- 0:13Speaker 3: given them.
- 0:15Speaker 4: Black a million bus busy.
- 0:24Speaker 5: Listening to me.
- 0:38Speaker 6: I don't joy joy.
- 0:59Speaker 5: You know you love.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Turn.
- 1:22Speaker 5: You gotta turn.
- 1:40Speaker 1: You have to turn the mouth.
- 1:42Speaker 7: Turn.
- 1:43Speaker 3: You probably got to turn the mouth, turn out to
- 1:46Speaker 3: turn the water.
- 1:47Speaker 5: The mony up, come.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Come out, you'll think, Ah, I sure will. Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 8: You are listening to the voice, Come on now, dig
- 2:08Speaker 8: me one and only Steve Harvey Man got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 8: What God doing, y'all? Huh what he doing? What he
- 2:17Speaker 8: doing in your life? He doing something? He moving, he working.
- 2:20Speaker 8: Don't lose your patience though, see I did that before.
- 2:24Speaker 8: Don't lose your patience. Don't get so sick of waiting
- 2:29Speaker 8: that you take matters into your own hands.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Don't do that. Boy, you blowing it. Listen to me.
- 2:36Speaker 8: You're listening to somebody who's done it that way. I
- 2:40Speaker 8: had a dream, I had a vision. I had some hope,
- 2:43Speaker 8: I have some faith, I have some aspirations. But I
- 2:47Speaker 8: got a little impatient waiting on it. So I tried
- 2:49Speaker 8: a couple other things. Move it along, boy, I can't
- 2:53Speaker 8: tell you how I messed it up.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Then I messed it up.
- 2:55Speaker 8: Then, because God gave me the power of decision, what
- 2:58Speaker 8: I had to do was then after I took matters
- 3:00Speaker 8: into my own hand, messed it up.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Now I guess what. He still got something from me.
- 3:06Speaker 8: But nah, I gotta fix all the mistakes now, I
- 3:08Speaker 8: gotta straighten them out. I gotta suffer some consequences. I
- 3:12Speaker 8: gotta pay for my transgressions, all of that, All of that,
- 3:16Speaker 8: it's gotta go down. You can't do something wrong and
- 3:20Speaker 8: not pay for it. It's just you call it, calma,
- 3:24Speaker 8: call it whatever you want to call it. Every action
- 3:27Speaker 8: has an equal and opposite reaction every action. If it
- 3:32Speaker 8: just stays sunny all the time, you might think it's cool,
- 3:35Speaker 8: but there's gonna be a reaction to it. Ain't no dark,
- 3:38Speaker 8: ain't no shade, ain't no break, ain't no rain. Gonna
- 3:41Speaker 8: be hard if it's just sunny all the time, vice versa.
- 3:46Speaker 8: So you need you need the opposite. You need the
- 3:49Speaker 8: darkness so you can get your break from that sun.
- 3:52Speaker 8: You need the rain so you can nourish the roots
- 3:55Speaker 8: so that sun can it can soak up the sun
- 3:58Speaker 8: and get the benefit of the sun. If you don't
- 4:00Speaker 8: get the opposite, you got a problem, man. And it
- 4:03Speaker 8: happens throughout nature, it happens throughout your life. Don't think
- 4:07Speaker 8: that you can do wrong and not have to pay
- 4:10Speaker 8: for that. You think this is man. We think man,
- 4:15Speaker 8: because we'd have made a decision that we think is
- 4:17Speaker 8: best for us, and no matter how to affect nobody else,
- 4:20Speaker 8: we got the right to.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Make that call. No, you don't.
- 4:23Speaker 8: Whoever is telling you that, whoever's misguiding you into the
- 4:27Speaker 8: gang life, telling you, yeah, man, you need to be
- 4:29Speaker 8: this a way to be down with us.
- 4:30Speaker 2: I'll tell you what.
- 4:31Speaker 8: Get yourself stuck on chuck with that gang. See how
- 4:34Speaker 8: many them be there for you. Oh they'll go around
- 4:36Speaker 8: the corner with you and start shooting. But look, okay,
- 4:39Speaker 8: when it's time to do some time and they can
- 4:42Speaker 8: lessen they sentence.
- 4:43Speaker 2: You gonna get that time. They gonna point their finger
- 4:45Speaker 2: dead at you.
- 4:46Speaker 8: I watched for eight hours all the time, man, I
- 4:48Speaker 8: watch Lock Up Raw all the time, all the time, man,
- 4:52Speaker 8: all the time. Ain't no real cold dudes out there,
- 4:55Speaker 8: just holding to the mantra and sticking to it. Even
- 4:58Speaker 8: the mob turn states evidence go fed all that. Now
- 5:03Speaker 8: we are now the hood, we didnet created this ignorant
- 5:05Speaker 8: mess called no snitching. With that ignorant mess, you don't
- 5:07Speaker 8: even understand. No snitching was created by criminals as a
- 5:11Speaker 8: cold of honor. If you do dirt and you get
- 5:14Speaker 8: busted doing the dirt, don't bring my name up if
- 5:16Speaker 8: I was with you. That's a colde of honor amongst
- 5:18Speaker 8: the thieves. Now, so many code of honor thieves that
- 5:22Speaker 8: then came out of prison. They ain't gotten honor. They
- 5:24Speaker 8: done brought that stuff back to the street. Now that's
- 5:26Speaker 8: all in the neighborhood. No snitching. No snitching, You got
- 5:29Speaker 8: to be crazy. That's for people who disobey the law.
- 5:33Speaker 8: That's who people have made a cold of honor amongst
- 5:35Speaker 8: themselves as thieves. Hey, man, if you get busted, don't
- 5:38Speaker 8: drag me down with you. Just do your time. Oh man,
- 5:41Speaker 8: you can't bring that stuff out here to me. I'm
- 5:43Speaker 8: a law abiding citizen.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Dog.
- 5:45Speaker 8: I'm trying to live right over here, man. I don't
- 5:48Speaker 8: want no crack house up street from my mama's house.
- 5:50Speaker 8: I'm trying to do right out here. Man, you can't
- 5:52Speaker 8: do wrong and expect wrong not to come to you.
- 5:55Speaker 8: You got to make a decision every day to do right.
- 5:59Speaker 8: God ain't got no ping. Text you on dirt. You
- 6:01Speaker 8: got what you got coming. You made a decision. You
- 6:05Speaker 8: go down there to get some you might get got See,
- 6:10Speaker 8: we got to come on. I'm talking to so many
- 6:12Speaker 8: men out here right now. I should have said that
- 6:15Speaker 8: in the beginning, but a conversation that kind of got
- 6:17Speaker 8: away from me. I was gonna talk to you about
- 6:18Speaker 8: something else this morning, but it's just only man. Because
- 6:21Speaker 8: our communities. Man's just going to the pot man, because
- 6:24Speaker 8: it ain't nobody caring about nobody else. Don't nobody care
- 6:29Speaker 8: when they see that young dude over there doing wrong.
- 6:31Speaker 8: Look at them foods over there. Man, go over there
- 6:33Speaker 8: and talk to one of them. Pull them to the side.
- 6:35Speaker 3: Man.
