- 0:01Speaker 1: Chicago's a mess. You have an incompetent mayor grossly incompetent.
- 0:06Speaker 1: And we'll straighten that one out, probably next. That'll be
- 0:08Speaker 1: our next one after this. And the people in Chicago,
- 0:11Speaker 1: mister Vice President, are screaming for us to come there.
- 0:15Speaker 1: They're wearing red hats, just like this, but they're wearing
- 0:18Speaker 1: red hats.
- 0:19Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Ferguson good Monday morning. So nice to have you with
- 0:25Speaker 3: us on the forty seven Morning Update. And we've got
- 0:27Speaker 3: three big stories for you. First up, it's looking like
- 0:31Speaker 3: we're going to have over four hundred thousand illegal immigrants
- 0:35Speaker 3: deported in Trump's first year in office. That doesn't count
- 0:40Speaker 3: all that are being stopped at the southern border. Also,
- 0:44Speaker 3: the courts have thrown out that egregious over a half
- 0:49Speaker 3: billion dollar penalty in the civil trial with Donald Trump,
- 0:52Speaker 3: So what comes next? And finally, Democrats have now been
- 0:56Speaker 3: exposed for packing swing states with illegal immigrant So what
- 1:01Speaker 3: happens next? I'll explain that. But first let me tell
- 1:04Speaker 3: you about Krocket coffee. If you drink coffee like I do,

- 1:50Speaker 3: this company. They are sick and tired of giving their

- 1:56Speaker 3: we can do this and do it better than anybody else.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Now you get Crockett Coffee. You can choose between fresh
- 2:03Speaker 3: ground or whole bean or cacups. You choose, And if

- 3:03Speaker 3: It's a forty seven morning Update, men, it starts right now.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Story Number one.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Promises Made, Promises kept. That for me is the theme
- 3:12Speaker 3: of Donald Trump's time in office so far. The Trump administration,
- 3:17Speaker 3: we're now being told, is on pace to deport four
- 3:20Speaker 3: hundred thousand illegal immigrants in one year. Trump administration is
- 3:27Speaker 3: deporting about one thousand and five hundred people per day.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Is on track to deport more than four and a
- 3:32Speaker 3: one thousand people in his first year in office. The
- 3:34Speaker 3: New York Times is now reporting now, of course they're
- 3:36Speaker 3: criticizing the president for doing it. That's how you know
- 3:39Speaker 3: the presdent's doing a damn good job. At least one
- 3:41Speaker 3: hundred and eighty thousand people have been deported by Immigrations
- 3:45Speaker 3: and Customs Enforcement under President Donald Trump. The Time states
- 3:49Speaker 3: deportations have increased as ICE got a massive increase in
- 3:53Speaker 3: funding from the Big Beautiful bill that was signed into law. Again,
- 3:57Speaker 3: the bill that they said was going to ruin America
- 4:00Speaker 3: so much for that lie. At its current pace, ICE
- 4:03Speaker 3: would deport more than four hundred thousand people. That is
- 4:06Speaker 3: a sharp increase from the two hundred and seventy one
- 4:09Speaker 3: thousand people removed last year by ICE, though far short
- 4:12Speaker 3: of the goal of one hundred or of one million
- 4:15Speaker 3: set by the Trump administration. Now, the Department of All
- 4:18Speaker 3: Land Security says the total number of deportations so far
- 4:22Speaker 3: under Trump is three hundred and twenty two thousand. That
- 4:25Speaker 3: figure includes people who are turned around or quickly deported
- 4:29Speaker 3: at the US borders by Customs and Border Protection. The
- 4:32Speaker 3: Times also states ICE is using a dozen charter planes
- 4:37Speaker 3: per day. If that's not taxpayer money used the right way,
- 4:40Speaker 3: I don't know what is to conduct deportations and transport detainees.
- 4:45Speaker 3: That's double the number used in January. According to Tom Cartwright,
- 4:49Speaker 3: an immigration advocate who is tracking the ICE flights, yes
- 4:53Speaker 3: they're angry. There are more than sixty thousand people in custody.
