- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, I don't think we're gonna necessarily ask for a
- 0:04Speaker 1: declaration of war.
- 0:05Speaker 2: I think we're just gonna kill people that are bringing
- 0:08Speaker 2: drugs into our country.
- 0:09Speaker 3: Okay, we're gonna kill them. You know, they're gonna be
- 0:12Speaker 3: like dead.
- 0:13Speaker 4: Generally, you don't see fishing in submarines either, Servant. So
- 0:17Speaker 4: we will track them, we will map them, we will
- 0:19Speaker 4: network them, and we will hunt them and kill them
- 0:22Speaker 4: because they're trying to and they are killing and poisoning
- 0:25Speaker 4: the American.
- 0:26Speaker 5: Keep you're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with
- 0:30Speaker 5: Ben Ferguson.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Good Saturday morning to you.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Ben Ferguson with you, and these are some of the
- 0:34Speaker 1: stories that you may have missed that we talked about
- 0:37Speaker 1: this week on the forty seven Morning Update.
- 0:39Speaker 3: First up, the Department.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Of Homeland Security has announced an incredible feat arresting more
- 0:45Speaker 1: than four hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants in the
- 0:48Speaker 1: first nine months of President Trump being in office. They're
- 0:51Speaker 1: gonna be shocked to know just how many of these
- 0:54Speaker 1: four hundred and eighty thousand have criminal records. Also, there
- 0:59Speaker 1: was a mess of when for the President when it
- 1:02Speaker 1: comes to deploying the National Guard this time coming from
- 1:05Speaker 1: the ninth US Circuit decision dealing with him doing exactly
- 1:10Speaker 1: this in Portland, and what does this mean for other
- 1:13Speaker 1: cities around the country. But first, did you see that
- 1:16Speaker 1: gold just hit an all time new high of over
- 1:19Speaker 1: four thousand dollars an ounce?
- 1:22Speaker 3: And if you hear that and you're like, are you
- 1:24Speaker 3: kidding me?
- 1:24Speaker 1: And you're thinking, gosh, I missed my opportunity, Well, I
- 1:28Speaker 1: don't know if you missed your opportunity, But my friends
- 1:30Speaker 1: at Kurt Elliott Precious Medals they can answer that question
- 1:34Speaker 1: for you.
- 1:35Speaker 3: You also may not be.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Paying attention to the incredible gains with silver that are
- 1:39Speaker 1: happening right now as well, And that's why I trust
- 1:43Speaker 1: the guidance of the team at kirk Elliott. In fact,
- 1:46Speaker 1: I literally just got a hundred ounce bar of silver
- 1:50Speaker 1: the other day. And the reason why is because after
- 1:52Speaker 1: I talked to the team at kirk Elliott Precious Medals,
- 1:56Speaker 1: they let me understand exactly where I could have a
- 1:59Speaker 1: big upside in investing in silver.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Now.
- 2:02Speaker 1: The other part that I love about them is this
- 2:04Speaker 1: they have transparent pricing. There are a lot of gold
- 2:08Speaker 1: companies that you'll hear about if you listen to talk
- 2:10Speaker 1: radio or podcasts or watch TV, but do they tell
- 2:14Speaker 1: you how the pricing actually works well. At kirk Elliott
- 2:18Speaker 1: they're real simple, just eight percent when you buy and
- 2:22Speaker 1: zero commissions when you sell, with no hidden fees. Ever,
- 2:27Speaker 1: that is the other reason why I recommend them to
- 2:29Speaker 1: all of you. They also don't sell you quote rare
- 2:32Speaker 1: coins or precious coins that you pay insane markups on
- 2:37Speaker 1: and then when you go to sell them you find
- 2:38Speaker 1: out they're really not worth that much.
- 2:40Speaker 3: They are a bullyon only approach.
- 2:43Speaker 1: They focus on investment grade metals, no overpriced collectibles, no gimmicks.
- 2:49Speaker 3: That means you get more gold or silver.
