- 0:00Speaker 1: Just when you think things couldn't get any weirder, they do.
- 0:03Speaker 1: Now a retired FBI counter intelligence agent who was reportedly
- 0:11Speaker 1: involved in the Trump Russia probe has been arrested for
- 0:17Speaker 1: ties to a Russian oligark. That's right, Charles McGonagall has
- 0:23Speaker 1: been charged with breaking US sanctions against Russian oligarch and
- 0:28Speaker 1: has been charged with money laundering. This is the same
- 0:32Speaker 1: former senior that means, high level FBI counter intelligence official
- 0:37Speaker 1: who was involved in the Trump Russia probe. He has
- 0:41Speaker 1: been arrested and charged over his alleged ties to a
- 0:44Speaker 1: sanctioned Russian oligarch amid the war in Ukraine. Now, the
- 0:49Speaker 1: former special agent in charge of the FBI's Counterintelligence Division
- 0:53Speaker 1: in New York, who retired in twenty eighteen, has now
- 0:58Speaker 1: been officially charged with violet US sanctions by agreeing to
- 1:02Speaker 1: provide services to a sanctioned Russian oigart. He was charged
- 1:07Speaker 1: alongside a former Soviet and Russian diplomat who later became
- 1:12Speaker 1: a US citizen and a Russian interpreter for courts and
- 1:15Speaker 1: government offices. Yeah, that guy definitely wasn't a spy. They've
- 1:20Speaker 1: been charged five count indictment, which was unsealed in Manhattan.
- 1:25Speaker 1: The media having no choices now but to cover this.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Here's how they broke the news on NBC More breaking
- 1:32Speaker 1: news this morning, a former top FBI official the bureau's
- 1:35Speaker 1: New York office has been arrested. Four senior law enforcement
- 1:38Speaker 1: sources say Charles McGonagall faces charges related to violating Russian
- 1:43Speaker 1: sanctions and money laundering. Back with me our Justice and
- 1:46Speaker 1: Intelligence correspondent Kendlanian and Frank mcgloozia national security analyst for US.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Ken mcgonagell here is the former head of counterintelligence for
- 1:55Speaker 1: the New York City office. He's duing federal court later
- 1:57Speaker 1: today in Manhattan. What do we know and what more
- 2:00Speaker 1: we learned? This is a massive and shocking case, Lindsay.
- 2:04Speaker 1: We're still going through the details of this news release
- 2:06Speaker 1: from the US Attorney in the Southern District of New York.
- 2:09Speaker 1: But McGonagall was arrested over the weekend, we're reporting, and
- 2:12Speaker 1: he's facing five counts related to business dealings after he
- 2:16Speaker 1: left the FBI at twenty eighteen, where the Russian oligarch
- 2:19Speaker 1: named Oleg Deripaska, who he had some role in investigating
- 2:24Speaker 1: while he was inside the FBI. So this is just
- 2:27Speaker 1: a huge, huge black eye, a whiff of corruption here
- 2:31Speaker 1: with a former senior FBI official, head of counter intelligence
- 2:35Speaker 1: in New York office, as Frank Lugluzy can tell you,
- 2:37Speaker 1: was a very important spy hunting job where you're dealing
- 2:41Speaker 1: with many counterintelligence officials issues involving Russia and China. And
- 2:46Speaker 1: so he left that job, he began doing business with
- 2:48Speaker 1: Russian oligarch according to these allegations, and is now charged
- 2:52Speaker 1: with money laundering and conspiring to help these oligarchs evade
- 2:57Speaker 1: Russia sanctions. So a really big deal, shocking blow to
- 3:01Speaker 1: the FBI today. Lindsay, Frank, we'll go ahead and give
- 3:04Speaker 1: you the floor here, help give us the context of
- 3:06Speaker 1: just how big this is. This is a punch to
- 3:09Speaker 1: the gut. It's a punch to the gut. I'm gonna
- 3:12Speaker 1: stop there and notice and all of the story they
- 3:16Speaker 1: just told you, they did not tell you that this
- 3:19Speaker 1: same guy who clearly is working with the Russians. Some
- 3:23Speaker 1: would argue, all of this sounds like a Russian spy
- 3:27Speaker 1: who's working with these top oligarchs, was one of the
- 3:30Speaker 1: guys that was actually involved in targeting Donald Trump. Now,
- 3:35Speaker 1: you would think that they would share that info with you, right, like,
- 3:38Speaker 1: this is the same guy who did that. No, why
- 3:41Speaker 1: would they tell you that? Why would they ever bring
- 3:44Speaker 1: that up? Now? When this news broke, Fox News put
- 3:47Speaker 1: the story in a different context because it should have
- 3:51Speaker 1: been put in a different context. Here's how they broke
- 3:54Speaker 1: the story compared to NBC News aking Tonight, a retired