- 6:36Speaker 2: You might not be able to approach the group, but
- 6:38Speaker 2: you can approach an individual. Come in, young man. Let
- 6:41Speaker 2: me talk to you. I saw you the other day. Man.
- 6:43Speaker 8: You look like you got something going on in your life.
- 6:45Speaker 8: What's happening with you? Let me talk to you, man,
- 6:47Speaker 8: Let me share something I learned I was doing what
- 6:50Speaker 8: you was doing.
- 6:51Speaker 2: You know.
- 6:51Speaker 8: It's like Tommy did a prank phone call one time
- 6:53Speaker 8: as a limo driver and the dude. The prank was
- 6:58Speaker 8: he called this limo company to ask this limo driver
- 7:02Speaker 8: to take him to this location late at night, and
- 7:06Speaker 8: the limo driver got a young business he going, yeah, okay,
- 7:08Speaker 8: I got you. I don't normally work like that. But
- 7:11Speaker 8: how long you need it? He say, for just about
- 7:12Speaker 8: an hour? He said, well, I'm gonna have to charge
- 7:14Speaker 8: you for the full three though, because a three hour minimum.
- 7:17Speaker 8: Tommy told him, now, I just need it for one hours.
- 7:19Speaker 8: He said, okay, I'll give you a break.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Young man. You're trying to do something.
- 7:22Speaker 8: Where you want to go? He gave an address. The
- 7:25Speaker 8: man stopped writing. He said, that's a bank. He said, yeah.
- 7:29Speaker 8: He said, you want to go to the bank at
- 7:31Speaker 8: twelve thirty at night. He said, yeah, and I'm gonna
- 7:35Speaker 8: be in for a few minutes. And when I come
- 7:37Speaker 8: out that bank, I need for you to flow it.
- 7:41Speaker 2: That to do with the limo. He stopped writing.
- 7:43Speaker 8: He said, hold on, hold on, man, you want me
- 7:47Speaker 8: to take you to a bank twelve thirty at night.
- 7:50Speaker 8: You gonna be in there for a few minutes and
- 7:52Speaker 8: you gonna come out, and you want me to flow it.
- 7:55Speaker 8: He said, sir, I don't do stuff like that. He said,
- 7:58Speaker 8: you got the wrong company. He said, what made you?
- 8:00Speaker 8: He said, hey, man, don't worry about that. You a
- 8:02Speaker 8: limo come to you.
- 8:03Speaker 2: Just drive. He stopped and took the time out. He said,
- 8:06Speaker 2: young man, let me tell you something. He said.
- 8:09Speaker 8: I've been down before, I've been locked up before. It
- 8:12Speaker 8: ain't pretty. He said, that's what's wrong with you young
- 8:15Speaker 8: people today. Instead of going to get a job, trying
- 8:17Speaker 8: to work your way, you're always looking for some fast money.
- 8:20Speaker 8: He said, I'm gonna tell you what I already know.
- 8:22Speaker 8: Don't go down there messing with them people's money like
- 8:24Speaker 8: that because they love that money way more than they
- 8:26Speaker 8: love you, and they gonna do something to you down there. Now,
- 8:29Speaker 8: you stop this foolishness. And I'm not caring you know where,
- 8:32Speaker 8: but I'm gonna take a little bit of time out
- 8:34Speaker 8: to tell you something. Don't go down here with messing
- 8:37Speaker 8: with these people's money because it ain't gonna go good.
- 8:40Speaker 8: They gonna take care of their business when they come
- 8:42Speaker 8: to that money. Tommy kept insisting to this man to
- 8:44Speaker 8: pick him up in the limo. It was a plank
- 8:46Speaker 8: phone call. But the point I'm making is the man
- 8:49Speaker 8: took our time. He could have just hung the phone up.
- 8:51Speaker 2: But you know what he said.
- 8:52Speaker 8: He said, hold up, young man, let me hip you
- 8:54Speaker 8: to something. Because the brother had been locked up before.
- 8:57Speaker 8: He said, no, no, no, see, I've done that when
- 8:59Speaker 8: I was young. Now I'm gonna stop it, and I'm
- 9:00Speaker 8: gonna take some moment out to tell you I'm up here,
- 9:03Speaker 8: working man, trying to earn an honest living. I ain't
- 9:05Speaker 8: going back down there because I don't. They make you
- 9:08Speaker 8: eat what they want you to eat. You don't want
- 9:09Speaker 8: the food. You got to get up when they say
- 9:11Speaker 8: get up. You gotta stay where they say stay, live
- 9:13Speaker 8: with who they say live. He said, man, you don't
- 9:15Speaker 8: want that, and he just tried to talk the young
- 9:18Speaker 8: man out of me. You can change a young man's
- 9:20Speaker 8: mind with a conversation. A conversation can change a young
- 9:24Speaker 8: man's mind. Most of these young men that are misguided
- 9:27Speaker 8: ain't having conversations with real men. They just not having them.
- 9:32Speaker 8: And it's up to us, who know what manhood is
- 9:34Speaker 8: is to start delivering the message. The problem that we
- 9:37Speaker 8: have in our communities we can solve ourselves. It's to
- 9:40Speaker 8: escalate it to a point because we who are men
- 9:43Speaker 8: won't stop on our corporate climb and our day to
- 9:46Speaker 8: day making money and trying to ball out. We won't
- 9:49Speaker 8: stop and grab some of these young soldiers and tell
- 9:51Speaker 8: them the truth about manhood.
- 9:53Speaker 2: That's the real deal. Okay, Sah, I went there. I
- 9:55Speaker 2: don't know where they came from.
- 9:57Speaker 7: You're listening.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Morning show, ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:03Speaker 8: The time has come to give thanks and honor to
- 10:07Speaker 8: a God that's worthy. I really don't care what you
- 10:10Speaker 8: call him, but please do call her. Tell him thank
- 10:14Speaker 8: you today. Tell him how much you appreciate the rise
- 10:17Speaker 8: of a new day. Tell him how much you appreciate
- 10:20Speaker 8: all he's ever done for you. Tell him how much
- 10:22Speaker 8: you appreciate everything you're going through, the good and the bad,
- 10:26Speaker 8: because guess what, He gonna get you through that like
- 10:29Speaker 8: he done got you through every other thing. And always
- 10:32Speaker 8: remember this, This too shall pass. I'm talking to myself
- 10:36Speaker 8: this morning, but I'm just saying it out loud for
- 10:39Speaker 8: everybody to get the same lesson. I'm learning, This too
- 10:42Speaker 8: shall pass. Might not pass when you want it to pass,
- 10:45Speaker 8: but this too shall pass. And for some reason, God
- 10:50Speaker 8: has a purpose for it all, anything that's happening in
- 10:53Speaker 8: your life that He's allowing to happen. It has a purpose,
- 10:57Speaker 8: It has a divine purpose. It is preparing you. I
- 11:01Speaker 8: once read somewhere that said everything you're going through is
- 11:05Speaker 8: preparing you for what you ask God for. I don't
- 11:08Speaker 8: know what I asked God for for this here, for
- 11:12Speaker 8: whatever it is, I sure can't wait to see it.
