- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things in the stubs. Me good, it hastening
- 0:24Speaker 1: to mother. Please, I don't join jo. You gotta use
- 0:59Speaker 1: that turn you you gotta turn to turn them out. Turn.
- 1:43Speaker 1: You have got to turn them out to turn the
- 1:46Speaker 1: water the water got come come on your baby, uh huh,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I sure will a good morning everybody. You're listening to
- 2:05Speaker 1: the voice, Come on dig me now, one and only
- 2:08Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Okay, okay, here's what
- 2:19Speaker 1: I want to share with you. Stop complaining. So I
- 2:29Speaker 1: had to let you see how I let that one
- 2:30Speaker 1: sit for a second. Stop complaining. Do you realize without
- 2:41Speaker 1: us even thinking about it, oftentimes we just complain about
- 2:46Speaker 1: stuff and it comes up in such subtle forms. Man,
- 2:54Speaker 1: I don't know why they're still letting that lady work there. Man,
- 2:56Speaker 1: if they don't fire this woman, Man, I don't know
- 2:58Speaker 1: what I'm gonna do. She driving me crazy. She always
- 3:03Speaker 1: got something to say. I bet to day though, the
- 3:09Speaker 1: way I'm feeling right now, I bet she'd been not
- 3:11Speaker 1: saying nothing to me today. M Yeah, yeah, because day,
- 3:17Speaker 1: it today it. I'm sick of her running her mouth.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Last time she said something to me, I should have
- 3:25Speaker 1: said something to it. You know what I'm saying. I'm
- 3:27Speaker 1: just giving you a small example of how it starts
- 3:31Speaker 1: to snowball once you start to complain. It's it just
- 3:37Speaker 1: carries over into so many things. Man, Stop complaining about
- 3:41Speaker 1: your call, Stop complaining about your bus pass, Stop complaining
- 3:45Speaker 1: about your kids can't seem to get it together. Stop
- 3:49Speaker 1: complaining about your man can't seem to get it together.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Stop complaining. Stop Have you noticed I'm just asking have
- 3:59Speaker 1: you noted that in all of your complaining, it has
- 4:04Speaker 1: provided not one solution. The reason I'm telling you to
- 4:09Speaker 1: stop complaining because God is able, Because God is capable.
- 4:18Speaker 1: He is capable and able of fixing anything, capable and
- 4:25Speaker 1: able of curing anything, capable and able of allowing you
- 4:31Speaker 1: to get too adjusting to things, and capable and able
- 4:39Speaker 1: to strengthen you to get through and change anything. But
- 4:46Speaker 1: the key here is God is capable, and God is able.
- 4:51Speaker 1: A lot of times I find myself complaining because I
- 4:55Speaker 1: have not used my greatest asset, that's my relationship with God.
- 5:01Speaker 1: You all have one. Now you may not have nurtured it,
- 5:04Speaker 1: but you have one. Because God created you as his child.
- 5:09Speaker 1: He's available to you now. The fact that you ain't
- 5:11Speaker 1: went to him. Okay, once again, who fathers that? Stop
- 5:16Speaker 1: complaining until you strengthen your relationship with God and formulate
- 5:23Speaker 1: this relationship. You don't have enough weapons. You ain't got
- 5:31Speaker 1: a big enough shield to fight this thing called life.
- 5:34Speaker 1: It just keeps coming. Man, And unless you develop a
- 5:38Speaker 1: relationship with God, you need a partner in all of this.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Maybe you got another route you're gonna take. But every
- 5:46Speaker 1: successful person I know personally has a relationship with God.
- 5:55Speaker 1: I have some really really some people that's kind of
- 6:01Speaker 1: up there in the success term in terms of business
- 6:03Speaker 1: and money and statue. I'm just talking about that portion
- 6:08Speaker 1: of success. And then I have a lot of people
- 6:10Speaker 1: who are very successful in their spiritual life, who have
- 6:15Speaker 1: become great men of God and women of God. But
- 6:20Speaker 1: look at all of them, and all of them have
- 6:22Speaker 1: substantial amounts of you know, possessions and things like that. Also,
- 6:29Speaker 1: most successful people I know have that even if you
- 6:34Speaker 1: saw them never with a big lot of house and
- 6:37Speaker 1: a lot of money or stuff like that, they had
- 6:40Speaker 1: so much respect, so much love, so much power was
- 6:46Speaker 1: given them from people that their life was rich in
- 6:51Speaker 1: that area, you know, like a mad Nu the king
- 6:55Speaker 1: or something like that, or Gandhi or somebody who lived
- 6:58Speaker 1: their life in service, or of Nelson Mandela who came
- 7:02Speaker 1: out and just man, people put stuff at their feet
- 7:04Speaker 1: because of their service. So all successful people I know
- 7:07Speaker 1: have that, Every last one of these people that I know,
- 7:11Speaker 1: they have relationship with God. They used the tool that
- 7:16Speaker 1: was available to them to give them the strength, the bullets,
- 7:20Speaker 1: the arrows, the slings, the shield to fight this thing
- 7:24Speaker 1: called life and have the most valuable partner right there
- 7:27Speaker 1: by their side, they Heavenly Father God, because he will
- 7:30Speaker 1: help you get through this thing called life. Man, stop
- 7:33Speaker 1: complaining all the time. It's not fixing anything. Why don't
- 7:36Speaker 1: you do yourself a favor and strengthen your relationship with God? Man?
- 7:40Speaker 1: Why can I never get over? Well you have not
- 7:43Speaker 1: because you asked not. Man? How come I always got problems? Well,
- 7:47Speaker 1: you keep trying to solve them yourself and taking them
- 7:49Speaker 1: to your friends. You keep trying to do them with
- 7:52Speaker 1: your own thought process. Who are you? I keep telling you, man,
- 7:56Speaker 1: you're going through stuff you ain't got no business going
- 7:58Speaker 1: through and if it's you going through something over and
- 8:03Speaker 1: over and over and over and the same problem keep
- 8:05Speaker 1: coming back to bite you again, all that's saying is
- 8:09Speaker 1: you still ain't strengthen your relationship with God. It's your relationship.
- 8:14Speaker 1: He's not gonna make you have one with him. He
- 8:16Speaker 1: is a perfect gentleman. He only comes into your life
- 8:20Speaker 1: when you invite him in. But for those who do
- 8:25Speaker 1: invite him men, they have a distinct advantage on their
- 8:28Speaker 1: road to success, a distinct advantage. You can do it
- 8:33Speaker 1: without him, Trust me, you can. How far you get.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I can't promise you nothing, how well you handle it
- 8:40Speaker 1: when you arrived there, I can't promise you nothing, how
- 8:44Speaker 1: long you're gonna stay there. I can't promise you nothing.
- 8:48Speaker 1: How difficult it's going to be without him. I can't
- 8:51Speaker 1: give you that. It's going to be far more difficult.
- 8:54Speaker 1: But you can. Something can happen, and you know, receive
- 8:58Speaker 1: a measure of success. And you think you and this
- 9:01Speaker 1: move you made, and you can describe it as I
- 9:03Speaker 1: got lucky. I happened to be in the right place
- 9:06Speaker 1: at the right time. I got lucky. Lucky is usually
- 9:10Speaker 1: how other people describe other people's success. Poor. He was lucky.
- 9:14Speaker 1: He was right there. Well, let me tell you what
- 9:16Speaker 1: luck is. Luck is when hard work bumps up into opportunity.
- 9:21Speaker 1: If you've been working hard at something, an opportunity presents itself,
- 9:24Speaker 1: that comes a match. That's not luck. But now, if
- 9:29Speaker 1: you haven't done that on a repetitive enough basis, that
- 9:33Speaker 1: opportunity could present itself one time, you got to reconnect.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Stop complaining, man, come on, listen to me. Stop complaining.
- 9:41Speaker 1: It hasn't fixed a single thing in your life. And
- 9:44Speaker 1: if your chronic complainer, it's because you really really have
- 9:47Speaker 1: not fixed your relationship with God. He's smooth it out
- 9:50Speaker 1: for you. That I can tell you for a fact.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I know that for a fact he smoved mine out.
