- 2:13Speaker 1: radio show them. I feel it's necessary to explain what
- 2:16Speaker 1: I say in the morning because somebody asked me, what
- 2:18Speaker 1: do you mean by that when you say that in
- 2:21Speaker 1: the morning. When I say huh, it's in response to
- 2:26Speaker 1: David Hollister opening the song by saying, go ahead, big Daddy,
- 2:30Speaker 1: go ahead. I said, uh, huh. I show will. Then
- 2:34Speaker 1: I say good morning everybody. Because I was raised at Ray,
- 2:37Speaker 1: You're supposed to speak when you come in the room.
- 2:40Speaker 1: I'm coming in y'all's room, whether it's your bad room,
- 2:43Speaker 1: the room in your house, your car, your office, you know,
- 2:47Speaker 1: wherever you had I come in the room or God speaks.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I say, good morning, everybody. You are listening to the voice.
- 2:54Speaker 1: And then I got to introduce myself because as a performer,
- 2:58Speaker 1: I always felt my best when I was introduced. It's knowing.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Why would you walk out on stage anybody introduce you.
- 3:04Speaker 1: You know you can't get the round of applause. It's
- 3:06Speaker 1: just it's horrible. So I say, you are listening to
- 3:09Speaker 1: the voice wanting only Steve Harvey. Come on, dig me now.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Now that's old school. I got that, but that's I
- 3:17Speaker 1: was once again. Dig me, Now, is I want you
- 3:21Speaker 1: to feel what I'm about to say. That's all I'm saying.
- 3:25Speaker 1: That's not a bragging thing. You know, you are listening
- 3:28Speaker 1: to the voice wanting only Steve Harvey. Come on, dig
- 3:32Speaker 1: me now, I'm just asking you to feel what I'm
- 3:34Speaker 1: saying in the morning, because it's part of a promise
- 3:37Speaker 1: that I made to God. See a long time ago,
- 3:40Speaker 1: I told God if he allowed me to make it,
- 3:43Speaker 1: that when I got there, I would tell everybody I
- 3:46Speaker 1: know how I did it, and I wasn't gonna shortcut
- 3:49Speaker 1: it or shade him on it. I say, if you
- 3:52Speaker 1: allow me to make it, if you give me the strength,
- 3:55Speaker 1: the courage, the wisdom you gave me a gift if
- 3:59Speaker 1: you let me apply it, don't destroy myself in the process.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Forgive me for my sins along the way, continue to
- 4:07Speaker 1: hold and rock me when I need it. When I
- 4:10Speaker 1: make it, I promise you Lord, when I get there,
- 4:14Speaker 1: I will tell everybody how I made it. Well. This
- 4:19Speaker 1: started back in LA when I got on the radio
- 4:23Speaker 1: and I was making it okay. I was doing okay,
- 4:27Speaker 1: but I had to keep my promise to God. My
- 4:30Speaker 1: promise was, if you allow me to make it, I'll
- 4:33Speaker 1: tell everybody how I got there. I have to tell
- 4:38Speaker 1: you that every day because if it was not for
- 4:42Speaker 1: that grace and mercy, I wouldn't even be here able
- 4:45Speaker 1: to fulfill my promise, because I've done enough dirt in
- 4:48Speaker 1: my life. Man to not be worthy. He could have
- 4:52Speaker 1: easily walked away from me a long time ago because
- 4:56Speaker 1: I had show walked away from him. See, and I
- 5:00Speaker 1: walk away from him once. I walked away from him
- 5:02Speaker 1: a bunch of times. But guess what he forgave me
- 5:07Speaker 1: a bunch of times. I'm a living example of hundreds
- 5:11Speaker 1: of chances. His forgiveness and his mercy is available for everybody.
- 5:19Speaker 1: It's the only reason I get on this show every day,
- 5:22Speaker 1: the only reason I have the blessings that's coming my way.
- 5:25Speaker 1: It's the only way that the things that keep happening
- 5:28Speaker 1: in my life, man, that I have no explanation for,
- 5:32Speaker 1: it is because of His grace and mercy. See, anytime
- 5:36Speaker 1: something good happens in my life and I can't explain it,
- 5:40Speaker 1: that's usually him, he exhibits to me. Remember, I'm a
- 5:45Speaker 1: forgiving god. Man. Remember, So when you fall, Steve, don't
- 5:49Speaker 1: lay down now, don't you lay down there. Don't you
- 5:52Speaker 1: let the devil fool you that because you'd have made
- 5:55Speaker 1: some mistakes that you ain't that you can't do it
- 5:58Speaker 1: because everybody gonna come. There's none perfect, no, not one.
- 6:01Speaker 1: So get up, keep moving, keep pushing, step on what
- 6:07Speaker 1: you're laying there for. Your daddy didn't raise you that way. Look, man,
- 6:12Speaker 1: my father was just about manhood. I'm gonna just tell you.
- 6:15Speaker 1: My daddy never had a conversation with me about church.
- 6:18Speaker 1: He beat me for not going, but you know a
- 6:21Speaker 1: couple of times, but he wasn't about that wasn't his message.
- 6:24Speaker 1: That was my mama's job. My mama taught me about
- 6:27Speaker 1: being saved, about loving the Lord, about giving your life,
- 6:31Speaker 1: about the teachings of Jesus Christ. My mama was a
- 6:34Speaker 1: Sunday school teacher, so I got all of that from her.
- 6:37Speaker 1: My old man ain't had none of that for me.
- 6:39Speaker 1: My old man talked to me about one thing all
- 6:41Speaker 1: day long, hard working manhood. And when you're gonna get
- 6:44Speaker 1: that if you don't get an nothing else from me,
- 6:46Speaker 1: he gave that to me, so I got it. See, so,
- 6:50Speaker 1: my father, you say, excuse my language, but you ain't
- 6:52Speaker 1: gonna sit there like no little punk up in here.
- 6:54Speaker 1: You ain't an what you're finn to do. You fin
- 6:56Speaker 1: to get up and go do what you're posted to do. Now,
- 6:59Speaker 1: stop all that one and like some little punking gonna
- 7:01Speaker 1: get to move it. That's how my father talked to me. Now,
- 7:03Speaker 1: I'm just telling you real. It worked for me, though,
- 7:06Speaker 1: And before you start emailing me. They had nothing to
- 7:08Speaker 1: do with homosexuality at all. It's just that was his
- 7:12Speaker 1: term for a man not acting like a man. That's
- 7:16Speaker 1: all it was. It had. It was not a gay
- 7:18Speaker 1: reference at all. I want you to understand that before
- 7:20Speaker 1: you start emailing me. So my daddy wasn't calling that
- 7:23Speaker 1: wasn't not a sexual reference for him. My father talked
- 7:26Speaker 1: to us, that's what he meant. I knew exactly what
- 7:28Speaker 1: it meant. He couldn't admit, No, he didn't even know
- 7:29Speaker 1: nothing about that. My man clueless when it comes to
- 7:32Speaker 1: that right there. So when I was getting down and
- 7:36Speaker 1: feeling bad about myself, my old man, he taught me
- 7:39Speaker 1: this toughness. Man. He gave me this grit, this doggedness,
- 7:43Speaker 1: this go to work and work hard. That's why today,
- 7:46Speaker 1: when God does bless me with something, he ain't got
- 7:49Speaker 1: to wear about me not working hard because that's in me.
- 7:54Speaker 1: And when I get tired, I asked that same God
- 7:57Speaker 1: for strength to keep on doing so I can do
- 8:00Speaker 1: the blessings he got for me. So when you ask
- 8:03Speaker 1: me how you gonna do all this, Steve Harvey, I
- 8:05Speaker 1: don't know. I ain't got to figure that out. All
- 8:09Speaker 1: I got to do is show up with the same
- 8:11Speaker 1: amount of faith for being showing up with God handle
- 8:13Speaker 1: the rest of it. See y'all, Hey, Matt, tell you so,
- 8:17Speaker 1: I don't see how you do it. I don't either,
- 8:20Speaker 1: can I can? I? Gee, hey man, news flash, let
- 8:22Speaker 1: me hear. I don't see how you doing all that, Steve.
- 8:25Speaker 1: You're doing this? You doing that? You can I tell
- 8:27Speaker 1: you something I don't either. I just wake up with
- 8:30Speaker 1: the faith man and trusting that if he gonna bless
- 8:33Speaker 1: me with it, he must be gonna show me a
- 8:34Speaker 1: way how to get it done. See I ain't tripping
- 8:37Speaker 1: on that part. See I. Once you take yourself out
- 8:40Speaker 1: to how to business, you can go on and get
- 8:43Speaker 1: with it. But see if you're gonna trip yourself out
- 8:46Speaker 1: with the how to, you can't think like God can think.
- 8:48Speaker 1: You can't figure like God can figure. So now you're
- 8:51Speaker 1: sitting up in here gonna Lord, I want this to
- 8:53Speaker 1: have him for me? Then I don't know how I'm
- 8:55Speaker 1: will do all that? Well, guess what You in the way? Now?
- 8:59Speaker 1: See you? Now you in the way, because see God
- 9:02Speaker 1: ain't ask you to figure out how to? He said,
- 9:04Speaker 1: ask and believe. Then he said faith without works is dead.
- 9:11Speaker 1: That's my solution. That's the concoction that I'm functioning on.
- 9:15Speaker 1: All I got to do is accept the blessing, keep
- 9:19Speaker 1: the faith, be willing to work and believe God can
- 9:23Speaker 1: do anything but fail. Why would God bring me this
- 9:27Speaker 1: far to leave me? Why would he bring you this
- 9:31Speaker 1: far to leave you? So? Why I get up every morning.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I have no choice. I got to get up in
- 9:40Speaker 1: here the rap. When I'm running late, man, I try
- 9:42Speaker 1: to ply through here. Sometimes I don't make it. Man,
- 9:45Speaker 1: I gotta do a rerun, but I ply through here
- 9:47Speaker 1: because man, Steve, you're gonna run out of something to say. No,
- 9:49Speaker 1: I'm gonna just keep thinking it. Now. You can't run
- 9:52Speaker 1: out of that canyon because you owe him that not
- 9:54Speaker 1: a fact. When I get through talking, I really ain't
- 9:57Speaker 1: thanked him enough. Morning show ladies and gentlemen, man, I
- 10:17Speaker 1: have your undivided attention. Please, what's happening right now is
- 10:22Speaker 1: um I would say it ain't none of your business,
- 10:26Speaker 1: but we on your radio, so this is your business.
- 10:30Speaker 1: But what's about to go down it's really no concern
- 10:34Speaker 1: of yours. But since you listening, I would be concerned.
- 10:40Speaker 1: This is the Steve Harden Morning Show, and this high
- 10:43Speaker 1: start every day. Ain't no set in tro ain't on
- 10:48Speaker 1: that old, same old, same old. I ain't I ain't
- 10:52Speaker 1: fit to do that. Yeah, we start the day off
- 10:56Speaker 1: different because you know why we started day off different
- 10:58Speaker 1: because it's a different day. Yes it is. If it
- 11:01Speaker 1: was the same day as yesterday, when you could do
- 11:03Speaker 1: the same damn thing, but you can't cause it ain't
- 11:08Speaker 1: so Ladies and gentlemen, Steve Harvey, Morning show, Shirt Strawberry,
- 11:13Speaker 1: thank you for your business. Good morning, Steve Colin for Rell.