- 11:15Speaker 8: So man, thank you, Thank you for the good, the bad,
- 11:18Speaker 8: the different, the indifferent, the imperfect, all of it.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Because you know, at the end of the day, at
- 11:25Speaker 2: least I'm here.
- 11:26Speaker 8: Steve Harvey Morning Show, Shirley Strawberry calling frail Mississippi Monica
- 11:30Speaker 8: Junior government name kills spates, the legend, the growing legend
- 11:35Speaker 8: that is nephew Tommy Junior.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, what's on your mind today?
- 11:43Speaker 9: You know, man, you know it's really it's really crazy.
- 11:45Speaker 3: Man.
- 11:45Speaker 9: I forgive you for yesterday.
- 11:47Speaker 2: You know, I forgive you for it. I didn't ask you.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Go ahead, thank you where.
- 11:52Speaker 9: You gonna get it, you get We will give you that, man,
- 11:55Speaker 9: But forget that. Yeah forgiving him for what? Yes, but yeah,
- 11:59Speaker 9: for talking out my headline.
- 12:01Speaker 10: I do it.
- 12:01Speaker 9: I forgive you for that, you know.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, you.
- 12:05Speaker 11: Have to because that's what the person who teach on forgiveness.
- 12:09Speaker 11: Don't forgive, but I'll remind him why he forgive, you know,
- 12:13Speaker 11: like he should have said I'm sorry to me.
- 12:15Speaker 9: That what he should have said, but he didn't do it.
- 12:17Speaker 9: But I forgive him for not doing his job.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Well, let me say this, though it tat me. Ask
- 12:24Speaker 2: you a question, the reason you're forgiven me? Have you noticed.
- 12:32Speaker 9: What you're trying to say?
- 12:33Speaker 1: He's not in denial of.
- 12:36Speaker 2: What you I mean. I appreciate you forgiving me, but
- 12:40Speaker 2: I do want you to maybe have you you know?
- 12:43Speaker 9: Okay, so now you just gonna double down.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Now, now, now you just gonna double that.
- 12:48Speaker 3: Hell, I know it.
- 12:51Speaker 9: I don't see nothing wrong.
- 12:53Speaker 3: What what did you saying?
- 12:54Speaker 1: I'm running wrong?
- 12:56Speaker 8: I don't see nothing wrong either, But the key word
- 12:59Speaker 8: is to begin that said, I don't see nothing. I
- 13:05Speaker 8: had some half so many years of yeah, yeah, it's
- 13:12Speaker 8: hell one. You're like, I ain't saying nothing right or wrong?
- 13:15Speaker 8: But you know, I mean, Tommy, have you seen it?
- 13:25Speaker 9: Tell me?
- 13:25Speaker 2: Have you so many years of.
- 13:29Speaker 8: My handline creeps running back on me? Sonny web back
- 13:35Speaker 8: near by.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Minutes after he runs that pank.
- 13:43Speaker 7: You're listening Morning show.
- 13:46Speaker 12: It is time now for the nephew to run that
- 13:49Speaker 12: prank back. Nephew, what you got for us today?
- 13:52Speaker 2: Who may you?
- 13:55Speaker 10: You?
- 13:57Speaker 2: You're talking about me? All right?
- 13:59Speaker 9: This right here is Jean. I got your girl, Jean,
- 14:04Speaker 9: I got your girl, cat dog.
- 14:07Speaker 2: If you would hello, speedy Jean, my name Vernon.
- 14:14Speaker 13: Brother was playing what's going on?
- 14:15Speaker 2: I need to holler at you for a minute, my man?
- 14:18Speaker 13: About what?
- 14:18Speaker 9: I want to holler at you about your wife? So
- 14:20Speaker 9: you got a minute. I don't even know how to
- 14:23Speaker 9: break this to your dog. I just want to be
- 14:25Speaker 9: straight up with you, man. Me and your wife been
- 14:27Speaker 9: kind of seeing each other, and really she want to
- 14:32Speaker 9: let you go. But she ain't, you know, she really
- 14:34Speaker 9: ain't got it got it up in or to say
- 14:37Speaker 9: she won't to let you go. So I'm coming to
- 14:40Speaker 9: you like a man and letting you know, you know
- 14:42Speaker 9: that she really wanted to shut it down with you.
- 14:45Speaker 9: We've been seeing each other for a minute now, so
- 14:49Speaker 9: I don't know how we can, you know, I'm just
- 14:51Speaker 9: coming at you like a man, brother, trying to let
- 14:53Speaker 9: you know she don't even really want you no more.
- 14:56Speaker 9: You know, we done talked about it, talked about it,
- 15:00Speaker 9: and uh, I'm just trying to get it all.
- 15:02Speaker 2: I know, I'm tired.
- 15:04Speaker 9: I'm tired of hiding with it. Really, okay, okay, well
- 15:08Speaker 9: you know it's a lot smoother than I expected.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Player, man, it is what it is. It is what
- 15:15Speaker 2: it is.
- 15:15Speaker 9: I mean, long as long as you, long as you cool,
- 15:18Speaker 9: I thought, you know, I just want to be a
- 15:20Speaker 9: man called and how I let.
- 15:21Speaker 2: You let you know? Have you seen her today?
- 15:23Speaker 13: And where are you from?
- 15:24Speaker 2: Jersey? I'm up around Newark.
- 15:28Speaker 13: Yeah, I mean you said it's a lot smootherer than
- 15:30Speaker 13: you thought it was gonna be.
- 15:31Speaker 9: Well, you know, anytime something another man from the call,
- 15:34Speaker 9: another man by his wife, I mean, yeah, you don't
- 15:37Speaker 9: expect it to be nothing. You know, pretty simple, that's
- 15:39Speaker 9: for sure. I didn't contemplate it a long time by
- 15:42Speaker 9: calling you, so you know today I just said to
- 15:44Speaker 9: hell with it. So I've been had your number. I
- 15:49Speaker 9: had your number a long time.
- 15:54Speaker 13: All right, Now you say you're looking, Uh, it's a
- 15:56Speaker 13: lot smooth than you thought it was gonna be. It
- 15:58Speaker 13: ain't that smooth. But you know you don't you know,
- 16:02Speaker 13: like the thing is, you got one up on it
- 16:04Speaker 13: because you know my information, y'all's all come for you.
- 16:07Speaker 9: Okay, wait, wait, wait, hold up now good? You feel
- 16:11Speaker 9: like no, hold up because you feel like you need
- 16:15Speaker 9: to be looking for me or something. Brother, Look, look,
- 16:18Speaker 9: let's check this out. This is a decision that the
- 16:20Speaker 9: wife has made. You understand what I'm saying. So you
- 16:23Speaker 9: have no reason to be mad at me about anything.
- 16:26Speaker 9: You have no reason to be coming looking for me
- 16:28Speaker 9: or any information on me, because see, when that happens,
- 16:30Speaker 9: then it's gonna really get stinky up in here.
- 16:32Speaker 2: And I'm trying not to let that happen. That's why
- 16:34Speaker 2: I'm calling you like a man.
- 16:35Speaker 13: Brother, Trust me, Fan, it ain't nothing that I'm never
- 16:38Speaker 13: worried about.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Okay.