- 9:55Speaker 1: All right, let's go. You're listening tow ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:03Speaker 1: As I walk into the room, I realized I am
- 10:07Speaker 1: grateful today. Man, Thank you God. Another shot, another day,
- 10:12Speaker 1: has some relaxation, has some days off. What still? Let
- 10:16Speaker 1: me live, Let me flourished. I survived it. I got
- 10:20Speaker 1: a couple of problems, now, I do want to point
- 10:22Speaker 1: that out. But the thing about my problems is my
- 10:26Speaker 1: problems have my God attached to them. So then for
- 10:30Speaker 1: all my problems have a solution. I just gotta ride
- 10:33Speaker 1: them out. Man, Come on, problems, do what you wanna do.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Ain't the first time I'd have had some problems. Won't
- 10:40Speaker 1: be the lad I've seen bigger problems. I've survived those.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Matter of fact, my track record and your track record
- 10:46Speaker 1: for surviving unsurmountable days and rough times and and and
- 10:52Speaker 1: and unthinkable circumstance so far. I want to point this out.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Your track record for surviving them is one. I'm a
- 11:01Speaker 1: game because I got God. God got me. Man, what
- 11:04Speaker 1: a great day it is. Sherley Strawberry calling for real
- 11:07Speaker 1: mouth to the South. His name is uh Junior, government
- 11:12Speaker 1: name kills spaces and legend of nephew Tommy here would
- 11:15Speaker 1: go Junior was on your mind? Man? Man, unc man,
- 11:18Speaker 1: I don't know how your holiday was, man, But Thanksgiving, bro, uncle,
- 11:23Speaker 1: was you did you really run down what you was
- 11:25Speaker 1: really thankful for? Did you did you have a reflection moment? Well?
- 11:28Speaker 1: Yeah that morning and then I proceeded my day while
- 11:32Speaker 1: I'm out of the country. So Thanksgiving isn't really celebrating.
- 11:35Speaker 1: They think that celebrating Thanksgiving they thinking soon. So it's
- 11:39Speaker 1: about the pilgrims huh. I said that that's what it
- 11:42Speaker 1: was about. Forty me. You can bring me a hamburger,
- 11:52Speaker 1: I called him. I said, Black people celebrate thanks Giving differently.
- 11:56Speaker 1: This is the day of thanks We just spying things
- 11:58Speaker 1: to be thankful for. This just a gratitude day, which
- 12:01Speaker 1: would you should be every day anyway. So we're just
- 12:03Speaker 1: doing it for gratitude. They ain't got nothing to do
- 12:05Speaker 1: with Plymouth, rock On and Pilver. We all know what
- 12:08Speaker 1: that is. So I don't even worry about that. We're
- 12:11Speaker 1: just celebrating the fourth Thursday. We're really celebrating that time off. Really,
- 12:20Speaker 1: that's what we're doing. So we just want to clear
- 12:23Speaker 1: that up. Yeah man, this guy laughed so hard over here. Yeah,
- 12:30Speaker 1: that's so funny. Other they think about this like that
- 12:33Speaker 1: for Thanksgiving. So it's just about the Pilgrims and Plymouth. Man,
- 12:38Speaker 1: let me tell something that for black people. Went him
- 12:40Speaker 1: back to you when you can cancel it. Man, we're
- 12:43Speaker 1: just grateful. We're just grateful. Man. We're just over here
- 12:46Speaker 1: grateful that So no turkey for you, No turkey? Yeah man,
- 12:50Speaker 1: I had I ate that American restaurant and uh room
- 12:53Speaker 1: and everything. Had a lot of friends over really we
- 12:57Speaker 1: got friends over here, you know, from all different times analogies.
- 13:01Speaker 1: We had turkey. Um didn't handow dressing, struggled with that
- 13:05Speaker 1: a little bit hold of the yams had homemade marshmallows
- 13:11Speaker 1: on top of the real, real white. Because I knew
- 13:21Speaker 1: you were coming with offs. Gay from Kansas City owns
- 13:23Speaker 1: a great restaurant over here, though, he said, out some
- 13:26Speaker 1: wonderful dessert prepared for you. I looked up a recipe
- 13:29Speaker 1: I've prepared for you, some peach cobbler. All right, coming
- 13:38Speaker 1: up at thirty two minutes after the hour. We'll be
- 13:40Speaker 1: back with some church complaints right after this. You're listening,
- 13:47Speaker 1: all right? Now it is time for church complaints with
- 13:51Speaker 1: Pastor Motown and Deacon deaf jam Oh, we gabbl move scuously,
- 14:01Speaker 1: come out path. We come here in total a vauntness
- 14:09Speaker 1: to carry out to perscivity of what's going on today
- 14:14Speaker 1: on this post Thanksgiving vigil. We sit here in a
- 14:20Speaker 1: most vicarious boy, what no moment in time, one moment
- 14:32Speaker 1: for bring y'all as we levitate. Well, we sit here
- 14:38Speaker 1: in a moment to gravitate. Gravitate before you meditate, and
- 14:46Speaker 1: let us end it before we all get alleviate. Yeah,
- 14:57Speaker 1: I had just what they call it, or I had
- 15:00Speaker 1: summoned my Jessed Jackson just now oh yeah yeah yeah,

- 15:14Speaker 1: Jesse if you're listening, all right, baster, we might as
- 15:19Speaker 1: we speak to Jess. He We're not gonna sit here
- 15:21Speaker 1: and talk about him, not speak to Jests. But let's
- 15:23Speaker 1: get on done to it. We got an issues. Sister
- 15:26Speaker 1: Lauren Banks is in the hot spitter knowledge. She brought
- 15:31Speaker 1: a cheesecake to her family's Thanksgiving Danna. The problem me
- 15:35Speaker 1: is she called herself making a cheesecake and put shredded
- 15:39Speaker 1: cheese all over the cake. Uh. Both her aunts beat
- 15:44Speaker 1: her down in the kitchen. She wants you to talk
- 15:46Speaker 1: to her family because they are officially kicked her out
- 15:49Speaker 1: of the family. Yeah, well, or as as they shoot
- 15:55Speaker 1: as the video that was going around or things, or
- 15:58Speaker 1: sister sister or Abigail or bankster had cussed out her
- 16:05Speaker 1: niece for online, that's right, and making the mac and
- 16:11Speaker 1: cheese online by putting eggs inside the mac and cheese.
- 16:18Speaker 1: I've seen it. Thanksgiving is a cleansing time, yes, it.
- 16:23Speaker 1: It is a time where we disowned family members. We
- 16:30Speaker 1: were doing get rid of the young uns, that golden
- 16:33Speaker 1: line instead of trusting old family recipes. That's right, it's
- 16:38Speaker 1: a cleansing time. Families are smaller after giving, even though
- 16:44Speaker 1: they bigger. It's less the number, you know what I am? Amen? Amen? Amen?
- 16:54Speaker 1: All right. Our brother Godfield Turner died on Thanksgiving Day
- 16:59Speaker 1: at the dinner table. He is still at the dinner table.
- 17:04Speaker 1: The family thought he was just sleep but he has
- 17:08Speaker 1: gone on the glory. They need help getting him out
- 17:10Speaker 1: of that chair and that fark out of his hand.
- 17:13Speaker 1: And uh, do you want to send anybody over there
- 17:16Speaker 1: to help a mouth pass? No, I'm just gonna see
- 17:19Speaker 1: this in the honest way. No one's really gonna miss
- 17:22Speaker 1: brother Golfield here. That's what you call wow the night.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Last time brother Garfiel paid task was nineteen it's about money,
- 17:38Speaker 1: nineteen eighty one. All right, we don't really kill anywhere,
- 17:45Speaker 1: go head. We won't be sending anybody over there. All right.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Let that be a lesson. Pay your time. Roma gonna
- 17:51Speaker 1: run them all right, he has another time. I'm sorry,
- 18:06Speaker 1: all right. Brother Curbed Davis, who has married the sister
- 18:10Speaker 1: Melvin Davis, is seeking counselate now, not for him and
- 18:15Speaker 1: his wife, but for him and his side piece. He
- 18:17Speaker 1: says she's doing way too much and he wants you
- 18:20Speaker 1: to help them get back in a better place. Yo,
- 18:23Speaker 1: Kyle Pastor, Well, we're not gonna help or these brothers
- 18:28Speaker 1: or picking these sides without taking proper kill of the main. Alright,
- 18:38Speaker 1: green beans, cold slaw, Yeah, mash potatoes and mac and cheese. Yeah,
- 18:50Speaker 1: all of them know that they ain't chicken. All right,
- 18:55Speaker 1: say that one more time now, I said green beans,
- 19:00Speaker 1: call law, mash potatoes, and mac and cheese. They all
- 19:07Speaker 1: know that they ain't chicken. Who that boy made a play?
