- 1:58Speaker 4: Come on, you think I sure will a good morning?
- 2:04Speaker 4: Everybody you're listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now.
- 2:09Speaker 6: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. I
- 2:13Speaker 6: was had my head down and it was thinking of
- 2:18Speaker 6: what I wanted to say this morning.
- 2:19Speaker 4: But it kind of.
- 2:23Speaker 6: It's kind of be something I've lived for a long time,
- 2:28Speaker 6: and you know, for a long time, you know, I
- 2:31Speaker 6: had a lot of faith in people. You know, it's
- 2:34Speaker 6: strange too because you know, you know, my mother was
- 2:38Speaker 6: a Sunday school teacher, so of course I grew up
- 2:41Speaker 6: around knowing, uh, scriptures and things like that. Not not
- 2:45Speaker 6: a lot of them, but you know, the ones I retained.
- 2:48Speaker 6: But having her as a mother was was a huge
- 2:52Speaker 6: help and understand about faith. But even with that, as
- 2:55Speaker 6: I grew up, I began to put a lot of
- 2:59Speaker 6: faith in people, and you know, I figured, uh, you know,
- 3:03Speaker 6: just like everybody else. You know, man if I could
- 3:05Speaker 6: just meet this person, or if I could just sit
- 3:08Speaker 6: down with that person, or man if I could just
- 3:11Speaker 6: get this person to hear my ideal, or man if
- 3:14Speaker 6: just if this person could hear my track, or man
- 3:18Speaker 6: if I could just get this in the hands of
- 3:20Speaker 6: somebody in the know. I was, like everybody else, I
- 3:24Speaker 6: thought that way. You know, I actually thought that if
- 3:27Speaker 6: I could get in a certain situation with a certain person,
- 3:30Speaker 6: that if a certain person were to meet me, that
- 3:34Speaker 6: you know, it could change everything for me. Oh man,
- 3:38Speaker 6: Oh how wrong I was? Oh how wrong I was?
- 3:42Speaker 6: How long did I spend feeling that way? And how
- 3:45Speaker 6: many of you out there possibly have felt that way before?
- 3:49Speaker 6: You know, like even in a relationship, this is the
- 3:52Speaker 6: person for me, and you know, you just lay claim
- 3:54Speaker 6: to that, you know, not necessarily being a fact, but
- 3:57Speaker 6: you just lay claim to it. This is the person
- 4:00Speaker 6: for me, This is the person that I want to
- 4:02Speaker 6: spend the rest of my life with.
- 4:04Speaker 5: You know.
- 4:04Speaker 6: Sometimes, you know, we just lay claim and stuff, and
- 4:06Speaker 6: it's not always what's in our best interest or it's
- 4:09Speaker 6: not always a fact. It's just what we decided we
- 4:12Speaker 6: want it. And I was guilty of that just like
- 4:15Speaker 6: anybody else. And I spent a lot of years in
- 4:18Speaker 6: my life putting faith in people. Man, if I could
- 4:22Speaker 6: tell you anything this morning, it's to stop putting your
- 4:25Speaker 6: faith in people and put your faith in God where
- 4:28Speaker 6: it counts the most. I mean, you can get something
- 4:31Speaker 6: out of this one. See, here's a deal about a
- 4:34Speaker 6: relationship with God. It's the same all the time. He
- 4:38Speaker 6: never changes. His word is one hundred percent absolute. His
- 4:42Speaker 6: word doesn't have loopholes in it, none of that. It's
- 4:45Speaker 6: this is what it is. He's very clear. Now, you
- 4:49Speaker 6: can deviate off your end at a bargain, but it
- 4:53Speaker 6: don't stop what he says from being true. But if
- 4:57Speaker 6: he asks you to do something, if God asks you
- 4:59Speaker 6: to to be a certain way, to do a little
- 5:01Speaker 6: something a certain way, and you don't do it that way,
- 5:04Speaker 6: then you know, you could still possibly get by for
- 5:08Speaker 6: a while. But don't you understand that his end of
- 5:12Speaker 6: the deal stays the same, and as long as you're
- 5:14Speaker 6: not doing it the way you're supposed to, the results
- 5:17Speaker 6: are not going to be what you wanted to be.
- 5:19Speaker 6: And I did this for years and years and years,
- 5:22Speaker 6: and I counted on people, and you know I got
- 5:25Speaker 6: myself in a lot of situations, and I got out
- 5:28Speaker 6: one a dire situation that I'd been in for a
- 5:31Speaker 6: number of years. But he had protected me from years
- 5:34Speaker 6: prior to that. I didn't even know what was going on,
- 5:36Speaker 6: and then he made it, made me aware of the problem.
- 5:40Speaker 6: And then, man, Lord have mercy, I was in a
- 5:43Speaker 6: dismal situation. And then at the end of the year,
- 5:46Speaker 6: I was free, free from it all. But it was
- 5:50Speaker 6: a decision that I had made that led up to that,
- 5:53Speaker 6: and in going through that process, I had to learn something.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Man.
- 5:58Speaker 6: I learned a lot about people. See, if you want
- 6:01Speaker 6: to learn about your friends, if you want to learn
- 6:03Speaker 6: about your people, people around you, Get yourself in some trouble,
- 6:08Speaker 6: get yourself in a situation, oh man, you start looking around,
- 6:13Speaker 6: man to feel get real clear when you're in trouble.
- 6:16Speaker 4: The feel clear is out.
- 6:18Speaker 6: When you're in doubt, when you don't know what to do,
- 6:21Speaker 6: when you need help it, get real clear on the
- 6:23Speaker 6: play and field.
- 6:24Speaker 4: Then don't it.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Ah.
- 6:25Speaker 6: But when things is going right, it's time for a party.
- 6:28Speaker 6: We throwing a celebration. We gonna We're gonna do one
- 6:32Speaker 6: down here.
- 6:33Speaker 4: Oh man.
- 6:33Speaker 6: There's plenty of people on the field. But but but
- 6:36Speaker 6: get yourself in a situation. You find out rather quickly
- 6:40Speaker 6: that oh no, oh no, everybody ain't here. And that's
- 6:44Speaker 6: when I started learning. And I'm telling you, I had
- 6:47Speaker 6: to start learning this for real until I finally got
- 6:50Speaker 6: it to stop putting my faith in people and put
- 6:53Speaker 6: all the mind in God where it counts the most.
