Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Cutting the Fat-Government Efficiency is Saving Taxpayer Dollars
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: How much do you love saving money as a taxpayer
- 0:04Speaker 1: when it comes to waste, fraud, and abuse. Well, majority
- 0:10Speaker 1: of Americans and polls are showing they're loving what Elon
- 0:13Speaker 1: Musk is doing, even as unhinged drivers or well going
- 0:17Speaker 1: crazy on the roadways, even attacking Tesla drivers. There is
- 0:22Speaker 1: a new video that is out from Donald Trump and
- 0:25Speaker 1: it is a video of an unhinged driver wiping out
- 0:28Speaker 1: or i should say, whipping out a gun on a
- 0:31Speaker 1: cybertruck during a road rage incident. Yes, that actually happened.
- 0:37Speaker 1: These people are totally insane. Now why it is because
- 0:43Speaker 1: very clearly they hate the fact that this man is
- 0:47Speaker 1: changing the government and taking away the waste, the fraud,
- 0:51Speaker 1: and the abuse that is going to leftists and radical organizations.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Elon Muskin Doge also revealed some thing about social Security
- 1:01Speaker 1: and fraud that should make every American angry. I'm all
- 1:05Speaker 1: in favor of people getting so security that deserve it,
- 1:07Speaker 1: those that are actually entitled to it.
- 1:10Speaker 2: But not those that are not.
- 1:12Speaker 1: And how bad is the fraud within social security?
- 1:16Speaker 2: Listen to this.
- 1:18Speaker 3: We learned forty percent of the phone calls that they
- 1:20Speaker 3: get are from fraud stairs.
- 1:23Speaker 2: That's right, almost half, Yes.
- 1:25Speaker 4: And they steal people's social security. Is what happens is
- 1:29Speaker 4: they call in, they say they claim to be a retiree.
- 1:34Speaker 4: Then they and they convinced the post the social Security
- 1:37Speaker 4: posts on the phone to change there where the money
- 1:40Speaker 4: is flowing, it actually goes to some proster. Does this
- 1:44Speaker 4: happening all day every day, and then and then somebody
- 1:46Speaker 4: doesn't receive the social security it's because of all the
- 1:50Speaker 4: fraudly poles in the social security system.
- 1:52Speaker 5: How do you reassure people that what you all are
- 1:55Speaker 5: doing is not going to affect their benefits.
- 1:58Speaker 4: No, in fact, what we're doing will help their benefits.
- 2:02Speaker 4: Legitimate people, as a result of the work of bage
- 2:04Speaker 4: will receive more social Security, not less. When m F
- 2:07Speaker 4: size that as a result of the work of bage,
- 2:10Speaker 4: legitimate recipients of social security will receive more money, not
- 2:15Speaker 4: less money. All right, we want to emphasize that point
- 2:18Speaker 4: and let the record show that I said this and
- 2:23Speaker 4: it will be proven out to be true. Let's let's
- 2:25Speaker 4: check back on this in the future.
- 2:27Speaker 5: So Washington Post, the Social Security Administration website, crashed four
- 2:30Speaker 5: times in ten days this month because the servers.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Were over there.
- 2:34Speaker 1: You go back to just the basics forty of all
- 2:38Speaker 1: the calls to security are fraudsters. Fraudsters call in claim
- 2:42Speaker 1: that to be the retiree, and then they convince the
- 2:44Speaker 1: operator to change where the money is flowing.
- 2:46Speaker 2: That seems like a.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Problem that you should probably fix and maybe adjust.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Now what does the left say? Oh, the Left's like no, no, no,
- 2:56Speaker 2: you don't understand.
- 2:59Speaker 1: You can't do anything or stop anything that deals with
- 3:03Speaker 1: with with you know, correcting these problems because we love
- 3:07Speaker 1: the fraud, we love the waste. I mean, Dojes's Department
- 3:12Speaker 1: of Labor has just canceled five hundred and seventy seven
- 3:15Speaker 1: million in America last grants, including for gender equity in
- 3:19Speaker 1: the quote Mexican workplace. I think we can all agree
- 3:24Speaker 1: if you're saying that that is a good thing.
- 3:28Speaker 2: I played for you earlier.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Barack Obama saying the word government efficiency over and over
- 3:35Speaker 1: again back in twenty eleven, saying we need to get
- 3:38Speaker 1: our federal debt under control.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Like that is what he was saying back then.
- 3:43Speaker 1: No Democrats were burning up things back then because he
- 3:46Speaker 1: said it right, Like, no one was burning the place down,
- 3:52Speaker 1: No one was.