- 19:12Speaker 1: You see? So know your place in your position on
- 19:20Speaker 1: the plate? Yeah, yeah, yes, yes. The reason they call
- 19:26Speaker 1: them side because it's less and more of them. But
- 19:33Speaker 1: there's only one meet on the plate. One meat. You
- 19:41Speaker 1: can have a carb or hydrate. You can have a
- 19:45Speaker 1: simple carb. You can have a complex carb. Yeah. You
- 19:52Speaker 1: can have have a vegetable, you can have a grain. Come. Yeah,
- 20:02Speaker 1: you can have a balling. Yes, you can have it
- 20:07Speaker 1: anything a multiple things. But you can't have but one
- 20:14Speaker 1: meat on meat is meat, marain protein. All the sides
- 20:21Speaker 1: it is different. Yeah, you can't treat your side like
- 20:27Speaker 1: a protein close the side, gonna want to move in
- 20:32Speaker 1: and get treated like the meat man. You can't be
- 20:36Speaker 1: the meat if you was told you was a side. Yeah,
- 20:40Speaker 1: all sides. No, they ain't chicken a side even worst
- 20:47Speaker 1: slam at the barbiequ ain't it? Worst slab at the
- 20:54Speaker 1: barbie q? Everything else? It is a side that you

- 21:52Speaker 1: single woman and I have a guy that really likes me,
- 21:57Speaker 1: but I'm not ready to be intimate. He gave me
- 22:00Speaker 1: lingerie for my birthday and he keeps begging me, uh
- 22:04Speaker 1: to let him see me in it? He swears that
- 22:06Speaker 1: he won't try anything. Should I let him come over
- 22:08Speaker 1: and model it for him? Or you know that wrong method?
- 22:13Speaker 1: You know, good and real? Well he lied when he
- 22:16Speaker 1: said he ain't gonna try No, he ain't gonna try nothing.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Hena your first birthday, gil is Lingeri you fifty five.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Stop acting like you ain't been at this movie before. Uhuh,
- 22:33Speaker 1: Gail from Cleveland fifty five? You know good' hair? Well,
- 22:40Speaker 1: he gonna try something, and and and then if you
- 22:43Speaker 1: model the lingerie, he gonna think that you want him
- 22:47Speaker 1: to try something. Come you come out and what he bought?
- 22:52Speaker 1: You must want him to be happy. So if you
- 22:54Speaker 1: put the lingerie on, you know he want to try. Girl,
- 22:57Speaker 1: Look this is what you Gail? Notice? Yeah, yeah, put
- 23:00Speaker 1: her up game. You're trying to just play the game.
- 23:04Speaker 1: You want to give it to him. You ain't offended
- 23:06Speaker 1: by the lingerie. You ain't offended that he won't you.
- 23:10Speaker 1: You've just decided to try the ninety day rule. Probably
- 23:14Speaker 1: that day eighteen you tied, he tied on this even
- 23:30Speaker 1: I have stopped, I have stopped trying to tell women
- 23:36Speaker 1: how to do this because y'all not gonna listen. And
- 23:39Speaker 1: you're fifty five. You've seen this movie before. You know
- 23:42Speaker 1: how this is gonna in model for him. If you
- 23:45Speaker 1: do modeled for him, he gonna try. So you already
- 23:48Speaker 1: know that. Let's go next with you. Yeah, all right,
- 23:51Speaker 1: Cammy and Fort Myers says, my husband and I have
- 23:53Speaker 1: been married for six years and he is a strange
- 23:56Speaker 1: habit of calling me by his ex wife's name or
- 23:59Speaker 1: his sister in law's name. It's either Pam or Tammy.
- 24:03Speaker 1: And when he does it, he thinks there's no big deal.
- 24:05Speaker 1: He's sixty nine years old and getting forgetful, but this
- 24:08Speaker 1: is unacceptable. How do I get him to stop this?
- 24:12Speaker 1: Her name is MMYM Pam Tammy, That's what he called.
- 24:20Speaker 1: It rhymes. He's in trouble because he was probably married
- 24:27Speaker 1: longer than you all have been together, and the names
- 24:32Speaker 1: is similar, so I wouldn't hold nothing to it. He's
- 24:35Speaker 1: just old school catt. He getting it all mixed up.
- 24:39Speaker 1: He's talking too fast because he said these names. I meantime,
- 24:43Speaker 1: calling you the wrong name. It's just so, it's not
- 24:47Speaker 1: it's not an all bad thing. He don't mean it.
- 24:50Speaker 1: He ain't still seeing her. He don't want her. It's
- 24:53Speaker 1: just in grain. He's been calling them that for so long,
- 24:56Speaker 1: his sister and then and his wife, your name and
- 24:59Speaker 1: your name. It just sounds so similar, Pam. Didn't he
- 25:04Speaker 1: go with baby something like that? Baby? Yeah? He gotta
- 25:09Speaker 1: go with hey, hey girl, Hey he got nephew, good point, nephew. Yeah.
- 25:18Speaker 1: I'm moving on to Mary Anne in Baltimore. Mary Anne
- 25:21Speaker 1: says I got drunk a few weeks ago and I
- 25:23Speaker 1: called my husband to pick me up. I urinated on
- 25:27Speaker 1: myself in the car, and he decided to tell the
- 25:31Speaker 1: story at dinner on Thursday, in front of my boss

- 29:16Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 29:18Speaker 1: some entertainment news for you're right after this. You're listening
- 29:22Speaker 1: to the Stave Harvey Morning Show. Well, today is Cyber Monday,
- 29:27Speaker 1: and just like retail stores do deep discounts on Black Friday,
- 29:31Speaker 1: today is the day online retailers offers special discounts, sales
- 29:36Speaker 1: and website only deals. So happy online shopping today. Okay,
- 29:41Speaker 1: moving on to actress me along, Well, Nia may be
- 29:44Speaker 1: moving on from her fiance Emaduka just two months after
- 29:48Speaker 1: his cheating scandal. Back in September. You recall it was
- 29:52Speaker 1: reported that her fiance the Boston Celtics former head coach
- 29:56Speaker 1: Uduka had an affair with a co worker. The internet
- 30:00Speaker 1: started speculating whether or not Nia would leave him well.
- 30:03Speaker 1: In a now deleted Instagram post, Nia shared a photo
- 30:08Speaker 1: of an empty kitchen and dining area with the caption
- 30:11Speaker 1: quote thankful for the gift of new places and spaces
- 30:14Speaker 1: with the red heart emoji. The comments were all in support,
- 30:19Speaker 1: like you junior of Nia moving on and wishing her well.
- 30:24Speaker 1: So if I wouldn't, But ye know where you are
- 30:36Speaker 1: doing your radio show, you ain't. Yeah, and it's just
- 30:40Speaker 1: been two months. Your frying pan upside back at your
- 30:45Speaker 1: heat thought it was funny, said that's how you were
- 30:54Speaker 1: laughing when you who know the room? Yeah, so it's
- 31:02Speaker 1: funny you think that? Fine? Hey, so she that fine?
