- 0:01Speaker 1: So did you know that having a credit score now
- 0:04Speaker 1: means that it is a racist credit score? Yeah, this
- 0:09Speaker 1: is the new definition of racism in America today. Anything
- 0:12Speaker 1: you don't like, even if it has nothing to do
- 0:15Speaker 1: with race, you say it is racist and therefore you
- 0:18Speaker 1: must get rid of it. The Joe Biden White House
- 0:20Speaker 1: is now saying they want to shut down the major
- 0:23Speaker 1: credit bureaus because they believe that it's racist to give
- 0:27Speaker 1: people a credit score. They have moved because of a
- 0:31Speaker 1: paper that was published talking about how it's wrong to
- 0:35Speaker 1: have people's decisions being made based on a credit data.
- 0:39Speaker 1: And they say it actually hurts and it adds for
- 0:43Speaker 1: a spread in the existing racial inequality in this country.
- 0:47Speaker 1: They say it makes it harder because we have credit
- 0:50Speaker 1: scores in this country to achieve true economic equality if
- 0:54Speaker 1: you are black or brown. Their words, not mine. The
- 0:59Speaker 1: new acting director of the CFPD, who recently replaced Donald
- 1:06Speaker 1: Trump's appointee, put out in a statement on a blog
- 1:11Speaker 1: he has two main priorities that he would do. Number
- 1:14Speaker 1: one relief for consumers facing hardship due to COVID nineteen
- 1:19Speaker 1: and the related economic crisis, and two racial equity. But
- 1:25Speaker 1: nowhere does a statement specifically mentioned the ideas of public
- 1:27Speaker 1: credit reporting agencies. Don't worry, We're now getting it from
- 1:31Speaker 1: White House insiders who are saying this is exactly what
- 1:33Speaker 1: they want. The three primary reporting agencies do something. It's
- 1:37Speaker 1: pretty simple. If you've ever had to get your credit
- 1:40Speaker 1: check for anything, you know how it works. These three
- 1:44Speaker 1: credit agencies analyze your borrowing and your repayment patterns. You
- 1:50Speaker 1: may not like it, but they do. They then assign
- 1:54Speaker 1: you a score based on your borrowing and repayment patterns.
- 2:00Speaker 1: How much money you have already borrowed, how at risk
- 2:04Speaker 1: or you have not paying it back, how much credit
- 2:06Speaker 1: have you use. There's all of these things that go
- 2:09Speaker 1: into the score they assign you. They assign scores that
- 2:13Speaker 1: are then used to assess you as a person and
- 2:17Speaker 1: your credit worthiness. In other words, how risky are you?
- 2:21Speaker 1: How much money should someone let you borrow? And that
- 2:25Speaker 1: number can change based on the number amount that you're
- 2:28Speaker 1: wanting to borrow. Now, the Biden administration says it's unfair
- 2:33Speaker 1: that this can quote affect your access to an apartment
- 2:37Speaker 1: or your ability to hold certain jobs, in addition to
- 2:40Speaker 1: the amount that you can borrow, and also the interest
- 2:43Speaker 1: rates that they charge you. They say it's big business
- 2:47Speaker 1: enough to support three public companies, therefore it's terrible. Now,
- 2:51Speaker 1: let me explain to you the other side of this
- 2:53Speaker 1: real quick. If I'm giving my money to a bank
- 2:56Speaker 1: or a lending institution to let you borrow money, I
- 3:01Speaker 1: want to know that they're not a bunch of idiots
- 3:04Speaker 1: letting a bunch of people borrow money that are not
- 3:06Speaker 1: going to pay it back, and then I lose my investment.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Because when you borrow money, you're borrowing it from someone,
- 3:11Speaker 1: right not the government necessarily. I want to make that clear.
- 3:14Speaker 1: You're borrowing it from investors. Are people that bank at
- 3:17Speaker 1: a certain bank, and as a member of that bank,
- 3:22Speaker 1: as a member of that company that borrow that lends money,
- 3:27Speaker 1: I'm looking for a return on my investment, on the
- 3:29Speaker 1: money that I have made. I want to make sure
- 3:32Speaker 1: that your portfolio of what you are lending out is
- 3:36Speaker 1: a portfolio that is appropriate. I want to make sure
- 3:42Speaker 1: that the portfolio is not just going to a bunch
- 3:45Speaker 1: of high risk people that usually are traditionally have walked
- 3:48Speaker 1: away from money when they borrowed it, or from car
- 3:52Speaker 1: notes and they borrowed it, or houses when they borrowed it.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Or credit cards that they've jacked up and then it
- 3:58Speaker 1: has disappeared, right, they decide not to pay it back.
