- 0:00Speaker 1: You knew Joe Biden was going to come after your guns.
- 0:03Speaker 1: The difference between Joe Biden and even Barack Obama is
- 0:07Speaker 1: Joe Biden has decided I'll come after your guns without
- 0:09Speaker 1: passing any legislation at all. At least Barack Obama understood
- 0:14Speaker 1: that you have to pass laws. Joe Biden says, the
- 0:17Speaker 1: hell with that. We'll do whatever we want to do
- 0:19Speaker 1: through executive order, through executive action, through signing a piece
- 0:23Speaker 1: of paper that was passed by no one. And that
- 0:26Speaker 1: is exactly what Joe Biden is now doing. Two. Our
- 0:30Speaker 1: right to bear arms, which, by the way, says in
- 0:32Speaker 1: the Constitution shall not be in fringe. So forget what
- 0:37Speaker 1: he says. Let me tell you what he's actually doing.
- 0:41Speaker 1: All right, This is what matters. What is he actually doing,
- 0:45Speaker 1: not what he's selling. What he's actually doing. Biden announcing
- 0:49Speaker 1: these gun control measures is basically coming out and saying
- 0:55Speaker 1: two different things that you need to understand. One, we
- 0:58Speaker 1: don't have the votes needed to pass actual gun control
- 1:01Speaker 1: laws in the Senate or the House specifically, probably more
- 1:05Speaker 1: the Senate. So I'm going to tell you what needs
- 1:09Speaker 1: to be done since they won't do it. The President
- 1:13Speaker 1: has several initiatives that he says he's going to achieve
- 1:18Speaker 1: through a mix of executive and legislative action. Biden is
- 1:24Speaker 1: now calling on the Department of Justice to issue proposed
- 1:28Speaker 1: rules to stop the proliferation of so called ghost guns
- 1:32Speaker 1: within thirty days. Now. Ghost guns, which is what you're
- 1:36Speaker 1: now supposed to be afraid of, refer to kits and
- 1:38Speaker 1: allow the recipient to assemble the firearm using provided parts.
- 1:44Speaker 1: These guns do not have commercial serial numbers and are
- 1:47Speaker 1: difficult to track. Now, you can do what he's doing here,
- 1:51Speaker 1: and it's not really going to matter that much. And
- 1:53Speaker 1: let me explain why you can build a ghost gun.
- 1:56Speaker 1: It's on the internet. It's not hard to find. It's
- 1:59Speaker 1: very easy. You can do this. And even if you
- 2:03Speaker 1: outlaw it, and many ghost guns are already outlawed, and
- 2:07Speaker 1: they're overlooking of course that and the reality of that
- 2:12Speaker 1: it is illegal for me to build illegal guns, right,
- 2:14Speaker 1: it's a felony to do that. But the President of
- 2:18Speaker 1: the unittens America is going no, no no, no, you don't understand.
- 2:20Speaker 1: I'm going to really make it official now, which is
- 2:23Speaker 1: redundant basically, and this is also about fear mongering. You
- 2:28Speaker 1: implying that there's a bunch of guns out there that
- 2:30Speaker 1: are these ghost guns that will never know about. So
- 2:33Speaker 1: we're gonna outlaw, I'm thinking, and somehow criminals are gonna
- 2:35Speaker 1: stop doing this criminal behavior. They're not. Now, the Justice
- 2:39Speaker 1: Department will be given sixty days, they say, to issue
- 2:42Speaker 1: a separate rule on stabilizing braces, which can turn a
- 2:47Speaker 1: pistol into a more accurate weapon that fires like a rifle.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Let me explain to you why you should be concerned
- 2:55Speaker 1: about this rule from Biden. There are a lot of
- 3:00Speaker 1: people that have handicaps in this country, a lot of
- 3:03Speaker 1: people in this country that are elderly that have the
- 3:06Speaker 1: right to protect and defend themselves, and many of them
- 3:09Speaker 1: use these stabilizing braces so that they can protect and
- 3:13Speaker 1: defend themselves in their homes, especially those that are handicapped,
- 3:16Speaker 1: those that are elderly, those that are weaker, those that
- 3:19Speaker 1: maybe you are fighting cancer and things like that where
- 3:21Speaker 1: they don't have the normal strength or they have immune
- 3:25Speaker 1: issues deficiencies. These stabilizing braces help these people be able
- 3:31Speaker 1: to accurately shoot a weapon and protect themselves. What we're
- 3:36Speaker 1: trying to do through the Biden ruling now and the
- 3:40Speaker 1: Justice Department is say that these are somehow evil. Now,
- 3:42Speaker 1: let's be clear, if you're going to use a stabilizing brace,
- 3:45Speaker 1: you're gonna use it regardless of what the law says.
