Latest / The Lila Rose Show / E175: He Went Undercover And Exposed Planned Parenthood w/David Daleiden
Transcript
- 0:00So there is an actual government fund that is dispersed
- 0:04specifically to pay for aborted baby body parts.
- 0:07There's there's an entire category.
- 0:09She approved a raid on my one bedroom apartment and there were
- 0:1311 California DOJ agents who came filing out of a big white
- 0:18windowless van. Videos went immediately viral
- 0:21and really, I think, shocked the conscience of every single
- 0:24person who even watched a few seconds.
- 0:26David, what are people about to watch?
- 0:31Hey, guys, welcome back to the Lila Rose Show.
- 0:33Today we are sitting down with a good friend of mine, someone
- 0:36that I have a lot of respect for, who's done some tremendous
- 0:39work. You may have heard of him
- 0:40before, or maybe you're going to be introduced for the first time
- 0:43to this work. And this person, this is David
- 0:46Daleiden. I've known him since teenage
- 0:49years, and David was the incredible investigative
- 0:52reporter who uncovered Planned Parenthood, the biggest abortion
- 0:56chain selling baby body parts. Over the last several years,
- 1:00David has faced incredible lawfare from Planned Parenthood
- 1:05and their allies who are trying to, yeah, throw him in jail.
- 1:08But he's still persevering and continuing to expose the
- 1:11abortion industry. So we're going to deep dive all
- 1:13of that and more on today's episode.
- 1:15We're also going to talk about what this looks like going into
- 1:18the next four years under the Trump administration and the
- 1:21opportunities that we may have to stop federal funding of the
- 1:25biggest abortion chain and hold them accountable at last.
- 1:28David, thanks so much for joining the podcast.
- 1:30Thanks for having me on, it's great to finally be here.
- 1:32Yes, I know we've, we've, the only time we've filmed together
- 1:35before in this context was during the pandemic over.
- 1:38Zoom it out. And it didn't make it out.
- 1:40Yeah. So thanks for coming.
- 1:42Back for this for this interview, and I have a lot of
- 1:45respect for you and think you've just done incredible things for
- 1:48the movement. You're a great person too,
- 1:51inside and out, and I've known you for I don't know how many
- 1:53years it is. It's been almost. 20 it's been
- 1:55almost 20 years same yeah I don't you know, but you know
- 1:58that's. Crazy.
- 1:58Don't. Use up all your credibility on
- 2:00me, as they say. So that's well, you know, you
- 2:03have a pretty good track record so far.
- 2:06So we met in high school through Junior State of America.
- 2:10Junior State of America, yeah, it was this this high school
- 2:13like speech and debate organization that, you know, the
- 2:16interesting thing about it different from a lot of like
- 2:18speech and debate activities that you would do in high
- 2:21school. Certainly that like you and your
- 2:23family have done or that, you know, that I did with my friends
- 2:25in public school. The interesting thing about JSA
- 2:28is that you would have a crossover of kids from the
- 2:31public school system, from private schools, the home school
- 2:34kids. Incredibly subversive, actually.
- 2:37When you think about it, you know this.
- 2:38Organization. Yeah, it was.
- 2:41It was really cool. It was really special.
- 2:43Yeah. Most people don't know that
- 2:44about me, right? They that, you know, that I come
- 2:48from a, you know, a sort of unusual sort of background and
- 2:51that I, you know, I'm a product of the public school system in
- 2:53Northern California all the way through.
- 2:57And, you know, it's a, it's a different, it's a different
- 2:59environment than, you know, than the, than the homeschool co-ops
- 3:03in Northern California. There's a lot of hate on the
- 3:05public school system, and maybe this speaks more to your genius
- 3:08than the system, but you are an incredible researcher,
- 3:12obviously, and also a phenomenal writer and thinker.
- 3:14Thank you. So I think that is natural
- 3:16talent, but. Did the school?
- 3:18System help you with that or would you say that's?
- 3:21You know, so I, so, I mean, so it's, it's a little bit of a,
- 3:24you know, it's an interesting, you know, it's another kind of
- 3:26detail of the background because you know, 'cause the group in
- 3:29Davis, CA, which is a small university town outside of
- 3:33Sacramento and Northern California.
- 3:35So, you know, regardless of like the, the critiques and the
- 3:40scrutiny of the public school system writ large, and certainly
- 3:43in California, in Davis, it's, you know, they run a pretty
- 3:47tight ship with with that school system.
- 3:50You know, my mom was actually on the school board for many years.
- 3:53Her parents, my grandmother and my grandfather, both of them
- 3:58were teachers for many, many years.
- 4:01So I mean, thank you for saying some of it is natural talent.
- 4:05I did have some good opportunities for, you know, for
- 4:07kind of, you know, the, the writing and the, and the
- 4:10researching and the critical thinking being being formed.
- 4:12I mean, when I was in it was when I was in 7th grade, my, our
- 4:167th grade English teacher like sat us down and taught us about
- 4:18Aristotle, which is kind of unusual for the public school
- 4:21system. Really good, very formative, but
- 4:24you know, especially, you know, the influence of my mom and my
- 4:27grandmother, especially non Italian one were, you know, that
- 4:34you're having having, having people.
- 4:36I think I mean, you relate to this, right?
- 4:38Having teachers and people who are concerned about education in
- 4:40the family makes a huge difference for, you know, for
- 4:44the early years of your, of, of your life.
- 4:47So. So tell us how you got
- 4:51passionate about fighting for life, about the pro-life cause.
- 4:55So, so I, you know, my story is not too different from yours in
- 5:00that respect. I think, you know, when I was
- 5:02in, when I was in middle school, when I was in junior high
- 5:06school, you know, we, we had just, we, I think we were
- 5:10approaching or we're kind of in the middle of election season in
- 5:142004, in the 2004 campaign, there was a lot of talk about
- 5:19partial birth abortion at that time.
- 5:21It was in the newspapers and that, you know, to their credit,
- 5:24they actually printed like in the Sacramento Bee and in the
- 5:27New York Times, like a brief description of a partial birth
- 5:30abortion procedure, talking about a late term baby being
- 5:33delivered feet first on an ultrasound machine with
- 5:37ultrasound guidance and then having the head of the baby
- 5:39punctured and the brain suctioned out.
- 5:41And you just read that in black and white lettering in the
- 5:44prints, you know, as a, you know, as a 12 year old or a 13
- 5:46year old. And, and it's horrifying and
- 5:49it's barbaric. And you're like, wow, you know,
- 5:51they're teaching us in the Northern California public
- 5:53school system. They're teaching us about great
- 5:56historic injustices, right? About the history of chattel
- 5:59slavery in the United States, about the Holocaust, about, you
- 6:04know, any number of other grave historical injustices where a
- 6:08large number of people were persecuted and really hurt in
- 6:11just barbaric and ignorant ways by their fellow human beings.
- 6:15And the way that we grew up, you know, we always had this, this
- 6:18kind of sense that, you know, if we were around back during a
- 6:22time like that, we would have been different, right?
- 6:24We would have been one of the more enlightened groups of
- 6:26people who would have stood up and said, no, this is wrong.
- 6:29You can't treat people this way. And so, you know, being, you
- 6:33know, 12/13/14 reading about suctioning babies had these
- 6:36skulls out of the brains out of their skulls in the newspapers
- 6:40and then talking about it with with other kids at school who
- 6:45did not seem to be as horrified, which is surprising.
- 6:48But, you know, these are lots of like children of university
- 6:50professors and stuff like that. So there's kind of a different
- 6:53culture in terms of what they, you know, what they think is
- 6:55normal or what they're willing to accept.
- 6:58And, you know, realizing that I didn't have super great
- 7:02arguments at the time because I was 13, I, you know, I was just,
- 7:05you know, really starting to think about these things.
- 7:07And so I went home and I just, I started Googling about abortion
- 7:12and I discovered two things that really shook me to my core
- 7:15pretty strongly. And the first was that abortion
- 7:18has practiced in the United States is not just a, it's not
- 7:22just a very rare extreme, you know, unusual medical
- 7:26circumstance, something that's done, an intervention that's
- 7:29done extremely rarely. You know, it's the most common
- 7:31surgery in America. At that time.
- 7:33There was over a, you know, 1.2 million abortions every year in
- 7:37the United States. And then the second fact that I
- 7:40discovered was an image of what it looks like when a baby is
- 7:44actually killed through abortion.
- 7:46It was a dismembered second trimester baby.
- 7:49And that made all the talking points and all the headlines and
- 7:53all of the statistics just really real in a really concrete
- 7:58and and devastatingly sad and tragic way.
- 8:04Because regardless of I think I just think that regardless of,
- 8:09of the bad things that somebody might do, like in their life or
- 8:13mistakes that somebody might make, you know, you can't really
- 8:16assign any blame to a small child or to an infant.
- 8:19You can't say that there's anything they did that, you
- 8:21know, that could justify their life being snuffed out so
- 8:24quickly. And I just, I believe very
- 8:27strongly that everybody deserves at least a chance to try to see
- 8:30what what they can do to make it better or what they can do to
- 8:33what they can offer to the world.
- 8:35And so all those things just kind of, you know, just kind of
- 8:38swirled around me when I was when, you know, when I was 1314.
- 8:42And it just made me feel really convicted about this issue in
- 8:46particular. I started getting involved with
- 8:50the first local pro-life group that I was involved with was the
- 8:54UC Davis Students for Life. This was in like 2004, I think.
- 8:58I think it was like late 2004. So I was a high school student
- 9:02at that time going to attend the meetings of this college
- 9:05pro-life group. And that was very interesting.
- 9:08And then in 2005, I found myself on a bus heading over to the
- 9:13Winter Congress at the Junior State of America and
- 9:16encountered, you know, these radical homeschooled extremists
- 9:19who were, you know, very, very, you know, not only very
- 9:22pro-life, but very pro-life in a very organized and sophisticated
- 9:26way. And that was sort of, you know,
- 9:27that, you know, our interactions at that time was my first real
- 9:32exposure to A, to a sort of intentional, formal, like
- 9:36organized kind of pro-life advocacy.
- 9:39And that was, that was, you know, extremely formative as
- 9:42well. And so, you know, then 20 years
- 9:44later, you know, here we are with a, you know, with a podcast
- 9:46and undercover videos and, you know, $25 million in fines from
- 9:50Planned Parenthood and all these different things.
- 9:53But, you know, but also, you know, Roe versus Wade
- 9:55overturned. I mean, we're living in, you
- 9:57know, year 2, you know, 2 1/2 years since the Dobbs decision.
- 10:01You know, we used to, that used to be something we have thought,
- 10:05you know, we like, we dreamed about it, we thought about it,
- 10:07but but it's finally happened. And I don't think that we
- 10:11celebrate that enough. So you know, so life is good.
- 10:16There's a lot to do, as you know, and as you're you're,
- 10:19you're in the fight. So there's so much ground we
- 10:22could cover. We'll have to do it on another
- 10:23podcast about, you know, so many years.
- 10:26I know we worked together for years and JSA is how we met this
- 10:30crazy JSA thing, which again, was such a cool experience.
- 10:33Northern California. But you were already sensing
- 10:35this calling. I mean, was it a religious thing
- 10:38for you, the sense of calling to pro-life, or more just logical?
- 10:42I need to do something. There's children that are being
- 10:43butchered. I can't just sit down and not do
- 10:46anything. It's a good question.
- 10:48Seven Weeks Coffee is America's pro-life coffee company on a
- 10:51mission to fund the pro-life movement. 1 cup of delicious
- 10:54coffee at a time. Why are they called seven Weeks
- 10:57coffee? Because at seven weeks, the baby
- 10:59is the size of a coffee bean and it's the same time that the
- 11:02heartbeat can be first clearly detected on ultrasound.
- 11:06That's why seven Weeks Coffee donates 10% of every sale to
- 11:10support pregnancy resource centers across the country.
- 11:12Seven weeks coffee is harvested from the top 1 to 2% of beans in
- 11:16the world. Their beans are mold free,
- 11:18pesticide free, shade grown and low acid, and they're
- 11:21organically farmed. 7 Weeks Coffee truly checks all the
- 11:24boxes and exclusively for my listeners.
- 11:27You can go to sevenweekscoffee.com and use the
- 11:30code Lila for up to 25% off your order.
- 11:34That's a good question. So not originally, it did not
- 11:37originally feel religious in any way.
- 11:41So I, you know, I grew up in a kind of culturally Catholic
- 11:44home, very Jesuit influenced. And you know, some people will,
- 11:47you know, recoil in horror at that.
