- 1:47Speaker 3: Wad of the morning up.
- 1:55Speaker 4: Come come on, you're thinking, uh huh, I sure will,
- 2:03Speaker 4: Good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come on,
- 2:07Speaker 4: dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:10Speaker 4: radio show. Man, What an amazing blessing. God has given
- 2:16Speaker 4: me my health, my dreams, all of it.
- 2:21Speaker 3: God gave it to me. I accept it.
- 2:24Speaker 4: I work hard, but man, oh man, oh man, I
- 2:28Speaker 4: work hard. It is something that He gave me a gift.
- 2:32Speaker 4: And that's what I want to talk to you about today,
- 2:34Speaker 4: because God has gifted everyone, so I can't help but
- 2:38Speaker 4: believe it. You are gifted in some way. Something about
- 2:42Speaker 4: you is special and unique. That doesn't mean you're the
- 2:46Speaker 4: only one that can sing, Are you the only one
- 2:48Speaker 4: that can write? Are you the only one that can draw,
- 2:50Speaker 4: You the only one that can decorate, Or you the
- 2:53Speaker 4: only one that can network?
- 2:55Speaker 3: Or you're the only one that does not what it means,
- 2:57Speaker 3: or you have a great.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Scientific mind, or you can figure things out, or you're
- 3:01Speaker 4: good a problem solving. You're not the only one, but
- 3:03Speaker 4: you are a unique individual. Nobody will travel the exact
- 3:06Speaker 4: path that you're on. Nobody will have everything happen in
- 3:10Speaker 4: a series of circumstances in the order that you're going
- 3:14Speaker 4: to have it happen to you. That's what I mean
- 3:16Speaker 4: when I say that you are unique. But now because
- 3:20Speaker 4: you are gifted, you know you have something you have
- 3:23Speaker 4: to do. You know, there's a scripture. It's in Proverbs,
- 3:27Speaker 4: Proverbs eighteen and sixteen. I've been trying to be a
- 3:30Speaker 4: little bit better at that for you, you know. So
- 3:32Speaker 4: when I have an idea and I know where it is,
- 3:35Speaker 4: I have somebody look the scripture up from men handed
- 3:37Speaker 4: to me. So it's in Proverbs eighteen sixteen. And this
- 3:41Speaker 4: is the layman's term of it. It says a man's
- 3:44Speaker 4: gift make room for him and brings him before great men.
- 3:49Speaker 4: It is your gift that will make room for you.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Now my interpretation of this is this. Now I could
- 3:56Speaker 4: be wrong. Please go to your local church, sener God, temple, mosque.
- 4:00Speaker 4: You do and go get clarification. But what my gift
- 4:04Speaker 4: has done in making room for me is I've taken
- 4:07Speaker 4: it almost in the literal sense. My gift has actually
- 4:10Speaker 4: made room for me. It has clear paths for me.
- 4:14Speaker 4: My gift has opened up doors for me. That's what
- 4:17Speaker 4: I take it as. It'll make room for you. My
- 4:20Speaker 4: gift has has broadened my ability to travel. My gift
- 4:24Speaker 4: has opened my eyes to fashion. My gift has caused
- 4:29Speaker 4: me to be able to provide for my family. My
- 4:33Speaker 4: gift has caused me to be able to reach more people.
- 4:37Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying in terms of it will make
- 4:40Speaker 4: room for you. That that may be another interpretation. I'm
- 4:42Speaker 4: just telling you how I took it, that it has
- 4:44Speaker 4: worked out pretty good for me to that understanding. But
- 4:47Speaker 4: I'm pretty sure Bishop Jakes, Joel Old sting kennef oh my,
- 4:51Speaker 4: you know, God, Glenn Staples, Bishop Glenn Stable, these guys
- 4:54Speaker 4: give you much better understanding of it. I'm just giving
- 4:57Speaker 4: it to you, you know where I know how sold.
- 5:00Speaker 4: I just like to keep it right there. But and
- 5:02Speaker 4: then it says that it brings you before great men.
- 5:06Speaker 4: I mean, you know it's gonna take your places. It's
- 5:09Speaker 4: gonna take your places you never thought of going. You're
- 5:12Speaker 4: gonna meet people because of your gift. I told my son,
- 5:16Speaker 4: who two of them are good photographers. You'll be taking
- 5:19Speaker 4: pictures of great men, and then I mess with them.
- 5:21Speaker 4: You already take the pictures, say your daddy. You know
- 5:23Speaker 4: I'm messing with them like that. But that's just me
- 5:25Speaker 4: and them, just kicking it. But you know, but one day,
- 5:27Speaker 4: who knows, you could be shooting the president. You know,
- 5:30Speaker 4: you could be shooting some foreign dignitaries. You know, you
- 5:33Speaker 4: could be shooting great sport events.
- 5:35Speaker 6: You know.
- 5:35Speaker 3: You never know where it could take you. But that's
- 5:37Speaker 3: your gift. What you gotta do is you gotta get
- 5:40Speaker 3: to move and though.
- 5:41Speaker 4: See, you can't have your gift and not do nothing
- 5:43Speaker 4: with it. See you know what that reminds me of.
- 5:47Speaker 4: It's something that my father used to say, get up
- 5:50Speaker 4: off your butt because you're sitting on a gold mine.
- 5:54Speaker 3: He say that all the time.
- 5:56Speaker 4: Boy, get up off your butt and move it because
- 5:58Speaker 4: you sitting on the gold I never really quite got
- 6:01Speaker 4: that when I was little, but now that I'm an adult,
- 6:03Speaker 4: I got it full well. See a lot of you
- 6:06Speaker 4: are sitting You're sitting on a talent or a gift
- 6:09Speaker 4: that you have. You're sitting on an ability. I don't
- 6:12Speaker 4: care if it's making cakes or pies. That's a gift, man,
- 6:16Speaker 4: that's a talent. I don't care if it's the ability
- 6:18Speaker 4: to do hell, that's a gift.
- 6:20Speaker 8: Man.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Half of you are gifted.
- 6:22Speaker 4: A lot of us are gifted, and we're sitting on
- 6:25Speaker 4: it looking at other people, wondering what can I do
- 6:27Speaker 4: to make it? You already got something to make it with,
- 6:31Speaker 4: if you would just get up off your behind, man,
- 6:34Speaker 4: quit sitting on that gold mine.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Some of you are tech savvy, just a whiz is.
- 6:39Speaker 4: When it comes to engineering and putting stuff together and
- 6:42Speaker 4: cables and wires and computers and stuff.
- 6:45Speaker 3: And now you steady looking around trying to figure out, man,
- 6:48Speaker 3: wonder what I can go do? How about you go
- 6:50Speaker 3: do that?
- 6:51Speaker 4: You know it ain't that hard, man, if you were,
- 6:54Speaker 4: just take note of what God has given you already.
- 6:58Speaker 4: He has given you a gift already. He has already
- 7:01Speaker 4: given you a talent. Now the fact that you ain't
- 7:04Speaker 4: using it and you sitting on your tail somewhere, now.
- 7:08Speaker 3: Who fathers what we're talking about? What you blaming God for?
- 7:14Speaker 5: That?
- 7:14Speaker 9: Man?
- 7:15Speaker 3: I tell you what.
- 7:15Speaker 4: I sit around people all the time who are gifted,
- 7:20Speaker 4: and I'm looking at their gifts, and they steady complaining
- 7:23Speaker 4: about what they don't have, but will not get up
- 7:27Speaker 4: off there behind and use the gifts that God gave them.
- 7:30Speaker 3: And it's frustrating.
- 7:32Speaker 4: It's gotta be frustrating for you if you doing it,
- 7:35Speaker 4: because it's frustrating for me when I see it. So
- 7:38Speaker 4: when these people come to me and ask me for help,
- 7:40Speaker 4: I just keep going the same thing.
- 7:41Speaker 3: Over and over.
- 7:42Speaker 4: Help yourself, man, do for you use your gift. It's
- 7:46Speaker 4: a cat sitting behind the wall right now that's locked up.