- 3:54Speaker 2: You go to I'll give you another example here. You
- 3:58Speaker 2: look at the.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Mission of AHHS making sure that we have the best
- 4:05Speaker 1: biomedical research.
- 4:07Speaker 2: In the world. This is going to help save lives
- 4:09Speaker 2: in America.
- 4:10Speaker 1: This is something that Doge actually talked about, so you
- 4:14Speaker 1: don't think that. In this staffer Brad Smith discusses Doade's
- 4:18Speaker 1: efforts to make sure that their mission is actually carried out.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Listen, I'd say there's a couple of things we're really
- 4:24Speaker 3: committed to in our work at AHHS. Number one, making
- 4:27Speaker 3: sure we continue to have the best biomedical research in
- 4:29Speaker 3: the world. And number two making sure, which President Trump
- 4:32Speaker 3: has said over and over again, that we one hundred
- 4:34Speaker 3: percent protect Medicare and Medicaid. But there's a lot of opportunity.
- 4:38Speaker 3: So if I take NIH as an example today, if
- 4:41Speaker 3: you're inih researcher and you get one hundred dollars grant
- 4:43Speaker 3: at your university today, you get to spend sixty of
- 4:46Speaker 3: that and your university spends forty of that. The policy
- 4:49Speaker 3: that we're proposing to make is that you get to
- 4:50Speaker 3: spend eighty five of that and your university spends fifteen.
- 4:53Speaker 3: So that's more money going directly to the scientists who
- 4:56Speaker 3: are discovering new cures. Another example at NIH is today,
- 4:59Speaker 3: they have twenty seven different centers that got created over
- 5:02Speaker 3: time by Congress and they're typically by disease date or
- 5:05Speaker 3: body system. There's seven hundred different IT systems today at NIH,
- 5:08Speaker 3: seven hundred different IT software systems.
- 5:12Speaker 6: They can't speak to each other, so they don't talk
- 5:13Speaker 6: to them.
- 5:14Speaker 3: They have twenty seven different CIOs, and so when you
- 5:16Speaker 3: think about making great medical discoveries, you have to connect
- 5:20Speaker 3: the data.
- 5:20Speaker 5: Time said, twenty seven different chief information officers.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Correct, correct, and most of your non technical.
- 5:28Speaker 7: So there's a lot there.
- 5:28Speaker 2: So there's a lot of opportunity. It will make science better,
- 5:31Speaker 2: not yours twenty seven people with the same title. That's absurd.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I think we can all agree that doesn't serve the
- 5:42Speaker 1: American people. Well, that doesn't fix any of the problems, right,
- 5:48Speaker 1: that is a disaster. I think we all can agree
- 5:53Speaker 1: that is a disaster. By the way, you look at
- 5:57Speaker 1: the interior, for example, here's what they're working on tyresly
- 6:02Speaker 1: over there to save you money.
- 6:04Speaker 5: You're reviewing contracts before they're approved for funding.
- 6:07Speaker 7: What do you find.
- 6:09Speaker 8: Well, Elon and Steve kind of stole my thunder a
- 6:11Speaker 8: little bit, but I actually found that customer service survey
- 6:15Speaker 8: contract I actually had an example of one right here.
- 6:19Speaker 8: I could have done this in high school, and I
- 6:22Speaker 8: found it about I found it on the weekends. Because
- 6:25Speaker 8: under the Biden administration there was no departmental oversight within
- 6:29Speaker 8: the Department of Interior whatsoever.
- 6:31Speaker 2: None. We've now reviewing every.
- 6:34Speaker 8: Single contract, every single grant, and when things come to
- 6:37Speaker 8: my attention that don't make sense, I'm bringing him to
- 6:39Speaker 8: Secretary Burgham and he's been fantastic. He's a businessman, he's
- 6:44Speaker 8: very supportive of DOGE. It's been wonderful.
- 6:48Speaker 2: I mean, this is just simple insanity.
- 6:52Speaker 1: The team is working every day, including weekends, to save
- 6:55Speaker 1: taxpayer dollars and help balance the federal budget budget so
- 6:59Speaker 1: we can pay down the national debt. They've individually reviewed
- 7:02Speaker 1: thirty six thousand plus interior grants and contracts and have
- 7:05Speaker 1: identified massive amounts of waste, fraud, and abuse already. He said,
- 7:10Speaker 1: this is just common sense effort of government efficiency, and
- 7:13Speaker 1: that's what we're trying to do here.
