- 0:01Speaker 1: It and over to the fat lady sings and the
- 0:04Speaker 1: media doesn't get to the side who wins an election.
- 0:07Speaker 1: And you want some proof of why in an over
- 0:10Speaker 1: let me just give you this breaking news. Joe Biden's
- 0:13Speaker 1: lead in Arizona has now dipped below seventeen thousand votes.
- 0:19Speaker 1: There are more than seventy seven thousand votes, we're being
- 0:22Speaker 1: told outstanding. And the Trump campaign has now laid out
- 0:25Speaker 1: their legal path moving forward. White House Press Secretary Kayley mcinanny,
- 0:30Speaker 1: an RNC chairwoman round it Downa, held a press conference
- 0:33Speaker 1: discuss Pennsylvania's litigation and give an overview of the post
- 0:36Speaker 1: election landscape. And you want to know what happened on
- 0:39Speaker 1: Fox News when they decided to lay this out. Oh,
- 0:42Speaker 1: this is a doozy Fox News. Before they even laid
- 0:46Speaker 1: out their case, they were basically saying, here's what we
- 0:48Speaker 1: believe is happening, Here's what we believe is happening on
- 0:51Speaker 1: the other side, here is why we're moving forward to
- 0:54Speaker 1: these legal and then they laid it out for about
- 0:56Speaker 1: a half hour. Well, Kayley mcinantny walked up to the podium.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Fox News is carrying it, it says Trump campaign press conference.
- 1:05Speaker 1: This actually happened on Fox News. She's starting her statement
- 1:10Speaker 1: and watch out fast they cut her off and left
- 1:12Speaker 1: the press conference. Well, well, I just think we have
- 1:16Speaker 1: to be very clear, and she's charging the other side
- 1:18Speaker 1: is welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting. Unless she has
- 1:21Speaker 1: more details to back that up, I can't in good
- 1:24Speaker 1: countenance continue showing you this. I want to make sure
- 1:26Speaker 1: that they do at something to back that up. But
- 1:29Speaker 1: that's an explosive charge to make that the other side
- 1:31Speaker 1: is effectively rigging and cheating. She does bring proof of that,
- 1:36Speaker 1: of course, we'll take you back. So far she has
- 1:38Speaker 1: started saying right at the outset, welcoming fraud, welcoming illegal voting.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Not so fast, wettle more into this. Wow that happened
- 1:50Speaker 1: on Fox News. That was Neil Cavuto. It's amazing, by
- 1:54Speaker 1: the way that while he was talking saying she hasn't
- 1:58Speaker 1: given us any details to back it up, that she
- 2:01Speaker 1: actually rolled into the details of backing it up. Now,
- 2:06Speaker 1: Neil Cavudo cuts away from this press conference featuring Kaylee mcinenny.
- 2:11Speaker 1: She's the White House Press secretary, the Trump campaign spokesman.
