Did you miss me? No? Nobody missed me? I missed you, Ziggy. Thank you, Brie. I appreciate that even though I think you're lying to me. Hey. I texted you. You did text you. Actually, yes. You did. But For sure my mom told me, hey. Text Ziggy and see how he's doing. You know what? I'm gonna replace you. I'm say I'm gonna replace you with your family. Your family loves me. No. I'm kidding. I texted you before. My mom said anything, but she was like, how's Zicky doing? Yeah. No. That's what's up. So I did go to Miami. I did High Rocks. It was very, very, very good. I I got a personal record for my own self. My partner who I had told you guys I was worried about, I actually did really fucking good. I don't know if it was because I was yelling like, dogs and come on. You got the heart of a fucking lion and all that shit. No. We dogs. Yes. I said we asked. After what happened to me today? Yes. I was gonna say and that's what I said. I said we as men say that. So, like, I was like, I don't know how I feel about that. But, no, I, like, I was trying to motivate. I felt like, first off, I felt really proud of how far he's come because in the beginning when we first signed up for this, he wasn't really, not like he wasn't athletic because he's been playing basketball since he was a kid. But, you know, you kinda as you get older, you kinda let things slip. You're running a business, you're doing these things, and you're doing all and you're working, got kids, a kid. He has one kid. So then, you know what I'm saying? Like, listen, life be life. Right? So long story short, it was it was really, really good. We finished in an hour and forty, which to me, Miami was really tough because one, it was it was, we had to do three laps on the first one, and that kinda, like, set the tone. And we did really good. I feel like for where we were at, and he wants to do another one. He's also training again. I'm doing another one. Y'all know I have a personal goal to get myself to an hour, and then I won't stop doing high rocks until I get there. And then I'll reevaluate if I need to go up in weight or up to the pro division or just find another psychotic fitness thing too. You know what happened? What? Recently in my life? Who? My best friend, Dariana, she just posted that she's training for high rocks. And I went, how the fuck did you hear about this? I'm telling you, it's like, it's First off, they She was she was like, training for high rocks? No way. I texted her immediately. I said, how do you know about this? It's listen. I I I the blog on on the blog, we talked we talked about where it started, how long it's been around, and that it may end up being a lot like CrossFit where it becomes a monumental fitness challenge and Olympic sport. And I think because of the the international thing that it has grown into because first off, it started overseas. Started, I think, in Germany, if I'm not mistaken. And now it is tran it it it's taken over The US. Like, they're going to Tampa now. They're going to Nashville now. They're going to Denver. They're going to there well, there are talks of Austin, but Austin's kinda weird. They're going to Keep Austin weird. I mean, exactly. Exactly. But yeah. And then they're they're going to New York. They have New York booked the pier booked two weekends in a row. That's crazy. You know what I'm saying? Like like and and they've added days. We're talking eight days because it's Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, both weekends. Oh. And it's sold out. You cannot get a ticket. You can't even get a fucking spectator ticket right now. Yeah. It is this is what I'm saying Cheaper than the Olympics right now. Did you see those ticket prices? I wouldn't say it's cheaper, because it's still only like $200 to participate in only like $15.20 bucks a spectate. For the finals of swimming? Yeah. I looked it up. It's like a thousand dollars. I don't wanna talk about it because I just bought f one tickets for Miami. You bought f one tickets for Miami and you didn't invite me? Oh, well. Oh, wow. Okay. You okay. First off, you text me the other day at a Stars game with a beer. Yes. Second of all wasn't a beer. It was a cut water. Oh, sorry. It was a cut water. Sorry. It was the the the espresso one. That's right. And I'm like, nice. Then I'm thinking in my head, wait the fuck a minute. But I didn't text it to you because I was gonna wait to see you. How did you not? It was my dad's ticket that he bought well, he didn't buy. He's a season ticket holder. So Again, Papa Brie. I don't know what I did to you. Was it the Bears thing? I'm sorry. I take it I can't take it back. Yeah. No. You can't take back. I can't take it back. But And the Bears is my mom. That well, pops ain't going. I was gonna say pops ain't going against mom. Like, there's a reason they've been married for so long. Yeah. But, listen, what I what I gotta do, man? You're a season ticket holder. I never get invites. I don't understand. What what do I gotta do? I like the stars. I like banging on the glass. Listen. I even got my son involved. My son wants to bang on glass when he turns 16 now. He was scared to do it last year. I was like, why? Think he's selling his playoff first round playoff tickets. So I'll let let me know. Let me know. I'll you know. We'll talk. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We'll talk. We'll talk. We'll talk. Side quest. We'll talk. Side quest. But anyway, so let's get into some real news. Right? Yeah. Y'all y'all heard enough about my shenanigans. But, yeah, High Rocks is officially here, bro. Like, I think it's gonna be I think it may actually end up being bigger than CrossFit because CrossFit is random, and you have to be somewhat athletic to do some of the things that they do. Mhmm. And I say somewhat because it's like you can get away with being talented as far as you know I mean, as far as form. Mhmm. Right? But High Rocks is literally for everyone. Like, people were out of not out of shape, but they were larger men Mhmm. Do you know what I'm saying? That were running with us, like and keeping up, you know I'm saying, for some of the some of the race. Then there were people, like, they make it a fun thing. Like, it's such a vibe. Even and I hated our our start time was so fucking late. But it was so it was still fun. Like it was still such a vibe. It was still like you had the DJ still going to the end of the night. Now when we were finishing, we saw them packing up. It was crazy. Oh, so Yeah. No. No. No. We were the last we were like the second or third to last. And the people behind us, like, as soon as they finished the first obstacle, they were That's funny. Second obstacle, and I'm like, don't ever wanna do Sunday night again. Like, I don't it was Sunday night when we when we started. Don't ever wanna do Sunday night again. And if that's my start time, I will back out and flip my tickets. Like Yeah. I don't wanna do it because it felt good, but we didn't get the like, I got a full experience when I went to Vancouver. Mhmm. I went at we went the races at 6AM. I went my mom, we went around afterwards. My mom was talking to people. We were looking at the booths. We were doing We all these got to enjoy the full experience to the point where my mom was like, this is so much fun. I would love to come out and watch all of your, you know Yeah. Events or whatever. And just she like, we didn't get that same experience in Miami because it was so late. She didn't do? No. She didn't come she didn't come to Miami. It was it was just a guys trip and honestly, my my boy was really I think he was nervous because he wasn't expecting he didn't know what to expect. Yeah. But yeah. We'll talk more about that. Yeah. Psych quest. Hangover clip. Sorry. