on every level,
- 57:40Speaker 1: especially because she didn't tell you. Uh. If your dream
- 57:43Speaker 1: is to be an entertainer, an entertainer, Uh, this is
- 57:47Speaker 1: not the way to break into the business. I guarantee
- 57:49Speaker 1: you that some people have yes, and they've gone on
- 57:52Speaker 1: to to do bigger and better things or whatever. But
- 57:56Speaker 1: I don't think you need to be a part of that. No,
- 57:59Speaker 1: she's wrong on every level for doing this. Should you
- 58:01Speaker 1: should you support her? I don't think you should and
- 58:04Speaker 1: make this thing work? No? No, should you leave this
- 58:08Speaker 1: madness and move on? For sure? Leave the madness. And
- 58:11Speaker 1: if she's mad at you for not supporting it, you're
- 58:13Speaker 1: gonna have to leave her too. Steve bro I don't
- 58:18Speaker 1: see what the letter is for. In this whole letter, man,
- 58:24Speaker 1: it's just madness. You know you're going along. You meet
- 58:28Speaker 1: this girl, y'all been together for three years. You instantly
- 58:31Speaker 1: knew she was the one when you met her. She cooks,
- 58:35Speaker 1: watch sports with me. She supports my dream to be
- 58:38Speaker 1: an entertainer. She do all that. She just waiting on
- 58:41Speaker 1: this game to be over. Yeah, she watching sports so
- 58:45Speaker 1: we can get on here and make you Damn, I'm
- 58:49Speaker 1: watching these games. I ain't really watching the game. I'm
- 58:51Speaker 1: looking upside your head because I need you in here
- 58:55Speaker 1: to getting this damn movie. So right, relationship was perfect
- 59:02Speaker 1: to About eight months ago, I was on an adult
- 59:05Speaker 1: website get browsing through the amateur home video. Right, this
- 59:14Speaker 1: one video had a background looked just like my bedroom though,
- 59:21Speaker 1: hold on, go ahead, So I zoomed in. Huh, I
- 59:27Speaker 1: don it was my bed room. I'm surprised you recognized
- 59:32Speaker 1: the bedroom before you recognize your ass. That was the
- 59:36Speaker 1: shockle for me. What damn you're talking about? That's in
- 59:38Speaker 1: my bedroom. You wasn't paying no tension to the two
- 59:41Speaker 1: people in the bed, right, this is my bed room. No,
- 59:45Speaker 1: that's your behind. I zoomed in. It was it, and
- 59:51Speaker 1: it was a video my girlfriend and I getting it
- 59:55Speaker 1: on all you use proper ground. It wasn't me my girlfriend.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: It was my girlfriend and I M. You might use
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: proper grammar, but you on you on the porno site. Wow.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: I immediately confronted her and she told me that she
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: too wants to be an entertainer. See all these three
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: years y'all been talking around. You ain't never uncovered that dog.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: You had to go on the porno site to discover it. Yeah,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: she wants to be an adult film stock. She told
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: me she hadn't posted over twenty videos of our best
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: work in the bedroom. Wow, I ain't no shop person,
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: you know. Damn. You got to tell him. I could
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: have watched her something. Wow, But you could have told
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: me so I could have covered my face. Yeah, boy,
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: it's Fenna. Get out. It's Fenna get out. Yeah, it's
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: gonna it's out. It's out now everybody. Somebody gonna recognize you.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: And let me tell you how it's gonna go. When
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: we come back, I'm gonna tell you how you go
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: get recognized. No, I can't wait for this. Steve. Yeahthday now, dude,
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: on your birthday if not, now win win. All Right,

- 1:01:49Speaker 1: letter Steve subject, I don't want to be this type
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: of movie star. Yeah, this dude met this girl three
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: years ago. I knew she was the one. Perfect fellow
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: low right away they be can get at three years
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: everything is perfect. About eight months ago, he looked up.
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: Eight months ago, he on a point of site, just
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: going through the home videos, and he noticed that that
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: was a bad room that looked from million. He zoomed in,
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: and the reason did look familiar because it was his
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: bad room. But it was him and his girl in
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: the video. Oh hell no, crazy landing In confronted her
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: right away, Baby, baby, it's a video menu. I know
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: it is. You ain't the only one. I want to
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: be a star. I want to be a star too.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Oh god, I want to be an adult film star. Well,
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: hold up, I posted over twenty videos of us doing
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: your best work, and it has turned out to be lucrative.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: We're making money. Oh man, he said, well, hold on,
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: hold on, I ain't I ain't shy nothing. But she
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: should at least told me so I could have covered
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: my face. See, this can't get out about me. But
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: the problem, though, dog, is it's gonna get out about me.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: I'm gonna get to that in a minute. She begged
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: me to keep participating in the videos with her. So
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: now something we do often, you just in't here, just clown.
