- 0:09Speaker 2: At all at all?
- 0:13Speaker 1: Given them black.
- 0:15Speaker 2: The bush, Yeah, listen to.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Show.
- 0:38Speaker 4: I don't joy.
- 0:50Speaker 5: Yeah, Joy.
- 0:58Speaker 4: You know you you gotta turn.
- 1:27Speaker 2: We got to turn the mouth turn you probably got
- 1:44Speaker 2: to turn the mouth turn out, turn the money up looking.
- 1:55Speaker 6: Come come on, you'll think that, uh huh, I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 7: A good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice. Come on,
- 2:07Speaker 7: dig me now, one and only Steve Harley got a
- 2:10Speaker 7: radio show. You know, I think I ought to explain
- 2:12Speaker 7: something to y'all. You know, when I wake up in
- 2:15Speaker 7: the morning and I say, dig me now, what I'm
- 2:19Speaker 7: asking you to do is it's old school, you know, man,
- 2:22Speaker 7: And you know you said old people say I dig
- 2:24Speaker 7: you know, da da da, never stop saying that. I'm sorry,
- 2:28Speaker 7: but dig me now. It's just I want you to
- 2:31Speaker 7: I want you to really feel me. I want you
- 2:33Speaker 7: to understand what I'm saying, because really, this morning inspiration
- 2:37Speaker 7: is all given in the spirit of sharing and love.
- 2:40Speaker 8: It ain't about to expose me in any way. That's
- 2:44Speaker 8: not the purpose of it.
- 2:45Speaker 7: But I found that in my morning inspiration that it
- 2:49Speaker 7: is best that I use some things about myself, because
- 2:52Speaker 7: I mean, what better example can I use? Because I
- 2:54Speaker 7: know me, I know what's happened to me, I know
- 2:57Speaker 7: exactly how I felt all along the way in almost everything,
- 3:01Speaker 7: every aspect of my life, I now fully do really
- 3:05Speaker 7: understand why God had my life spend the way it spun.
- 3:10Speaker 7: And here's the part that I want to give to
- 3:12Speaker 7: you this morning, that first of all, whatever position you
- 3:15Speaker 7: find yourself in today, we kind of come to one
- 3:18Speaker 7: realization that we got ourselves there. We put ourselves there
- 3:23Speaker 7: by a series of thoughts and actions. Thoughts turn into things.
- 3:29Speaker 7: That's very important to know. So let's look at both
- 3:33Speaker 7: sides of it. For people who think negative thoughts, it
- 3:39Speaker 7: turns into negative things, and the direct opposite is true.
- 3:44Speaker 7: For those who think positive thoughts, it turns into positive things.
- 3:51Speaker 8: That's the deal. It's as simple as that, folks.
- 3:56Speaker 7: I cannot break it down any cleaner, I cannot make
- 4:00Speaker 7: it any clearer. Thoughts become things. So the one glaring
- 4:07Speaker 7: question for all of us always is on a daily basis,
- 4:11Speaker 7: what are you thinking? What are your thoughts? What are
- 4:14Speaker 7: you thinking? What are your thoughts? Because I can assure
- 4:20Speaker 7: you and is not by a promise of mine. This
- 4:24Speaker 7: is not a theory that Steve Harveyden came up with.
- 4:28Speaker 7: This is a fact of life.
- 4:31Speaker 3: This is biblical, this is spiritual, This is written, this
- 4:36Speaker 3: is philosophical.
- 4:38Speaker 8: This is the law of the universe.
- 4:39Speaker 7: However, you need to drink this medicine to take to
- 4:43Speaker 7: get it down and feel what I'm saying to you.
- 4:46Speaker 7: This is just the way it is now. And here
- 4:49Speaker 7: the cold part, folks. It don't matter if you believe
- 4:53Speaker 7: me or not. It does not matter if you have
- 4:57Speaker 7: never been explained this or not. And it does not
- 5:01Speaker 7: matter if you think it works in your life or not.
- 5:05Speaker 8: It don't matter. Listen to me. It is the way
- 5:09Speaker 8: it is.
- 5:10Speaker 4: It is a.
- 5:10Speaker 3: Scriptural, it is a spiritual, it is philosophical.
- 5:15Speaker 8: It's just whatever is the law of the universe. You
- 5:17Speaker 8: call whatever you want call. However, you got to dress
- 5:20Speaker 8: this thing up to put it in the phase that
- 5:23Speaker 8: you can feel me. I want you to feel me now,
- 5:26Speaker 8: because this is all it is.
