- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn the mouth the word of the money
- 1:48Speaker 1: up looking me.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Come come on your.
- 2:01Speaker 7: Uh huh, I sure will come on and everybody you
- 2:05Speaker 7: are listening to the voice, come on now dig me
- 2:08Speaker 7: me one and only. Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 7: Thank God for it all the time.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Too.
- 2:15Speaker 7: Well, here we go today. I want to share something
- 2:19Speaker 7: with you that will help you because it's helped me.
- 2:23Speaker 2: You know.
- 2:23Speaker 6: I was.
- 2:25Speaker 7: Telling the story once that in this magazine called Rob Report,
- 2:31Speaker 7: that there was a statue I used to see for years.
- 2:34Speaker 7: I started buying Rob Report magazines years ago. So I
- 2:40Speaker 7: just wanted to see what affluent people did, you know,
- 2:43Speaker 7: just wanted to see what people with means did, what
- 2:47Speaker 7: type of investments they did, what they bought, you know,
- 2:50Speaker 7: where they traveled to the Rob Report. It's just like
- 2:52Speaker 7: a it's like a big boy toy magazine. You can
- 2:56Speaker 7: see what cars is out, and I didn't have money
- 2:59Speaker 7: for none of it. I was dreaming, though, you know,
- 3:01Speaker 7: I just wanted to see. And there was a statue
- 3:06Speaker 7: inside this magazine of this man who was coming out
- 3:11Speaker 7: of this bronze rock. And he was completely bronzed, and
- 3:15Speaker 7: he was muscular, and you know, he didn't look nothing
- 3:19Speaker 7: like me, but he was a man coming up out
- 3:21Speaker 7: of a rock. And he had a huge hammer and
- 3:23Speaker 7: a chisel in his hand. And as his body from
- 3:27Speaker 7: the waist up was coming out of this huge piece
- 3:30Speaker 7: of stone, you could see where it was him who
- 3:32Speaker 7: had been chiseling in forming himself. So the name of
- 3:36Speaker 7: the statue was self made Man. And for years man
- 3:40Speaker 7: I said, Man, I'm gonna get a big house one day,
- 3:43Speaker 7: and I'm gonna put that statue in the backyard in
- 3:45Speaker 7: the corner. That's gonna be my little spot where I
- 3:48Speaker 7: go chill, because I'm a self made man. Well, after
- 3:53Speaker 7: years of working at becoming somebody and having reached a
- 4:00Speaker 7: degree of success, I would have nothing to do with
- 4:06Speaker 7: that statue. There's nothing about that statue that appeals to
- 4:09Speaker 7: me anymore, because on my journey and in my quest
- 4:14Speaker 7: to become what I thought would be this self made
- 4:18Speaker 7: man where I could put this statue and had this
- 4:20Speaker 7: statue in the corner be kind of cold symbolizing it
- 4:23Speaker 7: I had made it. I realized on my journey there's
- 4:27Speaker 7: no such thing as a self made man. That we
- 4:30Speaker 7: all need help, and that God places people in our
- 4:35Speaker 7: paths along the way that benefit us oftentimes. And it's
- 4:40Speaker 7: the most unlikely person often times, and it's the most
- 4:44Speaker 7: unlikely way that He presents these people in front of you.
- 4:47Speaker 7: It's crazy how he does it.
- 4:49Speaker 6: Man.
- 4:50Speaker 2: And so this is a statue now that I look
- 4:52Speaker 2: at and I go, I see what the creator was saying.
- 4:55Speaker 2: And that's cool, but not.
- 4:58Speaker 7: Not for me, because I needed help. And I've learned
- 5:02Speaker 7: a lot of things like this along the way. And
- 5:06Speaker 7: the part I wanted to share with you all about
- 5:09Speaker 7: this is you've got to develop You've got to develop
- 5:13Speaker 7: a sense of purpose. You have to develop a sense
- 5:17Speaker 7: of purpose. That's different. See, your purpose is created for
- 5:24Speaker 7: you by God because when He created you as an
- 5:30Speaker 7: individual from whatever two parents you may have, that's not
- 5:33Speaker 7: important here. When he created you, he had something in
- 5:38Speaker 7: mind for you, and it was a purpose. God has
- 5:42Speaker 7: not created a single soul to become a criminal. God
- 5:46Speaker 7: has never created a single soul to be a drug dealer.
- 5:50Speaker 7: This came about through some decisions we made as sinners,
- 5:55Speaker 7: and we stayed in that place. But see what he created.
- 6:01Speaker 7: He has a wonderful idea for us. But God gives
- 6:04Speaker 7: us human beings this thing called choice, and we have
- 6:07Speaker 7: the power to decide. So you can decide if you're
- 6:10Speaker 7: going to adhere to the purpose that God created you
- 6:13Speaker 7: and made you for, or you can go ahead and
- 6:16Speaker 7: make some choices on your own. So like, if God
- 6:20Speaker 7: wanted to give you a life and give it to
- 6:21Speaker 7: come to you and give you life more abundantly, and
- 6:24Speaker 7: that's his promise. If you come to him, if you
- 6:26Speaker 7: choose him, then cool. But if you say, well this
- 6:31Speaker 7: ain't moving along fast enough, I'm gonna get my own
- 6:33Speaker 7: life of abundance, I'm gonna start slinging.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Well, guess what now, Tada.
- 6:39Speaker 7: You made a decision and seek God's decisions and choices.
- 6:43Speaker 7: The one thing I learned about them, God's decisions, choices,
- 6:47Speaker 7: his voice, It has no sin in it. And it
- 6:49Speaker 7: amazing how many people it came up to you and said,
- 6:52Speaker 7: the Lord wanted me to do this to you, and
- 6:53Speaker 7: I'm doing it that God is punishing you, and I'm
- 6:56Speaker 7: doing this to you because God gonna see that you
- 6:59Speaker 7: get your day.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Who is this person?
- 7:02Speaker 7: Who is this person that God all of a sudden
- 7:05Speaker 7: gave this authority and power to God didn't get at
- 7:07Speaker 7: the nobody, man, nobody, This person only had the right
- 7:11Speaker 7: to hold you to your past, the right to make
- 7:14Speaker 7: you pay.
- 7:16Speaker 2: So who makes them pay when they make mistakes? Because
- 7:19Speaker 2: they all make them.
- 7:20Speaker 7: So when I say you have to have a sense
- 7:23Speaker 7: of you have to develop a strong sense of purpose.
- 7:26Speaker 7: That means you have to strongly get in touch with
- 7:28Speaker 7: your creator to find out what the purpose you were
- 7:30Speaker 7: created for. See, it's two things that I had to
- 7:34Speaker 7: learn along the way. My career was what I was
- 7:38Speaker 7: paid for. My calling is what I was made for. See,
- 7:44Speaker 7: it's two different things, folks. It took me a long
- 7:47Speaker 7: time to learn it. Some people think that they calling
- 7:52Speaker 7: is to be a performer. Well, that's what you paid for,
- 7:55Speaker 7: and a big part of your life is your performance.
- 7:58Speaker 7: It's tied directly to your gift. But what you made
- 8:01Speaker 7: for though, what you made for is to bring about
- 8:04Speaker 7: some significant change in another human beings lives. Because we
- 8:09Speaker 7: are all linked together in this chain that's what you
- 8:12Speaker 7: are here for. Everybody has a purpose to do something wonderful, meaningful,
- 8:18Speaker 7: or impactful for another person. You think the God that
- 8:22Speaker 7: invented the airplane was merely inventing the airplane so he
- 8:26Speaker 7: could fly. Now, his purpose was to become an inventor,
- 8:31Speaker 7: to come up with this invention so he could fly
- 8:34Speaker 7: and we all fly.
- 8:36Speaker 2: See.
- 8:36Speaker 7: Sometimes God will make you successful so you can become successful,
- 8:40Speaker 7: so you can turn around to teach other people how
- 8:42Speaker 7: to become successful. God save people, so you can turn
- 8:46Speaker 7: around it tell other people how wonderful it is to
- 8:49Speaker 7: be saved. You see how this thing work. That's what
- 8:53Speaker 7: we have to do as people. And it's nothing that
- 8:55Speaker 7: we have to go and discover. We have to go
- 8:57Speaker 7: and develop it. But if you haven't discovered your purpose,
- 9:00Speaker 7: it's simply because here's it. If you haven't discovered your purpose,
- 9:05Speaker 7: it's simply because you have not contacted the creator and
- 9:11Speaker 7: maker of your soul.
- 9:13Speaker 2: To ask and find out why you were created. It's
- 9:20Speaker 2: as simple as that.
- 9:23Speaker 7: If you buy a toyota, there's an owner's manual on
- 9:28Speaker 7: the inside that will tell you everything you know how
- 9:32Speaker 7: to best operate your toyota, how to make it work.
- 9:35Speaker 2: How what to do? They got a trouble shooting section.
- 9:39Speaker 7: Your faith is the same thing as an owner's manual
- 9:43Speaker 7: in your car. Open up that book man, find out
- 9:48Speaker 7: how to jumpstart your life, how to troubleshoot it and
- 9:51Speaker 7: get on with your life, and find out your purpose
- 9:53Speaker 7: and develop a strong sense of purpose.
- 9:56Speaker 1: All right, okay, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:04Speaker 7: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the ride. This is the
- 10:07Speaker 7: Steve Harvey Morning Show. We start off always with gratitude.

