- 0:01Speaker 1: Special Counsel Jack Smith has just filed an opening briefing
- 0:07Speaker 1: in appeal to reinstate the criminal case against Donald Trump
- 0:13Speaker 1: in this classified documents case that would be the rate
- 0:17Speaker 1: of mar Lago after Judge Cannon already dismissed the case.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Translation.
- 0:24Speaker 1: They are desperate to take down Donald Trump, and this
- 0:29Speaker 1: is the reason why they've decided to go ahead and
- 0:32Speaker 1: appeal this case. Jack Smith obviously doing the bidding for

- 2:49Speaker 1: big breaking news, and that is that you now have
- 2:53Speaker 1: the special counsel Jack Smith has officially appealed the dismissal
- 2:57Speaker 1: of the Trump Marlago case. Federal judge last month dismissed
- 3:02Speaker 1: the case over Trump's handling of classified documents. Many believe
- 3:05Speaker 1: this was the end of it. It would be all over,
- 3:07Speaker 1: let's move on. This was a huge defeat for the
- 3:10Speaker 1: DOJ and for the Biden administration and for Harris.
- 3:13Speaker 2: And now they're bring it back.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Why because this is lawfair, this is election fair. This
- 3:18Speaker 1: is a federal judge who slapped him around last month
- 3:21Speaker 1: dismissing the case over the handling.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Of the classified documents.
- 3:25Speaker 1: And basically what you have now is you have Jack
- 3:29Speaker 1: Smith who's like, I don't care I want to lock
- 3:32Speaker 1: up Donald Trump. I want to interfere with this election.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I want to hurt him, I want to attack him.
- 3:37Speaker 1: And that's what this is all about. Now, let me
- 3:40Speaker 1: remind you what they said when they originally dismissed this
- 3:44Speaker 1: case and why it was dismissed. This was on Fox
- 3:48Speaker 1: As It Happened with Harris Faulkner.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Listen breaking news today on former President Trump's legal battles.
- 3:53Speaker 3: A victory his classified documents case in Florida has been dismissed.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Judge Island Cannon has thrown on the case out after
- 4:01Speaker 3: deciding that Special Counsel Jacksmith's appointment violated the US Constitution.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Great reporting on this today from David Spunt, who is
- 4:10Speaker 3: WT for US at the Justice Department, with the latest
- 4:12Speaker 3: and the president President Trump's reaction.
- 4:15Speaker 4: David Well, Harris, President Trump is thrilled. We're waiting for
- 4:19Speaker 4: some sort of reactions from the Justice Department. Haven't gotten
- 4:22Speaker 4: it yet. We're told we will hear something, likely from
- 4:25Speaker 4: Special Counsel jack Smith's office. Perhaps his next steps he
- 4:28Speaker 4: could appeal to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, also
- 4:31Speaker 4: potentially go to.
- 4:32Speaker 2: The Supreme Court.
- 4:33Speaker 4: But remember it was almost two years ago August of
- 4:36Speaker 4: twenty twenty two. That's when the FBI rated Mara a Lago.
- 4:39Speaker 4: This case has been hanging over former President Donald Trump
- 4:43Speaker 4: before he even announced reelection. Judge Eileen Cannon, who happens
- 4:46Speaker 4: to be a Trump appointed judge, announced that this case
- 4:49Speaker 4: is dismissed because Jack Smith was unlawfully appointed. He was
- 4:53Speaker 4: a special Prosecutor Harris at the Hague in the Netherlands
- 4:56Speaker 4: prosecuting war crimes in Kosovo when Attorney General Meyrick Garland
- 5:00Speaker 4: called him up and asked him to be special counsel.
