- 0:01Speaker 1: The Biden crime family today is having a really tough day.
- 0:05Speaker 1: There are new reports out that Hunter Biden and his
- 0:08Speaker 1: press conference, which has been seen as a backfire even
- 0:12Speaker 1: by the Democratic Leeds, are now saying that Hunter Biden
- 0:15Speaker 1: is a real problem for the presidency. New report also
- 0:20Speaker 1: says Hunter is a quote loose speedball on Joe's sinking
- 0:26Speaker 1: USS reelection. On Wednesday, while defying a legal congressional subpoena,
- 0:32Speaker 1: Hunter Biden decided to hold that news conference that we
- 0:34Speaker 1: played for you, and if you missed it, you can
- 0:36Speaker 1: go back and grab that podcast from yesterday. And the
- 0:40Speaker 1: White House's reelection team was not happy about it at all. Now,
- 0:45Speaker 1: let me just read for you what they reported on
- 0:48Speaker 1: this in Axios. Now, the Axios is a publication online
- 0:53Speaker 1: that is a far left publication. They're not looking for
- 0:57Speaker 1: conservative readers. They're base is like MSNBC or even more
- 1:02Speaker 1: extreme than that.
- 1:03Speaker 2: But let me just read for you.
- 1:05Speaker 1: And look, Exos has extensive tentacles into the Biden White
- 1:11Speaker 1: House and the Biden apparatus at every level of government.
- 1:14Speaker 1: That's why them writing this means that there's a lot
- 1:17Speaker 1: of people that are really upset about this that work
- 1:20Speaker 1: for the president of United States of America and within
- 1:22Speaker 1: the Democratic Party.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Quote.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Hunter's new strategy has caused tension between his team and
- 1:29Speaker 1: the White House.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Top aids the President.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Biden originally crafted a plan to largely not respond to
- 1:34Speaker 1: attacks and conservative media coverage of Hunter Biden, a risk
- 1:39Speaker 1: adverse approach to avoid giving stories more oxygen. But Hunter's
- 1:44Speaker 1: team ultimately wasn't satisfied the media coverage didn't die down.
- 1:48Speaker 1: His team has come to believe that his lack of
- 1:51Speaker 1: a response was alienating potential Democratic allies and hurting his
- 1:57Speaker 1: father politically. Hunter's team keeps quote the White House and
- 2:01Speaker 1: Joe Biden informed of his plans. The report continues, but
- 2:06Speaker 1: the President's team has far less control over hunter strategy
- 2:09Speaker 1: than it once had. Yet, Hunter, the deadbeat Dad is
- 2:14Speaker 1: a loose speedball on Joe's sinking reelection ship. It gets better.
- 2:20Speaker 1: The White House is concerned that if voters believe Hunters corrupt,
- 2:25Speaker 1: they'll see Joe Biden as a suspect too.
- 2:29Speaker 2: You think now.
- 2:31Speaker 1: After that disastrous Wednesday afternoon news conference, Hunter ran to
- 2:35Speaker 1: his pals and defenders at Axios to unleash this beauty,
- 2:38Speaker 1: saying quote Republicans quote unquote have weaponized my dad's love
- 2:42Speaker 1: for me and turned his greatest strength, his compassion, his
- 2:46Speaker 1: empathy is authenticity into evidence of corrupt complicity. Weaponize my
- 2:53Speaker 1: dad's love for me. That was the main line. Who
- 2:56Speaker 1: do you get that from some twelve year old girl?
- 2:59Speaker 1: Poetry journal? That's what one writer said. What is even
- 3:03Speaker 1: more laughable is the idea that Hunter is doing all
- 3:05Speaker 1: of this to help his father. This is a hormonger,
- 3:09Speaker 1: so selfish that while he was spending eight hundred and
- 3:12Speaker 1: seventy two thousand dollars on sex, he was fighting paying
- 3:16Speaker 1: child support payments for his own daughter, an innocent baby girl.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Just to put it in perspective, and notice how the
- 3:24Speaker 1: media has not made that point. So let's pause there
- 3:27Speaker 1: and just really go into that for a second. At
- 3:30Speaker 1: the same time that he was spending one hundred and
- 3:32Speaker 1: eighty seven thousand dollars on sex trafficking okay, on prostitutes,
- 3:38Speaker 1: he refused to pay and was fighting to pay child
- 3:41Speaker 1: support and even acknowledging that his child was his own child,
- 3:45Speaker 1: an innocent child in Arkansas. The same Biden family that
- 3:51Speaker 1: claims they care about you as an American citizen and
- 3:55Speaker 1: whatever you're dealing with right now, refuse to allow that
- 3:58Speaker 1: child to take the Biden last name. Never forget that
- 4:03Speaker 1: they then refused to give the adequate and appropriate documentation
- 4:07Speaker 1: for the amount of money that he was making, and
- 4:10Speaker 1: then every indication was that he was lying about his
- 4:13Speaker 1: income to the point where she had to lawyer up
- 4:16Speaker 1: and drag his again, this deadbeat dad's aas into court.