- 16:40Speaker 9: Well, I'm just letting you know, man, I'm letting you
- 16:42Speaker 9: know up front. She with me and her contemplated a
- 16:44Speaker 9: long time. Yalla, YadA.
- 16:45Speaker 2: So now you know here we are. So I said,
- 16:47Speaker 2: you know, what the hell with it, I'm calling today, y'all.
- 16:51Speaker 13: Should diet this on the phone together out of respect
- 16:53Speaker 13: that both y'all a lot more.
- 16:54Speaker 9: Okay, Well, you know, and then you know, if that's

- 34:32Speaker 12: the show, Usher walked up to Gabrielle to sing to her,
- 34:35Speaker 12: but then stopped. Usher said, let's not get carried away.
- 34:38Speaker 12: You know this is Dwayne Wade. I ain't crazy. This

- 36:28Speaker 12: Ali or Michigan's Fab five. Some kind of haterism. The
- 36:32Speaker 12: article went on to say, Coach Prime's excellence will continue
- 36:36Speaker 12: to be a source spot for racist and there's nothing
- 36:39Speaker 12: that they can do about.

- 53:55Speaker 2: can here. It is strawberry letter.
- 53:57Speaker 1: Thanking f you.
- 53:58Speaker 12: Subject he hid all of my pajamas. Dear Stephen Shirley.
- 54:02Speaker 12: I've been married for three years, and before our wedding,
- 54:05Speaker 12: my husband and I practiced celibacy. We had sex a
- 54:09Speaker 12: few times when we were dating, but we decided to
- 54:11Speaker 12: save the good stuff for marriage and we stopped having sex.
- 54:15Speaker 12: Our wedding night was full of fireworks and magic because
- 54:18Speaker 12: we had been saving up for that night. I'm so
- 54:20Speaker 12: happy to report that our intimacy is still great and
- 54:24Speaker 12: he continues.
- 54:25Speaker 1: To surprise me in the bedroom.
- 54:27Speaker 12: The only thing is that he also has become very
- 54:31Speaker 12: comfortable with his body, which is not all that sexy.
- 54:35Speaker 12: He's got the typical forty five year old belly and
- 54:37Speaker 12: boobies that come from eating bad and not working out.
- 54:42Speaker 12: I'm not one to talk because I've got a tummy
- 54:44Speaker 12: in love handles. We are not the sexy couple that
- 54:47Speaker 12: needs to be walking around naked, but he loves to
- 54:50Speaker 12: be nude whenever he's lounging around he's naked. We each
- 54:54Speaker 12: have a throw that we use to protect the furniture
- 54:57Speaker 12: from our nakedness. I am not comfort with it, but
- 55:01Speaker 12: I'm trying to please him. I do draw the line
- 55:03Speaker 12: at sleeping naked, and he hates it because he is
- 55:06Speaker 12: heavier than he's ever been. He gets hot at night
- 55:09Speaker 12: and he has the air on sixty eight. He also
- 55:12Speaker 12: turned the ceiling fan on during the hotter nights this
- 55:15Speaker 12: past summer, so I started back wearing pajamas. I love
- 55:19Speaker 12: the feel of my soft pajamas against my skin, but
- 55:22Speaker 12: he hates them. He refused to let me wear pajamas,
- 55:25Speaker 12: but I put them on anyway because I was cold.
- 55:29Speaker 12: Guess what this selfish man did. He hid all of
- 55:33Speaker 12: my pajamas from me. He thinks it's a funny praying,
- 55:36Speaker 12: and I think it's selfish of him to do me
- 55:39Speaker 12: like that. I walk around naked for him, but he
- 55:41Speaker 12: can't let me have pajamas at night. Should I buy
- 55:44Speaker 12: new pajamas and lock them up? Or should I stop
- 55:47Speaker 12: playing the naked game for him?
- 55:48Speaker 7: With him?
- 55:49Speaker 12: Please advise, Okay, you're already naked. I mean you shouldn't
- 55:54Speaker 12: have to be cold at night too. I mean it
- 55:56Speaker 12: is selfish of your husband not to take your feelings
- 55:59Speaker 12: into consideration, and you should be. You should both be
- 56:02Speaker 12: getting something out of this situation. You're doing all this
- 56:05Speaker 12: for him. He's getting everything he wants, all the naked
- 56:08Speaker 12: he wants. But you're freezing at night. You're cold, and
- 56:11Speaker 12: you said it's way out of your comfort zone anyway,
- 56:14Speaker 12: because you guys don't have these sexy bodies, So you
- 56:18Speaker 12: got to talk to him, tell him it's too cold
- 56:20Speaker 12: without your pjs.
- 56:21Speaker 1: You should either walk.
- 56:22Speaker 12: Around naked and then at night sleep with your pjs,
- 56:25Speaker 12: or sleep without your pjs at night and wear nothing
- 56:28Speaker 12: around the house in the daytime. Or what about another
- 56:31Speaker 12: kind of compromise, wear some sexy lingerie instead of being
- 56:34Speaker 12: completely naked all the time, or another compromise, sleep naked
- 56:39Speaker 12: and just bring an extra blanket at night so you
- 56:42Speaker 12: won't get cold when he turns the air on and
- 56:44Speaker 12: the ceiling fan.
- 56:45Speaker 3: Steve, what.
- 56:49Speaker 4: What?
- 56:49Speaker 10: What?
- 56:51Speaker 2: Well off table? Come on?
- 56:53Speaker 8: They've been married three years. Just let's let's just get
- 56:56Speaker 8: some bad facts out here right now. Been married for
- 56:59Speaker 8: three years. Before I wed, my husband and I practice celibacy.
- 57:09Speaker 10: That's it.
- 57:11Speaker 3: That's it.
- 57:13Speaker 8: Before we got married, we they had sex a few
- 57:17Speaker 8: times and then shut it.
- 57:19Speaker 2: Off and saved all sexual.
- 57:21Speaker 8: Activities until we got married. Damn it, now we married.
- 57:28Speaker 8: All this celibacy, you know, I'm playing this hit game,
- 57:33Speaker 8: all the celibacy game.
- 57:35Speaker 2: I'm playing. Damn it, let's get it. Necker naked now.
- 57:45Speaker 8: Neked watching TV, naked standing in refrigerator, naked frying chicken.
- 57:54Speaker 2: Ouch, neked eating seal. I'm on neckd watching.
- 57:59Speaker 3: The New.
- 58:02Speaker 2: Answer to the Dog. Picked my mama's arm box? Naked, Nick,
- 58:07Speaker 2: walk my ass down to that mailbox. Nackad, make me proud.
- 58:13Speaker 8: I'm rolled in the garbage can after back put it
- 58:16Speaker 8: in the front.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Nackad. Yes, I greet the mailman at the dog nackad.
- 58:27Speaker 2: Nick ahead, your mama come over.
- 58:32Speaker 1: I put some on.
- 58:35Speaker 2: As soon as you leave. I'm naked.
- 58:42Speaker 8: You came up with your guys. We're gonna be celebrate.
- 58:49Speaker 8: I've been waiting all this time. Nine you wants to
- 58:53Speaker 8: come in here at night and put some dowmn.