- 2:52Speaker 1: For your money at fair value when it's time for
- 2:55Speaker 1: you to sell. So if you're ready to find out
- 2:58Speaker 1: if gold and silver is right for you and your portfolio,
- 3:02Speaker 1: then call them and get a plan. You can visit
- 3:05Speaker 1: them at k e PM dot com, slash ben that's
- 3:11Speaker 1: k e PM dot com slash ben or seven to
- 3:16Speaker 1: zero six oh five thirty nine hundred at seven two
- 3:20Speaker 1: zero six oh five thirty nine hundred Kirk Elliott Precious

- 3:30Speaker 1: forty seven Morning Update and it starts.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Right now story Number one. We've got a very.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Big story coming out of the White House and is
- 3:37Speaker 1: a promise that President Donald Trump made to every American
- 3:41Speaker 1: if he was elected president. It was that he was
- 3:44Speaker 1: going to do whatever he could to get rid of
- 3:47Speaker 1: illegal immigrants in this country, and he was also going
- 3:50Speaker 1: to get rid of the illegal immigrants first that had
- 3:52Speaker 1: committed the most heinous crimes. He also promised he was
- 3:56Speaker 1: going to make dangerous cities safe again. All of this
- 4:00Speaker 1: he is paying off on. But now we have some
- 4:03Speaker 1: of the biggest data we've seen so far backing this up.
- 4:07Speaker 1: The Department of Homeland Security has arrested more than four
- 4:11Speaker 1: hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants in the first nine
- 4:16Speaker 1: months of the Trump administration. I'm going to give you
- 4:19Speaker 1: that number again, four hundred and eighty thousand illegal immigrants
- 4:24Speaker 1: in a nine month span. This while many illegal immigrants
- 4:27Speaker 1: have been hanging out in sanctuary cities being protected by
- 4:31Speaker 1: the radical left. Now here's something else that you need
- 4:33Speaker 1: to know. Seventy percent of the four hundred and eighty
- 4:37Speaker 1: thousand legal immigrants had been arrested, had been convicted of
- 4:41Speaker 1: crimes or had criminal charges against them pending. Christy nom
- 4:47Speaker 1: made the announcement during a stop in Branden, Florida. As
- 4:51Speaker 1: They also put out a press release giving you some
- 4:53Speaker 1: of the background, saying, quote, President Trump unleashed ICE to
- 4:58Speaker 1: target the worst of the worstriminal illegal aliens. Some of
- 5:02Speaker 1: the criminals arrested included illegal aliens convicted of incests with
- 5:07Speaker 1: a minor, homicide, sexual assault, sexual assault of a minor,
- 5:11Speaker 1: and domestic violence. Seventy percent of ICE arrests are of
- 5:16Speaker 1: illegal aliens convicted or charged with a crime in the US.
- 5:21Speaker 1: This statistic doesn't even include they say, foreign fugitives, illegal
- 5:26Speaker 1: aliens convicted of crimes in other countries, gang members, and
- 5:32Speaker 1: also suspected terrorists. Noome highlighted nine of the worst of
- 5:37Speaker 1: the worst illegal immigrants who have been arrested in South
- 5:40Speaker 1: and Central Florida alone. They included several different individuals. Nome
- 5:46Speaker 1: set the press conference, we are not going to let
- 5:48Speaker 1: these individuals terrorize our streets anymore, and we're not going
- 5:52Speaker 1: to let them make victims out of families that live
- 5:55Speaker 1: in this country. I want you to hear directly from
- 5:58Speaker 1: Christianome at the press comfert Prince in Here's part of
- 6:01Speaker 1: what she had to say I'll give.
- 6:02Speaker 6: You some examples of individuals that were brought to justice
- 6:05Speaker 6: here in Sarasota and in this area. The first one
- 6:08Speaker 6: I'll talk about is a convicted murderer whose name is
- 6:11Speaker 6: Eric Carlos Artilis Ramos, an illegal alien who was from Cuba.
