- 0:01Speaker 1: Waste, fraud, and abuse.
- 0:02Speaker 2: It's part of what the Trump administration said they were
- 0:05Speaker 2: going to expose in our government. It's part of what
- 0:08Speaker 2: DOGE was created to stop. Well, now we have a
- 0:12Speaker 2: new report out from the US Government Accountability Office and
- 0:15Speaker 2: it is raising shocking concerns about fraud and deliberate improper
- 0:21Speaker 2: payments within the Affordable Care Act and the insurance exchanges.
- 0:26Speaker 2: The Government Accountability Office releasing the preliminary Watchdog report showing
- 0:31Speaker 2: not only that, but serious vulnerabilities in the ACA marketplace
- 0:36Speaker 2: subsidies and people are making billions of dollars off of
- 0:41Speaker 2: our tax dollars with fraud. Federal auditors created fictitious identities
- 0:47Speaker 2: to test the system. All fake applicants in twenty twenty
- 0:52Speaker 2: four were approved for subsidized coverage. In fact, eighteen of
- 0:58Speaker 2: the twenty fake applicants remained active into twenty twenty five.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Fake and rollies were awarded thousands of dollars in subsidies
- 1:08Speaker 2: per month taxpayers money automatically paid to the insurers. And
- 1:14Speaker 2: now you know why the insurance industry is giving record
- 1:18Speaker 2: dollars to Democrats who are in office. All right, it's

- 3:03Speaker 2: full final report. The lawmakers are already calling the preliminary
- 3:08Speaker 2: findings not just alarming, but damning. House Speaker Mike Johnson
- 3:14Speaker 2: saying this last night on Fox News Channel.
- 3:17Speaker 3: The Government Accountability Office just came out with a new
- 3:19Speaker 3: report this past week, Laura, and it is astounding. Just
- 3:23Speaker 3: for example, over the last two years, they submitted twenty
- 3:26Speaker 3: four two dozen totally fraudulent applications for these Unaffordable Care
- 3:30Speaker 3: Act subsidies. Okay, twenty three out of twenty four were approved.
- 3:34Speaker 3: There were no SOB security numbers, provided no verification for
- 3:37Speaker 3: incoun or even citizenship. Okay, of course, not right. This
- 3:41Speaker 3: tens of thousands of dollars paid to each one of those,
- 3:43Speaker 3: to the insurance companies for people that do not exist, Okay,
- 3:47Speaker 3: dead people ninety four million dollars. If taxpayer dollars paid
- 3:51Speaker 3: insurance companies for people that have been deceased, then you
- 3:54Speaker 3: had soci security numbers. Sixty eight thousand, so security numbers
- 3:58Speaker 3: in twenty twenty four alone were used for multiple persons,
- 4:01Speaker 3: in other words, multiple people using one number to builk
- 4:04Speaker 3: the system and to fraud it. That's the system that
- 4:07Speaker 3: the Democrats created, that's the one they want us to subsidize.
- 4:10Speaker 3: So when we go forward with the truth, we explain
- 4:12Speaker 3: to the American people the reason their cost out of
- 4:14Speaker 3: control is because they created a broken system. We have
- 4:17Speaker 3: the solutions to fix it. That is the message and
- 4:20Speaker 3: the truth. I think that's going to prevail as you
- 4:21Speaker 3: go into the election year.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Obamacare sold is affordable care. It's not that at all.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Ninety four million send to insurers for people that were dead. Now,
- 4:31Speaker 2: how much of that ninety four million is going to
- 4:33Speaker 2: come back the American taxpayer. I think you know the answer. No,
- 4:36Speaker 2: none of it is coming back. Sixty eight thousand security
- 4:41Speaker 2: numbers used by multiple people to cheat the system. Huge
- 4:46Speaker 2: amounts paid to insurance companies, which are the top donors
- 4:50Speaker 2: to Democrats in Congress for countless thousands of people who
- 4:55Speaker 2: literally don't exist. The question is would anybody go to
- 4:59Speaker 2: jail because of the billions and billions in fraud? The
- 5:03Speaker 2: answer I think you know now is no, that is
- 5:07Speaker 2: not going to happen. We are not going to get
- 5:09Speaker 2: our money back. So how do we now move forward?
- 5:14Speaker 2: Number One, We've got to make sure that people understand
- 5:16Speaker 2: just how unaffordable the Affordable Care Act is. Democrats have
- 5:21Speaker 2: misled hardworking Americans and claim that the Affordable Care Act
- 5:25Speaker 2: with lower health care premiums when their law was enacted.