- 11:49And, you know, but they have also, I've come to appreciate a
- 11:52lot of some of the features of that over time because because
- 11:56there's a, there's a really special tradition there.
- 12:00But, you know, but I grew up in a just a very like kind of
- 12:02culturally Catholic home. Not necessarily, not necessarily
- 12:06super, you know, super hardcore as people might say, you know,
- 12:10there weren't you, We didn't necessarily go to Mass like
- 12:13every Sunday when I was a kid or when I was a teenager, you know,
- 12:17not super educated about the faith or anything.
- 12:21And but so, so it was, it was completely separate from like
- 12:25specifically Catholic or church influence that I started, you
- 12:28know, that I started discovering really the truth about abortion
- 12:33as practice in the United States.
- 12:35And, and it just looked so prima facie horrific and unjust on a
- 12:41personal level. That was actually something that
- 12:44made me start to take my Catholic faith a little bit more
- 12:47seriously because because what it said to me was basically, you
- 12:52know, wow. You know, if, if, if our
- 12:55civilization has gotten it so wrong that a large swath of our
- 13:00otherwise very advanced and very enlightened civilization is
- 13:03prepared to just accept killing babies on an industrial scale.
- 13:08That's how wrong our civilization has gotten it.
- 13:11And yet the Catholic Church is the one institution that is the
- 13:15most vocal and has been the most consistently vocal about the
- 13:18fact that, hey, guys, you got it wrong on this and you got it
- 13:21wrong in a big way. That says something pretty
- 13:25significant about the Catholic Church, I think, and about the
- 13:27wisdom that is available there. And perhaps it's, you know,
- 13:30divine wisdom, not just human wisdom.
- 13:32So, so that made me start to take my faith a lot more
- 13:35seriously when I was when I was a teenager.
- 13:38I think that, you know, I've been pretty vocal about this
- 13:41over the past several years. I think that pro-life values are
- 13:44universal values. I don't think that they're just
- 13:46owned by the church or owned by any other organization, any
- 13:49political party. But but, but at the same time,
- 13:54again, the on a personal level, it you know, it would be very
- 13:58hard to to spend quality time with dozens of late term
- 14:02abortion doctors, to hang out with them to to have drinks and
- 14:07and dinner with them, to withstand, you know,
- 14:10persecutions, law, fair depositions.
- 14:14Raids on your home. Raids on your home gang,
- 14:17stalking from pro abortion people, all kinds of stuff like
- 14:21it's very hard to with, I think it would be very hard on a
- 14:23personal level or on an individual level to withstand
- 14:26stuff like that without having a, a supernatural foundation
- 14:30really, which is what the church can can provide to everybody.
- 14:34So. Amen.
- 14:36OK. We got to get into CMP.
- 14:39The founding of CMP and the first investigative work that
- 14:44you've done through CMP, It was very groundbreaking for the
- 14:48movement. I remember in 2015 when the
- 14:51videos were first released, I think it was July 2015.
- 14:55July 2015. And there was this electricity
- 14:59in the movement of wow. First of all, how is this
- 15:02captured? This video, this video footage?
- 15:04This is insane. We're going to watch a clip here
- 15:07in a minute. How did someone pull this off?
- 15:11CMPCMP was basically just announced at the time.
- 15:14What is CMP? And so we're going to watch what
- 15:17you uncovered. I want you to talk about that.
- 15:18And I also, if you can't, want to hear from you about what it
- 15:22took to get this kind of footage because you mentioned it briefly
- 15:26a moment ago. This was years of you deeply
- 15:30undercover in the late term abortion industry.
- 15:34So I'll let you just share a comment on that if you have one.
- 15:38And then I'd love to start by looking at some of this footage
- 15:41that came out for the first time in 2015.
- 15:44Yeah, definitely. So, so my second kind of big
- 15:50pro-life conviction in in, in my life was, was learning about the
- 15:54specific phenomenon of the harvesting and trafficking and
- 16:00sale of aborted baby body parts for experimentation.
- 16:05It was something, you know, it's something that that used to, I
- 16:08feel like it, you know, 20 years ago, it used to kind of be on
- 16:13the fringes of pro-life discourse.
- 16:15It was something that was sort of out there, but but people
- 16:19hadn't really focused on it that much.
- 16:22When I was in college, I actually was, I was doing, I was
- 16:25sort of like an intern for I was like a researcher for a
- 16:28professor. And we thought that we might do
- 16:32a paper on stem cell research at the time.
- 16:35And so there was actually a, there was a special stem cell
- 16:39summit that was going on, I think at it was either at UCLA
- 16:43or University of Southern California.
- 16:45And I drove out there just to kind of attend the meeting and
- 16:47take some notes. And sure enough, there was a
- 16:49very prominent scientist from UC Irvine at the time who was
- 16:55giving a presentation about the work that their laboratory was
- 16:58doing using cell cultures from the brains of late term aborted
- 17:03babies. And I'll never forget, this was
- 17:06in, I think, 2009. I was sitting, I was sitting in
- 17:10the audience. You're not really sure what to
- 17:12expect. And this professor launched it,
- 17:15you know, very, you know, very smart, right?
- 17:16I mean, this is a, you know, a high, you know, high level
- 17:18university professor, NIH funded, you know, backed by a
- 17:22lot of like pharma R&D outfits and stuff like that, you know,
- 17:26very excited to show off the latest results of their
- 17:28research. And she's going through a
- 17:31PowerPoint slides and they start off with sort of the basic
- 17:33introduction and you know what we're going to cover.
- 17:35And there was a, there was a slide within the first maybe
- 17:38four or five slides that had to do with the methodology of the
- 17:43experiments that they were doing in their laboratory.
- 17:45And there's a bullet point on there that said neural stem
- 17:49cells harvested from electively aborted 20 week fetuses.
- 17:54And the way that this, you know, this very eloquent professor,
- 17:58very smart, lots to say about every bullet point on every
- 18:01slide. She breezed through that single
- 18:05bullet point in like half a second.
- 18:07It was like, I mean, it's almost comical right where you have,
- 18:10you know that that many words and and it was like motor mouse,
- 18:12just a port of feel bring really fast.
- 18:16And I, and I watched that and I thought, wow, these people
- 18:20really don't want to talk about the fact that they're having to
- 18:23kill babies in order to harvest their brains for their
- 18:25experiments. And, and it was even, and, and,
- 18:28you know, I think a lot of people when they think about
- 18:31the, the issue of harvesting and selling baby parts, right?
- 18:34There's a lot of people who I think are, who sometimes come to
- 18:37it with a little bit of confusion because, because
- 18:39there's the idea out there. Well, you know, weren't they,
- 18:41aren't they just getting them after the abortion?
- 18:43You know, the babies are dead anyway.
- 18:44Like, don't you want it to go to something good?
- 18:47But the level of anxiety and guilt that was clearly present
- 18:52in this professor's presentation when addressing that particular
- 18:56point of their research, that said to me, there must be
- 19:00something here more than just like taking a tragedy and like
- 19:03doing something good with it after the fact.
- 19:05Like otherwise, why are they acting so guilty and so
- 19:08embarrassed and so ashamed about this point?
- 19:11And the truth is, you know, in reality, the orders for the body
- 19:14parts are being placed while the babies are still alive.
- 19:17You know, a A5 month pregnant woman will walk into a big
- 19:21Planned Parenthood surgical center at 8:00 in the morning
- 19:24while her baby is still alive and kicking and has a heartbeat.
- 19:28And at the time that she's sitting in the waiting room,
- 19:31there are orders coming in from across the country for the brain
- 19:35or the heart or the lungs or the kidneys of that baby.
- 19:38And then by 5:00 PM that afternoon after the abortion's
- 19:41been done, the baby's been dismembered and those body parts
- 19:43of being FedEx shipped across the country to all those
- 19:46different laboratories. And so, you know, God forbid
- 19:50that a patient go in to the clinic who is still uncertain
- 19:54about what they're doing, who's feeling coerced, You know, this
- 19:58happened. You know, this is this is, you
- 20:00know, there are people who are still making up their mind right
- 20:02until the moment that they're on the operating table.
- 20:04And what? But once you decide to go
- 20:07through with an abortion and it's actually done, there's no
- 20:09taking that back, right? It's a life or death decision
- 20:12that that woman and that couple and that family will live with
- 20:16for the rest of their lives. And so for the commercial and
- 20:24experimental agendas. Of other organizations, other
- 20:28people and other entities to enter into that extremely
- 20:33intimate space where somebody is going to have to make a life or
- 20:35death decision that they will live with for the rest of their
- 20:37lives. It's a, that's a horrific
- 20:40tragedy, even if it happens just once to one person who's who
- 20:43ends up being forced into having an abortion or, or nudged into
- 20:47having an abortion that they maybe weren't going to otherwise
- 20:49because of somebody else's agenda.
- 20:52And so, and, and then beyond that, it's just, you know, at
- 20:55the end of the day, you know, they're not harvesting and
- 20:57selling little frog hearts or little rabbit brains or, or
- 21:01little mouse body parts. The, the reason that body parts
- 21:05from aborted babies are valuable for Planned Parenthood to sell
- 21:09and for researchers to experiment on is precisely
- 21:12because they're human beings just like you or I.
- 21:15And so it's a level of objectification beyond the
- 21:18original objectification of killing a baby through abortion.
- 21:20It's a level of dehumanization beyond the original
- 21:23dehumanization. It's this huge paradox because
- 21:26we're saying, well, they're human enough for us to
- 21:28experiment on, but they're not human enough for us to protect
- 21:31from being killed in the 1st place.
- 21:33They're, they're, they're more valuable dead than alive,
- 21:36basically. You know this, and this is
- 21:37jumping ahead a little bit, but you know, when I was starting to
- 21:40do the undercover work in 2013, there was a really special
- 21:44whistleblower from the company STEM Express.
- 21:46Her name was Holly O'Donnell, and she died several years ago,
- 21:50unfortunately. But, but, but Holly and others
- 21:54at STEM Express were willing to talk to me early on about what
- 21:58they were seeing, you know, in real time in the clinics, what
- 22:01they had seen, what they've seen in the laboratories.
- 22:04And one of these whistleblowers told me it wasn't Holly, but a
- 22:08different whistleblower who had worked in the laboratory set
- 22:10told me a story about the day that they got the biggest
- 22:13aborted fetal liver that she'd ever seen before.
- 22:15It was a 19 week baby killed at the Planned Parenthood in
- 22:20Sacramento, CA, which is a clinic that you know, that like
- 22:24I've, I've like there used to be there.
- 22:26There are still, you know, prayer vigils that like the
- 22:29Diocese of Sacramento would would sponsor there and things
- 22:31like that. So it's kind of, you know, in
- 22:34the neighborhood, like it makes it really close to home, you
- 22:36know where it is. And they received a 19 week
- 22:41liver that was the biggest one they'd ever seen from from that
- 22:45clinic while this particular lab manager was working there.
- 22:48They took the liver, pulled the stem cells out of it, put the
- 22:51stem cells in a vial and sold that vial for $17,000 to a
- 22:54taxpayer funded laboratory. OK.
- 22:56So it was worth it under the system, the way that this is all
- 22:59set up, it was worth it for somebody to pay 17 grand for
- 23:04that baby to die so that they could get the liver and use it
- 23:06for their experiments, $17,000 in 2010.
- 23:12You know, that might have, that might have been somebody's rent
- 23:14money for the rest of the year that that would have made them
- 23:17feel like, hey, like I can do this, I can have this baby.
- 23:19I can go through with this. I don't have to have a late term
- 23:21abortion that I'm going to live with for the rest of my life.
- 23:25But under the but, but when you have a system, which we do,
- 23:29where you have industrial scale baby killing through the
- 23:31taxpayer funded abortion industry, and then you have the
- 23:33government sponsoring experiments on their body parts
- 23:36and sponsoring a demand for late term abortions to happen so they
- 23:40can supply the body parts for experiments.
- 23:43Then you create a system where it basically says some of these
- 23:46kids are more valuable dead than alive.
- 23:49And I don't know of any other situation that could be more
- 23:54clearly wrong than that. I mean, I really, if you don't
- 23:58see how that's wrong, I don't really know how to explain it to
- 24:00you just kind of have to feel it at that point.
- 24:03So yeah. So that so anyway, so that, so
- 24:06all of these, so that that I think you're an original
- 24:09question was how did I, how did I, you know, why did I start
- 24:12doing it? That's why I started doing it.
- 24:15And, and because, because I think this is a, this is a story
- 24:19that the world needs to know about.