- 3:49Speaker 1: If you're going to commit Haina's crimes, all you're doing
- 3:52Speaker 1: is taking away the rights of handicapped individuals and people
- 3:55Speaker 1: that need a stabilizing brace to protect and defend themselves.
- 4:00Speaker 1: You're now going to turn them into felons if they
- 4:03Speaker 1: continue to use these braces. Quote. Sixty days will also
- 4:06Speaker 1: be provided for the DOJ to develop model Red Flag legislation.
- 4:12Speaker 1: They would allow friends and family members to identify an
- 4:14Speaker 1: individual as a potential danger, thereby temporarily preventing the person
- 4:19Speaker 1: from accessing a firearm. All of you listening to me
- 4:22Speaker 1: right now should be terrified of this one. This is
- 4:25Speaker 1: the one that concerns me the most. Let me explain
- 4:29Speaker 1: to you why. Let's say that you are going through
- 4:33Speaker 1: a divorce and you want to screw with your soon
- 4:38Speaker 1: to be X. You can turn them in saying they're
- 4:41Speaker 1: unstable and they deserve to have their guns taken away.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Let's say that you are at work and somebody that
- 4:49Speaker 1: works for you or you fire somebody and they really
- 4:51Speaker 1: you know, you're angry and you're hacked off and you
- 4:54Speaker 1: want to get a little bit of revenge and you
- 4:56Speaker 1: know they're a big Second Amendment person. You could call
- 4:58Speaker 1: the police and you could say, I want to report
- 5:01Speaker 1: a red flag on this person who I hate. You
- 5:04Speaker 1: may not even know the person, or you may know
- 5:06Speaker 1: them well and you just want to and you hate them, right.
- 5:08Speaker 1: It could be just flat out bullying. This should concern everybody.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Maybe you're in a family war over an estate and
- 5:16Speaker 1: you want to screw with somebody over the guns in
- 5:18Speaker 1: the estate. You could now red flag one another, the brother,
- 5:21Speaker 1: the sister, the cousin, whatever it is, the aunt uncle
- 5:24Speaker 1: that you hate, and say they shouldn't have these guns
- 5:27Speaker 1: because I believe they're emotionally unstable. This also is another
- 5:31Speaker 1: problem because if you are emotionally unstable, or maybe you
- 5:35Speaker 1: need mental health help, maybe you are bipolar depressant, you're
- 5:43Speaker 1: probably going to be more paranoid to go get help
- 5:46Speaker 1: now because you now know that friends or fake friends,
- 5:49Speaker 1: or ex friends or exes or family members can then
- 5:52Speaker 1: identify you as a potential danger and take away your
- 5:55Speaker 1: right to protect an defend yourself. Now you shouldn't lose
- 5:58Speaker 1: your right to protect an defend yourself because you are depressed.
- 6:02Speaker 1: You shouldn't lose your right to protect defend yourself because
- 6:05Speaker 1: you see mental health. Now, I am okay that if
- 6:10Speaker 1: you are committed against your will by a judge and
- 6:12Speaker 1: a court for you to temporarily lose the ability to
- 6:15Speaker 1: have a firearm or to go purchase a firearm if
- 6:17Speaker 1: you are committed against your will, But if you are
- 6:19Speaker 1: seeking mental health on your own, it should not then
- 6:23Speaker 1: make you more vulnerable to criminals and society. When someone
- 6:29Speaker 1: trives to rape someone, they don't care if you're bipolar.
