- 0:01Speaker 1: Elections that have consequences. Folks, We say that over and
- 0:04Speaker 1: over again. We're about to lose the majority in the
- 0:06Speaker 1: House if some idiot Republicans can screw that up, and
- 0:09Speaker 1: there's a very good chance, say will. But guess what
- 0:13Speaker 1: just happened. In the Senate. Democrats were able to shut
- 0:16Speaker 1: down the Senate trial for Maorcis's impeachment charges. That's right,
- 0:22Speaker 1: it was less than one day. Senate Democrats voted unanimously.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Amazing how they know how to stick together while Republicans
- 0:29Speaker 1: never stick together and we screw everything up. They voted
- 0:33Speaker 1: unanimously to shut down the Senate trial of President Joe
- 0:36Speaker 1: Biden's impeached Home Land Security Secretary Myorcis. The first vote
- 0:40Speaker 1: of fifty one Democrats to forty eight Republicans with one
- 0:45Speaker 1: non voting Republican senator, was reported at three point fifteen
- 0:49Speaker 1: Eastern time on Wednesday. The vote, initiated by Majority Leader
- 0:54Speaker 1: Chuck Schumer, declared that the first articles of impeachment was
- 0:58Speaker 1: quote unquote on constitutional because the charges against my orchists
- 1:04Speaker 1: did not rise to the impeachable level of quote high crimes.
- 1:08Speaker 2: That's what they said.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Now, the House's articles of impeachment charged my orchists with
- 1:13Speaker 1: quote the willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law,
- 1:19Speaker 1: including Congress's law that asylum seekers be detained until their
- 1:24Speaker 1: legal claims are completed. Obviously, that's something that they have
- 1:28Speaker 1: decided to completely just look the other way and not
- 1:32Speaker 1: enforce that law. The vote was delayed by the way
- 1:36Speaker 1: while Republican senators proposed motions to extend the trial period.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Each proposal, yet again showing that Democrats know how to
- 1:45Speaker 1: stick together, was defeated with a party line score of
- 1:50Speaker 1: fifty one to forty nine. Immediately after the vote, Schumer
- 1:54Speaker 1: proposed a vote to take down the second article of impeachment,
- 1:57Speaker 1: which said that my archists lied to Congress about border
- 2:01Speaker 1: security or a quote unquote breach of public trust. Remember
- 2:05Speaker 1: Majorcis said the border is secure, the border is secure,
- 2:10Speaker 1: when he knew that millions of illegal immigrants were coming
- 2:13Speaker 1: into this country. In fact, he saw the numbers before
- 2:15Speaker 1: anyone else did, so he knew he was lying to
- 2:18Speaker 1: the country and to Congress when he said over and
- 2:21Speaker 1: over again, the border is secure. It's a felony, is
- 2:25Speaker 1: what Senator John Kennedy, a Republican from Louisiana said, as
- 2:28Speaker 1: he proposed a motion to delay the vote. Republican legislators
- 2:32Speaker 1: say the Democrats want to minimize public recognition of the
- 2:37Speaker 1: damage caused by Majorcis's refusal to enforce the nation's popular
- 2:42Speaker 1: and beneficial immigration laws.
- 2:45Speaker 2: The evidence is devastating.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Senator Kennedy went on to say, it will gut them
- 2:51Speaker 1: like a fish. And that's exactly why Democrats stuck together
- 2:55Speaker 1: in such an incredible way. They made sure, no matter what,
- 2:59Speaker 1: that this trial was not going to see the light
- 3:02Speaker 1: of day because they knew that the intel and the information,
- 3:06Speaker 1: if it was covered by the media keyword, if it
- 3:08Speaker 1: was covered by the media, would have been so damning.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Because the American people realize that we have an open border.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Right now now, while all of this is happening, illegal
- 3:20Speaker 1: immigrants in New York are now speaking through translators to
- 3:25Speaker 1: complain to the city council there about the free meals
- 3:30Speaker 1: and the housing that they are receiving. Yes, this is
- 3:34Speaker 1: actually happening in New York City as they are basically
- 3:39Speaker 1: on the verge of rioting, demanding better food and better
- 3:43Speaker 1: hotels that you and I as taxpayers are paying for. Now,
- 3:47Speaker 1: before I play that for you, I want to tell
- 3:49Speaker 1: you about my friends over at ammo Squared and let
- 3:51Speaker 1: me tell you. If you're like me and you care
- 3:54Speaker 1: about having AMMO, you want to make sure that you
- 3:56Speaker 1: can protect yourself from your family, that you can go
- 3:58Speaker 1: shooting or hunting whenever you need to, and you don't
- 4:01Speaker 1: want to be out of AMMO like we were for
- 4:03Speaker 1: a year and a half during COVID. That is where
- 4:06Speaker 1: ammo Squared comes in. They literally help you stock up
- 4:09Speaker 1: on ammunition every month, automatically at amazing pricing. AMMO is
- 4:15Speaker 1: delivered on demand or automatically when you need it, and
- 4:17Speaker 1: it's stored for free when you don't. That's why I
- 4:19Speaker 1: love ammo squared because not only do they take care
- 4:23Speaker 1: of all of my AMMO month after month, but their
- 4:25Speaker 1: family owned and operated.
