Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Center. Nice to be with you in person.
- 0:03Speaker 2: We were going to have a show that dealt a
- 0:04Speaker 2: lot with the border, our lead story, and then unfortunately
- 0:08Speaker 2: we got this new news coming out of Jordan. What
- 0:10Speaker 2: we have now at time of recording is three US
- 0:13Speaker 2: troops have been killed and twenty five injured in this
- 0:16Speaker 2: drone strike by Iran back militias in Jordan. I want
- 0:20Speaker 2: to get your reaction this because this is not a
- 0:23Speaker 2: new tactic. Depending on what count you look at, this
- 0:25Speaker 2: is somewhere between one hundred and fifty to one hundred
- 0:28Speaker 2: and seventy plus attacks on US troops in the Middle
- 0:31Speaker 2: East being done by these proxy groups of Iran. What
- 0:36Speaker 2: is America's response to this, What is the Biden administration doing,
- 0:39Speaker 2: and what are we hearing from them?
- 0:41Speaker 3: Well, it is tragic.
- 0:43Speaker 4: On Sunday, three US servicemen and women were murdered, twenty
- 0:47Speaker 4: five were injured in Jordan. It was a drone attack,
- 0:51Speaker 4: funded directed by Iran, and this is a continuation of
- 0:56Speaker 4: a pattern we've seen for three years. Listen, Number one,
- 0:59Speaker 4: our prayers are with the families of those servicemen and
- 1:02Speaker 4: women killed. At this point we don't have the details.
- 1:05Speaker 4: Are our prayers are with all of the troops who
- 1:09Speaker 4: were injured that they recover, But we should also understand
- 1:14Speaker 4: why this happened. Joe Biden's weakness produced this attack. At
- 1:20Speaker 4: this point, Joe Biden's national security failures, his weakness, his appeasement,
- 1:26Speaker 4: is endangering US lives and is causing casualties. We've talked
- 1:31Speaker 4: a lot in this podcast about the thirteen servicemen and
- 1:33Speaker 4: women murdered in Afghanistan, again because of Joe Biden's weakness,
- 1:38Speaker 4: and understand, as you noted, there have been over one
- 1:43Speaker 4: hundred and seventy attacks by Iranian proxies on US troops.
- 1:50Speaker 4: Iran is waging war on the Administration on America, on
- 1:54Speaker 4: our servicemen and women, and Joe Biden is so utterly
- 1:57Speaker 4: weak he doesn't do a damn thing about It reminds
- 2:00Speaker 4: me back when Bill Clinton was in office the phrase
- 2:03Speaker 4: he fires a missile and hits a camelon butt. That
- 2:07Speaker 4: basically is Joe Biden's approach, and our servicemen and women
- 2:12Speaker 4: will continue to be in harm's way as long as
- 2:15Speaker 4: this man is commander in chief, because not only is
- 2:18Speaker 4: he two weak to respond with force, but even worse
- 2:22Speaker 4: than that, Biden funded this understand, Joe Biden is responsible
- 2:27Speaker 4: for flowing roughly one hundred billion dollars to the Iranian regime,
- 2:33Speaker 4: to the Ayatula, to the Mallahs, that is funding these attacks.
- 2:37Speaker 4: The October seventh attack on Israel, murdered over twelve hundred
- 2:43Speaker 4: Israelis was among the worst terror attacks in the history
- 2:47Speaker 4: of the United States, with the Americans who were murdered.
- 2:50Speaker 4: Joe Biden in a very real sense funded that as well.
- 2:54Speaker 4: And ironically, look, the left thinks that weakness savoids war.
- 3:01Speaker 4: The left thinks that appeasement is the way to go.
- 3:05Speaker 4: Weakness makes war more likely. Bullies do not respect weakness.
- 3:12Speaker 4: And you contrast this when Donald Trump was president, he
- 3:16Speaker 4: killed Cassam Solimani, the leader of the Iranian military responsible
- 3:24Speaker 4: for the murder of hundreds of servicemen and women. He
- 3:27Speaker 4: ordered a strike, he took him out, and you saw
- 3:29Speaker 4: Iran behave differently.
- 3:31Speaker 1: And let's remind people.
- 3:32Speaker 2: When he did that, the media said that he was
- 3:35Speaker 2: taking us to War III, to the brink of w
- 3:37Speaker 2: War three, that it was irresponsible and it was the
- 3:40Speaker 2: wrong decision. Yet clearly there was a response, as you said,
- 3:43Speaker 2: from Iran, and the response was a response we should
- 3:46Speaker 2: begging for right now.
- 3:47Speaker 3: Well, that's right.
- 3:48Speaker 4: They dramatically scaled down their attacks. And remember Trump combined
- 3:51Speaker 4: that with pulling out of the Obama Iran nuclear deal. Yeah,
- 3:55Speaker 4: that was the right decision to make. It was a
- 3:57Speaker 4: decision that I urged Trump emphatically and repeatedly to do.
- 4:01Speaker 4: Both the State Department and Defense Department under Trump argued
- 4:04Speaker 4: to stay in the nuclear deal. They were both wrong,
- 4:07Speaker 4: and Trump agreed with me, overruled his own Secretary of State,
- 4:11Speaker 4: his own Secretary Defense pulled out of that deal. But
- 4:13Speaker 4: not just that, he combined it with vigorously enforcing oil sanctions.
- 4:18Speaker 4: So once we pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal,
- 4:21Speaker 4: there was still in place what were called oil waivers.
- 4:24Speaker 4: So we had a waiver that allowed Iran to sell.
- 4:27Speaker 4: At the time, they were selling roughly a million barrels
- 4:29Speaker 4: a day of oil. And I urged the President, once
- 4:33Speaker 4: we pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal, Okay, let's
- 4:35Speaker 4: end the oil waivers. Let's cut off their money. And
- 4:38Speaker 4: there was a fight this time between the State Department
- 4:41Speaker 4: and the Department of Energy. The Secretary of State at
- 4:44Speaker 4: the time was Mike Pompeo, and State argued, if you
- 4:47Speaker 4: end the oil waivers. The result will be the price
- 4:49Speaker 4: of oil will skyrocket, the price of gasoline will skyrocket.
- 4:52Speaker 4: You can't do that, the Department of Energy, to its credit.
- 4:55Speaker 4: You would think Energy would know something about energy. They responded,
- 4:59Speaker 4: that's nonsense. There's plenty of global supply of oil.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Cut it off.
- 5:03Speaker 4: I leaned in aggressively on the side of the Department
- 5:06Speaker 4: of Energy, said, starve the beast, take away the resources
- 5:11Speaker 4: that Iran is using to murder Americans and murder our allies.
- 5:15Speaker 4: Trump agreed with me again, overruled his own State department
- 5:18Speaker 4: ended the oil waiver, and it turns out we now
- 5:21Speaker 4: know Energy was right, State was wrong. It crushed the
- 5:26Speaker 4: Iranian economy and the price of oil barely moved at all,
- 5:29Speaker 4: the price of gasoline barely moved it all, and essentially
- 5:31Speaker 4: no impact because of global supply. But it cratered the
- 5:36Speaker 4: Iranian economy. Joe Biden inherited the Iranian economy on its knees.