- 25:31Let's watch some of the CNP footage now.
- 25:34This is there are dozens of hours of CNP footage that have
- 25:38been released so far. So this is just the tip of the
- 25:41iceberg what we're about to watch.
- 25:43I also just wanted to share this.
- 25:46This is who we're talking about right now.
- 25:48This is our baby at 20 weeks. This is a miscarried baby at 20
- 25:53weeks. For people to have in mind what
- 25:58we're talking about here, who we're talking about here, Let's
- 26:02take a look at some of the footage that came out that
- 26:07summer of 2015. And these videos, again,
- 26:11incredibly explosive when immediately viral and really, I
- 26:14think shocked the conscience of every single person who even
- 26:18watched a few seconds. David, what are people about to
- 26:21watch? Sure.
- 26:22So you're about to see just a collection of some of the, some
- 26:27of the more, some of the most shocking admissions that we
- 26:31recorded from top level Planned Parenthood abortion leadership
- 26:36during CN PS undercover investigation from 2013 to 2015.
- 26:42These are some of the top level leaders of Planned Parenthood
- 26:46both nationwide and also in some of their different regional
- 26:49offices. This is just a, this is just a
- 26:53fraction of everything that we recorded, but these are some of
- 26:56the, these are some of the specific admissions and specific
- 26:59statements of Planned Parenthood leaders that they have never
- 27:02denied that these are their actual words that actually came
- 27:06out of their mouths. In fact, Planned Parenthood
- 27:07swore to this fact, both in both in court filings and in their
- 27:12sworn depositions, that this is these are their actual people.
- 27:17These are their actual faces, their actual voices, their
- 27:19actual words, captured on video camera for the entire world to
- 27:22see. And for those listening, can you
- 27:25also share briefly the context here of Planned Parenthood's
- 27:29size and the amount of taxpayer money they get and the amount of
- 27:32kills that they do? Yeah, annually.
- 27:34How many abortions they commit? Yeah.
- 27:36So Planned Parenthood is the single biggest abortion provider
- 27:39in our country. They are now a nearly $2 billion
- 27:43a year organization. Back when we started doing this
- 27:47kind of work, they were a one $1.2 billion a year
- 27:51organization. They're now a $2 billion a year
- 27:53organization. They they now do nearly 400,000
- 27:57abortions every year and they're receiving close to $700 million
- 28:03in taxpayer funding every year. So.
- 28:09I'm not going to crush that part.
- 28:10I'm going to basically rush below.
- 28:12I'm going to crush above and I'm going to see that get out of
- 28:14tax. A lot of people want to attack
- 28:16parts these days. They're looking for specific
- 28:18notes. Gave me notes.
- 28:20I say I was like wow, I I need a note for them.
- 28:24Yesterday was the first time, she said people wanted longer I
- 28:28and then she felt like I said always as many intact livers as.
- 28:31Well, what would you expect for intact tissue?
- 28:39What? What sort of compensation?
- 28:41What sort of? Well, why don't you start by
- 28:43telling me where you used to pay?
- 28:45I want to let it be because that's how we're going to keep
- 28:50you happy, right, To make sure that financially you're growing
- 28:54your clinic and however you need to say that frame it on the
- 29:01other end, if we alter our process and we are able to
- 29:07obtain intact fetal cadavers, it's all just a matter of line
- 29:12items. For those who are listening,
- 29:20some of those lines, you hear a lot of background noise.
- 29:22You're in restaurants, you're in these situations.
- 29:27People are, you know, waiters are walking by and you're
- 29:29hearing Planned Parenthood executives talk about how they
- 29:34want a Lamborghini for compensation for the body parts
- 29:39of these second trimester babies or about how they manipulate the
- 29:44abortion procedure so they can get these intact body parts.
- 29:50Can you help folks listening or walk folks listening through
- 29:55what these admissions meant in terms of what these clinics were
- 30:00actually doing and then also the legality of it?
- 30:05Yeah, yeah. So.
- 30:07I should just say the illegality of it.
- 30:10Yeah, so in the clips that you just saw it, the first clip,
- 30:12which is some of the 11 of the more famous undercover videos,
- 30:16is actually the very first video release on July 14th, 2015.
- 30:21That is a business lunch meeting that I had with Doctor Deborah
- 30:26Nukatola, who at the time was the senior director of medical
- 30:29services for Planned Parenthood Nationwide.
- 30:31So literally the top abortion Dr. over all of Planned
- 30:35Parenthood, in charge of writing their medical manuals for how
- 30:39you run your Planned Parenthood abortion clinic, in charge of
- 30:42training for the new Planned Parenthood abortion doctors and
- 30:45training for the medical students, and in charge of
- 30:48research and late abortions at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles
- 30:53in Southern California. And we were very fortunate to
- 30:58make contact with her during the early phases of the undercover
- 31:02project. And so we scheduled a, we
- 31:05basically scheduled a business lunch meeting with her.
- 31:08You know, my team was, was my team was posing as
- 31:12representatives of a of a new startup biotech company that
- 31:16wanted to come into the Planned Parenthood clinics, buy the body
- 31:20parts from them, harvest them right after the abortions, they
- 31:23are in the back of the clinic and then turn around and resell
- 31:26them to research laboratories all over the country.
- 31:29And that isn't just an idea that, you know, that I came up
- 31:31with that was just modeling ourselves after many real life
- 31:36startup companies that that were cropping up all in the, I mean,
- 31:41around 2008, 2009, 2010. And it's actually a business
- 31:45model that that even goes back a little bit further into the into
- 31:48the early 1990s. But so we were basically just
- 31:51trying to, you know, in order to do a very authentic and and
- 31:56thorough investigation that would that would document just
- 32:00like a family on the wall the way that these transactions for
- 32:02aborted baby body parts actually happen.
- 32:05We were just modeling ourselves after real life players in the
- 32:09industry and then and then entering into those spaces so
- 32:15that we could so that we could investigate exactly, exactly how
- 32:19those transactions are structured and what Planned
- 32:21Parenthood's attitude is towards them.
- 32:23And so we had this business lunch meeting with Doctor
- 32:25Nukatola, the fancy restaurant in, in the, in one of the nicer
- 32:30parts of Los Angeles. And she proceeded to tell us
- 32:35that that they, and she in particular, was so great at
- 32:39harvesting aborted babies for research in Los Angeles because
- 32:44the way that they would do it at her clinic is they would is she
- 32:49would use ultrasound guidance when she was doing these late
- 32:51term abortions. So she would use the ultrasound
- 32:54so she would know where to put her forceps inside of the woman
- 32:58so that she wouldn't crush the parts of the baby that they
- 33:00wanted to harvest. And.
- 33:02This is a live baby. This is a baby who's alive.
- 33:04This is why the baby is still alive because they can't use a,
- 33:07a fetosidal chemical like digoxin, for example, to kill
- 33:11the baby ahead of time. Because then you're going to
- 33:13have necrosis of all of the tissues and organs.
- 33:16And it's not going to be usable for like the cell cultures or
- 33:19anything else that you would want to do with it
- 33:20experimentally. So this is while the baby is
- 33:23still alive on ultrasound, the abortion Dr. is looking at the
- 33:27baby, being careful where to put their forceps so they don't
- 33:30crush the parts of the baby that they want to sell.
- 33:33And then what Doctor Nuka told us they would even do.
- 33:35And I remember the exact moment where I was, you know, we, we, I
- 33:38think we'd ordered, I think I'd ordered a, a pasta dish or
- 33:41something. And so I was sort of mid, you
- 33:43know, mid fork full. And she says, you know, what you
- 33:46can actually do is on ultrasound guidance, you can convert the
- 33:50fetus to a breech position, which means you'll use your
- 33:52forceps to flip the baby feet first and then guide and kind of
- 33:57pull gently pull the baby out feet first with the forceps, a
- 34:02living baby while while the baby is still alive.
- 34:04And then if you do it the right way, eventually you'll be able
- 34:06to get the entire head out the calvarium intact so that you can
- 34:10harvest an intact brain as well. So what she walked us through
- 34:13while we were having this lunch over, you know, part my, my
- 34:16pasta, her salad, one or two bottles of wine.
- 34:20What she walked us through in this discussion was literally
- 34:23the key steps of a partial birth abortion, which is a federal
- 34:27crime. And she said this is what
- 34:30Planned Parenthood doctors could do regularly across the country
- 34:33in order to harvest body parts for sale and for
- 34:36experimentation. So that's a huge admission.
- 34:40I mean, I was, I like, I, I kind of froze in the middle of it.
- 34:43Like, I couldn't believe that that she was telling us this in
- 34:46a public setting. Like out in the middle of this
- 34:48crowded restaurant. The waiters are, like walking
- 34:50around. And she's saying that like,
- 34:51yeah, Planned Parenthood's MO is that when it comes to fetal
- 34:53tissue research, we're just doing partial birth abortions to
- 34:56give you the body parts that you want to sell you.
- 34:58The body parts that you want are.
- 35:00Some of these babies born alive. I think absolutely, absolutely
- 35:05because, because if, if, if they are, if they're doing, if
- 35:10they're delivering the baby whole and intact and the baby
- 35:14hasn't been killed because they haven't used a, they haven't
- 35:16used, they haven't used feticide, they haven't used
- 35:19digoxin or potassium chloride or anything like that on the baby
- 35:22ahead of time. So the cause of death for that
- 35:26baby, for that preemie age baby, is going to be either the
- 35:31neglect once they're delivered alive prematurely, or they're
- 35:34going to die when their organs are cut out for experiments.
- 35:38Meaning this could be a baby with his or her heart beating
- 35:43who is going to be live dismembered on an operating
- 35:49table with its organs removed while the baby's alive.
- 35:55Yeah. Can you share what Holly
- 35:59O'Donnell said about her experience?
- 36:04Yeah. Yeah, So Holly.
- 36:06Yeah. So Holly was, Holly is someone
- 36:09who I met in late 2013. She had grown up in in
- 36:14Sacramento, not too far away from where I grew up.
- 36:19Holly was a, she was a procurement technician and a
- 36:22phlebotomy technician for the company STEM Express, which is
- 36:25one of the startup companies that that was working with
- 36:28Planned Parenthood in this kind of middleman capacity across
- 36:31California. And so she had started working
- 36:34for STEM Express in late 2012. She was only able to do it for
- 36:39less than six months because she was so horrified by what they
- 36:43were doing and by what she saw when she was working in the
- 36:46clinics. Everything from young couples
- 36:51who were unexpectedly pregnant and were crying because they
- 36:54wanted to keep the baby, but they didn't have the money and
- 36:57they didn't know how and they didn't know who to talk to.
- 37:00And then then then being just ushered through the Planned
- 37:04Parenthood sales pitch for the abortion and then Stem Express
- 37:07waiting in the back to harvest the baby's body parts.
- 37:10Seeing seeing fetal tissue being taken from patients who had not
- 37:17signed any consent form for it and not been informed that
- 37:20that's what they were going to do.
- 37:22Seeing STEM Express workers kind of coaching and working with the
- 37:26abortion doctors, telling them what they needed so that they
- 37:28could modify the way they did their abortions to get the body
- 37:31parts that were needed to fulfill the orders.
- 37:34And Holly even described a few occasions where she saw where
- 37:39she saw later term babies who had been delivered mostly intact
- 37:44who when they cut open the chest of the baby, the heart was still
- 37:48beating. Which Holly said to you that she
- 37:53herself, as this procurement technician, experienced cutting
- 37:58open an aborted baby who she discovered was still alive.
- 38:03She said she saw the heart still beating.
- 38:05Yeah. When you were, you spent two
- 38:10years documenting this undercover.
- 38:15When you were doing that and you were hearing this, whether it
- 38:18was in the restaurant talking with Doctor Deborah Nicotola or
- 38:22you were hearing from the whistleblower, Holly O'Donnell,
- 38:26what was that like for you to hear all of these admissions and
- 38:29then for two years to keep it quiet?
- 38:32You were gathering this evidence.
- 38:36Yeah, the sorts of things that they talk about on these videos,
- 38:40the sorts of things that Planned Parenthood leadership talk about
- 38:45at their fancy meetings and fancy retreats that they have
- 38:48for their leadership and for their abortion doctors.
- 38:51They're not easy things to listen to, not in person and not
- 38:55on camera afterwards. But it's also not easy.
- 39:00I mean, the the realities of the way that abortion is practiced
- 39:03on an industrial scale in our country is also not easy to
- 39:06listen to. It's not easy to talk about,
- 39:08even if it's just in in public discourse without any undercover
- 39:13video. The best way that I'm able to
- 39:18deal with it is to feel like I'm contributing something to the
- 39:23issue and to the topic in a way that will move the ball forward
- 39:29and in a way that'll change things.