- 5:03Speaker 4: Garland did so because Trump announced that he was going
- 5:05Speaker 4: to be a candidate for president of the United States,
- 5:08Speaker 4: and it would keep the DOJ insulated from looking like
- 5:11Speaker 4: it was weighing its power on the scale. Judge Cannon
- 5:14Speaker 4: has problems with Smith's appointment because he was not Senate confirmed.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Now she took a recent hit from a recent hint
- 5:21Speaker 4: from Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, who questioned Smith's appointment
- 5:24Speaker 4: on paper. Cannon wrote in her ninety three page ruling today,
- 5:28Speaker 4: in the end, there does appear to be a tradition
- 5:30Speaker 4: of appointing special attorney like figures and moments of political
- 5:34Speaker 4: scandal throughout the country's history, but very few, if any,
- 5:37Speaker 4: of these figures actually resembled a position of Special Council Smith.
- 5:42Speaker 4: Mister Smith is a private citizen exercising the full power
- 5:46Speaker 4: of a United States attorney and with very little oversighter supervision.
- 5:49Speaker 4: From twenty to twenty sixteen, we had one Special Council
- 5:53Speaker 4: Patrick Fitzgerald. From twenty seventeen Harris. Until today, we've had five.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Robert Muller was a former FBI director who in investigated
- 6:00Speaker 4: Trump in the Russia connections. He was not Senate approved,
- 6:03Speaker 4: but Judge Cannon is not going back in time.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Nothing she can do about that.
- 6:07Speaker 4: John Durham, who investigated the origins of the Russia probe,
- 6:10Speaker 4: David Weiss, who investigated Hunter Biden, is currently investigating Hunter Biden,
- 6:14Speaker 4: and Jack Smith, who is investigating Donald Trump. John Durham,
- 6:18Speaker 4: Robert Hurr, and David Weiss were all US attorneys. They
- 6:21Speaker 4: were Senate confirmed. Right now, we're waiting for some sort
- 6:25Speaker 4: of news from Jacksmith's office, but no question a seismic
- 6:29Speaker 4: day for the Trump campaign. He told our Brettbear earlier
- 6:32Speaker 4: that he wants his other prosecutions to end as well.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Now you listen to that seismic right was the way
- 6:38Speaker 1: that was described. So what has Special Counsel Jack Smith
- 6:41Speaker 1: done today?
- 6:42Speaker 2: Mascre it. I don't care, like this is lawfair.
- 6:46Speaker 1: So what I'm doing is, I'm going to appeal the
- 6:48Speaker 1: federal Judge Cannon's ruling and I'm going to say, basically,
- 6:52Speaker 1: screw the Constitution, which I'm accused of violating, Like just
- 6:58Speaker 1: I don't care. I'm going to do this. This is
- 7:00Speaker 1: what I'm going to do. This is how it's going
- 7:02Speaker 1: to work. And I'm going to say I don't care
- 7:05Speaker 1: about the dismissal of the classified records Marlago case against
- 7:09Speaker 1: Donald Trump because he said quote that his appointment is valid.
- 7:14Speaker 1: That's now what he's claiming saying, you know, I mean
- 7:16Speaker 1: I was appointed the right way.
- 7:19Speaker 2: I'm not really worried about the Constitution. Now.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Cannon, the US District Judge for the Southern District of Florida,
- 7:24Speaker 1: last month, made it clear dismissing the case, saying, look,
- 7:28Speaker 1: the appointment's cause of the United States Constitution was clearly violated,
- 7:33Speaker 1: and that's why Cannon said Smith's appointment of special counsel
- 7:37Speaker 1: was quote unconstitutional. The Attorney General validly appointed the Special
- 7:42Speaker 1: Council who's properly funded. The filing states from Smith inruly otherwise,
- 7:49Speaker 1: the District Court deviated from binding Supreme Court President, misconstrued
- 7:53Speaker 1: the statues that authorized the Special Council's appointment, and took
- 7:57Speaker 1: inadequate account of the longest and history of Attorney general
- 8:02Speaker 1: appointments of special counsels.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Smith also argued that he was.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Properly funded through the Congressional enacted Permanent Identified Appropriation to
- 8:15Speaker 1: pay all necessary expenses of investigations and prosecutions by independent
- 8:19Speaker 1: counsel appointed Pursuant to quote US Code, the appointment clause
- 8:24Speaker 1: says ambassadors and other public ministers and counselors, judges and
- 8:29Speaker 1: of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the
- 8:33Speaker 1: United States be appointed by the President, subject to the
- 8:35Speaker 1: advice and consend the Senate, although Congress may vest the
- 8:39Speaker 1: appointment of inferior officers and the President alone in the
- 8:45Speaker 1: court of Law and the head of department. Smith again
- 8:48Speaker 1: problem again, never confirmed by the Senate.