- 2:14Speaker 1: She pushed the campaigns explanation of what we're doing here,
- 2:23Speaker 1: how we're moving forward, starts telling the stories of all
- 2:25Speaker 1: the affidavits we have and the lawsuits and the reason
- 2:28Speaker 1: why we have these lawsuits. Not so fast, Cavudo says,
- 2:33Speaker 1: mcinnee is suggesting, quote without evidence, that Democrats welcome fraud
- 2:36Speaker 1: and legal voting in the twenty twenty election. We want
- 2:39Speaker 1: every legal vote to be counted as what mcinenny said. Yeah,
- 2:44Speaker 1: and then Fox does that. Now, let me tell you
- 2:49Speaker 1: what's actually happening in Arizona, because clearly the media is
- 2:52Speaker 1: refusing to cover the story. Joe Biden's lead is completely
- 2:58Speaker 1: evaporated in Arizona. Of course, they're not putting the Arizona
- 3:02Speaker 1: numbers up on the TV screen right now because they're
- 3:04Speaker 1: not looking good for Joe Biden. Joe Biden's lead in
- 3:07Speaker 1: Arizona has gone from fifty sixty seventy thousand on Friday
- 3:12Speaker 1: just now downed only seventeen thousand with seventy seven thousand
- 3:16Speaker 1: votes outstanding. Yeah, Former Vice President Joe Biden's lead in
- 3:20Speaker 1: Arizona is now under seventeen thousand votes and continues to
- 3:23Speaker 1: shrink as the state tallies the outstanding ballots. Biden's lead
- 3:27Speaker 1: in Arizona, which, of course, as you know, Fox News
- 3:31Speaker 1: called for the former vice president on the night of
- 3:32Speaker 1: the election early on before any other network did, including
- 3:36Speaker 1: CNN and MSNBC, dip down to sixteen thousand, nine hundred
- 3:41Speaker 1: and fifty two as of Sunday afternoon. That means that
- 3:45Speaker 1: while they've been counting, Biden's lead has been cut nine thousand,
- 3:49Speaker 1: eight hundred and sixty one vote lead that Biden held
- 3:52Speaker 1: on Friday by over twelve thousand votes. There are roughly
- 3:57Speaker 1: seventy seven thousand ballots where being told by the state
- 4:00Speaker 1: of Arizona left to be counted, twenty nine thousand regular
- 4:04Speaker 1: ballots and forty eight thousand provisional ballots remaining, which could
- 4:09Speaker 1: very well determine if outlets like Fox News, who just
- 4:14Speaker 1: cut away from the Trump campaign press conference on their litigation,
- 4:19Speaker 1: we're wrong in calling the Grand Canyon State to early
- 4:24Speaker 1: Arizona's latest drop update of the ballots they put out there,
- 4:29Speaker 1: Trump received in their last ballot drop eight thousand, five
- 4:34Speaker 1: hundred and sixty four votes. Biden received four thousand, four
- 4:38Speaker 1: hundred and thirty nine. Let me give you the percentages
- 4:42Speaker 1: of the ballots they just updated. Donald Trump received sixty
- 4:45Speaker 1: four percent of those ballots, and Biden only got thirty
- 4:48Speaker 1: three Biden's lead is now shrunk all the way down
- 4:51Speaker 1: to sixteen thousand, nine hundred and fifty two votes. There
- 4:55Speaker 1: are twenty nine thousand regular ballots remaining. There are forty
- 4:59Speaker 1: eight thousand and provisional ballots remaining. If provisionals are people
- 5:04Speaker 1: who requested these right this vote by mail but then
- 5:09Speaker 1: went to polling places on election day, that's probably really
- 5:12Speaker 1: good news for Donald Trump. Now, the Trump campaign has
- 5:17Speaker 1: been consistent maintaining the claim that an Arizona victory for
- 5:22Speaker 1: Biden is premature. You gotta wonder, why is everybody not
- 5:25Speaker 1: showing you the Arizona numbers right now while we are
- 5:28Speaker 1: giving them to you. Why would they be afraid of this.
- 5:31Speaker 1: You want to know why, because they don't want to
- 5:32Speaker 1: look wrong. They don't want to be wrong. And they've
- 5:34Speaker 1: already told you that Joe Biden's the winner. They've already
- 5:37Speaker 1: said Joe Biden is the winner. He's already won. Go home,
- 5:45Speaker 1: You idiots that voted for Trump, Biden's your president. Don't
- 5:49Speaker 1: look at this anymore. Leave us alone. We've told you
- 5:52Speaker 1: of the presidents. That is not how it works in
- 5:55Speaker 1: this country. Now, I want to tell you real quick

- 7:23Speaker 1: dot com. I'm gonna give you a quote here, and
- 7:26Speaker 1: I want you to guess who you think said this
- 7:28Speaker 1: about election integrity. Just just a little reminder here, all right, quote,
- 7:33Speaker 1: we will fight for every vote you deserve, no less.
