Missoula’s City Council is set to approve a $2 million contract for a brand-new 5.4-acre neighborhood park in Northside — replacing the old White Pine Park — complete with playground, sports field, dog park, pavilion, court, walking paths, and bathrooms. JAG Contracting snagged the lowest bid, beating the engineer’s estimate.