- 5:29Speaker 2: What has happened since then? Premiums have skyrocketed. Since twenty fourteen,
- 5:35Speaker 2: premium costs on the ACA exchanges have risen nearly two
- 5:40Speaker 2: times faster than employer coverage. Why because they know the
- 5:46Speaker 2: government money's there for the taking. It has also been
- 5:50Speaker 2: more than three times faster than inflation. How do they
- 5:54Speaker 2: get away with it when it's government dollars tax dollars.
- 5:58Speaker 2: There is no real metric to business or to saying
- 6:02Speaker 2: no again, the insurance companies know who to pay, that's
- 6:05Speaker 2: the Democratic Party who then protects them and their record earnings.
- 6:10Speaker 2: It is without question that the Unaffordable Care Act has
- 6:13Speaker 2: failed the American people. And now Republicans are having to
- 6:17Speaker 2: deal with the fallout and trying to fix it. What
- 6:20Speaker 2: we know is the Affordable Care Act is anything but affordable.
- 6:24Speaker 2: In fact, it's already a disaster, and without the government subsidies,
- 6:27Speaker 2: nobody could afford it. But this is where we are
- 6:30Speaker 2: with the Democratic Party now. Constantly they lie and they
- 6:35Speaker 2: try to tell you that the Affordable Care Act is working,
- 6:39Speaker 2: that it is something you should be proud of. Well,
- 6:41Speaker 2: House Republicans have introduced a bill to lower healthcare premiums
- 6:46Speaker 2: for all Americans. Here's more of what Speaker Johnson had
- 6:50Speaker 2: to say about that.
- 6:51Speaker 3: We're very close and we're delighted to present this and
- 6:54Speaker 3: put it through the House next week. Here's the important thing.
- 6:57Speaker 3: You said it very well, Laura. The Democrats America's healthcare
- 7:01Speaker 3: system fifteen years ago when they came out with that
- 7:03Speaker 3: Obamacare proposal, the Unaffordable Care Act, it did exactly the
- 7:07Speaker 3: opposite of every single thing they promised. Premiums have skyrocketed
- 7:11Speaker 3: in some categories up to seventy or ninety percent in
- 7:14Speaker 3: the last fifteen years. They will continue to skyrocket. So
- 7:17Speaker 3: the Democrats proposal right now is subsidize it further. They
- 7:21Speaker 3: want the American tax payer to give billions of dollars
- 7:24Speaker 3: to insurance companies in a program that is just riddled
- 7:27Speaker 3: with fraud, waste abuse. We're not going to do that.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Republicans are bringing common sense solutions. We are bringing solutions
- 7:33Speaker 3: forward that will actually lower the premiums for all Americans.
- 7:37Speaker 3: It's long overdue, and we've got some great ideas to
- 7:38Speaker 3: do it.
- 7:39Speaker 2: You listen to the fix there from the Speaker, and
- 7:42Speaker 2: he's right, there has to be a fix. When you
- 7:44Speaker 2: have a system that is paying huge amounts to insurance
- 7:47Speaker 2: companies for countless thousands of people who don't exist. It's
- 7:51Speaker 2: a problem and you may ask yourself, how to the
- 7:54Speaker 2: insurance companies even allow this to happen. Well, if someone
- 7:58Speaker 2: doesn't exist, isn't that literally the best possible person that
- 8:02Speaker 2: you could ensure. In fact, you could also argue that
- 8:05Speaker 2: the insurance companies have actual incentives to take money.
- 8:09Speaker 1: From the government for people that don't exist.
- 8:12Speaker 2: That's why this undercover investigation in rolling twenty three out
- 8:16Speaker 2: of twenty four fictional applicants for subsidized health insurance plans
- 8:20Speaker 2: for the ACA exchanges should make everyone angry. I don't
- 8:24Speaker 2: care if you're a Republican or a Democrat, they also
- 8:28Speaker 2: know and they've been warned of these significant vulnerabilities and
- 8:32Speaker 2: lacks anti fraud protections. The report actually suggests that there
- 8:37Speaker 2: could be widespread fraud in multiple areas of the country
- 8:40Speaker 2: where this is being exploited. You also have to go
- 8:44Speaker 2: back to the other client of the insurance company, which
- 8:47Speaker 2: is the best client you'll ever have ninety four million
- 8:50Speaker 2: sent to insurers for those who are dead. Now, if
- 8:54Speaker 2: you're an insurance company, what is cheaper and what is
- 8:57Speaker 2: more guaranteed to your bottom line than premiums being paid
- 9:00Speaker 2: on a human being that's dead. You don't have to
- 9:02Speaker 2: ever worry about a claim. Why would you tell the
- 9:04Speaker 2: government or try to stop that type of fraud when
- 9:07Speaker 2: it's ninety four million literally directly to your bottom line.