- 7:16Speaker 2: We're not trying to ruin anybody's life. We're not trying
- 7:17Speaker 2: to destroy anybody's life. We're not trying to do anything
- 7:20Speaker 2: but give you sensible accountability. You go back to this
- 7:24Speaker 2: and this should make you enraged.
- 7:27Speaker 1: While we may have won this election, the fight to
- 7:29Speaker 1: restore our great nation is only beginning, and now is
- 7:32Speaker 1: the time to take a stand, and Patriot Mobile is
- 7:35Speaker 1: leading the charge. It has never been easier to switch
- 7:39Speaker 1: your cell phone than in twenty twenty five. With technology,
- 7:42Speaker 1: you can do it literally over the phone with a
- 7:45Speaker 1: code they send you. It is amazing. But here's the
- 7:48Speaker 1: reason why I use Patriot Mobile now. One I save
- 7:52Speaker 1: money over what I was paying before with Big Mobile.
- 7:55Speaker 1: And two, I'm no longer supporting the radical left now.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I didn't realize until someone told me just how radical
- 8:01Speaker 1: Big Mobile had gotten. Where they are supporting organizations that
- 8:04Speaker 1: pay for abortions or supporting radical democratic causes and organizations
- 8:09Speaker 1: they're helping democrats get elect it at the local, state,
- 8:12Speaker 1: and national level. That is actually why over a decade
- 8:15Speaker 1: ago Patriot Mobile was started and they are now America's
- 8:19Speaker 1: only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Now, let's talk about coverage.
- 8:24Speaker 1: In twenty twenty five, you have zero problems with coverage
- 8:28Speaker 1: anymore because well, Patriot Mobile uses all three major networks.
- 8:32Speaker 2: What does that mean for you?
- 8:33Speaker 1: It means whatever coverage you're used to now you're going
- 8:36Speaker 1: to stay exactly the same or you may even be
- 8:38Speaker 1: able to improve it. But it will not be any
- 8:41Speaker 1: issues when it comes to coverage. In fact, they have
- 8:43Speaker 1: a coverage guarantee. But when you pay your bill, this
- 8:47Speaker 1: is where the magic happens. They take a portion of
- 8:50Speaker 1: your bill every month and they give it back to
- 8:52Speaker 1: organizations that support our first and our second amendments, that
- 8:55Speaker 1: support the sanctity of life, that support our veterans, our
- 8:59Speaker 1: first real spondors, and are wounded warriors. And like I said,
- 9:03Speaker 1: switching with technology now has never been easier. You keep
- 9:06Speaker 1: your same phone you have now, keep your same phone number,
- 9:09Speaker 1: and you can even upgrade to a new phone if
- 9:11Speaker 1: you want to. They have a one hundred percent US
- 9:14Speaker 1: based customer support team to help you find the perfect
- 9:17Speaker 1: plan and to save money. And if you own a
- 9:19Speaker 1: business or a small business, they have a division that
- 9:22Speaker 1: just works on switching multiple lines over easily. So right now,
- 9:26Speaker 1: go to Patriotmobile dot com, slash ferguson or call them
- 9:32Speaker 1: nine to seven to two Patriot You're going to get
- 9:34Speaker 1: a free month of service with the promo code ferguson.
- 9:37Speaker 2: So switch the Patriot Mobile and make a difference.
- 9:39Speaker 1: With every call you make Patriot mobile dot com slash
- 9:43Speaker 1: ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot. Let's talk
- 9:47Speaker 1: about the over three hundred million of small business administration
- 9:51Speaker 1: government loans you paid for and where were they going.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Elon Musk exposed that as well.
- 9:59Speaker 4: For example, there were over three hundred million dollars of
- 10:01Speaker 4: a small business Administration loans that has been given out
- 10:05Speaker 4: to people under the age of eleven.
- 10:07Speaker 9: What changed to add to it is three hundred million
- 10:09Speaker 9: under the age of eleven and over three hundred million
- 10:11Speaker 9: to over the age of one hundred and twenty.
- 10:14Speaker 6: Definitely small business loans.
- 10:16Speaker 4: Yes, the oldest American is one hundred and fourteen, so
- 10:19Speaker 4: safe to say if their age is one hundred and
- 10:21Speaker 4: fifteen or above, they're fake or they should be in
- 10:25Speaker 4: the games. Spoke up world records, and we should not
- 10:29Speaker 4: be giving out loans to babies.
- 10:31Speaker 2: So the.
- 10:34Speaker 4: Youngest recipient of a small Business Administration loan is a
- 10:37Speaker 4: nine month year old, which is a very very concious
- 10:40Speaker 4: baby we're talking about here, So obviously it was just
- 10:43Speaker 4: fraudulent and what they and they do terrible things. They
- 10:46Speaker 4: actually will see that a kid's been born, they will
- 10:48Speaker 4: steal that kid's Social Security number and then take out
- 10:51Speaker 4: a loan and leave that kid with a bad credit rating.
