- 0:01Speaker 1: Immigration is an issue that is going to be the
- 0:04Speaker 1: number one issue I believe when it comes to this
- 0:07Speaker 1: presidential election. I believe it's going to be more of
- 0:10Speaker 1: a issue than the economy because so many people are
- 0:14Speaker 1: now looking at this from a national security standpoint. The
- 0:18Speaker 1: President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, as
- 0:21Speaker 1: you know, gave us to the Union address the other night,
- 0:24Speaker 1: and one of the flash points was when he went
- 0:26Speaker 1: off script and he was asked as there was Margley
- 0:31Speaker 1: Taylor Green who was in the audience, a congresswoman who
- 0:34Speaker 1: was yelling about say her name. He held up a
- 0:38Speaker 1: button and he said, I do I know her name?
- 0:40Speaker 1: And then he went on to say the wrong name.
- 0:43Speaker 1: The name he was looking for was Lincoln Riley. He said,
- 0:48Speaker 1: Lincoln Riley. Do you want to know who Lincoln Riley is.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Lincoln Riley is the head football coach at USC That's
- 0:54Speaker 1: who Lincoln Riley is.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Lincoln is a man.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Lacn Riley is a innocent young girl who was killed
- 1:03Speaker 1: by an illegal immigrant that should have never been in
- 1:04Speaker 1: this country. But even if we just say for a
- 1:07Speaker 1: moment that you should be able to break into the
- 1:10Speaker 1: United States of America, then what happens when you commit
- 1:14Speaker 1: a heinous crime or commit crime. Should you be deported,
- 1:17Speaker 1: should you be incarcerated and then deported, or should we.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Just let you go?
- 1:23Speaker 1: So it's not just that the illegal immigrant was in
- 1:25Speaker 1: this country. It was the fact the illegal immigrant had
- 1:28Speaker 1: been committing criminal acts multiple times over and had been
- 1:33Speaker 1: caught multiple times over. And while he was being caught
- 1:36Speaker 1: multiple times over, he was moving around the country and
- 1:39Speaker 1: every single time, guess what happened. We did not deport him.
- 1:42Speaker 1: This is the Biden administration. I'm gonna have more about
- 1:46Speaker 1: this than just a second that deals also with more
- 1:49Speaker 1: lies coming from the Biden White House. But first, let
- 1:52Speaker 1: me tell you about my friends at Patriot Mobile. For
- 1:54Speaker 1: ten years now, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 1:59Speaker 1: conservative wireless provider. Why would you care about that because
- 2:03Speaker 1: Big Mobile is giving big donations right now to hard
- 2:07Speaker 1: core leftist causes organizations candidates.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Those include Planned Parenthood.
- 2:14Speaker 1: If you're like me and you're tired of giving your
- 2:16Speaker 1: money to cooperations that are literally fighting against your family values,
- 2:20Speaker 1: then switch to Patriot Mobile. When I look down at
- 2:22Speaker 1: my cell phone on the top left, it says Patriot
- 2:25Speaker 1: and I know with every text and with every phone call,
- 2:27Speaker 1: I'm standing with a company that protects my values but
- 2:30Speaker 1: also gives back to what I believe in. When you
- 2:33Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending a message that you
- 2:35Speaker 1: support free speech, You're supporting religious freedom. You're supporting and
- 2:40Speaker 1: advocating and donating to protect the sanctity of life in
- 2:43Speaker 1: this country because five percent of your bill every month
- 2:46Speaker 1: goes back to conservative.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Causes that you help choose to support.
- 2:50Speaker 1: We're talking about causes like protecting our Second Amendment rights,
- 2:54Speaker 1: for supporting our military, our veterans, our wounded warriors, and
- 2:58Speaker 1: our first responder heroes, just to name a few. Is
- 3:01Speaker 1: switching easy, you better believe it.
- 3:02Speaker 2: You can keep your.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Same cell phone number you have right now, keep your
- 3:05Speaker 1: same cell phone, or upgrade to a new one.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Plus.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile also is going to give you free activation
- 3:12Speaker 1: right now when you use the promo code ben. All
- 3:15Speaker 1: you got to do is call them nine to seven
- 3:17Speaker 1: to two Patriot. That's nine seven to two Patriot nine
- 3:21Speaker 1: to seven two Patriot. Get rid of that woke phone
- 3:25Speaker 1: company you have right now and switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson that's Patriot mobile dot com
- 3:32Speaker 1: slash Ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. Now, I
- 3:35Speaker 1: bring all that up, and I'm not even gonna play
- 3:38Speaker 1: you the audio, because I'm sure you've heard it by now,
- 3:40Speaker 1: and you heard on this show a couple of days
- 3:42Speaker 1: ago when the President screwed up the name of Lincoln
- 3:45Speaker 1: Riley to Lincoln Riley, a dude's name.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Who's a football coach at USC.