- 4:26Speaker 2: They were started by a husband wife team, Dan and Danielle.
- 4:31Speaker 1: They are a company that is thought about in one way,
- 4:34Speaker 1: being budget friendly and a way for you to stockpile
- 4:37Speaker 1: ammunition easily. It is a way to really invest in ammunition.
- 4:42Speaker 1: You can buy low and dollar cost average over time,
- 4:45Speaker 1: and then cash out when prices skyrocket without ever taking
- 4:50Speaker 1: delivery of any physical ammunition.
- 4:52Speaker 2: I look at it as like a four oh one
- 4:53Speaker 2: K of Ammo.
- 4:54Speaker 1: You can buy as little as a few dollars a month, Yes,
- 4:57Speaker 1: as little as a few dollars a month, or let
- 4:59Speaker 1: it grow over time, or you can buy a bunch
- 5:01Speaker 1: all at once so you have it when you need
- 5:03Speaker 1: it now. Typically customers will accumulate three to six months
- 5:06Speaker 1: and then they'll ship Ammo to their home. But some
- 5:08Speaker 1: ship every month. Others accumulate thousands of dollars worth of
- 5:12Speaker 1: Ammo and ship every few years. In twenty twenty, when
- 5:15Speaker 1: the store shelves went empty and everybody had trouble finding Amo,
- 5:19Speaker 1: Amo Squared, customers just need to ship their amos stored
- 5:21Speaker 1: at Amo Square and get it all immediately delivered with
- 5:25Speaker 1: just a click of a button, or sell it back
- 5:27Speaker 1: for big profits. Go to amosquared dot com slash ben
- 5:31Speaker 1: and if you go there right now, you can sign
- 5:33Speaker 1: up and get free AMO in your account. Amosquared dot
- 5:37Speaker 1: com slash ben. That's amosquared dot com slash beIN to
- 5:40Speaker 1: sign up and get free AMO in your account right now,
- 5:44Speaker 1: all right. Want you to hear these illegal immigrants in
- 5:47Speaker 1: New York speaking through a translator to the government there.
- 5:52Speaker 1: This is the New York City government, the city council,
- 5:55Speaker 1: demanding better food, better housing as they have broken into
- 6:00Speaker 1: the United States of America.
- 6:02Speaker 3: Shelter to yama in Wawata and Yamuday. But at the
- 6:07Speaker 3: shelter the food, my kids cannot eat. The food at
- 6:10Speaker 3: the shelter.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Casue my door man soon you know ur gongo art.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Ababata Moyamuday.
- 6:20Speaker 3: And on Ramadan time we couldn't eat because when you
- 6:23Speaker 3: come back for on the bricks, the food is not
- 6:26Speaker 3: good at all.
- 6:28Speaker 4: But you're not a man conquer the i alta you
- 6:32Speaker 4: do team my al mayahaka there not with a market.
- 6:38Speaker 4: Nukugo had a yank the nuku.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Go certain and they give us two months to stay
- 6:46Speaker 3: on the shelter and then you have to go out
- 6:49Speaker 3: again with your luggages and the kids and find another place.
- 6:53Speaker 3: It's very difficult, uh know.
- 6:58Speaker 4: Fram you know Sati pie Momari Disnev and dis Nev.
- 7:06Speaker 3: You janga and also I have a kids that is
- 7:10Speaker 3: like eighteen to nineteen until now he doesn't have no school.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Eighteen to nineteen year olds, he doesn't have no school.
- 7:19Speaker 1: This is through translator. A filled room angry illegal immigrants
- 7:24Speaker 1: speaking through translators complaining about free meals, free housing, and
- 7:30Speaker 1: saying they don't have enough good stuff to do and
- 7:34Speaker 1: not enough good schooling for their nineteen year old. That's
- 7:37Speaker 1: an adult, by the way. Quote even on Ramadan, we
- 7:41Speaker 1: could not eat during breaks because the food is not
- 7:44Speaker 1: good at all.
- 7:45Speaker 2: So so by the way, you.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Got to you gotta accept everything, including my religion and
- 7:49Speaker 1: faith and all the special things. I mean, I'm wondering
- 7:51Speaker 1: if they're gonna ask for like gluten free stuff next,
- 7:53Speaker 1: Like where do we draw the line.
- 7:56Speaker 2: This is when you lose a country. Now, that's happening
- 8:00Speaker 2: in New York City.
- 8:01Speaker 1: We also have seen illegal immigrants demanding government aid in California.
- 8:07Speaker 2: We're seeing it starting to happen.