- 10:15Speaker 7: at another crack. Give God some glory today. Talk to
- 10:20Speaker 7: God today. Take the worries off your plate, give it
- 10:24Speaker 7: to God. Do give yourself a mental break today. Take
- 10:29Speaker 7: your problems that you have to God. Drop them off,
- 10:34Speaker 7: leave him there, ask him to handle it for you.
- 10:38Speaker 2: I just did that. Feel so much better. Take the
- 10:40Speaker 2: pressure off.
- 10:41Speaker 7: Steve Harvin Marney Show Show The Strawberry Calling for real
- 10:43Speaker 7: Mississippi Monica Junior to come back.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Kid and legend that is nephew Tommy Jr.
- 10:51Speaker 8: Let mention something h You just said, drop our problems
- 10:54Speaker 8: off today, Drop them off. Do you always drop your
- 10:56Speaker 8: problems off.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Do you do it every day?
- 10:59Speaker 5: Now?
- 11:00Speaker 2: Don't you know?
- 11:00Speaker 6: I don't.
- 11:01Speaker 7: I have to remind myself over it. Sometimes I carry
- 11:05Speaker 7: stuff way too long. Sometimes, because I'm human, I get
- 11:10Speaker 7: caught up into concern about something that I have no
- 11:13Speaker 7: control over.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Sometimes, man, I let what's going on in my life
- 11:18Speaker 2: bog me down a bit. Yeah, I do it. I'm human, Yeah,
- 11:22Speaker 2: do it.
- 11:23Speaker 7: But it's so much better when I catch myself, when
- 11:27Speaker 7: I remind myself that I'm not in this fight by myself,
- 11:31Speaker 7: that I have a very present help. It helps me
- 11:34Speaker 7: so much when I know that God has an answer
- 11:39Speaker 7: to all my problems, that he has a solution to it,
- 11:43Speaker 7: even when I don't.
- 11:45Speaker 2: So going to him is imperitive. It's just it's just
- 11:50Speaker 2: the way it should be.
- 11:50Speaker 9: Man.
- 11:53Speaker 7: Yeah, I wish, I wish I had this thing locked
- 11:56Speaker 7: down already mastered it. Don't have no warriage just sitting
- 12:01Speaker 7: up the fishing Yeah yeah yeah, but bruh, I get
- 12:08Speaker 7: caught out there like anybody else. You know, I have
- 12:10Speaker 7: to remind myself. You know, sometimes you over just sometimes
- 12:15Speaker 7: you just flat out overthink stuff. You ever overthink something
- 12:19Speaker 7: I know you have. I've had talked you off the ridge.
- 12:21Speaker 7: I can't tell you how many times you're in there
- 12:25Speaker 7: fighting relatives at the house and everything he said knocked
- 12:31Speaker 7: your uncle out. You know you punched him.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Power of listening right now?
- 12:38Speaker 7: Oh you think, oh, you think he forgot, You think
- 12:43Speaker 7: he forgot when his nephew, I thank you forgot you.
- 12:47Speaker 1: He didn't.
- 12:53Speaker 7: You have to well see sometimes though, like see, when
- 12:56Speaker 7: you're talking drunk people, because I've talked to him my
- 12:58Speaker 7: whole life. When you talk to drunk people, you have
- 13:01Speaker 7: to wait till they sober to remind them because they.
- 13:05Speaker 1: You know, I don't know, I don't know what.
- 13:10Speaker 2: He just talked about my uncle.
- 13:11Speaker 8: He just talked about my uncle.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Junior uncle.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Junior uncle was drunk.
- 13:16Speaker 6: All that day.
- 13:17Speaker 7: Yeahs where who could be nine?
- 13:23Speaker 9: You know?
- 13:23Speaker 1: Why are you.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Could be niney y'all don't know him?
- 13:30Speaker 1: All right, we're moving on. He asked you a positive coming, Yeah,
- 13:35Speaker 1: we were drunk.