- 31:10Speaker 1: You look it turned around night, turned it around the girl. Yo, yo,
- 31:19Speaker 1: celebrity crush girl. You know we're just playing on the radio, right, yeah, right,
- 31:31Speaker 1: and we're about to switch gears here, guys. This is
- 31:33Speaker 1: a pretty serious story. It's been going on for a
- 31:36Speaker 1: couple of weeks now. The family of the North Carolina
- 31:39Speaker 1: woman that was found dead last month and a vacation
- 31:42Speaker 1: rental in Cabo San Lucas Mexico is still looking for
- 31:45Speaker 1: answers more than two weeks after her death. Twenty five
- 31:49Speaker 1: year old Chanquela Robinson went to Cabo on vacation with
- 31:52Speaker 1: her college quote unquote friends and was found dead in
- 31:56Speaker 1: their vacation rental home. A video surface of an unidentified
- 32:00Speaker 1: female punching Schanquilla multiple times in the head and neck area,
- 32:05Speaker 1: while an unidentified man encouraged Schanquilla to fight back. The
- 32:09Speaker 1: group of so called friends that Schanquilla was traveling with
- 32:12Speaker 1: reported that Shanquilla died of alcohol poisoning, but her death
- 32:16Speaker 1: certificate list her cause of death as a severe spinal
- 32:20Speaker 1: court injury. Mexican officials have arrested. They have issued and
- 32:24Speaker 1: arrest warrant for a female whose name was not released
- 32:27Speaker 1: at the time, and prosecutors confirmed she is a US
- 32:30Speaker 1: citizen who is a quote unquote friend of the victim.
- 32:34Speaker 1: So this is an ongoing story. It's this is just
- 32:37Speaker 1: such a tragic, tragic story. Tragic story right here. Yeah, yes,
- 32:44Speaker 1: she is the so called friend back in the States
- 32:50Speaker 1: or in Mexico. Well, they fled right after the incident.
- 32:54Speaker 1: They went back back, Yeah, they went back home. Yeah,
- 32:59Speaker 1: they were her. They want this person back to Mexico
- 33:03Speaker 1: as well, and that's gonna happen because they got extra
- 33:08Speaker 1: extra extradition edition. You know, I saw that, I felt
- 33:13Speaker 1: because I was watching it on Knockos, and I know
- 33:16Speaker 1: the word, but I never said it because yeah, extrame,
- 33:21Speaker 1: that's the word. I never wore. I've seen it your
- 33:25Speaker 1: nockos and I thought I just tried. Yeah. Yeah, but
- 33:29Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you something. The guy that's in the
- 33:31Speaker 1: video that's encouraging the girl to fight back, he's yeah, yeah,
- 33:37Speaker 1: he's in trouble. But all of them when you girls
- 33:41Speaker 1: like yeah, and they find her dead in the hotel
- 33:44Speaker 1: room and all y'all going back on no sir, on,
- 33:47Speaker 1: no sir, no, no sir, because somebody would have said,
- 33:51Speaker 1: hold up, we're on the flight back where where where
- 33:54Speaker 1: she got? Girl? We can't just at such a tragic story. Yeah,
- 33:59Speaker 1: and her family wants answers, and it's still an open answers. Yeah,
- 34:04Speaker 1: they absolutely, they do, and she absolutely does deserve justice. Yes,
- 34:09Speaker 1: just twenty five years old, right, twenty five years old.
- 34:12Speaker 1: What's a really really sad story. Yeah. Yeah, so well,
- 34:16Speaker 1: you know, just keep following it and hopefully they ain't
- 34:20Speaker 1: ready for this Mexican prison they're gonna be in. They're
- 34:22Speaker 1: not ready for that. Yeah. Yeah, her so called friends. Yeah,
- 34:29Speaker 1: I know, and that's what everybody Carla was saying on
- 34:33Speaker 1: social media that you know, she thought these people were
- 34:35Speaker 1: her friends. People were mad because they have been calling
- 34:38Speaker 1: her calling them her friends. They were like, don't stop
- 34:41Speaker 1: calling them her friends. These were not her friends. Friends,
- 34:43Speaker 1: wouldn't do that to you, you know. No, Yeah, this
- 34:48Speaker 1: was horrible. It was horrible. So this is an ongoing
- 34:51Speaker 1: investigation and we will definitely keep you posted on that. Finally,
- 34:56Speaker 1: Carla is here with some music news. Carla, I'm a
- 34:59Speaker 1: lighter note so trained Music Awards hosted by Dion Cole.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Dion Cole. Yeah, let's shout out to I go uh
- 35:09Speaker 1: money Loan. She was so fired with her satin red pajama.
- 35:15Speaker 1: Her whole performance was like a Tyler Perry play. Me
- 35:19Speaker 1: and Monica we were talking about it. It was it
- 35:21Speaker 1: reminded me of good old R and B music, you
- 35:24Speaker 1: know what I mean, you know, woman to woman them
- 35:27Speaker 1: kind of songs like that. It was really, yes, yes,
- 35:31Speaker 1: it was. It was a whole play. Beyonce one, Mary Jay, Lizzo,
- 35:37Speaker 1: Lady of Soul Awards Escape. What is going on with Escape?
- 35:41Speaker 1: All you needed some understanding. I don't understand what's going on.
- 35:48Speaker 1: I want those ladies to stop them or nothing like that. Also,
- 35:53Speaker 1: we got to shout out to Morris Day and yes,
- 35:56Speaker 1: boyd they killed it. They did all right. Coming up
- 36:00Speaker 1: at twenty minutes after the hour. Early voting began Saturday
- 36:03Speaker 1: in Georgia. We need you to vote in Georgia. We'll
- 36:06Speaker 1: talk about it right after this. You're listening to Stay
- 36:10Speaker 1: Morning Show. A week long early voting period began Saturday
- 36:14Speaker 1: in some Georgia county since Democratic Senator Rathael Warnock and
- 36:18Speaker 1: Republican challenger Herschel Walker prepare for their December sixth runoff election.
- 36:23Speaker 1: The stakes remain high, and a Warnock victory will give
- 36:27Speaker 1: Democrats the majority outright. Former President Barack Obama is slated
- 36:31Speaker 1: to travel to Atlanta this Thursday for a rally before
- 36:35Speaker 1: the final day of early voting. If you want to
- 36:37Speaker 1: find out your voting location, go to I will vote
- 36:41Speaker 1: dot com. That's I will vote dot com to find
- 36:45Speaker 1: out where to vote early in Georgia or on election day,
- 36:48Speaker 1: which is December six. Please get out and vote. Please.
- 36:54Speaker 1: They do not want him to win this erection. You
- 36:56Speaker 1: know a clip of the saying that he said it
- 37:03Speaker 1: man said it want to be the sen runoff, This
- 37:09Speaker 1: man who said that, if you're a vote, I'll tell you,
- 37:13Speaker 1: man one more time. Go to I will vote dot com.
- 37:17Speaker 1: That's where you find out where to vote early in Georgia,
- 37:19Speaker 1: or where you find out to vote on election day,
- 37:22Speaker 1: which is December sixth. Okay, let's get this done. Let's
- 37:26Speaker 1: get telling. They gotta get it done this this listen, man.
- 37:30Speaker 1: I mean, I've had to make all types of provisions.
- 37:33Speaker 1: So I'm just coming home to vote because this, guys,
- 37:37Speaker 1: how important it is. It's just right important, man, this
- 37:41Speaker 1: this this election right here. And look, we thought that
- 37:46Speaker 1: the Biden Trump vote was important, this one here because
- 37:51Speaker 1: this will get really good control, total control of the
- 37:54Speaker 1: Senate without the Vice president having a vote. And but
- 37:58Speaker 1: it's also even bigger than and controlling this Senate's controlling
- 38:02Speaker 1: the narrative about us as a people. It is ridiculous
- 38:07Speaker 1: to allow the Republican Party to stoop so low as
- 38:11Speaker 1: to pick somebody like herschel Walker and put him in
- 38:15Speaker 1: our face for the entire state of Georgia to decide
- 38:18Speaker 1: if he's a more worthy candidate than Senator Raphael Warnock?