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Back back to the real news. Yeah. While I was gone, March Madness concluded, and UCLA women's won the national championship. They blew out South Carolina just as South Carolina blew out Yukon. And I'm not gonna lie that it kind of it was it wasn't really fun to watch. I'm not gonna lie. Like, it wasn't fun to watch at all. And a lot of the women's college basketball this year has been the cream of the crop at the top, and then everybody else kind of fighting for third, fourth, fifth, or whatever the place. Now everyone you know, again, there wasn't a lot to talk about during the championship. I mean, it was just dominant. Like, UCLA, Betts was going crazy. Ya Yaques, I think is her name. I forget how to say her name, but it's j a q u e z or something like that. It's Jaques or something like that. Anyway, she she was going crazy. She went crazy. Like, she had a phenomenal game, to the point where, like, she's gonna be a top draft pick just based off that game. Right? And not just, but that pushed her over. All everyone could talk about though was the ending of South Carolina versus Yukon. Did you see this? Brie, we got I mean, what's with the women empowerment thing. You I mean, what What do day was it? Fuck. I don't remember. South Carolina versus Yukon? Yeah. The women's Women's? Women's. Yeah. Was it was a while. It was, like, almost a week and a half ago now. Now no. It was while I was in Miami because it happened, like Okay. So that week, I worked nonstop because you were gone. Alright. That's valid. But anyway, all anyone could talk about was coach Don and coach Gino's handshake at the end of the game. Because Gino, coach Gino, shook her hand mad aggressively, pulled her in and said something and it was to the something of don't disrespect me and then the next thing you know, Don, who is she from that side of the train tracks had to go back to that side real quick and told Gino, I'll fuck you up. From what he said, he said that basically they didn't they she disrespected them, the coaching staff, by not coming to shake his hands, their hands at the pregame, which turned out to be false as fuck. Like, she not only shook all their hands, she dapped and hugged them like it was nothing but love. On her name. Facts. And on top of that on top of that, UConn has been a very dominant force in women's college basketball. They blow out a lot of people. For coach Gino to get that upset after getting his ass whooped and showing absolute no grace. No grace whatsoever. Well, he's a man. Stop. Stop. Just because you listen to the frat boys at the bar doesn't mean listen, man. I'll ask you. Doesn't mean that all men are the same. We are not. But Gino really played himself, and let's face it, bro. You was mad because you got blown out. And, honestly, I feel like it put a damper on UConn's and your credibility or your coaching. He later apologized, so I was gonna go on a rant and cuss him out and all that stuff. But I'm you know, he apologized to Don directly apparently. Oh, what happened? What did I say? He apologized No. No. It was something that we talked about a few weeks ago. Okay. It just came to me. Uh-huh. Something came out today about something we talked about a few weeks ago. Okay. But I'll get into it later. I'll let you finish. Oh, okay. I'm like, wait. What happened? So yeah. So long story short, man. I I do think that he apologized, so I gotta give him credit for that. I do think though, like, it it goes to show, like, you gotta take both sides of that ass whooping. Like, sometimes you give them, sometimes you get them. It's not about getting them or giving them all the time. It's it's a it's a back and forth. You gotta take just as much as you give. Pause. But I'm just saying like, listen, coach Gino, you my dog, Yukon produced my homie, Paige. She's a fucking legend and, you've produced some other greats as well, but you showed your ass And I'm just really really it's really unfortunate that that that honestly is the only thing that overshadowed the the championship. Now to men's, to the coaches that didn't show their ass. Michigan beat UConn in the final game of the final four championship game. Honestly, it was a really good game. We watched this game at the bar in Miami. Shout out to Grails. It was a really good game. UConn honestly looked like they were about to take this game. They they set the tone, the speed. Michigan couldn't make a three to save their life. They were literally like o and 11, and I think they didn't hit but maybe two threes the entire game, maybe two or three in 14. It was bad. Like, it was terrible, but the one thing they did do is get to the lane. And they got to the lane in astronomical numbers. Their free throws were like way beyond Yukon's. And it was nothing it was nothing that, you know what I'm saying, that Yukon could really do because again, like I thought in the beginning, I thought Michigan would win the whole thing because of their size and because of their athleticism with that size, and I was right. But all in all, it was a really good game. Michigan capitalized off of the free throws, and they won their first championship in twenty years in men's college basketball. So shout out to Michigan. Shout out to UCLA women's as well. No disrespect to UCLA. I know we didn't talk about them much on the women's side of it, but like I said, it was such a dominant showing that it was kinda like, I mean, you know. And then but shout out to the coach. The coach, both Donna and the coach, you know, was mad love, you know, blah blah blah. And also the coach of UCLA, damn, I'm forgetting her name now, had a great moment talking about, come here mom. Her mom was on the court with her during an interview. Oh my god, brought tears, brought tears, brought fucking tears. Now on to stranger news. Diana Rossini, Some of you know her, some of you don't. Some of you have seen memes about her. Some of you have seen videos and you don't understand the context of what's going on. She's a famous sports report sports reporter slash writer and she's under some pressure right now. She is under some some real crazy pressure right now. The same kind of pressure that other men would be crucified for. Yeah. She is she is pictured together with the head coach, your boy, of the New England Patriots, mister Mike Vrabel. I don't like the New England Patriots. No, but you like the coach. Remember this is the coach that the girl, the the lady, the female reporter from Tennessee that he let ask the question. Yeah. Okay. You was that was your man. She was hyping your men. Love it. He's a womanizer. No. I'm just saying. No. Just saying. But I was like, I don't like the New England Patriots. No. You don't. No. No. No. But they were pictured together at an an adult. This is where it gets kinda creepy. An adult or weird. Include all inclusive resort. So for those of you who Dream. Yeah. No. No. No. Facts. Like, you go there with something you plan on getting naked with. Or just to get away from children. True. But there was no one else in sight. Oh, I was like, that's why I would go. For sure. But there was no one else in sight in the pictures. Mhmm. And one of the pictures, they're holding hands. Like No. I mean, kinda like a like a high five, but it looked like they were coming down, like they weren't letting go. Oh, okay. Because in my mind, I'm like, okay, they're holding hands? Yeah. No. And then there's And then there's like then there's like holding hands like, yeah. High five. Woo. It was it was like that, but it came down here and then And then there's holding hands like you're praying. They were not heads were not down. They were looking at each other. They were looking each other in the face. Okay. Okay. Right. You know what I'm saying? And I love a picture. Wouldn't It be a problem. I'm gonna send you the picture. It wouldn't be an issue if both of them weren't married. Mhmm. But they both are. And Diana Rossini, like, has two kids, talks about her kids and her husband a lot. Yeah. Apparently in some weird ways. Like In like a Mormon way? No. In some like In Mormon way? Like, she talked about when she was in New Orleans, I think, an interview, a Super Bowl week and was like, I've done things. I've done things this week I haven't even told my husband about yet. It's like Woah. That's weird. Wait. What? Like Calm down. These are the type of clips that are coming out and it's like, woah. Okay. No. Wanted to ball her out on those? That's weird. I I well, listen. Listen. You get pictured with Vrabel. They didn't come to service until you get pictured with a another married man due to an adult fanning myself. No. I mean, you know what saying? Listen. I don't even think they heard that, but they claimed there were other people there. There were, like, other friends there. They were like, oh, other It was a friend trip. Was a friend trip. Houses. Interesting. Right. Right. So where the hell they never mention husband and wife. They've never mentioned, oh, my wife was there. Like, what are y'all talking about? Like, my family knows that. They never mentioned it. They said other friends were there. Yeah. None of the pictures show anybody next to them. None of the pictures. Now, I don't think there was a theory out there that I that Racini's there's a again, this is just a theory. This isn't true. This is just a tweet that I went down a rabbit hole. Y'all know how I get. Yeah. Diana Racini's husband sent a