- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to Washington, d C. Part two of our deep
- 0:04Speaker 1: dive into the Biden crime family and the investigation. Senator
- 0:09Speaker 1: as always great to be with you here in d
- 0:11Speaker 1: C with our special guest, Congressman Jim Jordan, and I
- 0:15Speaker 1: want to remind people we did part one that came
- 0:18Speaker 1: out on Wednesday morning with some very big breaking news
- 0:21Speaker 1: in that if you missed it, go back and listen
- 0:23Speaker 1: to it. It's an important show.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Well, Wednesday show and Today's show are designed to really
- 0:29Speaker 2: be a resource if you're wondering, all right, what's going
- 0:31Speaker 2: on with all of this scandal and listen. It's hard.
- 0:34Speaker 2: You're busy, you're working. You know, you turn on the TV,
- 0:37Speaker 2: you hear a SoundBite here or there, but you may
- 0:40Speaker 2: not understand what all is going on. And the great
- 0:43Speaker 2: thing about a podcast, I have to admit, you know,
- 0:45Speaker 2: having done this now for several years, what I like
- 0:47Speaker 2: about the format is we didn't have an actual conversation
- 0:50Speaker 2: yet you're not rushed and get into real details. And
- 0:55Speaker 2: so this is part two, and Part two we're going
- 0:59Speaker 2: to start with.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Look.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Look, one of the things you're chairman in the House
- 1:03Speaker 2: of the House Judiciary Committee, but also the subcommittee on
- 1:05Speaker 2: the weaponization of the federal government. And and and let's
- 1:09Speaker 2: start with you know, as you know, the last book
- 1:12Speaker 2: I wrote was Justice Corrupted. How how the Left has
- 1:16Speaker 2: weaponized our legal system? And and you're you're sharing a
- 1:22Speaker 2: subcommittee focused on that. Tell us what is the focus
- 1:26Speaker 2: of the subcommittee and what does it mean weaponizing the
- 1:29Speaker 2: federal government?
- 1:30Speaker 3: The agencies have been turned on on on the American people,
- 1:32Speaker 3: the people they're supposed to serve. So instead of serving
- 1:34Speaker 3: the the taxpayer, the people who pay their salaries, you
- 1:37Speaker 3: pay for our government, I think they've been it's been
- 1:39Speaker 3: turned against turned against Americans for political reasons. And I
- 1:43Speaker 3: would actually go back to remember about a year ago,
- 1:46Speaker 3: I guess it's a less than a year ago, when
- 1:48Speaker 3: when Joe Biden stood in front of the Independence Hall
- 1:50Speaker 3: called half the country fascist.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Yeah, he's bathed in red light. It looked like Emperor Palpatine.
- 1:55Speaker 2: It was from Star Wars.
- 1:56Speaker 3: It was kind of crazy, kind of creepy.
- 1:59Speaker 2: And and but he said everything you said except for
- 2:01Speaker 2: the word kind of yeah it was. It was bad.
- 2:04Speaker 3: And so now you think about we feel like some
- 2:07Speaker 3: of these agencies are focused. Just with that mindset, I'll
- 2:10Speaker 3: give you a great example. This happened in the in
- 2:13Speaker 3: the Field office of the Richmond Field Office of the
- 2:16Speaker 3: of the FBI. They put together this memorandum they call
- 2:19Speaker 3: it in the FBI, they called it a domain perspective,
- 2:23Speaker 3: and we've actually seen it. The one that's you know,
- 2:25Speaker 3: very few redactions. The first one that came out, we
- 2:27Speaker 3: had a lot of redactions, but one of the very
- 2:29Speaker 3: few redactions and this was the Radical Traditional Catholic Memorandum.
- 2:35Speaker 2: And you read through this.
- 2:37Speaker 3: They were talking about developing sources inside the parish, informants
- 2:41Speaker 3: inside the church. I mean the idea that someone and
- 2:46Speaker 3: this was signed off on by five people at the
- 2:49Speaker 3: at the Richmond Field Office, including the Chief Division Council.
- 2:53Speaker 3: So some lawyer who went to law school and probably
- 2:56Speaker 3: should have had a course on the Constitution that they
- 2:58Speaker 3: did it. Some talk them about the First Amendment Bill Rice,
- 3:01Speaker 3: and yet they signed off on this.
- 3:03Speaker 2: And when you're talking about sending spies into Catholic churches
- 3:06Speaker 2: and trying to recruit priests to be informants for the FBI,
- 3:12Speaker 2: now yeah, right right, Actually you think about it and
- 3:15Speaker 2: your confessional like, what's going on?
- 3:18Speaker 1: This is crazy?
- 3:19Speaker 2: So now they on this point and I want to
- 3:22Speaker 2: keep on the deep dive. But I do have to
- 3:24Speaker 2: tell you one of my favorite stories. So Justice Antonin Scalia,
- 3:28Speaker 2: one of the greatest justices ever to serve on the Court.
- 3:31Speaker 2: When Justice Scalia is nominated to the d C Circuit, UH,
- 3:36Speaker 2: the FBI. Anytime you get nominated to be a judge,
- 3:38Speaker 2: the FBI does a background check and Scalia gets a
- 3:43Speaker 2: call from his childhood priest, and the priest says, Nino,
- 3:50Speaker 2: FBI called asking questions about you. Don't you worry. I
- 3:55Speaker 2: didn't tell him nothing.
- 3:59Speaker 1: That's a true story. Really, that's a great The answer
- 4:04Speaker 1: that's that's you don't switch after that, you stick with him.
- 4:10Speaker 1: But yeah, that's a great story.
- 4:13Speaker 3: So this memorandum, this domain perspective, talks about the you know,
- 4:18Speaker 3: sources inside in the parish, inside the church. But what
- 4:21Speaker 3: trouble me is when you read through it, what they
- 4:25Speaker 3: really were defining as a radical traditional Catholic. They had
- 4:28Speaker 3: a footnote about the Dobbs decision. They said that the
- 4:32Speaker 3: extremists and radical traditional Catholics may find common ground. I
- 4:35Speaker 3: forget how the sentence exactly went, but it was something
- 4:37Speaker 3: to defect on on abortion, on on marriage.
- 4:41Speaker 1: It was basically if.
- 4:42Speaker 2: You're in the Latin Mass. If if you if you
- 4:45Speaker 2: attended the Latin Mass, if you're a pro life, pro
- 4:48Speaker 2: family Catholic, you're radical. It was funny because when this
- 4:52Speaker 2: sort of came out a couple of months ago, I
- 4:54Speaker 2: happened to be doing Seann Duffy show because he's on
- 4:57Speaker 2: Fox Business, and Sean was asked about it, and I said, Sean,
- 5:01Speaker 2: when you read through this and kind of read between
- 5:04Speaker 2: the lines, it's like, I thought of you and Rachel's
- 5:06Speaker 2: family because they got they got like thirty kids, you know,
- 5:09Speaker 2: in their pro life old family. They're they're wonderful, great people.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Sean was a great member. And it's like that they're
- 5:15Speaker 2: defining them as radical.