- 4:57Speaker 3: The Times reported ICE is at at least fifty new
- 5:01Speaker 3: detention centers since Trump took office as well, and more
- 5:04Speaker 3: than six thousand people being held there. The White House
- 5:08Speaker 3: for months has emphasized the administration's broader strategy on immigration
- 5:12Speaker 3: as the deportation tally has ticked upward. Through its Project
- 5:16Speaker 3: Homecoming initiative announce in May, the administration has offered financial
- 5:22Speaker 3: incentives and streamlined processes to encourage voluntary departures, with aggressive
- 5:28Speaker 3: enforcement measures for those who remain. That according to a
- 5:32Speaker 3: White House fact sheet that was put out in public messaging,
- 5:36Speaker 3: officials have described the deportation campaign as historic, an aggressive effort,
- 5:41Speaker 3: highlighting record breaking numbers of arrests and expanded capacity for
- 5:45Speaker 3: detaining and removing undocumented immigrants. So here we are the President,
- 5:51Speaker 3: United States of America, promising to clean up the immigration
- 5:54Speaker 3: problem in this country. And what we're witnessing right now
- 5:58Speaker 3: is that Trump administration is on pay to deport more
- 6:01Speaker 3: than four hundred thousand people in year one. This is
- 6:04Speaker 3: also happening as liberals are fighting every time they get
- 6:08Speaker 3: a chance to stop the President and Ice from doing
- 6:12Speaker 3: their jobs. Could the numbers go up? Yes? Could they
- 6:15Speaker 3: go even higher next year? Yes? One thing is for sure.
- 6:18Speaker 3: The President is setting a message that while he's in
- 6:21Speaker 3: office on what happened under Joe Biden will never happen again.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Next story number two.
- 6:28Speaker 3: All right, an appeals court, and this is big news.
- 6:31Speaker 3: A New York appeals court has thrown out a five
- 6:34Speaker 3: hundred million dollar penalty against Donald Trump Letitia James, that crazy,
- 6:39Speaker 3: insane civil case. It's another story and another big victory
- 6:43Speaker 3: for the president United States of America. The court ruled
- 6:47Speaker 3: that this was an excessive fine that actually violated the
- 6:51Speaker 3: Eighth Amendment. Yes, it violated it, and that's exactly why
- 6:55Speaker 3: they said no. The appellate court throwing out the five
- 6:57Speaker 3: hundred million dollar civil fraud penalty against the sitting president
- 7:01Speaker 3: in this quote high profile case brought by that radical
- 7:04Speaker 3: leftist New York attorney general. Now, remember when she was
- 7:08Speaker 3: running for office, what did she say she was going
- 7:10Speaker 3: to do. She was going to make sure that Donald
- 7:12Speaker 3: Trump knew her name. She said, if you vote for me,
- 7:15Speaker 3: I'm going after Donald Trump. And that's exactly what she did.
- 7:19Speaker 3: And when she went after Donald Trump, she also fundraised
- 7:22Speaker 3: off of it, saying give me your money. I'm the
- 7:25Speaker 3: one trying to lock up Donald Trump. Well, now we
- 7:28Speaker 3: have real justice. The New York Coppellate Division overturning the penalty,
- 7:34Speaker 3: ruling that this was egregious. It was an excessive fine
- 7:38Speaker 3: that clearly violates the Eighth Amendment. The five member panel
- 7:43Speaker 3: all upheld findings that Trump and his companies were liable,
- 7:46Speaker 3: affirming that James acted within her authority and that this
- 7:51Speaker 3: injunctive relief to curb Trump's organization practices as they described it,
- 7:55Speaker 3: were appropriate. Now, remember this is a liberal court. But
- 7:58Speaker 3: here's the other part you need to understand. The ruling
- 8:00Speaker 3: leaves liability intact, but eliminates the massive financial penalty of
- 8:05Speaker 3: three hundred and sixty four million plus interests, which actually
- 8:08Speaker 3: rises to a round five hundred million. Trump took the
- 8:12Speaker 3: true social to declare quote a total victory and railed
- 8:16Speaker 3: against James and the original trial judge you may remember
- 8:20Speaker 3: him as Arthur James claimed a win too, of course,
- 8:24Speaker 3: because the left always does that, noting that the appeals
- 8:26Speaker 3: court upheld the findings of fraud and restrictions on Trump's businesses,
- 8:30Speaker 3: and she pledged to appeal the penalty decision. Total victory,
- 8:34Speaker 3: she said, is fake news. Yes, Trump, there you go.