- 38:23Speaker 1: In what capacity could this man Warnock? Could this man
- 38:28Speaker 1: possibly be a better candidate than Senator Raphael Warnock? How
- 38:33Speaker 1: could he be? First of all, he don't know nothing
- 38:36Speaker 1: about the issues. Number two, he is in direct conflict
- 38:40Speaker 1: of everything your party supposedly stands for. Or has it
- 38:44Speaker 1: just become power, position and money, because that's all he
- 38:48Speaker 1: is for you now, because he don't get the right
- 38:50Speaker 1: to abortion, you're trying to act like he didn't pay
- 38:52Speaker 1: for these abortion You're trying to act like his ex
- 38:54Speaker 1: wife on TV claiming to be beat by him and done.
- 38:57Speaker 1: You acting like him not taking care of his kids
- 38:59Speaker 1: is okay, and you acting like his lack of support
- 39:02Speaker 1: from his own family is okay. Well, we've noted all
- 39:04Speaker 1: of this. And then thirdly, this ridiculous. Something's wrong with
- 39:09Speaker 1: this guy. The guy really needs help. He's been playing football.
- 39:12Speaker 1: If he's not a candidate for CTE, I don't know
- 39:15Speaker 1: who he is. Yeah, this dude, right, here's the worst
- 39:17Speaker 1: candidate you've ever stuck in front of our face. And
- 39:20Speaker 1: you're gonna put him up against a qualified, educated, well
- 39:23Speaker 1: thinking person. No, sir, we're not gonna let it happen.
- 39:26Speaker 1: That's why I'm voting. I'm always I will vote. Dot
- 39:32Speaker 1: com is where you go, please go vote. Coming up next,
- 39:35Speaker 1: sister O'Dell will be stopping by. We'll talk to her
- 39:38Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening morning show, all right, ladies
- 39:44Speaker 1: and gentlemen, as promised, she is here, Sister Odell is

- 40:30Speaker 1: the things about you is you, and you've talked about
- 40:32Speaker 1: this many times, is you've had a lot of husbands

- 41:25Speaker 1: you like your single right now? Right? Yeah? Yes, ma'am.
- 41:30Speaker 1: So do you do you like a young man? Or?
- 41:33Speaker 1: Of course I like a younger man's. If I didn't
- 41:35Speaker 1: like a younger man's I wouldn't be able to like
- 41:37Speaker 1: no man's. Oh I don't know how older man's is.
- 41:43Speaker 1: My age? Ain't my age no more? They dead? Oh okay,
- 41:51Speaker 1: you know you put having birthdays into cash, get you know? Yas? Yes, ma'am,
- 41:56Speaker 1: that is the alternative. Yes, so that's all that is.
- 41:59Speaker 1: And you know, anyway, I don't want to talk about
- 42:01Speaker 1: that because she is just sharing too much. You know,
- 42:05Speaker 1: she gets over she is over sharing. Now. First of all,
- 42:10Speaker 1: if you're gonna date the younger man, keep it to yourself.
- 42:12Speaker 1: And who as she can't date nobody who age? She
- 42:16Speaker 1: got somebody to get in and out then spand that
- 42:19Speaker 1: suit she'd be wearing. You gotta get a strong man
- 42:22Speaker 1: with her back, No, do some things with she got
- 42:27Speaker 1: putting on them outfits and everything. I think you know
- 42:30Speaker 1: she's a good looking woman, you know, right, because she's
- 42:34Speaker 1: still a performer and all that rash like teenagers. You know,
- 42:37Speaker 1: I don't even know she remember when she was a teenager? Well,
- 42:43Speaker 1: what are your teenager was in? She probably kissing like
- 42:45Speaker 1: fifty year olds and thinks she is a teenager. She's
- 42:49Speaker 1: seventy six, seventy six, I mean, she probably kissing like
- 42:53Speaker 1: she fifty, but she thinks he's a teenager. Well, she
- 42:58Speaker 1: don't be happy with their new man. Yes, Carla, bet
- 43:01Speaker 1: he had what you got ye as sister, all down,

- 45:32Speaker 1: not everybody. You don't like to praise. Then these movements
- 45:37Speaker 1: move up with these words. We don't make no sense
- 45:39Speaker 1: of this. No. I like the praise that. I just
- 45:43Speaker 1: wish they get the same totally polished though these so
- 45:46Speaker 1: we can be uniformed. They need to be bad, ye,

- 47:30Speaker 1: great job over there with the praise dances and you
- 47:32Speaker 1: you definitely do a great job on uh I every
- 47:34Speaker 1: third Sunday that you guys actually perform. Everybody seemed to
- 47:37Speaker 1: really like it. Well, thank you, thank you. What can
- 47:40Speaker 1: I do for you today? It was a bit of
- 47:41Speaker 1: a situation with um. You know, it's been brought to
- 47:44Speaker 1: our attention. We actually had a small gathering, a little
- 47:46Speaker 1: meeting about it and wanted to I've been elected to
- 47:48Speaker 1: actually give you a call and who is this? I'm sorry,
- 47:52Speaker 1: who are you again? Brother full of uh huh and
- 47:55Speaker 1: and who had a meeting uh some of the brothers
- 47:59Speaker 1: at the church and uh path to ask you sat
- 48:01Speaker 1: in for a moment on it, and I was actually
- 48:04Speaker 1: elected to actually just give you a call. That nothing
- 48:07Speaker 1: that I don't think we can't get rectified and you know,
- 48:10Speaker 1: move on slouthly as we normally do. But I just
- 48:12Speaker 1: think it's we wanted to reach out to you and
- 48:14Speaker 1: kind of make you aware of it. If it's if
- 48:17Speaker 1: you don't mind, okay, um, And what things are those? Well?
- 48:22Speaker 1: Since a Tania has any of the praise dancers before
- 48:27Speaker 1: they became praise dancers, was was any of them strippers?
- 48:33Speaker 1: I beg your partner was any of the praise dancers
- 48:37Speaker 1: that at the church that you have on the praise
- 48:40Speaker 1: team right now, with any of them strippers in the past.
- 48:44Speaker 1: I'm sorry, sir, I don't I don't really know who
- 48:46Speaker 1: you are, um, and I don't really understand this line
- 48:48Speaker 1: of question. But like I said, I'm rather full I
- 48:51Speaker 1: don't think we've met. But uh, like I said, I've
- 48:53Speaker 1: been elected to give you a call, not now. It
- 48:56Speaker 1: seems like what happened is this past week when you
- 48:58Speaker 1: all actually dance, it seemed like a couple of the
- 49:02Speaker 1: girls was actually a gy raiding during the praise routine.
- 49:06Speaker 1: Hey what jat raiding? Brother Fuller, I don't know who
- 49:09Speaker 1: you are, and I don't know what you saw. None
- 49:11Speaker 1: of my girls with jay raiding, They would dancing for
- 49:14Speaker 1: the Lord. And I think if you look through your
- 49:17Speaker 1: Lord's eye, perhaps you would see them better instead of
- 49:19Speaker 1: maybe you were looking through the jar raiding eye. Look
- 49:23Speaker 1: a couple of the girls, we can point them out,
- 49:24Speaker 1: a couple of them, how uh strip girl tendencies of it? Then?
- 49:28Speaker 1: Because some of them has been strip girls tendencies? You
- 49:32Speaker 1: know what, sir? I think we need to complete this call.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Perhaps I need to call Bishop and speak to him myself,
- 49:38Speaker 1: because you know, I don't know what you do all day,
- 49:40Speaker 1: but I have a real job, and I'm sitting here
- 49:42Speaker 1: holding a conversation in my office about gy raiding strippers
- 49:45Speaker 1: in the church. Are you kidding me? Man? Listen? Now
- 49:48Speaker 1: here's a couple of other things that they're talking about.
- 49:51Speaker 1: Some of the girls feet a real ass you when
- 49:53Speaker 1: you all a performing and they wanted to see it.
- 49:56Speaker 1: Maybe you can, you can. I don't know. Maybe I
- 49:58Speaker 1: don't know if y'all need to grip or whatever that
- 50:00Speaker 1: y'all don't. Y'all don't put lotion on. We're not sure
- 50:03Speaker 1: what that is. As well as the totally alpiler. Everybody
- 50:07Speaker 1: has three, four, five different designs and everything is it?
- 50:11Speaker 1: Any way, y'all can be in unison with you're totally apolis.