- 3:51Speaker 1: But then the wills came off because the President, when
- 3:55Speaker 1: that moment happened, said a word that apparently is a
- 3:58Speaker 1: four letter word in the Democratic Party, a word you're
- 4:00Speaker 1: not allowed to say illegal.
- 4:04Speaker 2: You can't say the word illegal.
- 4:06Speaker 1: You must say the word undocumented, or immigrant or dreamer.
- 4:11Speaker 1: You're not allowed to say illegal. You're sure as hell
- 4:14Speaker 1: not allowed to say illegal immigrant. The President at the
- 4:18Speaker 1: Say of the Union actually used the word illegal immigrant
- 4:20Speaker 1: referring to the person that killed Lake and Riley, the
- 4:24Speaker 1: name that he screwed up. And then the left does
- 4:28Speaker 1: what the left does, well, they lost their minds, They
- 4:31Speaker 1: go insane, and they freak out that the President of
- 4:33Speaker 1: the United States of America, Joe Biden, actually even knew
- 4:36Speaker 1: the word illegal immigrant and said the word illegal immigrant
- 4:41Speaker 1: in reference to a murderer.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Let's just get all that in your head real quick.
- 4:46Speaker 1: This is the insane world that we live in with
- 4:49Speaker 1: the communist left masquerading as Democrats. Joe Biden had a
- 4:54Speaker 1: sit down interview with MSNBC and Exclusive after the Say
- 4:58Speaker 1: of the Union, and of course MSNBC doesn't care that
- 5:02Speaker 1: Lake and Riley was murdered by an illegal immigrant. They
- 5:04Speaker 1: don't care that the person broke into this country illegally.
- 5:07Speaker 1: They don't care that the person committed multiple crimes and
- 5:10Speaker 1: was caught and still not sent out of the country
- 5:13Speaker 1: before the illegal immigrant killed Lake and Riley. They don't
- 5:18Speaker 1: care about that. What they do care about is the
- 5:20Speaker 1: president using that word illegal. And so they decided, well,
- 5:24Speaker 1: this is important. We need to make sure that the
- 5:26Speaker 1: President of United States America, Joe Biden, doesn't ever use
- 5:29Speaker 1: the word illegal immigrant ever again. And so they asked
- 5:33Speaker 1: him the question, why did you call an illegal immigrant
- 5:37Speaker 1: a legal immigrant? Do you regret calling an a legal
- 5:39Speaker 1: immigrant and a llegal immigrant? Now, think about how absurd
- 5:41Speaker 1: this question is, because there's also it's not just tone death,
- 5:46Speaker 1: it's heartless.
- 5:48Speaker 2: It is heartless that.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Anyone in the media or anyone on the left would
- 5:54Speaker 1: care that the President of the United States America referred
- 5:56Speaker 1: to an illegal immigrant, which by the way, he is
- 5:58Speaker 1: an illegal immigrant that killed an innocent American young girl
- 6:02Speaker 1: who is trying to actually help society in her occupation.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Would give a ratser in what that person is called.
- 6:10Speaker 1: But they do, because if you've got to keep the
- 6:13Speaker 1: narrative alive that there's no such thing in the legal immigrant,
- 6:15Speaker 1: the President sure as hell can't say it. Now you
- 6:17Speaker 1: notice there's no compassion for Lake and Riley. There's no
- 6:20Speaker 1: love for Lake and Riley. There's no support for Lake
- 6:23Speaker 1: and Riley's parents. There's no love loss. They don't care
- 6:27Speaker 1: about Lake and Riley, which brings me to my bigger point.
- 6:30Speaker 1: If you think they care about you, the communist Socialist
- 6:34Speaker 1: Marxist Democratic Party.
- 6:35Speaker 2: They don't.
- 6:36Speaker 1: If you think that, if they care, if your child
- 6:39Speaker 1: od's by accident because of fetanel or dies because there's
- 6:44Speaker 1: fitnel somewhere where they happen to be and they touch
- 6:47Speaker 1: it and then they ingest it. You can die from
- 6:51Speaker 1: a granular A grain the end of a ballpoint pen
- 6:56Speaker 1: is how much fetanyl it takes. If you put on
- 6:57Speaker 1: the end of a ballpoint pen, that's how much fetan
- 7:00Speaker 1: know it takes to kill you. There's more fentanyl coming
- 7:02Speaker 1: this country than we've ever seen before. In fact, the
- 7:06Speaker 1: fentanyl that's coming this country is.
