- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things and the stings me through good it.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Steve listening to the other for st PA, I don't
- 0:39Speaker 1: join jo. You gotta turning. You gotta turn to turn
- 1:41Speaker 1: them out. Turn You haven't got to turn out to
- 1:46Speaker 1: turn the water the water got me? Come come on
- 1:58Speaker 1: your thing, I shall well a good morning everybody. Y'all
- 2:06Speaker 1: listening to the voice. Come on, dig me now, one
- 2:10Speaker 1: and only Steve Hardy got a radio show. You know.
- 2:12Speaker 1: I think I'll explain something to y'all. You know when
- 2:15Speaker 1: I when I wake up in the morning and I say,
- 2:18Speaker 1: dig me now, what I'm asking you to do is
- 2:21Speaker 1: it's old school, you know, man, And you know you
- 2:23Speaker 1: say old people say I dig You know d never
- 2:27Speaker 1: stop saying it. Sorry, but dig me now. It's just
- 2:31Speaker 1: I want you to I don't you really feel me?
- 2:34Speaker 1: I don't you to understand what I'm saying, because really,
- 2:37Speaker 1: this morning inspiration is all given in the spirit of
- 2:40Speaker 1: sharing and love. It ain't about to expose me in
- 2:44Speaker 1: any way. That's not the purpose of it. But I
- 2:47Speaker 1: found that in my morning inspiration that it's best that
- 2:51Speaker 1: I use some things about myself, because I mean, what
- 2:53Speaker 1: better example can I use? Because I know me, I
- 2:56Speaker 1: know what's happened to me. I knew exactly how I
- 2:59Speaker 1: felt all along the way concerning almost everything, every aspect
- 3:03Speaker 1: of my life. I now fully do really understand why
- 3:07Speaker 1: God had my life spend the way it spun. And
- 3:11Speaker 1: here's the part that I want to give to you
- 3:13Speaker 1: this morning, that first of all, whatever position you find
- 3:17Speaker 1: yourself in today, we kind of come to one realization
- 3:21Speaker 1: that we got ourselves there. We put ourselves there by
- 3:24Speaker 1: a series of thoughts and actions. Thoughts turn into things.
- 3:30Speaker 1: That's very important to know. So let's look at both
- 3:34Speaker 1: sides of it. For people who think negative thoughts, it
- 3:40Speaker 1: turns into negative things, and the direct opposite is true.
- 3:45Speaker 1: For those who think positive thoughts, it turns into positive things.
- 3:52Speaker 1: That's the deal. It's as simple as that, folks. I
- 3:57Speaker 1: cannot break it down any cleaner, I cannot make it
- 4:01Speaker 1: any clearer. Thoughts become things. So the one glaring question
- 4:08Speaker 1: for all of us always is on a daily basis,
- 4:12Speaker 1: what are you thinking? What are your thoughts? What are
- 4:15Speaker 1: you thinking? What are your thoughts? Because I can assure
- 4:22Speaker 1: you and it's not by or promise of mind. This
- 4:26Speaker 1: is not a theory that Steve Harvey then came up with.
- 4:29Speaker 1: This is a fact of life. This is biblical, this
- 4:34Speaker 1: is spiritual, This is written, this is philosophical. This is
- 4:39Speaker 1: the law of the universe. However, you need to drink
- 4:42Speaker 1: this medicine to take to get it down and feel
- 4:46Speaker 1: what I'm saying to you. This is just the way
- 4:48Speaker 1: it is now and here the cold part, folks. It
- 4:52Speaker 1: don't matter if you believe me or not. It does
- 4:56Speaker 1: not matter if you have never been explained, ain't this
- 5:01Speaker 1: or not. And it does not matter if you think
- 5:04Speaker 1: it works in your life or not. It don't matter.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Listen to me. It is the way it is. It
- 5:11Speaker 1: is as scriptural, it is as spiritual, it is philosophical,
- 5:16Speaker 1: it's just whatever. It's the law of the universe. You
- 5:18Speaker 1: call whatever you want call. However, you got to dress
- 5:21Speaker 1: this thing up to put it in the phase that
- 5:24Speaker 1: you can feel me. I want you to feel me now,
- 5:27Speaker 1: because this all it is. So when I say that
- 5:31Speaker 1: you are where we are today because we thought ourselves
- 5:34Speaker 1: here or your best to believe that's true, you thought
- 5:38Speaker 1: yourself here, no one else. See. Let me explain something.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I got people around me who so badly want to
- 5:45Speaker 1: take credit for it, but I don't allow it. But
- 5:50Speaker 1: because I keep pointing to the heavens, I keep pointing
- 5:55Speaker 1: and trying to say it out loud as many times
- 5:59Speaker 1: as I can without being so offensive, that my life
- 6:04Speaker 1: is by design, by grace and mercy, by blessings from God.
- 6:08Speaker 1: My life is because God has seen it to be so. Oh,
- 6:13Speaker 1: but I got plenty of people around me want credit
- 6:15Speaker 1: for it and want you to not give credit to
- 6:18Speaker 1: God and give it to them. I got that. I
- 6:21Speaker 1: got that, but I understand that. See, I understand what
- 6:24Speaker 1: that is. That's a person whose design is to get
- 6:28Speaker 1: the credit. But it's okay, it's so clear to me
- 6:32Speaker 1: what my father was saying to me. Man, I get it.
- 6:35Speaker 1: As I get older and older, he always said to me, son,
- 6:38Speaker 1: everybody come with you, can't go with you. See. You know,
- 6:44Speaker 1: I don't know how people say that in church. You know,
- 6:46Speaker 1: sometimes they go people come into your life for seasons,
- 6:49Speaker 1: and I guess the same thing. You know, they season up,
- 6:51Speaker 1: they're gone, well, you know, and then but then hither
- 6:55Speaker 1: way they try to hold you though or you're gonna
- 6:58Speaker 1: forget where you come from. Oh, you ain't gonna keep
- 7:01Speaker 1: it real no more. I don't want to go back
- 7:05Speaker 1: where I come from. I don't want to keep it
- 7:07Speaker 1: that real no more. It was real enough for me
- 7:09Speaker 1: living in a car. I had enough of that real.
- 7:13Speaker 1: I don't gonna keep it real now. I don't keep
- 7:14Speaker 1: it real. I want to go keep it dreamy. I
- 7:17Speaker 1: want to go keep it fantasize it. I want. I
- 7:19Speaker 1: want to. I want to keep it out of this world.
- 7:21Speaker 1: I want to keep it off the chain. I want
- 7:24Speaker 1: to keep it moving. I want to keep it ball
- 7:26Speaker 1: and I want to see what that's like. So naw,
- 7:28Speaker 1: I ain't gonna forget why I come from. But you
- 7:30Speaker 1: ain't gonna hold me to that though See, thoughts become
- 7:35Speaker 1: things all day long? Where's your vision board? Where are
- 7:40Speaker 1: the things that you wan't written down? What do you
- 7:44Speaker 1: think about the most? How grateful are you for what
- 7:48Speaker 1: all God has done for you? Where are you at
- 7:50Speaker 1: with that? See here another law? If thoughts become things,
- 7:58Speaker 1: Let me ask you this. If all you're thinking about
- 8:01Speaker 1: is your debt, if all you're thinking about is what
- 8:05Speaker 1: you ain't got, If all you thinking about or is all.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Woe is me? If all you're thinking about is every
- 8:11Speaker 1: time I turn around, I'm sick. If all you're thinking
- 8:14Speaker 1: about it's the things in life that you're lacking. If
- 8:20Speaker 1: that's all you're thinking about, And if thoughts become things,
- 8:27Speaker 1: how much debt you think you're gonna stay in? How much?
- 8:30Speaker 1: How much how much lacking you think you finn to
- 8:33Speaker 1: feel your life with? How much most stuff you find
- 8:37Speaker 1: to not have because you keep thinking about it all
- 8:41Speaker 1: the time. When you're gonna be grateful, when you're gonna
- 8:46Speaker 1: say thank you, when it's gonna come out your mouth, Man,
- 8:49Speaker 1: that I may not be where I want to be,
- 8:52Speaker 1: but I show am grateful for what you've given me
- 8:56Speaker 1: so far, for the things I have today, because I
- 8:59Speaker 1: don't have to have these things? You know that does?
- 9:02Speaker 1: That then opens up room for more stuff to come
- 9:05Speaker 1: your way? To be grateful fall. But if you're gonna
- 9:08Speaker 1: be ungrateful, man, let me ask you. So. I ain't God,
- 9:12Speaker 1: I don't claim to be, But let me ask you something. Man,
- 9:15Speaker 1: if you're ungrateful for the things we've got, if we
- 9:18Speaker 1: can't show no gratitude for what we have, why would
- 9:23Speaker 1: God give us some most stuff to be ungrateful for
- 9:26Speaker 1: why would he do that? For tada? Anybody feel me
- 9:31Speaker 1: right now? So when I say come on, y'all, dig me, now,
- 9:34Speaker 1: do you understand why I say dig me? Because I
- 9:36Speaker 1: want you to feel me. I want you to understand
- 9:38Speaker 1: and come to the understanding, not saying you ain't. Because
- 9:41Speaker 1: so many people got a deeper understanding than me about
- 9:43Speaker 1: this whole thing. I promise you they do, but they
- 9:46Speaker 1: listen to me. I'm just trying to get you to
- 9:49Speaker 1: walk up in this light, man, so you can go
- 9:50Speaker 1: on with your life and quit tripping yourself out with
- 9:53Speaker 1: your thoughts because thoughts become things, all right, all day
- 9:57Speaker 1: you're listening. Good morning, boys and girls. Guess what day
- 10:05Speaker 1: it is. It's Friday Eve. That means tomorrow it will