- 5:17Speaker 1: That's like, that's how the radical values in the eyes
- 5:20Speaker 1: of the government.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Yeah, and the Catholic Church if you and actually I
- 5:24Speaker 2: would say more broadly that they define it as anyone
- 5:26Speaker 2: who's serious about their faith, that that makes you inherently suspect,
- 5:30Speaker 2: and that is so contrary to the First Amendment. It's like,
- 5:33Speaker 2: and you know, the FBI I pulled this back, but
- 5:36Speaker 2: would they have pulled it back but for a whistleblower
- 5:38Speaker 2: who came and told us, like I don't know. I'd
- 5:41Speaker 2: like to think they would.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Well, it's the same way that going after parents and
- 5:44Speaker 1: categorizing parents as you're you are a domestic terrorists if
- 5:47Speaker 1: you show up school board and you get angry at
- 5:49Speaker 1: what they're doing with your kids.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Well, and Jim broke the story about how the FBI
- 5:54Speaker 2: is currently using a threat tag. So look, we've discussed
- 5:59Speaker 2: great life. How Merrick Garland one of the first things
- 6:02Speaker 2: he did was directed the FBI to go after and
- 6:05Speaker 2: target parents who dare speak up at school boards and
- 6:07Speaker 2: to treat them. This was in response to the Nasal
- 6:10Speaker 2: Association of school Boards YEP that asked that parents be
- 6:14Speaker 2: treated as domestic terrorist under the Patriot Act. And within
- 6:18Speaker 2: five or six days Merrick Garland snaps to attention issues
- 6:21Speaker 2: the memorandum. It becomes public. Nas Association of school Board
- 6:25Speaker 2: apologizes for it after the hearing. Yeah, but Merrick Garland
- 6:29Speaker 2: doesn't back down at all. And then what you broke
- 6:33Speaker 2: is they're still doing it.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Dad.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Memorandum is still in place. The memorandum from Richmond has
- 6:37Speaker 3: been rescinded. Thankful, Yes, go back to the school board thing.
- 6:40Speaker 3: It'd been you and the Center bring this up. September
- 6:43Speaker 3: twenty ninth, twenty twenty one, the school Board Association, left
- 6:47Speaker 3: wing political group puts out the memorandum use the Patriot
- 6:49Speaker 3: Act against moms and dads. Five days later, is October fourth,
- 6:52Speaker 3: the Attorney General the United States issues of memorandum doing.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Exactly what the school Boards Association ask.
- 6:58Speaker 3: And then two weeks later on October twentieth, October twentieth,
- 7:04Speaker 3: sixteen days later, on October.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Twenty let me ask you something. You're the chairman of
- 7:07Speaker 2: the House Judiciary Committee. Does the Biden DOJ respond to
- 7:11Speaker 2: you in five days? That's a good that's a great point.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Now they don't respond to the Senate Judiciary Committee, No,
- 7:17Speaker 2: they don't, But think about it. In October twentieth is
- 7:20Speaker 2: when the threat tag and an email gets sent out
- 7:23Speaker 2: to FBI agents all across the country, all the field offices.
- 7:25Speaker 2: So I always tell people so, from September twenty ninth
- 7:28Speaker 2: to October twentieth, twenty two days to your point, when
- 7:32Speaker 2: have you ever seen the federal government move that fast?
- 7:34Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 7:35Speaker 2: Never, But when it came to well, they did find
- 7:37Speaker 2: the laker of the Dobbs decision, right, yes.
- 7:40Speaker 1: And record time right, record time?
- 7:42Speaker 3: Yeah, right, yeah, right, that's another issue though, But you
- 7:45Speaker 3: talk about weaponization, that is that is like turning when
- 7:50Speaker 3: you think that the Justice Department didn't prosecute any of
- 7:53Speaker 3: these people who were protested at Justices Holmes. The attack
- 7:57Speaker 3: on the court, yep, all designed I think to intimate
- 8:00Speaker 3: the court. You have that particular decision and set the
- 8:03Speaker 3: stage for what they really want to do, which is.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Packed the court. Well, weaponization, you've talked about this and
- 8:07Speaker 2: wrote about this. Weaponization is twofold. It is both using
- 8:12Speaker 2: the machinery of government as a weapon to attack your enemies,
- 8:16Speaker 2: but it's also declining to give the protection of law
- 8:21Speaker 2: to people you disagree with and so and look, this
- 8:25Speaker 2: is something that George Soros prosecutors understand. We have das
- 8:28Speaker 2: who come in and they realize you can abolish the
- 8:31Speaker 2: police by shutting the police down, or you could abolish
- 8:34Speaker 2: the police by putting a DA in who won't prosecute
- 8:37Speaker 2: violent criminals. Either one wills the same prosecute the folks
- 8:40Speaker 2: that the good police officers go out and all those
- 8:42Speaker 2: good cops on the street to go out and arrest
- 8:45Speaker 2: won't prosecute them. No, you're exactly right, And Merrick Garland's
- 8:47Speaker 2: doing the same thing. It is a federal crime, unequivocal
- 8:51Speaker 2: on the statute books that you cannot protest at a
- 8:55Speaker 2: justice's home. They've done so, night after night after night,
- 8:59Speaker 2: and DJ is not prosecuted a single person. They directed
- 9:02Speaker 2: the marshals not to arrest them. Yep, directly contrary to law.
- 9:07Speaker 2: And Merrick Garland when asked, I've asked him at great lengths,
- 9:10Speaker 2: he just he thought he won't. He doesn't like that
- 9:14Speaker 2: law eighteen Usc. Section fifteen oh seven.
- 9:17Speaker 3: You know you can, you can raise concerns about Okay,
- 9:19Speaker 3: what is that is that law got some First Amendment problems.
- 9:22Speaker 2: It's the law and it was and they were doing
- 9:24Speaker 2: the way people firebombingcy crisis pregnancy centers. They don't prosecute
- 9:28Speaker 2: that either. They've got the resources people undercover of the
- 9:32Speaker 2: Catholic churches.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Yeah, it's hard to find people at night when they
- 9:36Speaker 1: commit crimes. That's why they can't get them.
- 9:38Speaker 2: But it was hundreds of churches. It's convenient most criminals
- 9:41Speaker 2: smit their crimes during the day because really, this DJ
- 9:43Speaker 2: can't be bothered to turn the lights on.
- 9:45Speaker 3: Hundreds of churches and crisis pregnancy centers have been attacked
- 9:48Speaker 3: and in the aftermath of the leak, and as you
- 9:50Speaker 3: pointed out earlier Centator, we still we still don't know
- 9:53Speaker 3: you know, who the who the leaker was, but what
- 9:56Speaker 3: we I think we can logically figure out what the
- 9:59Speaker 3: motive was, what it was to intimidate the court and
- 10:01Speaker 3: get them to change that decision.
- 10:02Speaker 1: There's a lot of Americans that are gonna, I know,
- 10:05Speaker 1: think is there going to be any accountability for abuse
- 10:08Speaker 1: of power? And I want to go back to the
- 10:10Speaker 1: investigation with Hunter Biden and the Biden family. Let's talk
- 10:15Speaker 1: about how many bidens are involved. And I understand that
- 10:20Speaker 1: people say, well, you've got to make a living. I've
- 10:22Speaker 1: heard people say that you got to make a living,
- 10:25Speaker 1: but the reality is to make as much money they're
- 10:28Speaker 1: having coming in. And let's talk about where the money's
- 10:30Speaker 1: coming from. You know a lot about that money, and
- 10:33Speaker 1: I think we should do a really deep dive into
- 10:35Speaker 1: where the cash is coming from. Before we get to that,
- 10:38Speaker 1: I want to tell you about our friends at Patriot Mobile,
- 10:40Speaker 1: the only conservative cell phone company in the country. If
- 10:43Speaker 1: you've got a cell phone and you're paying a bill
- 10:45Speaker 1: right now, stop giving it to big tech people that
- 10:48Speaker 1: are fighting against your values and give it to a
- 10:50Speaker 1: company that fights for what we believe in. Not only
- 10:53Speaker 1: can you keep your same cell phone number, but you're
- 10:55Speaker 1: actually every time you pay your bill, a portion of
- 10:57Speaker 1: that bill is going to support and protect from First
- 11:00Speaker 1: and Second Amendment rights, the rights of unborn children, helping
- 11:03Speaker 1: with adoptions, helping with parents who are trying to have
- 11:06Speaker 1: a say in their kids' future in the public schools.