- 7:07Speaker 2: At such staggering rates.
- 7:08Speaker 1: There's more than enough to kill every single man, woman,
- 7:11Speaker 1: and Childlike I think it's twenty times over.
- 7:13Speaker 2: I'm not exaggerating.
- 7:16Speaker 1: The President of the United States of America's party doesn't
- 7:20Speaker 1: care if you're killed by an illegal you just as
- 7:23Speaker 1: long as you don't call them an illegal. They don't
- 7:26Speaker 1: care that Lake and Riley was murdered by an illegal.
- 7:29Speaker 1: They care that you use the word illegal instead of undocumented.
- 7:33Speaker 2: That's what their care is.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Think about that frame, that frame of mindset of.
- 7:38Speaker 2: The Democratic Party.
- 7:40Speaker 1: They're not offended that Lake and Riley was murdered. They're
- 7:44Speaker 1: offended the President referred to the accused murder is an
- 7:49Speaker 1: illegal immigrant.
- 7:51Speaker 2: And so what do they do.
- 7:53Speaker 1: They turn on the President and they go, we got
- 7:56Speaker 1: to ask them that question, y'all.
- 7:58Speaker 2: We got to put them on notice.
- 8:00Speaker 1: We got to make sure the President of United States
- 8:01Speaker 1: of America, Joe Biden, understands you can't say that.
- 8:05Speaker 2: And then they sit down with him.
- 8:06Speaker 1: They don't ask him, Hey, what do you think about
- 8:08Speaker 1: this legal lumberget that killed an American. What do you
- 8:09Speaker 1: want to say to Lake and Riley's family? What do
- 8:11Speaker 1: you say to the Americans that have been murdered by
- 8:14Speaker 1: illegal immigrants? How they can even say in document workers
- 8:17Speaker 1: immigrants that we won't say that because they don't care.
- 8:21Speaker 1: They don't care if you die, they care what you
- 8:24Speaker 1: call them while they're killing you.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Right, you can't call them.
- 8:28Speaker 1: You can't call them rapists if they're even if they
- 8:30Speaker 1: are rapists, you can't call them MS thirteen gang members.
- 8:33Speaker 1: That's somehow you know, xenophobic. That's that's that's prejudice, that's racist. Remember,
- 8:39Speaker 1: let's go back to the campaign in sixteen before I
- 8:42Speaker 1: play for you the president in this insanity in twenty sixteen,
- 8:46Speaker 1: what was it that Donald Trump said that triggered them all?
- 8:49Speaker 1: He said many of them are rapists, murderers, drug dealers,
- 8:53Speaker 1: and vicious gang members. And what did the left say?
- 8:57Speaker 1: They said, you can't say that about illegal immigrants. In fact,
- 8:59Speaker 1: you can naven say a legal emmigrant. But you can't
- 9:01Speaker 1: even call the ones that are rapists and our murders
- 9:03Speaker 1: and our sex abusers and our child sex abusers. You
- 9:07Speaker 1: can't call them that, you got to call them dreamers.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Do you remember that controversy?
- 9:12Speaker 2: And then what did they say?
- 9:13Speaker 1: They came out and they said that Donald Trump is
- 9:15Speaker 1: a racist because he called actual rapist rapists that were
- 9:19Speaker 1: illegal immigrants. He said, well, that's racist, that's that's that's right,
- 9:22Speaker 1: that's xenophobic, that's that's anti lgbt Q, I A and whatever.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Wrap it all up right.
- 9:28Speaker 1: It didn't matter how that you're immediately a racist if
- 9:32Speaker 1: you call someone out for what they actually are. Which
- 9:34Speaker 1: brings me now to the president President United States America
- 9:38Speaker 1: has asked one question about Lake and Riley, and this
- 9:40Speaker 1: is it.
- 9:42Speaker 3: The look of surprise on your face when you walked
- 9:44Speaker 3: into the chamber and you saw Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green.
- 9:48Speaker 3: It was priceless. You fainned shop at seeing her. But
- 9:52Speaker 3: during your response to her heckling of you, you use
- 9:55Speaker 3: the word illegal when talking about the man who allegedly
- 9:59Speaker 3: killed Undoctor Riley.
- 10:01Speaker 4: An undocumented person. And I shouldn't have used the league
- 10:04Speaker 4: as undocumented. And look, when I spoke about the difference
- 10:08Speaker 4: between Trump and me, one of the things I talked
- 10:10Speaker 4: about on the border was that is the way he
- 10:12Speaker 4: talks about vermin. The way he talks about these people
- 10:15Speaker 4: polluting the blood, I talks about what I'm not going
- 10:17Speaker 4: to do.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Well, by the way, he didn't say they polluted the blood.
