Midgar Studio Shutting Down
French courts have ordered the liquidation of Edge of Eternity developer Studio Midgar. The announcement follows attempts by publisher NACON to find a buyer for the studio, as well as the recent closure of another NACON subsidiary, Spiders, earlier this year. Studio Midgar was founded in 2008. Its debut title, Hover, is an open-world parkour game released in 2017, while turn-based RPG Edge of Eternity released in 2021.