- 8:51Speaker 2: So how would any of that apply to him? Again,
- 8:54Speaker 2: this is law fare.
- 8:55Speaker 1: They want to lock up Donald Trump, at least in court,
- 8:58Speaker 1: if not in actual life.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Now, let me go.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Back to what the judge said about a month ago.
- 9:06Speaker 2: This actually happened.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I think it was that during the RNC Convention when
- 9:11Speaker 1: this ruling came down.
- 9:13Speaker 2: That was very clear.
- 9:14Speaker 1: In Cannon's decision last month had said, quote, upon careful
- 9:18Speaker 1: study of the fundamental challenges raised in the motion, the
- 9:22Speaker 1: Court is convinced that Special Counsel Smith's prosecution of this
- 9:28Speaker 1: action breaches two, not one, but two structural cornerstones of
- 9:34Speaker 1: our constitutional scheme. The role of Congress and the appointment
- 9:39Speaker 1: of constitutional officers. Jack Smith was ever appointed by Congress,
- 9:43Speaker 1: and the role of Congress and authorizing expenditures by law.
- 9:48Speaker 1: That is what Canon clearly stated in the decision last month.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Quote.
- 9:53Speaker 1: The Framers gave Congress a pivotal role in the appointment
- 9:57Speaker 1: of principle and in inferior officers. That role cannot be
- 10:05Speaker 1: usurved by the executive branch or diffused elsewhere, whether in
- 10:10Speaker 1: this case or in another case, whether in times of
- 10:14Speaker 1: heightened national need or not.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Quote.
- 10:18Speaker 1: In the case of inferior officers, that means that Congress
- 10:22Speaker 1: is empowered to decide if it wishes to vest appointment
- 10:27Speaker 1: power in a head of department. And indeed, Congress has
- 10:32Speaker 1: proven itself quite capable of doing so in many other
- 10:34Speaker 1: statutory contexts, but it plainly did not do so here,
- 10:39Speaker 1: despite the special council strain that statutory readings Canon add
- 10:43Speaker 1: it so to be clear what he is. What Jack
- 10:47Speaker 1: Smith is saying is I don't care. Okay, I just
- 10:52Speaker 1: don't care. I don't care, and I'm going to keep
- 10:57Speaker 1: going after Donald Trump because we need to tell him
- 11:00Speaker 1: up in court. They I don't even think they care
- 11:03Speaker 1: about actually locking up Trump anymore. They just need to
- 11:05Speaker 1: put him in a courtroom. That's all this is about,
- 11:08Speaker 1: is putting him in a courtroom.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Quote.
- 11:10Speaker 1: In the end, it seems executive growing comfort and appointing
- 11:14Speaker 1: regulatory special councils in the more recent era has followed
- 11:19Speaker 1: an ad hoc pattern with little judicial scrutiny. That's what
- 11:23Speaker 1: the judge said in conclusion when they said, I'm.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Throwing this out.
- 11:26Speaker 1: No, this is not This case against Donald Trump is bogus.
- 11:29Speaker 2: It's not going to work on me.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Jack Smith saying, guess what, I can go above you now,
- 11:34Speaker 1: I'm going to appeal.
- 11:35Speaker 2: I don't care that you slap my hand. I don't
- 11:38Speaker 2: care that.