- 59:00Speaker 3: So now you mad?
- 59:01Speaker 2: Because he and here's the pajamas. I got news for you.
- 59:07Speaker 2: What are these pajamas for?
- 59:12Speaker 1: Because she's old.
- 59:14Speaker 2: He's slowing this down.
- 59:17Speaker 8: He's slowing this down because all this is unbutton and
- 59:21Speaker 8: we ain't even got to do it.
- 59:24Speaker 2: You know what we in he'll fall. Let's get started.
- 59:30Speaker 2: These pajamas is in the way. Now, that's the case
- 59:36Speaker 2: at hand.
- 59:38Speaker 8: Let's review a couple of facts, and we're gonna have
- 59:43Speaker 8: to get into this when we come back. But we
- 59:45Speaker 8: have a major problem. He got the typical forty five
- 59:54Speaker 8: year old belly.
- 59:56Speaker 2: That comes from eating bad and not working out.
- 1:00:01Speaker 8: And she got a little tunnet and some love handle,
- 1:00:05Speaker 8: and she say, we're not the second couple that need
- 1:00:07Speaker 8: to be walking around naked when we come back.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: Tell you what's going on here?
- 1:00:11Speaker 14: Now?
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: What really happened?
- 1:00:12Speaker 15: All right?
- 1:00:13Speaker 12: Uh, we'll have part two of Steve's response coming up
- 1:00:16Speaker 12: in twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry letter,
- 1:00:19Speaker 12: subject he hit all my pajamas. We'll get back into
- 1:00:22Speaker 12: it right after this.
- 1:00:23Speaker 7: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:00:27Speaker 12: All right, Steve, come on, let's recap today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:00:30Speaker 12: The subject is he hid all of my pajamas.
- 1:00:33Speaker 8: Very quickly, let's go over this couple's been married three years.
- 1:00:36Speaker 8: Before they got married, they practiced celabus. She didn't say
- 1:00:40Speaker 8: how long this celibacy going on. But we married, so
- 1:00:44Speaker 8: homeboy got it in his mind. Ain't no more cellabus.
- 1:00:49Speaker 8: We ain't practicing folk play.
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: We ain't doing none of that. It's own and cracking.
- 1:00:57Speaker 8: So now he has decided that they gonna walk around naked,
- 1:01:01Speaker 8: and you have decided to walk around naked with you
- 1:01:05Speaker 8: and y'all got throws to protect the furniture when you're
- 1:01:08Speaker 8: sitting up Nicker, he do everything niked. We went over
- 1:01:12Speaker 8: a bunch of stuff on the previous break. He go
- 1:01:15Speaker 8: the dot, nickd roll the garbage out. Niggas sitting up
- 1:01:20Speaker 8: on that toe Roe riding lawn more, nickad o all
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: our back by the pool, nickad sunbathing on the back porch,
- 1:01:31Speaker 8: neckad garden. It naked, Nicked, just naked because he is
- 1:01:39Speaker 8: making up for lost time.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: Now you naked too. But now here's what the clock.
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: In your letter you said the only thing that he
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: has become awfully.
- 1:01:53Speaker 8: Comfortable with his body open. Well, what kind of body
- 1:01:58Speaker 8: were talking about him? According to her, he's got the
- 1:02:01Speaker 8: typical forty five year old belly and booby that come
- 1:02:04Speaker 8: from eating bad and not working out. Now I'm not
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: wanting to talk because I got a tummy and love him.
- 1:02:14Speaker 8: We are not the sexy couple that needs to be
- 1:02:16Speaker 8: walking around next. Oh so now let's get into real suta.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: See what really got wrong? Is he done? Got comfortable? Fellas?
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: I want to make you aware of what nickd comfortable
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: look like. Talk to him.
- 1:02:33Speaker 8: When you're sitting on the couch comfortable. You ain't paying
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: attention to your posture. When you slump your stomach, that's
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: what's happening. You're hiding body parts.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: Now you got booby, can't You can't believe me the
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: same booby.
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: That's what she said. He got booby. That's another word
- 1:03:01Speaker 8: for mad boot. So now y'all don't look sexy. You
- 1:03:06Speaker 8: even said you got a little tommy and some love.
- 1:03:10Speaker 8: But y'all fat ass and got comforted.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: Oh I know how he feels.
- 1:03:16Speaker 8: Forty five fat ass, probably going up steps squeezing. Lord Lord, girl,
- 1:03:22Speaker 8: don't have no comfort because company will come over and
- 1:03:27Speaker 8: put your ass on blasts.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: Next thing you'll know.
- 1:03:31Speaker 8: You think you being kind to people and they walk
- 1:03:34Speaker 8: around passing judgment on your head.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: Oh that's what we're doing. That's wheezing.
- 1:03:39Speaker 8: As sitting up in here, can't even walk up steps
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: wheeze cause he's big, he wheezes, and she's sitting over there.
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: She got a little Tommy in love handles. Ain't nothing
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: wrong with that. Lady got a little thing going on.
- 1:03:54Speaker 8: Ain't nothing wrong with that. But now y'all done got
- 1:03:57Speaker 8: comfort and here's the proper So now they say, but
- 1:04:03Speaker 8: I do draw the line at sleeping naked. And he
- 1:04:06Speaker 8: hates how you thinking we're not gonna sleeep NexTag, she said,
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: because he's heavier than he's ever been. He get hot
- 1:04:14Speaker 8: at night, and he got the air on sixty eight,
- 1:04:17Speaker 8: big boy, and swollen his ass up to the point
- 1:04:20Speaker 8: where he brings he got sleep at me a tooth.
- 1:04:24Speaker 8: He wheezing, he's snoring. He fat, he overweight, and he
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: don't want you.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: To have on no clothes. He lord have mercy.
- 1:04:33Speaker 8: He's also turned the ceiling fan on doing the hottid
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: nights this past summer.
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: So I started wearing pajamas.
- 1:04:40Speaker 8: I love the feel of my soft pajamas against my skin,
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: and he hate He refused to let me wear pajamas,
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: but I put him on anyway because I was cold.
- 1:04:49Speaker 8: Guess what this selfish man did. He hid all my
- 1:04:52Speaker 8: pajamas from me. He thinks it's a funny print, and
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: I think it's selfish for him.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Do me like that?
- 1:04:57Speaker 8: I walk around naked for him, but he can't let
- 1:05:00Speaker 8: me have pajamas at night. Should I buy new pajamas
- 1:05:02Speaker 8: and lock them up? Or should I stop playing the
- 1:05:05Speaker 8: neckad game with him?

- 1:06:46Speaker 1: I heard?
- 1:06:48Speaker 5: Oh? J.
- 1:06:48Speaker 11: Simps Is said he tried to avoid going out in
- 1:06:51Speaker 11: Los Angeles because he's scared he may be sitting down
- 1:06:54Speaker 11: next to the killer.
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: Mayor got to him though.
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: He's not to the end though.
- 1:07:04Speaker 8: Yeah, let me, boy, I know he ain't said that. Oh,
- 1:07:10Speaker 8: let me throw you a couple of clues. Notice, ain't
- 1:07:12Speaker 8: nobody being killed over that, sir?