- 11:17Speaker 1: morning and that night. Last, but not least, put your

- 11:44Speaker 1: we started to show, somebody was talking about having a dream,

- 11:53Speaker 1: dream And as soon as I wake up, it's gonna
- 11:55Speaker 1: be all over with. But I know, I know that
- 11:57Speaker 1: I'm dreaming right now. This is this gotta be a dream? Yes, yeah, good,
- 12:04Speaker 1: go ahead. But I've been in a good dream. Though
- 12:07Speaker 1: it didn't want to come up out of it. And
- 12:10Speaker 1: then when I came up out of it, tried to
- 12:12Speaker 1: take a sleeping peel and go back so I can
- 12:14Speaker 1: see her again. And I just I just she just
- 12:18Speaker 1: wasn't ye party? You had a real good party. You
- 12:23Speaker 1: wake up? You said, Well, if I go back to sleep,
- 12:25Speaker 1: I could go back to that party. But it's gone.
- 12:28Speaker 1: The party over with. You can't get to that dream
- 12:31Speaker 1: that you can't back at church. I had a dream
- 12:36Speaker 1: about Tommy. What was it? I was cold when I
- 12:45Speaker 1: call what I was doing? What I was doing? Let
- 12:48Speaker 1: me see we talk about this. Yeah, but that kind
- 12:52Speaker 1: of dreams, we want to hear it because my dreams