- 39:33It's that that's the, that's the way that I deal with it, right?
- 39:37I deal with it by trying to channel the horror or the grief
- 39:43and even the fear sometimes into, into constructive action
- 39:49that is going to hopefully make things a little bit better.
- 39:53And so that was, I don't know if you'd call it my coping that
- 39:57mechanism or, or what category you would put it in.
- 40:00But that's the only way that I was able to deal with it when I
- 40:03was sitting there with my undercover camera on.
- 40:05And I'm sitting at A at a business lunch meeting or
- 40:08sitting at a in a networking meeting with Planned Parenthood
- 40:11executives, and they're talking about using partial birth
- 40:13abortions to harvest body parts or.
- 40:16They're, you know, joking and laughing about how many body
- 40:20parts they can harvest for us or what the pricing is going to be
- 40:23or what the negotiation. The only way that I was able to
- 40:26deal with it was by was by trying to to transmute it,
- 40:35knowing that however horrific the statements are that we're
- 40:39capturing, it's something that is going to expose the truth to
- 40:44the entire world about the injustice of of the abortion
- 40:48industry. And so the more difficult it is
- 40:52the list to listen to, the more important is that we're
- 40:57reporting it and the more the the more good is going to come
- 41:02from that when it's when it's finally revealed publicly.
- 41:06For folks listening, we just saw again very much the tip of the
- 41:11iceberg what we just heard on tape.
- 41:13And this content is all available of course, online your
- 41:17website which we will link your YouTube channel.
- 41:20Can you give us the high level overview because there is so
- 41:23much you uncovered and it's not just in the business meetings
- 41:26and the lunch meetings. You also met with Kate Dreyer,
- 41:29who is the executive at STEM Express.
- 41:32You've, you know, you didn't just investigate Planned
- 41:34Parenthood, you investigated the, the businesses that Planned
- 41:36Parenthood was doing business with for this illicit sale of
- 41:39baby body parts. You also went undercover into
- 41:43NAF, the National Abortion Federation's conferences.
- 41:47So again, this is multi, multi different visits that you had,
- 41:53moments that you had capturing different players.
- 41:56It wasn't just Planned Parenthood.
- 41:57It was the players around them. It was a system around them.
- 42:01Can you share with folks listening the scope of the
- 42:05investigation? And then we keep mentioning
- 42:08these just unbelievably heinous acts, but there's serious legal
- 42:14realities here that these were illegal things.
- 42:17All of it should be illegal. Killing a baby through abortion
- 42:19should be illegal, period. We are aligned on that, of
- 42:21course. But there was actual federal law
- 42:25that was being broken that you also captured on camera.
- 42:27So give us that 100,000 foot view of the different players.
- 42:31You mentioned some of this earlier, but the footage that
- 42:33you have and what you'll see. So if someone were to go to your
- 42:35website, YouTube channel, they will see dozens and dozens of
- 42:38videos. Sure.
- 42:40Walk us through some of that. Yeah, yeah.
- 42:42Huge thank you to our sponsor Good ranchersgoodranchers.com is
- 42:45American meat delivered. This is meat 100% sourced in the

- 43:37view to kind of back up for a second.
- 43:39So if if your viewers go to centerformedicalprogress.orgorcmp.org,
- 43:45you can see the entirety of the of the footage that CMP has
- 43:49released from our undercover investigation.
- 43:52This was a 30 month long undercover journalism study.
- 43:57So from early 2013 until the summer of 2015 when we started
- 44:03releasing videos, we this was so I, I trained and LED a team of a
- 44:10total of 6 undercover investigators, including myself.
- 44:14We attended a total of, I want to say I think a total of 6
- 44:23abortion industry trade shows or networking meetings as well as
- 44:30three as as well as three separate like business meetings
- 44:35that we scheduled with them like at the at the restaurants, for
- 44:38example. And this and this was all done
- 44:41over a period of, of 30 months. So this was, this was deep
- 44:44undercover, this was getting embedded really in, in kind of
- 44:49the upper echelons of the, of the networking within the
- 44:52abortion industry and within the Planned Parenthood hierarchy.
- 44:56So the idea of abortion trade shows, most people have never
- 44:59even thought that this is something that that happens,
- 45:02right. So there are commercial trade
- 45:03shows for the abortion industry, sometimes sponsored by Planned
- 45:06Parenthood, sometimes sponsored by the National Abortion
- 45:09Federation. NAF is, is basically a proxy
- 45:12group for Planned Parenthood. About 50% of their board
- 45:16directors and and leadership are our Planned Parenthood officials
- 45:20anyway. And Planned Parenthood maintains
- 45:23a large institutional membership within NAF.
- 45:25So they have kind of a, a special, a special way of, of
- 45:29occupying them that's different from just like an individual
- 45:32member from a, a private abortion clinic.
- 45:36But so at an abortion industry trade show, you will have
- 45:39exhibitors, right? You'll have vendors in an
- 45:41exhibit hall and sometimes they'll be pharmaceutical
- 45:44companies who are, you know, who are selling different medical
- 45:47goods for the clinic to utilize. So you'll have some strange
- 45:51vendors, like there's a couple of abortion artists who are sort
- 45:55of like, they're just like big fans of abortion.
- 45:57So they're doing like paintings and like pottery, like
- 46:00celebrating abortion, like weird stuff like that.
- 46:04You'll have the, you'll have the device manufacturers, like for
- 46:07example, the company that manufacturers the forceps that
- 46:10are used to pull the babies out in the late term abortions.
- 46:14And it's, I mean, it's really, it's like something out of like
- 46:16a Halloween haunted house or something.
- 46:19You will have the exhibit table in the exhibit hall for the
- 46:23forceps manufacturer and they will have the forceps lined up
- 46:26from the smaller ones all the way up to the larger ones,
- 46:29depending on the size of the baby that you need to either RIP
- 46:31out or dismember using the forceps.
- 46:33They have special workshops where they're teaching the
- 46:36abortion doctors how to use the forceps in different ways and
- 46:40make sure that you make sure that you keep them fresh and new
- 46:43because eventually those teeth will get dull because they've
- 46:46crushed so many bones over the years.
- 46:50And then of course, at these trade shows and within the
- 46:52exhibit halls, you know, they will also have the companies
- 46:54that want to buy and sell the body parts from the different
- 46:58abortion representatives who are there.
- 47:01So that was, that was my team's primary way of entering into
- 47:04these spaces to explore the marketplace for baby body parts
- 47:08is by signing up as, as exhibitors.
- 47:10And there was even, there was some trade shows where there
- 47:12were three or four baby body parts companies in attendance.
- 47:15So there was a whole theme of subtext of, of competition
- 47:18between the different companies wanting to purchase body parts
- 47:21and one outbid the other for access to the aborted babies at
- 47:26the different Planned Parenthood clinics.
- 47:28So this is all extremely illegal #1 partial birth abortion is a
- 47:32federal crime on a federal level, and it has been since
- 47:352003. And sell, selling any human
- 47:39organs from adults or babies or fetuses is a federal crime as
- 47:44well. But it's a, there's a, there's a
- 47:46particular crime to sell any human fetal tissue as well.
- 47:52And and the the models according to which these sales happen can
- 47:58vary from from place to place. The primary model that my team
- 48:02was investigating was this sort of middleman based model where
- 48:05you have a big Planned Parenthood surgical center and
- 48:09then you have a middleman company like a STEM Express or a
- 48:13Da Vinci Biosciences, which is a company we discovered in
- 48:16Southern California that was shut down based on our work.
- 48:20And then you have the middleman company coming into the Planned
- 48:22Parenthood clinic, harvesting the body parts, paying Planned
- 48:25Parenthood per body part, and then turning around and selling
- 48:28them to their customers at university research labs, at
- 48:31private pharmaceutical R&D outfits.
- 48:34That's the the primary, the middleman model.
- 48:36That's the one that we were primarily investigating.
- 48:38But these transactions also happen where a big Planned
- 48:42Parenthood center will be partnered with a local
- 48:45university research lab. Is what they're doing in San
- 48:48Diego that we're reporting on a lot right now with sort of an
- 48:50ongoing public records and FOIA investigation that we're doing.
- 48:54Where in that situation in San Diego, Planned Parenthood
- 48:57actually has a contract where they say to the university
- 49:01laboratory at the University of California, we will give you
- 49:04access university to our proprietary aborted fetal
- 49:08material. And in exchange for giving for
- 49:12basically licensing our proprietary aborted babies to
- 49:15you, we will get ownership of any intellectual property or
- 49:19patents or patent applications that you develop experimenting
- 49:23on our proprietary aborted babies.
- 49:25So it's a way for Planned Parenthood to basically get a
- 49:27get a cut of like the royalties afterwards from the the big
- 49:31pharma R&D that these universities are partnered with
- 49:34or work how? Recent is that contract.
- 49:36David So that contract dates back to 2009, but the documents
- 49:40that we have show that it's, it's continued in effect until
- 49:42the present day that it was, it was updated the same year that I
- 49:46was doing my undercover work. And then we we have emails
- 49:51between university people talking about how they have to
- 49:53be in compliance with the rules of IT even as recently as 20/20.
- 49:58So today, 2024, we're filming this in the last month of 2024.
- 50:03Are there later term babies that are being aborted or sometimes
- 50:08maybe born alive and their body parts sold through Planned
- 50:12Parenthood to any number of universities, research middle
- 50:16groups, middle men and maybe the the profits how they receive the
- 50:22money, It's going to look different.
- 50:23Like you just mentioned, San Diego, the special contract, is
- 50:26this happening at this time? 100% according to the documents.
- 50:30This is still happening right now.
- 50:33We have CMP has a has an expanding public records and
- 50:37FOIA investigation that we're doing right now.
- 50:40Literally yesterday I just got an e-mail from another, from
- 50:43another university FOIA office producing more documents under a
- 50:48request that we had submitted. That actually is very
- 50:51interesting because it shows that they were, they were
- 50:53actually hiding documents that they should have given to us
- 50:56several months ago and they did not.
- 50:59So there's a lot of, you know, there's, there's a, it's clear,
- 51:02there's a lot of games being played with, with, you know,
- 51:05with, with how things are categorized, what documents they
- 51:08put them in, whether they're actually going to give them to
- 51:11the public who request them under a, under a FOIA Act
- 51:14request or to, I think even to, you know, a congressional
- 51:17investigation or to a law enforcement investigation with a
- 51:20subpoena. There are a lot of people who
- 51:22clearly have a lot of vested interests in these transactions
- 51:26and don't want the truth about them to be coming to see the
- 51:29light of day. But according to the most recent
- 51:32documents we have, absolutely they were doing this, as you
- 51:34know, as recently as the most recent documents we have from
- 51:38San Diego are from 2022. I think maybe we have a few from
- 51:422023. But the, the evidence that we
- 51:45have shows this is continuing to the present day.
- 51:47It hasn't stopped, you know, the, the first Trump
- 51:51administration did a pretty good job of, of terminating
- 51:57intramural government experimentation on aborted
- 52:00babies and starting to phase out and rein in and implement much
- 52:05tougher human subjects research protections for any, any, any
- 52:10remaining like external, they call it extramural experimental
- 52:15projects going on at, at different, different NIH funded
- 52:18sites around the country. But then when Biden, Harris came
- 52:21in, they've reversed all of that, and they started trying to
- 52:24increase funding for experiments on aborted babies again.
- 52:27So there is an actual government fund that is dispersed
- 52:32specifically to pay for aborted baby body parts.
- 52:36There's, there's an entire category of NIH, National
- 52:41Institutes of Health grant making that has to do with
- 52:44making grants with paying out for experiments on aborted baby
- 52:49body parts and on aborted babies.
- 52:51And those are how. Much money is that.
- 52:53So that, that that number has gone up and down over the past
- 52:5610 years. It's it's been back decades ago.
- 53:00It was around 50 million a year. It got up to 100 million, almost
- 53:04150 million a year, I think at one point towards the end of the
- 53:08Obama years. I couldn't tell you where it is
- 53:11exactly right now. I haven't checked for the for
- 53:13the past year before I came on here.
- 53:15But what's important to know about that earmark and that
- 53:19particular category is those are just the grants and the projects
- 53:22that the NIH themselves are willing to be 100% honest about
- 53:26just that part of it and say, yes, this was a fetal, a human
- 53:29fetal tissue experimental project.
- 53:32And we funded it with this grant money.