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: That's what he said. The case has been solved. That's
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: one I don't know if you notice. Yeah, ain't been
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: a murder over that since yeah, uh.
- 1:07:28Speaker 9: Huh, yeah, yeah, ain't nobody been arrested.
- 1:07:32Speaker 8: Yeah, and he can't go sit down in the restaurant
- 1:07:35Speaker 8: because they ain't a whole lot of people serve today.
- 1:07:39Speaker 9: He got away with double hand.
- 1:07:41Speaker 8: This is one of the workers going there talking to
- 1:07:42Speaker 8: the owner of the restaurant. Excuse me, Oh j just
- 1:07:44Speaker 8: walked in.
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: Get the knight, get all that silvil wife, that table.
- 1:07:56Speaker 8: Stupid, terrible, It's funny. Yeah, I feed you, but your
- 1:08:08Speaker 8: answer is easy with a spoon. I'm telling you that
- 1:08:10Speaker 8: right now.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: I don't give it. Damn what you order, you're getting
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: a spoon. I don't know why he wie sit down.
- 1:08:19Speaker 9: Alright, Well forget that.
- 1:08:21Speaker 11: Let me ask you about a few players in the
- 1:08:22Speaker 11: yes that needed this week that's gonna be playing.
- 1:08:25Speaker 9: Let's just tell me if they're going to have a
- 1:08:26Speaker 9: good week, bad week.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:08:28Speaker 9: Just tell what you see. Zach Wilson, Jets quarterback.
- 1:08:32Speaker 8: Zach Wilson can't have he can't have a good day,
- 1:08:35Speaker 8: that longer week. Okay, that guy he got to figure
- 1:08:40Speaker 8: out as a quarterback. You know his job is to
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: throw the ball. No, that's one thing that's true. Russell Wilson.
- 1:08:48Speaker 8: I like Russell Man. Rus Russ ain't that bad. They
- 1:08:50Speaker 8: ain't got no defense. They got seventy points scored on it.
- 1:08:53Speaker 8: If you scored twenty some points, you could win the game.
- 1:08:56Speaker 8: Text Russell Wilson scored twenty some points, he should win.
- 1:09:00Speaker 8: Your defense gave up seven. They're just scoring like they won't.
- 1:09:04Speaker 7: This unbelievable.
- 1:09:06Speaker 9: Another player of Justin Fields.
- 1:09:09Speaker 8: Justin Fields is a good player, man, But I think
- 1:09:11Speaker 8: he's being over coaching. I think the comedy made about
- 1:09:14Speaker 8: the coaches was simply saying he's got all these coaches
- 1:09:17Speaker 8: instructions in his head instead of playing his game, play
- 1:09:19Speaker 8: a game.
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: He in trumple though Chicago a lot. Okay.
- 1:09:24Speaker 9: Travis Kelsey with Taylor Swift.
- 1:09:27Speaker 8: If you was a Travis Kelsey, life ain't never been
- 1:09:29Speaker 8: this good. Travis living his best life and not break
- 1:09:35Speaker 8: up with.
- 1:09:37Speaker 12: Coming up at the top of the hour, Steve, someone
- 1:09:39Speaker 12: wants some social media advice. The man says, my wife
- 1:09:41Speaker 12: wants a three way with another woman, but I'm not
- 1:09:44Speaker 12: down with it.
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:09:47Speaker 7: You're listening Hard Morning show.
- 1:09:52Speaker 12: Okay, Steve, this is Patrick from Steve Harvey FM. Patrick says, Okay,
- 1:09:57Speaker 12: I know this is going to sound crazy, but I
- 1:10:00Speaker 12: a problem that most guys I know would say is
- 1:10:03Speaker 12: most definitely not a problem. My wife and I had
- 1:10:06Speaker 12: a few bottles of wine last weekend when she admitted
- 1:10:09Speaker 12: to me that she's always wanted to be with a
- 1:10:11Speaker 12: woman and always wanted to try a threesome. The conversation
- 1:10:16Speaker 12: ended with her asking me if I would consider making
- 1:10:19Speaker 12: it happen.
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: So both of us could be happy.
- 1:10:22Speaker 12: While I admit I have fantasized about this exact scenario,
- 1:10:26Speaker 12: what guy hasn't. In thinking about it, I realized that
- 1:10:30Speaker 12: I love my wife too much to share her with
- 1:10:32Speaker 12: anyone else in that way, even if it meant checking
- 1:10:35Speaker 12: a big box off my sexual bucket list. How do
- 1:10:38Speaker 12: I handle this and tell her no, Well.
- 1:10:41Speaker 8: Brou you got to suggest that you love her too
- 1:10:45Speaker 8: much and you don't want to share with nobody.
- 1:10:48Speaker 14: You know.
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: Problem is she wants to be shared. That's your damn problem.
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: You over there, little miss, little miss Christmas over there,
- 1:11:00Speaker 8: you get a gift, You get a gift. You know, so,
- 1:11:06Speaker 8: I don't you know, y'all should have had this talk
- 1:11:08Speaker 8: for y'all got married. There wasn't no bottle of wine.
- 1:11:10Speaker 8: It's been going on for a while. Yeah, wine, This
- 1:11:16Speaker 8: ain't wine. This ain't got nothing to do with wine.
- 1:11:19Speaker 8: But you've been thinking has nothing to do with wine.
- 1:11:22Speaker 8: The wine bought it out. So I have a couple
- 1:11:26Speaker 8: of suggestions for you. Number one, y'all got to stop drinking.
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: One thing.
- 1:11:37Speaker 8: The next thing I think y'all should do is y'all
- 1:11:42Speaker 8: might have to look into and I I don't know
- 1:11:46Speaker 8: what to say. Man, you got a problem, because when
- 1:11:49Speaker 8: a man don't want to and a woman does, it's
- 1:11:51Speaker 8: usually go down.
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: You're gonna make it happen? Whipped him up without him? Yeah?
- 1:11:56Speaker 8: Because see she ain't gonna stop. Can you make it happen?
- 1:12:00Speaker 8: She'll go without you though what it sounded like to me.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: So I don't know what to tell you, man, So
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: he might as well go ahead us, you know, all right?
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: How about Rebecca then.
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: Rebecca?
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: Yeah, be with Yeah, And.
- 1:12:27Speaker 8: All of a sudden you got a suggestion as to
- 1:12:29Speaker 8: who it should be that that might slow her down.
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: A little bit. How about your best friend? She don't
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: want to do that?
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: Okay, that's another problem. That's what I want to do
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: it with? Yeah or else? Forget it all right?
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:12:52Speaker 12: This is Trey from Steve Marvey F M. Trey says,
- 1:12:55Speaker 12: a group of friends have somehow picked me to be
- 1:12:58Speaker 12: the one to talk to a mutual end of all
- 1:13:00Speaker 12: of ours, to end his dream of doing comedy. This
- 1:13:04Speaker 12: guy who will go nameless thinks he has a plan
- 1:13:06Speaker 12: to quote in political correctness and shake up the comedy world.