- 5:41Speaker 4: We had cut their oil exports to three hundred thousand
- 5:44Speaker 4: barrels a day or less, so it was a massive decrease.
- 5:48Speaker 4: And Joe Biden came in. He flowed ten billion dollars
- 5:51Speaker 4: to Iran. He flowed six billion dollars to Iran, and
- 5:54Speaker 4: he stopped enforcing the oil sanctions that ended up flowing
- 5:58Speaker 4: eighty billion dollars to Iran. Today, Iran is selling two
- 6:05Speaker 4: million barrels a day of oil. These rockets, these drone
- 6:09Speaker 4: attacks that just killed three servicemen and women, Joe Biden,
- 6:13Speaker 4: in a very real sense funded them. Because when you
- 6:16Speaker 4: send one hundred billion dollars to a theocratic lunatic who
- 6:20Speaker 4: screams death to America and death to Israel, you know
- 6:23Speaker 4: what happens? They actually follow through on that, And so
- 6:26Speaker 4: this appeasement is dangerous. And you contrast a strong commander
- 6:34Speaker 4: in chief killing General Solimani saying if you go after Americans,
- 6:38Speaker 4: you're gonna die, and what happens the bad guy's back off.
- 6:42Speaker 4: You contrast that to the weakness in the Biden White
- 6:45Speaker 4: House that says, if you threaten Americans, if you threaten Israel,
- 6:48Speaker 4: we're gonna give you hundreds of billions of dollars, and
- 6:50Speaker 4: they get worse. One one hundred and seventy attacks and
- 6:54Speaker 4: more will happen unless Biden is willing to defend US troops.
- 6:59Speaker 4: I have very little faith that he w.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Two questions on this I want to ask you I
- 7:01Speaker 1: think are important.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Number One, there's a lot of people that remember the
- 7:04Speaker 2: money we were allowing Iran.
- 7:06Speaker 1: To get their hands on.
- 7:07Speaker 2: The State Department said in the White House said, oh, well,
- 7:09Speaker 2: they don't have the money, yet they have to act
- 7:10Speaker 2: the right way to get the money. Is there any
- 7:12Speaker 2: indication that that has changed at all and the policy
- 7:15Speaker 2: has changed it because of all these attacks? And number two,
- 7:17Speaker 2: I don't think people understand exactly when we talk about
- 7:22Speaker 2: these proxy groups, these terrorist organizations, that they funnel money
- 7:25Speaker 2: to funnel drones, to funnel bombs, to roadside bombs, whatever
- 7:30Speaker 2: it may be. Explain why Iran does that and how
- 7:33Speaker 2: and how many people they're working within the Middle East.
- 7:37Speaker 4: So Iran is the world's largest state sponsored supporter of
- 7:41Speaker 4: terrorism in the world. Hamas and Hesbal Hamas launched the
- 7:45Speaker 4: October seventh attack. What percent of Hamas's budget do you
- 7:48Speaker 4: think Iran funds.
- 7:49Speaker 1: I would guess seventy eighty percent.
- 7:50Speaker 4: It's about ninety wow, about ninety percent of the budget
- 7:53Speaker 4: comes directly from Aroun. We have reporting in the Wall
- 7:56Speaker 4: Street Journal that says about five hundred to the Hamas
- 7:59Speaker 4: terrorists who carried out out the October seventh attack, traveled
- 8:03Speaker 4: to Iran and trained in Iran to be ready for
- 8:07Speaker 4: that attack. Hesbola, how much of hesbaa do you think Iran?
- 8:10Speaker 1: I would bet at least about ninety.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Percent as well.
- 8:14Speaker 4: Iran funds terrorists in the Middle East, They flunt fund
- 8:18Speaker 4: terrorists in South America and Central America. They are hesbel
- 8:22Speaker 4: as terrorists in Central and South America that Iran is funding.
- 8:26Speaker 4: The Iatola. You have to understand. He's a theocratic, genocidal maniac.
- 8:32Speaker 4: He refers to Israel as the Little Satan. He refers
- 8:37Speaker 4: to America as the Great Satan. Understand if the Iotola could,
- 8:43Speaker 4: he would murder both of us in an instance, if
- 8:45Speaker 4: the Iatola could, he would murder every American in New
- 8:48Speaker 4: York City. He would murder every American in Los Angeles,
- 8:51Speaker 4: every America in Washington, DC. You know the former head
- 8:57Speaker 4: of the Iranian nuclear program, a scientist who former head.
- 9:05Speaker 2: By the way, I want to make sure we say
- 9:07Speaker 2: that again. Somebody pays attention to what you're about to tell,
- 9:09Speaker 2: because I know where you're going with.
- 9:10Speaker 4: It, and former is important. He is gone to meet
- 9:14Speaker 4: his maker to see if they're seventy two virgins waiting
- 9:17Speaker 4: for him or not. Many say at the hand of
- 9:21Speaker 4: the Macade, at the hand of the Israelis. That's not confirmed,
- 9:24Speaker 4: but that is widely speculated that the Israelis helped him
- 9:29Speaker 4: on his way. He had written in his last will
- 9:33Speaker 4: and testament that he wanted the following words written on
- 9:37Speaker 4: his tombstone. Here lies a man who sought the annihilation
- 9:44Speaker 4: of Israel. I think for a second, Ben, how much hate,
- 9:50Speaker 4: how much racism, how much anti Semitism, how much venom
- 9:55Speaker 4: do you have to be filled with that you literally
- 9:58Speaker 4: want your tombstone. The only thing that you want to
- 10:01Speaker 4: be remembered for is I hate Jews. That was the
- 10:05Speaker 4: head of Iran's nuclear program. That is the theocratic governance
- 10:10Speaker 4: of this Iranian regime. And explain to me why Joe
- 10:14Speaker 4: Biden keeps sending them billions of dollars to this day.
- 10:18Speaker 4: We're sitting here today, we have Iran murdering three US
- 10:25Speaker 4: servicemen and women, and Joe Biden continues to allow him
- 10:31Speaker 4: to sell two million barrels of oil a day. Tomorrow,
- 10:34Speaker 4: presumably Joe Biden's going to allow him to sell two
- 10:36Speaker 4: million barrels of oil a day because weakness is so
- 10:41Speaker 4: intertwined with the Biden foreign policy.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Not just weakness.
- 10:46Speaker 4: They have this bizarre policy. I do not understand it.
- 10:51Speaker 4: Enemies of America they give money to and they give
- 10:53Speaker 4: them everything they want. Friends of America they abandoned, they undermined.