- 14:43Speaker 5: Hello, Hello man sweak to uh Brandy. Yes, this is Brandy, Brandy.
- 14:47Speaker 5: My name is Carl. I'm calling. I got a U.
- 14:50Speaker 5: You can't highly recommend it. You actually you're you actually are?
- 14:53Speaker 5: I'm sorry, I don't know if I'm saying. As a
- 14:55Speaker 5: makeup artists, makeup styleist, what do you call it?
- 14:57Speaker 12: It's makeup artists. I'm a professional makeup artists.
- 15:00Speaker 5: Okay, And you work at the you work with the
- 15:03Speaker 5: makeup counter and correct. Okay, listen, I got a I
- 15:06Speaker 5: got a photo shoot coming up, and I wanted to
- 15:09Speaker 5: see about sometime this week maybe the following week you
- 15:13Speaker 5: could actually come and and I hire you to actually
- 15:16Speaker 5: make me up for my photo shoot. Is do you
- 15:18Speaker 5: do a lot of photo shoots at all or you?
- 15:21Speaker 12: Yes, sir, I should do. I've been in the business
- 15:22Speaker 12: for ten years, so I've been around several photo shoots.
- 15:26Speaker 5: Okay, good deal. So what's I mean you have any
- 15:28Speaker 5: time this week that I can actually just come in
- 15:30Speaker 5: and we can do like a trial run or something.
- 15:32Speaker 12: Yeah, I'll actually been here Friday for about six hours.
- 15:37Speaker 12: Will Friday work for you? I'm here, I start at eleven.
- 15:39Speaker 5: At eleven, I mean I could come in like maybe
- 15:41Speaker 5: like around three on Friday if you can you squeeze
- 15:44Speaker 5: me in at that time.
- 15:45Speaker 12: I sure can.
- 15:46Speaker 5: Okay. What's what's so good? Is there a certain makeup
- 15:49Speaker 5: for men? Whatever?
- 15:51Speaker 13: It's gonna works out.
- 15:52Speaker 12: It works out the same as for women in photo shoots.
- 15:54Speaker 12: You just need some type of cream foundation, something that
- 15:56Speaker 12: even out the skin tone. How are you down to
- 16:00Speaker 12: the way the oils cover up any blimishes or anything
- 16:02Speaker 12: like that. It's pretty much the same. Of course you
- 16:04Speaker 12: don't get the whole eyeshadow and lashes and stuff, right right.
- 16:07Speaker 5: Right, right right, Well I'm all that, but IM just
- 16:09Speaker 5: trying to you know, just trying to look good on camera.
- 16:13Speaker 5: Let me ask you this, how much makeup have you
- 16:15Speaker 5: done as far as men? You know what I mean?
- 16:18Speaker 12: Yeah, okay, I'm very comfortable with it. You'll be fine,
- 16:21Speaker 12: trust me.
- 16:22Speaker 5: That's what I was really worried about it, if you
- 16:23Speaker 5: were going to be comfortable with it, because I mean,
- 16:25Speaker 5: have you done I'm a little conscientious about a few things,
- 16:30Speaker 5: you know what I mean? And uh, have you how
- 16:34Speaker 5: many butts have you done?
- 16:35Speaker 12: I'm sorry, how many what like like like butts?
- 16:39Speaker 5: You know how many? How many butts have you made up?
- 16:42Speaker 12: I haven't made up any butt? Like are you like
- 16:45Speaker 12: you mean?
- 16:45Speaker 5: Like yeah, I mean because see, I'm actually doing a
- 16:49Speaker 5: nude photo shoot and uh, you know, I got a
- 16:52Speaker 5: couple of scratches and you know, some old scars on
- 16:55Speaker 5: my butt, and you know, like you said, you know,
- 16:58Speaker 5: I'm a little shy about you know, some of that.
- 17:00Speaker 5: You could actually hopefully actually make sure that those scars
- 17:04Speaker 5: don't show, and you know, you say you kind of
- 17:07Speaker 5: you know, uh make sure everything is doesn't look oily,
- 17:10Speaker 5: you know what I mean, And I just need to
- 17:13Speaker 5: get my well.
- 17:14Speaker 12: But I didn't when you I didn't understand what you're
- 17:17Speaker 12: talking about. I may not be the makeup art. I don't.
- 17:19Speaker 12: I'm not seriously, I'm not gonna do your but.
- 17:23Speaker 5: I mean we're just talking about makeup though. I mean,
- 17:25Speaker 5: you know you're talking about.
- 17:26Speaker 12: Yeah, but I'm not about to put my makeup brushes
- 17:29Speaker 12: that I use on people's faces on your, like to
- 17:31Speaker 12: tell your photographer to like photoshop that.
- 17:34Speaker 5: Okay, That's why I'm coming in to see you on Friday.
- 17:37Speaker 5: I want you to do everything and make me up
- 17:40Speaker 5: there in the store so I can see what it
- 17:42Speaker 5: looks like.
- 17:43Speaker 12: I want to see you were going to come into
- 17:44Speaker 12: my job and make me do your like? What are
- 17:47Speaker 12: you what planned? Where did you think that was gonna work?
- 17:50Speaker 12: You cannot come into my job. How are you gonna
- 17:52Speaker 12: come my job naked? Seriously?
- 17:54Speaker 5: I mean, well, I was gonna wear a robe. I'm
- 17:56Speaker 5: not gonna just you know, walk out there.
- 17:58Speaker 12: Don't you even think about coming into my job? Who
- 18:01Speaker 12: referred you? Who told you you need to delete this number?
- 18:04Speaker 14: Do not?
- 18:05Speaker 12: I'm not about to get this job.
- 18:07Speaker 5: I just need done, Okay, I don't want to don't
- 18:11Speaker 5: want you. Why would a problem with you doing What
- 18:14Speaker 5: is the problem? You're doing my butt and putting some
- 18:16Speaker 5: makeup on it. Now if I need to buy you
- 18:18Speaker 5: some brushes, I buy you some brushes and you can.
- 18:20Speaker 12: Take I want you to buy me anything. I don't
- 18:23Speaker 12: want you coming into my job. I don't want you
- 18:25Speaker 12: calling me ever again to do any kind of work.
- 18:27Speaker 5: I'm coming in there and I'm now listen, I.
- 18:29Speaker 12: Am a professional makeup artist. Clearly you don't know what
- 18:32Speaker 12: that means.
- 18:32Speaker 5: So then you will take out the part that's bothering
- 18:37Speaker 5: you and do the job. Lady, you know what I mean.
- 18:39Speaker 14: If my story is on it, I.
- 18:41Speaker 12: Want to I want to call on you before I
- 18:43Speaker 12: get real ignorant. I'm not about to finish this conversation.
- 18:47Speaker 12: Do not come into my job. Do not call me
- 18:49Speaker 12: to do your That's not gonna happen.
- 18:51Speaker 5: So so, so, I guess it's safe to go around
- 18:53Speaker 5: and let people know that Brandy is not professional because
- 18:56Speaker 5: you can't do part what is good in the streets. Boot.