- 4:23Speaker 1: The same time all of that was going on, and
- 4:26Speaker 1: this lady who he had a child with, was having
- 4:29Speaker 1: to fight this legal battle and refusing to acknowledge the
- 4:33Speaker 1: existence of his kid. Do not forget that the President
- 4:36Speaker 1: of the United States was also refusing to acknowledge the
- 4:40Speaker 1: existence of his own grandchild that he knew obviously was his.
- 4:44Speaker 1: We also know that he refused to pay child support
- 4:46Speaker 1: to the point where he was forced to take a
- 4:48Speaker 1: DNA test so that then he would finally start having
- 4:52Speaker 1: to pay some sort of child support, and he has
- 4:55Speaker 1: fought every step of the way to stop the money
- 4:58Speaker 1: going to that child. Now, during Hunter's news conference, where
- 5:02Speaker 1: he took no questions, not that he would have been
- 5:04Speaker 1: asked anything difficult, right, the House of Representatives voted to
- 5:08Speaker 1: open that impeachment inquiry into Hunter's dat for a whole
- 5:12Speaker 1: host of alleged crimes and misdemeanors. Additionally, the House Overside
- 5:18Speaker 1: Committee has also launched a contempt of Congress charges against
- 5:22Speaker 1: Hunter for ignoring their subpoena after former White House aide
- 5:26Speaker 1: Peter Navarro and Stephen K. Bann ignored their respective stupid
- 5:30Speaker 1: January sixth Committee subpoenas. Both of them guess what were
- 5:33Speaker 1: indicted by the DOJ, which brings me to the contempt
- 5:39Speaker 1: of Congress proceedings that have been initiated against Hunter Biden,
- 5:43Speaker 1: and it does have the potential idea of jail time
- 5:47Speaker 1: as well as a fine. That's only if the DOJ
- 5:49Speaker 1: will take up these charges the same way they did
- 5:52Speaker 1: against Stephen K.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Bannon.
- 5:53Speaker 1: The others I just mentioned the House Overside Committee Chairman
- 5:56Speaker 1: James Comer and the Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan initial
- 6:00Speaker 1: she had the contempt to Congress proceedings against Hunter Biden
- 6:02Speaker 1: after the President's sun failed to appear for that subpoena
- 6:05Speaker 1: of that closed door deposition on Wednesday, the same type
- 6:08Speaker 1: of definite deposition that the children of the then sitting
- 6:13Speaker 1: President United States of America Donald J. Trump had to
- 6:15Speaker 1: sit for and did sit for now I have prosecuted
- 6:19Speaker 1: and convicted to contempt to Congress. Hunter's punishment could be
- 6:23Speaker 1: up to one hundred thousand dollars fine, as well as
- 6:24Speaker 1: time in jail. A deposition is a standard procedure used
- 6:30Speaker 1: by Congressional investigators. The two men stated Democrats use depositions
- 6:35Speaker 1: in their investigations regularly, including the Adam Schiff impeachment inquiry,
- 6:40Speaker 1: as well as the partisan January sixth Committee. The House
- 6:43Speaker 1: Oversight Committee ranking member Jamie Raskins, a Democrat, emphasized the
- 6:46Speaker 1: importance of standard closed door depositions.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Quote.