- 3:58Speaker 1: FBI official, one of the top officials in counterintelligence, has
- 4:02Speaker 1: been arrested on charges he violated US sanctions against Russia,
- 4:07Speaker 1: working for and getting paid by a Russian oligarch. Those
- 4:11Speaker 1: are the charges. Senior National correspondent Rich Edson has details
- 4:14Speaker 1: to Night could even Rich I could Evening Brett. Prosecutors
- 4:17Speaker 1: have indicted the former special Agent in charge of counter
- 4:20Speaker 1: intelligence at the FBI in New York. They accuse him
- 4:23Speaker 1: of using his position to help a heavily sanctioned Russian oligarch.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Charles McGonagall allegedly asked for and received two hundred and
- 4:31Speaker 1: twenty five thousand dollars to work for Oleg Deripaska. Prosecutors
- 4:35Speaker 1: say McGonagall agreed to investigate a rival oligarch, tried to
- 4:39Speaker 1: get Deripaska off the US sanctions list, even to open
- 4:43Speaker 1: a criminal investigation at the FBI, Attorney General Merrick Garland
- 4:47Speaker 1: was asked about such a high profile law enforcement official
- 4:50Speaker 1: who allegedly betrayed the FBI. I believe there's a press
- 4:54Speaker 1: release from both Southern District of New York and from
- 4:58Speaker 1: the District of Columbia where the tient sense of charges
- 5:01Speaker 1: are made, and I really can't go beyond that, though.
- 5:04Speaker 1: FBI Director Chris Ray says in a statement, quote, the
- 5:06Speaker 1: way we maintain the trust and confidence of the American
- 5:09Speaker 1: people is through our work showing when all the facts
- 5:12Speaker 1: come out that we stuck to the process and we
- 5:15Speaker 1: treated everyone equally, even when it is one of our own.
- 5:18Speaker 1: The FBI will go to great length to investigate and
- 5:21Speaker 1: hold accountable anyone who violates the law, including when the
- 5:25Speaker 1: individual is an FBI employee. The indictment says McGonagall began
- 5:29Speaker 1: this work in August twenty seventeen and through and after
- 5:33Speaker 1: his retirement from the FBI a year later. Oleg Deripaska
- 5:37Speaker 1: is a Russian businessman. The US Treasury Department sanctioned in
- 5:40Speaker 1: twenty eighteen, accusing him of ties to the Kremlin, money laundering, extortion, racketeering,
- 5:46Speaker 1: and ordering the murder of a businessman. Derri Pasca was
- 5:49Speaker 1: also a client of Paul Manafort, who was Donald Trump's
- 5:52Speaker 1: campaign manager for a few months in twenty sixteen. In
- 5:56Speaker 1: twenty eighteen, Manafort was convicted of financial crimes. McGonagall was
- 6:00Speaker 1: a senior intelligence official in Washington before October twenty sixteen
- 6:04Speaker 1: and likely would have at least been briefed when Crossfire Hurricane,
- 6:08Speaker 1: the Trump Russia investigation began the previous July. Right, isn't
- 6:13Speaker 1: it amazing how Fox tells you all of it? Right?
- 6:16Speaker 1: They tell you, Hey, this guy also, by the way,
- 6:19Speaker 1: worked with Paul Manafort. That would be a connection obviously
- 6:22Speaker 1: to Donald Trump. We all know about Paul Manafort. But
- 6:25Speaker 1: in the very same sentence they tell you the other
- 6:27Speaker 1: part of the story that he would have been briefed
- 6:29Speaker 1: on Crossfire Hurricane, So he was one of those that
- 6:32Speaker 1: would be involved in prosecuting going after Donald Trump with
- 6:36Speaker 1: the whole Russian collusion hoax. That's what complete unbiased reporting
- 6:41Speaker 1: sounds like. You would say that it would be damaging
- 6:44Speaker 1: to hear the manaford aspect of that to Donald Trump
- 6:47Speaker 1: in a sense. Right, That's not that doesn't make him
- 6:49Speaker 1: look good with the fact that Paul Manafort was on
- 6:51Speaker 1: his campaign in twenty sixteen. Okay, that's a fair argument
- 6:55Speaker 1: that can be made right there with that intel. But
- 6:59Speaker 1: they also tell you that he was there when crossfire
- 7:01Speaker 1: Hurricane was ramping up, and as the top level officially FBI,
- 7:04Speaker 1: he would have been involved that. Now the guys busted
- 7:07Speaker 1: working with these oligarchs. That's really big news. Now, before
- 7:11Speaker 1: I get into more of that, I want to tell
- 7:12Speaker 1: you about our friends over at Patriot Mobile real quick.

- 8:28Speaker 1: online at Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben that's Patriotmobile
- 8:33Speaker 1: dot com slash ben. So why is it that everybody
- 8:37Speaker 1: else admits that news from their newscast? You know why?