- 12:59Speaker 1: it wasn't that long. I woke up immediately, so I

- 13:25Speaker 1: I working working. I mean, we have to go. Unfortunately
- 13:31Speaker 1: I put in I'll pay tomorrow Friday, coming up two
- 13:38Speaker 1: minutes after the hour. We'll have asked bitter man. He's
- 13:41Speaker 1: not trying to help you. Right after this, you're listening
- 13:45Speaker 1: to the show. All right, guys, it is time now
- 13:49Speaker 1: for ask bitter Man. Your disclaimer right here, sir. Please,
- 13:53Speaker 1: I'm not trying to help you. I have no intentions
- 13:56Speaker 1: of helping you. If you get help out of this,
- 13:59Speaker 1: it's because you found I didn't intend to give it
- 14:02Speaker 1: to you. Ready a little louder, jay, please? All right?
- 14:07Speaker 1: This one is from Sue and Tampa. Sue writes, I'm
- 14:10Speaker 1: in my mid sixties and I'm married to a man
- 14:13Speaker 1: that I don't even know anymore. I got a text
- 14:15Speaker 1: from a co worker to ride by a strip mall
- 14:17Speaker 1: because someone that looked just like my husband is shopping
- 14:20Speaker 1: with a pretty younger female. I parked close to his
- 14:24Speaker 1: car and caught him in the act. He verbally attacked
- 14:28Speaker 1: me and called me pathetic for stalking him. The young
- 14:31Speaker 1: lady apologized and said she didn't know he was married.
- 14:34Speaker 1: My husband has been giving me the silent treatment. I
- 14:37Speaker 1: never saw this coming. Is it time for a divorce? Wow?
- 14:42Speaker 1: You better strip mall? She wasn't all they were shopping.
- 14:56Speaker 1: He takes somebody else shopping. That's what's happening, right. It's
- 15:00Speaker 1: spending money. Yeah, yeah, he's spending his money on her.
- 15:04Speaker 1: And you now you have the answer that you need,
- 15:07Speaker 1: you know, and he didn't bring you nothing back. The
- 15:10Speaker 1: shame on him. That is just disgusting that he would
- 15:13Speaker 1: go out and not bring you a gift back to
- 15:16Speaker 1: Damn him. Damn all players need to know when you
- 15:23Speaker 1: go shopping, always buy two and never buy Never get
- 15:27Speaker 1: your cologne mixed up. Everybody gets the same fragrance. Okay everything,
- 15:33Speaker 1: everybody gets the same fragrance. We all smell alike. Okay,
- 15:40Speaker 1: we all we are all right. Yeah. To answer your question,
- 15:48Speaker 1: Sue and Tampa, yes, it is time for a divorce.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Martin and Connecticut says. I have two sons with my
- 15:57Speaker 1: ex wife and two sons with my cur wife. I
- 16:00Speaker 1: want to have family pictures done with my wife and
- 16:03Speaker 1: I and my four sons. My ex wife said my
- 16:06Speaker 1: current wife cannot be on a picture with her sons,
- 16:10Speaker 1: So to cut down confusion, my wife has suggested that
- 16:13Speaker 1: me and my son take pictures without her. I'm sick
- 16:16Speaker 1: of my ex wife. She is old news and needs
- 16:19Speaker 1: to stop tripping and grow up. How do I tell
- 16:21Speaker 1: her this respectfully? Yeah, she got to do with the picture. Yeah,
- 16:26Speaker 1: what you need to do, sir, listen to me. Get
- 16:28Speaker 1: you a green screen, hold your arm out, take that
- 16:32Speaker 1: picture with that one family and then photoshop that other
- 16:36Speaker 1: family in there like you like yellow, like yell and
- 16:44Speaker 1: no nobody would know the difference rights. And then just
- 16:48Speaker 1: to add a touch look that way so it looks
- 16:50Speaker 1: like you're looking at them. Okay, I kind of like that, Jay, Yeah,
- 16:58Speaker 1: you know, pretty genius. I somebody that did a photo
- 17:02Speaker 1: shoot during COVID and they went to the photographer and
- 17:05Speaker 1: they all went individually right and put them all together.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Social distancing. What you gotta do this though, Jake. Yeah,
- 17:13Speaker 1: once you get that picture taking, we got to send
- 17:16Speaker 1: it to the XI. We got go ahead and put them.
- 17:25Speaker 1: You got to you got to take her picture out
- 17:28Speaker 1: so all you all together with her, damn picture is gone,
- 17:32Speaker 1: so she not even in the damn picture. That all right?
- 17:43Speaker 1: Anonymous Anonymous in Atlanta, As We Move On says, I'm
- 17:47Speaker 1: a thirty eight year old married woman and I'm having
- 17:49Speaker 1: an affair with a neighbor in my apartment complex. He's
- 17:52Speaker 1: a divorced, single dad and he moved to the complex
- 17:55Speaker 1: to be closer to me. We're in love and I
- 17:58Speaker 1: would leave my husband in a heartbeat to be with him.
- 18:01Speaker 1: But he is always broke. He works long hours, but
- 18:04Speaker 1: he is always he always has money issues. Do I
- 18:07Speaker 1: take a leap of faith and truths true love over
- 18:09Speaker 1: money or should I stay where the money resides? Stay reside?
- 18:17Speaker 1: Need to stay with the money? Crazy money reside. He
- 18:23Speaker 1: was staying with the money. Reside with money, Reside with red. Yeah,
- 18:28Speaker 1: good sexes down the hall. But you're living with with
- 18:31Speaker 1: money reside all right, Shanda and little Rock says. My
- 18:40Speaker 1: boyfriend and I got into a big fight over the
- 18:42Speaker 1: phone and over a phone call that I got with
- 18:45Speaker 1: another guy from another guy, and he was so mad.
- 18:48Speaker 1: He threw all of my makeup in the dumpster. What
- 18:52Speaker 1: While he was asleep, I took his car and hid
- 18:55Speaker 1: it in my brother's garage. He was looking for his
- 18:58Speaker 1: car for three days until my brother's dumb girlfriend drove
- 19:01Speaker 1: the car to Walmart. My boyfriend spotted his car and
- 19:05Speaker 1: tried to take it from her. They got into a
- 19:07Speaker 1: fight and got arrested. He said, I need to pay
- 19:10Speaker 1: his fine or he will dump me. He started this,
- 19:13Speaker 1: Uh to why he wait? He started this? So why
- 19:18Speaker 1: is he blaming me for his arrest? I'm sorry, you
- 19:22Speaker 1: get it. I got it. It was tough, it was rough. Yeah,
- 19:26Speaker 1: it was my apology coming from a very bad reader,
- 19:29Speaker 1: which is me. That was that was kind of rough,
- 19:32Speaker 1: but I got it and that's what I do, right,
- 19:34Speaker 1: That's what I do. I'm so sorry, Jake. No no, no, no, no,
- 19:37Speaker 1: we got it. Don't don't we want to send you
- 19:41Speaker 1: that on that trip again. Yeah, it was rough, but
- 19:47Speaker 1: all of this tipped the tack that you guys are doing.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Somebody gonna get hate real bad. Okay, Yeah, yeah, it's
- 19:53Speaker 1: all funny games to blood shows up. Yeah, and blood's
- 19:57Speaker 1: about to show up. So y'all need to break up.
- 19:59Speaker 1: They you need to break up exactly. That's what I
- 20:01Speaker 1: was gonna say. You had in his tide. Yeah, but
- 20:08Speaker 1: she's going through what I didn't make up though, because
- 20:15Speaker 1: that was important to her. That's why he found the
- 20:25Speaker 1: damn you yea? Do they still wear Do they still
- 20:29Speaker 1: wear ruage? Ruage? Do they still Yeah? They call it blush, baby, blush.
- 20:35Speaker 1: It's not nineties. Thank you, Thank you, Jay bitter Man.
- 20:42Speaker 1: I know you didn't want to help, but you actually
- 20:44Speaker 1: helped people. Coming up next, it is the nephew. He's
- 20:48Speaker 1: not gonna help anybody with this run that prank. Back
- 20:51Speaker 1: right after this, you're listening Morning show coming up at
- 20:56Speaker 1: the top of the hour, Miss Anna's standing by with
- 20:58Speaker 1: their national news. Arkansas governor says he regrets the band
- 21:02Speaker 1: of mass mandates as a COVID case's surge and an
- 21:06Speaker 1: entertainment news Rihanna is at billionaire status now. One point
- 21:11Speaker 1: seven billion dollars is what she's worth. And then Tommy,
- 21:16Speaker 1: I just gotta say this. Please don't kill the messenger.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I'm just letting you know what's happening. You might be
- 21:22Speaker 1: a little upset about this. Rapper Big Sean has gotten taller. Okay, yeah,

- 21:45Speaker 1: gonna pray him on through this running up. What you got?
- 21:50Speaker 1: What you got for? That ain't my brother's baby. That
- 21:55Speaker 1: ain't my brother's baby. Let's go, kid, though, don't worry
- 22:00Speaker 1: about it. Something I need to take care. I'll talk
- 22:02Speaker 1: to man. I speak to Terry. My name is Darrel,
- 22:06Speaker 1: Damon is my brother. I don't live in Dallas where
- 22:08Speaker 1: y'all live. That I'm the one that live out of town.
- 22:11Speaker 1: But we didn't have a family meeting and talked about it.
- 22:14Speaker 1: And uh, I know Travis is your son. He eight
- 22:17Speaker 1: years old. But the problem is the reason why I'm
- 22:20Speaker 1: calling you, Terry is called. We didn't found out that
- 22:25Speaker 1: Travis ain't none of Damon's child. Excuse Travis ain't none
- 22:29Speaker 1: of damon child. He'd been paying you child support here
- 22:32Speaker 1: for the last eight hold on you said your name
- 22:35Speaker 1: was who I'm Darrel, I'm damon brother, and who gave
- 22:38Speaker 1: you this information? We all to found the information out.
- 22:41Speaker 1: We actually gonna go down there to the courthouse and
- 22:43Speaker 1: get all this stuff rectified. But we didn't found out
- 22:46Speaker 1: that Travis ain't ain't none of Damon's child. And he's
- 22:49Speaker 1: been sitting up here sending you money seven to eight
- 22:51Speaker 1: hundred dollars a month, and this child ain't even here. Now,
- 22:54Speaker 1: I hate for Travis to find this out, and he
- 22:56Speaker 1: gonna have to find it out, but he ain't for
- 22:59Speaker 1: the that why are you calling me? Look, the family
- 23:03Speaker 1: didn't had a meeting, and I'm the one that they
- 23:05Speaker 1: decided to make the phone call and tell you what's
- 23:07Speaker 1: going on now, don't you You You don't have a
- 23:10Speaker 1: damn thing to do with this. You You ain't nobody
- 23:12Speaker 1: daddy over here, So I'm not sure what you're calling for.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Who God made you keen or wanted you to be
- 23:17Speaker 1: head and charged to call but that it's not gonna
- 23:20Speaker 1: work out. But let me why why are you doing
- 23:22Speaker 1: this to my brother? That's what I'm saying. For eight years,
- 23:25Speaker 1: the man been sitting you seven hundred seven dollars a
- 23:27Speaker 1: month and and this ain't even his chime. Well you know,
- 23:32Speaker 1: why why am I even talking to you? I'm not
- 23:34Speaker 1: really sure your brother need to call me if he
- 23:36Speaker 1: has any problems of questions. You have a good hello.
- 23:43Speaker 1: You don't hang no damn phone up on me. Damon
- 23:45Speaker 1: told me in the last was hard headed anyway. Now
- 23:47Speaker 1: look you know what you got the wrong one baby
- 23:51Speaker 1: like you, I'm trying to not lose all my religion
- 23:53Speaker 1: to day, but you're about to make me lose it
- 23:55Speaker 1: on your man. You don't know who you over here. So,
- 23:58Speaker 1: like I said before, my fund your nephew that you're
- 24:02Speaker 1: trying not to claim over there. I don't know why
- 24:04Speaker 1: you came from wherever the here you said, you came
- 24:06Speaker 1: from the Dallas to try to I came from California
- 24:09Speaker 1: down here to Dallas, and I'm telling you need to
- 24:11Speaker 1: take your breath. I'm back to California because down here
- 24:14Speaker 1: you don't know me like that. No, I don't know you,
- 24:16Speaker 1: but I'm fend to know you. And Travis been to
- 24:18Speaker 1: know that my brother ain't his daddy. No, I don't
- 24:21Speaker 1: know You know, you need to talk to your brother again.
- 24:24Speaker 1: That's what you need to do. And you don't need
- 24:25Speaker 1: to be talking to me. You've been to send us
- 24:27Speaker 1: all the money and my brother didn't sent y'all. I
- 24:32Speaker 1: and when I do, Look when I said, when I
- 24:34Speaker 1: sent all that eight years worth of money back, you're
- 24:37Speaker 1: gonna send every dying back because it belonged to my
- 24:39Speaker 1: brother that ain't my brother. Child. Now, we ain't got
- 24:42Speaker 1: time to be going on on Maury Pover showing nothing
- 24:44Speaker 1: to find out who you know what? Like I said,
- 24:47Speaker 1: you picked the wrong one. It'd be your best friend
- 24:50Speaker 1: not to call me anymore. You actually it is a
- 24:52Speaker 1: good thing that you call because if you can't knocking
- 24:54Speaker 1: on my bel you to got y'all with today. No,
- 24:56Speaker 1: you go, that's my second thing I've been to do.
- 24:58Speaker 1: If we can't rectified over the foul, I don't have
- 25:01Speaker 1: a problem coming over there knocking down some does and
- 25:03Speaker 1: getting some questions answered, because damn it, this ain't Damon's baby.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Obviously you must wish it was yours, so you're taking
- 25:09Speaker 1: so much entry. No, it ain't mine, but but it
- 25:13Speaker 1: ain't game Won's either, and we got to mus not
- 25:15Speaker 1: had any and looking for from But I'm sorry this
- 25:18Speaker 1: was taken over here, and Damon, where we continue to play?