- 8:09Speaker 1: In Florida. We're seeing it starting to happen in Texas.
- 8:12Speaker 1: They are right now demanding more government subsetats than ever before.
- 8:16Speaker 1: And I don't think this is by mistake or by
- 8:20Speaker 1: let me rephrase that now, that mistake. I don't think
- 8:23Speaker 1: this is by coincidence that they're all doing this right now.
- 8:26Speaker 1: I think this is quickly organized. I think this is
- 8:28Speaker 1: organized right before the election as a way to buy votes. Hey,
- 8:32Speaker 1: if you have friends or legal immigrants, you remember the
- 8:34Speaker 1: Democratic Party is willing to sit down with them at
- 8:36Speaker 1: the city council and give them a moment even though
- 8:38Speaker 1: they're not a citizen of America. They broke into this
- 8:41Speaker 1: country and give them a microphone. Same thing in California
- 8:44Speaker 1: and all these other places. So what you need to
- 8:47Speaker 1: understand right now is that we are the party. This
- 8:51Speaker 1: is what Democrats are hoping to come out of this.
- 8:53Speaker 1: We are the party. Okay, we are the party that
- 8:56Speaker 1: will give you amnesty down the road. But right now,
- 8:59Speaker 1: we're giving you better food and we're giving you better hotels.
- 9:04Speaker 1: That's what we're giving you right now. This is what's
- 9:08Speaker 1: happening in America. So my Orcus, he will walk. I
- 9:11Speaker 1: want to be clear about that. Myorcus is going to
- 9:14Speaker 1: laugh in your face. My Orcus has repeatedly explained that
- 9:17Speaker 1: he supports more migration because of his migrant parents. His
- 9:22Speaker 1: sympathy for migrants, he says, and it's a support for
- 9:25Speaker 1: quote equity between Americans and foreigners. He also justified as
- 9:30Speaker 1: welcome for migrants by saying I will say legal immigrants,
- 9:34Speaker 1: but he says migrants, by saying his priorities are above
- 9:37Speaker 1: the law and claiming that he needs that the needs
- 9:41Speaker 1: of US businesses are quote paramount, regardless of the costs
- 9:45Speaker 1: to ordinary Americans that are impacted in this country. This
- 9:50Speaker 1: is Joe Biden's America, Americans, last illegal immigrants. First. We're
- 9:57Speaker 1: getting a real truthful answer finally from the Attorney General
- 10:02Speaker 1: Merritt Garland. Garland was asked today about what is the
- 10:07Speaker 1: deadliest drug threat in this country, and I want you
- 10:10Speaker 1: to hear his testimony as he was forced to answer
- 10:13Speaker 1: questions about just how many Americans are dying because of
- 10:17Speaker 1: an open southern border and the fentanyl that is coming
- 10:20Speaker 1: across the southern border.
- 10:23Speaker 5: Senator Moran and I both mentioned in our opening statements,
- 10:26Speaker 5: as did you, the continuing fight against the opioid epidemic,
- 10:33Speaker 5: substance misuse, the drug cartels. I continue to be very
- 10:38Speaker 5: concerned about fentanyl use and poisoning. New Hampshire has lost
- 10:44Speaker 5: too many people to fentanyl overdoses. Can you talk a
- 10:48Speaker 5: little bit about DJ's efforts to interdict these drugs and
- 10:54Speaker 5: efforts to find a way to prosecute those responsible.
- 10:58Speaker 6: Yes, Senator I have said, and I deeply mean this,
- 11:01Speaker 6: that fentanyl is the deadliest a drug threat that this
- 11:05Speaker 6: country has ever faced. I've met with families at the DEA,
- 11:12Speaker 6: whose children, whose teenagers, whose infants, whose grandparents have died,
- 11:22Speaker 6: mostly not even knowing that what they're taking is fentanyl,
- 11:25Speaker 6: thinking it's another kind of prescription pill that they were
- 11:28Speaker 6: able to get over the internet. We don't even refer
- 11:32Speaker 6: to this as overdoses anymore, for this as drug poisoning,
- 11:35Speaker 6: because that's what it is. So we are facing this
- 11:38Speaker 6: with the urgency it requires, and we are trying to
- 11:42Speaker 6: dismantle the entire network. So the network begins in China.
- 11:46Speaker 6: It begins with the precursor companies that sell the precursor
- 11:52Speaker 6: temple excuse me, chemicals that are necessary to make faentanyl
- 11:57Speaker 6: through Mexico. So we have charged a number of those companies.
- 12:03Speaker 6: We have indicted a number of their officials. We have
- 12:06Speaker 6: even been able to snare some of them, the officials
- 12:09Speaker 6: when traveling outside of China. The Treasury Department has sanctioned
- 12:14Speaker 6: those companies so people cannot deal with them. Some of
- 12:17Speaker 6: them are regular prescription drug companies, so sanctions are quite important.
- 12:21Speaker 6: Then we moved to Mexico and the importation of these precursors.