- 6:35Speaker 1: They don't care if you're depressed, they don't care if
- 6:39Speaker 1: you're manic. When someone kicks in your back door, they
- 6:43Speaker 1: don't check a database to move on to the next house.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Because they know you can't defend yourself because you are depressed,
- 6:49Speaker 1: or you are bipolar, or you have some sort of
- 6:52Speaker 1: PTSD or mental health issue that we need to very
- 6:54Speaker 1: much normalize in this country. They don't do that. So
- 6:59Speaker 1: you should not lose your right to depect and defend
- 7:02Speaker 1: yourself because there's a family member that maybe it's just
- 7:04Speaker 1: anti gun. It could be as simple as that. Maybe
- 7:08Speaker 1: there's a neighbor that doesn't like the new person that
- 7:11Speaker 1: moved in because they have a bunch of guns. Maybe
- 7:13Speaker 1: they disagree with you politically, and so they decide to
- 7:16Speaker 1: screw with you. Because when you do this, you can
- 7:18Speaker 1: do it anonymously. That's a problem. This red Flag executive
- 7:25Speaker 1: order is nothing but in a total abuse of the
- 7:28Speaker 1: power of the president, and he is overstepping it. This
- 7:32Speaker 1: should never be allowed to happen through executive action. Yet
- 7:37Speaker 1: here we are. But I also want to look at
- 7:40Speaker 1: something else that is happening outside of these red flag laws,
- 7:43Speaker 1: and I'll get back to more about those in a minment.
- 7:46Speaker 1: What we've also learned from the Biden administration now is
- 7:49Speaker 1: this Joe Biden has announced not only the executive order
- 7:54Speaker 1: crackdown on guns, but also a new anti gun ATF. Directly,
- 8:01Speaker 1: you should never have a political person in the role
- 8:05Speaker 1: of ATF, and I'm talking about political like pushing a
- 8:07Speaker 1: political agenda. You should have someone that is non political
- 8:11Speaker 1: as the ATF director, that understands the law of the
- 8:14Speaker 1: land and the Constitution. Well, that's just been scrapped and
- 8:19Speaker 1: everybody should be paying attention to this new ATF director,
- 8:22Speaker 1: and the media is not covering this, Democrat President Joe
- 8:26Speaker 1: Biden also announced something that went like totally unnoticed that
- 8:31Speaker 1: there is a new far left individual, a new director
- 8:36Speaker 1: of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco on Firearms who actually
- 8:39Speaker 1: is coming from an anti Second Amendment lobbyist group. In
- 8:45Speaker 1: a statement, the administration outlined the following initial actions in
- 8:50Speaker 1: his new attack on gun rights. Number one, the Just
- 8:53Speaker 1: Department within thirty days will issue that proposed rule to
- 8:55Speaker 1: help stop the proliferation of ghost guns. Number two, the
- 8:59Speaker 1: Just Department of sixty days, which she proposed rules to
- 9:02Speaker 1: make clear when a device marked as a stabilizing effectively
- 9:06Speaker 1: turns a pistol into a short barrel rifle subject to
- 9:09Speaker 1: the requirements of the National Firearms Act. So you're gonna
- 9:13Speaker 1: hurt people, by the way, that are handicapped that need
- 9:15Speaker 1: a stabilizing brace more than anybody else. Number Three, the
- 9:18Speaker 1: Just Department than sixty days will publish model red flag
- 9:22Speaker 1: legislation for states that is also extremely concerning. All of
- 9:28Speaker 1: that is right, but there's even more to this. The
- 9:31Speaker 1: portion of the statement that mentions the stabilizing brace is
- 9:35Speaker 1: a reference to Arnak pistols, which have barrels that are
- 9:40Speaker 1: shorter than the minimum sixteen inches required by the NFA
- 9:45Speaker 1: National Firearms Act. The statement said the pistols when an
- 9:49Speaker 1: arm brace are concealable quote unquote, which doesn't really mean
- 9:54Speaker 1: anything legally speaking, and is also laughable to most gun owners,
- 9:57Speaker 1: since ar pistols are more than two two feet long.