- 10:57Speaker 4: By the way, simultaneously, the news is breaking this weekend
- 11:02Speaker 4: that the Biden administration is talking about cutting off military
- 11:05Speaker 4: weapons to Israel, so billions of dollars to Iran to
- 11:09Speaker 4: murder Americans. While simultaneously the Biden White House is saying,
- 11:14Speaker 4: let's cut off weapons to Israel because they're killing terrorists
- 11:19Speaker 4: who have murdered Americans and want to murder Americans. It
- 11:22Speaker 4: is exactly backwards.
- 11:23Speaker 3: It makes no sense.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Last question on this, there's a lot of people ask, Okay, well,
- 11:28Speaker 2: then what would the response or what should a response
- 11:30Speaker 2: be from the President of United States of America. So
- 11:33Speaker 2: a lot of talking heads over the weekend that we're saying, well,
- 11:36Speaker 2: they're just trying to bring us into a war, and
- 11:37Speaker 2: if if Joe Biden responds with a heavy hand and
- 11:40Speaker 2: goes after and attacks targets in Iran, we're getting into
- 11:43Speaker 2: World War III. And that's exactly what they want. What
- 11:46Speaker 2: is a responsible response to this from this president.
- 11:49Speaker 1: What is it that he should do?
- 11:51Speaker 4: Number one, cut off the money, dramatically, enforce the oil sanctions,
- 11:55Speaker 4: starve the beast. I've introduced legislation that would do that.
- 11:58Speaker 4: There's an entire fleet of ghost tankers that takes the
- 12:01Speaker 4: Iranian oil to China. By the way, China's buying it.
- 12:04Speaker 4: Communist China is loving this. China is funding Iran. They
- 12:08Speaker 4: love that Iran is distracting America from China's malevolence. So
- 12:14Speaker 4: cut off the oil number one. Number two, cut off
- 12:16Speaker 4: the funds. Number three cut off the funding for Hamas,
- 12:20Speaker 4: cut off the funding for Gazak, cut off the funding
- 12:22Speaker 4: for Iranian proxies.
- 12:24Speaker 3: Number four cut off the funding for unrun.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Our next show, we're going to talk about UNRUD, the
- 12:29Speaker 4: UN agency that is filled with Hamas terrorists that news
- 12:34Speaker 4: broke this weekend. Also we're going to go in depth
- 12:36Speaker 4: in a later podcast this week about that. But stop
- 12:39Speaker 4: funding people who hate us. Number one and number two.
- 12:43Speaker 4: If you kill US military or US civilians, pound the
- 12:47Speaker 4: living crap out of them, respond like Donald Trump did. Now,
- 12:52Speaker 4: not invade Iran. I'm not saying send the Marines. I'm
- 12:57Speaker 4: saying you didn't know it's not worth it. Let them
- 13:01Speaker 4: know that the cost will be significantly greater than the benefit.
- 13:05Speaker 4: What Joe Biden has showed them is there is no cost,
- 13:09Speaker 4: that his ideology in politics is so important he will
- 13:13Speaker 4: allow Americans to be killed and will not respond that
- 13:18Speaker 4: weakness makes it more likely more Americans will be killed.
- 13:22Speaker 2: I want to tell you about our good friends over
- 13:23Speaker 2: at Patriot Mobile. For more than a decade now, Patriot
- 13:26Speaker 2: Mobile has been the only Christian conservative cell phone provider
- 13:30Speaker 2: in the nation. And I love looking at my cell
- 13:33Speaker 2: phone now because every time I look down the top left,
- 13:35Speaker 2: it says Patriot And I know that when I'm using
- 13:38Speaker 2: my phone and when I pay my bill, I am
- 13:40Speaker 2: working with a company that stands with my values. Now,
- 13:43Speaker 2: in twenty twenty four, everybody has different New Year's resolutions.
- 13:46Speaker 2: Mine was to stop giving my money to countries that
- 13:48Speaker 2: literally hate my family values, hate what I stand for,
- 13:51Speaker 2: and that is Big Mobile. You may not realize that
- 13:54Speaker 2: Big Mobile gets big donations to Democrat causes candidates, including
- 13:59Speaker 2: Planned Parent. That is why I switched to Patriot Mobile,
- 14:02Speaker 2: and it's why I want you to try them as well. Now,
- 14:05Speaker 2: a lot of people say, hey, I don't want to
- 14:06Speaker 2: switch to a comany I don't know about their coverage.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Well, guess what.
- 14:09Speaker 2: The coverage is exactly the same coverage you have right now.
- 14:12Speaker 2: You use the same exact towers that you're using right now,
- 14:15Speaker 2: except you get rid of the woke agenda of the left.
- 14:19Speaker 1: So take a look at Patriot Mobile.
- 14:21Speaker 2: Many times you'll save money over what you're spending right now,
- 14:24Speaker 2: and every month when you pay your bill, you know
- 14:26Speaker 2: you're supporting your First and Second Amendment rights and most importantly,
- 14:29Speaker 2: the rights of unborn children as well as our military
- 14:33Speaker 2: veterans are police officers. And that's just the beginning of
- 14:36Speaker 2: what Patriot Mobile does for you.
- 14:38Speaker 1: You can keep your.
- 14:38Speaker 2: Same cell phone as well and upgrade to a new
- 14:41Speaker 2: phone or keep the one you have in your hand
- 14:42Speaker 2: right now. Check them out nine to seven to two
- 14:45Speaker 2: Patriot It's nine seven to two Patriot or online at
- 14:48Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict. When you call them,
- 14:53Speaker 2: use the promo code Verdict. You'll get free activation as well.
- 14:56Speaker 2: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict nine to seven
- 15:01Speaker 2: to two Patriot Centata. I want to move to what
- 15:04Speaker 2: was supposed to be our big story and that was
- 15:06Speaker 2: the border. There is a clear war between Texas and
- 15:11Speaker 2: the Biden administration. That war was declared by the Biden administration.
- 15:15Speaker 2: To be very clear on Texas. There's a war now
- 15:18Speaker 2: the issue of state's rights. There's a war of what
- 15:20Speaker 2: the Constitution says, and there's a ton of misinformation out there.
- 15:25Speaker 2: I want you to explain so people understand, does the
- 15:28Speaker 2: state of Texas, in any state have the right to
- 15:31Speaker 2: protect and defend itself if it's being literally invaded that's
- 15:35Speaker 2: what's happening in Texas. What does the Constitution say about this?
- 15:39Speaker 2: Because there's a lot of people that have been arguing
- 15:41Speaker 2: over it. I want to know, does the state of
- 15:44Speaker 2: Texas have the right to defend itself if the federal
- 15:46Speaker 2: government especially is not doing their job, and their job
- 15:50Speaker 2: is to protect the border, right not just the border
- 15:53Speaker 2: for Texas but every state in the country, and they're
- 15:56Speaker 2: not doing that right now.
- 15:57Speaker 1: So when you look at this war, who's that's right
- 16:00Speaker 1: and who's wrong? And what is this? What do our
- 16:02Speaker 1: founders think about this?