private investigator to investigate them. Cause these pictures are not paparazzi style pictures. These are like private They're proficient. Somebody was up on them private investigating because these pictures are close enough where you can see everything Mhmm. But far enough where you weren't paying attention. And like, it sounds like these people are like kinda high ish profile. Yeah, Brayton was in a Super Bowl. Yeah, so if they were going to a adult inclusive thing, they would be on like a no one say anything, these people are here. Right. But this looks like somebody, like I said, this looks like a professional regardless of the fact. Mhmm. Whether a professional and Racini and them weren't, it was all innocent or whatever the case would be, this is a bad look for both of them. Yeah. This is a bad look for her because her credibility now is kinda like, oh. Yeah. So you fucking coaches? Like, I mean and we know men are men. Men are men. We're gonna do some dog shit. Ew. I just wanted to say it. It's only that one that was like being be like hating on the woman. It's fine. But no, we're gonna do some some of us will do some creepy shit. And I apologize for that upfront. And some of us are going to look at you sideways because we respected you and treated you like, no, you worked hard to get up to this this level and now you're the script has flipped. Like, wait. Yeah. Woah. Woah. You know what I'm saying? So it's just it's a bad look. And then the same thing for Vrabel. Like, you're married and how can you hold Stefon well, Diggs is no longer on the team, but how can you hold your players accountable to stay out of trouble with their spouses when you know what I'm saying? Whatever. Yeah. So it's just a bad look for both. Are they consenting adults? Yes. Who gives a shit? Do you handle your business? I'm not saying that they might be Nah. Listen. I'm not saying anything about anything. I'm a send you the picture. The look that they had while holding hands looked like I'm finna dig in that ass. Has the has the wife said anything? The wife is not very public. Vrabel's wife she's is not very like very homebody looking. She don't really be out in the public like that. She's not she's not like lip fillers and all that. Like, she ain't she ain't that type from what I've seen. Okay. Alright? The pictures I've seen. I'm not saying she can't be in the media, but I'm saying she just doesn't look like she craves that attention. She doesn't choose. Right. Okay. Now, Diana's husband is also the same way. He's kinda like behind the scenes. I've never really seen actually, no one has actually any even well, there's been pictures of him, but they're old wedding pictures that just popped up obviously. But listen, he's a regular guy. You know what I'm saying? He's not a you know, whatever the case it'd be. Anyway Alright. Don't cheat. Nah. For real. The draft is next week, so I just wanted to put this in there real quick. The number one draft pick, Fernando, whatever the fuck. It is Mendoza. Yeah. It is Mendoza. I just didn't wanna say his name. First off, we know he's gonna be a raider, so I don't know if this is Stop an being salty that you lost. Fuck it. Grow up. I know. You would think Miami's my team. They're not my team, but I just I hate losing. I covered, but I just hate losing. I hate Miami losing. I wanted it to I wanted the U to be back. Miami losing. Yeah. I know. I know. He said he's not going to the draft in Pittsburgh. He would rather enjoy the time with his family, which some of you may or may not know, but his mom is actually bound to a wheelchair. And like, I get it. You know what I'm saying? Moms, it's a lot of situations. Plus on top of that, you want them to enjoy this just as much. And you're at home, like, he's from Florida. He's from Miami. Know what I'm saying? So you know it's about to be Cuban. Now that the game is over, now that the Indiana thing is over, the entire Miami culture is probably going to be Miami community is going to be behind him. You know what I'm saying? Food out of this world, all that shit like that. But I think that it's kinda weird because I can't remember the last time a number one pick was not at the draft. Number one. Like, sure, there's been first rounders not at the draft, but a number one pick, not being at the draft, it hasn't happened in a while. And I also would like to talk about the fact that, again, it's these are not big deals, but I just kinda, you know, football is coming. We bet. The draft is starting, so that means that things are starting to get together and rolling for the NFL season. Thank God. We miss you football. Shout out to UFL though. UFL has been pretty fucking entertaining. You know? Jesus. It's not a big deal, but he was throwing on his pro day. And on his pro day, he looked good, but he did the one thing that everybody was crucifying Sanders for last year in the draft. Now I'm not saying it's the same caliber of player, not even saying that, but everybody was losing their mind when Sanders was patting the ball before he threw it. And I shit you not, every time I saw a deep ball, especially from Mendoza, he patted the ball. Not a single word blip peep anything out of the media, scouts, anybody. Almost as if it was like a Sanders thing only. Just saying. Just wanted to point it out. It's not a big deal. The draft is coming. The draft is coming. And now it's time for the beer flight of the night. Alright. Let me First up, we have Prairie Artisan Ale, and it's called, Hollaback Girl. It is 6.2%. It is a sour ale with banana, b a n a n a. Hey. Hey. Yeah. Yeah. Mango, passion fruit, and pineapple. Alright. So it's very fruity. I smell some mango in there. I smell banana too. Sorry. I gotta get in there. Gotta get What in do you smell? Banana too. B a n. I I should've known. Surprisingly not as sour as I thought. Still give me a little bit of beer face there. But, it's actually really good. You can taste the mangoes. You can taste a little bit of bananas. You can taste the pineapple. Like, it's this was a very good blend. Like, this is what this is what I would love as a sour. Like Mhmm. This okay. I'm good. I can rock with this. This makes sense. And it's a summer it feels like a summer vibe. Maybe a little hot in here, but that you know what I'm saying? This, I feel it. It feels good. Next up is from Trinity Cider, and it's called a side boob, watermelon cider. It is 5%, and it is just fresh summer watermelon. Word. And it's only three grams of sugar. Thank you, Brutti. You're welcome. Looking out for my my sugar So It looks like champagne. It looks like It looks like like pink. Rose, if you will. Rose. Alright. There you go. Smells smells like a Jolly Rancher. Smells like candy. Smells like you smell the watermelon. It's like, oh. Mid. Look. This shit ain't bananas? It's not. Maybe that's why. Maybe like the sour overpowered the the cider. But the side it just tastes very like middle of the road. Yeah. There's no like, I was expecting with the smell, it smells really good. Like it smells Mhmm. Really really good. Well, I have a clean palate. So pass me that can real quick. Oh, alright. Well, yeah. Stop yelling at me. I will say this, like, it it smells really strong watermelon, like I'm expecting to get like a sweeter taste, but it or a bitter taste. I I didn't get any. I didn't get anything. Didn't get A mid Jolly Rancher. Yeah. Like one that's been sitting in your car too long. Well, wouldn't say that. I'd say, like, five years. And a response I wasn't gonna put a time on it. Jesus. Five years? You shouldn't eat that. Three grams of sugar. It's not sweet. It's not it's not sweet. It's like sweet at the beginning And then it's very and then towards the end it's like, oh, I'm drinking Prosecco. Oh. Mhmm. Very Prosecco. I love a mimosa. A mimosa. This was orange juice? Yeah. Would I mean, low key, it would it'd be a vibe. Mhmm. Next up I could drink this by the pool. Yeah. I yeah. I could see why they said very it's crushable because like it is. It's very it feels very crushable. Yeah. Next up is from Lakewood Brewing. It is sweater weather. It is a Sweater weather. Winawama ale and what oh, yeah. 6.7%. My bad. Go ahead, Brie. Does it the can say 6.7? Yeah. Oh. What is it? On the website, says 75. Holy shit. What the fuck? What kind of mistake is this? That's why I'm like, wait, really? It says that? Wait, hold on. Let me see the can. Is it like a different I don't know. Does it hold on. Because it says sweater weather on mine. Yeah. Sweater weather on mine too. Sweater weather, winter warmer hail. Yeah. Alright. Somebody lied to us. Someone's on