- 10:02Speaker 1: If you're trying to conceal a weapon, it's probably going
- 10:04Speaker 1: to be smaller than two feet long. The claim that
- 10:08Speaker 1: weapons with a pistol brace will be quote subject to
- 10:11Speaker 1: the requirements of the National Firearms Act means that gun
- 10:14Speaker 1: owners will likely be forced now through this new initiative
- 10:18Speaker 1: and this anti gun ATF director, to pay a two
- 10:23Speaker 1: hundred dollars tax stamp on those firearms, which essentially amounts
- 10:28Speaker 1: to taxing a group of people who are serious Second
- 10:32Speaker 1: Amendment advocates and are largely opponents of Biden and his policies.
- 10:36Speaker 1: That's why he's doing this r executive action. We're going
- 10:40Speaker 1: to tax you to a point where maybe you can't
- 10:42Speaker 1: afford the guns you currently own. That's what they're trying
- 10:45Speaker 1: to do with this ruling. The statement said that the
- 10:49Speaker 1: administration was quote investing in evidence based community violence intervention
- 10:55Speaker 1: in urban communities, turning this into a racial issue. It's
- 10:59Speaker 1: not to Second Amendment issue. The administration admitted that cities
- 11:04Speaker 1: across the country, which quote are largely run by Democrats,
- 11:08Speaker 1: are seeing a historic spike in homicides, which follow the
- 11:11Speaker 1: push by those Democrats and far left activists to defund
- 11:15Speaker 1: the police. But now they're going to use this rise
- 11:20Speaker 1: in violence across the country and these democratic run cities
- 11:23Speaker 1: that are seeing historic spikes and homicides as the reasoning
- 11:27Speaker 1: to now take away your right to bear arms, which
- 11:31Speaker 1: also brings up the basic question, what makes you think
- 11:34Speaker 1: the criminals are going to give a crap that you
- 11:36Speaker 1: just change the laws. They're not. They're already breaking the laws,
- 11:39Speaker 1: and many of their guns are illegal guns to begin with.
- 11:42Speaker 1: You think they give a crap about you adding more laws?
- 11:44Speaker 1: They don't. This only affects law abiding citizens. And what
- 11:53Speaker 1: you're doing now is you're trying to figure out ways
- 11:55Speaker 1: to arrest and charge law abiding citizens with rhymes so
- 12:01Speaker 1: they'll be afraid, they'll be terrified to go out and
- 12:07Speaker 1: buy weapons, to go out and buy firearms. That's what
- 12:10Speaker 1: you're doing here, That's all you're doing. You're trying to
- 12:15Speaker 1: force law buying cistens into submission so that they won't
- 12:19Speaker 1: buy weapons that you say they shouldn't have, which is
- 12:23Speaker 1: in total violation of our Second Amendment rights that shall
- 12:25Speaker 1: not be in fringe. The President also highway the steps
- 12:29Speaker 1: his administration quote is taking to invest in community violence
- 12:33Speaker 1: and invention and call for the DOJ to issue a
- 12:36Speaker 1: firearms trafficking report. The administration officials said, well, Biden will
- 12:43Speaker 1: make sure that Congress acts. We're gonna do what we
- 12:47Speaker 1: have to do to close the loopholes and the problems
- 12:50Speaker 1: that we have right now, saying, quote, gun violence takes
- 12:52Speaker 1: lives and leaves a lasting legacy of trauma and communities
- 12:55Speaker 1: every single day in this country, even when it's not
- 12:57Speaker 1: on the nightly news. All right, let's talk about hypocrisy
- 13:02Speaker 1: and the laws, because part of what the Biden administration
- 13:04Speaker 1: is also saying is there are too many gun laws
- 13:07Speaker 1: that are not being enforced. And that's part of what
- 13:10Speaker 1: he wants to do with the ATF and what he
- 13:11Speaker 1: wants to do with government officials is now make sure
- 13:14Speaker 1: that these laws are actually followed. All right, Well, let's
- 13:18Speaker 1: follow the laws and see how that works out for
- 13:20Speaker 1: your own family, because I'm pretty sure that your son