- 12:26Speaker 6: I've traveled to Mexico myself three times. Deputy Attorney General,
- 12:29Speaker 6: I believe at least three times. Many other parts of
- 12:34Speaker 6: our law enforcement apparatus have done the same to persuade
- 12:38Speaker 6: them to cut off access to these precursors, to register them,
- 12:42Speaker 6: and they have done. They have done some of what
- 12:45Speaker 6: what we've.
- 12:46Speaker 7: Asked, not all, but that has been important.
- 12:49Speaker 6: Then, the chemicals are made into fentanyl in Mexico, primarily
- 12:54Speaker 6: in laboratories. We have again on my visits, we have
- 12:59Speaker 6: urged the Mexican government, particularly the Mexican military of the
- 13:04Speaker 6: army and the Marines who are responsible, have taken over
- 13:08Speaker 6: this task to destroy those lambs, and they have done some,
- 13:13Speaker 6: but not as much as we would like. We have
- 13:15Speaker 6: indicted the principal cartel leaders, including the sons of El Chapo,
- 13:21Speaker 6: the so called Sheppidos of the Sinaloa cartel, as well
- 13:25Speaker 6: as leaders of the Jalisco No Generation cartel. That's those
- 13:30Speaker 6: two are the principal drivers of fetanyl trafficking in the
- 13:33Speaker 6: United States.
- 13:35Speaker 1: So this is the part that I think should insult
- 13:37Speaker 1: the most every one of you that's listening. It should
- 13:42Speaker 1: be the fact that what they're saying to you in
- 13:45Speaker 1: his testimony to Congress today, while they're saying that my
- 13:48Speaker 1: workers can keep a southern border wide open, and they
- 13:50Speaker 1: can mock the American laws that they're refusing, okay, to enforce.
- 13:56Speaker 1: What they're saying is, hey, like, we know there's a problem.
- 14:02Speaker 1: The Attorney General is telling you that fetanyl is a problem.
- 14:06Speaker 1: He's telling you that fetanyl is the deadliest drug threat
- 14:09Speaker 1: that this country has ever faced.
- 14:12Speaker 2: I deeply mean this. Those are his exact words. I
- 14:15Speaker 2: deeply mean this.
- 14:18Speaker 1: I have said this, and I deeply mean this, that
- 14:20Speaker 1: fetanel is the deadliest drug threat to this country has
- 14:23Speaker 1: ever faced, that this country's ever faced. I've met with
- 14:25Speaker 1: the families of the da whose children, who's teenagers, whose infants,
- 14:28Speaker 1: whose grandparents have died, mostly not even knowing that they
- 14:31Speaker 1: were taking fetanyl, thinking it's another kind of prescription pill
- 14:34Speaker 1: that they were able to get over the internet. We
- 14:36Speaker 1: call this drug poisoning, no longer drug overdosing. So he
- 14:39Speaker 1: is telling you, that, is the Attorney General of the
- 14:41Speaker 1: United States of America. Yes, I am very aware of
- 14:44Speaker 1: the problem. I'm not. My head's not you know, in
- 14:47Speaker 1: the sand here, It's not up my rear end. However, however,
- 14:53Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do anything about it, all Right, let
- 14:55Speaker 1: me take a moment and talk to you real quick
- 14:57Speaker 1: about your retirement and inflation and the roading of the
- 15:01Speaker 1: power of the dollar. Right now, inflation is well above
- 15:05Speaker 1: what the Fed's target rate is. You know what's happened.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Consumer prices are much higher than they were last year,
- 15:12Speaker 1: or the year before and the year before that. That's
- 15:14Speaker 1: why all of us need a financial plan that ensures
- 15:17Speaker 1: that money that we save today will be enough for
- 15:19Speaker 1: us tomorrow. And that's why I've diversified my investments to
- 15:22Speaker 1: include gold and silver. Now, there are a lot of
- 15:26Speaker 1: gold and silver companies. You hear them every day if
- 15:29Speaker 1: you listen to conservative podcasts or talk radio, if you
- 15:32Speaker 1: watch TV conservative networks, you'll see tons of companies. Well,
- 15:36Speaker 1: let me tell you about Freedom Gold USA. Reason why
- 15:39Speaker 1: I love them. They preach protection and diversifying your assets.
- 15:43Speaker 1: They will not take you to put all your money
- 15:45Speaker 1: in gold and silver. Now here's the other thing that
- 15:47Speaker 1: is really important to you. You work hard for your money,
- 15:49Speaker 1: just like I do. And on average, they charge twenty
- 15:52Speaker 1: five to thirty percent less than most major gold and
- 15:57Speaker 1: silver firms. So the ones that you hear from, they're
- 16:00Speaker 1: gonna charge you on average twenty five to thirty percent
- 16:04Speaker 1: more than what you're gonna pay when you call my
- 16:07Speaker 1: friends at freedom Goold Usa. Now you can take control

- 16:48Speaker 1: tells you, well, we've we've l Chapo's kids, right, we've
- 16:51Speaker 1: we've you know, we went down there, we've we've indicted them.