- 11:38Speaker 1: to say that damn Browns is back back in y'alls,
- 11:46Speaker 1: back in y'all's draws. Yeah, Browns is back as Monday
- 11:57Speaker 1: night football. Yeah. Hey, don't tell y'all what happened to me. Yeah,
- 12:03Speaker 1: I'm a browser because hell getting hell okay, ft of
- 12:08Speaker 1: all you know, not just you know sound, but it
- 12:12Speaker 1: is what it is. Rich people problems. Yeah yeah, I
- 12:15Speaker 1: think this is problem. But drivers get So I saw
- 12:23Speaker 1: him coming to work, right, so I go out to
- 12:26Speaker 1: the garage and get in the carmel drive. Ain't no
- 12:31Speaker 1: garage dough openers. So I'm just sitting in there with
- 12:33Speaker 1: the car start. Ain't no damn garage open. I'm trying
- 12:39Speaker 1: to figure out right, of hell, it's the garage though
- 12:41Speaker 1: open because it's supposed to be one of these buttons
- 12:44Speaker 1: that you press or opening on the vis. Meanwhile, you
- 12:47Speaker 1: got the car off, I hope, so you can't get out.
- 12:52Speaker 1: I cut the call, thank you, going the house to
- 12:54Speaker 1: get garage open. Can't find the garage open, so I said, well,
- 12:59Speaker 1: let me dry another car. So I get in the
- 13:00Speaker 1: other car. What was that? I'm just asking the other
- 13:04Speaker 1: car it was a mall safe IM getting the mall
- 13:07Speaker 1: saying I can't what's that? What's Oh? You're getting the
- 13:15Speaker 1: bed cools and we ain't got the thirty second. Then
- 13:18Speaker 1: I go get in the other car and it ain't
- 13:20Speaker 1: got no garage though open. So I go back in
- 13:24Speaker 1: the house and go getting the other car and find
- 13:29Speaker 1: the garage the openness in this car, but now I
- 13:31Speaker 1: ain't ain't no damn key. I go back in the
- 13:34Speaker 1: house and get the key. I can't find the key.
- 13:37Speaker 1: I come outside the driving to put your key in
- 13:40Speaker 1: the ash trade? How hell I know this? And why
- 13:43Speaker 1: am I in the damn ass? I can't smoking none
- 13:46Speaker 1: of margin car. When we come back, I'll tell y'all
- 13:50Speaker 1: what happened. Bridge people problems coming up the third after
- 13:55Speaker 1: the hour. Right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey. Morning.
- 14:14Speaker 1: All right, See when we left, y, you were telling
- 14:16Speaker 1: us what trouble you, how much hell I caught getting here?
- 14:19Speaker 1: Now I know you know y'all call this rich people problems.
- 14:22Speaker 1: I'm sorry, yes, but you know your driver was sick
- 14:25Speaker 1: this morning. Well, so I'm driving. I know how to drive,
- 14:28Speaker 1: ain't no problem, and drove more than him. I got
- 14:30Speaker 1: more miles under my belt and he do I promise
- 14:33Speaker 1: you that. Yeah, I lived in the car while I
- 14:36Speaker 1: went dare. Yeah, so you know he ain't got nothing
- 14:41Speaker 1: on me. Excuse me for having a blessed life. So
- 14:46Speaker 1: I'm in the third car. Finally I see the garage dopen.
- 14:50Speaker 1: I hit the garage dop, but the ain't no damn key.
- 14:54Speaker 1: So I go back in the key. I come back,
- 14:56Speaker 1: I come back. I ain't got no key, and I'm
- 14:58Speaker 1: looking at and I'm hitting button and the ass tramping
- 15:01Speaker 1: the net go to key. So I started cap. I
- 15:04Speaker 1: come on out the driveway. Now my garage dolden, that
- 15:09Speaker 1: got six buttons on it. I didn't let up. All
- 15:12Speaker 1: the damn frying, the clothes, the one damn dog, not
- 15:18Speaker 1: at all, the damn doors, all the goals is open
- 15:24Speaker 1: I'm just catching mo. Hell, fin I get all them
- 15:28Speaker 1: damn doors shutting. You know, you gotta wait and see
- 15:30Speaker 1: which one go down. Yeah, so I let the garage
- 15:32Speaker 1: dough down. Then I just came on in. Uh. And
- 15:37Speaker 1: now I get to the parking lot. I ain't got
- 15:41Speaker 1: no key to getting the bargain lot. Well, hold on
- 15:43Speaker 1: right there, I gotta hold on. You're listening to rich
- 15:46Speaker 1: people problems and the Steve Harvey Mortor. Okay, go ahead.
- 15:49Speaker 1: I don't have a key to getting in the building,
- 15:51Speaker 1: you know, because I'm usually with somebody that's got a key. Yeah,
- 15:56Speaker 1: you have people. So I ain't got no key to
- 15:58Speaker 1: getting the building. Yeah, I don't know how to get
- 16:01Speaker 1: in the garage. So I called Junior. Junior come out
- 16:04Speaker 1: and help me get in the garage. I ain't never
- 16:06Speaker 1: took the ticket before I got the ticket, and I
- 16:09Speaker 1: asked Junior say, hey, man, somebody gonna stamp fish pick up.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Come how I'm will get out of here? Yes, I'm
- 16:17Speaker 1: trying to figure out how I'm will get out, So
- 16:21Speaker 1: Junior say, man, just come on, then I'll get you out.
- 16:25Speaker 1: So I'm in here, I'm at work, and I'm I'm
- 16:28Speaker 1: probably gonna be stuck unless junior ass taking me out
- 16:31Speaker 1: there and give me out this part. People, it's just
- 16:33Speaker 1: like when you went to the grocery store last week yourself.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Tell you something. I will not will not be going
- 16:43Speaker 1: back to the day grow Well, I'm not gonna do
- 16:47Speaker 1: is have a teenager looking at me like I'm still third.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Put your card in there. Put your card in where
- 16:55Speaker 1: that down in the slot, Sir, sir, you have to
- 16:59Speaker 1: put the chip in first. What chill talking about? Sir?
- 17:03Speaker 1: Put your pin in? Pin, got no play? Ain't you
- 17:09Speaker 1: know how much money on this car right here? What
- 17:12Speaker 1: are you talking about? A pin? My god? You can't
- 17:14Speaker 1: go back to poll so cash. No, it's not part.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I just don't know what it is. The teenagers. She
- 17:26Speaker 1: got her arms folded, she's just looking at me. So
- 17:31Speaker 1: then I'm talking this going on five minutes. So the
- 17:34Speaker 1: black girl comes over there. She says, hey, uncle Steve.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I said, hey baby. She says, don't come down here
- 17:41Speaker 1: on more. Don't come down here no more without ain't mad,
- 17:46Speaker 1: She say, I see her in here all the time.
- 17:48Speaker 1: You ain't never come in here. She said, you just
- 17:51Speaker 1: got these people to here, looking at that little like
- 17:53Speaker 1: something wrong with you. But Steve, you were excited to
- 17:57Speaker 1: be able to go. You you thought it was an adventure.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Right there, it was cool? And then what big deal was?
- 18:02Speaker 1: I walked up to this lane I had never seen
- 18:05Speaker 1: before where you check out yourself. A lady was standing
- 18:09Speaker 1: there is gonna right this way, sir, and that intimidated.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I said, now I need somebody to pressing buttons. Lady,
- 18:18Speaker 1: I'm think to steal all this. You think I know
- 18:20Speaker 1: what happen. Yeah, I'm telling you right now, finish still
- 18:28Speaker 1: groceries because I have no clue what this self checkout.
- 18:31Speaker 1: I saw somebody putting their own stuff in their bag.
- 18:33Speaker 1: I'm gonna hold on what as omni faults. There are
- 18:37Speaker 1: a lot of places you should by yourself. You just shouldn't.
- 18:41Speaker 1: There's a lot of place you shouldn't. Let me tell
- 18:43Speaker 1: you what I did one day. What I got in
- 18:46Speaker 1: one of my cars that I don't never drive, and
- 18:49Speaker 1: that the gaslight came on. I went to the gas station,
- 18:52Speaker 1: got out and looked around the carn just got back
- 18:54Speaker 1: in and went back, got back in the car here,
- 19:01Speaker 1: went back home and started calling people, cussing them out. Gass.
- 19:07Speaker 1: I had no ideal. No some gas caps are hard
- 19:14Speaker 1: to open. No, listen to me. This gas cap. This
- 19:18Speaker 1: gas cap is under my tail light. You have to
- 19:22Speaker 1: the tail light up to get the gas caps fan.
- 19:26Speaker 1: So I didn't know that. Yeah, so you know, I
- 19:28Speaker 1: don't walk around the car twice and so I don't
- 19:31Speaker 1: look like a food. I just got back at it,
- 19:34Speaker 1: you know. I was just walking around it without touching nothing,
- 19:37Speaker 1: and just gave it a quick one off because I
- 19:39Speaker 1: used to steal, so I know how to look at
- 19:41Speaker 1: stuff and on the glass, you know. And so I
- 19:43Speaker 1: looked and I don't know how to look because I
- 19:45Speaker 1: used to steal, and I just looked real quicker and
- 19:47Speaker 1: I just didn't see no opening, no creasing. I know.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Let me get my ass. So you just drove. I
- 19:54Speaker 1: had to proud drove on black. I saw a little
- 19:55Speaker 1: red light on them. But then I know one thing.
- 19:57Speaker 1: It better not run out of the Oh man, this
- 20:02Speaker 1: and you have to walk back up to the gather. Yeah,
- 20:07Speaker 1: well you can't do regular. You don't go anywhere else
- 20:13Speaker 1: by yourself. I'm gonna tell you something. Though Tommy keep
- 20:15Speaker 1: saying it's funny, It's really not funny. It's really not
- 20:19Speaker 1: because when it's happening, it to you. You try to
- 20:22Speaker 1: go Wait a minute, man, I made a really wonderful
- 20:25Speaker 1: success out of myself, but I can't put gas in