- 16:05Speaker 4: Well, the text of the Constitution and in particularly the
- 16:07Speaker 4: constitutional provision that is being discussed as Article one, Section ten,
- 16:12Speaker 4: clause three, and what it says is quote, no state shall,
- 16:16Speaker 4: without the consent of Congress, lay any duty of tonnage,
- 16:21Speaker 4: keep troops or ships of war in time of peace,
- 16:26Speaker 4: enter into any agreement or compact with another state or
- 16:30Speaker 4: with a foreign power.
- 16:31Speaker 3: And this is where the critical language is.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Or engage in war unless actually invaded or in such
- 16:44Speaker 4: imminent danger as will not admit of delay. So the
- 16:51Speaker 4: question the Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, my good friend,
- 16:55Speaker 4: has declared an actual invasion, invoke the authority of Article one,
- 17:01Speaker 4: section ten. Article one, section ten is a prohibition on
- 17:08Speaker 4: the state. It says, let me omit the kind of
- 17:12Speaker 4: language of the middle. It says, no states shall engage
- 17:15Speaker 4: in war unless actually invaded or in such imminent danger
- 17:22Speaker 4: as will not admit of delay. So under that constitutional provision,
- 17:29Speaker 4: it suggests the state would have the authority to quote
- 17:32Speaker 4: engage in war if actually invaded. Now you asked, what's
- 17:38Speaker 4: the law. The truth of the matter is this is
- 17:40Speaker 4: an open question constitutionally. We saw a number years back
- 17:44Speaker 4: when the state of Arizona passed legislation trying to limit
- 17:48Speaker 4: illegal immigration, and during the Obama administration, the Department of
- 17:53Speaker 4: Justice sued Arizona. It went all the way to the
- 17:56Speaker 4: Supreme Court. There was a case Arizona versus United States,
- 17:59Speaker 4: and unfortunately, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the
- 18:03Speaker 4: Obama administration. It was a decision that got strong descents.
- 18:08Speaker 4: Got a strong descent from Justice Scalia, a strong descent
- 18:10Speaker 4: from Justice Thomas, a strong descent from Justice Alito. Now,
- 18:14Speaker 4: the Supreme Court composition has changed since then, and frankly,
- 18:19Speaker 4: the facts on the ground have changed since then. Listen,
- 18:22Speaker 4: illegal immigration was a problem under Barack Obama, was a
- 18:24Speaker 4: serious problem under Barack Obama. But I got to say,
- 18:28Speaker 4: compared to now, it's not and day the Obama immigration
- 18:32Speaker 4: problems seem quaint that they are minuscule compared to what
- 18:37Speaker 4: is happening now the order of magnitude. I've joked multiple
- 18:41Speaker 4: times that that that Joe Biden has done something I
- 18:43Speaker 4: thought was impossible. He's made me miss Barack Obama.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Yeah, because who would have thought Ted Cruz would ever
- 18:49Speaker 1: say that.
- 18:50Speaker 4: It is look on immigration. One of the astonishing things
- 18:56Speaker 4: about Obama is he, by and large fall the law.
- 19:01Speaker 4: He didn't on DACA. But DACA was one unique subset
- 19:04Speaker 4: of individuals, and it was a relatively limited subset. But
- 19:08Speaker 4: for people crossing illegally into the country. Barack Obama deported
- 19:13Speaker 4: millions of people. If you remember, during the Obama administration,
- 19:16Speaker 4: the left got very mad. They called him the deporter
- 19:19Speaker 4: in chief, and that made a difference. What has happened
- 19:27Speaker 4: here under Joe Biden. And we've never seen a president
- 19:30Speaker 4: do this, And over two hundred years of our nation's history,
- 19:32Speaker 4: there's never been a president that utterly and completely defies
- 19:36Speaker 4: US law and lets people go by massive numbers. So,
- 19:41Speaker 4: for example, there's an authority under under federal immigration law
- 19:45Speaker 4: called parole authority, which is you can release people in
- 19:48Speaker 4: limited and special circumstances. Under Obama he would parole roughly
- 19:53Speaker 4: five thousand illegal immigrants a year. Under Trump, it was
- 19:56Speaker 4: a comparable number, so it took they were extraordinary circumstances.
- 19:59Speaker 4: You know how much Biden is doing about eight hundred
- 20:02Speaker 4: thousand a year. Wow, he took Obama's five thousand a
- 20:05Speaker 4: year and he blew it up to eight hundred thousand.
- 20:09Speaker 4: They've made a decision, we are going to allow an invasion. Now,
- 20:16Speaker 4: what is Texas doing. They're laying constantina wire. They're laying
- 20:20Speaker 4: basically really jagged razor wire all along the border. And
- 20:26Speaker 4: in fact, here let's look at some of the video
- 20:29Speaker 4: of what they're laying and also understand the Biden administration
- 20:33Speaker 4: is actively suing them, is actively attacking them, is trying
- 20:36Speaker 4: to tear down the border, the wire, to let cartels
- 20:41Speaker 4: in and to let the invasion occur. Take a look
- 20:45Speaker 4: at the governor of Texas talking about this, well, first.
- 20:48Speaker 5: I'll be shocked. That would be a boneheaded move on
- 20:50Speaker 5: his part, a total disaster for one. As you might imagine,
- 20:55Speaker 5: we are prepared in the event that that unlikely event
- 20:58Speaker 5: does occur to make sure that we will be able
- 21:00Speaker 5: to continue exactly what we've been doing over the past months,
- 21:03Speaker 5: and that is building these barriers, whether it be the
- 21:07Speaker 5: constantin or wire or other at that clime, border barriers,
- 21:10Speaker 5: whatever we've been building. The Bido administration is now trying
- 21:14Speaker 5: to attack us because of it, and we will continue
- 21:18Speaker 5: to do exactly what we're doing to expand our denial
- 21:22Speaker 5: of illegal entry into the state of Texas.
- 21:24Speaker 2: You listen to the governor there, and I had an
- 21:25Speaker 2: interesting debate this week with a liberal on TV who said.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Texas is totally wrong. They're out of line.
- 21:32Speaker 2: They cannot say that they're being invaded because to say
- 21:34Speaker 2: you're invaded, they have to wear a uniform of an
- 21:36Speaker 2: official country that's invading you, aka military.
- 21:39Speaker 4: Would that stand under that argument, Hamas could invade. Understand
- 21:44Speaker 4: how idiotic that argument is. You could have a million
- 21:47Speaker 4: Hamas terrorists cross over the border and start blowing people up.
- 21:50Speaker 4: They could wage October seventh that these imbeciles would say, no,
- 21:53Speaker 4: it's not an invasion because they're not a country.
- 21:56Speaker 1: And they're not wearing a uniform of that country.