- 1:13:11Speaker 12: The problem is is that we've all seen his show
- 1:13:14Speaker 12: and it's not clever or funny. They want me to
- 1:13:17Speaker 12: talk to him and talk him out of doing open
- 1:13:20Speaker 12: mic nights, and I say he should do it and
- 1:13:22Speaker 12: learn the hard way that it's not meant to be
- 1:13:24Speaker 12: for him. They say, I'm being a bad friend and
- 1:13:27Speaker 12: not keeping it a hundred. But I don't see any
- 1:13:30Speaker 12: of them stepping up.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: What should I do? Oh no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: just no.
- 1:13:35Speaker 8: Just let him going up, keep going, Let him going up, going,
- 1:13:38Speaker 8: so you ain't gonna have to tell him nothing.
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: They go wrong. Bruh, you ain't got to tell you
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: think you're funny? Man? Come on, please no, let him go.
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: No, so that's what he wants to do.
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: Let him go. As matter of fact, all y'all go
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: when he go.
- 1:13:58Speaker 4: Yes, they said to them, why got didn't tell me?
- 1:14:02Speaker 4: You know, if he finds out the hard way, and
- 1:14:04Speaker 4: he talks to his friend.
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: Yeah, calling nothing beats a hush over Jerusalem.
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: Life experience.
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: Or joke, and you hit the punchline and it ain't
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: no line or punch.
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: And that's happened to all of you guys.
- 1:14:24Speaker 9: Oh that's crap.
- 1:14:28Speaker 12: All right, we'll have more of the Hardy Morning Show
- 1:14:31Speaker 12: coming up. You're listening hard Morning Show?

- 1:14:45Speaker 12: well you're feelings?
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: Uh a shot of commercial for it again yesterday? Great.

- 1:14:57Speaker 2: coming out.
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: All right, come on see you remind everyone. Elevate you

- 1:15:17Speaker 8: coming out. From mental clarity and focus. You know, I've
- 1:15:20Speaker 8: got my body starting to straighten it out real good,
- 1:15:23Speaker 8: you know, straightening some things out. But you know, it's
- 1:15:26Speaker 8: good to have people in your life to let you
- 1:15:28Speaker 8: know when you need to, you know, figure yourself.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: Like your nephew and not letting things go.
- 1:15:34Speaker 8: You know that, right, You know my nephew is you know,
- 1:15:36Speaker 8: it's family, you know, you know, and so anyway, it's
- 1:15:45Speaker 8: just elevate you.

- 1:15:49Speaker 8: And now I got some new drinks out for focused clarity,
- 1:15:53Speaker 8: mental alertness with some new drinks or strawberry orange and
- 1:15:58Speaker 8: stuff like that. It's really really going well. Uh it's
- 1:16:02Speaker 8: gonna be coming out soon, but right now in all Walmarts,

- 1:16:14Speaker 8: where you can get your daily vital greens in a

- 1:16:53Speaker 12: rather see them sneaking out of the house in the
- 1:16:55Speaker 12: middle of the night.
- 1:16:57Speaker 9: I don't want to catch them coming out of the
- 1:16:58Speaker 9: house in the middle of a night. Yeah, that's gonna
- 1:17:02Speaker 9: help me brainstorming a whole lot. Yeah, coming out of
- 1:17:05Speaker 9: the club. At least I know what you do.
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I know you. If you tell me you're going, we.
- 1:17:15Speaker 8: Ain't living that life. But you know you're coming out
- 1:17:18Speaker 8: the strip club. I know she was in there with Winter,
- 1:17:21Speaker 8: so that'll be at least one. I can't run nothing
- 1:17:28Speaker 8: past that. I can't put nothing past these boys and mine, Whitney,
- 1:17:32Speaker 8: Steve Man, you know, I never know.
- 1:17:37Speaker 12: All right, would you rather sweet potato or cherry pie
- 1:17:41Speaker 12: in a pie eating contest?
- 1:17:43Speaker 7: Which one?
- 1:17:45Speaker 9: Oh? Sweet potato?
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: Sleep potato? Well, you're gonna be able to eat most
- 1:17:49Speaker 2: sweet potato you can get it.

- 1:18:01Speaker 8: It's hard to find a good ass cherry pie anyway. Yeah, man,
- 1:18:05Speaker 8: I just I can't find one.
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: Say, isn't that your favorite cherry pie? Yeah?
- 1:18:10Speaker 8: If I could get you nothing nothing tops peach cobbler,
- 1:18:14Speaker 8: But I'm off sugar.
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: Now, so I haven't had any sugar in a long time.
- 1:18:18Speaker 8: Okay, all right, peach cobble, though, Cobbler Cafe in Atlanta, Lord,
- 1:18:24Speaker 8: have mercy. It ain't no joke. They about the business.

- 1:18:32Speaker 8: Cobbler Cafe in Atlanta, Georgia.
- 1:18:35Speaker 3: Be all right?
- 1:18:36Speaker 12: Would you rather vacation with your in laws or would
- 1:18:39Speaker 12: you rather vacation with your next door neighbor?
- 1:18:43Speaker 2: My in laws?
- 1:18:45Speaker 8: My in laws is cool. They're gonna be sleep anyway.
- 1:18:50Speaker 8: Don't nobody going nowhere with their neighbor. I don't even
- 1:18:54Speaker 8: know my neighbors. We got an over the fish relationship.
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: That's what we get, right. Where it's relations that's where
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: it's I've never seen them.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah, your neighbor.
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: I don't know who these people are.
- 1:19:10Speaker 15: All right?
- 1:19:10Speaker 12: Would you rather have a dragon tattoo cover your entire
- 1:19:14Speaker 12: back or would you rather have your tongue pierced.
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: Tattoo for piercing?
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:19:20Speaker 9: Give me the dragon tattoo cross my back?
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, not in my tongue. I can't see it.
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: No, damn, the dragon tattoo.
- 1:19:33Speaker 8: Ain't sticking nothing in my tongue. I'll tell you that
- 1:19:36Speaker 8: a lot of people have that. I talked too damn much.
- 1:19:38Speaker 8: You get that thing caught between one of them teeth.
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: Woo choke oouch.
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: They put that piercing machine.
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: All right, that's today's round, would you rather? Thanks? Guys?
- 1:19:51Speaker 12: Coming up at forty nine minutes after the hour. It
- 1:19:53Speaker 12: is our last break of the day, and we'll close
- 1:19:55Speaker 12: out the show with the one and only Steve Harvey
- 1:19:58Speaker 12: right after this.
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: You're listening.
- 1:20:01Speaker 7: Morning show.
- 1:20:02Speaker 12: All right, here we are, guys, our last break of
- 1:20:04Speaker 12: the day on this Thursday. It's been a good day today.
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: Want to I yeah, fun day? All right, Steve, you
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: have some clothing take us out.
- 1:20:14Speaker 2: Yeah, you know. I want to share something with you all.