- 11:09Speaker 1: This is what Patriot Money is doing. Patriot Mobile's doing
- 11:12Speaker 1: with your money when you pay your bill. So make
- 11:15Speaker 1: the switch and make a difference on something you're gonna
- 11:18Speaker 1: pay for every month anyway. Age seven eight Patriot. Use
- 11:21Speaker 1: the promo code Verdict. You'll get free activation the best
- 11:25Speaker 1: deals of the year eight seven eight Patriot. That's eight
- 11:28Speaker 1: seven eight Patriot or Patriot mobile dot com slash Verdict.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Make the switch today eight seven eight Patriot. Well, let's
- 11:36Speaker 1: talk about these suspicious activity reports, because for people that
- 11:40Speaker 1: don't know what that is, banks can flag things, they
- 11:43Speaker 1: can flag things I think are suspicious, yeap, And there's
- 11:46Speaker 1: a hell of a lot of them connected to the
- 11:48Speaker 1: last name Biden. Why are there so many? First off,
- 11:53Speaker 1: and is it because so much of the money is
- 11:55Speaker 1: coming in from places that are shady or is it
- 11:58Speaker 1: because they know who the money is coming from and
- 12:00Speaker 1: they've already said this is a bad actor.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Well, I think it's probably all the above. What we're
- 12:05Speaker 3: trying to put all those pieces together. But you know,
- 12:07Speaker 3: it's Ukraine, it's China, it's Russia. You're not not exactly
- 12:10Speaker 3: the countries that you jump to the to the top
- 12:14Speaker 3: of the list that are, you know, reputable kind of
- 12:16Speaker 3: places where you're going to be doing business. So I
- 12:18Speaker 3: think you know, what was it the mayor of Moscow's
- 12:20Speaker 3: wife gave Hunter, I forget that one was a ton of.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Several million, million million blos.
- 12:24Speaker 3: Just go on and on and so there's there's a
- 12:27Speaker 3: number of these places where it's coming from. I think complexity.
- 12:31Speaker 3: You know twenty some LLC's that are set up that
- 12:34Speaker 3: with the Biden family and their partners, uh this this
- 12:39Speaker 3: Robinson Walker guy and these others. When you got that
- 12:41Speaker 3: many LLC's companies you're setting up, I think complexity was
- 12:45Speaker 3: the was the objective, and it was designed to it
- 12:48Speaker 3: seems to me.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Let me ask you enforcement question. When you have crooks,
- 12:53Speaker 2: when you have drug cartails, when you have the mafia,
- 12:56Speaker 2: why did they create all sorts of shell corporations to
- 12:59Speaker 2: move them. Yep, no, I know because it's it's probably
- 13:03Speaker 2: because it's money laundry. But so we don't know if
- 13:05Speaker 2: that's the same thing going on here. But it all
- 13:07Speaker 2: starts to look suspicious again.
- 13:08Speaker 3: I think we we talked about this in our last one.
- 13:12Speaker 3: But you know, there aren't just one or two suspicious
- 13:15Speaker 3: activity reports. There's one hundred and seventy some. And it's
- 13:18Speaker 3: not just one or two LLCs. It's not like one
- 13:20Speaker 3: company one into they set up and receives money. They're
- 13:23Speaker 3: doing real work, real business, real real real value, real
- 13:26Speaker 3: real service.
- 13:27Speaker 2: That's not the case. There's twenty some of these LLCs
- 13:30Speaker 2: and they're getting money from all these countries that have
- 13:32Speaker 2: got kind of shady concerns there, and it's literally millions
- 13:36Speaker 2: of dollars. So and you know, it's an amazing thing. Look,
- 13:43Speaker 2: there are people in politics who have family members who
- 13:46Speaker 2: are lobbyists, who say, okay, you know you've got a
- 13:50Speaker 2: Democrat who's got a family member who goes and works
- 13:52Speaker 2: where a big labor union goes, works with a teachers union,
- 13:55Speaker 2: that that stuff is shady but not generally legal. It
- 14:02Speaker 2: really says something when when the son of the vice
- 14:07Speaker 2: president decides his business model is not just to go
- 14:11Speaker 2: get a bunch of Democrat clients to hire him to
- 14:15Speaker 2: influence Dad, but but go to foreign nations Communist China, Russia,
- 14:21Speaker 2: and Ukraine. I mean that's quite the collection. I mean,
- 14:25Speaker 2: that's you know, you know, you kind of wonder where
- 14:28Speaker 2: like Libya and Iran and North Korea. Yeah, right, I
- 14:31Speaker 2: mean it there's one hundred and seventy. You may be
- 14:34Speaker 2: in well, I have no evidence of that. I'm not
- 14:37Speaker 2: suggesting that, but it really is. Well, well, remember when
- 14:41Speaker 2: Ukraine was I think in the list of corrupt countries
- 14:44Speaker 2: was like maybe number one is like right near the
- 14:46Speaker 2: top just that in and of itself, and Russia is
- 14:49Speaker 2: certainly corrupt kind of kind of place for business as well.
- 14:53Speaker 2: So yeah, those are those are right near the top
- 14:55Speaker 2: of the list. And this is where hunter Biden's getting
- 14:57Speaker 2: getting a lot of money.
- 14:58Speaker 1: How much are you concerned about the fact that apparently
- 15:01Speaker 1: the money that was coming in from the Russians is
- 15:03Speaker 1: coming in from individuals has still not been named as
- 15:07Speaker 1: those that are being sanctioned by our government. A new
- 15:10Speaker 1: round of sanctions came out a few weeks ago. Not
- 15:13Speaker 1: on that list are the people that gave Hunter Biden,
- 15:17Speaker 1: the Biden family millions of dollars.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Literally, yeah, I mean we'll have to We'll have to see,
- 15:22Speaker 3: but you know, I meant the I'm at the point
- 15:25Speaker 3: now there's not a whole lot that surprised me. One
- 15:27Speaker 3: of the things I've learned and over over time is
- 15:30Speaker 3: you've been involved none of these investigations.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Whether we go clear back. I think it's ten years
- 15:34Speaker 2: ago this week when we first learned about lowist Learner
- 15:36Speaker 2: and the irs targeting you know, conservatives when you were
- 15:38Speaker 2: running for office. So the one thing I always learned
- 15:44Speaker 2: is when you get in these investigations that the one
- 15:46Speaker 2: thing we always get wrong is it's always worse than
- 15:48Speaker 2: we thought. And that may maybe maybe.
- 15:51Speaker 1: That the business worse than you thought.