- 6:56Speaker 6: Now is that to say that there are people that
- 6:58Speaker 6: you can't trust. No, that's not what I'm saying. I
- 7:01Speaker 6: ain't say you can't trust him, but you can't dump
- 7:03Speaker 6: your faith in them. I got it all riding on
- 7:06Speaker 6: what he say. I got it all riding on what
- 7:10Speaker 6: she say. No, no, uh uh no, I hear you
- 7:16Speaker 6: saying it. But I'm gonna keep my own this situation
- 7:20Speaker 6: because I hear you saying it. But I'm gonna take
- 7:23Speaker 6: this faith of mine and instead of putting it in people,
- 7:26Speaker 6: I'm gonna put it in God where it counts the most.
- 7:29Speaker 6: Because his word is absolute. What he says he's gonna do,
- 7:32Speaker 6: he gonna do what he says. He's not gonna tolerate.
- 7:34Speaker 6: He's not gonna tolerate. Now, you can make it, you
- 7:37Speaker 6: can make it tolerable for yourself. But he's not gonna
- 7:39Speaker 6: tolerate it. And that's just the end of the line.
- 7:42Speaker 6: And so you know, I'm wondering how many people out
- 7:45Speaker 6: there find themselves in a situation like me. Or maybe
- 7:48Speaker 6: you've gotten yourself in a situation because you put your
- 7:51Speaker 6: faith in some people and now you wound up in
- 7:53Speaker 6: a different type of situation. Now, let me ask you
- 7:55Speaker 6: where the people at. The only one that I found
- 8:02Speaker 6: when I was in my deepest trouble, when me and
- 8:05Speaker 6: my wife were in our darkest situation, was God. It
- 8:08Speaker 6: was the only one, was the only one who was
- 8:12Speaker 6: just right there, right there, all the way through. Now,
- 8:18Speaker 6: let me explain something to you. Because you have this
- 8:22Speaker 6: relationship with God, it does not mean, it does not
- 8:25Speaker 6: mean now that it won't get it won't still be
- 8:28Speaker 6: a situation, you understand. But what He will do is
- 8:33Speaker 6: protect you during that period. He'll cover you during that
- 8:38Speaker 6: period that it is a situation. He will give you
- 8:41Speaker 6: the strength to overcome the situation when it turns into
- 8:45Speaker 6: a situation. Then when he cracks it open for you
- 8:49Speaker 6: and the sun is bright and shining, what he don't
- 8:51Speaker 6: want you to do is when it gets sunny again,
- 8:54Speaker 6: to forget about him. Who was there when it was
- 8:57Speaker 6: dark for you. See, I used to do that too,
- 9:00Speaker 6: you know I was Oh, man, I did it. I'm
- 9:02Speaker 6: telling you right now, I did it. But I'm telling
- 9:05Speaker 6: you man, when I learned a very serious lesson and
- 9:09Speaker 6: I watched some people I thought were friends of mine
- 9:13Speaker 6: just sort of casually remove themselves from the situation, then
- 9:19Speaker 6: I said, okay. Me and Marjorie looked around. We said, okay,
- 9:23Speaker 6: it's just me, you and God. And when we started
- 9:25Speaker 6: conducting ourselves accordingly. So when it's sunny for us, we
- 9:30Speaker 6: remember God. We stay prayerful, we keep talking to him.
- 9:34Speaker 6: We thank him for the sunshine, we thank him for
- 9:37Speaker 6: the dark days that he allowed us to do, who
- 9:40Speaker 6: allowed us to survive it and turn it into sunny days.
- 9:43Speaker 6: And we talked to him constantly to protect us of
- 9:45Speaker 6: our future enemies. And that's what the deal is. So
- 9:48Speaker 6: if I was everybody, I would stop putting your faith
- 9:51Speaker 6: in people and put your trust in God where it
- 9:54Speaker 6: really does count the most, it really really does.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening Morning Show.
- 10:02Speaker 7: Wake Up, Wake up, Wake up. It's Thursday, baby, It's Thursday.

- 10:24Speaker 7: all of the people that work at the drive through
- 10:27Speaker 7: that's tripping on the napkins and the ketchup. The people
- 10:30Speaker 7: right there that's tripping on the napkins and the ketchup
- 10:33Speaker 7: that don't want to give us no extra napkins or ketchup.
- 10:36Speaker 4: But it's up with show. What is the deal?
- 10:39Speaker 7: You don't own the ketchup, nor do you own the napkins.
- 10:42Speaker 7: I'm just saying you do not own all that. So
- 10:44Speaker 7: when we ask for some extra ketchup, quit giving us two. Okay,
- 10:48Speaker 7: it's eighty surprising there. We need more than two packages
- 10:52Speaker 7: a ketchup right there.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Is not a ketchup on napkins shortages.
- 10:56Speaker 7: You know, it's not ripping trip wipe our hands we
- 10:59Speaker 7: want then I get a couple of more napkins and
- 11:02Speaker 7: then gonna hand out too. Come on, man, a couple
- 11:04Speaker 7: of being a handful. That's what that means. You know
- 11:06Speaker 7: what that means? Past the napkins, that's all.
- 11:09Speaker 1: A couple is too, A few that's too as well.
- 11:12Speaker 4: Right, okay, what is some more? Give me some more nappis?
- 11:16Speaker 4: What is that?
- 11:18Speaker 1: You just sit there until you get your desired amount?
- 11:21Speaker 7: You got the line you got, especially if you're fin
- 11:24Speaker 7: to be on the road for a couple of hours, Like, hey,
- 11:26Speaker 7: I need some more napkins, and yeah, I'm eating and
- 11:28Speaker 7: driving at the same time.
- 11:29Speaker 4: Come on, now you're like.
- 11:31Speaker 8: You both because that is an issue we have to address.
- 11:34Speaker 8: We do because I'm trying to ask him for more ketchup.
- 11:38Speaker 8: But how come, y'all can't never hear any drive through?
- 11:40Speaker 8: As soon as I asked for more, you say, hold
- 11:42Speaker 8: on and you get back on your speaker and talk
- 11:45Speaker 8: to the car behind me.
- 11:46Speaker 4: I'm here now, you're right, deal with them when they
- 11:50Speaker 4: get up here, right now, right now.
- 11:53Speaker 9: I need some more napkins and some more ketchup. That's
- 11:56Speaker 9: what I need, yep.
- 11:59Speaker 7: Matter of fact, y'all need let's start being specific. Listen,
- 12:01Speaker 7: I need ten napkins and seven catch ups. That's what
- 12:05Speaker 7: I need. You're gonna have to start being specific about
- 12:07Speaker 7: what you want. Give me ten napkins.
- 12:12Speaker 1: The employee, So I say seven.
- 12:14Speaker 7: Yeah, Sven, you think they have attitudes? Now count out

- 13:57Speaker 4: how much we got in the bank. Let's go. Hello, Hello,
- 14:01Speaker 4: I'm trying to reach Pastor Hayes. Pastor Hayes, how you doing?