- 22:19Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach your sister. How you doing. I'm
- 22:24Speaker 1: giving you a call on behalf of Baptist Church. You
- 22:28Speaker 1: are a member? There? Am I right? Yes? I am? Okay,
- 22:32Speaker 1: listen um, I'm calling you. They are some of the
- 22:35Speaker 1: members have gotten together and had a meeting and wanted
- 22:38Speaker 1: me to give you a call. It seems that a
- 22:43Speaker 1: lot of them are complaining about Sunday services that go
- 22:47Speaker 1: on and wanted for me to give you a call
- 22:50Speaker 1: on their behalf so that we can see if we
- 22:52Speaker 1: can address the problem and talk to you diligently as
- 22:56Speaker 1: possible and try to get the problem rectified. What's going on? Well,
- 23:01Speaker 1: it seems like that a lot of members are complaining.
- 23:06Speaker 1: I'm sorry, and what is your name again? My name
- 23:09Speaker 1: is Man. I'm not actually a member of the church.
- 23:12Speaker 1: I've just been the one that they've been asked to
- 23:14Speaker 1: give you a call and try to talk on the
- 23:16Speaker 1: members behalf, so maybe we can get this problem rectify
- 23:19Speaker 1: that you that they have as far as you are concerned, now, okay,
- 23:24Speaker 1: go ahead. I'm just trying to see what this is
- 23:25Speaker 1: in regards to go ahead. Well, it seems like the
- 23:28Speaker 1: members of the church are complaining about that you're doing
- 23:32Speaker 1: too much shouting at church on Sunday, and it seems
- 23:36Speaker 1: to be going on every Sunday. You're running up and
- 23:38Speaker 1: down the aisle and you're shouting all over the place,
- 23:40Speaker 1: and it's me. I've been singled out about my shouting.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Wellever dinny. It's distracting, man, You're distracting everyone from me
- 23:50Speaker 1: getting the word and listening to the word and being
- 23:52Speaker 1: involved in the service. And that's the purpose of the call,
- 23:55Speaker 1: that is to see if we can get you to
- 23:57Speaker 1: tone it down some. Okay, So the whole church is
- 24:00Speaker 1: complaining about me shouting the way people run up and
- 24:02Speaker 1: down them off every Sunday and almost playing cart wheels
- 24:06Speaker 1: and flips, and they singling me I complained about me. Well, ma'am,
- 24:10Speaker 1: I don't know how it is that you can see
- 24:12Speaker 1: everybody else doing cart wheels when you're the ones that
- 24:15Speaker 1: they say is the one that's doing them. You don't
- 24:17Speaker 1: how am I being singled out? Man? All I'm saying
- 24:20Speaker 1: is that they're saying that you're doing too much shouting
- 24:22Speaker 1: and too much running at this church. Now I'm just
- 24:25Speaker 1: the message say, well, they can't tell me how to shout.
- 24:28Speaker 1: They don't. They can't tell me what's going on in
- 24:30Speaker 1: my life? What's gonna keep me from praising God? And
- 24:33Speaker 1: they I mean, they could just they could go somewhere
- 24:35Speaker 1: else with that, But they're not gonna tell me that
- 24:37Speaker 1: I can't praise my God. They don't know how good
- 24:39Speaker 1: God it's being to me. And you know what, I
- 24:42Speaker 1: understand that I agree with you wholeheartedly. But it's becoming
- 24:45Speaker 1: a distraction. I mean, they was at the point last
- 24:48Speaker 1: night talking about should we put some seatbelts on the
- 24:51Speaker 1: pews so so you can stay down? We stay We'll
- 24:53Speaker 1: put some seat but high. They're gonna tell people they
- 24:55Speaker 1: can't shout in church and brace God. What do we
- 24:58Speaker 1: come to church for? Well, you do come to We
- 25:00Speaker 1: need to be trying to place God and get they
- 25:02Speaker 1: all shout on and stop looking at me, and where
- 25:04Speaker 1: about what I'm doing? We're gonna need you to quit
- 25:06Speaker 1: running up and down these aisles and doing what you go.
- 25:09Speaker 1: I'm sorry, you know, I'm trying to stay calm. I'm
- 25:12Speaker 1: trying my best. Who Jesus chiefs sir that that's not happy?
- 25:17Speaker 1: You can't tell me I gotta stop shouting. Okay, man,
- 25:20Speaker 1: but let me ask you. Are you running now? Aren't
- 25:22Speaker 1: you just standing still talking? Because I don't have to
- 25:25Speaker 1: run right now? Okay, what I'm trying to get you
- 25:28Speaker 1: to do. I'm like, I don't want to run up
- 25:29Speaker 1: and down this street right now. I can run up
- 25:31Speaker 1: and down the street and place God. But they're not
- 25:33Speaker 1: gonna tell me to stop shouting at church? Can we
- 25:35Speaker 1: get you to be a little bit more reserved as
- 25:37Speaker 1: what we see? Man? Let me let me go ahead
- 25:39Speaker 1: and go further on what they do the spirit moves. Okay, well,
- 25:43Speaker 1: let me move and tell you what they've told me. Now.
- 25:47Speaker 1: If we can't get to the point where you can,
- 25:50Speaker 1: you know, tone it down, then we may have to
- 25:52Speaker 1: ask you to leave running them. Ask me, Jesus, Jesus,
- 25:59Speaker 1: you let them ask me? Why don't they want me
- 26:01Speaker 1: to lead a church? Listen, I've been at that church
- 26:04Speaker 1: for fifteen years. I'm not leaving the church. I'm gonna
- 26:07Speaker 1: run up and down. I'm not gonna run on the church.
- 26:09Speaker 1: I don't even turn me some flips where I feel
- 26:12Speaker 1: like it. Not no, no, listen, that's all. I'm okay,
- 26:16Speaker 1: go ahead, but I'm gonna be there. I'm going to
- 26:19Speaker 1: I am going to be there on Sunday. Man, and
- 26:22Speaker 1: I have been the person that's been appointed to make
- 26:24Speaker 1: sure that you're not running up and down these house
- 26:27Speaker 1: and shotting like this. You got to keep yourself reserved
- 26:29Speaker 1: so people can hear the word of God. You are
- 26:32Speaker 1: standing in people's word. That's what you're doing. You're in
- 26:34Speaker 1: the whale I want. If they come trying to send
- 26:36Speaker 1: me down, I'm gonna get them a word. And it
- 26:37Speaker 1: ain't gonna be your God. So I let to put
- 26:39Speaker 1: that hands upon me here now listen, I'm trying to
- 26:42Speaker 1: get that now you could. I haven't been in that
- 26:45Speaker 1: church fifteen years. If I want to run, damn shout,
- 26:48Speaker 1: jump quit. Whatever I want to do, I'm gonna doing it.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Ain't nobody gonna stop me. You're gonna have to stop this.
- 26:54Speaker 1: This past Sunday was your last Sunday doing it and
- 26:56Speaker 1: You're not gonna do it this Sunday, like I said,
- 26:59Speaker 1: just and I'm telling you could tell the unsues, the
- 27:02Speaker 1: deacon boyd, the deaconess, the minister's wives or who ill
- 27:05Speaker 1: asked you want to tell, let him put their hands
- 27:07Speaker 1: on me and see if I don't swing on them.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna come run about the spirit and swing on it.
- 27:11Speaker 1: I'm telling you that now because he sells you to
- 27:13Speaker 1: really push me there on and tried. I tried. Let
- 27:16Speaker 1: me ask you this here where you trying to show
- 27:18Speaker 1: that I'm saying never, but you make it you If

