- 2:06Speaker 1: come on dig me now one it only Steve Harley
- 2:09Speaker 1: got a radio show. Okay today you know this week,
- 2:13Speaker 1: I've just been on it, so today is no different
- 2:17Speaker 1: what I'm trying to do. I'm telling you, I've just
- 2:20Speaker 1: reinvigorated myself. I'm more determined to share the principles of success.
- 2:27Speaker 1: I'm more determined to help and guide and teach as
- 2:32Speaker 1: many people as I can the things that I've learned.
- 2:35Speaker 1: And I mean, man, I've been through it. I have
- 2:37Speaker 1: really been through it. I kid you not. You know.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I used to say, okay, god, you know why is
- 2:42Speaker 1: all this happening to me? But as I uh, I've
- 2:45Speaker 1: gotten older, I understand that was the ingredients. I needed
- 2:50Speaker 1: the ingredients to be this cake. I needed all those
- 2:54Speaker 1: ingredients stirred up. I need all of that different flavors,
- 2:58Speaker 1: the stuff that I didn't think tastes so good. All
- 3:01Speaker 1: that stuff had to come into the bowl in order
- 3:04Speaker 1: for me to get to where I am today. As
- 3:06Speaker 1: much as I did not like the taste of the ingredients,
- 3:11Speaker 1: little did I know, God was making this cake, not me.
- 3:15Speaker 1: But what he did was and you've heard you the
- 3:18Speaker 1: old saying God could turn lemons lemons into lemonade. Well
- 3:23Speaker 1: that's what he was doing now. At the time, it
- 3:26Speaker 1: all had a little funky lemonade lemony flavor to it,
- 3:31Speaker 1: with some other stuff in it too. I didn't care
- 3:34Speaker 1: for it. But little did I know, Little did I know,
- 3:38Speaker 1: that I needed everything that happened to me to happen
- 3:40Speaker 1: to me in the exact order that had happened, in
- 3:43Speaker 1: the exact array of things that happened for me to
- 3:46Speaker 1: have a knowledge I have today, the experience, the attitude,
- 3:52Speaker 1: but so I could turn around and share that information. Okay,
- 3:58Speaker 1: got that out the way. I learned this. This, This
- 4:02Speaker 1: is what I want to give to you today. I
- 4:04Speaker 1: want you to understand something that discipline determines your destiny,
- 4:10Speaker 1: not your desire. Discipline determined your destiny, not your desire.
- 4:18Speaker 1: You've heard me say this how many times on the show. Okay,
- 4:20Speaker 1: here we go again, Steve, I got it. Faith without
- 4:24Speaker 1: works it's dead. But let me tell you something. To
- 4:28Speaker 1: be a hard worker, you got to be disciplined. That's
- 4:31Speaker 1: one of the hardest lessons I'm trying to get through
- 4:33Speaker 1: to my sons that an undisciplined man is headed to
- 4:37Speaker 1: a life of justice. I can't even tell you, man,
- 4:41Speaker 1: you're gonna throw yourself down a cliff if you're not
- 4:44Speaker 1: a young man or a man that possesses discipline. Because
- 4:48Speaker 1: they got something for undisciplined people. They got some street
- 4:52Speaker 1: laws for undisciplined people, and they got some federal laws
- 4:56Speaker 1: and state laws for undisciplined people. That's why them signs
- 5:00Speaker 1: is outside on the freeway, We're gonna let you go fast,
- 5:04Speaker 1: but seventy is the limit. Seventy fast enough? Really, really,
- 5:09Speaker 1: if you're disciplined enough of a person to leave your
- 5:12Speaker 1: house at the time you're supposed to leave your house.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Seventy miles per hour is absolutely enough. But if you're
- 5:19Speaker 1: an undisciplined person, if you don't have the wherewithal to
- 5:23Speaker 1: leave your house on time, to make to get ready
- 5:27Speaker 1: to go where you want to go, see the desires
- 5:30Speaker 1: where you want to go. The discipline is how you
- 5:33Speaker 1: get there. You know, you understand. You can wanna go
- 5:37Speaker 1: to see your family in California all you want, But
- 5:40Speaker 1: the flight leaves at one eighteen. You leave your house
- 5:45Speaker 1: at twenty or thirty. They told you you must check
- 5:49Speaker 1: in one hour before your flight. Now, if you ain't
- 5:52Speaker 1: got the discipline to get to the airport to check
- 5:55Speaker 1: in one hour before your flight, leaving your house forty
- 5:59Speaker 1: five minutes, be vo the flight departs, what you think
- 6:01Speaker 1: gonna happen? Your desire to go see your family in
- 6:06Speaker 1: l A Is going to be thwarted because you lack
- 6:09Speaker 1: the discipline to prepare yourself and get yourself ready to
- 6:14Speaker 1: do the things that you have to do to make
- 6:16Speaker 1: your desires come true. I'm telling you discipline determines your destiny,
- 6:21Speaker 1: not your desire. You can write down a list of
- 6:24Speaker 1: stuff you want to do all day, but if you
- 6:26Speaker 1: don't produce and show the discipline necessary to get there.
- 6:30Speaker 1: What you think gonna happen? Huh. Okay, I want to
- 6:36Speaker 1: be rich. Okay, I want to make four hundred thousand
- 6:40Speaker 1: in a year. Okay, I want to be the best
- 6:43Speaker 1: player that there is. Okay, but you all want practice.
- 6:48Speaker 1: See the cat that's disciplined enough to show up at practice,
- 6:51Speaker 1: the shooting jumpers when everybody going home, that's the guy
- 6:54Speaker 1: that's gonna be the best. The guy that puts us
- 6:57Speaker 1: and that's never late for practice, the guy that's ready
- 7:00Speaker 1: to play book. That's the guy that's gonna make it.
- 7:03Speaker 1: That's the guy that's gonna make not the guy that's
- 7:05Speaker 1: talking crack I stalk the next smack. I'm gonna make
- 7:08Speaker 1: the Pro Bowl, I'm gonna make the All Star Team.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna be All American. That's that's just what you're saying.
- 7:16Speaker 1: You know, you can say a lot of stuff, but
- 7:19Speaker 1: discipline determines your destiny, not your desire. So now let's
- 7:24Speaker 1: talk about this discipline. What is that really, Steve, that's
- 7:28Speaker 1: your work ethic, that's your hunger, that's that's your will
- 7:35Speaker 1: that that's what you do. That's how hard you're willing
- 7:39Speaker 1: to demonstrate. See it's a live demonstration. Now, discipline is
- 7:46Speaker 1: how hard you're willing to demonstrate the attributes and the
- 7:53Speaker 1: traits to be what you want to be. Did you
- 7:57Speaker 1: hear me? It is your willingness to conduct yourself in
- 8:03Speaker 1: a manner that is above and beyond what they what
- 8:08Speaker 1: what they say is necessary. Okay, let me see if
- 8:11Speaker 1: I can come up with an example for that. So
- 8:14Speaker 1: I was watching the NFL Combines on TV. Now, this
- 8:17Speaker 1: is a good example right here. Now. You can want
- 8:21Speaker 1: to be in the NFL all you want, but they
- 8:23Speaker 1: got this thing called the NFL Combines where they bring