- 8:38Speaker 3: That's who she's going after. Here's the other thing that
- 8:41Speaker 3: was interesting. Listen carefully quote. I greatly respect the fact
- 8:44Speaker 3: that court had to the courage to throw out this
- 8:47Speaker 3: unlawful and disgraceful decision. Was hurting businesses all throughout New
- 8:52Speaker 3: York State. Others were afraid to do business there. The
- 8:54Speaker 3: amount in quitting interests and penalties was over five hundred
- 8:57Speaker 3: and fifty million. It was a political witch hunt there,
- 9:00Speaker 3: and said in a business sense the likes of which
- 9:03Speaker 3: no one has ever seen before. The court, by the way,
- 9:05Speaker 3: agreed with the president on that. Trump also blasted the
- 9:08Speaker 3: case his election interference, saying it was tried during the
- 9:12Speaker 3: twenty twenty four presidential campaign, locking him up in court
- 9:15Speaker 3: instead of out on the campaign trail. He also praised
- 9:19Speaker 3: Justice David Friedman, who issued a partial dissent, Freeman wrote
- 9:23Speaker 3: that james true aim was political and argue the entire
- 9:26Speaker 3: case should be dismissed. He said her ultimate goal was
- 9:30Speaker 3: not market hygiene, but political hygiene, ending with the derailment
- 9:35Speaker 3: of President Trump's political career and the destruction of his
- 9:38Speaker 3: real estate business. Freeman also blasted james use of section
- 9:42Speaker 3: sixty three twelve of New York's executive law, which gives
- 9:46Speaker 3: the state attorney general broad power to pursue civil fraud claims.
- 9:50Speaker 3: He wrote that it was unprecedented and political, giving James
- 9:55Speaker 3: essentially limited less power to prosecute her political opponents, which,
- 10:01Speaker 3: if you go back to her own words, that's what
- 10:03Speaker 3: she said she was going to do. Elect me, vote
- 10:05Speaker 3: for me, keep me in office, send me your money,
- 10:08Speaker 3: and I'm going to lock up Donald Trump and his family.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Freeman wrote that Trump's business deals involved sophisticated parties who,
- 10:14Speaker 3: by the way, profited without harming the public, and concluded
- 10:18Speaker 3: he would reverse the judgment and dismiss the complaint. Now
- 10:21Speaker 3: section sixty three twelve has never been used in the
- 10:24Speaker 3: way it is being used in this case. He continued
- 10:27Speaker 3: to write, namely to attack successful private commercial transactions negotiated
- 10:33Speaker 3: arms links between highly sophisticated parties, fully capable of monitoring
- 10:39Speaker 3: and defending their own interests. Friedman continued, All parties to
- 10:43Speaker 3: these private transactions profited handsomely from the deals from which
- 10:49Speaker 3: there were no negative effects on the public interest. So
- 10:53Speaker 3: this was one of those like victimless crimes. No one
- 10:56Speaker 3: was hurt, everybody made money. And what do they do.
- 10:59Speaker 3: They went after the President of the United States of
- 11:02Speaker 3: America instead. It's disgusting.
- 11:05Speaker 2: And here is story number three.
- 11:06Speaker 3: The Biden administration, we're now learning, packed swing states with
- 11:10Speaker 3: over one million illegal aliens. Why solely for a power
- 11:15Speaker 3: grap in. Just two years into his first term as president,
- 11:19Speaker 3: President Joe Biden's border policies helped welcome more than a
- 11:23Speaker 3: million illegal aliens to the nation's electoral swing states, and
- 11:27Speaker 3: additionally some four hundred and fifty thousand illegal aliens into
- 11:31Speaker 3: Texas alone. The latest Pew Research Center estimates specifically look
- 11:37Speaker 3: at the rate at which Biden increased the illegal alien
- 11:40Speaker 3: population in a two year window from twenty twenty one
- 11:43Speaker 3: to twenty twenty three. Notably, the Biden administration packed swing
- 11:47Speaker 3: states with more than a million illegal aliens during those
- 11:51Speaker 3: two years, with likely many more resettling in such states.
- 11:56Speaker 3: From twenty three through twenty twenty four, in particular, the
- 12:00Speaker 3: swing state of Florida, so it's illegal alien population grow
- 12:04Speaker 3: by a staggering seven hundred thousand in just two years
- 12:08Speaker 3: under President Biden. Another example of just how much they
- 12:12Speaker 3: wanted to pack this country with the legal immigrants to
- 12:15Speaker 3: change the electoral map completely is Georgia. Georgia not even
- 12:19Speaker 3: close to the border with Mexico, well, their illegal alien
- 12:23Speaker 3: population grew by more than one hundred thousand. Pennsylvania and
- 12:26Speaker 3: Michigan each added at least eighty thousand legal aliens to
- 12:30Speaker 3: their resident populations in twenty twenty one. In twenty twenty two,
- 12:35Speaker 3: North Carolina is another great example, as a swing state,
- 12:39Speaker 3: added one hundred thousand plus illegal aliens from twenty twenty
- 12:42Speaker 3: one in twenty twenty two. In Ohio adding almost seventy
- 12:46Speaker 3: five thousand more as well. Arizona added fifty thousand legal
- 12:51Speaker 3: aliens in the two years of the first two years
- 12:53Speaker 3: of Biden administration. Nevada and Wisconsin each absorbed thirty thousand
- 12:58Speaker 3: illegal aliens during the first two years. Colorado, which is
- 13:02Speaker 3: rapidly turned blue in the last decade saw more than
- 13:04Speaker 3: one illegal aliens added to its population in twenty twenty
- 13:08Speaker 3: one and twenty twenty two. If you look at the
- 13:10Speaker 3: total population from these states, this is a massive increase.