- 53:34There's plenty of examples that we've uncovered even just in the
- 53:37past couple of years of major NIH grants going to projects
- 53:41that were doing horrific, barbaric experiments on aborted
- 53:44babies. And it was never categorized as
- 53:46a human fetal tissue experiment in the official NIH records.
- 53:49Great example of that is you know, some of your viewers may
- 53:52have, may remember this from a couple of years ago at the
- 53:54University of Pittsburgh, big Planned Parenthood abortion
- 53:57training school, big hub for fetal experimentation going back
- 54:01literally almost 100 years at this point.
- 54:05At the University of Pittsburgh, they had a project that was NIH
- 54:08funded. It was funded by Doctor Fauci's
- 54:10NIAID office, specifically where they were taking the scalps from
- 54:155 month old aborted babies and they were grafting the scalps
- 54:17onto the Lab Rats to see how long they could keep them
- 54:20growing. You can see the photos in their
- 54:23prestigiously published study in the Nature Scientific journal.
- 54:27We can see the photos of the little baby scalps with the
- 54:30little baby hairs still growing on the Lab Rats.
- 54:34And this project that was funded by our federal government was
- 54:39never classified as a human fetal tissue experiment.
- 54:42So that grant money never would have shown up in the official
- 54:45NIH category on on their website.
- 54:49So the University of Pittsburgh was somehow getting 5 month old
- 54:54aborted babies and they were then grafting it together, the
- 55:01scalps of these babies with the the skins of rats.
- 55:10I want folks to see if you're on YouTube, this is the image that
- 55:13David's referring to. And I think this is the
- 55:17scholarly article, right, David? Yeah, that looks like it.
- 55:21Published 2020. Just a few years ago,
- 55:25Development of humanized mouse and rat models with full
- 55:28thickness human skin and autologous immune cells.
- 55:34And so where are they getting these babies?
- 55:38Yeah, so according, so according to what they publish in this
- 55:41study, they say that they are, they're getting these five month
- 55:45old aborted babies for their scalps.
- 55:47They're getting them from the local abortion service at the
- 55:50University of Pittsburgh, which is run by Planned Parenthood.
- 55:53The Planned Parenthood abortion doctors in Pittsburgh, PA are
- 55:56all on staff at the University of Pittsburgh.
- 55:58They run the abortion services at the freestanding Planned
- 56:01Parenthood in downtown Pittsburgh and at the at the
- 56:06training hospital at the university as well.
- 56:09They do the abortions up to about 17 weeks at the
- 56:12freestanding Planned Parenthood clinic and then they go up to
- 56:17six months at the University Hospital.
- 56:20I've been told by people that if you call that Planned Parenthood
- 56:23and you're trying to schedule a six month abortion, they'll say,
- 56:25oh, great. You know, we'll, you know, we
- 56:27refer you to call, you know, call this number for our offices
- 56:30at the University of Pittsburgh and we'll do it there.
- 56:33So it's very unmeshed. It's so it's Planned Parenthood
- 56:35leadership who are involved in, in all of it.
- 56:38And the, if you read the description that they give the
- 56:42specifications, they talk about the size of the scalps of the
- 56:46babies and not just the scalps. They talk about the scalps and
- 56:49the dorsal skin. They talk about the skin off of
- 56:51the backs of these five month old babies.
- 56:55And when they describe the, the size of these pieces of baby
- 56:59scalps and skins that they're cutting off and then stitching
- 57:01on to the Lab Rats, these are big enough pieces that that
- 57:06means that the heads and the backs of the babies needed to be
- 57:09intact in order to in order to carve off big enough pieces like
- 57:13that. So that makes me think that
- 57:15these are clearly partial birth abortions as well, because in a,
- 57:18in a regular dismemberment abortion, as they say, they
- 57:21would probably that you would, you would crush the skull.
- 57:24They would crush the baby's skull with the forceps before
- 57:26bringing it out. But the size of the scalps that
- 57:31they're describing, the number of inches and everything, makes
- 57:35it look like they had to get it from a whole intact head of
- 57:38these five month old babies. So the Planned Parenthood,
- 57:42University of Pittsburgh group, let's call them that, they're
- 57:48killing babies up to 24 weeks, roughly 6 months.
- 57:52And they know that these babies are going to be scalloped, some
- 57:55of them afterwards, or otherwise disemboweled, decapitated, cut
- 58:01up for research purposes, their research purposes that, by the
- 58:05way, they're getting federal funding for.
- 58:09And so then they can manipulate the abortion procedure to get
- 58:12the, as they call it, specimen that they want so that they can
- 58:16then do human experiments on that baby that they've killed.
- 58:20Yeah. Yeah, we have.
- 58:22We have one of the original NIH grant applications from the
- 58:25University of Pittsburgh from a couple of years ago for one of
- 58:28the many fetal experimentation projects that they were doing
- 58:31there. And they explicitly say it's for
- 58:34the for the, this is for the Good MAP program.
- 58:36They explicitly say in the Good MAP program application, which
- 58:40was for harvesting late term, late term aborted baby kidneys
- 58:45and other organs. They specifically say in that
- 58:47grant proposal that they will use labor induction abortion as
- 58:50a method of organ harvesting. And those very often result in
- 58:54the live birth. Like it's you hear whistleblower
- 58:59stories and I know you've talked with many of these
- 59:01whistleblowers, but I'm thinking about someone like even Jill
- 59:04Stanek, and this was decades ago, who talk about hospitals
- 59:08where it's a routine, where they're doing abortions, they
- 59:11call them, but what they really are or early deliveries of an
- 59:16infant who needs medical assistance to survive.
- 59:20And instead of giving the medical assistance to survive,
- 59:23they'll either let them die through neglect or they may do
- 59:30harvesting of that baby. And that's that could lead to
- 59:32the baby's death. Yeah, this is, I mean, this is a
- 59:35real and concrete double standard of the worst kind.
- 59:39And it's a lethal double standard that we can identify in
- 59:43multiple locations now. And, and this is something that
- 59:46CMP reported on in our our most recent video report we put out
- 59:49about these public records documents from the University of
- 59:52California, you know, in San Diego, they're explicitly saying
- 59:56in their IRB approved, you know, ethics review board approved
- 1:00:00research plans that they are going to be harvesting from,
- 1:00:04from viable. Healthy 6 month babies at the
- 1:00:09Planned Parenthood in downtown San Diego.
- 1:00:11And they say that they are, that they are using massive doses of
- 1:00:16misoprostol, which is the labor induction drug that's used in,
- 1:00:19in chemical abortions in, in medication abortions.
- 1:00:24They're they're giving misoprostol to their patients
- 1:00:26several hours before it's actually time for the abortion.
- 1:00:31And so, and mizoprostyl causes, you only need about 50 to 100
- 1:00:36micrograms of mizoprostyl to induce labor at term.
- 1:00:38And the Planned Parenthood standard dosage is 400 to 800
- 1:00:41micrograms. So you know, so they, so the
- 1:00:44Planned Parenthood claims they're just using mizoprostyl
- 1:00:47for so-called cervical ripening or cervical dilation to just get
- 1:00:51the patients dilated enough to do the forceps abortions.
- 1:00:53But in reality, mizoprostyl is a labor induction drug and they're
- 1:00:57giving them massive doses of this labor induction drug for
- 1:01:00several hours before the abortions.
- 1:01:02Sometimes even, you know, the day before they've already been
- 1:01:05using regular, regular mechanical dilators to, to, to,
- 1:01:09to start the abortion process. So they're doing multi stage
- 1:01:12dilation, which the Supreme Court says in its partial birth
- 1:01:15abortion opinion is a is a evidentiary marker of an intent
- 1:01:20to do a partial birth abortion or have an intact delivery of
- 1:01:23the baby. Which are.
- 1:01:24Against federal law. They're not using feticide like
- 1:01:27potassium chloride or digoxin because it's a harvesting case.
- 1:01:31They're explicitly saying these are viable age 23 weeks and
- 1:01:35healthy non anomalous. So these are not, these are not
- 1:01:38fetal anomaly cases or a baby who wouldn't live anyway or
- 1:01:41something. And so they have it set up that
- 1:01:44they're they're using labor induction drugs to deliver these
- 1:01:47babies alive. They're of a preemie age that
- 1:01:49could survive. Stanford Health says 55% of
- 1:01:52babies born at 23 weeks can survive.
- 1:01:55And instead of rushing them to the well equipped university
- 1:01:58NICU at the University of California, they're taking them
- 1:02:02to the back or taking them to the laboratory and harvesting
- 1:02:04their body parts to sell for patent royalty generating
- 1:02:06experiments at that same university.
- 1:02:08I think this is a clear civil rights violation.
- 1:02:11I think that this is a clear civil rights violation of the
- 1:02:14constitutional right to life and liberty of those premature
- 1:02:18babies. They have protectable
- 1:02:19constitutional interests. And I look forward to seeing
- 1:02:23what our newly elected constitutional government will
- 1:02:26do to defend those rights, because I don't think it gets
- 1:02:29much clearer than this. This is Kermit Gosnell level
- 1:02:32activity that's being sponsored by our federal government right
- 1:02:35now. How do we get justice for these
- 1:02:39babies, David? And you were talking about the
- 1:02:41University of San Diego right now, which is in the state of
- 1:02:44California. We haven't even talked about
- 1:02:47your experience of the law fair used against you by state
- 1:02:51officials in the state. I do want to get to that before
- 1:02:54we close out here because it's really an important part of the
- 1:02:57story. But I know you have hope for the
- 1:03:00Trump administration that it will take some righteous action.
- 1:03:06I know there's a lot of concerns as well.
- 1:03:09Certainly there was a lot of protection of the abortion
- 1:03:12industry under the Biden Harris administration.
- 1:03:17How do we the evidence is is out here.
- 1:03:20You've done a great job, obviously, of exposing what's
- 1:03:23happening. It's some of, it's not even
- 1:03:25undercover. It's like a FOIA report showing
- 1:03:27that these are the contracts that the universe of this
- 1:03:30university has with Planned Parenthood.
- 1:03:31I mean, this is not something that can be contested.
- 1:03:33This is what's happening. What do you see the legal path
- 1:03:37towards justice looking like? Let's start with that.
- 1:03:41Yeah, so there's, there's a couple of things.
- 1:03:43So #1 we do know that during the first Trump administration,
- 1:03:47there was an extensive FBI and DOJ investigation of Planned
- 1:03:51Parenthood selling, selling baby parts and and of partial birth
- 1:03:55abortions used to do so. My sources told me that, that,
- 1:04:01that, that all the facts from that investigation were
- 1:04:03basically parked with the DOJ prosecutors as of 2019-2020.
- 1:04:10And, you know, and then as we know, we all waited to see what
- 1:04:12would happen. And then instead Kamala Harris
- 1:04:14got in the White House and, and nothing seemed to happen from
- 1:04:18that. But with the, you know, with,
- 1:04:20with the new Trump administration, I'd be looking
- 1:04:22for a couple of things. Number one, I'd be, we'd, I'd be
- 1:04:24looking to see what happens with the original FBI investigation
- 1:04:28from 2017 to 2020 number. 2, not to interrupt really quick, but
- 1:04:33but you're referring to there too, Is these are federal
- 1:04:36crimes? Yeah, that I believe there's
- 1:04:39tremendous amounts of documentation to prove it that
- 1:04:41are ongoing. It was just like it happened a
- 1:04:43couple years ago, like, you know, COVID, you know, cheating
- 1:04:47on COVID money or something. This is happening now.
- 1:04:49It's ongoing. And the Department of Justice's
- 1:04:52job is to investigate federal crimes and to charge them and
- 1:04:56bring them to court and get justice for the American people.
- 1:05:00That has not happened yet at all.
- 1:05:02So there's that front and then you're you're going to share
- 1:05:04other fronts as. Well, yeah #2 I would be looking
- 1:05:07specifically at what's going on with the NIH and the University
- 1:05:11of Pittsburgh because I was told by I was told by other
- 1:05:15whistleblowers and other sources that the FBI was still doing in,
- 1:05:18it was still doing interviews in the Pittsburgh case as recently
- 1:05:22as the spring of 2020. And then we know from our FOIA
- 1:05:27documentation that the HHS Office of Inspector General,
- 1:05:31which is actually a full on federal law enforcement agency
- 1:05:34specifically for healthcare related crime, that they had
- 1:05:38opened a criminal investigation as well.
- 1:05:39They'd issued subpoenas to the University of Pittsburgh
- 1:05:42specifically for information about the baby parts program
- 1:05:45with Planned Parenthood. There's been congressional
- 1:05:48requests for oversight of that and updates on that.