- 8:42Speaker 1: It's because they didn't want you to know that. Just
- 8:45Speaker 1: listen to NBC News right They have on a former
- 8:48Speaker 1: top FBI official and they're talking about this formertop FBI
- 8:53Speaker 1: official that's been charged with violating Russian sanctions. Here is
- 8:58Speaker 1: what they had to say in their spin. And he
- 9:01Speaker 1: was involved in making some decisions to approve some steps
- 9:06Speaker 1: in the investigation of Carter Page. Remember that Trump aide
- 9:09Speaker 1: who was a subject of a FIZO warrant which turned
- 9:12Speaker 1: out to be not a good fizone warrant. Some other
- 9:14Speaker 1: FBI officials committed misconduct in obtaining that Fizon warrant, So
- 9:18Speaker 1: he's been a player in and around these kinds of matters.
- 9:22Speaker 1: What these indictments don't tell us, Mike and guys, is
- 9:26Speaker 1: whether any counterintelligence cases, any sensitive matters were compromised by
- 9:31Speaker 1: this alleged corruption. That's often the kind of thing they
- 9:33Speaker 1: would leave out of the public filings, and it's something
- 9:37Speaker 1: journalists are gonna have to be looking into because it's
- 9:39Speaker 1: certainly the implication here. This is essentially what they're saying
- 9:42Speaker 1: as a corrupt FBI age and on the take, who
- 9:45Speaker 1: was involved in some of the most sensitive matters at
- 9:47Speaker 1: the bureau involving foreign spies and domestic counterintelligence and what
- 9:52Speaker 1: if anything was compromised as a result of that. WHOA,
- 9:56Speaker 1: that's some pretty big breaking news, isn't it. You now
- 10:00Speaker 1: have And again, if I'm listening this the right way,
- 10:04Speaker 1: I want to be clear about this. If I'm listening
- 10:06Speaker 1: the correct way, what I was just told is this
- 10:10Speaker 1: guy was involved and the bs FISA warrant to spy
- 10:15Speaker 1: on Donald Trump and Carter Page were at FBI age
- 10:18Speaker 1: and actually went in and changed words in an email
- 10:23Speaker 1: to make it look like the CIA did not have
- 10:26Speaker 1: an asset in carter Page and said that he was
- 10:30Speaker 1: not working for us instead of what the email actually said,
- 10:33Speaker 1: which was he is or was working for us when
- 10:36Speaker 1: he was in contact with these shady actors in Russia.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Carter Page was an asset of the CIA. The FBI
- 10:45Speaker 1: knew carter Page was probably an asked of the CIA,
- 10:47Speaker 1: so much so that they asked the CIA, Hey, is
- 10:49Speaker 1: this one of your guys? And the CIA responded with yes,
- 10:52Speaker 1: he is working for us, yes, or he was working
- 10:55Speaker 1: for us when he was in contact with these bad actors.
- 10:59Speaker 1: And what are the FBI so they could spy on
- 11:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump in the Trump campaign? They change the actual
- 11:04Speaker 1: words in the email, right, this is falsifying a document, Okay,
- 11:11Speaker 1: falsifying documents. They could spy on Donald Trump, get the
- 11:13Speaker 1: fights a warrant and this dude was involved in that.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Shouldn't that be the headline? Former FBI agent that helped
- 11:20Speaker 1: that was involved in the Trump investigation now been busted
- 11:23Speaker 1: working for the Russians. If you want an honest headline,
- 11:26Speaker 1: that's the honest headline. Now, if he was feeding a
- 11:30Speaker 1: Russian oligarch who has direct ties to the Russians. I
- 11:32Speaker 1: guarantee you that Oligarch is feeding that information back directly
- 11:36Speaker 1: to the equivalent of the KGB or Vladimir Putin. If
- 11:40Speaker 1: this guy was taking this money, I have no doubt
- 11:42Speaker 1: he was probably giving up highly sense of information, would
- 11:46Speaker 1: be my guest to the Russians, because you don't do
- 11:48Speaker 1: this just for the money. You're doing this and they
- 11:51Speaker 1: had to get to a point where they could trust you.
- 11:54Speaker 1: How did they trust you? Probably because you were literally
- 11:57Speaker 1: spying for the Russians. Now, the other part of this
- 12:01Speaker 1: is if he was involved, as we now know, in
- 12:03Speaker 1: the Crossfire Hurricane operation, which was to frame Donald Trump
- 12:07Speaker 1: for crimes that were never committed a thin air by
- 12:10Speaker 1: miss classifying certain documents and changing documents so that it
- 12:15Speaker 1: looked like Donald Trump needed to be spied on. How
- 12:17Speaker 1: much of that information may have actually been going to
- 12:20Speaker 1: the Russians. That's another question I think should be asked.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Now you look at this and you see now what's
- 12:26Speaker 1: happening this, You see what's happening with with Joe Biden,
- 12:28Speaker 1: you see what's happening with the FBI and Biden tomes.