- 22:40Speaker 10: But right now it is time to ask the CLO
- 22:43Speaker 10: our chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey. All right, here we go,
- 22:47Speaker 10: Chico Indicatur. Chico writes, my wife joined a new church
- 22:52Speaker 10: and she wants me to go to church on Easter
- 22:54Speaker 10: Sunday with her. She knows I work on Sundays and
- 22:57Speaker 10: I get time and a half. We need the money.
- 23:00Speaker 10: The Lord understands that, So why can't my wife? And
- 23:04Speaker 10: what do I tell her?
- 23:06Speaker 7: Well, first of all, your wife ain't the Lord. That's
- 23:09Speaker 7: just again that so the Lord understands. That's why she don't. Look, man,
- 23:17Speaker 7: you have a wife, and you're dealing with a person who.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Can be how shall we put this, Yeah, in your mind.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Let me just put it this way.
- 23:35Speaker 7: You're dealing with the person who can be in your
- 23:38Speaker 7: mind quite quite contrary to the way you are in
- 23:42Speaker 7: terms of logistics and emotion. So I can't help you though, no, man, no,
- 23:50Speaker 7: hey man, When my wife go gets something, I say
- 23:52Speaker 7: and all this.
- 23:53Speaker 2: I don't know why. I can't figure it out.
- 23:56Speaker 1: This is a money issue though, right, oh.
- 24:00Speaker 7: Way bigger than the money, don't even worry about it.
- 24:06Speaker 7: But this is an understanding issue, of logic issue, all
- 24:10Speaker 7: of it.
- 24:11Speaker 2: I can't help him.
- 24:15Speaker 7: Time and a half. No, no, he needs the money.
- 24:18Speaker 7: And but okay, let me ask you a question. To
- 24:21Speaker 7: ask your wife this. If I go to work and
- 24:23Speaker 7: I get this time and a half, will you benefit
- 24:28Speaker 7: from it?
- 24:30Speaker 1: Of course.
- 24:32Speaker 2: She's gonna say, no, I want you here. But see,
- 24:36Speaker 2: you can't have both.
- 24:38Speaker 7: Uh. So that's the that's the problem with being a
- 24:43Speaker 7: husband and a father. You can never get it one hundred.
- 24:47Speaker 7: If you're there, you can't provide. If you're going to provide,
- 24:52Speaker 7: you can't be that. That's that's the quandra, the vortex,
- 24:58Speaker 7: the matrix that every man all the time.
- 25:02Speaker 2: So deal with it, sir.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Oh all right. Well we're going to move on then
- 25:06Speaker 1: to Tiana and Queens. Make Tiana.
- 25:10Speaker 6: Uh.
- 25:11Speaker 10: Tianna says, I'm dating a guy that's older than I am,
- 25:14Speaker 10: and we send new pictures to each other he should
- 25:18Speaker 10: be ashamed to send me pictures with gray hair all
- 25:20Speaker 10: over his body. The hair is hiding all of the
- 25:23Speaker 10: good stuff. Can I suggest, now this is what Tiana
- 25:26Speaker 10: wants to know? Can she suggest that he gets wexed
- 25:30Speaker 10: and she wants to know? Is that rude if she does?
- 25:33Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you can suggest that. Yeah, you can.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Suggest that's rude.
- 25:40Speaker 10: Well, can you give her ways to maybe say it,
- 25:43Speaker 10: you know, like gingerly gently so it won't hurt his
- 25:46Speaker 10: feelings or something?
- 25:49Speaker 2: Now?
- 25:49Speaker 1: Is there anything she she doesn't want to see all
- 25:52Speaker 1: that gray hair?
- 25:54Speaker 2: Well, you need to start dating young to mean, you know, ilusion.
- 26:01Speaker 1: See, he can't get you got friend?
- 26:05Speaker 2: Nah, he not gonna understand that.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Ain't no man going through that pain, beauty pain.
- 26:15Speaker 7: I don't listen. Here's the deal. Association brings on participation.
- 26:22Speaker 1: We've heard that, right. Yeah, so birds of a feather
- 26:26Speaker 1: flock together.
- 26:28Speaker 2: Right.
- 26:32Speaker 7: Most people have friends in their tax bracket. Ye, okay,
- 26:40Speaker 7: you know you will find you would just start seeing
- 26:42Speaker 7: people in your tax bracket showing up right, you need
- 26:49Speaker 7: to get in your age bracket.
- 26:53Speaker 1: But she likes him.
- 26:56Speaker 2: You don't like him totally. I don't like that.
- 27:00Speaker 7: Yeah, he got wrinkles in the picture. He's been over
- 27:05Speaker 7: wrong angle.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I got people young people shave. Yeah, I got a suggestion.
- 27:14Speaker 11: What if he What if she says, I want to
- 27:18Speaker 11: uh pamper you and then she grooms whatever she wants
- 27:22Speaker 11: a groom?
- 27:24Speaker 2: How that's that?
- 27:26Speaker 1: So that's your suggestion that you.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Would shave the man down? How about that? That's when
- 27:33Speaker 2: it's not coming over here with no raison that you.
- 27:39Speaker 6: Trust her.
- 27:40Speaker 1: You don't with it with what.
- 27:46Speaker 2: She didn't, girl, don't cut me?
- 27:56Speaker 1: So what they got to break up? You're just thinking
- 27:58Speaker 1: what he looked like? Wow? Because all you got coming
- 28:04Speaker 1: is more gray hair. That's all you do, shave all
- 28:08Speaker 1: the time and it grows back.
- 28:11Speaker 2: She just wants them to say he don't he don't.
- 28:14Speaker 2: He don't do that. You can't teach your old dog
- 28:18Speaker 2: a new trick.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I've heard that one.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Nobody don't wear all that hand no more.
- 28:23Speaker 1: You can talk to him, all right, he can't.
- 28:29Speaker 3: She needs to date somebody younger, younger, he says, you
- 28:32Speaker 3: can't talk to him about it.
- 28:33Speaker 11: Everybody ain't walking around looking like no National Geographic shows.
- 28:39Speaker 5: Naked.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Yeah, come on, all right, Well.
- 28:47Speaker 7: Asked Tim to shave his goateee off because it's hiding
- 28:50Speaker 7: his lips. Oh that's not gonna happen right there, And.
- 28:55Speaker 10: You just made Steve's point. Okay, great old point, it's
- 28:59Speaker 10: great toe.
- 29:00Speaker 6: I'm right here.
- 29:01Speaker 11: All right, we're getting black and the hour. I have
- 29:04Speaker 11: this black and hour. Ready, little turn the camera. Here's
- 29:10Speaker 11: a whole different person sitting in front of that camera.
- 29:14Speaker 1: She said, the gray hair is hiding all of the
- 29:17Speaker 1: good stuff.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Yeah we heard.
- 29:19Speaker 7: Okay, here's another old man question. Ask Junior to go
- 29:24Speaker 7: down quick, going to the barbershop getting that lining.
- 29:28Speaker 1: Why did you bring Jr?
- 29:32Speaker 7: Because because I keep trying to give you examples how
- 29:35Speaker 7: old man don't do certain things.
- 29:38Speaker 2: And it's only right to the barber shop out of habit.
- 29:44Speaker 11: It's only right that we see the line this morning, Junior,
- 29:46Speaker 11: If you don't mind move your hand at us?
- 29:51Speaker 2: All right, why is he at the barber shop? All right?
- 29:59Speaker 10: Thank you, pil Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 30:01Speaker 10: we'll have some entertainment news for you right after the cot.
- 30:05Speaker 1: My name is Carlos Miller and I'm Chico Bean Gots people.
- 30:08Speaker 1: This is Kirk Franklin. Hey, this is Chaka Kahn. What's
- 30:11Speaker 1: going on this is your boy Kevin Hart?
- 30:12Speaker 2: Hey, what up?
- 30:12Speaker 1: This is your boy Chris Bran, your boys Big Snoop Dogg.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Hi, this is your boy Sandy Entertainer.
- 30:21Speaker 1: This is Yolanda Adams. Bless up.
- 30:23Speaker 7: It's DJ Kaglin And you're listening to Steve Harvey Mornings Show.
- 30:27Speaker 1: There's morning shows and there's the Greatest Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Another one.
- 30:32Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 30:39Speaker 10: According to Yahoo dot com, Usher and Justin Bieber had
- 30:43Speaker 10: a little issue or a confrontation you might call it,
- 30:46Speaker 10: at jay Z and Beyonce's Oscar after party last weekend.
- 30:49Speaker 10: Sources reported that out of respect for jay Z and Beyonce,
- 30:52Speaker 10: Usher chose not to escalate things.
- 30:55Speaker 1: Well, you may ask, what is their issue?
- 30:57Speaker 10: Well, word has it that Usher has felt quote brushed
- 31:00Speaker 10: off by Justin and feels like Justin betrayed him because
- 31:04Speaker 10: Usher was one of the ones that, I mean, Usher
- 31:08Speaker 10: helped Justin get discovered.
- 31:11Speaker 1: He did.
- 31:11Speaker 10: Usher was one of those ones who helped him, Yeah,
- 31:13Speaker 10: I get discovered, And that's true.
- 31:18Speaker 3: Other sages, but that's part of He just had to
- 31:24Speaker 3: bring that, not off Tom, but he had to bring
- 31:27Speaker 3: it up.
- 31:28Speaker 10: Though others say Justin is dealing with his own internal issues.
- 31:33Speaker 10: So here's a question, you know, kind of in that
- 31:36Speaker 10: same vein. Have you ever have you, guys ever, had
- 31:40Speaker 10: been in a situation where you were beefing with your mentor, like,
- 31:45Speaker 10: for instance, you and your uncle Tommy.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Hell yeah.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Him, Judy ongoing.
- 31:55Speaker 8: No, No, me and Tommy han.
- 31:58Speaker 1: It's Tommy, your mentor.
- 32:00Speaker 2: I'm not she found me.
- 32:02Speaker 8: Oh okay, he discovered you, Tommy, Yeah, Tommy, Tommy, Tommy
- 32:08Speaker 8: discovered me.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Steve had me. That's different. Okay, all right, so you've
- 32:15Speaker 1: been beefing with Tommy.
- 32:16Speaker 2: That's what happened.
- 32:19Speaker 9: What what?
- 32:20Speaker 5: What?
- 32:21Speaker 1: Steve?
- 32:22Speaker 2: I've been trying to figure out the problem here, the
- 32:24Speaker 2: whole child.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Why they clash.
- 32:29Speaker 2: That's what we're doing this morning.
- 32:31Speaker 1: We do that every morning. This morning is not anything
- 32:35Speaker 1: special or different, right, So what's the beef about, then,
- 32:39Speaker 1: tom Yeah, because you're both working.
- 32:44Speaker 8: Yeah, see, I had to go to Tommy room and
- 32:46Speaker 8: get my chick though I ain't like that.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Why wait, y'all, hold on, hold on, hey man, you
- 32:54Speaker 2: know how this sounds.
- 32:56Speaker 1: How does it sound?
- 32:57Speaker 2: You had to go to Tommy room?
- 33:01Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 33:01Speaker 8: Yeah, I need to give my money Tommy. Tommy said,
- 33:03Speaker 8: you gotta come see me get your check.
- 33:07Speaker 1: And you didn't like that part.
- 33:09Speaker 2: I'm out of this conversation.
- 33:14Speaker 8: Okay, you're gonna sit here like I had to come
- 33:16Speaker 8: to your.
- 33:16Speaker 6: Room and get the check.
- 33:17Speaker 2: You did, You did, you did?
- 33:19Speaker 6: Okay?
- 33:19Speaker 1: But why is se why is this making Steve like
- 33:23Speaker 1: here uncomfortable?
- 33:25Speaker 11: Take a little different. He's detouring somewhere. Yeah, that's all driving.
- 33:30Speaker 2: That's what you that's what.
- 33:34Speaker 7: I'm in the dark seat, y'all driving today?
- 33:39Speaker 6: He said.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Tommy discovered him, but.
- 33:41Speaker 2: He had to come to his room to get his check. Yeah,
- 33:46Speaker 2: what's happening from Timmy?
- 33:51Speaker 1: I had I'm gonna show up Brown room to get
- 33:54Speaker 1: your check done.