- 21:59Speaker 4: Like that theory October seventh in Israel was not an invasion.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Like that's idiotic on its face. And by the way,
- 22:08Speaker 4: I fully expect. So where does this case stand? So
- 22:13Speaker 4: Texas has laid the wire along the border, particularly an
- 22:16Speaker 4: eagle pass miles of it. The Biden administration wants to
- 22:20Speaker 4: tear it down. Texas filed a lawsuit against the Biden
- 22:22Speaker 4: administration saying you can't tear it down. What happened is
- 22:26Speaker 4: the Biden administration one in Federal District court. Texas appealed
- 22:31Speaker 4: to the Fifth Circuit, the Federal Court of Appeals. Texas
- 22:33Speaker 4: won in the Fifth Circuit and what they got was
- 22:35Speaker 4: an injunction, which is an order from the Fifth Circuit
- 22:39Speaker 4: against the federal government tearing down the concertine or wire.
- 22:44Speaker 4: The United States appealed that injunction to the Supreme Court,
- 22:47Speaker 4: and unfortunately, the Supreme Court five to four ruled in
- 22:51Speaker 4: favor of the Biden administration.
- 22:52Speaker 3: So where does it stand? Where it stands right now?
- 22:56Speaker 2: In that ruling, I want to be queer because we've
- 22:57Speaker 2: talked about this in the previous pot and I want
- 22:59Speaker 2: to make sure everybody that's watching this understands this. It
- 23:01Speaker 2: was five to four, but it didn't say you had
- 23:03Speaker 2: to take down the razorwar either.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Explain that for beer. That man missed that.
- 23:07Speaker 4: So it's important to understand Number One. A ton of Democrats,
- 23:11Speaker 4: a ton of reporters, a ton of leftists are saying
- 23:14Speaker 4: Texas is defying the Supreme Court is defying a Supreme
- 23:18Speaker 4: Court order.
- 23:18Speaker 3: That is a lie.
- 23:20Speaker 4: There is no order that impacts Texas in any way,
- 23:24Speaker 4: shape or form concerning this. This was a lawsuit by
- 23:27Speaker 4: Texas against the United States. There had been an order
- 23:31Speaker 4: against the Biden administration. The Supreme Court took away the
- 23:36Speaker 4: order against the Biden administration. So where things stand right now?
- 23:40Speaker 4: If Joe Biden orders the federal government to go tear
- 23:43Speaker 4: down the wire. The federal government will not be violating
- 23:47Speaker 4: an injunction. Now, the Court didn't say the federal government
- 23:51Speaker 4: has to tear down the wire. Court didn't say the
- 23:53Speaker 4: federal government should tear down the wire. The Court also
- 23:56Speaker 4: didn't say that Texas couldn't lay more wire.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Yeah, what they're doing right.
- 24:01Speaker 4: There's no order against Texas, and injunctions are, by their
- 24:07Speaker 4: nature temporary and emergency proceedings. The Fifth Circuit has scheduled
- 24:13Speaker 4: the oral argument in this case on the merits of
- 24:16Speaker 4: the case.
- 24:17Speaker 3: On February eighth.
- 24:18Speaker 4: February eighth, interestingly, is the same day the Supreme Court
- 24:21Speaker 4: has scheduled the oral argument in the Colorado case.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Yeah, with Donald Trump.
- 24:25Speaker 4: With Donald Trump, So February eighth is going to be
- 24:27Speaker 4: a big oral argument day. Whatever happens in the Fifth Circuit,
- 24:33Speaker 4: that case is extremely likely to go back to the
- 24:35Speaker 4: Supreme Court, and I think the Supreme Court is likely
- 24:38Speaker 4: to take it and decide the issue on the merits,
- 24:41Speaker 4: and that'll be decided in the next couple of months.
- 24:43Speaker 4: I think the Fifth Circuit is likely to decide quickly,
- 24:46Speaker 4: and I expect a rapid appeal to the Supreme Court
- 24:49Speaker 4: and understand the five to four decision from the Supreme
- 24:53Speaker 4: Court on the injunction. It was the three liberals plus
- 24:57Speaker 4: John Roberts and Amy Cony Barrett. Now nobody wrote it opinion,
- 25:01Speaker 4: so we don't know their reasoning.
- 25:03Speaker 3: By the way, is.
- 25:04Speaker 2: That interesting to you? Would you have expected opinion saying
- 25:07Speaker 2: this saying this big?
- 25:09Speaker 6: Or was it?
- 25:10Speaker 2: It was such a quick thing to say, Hey, we're
- 25:11Speaker 2: going to go back to the fifth and let them
- 25:13Speaker 2: do their oral arguments.
- 25:14Speaker 1: That's all we're saying about this.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Hence the fact they didn't say to Texas, you've got
- 25:17Speaker 2: to take down the raised wire and you can't lay
- 25:19Speaker 2: more of it.
- 25:20Speaker 3: So look it.
- 25:21Speaker 4: It is not shocking. Emergency appeals often they don't write.
- 25:27Speaker 4: They don't always write opinions. They're decided on quick emergency appeals.
- 25:30Speaker 4: The underlying merits are still being litigated. By the way,
- 25:33Speaker 4: there are also jurisdictional questions that are being debated in
- 25:36Speaker 4: the case that are fairly arcane and legal, but they
- 25:39Speaker 4: deal with whether the United States has waived sovereign immunity,
- 25:43Speaker 4: in other words, whether Texas can sue the United States
- 25:47Speaker 4: in federal court for an injunction. And those are technical
- 25:50Speaker 4: legal questions that I don't know that we need to
- 25:52Speaker 4: get into the details in this podcast, But they have
- 25:55Speaker 4: nothing to do with whether the Biden administration can tear
- 26:00Speaker 4: down the wire. They simply question whether Texas is able
- 26:03Speaker 4: to sue the Biden administration in federal court.
- 26:05Speaker 3: So there's a big dispute.
- 26:06Speaker 4: A lot of the briefing, a lot of the argument
- 26:08Speaker 4: focused on that jurisdictional question, which has nothing to do
- 26:12Speaker 4: with the merits. So we don't know what John Roberts's
- 26:17Speaker 4: reasoning was, we don't know what amy Cony Barrett's reasoning was.
- 26:20Speaker 4: To be fair, we don't know what any of the
- 26:21Speaker 4: nine justices because they didn't write. I will say this,
- 26:29Speaker 4: John Roberts and federal judges generally, particularly ones that are
- 26:34Speaker 4: in DC, that are on the Supreme Court, they tend
- 26:36Speaker 4: to be creatures of Washington. They tend to have a
- 26:39Speaker 4: general predilection that they side with the Feds against the States.
- 26:44Speaker 4: Let's actually have some analysis from Jonathan Turley, as a
- 26:47Speaker 4: constitutional law professor, someone I know and respect.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Here's what Professor Turley had to say.
- 26:52Speaker 6: Well, I certainly agree with the governor that this is
- 26:55Speaker 6: a violation of the understanding between the federal government and
- 26:59Speaker 6: the dates. The language in Article one, Section ten really
- 27:06Speaker 6: deals with that agreement that we gave made with the
- 27:10Speaker 6: states in the federal government to move from the Articles
- 27:13Speaker 6: of Confederation to a constitutional system with a strong federal government.
- 27:19Speaker 6: I don't think anyone can honestly look at the southern
- 27:21Speaker 6: border and say that the federal government has fulfilled its pledge.