- 12:31Speaker 1: It's a hell of a lot of stuff going on
- 12:32Speaker 1: right now. To put it in perspective, Okay, just to
- 12:37Speaker 1: put it in perspective for you. Fox News Peter Doocey
- 12:42Speaker 1: at the White House last night, describe what's going on
- 12:46Speaker 1: right now with the FBI involvement in these classified documents
- 12:50Speaker 1: in a historical context for everybody. Here's what he said.
- 12:54Speaker 1: This is the first time and sitting president has had
- 12:56Speaker 1: a home searched by the FBI and the press secretarians.
- 13:00Speaker 1: President Biden does still intend to run for president, run
- 13:03Speaker 1: for reelection in twenty twenty four, but they do concede
- 13:07Speaker 1: there is no president for somebody running for president after
- 13:12Speaker 1: having the FBI search their most private quarters. You look
- 13:17Speaker 1: at where we are right now with these two big stories.
- 13:20Speaker 1: They are massive. I mean this is massive. CBS they're
- 13:27Speaker 1: even now covering the story, and how do they describe
- 13:30Speaker 1: it here? It is a former FBI counter intelligence agent
- 13:33Speaker 1: is accused of secretly working for a Russian billionaire he
- 13:37Speaker 1: was investigating. Charles McGonagall was charged in an indictment that
- 13:40Speaker 1: was unsealed today. Federal prosecutors in Manhattan alledged mcdonagall helped
- 13:44Speaker 1: the Russian who was under investigation. He's charged with money
- 13:48Speaker 1: laundering and violating US sanctions, and in a separate indictment
- 13:51Speaker 1: in Washington, McGonagall is accused of taking two hundred and
- 13:54Speaker 1: twenty five thousand dollars in secret cash payments. McGonagall retired
- 13:58Speaker 1: from the FBI in twenty eight. So you're supposed to
- 14:02Speaker 1: be investigating the Russians and instead you're secretly working with
- 14:07Speaker 1: the Russians. You're supposed to be protecting this country, but
- 14:11Speaker 1: instead you're framing people for crimes like Carter Page, and
- 14:17Speaker 1: you're trying to overthrow the will of the people and
- 14:20Speaker 1: try to overthrow Donald Trump from being the president. That's
- 14:24Speaker 1: the takeaway. That's what this all is. And if the
- 14:29Speaker 1: media wanted to cover this the appropriate way, they would
- 14:33Speaker 1: immediately tell you this guy was involved in crossfire hurricane.
- 14:36Speaker 1: They would immediately be connecting the dots that I'm connecting
- 14:38Speaker 1: with you right now. Right This would be automatic, folks,
- 14:44Speaker 1: This would be instantaneous. There would be no pause here. Now,
- 14:52Speaker 1: let's take a step back from this and let's go
- 14:55Speaker 1: back to the other big problem. Right now, the White
- 14:57Speaker 1: House has got real problems, and so as the DOJ.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Because we're now getting reports that the DOJ declined, meaning
- 15:06Speaker 1: they were protecting their president right. This is the deep
- 15:09Speaker 1: state at work to have the FBI at Biden's home.
- 15:13Speaker 1: The White House is now facing more questions about these
- 15:16Speaker 1: classified documents, and as this news broke, I want you
- 15:21Speaker 1: to hear a couple of the things the reporters said
- 15:24Speaker 1: at the FBI and at the DOJ. Hey Neil, I'm
- 15:28Speaker 1: at the famous Justice Department where White House Press Secretary
- 15:31Speaker 1: Karen Jean Pierre is instructing everyone in the briefing room
- 15:35Speaker 1: to relay their questions too well. I have reached out
- 15:38Speaker 1: multiple times to folks here at the Justice Department, with
- 15:42Speaker 1: Attorney General Merrick Garland's office, also with Special Counsel Robert
- 15:46Speaker 1: HER's office. No surprise, no comment. They are being incredibly
- 15:51Speaker 1: tight lipped with information about this investigation into the president
- 15:56Speaker 1: of the United States and these classified documents now something
- 16:00Speaker 1: that's curious. We're trying to find out more from the
- 16:03Speaker 1: White House side, from the DOJ side. Last Thursday, White
- 16:07Speaker 1: House Special Counsel White House Attorney Richard Saber went to Wilmington,
- 16:11Speaker 1: Delaware to collect documents. He was there with DOJ officials
- 16:15Speaker 1: at President Biden's residence. This was several hours after Attorney
- 16:20Speaker 1: General Merrick Garland announced the existence of Special Counsel Robert
- 16:25Speaker 1: her to leave this investigation. It's not clear if those
- 16:28Speaker 1: DOJ officials in quotes were part of the Special Counsel's office,
- 16:32Speaker 1: but rather curious that the White House attorneys were allowed
- 16:37Speaker 1: to cooperate with DOJ hours after an independent special counsel
- 16:43Speaker 1: was there. Now Sober put out this statement while I
- 16:45Speaker 1: was transferring it to the DOJ officials who accompanied me,
- 16:48Speaker 1: five additional pages with classification markings were discovered among the
- 16:52Speaker 1: material with it, for a total of six pages Neil.