- 7:50Speaker 4: That's so good at artistry. It's cats in that tattooing everybody. Man,
- 7:55Speaker 4: get out, do it the right way. Quit selling drugs. Man,
- 7:59Speaker 4: You ain't going no selling no drugs. You going to jail.
- 8:02Speaker 4: And if that don't do it, somebody gonna get tired
- 8:04Speaker 4: of you selling drugs because they gonna want to sell
- 8:06Speaker 4: them over and they gonna kill you.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Let's just keep this thing real for just a second.
- 8:09Speaker 4: Here, Come on, man, get up off your butt, because
- 8:12Speaker 4: you sitting on the gold mine, and you sit up here.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Somebody always looking for a short cut to the top.
- 8:17Speaker 4: Ain't no shortcut. Somebody told me this the other day. Man,
- 8:20Speaker 4: the road to success is always under construction. It ain't paved,
- 8:27Speaker 4: it's got detoured signs on it. It's got slow men working.
- 8:32Speaker 4: Sometime they flip the stop sign. You gotta sit there
- 8:35Speaker 4: and wait. Sometime they got slow. There's traffic, there's accidents.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Somebody on the road holding up things with a flat tie,
- 8:43Speaker 4: its nails, its gravels. This spike is everything. The road
- 8:47Speaker 4: to success is always under construction. It ain't getting ready
- 8:52Speaker 4: to be easy just because you done decided to do it.
- 8:54Speaker 4: But don't sit around on your behind and complain all
- 8:57Speaker 4: the time about what you don't have. My daddy said it, Man,
- 9:01Speaker 4: get up off your butt because you sitting on a
- 9:03Speaker 4: gold mine. You got a gift, you got a talent,
- 9:06Speaker 4: You got something that you can do that could make
- 9:10Speaker 4: a way for you, but you won't do it. It
- 9:12Speaker 4: is within you. Stop looking around. Here's what people waste
- 9:16Speaker 4: the most time on the road to success looking around
- 9:19Speaker 4: at somebody else trying to figure out, Man, how can
- 9:23Speaker 4: I do what they did?
- 9:24Speaker 8: Do what you do?
- 9:26Speaker 3: You ain't jay Z, you ain't sorry.
- 9:30Speaker 4: I got a couple of your homies told you you
- 9:32Speaker 4: rap better than him, but you not, jay Z, really
- 9:35Speaker 4: you not.
- 9:36Speaker 3: You know, all of us can shot at him, but
- 9:38Speaker 3: we ain't rich at prior.
- 9:40Speaker 4: A nice shot, Steve, Bernie del all of we took
- 9:44Speaker 4: some great shots at it, we not him.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Do what you can do?
- 9:49Speaker 4: Do you do your gift quick complaining about what you
- 9:52Speaker 4: don't have, Get up off your butt because you sitting
- 9:56Speaker 4: on a gold mine.
- 9:57Speaker 7: You're listening to deceive.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Hardy morning, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:03Speaker 4: Again, another great opportunity to another great day, another blessing.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Wow, what a great moment.
- 10:10Speaker 4: You know, now is really really important because now is
- 10:14Speaker 4: the moment that you actually own the present.
- 10:18Speaker 3: It's a gift.
- 10:18Speaker 4: That's why they call it the present, because it's actually
- 10:21Speaker 4: a gift to be living in the now. It's important
- 10:25Speaker 4: to live in it now because it now is a
- 10:29Speaker 4: fresh start. It allows you to let go and forget
- 10:34Speaker 4: the past. And that right there is good news for
- 10:38Speaker 4: most of us, because most of us have things in
- 10:40Speaker 4: our past that we just don't need to hang on
- 10:43Speaker 4: to let it go. You got a gift, you have
- 10:46Speaker 4: been given the present. Man, what a great gift it is,
- 10:51Speaker 4: and that gift can only be given by God. So
- 10:54Speaker 4: stop messing up your present thinking and worrying about your past,
- 10:59Speaker 4: because it ain't nothing you can do about it, and
- 11:02Speaker 4: you got passed it, through it and over it.
- 11:05Speaker 3: And that's what I'm glad about today.
- 11:06Speaker 4: Steve Robin Martin Show, Shelly Strawberry, Colin for Rell, Mississippi,
- 11:10Speaker 4: Monica Junior and the Legend of Nephew Tommy Jr.
- 11:14Speaker 3: What's on your mind today? You know, just just do it.
- 11:18Speaker 3: Third day in the row, you had your hair on
- 11:19Speaker 3: bat because I know what's happening with that?
- 11:21Speaker 8: Mean?
- 11:21Speaker 3: Oh that mean you're badling?
- 11:24Speaker 5: No?
- 11:24Speaker 10: I ain't bad.
- 11:25Speaker 3: I really I'm not bad.
- 11:26Speaker 11: You know what.
- 11:27Speaker 9: I just accept everything as it comes, how it come
- 11:29Speaker 9: to me. I just deal with him when they get here.
- 11:31Speaker 4: Yeah, well that's that's badly. Yeah, yeah, that's your battle. Look,
- 11:36Speaker 4: I've noticed that about it.
- 11:39Speaker 9: But on top of that, man, what how do we
- 11:42Speaker 9: do you see what's happening in our country right now
- 11:44Speaker 9: with with with this president he is forcing people to
- 11:47Speaker 9: pledge the legions as federal employees.
- 11:50Speaker 10: Yeah but what what did Yeah that's not even is
- 11:55Speaker 10: that constitutional?
- 11:56Speaker 3: Can he do that constitutional?
- 11:59Speaker 2: What he broke the law?
- 12:01Speaker 3: What are we bringing up the constitution for you.
- 12:06Speaker 10: Read this or you have to just go ahead and
- 12:08Speaker 10: take this severance package. Yeah, you had to lead it.
- 12:12Speaker 10: Does the even sound say.
- 12:13Speaker 3: To me, it don't sound right. Listen to me. He
- 12:16Speaker 3: partoned fifteen hundred.
- 12:19Speaker 4: People from the January sixth insurrection because they were pro Trump.
- 12:28Speaker 4: He don't care what they did, what crime they committed,
- 12:32Speaker 4: if it was on my behalf.
- 12:35Speaker 3: You good. Here is a man who.
- 12:38Speaker 4: Doesn't care about your crime as long as it benefits
- 12:44Speaker 4: his cause. That's that's who we have as our president.
- 12:49Speaker 4: That can be no shock about this. He's been this
- 12:52Speaker 4: way from the beginning. Either you win him or you
- 12:55Speaker 4: his enemy. And he said before he got in he
- 13:00Speaker 4: is going to seek retribution on everybody that was against him,
- 13:07Speaker 4: and he's going to reward everybody who was for him.
- 13:11Speaker 4: And that means if you ran through the door at
- 13:14Speaker 4: the Capitol, if you beat somebody at the Capitol, if
- 13:18Speaker 4: you sprayed mace on somebody at the cap if you
- 13:21Speaker 4: shot anybody at the Capitol, if you choked anybody out
- 13:24Speaker 4: at the Capitol, as long as you had a Trump
- 13:27Speaker 4: shirt on you good.
- 13:29Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 13:29Speaker 7: Wow, all right, welcome to America.

- 22:11Speaker 12: husband in West Hollywood.
- 22:13Speaker 7: And I hate to follow that.
- 22:15Speaker 12: With this, but Carti b has pierced her but okay,
- 22:20Speaker 12: and she posted a photo.
- 22:21Speaker 7: We'll talk about that.
- 22:23Speaker 12: Also, seventeen Republican Louisiana legislators express concern over this year's
- 22:28Speaker 12: halftime show.
- 22:29Speaker 7: And that's all coming up at the top of the hour.
- 22:32Speaker 12: But right now it's time to ask the CLO our
- 22:35Speaker 12: chief love officers.
- 22:36Speaker 7: Ste Carvey.
- 22:37Speaker 6: You couldn't but behind me, I'm.
- 22:39Speaker 7: Sorry, I know, I know, all right, Trent in AUGUSTA.