- 1:05:50And we haven't really heard an update there.
- 1:05:52But that's the second big node that that the new incoming
- 1:05:56administration can take a look at.
- 1:05:57What is the current state of play there and what, you know,
- 1:06:00what have they, what have they discovered so far and what has
- 1:06:02maybe been held back or covered up by the previous
- 1:06:06administration? And then the third big note is,
- 1:06:09you know, like I said, you know, we're, we're continuing to
- 1:06:11report on these issues, getting more documents, getting, you
- 1:06:13know, fresher information about what some of these Planned
- 1:06:16Parenthood University, NIH partnerships are doing, like in
- 1:06:19San Diego and elsewhere. And our reporting on the
- 1:06:22proprietary fetuses contract got Senator Marco Rubio to to, you
- 1:06:27know, just a couple of months ago, send a letter requesting an
- 1:06:30expanded investigation from HHSOIG and from the DOJ.
- 1:06:34So the, there are a lot, there's a big fact pattern that is
- 1:06:38continuing to be built. There's definitely a demand for
- 1:06:41more oversight and there's plenty of of official
- 1:06:45investigative work that has already been done.
- 1:06:47And then there's been this weird interlude with a very, you know,
- 1:06:51with a very weaponized pro abortion administration over the
- 1:06:54past four years. I mean, even like even the, you
- 1:06:57know, the, the weaponization of the, of, of federal law
- 1:07:01enforcement against peaceful pro-life demonstrators that
- 1:07:04we've seen the past several years.
- 1:07:05That's not just a weaponization against the free speech of
- 1:07:09pro-life advocates, but it's also a weaponization on behalf
- 1:07:13of the special interests at the abortion industry and covering
- 1:07:16up their crimes against women and children.
- 1:07:18Because remember, those advocates were protesting
- 1:07:21against infanticide at the elective third trimester
- 1:07:24abortion clinics in Washington, DC.
- 1:07:26We've seen, you know, the case of the justice for the five, the
- 1:07:29five babies who were recovered from from the Washington Surgery
- 1:07:33Center, the big third trimester clinic in Washington, DC.
- 1:07:38And so the weaponization of the of the DOJ under Biden Harris,
- 1:07:43that hasn't just been against our freedom to speak the truth,
- 1:07:47but it's also been to cover up the truth on behalf of the
- 1:07:50criminal abortion industry. So all of that needs to be
- 1:07:54reversed. All of that needs to be repealed
- 1:07:56and replaced, frankly, with bringing the truth to light and
- 1:08:00with accountability for those who've engaged in wrongdoing.
- 1:08:04And one of the, and honestly, one of the easiest and most
- 1:08:06direct ways of doing that when it comes to Planned Parenthood's
- 1:08:09involvement is we can we can start with defunding them.
- 1:08:12I mean, you know, the criminal cases have been, you know, have
- 1:08:14been investigated and are being built and.
- 1:08:16It's such an insane no brainer. It's a total no brainer.
- 1:08:19It's a total no brainer. So the state of Texas several
- 1:08:22years ago, prompted by CMPs undercover reporting made a
- 1:08:27finding that Planned Parenthood was disqualified from
- 1:08:32participating in Texas Medicaid, where they were getting the
- 1:08:34majority of their, of their government funding from because
- 1:08:38of their violations of medical standards and ethics that were
- 1:08:41clearly documented on the undercover footage.
- 1:08:45And that was, that's a finding that was upheld by the federal
- 1:08:475th Circuit. And Planned Parenthood has been
- 1:08:49the plan. The entire Planned Parenthood
- 1:08:51network has been barred from participating in government
- 1:08:55government subsidies in Texas because of, because of, because
- 1:08:59of those findings. Very easy to recapitulate that
- 1:09:03on a federal level. We wrote an op-ed about that in
- 1:09:05National Review like 4 years ago.
- 1:09:08So, you know, there's lots of, you know, I think there's lots
- 1:09:10of great discussion out there right now about certainly, you
- 1:09:15know, the most logical, the most immediate thing is I think the
- 1:09:19new administration is going to have to roll back all the new
- 1:09:22stuff that Kamala Harris and Joe Biden put in.
- 1:09:24So we have to return to the baseline of what things were
- 1:09:27like in 2019-2020. But even beyond that, you know,
- 1:09:32we have pro-life majorities in both houses of Congress.
- 1:09:34Great. We can pass defunding Planned
- 1:09:36Parenthood bills. You know, there's, you know,
- 1:09:38it's been done before. It can be done again.
- 1:09:40We have the votes. That'll be great.
- 1:09:42But to your point, that's not even necessary for a lot.
- 1:09:44Of the defunding to take place, it's not even necessary.
- 1:09:46Because I do think there's a little bit of hot potato that
- 1:09:48happens around of friends and foes, whether they're friends or
- 1:09:54foes, but just in politics where they're like, oh, that's you
- 1:09:57know, that, yeah, I, I'm for defunding Planned Parenthood or
- 1:09:59whatever. And then they're kind of waiting
- 1:10:01for the other guy to do it. And I know you know this
- 1:10:03because, you know, you're on these kind of confidential
- 1:10:05lobbying calls or talking to the higher ups and then one guy
- 1:10:08saying, yeah, I'm with you, I'm with you.
- 1:10:09But so and so needs to do X or Congress needs to pass this, or
- 1:10:12we have the Senate filibuster that we can't get over.
- 1:10:14So we can't really stick it into the continuing resolution.
- 1:10:17You know, there's all this, like, jargon for why they can't
- 1:10:19do it yet, right. Or we wait another year or wait
- 1:10:22till this happens and then you can do it.
- 1:10:23But can you speak to the things that President Trump and his
- 1:10:28administration could do on day one for there to be at least
- 1:10:33some semblance of justice for the, as you call it, industrial
- 1:10:37scale slaughter that's going on? That's some of it that's legal
- 1:10:41horrifically right under our horrific abortion liberal laws.
- 1:10:45But some of it that is still illegal under our federal law
- 1:10:47and it's still happening, like the selling of body parts.
- 1:10:49Like what? What are the things that you
- 1:10:50think? And I know we both have answers
- 1:10:52to this, but I want to hear you because you think about this.
- 1:10:54I know every day, all day, and you're you're strategizing this.
- 1:10:57What are the things that President Trump and his
- 1:10:59administration can do and should do on day one for there to be
- 1:11:02justice? Yeah.
- 1:11:03So the executive branch can defund Planned Parenthood
- 1:11:06immediately, I mean. All 700.
- 1:11:08Million. They don't.
- 1:11:10Need to They don't need Congress.
- 1:11:11No, they don't need Congress to do it.
- 1:11:14You know, immediately might be a little bit of a weasel where I
- 1:11:16mean, they're going to, you know, they have to write the,
- 1:11:17you know, you want it to hold up in court, obviously.
- 1:11:19So they're going to have to, you know, they'll have to make
- 1:11:21specific findings. But there are, you know,
- 1:11:24there's, there's mechanisms for doing this, whether it's through
- 1:11:26the Office of Management Management and Budget in the
- 1:11:29White House or whether it's through the Health and Human
- 1:11:31Services secretary at HHS. There are multiple pathways
- 1:11:36through through the the administrative rules and, and
- 1:11:39the executive authority to to terminate Planned Parenthood's
- 1:11:44government subsidies. And if if I were completely in
- 1:11:47charge of it, this is kind of, you know, kind of a funny
- 1:11:50hypothetical, but if, you know, if it were up to me and I could
- 1:11:53wave a magic wand and have them do it however I wanted to, I
- 1:11:55would probably have them do it all of the above.
- 1:11:57I would build in the redundancy to all of it because I'm sure
- 1:12:00Planned Parenthood's going to sue over it.
- 1:12:01They're going to be very upset. They're going to try to, you
- 1:12:03know, they'll probably rush into federal court in San Francisco
- 1:12:06and try and like sue to get an injunction to stop the, you
- 1:12:09know, to stop their federal executive defunding.
- 1:12:12But I think that I think that I think they should be defunded on
- 1:12:15every front on every Ave. So they, you know, the
- 1:12:19administration is going to have to make fine.
- 1:12:21They can do it both for, for discretionary reasons and also
- 1:12:24for mandatory reasons, depending on the findings that they make
- 1:12:28about the disqualification, violations of medical ethics and
- 1:12:32standards, violation of the law. So there.
- 1:12:36But there's, there's probably there's anywhere from I think 3
- 1:12:39to 5 pathways that they could do this administratively.
- 1:12:43And I think they should do all of them.
- 1:12:45Along with the defund on day one or maybe day 2 or day three, but
- 1:12:51the immediate defund. I'll settle for six months.
- 1:12:54I want it, I want it done right, right.
- 1:12:56You know, I want it to be a solid foundation that can, that
- 1:12:58can stand the test of time. But yeah, I mean, I the, you
- 1:13:01know, the help, I, the, the project should be starting
- 1:13:03already, if it hasn't already, if it hasn't already started
- 1:13:06now. So maybe it could be done on day
- 1:13:08one if, you know, if other people have been thinking the
- 1:13:10way that we've been thinking. And I hope they have.
- 1:13:13What is your sense of confidence in the players that are involved
- 1:13:20now in the second Trump administration?
- 1:13:23And I'm speaking maybe specifically about RFK Junior,
- 1:13:28who has been nominated to be the head of HHS.
- 1:13:33And he unfortunately in the last six months, I mean, at first he
- 1:13:36came out saying he supports full term abortion.
- 1:13:39Then he kind of walked back a little bit, thanks, thank God.
- 1:13:41And he said, OK, I support abortion before viability.
- 1:13:44But he hasn't had any indication that he's a friend of pro
- 1:13:47lifers. You know, there's a lot of pro
- 1:13:49lifers even and certainly conservatives and Republicans
- 1:13:52who are excited about his potential leadership at HHS
- 1:13:56because he's, you know, the Maha thing, make America healthy
- 1:13:59again. He's seem to be a fighter for
- 1:14:01medical freedom, seems to be a fighter for big food, big
- 1:14:03pharma. My concern is, is our cause
- 1:14:08because again, we're representing babies that have 0
- 1:14:11voice in this entire game that's being played out.
- 1:14:15They have no voice. If they have a voice, it's us.
- 1:14:18And there's no sort of skin in the game for us in terms of, you
- 1:14:21know, it's not like our child is going to have healthier food if
- 1:14:24you ban abortion. It's more for babies we have
- 1:14:27never even met that we want to have a chance to live, right?
- 1:14:30Anyways, all that to say, what is your take on who Trump wants
- 1:14:35in his administration and seems to be putting in his
- 1:14:37administration? Are you hopeful?
- 1:14:40What do you think? Yeah, so, So unfortunately I've
- 1:14:43never had a chance to meet. RFK Junior and also
- 1:14:47unfortunately, he said some pretty crazy things about
- 1:14:49abortion in the past. That's not a, you know, there's,
- 1:14:52there's no secret about that. And you know, I don't, you know,
- 1:14:56it's, it's, it's very odd when somebody says things like that.
- 1:15:00But he also has, I also saw him say something that I actually
- 1:15:05really appreciated the other day.
- 1:15:07I saw a clip of RFK Junior say something along the lines of
- 1:15:10somebody asked him very physically, you've taken all
- 1:15:12these different crazy positions on abortion and contradictions
- 1:15:15and where do you stand now? And it was a very kind of
- 1:15:19political answer, but it was but, but, but it was kind of, it
- 1:15:22was a different take on it. I hadn't heard before.
- 1:15:24He said, well, he said, he said, look, he said, you know, he
- 1:15:26said, I believe in choices and I believe in life.
- 1:15:28He said, and I think we have too many abortions and we have a lot
- 1:15:31of choices right now, but I think we need more life.
- 1:15:33And I was like, all right, that's a, that's a, that's a
- 1:15:35positive, you know, little spin on it.
- 1:15:37But more to the point, he has said some really unfortunate and
- 1:15:40really crazy things about abortion in the past.
- 1:15:44He's he will be entrusted with a lot of responsibility, NIH as
- 1:15:47FDA, I mean as the secretary of HHS and.
- 1:15:50So I expect him to be asked. And to answer the same tough
- 1:15:53questions about these very specific responsibilities that
- 1:15:58an HHS secretary will have that we would expect for any nominee.
- 1:16:03So, you know, so he's, you know, at HHS, he will be in charge of
- 1:16:06the the Office of Civil Rights. That has to do with, you know,
- 1:16:10if a baby is born alive in a federally funded abortion clinic
- 1:16:14somewhere in the country and that baby is either left to die
- 1:16:18and neglected or the baby is killed for organ harvesting and
- 1:16:21the baby is 23 weeks and healthy.