- 27:28Speaker 1: right now? And you where is the one that say,
- 27:31Speaker 1: yeah it was the God was telling me when I
- 27:33Speaker 1: was trying to be called with you at first to
- 27:35Speaker 1: tell you on me calling me with this foolishness. But
- 27:37Speaker 1: now you make the other side of me rose up. Well,
- 27:40Speaker 1: you wouldn't raised it up, and now you wouldn't raised
- 27:42Speaker 1: it up in me too. Guess what come? Signing You're
- 27:44Speaker 1: gonna set y'all in that pew. And you ain't gonna

- 30:21Speaker 1: she she wound up with nothing though she got six nominations,

- 31:28Speaker 1: just saying. And they renamed it Bachella. Remember, yes, that's
- 31:36Speaker 1: how it was. Well, you know it just power for
- 31:39Speaker 1: the course though. Yeah, yeah, looked at Hi. You know
- 31:43Speaker 1: what's said? What's up? Felicity Huffman who gets spoteen days
- 31:51Speaker 1: in prison? I never don't even sound right. You're sent
- 31:54Speaker 1: this to fourteen days in prison? I did Robert Gavel
- 31:58Speaker 1: and shouldn't before you get the gin pop. It's two weeks,
- 32:05Speaker 1: so right after orientation you get to go home, before
- 32:10Speaker 1: you go over there and get shaped, you get to
- 32:12Speaker 1: go home day. Yeah. No, I'm no, no, no, listen
- 32:18Speaker 1: to me. Listen to me, prison, real prison. Once should
- 32:22Speaker 1: go to general population. You gotta start sorting it out.
- 32:24Speaker 1: It depends on where you are. You gotta you gotta
- 32:26Speaker 1: get into your right race. You gotta find out. You know,
- 32:29Speaker 1: they're gonna find out, they're gonna find out what your
- 32:31Speaker 1: charges is. You know you might have to take a
- 32:33Speaker 1: hit for that. But you know, if you don't get
- 32:35Speaker 1: right with your group, you know, it could be a