- 16:53Speaker 1: But does that mean anything.
- 16:55Speaker 2: No, they're not coming to America, right Like they're not
- 16:59Speaker 2: coming to America. We all know that, they all know that.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Like these guys are laughing on our face.
- 17:04Speaker 1: What is the point of an indictment if they're not
- 17:06Speaker 1: going to get extra died and we're not going to
- 17:07Speaker 1: find them and we know they're not going to find them.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Like it's it's extremely obvious that we're not going to
- 17:13Speaker 1: find them. That's what we know for sure. That's that's
- 17:17Speaker 1: number one, Okay, I want to be clear about that.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Number two, This is all being done by design. Every
- 17:24Speaker 1: bit of this is being done by design. This administration
- 17:30Speaker 1: has decided that this is the plan to flood this
- 17:34Speaker 1: country with illegal immigrants. And it doesn't really matter who
- 17:37Speaker 1: dies because of those coming across the Southern board that
- 17:41Speaker 1: are killing Americans right like, they don't care.
- 17:45Speaker 2: The White House.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Even said the other day that they know how many
- 17:47Speaker 1: Americans have been killed, right, they understand it by illegal
- 17:51Speaker 1: immigrants that have come into this country. There is a.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Group of pictures that.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Has now gone viral online and the White House is
- 18:00Speaker 1: even admitted, yeah, we know the faces of Americans have
- 18:03Speaker 1: lost their lives the hands of criminal illegal aliens are
- 18:06Speaker 1: allowed to roam our country under Joe Biden. They're admitting
- 18:09Speaker 1: they know this, and the same administration is doing nothing
- 18:13Speaker 1: to get them, doing nothing to get rid of any
- 18:16Speaker 1: of them. This is the problem that we have right now,
- 18:20Speaker 1: and so Maorchis is laughing, the White House is laughing.
- 18:25Speaker 1: We now have a government that does not follow the
- 18:31Speaker 1: laws that they passed. You are losing a nation when
- 18:37Speaker 1: the people that are running the nation are not held
- 18:41Speaker 1: accountable for not enforcing the laws which that government has passed.
- 18:45Speaker 1: These people have hijacked our government. These people have taken
- 18:49Speaker 1: over our government. These people understand that there's no one
- 18:53Speaker 1: that is going to stop them right now, so they
- 18:56Speaker 1: can get away with it. And that is exactly a
- 19:00Speaker 1: why my Orcis will be, I'm sure getting wasted having
- 19:03Speaker 1: a grand old time with his friends, laughing in our faces.
- 19:09Speaker 1: And they know that fetnol is the number one killer
- 19:11Speaker 1: of people under the age of forty, and they don't care.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Because when you want to change a country, you have
- 19:17Speaker 1: to change it from within, and that's what they're doing.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Let me just give you one other thing that you
- 19:23Speaker 1: need to understand to put it in perspective. Okay, my
- 19:25Speaker 1: Orcis says, the Border of Security said that to Congress.
- 19:27Speaker 1: He lied to Congress, right, That's part of why they
- 19:29Speaker 1: were going to hold him accountable. That's why I was
- 19:31Speaker 1: impeached in the House. But this is no longer a
- 19:34Speaker 1: border crisis. It's an invasion. One hundred and eighty nine thousand,
- 19:39Speaker 1: three hundred and seventy two illegal immigrants were encountered at
- 19:43Speaker 1: the southern border in March. The numbers were just released.
- 19:47Speaker 1: That's the thirty seventh straight month where monthly numbers have
- 19:51Speaker 1: been higher than even the highest month before under President
- 19:56Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Let me say that again, thirty seven straight
- 20:01Speaker 1: months where monthly numbers have been higher than even the
- 20:03Speaker 1: highest month under President Trump when he came into office
- 20:06Speaker 1: and there was an open border and he started to
- 20:09Speaker 1: fix it. But these are the numbers that you need
- 20:11Speaker 1: to understand. It is a full on border invasion. It's
- 20:16Speaker 1: an invasion. So the illegal immigrants, right, the illegal immigrants,
- 20:24Speaker 1: they're out there telling you they need more food. Not
- 20:26Speaker 1: more food. Let me let me correct that, they need
- 20:28Speaker 1: better quality food. They need better food. They're demanding better hotels.
- 20:34Speaker 1: They're flooding New York City for example. And the part
- 20:37Speaker 1: that makes me laugh right now is the New York
- 20:40Speaker 1: Police Department is being forced to crack down on illegal
- 20:42Speaker 1: street vendors because illegal aliens are hawking stolen goods at
- 20:46Speaker 1: open air markets across the city.
- 20:48Speaker 2: I was just there two days ago.