- 27:26Speaker 6: This is no precedented crisis brought about, I believe by
- 27:30Speaker 6: President Biden's policies. So on all that, I agree, the
- 27:33Speaker 6: problem is that federal courts are unlikely to agree that
- 27:37Speaker 6: this is the invasion referenced in the Constitution. There's also
- 27:42Speaker 6: a reference to imminent danger, and certainly looking at hundreds
- 27:46Speaker 6: of thousands of people crossing an effectively open border presents
- 27:51Speaker 6: an imminent danger. But the courts are likely to define
- 27:55Speaker 6: that in the context of that provision, in the context
- 27:59Speaker 6: of an invasion, as with a foreign state. So I
- 28:03Speaker 6: think Texas is going to have a hard time making
- 28:06Speaker 6: that constitutional argument in court.
- 28:08Speaker 2: I have to ask themou the eminent danger parts, specifically
- 28:11Speaker 2: the fact that we know that people on the terrorists
- 28:14Speaker 2: watch lists have been coming across the open southern border.
- 28:17Speaker 2: We had more that were caught last year that were
- 28:20Speaker 2: on that terrorist watch list in the last five years
- 28:22Speaker 2: before that combined, there's no reasonably that number is not
- 28:25Speaker 2: going to be up even higher this year based on
- 28:27Speaker 2: the number that are coming across the border. Is that
- 28:29Speaker 2: one of the arguments that Texas would make obviously right away.
- 28:33Speaker 4: Absolutely, So take a look at this tweet from Fox News.
- 28:36Speaker 4: So this is from Bill Malujin, who is the best
- 28:38Speaker 4: reporter on the border across the country. And by the way,
- 28:42Speaker 4: every other fake news entity ought to ask, why don't
- 28:45Speaker 4: they have a Bill mallusion. Why don't they have someone
- 28:47Speaker 4: reporting on the facts? Because he reports on it. There's
- 28:49Speaker 4: no one to see it that does this. No one
- 28:51Speaker 4: at MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, Washington Post, New York Times,
- 28:55Speaker 4: not a one of them has a Bill Mallusion. He's
- 28:57Speaker 4: doing heroic work. Here's what Bill Mallusion reports breaking in
- 29:01Speaker 4: a Friday news dump. By the way, that's what the
- 29:03Speaker 4: Biden administration does. It dumps all of it's bad news
- 29:05Speaker 4: on Friday in a Friday news dump. CBP officially reports
- 29:09Speaker 4: three hundred and two thousand and thirty four migrant encounters
- 29:12Speaker 4: in December, the highest month ever.
- 29:16Speaker 2: Recorded, and traditionally, December is not your highest month of
- 29:20Speaker 2: the year, has not been, but people are rushing the
- 29:22Speaker 2: border because they realize, go it's open, hurry up.
- 29:27Speaker 4: CBP also reports Border Patrol arrested nineteen people on the
- 29:32Speaker 4: FBI terror watch list in December in one month, bringing
- 29:37Speaker 4: the total to fifty arrests for fiscal year twenty twenty four,
- 29:41Speaker 4: which started in October.
- 29:43Speaker 3: So far the nineteen.
- 29:45Speaker 2: When you see that centater, you get briefings on different
- 29:47Speaker 2: things in now security. That is an alarming number that
- 29:49Speaker 2: we caught because right that doesn't count the ones, the godaways,
- 29:53Speaker 2: and we had record godaways in December as well.
- 29:55Speaker 4: So understand under Trump, the number of people on the
- 29:57Speaker 4: terror watch list apprehended in an entire year, we're in
- 30:00Speaker 4: the single digits. They were like zero two in an
- 30:02Speaker 4: entire year. We're up to fifty and three months.
- 30:06Speaker 1: And nineteen in the month of December alone.
- 30:08Speaker 4: Yes, so the month of December is more than any
- 30:13Speaker 4: single year under Donald Trump.
- 30:14Speaker 3: It may be more. I don't have the.
- 30:15Speaker 4: Totals in front of it. Maybe more than all four
- 30:17Speaker 4: years of Donald Trump.
- 30:18Speaker 3: It probably is.
- 30:20Speaker 4: This is an order of magnitude, So I will say
- 30:24Speaker 4: when the case is at the Fifth Circuit. When it
- 30:26Speaker 4: gets to the Supreme Court, the argument is going to
- 30:28Speaker 4: have to be that what is happening at the border
- 30:31Speaker 4: right now is qualitatively different than just ordinary illegal immigration.
- 30:37Speaker 4: It's not that the federal government is doing a bad job,
- 30:41Speaker 4: doing a negligent job is ineffective. Any case like that
- 30:45Speaker 4: would be likely to fail. It is in this instance
- 30:48Speaker 4: the Biden administration is actively complicit in an invasion of
- 30:52Speaker 4: ten million people into this country.
- 30:53Speaker 3: Ten million.
- 30:55Speaker 4: That is a staggering number, including at a time the
- 30:58Speaker 4: border patrol is telling they're extremely worried about Hamas and
- 31:01Speaker 4: hesbela terrorist coming in to carry out a terror act.
- 31:05Speaker 2: And not just that, they warned of an attack that
- 31:07Speaker 2: could very much resemble what happens against Israeli people. Yes,
- 31:11Speaker 2: so they're not just saying it's like alone wolf style attack.
- 31:14Speaker 2: They're saying and orchestrated, a well planned, well orchestrated attack
- 31:18Speaker 2: in the United States of America that could very much
- 31:20Speaker 2: mimic what we just witnessed and saw in Israel.
- 31:22Speaker 4: And understand that Joe Biden, by the way, just about
- 31:26Speaker 4: every Washington Democrat are on the side of the human traffickers,
- 31:29Speaker 4: are on the side of the terrorists coming in that
- 31:32Speaker 4: this suit. So look, they are aspects of this lawsuit.
- 31:35Speaker 4: The Biden administration frames it as Texas is preventing the
- 31:40Speaker 4: ability of border patrol agents to access the border. There's
- 31:42Speaker 4: a federal statute that says that agents can't access the border.
- 31:46Speaker 4: And I will say, if the questioned is framed, can
- 31:51Speaker 4: Texas officials physically stop, block, arrest a federal official from
- 31:56Speaker 4: going to the border? Texas will lose that question. Can
- 32:00Speaker 4: you forcibly stop a border patrol agent from accessing the border?
- 32:04Speaker 3: I think the answer to that would be no.
- 32:07Speaker 1: So the next question is going to ask is this then,
- 32:09Speaker 1: can Texas stop a Customs and Border Patrol agent who's
- 32:13Speaker 1: cutting down the bob wire and allowing people to come
- 32:15Speaker 1: into the country illegally?
- 32:17Speaker 4: Well, and understand, it's not that the border patrol agent.
- 32:20Speaker 4: The statute saying to access the border is written in
- 32:24Speaker 4: the context of apprehending illegal immigrants. The Biden administration doesn't
- 32:28Speaker 4: want apprehending illegal immigrants. They want illegal immigrants to come in.