- 14:06Speaker 2: This is?
- 14:06Speaker 4: This is brother line of LINEA. Thompson. How you doing?
- 14:09Speaker 2: I'm good brother, and how can I help you today?
- 14:12Speaker 4: Past I'm actually one of your members at the church,
- 14:16Speaker 4: and I want to just command you that you're doing
- 14:18Speaker 4: a good job the way you are displaying safety. Let
- 14:22Speaker 4: me say that first and foremost.
- 14:24Speaker 2: Okay, cool, thank you. You know, we just want everybody
- 14:26Speaker 2: to be safe and healthy.
- 14:28Speaker 1: And your name again, the brother line of Thompson.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Okay, and and and other times I'm tying about to
- 14:34Speaker 2: be in the middle of dinner. How can they help you? Brother?
- 14:36Speaker 4: Well, here here's what I wanted to ask you, man,
- 14:39Speaker 4: uh pass, I want to ask you this.
- 14:41Speaker 7: I know you know a lot of people are going
- 14:43Speaker 7: through different things and and and uh, people are you know,
- 14:47Speaker 7: trying to make sure they keep food and stuff in
- 14:48Speaker 7: the house because it's you know, time like this. You
- 14:50Speaker 7: know you kind of want to stay put, and but
- 14:53Speaker 7: you want to make sure you got enough food and
- 14:55Speaker 7: water and things like that. So but but but what
- 14:57Speaker 7: I wanted my reason for calling you is I want
- 15:00Speaker 7: to ask you how how much money do we have
- 15:04Speaker 7: in the account?
- 15:05Speaker 4: Come again, the church account? How much money do we
- 15:08Speaker 4: have in there?
- 15:10Speaker 2: Brother? Brother? What what do you say?
- 15:12Speaker 5: Your name was? Again? Brother?
- 15:13Speaker 4: My name is Brotherlanel Thompson.
- 15:15Speaker 5: Okay, Brother Thompson. How did you get my personal cell
- 15:18Speaker 5: phone number to be calling me at home the time
- 15:20Speaker 5: of day?
- 15:21Speaker 4: Well? I got this number from one of the brothers
- 15:22Speaker 4: at the church. What what?
- 15:24Speaker 2: Brother?
- 15:24Speaker 5: The church? But they know not to give my personal
- 15:26Speaker 5: number off to people I don't know.
- 15:29Speaker 4: Are you? Well, I'm a I'm a but I'm a
- 15:31Speaker 4: but I'm a member though I'm a member.
- 15:34Speaker 5: Well, how how long you've been a member? Because I've
- 15:35Speaker 5: been pasting this church for ten years and your name
- 15:38Speaker 5: ain't familiar to me.
- 15:39Speaker 2: How long? How long you been a member of my church?
- 15:41Speaker 4: I've been a member of probably going on going on
- 15:45Speaker 4: three years now, but I ain't.
- 15:47Speaker 7: I ain't been since, you know, since that day I joined.
- 15:50Speaker 7: You know, you know, I kind of got caught out there,
- 15:53Speaker 7: you know how I go.
- 15:54Speaker 2: But uh yeah, wait wait wait wait wait wait.
- 15:56Speaker 5: So you you've been a member of my church two
- 15:58Speaker 5: or three years. You ain't been to the church in
- 16:00Speaker 5: two to three years? Are you calling me to ask
- 16:02Speaker 5: me about finances of my church? Well, I'm gonna say
- 16:06Speaker 5: what you're looking for?
- 16:07Speaker 7: Well, I am a member, So I mean I do
- 16:09Speaker 7: have to don't I have the right to know what
- 16:11Speaker 7: we got in there, what we got in the account?
- 16:13Speaker 5: Actually, you don't. You don't have to write to that question.
- 16:16Speaker 5: If you don't actively.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Come to the church.
- 16:18Speaker 5: You can't come to the church, sign up the church,
- 16:20Speaker 5: and then call me three years later asking me what
- 16:23Speaker 5: we got going on at church. So I need to
- 16:25Speaker 5: understand what is your purpose?
- 16:27Speaker 7: What do you Well, like I say, everybody going through
- 16:30Speaker 7: hard times, I'm trying to see what we got in there,
- 16:34Speaker 7: because you know, I need to pick up a few
- 16:36Speaker 7: things from the stove.
- 16:36Speaker 4: I don't have the money right now, But shouldn't I
- 16:40Speaker 4: be able to lean on my church?
- 16:41Speaker 5: Though you can lean on it We've done a lot
- 16:44Speaker 5: of stuff in the community. We've been seeing the elderly.
- 16:46Speaker 5: We got a full bank. We've been cash acting people
- 16:49Speaker 5: some money that when we can. But you ain't been
- 16:52Speaker 5: at this church in three years. You can't call me
- 16:54Speaker 5: after three years and think I'm about to give you
- 16:56Speaker 5: some money for someone I don't even know if you're
- 16:58Speaker 5: a Remember.
- 16:59Speaker 4: I am, I'm a real member.
- 17:01Speaker 7: So hold on, hold hold on, hold on, pastor, hold on, No, no,
- 17:05Speaker 7: hold on, no, no, no, you hold on?
- 17:07Speaker 2: What boy?
- 17:08Speaker 5: Look here, I'm trying to sit down have dinner with
- 17:10Speaker 5: my family. You sitting here on my last night. Look here,
- 17:13Speaker 5: brother Thompson, I don't know you. I ain't never heard
- 17:16Speaker 5: of you. You am not about to call here and
- 17:19Speaker 5: try to get some money out of me. You ain't
- 17:21Speaker 5: even a member of the church. I am a member
- 17:24Speaker 5: of the church because you come to the church one time.
- 17:27Speaker 5: You ain't been back in three years, and you come
- 17:29Speaker 5: to me for some money.
- 17:31Speaker 4: I am a member.
- 17:32Speaker 5: Dave your mama, you are not a member of this church, sir.
- 17:35Speaker 4: I am a member of the church. Look. Look, look,

- 29:32Speaker 10: this time to minimize external disruptions. That's why they did that.
- 29:36Speaker 10: The rule changes were proposed as a way to prevent
- 29:39Speaker 10: a repeat of last of the first debate of the
- 29:43Speaker 10: twenty twenty presidential cycle. Remember that, during which the candidates
- 29:46Speaker 10: regularly attacked each other's character. Trump repeatedly interrupted and heckled Biden,
- 29:52Speaker 10: prompting Biden's Remember when Biden said, well you shut up man, Yeah.
- 29:58Speaker 9: He had had it.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Trump was all over him, though, you'd added.