- 4:02Speaker 1: That would be my worst nightmare as an individual that's
- 4:04Speaker 1: trying to, you know, lend money. I don't want to
- 4:07Speaker 1: lend it to all high risk people. I want there
- 4:09Speaker 1: to be a diversified portfolio. I think you guys now
- 4:12Speaker 1: understand my point on this. Most people want there to
- 4:17Speaker 1: be a diversified portfolio. Now, if you do what this
- 4:21Speaker 1: administration is deciding to do, let me be clear about
- 4:24Speaker 1: what's going to happen. People are just going to stop
- 4:28Speaker 1: lending money to people that are poor, regardless of their race.
- 4:32Speaker 1: That won't matter because they're going to take that risk
- 4:36Speaker 1: off the table. In fact, if you want to talk
- 4:37Speaker 1: about profile, and let me tell you about another major
- 4:40Speaker 1: profile that will happen, they'll start profiling you based on
- 4:43Speaker 1: your age. Is it higher risk to lend money to
- 4:47Speaker 1: a twenty six year old newly married couple that's wide
- 4:52Speaker 1: eyed and bushytown, has no idea how the world works
- 4:55Speaker 1: and they're madly in love than it is to lend
- 4:56Speaker 1: it to a fifty five year old I'm picking a
- 4:59Speaker 1: fifty five year old, right, I'm going to start profiling
- 5:03Speaker 1: you as a person, about your job, your success, how
- 5:07Speaker 1: long you've been paying back loans compared to how young
- 5:10Speaker 1: your loans may be. You're higher risk, right if I
- 5:14Speaker 1: don't have this information, So therefore, I'm not going to
- 5:17Speaker 1: take the risk on you. Why risk lending you money?
- 5:22Speaker 1: What's the point of making a being risky? There's no
- 5:26Speaker 1: reason for me to take a risk on you, no
- 5:30Speaker 1: reason at all. Doesn't make any sense. I don't want
- 5:35Speaker 1: to lend you money if you're risky. So if I
- 5:38Speaker 1: think that you're risky, I'm going to just say I'm
- 5:40Speaker 1: done with you. I'm not going to do it. So
- 5:45Speaker 1: to the liberals out there, I think this is going
- 5:47Speaker 1: to fix some problem. It's not. Money, by the way,
- 5:50Speaker 1: is everything when it comes to lending, and people need
- 5:52Speaker 1: to also understand that money is everything. I'll give you
- 5:57Speaker 1: a great example of how race has nothing to do
- 5:59Speaker 1: with people getting money. It has to do with a
- 6:00Speaker 1: credit score. Let's take an example of the Marxist Black
- 6:04Speaker 1: Lives Matter co founder. She's got a bunch of money
- 6:08Speaker 1: coming in because apparently Black Lives Matter is making her
- 6:11Speaker 1: some cash. That founder co founder has bought four different
- 6:15Speaker 1: homes since twenty sixteen. This woman, Missus Colors, one of
- 6:24Speaker 1: the co founders of Black Lives Matter movement and a
- 6:27Speaker 1: train markis Marxist, is reported to have bought four homes
- 6:30Speaker 1: over the past several years as her activist profile grew
- 6:34Speaker 1: and protests raged around the country. Last week, the real
- 6:37Speaker 1: estate website dot com report that the thirty seven year
- 6:40Speaker 1: old social justice visionary have bought a one point four
- 6:44Speaker 1: million dollar compound in a remote Los Angeles neighborhood nestled
- 6:49Speaker 1: deep in the Santa Monica Mountains. By the way, I
- 6:53Speaker 1: don't have a problem with her buying this, want to
- 6:54Speaker 1: be clear. In LA terms, at one point four million
- 6:57Speaker 1: is not necessarily extravagant, though the activists took criticism for
- 7:02Speaker 1: spending what would be a fortune in most other real
- 7:04Speaker 1: estate markets, and for buying in a largely white neighborhood
- 7:07Speaker 1: after urging people to buy black. Her words, not mine.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Now she's bought four homes. Do you think they're looking
- 7:13Speaker 1: at the color of skin? Of course not. They're looking
- 7:15Speaker 1: at the money she's making. That's why we have credit scores.