- 9:12Speaker 2: The GOA report finding that more than the ninety four
- 9:15Speaker 2: million were sent directly the insurance companies on behalf of
- 9:19Speaker 2: individuals that are dead. These are what you would describe
- 9:22Speaker 2: as fraudulent payments involved using dead peoples, so security numbers
- 9:28Speaker 2: and other information to then get the payouts. Now House
- 9:34Speaker 2: Budget GOP saying it is important that we note the
- 9:38Speaker 2: issue is improper government payments and improper government payments to
- 9:43Speaker 2: our very good friends over at the insurance companies, their
- 9:47Speaker 2: premiums have skyrocketed. Programs like Medicaid and even COVID nineteen
- 9:52Speaker 2: stimulus checks are another example of the waste, fraud, and abuse.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Every government program seems to be covered up with people
- 9:59Speaker 2: that are taking advantage of it, people that are dead,
- 10:02Speaker 2: people that should never get the benefits, who are getting
- 10:06Speaker 2: the benefits, which is where the Trump administration comes in.
- 10:10Speaker 2: What the Trump administration is now said is the government
- 10:13Speaker 2: is working on these solutions, such as using the Social
- 10:16Speaker 2: Security Administration's Death Master File to identify and stop such
- 10:21Speaker 2: fraudulent payments. And what are Democrats saying about that? They're
- 10:26Speaker 2: not advocating for it. They're fighting literally against it, tooth
- 10:30Speaker 2: and nail because they want the money to keep flowing
- 10:33Speaker 2: to their biggest donors, the healthcare insurance industry. Operation Overlord

- 11:38Speaker 2: my Heart Media. An alarm was sounded last year during
- 11:42Speaker 2: the presidential election, and it's one that the Trump administration
- 11:46Speaker 2: is trying to fix right now. It deals with the
- 11:49Speaker 2: unaffordability of housing. And it's a sad statistic, but now
- 11:54Speaker 2: many Americans up until their forties can't afford the American
- 11:58Speaker 2: dream to a home. Much of that is caused because
- 12:03Speaker 2: of lower end housing and the price for it has
- 12:06Speaker 2: skyrocketed because of the massive influx of illegal immigrants coming
- 12:11Speaker 2: into this country. Even during the government shutdown, the US
- 12:15Speaker 2: Treasury Secretary of Scott descent had this to say about housing,
- 12:20Speaker 2: the tariffs and how expensive has gotten for Americans to survive.
- 12:24Speaker 4: Jerome Powell yesterday kind of threw some cold water. It
- 12:29Speaker 4: seems it came across to a lot of people, including yours,
- 12:31Speaker 4: truly throw cold water on the Asian trip by saying
- 12:36Speaker 4: basically that the rate cut in December wasn't a foregone conclusion.
- 12:40Speaker 4: Your reaction to Powell's decision to give those remarks yesterday.
- 12:46Speaker 5: Look, I think as endemic of a FED that has
- 12:50Speaker 5: been completely wrong, whether it's on tariffs or the economy.
- 12:57Speaker 5: They started cutting rates. I think that we should be
- 13:02Speaker 5: in a cycle here. And I'm not sure what the
- 13:08Speaker 5: problem is with the voters last year. They voted for
- 13:13Speaker 5: the massive fifty point or fifty basis point rape cut
- 13:17Speaker 5: in September before the election in November, clearly very political
- 13:22Speaker 5: than two rate cuts after that, and the labor market
- 13:28Speaker 5: was in better better shape than the inflation levels were
- 13:33Speaker 5: the same. So you know, I'm afraid that the Board
- 13:37Speaker 5: may be playing politics here. And what's really discouraging is
- 13:43Speaker 5: we were starting to see signs of a nascent recovery
- 13:46Speaker 5: in the housing market. Housing market is obviously the most
- 13:50Speaker 5: interest rate sensitive sector of the economy. Americans have been
- 13:54Speaker 5: pushed out of affordability in the housing market and this
- 13:59Speaker 5: isn't helpful what the Fed's doing here. And when I look,
- 14:04Speaker 5: rents are down and that's one of the biggest components
- 14:07Speaker 5: of inflation. So it's like they want to have a
- 14:10Speaker 5: nation of renters and not owners.