- 10:54Speaker 2: And there was literally a baby.
- 10:56Speaker 4: The terrible things are being done is what we're saying.
- 10:59Speaker 4: For example, there were.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Terrible things are being done, is what we're saying. You
- 11:04Speaker 1: have a recipient of the SBA loan that is a
- 11:06Speaker 1: nine month year old, obviously, which is fraudulent. Like, how
- 11:10Speaker 1: the hell did you even think to send out a
- 11:13Speaker 1: loan to a nine month old. I can tell you
- 11:15Speaker 1: exactly how this stuff happens. It's called bribery. The Democratic Party,
- 11:21Speaker 1: through SBA, decided to give out loans people they knew
- 11:24Speaker 1: didn't deserve them. And the reason why was actually very clear,
- 11:28Speaker 1: because they wanted to buy their votes. That's it, Like,
- 11:34Speaker 1: that's the whole ballgame here. They wanted to say, here's
- 11:41Speaker 1: money from us. We know you don't deserve this money,
- 11:44Speaker 1: but this is what we are doing.
- 11:46Speaker 2: We're giving you this money, right, We're like, we're giving
- 11:52Speaker 2: you this money.
- 11:53Speaker 1: I rarely, by the way, believe I agree with Kevin McCarthy,
- 11:57Speaker 1: But what Kevin McCarthy said on Fox News, you know,
- 11:59Speaker 1: I'm just not a ket McCarthy guy, right, I think
- 12:02Speaker 1: he's kind of a rhino.
- 12:05Speaker 2: I'm not a fan, but I will give credit where
- 12:08Speaker 2: credits due.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Kevin McCarthy actually said it right when it came to
- 12:13Speaker 1: the issue of Doge.
- 12:14Speaker 9: And here's what he said, every hard working tax where
- 12:17Speaker 9: I sit back and say, I have somebody working for me.
- 12:21Speaker 9: If you wanted to go out and get this work done,
- 12:23Speaker 9: we would pay billions of dollars. Here here's the brightest minds,
- 12:27Speaker 9: not just in America, in the world, volunteering, sacrificing, and
- 12:32Speaker 9: he's getting attacked, I mean terrorist attacks against his companies
- 12:36Speaker 9: because he's fighting for the individual. That's what's so amazing
- 12:40Speaker 9: to me.
- 12:41Speaker 10: He does did you hear that Las Vegas terrorist Tesla
- 12:45Speaker 10: terrorists that they nab the federal charges. He's like a
- 12:47Speaker 10: member of the Communist Party, the like every left wing
- 12:51Speaker 10: progressive out of control group. He's a member, yeah, of
- 12:54Speaker 10: cour axing electric cars. So that's what so these individuals
- 12:58Speaker 10: who volunteered their time are burrowing in and what they're
- 13:01Speaker 10: really finding out, Kevin, is that these government systems, which
- 13:06Speaker 10: even back in the eighties I saw were completely outdated,
- 13:10Speaker 10: are not only outdated, they're kind of dangerous in a
- 13:13Speaker 10: way because they make us vulnerable.
- 13:15Speaker 9: These are systems when the computer first started, were modernizing
- 13:19Speaker 9: it so you can catch so you have accountability in government.
- 13:22Speaker 9: Everything everybody says they want in their government, they're providing it.
- 13:25Speaker 9: And it's going to save tremendous amount of money, one
- 13:27Speaker 9: for the taxpayer, is going to provide greater service to
- 13:30Speaker 9: the constituents. This is what people prave to be able
- 13:33Speaker 9: to make happen.
- 13:35Speaker 1: By the way, I agree with him. I just have
- 13:37Speaker 1: to point out the obvious. Where was this Kevin McCarthy
- 13:40Speaker 1: when he was a speaker at the House. Why wasn't
- 13:42Speaker 1: he going after waste front abuse when he was one
- 13:44Speaker 1: of the guys that was advocating basically internally for massive
- 13:49Speaker 1: government expending, expenditures, increases in spending.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Now what he said here I can agree with.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I wish this was the guy that would have been
- 13:57Speaker 1: in charge of the Republican Party along time ago.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Like these are all of the major issues.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Now that we're talking about that the American people are
- 14:07Speaker 1: focused on, that the American people want, and it's about
- 14:11Speaker 1: saving you money. Donald Trump announcing a twenty five percent tariff,
- 14:17Speaker 1: by the way, on cars not made in the US.