some bull. Honestly, it smells good. It's I smell just a Belgian winter, big, malty, perfect for the holidays. We have no holidays. Yeah. I know. Yeah. It's hot as hell, so not a holiday thing. But it smells it smells malty. I I don't know if I'm tripping. Next holiday is Earth Day. A hint of cinnamon? Yeah. Okay. So I'm not tripping. No. Okay. That's usually in, like In the malts? In like a winter, warmer. Got it. Ale is like Okay. Cinnamon, cum not cumin. Low key? Fire. Yeah. Fire. Like, like, would y'all put your foot in this? I could see why they this feels like a winner. It's heavy, so I could this taste you taste the heaviness, you taste the malt, the the it makes me think of putting on a hoodie or a jacket and you know what I'm saying? But maybe because it's the name. But also, it's it's heavy. Like, it's very very winter ale. I I like this. I like this a lot. Damn. I got two on here that are different that I like? That's crazy. Alright. Am I becoming an alcoholic? Next up. What in the world? We have Hot Fusion Ale Works. You say this name because I can't I think I fucked it up. Cocoa Neo. There we go. Nejo. Anejo. Okay. It's 8.99%. It is a Which is wild. Yeah. I don't know why. Like, I I'm assuming it's for a specific reason. Okay. Okay. Okay. But I don't know what the reason Yeah. Now we're here. We're here. Because it says it's from Fort Worth. Because I was like 8.99 miles. In my mind I was like, is that the zip code? No. Is that maybe the road that No. We're No. Well, I don't know that part. Yeah. We don't know that part. But it is a imperial stout, an imperial milk stout, Hazelnut, Dark Chocolate, Toffee, aged with coconut. So I smell the I smell the coffee beans, obviously. And then I I do I do also smell, I think, coconut, but it could be the hazelnut. I don't know. It's kind of a weird blend there. I didn't Hazelnut smells like Nutella. Oh, then it's definitely the coconut, because Nutella I don't like the smell of Nutella. Glad to be of service on that one. Thank you. Mhmm. Surprisingly not bad. Not overpowering the coffee, the the the on the front end. The back end, the aftertaste, you taste the coffee being the stout, but it's actually not crazy. Like, it's not one of those stouts where I'm like, Jesus Christ. Like, oh my god. It's so stouty. This was very coconut, very hazel. It was like a blend. It was a good mix. So not bad. Oh. Yeah. I was about to say, you're just trying all of them today. Oh, you didn't try the winter weather. You just or sweater weather. You just wanted to see if there was the right can. My bad. Let me not drag you into my alcoholic rage. Right? Am I right or what? The aftertaste It's not bad. Yeah. The aftertaste is Mhmm. Aftertaste is coffee bean, but the beginning on the front end of it Yeah. Is Very coconut. Coconut. Mhmm. Little hazel. A little hazel. Very little, but it's it's like a decent blend. It's not a it's More not like dark chocolate and coconut to me. Like an Almond Joy. Very good too. I love an Almond Joy. Breeze on fire today. Maybe I need to take more vacations. Yeah. As I've gotten older, Almond Joys, Honey Bunches of Oats. Honey Bunches of Oats is low key fire. Fire. Put a little bit of honey in there yourself. Crazy used to be Cinnamon Toast Crunch, it still is. Don't get me wrong. Was gonna say, let's not do this again. I love we've talked about this. I love the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I was about to say That Honey Bunches of Boats right there. Yeah. Honey Bunches of Boats is fire. I'm not gonna lie. That's that's fair. Shit. Beer of the night is gonna be tough. Winner beer of the night, I'm gonna give it to Pray Artisan Pray Artisan. Pray Artisan Ales, Hollaback Girl. One of the sours that I would keep in the stash in the house, and y'all know I'm not a sour guy. I'm an IPA guy. I'm a hazy guy. But this sour would make it to the crib, stash, six pack, all the above. Shout out blunt him. In rotation. Like, you know that thing of like my Blunt rotation. Blunt rotation. But it's your dream sour rotation. It wouldn't make it into sour rotation. Facts. Yeah. No. No. Facts. And that's that's two breweries now that have made me reconsider my takes on on sours, and shout out to them for that. Three, actually. So yeah. So and Prairie Artisan, they always have these funky ass cans, so these designs are great. So and that, excuse me, was beer flight of the night. And now it's time for beer goggles of the week. And first up is a couple that has been going viral because of a discussion on the Jumbotron or debate or argument or just a normal couple fucking back and forth when you're tired of hearing the bullshit. Yo. If you can read lips, she was saying that's you. What the fuck are you talking about? That's you. And Do you wanna know what it actually please. I wanna know. So I just to deep dive on this. Yeah. Because Twitter like blew up with this shit and and was going crazy with it. Yeah. And they've come out in since and done interviews. Yeah. So in an interview, he was explaining a podcast he listened to featuring Ben Sasse about how liberal arts education needs to do a better job of preparing people for their jobs. And she's saying, that's true, that's true, what are you talking about? So she's not saying that's you, she's saying that's true. Look back, and I will say, think that's true. Nah, fam. Yeah, that's what they said. Fam, that's not what she said. The eye roll says different. Okay. Everybody can read body Okay. Say we're at a game. Yes. And you're telling me about a stupid fucking podcast you're listening to. And you're going into detail about it. And then he says how a liberal arts teacher said that we need to be better prepared for our students to say, hey, when you go into the real world, it's not gonna be easy. And she says, that's true. That's true. What are you talking about that's true? That's what she's saying on the jumbotron. She's not saying that's No. Saying that's I will. Somebody read his lips because I refuse to believe that she looked like that's you. Even if she said that's true or that's you, the the body language, the eye roll before she said all that does not say liberal arts argument discussion. It sounds like But her behavior is like like they're both agreeing to disagree in this thing. Like Okay. Maybe they he was he was it continuing and I got you. Okay. It's like a full conversation that Yeah. Just caught the end of it and she was just tired of talking about it. So like her rolling her eyes, like she's listening to what he's saying, but she's so over the conversation that she's just saying that's true, that's true, what are you talking about, are we done? Nah. She said what the fuck are you talking about? Like that she's not gonna deny. Everybody could see the f out of there. Like, nah. Fuck. Listen. That video is fucking gold. College baseball, man. I did not know fans got this riled up. I guess it makes sense for college. But my thing is, like, I didn't know baseball fans are this crazy, about I didn't know college baseball was this crazy, but walking out being walked out, first off. He was being walked out of a game, this fan was, and then somebody threw beer or a drink on him. And as the kids say, he was standing on business to the wrong person, but he was standing on business. Goodbye. Goodbye. Enjoy the drive home. Enjoy the drive home. Fuck you. So there's been a couple of different angles of this video because, you know, everybody has a phone. No matter what you do nowadays, everybody has a phone and records it. And the other angle shows that it was another kid. The kid that got punched and grabbed wasn't even the one who threw the beer. He was just talking shit like everybody else was. But the security guard grabbed the wrong guy, so he assumed it was him and punched him in the face, bro. That shit was I mean, he punched him dead in the face too. Like, was hold that. But listen, it's never that serious. I don't care about rivalries. I don't care about your kids in college sports and all that. Unless you physically get touched, it's never that serious to throw a beer or a drink on somebody, one, or two, go to jail for basically beating up a child because or beating up a young adult. And the Masters was this weekend. Did you watch any of the Masters? A little bit. A little bit. It was a lot of craziness going on with the masters. They're trying to make it a little bit younger of a sport. They had Kevin Hart out there. They had the Miz out there. ESPN was showing it. So ESPN is doing the WWE. So they had a bunch of little quirky weird shit. But I wanna know, does this this should