- 6:50Speaker 1: We will not provide special treatment because his last name
- 6:53Speaker 1: is Biden. Coleman and Jordan wrote in their latest letter,
- 6:56Speaker 1: as our committees were today prepared to oppose Hunter Biden,
- 7:01Speaker 1: he chose to make a public statement on Capitol Hill instead,
- 7:04Speaker 1: where he said his father, Joe Biden, was not financially
- 7:08Speaker 1: involved in his father's business dealings. Now Representative Matt Gates
- 7:13Speaker 1: came out and he said this. Peter Navarro and Steve
- 7:16Speaker 1: Bannon were indicted on contempt charges for not complying with
- 7:18Speaker 1: the illegitimate January sixth Committee. There was no basis to
- 7:21Speaker 1: comply with the Democrats fake Committee. I believe Hunter Biden
- 7:25Speaker 1: should be held in contempt to Congress for defying a
- 7:27Speaker 1: subpoena from the House Oversight Committee. But it's clear the
- 7:30Speaker 1: corrupt White House and CORRUPTDJ will protect their own from
- 7:34Speaker 1: prosecuting prosecution while shamelessly targeting their political enemies. Matthew Graves,
- 7:39Speaker 1: the DC attorney who prosecuted Navarro and Bannon, worked on
- 7:42Speaker 1: the presidential campaign for Joe Biden and other Democrats. I
- 7:46Speaker 1: doubt we'll see what we'll be seeing the same indictments
- 7:49Speaker 1: against Hunter. This process will not be fixed until we
- 7:53Speaker 1: initiate total retribution against the deep state for what they're
- 7:57Speaker 1: doing to our country. And not disagree, by the way,
- 8:01Speaker 1: with what Matt Gates put out there in his statement
- 8:03Speaker 1: on X and here goes. Let's go back to the
- 8:06Speaker 1: other question here, number one. Exactly how was Joe Biden involved?
- 8:10Speaker 1: Is what the question that we all are asking and
- 8:14Speaker 1: the question that should be answered, because evidence shows that
- 8:17Speaker 1: Biden met with Hunter's business associates and his name was
- 8:20Speaker 1: at the center of the family business strategy the entire time.
- 8:23Speaker 1: What was the product? What were they getting from Hunter Biden?
- 8:27Speaker 1: Was he giving them widgets?
- 8:28Speaker 2: No?
- 8:29Speaker 1: Was he an expert in any of the fields that
- 8:30Speaker 1: he was operating in. No, was Hunter Biden actually giving
- 8:34Speaker 1: them a product that they were purchasing for millions and
- 8:37Speaker 1: millions and millions of dollars. No, So what was the business?
- 8:40Speaker 1: The business was selling access to the father. The business
- 8:43Speaker 1: didn't exist without Joe Biden's position of power in the government,
- 8:46Speaker 1: and it doesn't exist without Joe Biden being the Vice
- 8:48Speaker 1: President and now the President of United States of America.
- 8:51Speaker 1: So the two men, Jordan and Comer, said this. Today,
- 8:54Speaker 1: the House will vote on an impeachment inquiry resolution to
- 8:57Speaker 1: strengthen our legal case in the court as we face
- 9:01Speaker 1: obstruction from the White House and witnesses. And that's the
- 9:05Speaker 1: real takeaway here, what we are seeing now and the
- 9:07Speaker 1: reason why you move forward this impeachment inquiry resolution is
- 9:11Speaker 1: in their right to strengthen the legal case in the
- 9:13Speaker 1: courts because they are facing obstruction from the White House
- 9:17Speaker 1: and from witnesses.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Quote.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Today's obstruction by Hunter Biden reinforces the need for a
- 9:22Speaker 1: formal vote. For more than ten years, Patriot Mobile has

- 10:54Speaker 1: Senator Ted Cruz and I set down with James Comer
- 10:58Speaker 1: for a three part series. You can hear in its
- 11:00Speaker 1: entirety by downloading Verdict with Ted Cruz and hear everything
- 11:04Speaker 1: he had to say in uninterrupted, long format. It was
- 11:07Speaker 1: incredible to hear about the corruption of the Biden crime
- 11:12Speaker 1: family and what they've uncovered. And look, we did this
- 11:15Speaker 1: three part series for over an hour and a half.
- 11:17Speaker 2: It's unbelievable. I wanted to play part of.
- 11:19Speaker 1: It for you here so you could hear some of
- 11:22Speaker 1: those highlights of what Center Cruise and I learned by
- 11:25Speaker 1: sitting down with James Comer.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Take a listen, uh, to really get into the substance.
- 11:30Speaker 3: And and a lot has been happening lately. We just
- 11:33Speaker 3: had Hunter Biden defy a congressional subpoena. We just had
- 11:37Speaker 3: the full House of Representatives vote to authorize formally the
- 11:42Speaker 3: impeachment inquiry. And this week there's some breaking news. You're
- 11:46Speaker 3: you're you're sending your investigative team on the road. Why
- 11:50Speaker 3: don't we start by tell us about that.