- 10:20Speaker 1: That's a lie. But it doesn't matter. Did you hear
- 10:24Speaker 1: the president there, He's not sorry that Lake and Riley
- 10:27Speaker 1: got killed. He's sorry that he called the person that
- 10:29Speaker 1: killed Lake and Riley the alleged murderer and illegal and said,
- 10:33Speaker 1: I'm sorry I should have used the word undocumented. What
- 10:37Speaker 1: world are we living in, folks, when the president of
- 10:40Speaker 1: United States of America cares so little about the American
- 10:44Speaker 1: people who are murdered at the hands of illegal immigrants.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Never in my life could I have imagined a scenario
- 10:51Speaker 1: in politics, and I've seen a lot of folks where
- 10:54Speaker 1: I actually thought a president of the United States of
- 10:56Speaker 1: America would sit there and apologize to the alleged murderer
- 11:03Speaker 1: who killed an American who is an illegal for calling
- 11:08Speaker 1: the alleged murderer an illegal. In fact, I never could
- 11:14Speaker 1: have imagined the press would ask such an insensitive, disgusting
- 11:19Speaker 1: question when there's a dead body involved.
- 11:22Speaker 2: The media is defending the murderer. Here, you understand that,
- 11:28Speaker 2: like like.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Let that sink in, because there's a part of this
- 11:32Speaker 1: that I don't think people really understand, just the gravity
- 11:36Speaker 1: and the depravity of the media here. The media is
- 11:41Speaker 1: defending the alleged murderer to the point where they don't
- 11:47Speaker 1: care about the victim because the person who did it
- 11:51Speaker 1: can't be an illegal immigrant, and that is the whole
- 11:55Speaker 1: ballgame for them.
- 11:56Speaker 2: They don't care about you either.
- 11:58Speaker 1: I keep saying this because I'm hoping at some point
- 12:02Speaker 1: like it really clicks in. You know, the media had
- 12:06Speaker 1: a death counter on TV for COVID.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Do you remember that?
- 12:12Speaker 1: Remember when you couldn't turn your TV on and it
- 12:14Speaker 1: was like, you know, number of people dead from COVID. Right,
- 12:17Speaker 1: we were categorizing people that died from complications of cancer
- 12:21Speaker 1: that were terminal. Is COVID deak just to get that
- 12:24Speaker 1: number to go up and people would be terrified of
- 12:27Speaker 1: it and get the jab right, remember all that that propaganda. Yeah,
- 12:30Speaker 1: wasn't that long ago. But we had death counters on
- 12:34Speaker 1: TV for months. If the media gave a crap about you,
- 12:39Speaker 1: about your kids, about your grandkids, wouldn't be nice. They
- 12:42Speaker 1: even covered the number one killer in America. It's not COVID,
- 12:46Speaker 1: and in fact, it's so we're even close. COVID doesn't
- 12:50Speaker 1: even come close to the number one killer in America
- 12:52Speaker 1: right now. The number one killer of this country is
- 12:54Speaker 1: fetanyl forty nine in under the number one way you're
- 12:59Speaker 1: most likely to die, not a car wreck, okay, not cancer,
- 13:03Speaker 1: not heart disease. The number one killer of people in
- 13:08Speaker 1: this country forty nine to eighteen is fentanyl forty nine
- 13:13Speaker 1: and under the number one killer. And where's that countdown clock?
- 13:19Speaker 1: I'd love to see that one on TV. I'd love
- 13:22Speaker 1: to have a fetanyl death counter on TV. The number
- 13:25Speaker 1: of people that died from feentanyl overdoses in America are
- 13:28Speaker 1: actional overdoses. I talked about this, Gosh, I think it
- 13:32Speaker 1: was about a week ago.
- 13:34Speaker 2: How it's spring break right now.
- 13:36Speaker 1: I'm actually on spring break and I'm at the beach
- 13:40Speaker 1: and I'm sitting here on the beach and I look
- 13:43Speaker 1: around and I think about, I've got my kids with me,
- 13:47Speaker 1: and I see these spring break kids. And today is
- 13:49Speaker 1: a perfect example of this. My son was he's seven,
- 13:53Speaker 1: and he.