- 14:20Speaker 1: There's going to be a lot of fodder over this,
- 14:23Speaker 1: so I thought I would let you hear from the
- 14:24Speaker 1: President in the Oval office.
- 14:28Speaker 11: So this is the beginning of Liberation Day in America.
- 14:35Speaker 6: We're going to take back just some of the money.
- 14:38Speaker 11: That has been taken from us by people sitting behind
- 14:43Speaker 11: this desk or another desk that's not quite as nice,
- 14:46Speaker 11: but they have the choice of seven, as you know,
- 14:49Speaker 11: and we're.
- 14:50Speaker 6: Going to charge.
- 14:55Speaker 11: Countries for doing business in our country and taking our
- 14:59Speaker 11: jobs in our wealth, taking a lot of things that
- 15:02Speaker 11: they've been taking over the years.
- 15:03Speaker 6: They've taken so much out of our country.
- 15:06Speaker 11: Friend and foe, and frankly, friend has been oftentimes much
- 15:09Speaker 11: worse than foe.
- 15:11Speaker 6: And this is very modest.
- 15:14Speaker 11: What we're going to be doing is a twenty five
- 15:16Speaker 11: percent tariff on all cars that are not made in
- 15:19Speaker 11: the United States.
- 15:19Speaker 6: If they're made in the United States, is absolutely not.
- 15:22Speaker 11: Terrorf We start off with a two and a hared
- 15:24Speaker 11: percent base, which is what we were at, and we
- 15:28Speaker 11: go to.
- 15:28Speaker 6: Twenty five percent.
- 15:30Speaker 11: And basically, as you know, and as you've been seeing
- 15:32Speaker 11: not reporting as accurately as it should be reported, because
- 15:35Speaker 11: it's a massive story, business is coming back to the
- 15:39Speaker 11: United States.
- 15:40Speaker 6: So that they don't have to pay tariffs.
- 15:42Speaker 11: And I think also because of November fifth, the election,
- 15:45Speaker 11: they're very happy.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Now this is complicated obviously, because there's like, well, hold
- 15:50Speaker 1: on a second, if foreign cars are going to go
- 15:55Speaker 1: up in price, then I may not be happy about
- 15:57Speaker 1: the foreign car. This is also just simply put about leverage,
- 16:02Speaker 1: and Donald Trump has made it clear that he's going
- 16:04Speaker 1: to use tariffs for leverage. He loves tariffs. Anytime you're
- 16:08Speaker 1: around him, he talks about tariffs.
- 16:09Speaker 2: He likes them.
- 16:10Speaker 1: He thinks they are a tool to be used to
- 16:13Speaker 1: get things back in check when they've gotten out of
- 16:16Speaker 1: whack with other countries. He's using it with China, he's
- 16:19Speaker 1: using with Canada. By the way, we heard earlier today
- 16:21Speaker 1: he had a great call with a new leader in Canada.
- 16:24Speaker 1: There's a very good chance that they're gonna be able
- 16:25Speaker 1: to work a deal out here for securing that northern
- 16:28Speaker 1: border and also for the President to be able to
- 16:34Speaker 1: not have such a trade deficit with Cando.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Same thing with Mexico.
- 16:37Speaker 1: He wants concessions and he understands that, yeah, things can
- 16:43Speaker 1: go out of whack here a little bit, but can
- 16:45Speaker 1: other countries hold on as long as we can. I
- 16:52Speaker 1: think the President really does know what he's doing right here.
- 16:57Speaker 1: And I think the President is understanding that he's got
- 17:02Speaker 1: a he has to he has to do it differently
- 17:08Speaker 1: this time than he did it last time. Donald Trump
- 17:13Speaker 1: said even back in twenty twenty four talking about tariffs,
- 17:19Speaker 1: and he's not really stopped.
- 17:20Speaker 2: From this viewpoint.
- 17:22Speaker 1: He said this in an interview I think it was
- 17:24Speaker 1: on Fox Business in Bedminster, New Jersey, at his golf club.
- 17:28Speaker 2: This about the idea of tariffs with China.
- 17:31Speaker 7: As a national security tool. Absolutely so, tariff's have two things.
- 17:36Speaker 12: Number One, I think that great, you're taking money if
- 17:40Speaker 12: China's charging us one hundred percent, that we don't charge
- 17:42Speaker 12: them anything. You know what happens they say, we don't
- 17:45Speaker 12: want your cars from America. We want you to build
- 17:47Speaker 12: your factory in China or other countries.