- 33:57Speaker 7: my check at the club. Go to somebody room and

- 34:08Speaker 7: on this door.
- 34:08Speaker 2: I had to knock on the door and let him
- 34:10Speaker 2: know we was gonna be roommates, and he informed me
- 34:12Speaker 2: this ain't count.

- 36:21Speaker 1: Remember that picture in your mind, it was all over
- 36:24Speaker 1: the news.
- 36:25Speaker 10: Well, he's been seeing kissing a girl monkey, a moment
- 36:29Speaker 10: that quickly spread across social media. And so now it

- 37:56Speaker 10: A viral video has captured the attention of the sports world,
- 38:00Speaker 10: showcasing University of Maryland's women's basketball coach Brenda Freeze in
- 38:05Speaker 10: an intense coaching moment with her star player Oluci Okananawah
- 38:10Speaker 10: Oluchi Okananawa, where she expressed quote, I believe in you.
- 38:15Speaker 10: Okanana Wa shared her thoughts on the exchange, stating quote,
- 38:19Speaker 10: I love to be coached hard. Furthermorekanana Wah acknowledged that
- 38:24Speaker 10: the exchange provided a regroup moment for herself and for
- 38:29Speaker 10: her telling me that she believed in me. So the
- 38:31Speaker 10: question is how crucial do you guys think is a
- 38:35Speaker 10: strong coach player relationship.
- 38:37Speaker 1: How crucial is that relationship? Because you saw the video, right,

- 39:03Speaker 7: but I can't say.
- 39:03Speaker 6: It on that.

- 39:09Speaker 2: she was up in her face.
- 39:10Speaker 11: I was raised like that. That's the way my daddy
- 39:12Speaker 11: used to be in my face. I believe in you.
- 39:14Speaker 11: I believe you're gonna cut this yard. Because if you
- 39:16Speaker 11: don't cut this yard, I believe I'm gonna cut you
- 39:19Speaker 11: in two That's how I believe. So you've got about
- 39:22Speaker 11: two hours to get this yard cut. I'm not gonna
- 39:24Speaker 11: say nothing else to you, but look at me. I
- 39:26Speaker 11: believe this yard gonna get cut because I'm not. I
- 39:30Speaker 11: believe I'm gonna beat you all of them down next yet,
- 39:34Speaker 11: have a blessed day.
- 39:35Speaker 7: I'll be back. My daddy had been so close to
- 39:40Speaker 7: my face. I couldn't even keep my eyes open. Just
- 39:45Speaker 7: right here, just right, but with his mouth though, blowing
- 39:52Speaker 7: as spitting goodness.