- 11:38Speaker 1: By the way, you're right, I don't care that Congress
- 11:42Speaker 1: actually never appointed me. Because if I can just tie
- 11:46Speaker 1: Trump up and say that the case is back on,
- 11:50Speaker 1: it might hurt him with one percent of the vote
- 11:53Speaker 1: or two percent of the vote, And in a swing state,
- 11:56Speaker 1: that's the difference between winning and losing. This is law fair,
- 12:00Speaker 1: This is election interference clearly here. Now Trump has faced
- 12:06Speaker 1: charges stemming from Smith's investigation. What was it all about
- 12:10Speaker 1: simply put his possession of classified materials at his Marlogo residence.
- 12:15Speaker 1: He pleaded not guilty to all thirty seven felony counts
- 12:18Speaker 1: in Smith's probe, including wilfer retention of national defense information,
- 12:22Speaker 1: conspiracy to obstruct justice.
- 12:23Speaker 2: And false statements.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Trump pled not guilty to all of those charges, and
- 12:28Speaker 1: again the judge says, you got a problem. He was
- 12:31Speaker 1: never appointed by Congress. He doesn't have the power or
- 12:34Speaker 1: the money to do what he's doing. So we're moving on.
- 12:37Speaker 1: And Smith has come out and said, uh, uh, guess
- 12:40Speaker 1: what we're going to do, exactly what the hell we
- 12:42Speaker 1: want to do. And everybody's going to be in favor
- 12:46Speaker 1: of this. On the left, the media is going to
- 12:49Speaker 1: love this. Let me also just remind you of two
- 12:52Speaker 1: other things very quickly. When this ruling came down, and
- 12:57Speaker 1: in the Supreme Court issue this ruling also on Trump immunity.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Trey Goudi said this about the Supreme Court at the
- 13:05Speaker 1: time on Fox.
- 13:06Speaker 2: This was back in July.
- 13:08Speaker 5: Listen, well, I don't think we know you. It's certainly
- 13:11Speaker 5: not a victory for him. I don't even think it's
- 13:13Speaker 5: a tie for him. I don't see how you can
- 13:17Speaker 5: sort out. Look, our constitution is majestically vague about what
- 13:22Speaker 5: presidential powers. We know the president has pardon power, but honestly,
- 13:27Speaker 5: commander in chief, what other powers are there? So you
- 13:31Speaker 5: have express, you have implied, and then you have this
- 13:34Speaker 5: word penumber. What's in the shadows of those express powers
- 13:38Speaker 5: that can only be fleshed out in litigation. The Supreme
- 13:41Speaker 5: Court doesn't handle litigation. So if he wants to proceed
- 13:46Speaker 5: on what is unequivocally a private act, he's welcome, I guess,
- 13:52Speaker 5: to proceed with that prosecution. But that's still going to
- 13:55Speaker 5: take time to assert that it is unequivocally private. This
- 13:59Speaker 5: is not a win for Jack Smith. How close to
- 14:02Speaker 5: a tie it is depends upon what the remainder. You'll
- 14:05Speaker 5: remember Brett. When John Roberts was confirmed, he said he
- 14:09Speaker 5: was a minimalist. That was the word he used. He
- 14:12Speaker 5: talked about judicial humility and that he was a minimalist.
- 14:15Speaker 5: It is not surprising to me that he wrote the
- 14:17Speaker 5: majority opinion. He wants to write it in a minimal way,
- 14:22Speaker 5: so there is no right line rule. It's going to
- 14:25Speaker 5: be facts specific.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I listen to Trey there and I play that for you,
- 14:32Speaker 1: just to remind you that the media was then having
- 14:35Speaker 1: to tell you a different story. Now they're like, oh,
- 14:37Speaker 1: Donald Trump's in trouble again, right, The Democrats weren't a
- 14:41Speaker 1: full attack mode against the Supreme Court at that time,
- 14:44Speaker 1: trying to deal legitimate Supreme Court saying we should pack
- 14:46Speaker 1: the Supreme Court. John Stossel on Trump immunity and Jack
- 14:49Speaker 1: Smith said.