- 33:16Speaker 1: to figure out what the hell going on. You don't
- 33:19Speaker 1: even pull your pass down. The first two weeks, you
- 33:22Speaker 1: just be sitting with your back to the wall, just
- 33:25Speaker 1: be looking around crime. It is not the time. I'll
- 33:30Speaker 1: tell you right there. You don't even need no tarletician
- 33:33Speaker 1: the first two weeks, sitting in your self concerned. But uh,
- 33:40Speaker 1: Nike did win for their Colin Kaepernick commercial. Okay, remember, yeah,
- 33:47Speaker 1: but Colin ain't liwed to go and except right, yeah,
- 33:50Speaker 1: he probably can't even raise his hand for any fare. Yeah,
- 33:54Speaker 1: all right, Steve. Let's move on now to today's headlines. Please,
- 33:58Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, miss and trip, thank you very much,
- 34:00Speaker 1: and good warning everybody, this is a trip with the news.
- 34:03Speaker 1: President Trump is calling for the resignation of all the
- 34:05Speaker 1: new York Times reporters involved in the latest story about
- 34:08Speaker 1: Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and what happened is The
- 34:11Speaker 1: Sunday Times Review published a new allegation a sexual misconduct
- 34:16Speaker 1: against Kavanaugh, but then the supposed victim claimed that she
- 34:19Speaker 1: had no memory of the incident. Meanwhile, in answer to
- 34:22Speaker 1: those Democrats calling for Kavanaugh's impeachment because they still are,
- 34:26Speaker 1: Congressman Jerry Needler, who chairs the House Judiciary Committee, says, quote,
- 34:30Speaker 1: we have our hands full of impeaching the president without
- 34:34Speaker 1: actually coming out and saying it. Both the US and
- 34:36Speaker 1: Saudi Arabia suggesting that Iran was involved in the weekend
- 34:39Speaker 1: attack that's disrupted the flow of oil along the Saudi coast.
- 34:42Speaker 1: The Saudis say Iranian weapons were used in the strike
- 34:45Speaker 1: on the oil production facility. However, Iran is denying being
- 34:48Speaker 1: behind any of it. Meanwhile, the price per barrel of
- 34:51Speaker 1: oil has risen a bit in the wake of the
- 34:53Speaker 1: refinery attacks, but President Trump says that Americans have nothing
- 34:57Speaker 1: to worry about. They haven't risen very much, and we
- 34:59Speaker 1: have these strategic oil reserves which are massive, and we
- 35:02Speaker 1: can release a little bit of that. And other countries,
- 35:06Speaker 1: including Bahrain. But other countries can be a little bit
- 35:09Speaker 1: more generous with the oil, and you'd bring it right down.
- 35:11Speaker 1: So now that's not a problem. Okay, Well we'll see.
- 35:15Speaker 1: In Dallas, by the way, a judge has denied a
- 35:16Speaker 1: request for a change of venue in the trial of
- 35:19Speaker 1: a former Dallas police officer, Amber Geiger. Geiger's the white
- 35:22Speaker 1: now former accused of murdering a black man who lived
- 35:25Speaker 1: in the apartment above her directly. She says she came home,
- 35:28Speaker 1: got off on the wrong floor, and somehow entered Botham
- 35:31Speaker 1: Jean's apartment. He was watching TV. He stands up, she
- 35:34Speaker 1: shoots him dead. There was never any word on whether
- 35:36Speaker 1: the officer Geiger was given a breathalyzer test by her
- 35:39Speaker 1: fellow officers. Her lawyer wanted the trial move, claiming that
- 35:42Speaker 1: she couldn't get a fair trial in Dallas, but the
- 35:44Speaker 1: judge says, no, she's not going anywhere. President Trump's provide
- 35:48Speaker 1: a boost to Benjamin N. Yahoo's bid to get reelected today.
- 35:51Speaker 1: They're voting over there and in the Jewish state Israeli
- 35:54Speaker 1: Prime Minister NT Yahoo's face is a difficult reelection by
- 35:57Speaker 1: all reports. This time around, Trump has publicly expresses a
- 36:01Speaker 1: support for net and Yahoo and Trump is poorly, very
- 36:03Speaker 1: very popular, especially with Israeli right wingers, who constitute the
- 36:07Speaker 1: Prime Minister's primary base of support. Sad news, a Green
- 36:11Speaker 1: Beret was killed in action in Afghanistan yesterday, which was
- 36:15Speaker 1: about a week after the death of another American serviceman there,
- 36:18Speaker 1: which prompted President Trump too canceled plan talks of the
- 36:21Speaker 1: Taliban that was supposed to take place around nine to eleven,
- 36:24Speaker 1: and those talks were supposed to be aimed at ending
- 36:26Speaker 1: the eighteen year old war over there in Afghanistan. Today,
- 36:31Speaker 1: I'm a good note. Is National Wife Appreciation Day? Perfect?
- 36:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's what I say. I just can't find
- 36:43Speaker 1: the other part of me, the other perfect part. Now
- 36:45Speaker 1: back to the Steve Harvey Warning show you're listening to. Okay,
- 37:05Speaker 1: we're supposed to go to Junior, but now we're gonna
- 37:07Speaker 1: hold on listening to. See. I want to explain to
- 37:09Speaker 1: you about this little white girl Felicity that got these
- 37:13Speaker 1: two weeks in prison. And I was just explaining to
- 37:16Speaker 1: y'all what happens. See, they give you to roll of Torliticie,
- 37:18Speaker 1: but for the first two weeks of prison, you don't
- 37:20Speaker 1: even use your torliticie because you don't need it. Well. See,
- 37:25Speaker 1: first of all, what happens is when you first get sentenced.
- 37:30Speaker 1: That's when all the sugar honey iced tea happened to you.
- 37:34Speaker 1: Sugar honey iced tea be all over the courtroom flow
- 37:37Speaker 1: as when you get sentenced. It's the sentencing day. It's
- 37:42Speaker 1: the biggest colon cleans ever. I don't care if it
- 37:47Speaker 1: is early in the morning. I go every morning for
- 37:49Speaker 1: I come in here. I'm in line. I'm regularly a
- 37:54Speaker 1: little felicity, little white lady that when they sent us
- 37:57Speaker 1: hut to them fourteen days, splat out right there, his
- 38:02Speaker 1: teeth over, splat out. She emptied out. That's why I
- 38:10Speaker 1: only got to give you one role. But you gempied
- 38:12Speaker 1: out back at the sentence. What you're doing the first
- 38:15Speaker 1: fourteen day, when you first get that, you just get
- 38:18Speaker 1: your back up against that wall and look at your seal.
- 38:22Speaker 1: She ain't been asleep or nothing. No white girl ain't
- 38:25Speaker 1: never been girl. Let me tell some she ain't never
- 38:27Speaker 1: been to detention before. She probably ain't never been to detention.
- 38:31Speaker 1: She never been expelled. Her ass got two weeks in prison.
- 38:36Speaker 1: Hella ass don't know what to do. She ain't got
- 38:39Speaker 1: no nails on, ain't nobody gave her no makeup. She
- 38:42Speaker 1: don't know how to do prison makeup yet. So she
- 38:45Speaker 1: took her blueberries and made no eyeline and we do
- 38:48Speaker 1: that nothing like that, like you know, they take their blueberries,
- 38:51Speaker 1: You take your blueberries, the talk and make eyeline with it.
- 38:54Speaker 1: She don't know none of that. So she just over
- 38:56Speaker 1: that looking like Casper. She just over that, just as
- 39:00Speaker 1: Lange her first two weeks as president is just when
- 39:04Speaker 1: she looked in the mirror. She ain't gonna know who
- 39:06Speaker 1: she She gonna look real different though. Well, they're gonna
- 39:12Speaker 1: get a divorced. White men don't stay with white with
- 39:18Speaker 1: it wants. They go to jail. And if he do
- 39:23Speaker 1: stay with her, listen to me, because I watched Forensics
- 39:25Speaker 1: and American Greed all the time. If she do come
- 39:30Speaker 1: back home, she needs to pay close attention to the
- 39:33Speaker 1: to the man she married to, because if he started
- 39:36Speaker 1: showing up with a plastic bag, duc take if all
- 39:40Speaker 1: of a sudden he buy a brand new boat, Yeah,
- 39:44Speaker 1: your asses been the closet somewhere, new girl in the
- 39:47Speaker 1: fourteen days, Yeah, you see some twine in there a
- 39:51Speaker 1: couple of cylinder bricks in the bathroom, your asses fenn
- 39:55Speaker 1: to go for a little boat ride? Is everyone clear now?
- 39:59Speaker 1: And what flicted Huffmann as soon as she go in,
- 40:05Speaker 1: all right, thank you, Steve. And from that we go
- 40:12Speaker 1: to this coming up at thirty four after the hour,
- 40:15Speaker 1: a second woman has come forward accusing Antonio Brown of
- 40:19Speaker 1: sexual misconduct. We'll get into right after this. You're listening
- 40:23Speaker 1: to show. A second woman has come forward to accuse
- 40:42Speaker 1: Antonio Brown of sexual misconduct. According to Sports Illustrated, a
- 40:47Speaker 1: new accuser claims that back in twenty seventeen, when Antonio
- 40:51Speaker 1: was playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers, an unnamed woman said
- 40:55Speaker 1: Antonio hired her to paint a mural on a wall
- 40:58Speaker 1: in his Pittsburgh home. The artist claims Antonio stood behind her,
- 41:01Speaker 1: fully naked, holding a small towel over his genitals, over
- 41:05Speaker 1: his private area while she was painting. She went on
- 41:09Speaker 1: to say that Antonio was flirty with her, but she
- 41:12Speaker 1: paid him no mind. The artist also said she never
- 41:15Speaker 1: filed him. Yeah, she said she never filed a police report.
- 41:19Speaker 1: She has no plans to pursue legal action. And then meanwhile, yesterday,
- 41:24Speaker 1: Antonio's lawyer Darren Heitner released a statement saying Antonio Brown
- 41:29Speaker 1: has reviewed the sexual misconduct allegations made by an unnamed
- 41:32Speaker 1: artist in the Sports Illustrated article and denies that he
- 41:35Speaker 1: ever engaged in such activities. So there you go. I
- 41:40Speaker 1: mean she's saying that, okay, but that's the extent of
- 41:44Speaker 1: what she's saying happened. Yeah, well you know it, even
- 41:49Speaker 1: though he denies the allegation. But now let me ask
- 41:51Speaker 1: you a question. This is not in defense of Antonio Brown,
- 41:54Speaker 1: but this woman is she's not pressing charges. No, she
- 41:58Speaker 1: says she's not pressing charge. Um, she doesn't want any money,
- 42:02Speaker 1: you know. Um. She he was flirting with her at
- 42:05Speaker 1: one point. She said she didn't pay him any mind. Yeah,
- 42:09Speaker 1: I don't know. Just she's being interviewed. Yeah, and she
- 42:12Speaker 1: has a right, you know, just like Britney Taylor just
- 42:16Speaker 1: standing behind her like it. That's what she's saying. That's
- 42:19Speaker 1: what she's claiming, that somebody stood behind her, fully naked,
- 42:23Speaker 1: holding a small towel over his private area while she
- 42:27Speaker 1: was painting m This is Yeah, he's denying the allegation.
- 42:34Speaker 1: So what what happened yesterday? Call it didn't The NFL
- 42:37Speaker 1: talked to the first young lady Britney Britney Taylor. Yes,
- 42:40Speaker 1: she had her meeting m and then they also she
- 42:44Speaker 1: declined the offer of uh two million, and she got
- 42:49Speaker 1: married over the weekend as well. She did get me.
- 42:51Speaker 1: She got married. That's an ongoing yes, okay, so well
- 42:57Speaker 1: she turned far from well, but she has stated though
- 43:00Speaker 1: this isn't about criminal charges. She just wants to be compensation.
- 43:05Speaker 1: So that's what it is. First, and so you know victim,
- 43:09Speaker 1: so obviously that she's gonna get some type of check.
- 43:12Speaker 1: Looks like she didn't want the two million, So what
- 43:17Speaker 1: is the number? Yeah, and if if if if, Now
- 43:20Speaker 1: let's just just me thinking and asking a question. Suppose
- 43:26Speaker 1: he gives her five million and she says okay, cool
- 43:29Speaker 1: and walks away. What happens then, I mean, you know,
- 43:33Speaker 1: there was no admission of guilt, There was no, no nothing.
- 43:39Speaker 1: I mean, if if you just if you're trying to
- 43:41Speaker 1: get some money and you stated that you want to
- 43:43Speaker 1: be compensated, and let's say that he comes up with
- 43:46Speaker 1: five million dollars checking right to check for five million,
- 43:49Speaker 1: what happens after that, Well, that is an admission of guilty. Now,
- 43:57Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know what it is. I'm just
- 43:58Speaker 1: asking the question. Yeah, if he pays her. But settlements
- 44:02Speaker 1: don't always mean an admission of guilt. Sometimes you just
- 44:05Speaker 1: want to move on with your life and just put
- 44:08Speaker 1: it behind you. I know a lot of people do
- 44:10Speaker 1: settlements and just so they can move on with their life.
- 44:13Speaker 1: But he did say through his lawyer that he was
- 44:15Speaker 1: going to fight it and fight for other professional athletes
- 44:19Speaker 1: who have been in the same position. The fight has
- 44:21Speaker 1: started with a two million dollar check offer. Yeah, so yeah, no, no,
- 44:27Speaker 1: I don't think that that's the position to take on
- 44:30Speaker 1: a case like this. It would be not be my
- 44:32Speaker 1: suggestion to say that you're going to fight for yourself
- 44:35Speaker 1: and other athletes, because other athletes ain't mentioned in this. Yeah,
- 44:39Speaker 1: this is your case, and you've got to deal with
- 44:41Speaker 1: this on your own, and don't don't try to turn
- 44:43Speaker 1: this into a mission that right. I don't think that's
- 44:46Speaker 1: the smartest way to turn it, Like, like you on
- 44:49Speaker 1: a mission to stop this type of thing. Yeah, no, man,
- 44:52Speaker 1: this accusation is pretty serious. It could cost you your career,
- 44:56Speaker 1: it could be already probably been very mentally damaging to
- 44:59Speaker 1: this one. So this is not the time to create
- 45:02Speaker 1: another mission, right, and you see that you're gonna compensate
- 45:06Speaker 1: the woman so you can get on with your life
- 45:08Speaker 1: and get clear to play. Or this is gonna be
- 45:11Speaker 1: something else. Yeah, that's just my opinion. All right. See,
- 45:14Speaker 1: we're gonna move on here. Nephew Tommy is up next
- 45:17Speaker 1: with the prank phone call right after this. Hi, my
- 45:21Speaker 1: name is Carlos Miller and I'm Chico Bean and I'm
- 45:24Speaker 1: the food with the tattoo. You are in? Now? What time?
- 45:28Speaker 1: And boyd DC on flag you're listening to the Steve
- 45:31Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. You're listening Coming up, guys at the
- 45:51Speaker 1: top of the hour, right about four minutes after. It's
- 45:53Speaker 1: my strawberry letter for today, subjects stuck in an open relationship?