- 25:24Speaker 1: brother's made. I want to play. I'm sorry. He's gonna

- 25:29Speaker 1: to come, do whatever you want to do. So go
- 25:30Speaker 1: back and tell your mama and everybody else who's waiting
- 25:33Speaker 1: for this meeting to let them know it ain't having me. Look,
- 25:36Speaker 1: my mama ain't got nothing to do with it. Mama

- 29:10Speaker 1: officially earned a brand new title, and that is the
- 29:14Speaker 1: title of billionaire. That's right, but both reports said, yes,
- 29:18Speaker 1: Rere is worth a whopping one point seven billion dollars
- 29:22Speaker 1: with a B and that makes her the realist female
- 29:25Speaker 1: musician in the world. Okay, okay, I love that, And
- 29:31Speaker 1: you know, just perhaps more impressive is the fact that
- 29:34Speaker 1: she's made most of that money through ventures outside of music. Okay,
- 29:38Speaker 1: like fenty Beauty, which I love. Her makeup line. I
- 29:42Speaker 1: absolutely love her makeup line, and Savage x fenty you
- 29:46Speaker 1: know her lingerie, Yeah, her lingerie line, and you know,
- 29:51Speaker 1: so congratulations for her thinking outside the box. And I
- 29:54Speaker 1: understood that when she was first going to do her
- 29:57Speaker 1: makeup line, a lot of people said, no, don't do it,
- 30:00Speaker 1: there's too many ones out there is another makeup line
- 30:03Speaker 1: and all of that. And look at her now. She
- 30:06Speaker 1: she she followed her dreams and now she's worth one
- 30:09Speaker 1: point seven billion dollars. So why don't we let's come
- 30:14Speaker 1: out with our own makeup. Let's do some Steve Harvey
- 30:17Speaker 1: Morning Show makeup line to the girls, you know, by makeup,
- 30:22Speaker 1: shoulder makeup. You know, you got blotches here and you

- 30:51Speaker 1: there you go, there you go, and other entertainment news. Tommy,
- 30:56Speaker 1: you'll be interested in this story. As we told you
- 30:59Speaker 1: early rapper Big Sean has added some inches to his height.
- 31:03Speaker 1: He says, it's with the help of a chiropractor. Okay, um,
- 31:07Speaker 1: he's from that. He revealed on his Instagram stories that
- 31:11Speaker 1: after regular visits, he grew a couple of inches and
- 31:16Speaker 1: how the blank I grew two inches Sean Sean captioned
- 31:21Speaker 1: the video chiropractor for a year straight, twice a week.
- 31:24Speaker 1: That's how straight spine, straight spine. That's time. Fifty two
- 31:30Speaker 1: weeks in a year. Good god, twice a week. Yeah,
- 31:37Speaker 1: but wait, hold on, I'm not done, he says, I'm
- 31:40Speaker 1: laughing because it's real. Um. Various reports listed him, you know,
- 31:45Speaker 1: his height as five eight, but now apparently with the
- 31:48Speaker 1: new treatments at the chiropractor and everything, he's about five ten. Tommy,
- 31:53Speaker 1: five You if you don't get it's a hun Sessions
- 32:00Speaker 1: foot boy, if it's one hundred Folk sessions, you don't
- 32:03Speaker 1: even know nothing. Just get your head down now to
- 32:05Speaker 1: the tower that's all you know A hundred folks. Yeah,
- 32:09Speaker 1: I can see that in a year. In a year,