- 11:54Speaker 4: Yeah, so obviously a lot of these people that we've
- 11:57Speaker 4: asked for interviews and depositions, they're trying to use the
- 12:00Speaker 4: holiday as an excuse why they can't come in and
- 12:04Speaker 4: do it. So we decided we would make it more
- 12:07Speaker 4: convenient on them and send our staff to depose them
- 12:11Speaker 4: or interview them in their home area. So the first
- 12:15Speaker 4: one we're doing is with the owner of Americorp Health,
- 12:20Speaker 4: and America War Health was the healthcare company where James Biden,
- 12:24Speaker 4: the President's brother, approached them because he heard they were
- 12:28Speaker 4: financially distressed and said that because he's a Biden and
- 12:33Speaker 4: because of his brother's contacts in the Middle East, that
- 12:37Speaker 4: he could help them acquire all the capital they needed
- 12:41Speaker 4: to get back on their feet from the Middle East.
- 12:44Speaker 5: But they were going to have to.
- 12:45Speaker 4: Pay JOm Biden first, and they gave him six hundred
- 12:49Speaker 4: thousand dollars and by all accounts, Jim Biden completely defrauded
- 12:55Speaker 4: American War Health. He never provided any funding or anything else.
- 12:59Speaker 4: But what I about this for Joe Biden, Not only
- 13:02Speaker 4: was that a pure example of influence pedaling, Joe Biden
- 13:06Speaker 4: received the last payment from Americal Health. They sent a
- 13:11Speaker 4: check to Jim Biden for two hundred thousand dollars. The
- 13:14Speaker 4: exact same day that Jim Biden received that two hundred
- 13:19Speaker 4: thousand dollars check from America Health, they wrote Joe Biden
- 13:22Speaker 4: a check for the exact same amount, two hundred thousand dollars.
- 13:26Speaker 4: So that was the first example of evidence that we
- 13:29Speaker 4: found where Joe Biden directly benefited from the Biden family
- 13:35Speaker 4: influenced peddling scheme. So we're going to have our deposers
- 13:38Speaker 4: down there talking to them about how this started and
- 13:42Speaker 4: what role Joe Biden may have played, and if they
- 13:46Speaker 4: ever met Joe Biden and all of that.
- 13:47Speaker 5: So that should be very interesting.
- 13:49Speaker 1: It's interesting you didn't mention the name Hunter Biden in
- 13:51Speaker 1: that story of influence pedaling. That is the part that
- 13:55Speaker 1: I think many Americans have maybe not understood, which is
- 13:59Speaker 1: this is the entire family that's been involved in getting paid.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Can you go into that a little bit more about
- 14:05Speaker 1: about James Biden, not just Hunter.
- 14:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I think James Biden probably committed just as many
- 14:12Speaker 4: crimes as Hunter Biden. The only reason we don't know
- 14:16Speaker 4: about James Biden is he didn't leave a laptop Linery.
- 14:19Speaker 4: We've been able to subpoena his bank records, and I
- 14:23Speaker 4: can tell you there's a lot of questions we have
- 14:26Speaker 4: for Jamis Biden.
- 14:26Speaker 5: That's why he received the subpoena.
- 14:29Speaker 4: We're working with his attorney and we hope to have
- 14:31Speaker 4: him in in January. But at the end of the day,
- 14:35Speaker 4: this example with AmeriCorps Help sure looks like securities fraud.
- 14:39Speaker 4: I mean, I don't know how else you would you
- 14:42Speaker 4: would describe it. But obviously they deserve due process and
- 14:45Speaker 4: they're gonna have due process. But we know from court
- 14:48Speaker 4: records this americ WARP Help is in federal bankruptcy court.
- 14:52Speaker 4: They obviously have accused Jim Biden of a lot of things.
- 14:56Speaker 4: So this is all public record, and you know it
- 15:00Speaker 4: shows that it wasn't just hunder Biden, this was the
- 15:02Speaker 4: whole Biden family.
- 15:04Speaker 5: America Jim Biden Hunterman.
- 15:06Speaker 3: So Americal Health paid Jim Biden six hundred thousand dollars.
- 15:11Speaker 3: As best you can tell, did Jim Biden perform any
- 15:14Speaker 3: any service for them, do anything of value for them?
- 15:19Speaker 4: According to the court records, America or Health says no
- 15:25Speaker 4: other than he went there and you know, made all
- 15:28Speaker 4: these promises that you know, Joe Biden's contacts, they would
- 15:31Speaker 4: work together and.
- 15:34Speaker 5: Help them get all the money from the Middle East,
- 15:36Speaker 5: but they never got any This is.