- 14:50Speaker 2: This, Kim, what does this mean?
- 14:52Speaker 3: That really mean for Jack Smith's prosecution. I know it's
- 14:57Speaker 3: going to be delayed now past the election, but is
- 15:01Speaker 3: a good chunk of a dead.
- 15:04Speaker 6: Yes, it probably is if the lower courts do their job.
- 15:07Speaker 6: And look, this was one of the criticisms that the
- 15:10Speaker 6: High Court had as all of this had been rushed,
- 15:13Speaker 6: that these questions of immunity and whether or not there
- 15:16Speaker 6: isn't a presumed or an absolute immunity for certain presidential
- 15:20Speaker 6: acts were something that should have been decided at the
- 15:23Speaker 6: outset of this case. And by the way, I'd like
- 15:27Speaker 6: to point out a special criticism here. If people don't
- 15:30Speaker 6: like this decision, it was Jack Smith. He should have
- 15:33Speaker 6: thought through these issues before he even brought this case,
- 15:35Speaker 6: potentially brought more limited charges that had some consideration for
- 15:40Speaker 6: the possibility of presidential immunity, but this was all rushed.
- 15:44Speaker 6: So now what this I think, you know, ruling, very
- 15:47Speaker 6: careful ruling, does is order the lower court to go
- 15:50Speaker 6: through those one by one. And it would seem that
- 15:52Speaker 6: a lot of the acts that were included in these
- 15:55Speaker 6: charges probably will fall under some level of presidential immunity,
- 16:00Speaker 6: although there may be some that don't. And that's going
- 16:02Speaker 6: to be the tough question that the lower courts now
- 16:04Speaker 6: deal with.
- 16:05Speaker 1: So what this means is and again I play this
- 16:08Speaker 1: so you have context is very clear.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Jack Smith says, I don't care.
- 16:15Speaker 1: I don't care about the Constitution, I don't care about
- 16:19Speaker 1: president community. I care about tying Donald Trump up in court.
- 16:24Speaker 2: That is all that I care about.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Now this also comes to another thing about tying up
- 16:31Speaker 1: Donald Trump in court. Judge Merchant is being encouraged now
- 16:36Speaker 1: by everyone in the media to not delay Trump's New
- 16:40Speaker 1: York sentencing, and they say there's no basis for another
- 16:44Speaker 1: delay in the law. And this has come out in
- 16:47Speaker 1: the last few days that former President Donald Trump's efforts
- 16:50Speaker 1: to dodge quote accountability this is how NBC News put
- 16:53Speaker 1: it for his.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Crimes is still going strong.
- 16:56Speaker 1: But they're saying that his unhinged campaign and the president
- 17:00Speaker 1: should be held accountable. Trump was convicted back in May
- 17:03Speaker 1: on quote thirty four pilony accounts of false flying business records,
- 17:07Speaker 1: all to cover up interfering in the twenty sixteen presidential
- 17:10Speaker 1: election by paying hush money to an adult film actress
- 17:13Speaker 1: to hide their affair quote unquote. Having already postponed this
- 17:17Speaker 1: is sentencing from July eleventh to September eighteenth, Trump's attorney's
- 17:22Speaker 1: recently asked the judge to further postpone it.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Until after election day.
- 17:26Speaker 1: In response to Manhatrick, District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office deferred
- 17:30Speaker 1: to the judge's discretion, but noted there are strong reasons
- 17:33Speaker 1: that Trump's position should be rejected.
- 17:37Speaker 2: So what are they trying to do?