- 7:19Speaker 1: By the way, she benefited from those credit scores. Let's
- 7:23Speaker 1: talk about racism here. Black Lives Matter, Marxist co founder
- 7:32Speaker 1: has had no problem buying four homes since twenty nineteen.
- 7:36Speaker 1: This is a woman who told people to buy black.
- 7:40Speaker 1: That's right, she's buying in white neighborhoods. I'm talking about statistically,
- 7:45Speaker 1: while she's telling everybody else to buy black. Black Lives
- 7:47Speaker 1: Matter created a buy Black map of black businesses, saying,
- 7:51Speaker 1: don't give any of your mind to white people. But
- 7:52Speaker 1: she's buying in predominantly white neighborhoods, which is amazing the
- 7:55Speaker 1: hypocrisy there, but this initiative completely. A link to a
- 7:59Speaker 1: map of black owned businesses was posted it to Black
- 8:03Speaker 1: Lives Matter with an accusation that the black community is
- 8:05Speaker 1: under attack quote unquote, it's more important ever to buy
- 8:09Speaker 1: local and buy black. Yeah to leftist activist group and
- 8:12Speaker 1: advertising agency blasts out news of their campaign on social media.
- 8:17Speaker 1: The map of Backing Black Businesses dot Com appears to
- 8:20Speaker 1: highlight more than twenty businesses in the Greater LA region
- 8:23Speaker 1: where she is. And then they got a bunch of
- 8:25Speaker 1: other places around the country they're doing this as well,
- 8:27Speaker 1: like Sacramento and Denver, Denver in Minneapolis, Chicago, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Atlanta,
- 8:31Speaker 1: Madison Georgia. The list goes on and on. Black Lives
- 8:38Speaker 1: Matter co founder said you gotta buy black. Well, apparently
- 8:41Speaker 1: she's saying you do that and I'll do it differently. Now.
- 8:44Speaker 1: My point is she's having no problem getting loans, I
- 8:46Speaker 1: would assume unless she's paying cash for these houses. But
- 8:49Speaker 1: the New York Post is reported now that she bought
- 8:52Speaker 1: a five hundred ten thousand our home there in twenty sixteen,
- 8:56Speaker 1: which was worth about eight hundred thousand today. She also
- 8:59Speaker 1: bought a six hundred thousand dollars home in South Los Angeles.
- 9:02Speaker 1: They say it's worth more than seven hundred twenty today.
- 9:04Speaker 1: And then she bought a ranch in rural Georgia last
- 9:07Speaker 1: year for about a half million. It even featured a
- 9:10Speaker 1: private airplane hanger with a studio apartment above it. This
- 9:16Speaker 1: is the co founder Marxist the Black Lives Matter. Notice
- 9:19Speaker 1: how she seems to be getting rich off this Black
- 9:21Speaker 1: Lives Matter movement. I've been warning you about that for years.
- 9:24Speaker 1: The Posts also added that her spouse also had property
- 9:28Speaker 1: in the Bahamas, had an ultra exclusive resort where justin
- 9:31Speaker 1: Timberlake can Tiger Woods both have homes called the Albany.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Last year with a price not disclosed. They're getting paid.