- 8:27Speaker 1: in some of the top players at every position to
- 8:30Speaker 1: come and they're gonna run a forty yard dash, They're
- 8:33Speaker 1: gonna do a standing broad jump, They're gonna do a
- 8:37Speaker 1: standing vertical leap. Uh, They're gonna do drills, running drills,
- 8:43Speaker 1: cutting drills. They can determine if a linebacker got stiff
- 8:48Speaker 1: hips by making him back pedal, point him in one
- 8:50Speaker 1: direction and throw the football in another direction. How does
- 8:53Speaker 1: he turn his body? Now you can say you can
- 8:56Speaker 1: tell everybody that your college you want to play pro football.
- 8:59Speaker 1: You tell everybody your high school, you tell him in Peewee,
- 9:01Speaker 1: you wanna play pro football. But they got tests for
- 9:04Speaker 1: you though. It's called the combines. Now you get out
- 9:07Speaker 1: here and you have a bad combine day, Ain't nobody
- 9:10Speaker 1: trying to hear that. Let me tell you how excuses
- 9:14Speaker 1: don't work with people when they're just trying to get
- 9:16Speaker 1: when they're trying to win. In the NFL, the fact
- 9:19Speaker 1: that you had a bad day at the combine and
- 9:21Speaker 1: you don't run your best forties and you just keep
- 9:24Speaker 1: telling them you could do better, they don't want to
- 9:26Speaker 1: hear that. Because see, what ain't nobody gonna pay you
- 9:28Speaker 1: for is to play on Sunday. And that's one of
- 9:31Speaker 1: your bad days. Now, we were paying you to play
- 9:35Speaker 1: on Sundays, but because you keep having these bad days,
- 9:40Speaker 1: because you ain't discipline enough to put in the work
- 9:43Speaker 1: to make sure that your maximum can be put can
- 9:46Speaker 1: be called upon at any time. Now you have to
- 9:49Speaker 1: combine with some slow times that go on your record.
- 9:54Speaker 1: You have to combine you don't jump as high as
- 9:56Speaker 1: you did when you was at the gym class. Well,
- 9:58Speaker 1: hold up, man, this is show day now in the NFL.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Sunday is show day. What they can't run the risk
- 10:05Speaker 1: of is paying you your money and your bad day
- 10:07Speaker 1: happen to be on Sundays after we didn't cut your check. No, no, no,
- 10:12Speaker 1: We're looking for people who limit them bad days, who
- 10:15Speaker 1: got the discipline to work hard, to make an effort
- 10:18Speaker 1: for you. Understand what I'm saying to your folks. Please
- 10:21Speaker 1: understand this. Discipline determines your destiny, not your desire. You
- 10:27Speaker 1: you can, you can want it all you want. But
- 10:30Speaker 1: if you ain't working, if you ain't grinding, if you
- 10:33Speaker 1: ain't greeting your teeth, if you ain't hurting, if you
- 10:36Speaker 1: ain't sweating real bad, if you always somewhere got to chill,
- 10:42Speaker 1: you got to have a cold, one, you got to
- 10:44Speaker 1: smoke one, you always, you gotta do all them. Things.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Can't tell you something you ain't gonna make it. Discipline
- 10:52Speaker 1: determines your destiny, not your desires. You're listening to ladies
- 10:59Speaker 1: and gentlemen, boys and girl people from listening all around
- 11:02Speaker 1: the world. You are listening to the greatest morning show
- 11:07Speaker 1: in the land. Today's show is dedicated to Tommy and
- 11:15Speaker 1: anybody else that's stupid. Congratulations Tommy, this is your day,
- 11:23Speaker 1: Your day, baby, Tommy and anybody else that's stupid. Now
- 11:29Speaker 1: am I calling you stupid. No I'm not. But if
- 11:32Speaker 1: this has applied to you or offended you, this is
- 11:36Speaker 1: probably for you. Yeah, what's up, Hey, Hey Steve? Happy
- 11:42Speaker 1: stupid day? Yeah calling hey Steve, what's up? Happy Friday?
- 11:47Speaker 1: What's up? Morning up? And the man who is all
- 11:53Speaker 1: dedicated to nephew Tommy first class stupid reporting his artist. Yes,
- 12:00Speaker 1: full star general, your first class, first class party, the
- 12:05Speaker 1: top of the military. You got balls, badges, sharp shooter emblems, everything,
- 12:15Speaker 1: You're the most decorated. He just got it listed private
- 12:20Speaker 1: first class, like you just come out of boot camp
- 12:22Speaker 1: with your stupid at let's get it. Yeah. So the
- 12:27Speaker 1: cleanup has begun. Uh in the country. Uh still praying
- 12:32Speaker 1: for people. Uh, there's so many people have been displaced.
- 12:35Speaker 1: So you gotta remember the folks. Even though the waters
- 12:38Speaker 1: are starting to you know, received still a lot of
- 12:43Speaker 1: displaced people. But man, don't forget about the people in
- 12:47Speaker 1: the Caribbeans, y'all, because they really were wiped out. I
- 12:51Speaker 1: was looking at St. Thomas, Man, it's gone. I forgot
- 12:55Speaker 1: to speak to food number two coming loud and late.
- 13:00Speaker 1: But my buddy I was talking to a couple of
- 13:04Speaker 1: times and everybody. Yeah, so you know, it's it's been tough, man,
- 13:10Speaker 1: it's been really really tough for a lot of people
- 13:12Speaker 1: in the Caribbean. Man St. Thomas's white, The Martin is gone,
- 13:15Speaker 1: the same. Montain is gone. Real bad. Not gone, but
- 13:18Speaker 1: it's really really bad. I mean, you know, they were
- 13:20Speaker 1: doing a thing last night on Anderson Cooper three sixty.
- 13:23Speaker 1: It looks so barren because all the leaves are gone.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, but you know your home is gone. So
- 13:29Speaker 1: like they were saying yesterday, they said water everywhere, but
- 13:32Speaker 1: not you need to drink drinking water, right, and that's bad.
- 13:37Speaker 1: And what they're doing is they're going the water is contaminated,
- 13:40Speaker 1: so they're going to get that water like in buckets
- 13:43Speaker 1: and stuff and using that to flush their toilets and
- 13:45Speaker 1: stuff like that. So it's a yeah, it's easy, snakes
- 13:52Speaker 1: and all that stuff and water. Man, this horrible tire situation,
- 13:57Speaker 1: it really really is. So you know, there's still work
- 14:01Speaker 1: to be done. But as people start to you know,
- 14:04Speaker 1: put their lives back together, go back down to the
- 14:06Speaker 1: Keys and and see what's left. I saw a group
- 14:09Speaker 1: down in the Keys jumping the water and was swimming
- 14:12Speaker 1: and had a beer. Yeah, they just said, hey, let's
- 14:14Speaker 1: toe up down here, but we're gonna get it back
- 14:16Speaker 1: to what it used to be. And that's just the
- 14:18Speaker 1: spirit of some people. Man, the human spirit is incredibly resilient.
- 14:22Speaker 1: So y'all keep your head up, keep you looking for
- 14:24Speaker 1: the bright side. Alright, alright, alright, something funny with None
- 14:28Speaker 1: of your Darn Business coming up. It's stupid day. Hey,