- 22:47Speaker 12: Right, I've been casually dating someone, but we're not exclusive,
- 22:51Speaker 12: and she knows it. I was at her house when
- 22:54Speaker 12: her dad popped up, and she introduced me as her boyfriend.
- 22:58Speaker 12: She said it to a close friend too. Is it
- 23:00Speaker 12: rude to correct her when she does that?
- 23:03Speaker 4: Well, you still her boyfriend, y'all? Just not exclusive. But
- 23:07Speaker 4: what you got she got to introduce you to somebody.
- 23:10Speaker 4: What she can't do is go, hey, this is Lester,
- 23:13Speaker 4: my non exclusive. Yeah, you know, you just got a
- 23:18Speaker 4: title dog. And you know, man, look if I was her,
- 23:23Speaker 4: I ghost you because it's obviously you have no plans
- 23:27Speaker 4: for her.
- 23:28Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 23:29Speaker 3: I mean, it's obvious that you have no plans for her.
- 23:31Speaker 3: But the thing about some people is even when you
- 23:36Speaker 3: tell them the truth, they don't believe.
- 23:38Speaker 4: Now, that ain't your fault, because you've clearly tried to
- 23:42Speaker 4: be forthright with her, but she ain't trying to hear that.
- 23:45Speaker 3: But there are a lot of people who think they
- 23:46Speaker 3: can change your mind. If they just stay with it
- 23:48Speaker 3: and keep loving you and doing things, you're gonna change
- 23:51Speaker 3: your mind. You're not.
- 23:52Speaker 12: But okay, so all right, moving on, thank you, Fielo.
- 23:57Speaker 12: Moving on to Nisha in Baton Rude.
- 24:00Speaker 4: Holdo, I got one of the things to say, why
- 24:01Speaker 4: aren't you just telling look me and you were not
- 24:04Speaker 4: going nowhere? It's just a thing. Now do you understand
- 24:09Speaker 4: that had that conversation with and then see how far
- 24:12Speaker 4: it go? And I know you probably think you had
- 24:14Speaker 4: we just non exclusive.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm cool with that. They ain't ever cool with that.
- 24:19Speaker 7: Boyfriend means something to him. Yeah, that word all right.
- 24:23Speaker 12: Moving on to Misha in Baton Rouge, Misha writes, all
- 24:26Speaker 12: of a sudden, my husband is asking for something he
- 24:29Speaker 12: knows I don't do. I don't know if he saw
- 24:32Speaker 12: it on a video or if another woman has done
- 24:35Speaker 12: it to him, whatever the case, I refuse to Why
- 24:39Speaker 12: would this come up after eighteen years of marriage?
- 24:43Speaker 3: Oh my god? Well, I don't know exactly what you're
- 24:46Speaker 3: talking about. I really don't. I don't want to speculate, right, Oh,
- 24:52Speaker 3: but it's only one of two things. It's only one
- 24:56Speaker 3: of two things, two fifty two. It's only two things
- 25:06Speaker 3: that you can introduces number two for sell and.
- 25:11Speaker 2: You know, yeah, so you're trying not to speculate, clo.
- 25:18Speaker 3: But you can't.
- 25:19Speaker 12: Yeah, but it ain't but two things after eighteen years
- 25:24Speaker 12: of marriage.
- 25:25Speaker 6: Why I'm fascinated she ain't been doing it for that long.
- 25:29Speaker 6: I'm fascinated on that.
- 25:31Speaker 4: Let's let's just talk about this in terms of uh,
- 25:34Speaker 4: because we got it, so you can understand why I'm
- 25:36Speaker 4: coming from. Let's call it number one and number two.
- 25:39Speaker 4: Let's just call the two items that we could do,
- 25:42Speaker 4: number one and number two. If it's number one that
- 25:46Speaker 4: you don't do, you're gonna have to make some adjustments
- 25:50Speaker 4: to that.
- 25:51Speaker 5: Now.
- 25:51Speaker 4: If you don't do the number two, I perfectly understand that,
- 25:54Speaker 4: because that's a little bit abnormal.
- 25:57Speaker 3: I'm very confused. Well, I'm trying not to be graphic
- 26:02Speaker 3: on the radio.
- 26:03Speaker 7: And we appreciate that. We appreciate that.
- 26:05Speaker 4: Okay, so let me put it to you this way.
- 26:07Speaker 4: If I'm going to the bathroom to do the number one.
- 26:11Speaker 2: Why is that and and that's better?
- 26:15Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 26:16Speaker 2: Your examples, man, your go to work.
- 26:20Speaker 3: I'm trying to slow down on the confusion.
- 26:22Speaker 7: OKAYY tell you what.
- 26:25Speaker 3: I'll tell you what me and Tommy understand what you're saying.
- 26:28Speaker 7: We are saying, whatever number one or two, she's not
- 26:31Speaker 7: doing it, that's.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Well, okay, you don't know where he got it from. Right,
- 26:37Speaker 1: that's what she's said. All of a sudden, you've been knowing.
- 26:39Speaker 1: I've been doing it for eighteen years. Why are you
- 26:42Speaker 1: asking now? That's her point.
- 26:44Speaker 7: Wherever I'm doing well, change people change people change everybody
- 26:51Speaker 7: from the Yeah, okay, all right, we got it.
- 26:54Speaker 4: I ain't want to I ain't want to go to
- 26:55Speaker 4: the car practice, but I was down there yesterday.
- 27:00Speaker 3: She worried down there.
- 27:06Speaker 12: Jack Wes in Minneapolis says, in spite of my wife
- 27:09Speaker 12: following me, so I went to a beauty salon and parked,
- 27:13Speaker 12: so did she. She called and asked if I was
- 27:15Speaker 12: at work, and I said yes. She called me a
- 27:18Speaker 12: liar and accused me of cheating. I'm tired of her games?
- 27:23Speaker 12: How do I stop this madness?
- 27:27Speaker 3: Jock Qua First of all, JOCKH Quiz, let me ask you.
- 27:32Speaker 4: Joh Quiz, if you knew she was following and you
- 27:37Speaker 4: drove down to the beauty salon and then she called
- 27:41Speaker 4: you and asked she was at work?
- 27:42Speaker 3: And then you said yeah, and then she accused you
- 27:45Speaker 3: a lion.
- 27:47Speaker 2: You was lying.
- 27:48Speaker 4: Yes, damn daughter, you you're not helping yourself at all.
- 27:54Speaker 3: You're reinforcing the doubts.
- 27:57Speaker 10: So, broh, I don't.
- 27:58Speaker 3: I don't know how you go.
- 27:59Speaker 4: Hi, You're gonna get to a positive by performing more
- 28:02Speaker 4: of a negative. I'm gonna trick her more into thinking
- 28:06Speaker 4: I'm doing something. I'm gonna look like I'm doing it
- 28:08Speaker 4: and then say I ain't.
- 28:09Speaker 3: Yes, call it. I thought you said he's supposed to lie.
- 28:12Speaker 3: So was he supposed to say the truth?
- 28:15Speaker 1: But you but you saw her following you? Okay, So
- 28:20Speaker 1: he was supposed to confess and say.
- 28:22Speaker 3: No, no, no, what do you mean?

- 28:28Speaker 3: Love?

- 28:31Speaker 3: Can put stop Junior, read the thing again, call it.
- 28:35Speaker 7: This is why you don't do this, he said, I
- 28:39Speaker 7: spotted my wife.
- 28:40Speaker 3: I spotted my wife following me, So I went to.
- 28:44Speaker 7: A beautiful line in park.
- 28:46Speaker 3: I now, Junior, unfold your damn mad right though.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Yeah, right, I hear what he's saying.
- 28:54Speaker 10: You see her and you put into abuse love work?
- 28:58Speaker 3: You didn't hear what I say? Why don't you listen?
- 29:01Speaker 4: Turn your head around. He got his hat on the
- 29:06Speaker 4: back and he got his arm folded. And it's the
- 29:08Speaker 4: clo question. This ain't for him. He can respond if
- 29:16Speaker 4: he saw his wife following him, and he pulled his
- 29:19Speaker 4: dumb ass down in front of the beauty salon and
- 29:22Speaker 4: then she called him and then he she said, well,

- 29:36Speaker 4: knew you wasn't man, You knew.