count to me as a hole in one. This golfer hits the ball from the tee, and he hits it in a hole in one, but it was the wrong hole. That's what your wife says. First bad driver swing of the day. Just a moment ago at the eighth. I don't think you could buy that in the merchandise shop. In the bag. That's a first for me, Shane. So I wanna know, did it go straight from the air down, or did it, like, bounce off a tree and then fall in there? But that's that's a hole in one. That's, like, probably one of the best golf shots out there. It was a little drunk. He was a little off, but he you know I'm saying? He got a hole in one. Just me? Just me? Bree's like, no. It was a good it was a good shot. And on top of that, the bag was crazy. That bag was insane. And that was beer goggles of the week and now it's time for the six pack of the week. And speaking of the masters, this guy Ray, golfer, shanked a ball as well out of the fairway into the bushes and had to get on his knees to get it out of the bushes and into the fairway or in on the green. And he didn't do an amazing job of doing that, but he got it out of the bushes on his knees. This is skill like, this is really skilled to me. I just thought this was fire as hell. There we go. Oh, boy. Choke down. He's really choking. I mean, T ball fundamentals here. Don't know if I've ever seen anybody hit a shot off both knees. Have you? No, this is incredible. I mean, this is. Well done. That is really Now have you guys ever seen something Oh. That or not? I'm surprised he made that good a contact. I've never seen anyone that far left, and I've certainly never seen someone do that. Listen. The announcers were wilding out, but impressive shot. I'm low key impressed, even though he hit it into the the sand bunker, but he made pretty good contact, and it was really, really, really good hit for being on his knees with a with an actual club. It that's that's pretty pretty damn talented. Baseball is in full swing and no pun intended. Some of the home run steals have been outrageous, and this catch from Colorado Rockies Colorado Rockies outfielder Beck is no different. This looked like a grand slam. This man robbed them. Absolutely robbed them. Castellanos. This falls to deep left, the leap at the wall. He got it. What a catch by Beck. I take that back. Wasn't a grandstand. It was a three run home run that or three run homer that would have gotten them a win. But, yeah, Beck, what a catch. Absolutely outrageous. I was gone the week before when there was another outstanding catch, from a Braves, I think, but regardless of the fact. There's been some great robbery catches out there. And of course, soccer's going crazy. World Cup is coming and Barcelona has this young superstar in the making on their team named Yamal. And this assist that he did, he bent it like Beckham, but he bent it like Beckham on an assist is crazy. Especially as you've seen in the champions league and for Gran Torres is a good alternative, but it is the one area that weakened. Now here goes Torres and a tiny touch. Well, silencing his doubters. Man, Kidd is like 17 or 18, something like that. And that wasn't the only assist he had in the game, but that was like one of the best assist I've seen. And Torres, like, he didn't have to even do anything, just touched the ball and it it was in there. This UFC knockout, crazy. Should have been he should the guy the fighters should have lost the fight. Okay? Ulberg should have lost this fight. His knee buckled in this first round. In his first round, his knee buckled. He barely could stand straight on the back on his back leg. And barely hitting the barely able to stand on it, but fully connected when throwing this punch. And what an absolute nasty punch. And there's nothing. Oh. Oh. He got him. Chops Prohaska here. He tried to recover. Oh, he got him. Double try to win the world. Oh, he got him. Oh, him. He Oh, him. Title on one leg. He won the title with a blown out knee. That is wild. Black. Bruh. Like, that punch, he I mean, square on his chin. Like, my god, man. And I did say that it was the masters and this shot from Rose out of the woods into the green on shit. Damn near feet from the hole. Again, amazing. Golf is fun, especially when you're drinking. Didn't hit anything. Oh, this is tremendous. It's gonna get better. And better. What a recovery shot. Look at Rory's last year on Bruh, that's crazy. That was such a good shot. I mean, we're talking like a foot away from the hole. A foot away from the hole. And this shot, soccer shot, the trickiest shot I've ever seen someone do, He crossed his back leg behind his front leg to kick the ball and made the goal. I didn't even know that you could it looked like it hurt. It looked like he, like, might have snapped the kneecap, but he got this ball. He got all of this ball and all of this goal. Like, all of it. How do you how do you even do some shit like that? That's whew. And that was the six pack of the week. And now it's time for the Conversations at the Keg. And we're gonna switch it up a little bit because it's, it's that time of year. Coachella. Brie's back, baby. Brie is back. First off, fuck Coachella's prices. Oh, hell no. These prices are crazy. I would never even think about going. I like couch cello. I've heard. Where I sit on my couch and I watch Valid. The Valid. The artist from my couch. It's my favorite one. Or even better, bed cello. Bed cello? Bed chella. Bed I was gonna say though. Alright. So first off, Coachella tickets to go actually Into the into the festival are crazy. Mhmm. But are they worth it? Because if you think about it, the lineups were good this year. They were good. They were good lineups. Say what you will. If you're a music head, like some of us in the room, all of us are in this room. Yeah. I was like, don't say some, It's both of us. Yeah. Different genres, but I'm not a fan out. Well, I listen. I I I listen to everything. I actually went back and listened to Swifties last album. I was like, it's kinda bop. Yeah. But anyway, you have to relisten to some things later on in, you know, when you're in that bop. Once it's past the hype because you Yeah. Hype is killing me, bro. Like, the hype be killing me because the Don Tyler hype is is crazy right now. But Mhmm. Album was pretty good. But just the hype was just I didn't I didn't listen to it till like two weeks later. Yep. Anyway, I think it was worth it to go. Mhmm. Do I think sweets? Do I think staying? Like, people are, like, charging and not wanting to miss, like, the hotel rooms. Yeah. Like, everything has gone through the roof. Like, car camping? Because they have that. Fuck that. It's like thousands of dollars. Tens of thousands of dollars. Tens of thousands of dollars. You're talking like 20 park a car and camp outside. Oh, I'm sorry. That one's 7 10 or 7. 7 to $10 for that. Yeah. For one parking spot. Yeah. For a spot. Uh-huh. Then on top of that, for the vans, the little trailer parks or trailers, they're talking about, like, $25. Yeah. And then they have a super car one, which is like them setting up a tent for you. I'm like, that's crazy. This is like disposable income I don't have. Even if I had it, don't think I would do it because of some of my it's like, now don't get me wrong, the celebrities and everybody that was up there, and you could you could be close to celebrities. There are some celebrities in the crowd. Northwest was there, just in the crowd somewhere, like Yeah. The fuck? The Smiths were there, Will Smith. Yeah. Like, you know what I'm saying? So the amount of people that go to Coachella, it is a state it's almost like our Woodstock. Mhmm. You know what I'm saying? Like like, shout out to your shirt. It's our Woodstock. But I don't really Woodstock was a different animal. Woodstock was for damn near free. Yeah. And it was like And that's what Coachella started off as. Off as. Yeah. And then it became this thing where it's like, oh, it's for influencers, it's for celebrities. It's just gone out of control. And I would never go to Coachella. Never. One, because it's hot. It's dusty. It is hot as hell. It's like, it's my worst nightmare of the amount of people Not even for sure. That are there. I would No. No. I wouldn't go for anybody. Okay. That's better. Because one, for a flight there. Because You gotta get to I ain't camping. Uh-uh. Paying for tickets. And I'm not doing general admission. What? No. Yeah. I'm gonna be down with the crowd. There's Well, you can still be out in the crowd, but I would rather pay to not because this past one, I watched a lot of like Mhmm. I As you have mentioned before, I