- 14:47Speaker 1: Please explain. Okay, it's very easy. You need to stay
- 14:51Speaker 1: out other people's business. You see something going on that
- 14:53Speaker 1: don't bother you, that don't concern you. Basically instance, you
- 15:01Speaker 1: see somebody steal somebody's order at Starbucks, Daniels, just take
- 15:05Speaker 1: it right on the end, you know what it and
- 15:07Speaker 1: they take it. Then your damn your name anyway they
- 15:11Speaker 1: put your names on away. Yeah, you don't know what
- 15:13Speaker 1: that person going to. Let them have that call. They
- 15:17Speaker 1: got some mold back there. It's fourteen dollars a cup, anyway,
- 15:20Speaker 1: let him that your name. Your name name is on
- 15:24Speaker 1: the cop, don't change inside the cup. You don't and
- 15:33Speaker 1: it ain't but an eight cent loss to star. Write
- 15:37Speaker 1: it off, write it off. You want to tell you
- 15:40Speaker 1: what you know? If it's the fifteen huh and you
- 15:42Speaker 1: go to your mailbox, uh, and you see somebody else
- 15:45Speaker 1: opening somebody else's checks, none of your damn bat You
- 15:53Speaker 1: know if you know the check coming, ain't totally gonna
- 15:57Speaker 1: take the money they did when you get Yeah, you
- 16:01Speaker 1: had you at the mall. Uh Huh. You see your
- 16:05Speaker 1: best friend's wife huh, switch cars to get out of
- 16:10Speaker 1: her car and get in another car and they drive off.
- 16:13Speaker 1: That ain't none of my dad. That ain't ain't gonna
- 16:16Speaker 1: do with me. You know, she might be test driving.
- 16:19Speaker 1: But your best friend, though you're not gonna we're still
- 16:23Speaker 1: best friend. That's how we're gonna stay. We're still That
- 16:28Speaker 1: ain't your business. And other people, Yeah, this happened to
- 16:32Speaker 1: me before. If I'm standing in line at the bank, huh,
- 16:36Speaker 1: and I go up there and I and I'll give
- 16:39Speaker 1: her a withdrawal slip, and she give me too much money? Right,
- 16:44Speaker 1: that is none of my damn did count your blessings
- 16:51Speaker 1: and go home. Don't excuse me. Yeah, I'm gonna get
- 16:55Speaker 1: into a whole lot now, you that extra time walk
- 16:59Speaker 1: away and that ain't your bill. I hate to say
- 17:01Speaker 1: that's stealing. Okay, no, that's not stealing. Gave it to him.
- 17:06Speaker 1: The money was given to him. But it's not your money.
- 17:10Speaker 1: It is. I didn't slide her a note. I slived
- 17:14Speaker 1: her withdraw a leg. Now how much you put in
- 17:19Speaker 1: now that's none of my bist Now if it's not enough,
- 17:24Speaker 1: it's my bill. There's too much, No, but I just
- 17:29Speaker 1: I won't spend it for your fine. That's going right here.
- 17:33Speaker 1: You at work and you know one of your co
- 17:36Speaker 1: workers arms is unting, I mean kicking, smoking, tint your business.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Just don't sit in that stump, get away point your
- 17:47Speaker 1: friend towards that. Why they they're going through something, just
- 17:56Speaker 1: like that coffee stealer over that other like hot gars
- 18:02Speaker 1: they got with you. You wouldn't slude over there, you wouldn't.
- 18:09Speaker 1: You wouldn't anything. And when you in the parking lot
- 18:17Speaker 1: and you see somebody back and do another and I'm
- 18:21Speaker 1: talking about eating good. But then they look up and
- 18:23Speaker 1: see you and they drive right down. Now, you wouldn't
- 18:30Speaker 1: get there like that. You know that you forgot to
- 18:32Speaker 1: me information that's nothing. You wouldn't get your ass gonna
- 18:38Speaker 1: be in the witness protection program called the police. What
- 18:46Speaker 1: you came for. I'm at it. I'm at the dinner table.
- 18:52Speaker 1: But the dinner table next to me got about eight
- 18:54Speaker 1: people that having dinner. They didn't order wine and everything.
- 18:58Speaker 1: I know the way to from the wrack of a
- 19:00Speaker 1: big till they leave two hundred dollars on the table
- 19:03Speaker 1: for the waiter. The bus board come by and slide
- 19:07Speaker 1: the two hundred in his pocket. Will look at me,
- 19:10Speaker 1: and I just threw both my hands up. That ain't
- 19:11Speaker 1: none of my damn being right, That ain't none of
- 19:14Speaker 1: my damn dog money. But you know he didn't got tired.
- 19:22Speaker 1: He ain't moved up to wait to wait again. He's
- 19:25Speaker 1: been busting them tables. Man, Seeing all that money on
- 19:28Speaker 1: that table, Yeah, he's tired of it. You had a
- 19:31Speaker 1: football game. You're in the middle of the row. Hot dogs, hell,
- 19:36Speaker 1: hot dogs. Hell. A man six people down order the
- 19:42Speaker 1: hot dog. The hot dog get past. Before we get
- 19:46Speaker 1: to the man, somebody else eat it into it. You
- 19:59Speaker 1: know it's going down. He had already been into it.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Hot dog man. Gotta make him nothing. I got one.
- 20:16Speaker 1: You have seven leven right, you're in the back where
- 20:18Speaker 1: they have the drinks soldas right. You see somebody get
- 20:22Speaker 1: a drink drinking, Get a drink drinking, get another drink drinking.
- 20:27Speaker 1: And they go up to the counter with a full
- 20:29Speaker 1: cup and say, I had one, Solda, how does that
- 20:32Speaker 1: concern you? Down? Three in the back over all, three
- 20:39Speaker 1: of them an't nothing to do with you, manual own
- 20:43Speaker 1: damn minutes. Man, you're not gonna tell the guy at
- 20:46Speaker 1: the cash register. You're not gonna say anything. New guy,
- 20:53Speaker 1: you got one? You number three in line at the
- 20:57Speaker 1: A T M machine. One guy lead, a second guy