- 56:46Speaker 10: Let up, all right, nef you, thank you. Subject. I
- 56:49Speaker 10: love my two women equally. Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a
- 56:55Speaker 10: fifty five year old married man and I have a
- 56:57Speaker 10: girlfriend on the side. I've been mar for over twenty
- 57:01Speaker 10: years and I have a great marriage and my wife
- 57:03Speaker 10: and I have a healthy sex life. We own several
- 57:06Speaker 10: rental properties in the city, so I'm usually at one
- 57:09Speaker 10: of our properties with my other woman, who happens to
- 57:13Speaker 10: work as our property manager. She's a top realtor in
- 57:16Speaker 10: our state, and my wife found her, but I am
- 57:20Speaker 10: the only one that deals with her. She just got
- 57:23Speaker 10: a divorce, so she needed to stay in one of
- 57:25Speaker 10: our houses. Of course, I let her stay there for free.
- 57:29Speaker 10: My wife doesn't know about this, but I'm planning to
- 57:32Speaker 10: tell her. The affair has been going on for close
- 57:35Speaker 10: to a year and my wife doesn't suspect anything. If
- 57:40Speaker 10: I'm with my girlfriend, my wife assumes it's for business purposes,
- 57:44Speaker 10: but it's for a different kind of business. And I've
- 57:46Speaker 10: fallen in love with the woman. We laugh at corny jokes.
- 57:50Speaker 10: She loves my cooking, and we like the same kind
- 57:53Speaker 10: of music and movies. Most times, we don't have sex
- 57:56Speaker 10: when we're together. This is how I know I her.
- 58:00Speaker 10: Most days, I feel like I am the luckiest man
- 58:03Speaker 10: in the world. I have two great women to love
- 58:06Speaker 10: and care for. I know most men cheat because they're
- 58:09Speaker 10: not getting sex at home, but my situation is totally different.
- 58:13Speaker 10: When I am with my girlfriend, I sometimes imagine that
- 58:17Speaker 10: my wife is there too, laughing and talking with us,
- 58:21Speaker 10: and I fantasize about my girlfriend in bed with my
- 58:24Speaker 10: wife and I I seriously don't want two wives, but
- 58:27Speaker 10: I understand why some men do. Should I talk to
- 58:31Speaker 10: my wife about what's going on in my head and
- 58:35Speaker 10: see if she will let me spice up our marriage
- 58:37Speaker 10: a little bit? Why do you need spicing up? You
- 58:40Speaker 10: said you have a healthy sex life. Okay, but the
- 58:45Speaker 10: other thing is what what are you talking about? And
- 58:49Speaker 10: since you're asking, should you talk to your wife about
- 58:52Speaker 10: what's going on in your head to see if she'll
- 58:54Speaker 10: let you do this? Well, yeah, go ahead, talk to
- 58:57Speaker 10: your wife. Please please tell her you want your girlfriend
- 59:00Speaker 10: and in bed with you and your wife. And please
- 59:02Speaker 10: tell your wife that you love your girlfriend. Tell her
- 59:05Speaker 10: what you guys have been doing, you and the girlfriend
- 59:07Speaker 10: and the rental properties. Oh and please don't forget to
- 59:11Speaker 10: tell your wife you feel like the luckiest man in
- 59:14Speaker 10: the world. Really, though I know you can't be this stupid,
- 59:18Speaker 10: because you know, if you tell your wife that you're
- 59:21Speaker 10: cheating with this other woman and that you love another woman, you, sir,
- 59:25Speaker 10: will no longer have a wife. Okay, now I am
- 59:29Speaker 10: going to say this. I appreciate the fact that you
- 59:31Speaker 10: want to be honest and straight up with your wife
- 59:33Speaker 10: and tell her, but I'm very, very disappointed that it
- 59:37Speaker 10: didn't even cross your mind not to cheat.
- 59:40Speaker 1: How about that? Just stop cheating on your wife.
- 59:43Speaker 10: I know you're in too deep now. You can't stop
- 59:45Speaker 10: this affair. It is just too bad this mess you've created.
- 59:49Speaker 10: So whatever happens happens now, Steve, you're on your own.
- 59:56Speaker 7: I can't believe this letter right here. You know what,
- 1:00:00Speaker 7: Let me let me just say this. This is an
- 1:00:03Speaker 7: example of two things. This is an example of ain't
- 1:00:08Speaker 7: no food like an old food? And this is an
- 1:00:12Speaker 7: example of you just what is it too much going
- 1:00:19Speaker 7: right in your life?
- 1:00:20Speaker 6: You just need some what? You just need?
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: Bruh, bruh, bro you just you you you want some drama?
- 1:00:28Speaker 9: What what?
- 1:00:30Speaker 7: I don't understand this letter. I love my two women equally. Okay,
- 1:00:35Speaker 7: fifty five year old married man, I got girlfriend on
- 1:00:38Speaker 7: the side. I've been married for twenty years. I have
- 1:00:42Speaker 7: a great marriage with my wife, and I have a
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: healthy sex life. Okay, the letter shit in right here,
- 1:00:50Speaker 7: but it don't. We got some renal properties in the
- 1:00:53Speaker 7: in the city, so I'm usually one of the properties
- 1:00:56Speaker 7: with my other woman, who happens to work as our
- 1:00:59Speaker 7: property man.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: She's a top realtor in the state. And my wife
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: found her.
- 1:01:05Speaker 7: Boy, boy, boy, I can tell you, man this the
- 1:01:10Speaker 7: story is building up, all it has it just leads
- 1:01:15Speaker 7: to just see all of this is going good right now.
- 1:01:19Speaker 7: So she just got a divorce, so she needed to
- 1:01:23Speaker 7: stay in one of our houses. Of course I let
- 1:01:26Speaker 7: her stay there for free. Now it's where the letter
- 1:01:30Speaker 7: is starting to go. Dog, I got that you're sleeping
- 1:01:35Speaker 7: with the woman.
- 1:01:36Speaker 6: I got it.
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: I got it. I got it. I got you trying
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: to help her out. I got that.
- 1:01:44Speaker 7: But ain't just you and your wife's rental property and
- 1:01:48Speaker 7: your wife found her. My wife doesn't know about this,
- 1:01:52Speaker 7: but I'm planning.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: To tell her.
- 1:01:54Speaker 7: What What's that's the line that I knew something wrong
- 1:02:00Speaker 7: with him. My wife doesn't know about this, but I'm
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: planning to tail her. Oh you so stupid. Oh everything
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: ain't nothing going wrong, but you fitting up you're finna
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: tell her.
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: She has no idea. I'm so confused.
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: The affair has been going on for close to a year,
- 1:02:30Speaker 7: and my wife doesn't suspect anything. If I'm with my girlfriend,
- 1:02:34Speaker 7: my wife assumes it's for business purposes. But it's for
- 1:02:37Speaker 7: a different kind of business. And I'm falling in love
- 1:02:40Speaker 7: with the woman. Bruh, bruh, bruh. It's so bad right now,
- 1:02:48Speaker 7: I'm finn cry.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: Bruh.
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: You're never gonna stand how bad it's fitting to go.
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: I'm falling in love with the boy.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Hang on, hang on, Steve.
- 1:03:00Speaker 10: We will have part two of your response coming up
- 1:03:02Speaker 10: at twenty three minutes after today's Strawberry letter subject I
- 1:03:06Speaker 10: love my two women equally. We'll get back into it
- 1:03:10Speaker 10: right after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 1:03:48Speaker 10: or globelifradio dot com. All right, come on, Steve, let's
- 1:03:51Speaker 10: recap today's strawberry letter. The subject is I love my
- 1:03:55Speaker 10: two women equally.
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: Naming this letter. This is an example.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: Ain't no food like an old food, and too much
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: is going right for me.
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: I won't change.
- 1:04:09Speaker 7: Fifty five years old. He got two women. He got
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: a wife that he ain't got no problems with, great marriage,
- 1:04:16Speaker 7: active sex life boom. He got a chick on the
- 1:04:21Speaker 7: side that works for him in the real estate property
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: business that his wife hired, but he spends all the
- 1:04:29Speaker 7: time with her.
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: She just got a divorce, so she need a place
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: to stay, so of course I let her stay free.
- 1:04:38Speaker 7: My wife doesn't know about this, but I'm planning to
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: tell her this boy, right hill, this is it's just
- 1:04:46Speaker 7: too much going on right in his life and he
- 1:04:48Speaker 7: just needs something else. I'm gonna tell her for what?
- 1:04:54Speaker 7: For what what do you hope to accomplish by telling her?
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: Because I'm telling you, you man, You an old fool,
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: You stupid ain't. None of this is gonna go the
- 1:05:04Speaker 7: way you think.
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: This is going. Both of the women are going to
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: change after this.
- 1:05:12Speaker 7: Man.
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: You so stupid.
- 1:05:14Speaker 7: The affair has been going on for close to a year,
- 1:05:17Speaker 7: and the wife doesn't suspect anything. If I'm with my girlfriend,
- 1:05:20Speaker 7: she assumes that I'm taking care of business. But it's
- 1:05:23Speaker 7: a different kind of business. I've fallen in love with
- 1:05:27Speaker 7: the woman. Here we go, here we go. Now, we
- 1:05:33Speaker 7: got trouble love in it. We laugh at corny jokes.
- 1:05:37Speaker 7: She loves my cooking, and we like the same kind
- 1:05:40Speaker 7: of movie and music, and Shirley him and laughing my
- 1:05:48Speaker 7: jokes on the radio. Pun I'm gonna go ahead and
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: tell my wife this far now we don't like it's
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: the same kind of TV show because I like forty
- 1:06:02Speaker 7: eight hours and they never watch it, which is a
- 1:06:04Speaker 7: major disappointment. I would break up with Carlin and Shirley
- 1:06:07Speaker 7: immediately because they don't like forty eight hours.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: So let's just throw that in.
- 1:06:17Speaker 7: Here's where it gets. Most of the time. We don't
- 1:06:22Speaker 7: have sex when we're together. That's how I know I
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: love her. Well food, if you have an act of
- 1:06:30Speaker 7: sex life at your house and everything is going right,
- 1:06:33Speaker 7: and there's nothing wrong you fifty five. You ain't spring
- 1:06:38Speaker 7: Chicken no more so you ain't in here just you
- 1:06:40Speaker 7: ain't the bunny rabbit you used to be. So yeah, okay,
- 1:06:45Speaker 7: most days I feel like and his way it get crazy.
- 1:06:47Speaker 7: Most days I feel like I'm the luckiest man in
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: the world and I got two great women to love
- 1:06:52Speaker 7: and care for. So now, but let's go back to
- 1:06:55Speaker 7: the line where you say my wife has no idea,
- 1:06:58Speaker 7: but I'm playing to tell her.
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: You don't. You don't you don't see.
- 1:07:02Speaker 7: How this luckiest man in the world things And to
- 1:07:04Speaker 7: be over with welly, I can't tell you how fast
- 1:07:07Speaker 7: it's about to be over with me. I know most
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: me and cheap because they're not getting sex at home.
- 1:07:14Speaker 7: But my situation is totally different. When I'm with my
- 1:07:16Speaker 7: girlfriend here, I know this man ain't rap right. Sometimes
- 1:07:22Speaker 7: when I'm with my girlfriend, I sometimes imagine that my
- 1:07:25Speaker 7: wife is there too, laughing and talking with them. Let
- 1:07:28Speaker 7: me tell you how it ain't gonna go like that
- 1:07:32Speaker 7: when your wife do show up at this rental property
- 1:07:34Speaker 7: that this woman is staying in that you ain't told
- 1:07:36Speaker 7: her about, that she's staying there for free, that you
- 1:07:39Speaker 7: decide to tell her that you've been having a love
- 1:07:42Speaker 7: affair with her for a year and a half. Y'all
- 1:07:46Speaker 7: not gonna be in that laughing and talking. That's not
- 1:07:53Speaker 7: what's gonna happen. And then and then and now fantasize
- 1:07:57Speaker 7: about my girlfriend in bed with my wife.
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: Kay, that may happen.
- 1:08:07Speaker 7: That could happen, but it'll be after the divorce and
- 1:08:11Speaker 7: you've lost everything, and now your wife got half, and
- 1:08:15Speaker 7: she'd have fell in love with the woman. That could happen.
- 1:08:20Speaker 7: I seriously don't want two wives. Well you're not finna
- 1:08:25Speaker 7: get two wives. You're not finna have nothing. But I
- 1:08:29Speaker 7: understand why some men do. Should I talk to my
- 1:08:32Speaker 7: wife about what's going on in my head and see
- 1:08:35Speaker 7: if she'll let me spice up our marriage.
- 1:08:37Speaker 2: A little bit? Yeah?
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: Man, going in there, you stupid? Yeah yeah, gone in there.
- 1:08:42Speaker 7: Go on in there and tell her what's in your
- 1:08:45Speaker 7: head so you can spice up what you just said
- 1:08:50Speaker 7: was a perfectly good marriage and healthy and great woman.
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: Man, your wife is not at fault anyway in this letter.
- 1:09:00Speaker 7: Should I talk to my wife about what's going on
- 1:09:04Speaker 7: in my head and see what she will let me
- 1:09:06Speaker 7: spice up our marriage? A little bit boy. Yeah, go
- 1:09:11Speaker 7: in there and tell your wife to this fifty five
- 1:09:14Speaker 7: years old? How stupid can you be?
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: You ain't have?
- 1:09:18Speaker 7: Let me ask you a question, though, have you ever
- 1:09:20Speaker 7: in your fifty five years heard of this working out
- 1:09:24Speaker 7: the way you describe it and the man going there
- 1:09:27Speaker 7: and tell that to it. Have you ever heard of
- 1:09:29Speaker 7: that working out ever in real life? Not on TV,
- 1:09:34Speaker 7: not in no movie, any one of your homies.
- 1:09:40Speaker 13: Man.
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: I just went on in there and told her I
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: was doing all this. She saying cool. Now we all