- 9:38Speaker 1: She declared in twenty fifteen that she and other Black
- 9:41Speaker 1: Lives Matter co founders were trained Marxists who were superverse
- 9:44Speaker 1: and on ideological theories. This is the same people that
- 9:47Speaker 1: are now telling you that getting a credit score. Having
- 9:50Speaker 1: a credit score is racist. These radical activists signed a
- 9:55Speaker 1: content production deal by the Warner Brothers. They're making money
- 9:59Speaker 1: off this. These new real estate purchases prompted some activist
- 10:03Speaker 1: calls for a financial investigation of the Black Lives Matter movement. Now,
- 10:09Speaker 1: this co founder is hardly the first to cash in.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Jamika Mallory, notorious verst support of the anti semitically fair count,
- 10:17Speaker 1: has scored product endorsements and made millions. Don't worry, Color
- 10:24Speaker 1: wouldn't be the first Marxist to succeed in real estate
- 10:27Speaker 1: market with multiple homes either. In twenty fourteen, they also
- 10:31Speaker 1: had some serious things they brought up in Santa Monica. Now,
- 10:36Speaker 1: my point about this is, if credit scores are racists,
- 10:41Speaker 1: you think this Marxist Black Lives Matter co founder is
- 10:44Speaker 1: buying all these homes up, would be able to do
- 10:45Speaker 1: so so easily. Probably not. They don't care about the
- 10:50Speaker 1: color of your skin. They care about your credit score.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Credit scores have nothing to do with the color your skin.
- 10:55Speaker 1: But now the Biden administration is trying to convince America
- 10:57Speaker 1: that credit scores are racist, and these credit scores are
- 11:01Speaker 1: so racist that we need to get away with it,
- 11:05Speaker 1: be done with them. And I'm telling you right now,
- 11:07Speaker 1: it is going to then make it even harder for
- 11:09Speaker 1: you to borrow money, because people are gonna be even
- 11:12Speaker 1: more paranoid. Like at least right now, there's some sort
- 11:14Speaker 1: of just basic algorithm. I walk in any bank, They're
- 11:17Speaker 1: gonna pull my credit scores, They're gonna look at my
- 11:19Speaker 1: credit history, and then they're gonna decide if they're gonna
- 11:21Speaker 1: lend me money or not. And my interest rate, I
- 11:25Speaker 1: get to shop around. If I don't like the interest
- 11:27Speaker 1: rate they give me, then I'm gonna shop it around.
- 11:30Speaker 1: I'll give you a perfect example of this has nothing
- 11:32Speaker 1: to do with racial profiling. I went into a car
- 11:36Speaker 1: dealership to buy a car, family car. SUV. Went in,
- 11:43Speaker 1: look at the car, said all right, I'm mentioned in
- 11:45Speaker 1: financing it. I've never financed a car. I take it back.
- 11:48Speaker 1: I financed my first car about I had an eighteen
- 11:51Speaker 1: hundred dollars loan on it. I kid you not eighteen
- 11:54Speaker 1: hundred dollars loan. I hated it, and I never want
- 11:55Speaker 1: a card and f that. But money had gotten so
- 11:57Speaker 1: cheap now, right, intest rates are so low. Now it's like,
- 11:59Speaker 1: all right, scrit let me just look at it. These
- 12:01Speaker 1: idiots were willing to give me a loan on a
- 12:03Speaker 1: used car for I think it was sixty months, and
- 12:08Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, what's the interest rate? Because now I'm
- 12:11Speaker 1: borrowing money on a used car at sixty months, I
- 12:14Speaker 1: want to know. Well, their first indust rate they came
- 12:16Speaker 1: back at, right, was five point two percent. I laughed
- 12:18Speaker 1: their face and said, no, I'll just pay cash. Well,
- 12:21Speaker 1: they said, well, hold on a second, let me let's
- 12:23Speaker 1: let's let's see, we'll see if we can get some
- 12:25Speaker 1: other numbers in here. All of a sudden, they come
- 12:26Speaker 1: back at two three. Well, now you've got my attention.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Now I could have accepted their first offer at five percent, right,
- 12:33Speaker 1: because they were putting points on the board, the financiers
- 12:37Speaker 1: of the dealership. We're getting an interest rate at probably
- 12:40Speaker 1: two percent, and they were jacking it up to five
- 12:43Speaker 1: percent to see if I was stupid enough to do it,
- 12:44Speaker 1: and they'd make their money back in the end, they
- 12:46Speaker 1: would give them their cash. That's welcome the free market society.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Suckers get busted and taken from every day in this country.
- 12:54Speaker 1: It's not a crime. Now. I knew I had good
- 12:57Speaker 1: credit before I walked in, because I'm not a moron.