- 29:37Speaker 3: She saw you. Why did you pick that time to
- 29:40Speaker 3: lie to reinforce the distrust.
- 29:43Speaker 7: Because he listens to this show.
- 29:45Speaker 3: You don't lie.
- 29:46Speaker 7: You talk about lie, listen to me.
- 29:49Speaker 3: But if you know she know.
- 29:53Speaker 7: You can't lie, why in the conditions to lying?
- 29:58Speaker 3: Okay, pick the place to.
- 30:03Speaker 11: Right now?
- 30:04Speaker 7: He's here, Shada right now.
- 30:06Speaker 12: Coming up the top of the hour, we'll have some
- 30:10Speaker 12: entertainment news for you on this ignorant show.
- 30:13Speaker 7: Right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 30:24Speaker 12: Former Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband Doug M
- 30:27Speaker 12: Hoff were spotted having dinner last Saturday night.
- 30:31Speaker 7: They were at Craggs and West Hollywood. Steve.
- 30:33Speaker 12: They were with some friends dining without security or being
- 30:36Speaker 12: bothered by paparazzi. This is, according to MSN Craigs is
- 30:40Speaker 12: reportedly where Harris and m Hoff had their first date
- 30:43Speaker 12: and before leaving her office two weeks ago, the former
- 30:46Speaker 12: VP was signing her desk and a reporter asked what
- 30:50Speaker 12: her next move will be. Former VP Harris said, quote,
- 30:54Speaker 12: it's not my nature to go quietly into the night,
- 30:56Speaker 12: So don't worry about that.
- 30:59Speaker 6: Mini.
- 31:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I like it.
- 31:00Speaker 12: Many Californians are hopeful that Kamala Harris will run for
- 31:04Speaker 12: governor next year. Okay, let him go, Yeah, she said,
- 31:08Speaker 12: don't worry about me.
- 31:09Speaker 6: I got that.
- 31:10Speaker 5: I'm good.
- 31:11Speaker 3: I don't know how she was at Craigs and it
- 31:13Speaker 3: wasn't no populosity.
- 31:15Speaker 7: Yeah, you know that's what were they always there?
- 31:19Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 31:21Speaker 4: Now, the only way it worked that she they you know,
- 31:23Speaker 4: you can pull in the back. They let you pull
- 31:25Speaker 4: in the back, but if you walk through that front though,
- 31:28Speaker 4: I ain't service clear.
- 31:31Speaker 3: I don't know how.
- 31:33Speaker 5: You know.
- 31:33Speaker 4: They say she was without secret service, but it's too
- 31:36Speaker 4: early for her to be rolling around without secret service.
- 31:39Speaker 4: So secret service probably got in the back door. It's
- 31:42Speaker 4: it's no way you go to Crigs and there ain't
- 31:46Speaker 4: no wait that's down there mail roads Craig.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Oh, he don't know. Food is excellent, but it's just
- 31:53Speaker 3: you know, that's a spot. Yeah, it's really it's really over.
- 31:58Speaker 6: You know.
- 32:00Speaker 4: It's a lot of great restaurants in La. You ain't
- 32:02Speaker 4: got to go to Krigs.
- 32:04Speaker 6: Well, that was there.
- 32:05Speaker 2: That's a spot for this.
- 32:06Speaker 7: Yeah, but she was there.
- 32:07Speaker 4: There's a restaurant down there called Crossroads. I think it's Crossroads.
- 32:12Speaker 4: That's a vegan place, but it don't taste like it's vegan.
- 32:16Speaker 12: Oh all right, delicious, God, that's what you got out
- 32:22Speaker 12: of this story. Oh yeah, people want her to run
- 32:25Speaker 12: for governor next year. Let's go all right, this is
- 32:30Speaker 12: a crazy story to follow up with, but we're gonna
- 32:32Speaker 12: switch gears here. Cardi B recently shocked us all when
- 32:37Speaker 12: she got her Dare I say, but crack pierced?
- 32:44Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 32:44Speaker 12: Yeah, yeah yeah, that's how she wrote it on x
- 32:48Speaker 12: and her fans immediately started questioning her and told her
- 32:51Speaker 12: they needed proof. They wanted to see it, So Carti
- 32:55Speaker 12: posted a picture of her crack with two diamond stud
- 33:01Speaker 12: piercings and the caption quote, do I lie. This adds
- 33:05Speaker 12: to Cardi B's other piercings. She has one in her nose, ears, lip,
- 33:09Speaker 12: belly button, eyebrows, and her areolas.
- 33:12Speaker 7: So there you go, so that.

- 33:42Speaker 4: I'm a clinch.
- 33:42Speaker 3: I'm a clinch.
- 33:43Speaker 4: I'm gonna tell your paper. I'm gonna tell your paper.
- 33:47Speaker 4: I'm just trying to tell you.
- 33:48Speaker 7: You can't do that, Carla.
- 33:51Speaker 4: I can't do nothing round mine. I'm telling you right,
- 33:54Speaker 4: it ain't gonna work.

- 35:36Speaker 12: According to nola dot com, seventeen Louisiana Republican legislators have
- 35:41Speaker 12: sent a letter to the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation
- 35:44Speaker 12: and the Louisiana Stadium and Expo District claiming that they
- 35:49Speaker 12: are all quote seriously concerned that the February ninth Super
- 35:53Speaker 12: Bowl halftime show will include inappropriate acts when it is
- 35:57Speaker 12: expected to be a family friendly affair. The letter named
- 36:00Speaker 12: Janna Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and Rihanna as examples of lewd
- 36:04Speaker 12: halftime performances in the past. They claim that those performances
- 36:09Speaker 12: generated thousands of viewer complaints.
- 36:11Speaker 7: To the FCC and on social media.
- 36:13Speaker 12: They want all performance to sign a contracts guaranteeing that
- 36:17Speaker 12: their show will adhere to Louisiana's community decency standards this year.
- 36:22Speaker 3: First of all, that's not what Kendrick Lamar is. He
- 36:25Speaker 3: ain't got none of the show.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Yeah, what he gonna be doing?
- 36:28Speaker 3: Yeah, well, yeah, Louisiana decency they yeah, yeah, lot out
- 36:42Speaker 3: of there. What's the standard? You can walk down the
- 36:46Speaker 3: street with a drake taller than youth?
- 36:50Speaker 7: Right, stop the madness?
- 36:53Speaker 2: All right?
- 36:54Speaker 12: Coming up at twenty minutes after the hour, here's a question.
- 36:57Speaker 12: Is it safe to eat hot wings while you the
- 37:00Speaker 12: big game? Or should you avoid them because of the
- 37:03Speaker 12: bird flu? We'll talk about it right after this. You're
- 37:06Speaker 12: listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 37:10Speaker 4: Did you know you can now buy a Hondai on Amazon,
- 37:13Speaker 4: the same place where you order yoga mats, a toothbrush,

- 37:33Speaker 6: Visit Honda USA dot com for more details. Limited availability
- 37:37Speaker 6: pickup through participating Hondai dealers and select markets.
- 37:40Speaker 12: We've all heard about the bird flu and how it
- 37:43Speaker 12: has been detected in the US poultry, specifically poultry specifically
- 37:49Speaker 12: in California. I should say, according to the World Organization
- 37:51Speaker 12: for Animal Health, we know that hot wings, lemon pepper wings,
- 37:55Speaker 12: and other types of wings will be in abundance.
- 37:58Speaker 7: At big game parties.
- 37:59Speaker 3: But is it safe.
- 38:01Speaker 7: Here's a question, is it safe to eat chicken? Right now?
- 38:04Speaker 12: The Centers for Disease Control and other government agencies cannot
- 38:08Speaker 12: publicly comment on this or and other public health manners
- 38:12Speaker 12: due to communications orders placed by the Trump administration, but
- 38:18Speaker 12: the chief of Infectious Diseases at the University of Buffalo
- 38:22Speaker 12: and New York has spoken out.