- 46:53Speaker 1: cake was supposed to have hand them ontowna on it,

- 47:02Speaker 1: the life of me believe that this is opper. Were
- 47:04Speaker 1: in her class room, all the classmates in there, some
- 47:07Speaker 1: teachers in there. The principle that came down. We've been
- 47:09Speaker 1: to have cake and ice cream for the kids, but
- 47:12Speaker 1: when they owen up the cake, it's a man's private
- 47:14Speaker 1: part on the cake. What Oh no, sir, No, sir no,
- 47:18Speaker 1: sir no, something No. We have never made a mistake
- 47:21Speaker 1: like that, made that mistake that I've been calling this

- 47:28Speaker 1: And somebody gonna pay for this. I got thirty, I
- 47:31Speaker 1: got thirteen. No, you're gonna have to low it down now, okay,

- 47:39Speaker 1: you should have lord that private part off that cake.
- 47:41Speaker 1: That's where you shoot, sir? What is your name? My

- 47:47Speaker 1: be going? Middle school? Middle school? Now? Where was it delivered? Sir?
- 47:52Speaker 1: I just don't see them sits in right there. You
- 47:54Speaker 1: can't remember. That's how y'all made the damn mistake. So
- 47:57Speaker 1: I please just answer the question so we can get
- 48:00Speaker 1: just settled. Sir. No, what who is the owner there?
- 48:03Speaker 1: Excuse me? I am the owner. My name is Bob. Now,
- 48:06Speaker 1: if you give me the information, I'll try to make
- 48:09Speaker 1: this thing right because it couldn't have been my company.
- 48:11Speaker 1: Are you absolutely sure, sir? I'm positive y'all are the
- 48:14Speaker 1: ones that delivered the damn Okay, listen, I got all
- 48:17Speaker 1: these thirteen year old kids in their chromatized and the
- 48:21Speaker 1: teacher okay, looking at me crazy, I man, sir, but
- 48:27Speaker 1: I need to calm down just for a minute. Let

- 48:34Speaker 1: but I don't think it was my company, okay, because
- 48:36Speaker 1: we've never made a mistake like that. Now we're very
- 48:39Speaker 1: careful with that kind of stuff. Now, sir, hold on
- 48:41Speaker 1: one n come here. Do you know anything about a
- 48:44Speaker 1: case delivery at Hannah, Montana? Cake going to middle school today? Y'all?
- 48:49Speaker 1: Did y'all make any deliveries? Okay, thanks, sir. I just
- 48:52Speaker 1: talked to my driver and he's been with me about
- 48:55Speaker 1: eight years, sir, and we've never had a problem like this.
- 48:57Speaker 1: He's never delivered a cake over there, sir. Are you
- 49:00Speaker 1: sure it was my cousin? Damn show this place, lady.
- 49:04Speaker 1: It's this for your driver line. You know, you know
- 49:07Speaker 1: mistakes can be made, but I can't. I can't make
- 49:10Speaker 1: a mistake that you got a man's private part in
- 49:13Speaker 1: front of a bunch of thirteen ye old kids out
- 49:15Speaker 1: of I can't understand. I would be upset to. I
- 49:17Speaker 1: have children too, so I can understand what you're trying
- 49:19Speaker 1: to say. But what I'm trying to tell you is
- 49:21Speaker 1: this is not my company you're talking about. We wouldn't
- 49:25Speaker 1: have done anything like that I've been in business with
- 49:27Speaker 1: thirteen years. What is your name? My name is Barbara. Okay,
- 49:30Speaker 1: so you're the one behind all of this on this
- 49:33Speaker 1: damn cake. It was full of behind him on panel
- 49:35Speaker 1: and want up be in a man's private part on
- 49:37Speaker 1: the cake. So come on, just stop and think about it.
- 49:41Speaker 1: You know your favor would not deliver high school and
- 49:44Speaker 1: a duck cake to a school. Now I understand you.
- 49:47Speaker 1: Upsis lady? Do you understand what has happened at my
- 49:50Speaker 1: daughter's school? I and I apologize for it, sir, but
- 49:54Speaker 1: I don't believe that you ordered the cake from my company. Okay.

- 50:11Speaker 1: let me know. Okay, I'll be happy to make a
- 50:15Speaker 1: cake for you, sir, and to send it to your daughter.