- 22:42Speaker 1: All right, how are you doing today? Good? Oh, how's
- 22:46Speaker 1: a little little divine? How's he doing? He's good. He's
- 22:49Speaker 1: laying down taking a nap. Okay, you guys been coming here.
- 22:52Speaker 1: I guess about a year now, right, yes, since he
- 22:55Speaker 1: was one. Okay, listen, I wanted to give you a call.
- 22:58Speaker 1: I'm looking at some some infra nations. I was I
- 23:01Speaker 1: was Divine doing at home? Is he? Is he eating
- 23:04Speaker 1: properly at home? When you say eating. What do you mean?
- 23:07Speaker 1: I mean, is he getting uh meals every time he's
- 23:10Speaker 1: supposed to get them while he's at home. Yeah, he's
- 23:15Speaker 1: doing pretty good. Okay, now there's there's there's no situation
- 23:18Speaker 1: where you guys may be a shortage of food or
- 23:21Speaker 1: anything like that. Are you uh a short as the food? No, sir,
- 23:26Speaker 1: my husband works real good. We don't have a problem
- 23:29Speaker 1: with as short as the food. Is there a problem
- 23:31Speaker 1: with him? Well, you know, we're looking at the records
- 23:33Speaker 1: and look Levins too. Have you looked at the comparison
- 23:38Speaker 1: of two year olds the majority of two year olds
- 23:42Speaker 1: and in comparison to I guess I should say size,
- 23:45Speaker 1: in comparison to to divine side. You mean like in
- 23:48Speaker 1: body way body size? Yeah, I mean he's a little tall.
- 23:51Speaker 1: You know, he wasn't a small chap when his barney
- 23:53Speaker 1: was ten pounds. But no, he's on the scale of
- 23:57Speaker 1: right where he should be. He's just a little, you know,
- 24:00Speaker 1: taller because Daddy is tall. But he's doing okay, So
- 24:03Speaker 1: you're you don't think he's anywhere in the in the
- 24:07Speaker 1: ballpark of of of of obesity at two you mean fat?
- 24:12Speaker 1: I mean I didn't want to be blunt. But but
- 24:14Speaker 1: but miss Cathy, you're I mean, I mean your son.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Let me just say, on a Sunday, I'm relaxed, and
- 24:22Speaker 1: we're talking about you think my son is a little
- 24:25Speaker 1: overweight or what he's what's the problem. Well, I mean,
- 24:29Speaker 1: I think he's fat, you know, and and and the
- 24:32Speaker 1: problem I'm think I'm noticing the records of everything that's
- 24:35Speaker 1: wait wait, wait, wait, we need to back up to
- 24:37Speaker 1: you think he's sat. I've never spoken to you, Mr Kirby.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Is that what she said? My name is Kirby. Okay,
- 24:43Speaker 1: so every morning that I dropped him off for a
- 24:46Speaker 1: year and I give my daycare money. Ms Benita has
- 24:49Speaker 1: never said anything about his eating habits. So you're telling
- 24:52Speaker 1: me that you think my son is fat with him,
- 24:55Speaker 1: you deal with him on a daily basis. I don't
- 24:57Speaker 1: deal with him on a daily basis. What I'm looking
- 24:59Speaker 1: at as records that showing me that he's eating way
- 25:02Speaker 1: more than the rest of anybody at the daycare. And
- 25:04Speaker 1: not only that he's drinking probably a gallon of milk
- 25:07Speaker 1: a day. In the milk, y'all only get snacks two
- 25:11Speaker 1: times a day, and he's there only for breakfast and lunch,
- 25:14Speaker 1: and how in the hell is he drinking a gallon
- 25:16Speaker 1: of milk? And if he is, ma'am. But all I
- 25:20Speaker 1: know is this. No, No, I'm blown away by this
- 25:22Speaker 1: because you're calling me on a Sunday, calling my damn
- 25:24Speaker 1: child fat. That's the problem. And your wife has never
- 25:27Speaker 1: said a damn thing. Never has she said one thing
- 25:30Speaker 1: to me in a year when she collected my damn
- 25:32Speaker 1: daycare money. She ain't said my son is eating y'all
- 25:35Speaker 1: at a house at home. Okay, Well, you know my
- 25:37Speaker 1: wife is a different person, and she tries to be
- 25:38Speaker 1: cordial with everyone. He's the one who deals with me.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Mr Kirby. I've never met you, never met you on
- 25:44Speaker 1: a Sunday. The reason why I'm calling you on a Sunday, ma'am,
- 25:47Speaker 1: is that I know tomorrow if you're gonna be trying
- 25:50Speaker 1: to drop your son off, I am gonna drop him off.
- 25:52Speaker 1: I am don't know. No, that's that's kind of the
- 25:54Speaker 1: reason why I'm calling you. Now. Here's what we can
- 25:56Speaker 1: do here. Either you can keep him at home. No,
- 26:01Speaker 1: I'm not keeping him at home. My husband works and
- 26:03Speaker 1: I work. I'm dropping my damn son off at six
- 26:06Speaker 1: and he like I do every morning because if we
- 26:11Speaker 1: can't get him, if you really want to get on
- 26:14Speaker 1: the side, because obviously you ain't the one that need
- 26:16Speaker 1: to be talking to me, because if you're not there
- 26:18Speaker 1: every day and I deal with your wife, I'm telling
- 26:20Speaker 1: you that your son is too big to be is
- 26:25Speaker 1: coming every morning if that's the case, and if he's
- 26:28Speaker 1: eating at a house at home, I'll send him some extra,
- 26:30Speaker 1: But what I paid my money for is what you're
- 26:33Speaker 1: gonna feed him for to full meals and two snacks.
- 26:36Speaker 1: And if he needs extra, I'll put some in his bag.
- 26:39Speaker 1: But he's drinking a gallon of milk a day? Are
- 26:42Speaker 1: you looking there? I don't care. There's no way possible
- 26:45Speaker 1: that he can drink a gallon the milk a day.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Here's here's here's the deal. I don't want you to
- 26:49Speaker 1: have to stop bringing your son now, and I'm not
- 26:51Speaker 1: and I'm not. Here's my second alternative. I will put
- 26:55Speaker 1: him on a diet. Okay, I'll give him an apple
- 26:57Speaker 1: in the day. You ain't no, damn you are you
- 27:00Speaker 1: from the health food from I will I will give
- 27:03Speaker 1: him an apple and a glass of water in the morning.
- 27:05Speaker 1: And I'll give him an apple and a glass of
- 27:06Speaker 1: water in the evening and then you guys can feed
- 27:08Speaker 1: him when he gets home. You must be certified in
- 27:10Speaker 1: the food program, especially if you're sitting the pare telling
- 27:13Speaker 1: me my damn son is go on a diet and
- 27:15Speaker 1: he's not drinking no water and no apple. He needs
- 27:19Speaker 1: a full snack. If the other kids is having an
- 27:21Speaker 1: apple and water, then that's what you better be serving him.
- 27:23Speaker 1: But if that ain't the case, in hell, no, he
- 27:25Speaker 1: better get the full snack. So if that's Graham crackers
- 27:27Speaker 1: and apple juice, well, damn it, that's what my son
- 27:29Speaker 1: better be getting. And if he won't extra, he better
- 27:31Speaker 1: get it. I'm listening all I'm trying to tell you
- 27:33Speaker 1: your son drink too much. Drink well, well, whoa you
- 27:39Speaker 1: need to back at the top. I know you did
- 27:41Speaker 1: not cussing me. I know you do not read. Need
