Government Maintains Fuel and LPG Prices Amid Rising International Costs
The Government of Saint Lucia has maintained the retail prices of fuel and liquid petroleum gas from August 1 to August 23, 2026, under the modified fuel pass-through mechanism. Gasoline and diesel remain at EC$16.75 per imperial gallon, while kerosene remains at EC$10.41. Cooking gas prices have also been maintained, with government subsidies continuing to cushion households and businesses from international energy price fluctuations.