- 15:52Speaker 2: I mean, well, it may not be with Biden's. I
- 15:54Speaker 2: don't know yet because we haven't completed the investigation, but
- 15:56Speaker 2: every other one that's always been the case. And remember
- 15:59Speaker 2: when Lewis Learner, who was a senior official at the
- 16:02Speaker 2: Department of Justice, she was targeting conservative she was targeting
- 16:05Speaker 2: Tea party groups, she was targeting pro Israel groups, she
- 16:08Speaker 2: was targeting pro life groups, she was targeting groups that
- 16:11Speaker 2: included in their title anything about the Constitution or the
- 16:13Speaker 2: Bill of Rights. That was suspect patriot if you believed
- 16:18Speaker 2: in the Bill of Rights. Yeah, scary that that was
- 16:21Speaker 2: a yeah. And you remember when the news broke. The
- 16:24Speaker 2: news broke because the Department of Treasury Inspector General YEP
- 16:28Speaker 2: reported on it, and Barack Obama went and did a
- 16:31Speaker 2: press conference and he said, quote, I am angry, and
- 16:35Speaker 2: the American people have a right to be angry. Now
- 16:38Speaker 2: that that was actually good. The second half of it
- 16:41Speaker 2: was right. The first half of it was a lie.
- 16:43Speaker 2: And it was a lie because he wasn't angry. He
- 16:45Speaker 2: was angry he got caught. But if he was angry,
- 16:48Speaker 2: he wouldn't have done what he did after that, which
- 16:49Speaker 2: is stonewall and stonewall and stonewall and refute. And when
- 16:53Speaker 2: Lois Lerner pleads the fifth and refuses to testify and
- 16:56Speaker 2: is held in contempt of Congress, you know what, his
- 16:59Speaker 2: Department of Justice didn't prosecute, right, And I believe he
- 17:03Speaker 2: said later on that he didn't think anyone did anything wrong.
- 17:06Speaker 2: And it's like there's a pending investigation. You can't have
- 17:09Speaker 2: the you can't have the head of the executive brand
- 17:11Speaker 2: saying you know nothing in the outcome and that there's
- 17:13Speaker 2: nothing wrong here. So yeah, but he what she did
- 17:18Speaker 2: was just targeting conservative groups applying for taxis M status
- 17:22Speaker 2: and having this be on the lookout list of people
- 17:25Speaker 2: applying for the reasons you stated so well. And that
- 17:29Speaker 2: was the model for what's happened under Biden. And by
- 17:32Speaker 2: the way, in between Obama and Biden, you know, the
- 17:36Speaker 2: Trump administration and amazingly enough, the federal government was weaponized
- 17:41Speaker 2: against him, the sitting president. You know, Ben asked a
- 17:46Speaker 2: minute ago about accountability. What what accountability has there been
- 17:50Speaker 2: for the DOJ and FBI officials involved in crossfire hurricane.
- 17:54Speaker 3: I know, I know it's other than Clin Smith who
- 17:58Speaker 3: falsified a document in front of the FISA court. No
- 18:00Speaker 3: one's had anything, And it's probably the question I get
- 18:03Speaker 3: more than any other. I'm sure you get the same
- 18:04Speaker 3: way when you're out and about talking with folks around
- 18:06Speaker 3: the country.
- 18:07Speaker 2: And by the way, let's pause on Clin Smith, because
- 18:11Speaker 2: we've lived this for a while, but not everyone listening
- 18:13Speaker 2: to this. So Cline Smith was an assistant General counsel
- 18:18Speaker 2: at the FBI who fraudulently created a counterfeit document and
- 18:23Speaker 2: submitted it to a federal court. And in particular, what
- 18:28Speaker 2: the counterfeit document was is they wanted to get a
- 18:31Speaker 2: wire tap on Carter Page. It was one of the
- 18:35Speaker 2: foreign policy advisors advising the Trump campaign. This is in
- 18:39Speaker 2: twenty sixteen, and the basis for this wire tap is
- 18:44Speaker 2: carter Page was talking to some shady Russians. And so
- 18:48Speaker 2: the FBI, doing actually its job, reached out and emailed
- 18:51Speaker 2: the CIA and said, hey, is this guy a source?
- 18:55Speaker 2: He's an asset for you? Because if you're talking to
- 18:58Speaker 2: shady Russians, pretty suspicious if you're.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Doing it on behalf of your country, the United it's America,
- 19:04Speaker 1: thank you, it's not.
- 19:06Speaker 2: It's not suspicious, like it's a good thing.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Is he our guy? Is he one of us? Is
- 19:10Speaker 1: he a friendly?
- 19:11Speaker 2: And so clin Smith emails the CIA says, is he
- 19:15Speaker 2: a source for you? See I emails back, Yes he is.
- 19:18Speaker 2: He is a source. And Clinesmith takes that email and
- 19:22Speaker 2: he fraudulently alters it and he changes is a source
- 19:26Speaker 2: to is not a source?
- 19:28Speaker 1: Degree? So how many days has he been in jail
- 19:30Speaker 1: for this? Zero?
- 19:31Speaker 2: Not a day, that's not a day.
- 19:34Speaker 1: That's and that's the.
- 19:35Speaker 2: That was submitted to a federal court. And I guarantee
- 19:37Speaker 2: if any of us created a fraudulent document and submitted
- 19:40Speaker 2: it to a federal court, you do real jail.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Jail.
- 19:43Speaker 3: And the thing always sticks out to me is one
- 19:45Speaker 3: hundred and eighty degree change in the meaning is is not?
- 19:49Speaker 3: It's just like you can't change it more.
- 19:52Speaker 1: They did that. So I still go back to that campaign.
- 19:55Speaker 1: I remember how they said Donald Trump was insane because
- 19:58Speaker 1: he said they were spying on my campaign and they
- 20:01Speaker 1: said it was Obama said that, no, it'spying on his camp.
- 20:04Speaker 1: That's ludicrous.
- 20:06Speaker 2: They sounds like something fifty one intelligence officials.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Yeah right, yeah, just get the sign a letter. Now
- 20:10Speaker 1: it's all good.
- 20:11Speaker 2: You know, Look, Crossfire Hurricane. Part of the reason it
- 20:15Speaker 2: happened is nobody believed Trump would be president, so they'd
- 20:22Speaker 2: never been caught. If Hillary had won, this would have
- 20:26Speaker 2: all faded.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Remember Crossfire Hurricane, just so they understand it exactly.
- 20:30Speaker 2: So. Crossfire Hurricane was the name given to the effort
- 20:35Speaker 2: to target the person who was then the Republican nominee
- 20:39Speaker 2: to be president, and it was the deep state engaged
- 20:44Speaker 2: in war, and it was the same weaponization that had
- 20:47Speaker 2: begun under Obama and actually Crossfire hurricane began under Obama
- 20:51Speaker 2: and then it waged on under Trump. And actually July fifth,
- 21:00Speaker 2: twenty seventeen, there was a meeting in the Oval Office
- 21:02Speaker 2: with Barack Obama, with Joe Biden, with Jim Comey, it
- 21:06Speaker 2: was the head of the FBI, with James James Clapper,
- 21:10Speaker 2: and they decided, we're going to keep this going and
- 21:18Speaker 2: we're going to target the president. At that point, they
- 21:20Speaker 2: knew Trump was coming in. He was fifteen days away
- 21:22Speaker 2: from being sworn in, and they said, keep it going,
- 21:25Speaker 2: and they made a decision. And by the way, that's
- 21:27Speaker 2: where Joe Biden suggested in that meeting, going after Michael Flynn,
- 21:32Speaker 2: the incoming National Security Advisor under the Logan Act, which
- 21:38Speaker 2: the Logan Act three times in history, has been enforced
- 21:42Speaker 2: so bad it makes it a crime essentially for a
- 21:46Speaker 2: private citizen to engage in diplomacy with foreign countries.