- 17:38Speaker 1: Can we just tie him up in court or even
- 17:41Speaker 1: in jail during this presidential election cycle, so that he
- 17:44Speaker 1: can't go out there and he can't campaign. That is
- 17:48Speaker 1: exactly what Jack Smith is. This is law fair. This
- 17:51Speaker 1: is all about trying to make it where Trump can't
- 17:55Speaker 1: just campaign against Kamala Harris. And this is what they
- 17:58Speaker 1: do in Russia, this is what they do in China,
- 18:01Speaker 1: this is what they do in Venezuela, this is what
- 18:03Speaker 1: they do in Cuba. And now it's happening right before
- 18:06Speaker 1: a very eyes in this country. We better wake up
- 18:08Speaker 1: and realize just how dangerous this is.
- 18:13Speaker 2: I want to.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Pivot real quick to another really important story and it
- 18:17Speaker 1: is one that was sent to me as in essence
- 18:21Speaker 1: of whistleblow by those that are serving this country about
- 18:27Speaker 1: our lack of readiness under the Harris Biden administration. We
- 18:33Speaker 1: are now being told that the US Navy is going
- 18:37Speaker 1: to sideline seventeen different ships because they lack the manpower
- 18:45Speaker 1: to operate those seventeen ships. There are not enough merchant
- 18:52Speaker 1: marines for the US Navy to fully man seventeen vessels,
- 18:57Speaker 1: reportedly causing officials to plan to take them out of
- 19:01Speaker 1: regular operation. The Merchant Marines organization made up of civilian mariners.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Managed by a combination of federal government and the private sector,
- 19:12Speaker 1: has lost too much manpower to quote properly crew and
- 19:15Speaker 1: operate ships across the fleet quote. The problem, of course,
- 19:20Speaker 1: is these ships are at sea away from home port
- 19:26Speaker 1: twelve months of the year. That is what the Rear
- 19:28Speaker 1: Admiral retired Mark Montgomery, a senior director of the Center
- 19:33Speaker 1: on Cyber and Technology Innovation for the Foundation for Defense
- 19:39Speaker 1: of Democracy said in a statement. While they are not
- 19:43Speaker 1: officially members of the US military, merchant marines are operators
- 19:47Speaker 1: of commercial ships who also serve as an auxiliary power
- 19:51Speaker 1: during wartime or in a national emergency. This according to
- 19:55Speaker 1: the Department of Transportation Administration in their own words, according
- 20:00Speaker 1: to Montgomery, we're desperately short of the number of people.
- 20:05Speaker 1: There's a lack of experienced merchant mariners to crew the ships,
- 20:08Speaker 1: and this is really a clear danger to national security. Now,
- 20:13Speaker 1: the Navy's Military Sealift Command has planned to put seventeen
- 20:18Speaker 1: ships into extended quote unquote maintenance. The US Naval Institute
- 20:23Speaker 1: reported sources are now whistleblowing, saying that these are two
- 20:28Speaker 1: of the Lewis and Clark replenishment ships, one fleet oiler,
- 20:33Speaker 1: a dozen Spearhead class fast transports also known as EPFs,
- 20:40Speaker 1: and two forward deployed Navy sea bases for forced generation
- 20:45Speaker 1: reset and to have their crews redistributed to other ships.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Montgomery stressed that the issue mostly affects the merchant marines.
- 20:58Speaker 1: This is a problem the sailors tend to mannor warships.
- 21:03Speaker 1: The merchant mariners men something that equally is important, which
- 21:07Speaker 1: is the logistics backbone of the Navy. We're talking about
- 21:11Speaker 1: the oilers, we're talking about the AMMO ships, the transportation
- 21:15Speaker 1: ships that move the army and marine.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Corps across the water.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Just like ninety percent of trade is done by ships
- 21:24Speaker 1: and not aircrafts, the same.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Thing applies at sea.
- 21:28Speaker 1: It's too difficult, too expensive, it's not sufficient to move
- 21:32Speaker 1: all that stuff by aircraft, so it is moved by
- 21:36Speaker 1: these ships.