- 50:14Speaker 1: But the most important thing ill the ji raton doing
- 50:17Speaker 1: the dance routine. I don't know what your feet look like.
- 50:20Speaker 1: I don't need you calling me talking to me about
- 50:22Speaker 1: my girls their feet, their nail pilers. Perhaps your man
- 50:25Speaker 1: should be on Jesus instead of on them. How about that?
- 50:29Speaker 1: Oh God? Man? From my mind, I don't have time.
- 50:32Speaker 1: I don't have time. I don't want mama and to
- 50:34Speaker 1: be on Jesus when somebody's shaking them. But at the church,
- 50:38Speaker 1: that's the problem. I know what. Look, I'm at work now.
- 50:40Speaker 1: I'm trying to keep a work tone. You don't make
- 50:43Speaker 1: me curse up in here. Now let me tell you something.
- 50:44Speaker 1: Don't call me anymore. I will deal with pastor. If
- 50:47Speaker 1: he has something to say with me, he can say
- 50:49Speaker 1: it to me personally. But I'm done with this conversation.
- 50:51Speaker 1: Are you gonna deal with the ji raton? Is what
- 50:54Speaker 1: we want to know? Maybe you know what? It just
- 50:57Speaker 1: hit me. Maybe you're one of the ones that's doing
- 50:59Speaker 1: the jib. Look, let me tell you something. My girls
- 51:02Speaker 1: an't doing your rating, and neither am I. Now I
- 51:04Speaker 1: am done with this conversation. Do you understand? But listen,
- 51:07Speaker 1: I'm done all You're done with the time rating. That's
- 51:09Speaker 1: what we want to stop so we can We can't
- 51:12Speaker 1: praise the Lord if the boot isn't shake you know what, Church, Look,
- 51:17Speaker 1: I gotta go to work. I gotta go now again.
- 51:20Speaker 1: I don't know what your issue is. It sounds to
- 51:21Speaker 1: me like you have an issue which I reading booties
- 51:24Speaker 1: and I heard so much reading Booties in one conversation
- 51:26Speaker 1: in my entire life. Now my mind is set on Jesus.
- 51:29Speaker 1: I don't know what your mind is set on. What's
- 51:31Speaker 1: to tell you? Before you was a praise then the
- 51:34Speaker 1: ministry over the ministry? Did you ll use to strip? Yeah?
- 51:38Speaker 1: I didn't do no striping? Now did you? Why do
- 51:40Speaker 1: any striping? What did you know I'm gonna do any stripping?
- 51:43Speaker 1: What do you hear what I said you were? How
- 51:46Speaker 1: do you like to somebody call? You would ask you
- 51:47Speaker 1: if your mamma get some strip and how do you
- 51:49Speaker 1: like that? You know what I want to know? When
- 51:51Speaker 1: is the next rehearsal? That the way I can come
- 51:53Speaker 1: and pick out who it is that's doing this time. Well,
- 51:56Speaker 1: you don't have you don't have any minutes at my rehearsal.
- 51:58Speaker 1: I don't want to see you at my rehearsal. I
- 52:00Speaker 1: don't want to I don't want to see any part
- 52:02Speaker 1: for you. In my words, if I see you near
- 52:03Speaker 1: one of my girls. That's why I'm coming after you myself.
- 52:05Speaker 1: You understand me. I need to find out who's doing
- 52:07Speaker 1: that job. Thing. You need to say your body in
- 52:10Speaker 1: your own high and I'm good y'all. Ain't then and
- 52:13Speaker 1: when the plateists being played because I ain't not telling
- 52:15Speaker 1: her you act, but then one is coming through it.
- 52:17Speaker 1: You know what? That's it. That's it. You call me
- 52:19Speaker 1: disrespecting me. I'm at work. They can't even have this more.
- 52:22Speaker 1: You know what. Don't call me no more. Don't look
- 52:24Speaker 1: at my girls no more. Man, Come to the church
- 52:26Speaker 1: and see what I got for you. I don't want
- 52:28Speaker 1: to know. Is you're gonna stop the job rating? What
- 52:30Speaker 1: isn't doing? And that's what I'm gonna do it. Who
- 52:34Speaker 1: you're talking to like that? You're supposed to be a minute? Say? Yeah,
- 52:39Speaker 1: must have done listening to tell you now I'm getting
- 52:41Speaker 1: ready to get well. I got one more thing to
- 52:43Speaker 1: say to you. Fold your lead. How you ain't got
- 52:44Speaker 1: a thing to say to me? I said I was dealing,
- 52:46Speaker 1: and I said, I got one more thing to say.
- 52:48Speaker 1: It is you listen? You know what? Man, get off
- 52:50Speaker 1: of my phone. I'm gonna say it anyway. This is
- 52:53Speaker 1: Nephew Timment from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Your entire
- 52:57Speaker 1: praise and ministry congregation. Oh your girls got me the

- 53:14Speaker 1: think I'm gonna have a show. I got one thing
- 53:17Speaker 1: to ask you, to tell you what is the baddest
- 53:19Speaker 1: radio show in the land. Nobody else to the Steve

- 54:23Speaker 1: We got it for you here. It is Strawberry Letter.
- 54:27Speaker 1: Thank your nephew. Subjects. So what, I burned a few things.
- 54:32Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm twenty eight years old and I've
- 54:35Speaker 1: been married for three years. I caught my husband cheating
- 54:39Speaker 1: on me recently, and I burned a few of his
- 54:41Speaker 1: personal belongings and he can't get over it. He was
- 54:46Speaker 1: cheating in his car whatever at a popular hook up
- 54:51Speaker 1: spot where the younger kids go to have sex. He
- 54:54Speaker 1: and I used to go there when we were younger,
- 54:56Speaker 1: and we enjoyed sneaking around and having sex. I never
- 55:00Speaker 1: imagined he would cheat on me and then cheat in
- 55:03Speaker 1: a spot that he could get caught. The most embarrassing
- 55:06Speaker 1: part is that my younger cousin saw him and called me.
- 55:09Speaker 1: He and the women were on the back seat and
- 55:11Speaker 1: their clothes were on the front seat. I stood and
- 55:15Speaker 1: watched for a minute, watched him for a minute, and
- 55:17Speaker 1: then I opened the door and took all of their clothes.
- 55:21Speaker 1: I threw my coke on him, and some of them
- 55:23Speaker 1: got in her eyes so she didn't see me. I
- 55:26Speaker 1: went home and I burned their clothes they were wearing,
- 55:30Speaker 1: and all of his underwear and socks. I don't know
- 55:33Speaker 1: why I burned his underwear in socks but I had
- 55:36Speaker 1: seen be quiet. But I had seen my mother burned
- 55:41Speaker 1: my stepdad's stuff, and it was in a movie when
- 55:44Speaker 1: I was younger, So I snapped. I did it in
- 55:47Speaker 1: a field by our apartment, so I wouldn't go to
- 55:50Speaker 1: jail because I remembered my mom got fined for doing
- 55:54Speaker 1: it years ago. My husband drove up wearing only a
- 55:58Speaker 1: T shirt and he put up the fire the visual.
- 56:04Speaker 1: I jumped on him, and all I remember after that
- 56:07Speaker 1: is my neighbor pulling me off of him. This mess
- 56:11Speaker 1: could have been avoided if he had not cheated on me.
- 56:14Speaker 1: I was willing to try to get our marriage back
- 56:16Speaker 1: on track. But he says I'm crazy and he's afraid
- 56:20Speaker 1: of me. He knows I only reacted out of rage
- 56:23Speaker 1: and I wouldn't ever act like that normally. Why can't
- 56:27Speaker 1: he see that he's the reason his clothes got burned.
- 56:30Speaker 1: Why is he trying to make this my fault? It's
- 56:33Speaker 1: not It is not your fault at all. Okay, this
- 56:37Speaker 1: is all on him, and don't you dare let him
- 56:41Speaker 1: try to flip this on you. He got caught cheating,
- 56:44Speaker 1: he got caught in his car naked. He should be
- 56:48Speaker 1: thanking you that you didn't burn him and her right
- 56:51Speaker 1: after that. I need you to get focused. I need
- 56:54Speaker 1: you to stop blaming yourself immediately for him cheating on you.