- 21:50Speaker 1: It's and daily.
- 21:55Speaker 3: Yeah, but it's also when they decided to go up
- 21:58Speaker 3: to Trump Tower president elect Trump January fifth of twenty seventeen,
- 22:03Speaker 3: so he's president elect. They go up there and Comy
- 22:06Speaker 3: briefs him on the dossier that they already knew was false,
- 22:09Speaker 3: and Kmy briefs him on it. And I'm convinced the
- 22:10Speaker 3: only reason because that had been paid for but the
- 22:12Speaker 3: Hillary Clinton campaign, right, And the only reason he briefs
- 22:14Speaker 3: him on it is so that they can leak it, yep,
- 22:17Speaker 3: so that they can tell so that they can say
- 22:19Speaker 3: it was so important. Jim Comy went to New York
- 22:22Speaker 3: to brief President elect Trump on the dossier that then
- 22:25Speaker 3: leaks they printed. That's when it all got rolling. That
- 22:28Speaker 3: led to ultimately led to the Special Council after Trump
- 22:32Speaker 3: Fire's combing and to get the Special Council. It's also
- 22:34Speaker 3: interesting you mentioned a cross for a hurricane. I obviouls
- 22:36Speaker 3: think this is funny because remember the Hillary Clinton email.
- 22:40Speaker 3: That investigation was called the mid Year Exam, you know,
- 22:44Speaker 3: very boring and playing. But going into President Trump was
- 22:47Speaker 3: like crossfire. You can see him pound in their chest
- 22:51Speaker 3: like we're gonna.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Get so like.
- 22:52Speaker 2: Even the names they give these things kind of indicate
- 22:55Speaker 2: the bias that exists there with folks in the government.
- 23:00Speaker 1: You've seen a lot in investigations. What has shocked you
- 23:05Speaker 1: the most by your investigation how the Biden family has exploded,
- 23:10Speaker 1: the money that's come in the players, the suspicious activity reports.
- 23:14Speaker 1: What is the moment when you're going through this that
- 23:17Speaker 1: really even took you back, saying, Wow, I can't believe
- 23:22Speaker 1: that I'm even seeing this, reading this, looking at this,
- 23:25Speaker 1: even having to contemplate the possibility of X. And before
- 23:30Speaker 1: you answered that, I want to tell you about our

- 24:30Speaker 1: What shocked you the most?
- 24:32Speaker 3: I think one of the things that and I've touched
- 24:34Speaker 3: on it a little bit before, But Elvis Chan has
- 24:37Speaker 3: a sworn declaration with when Senator Schmidt, then former Attorney
- 24:41Speaker 3: General Schmid and Missouri brought a case against the big
- 24:44Speaker 3: tech companies in this collusion, in this suppression of information
- 24:48Speaker 3: on Elvis Chan has a declaration in there where he
- 24:51Speaker 3: says that.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Repeatedly, excuse me, I.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Said that wrong.
- 24:56Speaker 3: Elvis Chan is the FBI agent talking to yol Off
- 25:00Speaker 3: at Twitter, and Joel Ross says in his sworn declaration
- 25:05Speaker 3: that repeatedly in the month of October twenty twenty, we
- 25:09Speaker 3: had agencies telling us FBI another agencies telling us to
- 25:13Speaker 3: expect a Hunter Biden laptop hacking lee There's gonna be
- 25:17Speaker 3: there's gonna be a hack and leak operation that will
- 25:20Speaker 3: happen in October of twenty twenty, and it will involve
- 25:23Speaker 3: Hunter Biden. And we were repeatedly told that by various
- 25:26Speaker 3: government agencies, and the FBI was in.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Possession of Hunter's laptop.
- 25:30Speaker 3: They already had the laptop. So they're being repeatedly told
- 25:33Speaker 3: what's gonna happen, When it's gonna happen, Who it's going
- 25:36Speaker 3: to involve, what's gonna happen, hack in leak, when it's
- 25:39Speaker 3: gonna happen October twenty twenty, just weeks before the most
- 25:41Speaker 3: important election we have, and who it's gonna involve.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Hunter Biden.
- 25:44Speaker 3: And you step back and you say, how in the
- 25:46Speaker 3: freak did they know? And of course they knew because
- 25:49Speaker 3: what Senator just said, they had the lab So that's
- 25:50Speaker 3: when to me, like, oh my goodness, they had the laptop,
- 25:56Speaker 3: they expected it to get public. Now we all know
- 25:58Speaker 3: there's an October surprise. We get one every four years,
- 26:01Speaker 3: right right, so that doesn't surprise us. But when you
- 26:03Speaker 3: can name exactly what the October surprise is going to be,
- 26:07Speaker 3: that's like I've said, when I first were these guys
- 26:10Speaker 3: clairvoyant to how did they know? How did they they
- 26:13Speaker 3: were profits? You know, they could figure it out, like, no,
- 26:15Speaker 3: they had the doc, they had the laptop, So that's
- 26:19Speaker 3: when they had to be like oh, we gotta be kidding.
- 26:21Speaker 2: No interest in verifying its authenticity, at least that we
- 26:25Speaker 2: know of. They had no interest in investigating the evidence
- 26:29Speaker 2: of corruption within the laptop that they were perfectly happy
- 26:33Speaker 2: to keep it utterly dormant. That was twenty nineteen. December
- 26:36Speaker 2: twenty nineteen, they got possession of the laptop. We're sitting
- 26:39Speaker 2: here in twenty twenty three and there still hasn't been
- 26:42Speaker 2: a prosecute.
- 26:43Speaker 1: But great.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Finally Hunters admitted it's his laptop in terms of trying
- 26:47Speaker 2: to fight against this, but not in Arkansas.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Yeah, not in Arkansas. He backpedaled, which is gonna, I think,
- 26:54Speaker 1: get him in a lot of trouble. If you notice
- 26:57Speaker 1: that when he was down there, it turns like we're
- 26:59Speaker 1: not even saying this is real. It's like, well, hold on,
- 27:01Speaker 1: you said it somewhere else it was real but for
- 27:03Speaker 1: the but no, now it's not real because I don't
- 27:05Speaker 1: want to see where my money is because I don't
- 27:07Speaker 1: want to have to pay for this kid.
- 27:08Speaker 2: So the shortness is, we don't know what the FBI
- 27:10Speaker 2: did with the laptop. We don't know if they validated
- 27:12Speaker 2: we don't, if they looked at it, they don't. We
- 27:13Speaker 2: don't know if we did. They confirmed it, they don't.
- 27:16Speaker 2: We we don't know. I know they haven't prosecuted anyone, right,
- 27:19Speaker 2: but we do know they were telling big Tech to
- 27:23Speaker 2: be on the lookout for those specific things, which suggest
- 27:28Speaker 2: they probably did know, or they probably did some of us.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Maybe they didn't, but they were that you.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Guys, either of you. And I'm asking this because this
- 27:36Speaker 1: is the fun part about doing the podcast. Is there
- 27:38Speaker 1: any scenario in your mind. You've been watching it a
- 27:41Speaker 1: long time, you worked over the Supreme Court, You've had
- 27:44Speaker 1: a career law enforce you know where they If you
- 27:46Speaker 1: get a laptop of the FBI that you think is
- 27:48Speaker 1: a former vice president's sons that has damning information, is
- 27:53Speaker 1: there any chance you just shelve it or wouldn't you
- 27:55Speaker 1: just out of pure curiosity, be like, we need to
- 27:58Speaker 1: go through this to know what's out there.