I TikTok a lot. So right now, my whole For You page is like Coach ella. Like people at Coachella. And there were so many people saying that it felt like Astroworld again. Because they oversold tickets. Yeah. For sure. You know I And so like people were like pushing each other against barriers already. Yeah. Yeah. For Justin Bieber, which I get. We're gonna get into that. Beeps. Like Beeps. Yeah. We're gonna get into it. Yeah. Pushing people into barriers, knocking people over to get to the front. Yeah. I mean I'm good. And they stream on YouTube. I would rather just sit at home and watch YouTube. I mean, I got you. Push nobody out of Yeah. I got you. That makes sense. I mean, to me, honestly, like, these are the times where the the the person or the people that are crafty at doing like you ever see those people that are like not actually in the stadiums Mhmm. But they're like far away enough or Yeah. They're close enough where they could see Mhmm. But they're far away enough where they're not in the stadiums That's what I do for in Austin City limits. So I think you're gonna start seeing more of that for Coachella. Yeah. Because it is. It's it's becoming you cannot control that amount of people. Mm-mm. First of there's too many wild situations. There's gonna be alcohol, there's gonna be drugs, there's gonna be kids, there's gonna be women. There's going to be outrageous men and fucking Frat boys. Frat boys and you know what I'm saying? Like and you mix all those things together, it's just gonna be a lot. Like, it's a lot for security team to do. And people sneaking in. Because I literally watched a TikTok of a girl being like, we're sneaking in. And I was like, why? Why would you? Like, I get it. It's just because I mean, it's Coach Ellis. It's I mean, you still wanna go, but it's also At the end, she was like, we didn't get in. And I was like, yeah, no shit you didn't get in. But that's what I've also heard too is like, the security has actually stepped up. Mhmm. Because my timeline has not has not been all of Coachella thankfully. But I have seen some tweets and and and posts and stuff about it where it was like the people that were trying to sneak in. Yeah. You had like multiple checkpoints. Yeah. There were people that were like pushing and stuff and they they handled it. Mhmm. So I do think that's part of the reason that the prices went up and everything went up because you do. You have to like have a small army Mhmm. To handle crowd control. Just crowd control. Fuck getting in. Yeah. Just crowd control. You have to have security willing to be in a, hey. Stop pushing. Mhmm. You know what I'm saying? And, you know, now it could be a bad thing too because if you're to get trampled, then that's a whole another ballgame. And they gonna fuck everybody up. But I think that it was I I think that it was inevitable for this to happen to Coachella because like Woodstock, once the businesses and things like that realize how much money could be made, like they're talking about Bieber, since you brought him up, made like 9 mil. 10. They did the math of what he did, sound, you know, the crew, you know, he paid 10,000,000. And only And then paid, like, because they Paid less than 1,000,000. Well, yeah. They get paid the amount, but they have to use that money Yeah. For their set. And he didn't use much. We're gonna talk about that. Yeah. Come on. Bring it. He didn't bring much. Yeah. He didn't I'm bring gonna get on Brie's little soapbox right now. Oh, no. Okay. And I'm not saying Soapbox is crazy. That Let's Justin Bieber is a bad artist. I would never say that. He's been through so much. Beeps, we love you. He's he is a good artist. For sure. For being paid the top paid headliner of Coachella and giving Jean Jorts in a hoodie and YouTube in the background was crazy. Now I will say, because I did look into it, because I was like, why in the fuck are people going crazy over this? He's in jean shorts. It's like his Grammys performance where he was in his, like, no t shirt and underwear. No t shirt. So people are like, he sold his things. It's like Taylor Swift. No. Taylor Swift's got taken from her. He sold his. So with his k. Things, he can only play his music if it's, like, connected to YouTube, I think. Yes. Or something similar to Something similar to He can play it but he can't play it like He can't perform it but he can he can Or do like he can perform it but he can only do like the It's something weird. It's like a YouTube version. Yeah. Can only show the YouTube Something that has to do with YouTube, he can only do that. Very weird. So he basically did, I'm so sorry to all you beliebers, he did a karaoke of his own songs on his stage. Now, some people are saying it's him performing to his younger self. And if that's how you took it, that's how you took it. And I understand. Okay. Like, I'm you take it how you take it. I understand you. We're here. I'm following. But. But. Sabrina Carpenter. Ah. Who played the night before. Here we go. Got paid maybe 4,000,000. Okay. Put on a whole fucking Broadway performance. Multiple sets, multiple costume changes. Had Will Ferrell on her stage. That's right. Had Oh, there was another actress. Oh my gosh. She was in I don't know. I didn't watch none of this Coachella shit. Okay. It was another actress. She stands with Palestine and all this shit. Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. She had her do a whole five minute monologue Jesus. As her older like, as Sabrina Carpenter's older self Okay. To then go into Probably didn't pay her much. She had dancers. She had I mean so much shit. She had a water fountain. But the whole issue is is that people Issue with you? No. On Twitter too. On Twitter too? Okay. On Twitter too. Go ahead. Go ahead. Ahead. Come on. On. Give me not just Twitter, like TikTok, other, like, all over social media, is how if Sabrina Carpenter went out and did what Justin Bieber did, now people are saying he is, he's so much older, he's 34. Beyonce was 36, like, a few months postpartum for her Coachella performance, and she gave us everything. I don't care that this man got paid $10,000,000 minus a million for giving nothing. Now, again, I understand, well, he did like, he's been through a lot. We've all been through a lot. I don't care. But if a woman were to go out and do what he did, a woman performer, they got mad at Rihanna for not dancing enough during her halftime performance. She was pregnant. First off, anybody who got mad at Rihanna about not dancing enough was clearly fucking blind and really not paying attention. Yeah. She did a lot. Yeah. She did phenomenal. And, first off, let me Mhmm. Argue off the soapbox. A little bit. A little foot on. You got one foot on? One foot on. I might have more to say. So here's my thing, right? I think I think you are correct. It is Sabrina Carbure put on a show. Beyonce put on a show. Is Cheryl g put on a show. Have to mention her. She did fantastic. Headliner. First headliner. On Sunday. First Latvian headliner. And she brought on a full on show from what I heard. But I know somebody that was at Coachella. She lives in LA. She She lives in was she was she did security one day or she helped with security one day. She wasn't like doing security but she was like doing like ticket check I think. Yeah. I think for one day and they gave they Part of the deal is she was able to Mhmm. Go to the next She chose the Justin Bieber thing. Yeah. Or night. Mhmm. I would've picked Saturn. I would not have picked Justin Bieber. Here's what I'll say. First off And that's only because I like Sabrina Carpenter and Cat's Eye who plays First off, you also hate men. So I don't hate men. You will always be bashing us. I hate most men. There's a running joke. Hold on. Valid. Pause. Valid. Pause. There's a running joke at my work. There's this girl named Joel. Love her. Shout out to her. She asked me. She was like, Brie, you don't hate men, but I've never heard you listen to a man's music. And I was like, hold on. I was like, first of all, I do not like some men. I like Kendrick Lamar, I like Noah Khan. Like Okay. Bossier. And I like Alex Warren as men artists. That's it? I'm sure I like more like I like Queen and stuff like that. No bad Bonnie? I like Bed Bunny, but it's like it's not in my usual rotation. Okay. That's not my usual rotation. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. I gotcha. She has a running joke now that whenever someone's like talk like, I'm singing like a men's song like a guy's song that pop like comes on over. She's like, that's not Hosier. That's not Noah Cohen. That's not Kendrick. I'm like, I'm aware it's Listen. Mean, listen. First off, now, Hosier is a fire ass. He's great. Hosier is my guy. So what I will say about Coachella, first off, I wanna say is that every artist is allowed to do whatever they want because Yeah. That is what they're paid for. That is what but Justin has been on this and I excuse me. I mean, not just go him by his first name like I know him personally. Mister Justin. Justin. We go. You know what I'm saying? Justin Bieber has been on this tangent of kind of going back to his roots of just Mhmm. Music, bare emotion music. Even with his last quote unquote r and b album, he's kind of He mean swag? Yeah. He went back to his original love for the music Mhmm. And kind of like he grew like, they made him a pop artist, but he wanted to be an r and b artist. That's why he, quote, unquote, signed to Usher or was with Usher in the first place. Yeah. And all that stuff like that. Right? But powers that be Mhmm. The money that exchanges hands, dog, you a pop artist. We think you can make more money this way. Mhmm. This is what you're gonna do as a young kid, things like that. Now what's fucked up is even how we explain the YouTube situation is crazy. Yeah. Like, what do you mean he can't perform his own music? But he did sell it himself. For sure. Mhmm. Probably because of what it means to him. Yeah. You see what I'm saying? Like like Yeah. The trauma connected to it. I understand that. You know I'm saying? So it's like Yeah. No no no no no no no And I I get what you're saying though because like Givion had a production, Kehlani came out for it. Young Thug Labyrinth had a whole fucking thing. Young Thug also had a pretty good set from what I heard. Mhmm. I just bring back skinny Young Thug. But yeah. So, like, Young Thug had an assortment of things, but I think a lot of artists use Coachella as kind of a, excuse me, catapult for their tours, if that makes sense. From what I was told, from listening to other Mhmm. Managers and behind the scenes people, from what I've heard is most people that get a chance to perform on Coachella, they're already stars. Mhmm. Right? Majority of them. Second, they they use it to they get paid. Yes. But they use it to show, come This see what you're gonna get. Is what you're gonna get. Yeah. Is Bieber on tour? Oh, he hasn't toured in years. You see what I'm saying? So it's like, maybe he's drawing us in so we'll talk about it, blah blah blah. Because all again, probably what he learned through the traumatic experiences and all the craziness and Mhmm. The the kid and all that stuff like that. One, he may not like being in the public eye as much as we would think. Yeah. One. Two He for sure doesn't. Two, I think some of that is an act. Two. He may actually just be selling us a tour coming up where he's going to do small Well, he's already been doing like small things. He's not doing tours. He's already been like this one girl I watched was at like a 400 person venue a How week much how much would people pay to see Bieber in a 400 person setting for him to sing his shit now, his new stuff Mhmm. Like he's been doing and and make and it's more intimate. It's more of a feel like you're he can reach out and touch you. He knows you're there. He's looking at you while he's singing. He's talking to you with these bars and bro. Millions. Mhmm. Millions. And I think that's why he that's why he did or is doing this run the way he's been doing it. Because he's about to take like a So Far Sounds. There's a local local thing here in Dallas and they kinda travel across the country, but it started here, I believe in Dallas or somewhere outside of Dallas. And basically, they do an intimate setting concert for artists that are like up and coming. Mhmm. And what they do is it's invite only, you have to sign up for their list, and then you pay depending on the tickets, but you pay like $10.20 bucks or whatever it gets to be at, maybe more now. But but it's only about a 100 people. Maybe. 50 to a 100 people. And you're basically in a small setting like a coffee shop or a small setting like a record shop or something like that, and they perform, do whatever pub shit they gonna do, whatever, sell their CDs, sell their merch, whatever the case may be. But it's very romantic, very, like, very very artist interactive. Okay. I think Biebs is taking his fucking thing from that. And I think that's what he's doing. My, like, the the main But he's a man. No. No. No. No. The main problem was is that no one had a, like, a real big problem with his set. The problem was with the amount of money he got from it. Why does that matter? Because it's like, if I'm sorry. If Then why does that matter? Okay. Let's not do Sabrina. Because Sabrina, like, did For sure. Sure. Sure. But do we know how much Beyonce got paid for her performance? She got paid 9,000,000. Which is And here's the thing. Coachella was probably a stop on her tour. No. Because she just had the kids. She just had the twins at that point. Okay. And she was doing a whole like, you watched the Netflix thing? No. Had no Yeah. She wasn't on tour yet. Yet. Yet. It was like, she had another year. She had a But pretty good this what I'm saying, like, Beyonce's Beyonce's really hard. Well, I was gonna use Go ahead. I was gonna use Miley Cyrus. Okay. Because they're around the same age. Her and Justin Bieber Same age. Started around the same time. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Same amount of trauma, if you will. Okay. Because she was a child star growing up just like him. For sure. She's always been in the limelight. She like Little people hated on her. Yeah. Went on through her run. Area, everything. Right. If she would've gotten on stage and if You paid the say that. No. Nope. Paid the exact same. You can't say that. I can. Mm-mm. If she got on stage, did the exact same thing, turned on YouTube in the background. It's if. It's if. If she probably would people would still go crazy for the performance if she But people would've called her lazy. There were some people calling Bieber lazy. Because I was. But I But then all of his What I'm like saying People are like, no. It was like this What I'm saying is what I'm saying is is say what you will is genius. Because my thing is, like you said, he's already starting to do it. He is setting it up to if you if you want what Coachella should have felt like with me in your lap performing essentially, then pay this ticket price. And he's gonna sell out. Every single fucking place he goes, he's gonna sell out. Watch him not do it. He I'm not saying, but he Watch may not gonna just do this thing because that's Yeah. He may not. But I mean, my thing is the other big thing about Coachella is that a lot of people streaming goes up. Mhmm. Because it's like it's like halftime. Like, they don't they don't get paid for halftime again. You know I'm saying? They get they take the money. They say, hey, this is the allotted money for halftime show. You can either cut it for yourself, but usually they put on a big show and their streaming goes up. Like Yeah. Numbers, numbers. We're talking like thousands of percents. So the amount of people that because we don't know how what he's when he sold his stuff, his prior things His music. Yeah. His music and stuff, he didn't probably sell all of it, did he? No. He sold it all until The whole his new album swag. He sold everything. So my question is there's no percentage for him whatsoever? I gotta look this up because that doesn't because, like, The Weeknd did something similar. Weeknd was like, I don't wanna be well, The Weeknd basically sold his because this happened a few years ago, like way before the Right. His last album came out. And the thing of it is is I think that like a lot of those selling your catalog things, I think they get percentages of it regardless. I think they just don't get the masters anymore. And that means they don't get the biggest chunk, which listen, I ain't no mathematician, but billies excuse me, a billion or more streams and millions of dollars and you getting a chunk every year or however, whatever it is, still a good payday, especially since you've already made a shit ton of money. Now, I don't know, again, this this is hypothetically speaking, I don't know. But to me, like I said So Go ahead. It says, Justin Bieber received a massive upfront lump sum payment of roughly 200,000,000 for selling his music catalog. But he no longer receives the ongoing royalties for those songs. Got it. Mhmm. So he okay. The deal which covers his share of publishing, master recordings, and artist royalties for songs