- 38:24Speaker 7: Yes, Steve, I just.
- 38:26Speaker 3: Want to say this right here.
- 38:28Speaker 4: I've never watched a Super Bowl without chicken wings, and
- 38:31Speaker 4: I just knowed this. Here's my philosophy. I'm a fry
- 38:35Speaker 4: all the flu out. The chicken is going to be
- 38:39Speaker 4: so hot that part.
- 38:42Speaker 3: I'm going in at full.
- 38:44Speaker 4: Right.
- 38:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 38:46Speaker 12: So the Chief Infectious Diseases, a chief of infectious diseases
- 38:50Speaker 12: at the University of Buffalo and New York, has spoken out.
- 38:53Speaker 12: He says, yes, poultry is safe to eat right now,
- 38:57Speaker 12: as long as you follow standards fool Safety, food safety eyelines.
- 39:00Speaker 6: Tammy, I'm a marinade mine in Nike wheel overnight overnight flu.
- 39:13Speaker 7: How's that gonna taste?
- 39:16Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 39:17Speaker 12: So so Steve, you said you're frying at four fifty,
- 39:20Speaker 12: this guy says, as long as you follow food safety
- 39:25Speaker 12: guidelines ensuring that chicken reaches an internal temperature of one
- 39:28Speaker 12: hundred and sixty five degrees.
- 39:31Speaker 4: You said four fifty, Well, you know, I'm a Friday.
- 39:33Speaker 4: At four fifty, I'm inside of my chicken. Gonna be
- 39:36Speaker 4: a little bit more than one sixty five.
- 39:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 39:40Speaker 12: Humans are more likely, according to them, to get salmonella
- 39:44Speaker 12: from poultry than the bird flu anyway, So you can
- 39:49Speaker 12: eat all the wings you you want.
- 39:51Speaker 3: I think it's fu I didn't know they got there.
- 39:56Speaker 7: Well, they've tested them.
- 39:57Speaker 3: They you know, all know.
- 39:59Speaker 4: Well, if you buy a whole old chicken and you
- 40:01Speaker 4: washing it in a cough. I wouldn't he right there,
- 40:05Speaker 4: that's a clue.
- 40:06Speaker 3: Yes, that happened. If I'm washing the chicken in it cough,
- 40:10Speaker 3: then I'll probably go probably go it out.
- 40:15Speaker 12: So what kind of what kind of wings? At four
- 40:17Speaker 12: fifty degrees are you having? Lemon pepper?
- 40:19Speaker 7: You had a hot try don't.
- 40:22Speaker 3: I'm not really that much of a lemon pepper guy.
- 40:25Speaker 6: Grilled this grilled good, Barbie.
- 40:28Speaker 4: Great, grilled is good, but frieda is delicious. Yeah, yeah,
- 40:34Speaker 4: this next level. I don't care who you are, but
- 40:37Speaker 4: I better had grill none.
- 40:38Speaker 3: You wouldn't chicken.
- 40:40Speaker 4: That's like going down the chicken fil like getting that
- 40:42Speaker 4: grilled chicken saying well it just what is we down
- 40:45Speaker 4: here for? Yeah, give me that chicken with the fifty one.

- 47:09Speaker 5: the daycare, Mine's daycare where your son comes. Okay, all right,
- 47:13Speaker 5: I'm sure you're familiar with my wife, Benita.
- 47:15Speaker 11: Yes, sir, all right.
- 47:17Speaker 5: How you doing today?
- 47:18Speaker 11: I'm good.
- 47:19Speaker 5: Oh, how's little little divn how's he doing?
- 47:22Speaker 8: He's good.
- 47:22Speaker 11: He's laying down taking a nap.
- 47:24Speaker 5: Okay, you guys been coming here. I guess about a
- 47:27Speaker 5: year now, right, yes, since he was one. Okay, listen,
- 47:30Speaker 5: I wanted to give you a call. I'm looking at
- 47:32Speaker 5: some some informations. I was how was Devon doing at home?
- 47:36Speaker 5: Is he is he eating properly at home?
- 47:39Speaker 11: When you say eating, what do you mean? I mean?
- 47:41Speaker 5: Is he getting meals every time he's supposed to get
- 47:44Speaker 5: them while he's at home?
- 47:46Speaker 11: Yeah, he's doing pretty good.
- 47:49Speaker 5: Okay, Now there's there's there's no situation where you guys
- 47:52Speaker 5: may be a shortage of food or anything like that.
- 47:55Speaker 11: Are you uh minute short is the food? No, sir,
- 48:00Speaker 11: my husband works real good. We don't have a problem
- 48:02Speaker 11: with as short as the food. Is there a problem
- 48:04Speaker 11: with him?
- 48:05Speaker 5: Well, you know we're looking at the records and little
- 48:08Speaker 5: Divus too, Yes, sir, have you looked at the comparison
- 48:12Speaker 5: of two year olds the majority of two year olds
- 48:15Speaker 5: in comparison to I guess I should say size in
- 48:18Speaker 5: comparison to the bond side.
- 48:20Speaker 11: You mean like in body waight body size. I mean
- 48:23Speaker 11: he's a little tall. You know, he wasn't a small
- 48:26Speaker 11: chap when he's born. He was ten pounds. But no,
- 48:29Speaker 11: he's on the scale of right where he should be.
- 48:31Speaker 11: He's just a little you know, taller to the daddy
- 48:34Speaker 11: is tall. But he's doing okay.
- 48:36Speaker 5: So you don't think he's anywhere in the in the
- 48:40Speaker 5: ballpark of of of of obesity at two? You mean facts?
- 48:45Speaker 5: I mean, I didn't want to be blunt, but but
- 48:47Speaker 5: but miss Kathy, you're I mean, I mean your sons.
- 48:52Speaker 11: Let me just say, on a Sunday, I'm relaxing and
- 48:55Speaker 11: we're talking about you think my son is a little
- 48:58Speaker 11: overweight or what he's what's the problem.
- 49:01Speaker 5: Well, I mean, I think he's fat, you know. And
- 49:04Speaker 5: and the problem I'm happening here is I'm noticing the
- 49:07Speaker 5: records of everything we need to.
- 49:10Speaker 11: Back up to you think he's fat. I've never spoken
- 49:13Speaker 11: to you, mister Kirby.
- 49:14Speaker 1: Is that what she said?
- 49:15Speaker 5: My name is Kirby.
- 49:16Speaker 11: Okay, So every morning that I dropped him off for
- 49:18Speaker 11: a year and I give my daycare money, Miss Benita
- 49:22Speaker 11: has never said anything about his eating habits. So you're
- 49:25Speaker 11: telling me that you think my son is fat?
- 49:27Speaker 5: What with him?
- 49:28Speaker 11: You deal with him on a daily basis.
- 49:29Speaker 5: I don't deal with him on a daily basis. What
- 49:31Speaker 5: I'm looking at as records that are showing me that
- 49:33Speaker 5: he's eating way more than the rest of anybody at
- 49:37Speaker 5: the daycare. And not only that, he's drinking probably a
- 49:39Speaker 5: gallon of milk a day, a galling the milk.
- 49:42Speaker 11: Y'all only get snacks two times a day and he's
- 49:45Speaker 11: there only for breakfast and lunch. And how in the
- 49:47Speaker 11: hell is he drinking a gallon of milk? And if
- 49:49Speaker 11: he is, ma'am, But all I know is this, No, No,
- 49:54Speaker 11: I'm blown away by this because you calling me on
- 49:56Speaker 11: a Sunday color of my damn child fat that's the problem.
- 49:59Speaker 11: And yo, why she has never said a jam thing.
- 50:02Speaker 11: Never has she said one thing to me in a
- 50:04Speaker 11: year when she collected my damn daycare money. She ain't
- 50:06Speaker 11: said my son is eating y'all at a house at home.
- 50:08Speaker 5: Okay, Well, you know my wife is a different person,
- 50:11Speaker 5: and she tries to be cordial with everyone.