- 7:37Speaker 1: You want to know who said that, I'll tell you
- 7:39Speaker 1: exactly who said that in two thousand and four. In
- 7:43Speaker 1: two thousand and four, you want to know who that
- 7:45Speaker 1: was two thousand and four. Folks, It's been a long night,
- 7:52Speaker 1: but we've waited four years to this victory. We can
- 7:55Speaker 1: wait one more night tonight. John and I are so
- 8:03Speaker 1: proud of all of you who are here with us,
- 8:06Speaker 1: and all of you across the country who have stood
- 8:09Speaker 1: with us in this campaign. John Kerry and I made
- 8:13Speaker 1: a promise to the American people that in this election,
- 8:17Speaker 1: every vote would count and every vote wouldn't be counted.
- 8:24Speaker 1: I remember at John Kerry and John Edwards more of
- 8:26Speaker 1: my life. Can I do right now? Volks? Tonight, we
- 8:32Speaker 1: are keeping our word and we will fight for every
- 8:36Speaker 1: vote you deserve, no less. Thank you. That was John Edwards,
- 8:43Speaker 1: John Kerry's running mate back in two thousand and four
- 8:45Speaker 1: against George Bush sang. And by the way, the Democrats
- 8:50Speaker 1: and the journalists and all these others they were, they
- 8:52Speaker 1: were all about it. Now they're demanding that we don't
- 8:56Speaker 1: actually have integrity with a vote, that we conceive this
- 9:00Speaker 1: election before all the votes are counted and before recounts
- 9:03Speaker 1: and court challenges have taken place. The standard that Democrats
- 9:09Speaker 1: demanded until this week is a complete opposite of this.
- 9:15Speaker 1: In two thousand and four, you just heard it. John Edwards,
- 9:18Speaker 1: who was the running mate of John Kerry, appeared on
- 9:21Speaker 1: Election I to promise support in Boston, Massachusetts, that the
- 9:24Speaker 1: campaign would not concede until it had fought for every
- 9:27Speaker 1: vote to be counted. Spend a long night. We've been
- 9:30Speaker 1: waiting four years for this victory. We can wait one
- 9:32Speaker 1: more night tonight. John and I are proud. We are
- 9:36Speaker 1: so proud of all of you who are here with us,
- 9:38Speaker 1: and all of you across the country who stood with
- 9:40Speaker 1: us in this campaign. John Kerry and I made a
- 9:43Speaker 1: promise the American people that in this election every vote
- 9:47Speaker 1: would count, and every vote would be counted tonight. We're
- 9:50Speaker 1: keeping that word, and we will fight for every vote
- 9:53Speaker 1: you deserve. No less man. That's pretty nice, isn't it.