- 1:20:18Speaker 8: You know, as I learned lessons in life, the one
- 1:20:20Speaker 8: of the things that I've become really good at his
- 1:20:24Speaker 8: transparency and sharing life experiences. Uh, you know, just like
- 1:20:29Speaker 8: I'll do this weekend when I'm out on my first
- 1:20:32Speaker 8: ever motivational tour. I was just thinking of how I
- 1:20:37Speaker 8: was going to approach it, and I have to do
- 1:20:39Speaker 8: it the same way I've always done it. That's by
- 1:20:42Speaker 8: being transparent and using my own life experiences to share
- 1:20:47Speaker 8: with others my shortcomings, all my failures and how I
- 1:20:52Speaker 8: turned them into wins.
- 1:20:54Speaker 2: You know, I got to tell you something about winning.
- 1:20:58Speaker 8: I think people get frustrated because of your losses. I
- 1:21:04Speaker 8: think people get tired of a failure along the way.
- 1:21:09Speaker 8: That causes them to get discouraged. And oftentimes you give
- 1:21:14Speaker 8: up just too soon because you just get broken and
- 1:21:19Speaker 8: humbled by your failures. But you're gonna have to start
- 1:21:23Speaker 8: looking at these failures differently, because a failure is a
- 1:21:27Speaker 8: part of the process to becoming successful. Nobody successful has
- 1:21:32Speaker 8: ever gotten there without first failure. You just don't wake
- 1:21:38Speaker 8: up a winner. You don't start a business and get
- 1:21:42Speaker 8: rich the next day.
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: You just don't. You don't have an idea and then.
- 1:21:50Speaker 8: Give birth to the idea and the next day it's
- 1:21:54Speaker 8: just all and cracking. That's really not the reality of
- 1:21:58Speaker 8: how it works. There are going to be some failures
- 1:22:05Speaker 8: in order to get to the success. What I'm sharing
- 1:22:11Speaker 8: with you is there's going to have to be some
- 1:22:15Speaker 8: losses before you get to the win. Let me tell
- 1:22:21Speaker 8: you something. You only need one win. You can have
- 1:22:27Speaker 8: thousands of failures, y'all. I have had hundreds, thousands of failures.
- 1:22:34Speaker 8: I've written jokes that what I thought was gonna be good,
- 1:22:37Speaker 8: they didn't work. I've had ideas I thought it was
- 1:22:39Speaker 8: gonna be good. It didn't work. I've written a book
- 1:22:42Speaker 8: I thought was good, it didn't work. I was in
- 1:22:45Speaker 8: a movie I thought was good, that didn't work. I
- 1:22:47Speaker 8: launched a TV show I thought was good. That didn't work.
- 1:22:51Speaker 9: I went on.
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: Stage on tour I thought would be good. It didn't work.
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: I can't count on man. Over and over and over.
- 1:22:58Speaker 8: You've been in a relationship, was good, it didn't work.
- 1:23:02Speaker 8: You've got a job you thought was the job of
- 1:23:04Speaker 8: your dreams turned out to be a disaster. It didn't work.
- 1:23:08Speaker 8: You went to college to get a degree, it didn't work.
- 1:23:12Speaker 8: You went here to apply for this job, you got it.
- 1:23:14Speaker 8: They closed the company. It didn't work.
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: It just over and over and over and over.
- 1:23:19Speaker 8: Life is filled with failure. But don't let the failures
- 1:23:22Speaker 8: depress you and cause you to stop the goal.
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: You have a goal and a dream. Continue.
- 1:23:27Speaker 8: When you fall, get back up, because I'm telling you,
- 1:23:31Speaker 8: in spite of all these losses, you only need one win.
- 1:23:36Speaker 8: You can suffer a thousand losses. You only need one win.
- 1:23:42Speaker 8: You just need one win, y'all. One win can get
- 1:23:47Speaker 8: you in. One win can change your life. One win
- 1:23:51Speaker 8: can be the game changer. One win can be all
- 1:23:55Speaker 8: you need to spur you on to greatness. You only
- 1:23:59Speaker 8: need one win, but you've got to hang in there
- 1:24:03Speaker 8: through the losses and the failures to get to it.
- 1:24:06Speaker 8: The win is not right there. You got to go
- 1:24:10Speaker 8: through something to get to the wind. Success is on
- 1:24:14Speaker 8: the other side of uncomfortable. Success ain't ever right there.
- 1:24:20Speaker 8: It's never right there, y'all. Let me tell you another lesson.
- 1:24:24Speaker 8: I've learned a long way because I've been trying to
- 1:24:27Speaker 8: figure I've been talking to God about what's been happening
- 1:24:29Speaker 8: in our lives lately. And I came to the conclusion
- 1:24:33Speaker 8: and it hit me this morning when I woke up,
- 1:24:35Speaker 8: and this is a really, really good one. You know,
- 1:24:40Speaker 8: people have been calling me about this social media stuff,
- 1:24:42Speaker 8: and you know what I learned, man, And finally I
- 1:24:45Speaker 8: just came to the realization, it ain't what you think
- 1:24:49Speaker 8: it is.
- 1:24:51Speaker 2: Let me tell you something, man, It's just not what
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: you think it is. I don't care who heard it.
- 1:24:57Speaker 8: I don't care how many people repeat it, how many
- 1:25:00Speaker 8: people post it. I don't care how many people say it.
- 1:25:04Speaker 8: Let me give you a scope of how you should
- 1:25:06Speaker 8: look at this. There are over eight billion people in
- 1:25:12Speaker 8: this world. Get this number y'all, there are over Oh
- 1:25:16Speaker 8: this is a fact for everybody living on earth, everybody
- 1:25:19Speaker 8: listening to me.
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: There are over eight billion people in this world.
- 1:25:26Speaker 8: If somebody posts alive about you, if somebody say something
- 1:25:31Speaker 8: negative about you, if somebody try to blast you, however,
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: you want to look at, some group of haters get
- 1:25:38Speaker 8: together and they start hating on you. Let's suppose, and
- 1:25:44Speaker 8: this almost never happens, all of them total, get one
- 1:25:50Speaker 8: hundred million views.
- 1:25:51Speaker 2: Do you know how hard that is?
- 1:25:53Speaker 8: Most people get a thousand views, thousand, like a couple thousand,
- 1:25:56Speaker 8: couple hundred views.
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: All of that.
- 1:25:58Speaker 8: Let's say you get one hundred million views. Guess what
- 1:26:02Speaker 8: that means. That means seven billion, nine hundred million people
- 1:26:08Speaker 8: don't even know what you're talking about. Don't let the
- 1:26:11Speaker 8: small group of people shake you, man. Don't let the
- 1:26:13Speaker 8: small group of people determine the where you are and
- 1:26:16Speaker 8: who you are. Don't pay no attention to that. Keep
- 1:26:19Speaker 8: moving because them small crabs in the barrel are just
- 1:26:22Speaker 8: small crabs in the barrel.
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: You only make them big when you allow them to be.
- 1:26:26Speaker 8: They ain't that big. Keep trusting in God. God got
- 1:26:31Speaker 8: you seven billion now a million people ain't even know
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: what they talking about. Y'all have a great day today
- 1:26:39Speaker 8: because I showed Will. I woke up with that one
- 1:26:41Speaker 8: on my heart this morning. Good news baby, Hey, I
- 1:26:44Speaker 8: want to say hello to the seventh billion, nine hundred
- 1:26:46Speaker 8: million people.