- 14:12Speaker 2: It's almost like they don't want them to buy a home.
- 14:17Speaker 2: That really does seem to be the plan of the
- 14:20Speaker 2: Democratic Party and it's incredibly frustrating. But the good news
- 14:26Speaker 2: is the policies of this administration are bringing news to
- 14:30Speaker 2: many Americans that have been forced into renting. The Treasury
- 14:34Speaker 2: Secretary announcing today that mass deportations, including self deportations in
- 14:40Speaker 2: the millions now, are bringing rents down for working class Americans.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Treasury Secretary Scott Besson saying President Trump's mass deportation agenda
- 14:51Speaker 2: is doing exactly what he said it was going to do.
- 14:54Speaker 2: It was going to bring down the costs for working
- 14:57Speaker 2: in lower and middle class Americans. Last month, for example,
- 15:01Speaker 2: and this is the data that matters, apartment rents finally
- 15:05Speaker 2: fell one point one percent compared to the same time
- 15:09Speaker 2: last year, and they have dropped five point two percent
- 15:12Speaker 2: compared to the same period in twenty twenty two, when
- 15:16Speaker 2: rents had peaked in this country. During an interview on
- 15:20Speaker 2: Fox Business Channel, Treasury Secretary credit the deportations for helping
- 15:25Speaker 2: drive down rents and pointing to a recent study by
- 15:28Speaker 2: the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania which found
- 15:32Speaker 2: a deep correlation between immigration and housing costs.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Quote, rents are down.
- 15:39Speaker 2: You know the story that the Biden administration doesn't want
- 15:42Speaker 2: to talk about the mass, unfettered immigration that pushed up rents,
- 15:47Speaker 2: especially for working Americans. Here's more of what he had
- 15:51Speaker 2: to say on Fox Business Channel with Maria Bartiromo.
- 15:54Speaker 6: How do you explain this new stress that we're talking
- 15:58Speaker 6: about that keeps showing up in all the holes that
- 16:00Speaker 6: people are stressed about housing, stressed about the cost of food.
- 16:04Speaker 6: What is the administration's plan to rain in the cost
- 16:07Speaker 6: of food and housing.
- 16:08Speaker 5: Well, Maria, people should be stressed because it's Biden inflation.
- 16:12Speaker 5: As I said, it was worst inflation in fifty years.
- 16:16Speaker 5: And stratigis the brokerage firm who you know well had
- 16:21Speaker 5: something Jason Trinner had something called the common Man Index,
- 16:24Speaker 5: which was working Americans. So the accumulated CPI during the
- 16:29Speaker 5: Biden years called it twenty one twenty two percent. For
- 16:33Speaker 5: working Americans it was thirty five. And that thirty five
- 16:37Speaker 5: was just a wipeout because those groceries, insurance, rent and
- 16:42Speaker 5: the auto and we are bringing that down. So in energy,
- 16:47Speaker 5: which leads everything is coming down. Energy goes into grocery prices.
- 16:52Speaker 5: So affordability has two components. So just like with the deficit,
- 16:59Speaker 5: with the deficit, there are two parts to it. They're
- 17:01Speaker 5: constrained spending and then upping revenues, which is what we're doing,
- 17:06Speaker 5: which is why we had this several hundred billion dollar
- 17:10Speaker 5: contraction with affordability. I suspect that we are going to
- 17:15Speaker 5: see a substantial drop in inflation the first six months
- 17:19Speaker 5: and next year. Rents are down. The story that the
- 17:22Speaker 5: Biden administration doesn't want to talk about the mass unfettered immigration.
- 17:27Speaker 5: They have pushed up rents, especially for working Americans. There's
- 17:31Speaker 5: a recent study out from Wharton School that shows every
- 17:35Speaker 5: one percent increase in population, rents one up one percent.
- 17:39Speaker 5: So President Trump, by the enforcing the border sending home
- 17:44Speaker 5: more than two million illegals rents. We're now seeing D
- 17:49Speaker 5: and C rents coming down substantially. I think that that
- 17:52Speaker 5: will continue this for the rest of the year. We
- 17:55Speaker 5: brought interest rates down, so we've seen more mortgage rates down,
- 18:00Speaker 5: and I think everything else will follow that.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Now the Treasury Secretary isn't the only one talking about
- 18:06Speaker 2: exactly the problem with affordability.