- 5:28Speaker 7: So when I say that you are where we are
- 5:31Speaker 7: today because we thought ourselves here, are you best to
- 5:34Speaker 7: believe that's true? You thought yourself here, no one else see.
- 5:39Speaker 7: Let me explain something. I got people around me who
- 5:43Speaker 7: so badly want to take credit for it. But I
- 5:47Speaker 7: don't allow it. But because I keep pointing to the heavens,
- 5:53Speaker 7: I keep pointing and trying to say it out loud
- 5:57Speaker 7: as many times as I can without being so offensive,
- 6:01Speaker 7: that my life is by design, by grace and mercy,
- 6:05Speaker 7: by blessings from God. My life is because God has
- 6:10Speaker 7: seen it to be so. Oh, but I got plenty
- 6:12Speaker 7: of people around me want credit for it and want
- 6:15Speaker 7: you to not give credit to God and give it
- 6:18Speaker 7: to them.
- 6:19Speaker 6: I got that.
- 6:20Speaker 7: I got that, But I understand that. See, I understand
- 6:23Speaker 7: what that is. That's a person whose design is to
- 6:27Speaker 7: get the credit. But it's okay.
- 6:30Speaker 8: It's so clear to me what my father was saying
- 6:32Speaker 8: to me. Man, I get it.
- 6:34Speaker 7: As I get older and older, he always said to me, son,
- 6:37Speaker 7: everybody come with you can't go with you.
- 6:41Speaker 8: See, you know, I don't know how people say.
- 6:44Speaker 1: It in church.
- 6:44Speaker 8: You know sometime they go, well, people come into your
- 6:46Speaker 8: life for seasons, and I guess that's same thing.
- 6:49Speaker 7: You know they seizing up. They gone, well, you know,
- 6:52Speaker 7: and then but then hi, the way they try to
- 6:55Speaker 7: hold you though, or you're gonna forget where you come from. Oh,
- 6:59Speaker 7: you ain't gonna get keep it real no more. I
- 7:02Speaker 7: don't want to go back where I come from. I
- 7:05Speaker 7: don't want to keep it that real no more. It
- 7:07Speaker 7: was real enough for me living in a car. I
- 7:09Speaker 7: had enough of that real. I don't wanna keep it
- 7:12Speaker 7: real now. I don't keep it real. I wanna go
- 7:14Speaker 7: keep it dreamy. I want to go keep it fantasized.
- 7:18Speaker 1: I want I want to.
- 7:18Speaker 7: I want to keep it out of this world. I
- 7:20Speaker 7: want to keep it off the chain. I want to
- 7:23Speaker 7: keep it moving. I want to keep it ball, and
- 7:25Speaker 7: I want.
- 7:25Speaker 8: To see what that's like.
- 7:26Speaker 7: So nah, I ain't gonna forget where I come from,
- 7:29Speaker 7: but you ain't gonna hold me to that though. See,
- 7:32Speaker 7: thoughts become things all day long. Where's your vision board?
- 7:39Speaker 7: Where are the things that you want written down? What
- 7:42Speaker 7: do you think about the most? How grateful are you
- 7:46Speaker 7: for what all God has done for you? Where you
- 7:49Speaker 7: at with that? See here hear another law? If thoughts
- 7:55Speaker 7: become things, Let me ask you this. If all you
- 7:59Speaker 7: think thinking about is your debt, if all you're thinking
- 8:03Speaker 7: about is what you ain't got, If all you thinking
- 8:06Speaker 7: about or is all woe is me? If all you
- 8:09Speaker 7: thinking about is every time I turn around, I'm sick.
- 8:11Speaker 7: If all you thinking about it's the things in life
- 8:16Speaker 7: that you're lacking. If that's all you thinking about, and
- 8:22Speaker 7: if thoughts become things, how much debt you think you're
- 8:27Speaker 7: gonna stay in, how much? How much how much lacking
- 8:31Speaker 7: you think you're finn to fill your life with? How
- 8:34Speaker 7: much most stuff you fin to not have because you
- 8:38Speaker 7: keep thinking about it all the time. When you're gonna
- 8:42Speaker 7: be grateful, when you're gonna say thank you, when it's
- 8:47Speaker 7: gonna come out your mouth, man, that I may not
- 8:50Speaker 7: be where I want to be, but I sure am
- 8:53Speaker 7: grateful for what you've given me so far, for the
- 8:56Speaker 7: things I have today.