- 30:03Speaker 10: According to the Detroit Press, Trump could try to pin

- 30:09Speaker 10: years old now, and also press him on issues related
- 30:12Speaker 10: to inflation and immigration. Biden could also pull the age
- 30:16Speaker 10: card on Trump, who is seventy eight years old. Plus
- 30:20Speaker 10: Biden is likely to press Trump on criminal on his
- 30:23Speaker 10: criminal conviction he's a convicted felon now, and his stance
- 30:27Speaker 10: on abortion.
- 30:28Speaker 1: So we'll see how it is.
- 30:30Speaker 7: And I'm calling this damn and damn, that's what I'm

- 31:14Speaker 3: this great divide that he's trying to do in the country.
- 31:19Speaker 3: So we have to really yeah, yeah, that he has
- 31:21Speaker 3: done and he wants to continue that if he's elected,
- 31:25Speaker 3: re elected again or elected with the president, and we
- 31:29Speaker 3: have to really really stay focused. We can't blow it off.
- 31:32Speaker 3: We got to register to vote. Oh, we got to
- 31:35Speaker 3: really listen to the issues. President Biden has the job.
- 31:39Speaker 3: He is the president. So Trump did not get re
- 31:42Speaker 3: elected four years ago, you know what I'm saying. So
- 31:44Speaker 3: we know we still have work to do, y'all. We
- 31:47Speaker 3: can't just slack off.
- 31:50Speaker 10: Absolutely not, you know, absolutely not, even if you're not

- 45:15Speaker 2: an alarm that we've got an alarm that's gone off
- 45:18Speaker 2: on you guys property. Are you guys? We're just checking
- 45:21Speaker 2: before we send authorities out. Is everything okay? Then maybe
- 45:24Speaker 2: someone tripped the alarm.
- 45:26Speaker 11: Oh my gosh, No, I'm at work. I'm at work
- 45:30Speaker 11: right now. I'm not home.
- 45:32Speaker 2: Okay. Do you have a tet or dog or anything
- 45:34Speaker 2: that could actually trip the alarm?
- 45:36Speaker 11: No, No, it's that's strange. That never goes off like that.
- 45:40Speaker 11: I'm nervous.
- 45:41Speaker 2: Okay, give me a second. We've got a call into
- 45:44Speaker 2: the neighborhood security that actually are en route to the property,
- 45:48Speaker 2: and they were going to give us some information before
- 45:52Speaker 2: we actually sent the sent the police officers out, unless
- 45:55Speaker 2: you would like for me to send them out now.
- 45:57Speaker 2: But I feel like you should send the police.
- 45:59Speaker 11: I mean, if so, I'm not home and nobody's home,
- 46:02Speaker 11: and my alarm's going off and it never goes off that,
- 46:05Speaker 11: I'm worried.
- 46:07Speaker 2: Okay, hang on one second. This is neighborhood security calling that.
- 46:10Speaker 2: Hang on one second. I'll be right back to you.
- 46:12Speaker 11: Okay, niece, are you there, Yes, yes, yes, I'm here.
- 46:16Speaker 2: They have they're out there at the property. The neighborhood
- 46:20Speaker 2: security there is a black guy there is on your premise.
- 46:26Speaker 2: Are you familiar with who that might be?
- 46:29Speaker 11: Well, I mean, my husband's black, but he should be
- 46:31Speaker 11: at work right now.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Okay, definitely, okay, and he probably.
- 46:36Speaker 11: Would have texted me if you know the alarm was
- 46:39Speaker 11: going off.
- 46:40Speaker 2: Okay, Well, I mean, do you have any other black
- 46:42Speaker 2: male friends? Excuse me? Do you have any other Do
- 46:48Speaker 2: you have any other black male friends that might be
- 46:50Speaker 2: at the house.
- 46:51Speaker 11: I mean, yeah, it's a very weird question. I mean
- 46:55Speaker 11: I have black friends, yes, but I don't think they
- 46:58Speaker 11: would be in my house.
- 47:00Speaker 2: Okay, Well, I mean should we just assume that this
- 47:03Speaker 2: is your husband? What do you think? I I mean,
- 47:05Speaker 2: what would you like to make that work?
- 47:08Speaker 11: I mean, how tall is this person?
- 47:11Speaker 2: My husband's sixty three? Hold on one guy, Hold on
- 47:15Speaker 2: one second. Let me go back to the scorey from
- 47:17Speaker 2: the Neghbood hanging on one second.
- 47:18Speaker 11: Yeah, no, somebody's in my LUN's going off. I don't know.
- 47:22Speaker 2: I mean, okay, Denise, Yes, Okay, they have a The
- 47:27Speaker 2: black guy that they're looking at is about five foot ten,
- 47:31Speaker 2: maybe late twenties. How old is your husband?
- 47:34Speaker 11: No, my husband is I just told you that my
- 47:39Speaker 11: husband's not there, he would have texted me or called
- 47:42Speaker 11: me and told me that he accidentally set the alarm off.
- 47:46Speaker 11: And I'm actually going to text them. I mean, this
- 47:48Speaker 11: is crazy. I should probably call him.
- 47:50Speaker 2: Okay, you did not realize. If you do realize, if
- 47:53Speaker 2: we send the authorities out and this is a false call,
- 47:55Speaker 2: that you're going to get charged for that. You do
- 47:57Speaker 2: know that, right, a false call?
- 47:59Speaker 11: You just somebody's in my house and it's not me
- 48:03Speaker 11: or my husband, so you should You're saying.
- 48:07Speaker 2: Your husband's black and then there's a black guy there.
- 48:10Speaker 2: I mean, they probably know each other, right? Are you
- 48:13Speaker 2: kidding me?
- 48:14Speaker 11: What kind of question is that?
- 48:16Speaker 2: The why?
- 48:17Speaker 4: Because they're both black?
- 48:19Speaker 2: I'm just trying to save you some money, ma'am. I
- 48:21Speaker 2: don't want to send out police officers when they get
- 48:23Speaker 2: there and then all of a sudden, your husband knows
- 48:25Speaker 2: the black guy or he's a relative or something. I mean,
- 48:28Speaker 2: do they I mean, you know, do you want to
- 48:30Speaker 2: call your done?
- 48:32Speaker 4: Do you think like this.
- 48:35Speaker 11: Is really offensive? And I don't understand if I'm telling
- 48:40Speaker 11: you that I don't know who the person is in
- 48:41Speaker 11: my house, that means sends the police. I mean, this
- 48:45Speaker 11: is ridiculous, he said, what my black back.
- 48:49Speaker 2: They're calling back neighborhoods. Just hold on one second, and
- 48:52Speaker 2: he's neighborhood security is calling back here.