- 18:08Speaker 1: The Vice President JD.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Vance hitting the road talking about this exact issue, and
- 18:13Speaker 2: what he halso I had to say is about how
- 18:15Speaker 2: many young people are now being left behind because the
- 18:18Speaker 2: Biden administration policies, and they're stopping it now.
- 18:22Speaker 7: I know that there are a lot of people out
- 18:24Speaker 7: there Sean who are saying things are expensive, and we
- 18:27Speaker 7: have to remember they're expensive because we inherited this terrible
- 18:31Speaker 7: inflation crisis from the Biden administration. But you've already seen
- 18:35Speaker 7: signs that things are getting better. The price of eggs
- 18:38Speaker 7: has gone way down, the price of energy has gone
- 18:41Speaker 7: way down, the price of gasoline has gone way down.
- 18:44Speaker 7: And as we know, when the price of energy goes down,
- 18:48Speaker 7: that starts to filter out into the entire economy. But
- 18:50Speaker 7: that also takes a little bit of time. There's another
- 18:53Speaker 7: component of this Sewan, which to me is maybe the
- 18:55Speaker 7: most important because I care so much about our young
- 18:57Speaker 7: people being able to afford a good life. A lot
- 18:59Speaker 7: of young people are saying housing is way too expensive.
- 19:04Speaker 8: Why is that?
- 19:05Speaker 7: Because we flooded the country with thirty million illegal immigrants
- 19:09Speaker 7: who were taking houses that ought by right go to
- 19:11Speaker 7: American citizens. And at the same time, we weren't building
- 19:14Speaker 7: enough new houses to begin with, even.
- 19:16Speaker 8: For the population that we had. So what we're doing
- 19:19Speaker 8: is trying to make it easier to build houses.
- 19:22Speaker 7: Trying to make it easier to build factories and things
- 19:24Speaker 7: like that.
- 19:24Speaker 8: So that people have good jobs.
- 19:26Speaker 7: We're also getting all of those illegal aliens out of
- 19:29Speaker 7: our country, and you're already seeing it start to pay
- 19:32Speaker 7: some dividends.
- 19:33Speaker 2: You're already seeing it start to pay some dividends. Which
- 19:36Speaker 2: brings me to jd Vance taking a very blunt job
- 19:40Speaker 2: at President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party laying out
- 19:44Speaker 2: the Trump administration's plan for the economy in twenty twenty six.
- 19:50Speaker 7: If you go back to the four years of the
- 19:52Speaker 7: Biden administration, why did housing get so expensive double in
- 19:56Speaker 7: price during the Biden administration, It's because Joe Biden let
- 20:00Speaker 7: in twenty million illegal immigrants who took homes that ought
- 20:04Speaker 7: by right go to American citizens and to the people
- 20:07Speaker 7: of this great state. We talk about why did healthcare
- 20:14Speaker 7: get so unaffordable during the Biden administration, It's because Joe
- 20:18Speaker 7: Biden allowed prescription drug companies to take advantage of this country.
- 20:24Speaker 2: So there it is jd Vance saying housing got expensive. Yeah,
- 20:30Speaker 2: double the price during the Biden administration. Joe Biden let
- 20:34Speaker 2: in twenty million illegal immigrants, you were competing with them
- 20:37Speaker 2: for housing. Now we find out about other fraud with
- 20:41Speaker 2: the Affordable Care Act, money going to Somalia, going to
- 20:45Speaker 2: terrace in states where there's waste, fraud, and abuse. And
- 20:49Speaker 2: this is exactly why he was out there today making
- 20:53Speaker 2: it clear that if you're an illegal immigrant, we're coming
- 20:56Speaker 2: for you, and American citizens are going to be put
- 20:59Speaker 2: back at the front of the line. New files are
- 21:03Speaker 2: revealing this morning that the Department of Justice and the
- 21:07Speaker 2: FBI did not have cause to raid mar A Lago.
- 21:13Speaker 1: That coming now.
- 21:14Speaker 2: From shocking information that has been released by Senator Chuck Grassley.
- 21:19Speaker 2: The newly released emails and records that were made public
- 21:23Speaker 2: show that FBI officials internally in writing where questioned whether
- 21:28Speaker 2: they had probable causes seek a search warrant for mar Lago.