- 8:57Speaker 8: Because I don't have to have these things? You know
- 9:00Speaker 8: what that does? That then opens up room for more
- 9:03Speaker 8: stuff to come your way. To be grateful fall, But
- 9:06Speaker 8: if you're gonna be ungrateful, ah, man, let me ask
- 9:09Speaker 8: you something. I ain't God, I don't claim to be,
- 9:12Speaker 8: But let me ask you something man. If you ungrateful
- 9:15Speaker 8: for the things we got, if we can't show no
- 9:18Speaker 8: gratitude for what we have, why would God give us
- 9:22Speaker 8: some most stuff to be ungrateful for? What would he
- 9:25Speaker 8: do that for?
- 9:27Speaker 2: Tada?
- 9:28Speaker 7: Anybody feel me right now? So when I say come on, y'all,
- 9:32Speaker 7: dig me now, do you understand why I.
- 9:34Speaker 8: Say dig me?
- 9:35Speaker 7: Because I want you to feel me. I want you
- 9:36Speaker 7: to understand and come to the understanding, not saying you ain't.
- 9:40Speaker 7: Because it's so many people got a deeper understanding than
- 9:42Speaker 7: me about this whole thing.
- 9:43Speaker 8: I promise you they do, but they listen to me.
- 9:46Speaker 7: I'm just trying to get you to walk up in
- 9:48Speaker 7: this light, man, so you can go on with your
- 9:50Speaker 7: life and quit tripping yourself out with your thoughts because
- 9:53Speaker 7: thoughts become things aint.

- 17:37Speaker 12: I'm not riding with the body.
- 17:39Speaker 4: You feel me understanding? You understand you now, But do
- 17:42Speaker 4: you want to get to the airport or nine?

- 17:48Speaker 12: like in the path to just see I'm not doing it.
- 17:51Speaker 4: Tell me what the problem is.
- 17:52Speaker 12: I mean, obviously you used to driving around with bodies
- 17:55Speaker 12: and that's not my thing.
- 17:56Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying. What's the problem. I mean,
- 17:58Speaker 4: you're gonna be in the front of them, You're not

- 18:27Speaker 12: got me ficked up? What kind of phone call is this?
- 18:30Speaker 12: What I mean, what's the problem. Obviously you're used to
- 18:33Speaker 12: rolling with dead bodies and hearses and all that. Since
- 18:36Speaker 12: when it over start rolling with hearses to pick up
- 18:40Speaker 12: regular live is to get them from place to place.
- 18:43Speaker 12: This is some crazy I want you to think. When
- 18:47Speaker 12: when did you think that it would just be cool
- 18:50Speaker 12: as a regular picking up a body and just driving

- 28:28Speaker 11: Where did that come from? This is from Alejandro and DeSoto.
- 28:32Speaker 11: Alejandro writes, I took the three ladies in my department
- 28:35Speaker 11: out for lunch. We took a group selfie and the
- 28:38Speaker 11: ladies are all leaning on me and touching me so
- 28:42Speaker 11: they fit in the picture. My wife saw the photo
- 28:45Speaker 11: and said it is inappropriate. What's wrong with an innocent selfie?
- 28:51Speaker 4: Oh?
- 28:51Speaker 5: You so stuffy?
- 28:53Speaker 6: Ah?
- 28:54Speaker 8: Do you think your wife all these women leaning in
- 28:58Speaker 8: on touching you, she ain't in the picture?
- 29:02Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 29:03Speaker 6: So do you know what's touching you? Do you know
- 29:07Speaker 6: what's touching you when they lean in.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Just so they could fit in the picture.
- 29:15Speaker 8: Though, Well, you could say this here, you know what?
- 29:22Speaker 8: Oh you know, well, you know sometimes you just I'm
- 29:28Speaker 8: just giving this is a lie. This this la gonna
- 29:31Speaker 8: get him out of trouble. But you could say they
- 29:33Speaker 8: was all inebriated and they was leaning on you for
- 29:36Speaker 8: support because they was fitting the fall in the picture.
- 29:38Speaker 8: You just was being a gentleman that held them up.
- 29:42Speaker 8: Oh you like I like you like that all you

- 29:53Speaker 8: that one.
