Mokwele lawyer will not accept NPA withdrawal, NPA says IDAC still investigating
Clement Manyathela speaks to James Ndebele, the lawyer for Brigadier Dineo Mokwele, who says he will be applying for a stay of prosecution to stop entirely the prosecution of his client.