released before 2020 Transfers future income from streams, radio plays, and licensing to the capital that he sold it to. Yeah. So he gets no money from it. No money from it. Okay. Because he got the 200,000,000 upfront. Shit. 200,000,000. Fuck you money. Honestly, I I listen. Again, I still my I my idea is that he's gonna do that. Is that he's gonna do it, he's gonna go and do these small shows and it may be like 10. We're talking a million dollars for 10 shows. As an artist that was touring around the world, like he wasn't making that from doing 50 shows probably, give or take. You know what I'm saying? With the crew, the lighting, the the promoters, the whole like he wasn't doing that. As a kid, probably not. Which he was selling out millions of fucking arenas, like, I mean, thousands of arenas and millions of people coming to see him and he probably wasn't making that the kind of money he'd probably make from doing like ten, twelve intimate shows. And he can space him out, do him whenever he feels like it. Yeah. I just I feel like he's probably going through the transition or it could be all of the above. Could be he is going through this artistic phase transition where he's just like, all of this shit is a facade, I don't wanna do this, all the music. And again, you gotta remember, here's the and I I'm not the reason I wanna say this, I'm not defending him. Mhmm. I'm more so playing devil's advocate because I don't care. But I also see it from both sides because I can see that. Like, that was kinda whack, fam. You we you got 10 mil. You got all that money and you To need me to come up here in a shirtless under a hoodie and and just up, literally this setup and a computer. Yeah. That's it. But here's my thing though. Like, maybe he's like, yo, I'm tired of fucking doing the productions. I don't wanna do the production. In years. But that's what I'm saying. Maybe that's maybe that's what it is. Maybe it's like, fuck it. I'm an artist. You gonna you gonna love me for the talent that I got or nothing at all. Yeah. And they paid 10,000,000 for it. And people loved it. Bieber fans, people that are just Bieber, you know, enthusiasts that were back in the day, they loved it. I honestly, again, haven't really been paying attention to it. But I watched it and I was like, okay, you're harmonizing with your younger self. Okay. You can sing the full songs. Just harmonize. I think we talked about it on the hangover clinic and I I just feel like we expect so much from these people and honestly, they're people. Imagine the trauma that deliver every time. Imagine the traumas and all that shit if it was you yourself. You'd be a different person as you feel got like I'd still put on a show though. Like all these Well, no. Fuck the show part. Fuck the show part. Let's just say you're an actress and you were going through all that shit Mhmm. As a younger actress and then you got older and you realized that that we have a short term memory. We cared for about a maybe six months to a year and then we forgot about it. How would that make you feel as a person? Fuck these people. I'm a take them for everything they I'm a take them for whatever they gonna give me, I'm a take them for every fucking dollar they got. And then I'm just gonna do whatever the fuck I feel like it. You want me. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like, so and I think Miley would be well within her right to do it. Britney, DUI, well within her rights to do it. Don't see nothing I mean, honestly, I don't see nothing wrong, because again I feel like if Britney were to do it though, people would be like, oh no, she's on drugs again. Like I mean, she ain't never been off drugs, but Well, yes. People people wouldn't be as kind as they're being with Justin. They would be like think so. I think I think you just I think you just are scorned. But I can't wait for a woman artist to do it, just to prove. I'm sure there have been women artists that I mean, not not in that sense doing it like that. Mhmm. But they just went up there, maybe a guitar and a mic, and just did their Well, that's what Sabrina did when she opened for Taylor Swift. Like she was just by herself. Yeah. She took up that entire stage. Like she But was my thing is, but that's what I'm saying. So like my thing is sometimes, sometimes less is more. You know what I'm saying? Like, here we are talking about this. We've talked probably about twenty minutes about this damn show. And it's like, yeah, he just did the YouTube karaoke, but like he did what Bieber does. Like, he just took up the room. Like, Like, he he took that up mindset. He just he just does what he does. I mean, there's plenty of women artists that do the same thing. What what made me one woman artist that just stands on a stage by herself with YouTube in the background? I mean, not direct with just YouTube in the background, but just stands on stage you just mentioned Sabrina Carpenter did it just herself. When she opened for Taylor Swift four years ago and then got big and now she does whole productions. Okay. But she was a woman and nobody called that lazy. Have money. But nobody called that lazy. Nobody nobody was like, oh, that's that's that's so lazy. No. It's just because it's so known yet. Even if she was known, Alanis Morissette. I've seen plenty of shows Morissette. Where she Is it Morissette? My bad. Alanis Morissette. I thought it was Alanis. Alanis. We're gonna check that. Okay. Whatever. Morissette. I know that. I'll I'll be fucking that name up. But anyway, she's done it before. And what's the other girl that was dating Kurt Cobain? Courtney Love? Yes. She's done something similar I to thought she was an actress. Courtney Love is an actress, but her name is Courtney too. I think it's court is it Courtney Love too? I don't know. I don't know. But anyway, she did that same shit. She did something similar and had like a meltdown at a show. It wasn't Coachella, but she had a meltdown at a show where she just performed by herself, like emotionally out. I think it was like right after old Kurt Cobain had shot himself or whatever the case would be. Like, it happens. Like, when you're you know what I'm saying? Like, it's not like out of the realm. And here's the thing. As artists, male or female, they do this. I think the outrage is because of the amount of money. If he got paid 2,000,000, which is still an ungodly amount of money to come perform. Yeah. 4,000,000 is out of control. No matter, it's it's because he got paid 10. Other than that, we would not care. He got paid not he got paid 10,000,000 and didn't and said, shit. I don't need to use it. I'm Bieber. I'll just plug up the thing and do this and make it feel heartfelt and voila, 9.5 mil just in the bank. In the bank. It's genius. I hate it because damn, 9 mil to stand on stage in karaoke? Sign me up. Shit. But who are we? You know what I'm saying? Mhmm. Because low key, if Bieber comes to Dallas, I'm going. Oh, you have fun. I'm not. I'm going. I'm gonna go because I I wanna because no offense to the believers. I was never a believer. I mean After after his first That's valid. I'm not a I believer said you know what? I'm okay. I mean, here's my thing. I'm not a believer either. I I just I remember the craziness about him, and I wanna see I that's like one of the people, not a, like, a what do you call it? Wish list or shit. The list you have before you die. What's that shit called? Bucket list. Bucket list. Thank you. I said the list. I said the bucket was a Bucket list. List. Movie I watched. Sorry. Don't know. Bucket with a b. Bucket list. I would he's on the list to go see his performers. As far as performers go because the simple fact is, listen. He'd be fun to I I think it'd be fun to go see. I think he's a good talent. But anyway Little dude. Yeah. He's a talent. Fuck it, Lister. That's crazy. Well, we've talked enough about Bieber. Yeah. And Sabrina Carpenter. Shout out to both of them. Mhmm. I'm a fan And of Carol G. And Carol G. Carol G. Carol G. See, Alanis Morissette. Alanis, no. But shout out to all the celebrities, music artists. I don't want anybody to think that I hate celebrities because I don't. And I think I came off that way a few a week ago or a few weeks whenever I said was talking about I don't hate them. I just think again, we gotta remember they're humans too. And I also gotta we also gotta remember that they're they're weird. Mhmm. They're artists. Most artists are fucking weird. Yep. But they're still people, so let them be people. And this is beard thirty sports o'clock where we believe. This is a Stolen Water Media production.