- 17:49Speaker 7: It's not just China. I would be willing to.
- 17:52Speaker 12: Bet that I would have a very good I had
- 17:53Speaker 12: a great relationship with presidency. And in all fairness, when
- 17:57Speaker 12: COVID came in and it came from Wuhan, and I
- 17:59Speaker 12: said it right from the first time you interviewed me.
- 18:01Speaker 7: It came from the Wolhant labs.
- 18:03Speaker 12: You know, they were saying it came from France, Italy, Germany,
- 18:07Speaker 12: came from all over the place.
- 18:08Speaker 7: They said it came from us. We knew Buhan and
- 18:11Speaker 7: we always said, well.
- 18:12Speaker 12: It came from Caves bat Caves, two thousand miles away.
- 18:16Speaker 12: But when that came, it was, you know, it was
- 18:18Speaker 12: just a ship too far.
- 18:20Speaker 13: Are you considering putting tariffs on other countries?
- 18:24Speaker 1: I mean, he's been consistent on this. He ran on it, right,
- 18:30Speaker 1: He ran on this. He ran on the idea that
- 18:33Speaker 1: we're going to use this for for national security issues,
- 18:36Speaker 1: for making it clear that we're not going to be
- 18:38Speaker 1: messed around with, We're not going to be screwed with.
- 18:41Speaker 2: And then when he's doing it, there are.
- 18:43Speaker 1: People that like can't get their head around, like they
- 18:46Speaker 1: can't believe it. Why would you not believe him when
- 18:50Speaker 1: he said this is what he was going to do.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Why he's doing exactly what he said he was going
- 18:57Speaker 1: to do. He's doing it exactly what he promised the
- 19:03Speaker 1: American voters he was going to do. He said that
- 19:06Speaker 1: in August of last year, Like if people didn't want this,
- 19:12Speaker 1: they could have voted against it, but instead they voted
- 19:16Speaker 1: in favor of it. Right, they voted in favor of it.
- 19:23Speaker 1: I'll give you another example of why people voted for him.
- 19:26Speaker 1: This was something else that came out with Doge in
- 19:29Speaker 1: this interview with Brett Baer.
- 19:31Speaker 2: You've got overstaffing.
- 19:32Speaker 14: A good example of overstaffing would be the IRS has
- 19:35Speaker 14: got fourteen hundred people who are dedicated to provisioning laptops
- 19:40Speaker 14: and cell phones. So if you join the RS, you
- 19:42Speaker 14: get a laptop in the cell phone you have provisioned.
- 19:44Speaker 14: So if each of those IRS officers or employees provisioned
- 19:49Speaker 14: two employees per day, you could provision the entire IRS
- 19:54Speaker 14: in a little more than a month, so twelve times
- 19:56Speaker 14: a year.
- 19:57Speaker 4: Read this, Why would you have fourteen hundred people whose
- 19:59Speaker 4: only job it is to give I left talking about.
- 20:01Speaker 6: Right, The whole IRS could be once a month.
- 20:04Speaker 2: So that doesn't make any sense. Again, it doesn't make
- 20:08Speaker 2: any sense.
- 20:10Speaker 1: The Tesla take Down movement, which organized protests against Elon Muskin,
- 20:16Speaker 1: is rolling the Trump administrations, gearing up for its biggest
- 20:19Speaker 1: demonstrations yet. While protests planned around the world this weekend
- 20:25Speaker 1: on its Global Day of Action, you ready for some psychopaths?
- 20:29Speaker 2: Well, if you want to know who the enemy is
- 20:30Speaker 2: They're going to show their face.