- 13:54Speaker 5: Was playing baseball with flet ball and football on the
- 13:58Speaker 5: beach with some kids that went to Alabama, and they
- 14:02Speaker 5: were so nice because they were playing lett him play
- 14:05Speaker 5: with them, and they were having a blast and it
- 14:07Speaker 5: was really you know, they were really nice young men,
- 14:09Speaker 5: and it was one of those things where you're sitting
- 14:10Speaker 5: there going any one of these guys could die from
- 14:15Speaker 5: an accidental overdose because they're on spring break and someone says,
- 14:19Speaker 5: hey you want to you want to stay up a
- 14:21Speaker 5: little longer, or hey you want to you want to focus?
- 14:24Speaker 1: Yeah, try try, try this right, and they think they're
- 14:27Speaker 1: taking something that would not kill them. It's an adderall,
- 14:30Speaker 1: it's a riddlin, it's a whatever it is right, No
- 14:34Speaker 1: intent to od, no intent to kill yourself, no intent
- 14:36Speaker 1: to even get high. Maybe you just want to stay up,
- 14:38Speaker 1: maybe you're driving. And I'm giving scenarios, not excuses. I
- 14:42Speaker 1: want to be clear about that. I'm giving real life scenarios.
- 14:45Speaker 1: There will be countless children, or i should say young kids,
- 14:50Speaker 1: college kids on spring break that are going to die
- 14:53Speaker 1: this week because of accidental overdoses from fetnyl. Because there's
- 14:59Speaker 1: a there's a a fake pill that was made that
- 15:02Speaker 1: said adderall or riddling on it, and they took it
- 15:07Speaker 1: thinking it was something completely different than what it really is. Now,
- 15:10Speaker 1: we of course need to warn kids, but where's the
- 15:16Speaker 1: death counter on CNN for that? Where's the death counter
- 15:20Speaker 1: on MSNBC for that? I asked the question because I
- 15:24Speaker 1: do think it's a really important question that should be asked.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Why is it that the media will not cover the
- 15:31Speaker 1: number one killer in America today because they don't care
- 15:33Speaker 1: about you and the politics don't work for them. The
- 15:36Speaker 1: reason why they're not covering is because they know that
- 15:39Speaker 1: if you knew what was happening, you would then blame
- 15:42Speaker 1: the open border policy for the deaths of so many
- 15:46Speaker 1: kids and adults in America. They can't cover the story
- 15:50Speaker 1: without it hurting the Democratic Party and Joe Biden an
- 15:53Speaker 1: open border policy, so everyone that drops dead this week
- 15:57Speaker 1: doesn't exist to them. If you had COVID, they tell
- 16:01Speaker 1: the story. But if it's FETNYL and it's an open,
- 16:03Speaker 1: open border that's causing these deaths, these accal deaths, they'll say.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Nothing of it. Which brings me back to what I
- 16:11Speaker 2: said a moment ago.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden is apologizing, and I also want you to
- 16:18Speaker 1: understand the coward just what a coward he is.
- 16:20Speaker 2: And I don't use that lightly. I'm not saying that
- 16:22Speaker 2: for hyperbole.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I want you to any man any woman that has
- 16:29Speaker 1: asked a question about an alleged murderer who kills a
- 16:32Speaker 1: young innocent girl, and somebody asked you a question about,
- 16:37Speaker 1: you know, will hold on you use the term illegal immigrant?
- 16:40Speaker 2: I would.
- 16:40Speaker 1: I'm just gonna tell you, if I was in that scenario,
- 16:42Speaker 1: I would look at you and go, you're damn right,
- 16:44Speaker 1: it's an illegal immigrant, and that illegal immigrant can go
- 16:47Speaker 1: straight to hell. And I'm never gonna apologize for calling
- 16:50Speaker 1: an illegal immigrant what they are. I'm not gonna buy
- 16:53Speaker 1: into your bs, your woke bs. I'm not gonna buy
- 16:57Speaker 1: into it. And I'm not gonna sit here and I'm
- 17:00Speaker 1: not going to sit here and have this absurd conversation.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Why don't you worry about the person that's dead and
- 17:06Speaker 1: the family members of those who lost a loved one
- 17:09Speaker 1: because in America we failed this young girl because we
- 17:12Speaker 1: didn't get rid of the damn illegal immigrant. That would
- 17:14Speaker 1: be an authentic, compassionate, and by the way, completely normal
- 17:18Speaker 1: response to the insane question of do you regret calling
- 17:23Speaker 1: a murder an illegal immigrant? But when you're owned by
- 17:27Speaker 1: these Marxists, socialists and these communists of the left, it's
- 17:32Speaker 1: all about your you know, the bs of what do
- 17:36Speaker 1: you call somebody that did something terrible or or or
- 17:39Speaker 1: are These are the same people that think you should
- 17:41Speaker 1: be that you should have a legitimate reason to sue,
- 17:45Speaker 1: not just be offit of, but sue if someone uses
- 17:47Speaker 1: the inappropriate pronouns which you identify as These are the
- 17:51Speaker 1: same people in the same Communist party where they say
- 17:55Speaker 1: that if a girl is you say hi, ma'am or yes,
- 17:57Speaker 1: ma'am and she identifies a man, that's somehow you should
- 18:00Speaker 1: lose your job over that or be kicked out of
- 18:03Speaker 1: teaching at a.