- 13:23Speaker 1: lied about drug use in his gun form, which is
- 13:27Speaker 1: a felony to get a gun, and then lost possession
- 13:30Speaker 1: of that gun when his ex sister in law, who
- 13:33Speaker 1: was sleeping with, disposed of that gun and a dumpster.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Dana Last, former spokeswoman for the NRA, last night was
- 13:44Speaker 1: on Fox talking about this. She was on with a
- 13:49Speaker 1: couple other people talking about how absurd it is that
- 13:54Speaker 1: Biden is demanding that these gun laws be used to
- 13:58Speaker 1: crack down on gun illegal gun sales when his own
- 14:03Speaker 1: son lied on a form that should make him a
- 14:05Speaker 1: felon and should go to jail. Game of Circle and
- 14:10Speaker 1: we've got to come to the end of this. Somebody's
- 14:13Speaker 1: got to push back in Washington and hold Hunter Biden
- 14:16Speaker 1: to account. We know he's lying, Dana. I assume you
- 14:20Speaker 1: probably have heard what I've heard as it relates to
- 14:23Speaker 1: what else is on that laptop. Now, if it was
- 14:26Speaker 1: anybody with the last name Trump, we know what the
- 14:29Speaker 1: we know, we would have seen it all by now,
- 14:31Speaker 1: would we not have? No? I think you're right on that, Sean, absolutely,
- 14:35Speaker 1: And yeah, if the last name was Trump on this,
- 14:38Speaker 1: my gosh, there's more here to condemn Hunter Biden and
- 14:41Speaker 1: at least invite response from the administration more so than
- 14:45Speaker 1: there ever was with the witch hunt that was Russian collusion.
- 14:48Speaker 1: I mean the line on the forty four seventy three
- 14:50Speaker 1: you and I would be sitting in a jail cell
- 14:52Speaker 1: paying a five figure fine looking at a ten year sentence, Sean,
- 14:55Speaker 1: and you know that Rick would two. We'd all be
- 14:57Speaker 1: sitting in jail right now if we did what he did.
- 14:59Speaker 1: He was an addict. He was an addict when he
- 15:01Speaker 1: was filling out this form. He was an addict when
- 15:04Speaker 1: he apparently his gun Hailey Biden stole his gun and
- 15:07Speaker 1: deposited it in this very nice gourmet grocery store right
- 15:11Speaker 1: across the street from a school, which is, according to
- 15:14Speaker 1: apparently a current law in that state, considered a Class
- 15:16Speaker 1: B misdemeanor for the manner in which it was deposited.
- 15:19Speaker 1: But Sean, the bigger thing is here is this is
- 15:21Speaker 1: Biden privilege. My gosh, for all of the discussion on
- 15:25Speaker 1: white privilege or privilege period, there is no privilege, Sean,
- 15:29Speaker 1: like progressive privilege. There's no privilege like that Biden privilege.
- 15:33Speaker 1: You can snort parmesan cheese out of your shag carpet
- 15:36Speaker 1: and lose a computer and sign a drop slip for
- 15:39Speaker 1: it and still be taken seriously when you say, I
- 15:41Speaker 1: don't know that may have been mine. You can lie
- 15:43Speaker 1: on a forty four seventy three, and yet you can
- 15:45Speaker 1: still then come out with a book right after your
- 15:47Speaker 1: dad gets into the White House, go on your rehabilitation
- 15:50Speaker 1: tour for your public image. It's that Biden privilege. By
- 15:54Speaker 1: the way, She's right, it is privilege to lie about
- 15:57Speaker 1: drugs in your gun form and still come out with
- 16:00Speaker 1: a book talking about it and not get charge of
- 16:03Speaker 1: the crime. Meanwhile, today Joe Biden saying, we need to
- 16:07Speaker 1: use the laws on the book, and we need to
- 16:09Speaker 1: start enforcing the laws when people lie, and when people
- 16:12Speaker 1: get guns and get and get a gun illegally, we
- 16:15Speaker 1: need to prosecute them. Okay, well, then prosecute your son. Please,
- 16:20Speaker 1: I beg of you. Let's start there. Prosecute your son
- 16:26Speaker 1: for lying on his form about his drug use. You've
- 16:31Speaker 1: got a president that continues to say we must do this.