- 21:37Speaker 2: That's when we have them.
- 21:38Speaker 1: He also made it clear that a lot of what
- 21:40Speaker 1: we use, for example in Afghanistan Iraq, was actually moved
- 21:44Speaker 1: around the world by these exact ships. And so now
- 21:48Speaker 1: we're just gonna guess mothball seventeen of them because we
- 21:52Speaker 1: don't have the man power to operate them. Which, if
- 21:56Speaker 1: you knew that you were back, you were, you know,
- 21:59Speaker 1: having problems man power, you'd probably figured out when you're
- 22:03Speaker 1: one ship down. This is seventeen ships down that they're
- 22:08Speaker 1: going to mothball into quote, We're going to bring him
- 22:11Speaker 1: in for you know, like a whole lot of maintenance. No,
- 22:15Speaker 1: you don't have the man power. That's what you don't have.
- 22:20Speaker 1: You don't have the man power. This is putting our
- 22:23Speaker 1: national security at risk. And that's why the whistleblowers have
- 22:26Speaker 1: come forward. This, by the way, should be a part
- 22:29Speaker 1: of the presidential debates and the vice president of debates,
- 22:32Speaker 1: and I hope that Trump and Vance will use this
- 22:36Speaker 1: to their advantage to expose just how anti military these
- 22:41Speaker 1: individuals are, which brings me to the final thing I
- 22:43Speaker 1: want to put.
- 22:44Speaker 2: On your radar screen.
- 22:45Speaker 1: The Trump campaign is now furious as they should be,
- 22:49Speaker 1: and are now officially opposing Harris's new attempt to abruptly
- 22:55Speaker 1: change the September the tenth debate rules. The Trump campaign
- 23:01Speaker 1: on Monday came out strongly opposing the Harris campaign sudden
- 23:05Speaker 1: attempt to change the September tenth debate rules on ABC
- 23:09Speaker 1: News from muted to unmuted microphones. Now, what's funny is
- 23:15Speaker 1: in the first debate, they were obsessed with the idea
- 23:17Speaker 1: of muting Donald Trump. It actually, I think backfired on
- 23:23Speaker 1: Joe Biden because it gave him more rope to hang
- 23:26Speaker 1: himself with just the you know, his stumbling and not
- 23:31Speaker 1: being able to answer questions and the clear cognitive decline
- 23:35Speaker 1: because Trump couldn't interrupt him. And so when Joe Biden
- 23:39Speaker 1: started talking and he had hey, ninety seconds or two
- 23:42Speaker 1: minutes answer question and he couldn't do it, and Trump
- 23:46Speaker 1: couldn't interrupt, it made it just abundantly clear and cost
- 23:51Speaker 1: him his presidency, right because we could all see how
- 23:55Speaker 1: massive the cognitive decline was of Joe Biden. So in
- 24:00Speaker 1: I'm saying that now the hairs pains, like, hold on
- 24:02Speaker 1: a second. We don't want the mute button. We want
- 24:05Speaker 1: Donald Trump to be able to interrupt, because if he's
- 24:09Speaker 1: able to interrupt, that'll help us. We realize it actually doesn't.
- 24:13Speaker 1: It actually hurts us when he's muted. It helps us
- 24:16Speaker 1: when he's able to interrupt, because it makes him look bad.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Harris wants an unmuted mic to save her from I
- 24:24Speaker 1: think the other problem her word Salad's right.
- 24:27Speaker 2: She doesn't have a teleprompter.
- 24:29Speaker 1: So if you're the people around here show like the
- 24:31Speaker 1: last thing you want is for her to look like
- 24:33Speaker 1: a babbling idiot on stage and Trump not being able
- 24:36Speaker 1: to interrupt her to in essence, save her. So you
- 24:40Speaker 1: look at the word salads that have taken place from
- 24:43Speaker 1: Kamwa Harris. There are a lot of them. It's really bad.