- 9:57Speaker 1: By the way, the context for Edwards Plan pledge was
- 10:00Speaker 1: the idea that Florida's results in the two thousand election
- 10:03Speaker 1: had been declared before every vote had been counted. We
- 10:06Speaker 1: know how that ended up, right, Bush one. They got
- 10:10Speaker 1: it wrong. Yeah, the media got it wrong. So you
- 10:14Speaker 1: would think this would be totally fine, wouldn't it. You
- 10:16Speaker 1: would think this would all make sense. Now let me
- 10:19Speaker 1: give you another one. Nevertheless, count every vote and something
- 10:24Speaker 1: that Democrats started to turn into like a rally cry
- 10:28Speaker 1: all the way up until two thousand and eight. In
- 10:31Speaker 1: two thousand and eight, when the Democrats discounted some votes
- 10:35Speaker 1: and states that had moved their primary elections earlier, guess
- 10:39Speaker 1: what happened. In the end, party leaders could a deal
- 10:42Speaker 1: to where delegates in a way that meant Senator Barack
- 10:45Speaker 1: Obama received delegates in Michigan where he had not actually
- 10:49Speaker 1: competed for votes. Remember that they don't care about the
- 10:52Speaker 1: integrity of the vote unless they're losing, and when they're winning,
- 10:56Speaker 1: they say, screw it. You want to know who John
- 10:59Speaker 1: Kerry and John Edwards agree with got named Ted Cruz.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Ted Cruz say today I believe President Trump still as
- 11:06Speaker 1: a path to victory and that path, and that path
- 11:10Speaker 1: is to count every single legal vote that was cast,
- 11:14Speaker 1: but also not to count any votes that were fraudulently
- 11:16Speaker 1: cast or illegally cast. So let's talk about that for
- 11:21Speaker 1: a second. Some of the whistle blowers, we got a
- 11:23Speaker 1: new one in Nevada. Workers there say they were instructed
- 11:26Speaker 1: to process illegitimate ballots. That's right. A whistle blower who
- 11:31Speaker 1: has gone on the record now with an Affidavid perjury,
- 11:35Speaker 1: you know, the whole thing who worked for Nevada's Clark
- 11:39Speaker 1: County Elections department listed a series of instances of nefarious
- 11:43Speaker 1: behavior they witnessed in the days leading up to the election,
- 11:47Speaker 1: including poll workers processing illegal and illegitimate ballots, as well
- 11:53Speaker 1: as non poll workers forming a human wall near a
- 11:58Speaker 1: Biden Harris van to black the view of individuals purportedly
- 12:01Speaker 1: filming out what the whistleowers believed to have been ballots,
- 12:05Speaker 1: and a sworn Affidavid signed on November the eighth that
- 12:09Speaker 1: would be on Sunday, the whistleblower who served as a
- 12:14Speaker 1: poll worker detailed quote concerns over election polling place intimidation
- 12:18Speaker 1: and voter fraud, which brings me back to Neil Cavudo
- 12:22Speaker 1: on Fox News Channel. From a moment ago. Neil Cavudo
- 12:25Speaker 1: on Fox News Channel said, there's no instance if anyone
- 12:29Speaker 1: saying there's any fraud and cut off Kaylee MCKININNY as
- 12:31Speaker 1: she had her opening statement talking about we are fighting
- 12:34Speaker 1: over fraud, and this is how he treated her. Well, well,
- 12:38Speaker 1: I just think we have to be very clear. And
- 12:39Speaker 1: she's charging the other side is welcoming fraud and welcoming
- 12:42Speaker 1: illegal voting. Unless she has more details to back that up,
- 12:46Speaker 1: I can't in good countenance continue showing you this. I
- 12:48Speaker 1: want to make sure that they do have something to
- 12:50Speaker 1: back that up. But that's an explosive charge to make
- 12:53Speaker 1: that the other side is effectively rigging and cheating. She
- 12:58Speaker 1: does bring proof of that, of course, we'll take you back.