- 20:33Speaker 1: USA Today is now reporting that the Tesla Takedown movement
- 20:37Speaker 1: a growing backlash against Elon Musk and his involvement in
- 20:40Speaker 1: the Trump administration. The Department of Government Efficiency is urging
- 20:45Speaker 1: protesters to sell their Tesla vehicles, dump their stock, trying
- 20:50Speaker 1: to ruin Elon Musk, and join picket lines in front
- 20:53Speaker 1: of Tesla locations worldwide. The movement's website has declared this Saturday,
- 21:00Speaker 1: eight the twenty ninth, as a global day of action,
- 21:05Speaker 1: with dozens of protests planned across the United States, the UK, France, Germany,
- 21:11Speaker 1: the Netherlands and more. According to the Tesla Takedown website,
- 21:18Speaker 1: and this is all being funded by the radical left
- 21:20Speaker 1: and the billionaires of the left. Okay, they oppose it,
- 21:25Speaker 1: must quote alleged illegal coup, that's how they describe it,
- 21:29Speaker 1: and is used to the Tesla fortune to destroy our democracy.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Same people that are saying they believe in democracy are
- 21:35Speaker 1: the ones that are saying torch Tesla's and fire bomb
- 21:39Speaker 1: them and set up like actual bombs, for example, in
- 21:42Speaker 1: sceniary devices at the one in Austin. Tesla Takedown is
- 21:47Speaker 1: a peaceful protest movement that's what they say. We oppose violence, vandalism,
- 21:51Speaker 1: and destruction property that's on the website. I think the
- 21:55Speaker 1: actions that we were saying speak differently than what you've
- 21:58Speaker 1: got on your website. The plan protests coming into a
- 22:02Speaker 1: significant decline in Tesla's stock value, which has lost almost
- 22:06Speaker 1: forty percent since December, following from nearly five hundred share
- 22:10Speaker 1: to around two hundred and seventy a share. This drop
- 22:12Speaker 1: is in value coincides with an increase in vandalism targeting
- 22:18Speaker 1: Tesla dealerships and vehicles across the US.
- 22:20Speaker 2: By the way, just a.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Personal note, I am I'm just not a guy that's
- 22:24Speaker 1: a Tesla guy has something to do with the Elon musk.
- 22:26Speaker 1: I just I'm I'm like, I'm look, I'm just kind
- 22:28Speaker 1: of like I like gas of my engines. I don't
- 22:30Speaker 1: like the stress of worrying where I'm going to like
- 22:33Speaker 1: plug the thing in.
- 22:35Speaker 2: I told you on this the White House last week.
- 22:37Speaker 1: I am, for the first time in life, genuinely looking
- 22:41Speaker 1: at the reality of buying a Tesla. Just to give
- 22:45Speaker 1: not one, but two middle fingers to these radicals on
- 22:48Speaker 1: the left. Second thing, I'm now looking at actually buying
- 22:51Speaker 1: Tesla stock because if they're going to try to do this,
- 22:54Speaker 1: and then I want to stand with him. I would
- 22:58Speaker 1: never have been a candidate for a tesla until these psychopaths,
- 23:02Speaker 1: these degenerates have done what they've done. And I'm like,
- 23:05Speaker 1: bring it on. You want to you want to come
- 23:07Speaker 1: after my car, Fine, you're going to jail because the
- 23:11Speaker 1: cameras are going to be rolling. Sometimes we've got to
- 23:14Speaker 1: stand up for good people doing good things. Elon Musk
- 23:18Speaker 1: coming out saying this as well in his interview with
- 23:20Speaker 1: Brett Bayer, and I wanted to play this for you.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Take a listen, almost be shut down.
- 23:25Speaker 5: Finally, what's the biggest thing for you that keeps you
- 23:28Speaker 5: up at night?
- 23:40Speaker 4: Well, there's a lot of things I suppose that I'll
- 23:41Speaker 4: worry about. But and and some of these things will
- 23:44Speaker 4: seem esoteric to people. Uh, you know, the birth rate
- 23:48Speaker 4: is very low in almost every country and something Unless
- 23:53Speaker 4: that changes, Uh, civilization will disappear. America had the lowest
- 23:57Speaker 4: birth rate I believe ever, that was last year. Places
- 24:01Speaker 4: like Korea the birth rate is one third replacement rate.
- 24:04Speaker 4: That means in three generations, career will be three or
- 24:06Speaker 4: four percent of its current size. And nothing seems to
- 24:10Speaker 4: be turning that around. Humanity is dying and people. It's
- 24:14Speaker 4: just not something we evolve to react to. And I
- 24:21Speaker 4: mean I worried generally about the strength of America. You know,
- 24:28Speaker 4: America is the central column that holds up holds up
- 24:35Speaker 4: all the Western civilization. So if you like, if you've
- 24:39Speaker 4: got the example of Western civilization, America is the central column.
- 24:43Speaker 4: If that column fails, it's all over. You can't run
- 24:46Speaker 4: off to New Zealand or some other place. It's over.
- 24:51Speaker 4: So either way, strengthen that column and make sure America
- 24:53Speaker 4: is strong and will be strong for one time or
- 24:58Speaker 4: well that roof's coming down.
- 25:01Speaker 1: It's so interesting to hear Elon answer that question, and
- 25:06Speaker 1: I think it goes back to like.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Why is he doing this?
