Saint Lucia to Host Major Summit as Regional CBI Regulatory Authority Goes Operational
With all five Eastern Caribbean member states securing parliamentary approval, the Eastern Caribbean Citizenship By-Investment Regulatory Authority (ISIRA) enters its implementation phase. A regional summit is set for May in Saint Lucia to align operational systems ahead of a full rollout by mid-2026.