- 32:36Speaker 1: Never we were all like to too. Yeah, we'll never
- 32:38Speaker 1: hear the end of that. Never hit the last of man,
- 32:44Speaker 1: is it? That's all you gotta do? Dog, he's thinking
- 32:47Speaker 1: about it. I really think I will go down there now.
- 32:50Speaker 1: I will just gonna check in timmy three o'clock. That's
- 32:54Speaker 1: all you need to know. Dog. Let's get anything appointment
- 32:57Speaker 1: like junior? Ye ay, thirty five position, All right, check
- 33:03Speaker 1: it out? All right, here we go. Time now for
- 33:06Speaker 1: today's headline. To Jay, it's time for the news with
- 33:09Speaker 1: miss an trip and thank you Jay, thank you. Surely
- 33:12Speaker 1: this is a trip with the news. COVID cases are
- 33:14Speaker 1: shooting up in Michigan, even while many people still reluctant
- 33:17Speaker 1: to get vaccinated. Like I tell you yesterday, health officials
- 33:20Speaker 1: say that just two states accounted for one out of
- 33:23Speaker 1: every three new cases of COVID last weekend out with
- 33:25Speaker 1: Texas and Florida. So now, one day after the President
- 33:28Speaker 1: called on both states to institute public health measures necessary
- 33:31Speaker 1: to tamp down new virus infections, the President says if
- 33:35Speaker 1: governors aren't going to help, they should get out of
- 33:37Speaker 1: the way. Florida's Governor Ronda Santis snaps back, claiming that
- 33:41Speaker 1: the president's promoting a biomedical security state. Let me tell
- 33:44Speaker 1: you this, if you're coming after the rights of parents
- 33:47Speaker 1: in Florida, I'm standing in your way. I'm not going
- 33:50Speaker 1: to let you get away with that. Obviously, this is
- 33:52Speaker 1: a warm crowd for him to Santas's parents and not
- 33:54Speaker 1: public health experts, should decide whether their children should wear masks.
- 33:58Speaker 1: Tyson Foods and Microsoft. Meanwhile, the latest to require their
- 34:01Speaker 1: work is to be vaccinated. Millions of tenets at risk
- 34:05Speaker 1: of eviction due to the pandemic crossing their fingers waiting
- 34:08Speaker 1: to see if the CDC's temporary extension of the eviction
- 34:11Speaker 1: band till October holds up in court. At least three
- 34:15Speaker 1: New York State County district attorneys say they're carefully checking
- 34:18Speaker 1: out the Attorney General's probe and to Governor Cuomo's alleged
- 34:20Speaker 1: sexual harassment of eleven female employees with an eye toward
- 34:24Speaker 1: a criminal prosecution or two. Meanwhile, a lawyer for one
- 34:27Speaker 1: of his accuses, Charlotte Bennett, says her client has no
- 34:29Speaker 1: intention to sue, but the attorneys for some of the
- 34:32Speaker 1: other women involved say their clients are keeping their options open.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Is already a word by the way of one civil
- 34:37Speaker 1: suit coming. Federal prosecutors have charged nine people with firearms
- 34:41Speaker 1: offenses for allegedly selling guns from Georgia to a New York.
- 34:46Speaker 1: A bipartisan infrastructure bill moving through the US Senate Jay
- 34:50Speaker 1: Z and Will Smith throwing a whole lot of financial
- 34:53Speaker 1: support behind a program designed to help poor people buy
- 34:55Speaker 1: their own homes. It's a tech startup called Landists, and
- 34:59Speaker 1: it's a rent to cell type of plan where clients
- 35:01Speaker 1: are allowed to rent properties until they're able to qualify
- 35:04Speaker 1: for a mortgage. And Will and Jay Z are donating
- 35:07Speaker 1: a combined one hundred and sixty five million dollars to
- 35:11Speaker 1: this program through their company's Rock Nation and Dreamers VC
- 35:14Speaker 1: and then Nice. Finally, any case, Broadway is opening up again,
- 35:18Speaker 1: the first play to open since the start of the
- 35:20Speaker 1: pandemic began. It's run last night in August. It was
- 35:23Speaker 1: in the August Wilson Theater. Pass overlooks at the lives
- 35:26Speaker 1: of two black men chatting on a street corner and
- 35:29Speaker 1: they're talking about their lives with each hoping that tomorrow
- 35:32Speaker 1: will be better. It's that kind of discussion. It's called Passover.
- 35:35Speaker 1: A Passover the first of seven plays by black playwright
- 35:38Speaker 1: schedule for Broadway this season. Proofs of vaccination mass though,
- 35:41Speaker 1: are required at all of them. Now back to the
- 35:43Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show Show. You're listening to the Steve
- 35:47Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, Tommy introduced your boy, President
- 35:51Speaker 1: and CEO of Team Tommy. Plea, ladies and gentlemen. He's
- 35:56Speaker 1: the President CEO of Team Tommy, the one and only.
- 35:58Speaker 1: We're about to go into its mine, deep inside of
- 36:01Speaker 1: the mind, and you've never gone before. You will be
- 36:03Speaker 1: amazed as we traveled deep into Jay Anthony Brown's mind. Okay,
- 36:10Speaker 1: I'm talking about something that. First of all, I wrote
- 36:13Speaker 1: a song for it, and I'm gonna sing the song
- 36:16Speaker 1: next week. But today I'm gonna talk about the subject.
- 36:19Speaker 1: Before I do the subject, I want everybody to know
- 36:21Speaker 1: you can catch me at the Asher Theater in Myrtle Beach,
- 36:24Speaker 1: South Carolina, Labor Day weekend, and then Charlotte the Asher
- 36:28Speaker 1: Theater and then Charlotte, North Carolina on the twenty first.
- 36:31Speaker 1: But I don't know how it got popular. I don't
- 36:34Speaker 1: know what happened. I've just seen it just take over America,
- 36:39Speaker 1: black women especially, And I'm talking about baby hair. I'm
- 36:43Speaker 1: seeing baby hair. I never I've never seen as much
- 36:47Speaker 1: baby hair. I've never seen it. They don't. I don't.
- 36:50Speaker 1: I just I don't. And I here's the thing. You
- 36:53Speaker 1: don't see it on babies. You just do not see
- 36:57Speaker 1: babies don't have baby hair. And so I want to
- 37:02Speaker 1: know when did it become so popular. I've seen women
- 37:06Speaker 1: who are completely don't have a whole lot of hair,
- 37:09Speaker 1: but somehow they're growing an enormous amount from their forehead
- 37:14Speaker 1: of baby baby hair. And I don't know if you
- 37:19Speaker 1: know this, and I'm not making it up. If you
- 37:21Speaker 1: cannot grow baby hair, you can buy baby hair to
- 37:26Speaker 1: stick onto your head. If you don't, yeah, real, just
- 37:31Speaker 1: you're just going and ask for where do you keep
- 37:34Speaker 1: the stick on baby hair? And see, there's a difference
- 37:37Speaker 1: between men and women. Men except when they're losing something.
- 37:41Speaker 1: And you know a couple of few guys that are well,
- 37:44Speaker 1: you know, pieces on their head, but don't on man
- 37:46Speaker 1: going with a fake mustache. We just don't do that.
- 37:49Speaker 1: We don't much that's gone any much that's gone, y'all.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Bride's gone, they gone, Mine not gone. I ain't growing them.
- 37:56Speaker 1: So what is the what is what? That's what he's saying.
- 38:00Speaker 1: A few people, a few people? What what is? Why
- 38:04Speaker 1: do y'all have to help me understand what we can?
- 38:08Speaker 1: And we like it? Baby hair? What? What? And and
- 38:18Speaker 1: and it don't move? Baby hair don't supposed to. It's
- 38:24Speaker 1: not supposed to. That's that's front lace baby hair. It's
- 38:29Speaker 1: called jail. Right, you guys are hating'll be song Monday
- 38:37Speaker 1: about baby hair, Thank you very much. He just wanted
- 38:42Speaker 1: to just get to set up up right, right, Jay,
- 38:45Speaker 1: have you seen the tattooed baby hair? Yes, that stickers,
- 38:51Speaker 1: Oh yeah, they tattooed. Yeah. Coming up at thirty four
- 38:55Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, he is back and guess what
- 38:58Speaker 1: he did not come empty hand and did junior with
- 39:01Speaker 1: a brand new poem. Right, yeah, doing this, stop doing this?
- 39:08Speaker 1: You're listening all right? As we mentioned Junior is back
- 39:14Speaker 1: from an extended vacation. But he is bad. He is here,
- 39:18Speaker 1: he is good, and guess what he is going to
- 39:21Speaker 1: bless us with the poem. He's been gone, So why
- 39:24Speaker 1: wouldn't he Why wouldn't I, sir? What you think? I
- 39:27Speaker 1: ain't got a poem? You know? This time I've been out,
- 39:30Speaker 1: you know, I've been uh, I've been watching the Olympics
- 39:32Speaker 1: and uh, you know, people thought I wasn't listening, but
- 39:34Speaker 1: I heard y'all and uh rita taddy, y'all miss it
- 39:37Speaker 1: with Sian Bible, heard the little comments everybody got some
- 39:41Speaker 1: to say because you know, she didn't want to compete
- 39:43Speaker 1: in the overall team and she didn't want to do that.
- 39:46Speaker 1: That's all right? What hell? You know? You know she