- 56:58Speaker 1: And he didn't even apologize. He's not even done. He
- 57:01Speaker 1: called you crazy. Wasn't he the one cheating in a
- 57:04Speaker 1: hook up spot where young people go now and where
- 57:06Speaker 1: you guys used to go now Taking a chance like that,
- 57:11Speaker 1: that's crazy. Okay, he's trying to make this your fault
- 57:14Speaker 1: because that's all he has, that's all he's got to
- 57:17Speaker 1: work with. He wasn't just caught with his pants down,
- 57:20Speaker 1: they were off, they were in the front seat. He
- 57:23Speaker 1: had to drive home in just a T shirt. So
- 57:26Speaker 1: if he starts making you feel wrong for what you did,
- 57:30Speaker 1: the burning and all, then that's what you'll focus on,
- 57:33Speaker 1: not the wrong he did, not the pain he caused.
- 57:35Speaker 1: You're not the hurt, not the mistrust that he caused.
- 57:39Speaker 1: That's what cheaters do when they get caught. They try
- 57:42Speaker 1: to flip it. Tell him, yes, you are crazy for
- 57:45Speaker 1: even considering taking him back after that, and tell him
- 57:48Speaker 1: if he keeps on, you'll show him what crazy is
- 57:51Speaker 1: for real, for real, and he'd better be glad you
- 57:54Speaker 1: didn't burn the whole house down and set the car
- 57:56Speaker 1: on fire and all that. All right, but I know
- 57:58Speaker 1: you got to live in the house. But anyway, Yeah,
- 58:02Speaker 1: come on, Steve out of here. That Shirley's response is
- 58:07Speaker 1: one spot or everything Shirley said to you. It's true.
- 58:12Speaker 1: This is just a simple case of the best defense
- 58:16Speaker 1: is a good offense. That's all this is. This is
- 58:21Speaker 1: him taking this and making you the villain for the
- 58:26Speaker 1: act that you did. There's so many things in this
- 58:29Speaker 1: letter that's crazy. Now. First of all, you're twenty eight
- 58:31Speaker 1: years old, so I'm assuming that you all around the
- 58:34Speaker 1: same age. You've been married for three years, and you
- 58:36Speaker 1: caught your husband cheating on you recently, and I burned
- 58:39Speaker 1: a few of his personal items that he can't get
- 58:41Speaker 1: over it. He can't get over that. Well, you can't
- 58:44Speaker 1: get over yours either. See. What you can't do is
- 58:47Speaker 1: let him out get not get over it. You know
- 58:52Speaker 1: you're saying he can't get over You can't let him out,
- 58:55Speaker 1: not get over it. You got to get further, not
- 58:58Speaker 1: get over it than him. If you know what I'm
- 58:59Speaker 1: trying to tell you. You can't let him beat you
- 59:02Speaker 1: at this game. Women are the best at this. There's
- 59:05Speaker 1: nobody greater at not getting over something than women. They
- 59:10Speaker 1: are the best at it. They know how to make
- 59:12Speaker 1: you gravel, crawl back, pay over and over and over,
- 59:17Speaker 1: braying it up years later on the same day, the
- 59:20Speaker 1: same time. You need to get in that mode. Right there,
- 59:23Speaker 1: he was cheating in this car, a popular hookup spot
- 59:25Speaker 1: where younger kids go to hair set. Y'all used to
- 59:28Speaker 1: go there when you're always younger and you like doing it,
- 59:32Speaker 1: But you didn't never imagine that he would cheat on
- 59:34Speaker 1: you and cheat in the spot that he could get caught.
- 59:37Speaker 1: Old happens, that's where he'd been going. He'd been going
- 59:42Speaker 1: down to that spot. Nah. The embarrassing part you say,
- 59:47Speaker 1: for you is your younger cousin saw him and called me.
- 59:51Speaker 1: That's what this was a girl. Hopefully he and the
- 59:56Speaker 1: woman were on the back seat. They closed was on
- 59:59Speaker 1: the front. See, Lord, have messed it. Away from your
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: clothes one more time. Come on, let's ever go away
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: from your clothes. Take your clothes with you. That old
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: that's where you're supposed to put them. That's stupid. You
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: put them clothes up in the back window. You got
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: to have put them clothes on the floor. You got
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: to have them closed by you. You'll ever separate from
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: your clothes. Lord, you're stupid. Yes, you're so damn stupid.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: Hold on, Steve, holding keep it right there. All right,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: we'll have part two of your response coming up at
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after be our. The subject of today's
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: strawberry letter is so what I burned a few things.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: to show, all right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: strawberry letter and get your response. What's going This is
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: a letter that's ridiculous. Should never getting ridden. Shirley gave
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: the proper response to all of it. I strongly suggest
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: you follow all of Shirley's advice. But what I was
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: just telling you it doesn't make any sense. This is
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: a typical example of the best offense. The best defense
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: is a good offense, So get off defense and get
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: on offense. And that's what he's doing to you. He's
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: making it about what you did with his stupid ass.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: Went down there to a place y'all used to cheat
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: that when y'all always younger, he twenty eight, he could
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: still do that. You never imagine he cheated on you
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: at a spot he could get caught. But then your
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: younger cousin saw him and called you. Ye, and this
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: woman were on the back seat and they closed was
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: on the front seat. Why are you separate from your clothes?
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: Listen to this. If you are not in your house
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: or in your hotel room, you have to have him
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: close close by. If you are visiting someone else's house,
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: you must be able to reach and touch your clothes.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: At all your clothes out of reach. You don't know
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: who she know when he come in. All is hill,
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: So now you go down there here And the woman
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: was on the back seat, and they closed on the
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: front seat. I stood and watched for a minute. What
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: rule number two? When you in the car doing stuff,
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: you have to check periodic look up over the sea.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: You can't commit a full two minutes to your business
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: without looking. Man, I'd have been in the car before
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: you got to look. It's hard place to go, but
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: you got to look. I stood and watched for a minute.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: Then I opened the door and took all their clothes.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: See right there. If your clothes was then reach. If
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: no way, you're gonna let your wife take your damn clothes.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: I took my coke on him and some of it
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: got in her eyes, so she didn't see me. What
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: who does she think it was? Girl? It was coking,
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: wasn't ascid? Yeah, she saw you. I went home and
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: burned their clothes they were wearing, and all of his
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: underwearing socks. I don't know why burning is underwearing socks,
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: but I see my mother burned my stepdash And it
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: was in a movie when I was younger. That's that's
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: thin line. Hell yeah, it's waiting for its hell off.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: Don't whatever movie you know. I ain't see it anyway.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: I tried to do a movie reference, but I didn't
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: see it anyway. The movie right there and they burned.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: I thought mar Lawns had his clothes burned. He was
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: pretty rough now with hi. Yeah, but the movie she
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: talked about anyway, Yeah, anyway, that is a movie and
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: it got very popular. A lot of me and lost
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: their clothes causing this movie that too, and they called
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: so and they caused so I didn't go to. My
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: husband drove up wearing only a T shirt and put
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: out the fire this bar right here, and got his
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: half naked ass this stomping on the fire barefoot t
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: shirt on. That boy must have been proud of himself, barefoot,
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: putting this fire out with just this damn T shirt on.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: And you you started the fire down the street in
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: an empty lot. I wouldn't give a damn if that
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: whole lot caught on fire. I'm not going out that
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: it's too late to save your clothes. My husband drove
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: up wearing on a T shirt and he put out
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: the fire. I jumped on it. All I remember is
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: that the neighbor pulling me off of his half naked ass.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: You got a T shirt on. I don't know you.
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: It's hard to fight with no draws on. I'm just
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: that it's very it's very, very difficult and cold. Is
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: it hard to drive? Uh? With no underwear on? What
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: you don't want to do is stop pull up next
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: to a truck. You don't look down down, they see you.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: So if you pull up next to a truck, you
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: gotta stay behind the door. I've done all this right here.
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: Like a long story, but I've done all this right here.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: That seat is hot, quicker, so now you got out.