- 6:15Speaker 6: He had a prior removal order in two thousand and eight,
- 6:18Speaker 6: and now because of the work of this office, he
- 6:20Speaker 6: is off the streets. He was also previously convicted of
- 6:23Speaker 6: kidnapping and carjacking. We also have another individual, Oscar Alfredo
- 6:28Speaker 6: Retina Maraquin, an illegal alien from Al Salvador. He was
- 6:33Speaker 6: convicted of sexual assault against a child and in nineteen
- 6:37Speaker 6: ninety five, and he was also arrested for dui. He
- 6:40Speaker 6: has been deported twice before, in nineteen ninety nine and
- 6:44Speaker 6: in twenty nineteen. Re Entry after deportation, I'll remind all
- 6:48Speaker 6: of you is a felony. The next individual is Arturo
- 6:51Speaker 6: Sanchez Morales. He's an illegal alien from Mexico. He was
- 6:55Speaker 6: arrested for driving drunk and he's already been deported once
- 6:58Speaker 6: before he re entered, which is a felony, and was
- 7:01Speaker 6: issued a final order of removal in twenty sixteen. He
- 7:04Speaker 6: had previously been arrested for burglary as well for possession
- 7:08Speaker 6: of cocaine and larceny, and has convictions for multiple DUIs
- 7:12Speaker 6: and lud acts against a minor. And again I'll talk
- 7:15Speaker 6: about Leylis Rinaldo Benaro Zahn, who is an individual from
- 7:21Speaker 6: Honduras who's been in this country illegally and he has
- 7:24Speaker 6: a conviction for domestic battery. He'd been deported twice before,
- 7:28Speaker 6: in twenty eleven and in twenty seventeen. These individuals are
- 7:32Speaker 6: just a handful of people that have been in this
- 7:35Speaker 6: country creating victims out of American citizens that now those
- 7:39Speaker 6: families do no longer have to worry about. Not only
- 7:42Speaker 6: have they been brought into and incarcerated, but they're going
- 7:45Speaker 6: to be brought to justice and pay for the crimes
- 7:47Speaker 6: that they've committed. Every single day, our law enforcement officers
- 7:51Speaker 6: put their lives at risk to protect the American people.
- 7:54Speaker 6: Every single day they get up and they go do
- 7:56Speaker 6: their jobs to make sure that American families can live
- 7:59Speaker 6: the lives that they've dreamed of since they were young.
- 8:02Speaker 6: The LEFS anti cop rhetoric has led to one thousand
- 8:06Speaker 6: percent increase in violence against our law enforcement officers. We
- 8:10Speaker 6: have to stop the rhetoric that is allowing individuals the
- 8:14Speaker 6: cover that they want to perpetuate violence against those who
- 8:17Speaker 6: enforce our laws. Last month, we had an individual open
- 8:22Speaker 6: fire at an ICE facility and we also saw that
- 8:25Speaker 6: we saw victims from that attack that happened not just
- 8:29Speaker 6: against ICE agents but also about detainees that were there
- 8:32Speaker 6: at that facility. That individual, when he fired upon the building,
- 8:37Speaker 6: created some victims. We lost two lives there. Three individuals
- 8:40Speaker 6: were hurt and two died later on. After that event,
- 8:44Speaker 6: the suspect had anti ICE written on the ammunition and
- 8:49Speaker 6: on his bullet casings, proving that he had targeted against
- 8:53Speaker 6: individuals that we're working to keep our streets safe. Criminals
- 8:56Speaker 6: are now even placing bounties on our law enforcement office.
- 9:01Speaker 6: This last month, the Department of Homeland Security arrested a
- 9:04Speaker 6: criminal illegal alien and a Latin King's gang member who
- 9:07Speaker 6: placed a bounty on our US Border Patrol Chief Greg Bevino.
- 9:12Speaker 6: Still they keep pressing on, and we've seen as well
- 9:16Speaker 6: individuals on TikTok and other apps making threats against our
- 9:21Speaker 6: law enforcement officers, putting bounties out on their head, and
- 9:23Speaker 6: we will bring all of those individuals to justice. We
- 9:26Speaker 6: will continue to bring murderers and rapists, those who perpetuate violence, pedophiles,
- 9:31Speaker 6: gang members in our communities. We will go after them,
- 9:35Speaker 6: bring them to justice, and we will save lives. The
- 9:37Speaker 6: American people see this, and they see that President Trump
- 9:40Speaker 6: is focused on making sure that our streets are safe
- 9:43Speaker 6: and that our families have opportunities to raise their children
- 9:46Speaker 6: in safe communities. In fact, recent polls have shown that
- 9:49Speaker 6: fifty four percent of Americans want illegals to be brought
- 9:54Speaker 6: into justice, and they want to deport those who are
- 9:57Speaker 6: in this country illegally, But seventy eight percent of Americans
- 10:01Speaker 6: want these criminal, illegal aliens brought to justice. That's because
- 10:05Speaker 6: the American people understand the benefits of having law and order.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Again, this isn't just a win for Donald Trump.