- 16:55Speaker 1: According to The Wall Street Journal, DOJ considered having FBI
- 16:58Speaker 1: agents monitor the search by Biden's lawyers, but decided against it. Why.
- 17:03Speaker 1: We don't know the official answer, but perhaps the optics
- 17:05Speaker 1: of having FBI officials searching the home of a sitting
- 17:08Speaker 1: president who is being cooperative by reporting two authorities in
- 17:12Speaker 1: early November the first batch of classified documents. Now, this
- 17:15Speaker 1: is all against the backdrop of increased scrutiny over government
- 17:18Speaker 1: agencies being weaponized for political purposes. Critics say the absence
- 17:22Speaker 1: of the FBI looks bad now when you compare it
- 17:24Speaker 1: to especially the Mara Lago raid last summer in August,
- 17:28Speaker 1: when FBI agents went into the former president's home. Legal experts, though,
- 17:32Speaker 1: have told Fox News several times, if you look at this, Neil,
- 17:35Speaker 1: on the surface, you can equate the two cases, but
- 17:37Speaker 1: if you take a deeper dive through a legal lens,
- 17:40Speaker 1: they're very different. The reason the FBI primarily went into
- 17:44Speaker 1: mar Lago because Donald Trump and his team refused to
- 17:47Speaker 1: turn over documents for more than a year. There was
- 17:49Speaker 1: a back and forth. Biden's team gave them up in
- 17:52Speaker 1: early November. However, Biden's team is being criticized because they
- 17:56Speaker 1: didn't alert the public until CBS News broke the story
- 18:00Speaker 1: about two months later. Neil, this goes back to the
- 18:04Speaker 1: other point. Everybody wants to say that these cases are different,
- 18:08Speaker 1: that Joe Biden's done it the right way. He hasn't.
- 18:11Speaker 1: That's a lie. In fact, you could argue that Joe
- 18:14Speaker 1: Biden did it in a way that was way worse. One.
- 18:18Speaker 1: He had these documents. Apparently since he was in the
- 18:24Speaker 1: Senate minimum fourteen years, he's had these. They've been moved
- 18:27Speaker 1: around multiple times, and he lied about it, and apparently
- 18:30Speaker 1: with the DOJ they made a deal to keep it quiet.
- 18:33Speaker 1: So it wouldn't affect them in terms, and it wouldn't
- 18:35Speaker 1: get out. Now, CBS broke that news, right, they got
- 18:37Speaker 1: tipped off and they broke that news, and that was
- 18:40Speaker 1: a big deal. When that news was broken, that was
- 18:43Speaker 1: a really, really, really big deal. But you look at
- 18:48Speaker 1: the difference in these two cases. Has it been wall
- 18:50Speaker 1: to wall coverage, no notice? How Still no one's talking
- 18:54Speaker 1: about impeaching Joe Biden. No one is talking about what
- 18:59Speaker 1: that means. With Hunter Biden and his laptop and the
- 19:03Speaker 1: connections to these files. We know that some of these
- 19:06Speaker 1: files apparently dealt with Ukraine that would directly connect him
- 19:10Speaker 1: to his son and the son and his business dealings
- 19:13Speaker 1: and the family business dealings. Can you separate these two stories?
- 19:17Speaker 1: I would argue there's absolutely no way that you can
- 19:20Speaker 1: separate these two stories. It's impossible. But they're still trying
- 19:26Speaker 1: to give like a participation trophy, honorable mention to the
- 19:32Speaker 1: President of the United States America for self reporting. Now,
- 19:36Speaker 1: there was a debate for more than a year with
- 19:37Speaker 1: Donald Trump over his documents, but he did let them
- 19:40Speaker 1: come in and see the documents. He did let them
- 19:42Speaker 1: come in and agree that they were in a safe location.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Those things happened. Joe Biden has not been transparent. The idea,
- 19:51Speaker 1: by the way, the FBI wouldn't be present when all
- 19:53Speaker 1: this was going on. Also, I think tells you the
- 19:55Speaker 1: other double standard here. And they're obsessed with optics, as
- 19:59Speaker 1: you just heard right, you could you could hear it there.
- 20:03Speaker 1: The optics are something that they are really concerned with.