- 45:07Speaker 1: you're gonna be joining us starting on Monday. So we're
- 45:10Speaker 1: excited to have you, and I wanted to just give
- 45:13Speaker 1: you a call and kind of give you the lay
- 45:14Speaker 1: of the land of what we have here and how
- 45:17Speaker 1: how much fun you're gonna have being here most of
- 45:19Speaker 1: the day with herself. For my understanding is you're gonna
- 45:22Speaker 1: be here probably the majority of this year. What are
- 45:25Speaker 1: you talking? What are you talking about? Being there? Where? Here?
- 45:30Speaker 1: At the adult daycare? Adult daycare? Where? Where's that? What
- 45:36Speaker 1: are you talking? Okay? Is Evan? My name? My name
- 45:41Speaker 1: is Evan. Yes, ma'am. And your your daughter is Diane. Diane,
- 45:45Speaker 1: that's my daughter. You know my daughters. Yes, well she's
- 45:48Speaker 1: the one that as you signed up, you're gonna be
- 45:51Speaker 1: at the adult daycare. So I'm assuming she's gonna be
- 45:53Speaker 1: dropping you off every morning, and I how are you
- 45:56Speaker 1: talking about? Evan? Evan, hang on a second. All right,
- 45:58Speaker 1: First of all, I don't know who you are. You
- 46:00Speaker 1: don't know who I am. I don't know how the
- 46:04Speaker 1: you know who my daughter is. But this is this
- 46:07Speaker 1: is really uh inappropriate and weird and like you're trying
- 46:12Speaker 1: to get what do you what do you want? Do
- 46:15Speaker 1: you want money to me? Are you like a solicitor? No? No, no,
- 46:18Speaker 1: no man, no no, no not at I'm a share No,
- 46:20Speaker 1: I'm your daughter has signed you up to be here
- 46:25Speaker 1: at the adult daycare during the day, so I'm just
- 46:28Speaker 1: going to I don't know what you're talking about. There's
- 46:31Speaker 1: no way she would do that. A doun't day here.
- 46:33Speaker 1: What do I need to don't day care for? So what? Well?
- 46:36Speaker 1: Evidently are you home alone most of the time during
- 46:39Speaker 1: the day? Who cares if I'm home alone? Who? Why
- 46:42Speaker 1: are you asking me that you're trying to break into
- 46:44Speaker 1: my house. No you are, man, I don't know who
- 46:49Speaker 1: share okay was I'm hooked up to that uh nine
- 46:55Speaker 1: one month stuff things like I could just do a
- 46:58Speaker 1: panicle right now and they'll trace this call and then
- 47:01Speaker 1: you'll come to you and arrest you because you're harassing me. No, no, no, okay,
- 47:08Speaker 1: miss Sharon, I'm not harassing you. Your daughter Diane came
- 47:12Speaker 1: in and up. Yes, she signed you up for you
- 47:16Speaker 1: to go to this daycare Monday to prody why she's
- 47:19Speaker 1: at work, so she's going to be dropping you off
- 47:22Speaker 1: and then she'll pick you up in the evenings on
- 47:24Speaker 1: her way home from work. I don't know where you
- 47:27Speaker 1: got that from. I don't know who told you that. Yeah,
- 47:29Speaker 1: you got my daughter's name. And this is really freaking
- 47:31Speaker 1: me out, you know, a little bit over here, Ivan,
- 47:34Speaker 1: because I don't know why you know my name? You
- 47:36Speaker 1: know my daughter's name? Ah, this is like the only
- 47:40Speaker 1: reason I know you all name, miss miss Sharon, is
- 47:42Speaker 1: because she came in and gave all the information and
- 47:46Speaker 1: she has paid for you to come to the adult
- 47:49Speaker 1: daycare on a daily bay Yeah, yeah, yeah here. You
- 47:52Speaker 1: know what, you sound like a nice guy, you know
- 47:54Speaker 1: what I mean? Like you're smooth, you got a nice voice,
- 47:57Speaker 1: You're you're you know, like you know what to say.
- 47:59Speaker 1: I know who the hell you are though, I know
- 48:01Speaker 1: we're talking about you know what I mean, Like, I'm
- 48:04Speaker 1: not going to no daycare center. I'm not going with
- 48:07Speaker 1: daycare center. I warrantee because I'm fine. Just get that
- 48:11Speaker 1: through your head. There's nothing wrong with me. I stay home,
- 48:15Speaker 1: I got a dog, I walk the dog, I go
- 48:18Speaker 1: g street shopping, my daughter comes over. Everything's fine. I
- 48:22Speaker 1: don't get no daycare center. Okay, Well say what I'm
- 48:25Speaker 1: saying that there is there is there a reason why
- 48:27Speaker 1: she would sign you up, ma'am. She must, she must
- 48:31Speaker 1: be looking out for your best. You know your hell.
- 48:33Speaker 1: Let me ask you to let me ask you are
- 48:35Speaker 1: you single? What are you single? Are you married? What
- 48:39Speaker 1: does that have to do with anybody? I'm not coming
- 48:42Speaker 1: to no daycare center, all right, Evan, Like, if you
- 48:44Speaker 1: want to come to my house and you want to
- 48:47Speaker 1: see how I live, you can know I'm switching the
- 48:52Speaker 1: I'm switching it up. Okay, I don't need to come
- 48:55Speaker 1: to your home. I'm more concerned about making sure you're
- 48:58Speaker 1: comfortable here at the day when you get here. On Monday. Yeah,
- 49:02Speaker 1: I'm not coming there. That's it. I'm not coming there
- 49:05Speaker 1: because there's nothing wrong with me. I'm not coming out
- 49:07Speaker 1: of my house. But I'll pay you what even you?
- 49:11Speaker 1: I don't know, Like I like your voice. I just
- 49:14Speaker 1: like your voice. And miss way minute, how old you?
- 49:20Speaker 1: How old you m? I'm fifty fifty. Have you ever
- 49:25Speaker 1: been with an eighty nine year old lady? Wow? Wow? Nine?
- 49:31Speaker 1: And you sound really nice? That's tall? Like at first
- 49:35Speaker 1: I was scared of you. At first, I want I'll
- 49:37Speaker 1: be honest, I was scared of you, and now I'm not.
- 49:41Speaker 1: Like I don't know why. I'm just not you know
- 49:44Speaker 1: what I mean? Like you just sound that. Yeah, I
- 49:48Speaker 1: don't know who you are. But okay, so will you
- 49:53Speaker 1: be here? Will you be at the day care center
- 49:56Speaker 1: like you? Because I like to meet you. I be
- 50:00Speaker 1: at the daycare when you arrive on Monday. But I
- 50:03Speaker 1: mean not, um, miss Sharon, I won't be able to
- 50:08Speaker 1: I like that, Miss Sharon. That's nice? Oh ahead, ahead, okay?

- 50:31Speaker 1: gonna be very just late, Sharon. It's not about me.
- 50:35Speaker 1: It's about you coming in and you're gonna this is
- 50:38Speaker 1: where you're gonna be, uh, Monday through Friday from all right.

- 50:51Speaker 1: I'm not in late. I didn't I'm not turning. Yeah,
- 50:55Speaker 1: not into it. I'm in. I'm into you. Oh um. Yeah.