- 24:48Speaker 1: And if you don't believe me, I'm going to play
- 24:50Speaker 1: a few of them. This is why they want Trump
- 24:53Speaker 1: to be able to talk, because they don't want this
- 24:55Speaker 1: to happen.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 24:57Speaker 7: I can imagine what can be and be unburdened by
- 24:59Speaker 7: what has been. You know, what can be unburdened by
- 25:04Speaker 7: what has been?
- 25:05Speaker 8: What can be unburdened by what has been? What can
- 25:10Speaker 8: be unburdened by what has been? What can be unburdened
- 25:17Speaker 8: by what has been?
- 25:18Speaker 7: What we can see, what we believe can be unburdened
- 25:22Speaker 7: by what has been? What can be unburdened by what
- 25:26Speaker 7: has been? What can be unburdened by what has been?
- 25:29Speaker 7: What can be unburdened by what has been?
- 25:33Speaker 2: Who we can be unburdened by who we have been?
- 25:37Speaker 7: What can be unburdened by what has been? Where we
- 25:40Speaker 7: can be unburdened by where we have been and unburdened
- 25:43Speaker 7: by where we are right now? What can be unburdened
- 25:47Speaker 7: by what has been? What can be unburdened by what
- 25:50Speaker 7: has been? What can be unburdened by what has been?
- 25:54Speaker 7: What could be unburdened by what had been? What can
- 25:58Speaker 7: be unburdened by by what has been? What can be
- 26:02Speaker 7: unburdened by what has been? What can be unburdened by
- 26:06Speaker 7: what has been? What can be unburdened by what has been?
- 26:10Speaker 7: What can be unburdened by what has been?
- 26:14Speaker 2: Unburdened by what has been?
- 26:16Speaker 7: Believing in what can be? What can be unburdened by
- 26:20Speaker 7: what has been? What can be unburdened by what has been?
- 26:23Speaker 7: What can be unburdened by what has been? What can
- 26:26Speaker 7: be unburdened by what has been? What can be unburdened
- 26:32Speaker 7: by what has been? What can be unburdened by what
- 26:36Speaker 7: has been? What can be unburdened by what has been?
- 26:40Speaker 7: What could be unburdened by what had been? What can
- 26:43Speaker 7: be unburdened by what has been? What can be unburdened
- 26:49Speaker 7: by what has been? What can be unburdened by what
- 26:53Speaker 7: has been, What can be unburdened by what has been?
- 26:57Speaker 2: What can be?
- 26:59Speaker 7: What should be unburdened by what has been? What can
- 27:04Speaker 7: be unburdened by what has been? What can be unburdened
- 27:09Speaker 7: by what has been? See what can be unburdened by
- 27:12Speaker 7: what has been?
- 27:13Speaker 8: What can be unburdened by what has been?
- 27:18Speaker 2: What can be unburdened by what has been.
- 27:21Speaker 7: Unburdened by what has been, and knowing what can be,
- 27:25Speaker 7: have a sense of vision about what can be unburdened
- 27:29Speaker 7: by what has been.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Every one of those clips was heard at a different place,
- 27:35Speaker 1: every one of them, every single one of them. So
- 27:38Speaker 1: you want to know why they want to unmute Trump.
- 27:40Speaker 1: This is exactly why they want to unmute Trump because
- 27:43Speaker 1: when you let her up there, sit up there and
- 27:45Speaker 1: try to and have no teleprompter. Now you know why
- 27:48Speaker 1: she's done no interviews. Now you know why she they're
- 27:51Speaker 1: hiding her from the media. Now you understand why there's
- 27:54Speaker 1: still even after the Democratic National Convention, no plat form
- 27:59Speaker 1: not there is no platform, folks, no platform on her website.
- 28:05Speaker 1: If I was Donald Trump, I would say hell no,
- 28:09Speaker 1: I would fight this through and through. Don't forget share