- 50:12Speaker 11: He's the one who deals with me. Mister Kirby. I've
- 50:15Speaker 11: never met you, never met you, especially all of a Sunday.
- 50:18Speaker 5: Reason why I'm calling you on a Sunday, ma'am, is
- 50:20Speaker 5: that I know tomorrow if you're gonna be trying to
- 50:23Speaker 5: drop your.
- 50:23Speaker 11: Son off, I am gonna drop him off. I am.
- 50:26Speaker 5: No, No, that's that's kind of the reason why I'm
- 50:28Speaker 5: calling you. Now, here's what we can do. That's what
- 50:30Speaker 5: you want to turn to do, is here. Either you
- 50:32Speaker 5: can keep him at home.
- 50:33Speaker 11: No, I'm not keeping him at home. My husband works
- 50:36Speaker 11: and I work. I'm dropping my damn son off at
- 50:39Speaker 11: six thirty like I do every morning.
- 50:41Speaker 5: Okay, ma'am, ma'am, listen, if we can't get him.
- 50:45Speaker 11: You really want to get this banita on the side,
- 50:47Speaker 11: because obviously you ain't the one that need to be
- 50:49Speaker 11: talking to me, because if you're not there every day and.
- 50:51Speaker 5: I deal with your wife, I'm telling you that your
- 50:54Speaker 5: son is too big to be his fad is.
- 50:58Speaker 11: Coming every morning if that's the case, and if he's
- 51:01Speaker 11: eating at a house and home, I'll send him some extra.
- 51:03Speaker 11: But what I paid my money for is what you're
- 51:06Speaker 11: gonna feed him for two full meals and two snacks.
- 51:09Speaker 11: And if he needs extra, I'll put some in his bag.
- 51:12Speaker 5: But he's drinking a gallon of milk a day. Are
- 51:15Speaker 5: you your care?
- 51:16Speaker 11: I don't care. There's no way possible that he can
- 51:18Speaker 11: drink a gallon of milk a day, y'all.
- 51:20Speaker 5: Now here's the deal. I don't want you to have
- 51:22Speaker 5: to stop bringing your son now I'm not, and I'm not.
- 51:25Speaker 5: Here's my second alternative. I will put him on a diet. Okay,
- 51:29Speaker 5: I'll give him an apple in the day.
- 51:31Speaker 11: You ain't, no, damn, you ain't.
- 51:33Speaker 5: Are you from the health food program? Now I will.
- 51:35Speaker 5: I will give him an apple and a glass of
- 51:37Speaker 5: water in the morning, and I'll give him an apple
- 51:39Speaker 5: and a glass of water in the evening, and then
- 51:40Speaker 5: you guys can feed him when he gets home.
- 51:42Speaker 11: You must be certified in the food program, especially if
- 51:45Speaker 11: you send up here telling me my damn son is
- 51:46Speaker 11: one on a diet and he's not drinking no water
- 51:49Speaker 11: and no apple. He needs a full snack. If the
- 51:53Speaker 11: other kids is having an apple and water, then that
- 51:55Speaker 11: that you better be serving him. But if that ain't
- 51:57Speaker 11: the case, and hell no, he better get the full snack.
- 51:59Speaker 11: So if that's graham crackers and apple juice, well damn it,
- 52:01Speaker 11: that's what my son better be getting. And if he
- 52:03Speaker 11: won't ask her, he better get it.
- 52:04Speaker 5: Listen, all I'm trying to tell you is your son
- 52:07Speaker 5: drank too much. Drinka, whoa woa?
- 52:12Speaker 11: You need to back at the stop. I know you
- 52:14Speaker 11: did not cussing me.
- 52:15Speaker 5: I know I did not cuss.
- 52:18Speaker 11: Ready to cut to me. Let me tell you what say.
- 52:21Speaker 13: You ain't got to worry about it. We don't have
- 52:23Speaker 13: nothing else to talk about. My husband, me, your wife,
- 52:26Speaker 13: and everybody that works at damn daycare better be there
- 52:29Speaker 13: in the morning because that's six thirty. We gonna be there,
- 52:32Speaker 13: and my son he's coming on week and he gonna
- 52:36Speaker 13: eat a week. If he want two gallons of milk,
- 52:39Speaker 13: he gonna drink it. If he want two plates of food.
- 52:42Speaker 13: He gonna get it because I tell you what, we
- 52:44Speaker 13: pay them good money to come to that daycare.
- 52:47Speaker 5: So child up there, but I'm gonna have to put
- 52:51Speaker 5: him on some swim fast. Now, I will put your
- 52:54Speaker 5: child on slim fast. I was trying not to get
- 52:56Speaker 5: him suspective, but I will.
- 52:58Speaker 11: Give him some slim fast, and you're gonna get a
- 53:00Speaker 11: slim fast whooping. I'm gonna whoop yos and whoever gave
- 53:04Speaker 11: it to him, whoever gave it to him, They're gonna
- 53:06Speaker 11: get a slim fast whooping. All the little kids better
- 53:08Speaker 11: have some slim fast. If he getting some, he better
- 53:10Speaker 11: eat whatever they eating. If they eating steak, will damn it,
- 53:13Speaker 11: he better have some too.
- 53:14Speaker 5: We had steak, he probably eat the whole damn cow
- 53:17Speaker 5: eating care.
- 53:17Speaker 11: I pay for it, but he better not getting a
- 53:20Speaker 11: slim fast. I will shut it down about my child.
- 53:23Speaker 5: Okay, I got something else you need to know about
- 53:25Speaker 5: your son.
- 53:26Speaker 11: What the else do I need to know besides you

- 53:33Speaker 11: tell me today?

- 56:23Speaker 7: Thank you nephew.
- 56:25Speaker 12: Subject he doesn't want me, but his friend does. Dear
- 56:29Speaker 12: Stephen Shirley, I'm twenty seven years old and my boyfriend
- 56:32Speaker 12: and I recently broke up after dating for seven years.
- 56:36Speaker 7: He is fifteen years older.
- 56:38Speaker 12: Than I am, and over the years we grew apart
- 56:41Speaker 12: because of our age difference. One of his friends stepped
- 56:44Speaker 12: in to comfort me after he heard us arguing in public.
- 56:47Speaker 12: He's sixteen years older than I am, but he's young
- 56:50Speaker 12: at heart and he knows all of the TikTok dances.
- 56:54Speaker 12: He said, he is drawn to me, and he feels
- 56:57Speaker 12: like we connected better than I could ever connect with
- 57:00Speaker 12: my ex.
- 57:01Speaker 7: That was very true.
- 57:02Speaker 12: We've been having sex for the past few weeks and
- 57:05Speaker 12: he treats me very well. He calls to say good morning,
- 57:09Speaker 12: and we fall asleep on the phone together most nights.
- 57:12Speaker 12: That's how I know he's over his wife. As soon
- 57:16Speaker 12: as she goes to bed, he'll call me to come
- 57:18Speaker 12: over to my place to say good night. It is
- 57:21Speaker 12: fun sneaking around with him. We both have a lot
- 57:24Speaker 12: to lose. If we get busted, he'll be in divorce
- 57:28Speaker 12: court and I'd be out on the street. Because my
- 57:30Speaker 12: ex pays my rent, my lease is in his name
- 57:33Speaker 12: because I was barely twenty one when I moved. He
- 57:37Speaker 12: doesn't trust me to pay the rent myself. He treated
- 57:40Speaker 12: me like a child that he had to raise. That's
- 57:43Speaker 12: why his friend is so much better for me. My
- 57:46Speaker 12: mom agreed that I should hang onto my excess money
- 57:50Speaker 12: and keep his friend on the side for fund. The
- 57:53Speaker 12: only issue is that my ex called me late at
- 57:56Speaker 12: night a few times and he wanted to come by.