- 1:13:35Speaker 7: I don't think it's right to lose your job because
- 1:13:37Speaker 7: you have an affair at your job. I don't think
- 1:13:40Speaker 7: you should lose your job for that.

- 1:14:01Speaker 10: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 1:14:08Speaker 10: This is from Tavius and Steve Harvey FM. Tavia says,
- 1:14:12Speaker 10: my girlfriend recently told me that, for the sake of transparency,
- 1:14:16Speaker 10: we should have full access to each other's phones and
- 1:14:20Speaker 10: social media accounts, including password. She says, for the sake
- 1:14:25Speaker 10: of transparency. She says, it's about building trust, and she
- 1:14:29Speaker 10: says it shouldn't be a problem since we both have
- 1:14:32Speaker 10: nothing to hide. I've never given a girl a reason
- 1:14:35Speaker 10: not to trust me. Do you guys think this is
- 1:14:38Speaker 10: a reasonable expectation in a relationship or is she asking
- 1:14:43Speaker 10: too much?
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: How long they've been dating?
- 1:14:48Speaker 10: Ship, they've been dating for a little while. My girlfriend recently,
- 1:14:53Speaker 10: she didn't He doesn't say. He doesn't say so.
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: It doesn't say how he is.
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: No, it doesn't. I say that, all right, son, let me.
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: Tell you this right here. It's all you know.
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: You can't give her that past coach. You know that
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: why you rode in to us.
- 1:15:13Speaker 7: I guess you're trying to come up with some great
- 1:15:16Speaker 7: argument about it, but you cannot.
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: You already know you ah that old I've never given
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: her a reason not to trust me. I got all that.
- 1:15:26Speaker 5: You know.
- 1:15:27Speaker 7: You cannot give her that past coach. They just know
- 1:15:33Speaker 7: too much though, they just know way too They can
- 1:15:37Speaker 7: figure out coldes. Boy, you give her that far. I'm
- 1:15:40Speaker 7: gonna tell you right now. All them cold names you
- 1:15:44Speaker 7: got in there, tricky, You.
- 1:15:46Speaker 6: Know all that tricky?
- 1:15:49Speaker 7: Yeah, you know, all them little cold names you got
- 1:15:52Speaker 7: are told they know that's not really.
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: That's a cold Yeah, that's a cold name for a girl. Auto.
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: They already know. Ain't nobody name Auto no more?
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: So stop it, all right? So don't do it. That
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: is your advice. Bro Bro, bro bro can't do it.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: What is he gonna tell her?
- 1:16:15Speaker 6: Just straight up no.
- 1:16:17Speaker 7: The only thing I can suggest, August, get you another phone.
- 1:16:22Speaker 7: Give her the past cold too, and that's got nothing
- 1:16:25Speaker 7: on it.
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: Yeah, that's worth it.
- 1:16:31Speaker 10: Swear to God, it's worth it on Tommy.
- 1:16:40Speaker 6: God.
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: All right, all right, moving on, we have a time
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: for another one.
- 1:16:48Speaker 6: Steve.
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: This is from Lamar and Steve Harvey.
- 1:16:50Speaker 5: F M.
- 1:16:50Speaker 10: Lamar says, I visited my dad, who was in hospice,
- 1:16:54Speaker 10: and brought him a bottle of his favorite bourbon. My
- 1:16:57Speaker 10: pop says, less than a week to live, or so
- 1:17:00Speaker 10: we're told. So I thought it would be nice for
- 1:17:02Speaker 10: him to go out enjoying his favorite drink. However, my mama,
- 1:17:06Speaker 10: sisters and Auntie said that I quote broke the rules
- 1:17:10Speaker 10: of the facility and that it was disrespectful.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: Was I wrong?
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: He done had enough bourbon, dog, he'd had enough? No, man, no, no,
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: If you did the right thing.
- 1:17:25Speaker 7: Man, you was trying to give your father a moment
- 1:17:29Speaker 7: of pleasure because you know he got less than a
- 1:17:31Speaker 7: week to live, he in hospice. Man, if your daddy
- 1:17:35Speaker 7: would enjoy that shot of bourbon man gone let him
- 1:17:38Speaker 7: have it. Now, I understand what they said, you broke
- 1:17:41Speaker 7: the moves of the facility, but it ain't the facility's daddy.
- 1:17:48Speaker 7: Were just ain't gonna know man that one shot who
- 1:17:51Speaker 7: is shortened that week. I'm just letting you know, well,
- 1:17:55Speaker 7: I yield to the man that didn't rang the bell,
- 1:17:58Speaker 7: so I.
- 1:18:05Speaker 6: Down.
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: So you're saying.
- 1:18:10Speaker 11: No, no.
- 1:18:13Speaker 6: Your answers.
- 1:18:14Speaker 7: You said, you know, we have people on this show
- 1:18:18Speaker 7: that has you know, you know, I think this is
- 1:18:22Speaker 7: what you want to I can't argue with somebody who
- 1:18:25Speaker 7: has conquered it didn't know it.
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: But you're okay, all right, you just both have different advice.
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, one last SI.
- 1:18:40Speaker 3: Tommy said no.
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: So you're saying he wasn't. Whoa, whoa.
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: We can't ask you.

- 1:22:45Speaker 1: all right, all right?
- 1:22:47Speaker 10: Would you rather be the player that scores forty points
- 1:22:49Speaker 10: per game and never passes the ball or the player
- 1:22:53Speaker 10: that gets twenty assists and.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: No points assist? Oh, forty forty points and never pass.
- 1:23:01Speaker 11: Everybody talking to him in the locker room. Ain't nobody
- 1:23:04Speaker 11: talking to him in the locker room at all. I'd
- 1:23:08Speaker 11: rather get a basketball.
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: Okay, all right?
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: Seem assists man.
- 1:23:18Speaker 10: Okay, but nobody sitting next to Junior in the in
- 1:23:21Speaker 10: the locker room, I'm talking about it.
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: But you got forty points, so obviously he's never scored before.
- 1:23:30Speaker 8: So I've never scored forty.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: But if I got to score forty, oh.
- 1:23:34Speaker 7: Man, Junior, Junior, let's stop this year. You're not a
- 1:23:38Speaker 7: basketball player. I've never heard you talk about basketball. Now

- 1:23:43Speaker 10: Gonna stop this right Well, Steve, there was a time
- 1:23:45Speaker 10: we never heard him talk about track and running.
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: You remember that basketball Tommy, Yeah, you know what, talk

- 1:23:54Speaker 2: No, I ain't never heard you say that.
- 1:23:56Speaker 8: Oh, let me shure you to pitch on pitch picture.
- 1:24:00Speaker 10: You got a basketball pitcher back when you had those curls, Junior?
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: All right, you got ham and basketball? Surely just say
- 1:24:10Speaker 7: back when he had ham.