- 15:38Speaker 4: They never got a penny. They never got one penny.
- 15:41Speaker 4: And it looks like Senator on Jim Biden's bank statements,
- 15:47Speaker 4: they tried to say that six hundred thousand dollars payment
- 15:50Speaker 4: was a loan. And I think that's a very important
- 15:53Speaker 4: aspect of our investigation because from the notes that the
- 15:57Speaker 4: whistleblowers have turned over, we know that you know, sometime
- 16:01Speaker 4: in twenty eighteen, the Bidens figured out that the IRS
- 16:05Speaker 4: was breathing down their necks. They knew that they had
- 16:09Speaker 4: all these suspicious activity reports from the banks that were
- 16:12Speaker 4: accusing them money laundering and having shell companies and potentially
- 16:16Speaker 4: taking bribes, and they changed the way they were operating.
- 16:20Speaker 4: They went from receiving wires directly through the shelves to
- 16:24Speaker 4: receiving payments and calling them loans.
- 16:27Speaker 5: So do you do that.
- 16:29Speaker 3: I want to stop and unpack a lot of that.
- 16:32Speaker 3: So we hear from the Democrats, we hear from the
- 16:35Speaker 3: corrupt corporate media. There's no evidence, no evidence, no evidence,
- 16:39Speaker 3: especially no evidence of Joe Biden's involvement. So I want
- 16:42Speaker 3: to break down because you had a lot of substance
- 16:43Speaker 3: there on the shell companies. How many Biden shell companies
- 16:47Speaker 3: did y'all uncover?
- 16:50Speaker 5: Twenty?
- 16:51Speaker 4: And let me make sure everyone understands this. A shell
- 16:53Speaker 4: company is a company with no assets and no known purpose.
- 16:58Speaker 4: So the bank email that we released two weeks ago
- 17:01Speaker 4: showed the bank examiners saying, you know, they got this
- 17:04Speaker 4: wire from China, and he says it's an investment company,
- 17:07Speaker 4: but it's an investment company with no investments. And then
- 17:11Speaker 4: the account that it went through was essentially a dormant account.
- 17:14Speaker 4: So there's evidence that the bank examiners, and if you
- 17:17Speaker 4: look at and also the suspicious activity reports, the banks
- 17:21Speaker 4: knew these were shell companies, and the banks did everything
- 17:25Speaker 4: they were supposed to do by notifying Treasury that wait
- 17:27Speaker 4: a bit, this politically exposed family.
- 17:31Speaker 5: They're getting wires from our enemies around the world.
- 17:33Speaker 4: We don't know what these wires are for, and they're
- 17:35Speaker 4: going through companies that have no known purpose or no acres.
- 17:38Speaker 3: So shell companies, they're not real businesses. This is not
- 17:41Speaker 3: a dry cleaner, this is not a gas station. They're
- 17:44Speaker 3: no employees there are no paychecks. They're not a business
- 17:47Speaker 3: in any sense. This is a legal entity, and it's
- 17:49Speaker 3: a legal entity created to send money to and it's
- 17:52Speaker 3: what is often used for money laundering. It's what's often
- 17:56Speaker 3: used to hide the source of the money. And you
- 18:01Speaker 3: mentioned the suspicious activity reports. So let me ask for
- 18:05Speaker 3: our listeners what is a suspicious activity report and how
- 18:09Speaker 3: many of them were filed on the Bidens.
- 18:12Speaker 4: A suspicious activity report is when the bank notifies the
- 18:15Speaker 4: Treasury Cabinet that they believe their client may.
- 18:19Speaker 5: Have committed a crime. Now, I want everyone to understand this.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Banks don't just do this nonchalantly, like the Washington Post
- 18:27Speaker 4: tried to say, No bank wants to file a suspicious
- 18:30Speaker 4: activity report center because when you do, that invites the
- 18:33Speaker 4: bank examiners to come in and investigate you. And the
- 18:37Speaker 4: last thing a bank wants to do is the bank
- 18:39Speaker 4: examiners walked through the front door. The Bidens had one
- 18:42Speaker 4: hundred and seventy suspicious activity reports filed against them, which
- 18:47Speaker 4: is unprecedented.
- 18:49Speaker 5: I was the director of a bank for over a decade.
- 18:51Speaker 4: Never has anyone received more than one or two that
- 18:55Speaker 4: was affiliated with my bank. And the fact that this
- 18:59Speaker 4: family got a one hundred seventy from six different banks
- 19:02Speaker 4: on dozens of different accounts, showed that there's something bad
- 19:06Speaker 4: going on here because the banks are notifying the Treasury.