- 20:06Speaker 1: They don't want to make it look bad for Joe Biden.
- 20:09Speaker 1: They wanted everything to look horrific for Donald Trump. Remember
- 20:13Speaker 1: when Roger Stone and I want to be quit, I'm
- 20:16Speaker 1: not a fan of hs okay, but remember when they
- 20:19Speaker 1: they had the Rogerstone raid, like live on TV on
- 20:23Speaker 1: CNN because they were tipped off every single person that
- 20:26Speaker 1: was involved with Donald Trump and the raid. I mean,
- 20:29Speaker 1: it was brutal how they treat them. It was absolutely
- 20:33Speaker 1: it was breaking, sensational, unbelievable news each and every time.
- 20:40Speaker 1: I do want to just step back and talk for
- 20:42Speaker 1: a moment about the media. You look at how the
- 20:45Speaker 1: media covered the raid on Marlago, You look at the
- 20:50Speaker 1: way that the media covered the people around Donald Trump,
- 20:55Speaker 1: and you can even look at this right now, it's
- 20:57Speaker 1: a different story. A lot of you have probably been
- 20:59Speaker 1: hearing the name lately. George Santos. This is a guy
- 21:04Speaker 1: who ran for office, all right. He's a congressman from
- 21:08Speaker 1: New York's third Congressional district. He just got sworn in,
- 21:12Speaker 1: and the district includes parts of northern Nassau County on
- 21:17Speaker 1: Long Island and northeastern Queens. He's a thirty four year
- 21:21Speaker 1: old Republican who basically his entire life story, from what
- 21:27Speaker 1: we understand, is just a total lie. Now, he also
- 21:31Speaker 1: is an interesting guy from the fact of how he's
- 21:34Speaker 1: dealt with this. He's giving out literally donuts amid calls
- 21:38Speaker 1: for him to resign. He's a Republican, and so the
- 21:41Speaker 1: media is totally obsessed with him. Right. He actually surprised
- 21:46Speaker 1: reporters on Capitol Hill with coffee and donuts Thursday. He's
- 21:49Speaker 1: now facing multiple investigations by prosecutors over his personal and
- 21:53Speaker 1: campaign finance and lies about his resume and also his
- 21:57Speaker 1: family heritage. Now they're obsessed because the guy is a Republican.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Even the start of Saturday Night Live mocked George Santos
- 22:09Speaker 1: and did not cover all the classified documents in the
- 22:13Speaker 1: raid of a sitting president's home. Right, why would you
- 22:17Speaker 1: do that? They Instead, NBC News really went all after
- 22:24Speaker 1: George Santos and made sure that they did not say
- 22:27Speaker 1: anything about the serious problems with our current president. They
- 22:32Speaker 1: didn't want to do that. All right, let me just
- 22:35Speaker 1: take a quick pause here, and I do want to
- 22:36Speaker 1: tell you about our friends at August of Precious Medals.
- 22:40Speaker 1: If you've been saving for a long time for retirement,
- 22:43Speaker 1: you know that you need to protect your money and
- 22:46Speaker 1: one way to do that is with a gold ira.
- 22:49Speaker 1: I'm excited about telling you about a company that I
- 22:51Speaker 1: actually use, I have actually worked with August of Precious Medals.
- 22:56Speaker 1: They are different because they will even tell you if
- 22:58Speaker 1: a gold ira isn't your answer, they give you just
- 23:03Speaker 1: the facts. Now, guess the precious metal is all about
- 23:06Speaker 1: protecting your ira and your four oh one k. They're
- 23:09Speaker 1: great people and a great conservative company. They're great people
- 23:14Speaker 1: at a great conservative company. They understand right now that
- 23:18Speaker 1: it's crazy with our economy and it's extremely important, especially
- 23:23Speaker 1: if you're close to retirement, to protect your assets because
- 23:26Speaker 1: there's no time to make up losses. So if you've
- 23:29Speaker 1: saved one hundred thousand dollars or more, then you should
- 23:32Speaker 1: take a look at their free guide and you should
- 23:34Speaker 1: really sign up for something that I've done. It's a
- 23:37Speaker 1: web conference where you talk to a top individual about
- 23:42Speaker 1: gold iras and your four oh one k Check them
- 23:45Speaker 1: out and get the peace of mind that you're protecting
- 23:47Speaker 1: your hard earned assets when you get really close to retirement.
- 23:51Speaker 1: Eight seven seven four the number four gold IRA eight
- 23:56Speaker 1: seven seven four gold IRA, or visit them online at
- 24:01Speaker 1: Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Say I sent you, and
- 24:04Speaker 1: they will pay your fees for up to ten years.