- 20:50Speaker 1: The numbers are staggering of all of the stolen merchandise
- 20:55Speaker 1: that is being stolen and then hawked on the.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Streets in New York.
- 20:59Speaker 1: This is from the local Fox affiliate on Good Day
- 21:02Speaker 1: New York.
- 21:02Speaker 2: Listen.
- 21:03Speaker 8: The second day in a row, the NYPD has taken
- 21:06Speaker 8: down illegal street vendors along Roosevelt's Avenue in Jackson Heights, Queens.
- 21:12Speaker 8: This is a video from Monday's raid where officers were
- 21:15Speaker 8: seeing confiscating merchandise ranging from clothes, jewelry, and power tools.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Some of the goods are reportedly stolen.
- 21:24Speaker 1: This is chaos in America when you have street vendors
- 21:27Speaker 1: that are setting up many stores with stolen goods, that
- 21:30Speaker 1: are illegal immigrants.
- 21:31Speaker 2: This is chaos.
- 21:33Speaker 1: And the fact that I witnessed this in New York City,
- 21:35Speaker 1: I walked out of my hotel right by Times Square.
- 21:39Speaker 1: There were people that I think it's fair to say
- 21:42Speaker 1: we're probably I legal immigrants. They didn't speak English, they
- 21:44Speaker 1: weren't from Mexico either, and they had jewelry that they
- 21:48Speaker 1: were selling that looked like it was real, nice jewelry.
- 21:52Speaker 1: They then had a bunch of fake bags right next
- 21:56Speaker 1: to them. They were from China or Asia, and it
- 21:59Speaker 1: was Fakevatans and vake, Gucci, Vague, Prada, fake everything, And
- 22:04Speaker 1: they were just right there. And then if they saw
- 22:06Speaker 1: police come. I witness them. They grab the blanket likes
- 22:10Speaker 1: a Santa Sac right, they pull the corners up, and
- 22:12Speaker 1: they just start running down the street in case they're
- 22:15Speaker 1: going to be shut down. And they basically do pop
- 22:17Speaker 1: up stores wherever they don't see police officers. Now that's
- 22:22Speaker 1: just in one city, so let's move completely to another
- 22:26Speaker 1: part of the country. A US Border Patrol agent was
- 22:29Speaker 1: almost run over by an ATV on a hiking trail
- 22:33Speaker 1: who was on it illegal immigrants smugglers attempting to ferry
- 22:38Speaker 1: illegals across the southern border. This is now a new thing,
- 22:42Speaker 1: and they use drones as well to see if there
- 22:45Speaker 1: are border agents around, listen to.
- 22:47Speaker 9: Alleged migrant smugglers and to people they hired lookouts. Are
- 22:51Speaker 9: now facing federal charges as comes after a US Border
- 22:54Speaker 9: Patrol agent was almost run over by an ATV and
- 22:57Speaker 9: a hiking trail and the O Tai Open Space Preserve.
- 23:00Speaker 9: It happened over the weekend when the agent approached a
- 23:02Speaker 9: group he saw run out of a bush to a
- 23:05Speaker 9: pair of ATVs. He says, one of the drivers answered
- 23:08Speaker 9: questions for all of the passengers before accelerating toward the officers,
- 23:13Speaker 9: canine units and infrared scanners led to the group eventually
- 23:16Speaker 9: being caught just before dawn.
- 23:19Speaker 1: So no big deal, right, We've got these watchers, we've
- 23:22Speaker 1: got drones, we got ATVs, we got smugglers, and this
- 23:26Speaker 1: is just a normal day.
- 23:27Speaker 2: That's not all.
- 23:28Speaker 1: We now know that Democrats know just how dangerous it
- 23:31Speaker 1: is out there, and it's costing their staff members their lives.
- 23:35Speaker 1: A staffer for Democratic Senater Catherine Cortez Massal was tragically
- 23:42Speaker 1: killed this weekend by a illegal immigrant who was drunk.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Listen to this coming out of Nevada.
- 23:50Speaker 10: A victim of a deadly hit and run crash over
- 23:52Speaker 10: the weekend has been identified as a longtime staffer a
- 23:55Speaker 10: US Senator from Nevada, Catherine Cortez Masto. Yeah, the Medical
- 23:58Speaker 10: Examiner's office can firm. Thirty eight year old Kurt Engelhardt
- 24:02Speaker 10: died in the crash on Saturday. According to investigators, his
- 24:05Speaker 10: car was hit early Saturday morning near Peckham and Kitski
- 24:08Speaker 10: Lanes by a suspected impaired driver. In a statement, Senator
- 24:12Speaker 10: Cortes Maso writes, in part quote, Kurt was always eager
- 24:16Speaker 10: to help a constituent at a moment's notice. He touched
- 24:18Speaker 10: many lives, and I know almost everyone in northern Nevada
- 24:21Speaker 10: has a great story about Kurt.
- 24:23Speaker 7: Helping them or making them laugh.