- 28:01Speaker 2: If your real law enforcement, of course you would.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:03Speaker 2: But even if you're just a TMZ type person, if
- 28:06Speaker 2: you're a hardcore partisan who hates Donald Trump, this is
- 28:15Speaker 2: the same entity that not long after decided to go
- 28:20Speaker 2: undercover targeting the Republican nominee for president. That's an extraordinary situation.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Look I'm an alumnus of the Department of Justice. I
- 28:28Speaker 2: was an associate Deputy Attorney General under George W.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Bush.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Look, you might have a situation where the evidence was
- 28:36Speaker 2: so compelling you had to investigate the nominee for the
- 28:38Speaker 2: other party, But that threshold should be really damn high. Now,
- 28:43Speaker 2: not so high that you get a laptop full of
- 28:46Speaker 2: incriminating information that he is getting the big guys getting
- 28:50Speaker 2: ten percent from communist China. All right, now you're starting
- 28:52Speaker 2: to hit a threshold of we got to figure out
- 28:55Speaker 2: if this is real. But the FBI and DOJ, what
- 29:03Speaker 2: I think happened is hardcore partisans burrowed into senior career positions,
- 29:12Speaker 2: and we're comfortable treating the machinery of law enforcement as
- 29:17Speaker 2: a tool to protect their friends and attack their enemies.
- 29:21Speaker 2: Do you agree with that? Well, I also think it's
- 29:23Speaker 2: it's one thing if they get that laptop in October
- 29:29Speaker 2: twenty twenty, Yeah, that'd be a different story because there's
- 29:31Speaker 2: a you know, you you work there, so you know
- 29:33Speaker 2: there's a window of time where you sort of like, Okay,
- 29:35Speaker 2: we're getting in that really critical political time when America's
- 29:38Speaker 2: deciding who's that Do we really want to impact the
- 29:41Speaker 2: election with information we bring out.
- 29:43Speaker 3: So that's one thing. But this was ten months before that.
- 29:46Speaker 2: And by the way, December, right before the twenty twenty election,
- 29:49Speaker 2: had or the had information about Joe Biden. Rather, the
- 29:53Speaker 2: twenty twenty two election had information about Joe Biden's classified documents,
- 29:57Speaker 2: and they did nothing with it. They didn't leak it,
- 29:59Speaker 2: they kept secret. But ninety one days before that election
- 30:02Speaker 2: they did raid President Trump's home. So outside that ninety
- 30:06Speaker 2: day window, I guess ninety one days, you're good to
- 30:08Speaker 2: go home. But you find something. Within a month or so,
- 30:12Speaker 2: I guess it was a couple of weeks. Eight days,
- 30:14Speaker 2: we can week before the election, they don't do anything.
- 30:17Speaker 2: So but but with the with the laptop.
- 30:20Speaker 3: It's ten months. It's ten months before the election. I
- 30:24Speaker 3: think you probably check it out, but who knows what
- 30:26Speaker 3: they did. So one of the things that that I
- 30:29Speaker 3: think is striking, and you mentioned it before, is the inner.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Relation between the federal government and big tech in the media,
- 30:41Speaker 2: because they're all intertwined in a way that frankly is
- 30:44Speaker 2: is is not natural. The media ought to be.
- 30:50Speaker 1: A watch shop.
- 30:51Speaker 2: That they ought to be. You know the phrase that
- 30:53Speaker 2: that back when we had journalists that they used to
- 30:55Speaker 2: be proud of. Is it is, you know, shining a
- 31:00Speaker 2: light and holding those in power accountable.
- 31:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:07Speaker 2: But what is really stunning that we've seen through your investigation,
- 31:12Speaker 2: that we've seen for the Twitter files is how willing
- 31:16Speaker 2: big tech was to be the foot soldiers for the government,
- 31:21Speaker 2: and how willing the media was weekly meetings to be
- 31:25Speaker 2: the foot soldiers for the government. You look at the
- 31:27Speaker 2: Hunter Biden. Not only did big tech suppress the story,
- 31:31Speaker 2: but they punished the media and deep platform the New
- 31:34Speaker 2: York Post. So it was one after the other after the.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Other, visibility filtered.
- 31:39Speaker 3: Anyone who was trying to talk about the story, share
- 31:42Speaker 3: the story, link to the story they did. The visibility
- 31:45Speaker 3: filtering is the fancy word big tech uses.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Now, Is that a normal thing for big tech to
- 31:53Speaker 2: be acting at the behest of the federal government silencing
- 31:57Speaker 2: people the federal government doesn't like.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Yeah, since uh what Jonathan Turley. Censorship by surrogate is
- 32:04Speaker 3: what the professor Turley called it. So there's a template now.
- 32:07Speaker 3: And it's scary because I actually think this is the
- 32:09Speaker 3: biggest threat we face. We can recover from the crazy
- 32:12Speaker 3: border policies, a crazy tax policies, spending policies, crime policies,
- 32:15Speaker 3: energy policy.
- 32:16Speaker 2: We can recover from all that.
- 32:17Speaker 3: But if they if they destroyed the First Amendment, you
- 32:21Speaker 3: no longer have this, this amazing thing we call America
- 32:24Speaker 3: the greatest country ever. So that's that's what can and
- 32:27Speaker 3: the template is always you will get it. The left
- 32:29Speaker 3: will tell a lie, the big media will report the lie,
- 32:34Speaker 3: big tech will amplify the lie, and then if you
- 32:37Speaker 3: try to tell the truth, they call you a racist,
- 32:39Speaker 3: they call you names, they try to cancel you, and
- 32:41Speaker 3: it's like, what what that that's that's now? What what's
- 32:44Speaker 3: happened to our country and to debate and to the
- 32:47Speaker 3: First Amendment. So yeah, it's it's it's not supposed to
- 32:51Speaker 3: work that way, and it's it's why I really think
- 32:53Speaker 3: what we're trying to do relative to the First Amendment,
- 32:56Speaker 3: protect it, highlight where it's been abused is so important,
- 33:01Speaker 3: and look at getting the facts out there, doing the
- 33:04Speaker 3: oversight to get the facts out there, then looking at
- 33:06Speaker 3: legislative remedies. What's legislation that we could pass that would
- 33:09Speaker 3: actually help with the situation. And then finally, do we
- 33:13Speaker 3: have to look at the appropriations process and say some
- 33:15Speaker 3: of these agencies shouldn't be getting the money they're getting,
- 33:18Speaker 3: at least not in the same way they're getting it now.
- 33:20Speaker 3: So talk to us about FBI whistleblowers. And you've had
- 33:23Speaker 3: a lot of FBI whistle blowers come to your committee.
- 33:27Speaker 3: And by the way, I'll say, if we've got FBI agents,
- 33:30Speaker 3: FBI employees, DJ employees who want to blow the whistle,
- 33:35Speaker 3: come to Jim, come to my office.
- 33:38Speaker 2: You will have the protections of law afforded to whistleblowers.
- 33:43Speaker 2: And it's an important part of constitutional accountability. But talk
- 33:46Speaker 2: to us about what you've seen from whistleblowers and what
- 33:49Speaker 2: we can expect in the week, weeks and months ahead.