- 24:06Speaker 1: That's Augusta Precious Metals dot Com eight seven seven four
- 24:10Speaker 1: gold IRA. Not only is the media now showing just
- 24:14Speaker 1: how corrupt they are in real time, Well, let me
- 24:18Speaker 1: just remind you of all the times that President Biden
- 24:23Speaker 1: has lied about his pass. Now to the media freak out. Now,
- 24:27Speaker 1: I'd like to tell you this is only ten twenty
- 24:29Speaker 1: seconds long. It's not what I'm about to play for you.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Is all the times that the president has just made
- 24:36Speaker 1: up crap about his own resume, about his own pass,
- 24:38Speaker 1: about his own legacy, about his own time in office,
- 24:41Speaker 1: his own time and education. Now, if the media was unbiased, right,
- 24:47Speaker 1: then they would be treating all of these screw up
- 24:51Speaker 1: the same way that they're investigating and treating George Santos. Now,
- 24:56Speaker 1: this is all none of this is caught, all of
- 24:59Speaker 1: the it's his legitimate that I'm about to play you
- 25:01Speaker 1: of every time that Joe Biden has just made it up,
- 25:05Speaker 1: made up lies about who he is, has past, his accolades,
- 25:08Speaker 1: and what he has become raised in the Puerto Rican
- 25:12Speaker 1: community at home, I was, excuse me, the foothills of
- 25:16Speaker 1: the himlais with Shijing Ping traveling with him. I've written
- 25:20Speaker 1: extensively as a when I was a law professor, I
- 25:25Speaker 1: went to law school on a full academic scholarship, the
- 25:27Speaker 1: only one in my in my class that have a
- 25:30Speaker 1: full academic scholarship. I was appointed to you, by the way,
- 25:33Speaker 1: all this or why everything he just hurds of oars
- 25:35Speaker 1: a lie and we'll keep going with the lies. Academy
- 25:40Speaker 1: in nineteen sixty five, I didn't come to the academy
- 25:44Speaker 1: because I wanted to be a football star and you
- 25:46Speaker 1: had a guy named star back and Bellino here. So
- 25:50Speaker 1: I went to Delaware. I got started out of an
- 25:52Speaker 1: HBCU delaver State. Now I don't want to hear anything
- 25:55Speaker 1: made about delaver State here. Okay, there are my folks.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Went back to law school and in fact ended up
- 26:01Speaker 1: in the top half of my class. I won the
- 26:03Speaker 1: International Mood Court competition. I was the outstanding student in
- 26:07Speaker 1: the political science department. At the end of my year,
- 26:09Speaker 1: I graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school in one
- 26:12Speaker 1: hundred and sixty five credits. Only need one hundred and
- 26:14Speaker 1: twenty three credits. And I'd be delighted to sit down
- 26:16Speaker 1: and compare my IQ tow years if you'd like. I
- 26:18Speaker 1: am a hard coal miner Andrew Site Cole Scranton, Pennsylvania.
- 26:24Speaker 1: My dad was not a was He was a salesperson.
- 26:27Speaker 1: He wasn't a coal miner. My great grandpa was my
- 26:30Speaker 1: first job offer where I wanted my wife to cease
- 26:33Speaker 1: wife and I wanted to move to Idaho because we
- 26:36Speaker 1: think it not a joke, it's such a beautiful, beautiful statement.
- 26:40Speaker 1: And I interviewed for a job with Boise Cascade. I
- 26:44Speaker 1: got a commercial license because my dad used to run
- 26:47Speaker 1: an automobile agency. I used to drive a tractor trailer
- 26:51Speaker 1: and so I'm a little bit about driving big trucks.
- 26:54Speaker 1: It means that I've worked in the East Side. I
- 26:56Speaker 1: deliberately went and worked for three years and make sure
- 26:58Speaker 1: I was the only guy only way either work the
- 27:00Speaker 1: East side, Because you know, I wanted to understand. I
- 27:03Speaker 1: was involved in the civil rights movement, but I wanted
- 27:05Speaker 1: what did you want to understand? What I want to understand?
- 27:07Speaker 1: I didn't realize. For example, I was the only lifeguard
- 27:10Speaker 1: in the project. Corn Pop was a bad dude and
- 27:13Speaker 1: he ran a bunch of bad boys and show use
- 27:16Speaker 1: up on the board. One listen. I said, hey, Esther,
- 27:18Speaker 1: you off the board. I'll come up and drag you off.
- 27:21Speaker 1: He said, I'll be waiting for you. He was raid murder,
- 27:23Speaker 1: three guys and straight razors, not a joke. I used
- 27:27Speaker 1: to be a lifeguard for years, and when I ran
- 27:30Speaker 1: for the United States Senate, they said, well, why do
- 27:33Speaker 1: you want a twenty nine year old guy has only
- 27:34Speaker 1: been a lifeguard. But the truth was I was a
- 27:36Speaker 1: practicing lawyer. I've been a public defender, and I had
- 27:39Speaker 1: my own small offer. The first frost, you know what
- 27:42Speaker 1: was happening. You had to put on the windshow wipers
- 27:45Speaker 1: to get literally the oil slick off the window. That's
- 27:48Speaker 1: why I had so damn any other people. I grew up.