- 10:12Speaker 1: This is a win for every man and woman in
- 10:14Speaker 1: this country, especially men and women that have been victims
- 10:18Speaker 1: of countless crimes by illegal immigrants.
- 10:21Speaker 5: Now, story number two.
- 10:22Speaker 1: The Ninth Circuit saying that President Trump can send the
- 10:25Speaker 1: National Guard to Portland is another massive win for law
- 10:30Speaker 1: and order. And if you think that the Left is
- 10:33Speaker 1: going to sit down and just say okay, fine, the
- 10:36Speaker 1: President's going to be able to be the president, and
- 10:38Speaker 1: he has the authority to do this, and he was
- 10:40Speaker 1: elected to do it. You're wrong, MSNBC having a total
- 10:44Speaker 1: meltdown as Lisa Rubin had to read the Ninth Circuit
- 10:47Speaker 1: decision authorizing Trump to deploy the National Guard in Portland.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Take a listen to how they spun it on MSNBC.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Yeah, And I want to just correct one thing and
- 10:56Speaker 2: then explain why. Functional Okay, it is the same. This
- 10:58Speaker 2: is a Stay of Immigrants opinion, and that's why it
- 11:02Speaker 2: reached the Ninth Circuit as soon as it did, because
- 11:04Speaker 2: this is an emergency motion to essentially pause her order.
- 11:08Speaker 2: But as a functional matter, you are absolutely correct. It
- 11:11Speaker 2: has the function of overturning her order and thereby allowing
- 11:16Speaker 2: the President to send the National Guard back onto the
- 11:19Speaker 2: streets of Portland. And Katie, I want to read if
- 11:21Speaker 2: I can, just from a little bit of the beginning
- 11:23Speaker 2: of this ninety three page opinion, it says, after considering
- 11:27Speaker 2: the record, and by the record they mean all the
- 11:29Speaker 2: factual evidence at this preliminary stage, we conclude that it
- 11:32Speaker 2: is likely that the President lawfully exercised his statutory authority
- 11:37Speaker 2: under ten USC Section twelve four oh six. That's the
- 11:40Speaker 2: statute we've been referring to as Title ten when we
- 11:43Speaker 2: have conversations about the National Guard deployments, which authorizes the
- 11:46Speaker 2: federalization of the National Guard when the president is unable
- 11:50Speaker 2: with the regular forces to execute the laws of the
- 11:53Speaker 2: United States. And this is the important part. The evidence
- 11:55Speaker 2: the president relied on reflects quote, a colorable assessment of
- 11:59Speaker 2: the facts in law within a range of honest judgment.
- 12:03Speaker 2: We thus conclude that defendants are likely to succeed on
- 12:07Speaker 2: the merits of their appeal, basically saying that when and
- 12:10Speaker 2: if a court considers all of the record in this
- 12:13Speaker 2: matter is tried and it gets back to an appellate
- 12:16Speaker 2: court through an ordinary process where they have full briefing
- 12:19Speaker 2: and full evidence, that they still think Donald Trump is
- 12:22Speaker 2: likely to prevail there because he has the discretion to
- 12:27Speaker 2: determine as the president, within a range of honest judgment.
- 12:30Speaker 2: So when it is reasonable, this is.
- 12:32Speaker 1: What you and I were talking about last week. It
- 12:34Speaker 1: is very clear the left realizes now they're running out
- 12:38Speaker 1: of ways to stop President Trump from doing his job,
- 12:41Speaker 1: a job that he was elected by the American people
- 12:44Speaker 1: to do, and they're going to do everything they can
- 12:46Speaker 1: to continue to try to stop him. But as we
- 12:49Speaker 1: witness what is happening now in Portland and the total
- 12:52Speaker 1: number of arrast nationwide in the last nine months, in
- 12:55Speaker 1: law and order that is also being restored to incredibly
- 13:00Speaker 1: violent cities like Portland, Washington, d C. Memphis, Tennessee, and
- 13:05Speaker 1: many more to come, including Chicago. What you're witnessing is
- 13:09Speaker 1: a president that is doing exactly what he promised he
- 13:12Speaker 1: was going to do, keep all Americans safe no matter
- 13:15Speaker 1: where you live.