- 1:16:23Like they're saying in San Diego, those civil rights are
- 1:16:28being violated of that born alive infant.
- 1:16:30It's RF, KS, HHS that is going to have the responsibility of
- 1:16:33enforcing those civil rights and protecting those civil rights.
- 1:16:35So I want to hear his answer in his confirmation hearings about
- 1:16:39what is he going to do to protect the civil rights of
- 1:16:42those six month babies who are being born alive in taxpayer
- 1:16:45funded abortion clinics And instead of being rushed to the
- 1:16:48NICU, they're being harvested for government funded
- 1:16:51experiments. I want to hear his answer about
- 1:16:54what they're going to do about the massive government subsidies
- 1:16:57that are going to pharmaceutical and university R&D labs to
- 1:17:00experiment with aborted baby body parts and develop, you
- 1:17:04know, commercial applications that maybe are not really making
- 1:17:08America healthy again, Right. I think that he should be asked
- 1:17:12all of these tough questions. I think that I think that the
- 1:17:15answers are pretty obvious that he or anybody in that position
- 1:17:20should, should give on them. And I don't think they're
- 1:17:22difficult answers. You know, I'm, I am, you know, I
- 1:17:26am, and this might be dangerous. I don't know.
- 1:17:28I am personally OK with somebody having a a policy disagreement
- 1:17:33with me when it comes to what the correct local state criminal
- 1:17:38abortion law should be. So long as in their capacity as
- 1:17:43a as an officer of a federal agency, they're going to enforce
- 1:17:48the federal law correctly that they actually have authority
- 1:17:51over. And RFK as HHS Secretary will
- 1:17:55have authority over what what OCR is doing when it comes to
- 1:17:58the civil rights of born alive infants.
- 1:18:00What NIH is doing when it comes to grotesque and illegal
- 1:18:03experiments on aborted babies. So, so those those are the
- 1:18:06standards that I think those standards should be really
- 1:18:09clearly articulated. And I want to see him and
- 1:18:11everyone at HHS held to account to those standards.
- 1:18:15You know, there was some there was some some positive
- 1:18:18information coming out on Twitter earlier this morning
- 1:18:20that I saw that I guess he met with Senator Tim Scott and
- 1:18:24there's had some positive discussions about defunding
- 1:18:26Planned Parenthood because that's another number.
- 1:18:29And I know plenty of people who are basically pro-choice on a
- 1:18:33policy level, but who still think that it's crazy that you
- 1:18:36would have taxpayers funding, funding the abortion industry.
- 1:18:39So that seems like a pretty obvious, like a pretty obvious
- 1:18:43middle ground. We've been, it's been, it's been
- 1:18:46signaled from the from the guys in charge of Doge, Vivek
- 1:18:51Ramaswamy and and Elon Musk that Planned Parenthood funding is in
- 1:18:55the crosshairs for seeking government efficiency and really
- 1:18:58paring down what we're demanding taxpayers to subsidize.
- 1:19:02So, so I think all of that is positive.
- 1:19:05You know, I certainly, you know, wouldn't wait around for, you
- 1:19:07know, for something to happen through, through, you know,
- 1:19:10through a new committee that's going to be set up in the
- 1:19:12future. That might take some time.
- 1:19:13Like I said, all this can be done on day one or very shortly
- 1:19:16thereafter. But I just think, yeah, when it
- 1:19:19comes to, you know, when it comes to when it comes to what
- 1:19:22happens at HHS and with RFKI, just I think that I think that
- 1:19:25the standard that has been set by President Trump's record and
- 1:19:31I think the standard that is set by by the by the rules and by
- 1:19:36our Constitution and by our values that we want HHS to be
- 1:19:40standing up for, I think that's pretty clear.
- 1:19:42And so that those are the standards that I would hold them
- 1:19:44to and that I look forward to hearing his answers on.
- 1:19:48I think that's a measured analysis.
- 1:19:50I'm hopeful that that in the confirmation proceedings that
- 1:19:55will happen that he will get asked the right questions and
- 1:19:58they're not even tough questions.
- 1:19:59To your point, this is not something that should be
- 1:20:01controversial or really difficult.
- 1:20:03This is a no brainer Department of Justice.
- 1:20:06I also think it's a no brainer that.
- 1:20:09You know, the same zeal and passion that the Biden Harris
- 1:20:11administration directed against pro-life activists, dredging up
- 1:20:15these charges that were I think in the end of the day,
- 1:20:18completely unfair, throwing them in federal prison.
- 1:20:21There's 11 activists in prison right now, including 76 year old
- 1:20:24grandmother Joan Bell, including 33 year old Bevel and Beatty,
- 1:20:28mother of a 2 year old for you know, again, activism outside of
- 1:20:30Planned Parenthood. Anyways, they used so much deal
- 1:20:32and passion to throw pro-life activists in jail.
- 1:20:34I'd like to see a little bit of energy in the new Department of
- 1:20:37Justice under the Trump administration to 1st undo that
- 1:20:41those that heinous miscarriage of justice to put these
- 1:20:44activists in jail part in them is what I'm saying.
- 1:20:46But then also use do your job as a DOJ.
- 1:20:50Federal crimes are being committed against our youngest
- 1:20:52Americans in the sale of baby body parts.
- 1:20:54Why? Where is the DOJ on this?
- 1:20:56You're in your evidence, David has been out there since 2015.
- 1:20:59And it's again, it's on. There's more evidence that keeps
- 1:21:02on coming out. Absolutely, yeah.
- 1:21:04Absolutely, the DOJ should do its job.
- 1:21:06And are you excited about Harmeet Dhillon, who has been an
- 1:21:09attorney for both of us, A pro-life?
- 1:21:10Advocate who is now going to have a a, a a role of leadership
- 1:21:15in the Trump administration. What's her exact title?
- 1:21:17Actually, Yeah, Harmeet will be Harmeet will be the be the
- 1:21:20assistant attorney. General for civil rights it's a
- 1:21:23big job it's a. Very big job.
- 1:21:25It's a very big job, it's a very important job.
- 1:21:26Harmeet. Is incredibly smart.
- 1:21:29I mean, she's, she's smart as a whip.
- 1:21:31She runs one of the tightest ships I've ever seen of any, any
- 1:21:35organization, any law office. I mean, she, the amount of
- 1:21:38information that she can process continuously and act on really
- 1:21:43efficiently really quickly is really amazing.
- 1:21:45I mean, it's very special. There aren't a lot of people out
- 1:21:47there. Is she the one do you think to
- 1:21:50galvanized this? At the DOJ, the prosecution of
- 1:21:54Planned Parenthood. Well, I don't want to.
- 1:21:56I don't want to sing she the chosen 1 can be, you know that.
- 1:21:58Can be held against, you know, Held, held against.
- 1:22:01Any of us in the. Future, I don't want to
- 1:22:02prejudice anything that you know, that anybody at DOJ might
- 1:22:05do in the in the near future. But I mean, I have a lot of
- 1:22:09confidence in, in the incoming Attorney General, Pam Bondi, as
- 1:22:14well as in the incoming assistant AG Dylan.
- 1:22:18I think that they're extremely qualified.
- 1:22:20I think that I think that President Trump is Trump has
- 1:22:23chosen well with them. And, and you know, I would, I
- 1:22:28would much rather be us than them when it comes to Planned
- 1:22:31Parenthood at this point, you know, between, between, between
- 1:22:34US and the and, and the people who kill babies for a living.
- 1:22:37I would much rather be us than them right now.
- 1:22:39David, before we wrap, there's one thing that we haven't even
- 1:22:42touched on. There's so.
- 1:22:43Much to explore here and we've got to have you back on the
- 1:22:45podcast to do this again. But we haven't even touched on
- 1:22:49the law fair that you endured because of your investigation,
- 1:22:53your ongoing investigation. My guess would be you have spent
- 1:22:57thousands of hours now over the past few years, not only in
- 1:23:01court, but dealing with lawyers, dealing with depositions like
- 1:23:04you were saying, early, preparing for depositions,
- 1:23:08handling these arrows that are being fiery arrows that are
- 1:23:12being constantly hurled at you legally by Planned Parenthood
- 1:23:16and by government officials. It's not just Planned
- 1:23:19Parenthood. I mean, they're basically a
- 1:23:20government entity at this point with all the taxpayer money they
- 1:23:23get in the protection they get, but by our own state, by
- 1:23:26California. So you have been at the
- 1:23:29receiving end of criminal prosecution and civil preceding
- 1:23:34lawsuits against yourself and against your organization and
- 1:23:37those involved in your work. Can you share?
- 1:23:39I mean, that that could be its own episode.
- 1:23:41We could go into it. I know it's a, it's a long
- 1:23:43Horror Story, but again, thousands of hours of your life
- 1:23:47have been and millions of dollars too at stake.
- 1:23:50It's not just your life. It's your, it's any resources
- 1:23:53that you have, any, you know, control over.
- 1:23:56They're trying to bankrupt CMP. They're trying to bankrupt you
- 1:23:59and they're also trying to throw you in jail.
- 1:24:00They hate you. So can you share just for folks
- 1:24:03listening, this the state of the criminal and the civil
- 1:24:06proceedings against you. What's up?
- 1:24:08And like for you, you know, it's again, a huge, yeah, it's a huge
- 1:24:12can of worms. Huge, huge topic, huge can of
- 1:24:14worms. But.
- 1:24:16I mean, but you said it very well.
- 1:24:17I mean, and you know, in some, in some ways, the process is the
- 1:24:21punishment when it comes to this kind of law.
- 1:24:23Fair, right? Yeah.
- 1:24:24It's you know they can punish you without even putting you in
- 1:24:26jail. Because the the.
- 1:24:27Point is, yeah, to SAP your time, SAP your resources, SAP
- 1:24:30your attention, that's been the biggest thing.
- 1:24:33And you know, there have been, you know, there's certainly been
- 1:24:36some blessings along the way, right, that we were able to, you
- 1:24:38know, because Planned Parenthood sued me and Center for Medical
- 1:24:42Progress and my colleagues in their lawsuit, we were able to
- 1:24:45put their top abortion doctors on video camera underoath in
- 1:24:49sworn depositions where they had to raise their hands and swear
- 1:24:52underoath that they actually were selling baby body parts,
- 1:24:56that they had committed partial birth abortions.
- 1:24:58We, we had some of them admitting that they've actually
- 1:25:00had born alive infant cases before in their clinics.
- 1:25:05Oh, and we got, and we got some of them to admit that they had
- 1:25:07lied to Congress too, that they had, you know, some of the
- 1:25:09information that they had provided to some of the
- 1:25:10congressional investigations and other things are actually not,
- 1:25:13not, not correct on several material issues.
- 1:25:17So, so there's been, you know, there's, there's been, there's
- 1:25:20been costs and benefits for sure.
- 1:25:23But but it, you know, that has been one of the, one of the most
- 1:25:27difficult parts for me about dealing with the law fair and
- 1:25:30the persecution. And you know what they, you
- 1:25:33know, as, as they call it, it is the, the, the redirection or
- 1:25:37sort of the misdirection sometimes of your focus and your
- 1:25:40attention. Because I can, you know, I, I
- 1:25:45can't handle a lot of the pressure and a lot of the, you
- 1:25:48know, the, the, the particular, yeah, the persecutory kind of
- 1:25:52elements of it. But when you, when, you know,
- 1:25:55when I feel like my time isn't being used well, or when I feel
- 1:25:59like I'm, I'm being diverted or distracted from where the real
- 1:26:02battle is, that's something that's really difficult for me.
- 1:26:05That's the sort of thing that keeps me up being put in jail.
- 1:26:08Yeah, I know, I know. It's like you're like having.
- 1:26:10Your mind put in jail. Your mind put in jail?
- 1:26:12Yeah. You're still obviously
- 1:26:15investigating Planned Parenthood, You're still
- 1:26:16producing reports. You're still I just I just got
- 1:26:20AI just got a response to a FOIA request just yesterday that was.
- 1:26:22Very interesting about what it what it admitted they've been
- 1:26:25hiding from us. Can you share for folks
- 1:26:28listening just so that they know what you can share anyways
- 1:26:30about? The status of the criminal
- 1:26:34proceedings against you And just quick flashback for people, if
- 1:26:37they didn't already know, it was referenced very briefly earlier,
- 1:26:40but you actually endured state, federal, state California agents
- 1:26:44raiding your home after CMP's investigation was released,
- 1:26:50showing up to steal your laptops and Planned Parenthood put then
- 1:26:56Kamala Harris as the attorney general, then attorney general
- 1:26:59up to this. She was getting money from
- 1:27:01Planned Parenthood for her Senate campaign.