- 27:46Speaker 1: to cut to me. Let me tell you you ain't
- 27:49Speaker 1: got to worry about it. We don't have nothing else
- 27:50Speaker 1: to talking about. My husband, me, your wife, and everybody
- 27:54Speaker 1: that working at damn daycare better be there in the
- 27:56Speaker 1: morning because that's six thirty. We're gonna be there and
- 27:59Speaker 1: my one he's coming um week and he gonna eat
- 28:03Speaker 1: all week. If he walked two gallons of milk, he
- 28:07Speaker 1: gonna drink it. If he walked two plates of food,
- 28:09Speaker 1: he gonna get it. Because I tell you what, we
- 28:11Speaker 1: said them good money to come to that daycare. So
- 28:16Speaker 1: you don't bring your child up there. But I'm gonna
- 28:18Speaker 1: have to put him on some swim fast. Now I
- 28:20Speaker 1: will put your child on swim fast. I was trying
- 28:22Speaker 1: not to give him suspected, but I will ask give
- 28:25Speaker 1: him some slim fast, and you're gonna get a slim
- 28:27Speaker 1: fast swopping. I'm gonnahop y'all that whoever gave it to him,
- 28:31Speaker 1: whoever gave it to him, they gonna get a slim
- 28:33Speaker 1: fast slipping all the little kids that they have some
- 28:36Speaker 1: slim fast. If he getting some, he better eat whatever
- 28:38Speaker 1: they eat. And if they eating steak, well damn it,
- 28:40Speaker 1: he better have something too. If we had steak, he
- 28:42Speaker 1: probably eat the whole damn cow. He didn't care. I
- 28:45Speaker 1: pay for it, but he's been like getting up slim fast.
- 28:48Speaker 1: I will shut it down about my child. I got
- 28:51Speaker 1: something else you need to know about your shot. What
- 28:53Speaker 1: the else do I need to know? Besides you think
- 28:56Speaker 1: my son is over? Wait? What the delf, can you
- 29:00Speaker 1: tell me today? I need to tell you this. I
- 29:02Speaker 1: need to tell you that this is nephew Tommy from
- 29:06Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Your girlfriend Lucresia got me
- 29:09Speaker 1: to prank on call you. What did you just say?
- 29:15Speaker 1: What did you just say? This is nephew tom Me
- 29:19Speaker 1: from the Steve Harvey Morning Tell your girlfriend Lucresia got
- 29:22Speaker 1: me to prank phone call you. I'm gonna be said
- 29:28Speaker 1: to that. She No, I don't play about my nemn
- 29:31Speaker 1: son at all. That's my only son. I don't play
- 29:34Speaker 1: about him. I'm gonna be the is she there? It's
- 29:38Speaker 1: on after this, It's just all it is on. Hey,
- 29:43Speaker 1: I got one more thing. I gotta ask you, baby,
- 29:45Speaker 1: what is what is the baddest that I mean, the
- 29:47Speaker 1: baddest radio show in the land, The Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 29:54Speaker 1: It's on. I hope you can hear me whereever you
- 29:58Speaker 1: at laughing. It's all who put enough for you? But Tomas,
- 30:01Speaker 1: this is it. You did not tell your uncle that
- 30:04Speaker 1: Janet Jackson came to see the plague. I did in
- 30:07Speaker 1: the world. Jenney Jackson going to see Tom Hardyside Johnny Foods.
- 30:14Speaker 1: It was for real. It was, so tell him what happened. Tommy.
- 30:21Speaker 1: I didn't want to feel like a group yance. I didn't.
- 30:25Speaker 1: You don't hate. You didn't get a picture. Group. You're
- 30:28Speaker 1: telling that she did and you didn't get a picture.
- 30:32Speaker 1: You don't have no proof. Can we can we call Jenny?
- 30:35Speaker 1: Go ahead and call. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 30:45Speaker 1: All right, Steve, this is a serious story out of Chicago.
- 30:48Speaker 1: A young lady named Kanika Jenkins. She's nineteen years old
- 30:51Speaker 1: and like I said, she's from Chicago. She was discovered
- 30:54Speaker 1: dead inside a walk in freezer at a hotel on
- 30:58Speaker 1: Sunday morning, a day after she disappeared from a party
- 31:01Speaker 1: she went to with friends. Police believe that miss Jenkins
- 31:04Speaker 1: was likely drunk and went into the freezer and died inside.
- 31:08Speaker 1: A spokesperson for the Medical Examiner's office said it was
- 31:12Speaker 1: not initially clear whether foul play was suspected, but an
- 31:15Speaker 1: autopsy was done on Sunday. The exact cause of jenkins
- 31:19Speaker 1: death has not been determined as of yet, and uh yet,
- 31:24Speaker 1: that has not kept thousands and thousands of online commenters
- 31:27Speaker 1: from accusing and making threats against people they think set
- 31:30Speaker 1: Jenkins up and then attacked her. Much of the speculation
- 31:34Speaker 1: is based on a live stream video on Facebook that
- 31:37Speaker 1: was apparently broadcast from a hotel room shortly before Miss
- 31:41Speaker 1: Jenkins disappeared. Now. For the hotel surveillance video, Jenkins is
- 31:45Speaker 1: seen to be intoxicated near the front desk at four
- 31:48Speaker 1: a m. Her friends called her mother to say they
- 31:51Speaker 1: lost track of her at the hotel. There is so
- 31:54Speaker 1: much more to this story, and police have not ruled
- 31:57Speaker 1: anything out. Authority said it could be weeks before we
- 32:01Speaker 1: know exactly how um Miss Jenkins died, and they have
- 32:06Speaker 1: warned that inaccurate information is going around discussions on social media.
- 32:12Speaker 1: Many are partly blaming her friends. Was she sexually assaulted?
- 32:16Speaker 1: According to the Chicago Tribune, this is a conversation that
- 32:19Speaker 1: parents have tried to have with teenagers since the beginning
- 32:21Speaker 1: of time, and the one that young people are all
- 32:24Speaker 1: all too often. That's really sad. Yeah, that's really really sad.
- 32:28Speaker 1: I feel horrible for her parents and and her real
- 32:34Speaker 1: friends and for her. I mean, this is the first
- 32:37Speaker 1: time hearing of it too. I haven't I've just been working. Sorry,
- 32:41Speaker 1: this is the first time hearing of it. This is horrible, man,
- 32:44Speaker 1: I mean, young people man, we have got to be
- 32:47Speaker 1: more alert. And I know you get tired of hearing
- 32:50Speaker 1: your parents telling you this, watch yourself, be careful who
- 32:54Speaker 1: you running with. Mama, I got it, I got it.
- 32:57Speaker 1: But sometimes, man, you know, an ouncer prevention, it's worth
- 33:03Speaker 1: a pound to cure it, just is man, And I
- 33:06Speaker 1: employ young people to be mindful, you know, especially especially
- 33:11Speaker 1: when you're drinking. Listen, this is what I have to
- 33:13Speaker 1: tell all my sons. If you're drinking and you feel something,
- 33:20Speaker 1: that's just the that's the beginning. Don't stop drinking because
- 33:24Speaker 1: the rest of it that you've been swallowing ain't even
- 33:27Speaker 1: in the blood system yet. So if you're drinking and
- 33:31Speaker 1: you feel something and you go, I just want to
- 33:33Speaker 1: be a little bit more buzz, all you gotta do
- 33:36Speaker 1: is stop because what you didn't just swallowed ain't even
- 33:39Speaker 1: gotten the blood system. You're gonna be a little bit
- 33:41Speaker 1: more buzz. But if you if you don't understand, man,