- 13:00Speaker 1: I knew what a credit score should be or what
- 13:03Speaker 1: a credit interest rate should be because I talked to
- 13:05Speaker 1: the bank and they're like, look, you'll probably get even
- 13:07Speaker 1: better rates from the dealership to be honest with your
- 13:09Speaker 1: go through a credit union. And I was like, okay,
- 13:12Speaker 1: They're like, the deals are ridiculous. Right now, my bank
- 13:14Speaker 1: where I have my money, who literally told me there's
- 13:16Speaker 1: a very good chance that we can't even get close
- 13:18Speaker 1: to where some of these credit unions are. So they
- 13:20Speaker 1: were telling me and giving me advice on how they
- 13:22Speaker 1: would do it. Well, then I said, all right, I'm
- 13:26Speaker 1: looking at another dealership. They ended up going down to
- 13:27Speaker 1: like like two percent flat. Now did any of that
- 13:34Speaker 1: conversation going for five percent to two percent have anything
- 13:36Speaker 1: to do with my credit score? No, they knew I
- 13:40Speaker 1: was like low risk, no risk, right, I pay my bills.
- 13:43Speaker 1: But they were still going to try to make money
- 13:44Speaker 1: off of me. Did they try to jack my interest
- 13:47Speaker 1: rate up to five percent because I was white? No,
- 13:50Speaker 1: they were trying to see if I was dumb enough
- 13:52Speaker 1: to do it. And there's a lot of people that
- 13:53Speaker 1: are stupid enough to do it, and that's where they
- 13:55Speaker 1: make their money. But if you get rid of that
- 13:59Speaker 1: credit score, which got me a low rate eventually of
- 14:01Speaker 1: two percent, Right, I had to negotiate for it, and
- 14:05Speaker 1: I walk in and they don't have any data on me,
- 14:07Speaker 1: and then I got to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Manually,
- 14:10Speaker 1: they're gonna profile the hell out of you at that point,
- 14:13Speaker 1: and there's a very good chance you're gonna lose. Right,
- 14:17Speaker 1: there's a really good chance at that point. There's a
- 14:19Speaker 1: lot of people that are not going to get car
- 14:21Speaker 1: loans and they're not gonna get house loans because it
- 14:24Speaker 1: disappeared that's what's going to happen. It is not racist
- 14:32Speaker 1: to have a credit score. It's not racist at all.
- 14:38Speaker 1: And to say that it's racist is ignorant saying that
- 14:41Speaker 1: everything now is racial equity and racial equality. And they
- 14:45Speaker 1: go on to say that you know, well, we it's
- 14:47Speaker 1: unfair because this puts a burden on the racial communities,
- 14:53Speaker 1: when this credit score has literally nothing to do with
- 14:57Speaker 1: the color of your skin, has everything to do with
- 15:01Speaker 1: can you afford what you're wanting to buy. All these
- 15:07Speaker 1: three reporting agencies do is they analyze your borrowing and
- 15:10Speaker 1: your repayment patterns. They then assign a score to you
- 15:14Speaker 1: that's used to assess your risk or a PC way
- 15:19Speaker 1: of putting it as your credit worthiness. This will affect
- 15:23Speaker 1: people giving you money and at what interest rate, Because
- 15:26Speaker 1: if you have a history of late payments, I'm your
- 15:29Speaker 1: higher risk. If you have accounts that were shut down
- 15:32Speaker 1: that you didn't pay on that went to collections, you're
- 15:36Speaker 1: at higher risk. Why should I lend you a bunch
- 15:38Speaker 1: of money it compared to somebody that always pays on
- 15:42Speaker 1: time and has decades of payment history. We've all gotten
- 15:48Speaker 1: into just flat out stupid land in this country. And
- 15:52Speaker 1: if you're listening to me right now and you're in
- 15:53Speaker 1: a minority, you should be offended by this. And it's
- 15:57Speaker 1: and again, this is only going to help the rich
- 15:59Speaker 1: get richer and the poor have less opportunities to own things.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Let's also talk about the logic behind the White House's
- 16:08Speaker 1: decision to get rid of credit scores saying that it's profiling.