- 16:36Speaker 1: In fact, his White House communications director, talking about the
- 16:39Speaker 1: executive action on gun says, this is something that Biden
- 16:42Speaker 1: feels so incredibly powerful about that he says, we can't
- 16:46Speaker 1: wait to do it. But he won't even use the
- 16:49Speaker 1: same logic against his own son, lying on his own
- 16:51Speaker 1: form about his drug used to get a gun illegally. Well,
- 16:56Speaker 1: they're all excited though at the White House today this morning,
- 17:00Speaker 1: Wide House Communications director want you to understand how passionate
- 17:03Speaker 1: the President is about protecting Americans from illegal gun purchases
- 17:07Speaker 1: and illegal gun sales and making sure we close loopholes,
- 17:11Speaker 1: the same loopholes as son violated. Actually, he didn't even
- 17:14Speaker 1: violate loophole. He actually broke the law. No one's charging
- 17:19Speaker 1: him with a gun crime. Idea that President Biden said
- 17:22Speaker 1: recently that it is a matter of timing as to
- 17:25Speaker 1: when he passes and looks at gun safety measures when
- 17:28Speaker 1: Congress gets to him. Is that an explicit acknowledgement that
- 17:31Speaker 1: the White House now considers infrastructure, for example, more pressing,
- 17:34Speaker 1: since that's what he's putting his political capital behind. No,
- 17:38Speaker 1: I don't think it's a question of what is more urgent.
- 17:40Speaker 1: I think it's just a question of how you do
- 17:42Speaker 1: many things all at once. And today he's putting forward,
- 17:45Speaker 1: he's making these announcements today about these executive actions that
- 17:49Speaker 1: he can take within his authority as president that are
- 17:52Speaker 1: going to have a real impact on making sure that
- 17:54Speaker 1: our communities are safer. And how does this make our
- 17:56Speaker 1: communities safer. You're only attacking law abiding sizens. That's what
- 18:01Speaker 1: you're doing here. This isn't making our community safer. And
- 18:04Speaker 1: if you want to make our community safer, then maybe
- 18:06Speaker 1: set the example by making sure that your son is
- 18:09Speaker 1: treated appropriately, that he is prosecuted to the fullest extent
- 18:14Speaker 1: of the law for breaking the gun laws in this
- 18:17Speaker 1: country by lying on a federal form, we would make
- 18:19Speaker 1: him a convicted felon. Call me old school. Seriously, call
- 18:26Speaker 1: me old school on this one. I'm fine with that.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Call me old school. You break the law, right, you're
- 18:32Speaker 1: gonna lecture us about this. You're gonna tell me that
- 18:36Speaker 1: I've got to do something otherwise. And if I did this,
- 18:39Speaker 1: I would be prosecuted if I lied about my drug use, right,
- 18:42Speaker 1: if I was some addict out there like he was,
- 18:45Speaker 1: And I have compassion for people that are addicts, I
- 18:46Speaker 1: hope they could help. But if I did this game over,
- 18:50Speaker 1: I'd be in prison. Why isn't the president's son. He's
- 18:54Speaker 1: saying it's an issue of national security, saying this is
- 18:56Speaker 1: the most important thing you can do in his presidency.