- 58:00Speaker 12: Let him do that because his friend is at my
- 58:02Speaker 12: place a lot. My mom taught me that men can
- 58:05Speaker 12: tell if another man has been in his house. Last night,
- 58:10Speaker 12: my ex said he misses me and wants to fix
- 58:12Speaker 12: things with me. I have history with my ex, but
- 58:15Speaker 12: I'm having fun with his friend. Is this crazy to
- 58:18Speaker 12: try to juggle both of them?
- 58:21Speaker 5: Now?
- 58:21Speaker 3: You know it is, You know that it is.
- 58:23Speaker 12: This letter is trifling. Everyone in this letter is trifling
- 58:27Speaker 12: and putting their lives in danger at this point, everyone,
- 58:31Speaker 12: well maybe everyone except for your ex. Your mom is
- 58:34Speaker 12: wrong for encouraging you in this foolishness, keeping your ex
- 58:37Speaker 12: for his money and then his friend for the fun.
- 58:41Speaker 12: I mean, your ex's best friend is wrong too, because
- 58:44Speaker 12: either his current wife or your ex could catch you, guys,
- 58:47Speaker 12: and then what and then here's you. You're wrong most
- 58:51Speaker 12: of all because you're bringing another man into this house
- 58:53Speaker 12: that your ex pays for and all of this, I mean,
- 58:57Speaker 12: this letter just has disaster written all over it. You
- 59:01Speaker 12: say it's fun sneaking around with him, and it might
- 59:04Speaker 12: be fun. Who's gonna lie about that? It might be
- 59:06Speaker 12: fun until it's not till they find out and it's not.
- 59:11Speaker 12: But you don't understand that you're playing with fire and
- 59:13Speaker 12: you could get burned from your ex or his friend's wife.
- 59:17Speaker 12: Your ex's friend is not really his friend, and he's
- 59:20Speaker 12: just out for what he can get from you, and
- 59:23Speaker 12: you're letting him.
- 59:23Speaker 7: Have it every night.
- 59:24Speaker 12: It sounds like but I gotta say to you, please
- 59:28Speaker 12: leave this married man alone, young lady. None of this,
- 59:32Speaker 12: the money or the sex is worth it, none of it.
- 59:35Speaker 7: Steve, what say it?
- 59:40Speaker 3: Girl?
- 59:41Speaker 7: There you go?
- 59:43Speaker 8: You know.
- 59:45Speaker 3: This letter.
- 59:47Speaker 4: Just let us feel with just bad information, just very
- 59:50Speaker 4: very bad information on so many levels.
- 59:53Speaker 3: Let me take you through this. I'm twenty seven years old.
- 59:56Speaker 3: My boyfriend recently broke over me up Dayton were fifteen
- 59:59Speaker 3: years old. He f forty two now.
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: One of his friends stepped in to comfort me after
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: he heard us arguing in public. He is sixteen years
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: older than me, that make him forty three, but he's
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: young at heart. He knows all the TikTok dances. Okay,
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: let's stop right here. You mean to tell me that
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: you're finna base this relationship on a forty three year
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: old man that know all the TikTok dances?
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: Who is this clown? Hey man? Let me ask you something.
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: What full grown man you know of responsibility about his
- 1:00:46Speaker 4: business mid forties that know all the TikTok dances? Now, look,
- 1:00:54Speaker 4: I'm not I'm a little bit different, so can't use
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: me as an example because I didn't even know they
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: had TikTok dance?
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: What let loone know him and all of them? How
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: many of them?
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: Is it a lot? Well?
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: Who got that kind of time?
- 1:01:11Speaker 4: Also, he said he's drawn to me, and he feels
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: like we connected better than I could ever with my ex. Oh,
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: he's saying all the right things, she said, that's very true.
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: We been having sex, and see how I love when
- 1:01:25Speaker 4: these letters just take a jump. We been having sex
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: for the past few weeks, and he treats me really well.
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: Then this is how she introduced information, like you know,
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: and you know, he feels like we connect better than
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: I ever could with my ex. Okay, ready for this one? Yeah,
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: and treats me very well. Look, hold on, I'm trying
- 1:01:48Speaker 4: to I'm trying to find something in the letter that's
- 1:01:51Speaker 4: very true.
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: Okay, here we go. These are the jumps he makes.
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: He said, he's drawn to me and he feels like
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: we connected better than I could ever connect with my ex.
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: That's very true.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: True, here's the jump. We've been having set for the
- 1:02:03Speaker 4: past few weeks, and he treats me very well.
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: You ready for another one?
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: He caused me to say good night as we fall
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: asleep on the phone together most nights. Ready for the jump.
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: That's how I know he over here his wife? Right girl,
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: where this story going? You on the rebound? You have
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: great rebound skills. If you was in the NBA, you

- 1:03:23Speaker 12: He doesn't want me, but his friend does.
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: This woman is twenty seven. She has a boyfriend that's
- 1:03:29Speaker 4: fifteen years old in her makes him forty two. They've
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: been falling apart and growing apart, she said, because of
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: her age difference, and one of his friends stepped in
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: to comfort her after they heard him all again in
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: public one time. He's sixteen years older, which makes him
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: forty three, but he's young at heart because he knows
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: all the TikTok dance.
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: I'm so damn confused. I don't not now one of
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: my no uh.
- 1:04:01Speaker 12: TikTok davy which you don't watch Love and Marriage Huntsville,
- 1:04:05Speaker 12: but one of the stars on their Chris Fletcher and
- 1:04:08Speaker 12: his wife. Now Chris Fletcher is a TikTok dance star.
- 1:04:12Speaker 12: He is, so you'll know you haven't lived.
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: So yeah, I bet he baldly.
- 1:04:23Speaker 7: Dance and he can dance.
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: But okay, I don't care if you get what you win,
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: how much that pay what to check?
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: So anyway, Then she goes on to say, he said
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: he's drawn to me and he feel connected better than
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: I could with my axe, and that's very true.
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: Then here's the big jump.
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: We've been having sex for the past few weeks and
- 1:04:51Speaker 4: treats me really well. He calls me to say good morning,
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: and we fall asleep on the phone together most nights
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: for the next jump.
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: That's how I know he over his wife. Girl, what really?
- 1:05:08Speaker 5: What now?
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: Togain it his you ready for this one?
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: As soon as she goes to bed, he'll call me
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: to come over to my place to say good night.
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: It is fun sneaking round with him.
- 1:05:23Speaker 4: Fun is the keyword here, because our fun is an acronym.
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: Oh and if you if you base your life around
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: fun at a certain age, you find out once you
- 1:05:35Speaker 4: keep having fun, there's a time limit to fun because
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: everything that's fun, if you do it too long, it
- 1:05:45Speaker 4: becomes an acronym.
- 1:05:47Speaker 11: F you in.
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: Yeah, it's fed up now. That's what fund me is
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: fed up now. And this is a perfect example.
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: She said. We both have a lot to lose. Now,
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: you're in a relationship to lose. This is stupid.
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: If we get busted, he'd being divorce court and I'd
- 1:06:09Speaker 4: be out on the street. See there's no purpose here.
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: He'd being divorce court and you'd be out on the street.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: Because your ex pays your rent. My lease is in
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: his name because I was barely twenty one when I moved.
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: He doesn't trust me to pay the rent myself.
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: He treated my.
- 1:06:31Speaker 4: Lack a child that he had to raise. That's why
- 1:06:34Speaker 4: his friend is so much better for me. His friend
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: don't pay your rent. His friend just come over to
- 1:06:40Speaker 4: say good night after his wife fall asleep. You said,
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: it's so much fun sneaking around with him. How long
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: you think this going?
- 1:06:49Speaker 12: Now?
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: How long do you think it's gonna be fun?
- 1:06:51Speaker 7: Her mom agreed, though.
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: Here we go now.
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: My only issue is that, okay, oh, okay, here this
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: that's why my friend, his sold friend, is so much
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: better for me. My mam agreed that I should hang
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: on to my excess money and keep his friend on the.
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: Side for fun.
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: Your mama, stupid, man, You got a dumb mama.
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: You know parenting, Ain't you glad you had the parent
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: you had your mama?
- 1:07:23Speaker 4: Your mama would not give you this advice, but your
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: mama stupid.