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: He jumped on him, he half naked, got a T
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: shirt on, his stumping barefoot. He from Africa some or
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: either he Caribbean where he do firewalking. I don't know
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: who can jump out their car stump on five and
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: why would he care? It's down the street anyway, all
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: you remember your neighbor pull off. This mask could have
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: been avoided had he not cheated on me. Oh yeah,
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: that's true. I was willing to try to get that
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: edge back on track. But he says I'm crazy and
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: he's afraid of me, as he should be. As he
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: should be, there's an element of fear that should reside
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: in his life from here on after. Yes, you're crazy
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: and he should be afraid of you. He knows that
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: you have reacted out of anger and rage. That would
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: I would never act like that normally. Wait a minute,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: normally when do you normally find your husband in the
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: backseat naked with somebody else with their clothes on the
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: front seat. There's nothing normal about this. Why are you?
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: How did you allow him to do this to you?
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: Why can't he see that he's the reason his clothes
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: got burnt? No, no, no, I don't give a damn
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: if you can't get over. As a matter of fact,
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: so you don't get over, I'm goin to burn two
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: of your suits. Fuck letting me catch you cheap. Stop
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: letting him do you this way. It's his fault. I
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: burned your car because you cheated on me. That's why
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: I did it. Get all right? All right to me?

- 1:10:27Speaker 1: This is from a female listener Steve about men. We'll
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: get into it right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, Sharon and Richmond says.
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: I've been with the same man for eleven years and
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: he has a bunch of female friends and I trust him.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: But I had one dinner with the man and it
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: was a follow up job interview. My boyfriend called at
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: least three times to see if I was still at dinner.
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: He said that the man wanted to get in my
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: pants because job interviews are done at an office. Why
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: can't he get away with being jealous by saying he
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: was just looking out for me? But if I'm jealous,
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: he calls me insecure and crazy. Again Listen, First of all,
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: he's right about your boss what follow up job interview
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: at dinner? But that's so inappropriate. So yeah, he won't.
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: He won't you so now, because you're man that you've
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: been with eleven years, that's not your husband. You've just
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: been with him for eleven years. Because he got a
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: lot of female friends. He knows what your boss is
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: up to. Your boss wouldn't know what he up to.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: You can trust him all you won't. That's signing Danny.
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: But he got a lot of female friends and they
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: do what together? Okay, go ahead, but that could be
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: one of them. All in, female friends are probably why
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: y'all have been with the same man eleven years and
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: you ain't married yet. Part Wow, that's a long time,
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: because yeah, why is she she? You know she probably
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: wants to marry this man. I mean, marry you for what?
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: Why would I marry you when I can get all

- 1:12:42Speaker 1: What I was getting ready to say? What if? What
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: if you're not attracted to her at all? What if
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: she's unattractive and you're not attractive she's attractive, that can happen. Okay,

- 1:13:02Speaker 1: Do like y'all want to go ahead? Why? Man? Yea man?
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: When you try to tell women something and they try
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: to argue, I'm talking about men. I'm not talking about Martians.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: I'm talking about something I know about, something I've been
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: in my whole life. You don't hear Junior and Tommy
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: arguing when I say this, do you? They don't come
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: to y'all rescue naun and ain't like that no more?
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: You ain't heard that one time? Have you? And there's

- 1:21:00Speaker 1: am telling y'all go to Netflix and watch Deon Cole's
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: Sharlene's Boy. Got funny from top to bottom, classic stand
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: up man. You know, look, Chappelle gets all of the
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: rants and raise right now. But but Chapelle is doing
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: something else. You know, he's making a lot of statements
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: and all like him. If you just want to laugh
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: old school style. That damn Deon Cole Sharlene's Boy. That
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: boy right there, clown man, they just they just funny
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: material that's relatable. Talking about where he is with his
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: life now. He paid tribute to it. He was talking
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: about his mom at the beginning of special. When the
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: end didn't get there, you're gonna cry. They end, They're
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: gonna mess you up. I ain't gonna give gonna cry.
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: But boy, let me tell you something. Deon Cole hats
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: off man for one of the former kids. I am
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: telling me, good boy Special Sharlene's boy. Y'all should go
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: to Netflix and watch it now. As somebody called Deon
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Cole and tell him Steve Harvey, I went through my
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: phone contact I tried to find the number on the board.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: I thought I had his number, but Deon Cole's ass
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: is funny yaion right now, Yes, sir, Yes, if you
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: just want to laugh at some real stuff about dating,
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: about life, aging, yes, you just go wild. So refreshing
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: to see many. Now my closing remarks this election in Georgia,
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: I'm talking to everybody in Georgia. We gotta get to
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: the polls. Man. We look, I know you voted last timing.
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: You don't want to go back down. We gotta go back.
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: We got an early vote. We gotta vote. You gotta
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: cast out votes. Listen to me, y'all. This that the
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: Republican Party, the Conservatives, Conservatives are doing. They should be
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: ashamed of themselves. They cannot be proud of herschel Walker.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: They cannot. It is impossible. And every time I see
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: the politician standing next to him, it's the same one
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: Ted Cruise that ought to give you a hit to
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: how low down they are. Ted Cruise has the authenticness
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: and the authenticity of a damn a damn roach. This
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: dude is the lowest form of manhood. And he's standing
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: next to herschel Walker every time he thought, just nodding
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: in agreement, when he mispronouncing words, going on rants, talking
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: about vampires. This boy something wrong with herschel Walker. Man,
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: something's wrong with him. Outside of the fact that he's
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: probably suffering from CTE. He's just not a smart person.
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: He's just not smart. Man. What they're doing. They're propping
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: up him just for power, position and money. Herschel Walker
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: has no business in politics. Herschel Walker has no business
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: in corporate America. Herschel Walker should just be somewhere signing
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: autographs because he was a great football player. This dude
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: right here is not qualified. And they moved him from
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: Texas to Georgia. Jess for this. They moved him, Jes
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: for this, just in the nick of time. Give him
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: some residence and prop him up his house in Texas. Man,
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: this is ridiculous, y'all. We have got to get to
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: the polls in Georgia and stop this nonsense. You will
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: not pick up this low form of manhood because he's
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: black and put him in front of us to compare
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: him to a person of African American descent, qualification, education,
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: well rounded, well spoken, and well deserved to be a senator,
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: and you bring a herschel Walker to post up against him.
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: We are going to the polls. And I'm gonna tell
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: you something. Man, if you're listening to this show and
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: you're not African American or a person of color, and
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: you're a conservative, you know good in hell, well he's
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: not qualified. Don't you do that? You don't have to
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: go along with your party just because your party put
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: a candidate in front of you. That don't make it right.
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: Y'all know gooden way of herschel Walker. If you went
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: to school at all, high school, if you graduated from
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: high school, you know better. You know better. All I
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: have is a high school diploma, But I can formulate
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: a sentence. Man, you gonna put a guy in the
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: office and representative State of Georgia who can't even form
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: a sentence. He can't maintain a fought for any a
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: cumulative amount of time because his mind just won't do it.
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: He is of he's just not a smart person. He's
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: of low intelligence, and he's of even lower values. His
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: wife didn't ex wife had been on TV about him
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: threatening her, beating her. His son won't come out and
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: support his family won't support him. This dude right here
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: then paid for abortions. What y'all claim is on a taboo.
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: He hadn't done that. He don't take care of all
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: his children. He got behind on child's boy. He don't
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: even take care of it. He don't even own up
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: to having all of his kids. And now that's who
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: y'allen propped up in front of us. Nah man, everything
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: y'all hate about us is who he is. And you're
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: gonna turn around and vote for him for what? Because
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: your party said, man, shame on you. And to the
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: Southern Evangelicals, you all man, I please, I don't know
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: what y'all doing, but I know who you really are.
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: So I'm not even talking to you because you're not
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: going to vote for the other minutes because you're really
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: a political party, you're not a religious party. That's the
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: roost that you've been putting over on everybody. But I'm
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: not going forward. So Southern Evangelicals are just you were
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: really pro slavery anyway, That's why you all fall Christians
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: for slavery. That's what the whole thing is about. Raphael Warner.