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: She made good money from uploading the videos to the site.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: So this has become a lucrative part time job for
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: But I can't help but think that this could come
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: back to get what he said, This could come back
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: and bite me in the butt one day. Well, everybody
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: else in your butt you might have where get it?
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: Bit They up in it, they stand in it, they're
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: looking at it. This is crazy and and they said
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: they could come back and bite me and keep me
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: from becoming a successful entertainer. Man. Last week, I told
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: him I'm out of the home video business with her.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: I told her I want to settle down with her,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: see did what lost me in right here? So you
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: want to settle down? With a poun started out, Wow,
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: huh you this you want to make? Huh? Your what?
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Your point? Wife? Because if you quit doing the videos
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: and her dream is to become an adult film star
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: and you quit doing it, she gotta get somebody else
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: co star. Any damn moves. No, he ain't. He don't
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: want to do it no more. I told her, I'm
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: out of it. I want down, I want to settle down.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: She was furious with me and said that I've been
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: supporting your damn dreams for two years, but I want
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: to support hers. So Stephens silely said, I support my
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: girl and make this thing work. Should I leave this
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: madness and move on? You know, gonna work? You need
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: to get out, run, you know, do about four five
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: more films, Do about four five more films, and get
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: out because she makes good money. And I put that

- 1:32:21Speaker 1: move you you all adapt y'alls to schedule around mine
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: a lot of times. I just appreciate it Man, to
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: have great friends, to work with, people that you enjoy
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: working with is a pleasure every day that I'm not
- 1:32:33Speaker 1: coming to work with a group of people I don't
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: like and having a good time with that'd be ugly.
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: I fire you so fun, God, I will, but I
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: ain't had to do that because y'all, y'all been real
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: supportive and good to me over the years. It's been
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: great than we're loving. Man, happy birthday. But can I
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: tell you, man, thank you for shure us how to live? Man? Yeah? Man,
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: no more apologies, Steve, Yeah, you know what, and surely
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: may that clear. I'm not gonna do that anymore. I'm
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: not gonna apologize. I'm not gonna apologize for God blessing
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: me now. I avoided it because I didn't want to,
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: you know. I didn't want people to say, why you
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: always throwing that in our face? Because I don't care
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: what you do. Man. People, they they're strong out there
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: with that hate. But I gotta remember that hate is
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: just louder than love. It's not stronger. And if you
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: don't know what's out there, how can you imagine having it.
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: It's hard to imagine something that you have and you
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: don't know what to imagine. So I should be okay
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: with showing my fans and my people aspirational living that look, man,
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: God is in the blessing business, and he has blessings
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: for you. Yeah, he has no respective persons. He did
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: it for you. He could do it for someone, man,
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: And what's for you? It's for you anyway, the same
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: way he's gonna bless someone. But he has the power
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: to give you the desires of your heart. But you
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: have not caused your ass. Now you got to get
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: to asking. But one of your one of your most famous,
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: famous comedy things that you've ever done on stage was
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: introducing Christ. If you could introduce Christ, he would do
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: it like this. The two most compelling bits that changed
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: my entire career was the first time I appeared on
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: showtime at de Apolo and I wrote the joke about
- 1:34:29Speaker 1: Mike Tyson getting in the fight with the heavyweight fighter
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: Mitch Green in a store in Harlem and he hit
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: Mitch Green in the eye yea. And I wrote the
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: joke about Mitch Green. There was interviewing Mitch Green and
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: his eye didn't like the way he was telling it,
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: so his eye took over the interview and that was
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: a great And then my second career changing but life
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: altering joke was in h don't trip. He ain't through
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: with me yet when I did the introduction to Christ.
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: That yeah, that's gonna be my closing remarks today. Okay,
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: so thank y'all for the happy birthday. I'm gonna be
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: at work all day today. Thank y'all. We just gonna
- 1:35:15Speaker 1: play this and let it run us own out. Y'all
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: have a great weekend. I'm gonna be clowning just for
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: I just do one birthday. My wife got some stuff
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: planning that I don't didn't agree with, but it's done now,
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: and you know I gotta act happy about it. Okay,
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, this is my introduction to Christ. If
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: I had the pleasure of bringing out Christ, this is
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: just how I would do it. It ain't got to
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: be the way you do it. You might not think
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: it's just right, but this is how I would do it.
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen. It is my honor to introduce a
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: man who needs no introduction. His credits are too long