- 19:10Speaker 4: I'm sorry, Treasury, we believe the vice president's family are
- 19:16Speaker 4: involved in some top of fraud.
- 19:18Speaker 3: Well, and James, let me make let me make sure
- 19:20Speaker 3: I understand this. Suspicious activity reports are relatively rare. There's
- 19:25Speaker 3: something that the bank files with the Treasury Department when
- 19:28Speaker 3: they believe there may be evidence of criminal conduct. And
- 19:32Speaker 3: if you or I or Ben went and created a
- 19:34Speaker 3: shell company, a company that did nothing, that had no employees,
- 19:37Speaker 3: that was not a going business, and that shell company
- 19:41Speaker 3: began getting multimillion dollar wires from China, from Russia, from Ukraine,
- 19:47Speaker 3: that would be the sort of conduct that would trigger
- 19:49Speaker 3: a suspicious activity report if any of us did that.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Is that right?
- 19:53Speaker 5: That's exactly right.
- 19:54Speaker 4: And we released an email last week that kind of
- 19:57Speaker 4: showed the thought process by a bank examiner. He was
- 20:01Speaker 4: communicating with his superior and in the end they filed
- 20:05Speaker 4: a suspicious activity report, and this email kind of outlines it.
- 20:09Speaker 4: The Banker's Center said, wait a minute, you know this
- 20:11Speaker 4: account is pretty much dormant We don't know what this
- 20:15Speaker 4: company is. All we know is that the president's son
- 20:18Speaker 4: owns it. He got a five million dollar wire from China.
- 20:22Speaker 4: We had to contact him to prevent a thar. We said,
- 20:26Speaker 4: I'm sorry, mister Biden, we need to know what this
- 20:28Speaker 4: wire was, and he said it was a loan, and
- 20:31Speaker 4: there's like, oh, a loan from China.
- 20:33Speaker 5: Well, we need the loan.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Documentation and he said, I don't have any which is ridiculous.
- 20:38Speaker 4: No one would loan anyone five million dollars without having
- 20:41Speaker 4: some type of loan documentation. So then he said, We
- 20:44Speaker 4: feared this could be a bribe because we know China
- 20:49Speaker 4: influences politicians through vulnerable family members, and we've seen in
- 20:53Speaker 4: the news where his ex wife said he was on drugs,
- 20:57Speaker 4: he was in financial trouble. We believe this could be
- 20:59Speaker 4: a national security threat.
- 21:03Speaker 3: One of the things that you mentioned a minute ago
- 21:05Speaker 3: that I want to stop and drill down on a
- 21:07Speaker 3: little bit. You said early on the Biden family business,
- 21:12Speaker 3: they would just get wires from overseas that were payments
- 21:15Speaker 3: through these shell companies. But then there came a time
- 21:19Speaker 3: when the irs started coming after them, when they changed
- 21:22Speaker 3: how they did business and they began instead of getting
- 21:25Speaker 3: wires that were straight out payments, they began calling them loans.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Explain that a little bit.
- 21:31Speaker 3: More about when they did that and why they would
- 21:33Speaker 3: have done that.
- 21:34Speaker 4: That change started happening somewhere mid twenty eighteen, and from
- 21:40Speaker 4: twenty fourteen to twenty eighteen they were pretty consistent. They would,
- 21:44Speaker 4: you know, after Joe Biden would meet with these people,
- 21:47Speaker 4: or a hunter would fly on Air Force two, or
- 21:49Speaker 4: Joe would talk to him on the phone or have
- 21:51Speaker 4: lunch with him, then money would flow through the shell companies,
- 21:57Speaker 4: and then they would disperse the money through the show
- 22:00Speaker 4: companies to ten different Biden family members. Once twenty eighteen
- 22:04Speaker 4: rolled in and they realized the IRS was rolling in
- 22:07Speaker 4: on them, and they knew this because the Irish was
- 22:09Speaker 4: talking to them and the Irish was the lower notes
- 22:11Speaker 4: confirmed this. They changed the way they were doing business.
- 22:15Speaker 4: Then they started taking money in, some of it directly
- 22:18Speaker 4: through their personal account, some of it still through shell companies,
- 22:21Speaker 4: but they were calling them loans. And the reason you
- 22:23Speaker 4: do this is twofold number one. You don't report a
- 22:27Speaker 4: loan on your taxes. So theoretically, if you got five
- 22:31Speaker 4: million dollar wire from China, and you said it was
- 22:34Speaker 4: a loan, you didn't have to put that on your
- 22:36Speaker 4: taxes and the RS would never know about it.