- 32:31Speaker 1: When they cut it. They're asking for them to come.
- 32:33Speaker 4: In and understand, it's not cutting it. The Biden administration
- 32:36Speaker 4: wants to destroy miles of wire. So state of Texas
- 32:41Speaker 4: has spent billions of dollars securing the border because the
- 32:44Speaker 4: federal government won't do so. The State of Texas has
- 32:47Speaker 4: built border wall. Imagine if the Biden administration was coming
- 32:50Speaker 4: in with dynamite and blowing up the walls that Texas
- 32:56Speaker 4: is built. Look, Texas. The reason Texas sued the United
- 32:59Speaker 4: States is they said, you don't have a right to
- 33:01Speaker 4: destroy our property. Imagine the federal government showed up and
- 33:04Speaker 4: started blowing up state buildings. Yeah, I mean under the
- 33:08Speaker 4: federal government's argument, they're like, we can destroyed whatever we want,
- 33:10Speaker 4: where the Feds and Texas is saying, no, you can't.
- 33:14Speaker 3: There is a limit on your ability.
- 33:16Speaker 4: The State of Texas has constructed this, and it's one
- 33:19Speaker 4: thing if a border patrol agent says, hey, I need
- 33:21Speaker 4: to get to that river. I think if it were
- 33:23Speaker 4: framed that narrowly, the federal courts are going to side
- 33:27Speaker 4: with the ability of the federal government to get to
- 33:29Speaker 4: the border. But this is the question of does the
- 33:32Speaker 4: federal government have the authority to just destroy.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Miles and miles.
- 33:39Speaker 4: Of wire barrier put up by the State of Texas
- 33:43Speaker 4: in order to stop an invasion, and I think that's
- 33:45Speaker 4: a very different question. I hope when it gets to
- 33:50Speaker 4: the merits that the Supreme Court resolves it differently. Now,
- 33:54Speaker 4: there are also really untested questions of constitutional law. There
- 34:00Speaker 4: are potentials of direct confrontation between state officials and federal
- 34:05Speaker 4: officials that could get really messy. There's also a dynamic
- 34:09Speaker 4: that Biden is getting so extreme he's facing what is
- 34:13Speaker 4: potentially a revolt within the federal government.
- 34:15Speaker 2: By the way, the word they use this week on
- 34:17Speaker 2: TV was insurrection, and Griff Jenkins Fox News put out
- 34:20Speaker 2: this tweet talking about what you were just mentioning, take
- 34:23Speaker 2: a look at this, guys, because this is a very
- 34:25Speaker 2: interesting scenario.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Here.
- 34:27Speaker 2: It says a senior CBP official tells Fox the relationship
- 34:30Speaker 2: between Border Patrol, Texas DPS and the TMD remains strong.
- 34:35Speaker 2: Bottom line, Border Patrol has no plans to remove infrastructure
- 34:39Speaker 2: see wire placed by Texas along the border. Our posture
- 34:42Speaker 2: remains the same. So there were people on TV saying,
- 34:45Speaker 2: if this is true, this is like an insurrection.
- 34:48Speaker 1: I think that's absurd.
- 34:49Speaker 2: But if you have federal government officials that aren't listening
- 34:52Speaker 2: to the quote orders of the Biden administration and saying
- 34:55Speaker 2: we're not going to do this.
- 34:57Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 34:58Speaker 4: Well, look, and mind you, the same people who are
- 35:00Speaker 4: saying this are the democrats elected democrats and the lefties
- 35:04Speaker 4: in the press who praised, for example, people in the
- 35:08Speaker 4: military under Trump who they said, well, they won't follow
- 35:11Speaker 4: his orders, they will resist his orders. Mind you, in
- 35:14Speaker 4: this instance, Look, I know the border patrol agents, many
- 35:17Speaker 4: of them very very well. I spent a lot of
- 35:19Speaker 4: time with him. They are horrified at what Joe Biden
- 35:22Speaker 4: is doing. They're watching the body bags, the death, the suffering,
- 35:26Speaker 4: the children who were assaulted, the women who were raped.
- 35:28Speaker 4: They're seeing it on a daily basis. And it is Look,
- 35:33Speaker 4: at some level, if you have a president who is
- 35:36Speaker 4: so utterly out of touch that he wages war on
- 35:42Speaker 4: the law, that he's defying the law, that he is
- 35:45Speaker 4: instructing him go destroy go use my example, go bomb,
- 35:48Speaker 4: go bomb the walls, you would expect some federal officials
- 35:52Speaker 4: to say, hold on, you have no legal authority to
- 35:54Speaker 4: do this. This is just an abuse of power. And look,
- 35:59Speaker 4: our sisters, we are pushing to the edges of a
- 36:03Speaker 4: constitutional crisis because we have a president who is so
- 36:08Speaker 4: utterly lawless that he puts his partisan political agenda above
- 36:14Speaker 4: the rule of law, above federal immigration law, above the Constitution,
- 36:17Speaker 4: above people's welfare, above protecting the lives of Texans, and
- 36:22Speaker 4: it is all politics, all the time with the Biden
- 36:25Speaker 4: White House.
- 36:26Speaker 2: It's a new year, twenty twenty four, and a lot

- 37:35Speaker 2: five forty ninety for details about credit costs and terms.
- 37:39Speaker 1: I got to ask you.
- 37:40Speaker 2: You just said I think it was very interesting, and
- 37:41Speaker 2: that was about a constitutional crisis. Texas isn't having to
- 37:45Speaker 2: do this alone. Thank goodness, you've got I think it's
- 37:47Speaker 2: twenty five different states now that have come to the
- 37:49Speaker 2: aid of Texas fighting for states rights, saying you have
- 37:52Speaker 2: a right to defend your state.
- 37:53Speaker 4: And it is powerful governor after governor after governor saying
- 37:55Speaker 4: we stand with Texas, we stand with Texas, we stand
- 37:57Speaker 4: with Texas. And Joe Biden is trying to say to
- 38:01Speaker 4: the states, I don't care. I want your state to
- 38:04Speaker 4: be invaded. I want the law to be ignored because
- 38:08Speaker 4: my partisan politics matter more than your obligation to protect
- 38:12Speaker 4: the safety of your citizens.
- 38:13Speaker 2: So explain that the rules. And this is I think
- 38:16Speaker 2: a very important point because it's going to come up. Obviously,
- 38:19Speaker 2: you have some states are sitting, for example, state troopers
- 38:22Speaker 2: to the state. Who is that under state authority? Is
- 38:26Speaker 2: that federal if you're clashing, right if you're temperate. And
- 38:28Speaker 2: then and then the second part is the National Guard
- 38:31Speaker 2: can work in two different scenarios, one for the governor
- 38:35Speaker 2: and then all of a sudden, the federal government can
- 38:37Speaker 2: come in. And that's been a big fight over the
- 38:39Speaker 2: last several days of what if he nationalizes the federal
- 38:42Speaker 2: you know these guardsmen, how does that play out? And
- 38:47Speaker 2: explain how it works. If there's two different people that
- 38:49Speaker 2: are your boss, who do you decide with?