- 13:00Speaker 1: So far as she had started saying right at the outset,
- 13:03Speaker 1: welcoming fraud, welcoming illegal voting, not so fast, wellom more
- 13:08Speaker 1: into this. Wow, that's that's Fox News Neil Cavuto for
- 13:11Speaker 1: you folks, saying that, well, guess what she laid out
- 13:15Speaker 1: the story. I'm telling you right now, you got a
- 13:17Speaker 1: human wall near Biden Harris Van to block the view
- 13:20Speaker 1: of individuals purportedly filling out what the whistle blower said
- 13:23Speaker 1: was to have been ballots, saying all this and sworn
- 13:26Speaker 1: affidavit that if Neil Commuto would have kept listening, he
- 13:28Speaker 1: would have heard all this. But of course they didn't
- 13:30Speaker 1: want that to get out because don't forget Fox News
- 13:33Speaker 1: sent Arizona is over, even though Arizona is not even
- 13:36Speaker 1: close to being over. One of the main concerns revolved
- 13:40Speaker 1: around what the whistle blower described as the process of
- 13:44Speaker 1: illegal ballots. According to the affidavit, a team leader and
- 13:48Speaker 1: two assistants told poll workers to advise those who wanted
- 13:52Speaker 1: to register to vote but did not have the proper
- 13:54Speaker 1: id to make an appointment with a DMB. They were
- 13:58Speaker 1: then told that they could bring in proof of their
- 14:00Speaker 1: appointment as confirmation, which the whistle blower describes as either
- 14:06Speaker 1: a paper copy or show icon on their phone to us,
- 14:11Speaker 1: and be registered based on that confirmation alone, which is
- 14:14Speaker 1: not how the law works. They were then permitted to
- 14:17Speaker 1: vote with a provisional ballot, even though their appointments were
- 14:20Speaker 1: not until January of twenty twenty one. The whistleblower says,
- 14:27Speaker 1: we were told, and this is an illegal affidavit, we
- 14:30Speaker 1: were told this was being allowed all over the valley
- 14:33Speaker 1: at all polling places. The affidavit reads. Poll workers were
- 14:37Speaker 1: allegedly instructed to add two zeros to the DMV confirmation
- 14:42Speaker 1: number and put it where the driver's license ID number
- 14:45Speaker 1: was supposed to go when we filled in the registration
- 14:49Speaker 1: form on the line. The whistleblower also detailed the consistent
- 14:55Speaker 1: presence of Biden Harris buses, tents or tables in the
- 15:00Speaker 1: parking lot lot, which offered food, drink, and political memorabilia
- 15:04Speaker 1: to voters. It was a very visible feature in a
- 15:09Speaker 1: very narrow parking lot, and several days they had speakers, dances, music,
- 15:13Speaker 1: and other festivities going on. The affidavid reads. The whistleblower
- 15:17Speaker 1: alleges that the team leader had to repeatedly address the
- 15:20Speaker 1: by the nearest group, reminding them they were supposed to
- 15:23Speaker 1: stay by election law one hundred feet away from the
- 15:25Speaker 1: polling places. The whistleblower also, and again, this is what
- 15:30Speaker 1: you would have seen on Fox if they wouldn't have
- 15:31Speaker 1: shut it down, right, because well, let's just shut down
- 15:34Speaker 1: the Trump campaign completely on Fox because Donald Trump has
- 15:38Speaker 1: criticized Fox. The whistleblower also detailed and instant observing observed
- 15:43Speaker 1: During a lunch break in late October, the whistleblower personally
- 15:47Speaker 1: witnessed two people handling multiple unopened mail in ballot envelopes
- 15:53Speaker 1: to two other people who then opened and fill out
- 15:56Speaker 1: the ballots against the side again against the side of
- 15:59Speaker 1: the Biden Harris Van the same two people who mark
- 16:03Speaker 1: the ballots and put the marked ballots in official pink
- 16:06Speaker 1: and white envelopes. These individuals were not poll workers. The
- 16:10Speaker 1: Affidavid reads others then formed what the list of blower
- 16:14Speaker 1: described as a human wall and apparent attempt to block
- 16:16Speaker 1: the view of the individuals handling the envelopes. But yes, no,
- 16:20Speaker 1: there's no there's nothing that shows voter fraud, right to
- 16:24Speaker 1: quote Neil Cavudo, Now, not a single thing. Because Neil
- 16:28Speaker 1: Cavudo says we're gonna shut it down. She hasn't told
- 16:30Speaker 1: us any evidence what she's about to lay it out,
- 16:32Speaker 1: but you cut her off with her opening statement because
- 16:36Speaker 1: you have already decided that Joe Biden's the president, and
- 16:39Speaker 1: you have already decided Arizona is already over, even though
- 16:42Speaker 1: it's clearly not well. Well, I just think we have
- 16:45Speaker 1: to be very clear. And she's charging the other side
- 16:48Speaker 1: is welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting. Unless she has
- 16:51Speaker 1: more details to back that up, I can't in good
- 16:54Speaker 1: countenance continue showing you this. I want to make sure
- 16:56Speaker 1: that they do at something to back that up. But
- 16:59Speaker 1: that's an explosive charge to maga the other side is
- 17:01Speaker 1: effectively rigging and cheating. She does bring proof of that,
- 17:06Speaker 1: of course, we'll take you back. So far she has
- 17:08Speaker 1: started saying right at the outset, welcoming fraud, welcoming illegal voting.