- 22:38Speaker 5: And secondly, and this.
- 22:40Speaker 4: Is the most obvious, you don't have to pay taxes
- 22:43Speaker 4: on it then if it's a loan.
- 22:45Speaker 5: And that's why I always said, we're going to follow
- 22:48Speaker 5: the bank records.
- 22:49Speaker 4: We're going to go with the bank statements in lieu
- 22:51Speaker 4: of the tax returns, because there's nowhere on your tax
- 22:54Speaker 4: return does it show you have a loan. There's a
- 22:57Speaker 4: place on your tax return to show where you loan interest,
- 23:01Speaker 4: mortgage interest, or if you loan someone money, you receive interest,
- 23:05Speaker 4: but there's nowhere on your tax returns would it say alone.
- 23:08Speaker 4: So if you just got to Biden's tax return, you
- 23:11Speaker 4: would never know about fourteen million dollars that we found
- 23:15Speaker 4: because they didn't report it to the RS.
- 23:18Speaker 5: They called it loan.
- 23:19Speaker 3: So fourteen million was the amount of loans you found so.
- 23:21Speaker 5: Far, Yes, for Jim and Hunter Biden.
- 23:25Speaker 3: And look, just to underscore what you said, because it's important.
- 23:29Speaker 3: By calling it a loan, Number one, you don't have
- 23:31Speaker 3: to report it to the IRS. Number two, you don't
- 23:33Speaker 3: have to pay taxes to the IRS. But but of
- 23:37Speaker 3: course it's got to be a real loan. It can't
- 23:38Speaker 3: be just fraud. And all right, I've gotten loans over
- 23:44Speaker 3: the course of my life. I've got a mortgage on
- 23:46Speaker 3: my house. Now, the mortgage on my house, the collateral
- 23:49Speaker 3: is my house. I've gotten car notes. I borrow money
- 23:53Speaker 3: to buy a car. The collateral on the car note
- 23:55Speaker 3: is the car. If I don't pay the payments, they
- 23:58Speaker 3: take the car back. Is there any indication that Hunter
- 24:03Speaker 3: or or Jim Biden had any collateral fourteen million dollars
- 24:07Speaker 3: of loans? Did they own fourteen million dollars of collateral
- 24:11Speaker 3: that that would serve as the basis for those loans?
- 24:15Speaker 4: Well, and I understand loans. Thank god, there's no loan documentation.
- 24:19Speaker 4: We've asked for loan documentation. They won't produce loan documentation.
- 24:23Speaker 4: It doesn't appear they had anywhere near fourteen million dollars
- 24:27Speaker 4: in assets.
- 24:27Speaker 5: So if you get fourteen million.
- 24:29Speaker 4: Dollars in loans, you really need to have about eighteen
- 24:32Speaker 4: or nineteen million dollars in assets, because that's the way
- 24:35Speaker 4: that the banking rules are. You've got to have more
- 24:39Speaker 4: than enough or you would be underwater. So but here's
- 24:42Speaker 4: the most concerning thing. Going through their bank records, they've
- 24:45Speaker 4: received all this money that they call loans.
- 24:48Speaker 5: There are hardly any loan.
- 24:51Speaker 4: Repayments, any principal payments, and no interest payments.
- 24:55Speaker 3: All right, so this goes back to twenty eighteen principal payment.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Twenty eighteen, they start getting loans. They get fourteen million
- 25:01Speaker 3: dollars of loans. You're saying from twenty eighteen to twenty
- 25:04Speaker 3: twenty three, that's five years. There are very very few
- 25:08Speaker 3: loan repayments at all, either principal or interest. In other words,
- 25:12Speaker 3: this is some sort of magic loan that you don't
- 25:14Speaker 3: need collateral for, you don't have to pay back, and
- 25:17Speaker 3: it sure is helpful if you want to, say, buy
- 25:19Speaker 3: a lot of crack and prostitutes, if you don't have
- 25:23Speaker 3: to pay the loan back. Is that? Am I being
- 25:26Speaker 3: fair and characterizing that?
- 25:28Speaker 5: That's exactly right?
- 25:29Speaker 4: It looked like one loan for half a million dollars
- 25:32Speaker 4: to one of the bidens. They may have paid one
- 25:35Speaker 4: hundred and ten thousand dollars back with no interest. The
- 25:38Speaker 4: rest of the fourteen million dollars we can't find where
- 25:40Speaker 4: they've made a single payment and not a kinny.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Of interest But by the way, do they dispute this.