- 18:59Speaker 1: He's so passionate about this, all right, be passionate. Be
- 19:05Speaker 1: passionate about this. Please be passionate about it. Don't let
- 19:10Speaker 1: your son off the hook. Make me believe that you
- 19:13Speaker 1: actually aren't full of total crap. Here. I'm listening. I'm waiting,
- 19:17Speaker 1: come on, show me leadership to the White House Communications
- 19:20Speaker 1: Director says, clearly is so important that we're working to
- 19:24Speaker 1: prevent these senseless gun deaths moving forward. So you know,
- 19:28Speaker 1: he's somebody throughout his entire career in public service who
- 19:31Speaker 1: has been incredibly focused on gun reform. You know, he
- 19:34Speaker 1: worked to pass the Brady Bill when he was in
- 19:36Speaker 1: the Senate, he worked to pass the assault weapons ban.
- 19:39Speaker 1: This is something he feels incredibly powerfully about. And so
- 19:42Speaker 1: the actions he's announcing today are the first step. He
- 19:46Speaker 1: would be the first to say it's not enough. He
- 19:48Speaker 1: believes Congress should move on the bipartisan backgrounds background check bills.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Excuse me in front of them. So to recap, you
- 19:58Speaker 1: have a president that feels strong that we need to
- 20:00Speaker 1: enforce the laws that we have on the books, we
- 20:02Speaker 1: need to expand those laws, and we need to go
- 20:04Speaker 1: after people that break our laws. So your son can
- 20:08Speaker 1: lie on a form and say he's not addicted to
- 20:12Speaker 1: drugs and not doing drugs and get a firearm illegally,
- 20:16Speaker 1: which would make him a felon if he was charged,
- 20:20Speaker 1: And he can lose possession of the firearm and have
- 20:23Speaker 1: it dumped in a dumpster, and still nobody gets charged
- 20:27Speaker 1: with a gun crime, while you demand that all of
- 20:29Speaker 1: us get charged with gun crimes if we do the
- 20:31Speaker 1: exact same thing. Hypocrisy, my friends, hypocrisy. And then there's
- 20:38Speaker 1: another point that we also need to look at. Everybody
- 20:43Speaker 1: should be terrified of his new nominee to serve as
- 20:45Speaker 1: the ATF director, Now the ATF director, the director of
- 20:49Speaker 1: the Alcohol, Tobacco on Firearms Enforcement Arm in the United
- 20:54Speaker 1: States government is not supposed to be what you refer
- 20:58Speaker 1: to as a political appointee. It's supposed to be someone
- 21:01Speaker 1: that looks at their job as enforcing the law of
- 21:04Speaker 1: the land, not advocating for political opinions. Their job is
- 21:12Speaker 1: not to be a politician or to be an activist.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Maybe the best word I can use, well, guess what
- 21:20Speaker 1: we've got an activist that has now been put in
- 21:22Speaker 1: that position or nominated for that position. An activist that's
- 21:26Speaker 1: so much of an activist, David Chipman, that now he
- 21:30Speaker 1: has locked his Twitter account and it looks like he apparently,
- 21:34Speaker 1: based on online archives, has it deleted well over one
- 21:39Speaker 1: thousand tweets that were anti gun. This guy is not
- 21:44Speaker 1: just an anti gun individual, He's actually someone that worked
- 21:47Speaker 1: for one of the top two anti gun groups in America.
- 21:51Speaker 1: There are two main anti gun groups in this country.
- 21:55Speaker 1: One is the Brady Campaign. There's another that's kind of
- 21:59Speaker 1: under that, like Mothers Against Gun Violence. That's another one,
- 22:03Speaker 1: but they're really connect to the Brady Campaign. And then
- 22:05Speaker 1: there's another one that's the Gifford's campaign. You may remember
- 22:10Speaker 1: Congresswoman Giffords who was shot in Colorado. She was outside
- 22:15Speaker 1: a grocery store doing an event she got shot. You'll
- 22:17Speaker 1: remember that I have no problem with her being anti gun.