- 17:13Speaker 1: That's a fast Maybe if you would have listened, you
- 17:16Speaker 1: would have heard this. I'm just saying, let's just turn
- 17:23Speaker 1: and look for a moment at what's happening in Georgia.
- 17:26Speaker 1: For example, David Purdue and Kelly Lofler have now called
- 17:31Speaker 1: on the Georgia's Secretary of State to resign over election management.
- 17:36Speaker 1: That's right, Senators, they have. Purdue and Kelly Lofler, Republicans
- 17:39Speaker 1: called on the Georgia's secretary of State to resign over
- 17:43Speaker 1: his handling of these states. Twenty twenty presidential election quote.
- 17:46Speaker 1: The management of Georgia's election has become an embarrassment for
- 17:49Speaker 1: a state. People are outraged, and rightly so. Statement via
- 17:56Speaker 1: Purdue and Left for Reads. We have been clear from
- 17:58Speaker 1: the beginning. Every legal vote cast should be counted, any
- 18:02Speaker 1: illegal votes must not and there must be transparency and
- 18:06Speaker 1: uniformity in the counting process. This isn't hard, this isn't partisan.
- 18:13Speaker 1: This is American. We believe when there are failures, they
- 18:17Speaker 1: need to be called out, even when it's in our
- 18:20Speaker 1: own party. Yeah, they're talking about their own party. There
- 18:23Speaker 1: have been too many failures in Georgia election this year
- 18:28Speaker 1: and most recent election has shined a national light on
- 18:32Speaker 1: the problems. While blame certainly lies elsewhere as well, the
- 18:37Speaker 1: buck ultimately stops with the Secretary of State. The statement continues.
- 18:42Speaker 1: The mismanagement lack of transparency from the Secretary of State
- 18:45Speaker 1: is unacceptable. Honest elections are paramount to the foundation of
- 18:48Speaker 1: our democracy. The statement concludes. The Secretary of State has
- 18:52Speaker 1: failed to deliver honest and transparent elections. He has failed
- 18:56Speaker 1: the people of Georgia and he should step down immediately.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Now the development came after Gabrielle Sterling, George's voting system
- 19:05Speaker 1: implementation manager, announced that forty seven counties have reported their
- 19:13Speaker 1: certified results. Presently, former Vice President Joe Biden leads President
- 19:18Speaker 1: Donald Trump in the state by ten thousand, six hundred
- 19:22Speaker 1: and twenty one votes. On Sunday, the Trump campaign tapped
- 19:27Speaker 1: Representive Doug Collins, Republican from Georgia, lead to recount effort
- 19:31Speaker 1: for the campaign in Georgia. In order for Americans to
- 19:35Speaker 1: have full faith incumfidence in our election, every legal vote
- 19:38Speaker 1: must be counted in every illegal or fraudulent vote must
- 19:42Speaker 1: be excluded, Collins said a statement. We look forward to
- 19:45Speaker 1: guaranteeing that our elections are safe and secured, just as
- 19:48Speaker 1: we look forward to President Donald Trump winning Georgia. The
- 19:52Speaker 1: lawmaker said, let me just end it with this. It
- 19:57Speaker 1: ain't over. These laws. Suits are real, the evidence is real,
- 20:04Speaker 1: the evidence is legitimate, and the media has gotten two
- 20:08Speaker 1: presidential elections wrong. And I'll leave it at that.