- 55:45Speaker 1: and hold on tight. We got it for you here.
- 55:47Speaker 1: It is Strawberry letter subject stuck in an open relationship.
- 55:52Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley. Two years ago, I met a guy
- 55:56Speaker 1: on an online site for dating, and we became close
- 55:59Speaker 1: and beginning. He told me that he was in an
- 56:01Speaker 1: open relationship with the woman and he wanted me to
- 56:04Speaker 1: meet her. I agreed since I wasn't looking for anything serious.
- 56:08Speaker 1: I met the girl and she and I have become
- 56:11Speaker 1: the best of friends. When I'm hanging out with her guy,
- 56:14Speaker 1: she's okay with it because she has another special friend
- 56:17Speaker 1: that she kicks it with. We were all okay with
- 56:19Speaker 1: the current arrangement until I got more serious about the
- 56:23Speaker 1: guy and realized I was falling in love with him.
- 56:26Speaker 1: He's a great provider and a great dad, not just
- 56:30Speaker 1: to his own kids, but to my son too. He
- 56:33Speaker 1: tells me he loves me and needs me, and when
- 56:36Speaker 1: I look into his eyes, I feel like he's telling
- 56:40Speaker 1: me the truth. He says that he loves the other
- 56:42Speaker 1: girl too, but his bond with me is stronger. She
- 56:46Speaker 1: has admitted that she's not in love with him, but
- 56:49Speaker 1: she needs him in her life until she gets on
- 56:52Speaker 1: her feet and can take care of herself. He has
- 56:54Speaker 1: been telling me that we will have a future together,
- 56:57Speaker 1: but I don't know if I believe him or he's
- 57:00Speaker 1: just holding onto hope, or if I'm just holding onto
- 57:03Speaker 1: hope and being a fool. I got caught up in
- 57:06Speaker 1: something I thought I could handle, but the open relationship
- 57:10Speaker 1: no longer works for me. I want him all to myself,
- 57:14Speaker 1: but I also want to keep the friendship with his
- 57:16Speaker 1: main girl. I'm also going to be so hurt if
- 57:20Speaker 1: he's been playing me all along just so I won't
- 57:24Speaker 1: leave him. He has the best of both worlds, and
- 57:27Speaker 1: if he and I get together, he might not want
- 57:30Speaker 1: to be in a committed relationship. What should I do?
- 57:33Speaker 1: Do you think I should have a serious talk with
- 57:35Speaker 1: him to see what's up, or just move on and
- 57:37Speaker 1: find a man that doesn't have multiple women. Wow, I'm
- 57:42Speaker 1: so glad. First of all, you're being honest with yourself,
- 57:45Speaker 1: okay about getting caught up. You know you're honest with
- 57:48Speaker 1: yourself about that, because you did get caught up wanting
- 57:50Speaker 1: him all to yourself and not wanting an open relationship. Now,
- 57:54Speaker 1: but you know what you already know the answer to
- 57:57Speaker 1: this question. You already know. I mean you asked, should
- 58:00Speaker 1: you move on and find a man that doesn't have
- 58:02Speaker 1: multiple women? Well, yes, of course, I mean yeah, you
- 58:06Speaker 1: don't want to be in an open relationship. You said it,
- 58:10Speaker 1: that's a quick answer. But before you jump into something else,
- 58:13Speaker 1: you know, with another man, you got to take a
- 58:15Speaker 1: moment to reflect and figure out. You know, how you
- 58:18Speaker 1: got yourself into this situation. You said you weren't looking
- 58:21Speaker 1: for anything serious, and look what happened. Love creeped up
- 58:25Speaker 1: on you. So you're not ready for this kind of relationship.
- 58:29Speaker 1: You don't need to be in any kind of open
- 58:32Speaker 1: relationship because it can happen again and again and again.
- 58:36Speaker 1: You know, you can let him know how you feel.
- 58:38Speaker 1: You know, like you say, he's got the best of
- 58:40Speaker 1: both worlds. He's got you, he's got this other woman,
- 58:43Speaker 1: So what is his incentive for just being with you?
- 58:46Speaker 1: And you don't trust him anyway. You don't trust him.
- 58:49Speaker 1: You're already feeling like he's not telling you the truth,
- 58:52Speaker 1: like he's lying to you, and all of this this
- 58:54Speaker 1: open relationship stuff is not for you. You don't do
- 58:58Speaker 1: open relationships, okay, and that's what this is. And uh,
- 59:01Speaker 1: it doesn't look like he's trying to change anytime soon
- 59:04Speaker 1: because he's happy. He's got the best of both worlds. Steve,
- 59:08Speaker 1: I'm I'm so damn confused. What's wrong this whole letter?
- 59:13Speaker 1: It's just from the time the title stuck in an
- 59:19Speaker 1: open relationship? How are you stuck in something that's open? See,
- 59:24Speaker 1: you're stuck in the dough because it won't open. Your
- 59:28Speaker 1: foot got stuck in the dough because somebody closing order,
- 59:31Speaker 1: your finger stuck in the car door because somebody shitted.
- 59:34Speaker 1: How are you stuck in something that's open? Let's just
- 59:37Speaker 1: start right, Okay, met a guy online h for a
- 59:43Speaker 1: date and then y'all became close. Well, I don't know
- 59:49Speaker 1: what you think that means. Y'all became close, so God,
- 59:52Speaker 1: guess y'all just started having sex. It's just gonna say that.
- 59:56Speaker 1: In the beginning, he told me that he was in
- 59:58Speaker 1: an open relationship with a woman and he wanted me
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: to meet her. I agreed. What this letter is the
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: best letter I've read in a long time. I've never
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: seen more people more agreeable with some BS than this
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: right here. Because this BS. And once you started agreeing
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: to b asked, you must be ready to accept the BS.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: That comes with agreeing to the BS. So when you started,
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: I'm in an old relationship with a moment and I
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: want you to meet her. That was to test to
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: see how far you go. Guess what you said? You
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: meet her and then guess what I agreed? You don't
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: cause you know why. She agreed because she wasn't looking
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: for nothing? Says, well, what was you looking for? Then? You?
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Was you just looking for anything? You must have just
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: been online just looking for anything. Okay, you met the girl.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: She and I have become the best friend. You got
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: to be a boy, one of the loneliest damn people
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: I've never met in your life. You met a dude,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: don't lie that, y'all became close to out having sex.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: Then he told you he was in an olden relationship
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: with another woman. He wanted you to meet her. You
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: agreed because you weren't looking for nothing. Says, You met
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: the girl and now y'all the best of friend. What
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: the hell is wrong here? Everything? When I'm hanging out
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: with her guy, she's okay with it because she got
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: another special friend that she kicking it with me. So, y'all,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: this is just an organized orgy. That's all, this is
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: just just an organized orgy. She got another special friend
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: she kicking it with because she had an open relationship
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: with him, but you didn't got a relationship with him
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: too close to And now you didn't met her because
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: he wanted you to meet her. And now you agreed
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: because you weren't looking for nothing, says now y'all the
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: best of damn friends. Now you'd found out she got
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: another special friend that's kicking it harder than you and
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: your special huh man, this is with this loving hip
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: hop craziness. All right, Hang on, Steve, with your second
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: part of your answer. We're gonna have part two of
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: your response coming up at twenty three after the hour.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: Subject stuck in an open relationship will get back into
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening, all right, Steve. Come on,
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: Let's recap today's strawberry letter. Subject stuck in an open relationship.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: Time this one metist man. Now she's stuck in an
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: open relationship metist man. They got close because they had
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: six He told her she was in an open He
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: was in an open relationship with another woman and wanted
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: them to me. You wasn't looking for none serious, so
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: you agree to meeting. You didn't met her, and now
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: y'all have become the best of friends. Now when you
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: out with her guys, she don't mind because she got
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: another special friend that she kicking it with. That's when
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: we discovered that they're having an organized orange. Then she said.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: We were all okay with the current arrangement until I
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: got most serious about the guy. That's because I was
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: watching one show somewhere. When women have sex, it releases
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: a chemical in their body. The chemical is called oxytocic,
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: and that's it makes you crazy, kind of like oxy moron.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: It's very close to that, And that's very close to
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: an old bleach that we used to you call oxy dog.
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: Oxy dog comes with blue bleaching crystals. And ever take
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: a bath and oxydog and then blue beleaching crystals. You
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: don't swish it around good, Then blue bleaching crystals get
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: stuck in cracks on your body. And I went to
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: school the next day and I didn't know why my
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: ass was hot hot, and one of them, the blue
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: breeching crystals, had got caught in my ass from oxy dot,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: and I was walking down the hallway had melted into
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: the center of my butt and my whole ass just
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: caught on fire. That was from oxy dot. This chemical
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: that releases in women is called up oxytocic. It's a
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: chemical that women release when they have sex that causes
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: them to feel mold than it is love. So that's oxytocic. Yes,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: that's very different from oxydt. So both of them is
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: a burning. And you started falling in love with this guy.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: Now he's now listen to this. He's a great provider.
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: He's a great dad, not just his own kids, to
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: my son too. Who is this man? He's a great lover.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: He got a woman with some babies, He got a
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: woman on the side. He got you on the side
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: to meet the woman on the side, the woman on
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: the side kicking it with another. You didn't fell in
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: love with the man that ain't in love with nobody
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: but his damn self. He tells me he loves me,
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: and when I look in his eyes, I feel like
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: he's telling me the truth. Now, I don't like the
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: personalize letters, but you know how many times out of
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: somebody's eyes and lied to it. I remember I was
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: just caught one time and my hand on the battle
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: and turned right around and told the judge it was
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: not me. I'm telling you, good head well, with tears
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: in my eyes too, it wasn't me. I sound very convinced.
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: And you know this is before forensic science and stuff.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: This nineteen seventy four when I was on trial, and
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: so you know I got off because it wasn't no
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: forensic science or nothing like that. And as he said
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: was he said. She said, his word gives my rug
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: and he already had a record. I didn't I stole
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: the books, but I said he did. And just stay
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: away from oxy dogs crystals. A set of fire to
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: years started killing up about this letter is stupid ass letter.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: I'd rather be talking about the blue bleaching us to
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: that office doll. Anyway, this man looked in eyes and
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: you felt like he's telling truth. He says he loves
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: me and the other girl too, but his bond with
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: me is strong. She has admitted that she's not in
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: love with him, but she needs him in her life
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: until she gets on her feet and can take care
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: of herself. So he sugar dadd in everybody. He paying
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: a little bit here, a little bit there, and he'd
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: do just enough to keep her knee. It's kind of
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: like a bad pay check. You know, you just it's
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: jazz enough to get you to the next check. You
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: can't quit because you gotta get to come to work. Fry,
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Yeah, that's what a bad
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: love he is of a whole ass, sugar daddy. He
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: gives you jazz enough to get to the next check.
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: You know, I've been that too, my sugar daddy. Loved
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: only lasted to Tuesday because I didn't had that much
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: back then. If I gave you enough stress, if I
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: gave it to you go on Sunday, you was out
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: of Monday. On Tuesday, I didn't have enough to lands
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: to the next pay check. I don't know why this
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: letter so personal for me. It's because this letter I
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: don't give a damn about it. I just thought i'd
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: have more fun with it. I just tell you anyway,
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: he's been telling me that he will have that we
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: all have a future together. But I don't know if
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: I believe him or if I'm just holding on the
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: hope and being a fool. Well, if you don't believe him,
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: look back in his eyes, because every time you look
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: into his eyes, it feels like he's telling the truth.
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: So stop looking off and keep looking in his eyes
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: that way. Didn't feel like he's telling you the truth.
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: I got caught up in something I thought I could handle.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: But this over the relationship no longer works for me.
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: I want him all to myself, but I also want
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: to keep the friendship with this main girl. And now,
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: really I think something going on with her and the
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: girl girl, which is cool, probably looked like a better
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: hook up for you. You and the girl out the
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: hook up because he just playing both y'all. Then she says,
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: I'm also going to be so hurt if he's been
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: playing me all along. All y'all play it, yeah from
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: the get goal, So go on and start getting hurt. Anyway,
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: if he and I get together, it might end up
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: in it might not want to be in a commited relationship.
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: What should I do? Do you think I should have
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: a serious talk with him? Why y'all talking now? No,
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: I don't have a serious talk. Keep playing with it
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: because he's playing with you. Yeah, thank you, Steve. You