- 33:46Speaker 1: that this drinking man just leads to just I feel
- 33:52Speaker 1: so badly for this girl in a horrible way. And
- 33:59Speaker 1: people know when you're drinking and when when they can
- 34:02Speaker 1: take advantage of you, and that's what they pray on.
- 34:04Speaker 1: So you have to be on your guard. And another
- 34:07Speaker 1: thing too. Friends, when you go out together, stay together,
- 34:12Speaker 1: just party together. Don't let your girl go off with
- 34:16Speaker 1: a guy or a group alone. No, girl, where are
- 34:21Speaker 1: you going? What you're doing? No? We came together, we
- 34:24Speaker 1: stay together, We go home together. That has to be
- 34:28Speaker 1: your motto. You know, our prayers are for um. This
- 34:37Speaker 1: is such a sad story and we'll keep you updated.
- 34:40Speaker 1: So hey, Also, everybody, let's let's not forget. You know,
- 34:44Speaker 1: the water is what sure, it's receding. How do you
- 34:50Speaker 1: spell received time? And you don't need that word to
- 34:55Speaker 1: your vacabit and need to do I okay, let's let
- 34:58Speaker 1: that go because you're about to start a whole another Steve,
- 35:03Speaker 1: this is his day. Don't be too hard shot, but
- 35:05Speaker 1: that's what. But he's doing it though I dedicated this
- 35:09Speaker 1: day to Timmy and all other stupid people and he
- 35:11Speaker 1: just show up his day. I mean, he's doing it.
- 35:16Speaker 1: So Shelly, what what I'm supposed to? Just allow it
- 35:18Speaker 1: to flow? You gave them the day. But you can't
- 35:22Speaker 1: let stupidity just run rampant. You can't do it. So
- 35:28Speaker 1: we were talking about you know, also the water is
- 35:31Speaker 1: start is receding and but it's still the damage and
- 35:37Speaker 1: the aftermath of Irma is immense. Man, the clean up
- 35:43Speaker 1: it's just beginning. People are just going back now to
- 35:46Speaker 1: see what's left, what they can salvage if anything. Most
- 35:51Speaker 1: things are just completely gone. It's it's just a test
- 35:55Speaker 1: of the human spirit. I was watching Anderson Cooper this woman,
- 36:00Speaker 1: this black woman and her daughter. She was just crying
- 36:03Speaker 1: because her daughter wanted some water and she couldn't give
- 36:06Speaker 1: her no water, you know, and like Jay was saying, man,
- 36:10Speaker 1: they don't have drinking water. All the leaves are gone.
- 36:14Speaker 1: The same time as the island is wiped out, it's
- 36:18Speaker 1: wiped out St. Martin, it's wiped out that other island
- 36:22Speaker 1: starts with the b. Yeah, it's wiped out completely. I
- 36:29Speaker 1: mean it's gone, folks, you know. And now one LA
- 36:35Speaker 1: is taking some of the people from the Yeah. Yeah,
- 36:39Speaker 1: they're taking people, like off their cruise ship and everything.
- 36:42Speaker 1: They went over there and picked up two thousand people.
- 36:44Speaker 1: But that's you know, they're taking people, but taking the
- 36:49Speaker 1: people where you know, they gotta they're using them on
- 36:53Speaker 1: their cruise ship. They're gonna put them in some hotels.
- 36:56Speaker 1: But now that stifles what you know, they lost everything
- 37:02Speaker 1: just dropped off. Yeah, you are now no job, no income,
- 37:09Speaker 1: no savings, no bank account. You can't get your money
- 37:12Speaker 1: because where they were is gone. Where the banks and
- 37:15Speaker 1: the hotels and all that, it's gone. Yeah, alright, coming
- 37:19Speaker 1: up next, Friend to the show, Family member to the show.
- 37:22Speaker 1: Johnny Kill is on the line, and we're gonna talk
- 37:25Speaker 1: to him right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey
- 37:29Speaker 1: Morning Show. Alright, let's go to the phones. We have
- 37:32Speaker 1: some information. We were talking earlier about Tommy and his
- 37:35Speaker 1: play Mama's Boy and how Janet Jackson came by. No
- 37:39Speaker 1: one believes him. I'm confused. Don't worry about it because
- 37:45Speaker 1: you didn't do your intro. Hunh Yeah, well, don't worry
- 37:47Speaker 1: about it. Just Steve what you introduced. Johnny Gil he's
- 37:50Speaker 1: calling in and he'll set the record straight. What time
- 37:53Speaker 1: you ain't telling y'all? Is Janet Jackson like Eugene in
- 37:56Speaker 1: the show. She didn't say damn thing about time? So
- 37:59Speaker 1: he is line and wait, wait, so you you know
- 38:03Speaker 1: Johnny Gil? Yes, I know Johnny Okay, okay, So where
- 38:08Speaker 1: is he now? He's on the pound. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 38:11Speaker 1: oh my god, put your hands together. One of the
- 38:13Speaker 1: greatest crooners in the world, a voice that you did
- 38:16Speaker 1: not mind to miss, The one and only Johnny Gilp.
- 38:25Speaker 1: Hey man, Johnny, I'm sorry, Johnny. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry, Johnny.
- 38:31Speaker 1: I don't know how you got drugging in this with
- 38:33Speaker 1: some damn Eugene. But how are you doing, brother? I'm
- 38:37Speaker 1: doing good, Johnny, laughing everything a little bit. That's why. Hey, Johnny, Johnny.
- 38:49Speaker 1: First of all, how to play? Going? Man? Man? It
- 38:52Speaker 1: is going awesome. We've been having a great time. Who's
- 38:56Speaker 1: the best thing to play? Tommy or Eugene. I'm gonna
- 38:59Speaker 1: have to go with Tommy. That's what we needed to hear.
- 39:03Speaker 1: Thank you lord man, Oh god, hell of a whole Johnny.
- 39:14Speaker 1: So who do you play in the play? I played
- 39:16Speaker 1: Kevin the Horrible Daddy, but I make it up at
- 39:19Speaker 1: the end to because we don't want to let me
- 39:23Speaker 1: tell you. Jan came up the other night, just hold of,
- 39:28Speaker 1: hold on, hold of Jen came. That means he knows.
- 39:33Speaker 1: So who are you referring to, Johnny? Uh? Jan yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 39:43Speaker 1: See that's when you're really cool with somebody. Jane came
- 39:46Speaker 1: on night, so she really came to the show. Yeah, yeah,
- 39:49Speaker 1: she came, she came out. She really really enjoyed it. Uh,
- 39:53Speaker 1: as a matter of fact, after the show, or she
- 39:56Speaker 1: came back, uh during intermission and she she says, Johnny
- 40:02Speaker 1: that Tommy is freaking hilarious. She says, everybody's so awesome.
- 40:08Speaker 1: And so afterwards, were getting ready to leave at the
- 40:10Speaker 1: shows that and she goes, I want to stay high
- 40:13Speaker 1: and tell him how gritty was. Yeah, so I said,
- 40:21Speaker 1: Dan just said said you suck. Uh, But it was
- 40:31Speaker 1: awesome and we've been having a great time. Man, this
- 40:34Speaker 1: is this, Johnny, Johnny, hang on one second, man, we're
- 40:37Speaker 1: gonna go to break. We're gonna come right back. Man.
- 40:39Speaker 1: This is good Johnny Gil When we come back, you're listening,
- 40:48Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. Our special guest today is one and only
- 40:53Speaker 1: Johnny Gil. He's starring in the plane MoMA's boy. Tommy's