- 24:25Speaker 2: End quote. As we've reported, police arrested eighteen.
- 24:28Speaker 10: Year old Elmer Rueta Lenares, who's accused of hitting him
- 24:31Speaker 10: a Police say he ran off after the crash, but
- 24:34Speaker 10: was eventually caught.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Yes, so there you go.
- 24:36Speaker 1: An illegal immigrant. The officials say. The suspect is an
- 24:39Speaker 1: illegal alien who crossed the border in March twenty twenty one.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Apparently we know that because we caught him and then
- 24:45Speaker 1: we let him go in his own recognizance, right, Because
- 24:47Speaker 1: this is again another example of what you do when
- 24:51Speaker 1: you don't care about this country.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Now, the Biden migrant crime is so bad.
- 24:57Speaker 1: An illegal alien who illegally crossed the border shortly after
- 25:00Speaker 1: Biden took office in twenty twenty one. Another headline, Reeves
- 25:03Speaker 1: has been arrested in connection with the death of an
- 25:05Speaker 1: advisor to the US senter, Catherine Cortes Mesto. This is
- 25:09Speaker 1: in washingt d c. These headlines are now being written.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Do you think she cares?
- 25:13Speaker 7: No?
- 25:14Speaker 1: Is she going to stand up to the President of
- 25:16Speaker 1: United States? In America who's in her own party, of course,
- 25:18Speaker 1: not Why on earth would anyone, Why on earth would
- 25:23Speaker 1: anyone stand up to him when he's trying to remake
- 25:26Speaker 1: this country? And even CBS News when they were sitting
- 25:30Speaker 1: down with my orcis the guy who got away today
- 25:33Speaker 1: with literally causing the lives of many Americans, costing many
- 25:37Speaker 1: American lives, I should say because of the open border policy.
- 25:41Speaker 1: He didn't sit down exclusive with CBS. Let me just
- 25:45Speaker 1: remind you of what he said.
- 25:47Speaker 11: We've got Israel and Iran now in an open confrontation.
- 25:49Speaker 11: I think a lot of people resentably wonder whether what's
- 25:51Speaker 11: happening overseas may become a threat to the homeland. Yes,
- 25:54Speaker 11: is there an increased risk in America of some sort
- 25:57Speaker 11: of attack tied to sympathies in the Middle East.
- 26:00Speaker 12: We have seen an increase in anti Semitism, We have
- 26:04Speaker 12: seen an increase in Islamophobia following the October seventh terrorist attacks.
- 26:09Speaker 12: There is no question, as direct array of the FBI
- 26:12Speaker 12: and I have expressed publicly, we are in a heightened
- 26:15Speaker 12: threat environment and what we worry about is an increase
- 26:20Speaker 12: in what we call domestic violent extremism, the radicalization of
- 26:24Speaker 12: individuals already here driven to violence based on an ideology
- 26:30Speaker 12: of hate.
- 26:30Speaker 11: Credible threats right now as we speak, we have.
- 26:33Speaker 12: No known credible threats at this time. But we are
- 26:36Speaker 12: in a heightened thread environment.
- 26:37Speaker 1: Heightened thread environment why because of a wide open southern border.
- 26:41Speaker 1: So there it is, and I'm afraid that something's going
- 26:44Speaker 1: to happen this country. There's too many people that have
- 26:46Speaker 1: been able to come across our southern border. There are
- 26:49Speaker 1: too many people that are being caught on the terists
- 26:51Speaker 1: watch list, and many Gotaways are on that terist watch list.
- 26:54Speaker 1: We're sure of that. The question is how many and
- 26:56Speaker 1: what are they planning? And what my orcis just said
- 26:59Speaker 1: there is this. I know it's an open border. I
- 27:02Speaker 1: know that I'm fundamentally changing this country. Yes, we are
- 27:06Speaker 1: in a heightened threat environment, and what we worry about
- 27:10Speaker 1: is an increase in what we call domestic violent extremism.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Notice he pivots there saying domestic, right.
- 27:17Speaker 1: He doesn't want to admit that the people that are
- 27:19Speaker 1: coming across the southern border are from other countries. He
- 27:25Speaker 1: is trying to tell you that we're in a heightened sense,
- 27:28Speaker 1: like a real problem here, We got a real issue, right,
- 27:31Speaker 1: now right, we got a real problem. But it's not
- 27:36Speaker 1: illegals that are coming across to the terrorism threat. No, no,
- 27:39Speaker 1: it is people already in America. That's the lie he'll
- 27:43Speaker 1: tell you, and the media just let him get away
- 27:44Speaker 1: with it Americas.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Was also asked in this exclusive.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Interview, right, this is him this morning on the impeachment
- 27:52Speaker 1: trial the secretary and impeachment charge is brought by the Republicans.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Listen to this.
- 27:56Speaker 12: We cannot change a broken immigration system only Congress.