- 22:20Speaker 1: That's her right. Her husband has the right to be
- 22:22Speaker 1: anti gun. That's why you know a freedom. Freedom is
- 22:25Speaker 1: alive and well in this country. We can disagree. What
- 22:29Speaker 1: I have a problem with is taking an individual that
- 22:31Speaker 1: worked for them, who's clearly anti gun, a fierce advocate
- 22:36Speaker 1: for gun control, and then sticking him as the director
- 22:40Speaker 1: of the ATF. He's so anti gun that he even
- 22:43Speaker 1: knows he's got to lock his Twitter account so people
- 22:46Speaker 1: cannot see what he has stated publicly, and now he's
- 22:49Speaker 1: deleted over a thousand tweets what we know from archives,
- 22:52Speaker 1: because he's such an anti gun nut that he knows
- 22:55Speaker 1: he'll never get this job if everybody's able to see
- 22:57Speaker 1: what he's actually, what he's actually said, what he's actual
- 23:00Speaker 1: he tweeted publicly, and what he believes in. This is
- 23:04Speaker 1: nothing more than an assault on law abiding citizens. Biden's
- 23:09Speaker 1: new actions also go contrary to his pledge to unite
- 23:14Speaker 1: this country. You're assaulting tens of millions of keyword law
- 23:18Speaker 1: abiding gun owners and taking away our freedoms. Assaulting our freedoms.
- 23:25Speaker 1: The administration also renewed their calls as Biden called for
- 23:29Speaker 1: banning so called assault weapons, which is nothing more than
- 23:33Speaker 1: a made up term to terrify people in this country.
- 23:38Speaker 1: What is it a quote assault weapon? It is a
- 23:40Speaker 1: semi automatic long gun. It's essentially functions the same way
- 23:44Speaker 1: as a pistol, meaning that a shot is fired every
- 23:47Speaker 1: time you pull the trigger manually. The administration also again
- 23:52Speaker 1: called for Congress to repeal gun manufactures immunity from liability.
- 23:59Speaker 1: That's a latent attempt to bankrupt the gun industry so
- 24:02Speaker 1: that no one can afford to sell a gun in
- 24:03Speaker 1: this country. Let me explain to you how terrifying this
- 24:07Speaker 1: rule is. If you take away the immunity from liability
- 24:12Speaker 1: from gun manufactures, every single time someone shot with a gun,
- 24:16Speaker 1: they know what gun did it. The person who is
- 24:18Speaker 1: shot will sue the gun manufacturer. At some point, guns
- 24:21Speaker 1: will become so expensive that no one can afford them
- 24:23Speaker 1: because the liability that they have with that gun. I'll
- 24:27Speaker 1: give you another example. We have immunity basically the same
- 24:30Speaker 1: type of immunity when it comes to cars. If I'm
- 24:35Speaker 1: in a wreck and someone hits me and they're driving
- 24:37Speaker 1: a Mercedes or a Buick or a Honda or a
- 24:41Speaker 1: Honda or a BMW, I can't sue that company because
- 24:45Speaker 1: of the wreck that happened. Because the actions of an
- 24:48Speaker 1: individual drive in that car, it's immediately thrown out. What
- 24:53Speaker 1: they're now trying to do is they're now trying to
- 24:55Speaker 1: say no, no, no, no, you should be able to
- 24:57Speaker 1: sue the gun manufacturer when someone uses that gun and
- 25:00Speaker 1: you are hurt or harmed. If you did that with cars,
- 25:04Speaker 1: no one could afford to sell you a car because
- 25:06Speaker 1: every time someone gets in wrecked, they would sue the
- 25:08Speaker 1: manufacture of the car, even though it has nothing to
- 25:10Speaker 1: do with them. This is how you take away people's
- 25:14Speaker 1: rights without passing laws. And that's exactly what the Biden
- 25:17Speaker 1: administration is time trying to do right now. So the
- 25:20Speaker 1: answer is, yes, you better fight back, and you better
- 25:22Speaker 1: go to your states, and you better go to your governors,
- 25:25Speaker 1: and you better go to your elected officials and say
- 25:27Speaker 1: stop this now, fight back now. All right. Lastly, please