- 48:56Speaker 11: Oh my god, this is ridiculous.
- 49:01Speaker 2: Okay, Denise, now the security in the neighborhood. They're telling
- 49:05Speaker 2: me that this guy just drove out of the garage
- 49:09Speaker 2: and a white pickup. Do you do you guys have
- 49:11Speaker 2: a white pickup?
- 49:12Speaker 5: Yes, we do.
- 49:14Speaker 2: So this guy just pulled out of your your your
- 49:17Speaker 2: garage and a white pickup.
- 49:19Speaker 11: Well, I have my car at work and my husband
- 49:21Speaker 11: has his car that's like the truck that he uses
- 49:25Speaker 11: on the weekends for like construction and stuff. So that
- 49:28Speaker 11: means somebody just stole our car. I can't believe this
- 49:31Speaker 11: is happening. You are watching somebody in my house and
- 49:34Speaker 11: you you basically watch them steal my truck.
- 49:38Speaker 2: Well, well, I'm going to go ahead and now and
- 49:40Speaker 2: get the police to go over. Okay, why are you
- 49:43Speaker 2: going to send them?
- 49:44Speaker 4: Now?
- 49:44Speaker 11: He probably took all my in my house. I mean,
- 49:48Speaker 11: the police get there, there's not gonna be anything left
- 49:50Speaker 11: in my house, probably in the back of the truck.
- 49:53Speaker 2: I mean, I'm doing the best I can. I'm trying
- 49:55Speaker 2: to help him out. With you.
- 49:56Speaker 11: That is going to do me now. I mean the
- 49:58Speaker 11: whole time you've been talking to me, he's been cleaning
- 50:01Speaker 11: out my house out and stealing.
- 50:04Speaker 2: Well, how did you get in your house? I don't know.
- 50:08Speaker 2: I don't know this guy. I was asking you, how
- 50:14Speaker 2: could somebody get in your house? Did you leave something open?
- 50:17Speaker 2: What did you go?
- 50:19Speaker 11: Okay, listen, you would know because I wouldn't have been
- 50:22Speaker 11: able to set my alarm this morning. If something was opened,
- 50:26Speaker 11: it would beef and it wouldn't let me set the alarm.
- 50:28Speaker 11: And the fact that you're interrogating me when somebody's robbing
- 50:31Speaker 11: my house.
- 50:33Speaker 2: You need to do your job.

- 54:09Speaker 1: see could belong to him. Wow.
- 54:14Speaker 10: Dear Stephen Shirley, my boyfriend and I have been together
- 54:17Speaker 10: four years. I was hanging out where he works last
- 54:20Speaker 10: Friday night and he got served with child support papers.
- 54:24Speaker 10: He tried to play it off, but I'm familiar with
- 54:26Speaker 10: the paperwork, he said. He messed around when we broke
- 54:29Speaker 10: up a while ago. I asked who the child's mom is,
- 54:32Speaker 10: and he kept avoiding the question. I left, and I
- 54:35Speaker 10: was so mad that I went to stay at my
- 54:37Speaker 10: mama's house instead of going home. Without thinking, I told
- 54:41Speaker 10: my mama everything By the time I woke up from
- 54:44Speaker 10: a nap, she got on the phone with her old
- 54:46Speaker 10: lady gossiping gang and they found out who the baby's
- 54:49Speaker 10: mama is. It's the girl that does my braids. He
- 54:54Speaker 10: has been sleeping with her for over a year, and
- 54:56Speaker 10: he was just in Mexico with her. I thought back
- 54:59Speaker 10: to when he was in Mexico and I talked to
- 55:01Speaker 10: him every day and every night while he was gone.
- 55:05Speaker 10: So that tells me that the girl knows he's my
- 55:07Speaker 10: man and allowed him to talk to me. So if
- 55:11Speaker 10: they're cool, why is she putting him on child support.
- 55:14Speaker 10: She has three children and I had no idea one
- 55:17Speaker 10: of them was by my man. I finally talked to
- 55:20Speaker 10: him and he swore it was not the girl that
- 55:23Speaker 10: did my braids. He told me that she had a
- 55:26Speaker 10: miscarriage and it probably would have been his child, but
- 55:29Speaker 10: they weren't sure, so he confessed to being with her
- 55:32Speaker 10: and possibly getting her pregnant. I did not have time
- 55:35Speaker 10: to process that because he still won't tell me who
- 55:38Speaker 10: has a child by him. What if I see the
- 55:40Speaker 10: child all the time and don't realize it's his baby?
- 55:43Speaker 10: Should I keep pushing for answers or walk away? With
- 55:47Speaker 10: my dignity.
- 55:48Speaker 2: Now.
- 55:50Speaker 10: Should I keep pushing for answers or walk away with
- 55:54Speaker 10: my dignity now? She asked, And I say, no, don't
- 55:59Speaker 10: walk away. Do not walk away from this situation.
- 56:02Speaker 1: Don't do that.
- 56:03Speaker 10: Run okay, Run as fast as you can. Run away
- 56:08Speaker 10: from this situation with your dignity, as fast as you can,
- 56:12Speaker 10: and as far away as you can from this guy.
- 56:15Speaker 10: He's sleeping around, he's all around town, no protection, bringing
- 56:18Speaker 10: that back to you. He doesn't care about you. If
- 56:21Speaker 10: he did, there's no way he would be so reckless
- 56:24Speaker 10: and be telling you all these lies. This is what
- 56:28Speaker 10: you get after four years of being together with this guy.
- 56:31Speaker 10: Believe what your mom says. Do not be mad at
- 56:34Speaker 10: her and her gossip and gang. Don't do any of
- 56:36Speaker 10: that because they got the truth. He's lying. Your man
- 56:41Speaker 10: can no longer be trusted. And if you don't have trust,
- 56:44Speaker 10: you don't have anything in this relationship. You've been with
- 56:47Speaker 10: him for four years. He's not the one, and you
- 56:50Speaker 10: definitely don't want to waste another four years with him.
- 56:53Speaker 10: I say, get out now. He's a liar, he's having
- 56:56Speaker 10: kids all over the place.
- 56:58Speaker 2: And all this.
- 56:58Speaker 1: No, no, no, get out now and run don't walk Tommy,
- 57:03Speaker 1: the hell with.
- 57:05Speaker 7: Him and them kids. You need to find somebody to
- 57:09Speaker 7: do your hair. That's what you got to do. That's
- 57:11Speaker 7: what's more important to you. You need a new hairstyle.
- 57:14Speaker 4: As girl. You're about to be walking around here.