- 33:52Speaker 3: We planing hearing next week. We haven't got an official
- 33:55Speaker 3: schedule yet, but that's what we're looking to do. We
- 33:56Speaker 3: think we're going to have four of the whistle blowers
- 33:58Speaker 3: come testify. We've had a dozen who've talked to us,
- 34:02Speaker 3: We've interviewed half a dozen, and as I mentioned, I
- 34:06Speaker 3: think in the last uh last episode was a part one.
- 34:10Speaker 3: I guess you call many of them been retaliated against
- 34:14Speaker 3: and it's really sad because.
- 34:16Speaker 1: What does that look like? So they take the take
- 34:17Speaker 1: that picture take their security clearance. Can you do your
- 34:20Speaker 1: job without that? You can't?
- 34:21Speaker 3: And then and then without your security clearance, you're you
- 34:25Speaker 3: You pretty much can't. And some of them just been
- 34:27Speaker 3: forced to leave. We had one who was trying to
- 34:30Speaker 3: trying to get to UH to get his firearms training
- 34:35Speaker 3: records because he needs that for another job, and they
- 34:38Speaker 3: slow walked him on that. So it's just like it's
- 34:41Speaker 3: just time and issue after issue that that we see
- 34:43Speaker 3: with these these guys.
- 34:46Speaker 1: In the FBI. You can't do your job without your
- 34:49Speaker 1: security clearance to have that a lot of people outside
- 34:51Speaker 1: of Washington may not realize that that's like taking your
- 34:54Speaker 1: driver's license away from you. And you're a big rig driver,
- 34:56Speaker 1: you can't make a living yep, yep.
- 34:58Speaker 3: It's really really tough and so uh and it's vindictive too, Yeah,
- 35:03Speaker 3: it's trying to crush you financially and.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Ruin your life.
- 35:06Speaker 2: It's it's in dare you talk to Congress about what
- 35:10Speaker 2: we're doing?
- 35:12Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 35:13Speaker 2: And it's also illegal, yeah, no, it is. You can't
- 35:16Speaker 2: retaliates very clear.
- 35:18Speaker 3: So, and like I said, one of one of these
- 35:20Speaker 3: whistleblowers is wanted to talk to us about the school
- 35:23Speaker 3: board issue and what they're what they were trying to
- 35:25Speaker 3: do to parents, given us the name of the the
- 35:29Speaker 3: the the Education EDI officials, the threat tag label that
- 35:32Speaker 3: was put on the twenty seven parents. But we put
- 35:34Speaker 3: our report on this. None of these parents were charged
- 35:37Speaker 3: with anything. Only one went to a full investigation, and
- 35:40Speaker 3: no one's been charged with anything. Many of these places
- 35:43Speaker 3: the US attorney and get this memory and they do
- 35:45Speaker 3: a little thing and they're like.
- 35:46Speaker 2: This is blowning, this is ridiculous.
- 35:48Speaker 3: Why are we doing this. It was all done for
- 35:50Speaker 3: politics because they thought it was going to help Terry
- 35:53Speaker 3: mccaalaughe the next governor of Virginia, and it turned out
- 35:56Speaker 3: it backfired on them and helped Glenn Younkin when yeah,
- 35:59Speaker 3: because you start telling and dads, we think, remember Glenn
- 36:01Speaker 3: Youngk or excuse me, When Terry McCollough said, we don't
- 36:03Speaker 3: think parents should be telling schools what to teach, Yeah,
- 36:05Speaker 3: and a bunch of moms.
- 36:06Speaker 2: Said, I don't I think we should. You know, by
- 36:08Speaker 2: the way, I know my kid's name, you don't know
- 36:10Speaker 2: the kids name. I think I should be involved in her.
- 36:12Speaker 2: So that issue, So this is when the whistlers came
- 36:15Speaker 2: to the Catholic memo that's one of them. Whistlebler came forward.
- 36:20Speaker 2: So I'll tell you there was another FBI memo which
- 36:22Speaker 2: we've talked about and said Judiciary Committee where they identified
- 36:26Speaker 2: signs of extremism and they had all sorts of things,
- 36:28Speaker 2: including the gats and flag from the revolutionary wartime, but
- 36:32Speaker 2: they also also had the come and take it flag
- 36:36Speaker 2: from Texas, which which.
- 36:39Speaker 1: I, oh, your boots are terrorist boots because.
- 36:43Speaker 2: I wear those boots just about every day in the Senate.
- 36:46Speaker 2: That has to come and take it flag on the back,
- 36:48Speaker 2: And as you know, I pulled the boot off and
- 36:50Speaker 2: slammed it on the on the bench and said, look,
- 36:52Speaker 2: let me sell report right now. I'm wearing two of
- 36:55Speaker 2: these symbols.
- 36:56Speaker 1: You might want oxes off right now. Just touch it.
- 36:59Speaker 2: R touching my boots, Stay away from my dad. Book
- 37:03Speaker 2: I just got. I haven't had them for six months.
- 37:06Speaker 2: I just had them resold, so they're CAZy. They're beautiful
- 37:10Speaker 2: the CAZy factory, you know, Passo. I had worn holes
- 37:13Speaker 2: in them, so I had to send them the factory.
- 37:15Speaker 2: It takes like five months to resoll them. They come
- 37:17Speaker 2: back as brand new booth.
- 37:18Speaker 1: That's cool.
- 37:18Speaker 2: They do a really nice job.
- 37:20Speaker 1: That's awesome. I want to ask you one last question,
- 37:23Speaker 1: and that deals with the issue I think of. There's
- 37:28Speaker 1: fatigue with a lot of Americans. Now they hear you're
- 37:30Speaker 1: doing investigations, they listen to part one and if you
- 37:34Speaker 1: missed it, go back and listen to it. They listen
- 37:36Speaker 1: to part two and they go, I'm mad as hell,
- 37:40Speaker 1: I'm frustrated with my government. What does success look like?
- 37:44Speaker 1: And I'm talking about from accountability standpoint, from your investigations,
- 37:48Speaker 1: because they don't feel like there's accountability. They feel like
- 37:51Speaker 1: that the deck is stacked against us now. They feel
- 37:54Speaker 1: like we're always losing. And I say this because I
- 37:57Speaker 1: have listeners. I talk to you every day. They are
- 37:59Speaker 1: sick and hired of feeling like there's two systems of
- 38:02Speaker 1: justice and that there is two, there's a double standard,
- 38:05Speaker 1: and they feel like we never win and their definitis
- 38:08Speaker 1: of winning. I want to be clear, it is something
- 38:10Speaker 1: they almost step over themselves over and over again trying
- 38:14Speaker 1: to explain this to me. They say, been, I want
- 38:15Speaker 1: to understand. I'm not wanting to put people in jail
- 38:18Speaker 1: because they're on the other side of the aisle. I
- 38:20Speaker 1: just want there to be accountability for people when you
- 38:22Speaker 1: do break laws. And when they see the Biden crime
- 38:25Speaker 1: family and they see what's going on, they see what's
- 38:27Speaker 1: happening the FBI and the DOJ. In this letter, they
- 38:30Speaker 1: just want to know they live in a world where
- 38:32Speaker 1: there is laws that matter, there is right and wrong.
- 38:38Speaker 1: And what does success look like for you? And before
- 38:41Speaker 1: you answer that, I want to lastly tell you about
- 38:43Speaker 1: our friends at Chalk. If you're a guy and you're

- 39:49Speaker 1: it is. UH.