- 16:13Speaker 1: This White House has no problem profiling. I want to
- 16:16Speaker 1: make that very very clear. Look at the new obsession
- 16:21Speaker 1: that the left has with making you get a passport
- 16:28Speaker 1: so that you can travel. Look at these VACS requirements
- 16:34Speaker 1: that are all over the place. I'm talking about vaccines
- 16:38Speaker 1: all over the place. These VACS requirements are spreading in
- 16:43Speaker 1: this country. Bloomberg had a very interesting story about this.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Right COVID nineteen vaccination requirements are fast becoming facts of
- 16:52Speaker 1: life in the US, they wrote today, spreading business by business,
- 16:56Speaker 1: even as politicians and privacy advocates rail against. In other words,
- 17:01Speaker 1: it's inevitable, get on with it. Another White House has said, quote,
- 17:04Speaker 1: oh well, we're not. We're not gonna necessarily advocate for
- 17:09Speaker 1: these passports that require them. It didn't matter. Every other
- 17:11Speaker 1: Democrat out there in the country's doing that. Look at
- 17:15Speaker 1: the psycho colleges now, right, These these places that are
- 17:18Speaker 1: built now to just you know, to create Marxists and socialists, communists.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Brown University, now Notre Dame, and Rutgers are among universities
- 17:31Speaker 1: warning students and staff they'll need shots in order to
- 17:34Speaker 1: return to campus. As fall, some sports team are demanding
- 17:37Speaker 1: proof of vaccination or a negative test from fans, as
- 17:41Speaker 1: arenas are reopening. I want to see your favorite band
- 17:45Speaker 1: play indoors in California, not gonna happen unless you show
- 17:49Speaker 1: your vaccine proof that you've had it. At bigger venues,
- 17:52Speaker 1: the same rules are also going to apply. In fact,
- 17:55Speaker 1: a Houston hospital chain recently ordered its two thousand, excuse me,
- 18:00Speaker 1: twenty six thousand employees to get vaccinated or pretty much
- 18:03Speaker 1: you're out a job. Yeah, it's also another problem. How
- 18:11Speaker 1: do you prove that your shot you actually got it right,
- 18:16Speaker 1: or how do you prove that you're COVID free? And
- 18:18Speaker 1: you want to talk about financial burden. That can create
- 18:21Speaker 1: a financial burden for some people. It shouldn't, by the way,
- 18:25Speaker 1: Just be Republican politicians and privacy advocates that are warning
- 18:29Speaker 1: you about this. This is not freedom in this country.
- 18:33Speaker 1: If you can't act and do things in society right,
- 18:38Speaker 1: You can't get on a plane or a train or
- 18:41Speaker 1: a bus, or go to a sporting event or a concert,
- 18:44Speaker 1: or go to school unless you show your vaccine passport.
- 18:51Speaker 1: That's insane. That's not freedom. But I use this as
- 18:56Speaker 1: a compare and contrast the same liberals that are telling
- 19:00Speaker 1: you that it's wrong that people get their credit history
- 19:03Speaker 1: on you and that we should ban it are the
- 19:05Speaker 1: same people that are demanding that you have a vaccine passport.
- 19:09Speaker 1: There is no consistency, and what they are saying there
- 19:14Speaker 1: is zero consistency when it comes to their logic. How
- 19:19Speaker 1: is it logical that you demand that people go and
- 19:23Speaker 1: show a passport to do anything to function society, But
- 19:27Speaker 1: at the same time you ban companies, private companies that
- 19:32Speaker 1: are doing private business with you, from actually having history
- 19:35Speaker 1: on you and your finance, your finances and how you
- 19:39Speaker 1: pay and repay things. That is not sound logic. In
- 19:45Speaker 1: other words, I'm supposed to give up all of my
- 19:47Speaker 1: information to you, the deals in my health, or you
- 19:51Speaker 1: won't let me function society, which is not freedom. But
- 19:54Speaker 1: then you demand that you have no information be kept
- 19:57Speaker 1: on you as a person going into a private agreement
- 20:00Speaker 1: with somebody to borrow what could be millions of dollars,
- 20:04Speaker 1: easily hundreds of thousands of dollars. They say, no, no,
- 20:07Speaker 1: that's racist. Well, which one is it? White House, Because
- 20:12Speaker 1: it seems like you guys make it up as you go.
- 20:15Speaker 1: It seems like, oh no, you've got to have this
- 20:17Speaker 1: passport or you won't. We won't let you do anything
- 20:19Speaker 1: in America. And that's totally legitimate. And you're giving up
- 20:23Speaker 1: all your data. You're giving up all your medical data.
