A chilling surveillance video from Port Neches, Texas, shows a 68-year-old man fatally run over by his own truck and trailer after a suspect stole it. The victim, Frank Cameron Imhoff, was loading the trailer when 21-year-old Dekovin Keith Flanagan Jr. jumped onto the hood, climbed in, and drove off — leaving Imhoff no chance to escape. Flanagan, who had been arrested earlier that day for breaking into an apartment and acting erratically while naked, is now charged with murder under Texas law, which allows such a charge if death occurs during the commission of another felony.