- 1:25:16Speaker 10: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:25:18Speaker 10: day on this Tuesday. Yeah, it's been a good day.
- 1:25:21Speaker 10: Thank you guys for listening. As always, we appreciate you.
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: Steve. Do you want to close us out with something?
- 1:25:27Speaker 7: Yeah, we do, right, Yeah, you know, it's just so
- 1:25:30Speaker 7: I don't know if he's a closing remarks or commentary
- 1:25:34Speaker 7: or just some things I've been thinking. But here we go,
- 1:25:39Speaker 7: you know, just dealing with society right now today, dealing
- 1:25:45Speaker 7: with all that's going on globally, watching what's happening here locally,
- 1:25:55Speaker 7: dealing with the results of other people's decisions. I want
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: to remind you all of something. Please take care of
- 1:26:04Speaker 7: your family by taking care of your faith. Make sure
- 1:26:11Speaker 7: that your faith is in the right place. Because I've
- 1:26:15Speaker 7: been looking around, man, and I'm seeing this thing turn
- 1:26:19Speaker 7: in a way that I've never seen it turn before.
- 1:26:21Speaker 7: And I'm talking about the politics that's going on in
- 1:26:24Speaker 7: this country. Look, listen, I don't care who you vote for.
- 1:26:29Speaker 7: You could have voted for Kamala, you could have voted
- 1:26:31Speaker 7: for Biden, you could have voted for Trump, you could
- 1:26:34Speaker 7: have voted for Obama, whoever you voted for. I was
- 1:26:38Speaker 7: just thinking about this the other day. Barack Obama. I
- 1:26:44Speaker 7: voted for him or both terms. He turned out to
- 1:26:48Speaker 7: be a really, really good president. Now have I heard
- 1:26:52Speaker 7: people complain about things he did. Of course I have,
- 1:26:57Speaker 7: But that's the job of the presidency because those that
- 1:27:00Speaker 7: don't vote for you are going to find something wrong
- 1:27:03Speaker 7: and those that do will probably support you. But overall,
- 1:27:11Speaker 7: I thought he did with what he was working with
- 1:27:15Speaker 7: the best he could. I could say the same for
- 1:27:19Speaker 7: Joe Biden, and he made down mistakes he made, but
- 1:27:25Speaker 7: I thought his character as a person was decent. Here's
- 1:27:30Speaker 7: a problem that I'm faced with today. Whether you're a
- 1:27:33Speaker 7: Trump supporter or not, whether you're a Mega supporter or not,
- 1:27:37Speaker 7: or whether you're anti listen to me, man, If what's
- 1:27:41Speaker 7: going on in this administration today, and these are just
- 1:27:44Speaker 7: my thoughts, they're kind of all over the place right now,
- 1:27:47Speaker 7: So forgive me for that. If what's going on in
- 1:27:50Speaker 7: our administration today, if Barack Obama was making these exact
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: same decisions coming to THEE, these exact same conclusions, if
- 1:28:03Speaker 7: he had created ICE, if he had created Doge and
- 1:28:08Speaker 7: hired an Elon Musk and allowed him to come in
- 1:28:11Speaker 7: and cut the government of all these jobs and positions
- 1:28:14Speaker 7: cost all of these people money. He's cut the Medicaid,
- 1:28:20Speaker 7: they've cut benefits to veterans. They've come in, he has
- 1:28:24Speaker 7: cut all the schooling programs, they've reduced snap benefits. They've
- 1:28:30Speaker 7: been just damaging the common.
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: Man, over and over and over.
- 1:28:35Speaker 7: If he had claimed if Barack Obama had claimed that
- 1:28:40Speaker 7: he was giving you the largest tax cuts in the history.
- 1:28:43Speaker 7: But you found out that those tax cuts were for
- 1:28:46Speaker 7: the three people that were sitting on the front row
- 1:28:49Speaker 7: of his inauguration, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, and Elon Musk,
- 1:28:54Speaker 7: then you would have understand, yeah, it's the largest tax cuts.
- 1:28:58Speaker 7: If he had started this war in Iran, if he
- 1:29:03Speaker 7: had made any of the contradictory remarks better known as lies,
- 1:29:10Speaker 7: that this man has done, how long do you think
- 1:29:14Speaker 7: it would be before they impeached Barack Obama or how
- 1:29:18Speaker 7: long do you think it would be before his own
- 1:29:22Speaker 7: party stood up to him and said, hey, wait, what
- 1:29:25Speaker 7: are you doing? This is non constitutional. That's the problem
- 1:29:30Speaker 7: I'm having. I don't have a problem that you're Republican.
- 1:29:35Speaker 7: I have a problem that you're a Republican and you
- 1:29:38Speaker 7: are allowing this man to just do whatever it is
- 1:29:41Speaker 7: he wants to do. That's the unbelievable part about it.
- 1:29:45Speaker 7: You know, I was talking to the staff earlier today.
- 1:29:48Speaker 7: I've always known that racism exists in this country. I'm
- 1:29:51Speaker 7: fully aware of it. I'm sixty nine years old. It's
- 1:29:54Speaker 7: been racism here the entire time i've been here, and
- 1:29:57Speaker 7: I've dealt with it on a lot of levels. I'm
- 1:29:58Speaker 7: dealing with it today, even where I live. I have
- 1:30:02Speaker 7: to deal with it. What I did not know was
- 1:30:06Speaker 7: the level of stupidity in this country. I didn't know
- 1:30:11Speaker 7: it was this many people, this stupid or ignorant. Now
- 1:30:15Speaker 7: I know that ignorance. Racism stems from ignorance. I know that,
- 1:30:21Speaker 7: but I didn't know that it carried over into so
- 1:30:25Speaker 7: many aspects of your life. Listen, man, I can't watch
- 1:30:31Speaker 7: anybody that I know do something wrong repeatedly and just
- 1:30:36Speaker 7: sit there and go along with it.
- 1:30:39Speaker 9: Now.
- 1:30:41Speaker 7: Do I have friends that I know have done something
- 1:30:43Speaker 7: wrong and I still supported them, Yeah, because we were friends. Now,
- 1:30:49Speaker 7: when it was time for him to pay the cost
- 1:30:52Speaker 7: for his actions, he had to pay was it was
- 1:30:56Speaker 7: nothing could be done. But did I still call him
- 1:31:00Speaker 7: I wish him well, tell him to hang in there.
- 1:31:01Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: I did.
- 1:31:03Speaker 7: But what's happening now with this administration is decisions are
- 1:31:06Speaker 7: being made about the livelihood of us and especially for
- 1:31:10Speaker 7: common people. And you're being affected by these things, man,
- 1:31:14Speaker 7: these gas prices, this war, and Lindsey Graham said he
- 1:31:18Speaker 7: was gonna go back to his state in the Carolinas
- 1:31:20Speaker 7: and tell his constituency to send their sons and daughters
- 1:31:24Speaker 7: over there to fight for against tyranny. Anybody doing that? Man,
- 1:31:29Speaker 7: are you crazy? What's wrong with y'all? Y'all remember your
- 1:31:34Speaker 7: faith in God, trust in people, because if you're trusting
- 1:31:38Speaker 7: in man, you are in a world of trouble.
- 1:31:41Speaker 2: Today.
- 1:31:41Speaker 7: Those are my closing remarks. I know I was all
- 1:31:43Speaker 7: over the place, but whatever, I ain't even finished. See
- 1:31:47Speaker 7: y'all to day, see y'all them arow he listen talk
- 1:31:49Speaker 7: to God today. He'd absolutely love hear it. Mike will