- 27:50Speaker 1: I have cancer. You know how much you cost to
- 27:52Speaker 1: make that insolent drug for diabetes. Course, it was invented
- 27:56Speaker 1: by a man who did not patent it because he
- 27:58Speaker 1: wanted it available for everyone. Spoke to him, Okay, you
- 28:01Speaker 1: better have helicopters ready to take those three thousand civilians
- 28:05Speaker 1: inside the green zone where I've been seven times and
- 28:08Speaker 1: shot at it and kind of rector, because that's where
- 28:10Speaker 1: my son died. Uncle Frank fought in the Battle of
- 28:12Speaker 1: the Bulls and he won the Purple Heart, and he
- 28:14Speaker 1: never received it. So I got on the purple heart
- 28:17Speaker 1: he had won it and the Battle of the Balls,
- 28:20Speaker 1: and I remember came over the house and I came
- 28:23Speaker 1: out and he said, presented to him. Okay, read the
- 28:25Speaker 1: family there. I watch what happened when the kids from
- 28:27Speaker 1: Parkland marched up to and I met with him, and
- 28:30Speaker 1: then they went off to up on the hill. When
- 28:32Speaker 1: his vice president, they went off the hill to go
- 28:34Speaker 1: into those neighborhoods. All those congressmen were like, no, I'm
- 28:37Speaker 1: not here, I'm not here. I don't tell him I'm around.
- 28:40Speaker 1: God's cheered out travel over a million, two hundred fifty
- 28:42Speaker 1: thousand miles on that track, and one of the conductions,
- 28:45Speaker 1: no for years walked up and grated Joey Baby grabbed
- 28:48Speaker 1: my chick and not a joke. This day, thirty years ago,
- 28:55Speaker 1: Nelson Mandela walked out of prison and entered into discussions
- 28:59Speaker 1: about a part time i'd the great honor of meeting him.
- 29:02Speaker 1: I'd a great honor of being arrested with our un
- 29:04Speaker 1: ambassador on the streets of Suedo, trying to get to
- 29:07Speaker 1: see him on Robin's Island. Squear to got true story,
- 29:10Speaker 1: squear to got true story? True story? And I'm kidding, man,
- 29:15Speaker 1: all of those things I just played for you, all
- 29:17Speaker 1: of them are lies. Doesn't matter though, right, it doesn't
- 29:22Speaker 1: matter at all, because when you're a Democrat, you can
- 29:27Speaker 1: lie through your entire career the way that I just
- 29:30Speaker 1: played it for you. But if you're some random congressman
- 29:36Speaker 1: and I'm not defending George Santos, I want to make
- 29:39Speaker 1: that clear. I think you should resign. But it does
- 29:43Speaker 1: show you the double standard. Right. They're out for blood.
- 29:45Speaker 1: They want him gone, they want him to resign and disgrace.
- 29:50Speaker 1: They want to ruin this new congressman's life forever, throw
- 29:53Speaker 1: him out and mock him and say, see this is
- 29:58Speaker 1: this is what the Republicans elected. Meanwhile, Joe Biden and
- 30:01Speaker 1: everything I just played for you. Yeah, guess what, he's
- 30:03Speaker 1: the president. Oh and don't worry, let's go back to
- 30:06Speaker 1: his documents. It's complete. I treat classified documents with integrity
- 30:11Speaker 1: and respect. I would never do what Donald Trump did
- 30:15Speaker 1: with classified documents. Oh I did, well, I would never
- 30:19Speaker 1: have those documents in an unsecure location. Really, they're in
- 30:22Speaker 1: their your garage, Well, they're next to my car. Everything's fine,
- 30:25Speaker 1: but this is complete. The White House comes out, it's complete. Right,
- 30:29Speaker 1: We've done an exhaustive search. Okay, that BI comes in,
- 30:32Speaker 1: DJ comes in, They find more documents. Well that's you know,
- 30:36Speaker 1: we can't talk about it now because an ongoing investigation.
- 30:40Speaker 1: You notice the trend here. Don't believe anything these people
- 30:43Speaker 1: tell you, and do not believe the media when they're
- 30:45Speaker 1: going after somebody the way they're going after Santos, because
- 30:48Speaker 1: they'll only do it when it's a Republican and they
- 30:51Speaker 1: will make a Democrat that does a thousand times more
- 30:54Speaker 1: than what Santos ever did into the president of the
- 30:57Speaker 1: United States of America. Never forget that. Make sure you
- 31:01Speaker 1: share this podcast with your family and friends. Please let