- 20:25Speaker 1: You're basically saying, strip search me, and then tuesdayonds today
- 20:31Speaker 1: you're going you can't have any data on any Americans.
- 20:34Speaker 1: It's asking for millions of dollars or hundreds of thousands,
- 20:36Speaker 1: or a thirty year loan or a five year loan
- 20:38Speaker 1: or a fifteen year loan, or a business loan. No,
- 20:40Speaker 1: you can't ask them for any information in a private
- 20:42Speaker 1: business transaction. That's the other part about this that bothers me.
- 20:48Speaker 1: No one forces me, right, No one forces me to
- 20:55Speaker 1: borrow money. If I go to a bank, to a
- 20:58Speaker 1: private entity and I borrow money for them, I can
- 21:01Speaker 1: either decide to to say yes or no or walk
- 21:05Speaker 1: away from that financial transaction. It's not mandated by the government.
- 21:09Speaker 1: It's a private business lending money to a private citizen.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Why should the government have anything really to do with that.
- 21:17Speaker 1: When it comes to what I can and cannot be asked,
- 21:19Speaker 1: and if I don't want to answer those questions or
- 21:21Speaker 1: I don't want to give up that information to a credit,
- 21:23Speaker 1: you know, to a bank to get that loan, or
- 21:26Speaker 1: I refuse to comply. That's that's my decision. That's my choice.
- 21:35Speaker 1: It's kind of like driving. It's a privilege, not a right.
- 21:38Speaker 1: You don't You don't have to get a license. You
- 21:41Speaker 1: don't have to drive if you don't want to. You
- 21:43Speaker 1: can walk, you can do other things. No one's forcing you.
- 21:47Speaker 1: If you don't like having a credit score, then don't
- 21:50Speaker 1: ever get anything on credit. Don't get a credit card.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Pay six months down on a rental property. If you
- 21:59Speaker 1: want to do that, that's your decision. Pay first and
- 22:03Speaker 1: last month's times three. There's ways to get around it.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I do know people, by the way, on the day
- 22:07Speaker 1: of Ramsey World who don't have a credit score at all.
- 22:13Speaker 1: That's their decision, and they do just fine in life
- 22:15Speaker 1: without a credit score. You got to decide what's best
- 22:19Speaker 1: for you. But the government shouldn't be able to tell
- 22:21Speaker 1: you one moment that you must give up all your
- 22:24Speaker 1: records healthwise and you must submit to them healthwise, and
- 22:32Speaker 1: then the very next minute they say, oh, you can't
- 22:34Speaker 1: have any of your information out there for the private
- 22:36Speaker 1: sector to decide if you're risky. When it comes to
- 22:38Speaker 1: your loan. That is not sound logic. And credit scores
- 22:44Speaker 1: have nothing to do with race. They have everything to
- 22:47Speaker 1: do with when you borrow money, do you pay it
- 22:49Speaker 1: back or not? It is that sense, that's simple. And
- 22:53Speaker 1: if you change this and you make it disappear these
- 22:57Speaker 1: credit burewers. I'm not saying you can't like reform them.
- 23:00Speaker 1: I think some of the ways they do their their
- 23:01Speaker 1: their numbers are are ridiculous. But again, I don't know.
- 23:07Speaker 1: No one's mandated to offer me credit or to offer
- 23:12Speaker 1: me money, right, Let's let's be very clear about that.
- 23:17Speaker 1: And this is when I don't like the government getting
- 23:19Speaker 1: involved in the private sector, because they screw it up
- 23:22Speaker 1: every time. Anytime you get the priv the government involved
- 23:26Speaker 1: in the private sector, they will figure out a way
- 23:27Speaker 1: to just totally screw it up. That's what they do.
- 23:34Speaker 1: They screw it up. Their professionals at it. So before
- 23:42Speaker 1: you jump on this bandwagon of oh, we must have
- 23:47Speaker 1: no more credit scores in this country. Oh yes, it's
- 23:52Speaker 1: racist to have a credit score, remember that this is
- 23:54Speaker 1: the same administration that's mandating that you give up all
- 23:57Speaker 1: privacy when it comes to your medical history, and that
- 24:01Speaker 1: you won't that you're not allowed to function society without
- 24:03Speaker 1: getting their passport. Think about that all right. As I've