- 57:15Speaker 7: Look at a hot mess because you can't go back
- 57:17Speaker 7: to this woman that's doing your braids. You can't go
- 57:20Speaker 7: back to hunt to hunt no more if she'd want
- 57:22Speaker 7: he done read off the Mexico.
- 57:24Speaker 4: What did you tell you got to get? We gotta
- 57:26Speaker 4: get your hair together. Yo, Yo, you're.

- 57:48Speaker 4: stretched hair? Yes, look at stretched hair.
- 57:55Speaker 7: She finna be a hot mess. Okay, let me tell
- 57:58Speaker 7: you what you need to be doing. You don't need
- 57:59Speaker 7: need worry about these kids. You need to be standing
- 58:01Speaker 7: outside the beauty supply trying to find you a new stylist.
- 58:04Speaker 7: That's what you got to find you. You got to
- 58:07Speaker 7: find somebody that do your hair. You're talking about should
- 58:09Speaker 7: I walk away with? You need to walk away with
- 58:12Speaker 7: a halfstyle, and that's what you need to get out
- 58:14Speaker 7: of here. Find you somebody to do your half because
- 58:19Speaker 7: you're gonna be looking at hot man. I love your mama.
- 58:21Speaker 7: I love the fact that your mama gossiping crew. You
- 58:23Speaker 7: need people like that. Matter of fact, you tell your mama,
- 58:26Speaker 7: I need her number so I can she can find
- 58:28Speaker 7: out some information that that's the best research.
- 58:30Speaker 4: Team in the world right there.
- 58:31Speaker 7: You need your mama and then gossiping ladies because they
- 58:34Speaker 7: get on the line and find out exactly what's going
- 58:36Speaker 7: to look at it, so by the time you woke
- 58:38Speaker 7: up from a nap, they knew everything everything. We all
- 58:42Speaker 7: need the gossiping group right there to make sure I
- 58:45Speaker 7: wouldn't finish say it anyway, you.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Got your know about pre stress air though I know
- 58:51Speaker 1: little something.
- 58:52Speaker 7: You know my wife and my daughter they be getting
- 58:54Speaker 7: them braid sometimes I know what's going on. I have
- 58:55Speaker 7: been sent to the store to pick up some half
- 58:57Speaker 7: okay and out and had a whole bunch of it
- 59:01Speaker 7: on the Hundrey do list. All I'm telling you is
- 59:03Speaker 7: quit running around looking at different kids trying to see
- 59:06Speaker 7: if they look like Davontae.
- 59:08Speaker 4: Stop that.
- 59:08Speaker 7: You need to quit doing that. Start finding you somebody
- 59:11Speaker 7: to do your have. The most the most crucial thing
- 59:15Speaker 7: right now is you need a stylist. That's the most
- 59:17Speaker 7: important thing. And y'all already know how hard it is
- 59:19Speaker 7: to find somebody to do your hair.
- 59:21Speaker 2: You need.
- 59:22Speaker 7: It's hard to find somebody that you really really like. Okay,
- 59:25Speaker 7: now you don't find somebody the.
- 59:26Speaker 4: One you like is it also likes your husband, So
- 59:29Speaker 4: that's not like your man, So that's not working out right.
- 59:31Speaker 1: But Tommy Davante said it wasn't the girl that did
- 59:35Speaker 1: her hair.
- 59:35Speaker 7: Davonte been lying, if I think got kids all over
- 59:37Speaker 7: the place, everybody walking around looking at kids real hard,
- 59:41Speaker 7: trying to see if they see Davontae inting them kids
- 59:43Speaker 7: that if I think got kids all over the place,
- 59:45Speaker 7: well we don't need to be worried about.
- 59:47Speaker 4: First and foremost, we threw with Davante.
- 59:50Speaker 1: Okay, we threw with him.
- 59:52Speaker 4: Let's move on past that him. What you gotta walk
- 59:55Speaker 4: away with it is a half stylist. What's up? Called?
- 59:59Speaker 3: Why was just gonna ask throw quickly since her and
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: Davante air quotes are done.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: Uh huh, why can't she keep the braid? Hairstylists? I mean,
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: if you can, if you're a good braiker, I mean,
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: walk in, look at her.
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: What happens.
- 1:00:17Speaker 10: We'll have heard too of our responses to the Strawberry
- 1:00:21Speaker 10: Letter for today at twenty three minutes after today's subject
- 1:00:25Speaker 10: any child that I see could belong to him, we'll
- 1:00:27Speaker 10: get back into it and hear from Junior right after this.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: You're listening Morning Show.
- 1:00:33Speaker 10: All right, guys, we're back with today's Strawberry Letter. The
- 1:00:36Speaker 10: subject is any child that I see could belong to him.
- 1:00:39Speaker 10: We're going to recap now. It was written by a
- 1:00:41Speaker 10: woman who has been with her boyfriend for four years now,
- 1:00:46Speaker 10: four years. She she was hanging out where he worked
- 1:00:51Speaker 10: last week and he got served with child support papers
- 1:00:54Speaker 10: and he tried to lie and play it off, but
- 1:00:58Speaker 10: she says.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: She's very familiar with the paperwork.
- 1:01:01Speaker 10: He said, that's around when they broke up a while ago,
- 1:01:06Speaker 10: and so I guess that's where this baby came from.
- 1:01:10Speaker 10: But he lied about it when she asked him, and
- 1:01:13Speaker 10: she got mad and she went to stay at her
- 1:01:15Speaker 10: mom's house. And she was there, so she told her
- 1:01:17Speaker 10: mom everything. Her mom immediately got on the phone with
- 1:01:20Speaker 10: her girlfriends. She called them the old lady gossiping gang. Anyway,
- 1:01:24Speaker 10: they got the deats. Come to find out he had
- 1:01:27Speaker 10: the baby with the girl who braids her hair, and
- 1:01:31Speaker 10: that's who is the baby's mama. But the boyfriend denied it,
- 1:01:35Speaker 10: lied about it, said it wasn't her. And this is
- 1:01:38Speaker 10: a girl that he took to Mexico. The girlfriend said
- 1:01:41Speaker 10: she called him in Mexico every day and night.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: He could talk.
- 1:01:44Speaker 10: If they're so cool, he and this baby mama braider,
- 1:01:48Speaker 10: why is she serving him with child support papers? He
- 1:01:53Speaker 10: told his girlfriend that this lady the Braider had a
- 1:01:56Speaker 10: miscarriage and it's not her. She is not the baby mama.
- 1:02:00Speaker 10: So he's just lying on top of lying on top
- 1:02:03Speaker 10: of lying to this girl. And she wants to know
- 1:02:05Speaker 10: should she keep pushing for answers or should she walk
- 1:02:09Speaker 10: away with her dignity?