- 25:09Speaker 1: I think he loves this country, and I think it's
- 25:14Speaker 1: pretty clear he loves this country. So the question that
- 25:18Speaker 1: every American should be asking is why are Democrats so
- 25:21Speaker 1: upset that he's finding fraud. It was something they talked
- 25:27Speaker 1: about in the five It's something I mentioned earlier. They
- 25:30Speaker 1: were talking about this interview, and they said the reason
- 25:33Speaker 1: why they think democrats up says because they believe the
- 25:35Speaker 1: government is theirs.
- 25:36Speaker 2: It's their.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Bank to push their ideology on everyone.
- 25:43Speaker 12: Relations and what they've been able to dig up.
- 25:45Speaker 13: Well, first, I thought all these doze boys were going
- 25:48Speaker 13: to be like wearing hoodies and have like one hitters
- 25:50Speaker 13: hanging from their mouth. And they're like really successful innovators
- 25:55Speaker 13: that have left their successful companies to take a sabbatical
- 26:00Speaker 13: of the country.
- 26:01Speaker 2: And all the.
- 26:02Speaker 13: Democrats can do is heckle. They're like bleacher creatures. They're
- 26:07Speaker 13: just yelling stuff from the stand. They got a hot
- 26:09Speaker 13: dog in one hand, a Miller light.
- 26:11Speaker 7: Here, and they're like, you're too slow.
- 26:13Speaker 13: I mean, meanwhile, these people need like wheelchairs to get
- 26:15Speaker 13: out of the stadium. They don't have any ideas the Democrats.
- 26:20Speaker 13: What's their idea to cut waste, fraud and abuse? What's
- 26:23Speaker 13: their idea to cut spending? This is like when your
- 26:27Speaker 13: wife spills wine and then she yells at you because
- 26:31Speaker 13: the way you're cleaning.
- 26:31Speaker 3: It up is wrong.
- 26:33Speaker 13: Hebe, you spill the wine, I'll clean it up the
- 26:35Speaker 13: way I want to clean it up. Why are Democrats
- 26:39Speaker 13: upset about fraud?
- 26:41Speaker 7: They're just upset about.
- 26:42Speaker 13: The way we're finding the fraud, Like we're injecting swallows
- 26:46Speaker 13: with coke to see if it makes them warning. Yes,
- 26:49Speaker 13: coke makes everybody horny? Why can't we just hold hands
- 26:53Speaker 13: and agree? And some of this stuff is ridiculous. The
- 26:56Speaker 13: Democrats don't run their own business like this. What Democrat
- 26:59Speaker 13: business hires people and never fires people. What Democrat business
- 27:04Speaker 13: just gets built down of millions of dollars and never
- 27:07Speaker 13: stops it. What Democrat business gives every employee.
- 27:10Speaker 2: To credit cards.
- 27:12Speaker 6: None.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Democrats never run.
- 27:14Speaker 13: Their own businesses that way, but for some reason tolerate
- 27:17Speaker 13: what's going on in the federal government like this.
- 27:20Speaker 1: By the way, I think Jesse's absolutely right. Why are
- 27:24Speaker 1: Democrats up set about fraud? Why aren't they upset about fraud? Well,
- 27:28Speaker 1: it's and none of them run their business this way.
- 27:31Speaker 1: So why Here here's the last thing he says, which
- 27:34Speaker 1: is the core point here.
- 27:36Speaker 13: I would want FEMA to be faster. I would want
- 27:38Speaker 13: the Pentagon not to get built.
- 27:40Speaker 7: I would want.
- 27:40Speaker 13: Medicare and Social Security saved.
- 27:44Speaker 2: We can agree on that.
- 27:45Speaker 13: But for some reason Democrats are fighting tooth and nail
- 27:48Speaker 13: against this. It's almost like they think the government's theirs,
- 27:52Speaker 13: and when any Republican takes power, he's leasing the White
- 27:55Speaker 13: House like if anyone he wants to make any changes,
- 27:59Speaker 13: like you have to call this super like. You can't
- 28:01Speaker 13: do anything, you can't paint it, you can't irrigate the law,
- 28:05Speaker 13: and anything needs to be done, you have to have
- 28:07Speaker 13: the Democrats do it for them. That's not how we
- 28:09Speaker 13: run this country.
- 28:11Speaker 1: That's not how we run this country. It is, by
- 28:13Speaker 1: the way, how Democrats run this country. That's the whole problem.
- 28:18Speaker 1: This is exactly how they want to run the government
- 28:23Speaker 1: because they believe that it is theirs.
- 28:27Speaker 2: That's what it is. They believe that it is theirs.
- 28:32Speaker 2: Do me a favor.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family, your friends,
- 28:37Speaker 1: put it up on social media wherever you are on
- 28:39Speaker 1: social media, and I will see you back here tomorrow.