- 38:51Speaker 4: So ordinarily, the National Guard is under the direction.
- 38:53Speaker 2: Of the governors, and the National Guard of each state
- 38:56Speaker 2: is under that governor of that state.
- 38:58Speaker 4: Now, under federal law, the president has the authority to
- 39:01Speaker 4: call up to nationalize the national Guard and put it
- 39:04Speaker 4: under the direction of the federal government. And a bunch
- 39:08Speaker 4: of folks on the left are demanding that Biden do
- 39:11Speaker 4: that in Texas.
- 39:13Speaker 3: I don't think he will that.
- 39:15Speaker 4: The clip we played of Greg Abbott, what he was
- 39:17Speaker 4: responding to, was the claim what happens if he tries
- 39:19Speaker 4: to nationalize the Guard? I don't think Biden will do
- 39:22Speaker 4: that because it has a risk of backfiring.
- 39:25Speaker 3: If he did.
- 39:26Speaker 4: I'm not sure what will happen, But what he cannot
- 39:28Speaker 4: nationalize is DPS troopers. He cannot nationalize the state law enforcement.
- 39:35Speaker 2: And so even example is Florida sent a lot of
- 39:38Speaker 2: state troopers right to Texas this past week there was
- 39:41Speaker 2: a caravan coming up.
- 39:42Speaker 4: He could have no control over them, none whatsoever. The
- 39:45Speaker 4: federal government does not have the ability to nationalize state
- 39:48Speaker 4: law enforcement. So conceivably Biden could try to nationalize the
- 39:52Speaker 4: National Guard. And at that point, assuming the Guard complies
- 39:56Speaker 4: with those orders and they're not challenged in court, they're
- 39:59Speaker 4: not struck down. Assuming the Guard complies with those orders,
- 40:02Speaker 4: it's no different than Biden's sending in the army. It
- 40:06Speaker 4: is federal military, but there are still state officials and
- 40:10Speaker 4: the potential for clashes. Now, do I think you're gonna
- 40:13Speaker 4: see state and federal officials shooting each other?
- 40:16Speaker 3: No? I do think.
- 40:18Speaker 4: Look, you've got crazies on the left that are pushing
- 40:21Speaker 4: you know. Might you see Biden try to order order
- 40:25Speaker 4: federal officials to arrest state officials?
- 40:28Speaker 3: Yeah, I think that's possible.
- 40:30Speaker 4: And we are starting to get into very uncharted territory.
- 40:33Speaker 2: Who could be arrest in that scenario is that the
- 40:35Speaker 2: governor on down, the governor, the attorney are you talking
- 40:37Speaker 2: about like a guy at the border. He's saying, I'm
- 40:39Speaker 2: not going to take down that razor wire, and they say, okay,
- 40:42Speaker 2: arrest him or who's laying razor wire.
- 40:44Speaker 4: For example, And I don't think that's gonna happen. But
- 40:47Speaker 4: Joe Biden is listening to the radicals, the extreme in
- 40:50Speaker 4: his party, and he keeps escalating and escalating and escalating,
- 40:54Speaker 4: and it's dangerous. Just like Joe Biden is endangering america
- 41:00Speaker 4: lives abroad, and we saw three servicemen and women murdered
- 41:05Speaker 4: this weekend by Iranian proxies because of Joe Biden's lawlessness
- 41:10Speaker 4: at and support of genocidal killers. At the same time,
- 41:17Speaker 4: Joe Biden is endangering Americans here because of his lawlessness
- 41:21Speaker 4: and support for homicidal killers that are human traffickers and
- 41:25Speaker 4: drug traffickers. In both instances, it is because this Biden
- 41:29Speaker 4: White House puts politics above the safety and security of Americans.
- 41:34Speaker 4: And the question every Democrat is going to have to answer,
- 41:36Speaker 4: every Democrat senator, every Democrat House member, do you stand
- 41:39Speaker 4: with the lawlessness and the extreme agenda of the Biden
- 41:42Speaker 4: White House, or do you stand with the safety of
- 41:44Speaker 4: the American people and at least to date, just about
- 41:47Speaker 4: every elected Democrat in the country puts politics above safety,
- 41:51Speaker 4: and that's what makes where we are right now so
- 41:54Speaker 4: extreme and so dangerous.
- 41:55Speaker 2: You just said two words, so extreme and so dangerous.
- 41:58Speaker 2: I do want to remind people. Wasn't this administration that
- 42:02Speaker 2: said that the adults are finally back in charge, so
- 42:04Speaker 2: we will have none of these issues. I just want
- 42:07Speaker 2: to remind everybody, this is what they said about their
- 42:09Speaker 2: own team has.
- 42:10Speaker 6: Any connection to reality about what is going on around them.
- 42:16Speaker 2: Should have watched that and said the adults are back
- 42:19Speaker 2: in the room.
- 42:20Speaker 4: It seems as though we have a professional adult once
- 42:24Speaker 4: again in the White House who's just simply doing the work.
- 42:27Speaker 5: Really, the theme I would say is the adults are back.
- 42:31Speaker 6: Still it is a relief to have adults in charge.
- 42:34Speaker 5: Now we have adults in the White House.
- 42:37Speaker 1: Okay, the adults are back in the room.
- 42:39Speaker 2: There is a sense, I think the world over that
- 42:42Speaker 2: the adults have returned. We have an adult in the
- 42:45Speaker 2: White House now, and it's glorious. If this is what
- 42:49Speaker 2: adulting looks like, I'll take a kid in charge at
- 42:51Speaker 2: this point.
- 42:52Speaker 3: God bless so.
- 42:54Speaker 4: We actually and the irony is every word of that
- 42:56Speaker 4: is a lie number. Well, look, Joe Biden is a
- 42:59Speaker 4: senior citizen, and he may be so adult that he's
- 43:02Speaker 4: not aware of what's happening. But I'll tell you the
- 43:05Speaker 4: agenda has been extreme and dangerous, and you look at
- 43:11Speaker 4: things like the withdrawal from Afghanistan incompetent, naive, ideological. It
- 43:18Speaker 4: is the opposite of adult leadership. Adult leadership focuses on
- 43:21Speaker 4: let's follow the law. Adult leadership focuses on we've got
- 43:24Speaker 4: a task to do. Adult leadership focuses on let's keep
- 43:27Speaker 4: people safe. Adult leadership focuses on what's an American interest?
- 43:30Speaker 4: Adult leadership focuses on how do we stop bad guys
- 43:33Speaker 4: from hurting us? Everything Joe Biden and the Democrats have
- 43:36Speaker 4: done is the opposite of adult leadership. It is naive,
- 43:40Speaker 4: it is dangerous, it is extreme, and the country is
- 43:42Speaker 4: a lot less safe as a result.
- 43:43Speaker 1: Don't forget. We do this show Monday, Wednesday, Fridays.