- 28:01Speaker 1: No, there is no executive orders. Yeah, you're pulling it
- 28:03Speaker 1: off the table.
- 28:03Speaker 7: Oh no, not at all.
- 28:04Speaker 12: You know we we explore options every single day. That's
- 28:07Speaker 12: the responsibility of good government.
- 28:10Speaker 7: We are considering options.
- 28:11Speaker 1: We have been throughout by the way, this is even
- 28:14Speaker 1: CBS called him out there hosts no executive orders, question mark,
- 28:18Speaker 1: you're pulling it off the table. Even CBS News sitting
- 28:21Speaker 1: there with us exclusive with my orchis who's been impeached
- 28:24Speaker 1: by the House.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Who's going to get away with in the Senate?
- 28:27Speaker 1: Even CBS News they're sitting there going, dude, you're full
- 28:30Speaker 1: of crap. You guys got rid of every executive order
- 28:33Speaker 1: that Donald Trump had in place. It was stopping the
- 28:35Speaker 1: illegal immigrants coming across the southern border.
- 28:39Speaker 2: And he sits there and he looks and he's like,
- 28:40Speaker 2: oh no, no, we're looking at everything.
- 28:42Speaker 1: No, they're not. They know it's a crisis. They know
- 28:46Speaker 1: that it's out of control. They did it by design.
- 28:51Speaker 1: This wasn't an accident. They're not shocked by this. They
- 28:55Speaker 1: understand that this was what was going to happen. They're
- 28:59Speaker 1: encouraging legal immigrants to come across the border. I go
- 29:02Speaker 1: back to the saying, actions speak louder than words, right,
- 29:07Speaker 1: and the actions are clear. The actions are come to America,
- 29:11Speaker 1: will take care of you. Keep coming, keep coming, keep coming,
- 29:15Speaker 1: keep coming, keep coming. Buy the millions, keep coming across
- 29:20Speaker 1: the southern border. Buy the millions, and we'll give you something.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Secretary my Orkiss is a liar. How do we know this?
- 29:27Speaker 1: April twenty twenty four clip one compared to April twenty
- 29:32Speaker 1: twenty three, just a year ago.
- 29:33Speaker 12: Listen carefully, and I have never minimized the challenge that
- 29:36Speaker 12: the southern border presents.
- 29:38Speaker 7: It is my testimony that the border is secure.
- 29:41Speaker 1: So one year ago, in twenty twenty three, the border
- 29:44Speaker 1: is secure. April twenty twenty four, I have never again,
- 29:48Speaker 1: he's lying to you. I've never minimized the risk.
- 29:51Speaker 7: Now, I have never minimized the challenge the challenge southern
- 29:55Speaker 7: border presents.
- 29:56Speaker 1: I've never minimized the challenge the southern border presents. Yeah
- 30:01Speaker 1: you did.
- 30:02Speaker 2: April twenty twenty three, exactly one year earlier.
- 30:05Speaker 7: Is my testimony that the border is secure.
- 30:08Speaker 1: It is my testimony that the border is secure when
- 30:12Speaker 1: he said that he knew that hundreds of thousands were
- 30:15Speaker 1: coming across the border illegally that month. So my orcis
- 30:18Speaker 1: is going to get away with this. And let me
- 30:21Speaker 1: just say one other thing about the Republicans in the
- 30:23Speaker 1: House right now. All right, I really really really really
- 30:28Speaker 1: want you to hear this because it's really really really important.
- 30:32Speaker 1: The Republicans that are there trying to get rid of
- 30:37Speaker 1: Speaker Johnson. The Democrats are laughing in your face because
- 30:41Speaker 1: this is exactly what they want. If you want to
- 30:44Speaker 1: know why Republicans are just quitting, they can't get anything done.
- 30:49Speaker 1: It's a failure. This Republican's controlling the House. It's going
- 30:53Speaker 1: to hurt us. I'm worried on election day because we
- 30:55Speaker 1: can't get our act together and we're being and we're
- 30:58Speaker 1: being held hostage by a couple Republicans that are refusing
- 31:01Speaker 1: to understand that in government you have to sometimes compromise,
- 31:06Speaker 1: and compromise has become this word that doesn't make you famous.
- 31:10Speaker 1: What makes you famous is digging in and throwing gasoline
- 31:15Speaker 1: on your fellow Republicans and having everybody run to the
- 31:18Speaker 1: exits and then saying, see, those are the bad Republicans
- 31:22Speaker 1: over there that I just set on fire. And the
- 31:25Speaker 1: Democrats are beating us. They're beating us in the House,
- 31:28Speaker 1: and now they're beating us in the Senate, and now
- 31:31Speaker 1: my arcist is going to walk and they're laughing in
- 31:34Speaker 1: our face the entire time. Please share this podcast with
- 31:38Speaker 1: your family and friends, hit the like button, send it

- 31:44Speaker 1: keep fighting hard for you guys, and I'll see you