- 21:32Speaker 2: In August of twenty twenty two, emails state that the
- 21:36Speaker 2: FBI's own Washington Field office did not believe the evidence
- 21:41Speaker 2: established probable cause for a raid at that time. Despite
- 21:46Speaker 2: these written doubts, in writing, the Department of Justice leadership
- 21:51Speaker 2: said screw it, We're going to move forward anyway and
- 21:55Speaker 2: obtained a warrant from a federal magistrate judge. One senior
- 22:00Speaker 2: FBI agent reportedly said the effort to build probable cause
- 22:05Speaker 2: was time consuming, quote unquote, and not productive without additional evidence.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Grassly characterize the disclosures as a miscarriage of justice and
- 22:17Speaker 2: claim the Biden DOJ push forward despite internal resistance based
- 22:24Speaker 2: on the facts. Now, these internal emails were not previously public,
- 22:30Speaker 2: and they contradict past public assertions about the confidence levels
- 22:35Speaker 2: before the raid on the former president's home. It's important
- 22:39Speaker 2: to note that the FBI's public stance was that a
- 22:42Speaker 2: judge found probable cause even though they didn't believe it
- 22:45Speaker 2: was there, and authorize the warrant. That is something democrats
- 22:50Speaker 2: are pointing to right now to try to save themselves. Now,
- 22:53Speaker 2: let me also remind you about what happened during that
- 22:56Speaker 2: raid when there's no evidence, What do you have to
- 23:00Speaker 2: do when you're raiding someone tome if you want to
- 23:03Speaker 2: go after them? And why did they raid? We all
- 23:06Speaker 2: know the reason why the FBI raided the DOJ. They
- 23:10Speaker 2: were trying to make sure that Donald Trump never made
- 23:12Speaker 2: it back to the White House. Let me remind you
- 23:15Speaker 2: what now, CIA Director John Radcliffe had to say about
- 23:19Speaker 2: this quite some time ago after the raid happened.
- 23:22Speaker 8: Yeah, so that famous photograph.
- 23:24Speaker 7: What we have now learned and the government has had
- 23:26Speaker 7: Jacksmith and his prosecutors have had to admit that that
- 23:29Speaker 7: was staged. And those top secret classified sheets that all
- 23:33Speaker 7: the public songs said, Oh my god, look at those
- 23:35Speaker 7: top secret documents. Those were placed there by the FBI.
- 23:38Speaker 7: And what Jacksmith admitted in court this week was that,
- 23:41Speaker 7: in his word, they mishandled the classified documents and misrepresented
- 23:47Speaker 7: those to the court. Maria, that's a kind way of saying,
- 23:49Speaker 7: we tampered with the evidence. Then we lied to the
- 23:52Speaker 7: court about it, and they got caught when President Trump's
- 23:54Speaker 7: lawyers and the other co defendants raised this issue and said, look,
- 23:57Speaker 7: the documents here don't match up. The document that were
- 24:00Speaker 7: presented to us don't match the digitally scanned records of
- 24:04Speaker 7: when they were taken from mar A Lago, and jack
- 24:06Speaker 7: Smith not only did they tamper with that and lie
- 24:09Speaker 7: to the court about it, but he's now admitted to
- 24:11Speaker 7: the court that he doesn't know how that happened. He's
- 24:13Speaker 7: only offered a number of possible explanations for how that
- 24:17Speaker 7: could have happened. So he's absolutely blown the chain of custody.
- 24:20Speaker 7: And again he has a prosecutor lead prosecutor in this case,
- 24:23Speaker 7: Jay Bratt, who met with White House counsel and a
- 24:26Speaker 7: representative of the National Archives in several times in the
- 24:30Speaker 7: weeks before Jack Smith was even appointed. This reeks of
- 24:33Speaker 7: crossfire hurricane when the Biden when the Obama Biden administration
- 24:38Speaker 7: fabricated evidence before the Piza Court, lied to the court
- 24:41Speaker 7: about it to pursue Donald Trump, and now we're seeing
- 24:43Speaker 7: it again in this classified documents case.
- 24:47Speaker 2: So not only was this thing crooked from the beginning
- 24:50Speaker 2: and fabricated out of thin air, we also now know
- 24:54Speaker 2: that those men and women at the FBI and the
- 24:57Speaker 2: DOJ that were on the ground said there is no
- 25:00Speaker 2: thing there, there's no probable cause, and so that's where
- 25:04Speaker 2: the politics and the corruption of the Biden regime comes in.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Let me remind you of what the Attorney General Merrick
- 25:11Speaker 2: Garland had to say as he went on TV before
- 25:15Speaker 2: the election, of course, delivering his remarks on the search
- 25:19Speaker 2: warrant executed at President Trump's mar Lago resident And what
- 25:24Speaker 2: did he say? And again put this in perspective, it's
- 25:27Speaker 2: now coming out the FBI warned the Biden administration that
- 25:31Speaker 2: there was not probable cause to raid mar Lago and
- 25:36Speaker 2: they rated President Trump anyway. So who made that decision, Well,
- 25:42Speaker 2: we know exactly who it was. It was Merrick Garland.