- 13:14Speaker 3: And then look at New Hampshire for example, they have
- 13:17Speaker 3: a population of one point four million. They added more
- 13:21Speaker 3: than ten thousand illegal aliens in the first two years
- 13:24Speaker 3: of the Biden administration. Now why is this so significant?
- 13:28Speaker 3: The Biden administration knew what they were doing, and they
- 13:31Speaker 3: knew they were overseeing a massive surge of illegal aliens
- 13:34Speaker 3: in non border states that would help them when it
- 13:37Speaker 3: came to redistricting and to how many representatives different states
- 13:42Speaker 3: receive based on population. They knew that illegal immigrants are
- 13:46Speaker 3: going to be counted in the census. And that's exactly
- 13:48Speaker 3: why when the bob wire was put down at the
- 13:51Speaker 3: southern border in Texas, Joe Biden sent in what forkliffs
- 13:55Speaker 3: to raise it up to allow more illegals into the country.
- 13:58Speaker 3: You'll look at illegal aliens in New Jersey, for example,
- 14:02Speaker 3: which election predators say could be taped over the next
- 14:04Speaker 3: ten years. In Texas, a GOP stronghold, the Democrats have
- 14:08Speaker 3: long sought to flip to their side Texas alone, during
- 14:11Speaker 3: the first two years the Biden administration absorbed about a
- 14:14Speaker 3: half a million illegal aliens in just the first two
- 14:17Speaker 3: years under Biden. Now, New Jersey saw an influx of
- 14:20Speaker 3: more than one hundred and fifty thousand illegal aliens during
- 14:23Speaker 3: that same period. The Pew Research Center estimates that the
- 14:27Speaker 3: illegal alien population also had a record in twenty twenty
- 14:30Speaker 3: three under Biden at more than fourteen million. Now, again,
- 14:33Speaker 3: this was in twenty twenty three. Scholarly estimates from years
- 14:38Speaker 3: prior suggests the illegal alien population today in twenty twenty
- 14:42Speaker 3: five as well, above twenty two million, which brings us
- 14:46Speaker 3: back to reality. Why is Donald Trump doing so much
- 14:49Speaker 3: to secure the border, and why is Donald Trump doing
- 14:51Speaker 3: so much to make sure the census doesn't count legal aliens?
- 14:54Speaker 3: And why is Donald Trump doing so much to make
- 14:57Speaker 3: sure that illegal immigrants are not given the right to
- 15:00Speaker 3: vote so they alter and change our elections. Because he
- 15:04Speaker 3: understands what the Biden administration was trying to do. They
- 15:07Speaker 3: were trying to pack swing states with well over a
- 15:11Speaker 3: million illegal aliens from day one of the Biden administration
- 15:14Speaker 3: within the first two years, and what happened after we
- 15:17Speaker 3: had an open border policy during those first two years.
- 15:20Speaker 3: They then rolled out the red carpet for illegal aliens.
- 15:23Speaker 3: They started giving them hotel rooms and credit cards and
- 15:26Speaker 3: sell phones and food. They started giving them everything to
- 15:31Speaker 3: entice them to flood America. And you may ask yourself
- 15:34Speaker 3: this question, why do we not have the numbers after
- 15:37Speaker 3: twenty twenty two, because there's so many people who are
- 15:39Speaker 3: trying to count. There are so many illegal immigrants there.
- 15:42Speaker 3: And this goes back to what Donald Trump has been
- 15:44Speaker 3: saying since the very beginning. If you don't have a
- 15:48Speaker 3: secure border, you don't have a country. And now we
- 15:52Speaker 3: understand the plan Biden administration said, Let's pack the Swing States,
- 15:56Speaker 3: just like we want to pack the Supreme Court, and
- 15:59Speaker 3: then we'll give them in and they'll vote for US forever.
- 16:03Speaker 3: And that's exactly why Donald Trump is fighting it so
- 16:05Speaker 3: hard right now.