- 18:03Speaker 2: University for that.
- 18:06Speaker 1: And the media that is indoctrinating your kids and grandkids
- 18:10Speaker 1: is the same media that right now cares more about
- 18:13Speaker 1: the president using illegal immigrant than the girl who died.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I say it again because at some point this has
- 18:19Speaker 1: to click in with people.
- 18:22Speaker 3: Look of surprise on your face when you walked into
- 18:24Speaker 3: the chamber and you saw Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green it
- 18:28Speaker 3: was priceless. You feigns shot at seeing her. But during
- 18:32Speaker 3: your response to her heckling of you, you use the
- 18:35Speaker 3: word illegal when talking about the man who allegedly killed Riley.
- 18:40Speaker 4: An undocumented person, and I shouldn't have used the legal
- 18:44Speaker 4: is undocumented. And look, when I spoke about the difference
- 18:48Speaker 4: between Trump and me, one of the things I talked
- 18:49Speaker 4: about on the border was that is the way he
- 18:52Speaker 4: talks about vermin, the way he talks about these people
- 18:54Speaker 4: polluting the blood. I talked about what I'm not going
- 18:57Speaker 4: to do. What I won't do. I'm not going to
- 18:59Speaker 4: treat any any any of these people with disrespect. Look
- 19:03Speaker 4: to built the country. The reason our economy is growing.
- 19:06Speaker 4: We have to control the border and more orderly slow.
- 19:09Speaker 4: But I don't share to do at all. So you
- 19:12Speaker 4: regret using that word?
- 19:13Speaker 2: Yes, So you regret using that word. Yes.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Joe Biden, we know has been flying in and last
- 19:24Speaker 1: year alone, he flew in. You paid for this three
- 19:27Speaker 1: hundred and twenty thousand plus illegal immigrants into US cities
- 19:33Speaker 1: from outside of the US. So he's actually importing illegal
- 19:38Speaker 1: immigrants at record numbers. Not These people did not break
- 19:41Speaker 1: into our country like walk across southern border.
- 19:44Speaker 2: They didn't break into America.
- 19:47Speaker 1: We took a plane, flew to foreign countries and loaded
- 19:51Speaker 1: up more than three hundred and twenty thousand illegal immigrants
- 19:55Speaker 1: and flew them into the interior of the United States
- 19:58Speaker 1: of America.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Got to be clear, these are secretive flights.
- 20:02Speaker 1: These are secretive flights in a quiet program that you
- 20:04Speaker 1: were never supposed to be told about. And in fact,
- 20:08Speaker 1: members of Congress, including Senator Ted Cruz, who I co
- 20:11Speaker 1: hosted a podcast, was that he was not aware of
- 20:14Speaker 1: this program until the story broke this week. They'd never
- 20:17Speaker 1: been told about it, not one time. Well, now we
- 20:21Speaker 1: know they're going to keep doing it. How do we
- 20:23Speaker 1: know this because of the court has now handed down
- 20:27Speaker 1: MAJORCUS a big win on this program. Ruling allows three
- 20:32Speaker 1: hundred and sixty thousand Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans into
- 20:38Speaker 1: the United States of America and you're paying for this.
- 20:42Speaker 1: On the same day, a federal judge handed texa win
- 20:45Speaker 1: in a border wall lawsuit that they could build a wall.
- 20:48Speaker 1: He also handed twenty Republican led states a loss in
- 20:51Speaker 1: a lawsuit they filed over parole program created by the
- 20:55Speaker 1: Department of owned Security Secretary of majorcis the US District
- 20:59Speaker 1: Court Judge Drew Tipton of the Southern District of Texas.