- 51:07Speaker 1: I call you back? Did I call you back? Yeah?
- 51:11Speaker 1: Let me call you back. Let me call you back.
- 51:13Speaker 1: In a couple of minutes. I'm on the shore and
- 51:16Speaker 1: I got pulled my off of the thing. This is
- 51:20Speaker 1: the first this is ever happened to me. Okay, uh,
- 51:24Speaker 1: Miss Sherid, Can I tell you who I am? I
- 51:27Speaker 1: am Matthew telling me from the Steve Rby Morning Show.

- 51:34Speaker 1: I promise you you different you. I promise he's different.
- 51:41Speaker 1: I promise you I'm different here. It relates to Steve Harvey,
- 51:45Speaker 1: like the guy on TV that's out of here. He
- 51:50Speaker 1: is gorgeous. Hasn't called me back? All right, call back,
- 51:56Speaker 1: all right? Okay, I love you. Oh god, stop my goodness.
- 52:11Speaker 1: I was scared of you from now now. You're trying

- 52:27Speaker 1: you told me already. And if you go my new boot,

- 53:53Speaker 1: from you. Okay, a lot of stuff going on, let's
- 53:57Speaker 1: find out. Buckle up and hold on tight. We gotta
- 54:00Speaker 1: for you here. It is to strawbervery letter. Yeah, we
- 54:02Speaker 1: could be reading your letter live on the air, just
- 54:04Speaker 1: like we're going to do this one. Subject's dating with diabetes.
- 54:08Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I am a fifty five year old
- 54:11Speaker 1: divorced woman and I met a handsome slightly older gentleman online.
- 54:16Speaker 1: We have a lot of things in common, and I've
- 54:19Speaker 1: found out we know a lot of the same folks.
- 54:21Speaker 1: Since my divorce, I've put on a few pounds here
- 54:24Speaker 1: and there, but he doesn't seem to mind it. When
- 54:27Speaker 1: we first started dating in January, I had to spend
- 54:30Speaker 1: a few days in the hospital and he called me
- 54:33Speaker 1: daily to check on me. He's a churchgoing man and
- 54:36Speaker 1: he's a sharp dresser. This is There is just one
- 54:40Speaker 1: problem that I have with him, and it's the way
- 54:42Speaker 1: he eats. We have to go to dinner, and he
- 54:45Speaker 1: likes places that serves everything fried and covered and gravy.
- 54:50Speaker 1: He either wants sole food, fried seafood, or we go
- 54:54Speaker 1: to the buffet and eat. I haven't divulged my health
- 54:57Speaker 1: status to him because I don't want him to run off,
- 55:00Speaker 1: or I don't want to run him off. I've been
- 55:02Speaker 1: struggling to lose weight because I'm pre diabetic and will
- 55:05Speaker 1: be on medication if I don't slim down and eat right.
- 55:09Speaker 1: This man is very headstrong about his food and the
- 55:12Speaker 1: movies we watch. I let him lead and I follow
- 55:14Speaker 1: as a good book says I should, but I will
- 55:18Speaker 1: end up sick as heck fooling with this man. The
- 55:20Speaker 1: first night I stayed at his house, I put on
- 55:23Speaker 1: my Nightcount and he admired my body and said he
- 55:26Speaker 1: loves my curves. He keeps saying that if I lose
- 55:29Speaker 1: any weight, he won't have anything to hold on to.
- 55:32Speaker 1: If I ask him to go walking with me, he
- 55:35Speaker 1: comes up with excuses like it's too hot or his
- 55:38Speaker 1: favorite TV program is coming on. I have consulted with
- 55:41Speaker 1: my pastor and he told me that if this man
- 55:44Speaker 1: is not willing to let me have a say in
- 55:46Speaker 1: our food choices and activities, then he's not the man
- 55:49Speaker 1: for me. He said, I'm putting more value on a
- 55:51Speaker 1: man than my own health. I'm not getting any younger
- 55:54Speaker 1: and dating is hard, so I should I be honest
- 55:58Speaker 1: with him about my health issues. Girl, you're gonna have
- 56:01Speaker 1: to speak up for yourself, or, like you said in
- 56:04Speaker 1: the letter, you're gonna be sick. I mean, these are
- 56:07Speaker 1: your choices. Why does he get to pick the restaurants anyway?
- 56:10Speaker 1: You're scared because you might run him off. Listen, seriously, listen,
- 56:16Speaker 1: this guy is not right. I mean, if he doesn't
- 56:20Speaker 1: want to go walking or anything like that, then you
- 56:22Speaker 1: go walking by yourself. Okay, you go walking on your own.
- 56:26Speaker 1: If we have learned nothing else in this pandemic, we've
- 56:30Speaker 1: learned how important our health is and how vital our
- 56:34Speaker 1: self care is. Self care means to take care of
- 56:37Speaker 1: yourself and make sure you're good, because if you're not good,
- 56:40Speaker 1: then you're not gonna be good for anyone else period.
- 56:43Speaker 1: And what are you talking about letting the man lead
- 56:45Speaker 1: and all of that? Like the Good Book said, I mean,
- 56:48Speaker 1: are you serious? They're talking about husband and wives there,
- 56:51Speaker 1: but this is about letting him lead about restaurants. Come on, now,
- 56:55Speaker 1: are you really serious? Right now? You don't let anybody
- 56:59Speaker 1: lead you if they're wrong. And he's wrong, Okay, he's
- 57:02Speaker 1: not considering you or your health. How are you going
- 57:05Speaker 1: to allow him to lead you to an early illness
- 57:08Speaker 1: or death? Even? Come on now, you already know your
- 57:13Speaker 1: health could be in jeopardy with this unhealthy diet and lifestyle.
- 57:16Speaker 1: So yes, talk to him, nip this in the bud immediately,
- 57:21Speaker 1: Let him know your concerns, tell him what you're going through.
- 57:24Speaker 1: If he cares anything about you, you'll find out when
- 57:28Speaker 1: you have this conversation with him. A caring man will
- 57:31Speaker 1: not want to put you in harm's way and will
- 57:34Speaker 1: be conscientious about his behavior when he's with you. So
- 57:38Speaker 1: you got to talk to him and let him know
- 57:40Speaker 1: your situation. Let him know if you continue like this,
- 57:43Speaker 1: let him know you'll have to be on medication, that
- 57:45Speaker 1: you're pre diabetic. You got to tell him this, you know,
- 57:48Speaker 1: And like your pastor said, if you know, if he
- 57:50Speaker 1: doesn't consider your feelings after that, he's not the man
- 57:53Speaker 1: for you. And when you guys do go out start
- 57:56Speaker 1: ordering salads, you know you're going to have to make
- 57:58Speaker 1: some choices for yourself and not let him make all
- 58:01Speaker 1: the choices. This is your health, okay, your health, Jake.
- 58:06Speaker 1: You don't have to change a damned thing with this man. Nothing.
- 58:11Speaker 1: This is a good man. You like this man. It
- 58:14Speaker 1: Let us about a lady who found a man who
- 58:16Speaker 1: has bad eating habits. She's a diabetic. She doesn't want
- 58:19Speaker 1: to become a diabetic. So here's my advice. You don't
- 58:22Speaker 1: have to change a damn thing about yourself or this man.
- 58:26Speaker 1: Let him keep eating the way he's eating. He will
- 58:30Speaker 1: be a diabetic soon. He will be a diabetic in
- 58:34Speaker 1: a short damn time. Keeping on all those cookies and
- 58:38Speaker 1: pies and fried chicken anymore. And then when he calls
- 58:41Speaker 1: you up and tells you he just lost a toe,
- 58:44Speaker 1: you'll find out that he is the man for you.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Just let him eat the way he eats, and don't
- 58:50Speaker 1: say a damn thing. If he wants to go right
- 58:53Speaker 1: into the diabetic field, the joy land that we all
- 58:57Speaker 1: are in, he'll be there soon. There's nothing you can
- 59:00Speaker 1: do to change the way he's eating. Let him keep eating.
- 59:04Speaker 1: You eat salads, You eat what you eat. Just keep
- 59:07Speaker 1: your look down on him over your glasses and keep
- 59:10Speaker 1: seeing himself. You know it's gonna be a diabetic soon.
- 59:13Speaker 1: Say that under your breath. You say that up on
- 59:15Speaker 1: your breath as he eats. You know, be a diabetic.
- 59:19Speaker 1: Be alone. Time diabetic is in your future. Keep him
- 59:23Speaker 1: eating like that, and that's all you gotta do. That's
- 59:26Speaker 1: all you gotta do. Let him keep eating it way
- 59:28Speaker 1: he eat, and you'll be happy. It'll be two diabetics,
- 59:32Speaker 1: and love will be love will be great. Both of
- 59:34Speaker 1: y'all be on medication, both of ya, two diabetics together.
- 59:39Speaker 1: Thank you, diathety moving on, let's hear from ignorant answer,
- 59:49Speaker 1: Come on right, crazy, Well, let me just start by
- 59:53Speaker 1: saying this. I'll put this out there because this is
- 59:55Speaker 1: a perfect letter for me and Jay, because we get
- 59:56Speaker 1: the two sickest people on the show. This is perfect
- 59:59Speaker 1: fu Let me start by saying, all of us have
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: to disclose our diets up front for your date? Can harm?
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: You disclose your dat Hold on and you're hold on,
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: hold on, Okay, we'll be back at twenty three minutes
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: after the hour or subject dating with diabetes. We'll get
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: back into it right after this. You're listening Morning show.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: All right, here we are with the today's Strawberry letter,
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: the subject dating with diabetes. Turns out it wasn't from Jay,
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: but Jay could relate. A fifty five year old divorced
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: woman wrote this, she met a handsome, slightly older man online.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: They have a lot of things in common. They know
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: a lot of people. You know. Since her divorce, she's
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: put on a couple of pounds. She's pre diabetic. Now,
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: this guy's a sharp dresser, he's a church going man.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: Really the perfect man for her, except for one thing.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: He picks all the restaurants and he doesn't pick any
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: restaurant that doesn't sell heavily fried foods and everything ride
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: with lots of gravy and all of that which she