- 25:45Speaker 2: How do we know it because he said it.
- 25:48Speaker 9: There are, however, certain points I want you to know. First,
- 25:53Speaker 9: I personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant
- 25:57Speaker 9: in this matter. The department does not take such a
- 26:02Speaker 9: decision lately.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Which brings us back to the issue of accountability. If
- 26:08Speaker 2: you look at the FBI doubting problem cause for Malago raid,
- 26:13Speaker 2: then push forward because the man in charge, Merrick Garland,
- 26:17Speaker 2: says I'm telling you you're going to do it.
- 26:20Speaker 1: I'm personally authorizing it.
- 26:23Speaker 2: And then you have emails showing that this is a
- 26:27Speaker 2: massive massive, massive problem and they're telling you don't do it,
- 26:33Speaker 2: then how is there not accountability? And let's just talk
- 26:37Speaker 2: a little bit more about accountability. We're now getting reporting
- 26:41Speaker 2: from Fox News Digital that they're saying the FBI not
- 26:44Speaker 2: only do they not believe they had problem cause to
- 26:46Speaker 2: raid President Donald Trump's Marlago home in twenty twenty two,
- 26:49Speaker 2: but they move forward amid pressure directly from the Biden
- 26:53Speaker 2: Justice Department, with an official saying he didn't give a
- 26:56Speaker 2: damn quote unquote about the optics of the serch. Now
- 27:00Speaker 2: this is all coming from these newly declassified documents. Fox
- 27:04Speaker 2: News Digital revealed emails between the FBI and the Justice
- 27:07Speaker 2: Department officials in the months leading up to the August
- 27:09Speaker 2: twenty twenty two raid of the president home, with FBI
- 27:13Speaker 2: officials expressing grave concerns about a lack of probable cause
- 27:18Speaker 2: to execute the sirch horrant on then front runner President
- 27:22Speaker 2: Donald Trump and his residence in Palm Beach. Quote very
- 27:26Speaker 2: little has been developed related to who might be culpable
- 27:29Speaker 2: for mishandling the documents, and FBI officials serving as an
- 27:33Speaker 2: assistant Special Agent in charge wrote to another FBI official
- 27:39Speaker 2: from the interviews the who has gathered information suggesting that
- 27:45Speaker 2: there may be additional boxes, presumably of the same type.
- 27:49Speaker 2: As we're sent back to NAR in January at mar Lago,
- 27:54Speaker 2: who has been drafting a search warrant affidavit related to
- 27:57Speaker 2: these potential boxes. But as some concerns that the information
- 28:01Speaker 2: is single source, has not been corroborated and may be dated,
- 28:07Speaker 2: the official continues, again, this is all in writing. Dj
- 28:12Speaker 2: ces opines, however, that the sws meet the problem cause standard.
- 28:18Speaker 2: Then it says this even as we continue down the
- 28:21Speaker 2: path towards a search warrant WFO believes that a reasonable
- 28:26Speaker 2: conversation with the former president attorney they're talking about Donald Trump,
- 28:32Speaker 2: stating that the FBI and the DOJ are reading a
- 28:35Speaker 2: search warrant and have developed information that there are more
- 28:39Speaker 2: documents tomorrow ago ought.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Not to be discounted.
- 28:44Speaker 2: The official road in other words, are saying, don't do this,
- 28:47Speaker 2: don't go rate it. Talk to his lawyers. We can
- 28:51Speaker 2: probably make all this go away. Then it says in
- 28:56Speaker 2: this document this at a minimum, even and if the
- 29:00Speaker 2: former president's attorney is correct, and the documents were all
- 29:04Speaker 2: declassified or believed to be disclassified, it can be reasonably
- 29:09Speaker 2: argued that the documents remain sensitive and should be properly
- 29:13Speaker 2: secured until the matter of classification is sorted out.
- 29:17Speaker 1: The official continued.
- 29:19Speaker 2: This conversation could easily be accomplished at the same time
- 29:25Speaker 2: that the WHO presses forward with the investigation and continues
- 29:29Speaker 2: building out a search warrant. In other words, Hey, you
- 29:32Speaker 2: guys are reacting. You don't want to go raid mar Lago.