- 21:03Speaker 1: The parole program that states sued over is among twelve
- 21:06Speaker 1: parole programmed is illegal and used as evidence to support
- 21:11Speaker 1: their charge of impeachment against Majorcas. Just weeks ago, twenty
- 21:16Speaker 1: different states, led by Texas, sued over the illegal visa
- 21:19Speaker 1: program myorc Is created to allow up to thirty thousand Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans,
- 21:25Speaker 1: and venezuela and to enter the US a month who
- 21:29Speaker 1: otherwise would not qualify under current US law. Now, my
- 21:33Speaker 1: Orchists is trying to bring in as many illegal immigrants
- 21:35Speaker 1: at a time as he possibly can, and so overall,
- 21:38Speaker 1: Manorchis's plan allowed three hundred and sixty thousand citizens of Cuba, hating, Nicaragua,
- 21:43Speaker 1: and Venezuela to be illegally released into the United States
- 21:46Speaker 1: of America. The coalition says that Minorcus policy is illegal
- 21:50Speaker 1: because Congress only authorized parole quote for foreign alien to
- 21:55Speaker 1: meet very specific standards that have not been met in
- 21:58Speaker 1: this instance yet traded existing law. The program creates a
- 22:02Speaker 1: pathway for program participants to apply from their home country,
- 22:07Speaker 1: and then we're flying them in as they gain lawful
- 22:10Speaker 1: status to enter and stay in the US for two
- 22:13Speaker 1: years or even longer.
- 22:15Speaker 2: You and I both know once they get here they're
- 22:17Speaker 2: not leaving.
- 22:17Speaker 1: They argue the parole system can only be applied on
- 22:20Speaker 1: a case by case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or
- 22:24Speaker 1: sufficient public benefit.
- 22:26Speaker 2: Not in mass a. It's being used by this administration.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Last January, Marcus, after again claiming quote the border was closed,
- 22:35Speaker 1: said expanded the parole program to provide quote, humanitarian relief
- 22:39Speaker 1: consistent with our values, cut out vicious smuggling organizations, and
- 22:43Speaker 1: enforce our laws. There's no indication by the way that
- 22:46Speaker 1: him importing three hundred and sixty thousand illegal immigrants in
- 22:49Speaker 1: the US more than thirty a month importing them has
- 22:53Speaker 1: had any impact, by the way, on the vicious human
- 22:56Speaker 1: smuggling organizations.
- 22:58Speaker 2: They're still doing it, folks.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Six months later, we then found out this week that
- 23:02Speaker 1: Mark has expanded even more to include more countries, Columbia,
- 23:06Speaker 1: El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. He claimed this program was
- 23:11Speaker 1: to reunite families from these countries, although he halted DNA
- 23:15Speaker 1: testing to validate at those claims were accurate if those
- 23:20Speaker 1: claiming to be family are actually biologically related. Because he
- 23:25Speaker 1: doesn't want to catch people breaking into America or a line,
- 23:28Speaker 1: he wants to bring in as many as he can
- 23:30Speaker 1: to fundamentally change this country forever. Now since implementing these policies.
- 23:36Speaker 1: The greatest number of illegal border crossers of now more
- 23:39Speaker 1: than ten million include godaways, were reported entering the US.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Greater now that number is then the population of forty
- 23:49Speaker 1: one states in America. Let me put it another way,
- 23:54Speaker 1: the number of legal immigrants that have come into this
- 23:56Speaker 1: country under Joe Biden's presidency in the last three years
- 24:00Speaker 1: is a population that is bigger than forty one individual states.
- 24:07Speaker 2: This includes nearly.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Four million illegal border crossers reported in last year's times
- 24:13Speaker 1: A time frame alone. So in the fiscal year twenty
- 24:17Speaker 1: twenty three, four million illegals came into America. That's more
- 24:22Speaker 1: than the population of twenty two states last year alone.
- 24:26Speaker 1: The greatest numbers continue to be reported into the first
- 24:29Speaker 1: quarter of the fiscal year twenty twenty four, as the
- 24:32Speaker 1: numbers have skyrocketed from twenty twenty three. You combine that
- 24:38Speaker 1: with these flights that are coming into America, and these
- 24:43Speaker 1: flights that are coming into America are the most shocking
- 24:46Speaker 1: thing I've ever seen. We have a president that knows this,
- 24:50Speaker 1: by the way, we have a president that doesn't care
- 24:54Speaker 1: that this is happening. I want you to take a
- 24:57Speaker 1: listen to this from Fox News Channel about the southern
- 25:01Speaker 1: border and what this means.
- 25:04Speaker 6: People, We're flown in from parts unknown. Migrants were flown
- 25:09Speaker 6: in aeroplane, not going through borders, not going through that
- 25:13Speaker 6: great Texas barriers flew them in over the borders into
- 25:18Speaker 6: our country. So that really tells you where they're coming from.