- 25:47Speaker 3: Does Hunter claim no, no, I pay that back? Does
- 25:50Speaker 3: Jim Biden claim no, no, I pay that back? Or do
- 25:52Speaker 3: they dispute what you're saying?
- 25:54Speaker 4: Well, we we're going to bring them in. You know,
- 25:56Speaker 4: that's one reason we wanted to pose them. But you know,
- 25:59Speaker 4: you can look at the records and there's no there's
- 26:03Speaker 4: no payments back.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Best case scenario, how much of the millions in loans
- 26:08Speaker 1: eighteen million do you think they paid back?
- 26:10Speaker 2: If you're being generous, fourteen million, fourteen.
- 26:13Speaker 5: Million, I mean, one hundred and ten thousand.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Wow, it's you know, good to be a Biden.
- 26:21Speaker 4: So and look, at what point does the loan become income?
- 26:25Speaker 5: You know, I don't know, that's a question.
- 26:27Speaker 3: What is the low Look, if the intent is to
- 26:30Speaker 3: defraud the IRS? If if it is a fraudulent vehicle,
- 26:33Speaker 3: the IRS can bring it for tax fraud. You can't
- 26:35Speaker 3: characterize something as a loan that is not in fact
- 26:38Speaker 3: a loan that doesn't intend to be paid back. And
- 26:41Speaker 3: I mean that on the face of it. I got
- 26:44Speaker 3: to tell you I'd be ready to prosecute right now.
- 26:46Speaker 3: Of course, you know, I don't work at the Biden
- 26:48Speaker 3: Justice Department. And so my marching orders aren't protect the
- 26:51Speaker 3: big guy, and the statute of limitations is not far
- 26:56Speaker 3: from running on these too. They've already left the statute
- 26:58Speaker 3: of limitations run on what Hunter did with China back
- 27:02Speaker 3: in seventeen. And the clock is ticking now. Now we
- 27:06Speaker 3: started with with your telling us your investigators are going
- 27:09Speaker 3: to talk with AmeriCorps Health Company about the six hundred
- 27:12Speaker 3: thousand dollars that was paid to Jim Biden. And you
- 27:15Speaker 3: said two hundred thousand went straight to Joe Biden. Did
- 27:19Speaker 3: that come from AmeriCorps or did that come from AmeriCorps
- 27:21Speaker 3: to Jim and then Jim to Joe.
- 27:23Speaker 2: What was the path of the money.
- 27:25Speaker 5: Americ Corps to Jim, and Jim to Joe.
- 27:28Speaker 2: So the big guys getting tot day.
- 27:30Speaker 5: The same day, the same day.
- 27:32Speaker 4: So in Jim Biden's bank account, the day he deposited
- 27:37Speaker 4: that two hundred thousand dollars check, I think he had
- 27:39Speaker 4: like four thousand dollars ballons, So he went from four
- 27:42Speaker 4: thousand to two hundred and four thousand. Then he writes
- 27:45Speaker 4: a check for two hundred thousand to Joe Biden. So
- 27:47Speaker 4: he goes back down to four thousand. That wasn't real
- 27:50Speaker 4: hard to trace. I would challenge anyone to debate me
- 27:55Speaker 4: on tracing that check.
- 27:58Speaker 2: I have one other question on this money in general.
- 28:00Speaker 1: We talk about the loan payments, but can we talk
- 28:04Speaker 1: about the total sub of money that was coming into
- 28:07Speaker 1: the the Biden affiliated businesses. There were much bigger business
- 28:12Speaker 1: deals that were done, and how hard is it to trace?
- 28:14Speaker 2: Me They're not businesses.
- 28:15Speaker 3: Call them shell corporate show corporate businesses do something. Yeah,
- 28:19Speaker 3: these are just bank accounts to park.
- 28:21Speaker 4: Money, right, and a lot of these shelves had multiple
- 28:24Speaker 4: bank accounts. That's what's taken so long to get the
- 28:28Speaker 4: bank records in.
- 28:29Speaker 5: We find more bank accounts.
- 28:30Speaker 4: I mean, we're always finding more bank accounts and more accounts.
- 28:34Speaker 4: But you know, we've identified twenty four million dollars that
- 28:39Speaker 4: we don't think they can explain what they did.
- 28:42Speaker 5: There's more.