- 1:27:03I mean, this is so wild that this is the America we're living
- 1:27:06in. But you know, she's going to be
- 1:27:08a private citizen. You should have her on the
- 1:27:10podcast next and would love to interview Kamala.
- 1:27:12Harris, but she was the attorney.
- 1:27:14General, she sent state agents at the request of Planned
- 1:27:17Parenthood to steal your footage.
- 1:27:20I mean, it, it's, it's wild. And then obviously Xavier
- 1:27:23Becerra after she goes off to be the senator, you know, she's
- 1:27:26chasing her star, her career. And now he's like just grinding
- 1:27:30you down, trying to put you, you know, literally.
- 1:27:32And the, and the statue, it was just, it's so incredible because
- 1:27:34I've done undercover work. You know, we've obviously done
- 1:27:37this together in the past. And California has not
- 1:27:41prosecuted undercover journalists before, correct?
- 1:27:45You can go undercover. You can go undercover.
- 1:27:49In California in a chiropractor's.
- 1:27:50Office you can go. Undercover and investigate, you
- 1:27:53know, marijuana dispensers, whatever you can investigate
- 1:27:56anything you want to in California and even do some
- 1:27:58undercover journalism. But if you're a pro-life
- 1:28:01activist and you try straight to jail, as they say in that, you
- 1:28:05know, that that clip. So and again, you and also what
- 1:28:09you did, you recorded in public places.
- 1:28:12So it's not like even their argument against you.
- 1:28:13It's not like you were sitting in their living room or, you
- 1:28:16know, eavesdropping, putting a camera inside Deborah Nicotola's
- 1:28:19like, you know, mobile home or something.
- 1:28:20That wasn't what happened. So, yeah.
- 1:28:23What's the status of the criminal proceedings for folks
- 1:28:25to know? And also how can people support
- 1:28:28you because you're you're such a a hero and a pioneer here.
- 1:28:30Thank you. Thank you.
- 1:28:32So, yeah. So so to get the real like.
- 1:28:34Cliff Notes version. So, you know, back in 2015 when
- 1:28:38CMP first started releasing the undercover video series, at that
- 1:28:42time the Attorney general of California was Kamala Harris,
- 1:28:46who had been put in that position with extreme support
- 1:28:49from Planned Parenthood. She was extremely close with
- 1:28:51them. She was an operative for them
- 1:28:52already, basically. That's like the one thing I'm
- 1:28:55sorry to keep in her, but it's amazing that even on the
- 1:28:57campaign. Trail abortion seemed to be the
- 1:28:59thing that animated her the most.
- 1:29:01She talked about abortion the most.
- 1:29:02She seemed the most sincere and authentic when she would talk
- 1:29:04about abortion. It was the thing that seemed the
- 1:29:07single focus that was most animating for her campaign and
- 1:29:10for her personally. And that was very chilling to
- 1:29:12watch. Yeah, Yeah.
- 1:29:13You know, I've never, I've never met her in person before.
- 1:29:18But there is there is a sort of, there's kind of a vibe that you
- 1:29:22feel from people who are heavily involved in primarily the
- 1:29:26abortion doctors, but also some of their very heavily involved
- 1:29:29executives. There's definitely like a
- 1:29:32certain vibe you get when you're when you're spending time with
- 1:29:35them, which I've done a lot recently or recently that I did
- 1:29:38a lot during the undercover work.
- 1:29:40And, and it wasn't until it wasn't until we saw so much of
- 1:29:44Kamala Harris on the campaign trail over the past several
- 1:29:46months. And you see that animation that
- 1:29:48she has when it comes to like, like, all of a sudden we're
- 1:29:51talking when we're talking about killing babies, That's when she
- 1:29:54gets focused. She's on.
- 1:29:56And she has so much to say. She doesn't need a script
- 1:29:58anymore. Yeah, it's, it's it's scary.
- 1:30:01A little bit, but it's but it, you know.
- 1:30:02But it's actually, but it, but it reminds me of the Planned
- 1:30:05Parenthood executives that I, that I met.
- 1:30:08So, you know, some people say she might go and become the head
- 1:30:11of Planned Parenthood. Now, you know, she might be well
- 1:30:13suited to it actually. But anyway, so, so as attorney
- 1:30:16general in 2015, Kamala Harris had a choice when these videos
- 1:30:21were being published. She could investigate the
- 1:30:24taxpayer funded abortion factories all across this state
- 1:30:28that were involved in harvesting and selling baby body parts from
- 1:30:31late term partial birth abortions for profit.
- 1:30:34Or she could come after the whistleblowers at the behest of
- 1:30:37Planned Parenthood. And she chose the latter.
- 1:30:40And I mean, the more information that we are uncovering, the more
- 1:30:43that we're releasing and reporting on, I just think it
- 1:30:45becomes very clear. Like she either either Kamala
- 1:30:48Harris or those advising her knew how deep the rabbit hole
- 1:30:52went when it came to selling baby body parts in California.
- 1:30:56Because they did not want this stuff about like the proprietary
- 1:30:59fetuses deal in San Diego or the the massive use of misoprostral
- 1:31:04across the board for inducing labor to deliver the babies or
- 1:31:08any of that to come out in the wake, in the wake of these
- 1:31:11videos. And so at at Planned Parenthood
- 1:31:14specific request, she approved a raid on my one bedroom
- 1:31:19apartment. This was in April of 2016.
- 1:31:23There were 11 California DOJ agents who came filing out of a
- 1:31:27big white windowless van. It was almost like a dystopian
- 1:31:30kind of clown. What were you doing when that
- 1:31:32happened? I was I was making lunch at the
- 1:31:34time. They broad.
- 1:31:36Daylight. It was.
- 1:31:37It was in broad daylight. You know they did, actually.
- 1:31:39There was a there. This was what are you having for
- 1:31:42lunch that day? I was making chicken in my.
- 1:31:45Grandmother's recipe. And there because I'm so I'm
- 1:31:50such a danger to the state, right?
- 1:31:52I know we're laughing, but it's so crazy.
- 1:31:54You have to laugh, otherwise you're going to.
- 1:31:56Cry, but they so. This was they, they'd actually,
- 1:32:00they had, I think they had tried to knock on my door like early
- 1:32:02in the morning, at like 7:00 in the morning or something.
- 1:32:04I'd just gotten back from traveling, so I was tired.
- 1:32:06I was sleeping in that day. So they, I guess that was like
- 1:32:10the one nice thing they did for me.
- 1:32:11They didn't like bust down the door at 7:00 in the morning.
- 1:32:13They waited until they saw signs of life or something later.
- 1:32:17So. So these 11 California DOJ
- 1:32:20agents file out of this white windowless van.
- 1:32:22It was like a dystopian clown car.
- 1:32:25Some of them had had, like the canine dogs with them.
- 1:32:28Some of them had assault rifles. All 11 of them didn't even fit
- 1:32:33in the apartment, it was that small.
- 1:32:35So like 5 of them went inside and were just like trashing the
- 1:32:38entire place, overturning boxes, like pulling things out of
- 1:32:40drawers. So they were rifling through
- 1:32:42your personal, through everything but the entire, the
- 1:32:44entire. Premises and then the other 6.
- 1:32:46Of them were positioned around the perimeter outside with their
- 1:32:49dogs and their rifles. What were you doing while they
- 1:32:51were rifling through your pants drawer?
- 1:32:54Like trying trying to call my lawyers your chickens.
- 1:32:57Burning you're like which at first, which at first I mean,
- 1:33:00I'd finished. The I'd finished making lunch,
- 1:33:02which was good. There's still like half an onion
- 1:33:04like sitting on the on the counter as these DOJ guys would
- 1:33:08like, like their boots are like traipsing through the apartment.
- 1:33:12There is some video of it. I was able to set up my, my
- 1:33:16before they seized the laptop. I was able to set up the photo
- 1:33:18booth on it to like take a video of what they were doing in the
- 1:33:21living room. So that's some, that's some
- 1:33:23interesting historical footage that we have now for all
- 1:33:26posterity. So so Kamala Harris approved
- 1:33:29that rate. It was the beginning of the
- 1:33:31first criminal action that the state of California has ever
- 1:33:34taken under its very unusual video recording law towards
- 1:33:40towards towards an undercover journalist ever in the 70 year
- 1:33:43history of that law. So that's been really extreme
- 1:33:47ongoing law fair for the past eight years.
- 1:33:50We've gone through like 6 different prosecutors in that
- 1:33:53case. They keep on like dropping off
- 1:33:55of it and they've gone through three different passing.
- 1:33:58They're just, yeah, it's a terrible case against.
- 1:34:01You it's a. It's a terrible case.
- 1:34:02But they won't drop it. They haven't dropped it yet,
- 1:34:04they're still refusing. To drop it.
- 1:34:06All of the deadlines have. Been pushed back by about 5
- 1:34:09months now. In that six months now, I think
- 1:34:11in that case there is a lot of, I mean there's a lot of legal
- 1:34:15uncertainty surrounding both. I mean, certainly the practice
- 1:34:19of undercover reporting right now because of all the law fair,
- 1:34:21but there's also a lot of legal uncertainty around these state
- 1:34:23video recording laws. Now.
- 1:34:25I mean, there's a, there's a big case with the full 9th Circuit
- 1:34:29right now about the constitutionality of these video
- 1:34:32recording laws that purport to place these restrictions on
- 1:34:36recording conversations that you are part of in places that are
- 1:34:39accessible to the public. So, you know, we don't know when
- 1:34:43they're going to rule them and all that's going to come down.
- 1:34:45But, but, but there does seem to be a trajectory and 1st
- 1:34:50Amendment law right now that that increasingly it's being
- 1:34:53recognized that you have an absolute First Amendment right
- 1:34:56to record a conversation that you're part of in a public area.
- 1:35:00So that's a good sign and that's a good thing.
- 1:35:03But you know, and I'm very hopeful where things will go
- 1:35:06over the next couple of years, of course, with, you know, with
- 1:35:10with a renewed focus on that kind of freedom of speech and
- 1:35:13anti anti cancelling, anti weaponization, anti law fair and
- 1:35:18the new administration. So I'm hopeful about that.
- 1:35:20But but it's been quite a saga and it's all, you know, there's
- 1:35:23a there's a lot that's sort of up in the air right now.
- 1:35:26So we'll definitely have to update you in the near future as
- 1:35:29as more things become clearer. David, you're amazing.
- 1:35:33Thank you for your sacrifices. And your relentless focus on
- 1:35:39exposing the greatest human rights abuse of our time.
- 1:35:42How can people follow you and support your work?
- 1:35:45Sure. So you can support Center for
- 1:35:46Medical Progress on our website at.
- 1:35:48Www.centerformedicalprogress.orgorcmp.org you can follow me.
- 1:35:54I'm most active on Twitter X these days at David Daleiden.
- 1:35:59That's D as in David ALEID, as in David EN all one word, no
- 1:36:04dots or funny characters. But you know, I've, I've been
- 1:36:09really blessed to have the support of a large swath of the
- 1:36:13public, you know, Americans from every walk of life.
- 1:36:17And also just the the support and encouragement of a lot of
- 1:36:20really unlikely heroes who have sort of come alongside me along
- 1:36:24the way over over many years in different capacities.
- 1:36:26So, you know, we're all in this together and we have, I think so
- 1:36:31many opportunities looking at the next couple of years here.
- 1:36:34You know, there are babies who are being born today because Roe
- 1:36:38V. Wade was overturned a couple of
- 1:36:39years ago. You know, it's like that.
- 1:36:41It's like that old, it's like that old proverb, if, if you
- 1:36:44save one life, it's as if you save the entire world, right?
- 1:36:46Like we can't really place a value on a human being.
- 1:36:50We can't, we can't place a price tag on a human being, right?
- 1:36:53Like that's that's something of infinite value.
- 1:36:56So, you know, there's a there's a lot of reasons to to to be, to
- 1:37:00be hopeful right now. Amen.
- 1:37:02Thank you so much, David. Thank you.
- 1:37:04Thanks so much. For listening to this episode of
- 1:37:06The Lila Rose Show with David Delighted.

- 1:37:37industry at large and how we can urge the Trump administration to
- 1:37:39take decisive action over the next four years to defend
- 1:37:43innocent lives. Thanks so much for listening,