- 25:23Speaker 6: They want open borders, and open borders are going to
- 25:26Speaker 6: destroy our country. We need borders that we need free
- 25:29Speaker 6: and fair elections that we don't have a country.
- 25:32Speaker 7: That was former President Donald Trump reacting to an alarming
- 25:35Speaker 7: new report that the Biden administration has flown over three
- 25:38Speaker 7: hundred and twenty thousand inimissible illegal immigrants from foreign countries
- 25:42Speaker 7: into the US. The report stressing security vulnerabilities at US
- 25:47Speaker 7: airports and saying, quote US Customs and Border Protection CBP
- 25:50Speaker 7: has approved secretive flights that last year alone ferried hundreds
- 25:54Speaker 7: of thousands of inamissible aliens from foreign airports into some
- 25:58Speaker 7: forty three American ones over the past year, all approved
- 26:02Speaker 7: on a cell phone app. National Border Patrol Council President
- 26:06Speaker 7: Brandon Judd joins me, now, and you remember these flights
- 26:09Speaker 7: were secret. Brandon well, when asked why the flights were
- 26:12Speaker 7: in secret CBP said bad actors could interfere with the
- 26:15Speaker 7: operations if they were made public. Brandon, what about the
- 26:19Speaker 7: possible bad actors, I don't know on those flights.
- 26:23Speaker 8: Well, first and foremost, the bad actors' defense is completely
- 26:27Speaker 8: and totally ridiculous. And the reason that's ridiculous is because
- 26:30Speaker 8: everybody can check on public stats to see how many
- 26:33Speaker 8: flights are coming into certain US cities, and they can
- 26:37Speaker 8: see what the numbers are. So the bad actors already
- 26:40Speaker 8: know that based upon public, public information that's available. When
- 26:44Speaker 8: you look at what this administration is doing, it's very
- 26:47Speaker 8: upsetting on two different levels. First, they're abusing the parole system.
- 26:51Speaker 8: If you look historically, we've only allowed about five thousand
- 26:55Speaker 8: people per year into the country on the parole system.
- 26:58Speaker 8: And then on top of that, it puts extreme pressure
- 27:00Speaker 8: on law enforcement officers. We're in a fetan off crisis
- 27:03Speaker 8: right now when we're pulling law enforcement officers out of
- 27:06Speaker 8: the field to vet these individuals as they land in
- 27:09Speaker 8: our airports and at our ports of entry. It's ridiculous
- 27:12Speaker 8: to think that we can control our bores in crime
- 27:15Speaker 8: when we're abusing the system, when we're violating the law
- 27:18Speaker 8: and we're pulling law enforcement officers off of their main
- 27:21Speaker 8: responsibilities and duties.
- 27:23Speaker 1: These are, by the way, you listen to what he
- 27:25Speaker 1: just said there, Brandon Jutt is the union president for
- 27:29Speaker 1: Border Patrol. Not only are they, as he described it,
- 27:35Speaker 1: pulling law enforcement way from going after the drug dealers
- 27:38Speaker 1: and the smugglers, but the way that he just described it, it.
- 27:42Speaker 2: Is spot on.
- 27:45Speaker 1: What like, what world are we living in where this
- 27:47Speaker 1: is the right way to do this. Now, I'm going
- 27:51Speaker 1: to keep covering this for you because it's so important.
- 27:55Speaker 1: We're not going to stop covering this. Okay, this is
- 28:00Speaker 1: iredibly important information. What I will tell you, by the way,
- 28:04Speaker 1: is that they're going to keep flooding this country. And
- 28:06Speaker 1: this is the reason why I say this is the
- 28:08Speaker 1: number one election issue. But when you have a president
- 28:11Speaker 1: that says he's sorry to the person who's being accused
- 28:14Speaker 1: of murdering an innocent woman who has been terrorizing people
- 28:18Speaker 1: in this country since the day he got into this country,
- 28:20Speaker 1: and says, I'm sorry I used the word illegal immigrant.
- 28:23Speaker 1: I'm sorry that this woman died. I'm sorry that an
- 28:26Speaker 1: illegal immigrant was called an the legal immigrant that I
- 28:29Speaker 1: apologize for. You know, this president, the Democratic Party are
- 28:32Speaker 1: not looking out for Americans and they don't care about
- 28:36Speaker 1: you period. Don't forget. You can share it on social media.
- 28:40Speaker 1: You can share it with your family and your friends.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Download the Ben Ferguson Podcasts wherever you get your podcasts.
- 28:47Speaker 2: It is free.
- 28:48Speaker 1: If you have an iPhone, just put in the search

- 28:52Speaker 1: that pops up, you click on it and then you