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: My mama agreed, I.
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: Should hang on to my excess money and keep his

- 1:23:54Speaker 12: Steve Harvey as he closes out the show.

- 1:24:04Speaker 1: Are you ready for a mop and bucket clean? And
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: half the time make the swap to slipper power mop.
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: The only one cleaning hero has a building solution that
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: breaks down dirt and grind light magic with hundreds of
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: scrubbing strips on the pad.
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: It absorbs sticky messes with ease.
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: Plus it'll leave your home smelling great for hours after cleaning.
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: Get yours today and mop smarter with the Swipper power mop.
- 1:24:28Speaker 12: All right, guys, here we are on this Friday, last
- 1:24:32Speaker 12: break of the day and last break of the week.
- 1:24:35Speaker 7: And Steve, I know you have some inspirational words. You
- 1:24:38Speaker 7: know what, Oh start the weekend.
- 1:24:41Speaker 3: I'm I'm just talking to us.
- 1:24:44Speaker 12: Us.
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: You know who we are. I'm talking to us now. Look,
- 1:24:50Speaker 4: I'm not the leader of us. I'm just a voice
- 1:24:53Speaker 4: amongst us. But I choose to use my voice to
- 1:24:59Speaker 4: take the more positive approach. I don't know if I
- 1:25:04Speaker 4: can spear head this movement. I don't know if this
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: movement can happen. I don't know if it will ever change.
- 1:25:12Speaker 4: I do know I can do my part. But here
- 1:25:16Speaker 4: is the message I have for us, for those of
- 1:25:20Speaker 4: us who can and are willing, we have got to
- 1:25:25Speaker 4: stop destroying one another. We have got to stop making
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: it our mission to destroy one another. We are the
- 1:25:39Speaker 4: number one leading culture in this department. The only other
- 1:25:45Speaker 4: people I see who are consistently about the destruction of
- 1:25:49Speaker 4: each other is the Democrats and the Republican political party. Look,
- 1:25:55Speaker 4: I don't care what Donald Trump do. The Democrats and
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: see an Inn ain't gonna like it. And I don't
- 1:26:01Speaker 4: care what Donald Trump do. Fox gonna love it and
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: support it. I don't care what Joe Biden did. The
- 1:26:08Speaker 4: Republicans found something wrong with it, right or wrong. I've
- 1:26:14Speaker 4: never seen politics this way. It ain't about the people
- 1:26:19Speaker 4: no more. It's about the party line and the holding
- 1:26:26Speaker 4: of the party line. There are no more McCain's left
- 1:26:30Speaker 4: who there are no more people left who will go
- 1:26:33Speaker 4: against party line. I'm just there's a couple of dudes
- 1:26:37Speaker 4: out there, but it ain't many left. But in our culture,
- 1:26:41Speaker 4: us I'm talking to us, we are the leading, the
- 1:26:48Speaker 4: leading candidates, the reason we are set out to destroy
- 1:26:52Speaker 4: each other quicker, faster and harder than anybody I've ever seen.
- 1:26:57Speaker 4: And we are the ones who can least afford because
- 1:27:02Speaker 4: we need each other now more than we've ever needed
- 1:27:05Speaker 4: each other, and we ain't even got each other. I
- 1:27:08Speaker 4: am so grateful for the few people that I know
- 1:27:11Speaker 4: who are remaining positive that I can call up and
- 1:27:14Speaker 4: they give me a word of encouragement. Hey, Steve, don't
- 1:27:18Speaker 4: worry about that man hanging there. Hey, bro, how you're
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: holding man?
- 1:27:21Speaker 3: Just check it on you. I have some people like
- 1:27:24Speaker 3: that who are amongst us.
- 1:27:29Speaker 4: But this social media stuff, man, do you understand what
- 1:27:34Speaker 4: we're doing to one another?
- 1:27:38Speaker 8: And for what?
- 1:27:41Speaker 11: For what?
- 1:27:42Speaker 3: Man? I keep trying to figure out. The rest.
- 1:27:46Speaker 4: Is clicks and likes that important? Have you not discovered
- 1:27:52Speaker 4: anything you can do yourself that You've decided that I'm
- 1:27:55Speaker 4: going to make my money off the destruction of other people?
- 1:28:01Speaker 4: The false stories, the fake items, the clicks, the likes,
- 1:28:06Speaker 4: the clickbait.
- 1:28:08Speaker 3: Man, It's crazy.
- 1:28:10Speaker 11: Man.
- 1:28:11Speaker 4: People spend hours editing stuff to make it look real.
- 1:28:16Speaker 4: They putting stuff together, make it up stories.
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: Man, if you took that time to devote to the
- 1:28:24Speaker 4: progression of yourself, you could actually make something out yourself.
- 1:28:29Speaker 4: But you have decided that my route to the top
- 1:28:33Speaker 4: is I'm gonna bring down as many people as I can.
- 1:28:38Speaker 3: I wish I had the solution for this. I wish
- 1:28:41Speaker 3: I knew the way to get us to see that
- 1:28:44Speaker 3: we as a people can least afford this. What's wrong
- 1:28:48Speaker 3: with us? Man?
- 1:28:49Speaker 4: What happened to us? How do we get this way?
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: I'm gonna think about where the turn was made, because
- 1:28:59Speaker 4: there was a turn.
- 1:29:01Speaker 6: Man.
- 1:29:01Speaker 4: When I was in college in nineteen seventy four and
- 1:29:03Speaker 4: I went to Kent State. That was nineteen thousand students
- 1:29:06Speaker 4: at Kent State. Out of the nineteen thousand that was
- 1:29:09Speaker 4: nine hundred blacks. Only a few hundred black people lived
- 1:29:15Speaker 4: on campus amongst nineteen thousand. When we walked across the
- 1:29:20Speaker 4: campus and we looked across the yard anywhere and we
- 1:29:24Speaker 4: saw your black face, we put a fist in the air.
- 1:29:28Speaker 4: We spoke to each other. We had an organization called
- 1:29:32Speaker 4: BUS Black United Students. If we had if any one
- 1:29:36Speaker 4: black person had a gripe, we all had a gripe.
- 1:29:39Speaker 4: We defended one another. We partied together, We stayed together.
- 1:29:43Speaker 4: We had our squabbles and differences, but man, we had
- 1:29:46Speaker 4: a fix it situation. You couldn't be against this cat
- 1:29:50Speaker 4: for long, man, because we would.
- 1:29:51Speaker 3: Come for you.
- 1:29:53Speaker 4: I remember that, and I remember that when I was young,
- 1:29:56Speaker 4: because I went to college at seventeen, so much young.
- 1:30:00Speaker 3: I remember people and men and women like that.
- 1:30:03Speaker 4: So I'm trying to figure out where to change was
- 1:30:05Speaker 4: because it wasn't in seventy five, because we were still together.
- 1:30:12Speaker 4: We were starting to come up with affirmative action and
- 1:30:14Speaker 4: stuff like that. I don't know what happened, but I
- 1:30:19Speaker 4: know we need to get back to something. While everybody
- 1:30:22Speaker 4: else is trying to make America great again, black people,
- 1:30:26Speaker 4: we need to think about when we were at our best,
- 1:30:28Speaker 4: because it ain't now. It show ain't now. So if
- 1:30:33Speaker 4: there's a young person out there that has an idea
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: to make blacks better again, get back to black something,
- 1:30:45Speaker 4: call Uncle Steve man. I'll help you if I can.
- 1:30:49Speaker 4: But brother, we got to do something because we tear
- 1:30:52Speaker 4: each other down at an alarming rate and it's getting
- 1:30:55Speaker 4: worse and we need to stop this.
- 1:30:57Speaker 6: Man.
- 1:30:57Speaker 4: So I'm gonna commit my platform to talking positive to
- 1:31:01Speaker 4: us and about us. Don't come on my shoute nobody else.
- 1:31:10Speaker 4: Y'all talk to God that they had absolutely love the.
- 1:31:13Speaker 8: Fuck you.