- 39:50Speaker 3: Step one is stopping any bad behaviors, getting the facts
- 39:53Speaker 3: on the table. We're committed to doing that as part
- 39:55Speaker 3: of our constitutional duty when we when we do oversight,
- 39:57Speaker 3: success in the end is if we can, if we
- 39:59Speaker 3: can do it in a way that protects the first thing.
- 40:02Speaker 3: We're going to pass some legislation out of the House,
- 40:04Speaker 3: be tough to get through the Senate. Uh, with the
- 40:06Speaker 3: with the Democrats in control, we're going to look in
- 40:08Speaker 3: the appropriations process. Those are all things we got to do.
- 40:11Speaker 3: But in the end, if we can, if we can
- 40:13Speaker 3: get respect back in this country for the First Amendment
- 40:15Speaker 3: and stop the censorship that's going on. I tell folks
- 40:19Speaker 3: I was talking to earlier day to a group. You
- 40:21Speaker 3: think about the last couple of years, every right we
- 40:24Speaker 3: enjoy under the First Amendment has been assaulted. Right to
- 40:27Speaker 3: practice your faith, right to assemble, petition, the government, press, speech,
- 40:30Speaker 3: everyone's been assaulted. There were places during COVID where Democrat
- 40:34Speaker 3: governors and Democrat mayors wouldn't let people Americans go to
- 40:37Speaker 3: church on Sunday. I spoke to Now you could go
- 40:40Speaker 3: to an Antifa riote or Black Lives Matter right. Yeah,
- 40:43Speaker 3: vast windows in every major urban air round in this
- 40:45Speaker 3: country with your right to assemble. I spoke to the
- 40:48Speaker 3: New Mexico. I think I've told you the center the
- 40:50Speaker 3: New Mexico Republican Party in Amarillo, Texas, because they had
- 40:55Speaker 3: to go to Texas to get the freedom to So
- 40:57Speaker 3: there's two years ago, the freedom to assemble because they're
- 41:00Speaker 3: raised the Democrat governor would let him assemble in their
- 41:01Speaker 3: own state, and you just go right to that. But
- 41:03Speaker 3: the most important liberty we.
- 41:04Speaker 1: Have, they should have named it an Antifa routy and.
- 41:07Speaker 2: They could have had it the most important right we have.
- 41:10Speaker 2: I've said that every church service should have just called
- 41:13Speaker 2: themselves a protest against the devil.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Yeah, there we go.
- 41:17Speaker 3: But your right to speak is the most important. You
- 41:19Speaker 3: can't talk, you can't practice your faith. You can't share
- 41:21Speaker 3: your faith. You don't have the freedom of press, freedom
- 41:22Speaker 3: to petition, freedom to somebody. You just don't have it.
- 41:25Speaker 3: And that's what they're coming after, and that's what we
- 41:26Speaker 3: got to defend it if we can protect that will.
- 41:29Speaker 2: And tell folks about your investigation into the corrupt prosecution
- 41:35Speaker 2: of Alvin Bragg targeting Donald Trump, because when you talk
- 41:38Speaker 2: about weaponization, we've talked at length in this podcast how
- 41:43Speaker 2: utterly frivolous this case is, but you've engaged very closely
- 41:46Speaker 2: on it. So tell us what you're doing on that.
- 41:48Speaker 2: Alvin Bragg used federal tax dollars to indict a former
- 41:53Speaker 2: president for no crime. And then when we wanted to
- 41:56Speaker 2: talk to one of the das who worked for him,
- 41:58Speaker 2: who had left over a year ago and wrote a
- 42:01Speaker 2: book solely on this subject, he took us to court
- 42:05Speaker 2: and the federal judge just the court just gave us
- 42:07Speaker 2: a decision a couple of weeks ago. It says you're wrong,
- 42:09Speaker 2: mister Bragg. The Judiciary Committee gets to have a deposition
- 42:13Speaker 2: with mister palmerants he'll be coming in this Friday for
- 42:16Speaker 2: and what does he say in his book? He says, Oh,
- 42:18Speaker 2: he talks about.
- 42:19Speaker 3: It's really interesting because you talk about the old line,
- 42:23Speaker 3: show me the man, I'll find you the crime. They
- 42:25Speaker 3: have like twenty different things. They were looking at President Trump.
- 42:29Speaker 3: They looked at the forty Wall Street property, the Seven
- 42:31Speaker 3: Springs Resort, the Jupiter Golf course, his tax returns, his
- 42:35Speaker 3: apartment that they that he lived in on the top
- 42:38Speaker 3: of Trump Tower, his his financial statements, his his all
- 42:42Speaker 3: his stuff with Mazar's.
- 42:43Speaker 2: They looked at his kids you just got on the list,
- 42:45Speaker 2: and then the course. They looked at the stormy dangerous
- 42:49Speaker 2: issuear like, I mean, I'm forgetting some It's crazy all
- 42:53Speaker 2: the things they looked at to try to to try
- 42:55Speaker 2: to get this guy. But we're gonna ask him about
- 42:58Speaker 2: We're gonna ask about things he said book. You know
- 43:00Speaker 2: some of the some of the things in there. You
- 43:03Speaker 2: know in a lot of ways. It's amazing you do
- 43:06Speaker 2: that kind of deep dive almost anyone. If you have
- 43:09Speaker 2: a team of prosecutors coming through everything you've ever filed
- 43:12Speaker 2: with the I r S. My guess is most people
- 43:14Speaker 2: can do something something, and especially a billionaire real estate developer.
- 43:20Speaker 2: If you brought a hundred billionaire real estate developers went
- 43:23Speaker 2: through all their taxes. I'd be surprised if you could
- 43:26Speaker 2: find one you couldn't indict for something. They looked at him.
- 43:30Speaker 3: They were looking at when he bought the post office
- 43:32Speaker 3: here and turned it into the hotel here in d C.
- 43:36Speaker 3: I mean, just on it was it was ridiculous. So yeah,
- 43:40Speaker 3: that that is happening. But again, I think it just
- 43:43Speaker 3: shows you know, the DA in Manhattan. I think the
- 43:46Speaker 3: DA and Georgie's gonna have another crazy case.
- 43:48Speaker 2: And by the way, Alvin Bragg is a Soro DA.
- 43:50Speaker 2: George Soros went over a million bucks to get him elected.
- 43:53Speaker 2: This is this goes back to weaponization. You want to
- 43:56Speaker 2: talk about the power of putting your guy in can
- 44:00Speaker 2: of law enforcement, whether they're targeting Donald Trump or targeting
- 44:05Speaker 2: you as a mom or dad, it's the same principle,
- 44:07Speaker 2: which is we will use the government to crush our enemies.
- 44:10Speaker 1: I hope that everybody will take this episode, take the
- 44:13Speaker 1: last one, share it out on social media wherever you are.
- 44:17Speaker 1: Thank you for spending some fun time with this. I
- 44:19Speaker 1: think there's a lot of Americans that are going to
- 44:21Speaker 1: really appreciate the fact that we just took a deep breath,
- 44:25Speaker 1: went back and spent this time explaining it because it's
- 44:27Speaker 1: so hard to get a concept of where we are
- 44:31Speaker 1: if you're doing it in three or four minutes on TV.
- 44:33Speaker 1: So thanks for taking the time and being here. It's
- 44:35Speaker 1: been a fun thing. Makes you share this podcast or