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: can't eat because she's pre diabetic and her doctor's already
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: told her to lose a couple of pounds or she's
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: going to, you know, be sick and she's gonna have
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: to be on medication for the rest of her life.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: But he doesn't want to hear it. She wants him
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: to do things like work out with her, go for
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: a walk. He won't do it. So you know, she's
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: wondering if she should tell him, but she's scared to
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: tell him because she thinks she might run him off.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: So she wants to know should she be honest with
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: this man about her health issues because he doesn't want
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: to hear anything like that. He just wants more gravy.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: So that's where we are. Of course, you know she
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: needs to tell him and everything. And Junior, before we
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: went to break, right before we hear from Tommy, you
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: were saying, what you have to disclose your illnesses. It
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: doesn't matter if it's dating, would diebe I don't care
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: whatever your illness is. You must disclose your dad up
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: front or your date can't harm you. What is dating
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: with lupus? What is dating with single sale? Date? With jaundice.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: You have to disclose your dad. D they leg to
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: shell fish, disclose your diet for you and swell up
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: in front of this Pando diet out here. So sitting
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: back and let your ship. Yeah can what it is?
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: Dave would go out when you know what you eat,
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: make you swell up in your ankles, and get jo
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: diet up front for your dating. That's all I'm saying. Sure,
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: I like it. Just get your diet. They were all riters.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: You can get kick, but eating rice you ain't supposed
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: to have rice, and you swell up. Tell us, man,
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: you I need silence, I need cars, I need proteins.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: I can't have this. Tell them an That's all I'm saying.
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: I like, Yeah, I got this. He gonna lead you
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: to your grade. That's exactly what he gonna lead you to.
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: He's gonna lead you straight your You one piece of
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: chicken away from that grave. You almost think I'm telling
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: you right now. You look, you one glass of cool
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: lane from that grave. If you want that, if you
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: want it, if you really want to get it, but
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: you one glass away from that grave might of white.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: Matter of fact, how about this from from the gravy
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: to the grave. That's where you're headed, from the gravy
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: to the grave. I did, I did. I had to
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: say it, one mo bowler chip, you headed to that grave.
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: I'm just trying to tell you. Grave it to the grave,
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: great soul right there, Eat one more chocolate chip cookie,
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: eat one mot and you own your way to the grave.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: All right, lady, it's time for you to sat it up. Baby.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: It's time for you to sat it up. It's time
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: for you to get that that that life vinegartte. It's
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: time for you to do that. So this man right here,
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: you need to find you another man. You need to
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: find you a man that is health conscious about what
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: you are going through. If you pre diabetic, he can
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: help you be and not be a diabetic at all.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: But you need a new man to get off the grave,
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: even man, and go find you another man like grave
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: to the great. All right, there's somebody that's gonna be
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: concerned about your health, baby girl. That's what's important to you.
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: It's not important to him. That's right now, you great
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: great answers, guys, And let me ask you, guys, Junior.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: You brought it up so so we can talk about it.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: You said that you have a condition, you have sickle cell.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: And then Jay, of course we know has diabetes. So
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: on dates have you guys disclosed that information right away?
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: I just want to know restaurant they got, they got
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: the port. I can't have pork man a man right now?
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: Long you put the pork chop in front of me
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: a matter of fact, you're not. And you know what else?
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: You know what else? It helps? It helps on paying
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: a bill because you know they feel subconscious and not
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: ordered spicy and high priced as foods. So you know,
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: it's just a big help. You throw that out there
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: right away. You know I'm diabeted. Yea and water, Jay,
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: salace and water. What's the number one thing you can't eat?
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: I'm not supposed to have fried chicken? But if you
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: you can get diabetically fried fried chicken. A lot of
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: people don't know about it, but but it's out there.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: It's it's diabetically fried fried chicken in the oven. How
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: do you do that? Well, you have to go to
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: the place you go and tell them you like a
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: diabetic wing and they'll picture us for you. What is
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: the diabetic Well, we don't talk about it much. Diabetics
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: gonna keep that between themselves. We don't like to share
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: that confidence fiety. We kind of we kind of hush
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: hush about it. We know about it and wing stop
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: wing stops hazard, but you have to ask for upfront.
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: I'd like to have those diabetic flats. Please, where are
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: you in the back? It's date with high blood pressure.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: Keep your monitor with you when you go out of
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: you to know which the prussure is before you start
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: the dating, when you're ended. That's all I'm saying. Good everybody,
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: you know, yeah, if you don't. All right, guys, great responses,

- 1:10:48Speaker 1: Mia told them well, she told Karen that Gizelle doesn't
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: get to put stipulations on who she can bring. So
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: Mia basically shut them down by letting them know, No,
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: she was busy. It was just kind of what she
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: said in the text. So Robin was like, uh, that
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: was rude. How Mia responded and Miya was saying that
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: she wasn't really being rude, she was just being direct,

- 1:11:43Speaker 1: to Gizelle, maybe we cut off on the wrong foot
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: and Jazelle no. Jazelle was like, no, we didn't. You
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: came and me crazy with the text. So we will