- 1:08:40Speaker 1: be the same burning ass feeling you're having with him too. Anyway,
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: don't forget to check out the Strawberry Letter podcast undemand
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: coming up at forty six after the hour. Donald Trump's
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: tax returns subpoena by Manhattan DA. We'll talk about that
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. The
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: saga over Donald Trump's tax returns took another turn Monday,
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: when it was revealed that the Manhattan District Attorney's office
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: fired off a subpoena to Trump's accounting firm, calling for
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: the release of eight years eight years of Trump's personal
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: and corporate income tax returns as part of an ongoing probe. Okay,
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: the subpoena was sent last month, it was just made public.
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: DA Cyrus Vans Junior's office is investigating the hush money
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: payments given to porn stars Stormy Daniels and playboy pin
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: up Karen mcdougalld Vans is investigating whether business records related
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: to the payments were falsified by the Trump organization. So
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: we'll see finally, guys, uh, if this is gonna make
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: the Trump team give up his tax returns, He's not
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: turning in his tax years. They don't. They don't obey
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: subpoenis to come and testify. He's got people in the
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: White House he's told not to go to testify on subpoenis.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: He's not turning over his tax reform. You'll never seen
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: his tax return at all, not as long as it
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: ain't right. If we do see him, what they're gonna do.
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: They gonna what they gonna do. They're gonna vote for him.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: His supporters are not going to do any exactly. It's
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: not gonna change anything about it. They're committed to this guy. Yeah.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: I mean, you know, the president is long claim that
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: he's being audited by the IRS. That's why he can't
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: release his tax returns. So yeah, well the longest audited, yeah,
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: in the history. Yeah, and the IRS. This this guy
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: sits in the White House and he does what he
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: wants to do. Absolutely doesn't care anything about protocol, he
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: doesn't care anything about law, he doesn't care anything about subpoenas.
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: He doesn't care anything about what you vote, and he
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: don't care what you think about him dictator mentality, and
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: he's as long as he's president, he can't be indicted.
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: So his whole goal right now is to get reelected
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: so he can stay free for fomo years. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: the truth for sure. I just um, I mean, you
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: know they so at least we know somebody's trying to
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: do something. You know, people aren't just sitting around doing nothing.
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: At least they are investigating and trying to make something happen,
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: even though it's not working. They're not doing anything. They're
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: playing the game. They're just putting out information that they're
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: doing something because they can't make him do anything, and
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: the Senate is not going to force him because that's
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: Republican control. So yes, what are we going to do?
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: We're sitting here watching ourselves as taxpayers, get being done
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: anyway they want to do us right now, Well, we
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: do have our vote, and we could change all of
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: this if we voted in mid terms, if we voted
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: in all these local elections, and if we vote to
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: this president. That's right, all right. Coming up at the
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: top of the hours, Steve the Cleveland Brown fans already
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: jumping off the bandwagon. We'll talk about that when we
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: come back right after this. You're listening, all right, Steve,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: your beloved Cleveland Brown play the New York Jets last
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: night and Monday Night football. Well even before the Steve,
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: come on, you have nothing. What's that? I told you so? Look?
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: Or that self assured look on your face? What is that? Man?
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: We got a problem though, because the next five games
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: is ugly. Man. We playing the Rams, were playing the Seahawks,
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: we playing the Patriots, we playing the Saints. We got trouble. Well,
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: don't get time started on him. Drew Breese thumb, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: that's surgery, man. We got trouble. Yeah. Well, before the
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: season started, Steve, the Browns were expected by many to
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: be a big time force this season, lots of young
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: talent on the team. But then the Browns fans were
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: upset at how they played in Week one and they
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: didn't look so good. They looked pretty bad. Actually, uh,
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: And that's all it took for a bunch of Cleveland
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: fans just to jump off the bandwagon like that. You've
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: been in Cleveland Brown, Yeah, yeah, it ain't hard though, y'all.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: It ain't hard to get off. I'm on the wagon.
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: I stayed on it, yea since Jim Brown. But you
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: know I don't I don't care. But now, what I
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: did decide was the first Sunday when they lost, that
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: the Cleveland Browns will never wreck another Monday. Man. That's
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: what I did now, So I got on up Monday morning.
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: I came to the conclusion, if y'all don't give a
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: damn by winning the game, why shit, Actually that's how
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: you feel. If y'all care about winning, I care about winning.
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: When y'all don't care about winning, I'm through too. What
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: if they care and they still lose? Though that could

- 1:23:00Speaker 1: said at forty nine after the hour you're listening to.
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: All right, here we are Steve. We've come to the
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: end of our show. Wow, a lot of stuff happened
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: on this show today. Uh so here we go with
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: just one more thing in your closing remarks today, I
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: want to talk to something about fear. Yesterday we talked
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: about disappointment. Today I want to talk to you about fear.
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: Fear is a very very real emotion. Everybody experiences it
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: on some level or another. There's not a person alive
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: that does not experience fear on some level. Don't you
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: believe that for a minute. I face it all the time.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: I know a lot of other people who face it.
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: I know some very very successful people who have had
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: to face it and continue to face it. Fear is
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: so big and so prevalent today that the number one
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: cause of failure is fear. Nothing produces more failure than
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: does fear. It is the fear of failure that freezes
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: people before they even start. It is the fear of
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: failure that causes you to second guess. It is the
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: fear of failure that causes you not to want to
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: deal with the rejection and the potential hurt that failure causes.
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: So fear cripples you on so many levels. Fear is
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: the number one cause of failure in this country. Okay,
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: but how is it that some people somehow manage to
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: get by anyway? What is it that you can do
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: that would help you overcome whatever fear you're facing. Well,
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: here's what I was taught, and this has helped me
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: in my life, my career, my family, my jobs, my ambition, everything.
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: To overcome fear, you overcome fear with your dreams. I
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: want y'all to listen to me closely. Now, how do
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: you overcome fear? You overcome fear with your dreams. Steve,
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: how my dreams gonna make me overcome my fear because
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: I want you to listen to me. Because the dream
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: is everything. The Bible says a man without a dream
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: or vision shall perish. The dream is everything. See, if
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: you have no dreams and visions, you will perish. You
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: will die in fear. You will die sitting somewhere in
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: fear without dreams or visions. Dreams are the counterpoint to
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: all fear. Because listen to this. If you dream, I
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: want you to dream so big. I want you to
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: want something so incredible. I want you to dream of
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: having something that's so spectacular that if it doesn't happen,
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: you would be miserable. Man, if I don't make this
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: dream come true, I'm gonna be miserable. I want you
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: to dream so big that not attaining that dream would
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: absolutely be horrible for you. I want you to dream
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: so big that not reaching your dreams is unacceptable. You
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: cannot live in this world without the dream and the vision.
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: You can live in this world without your mother, your father,
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: your brother. You can live in this world without a wife,
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: a husband. You can live in this world without a
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: lot of things. But what you cannot live in this
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: world without is dreams and visions. You will perish without
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: those things. You have to dream or something and want something.
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: That's what keeps pushing you forward. So if you want
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: to overcome your feel you do it with your dreams.
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: Dream big, man, so that and dreams so big that
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: it is unthinkable that you can't have this dream come true.
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: And he decide. Note, God is going to make your
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: dream come true? Business, ain't he? He do it all
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: the time. I'm telling you, man, God does it all
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: the time. He makes people's dreams come true. What are
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: you dreaming about? Explore what you're really dreaming about so
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: you can lose your fear. You're afraid to open your
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: business because if your business fail, you lose the money
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: you saved. And you won't open your business because you'd
- 1:28:20Speaker 1: have to. You might lose your job when your boss
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: find out. Dream bigger, dream of what opening that business
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: could do for you, to feed him of freedom, of
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: the feeling of freedom that you would have, the extra
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: money you can may have, what you could do for
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: your family, the things you can leave a legacy of.
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: Maybe your dream ain't bigger enough. Maybe you got the
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: dream of owning a large company, maybe a mom and
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: pop store. Maybe you dream of climbing the corporate letter.
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: Maybe you're dreaming of becoming the supervisor or the CEO
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: or the company. You got to dream so big, man,
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: that if this dream don't happen, you will be miserable.
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: You have to dream so big that it becomes and
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: it's no way you can accept your life without this dream.
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: Once you can do that, you can press through your fears.
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: You can move forward, you can get on with it.
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: I'm telling y'all, I was taught this to overcome fear.
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: You overcome fear with your dreams. Dream so big that
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: if it don't happen, you will be miserable. Dream so
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: big that if you don't attain it, it'll be horrible.
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: Dream so big that you can't imagine your life without
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: living your dreams. And then guess what it will supply
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: to Fortitude, the strength and the courage to face your
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: fear and move on with your life. Dreams is the
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: key to overcoming your fear. Y'all, have a good weekend.