- 53:20Speaker 1: ask you one more thing. What is the baddest I'm
- 53:23Speaker 1: talking about the baddest radio show in the land, the

- 53:33Speaker 1: my understanding this Friday. That's what he gave the title.

- 53:52Speaker 1: They're gonna put the handle. They're gonna call you down.
- 53:54Speaker 1: It's like a bass I'm not Yeah, they're gonna close
- 53:59Speaker 1: up like a handle. We'll be back coming up another
- 54:12Speaker 1: episode of bad acting theater, The Chapman's plus the Strawberry
- 54:16Speaker 1: Letters on deck. We'll be back right after this. You're
- 54:18Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Before we get
- 54:22Speaker 1: to today's Strawberry letter, and this letter is crazy. Let
- 54:25Speaker 1: me tell you that it's a trip. But first, former
- 54:28Speaker 1: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has released her new book.
- 54:31Speaker 1: It's called What Happened. In it, she explores, among other things,
- 54:35Speaker 1: her thoughts and why she lost the election. Miss Clinton
- 54:38Speaker 1: says she takes responsibility for her loss, but adds there
- 54:42Speaker 1: were other things at play as well. One of those
- 54:45Speaker 1: things the October two thousand and sixteen announcement by FBI
- 54:49Speaker 1: UH Director James Comey at the time about new evidence
- 54:53Speaker 1: in the infamous email server investigation, just two weeks two
- 54:57Speaker 1: weeks before the election. I think we can all agree
- 54:59Speaker 1: to that um. In an interview on The Today Show,
- 55:03Speaker 1: Clinton said I was just dumbfounded. She said, I thought,
- 55:07Speaker 1: what is he doing? The investigation was closed. I know
- 55:10Speaker 1: there's no new evidence. She went on to say that
- 55:13Speaker 1: Comy handled everything poorly and added, I feel very strongly
- 55:16Speaker 1: that he went way beyond his role in doing what
- 55:20Speaker 1: he did, so she was non too pleased with that. James, Yeah,
- 55:24Speaker 1: he absolutely did. Definite, he absolutely did. On Fox when
- 55:31Speaker 1: when the Juliani set there and told them we have
- 55:37Speaker 1: something coming up that's big. They knew it. They knew
- 55:42Speaker 1: ahead of time what Comy was gonna say. And a
- 55:45Speaker 1: day later Comy dropped a bond. He that information was
- 55:50Speaker 1: given to him. It was put there by the by
- 55:54Speaker 1: by their campaign people. They knew it was coming. Hillary
- 55:59Speaker 1: Clinton made some mistakes in it and in the whole thing,
- 56:04Speaker 1: and Donald Trump is the president because of that. I
- 56:08Speaker 1: don't I'm not sure that he really ever intended to
- 56:11Speaker 1: be president. Preparation, you know, usually when you get into office,
- 56:17Speaker 1: you've been thinking, Okay, this is gonna be my transitional cabinet,
- 56:20Speaker 1: this is gonna be and there's just a lot of scuffling, hustles.
- 56:23Speaker 1: And that's why we've had so many cabinet changes, because
- 56:26Speaker 1: I think they put it together at the last minute
- 56:29Speaker 1: and we've just been dealing with it. Man, we've been
- 56:31Speaker 1: just dealing with this whole mess. You throw that in.
- 56:35Speaker 1: She blew it, told me thing blew it. The Russians
- 56:39Speaker 1: had something to do with they met with Russia about
- 56:43Speaker 1: the information they had that could help the Trump All
- 56:47Speaker 1: that's happened. Now, did they have an effect on the voting?
- 56:51Speaker 1: I don't know. There's no evidence. Nobody said that. They
- 56:54Speaker 1: talk popular vote, that's all. But the popular vote. She
- 56:57Speaker 1: won't enough. And that's what I said. Button. Yeah, all right,
- 57:03Speaker 1: we have to move on now. Time to get to
- 57:04Speaker 1: the Strawberry letter. Tommy, all right, let's good to it.
- 57:08Speaker 1: Buggle up, hold on tight. We gotta fight you to
- 57:10Speaker 1: show very latta. It's that time. It's that time. Buckle
- 57:16Speaker 1: up and hold on tight. Strawberry letter. All right, here
- 57:20Speaker 1: we go. You're crazy, Steve subject, what's to do? Hello, Steve,
- 57:25Speaker 1: Shirley and Gang. I know the answer, but sometimes you
- 57:29Speaker 1: have to hear it from someone else. Here it is.
- 57:31Speaker 1: I have been in this relationship for seven months. It
- 57:35Speaker 1: is a good relationship up until April. That's when all
- 57:40Speaker 1: hell broke loose. She was in a relationship for eight years.
- 57:44Speaker 1: She says, it was hell on earth. She brought her
- 57:47Speaker 1: problems forward into our relationship. Check this out. We got
- 57:52Speaker 1: to go to bed when she's ready. I get the
- 57:55Speaker 1: cookie on her time and the way she wanted and
- 57:58Speaker 1: only in the bedroom. If I get mad or upset,
- 58:01Speaker 1: it's stupid. No one's feelings matter but hers. If I
- 58:05Speaker 1: go to the car, it's where are you going? She questions?
- 58:08Speaker 1: Any cell phone calls I get, but I cannot question hers.
- 58:12Speaker 1: If we go out to a city where we will
- 58:15Speaker 1: not see people, we know after seven months we have
- 58:19Speaker 1: not taken any pictures. Oh and if we go out,
- 58:22Speaker 1: I cannot touch her in any way. From October oh eight,
- 58:26Speaker 1: I have shown her mad love but got back. I
- 58:31Speaker 1: know I got to cut my ties with her, But
- 58:33Speaker 1: like I say, sometimes you got to hear it from
- 58:36Speaker 1: someone else. All right, you already know. I mean, you
- 58:39Speaker 1: said it in your letter, you know, So what are
- 58:42Speaker 1: you doing? Get out of this mess? This woman has
- 58:45Speaker 1: issues clearly, But um, you know, how did you get here?
- 58:49Speaker 1: And what really went down? What exactly happened? I don't
- 58:52Speaker 1: get that. And what what is eight years of her
- 58:55Speaker 1: pure hell with someone else have to do with you.
- 58:58Speaker 1: I mean, you didn't cause it, You weren't there. You know.
- 59:01Speaker 1: She just has not let this situation go. She brought
- 59:04Speaker 1: her old baggage of her old relationship for you to
- 59:07Speaker 1: deal with in this relationship, and you know, my question
- 59:10Speaker 1: to you again is have you tried to work it
- 59:12Speaker 1: out before it got this bad? And if the answer
- 59:14Speaker 1: is yes, I mean what else can you do? You know,
- 59:17Speaker 1: it seems like you've done everything. You know, when you
- 59:19Speaker 1: get tired your lead she's got issues. This whole relationship
- 59:23Speaker 1: has issues, Steve. Yeah, I don't know on this one. Yes,
- 59:31Speaker 1: let's see you're pouring water? Oh sign? What to do?
- 59:40Speaker 1: What to do? Hi? Steve, Shirley and Gang. Okay, when
- 59:46Speaker 1: a man writes like that, I just want you all
- 59:49Speaker 1: know some love stuff. You've got issues with that? Hi,
- 59:52Speaker 1: Steve Shirley and Gang? Who talks like that? Hi? Gang? No,
- 59:59Speaker 1: it was written by That's why. That's you would not
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: say anything though. It would be all right though, but
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: you know, we try to keep you from saying something stupid.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: Had me to be stupid, and I can't say nothing that.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: That is a point, Steve, What What was the point?
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: The point was you hired him to be stupid. Now
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: he can't say anything stupid to make you confused? Tommy,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: all right, back to the letter. We're digressing. Uh, young man, guy, Gang,
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: whoever you are listen to me, get out. There's dangerous
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: signs in this letter, and I'm gonna share it with you.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: Obviously you're young and you don't see him. But here's
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: the part you have a problem with, one part that
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: you might not. You're gonna have to get over this soon.
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: Check this out. We go to bed when she ready,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: I get the cookie on her time and the way
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: she wanted, and no one's feeling matter but her. Okay,
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: that's pretty much how it goes. Hate hate to not
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: get expectations down. You can't get the cookie left. They
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: get it to you, and they gotta want to say
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: right now, they do it and they don't want to.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: You ain't even gonna like it. So that's pretty much
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: how it goes. Wrap your mind around that and gonna
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: have yourself a happy life. But you got bigger problems though,
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: And I'm gonna share the line with you. After seven months,
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: we have not taken any pictures and oh, if we
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: go out, I cannot touch her in any way. That
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: is the line we are focusing on. When I came back,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: you can't take no pictures with her and you can't
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: touch her in anyway. I will share with you why
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: as soon as we come back. You're listening. Steve Harvey
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: morning show coming up in about twenty minutes. Another episode
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: of bad acting theater with who that Chap? But come on,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: let us have part two of your responsible here. Come um.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: This young guy wants to know what to do. He's
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: been dating this woman and had a great relationship for
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: seven months when all hell broke loose. She was in
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: relationship for eight years. She said, it was hell on earth.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: She bought a problem for the in our relationship. Check
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: this out. We gotta go to bed when she ready.
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: I get to cookie on her time and the way
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: she wanted, and only in the bedroom. If I get mad,
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: I'm said, it's stupid. No one's feelings matters but hers.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: If I go to the car, it's where you're going,
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: she questions, My cell phone calls. I get but I
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: cannot question her. And we go out in the city
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: where we will not see people we know. After seven months,
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: we still have not taken any pictures. Oh and if
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: we do go out, I cannot touch her in anyway. Okay,
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: what does that mean? You said? Oh yeah, I'll tell
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: you what it is. And from marktobeave, I've shown her
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: mad love but only got back. I know I gotta
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: cut my ties with it. But like I said, something
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: you gotta sometimes you got to hear it from someone else. Well,
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: first of all, you do have to cut your tie
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: because this is going on. Let me tell you a
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: couple of reasons why it's going on. Number one, she's
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: still in relationship. That's number one. She's leading a double life.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: She cannot be seen with you in public showing any
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: form of affection. That can be no photos of her,
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: she has a double photo unless you're with Jennifer Lopez,
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: who is things. Then really, I don't get to know
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: pictures and don't touch me. Unless she just can't stand
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: your stupid that could be it. I think you're right.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: But here is the thing you gotta be worried about.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: We have not taken any pictures and I cannot touch
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: her in any way where you're not listening. In the letter,
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: she said she was in the relationship that was held
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: on earth. That hell on earth she talking about. You
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: put your hands on and take a picture, and you're
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: gonna find out what the hell the hell is she
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: talking about. You're gonna find out what the hell the
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: hell is she talking about? Because she there as a
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: man somewhere lurking and she know he crazy. See a
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: woman ain't in hell on earth and just leave them.
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: Dudes is hard to leave hell. Giving dudes is way ignorant.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: He is somewhere in the bushes. You're gonna put your
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: arms around it. He gonna spring out the bushes and
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: beating Joe. And you ain't gonna know why you getting
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: your ask by the silver back. But the silver Back
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: come up, whoop your behind. Now you're gonna get caught
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: off dog cause you you you stupid. You're trying to
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: love or take pictures and a click click come on
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: in that relationship. The silver Back is gonna come in
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: there and bite both your oil bowls off. Whatever. You know,
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: we gotta go. You can email us or instagram us