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: Now, Junior, the answers is there.
- 1:02:13Speaker 9: First of all, I have a lot of experience in
- 1:02:16Speaker 9: this area.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: I really am.
- 1:02:17Speaker 8: I'm good at this part because my grandmother is living
- 1:02:21Speaker 8: today and they have an old lady gossip and gang.
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: I know anytime old people come to you and.
- 1:02:26Speaker 9: They start doing this, they know something.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: They know something.
- 1:02:34Speaker 8: My grandmother when she wants to know when she want
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: to tell me family business, I said, hey, granted.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: She said.
- 1:02:43Speaker 8: That means I'm about to tell you something. We about
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: to gossip. I know that that's what they told this
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: young lady. The whole they got on the phone, it's
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: probably four of them. They normally you can't have a
- 1:02:53Speaker 8: gossip and gang without a minimum of four old women.
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: They got to be four of her. I know that
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: for a fact.
- 1:03:00Speaker 8: I know it's my grandmother's, my aunt Rachel is my
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: ain't my my aint Georgia and my ain't Melbourne. They
- 1:03:07Speaker 8: all on the phone together every time they call me.
- 1:03:10Speaker 8: It's four of them. That's important. Don't overlook that when
- 1:03:15Speaker 8: the old they don't just gossip. They come back with facts.
- 1:03:18Speaker 9: They know who that babe belonged to.
- 1:03:20Speaker 8: They been knowing you the only one. But here's my problem.
- 1:03:24Speaker 8: When they was in Mexico, you can't get you can't
- 1:03:27Speaker 8: find your boyfriend. But you also didn't have a break
- 1:03:30Speaker 8: appointment that week either.
- 1:03:31Speaker 9: You can put that two together.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: That's in Mexico.
- 1:03:38Speaker 9: You can't you can't get your hair done and you
- 1:03:40Speaker 9: can't find your man.
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: You can't.
- 1:03:46Speaker 8: They miss it on the same week, on the same day,
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: and you talking to them in Mexico every day.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: I like it every day.
- 1:03:54Speaker 8: He could You know why he could talk to you
- 1:03:56Speaker 8: because she has no responsibility. So yo yo, your roots
- 1:04:00Speaker 8: are showing and they over there having teqi talk.
- 1:04:03Speaker 4: What you're telling me?
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: The new growth, the new gro like you called.
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: I didn't know what to call the new grou the
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: new broth, and they have it Tequenland and you can't
- 1:04:14Speaker 8: find neither one.
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: Yeah, where did you think they got pregnant at? Clearly
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: was It wasn't Cleveland, it wasn't in DC.
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: It was a lot of things that made in Mexico.
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: They just bring the baby back to the United States.
- 1:04:33Speaker 8: That's what happened.
- 1:04:35Speaker 9: But you can't figure this out.
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: So he told you, I'm so glad Tom and said
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: that Davonte been lying. Man, Yes, Davonte don't know how
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: to do nothing else but lived. But now you every
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: time you were in the grocery store and.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: You see a fire yoh your ass just looking uh huh?
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: Is that he is too? Every baby?
- 1:04:57Speaker 9: Matter of fact, hen that next bread of point what
- 1:05:00Speaker 9: was that conversation?
- 1:05:01Speaker 7: Like, how did.
- 1:05:04Speaker 8: I just got back from Mexico? Because she told you?
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: You know, Divante just came back from Mexico too, I
- 1:05:10Speaker 8: bet he did.
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: I know.
- 1:05:13Speaker 9: We all stayed at the hard Rock.
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: What what.
- 1:05:18Speaker 9: How we feeling about this? This has got to be
- 1:05:21Speaker 9: the craziest thing.
- 1:05:23Speaker 8: Your grandmama and everybody your mama and then told you
- 1:05:26Speaker 8: the gossip and gained and told you.
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: But she got mad at them, Junior, She got mad
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: at them for the truth. I get mad at my
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: grandmother all the time because they're right. Yeah, and you
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: don't want to believe it.
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: You don't want to believe it. Uh, they stayed at
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: the one and only. That's where they stayed at.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: It on he got money like that, Carl brad Page.
- 1:05:52Speaker 9: How much is braid y'all?
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: How much is it about? It depends on what you get,
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: but around about to three.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: Yeah, three hundred.
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: Well just imagine if you do one one appointment a day,
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: so you're doing the math now, it's all right because
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: it's eight in the workday. Well yeah, and you can't
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: find Davante no way. But but your new growth showing though, Okay.

- 1:08:11Speaker 9: That's fair assessment. No, I don't know who reads.
- 1:08:14Speaker 7: You got to go go get your little statistic book
- 1:08:17Speaker 7: and find out the boy can shoot, the boy can hoop.
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: What did you talking about? Okay? Third big? Yes, what
- 1:08:22Speaker 4: you want? Wait?
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: Wait?
- 1:08:24Speaker 4: Did you want who you wanted? Brinnie? Yes?
- 1:08:28Speaker 9: You know why I want Brinnie because I want Daddy.
- 1:08:31Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:08:34Speaker 9: So I'm looking at the I'm looking at the draft.
- 1:08:37Speaker 8: I see read Shepherd. I put everything that who is
- 1:08:41Speaker 8: first of all read? I have never said read in
- 1:08:44Speaker 8: the last ten years. Who's read?
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: You can ball?
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: Okay? Said he can ball?
- 1:08:51Speaker 9: Not take it?
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: He could ball?
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: He can Your point about Briannie?
- 1:08:58Speaker 8: Now, now I don't know what's going on with France,
- 1:09:00Speaker 8: but all these French players that's coming over here to
- 1:09:03Speaker 8: the NBA.
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: They folk four French players. Why we didn't get one
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: of them?
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: Could have got one of them?
- 1:09:12Speaker 8: But did you want I'm going on in France. We
- 1:09:14Speaker 8: should have got one that four players in the first round.
- 1:09:17Speaker 8: We ain't get not one.
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: We got Read.
- 1:09:20Speaker 7: But did you want to read Thompson from snow Thompson
- 1:09:26Speaker 7: is from Snowfall? Did you want to read Thompson? I
- 1:09:28Speaker 7: mean what you wanted to do?
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: Different read? It's a different.
- 1:09:34Speaker 8: The point I'm saying Thomas. I didn't know what there
- 1:09:37Speaker 8: was a Read Shepherd. I ain't know there was a
- 1:09:39Speaker 8: Reid Johnson either. I don't know who Read is. But
- 1:09:42Speaker 8: we didn't get no French players. We got Read though, that's.
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: What we got.