- 29:36Speaker 2: There's not probable cause. I'm telling you that this call
- 29:39Speaker 2: can be done through lawyers. This is a mistake. I'm
- 29:42Speaker 2: telling you we don't have what we need to go
- 29:43Speaker 2: in raid mar Lago. And now we understand going back
- 29:46Speaker 2: to Radcliffe, why they were placing these folders out in
- 29:49Speaker 2: the floor and taking pictures.
- 29:50Speaker 1: It was all a setup. We know that. Now now
- 29:54Speaker 1: here's something else is interesting.
- 29:56Speaker 2: Weeks later, an FBI agent writes an email stating this quote,
- 30:02Speaker 2: we haven't generated any new facts, but keep being given
- 30:05Speaker 2: draft after draft after draft. In other words, you're going
- 30:09Speaker 2: to raid this thing. I don't care what you found. Then,
- 30:14Speaker 2: the FBI agent writes this, absent a witness coming forward
- 30:19Speaker 2: with recent information about classified documents on site, at what
- 30:23Speaker 2: point is it fair to.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Table this question? Mark the agent rights.
- 30:30Speaker 2: It is time consuming for the team and not productive
- 30:34Speaker 2: if there are no new facts supporting probable cause. Another
- 30:40Speaker 2: email revealed that the FBI's Washington Field office did not believe,
- 30:45Speaker 2: as has articulated to the DOJ and the CS that
- 30:49Speaker 2: we have established probable cause for the search warrant for
- 30:52Speaker 2: classified records at mar Lago.
- 30:56Speaker 1: Then there's another line. This is what it says.
- 30:59Speaker 2: Quote the DOJ is a pine that they do not
- 31:02Speaker 2: have probable cause, requesting a wide scope including residents office
- 31:07Speaker 2: storage space. Another agent wrote, the FBI believe that a
- 31:12Speaker 2: raid would be counterproductive their words in writing, and suggested alternatives,
- 31:19Speaker 2: less intrusive and likelier quicker options for resolution to reclaim
- 31:24Speaker 2: any potential classified records. The process move forward regardless of
- 31:29Speaker 2: all of these concerns that were put in writing. There's
- 31:33Speaker 2: even another email on August fourth of twenty twenty two,
- 31:36Speaker 2: revealed the plan for the execution of the warrant, saying this,
- 31:41Speaker 2: the FBI intends for the execution of the warrant to
- 31:44Speaker 2: be handled in a professional, low key manner and to
- 31:48Speaker 2: be mindful of the optics of the search and agent rights.
- 31:52Speaker 2: The agent quotes then Deputy Assistant Attorney General in a meeting, saying, quote,
- 31:57Speaker 2: since we heard mister Tuskas say yesterday in the call
- 32:02Speaker 2: that he quote frankly doesn't give a damn about the optics,
- 32:05Speaker 2: and mister Brad has already built a antagonistic relationship with
- 32:10Speaker 2: Trump attorneys, I think it is more than fair to
- 32:13Speaker 2: say that the DOJ contact with Trump attorneys just prior
- 32:18Speaker 2: to the execution of the warrant will not go well.
- 32:22Speaker 2: DOJ said as much yesterday. The agent writes, it also
- 32:27Speaker 2: thinks that it is fair to say that if FBI calls,
- 32:30Speaker 2: having in mind officers safety to the optics of the search,
- 32:34Speaker 2: and the desire to conduct the search in a professional
- 32:37Speaker 2: and low key manner, there is a far better chance
- 32:40Speaker 2: that the execution will go more smoothly and we may
- 32:44Speaker 2: actually gain some measure of cooperation which could go some
- 32:48Speaker 2: way to resolving the mishandling of classified records and the
- 32:52Speaker 2: investigation that is being conducted. The agent added, I understand
- 32:57Speaker 2: that this request may not go well at DOJ. However,
- 33:02Speaker 2: it is the FBI serving and executing the search, and
- 33:05Speaker 2: it will be our personnel who will have to deal
- 33:08Speaker 2: with the reaction to that first contact. So what happened
- 33:13Speaker 2: the FBI rated mar Lago execute the sirch Horns as
- 33:18Speaker 2: part of the investigation into alleged improper retention of classified
- 33:22Speaker 2: records that they and writing said, there's no probable cause
- 33:26Speaker 2: for this, and why do they do it? For one reason,
- 33:30Speaker 2: because the Biden administration weaponized the government to try to
- 33:34Speaker 2: take out their political opponent and put in jail the
- 33:38Speaker 2: sitting president now of the United States of America, a
- 33:42Speaker 2: guy by the name of Donald Trump. Don't forget to