- 1:07:35Speaker 1: You had the last time was bader than the one
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: you had? In both that's artistic license. Are you giving
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: him a slang? I'm too old to be find that information.
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: I should have known something. Yeah, better batter? Yeah, that's slang.
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: Who got the bad can be? Okay? So what were

- 1:11:29Speaker 1: Harvey's Hundreds where he gives away money to look at
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: all these members and he'll interview guests like Jay Little

- 1:11:38Speaker 1: nighttime show that comes on in the daytime. All right,
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: now you're all caught up, Let's talk about what's happening
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: this week. Frenchie George Wallace played by Tommy is talking
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: to Earl about how to get rid of Chester, also
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: played by Tommy. And since this is radio, let's listen
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: in on their conversation. All right, now, listen to me

- 1:12:09Speaker 1: Since this is radio, we really can't let you hear
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: the plan. That's probably because the writer really hasn't come
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: up with one yet. Now have you've really been keeping
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: up with the show? You know? Two weeks ago KK
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: killed Beauregard. Through the magic of radio, now we can
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: take you to the funeral where Reverend Adnoid is speaking. No, no,
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: not Bauregard. He was my friend. Oh killed Bauregard? Who
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: shot him? Why? Why is he dead? Excuse me, excuse me?
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: This is not Bogard, you know, this is just Willis's
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: funeral you know, is at four o'clock. Two o'clock service.
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: Please get yourself together. Oh my bad. Once again, because
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: of the magic of radio, we cut to the four
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: o'clock service for boul Regard. Welcome to the four o'clock service.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: Someone interrupted me at the two o'clock services to the business.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: Was so disgusted. Anyone who would like to come up
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: and say some kind words about Borgard before we move on?
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: Earl saw waiting on the music. You're here, promise no
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: music comes in the end. You said not to talking
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: to the music coming, so I was holding my breath.
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: I would like to say some kind words about Beauregard.
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: Oh we will art your enemies. He tried to steal
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: more poke Ryan business and run me out of business.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: Had had it done that, it it would have made it.
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: So did my family out. Well we have starved it deal.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: But I'm no really want to hold the groog. I
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: have a little something I prepare. I want to hear it.
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: Here you go. This has gotta be the saddest day
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: your mind. I called you here today. When do a
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: bit of damage, I won't be able to see you anymore.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: And since this is our last day together, Earl, I
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: won't remember you. Just like the let's just eat it back?

- 1:18:14Speaker 1: York Fashion Week was this past week, and then Paris
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: Fashion Week is in a couple of weeks and we
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: know you will be there front and center. Please tell
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: us about this fashion Okay, so we're gonna Why do
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: you think we'll start it this way? Why do you
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: think fashion is so important? You know, in my opinion,
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: it's just a way to express It's another way to
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: express yourself. You know, when, especially when people don't really
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: know who you are, that's the first thing that people
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: see is is what you have on. And you know,
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: it's it's unfortunate that people size each other up like that,
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: but you know it's a way for you to express
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: yourself though, through fashion. I couldn't agree with you more.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: Um So tell us the biggest fashion trend this fall?
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: Oh well, first off this fall, white boots booties. Yes,
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: are gonna be um very popular. The color red is
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: going to be very popular. Of course athletic wear. You know,
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: we're mixed in matching everything. Baby, I got a calm
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: jay down because when you say white booties was going
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: to be boot is a short go ahead, baby day
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: white booties and booties. Well this booties in general. But
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: the white going to be very popular. Okay, yeah, I
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: see them around. I see them in all the fashion magazines,
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: all the stores. We're going to be very hot this season. Okay, alright,
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: so give us some tips undressing fashionable on a budget
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: something you know for our audience, the women in our audience. Well,
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: the thing of it is the saying fake it till
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: you make it is so true, and you know, imitation
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: sometimes it is a great form of flattery. I said,
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: so a lot of times there are a lot of knockoffs.
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: You know, the fashions that you see going down the
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: runway are basically what inspires everything. So a lot of
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: times you can see what's going down the runway, you
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: can look at the magazines at the fashionist is what
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: they're wearing, and you can go to stores and find
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: things that are very similar to that without breaking the bag.
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: That's true, you know, and I think that's that's probably
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: your your best bet. And then you know what looks
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: good on your body. I think oftentimes we take fashion
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: way too seriously. I like to wear what makes me
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: feel good. I think most women do. We dress how
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: we feel exactly. You know, what are the fellas? What
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: are the fellas wearing this year? Well? You know how,
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: but it's stupid Friday. Don't talk to your damn never
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: have to talk to Tommy because I need Tommy to
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: see Steve Harvey. Y'all should have him on the cover
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: of g Q everything like this. See him can demplicate
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: any part of that. There you go. You see him
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: every day, you sit next to him. That's stuff I wear.
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: Come into his side so he can't get a lot
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: of stuff I had where Steve in his side? Well, baby, gap,
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: you'll be quiet when family talking him. I just tell
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: them where you can get stuff. All right? Back to Yeah, So, Marjorie,
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: you know the debate um coming out of the Midwest
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: and the East and everything. You know you're not supposed
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: to wear white before Memorial Day or after Labor Day?
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: Now does that rules still hold true? You just said
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: white boots are in this fall. So the good thing
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: about fashion is all the traditional rules are gone out
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: the window, out the window. Uh and winter white has
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: been popular now I can't tell you how many seasons. Um,
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: so no that that old rule is totally gone, and
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: you're going to see a lot. Like I said, white
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: booties are huge, but I like white coats. I think
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: even when I go UM this season, I think one
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: of the looks that I am going to be wearing
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: it's going to be um, a winter white look. So
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: I think white is still very very much very fashioned. Okay, well,
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: I think we've learned a lot. Marjorie, please please please

- 1:23:52Speaker 1: their daughter earlier this month, and Serena has been a
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: week in the hospital due to some complications. Yesterday, Serena

- 1:24:02Speaker 1: her full name, Alexis Olympia Ohneian Junior. A girl named
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: Junior Junior. I love it. Yeah, that's the baby's name,
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: Alexis Olympia honey. And yeah, it was the love mat
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: that was bad. The good news is Serena is said
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: to be doing well and hopes to return to the
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: tennis court in time for the Australian Open in January. Yeah,
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: and if she's anything like Janet Jackson, oh mg, these
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: women can pop these babies out and and get those
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: bodies back in no time. I am not mad, Okay,
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: well I am a little okay, just gonna be honest.

- 1:25:13Speaker 1: and then Janet dances her butt off, so yeah, in shape. Yeah,

- 1:25:39Speaker 1: they're close. I don't believe that. Yeah, well uh huh,
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: I say, first of all, all the problem is Johnny
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: is friends with Timmy. Right, they're in a play together.
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: That don't make them free. I know you do jokes together,

- 1:26:06Speaker 1: on you're on this show together. Yeah, but friends sick friends.

- 1:26:50Speaker 1: this this is an age gap discussion going on right here.
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: Even if we would have said if I was his agent,
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: wouldn't like him? Really funny, surely there's something about him
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: you like Jay and vice versa. No, you thought about it, juir,