- 1:09:45Speaker 8: You wanted the French version of Lebron, French version of
- 1:09:49Speaker 8: Reeds what I want? But that's where everybody going. They're
- 1:09:51Speaker 8: going over to France. Ain't nobody staying here? I'm sure
- 1:09:55Speaker 8: I'm mad.
- 1:09:55Speaker 4: I gotta watch.
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: Or all right, all right? Thank you Junior.
- 1:10:05Speaker 10: Coming up at the top of the hour, a woman
- 1:10:06Speaker 10: on social media needs some advice.
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: Guys.
- 1:10:08Speaker 10: She says, my boyfriend's ex won't let him see his
- 1:10:12Speaker 10: kids if she's there.
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: We got to talk about that right after this. You're
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:10:21Speaker 10: This is from Alicia Guys on Steve HARVEYFM. Alicia says,
- 1:10:25Speaker 10: my boyfriend and I have been together for over a year.
- 1:10:27Speaker 10: When we first started dating, his ex wouldn't let his
- 1:10:30Speaker 10: kids come around when I was there, which I understood,
- 1:10:33Speaker 10: But now that we've been together for a while, it
- 1:10:35Speaker 10: seems ridiculous that I can't meet my man's children. I
- 1:10:39Speaker 10: think that she wants him back and knows this is
- 1:10:41Speaker 10: the only way she can control him. At what point
- 1:10:44Speaker 10: is it no longer reasonable for her to insist that
- 1:10:48Speaker 10: their children can't meet me? For context, the kids are
- 1:10:51Speaker 10: eight and ten and they know who I am, but
- 1:10:54Speaker 10: we've never actually met.
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: Wow. Yeah, I don't know. How long is it?
- 1:11:01Speaker 7: How long would you go before letting your kid meet
- 1:11:03Speaker 7: who you're dating? You know, first of all, it's got
- 1:11:06Speaker 7: to be serious, But she says it's been long enough.
- 1:11:08Speaker 7: So but I mean, what is it a year?
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: Yeah, eight months?
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: They've been together for over a year's time. Yeah, when
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: you say that was pretty serious, I.
- 1:11:17Speaker 7: Think that's I think that's pretty serious and so but
- 1:11:19Speaker 7: you know, but she don't like you, though, Let's just
- 1:11:21Speaker 7: be real about this.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: He don't like you.
- 1:11:24Speaker 7: You're not gonna like anybody that he's with. Let's just
- 1:11:26Speaker 7: be clear, right, all right, there's still some emotions there. Okay,
- 1:11:30Speaker 7: So yeah, but you just gotta wait. That's something you
- 1:11:33Speaker 7: can't You can't pull the cord on that. You gotta wait.
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, pretty much. Don't the kids come over and
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: stay with the dad and all of.
- 1:11:42Speaker 4: That, And she must not be there when they come
- 1:11:44Speaker 4: over there.
- 1:11:45Speaker 3: Something I don't know, because the mother has probably put
- 1:11:47Speaker 3: her foot down saying they can't come over there. If
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: she's there, you won't see them at all, which is
- 1:11:53Speaker 3: and that's the problem.
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the problem.
- 1:11:56Speaker 7: And then here's another. Here's another question. Are you the
- 1:12:00Speaker 7: reason why they broke up?
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: Well, she didn't say that.
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: No, it's a lot. She ain't saying it's a lot.
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: We don't know.
- 1:12:06Speaker 10: Yeah, I don't think that's the case here though. I
- 1:12:09Speaker 10: think it's it's the case of this mom who wants
- 1:12:12Speaker 10: to control the situation, which we see a lot. They
- 1:12:16Speaker 10: have been together for over a year.
- 1:12:18Speaker 3: Yeah, she just don't like you right now, you kill
- 1:12:22Speaker 3: Maybe when she gets somebody else, maybe the mom is
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: aiding somebody else.
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: You just gotta wait. You gotta wait it out. You
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: need to make sure she don't do your braids. That's
- 1:12:29Speaker 4: what you need to make.
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: We're not talking about the Strawberry letter.
- 1:12:38Speaker 8: First of all, why is we rushing to meet children?
- 1:12:40Speaker 8: Why is we rushing? Count your damn blessings?
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: You don't know what I mean, Granddaddy, you.
- 1:12:49Speaker 9: Don't have no idea what you were asking folk?
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: This to be a blessings.
- 1:12:53Speaker 8: Stuff the lay as long as you can. You don't
- 1:12:58Speaker 8: need to meet them today. If it's been, if it's
- 1:13:01Speaker 8: been a yet, make it too.
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: Set you set it up.
- 1:13:07Speaker 4: That's two less Christmas present.
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: You've got start looking at it.
- 1:13:11Speaker 9: It's two less birthdays, two less Christmas gifts.
- 1:13:16Speaker 4: You out of it.
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: Yeah, win as a winning junior. You're trying to be
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: everything today.
- 1:13:21Speaker 9: Wait, why.
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: Yourself?
- 1:13:24Speaker 4: Give it five years?
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: If you can't five wow, trust me.
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: The same day junior became a father and a grandfather the.
- 1:13:36Speaker 9: Same exact day.
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: But Lord have mercy, the gifts went up.
- 1:13:42Speaker 9: Wait a while.
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: I appreciate Tommy.
- 1:13:45Speaker 8: Giving you the reasonable as a me myself personally, Hey,
- 1:13:49Speaker 8: delay this.
- 1:13:51Speaker 9: We don't know if they're gonna be good citizens or thugs.
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: We don't know yet.
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: This is true.
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: Watch you play out a little bit.
- 1:13:58Speaker 8: Let it play out when they eight and ten, let's
- 1:14:01Speaker 8: see seventeen to nineteen.
- 1:14:04Speaker 10: You do you think the mom wants the husband back?
- 1:14:07Speaker 10: Do you think she wants her man back?
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: That's none of my business.
- 1:14:10Speaker 8: The people, the little people what I'm concerned about. If
- 1:14:14Speaker 8: she wan't hit, What about these two kids you trying
- 1:14:16Speaker 8: to meet?
- 1:14:17Speaker 7: Forget that sometimes if you want them back, it's just
- 1:14:20Speaker 7: it's you're still you're still angry about the relationship.
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: That's Wait till one.
- 1:14:23Speaker 9: Of them still your car, then what we're gonna feel like?
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: You still want to meet them, you still want to
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: be in their lives. To make sure you want to
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: be in their life.
- 1:14:36Speaker 8: I did the same thing the women can get you
- 1:14:38Speaker 8: with kids that I fell forward, got it, got a
- 1:14:41Speaker 8: whole wife, two grand kids, a marriage.