- 29:53Speaker 1: That's going to make it worse. Both of these first
- 30:00Speaker 1: one and this one what else you got? Terrible? But
- 30:09Speaker 1: I like your creative process. You're thinking, well.

- 31:54Speaker 11: his critics regarding his billionaire status, specifically the interesting of
- 32:00Speaker 11: money and character. He said, quote, I don't give a
- 32:04Speaker 11: blank Money may enhance it or may cause you to
- 32:07Speaker 11: act in a way, but you were going to act
- 32:09Speaker 11: like that anyway.
- 32:10Speaker 1: He playing. He says, your morality defines who you are.
- 32:15Speaker 11: All right, So what do you think about that particular statement, Steve,
- 32:18Speaker 11: because you always say, I've said it a hundred times.
- 32:21Speaker 8: Money doesn't change you. Money allows you to be more
- 32:24Speaker 8: of who you really are. Yeah, yeah, that's a true statement.
- 32:28Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 32:28Speaker 8: I've been seeing clips of the interview, you know. Yeah,
- 32:33Speaker 8: I like jay Z's mindset now, you know.
- 32:36Speaker 1: He says your morality defines who you are.
- 32:39Speaker 8: And he kind of called out rappers just beefing and everything.
- 32:42Speaker 8: He said, you know the thing, it goes a little
- 32:44Speaker 8: bit too far. Yeah, he said, you know, because he's
- 32:47Speaker 8: talking about you know, you're bringing people's wives and mamas
- 32:51Speaker 8: and kids into it. He said, that ain't cool, man,
- 32:54Speaker 8: he said, but there, I don't want to seem like
- 32:56Speaker 8: the old person that's pointing a finger or nothing like that.
- 33:00Speaker 8: Kind of enjoyed where he.
- 33:01Speaker 6: Was coming from.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 33:03Speaker 11: He also discussed the emotional toll of the sexual assault lawsuit.
- 33:09Speaker 11: The complaint alleged that he and Diddi had inappropriate interactions
- 33:13Speaker 11: with an underage girl following the MTV Video Music Awards.
- 33:17Speaker 11: The accusations were eventually dropped. Jay Z said, quote, it
- 33:21Speaker 11: was hard, really hard. I was heartbroken that whole lawsuit thing.
- 33:26Speaker 11: That took a lot out of me. I was angry.
- 33:28Speaker 11: I haven't been that angry in a long time. Uncontrollable anger.
- 33:33Speaker 11: You don't put that on someone. That's the thing.
- 33:35Speaker 1: You better be able, you better be super sure of
- 33:39Speaker 1: So you know, if you want to.
- 33:40Speaker 11: Read the entire article, the full article is in the
- 33:44Speaker 11: April issue of GQ magazine.
- 33:47Speaker 8: Yeah, that's dope, you know, And because you know, you know,
- 33:51Speaker 8: you come out with this stuff on the line, because
- 33:54Speaker 8: you're trying to get clicks, views and stuff.
- 33:57Speaker 7: You have no consideration of what this does to person.
- 34:01Speaker 7: You just trying to get yourself some clicks and views.
- 34:04Speaker 7: And then and then when it come out and it's
- 34:06Speaker 7: not true.
- 34:07Speaker 3: Didn hear you?
- 34:08Speaker 4: What?
- 34:08Speaker 6: You just nothing? No, man, that ain't right. That ain't right.
- 34:12Speaker 5: Man.
- 34:13Speaker 8: I never for once believe that about him, not even
- 34:16Speaker 8: an inkling of a moment.
- 34:18Speaker 9: He's just not that guy.
- 34:20Speaker 4: You know.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Yeah, he seems smarter than that. That's because he is.
- 34:25Speaker 6: But you know what, y'all, can we admit this?
- 34:27Speaker 8: Haven't we always over the years as we watch these
- 34:31Speaker 8: celebrities who got in trouble, who got locked up, haven't
- 34:35Speaker 8: you like all along go? You know, man, they need
- 34:39Speaker 8: to watch out.
- 34:40Speaker 6: Now what they doing?
- 34:41Speaker 1: They tripping that?
- 34:42Speaker 8: That's crazy. That don't look right.
- 34:43Speaker 1: What are he over there for?
- 34:46Speaker 7: But if you the celebrity, don't hear the barkain when
- 34:50Speaker 7: you get bit, you ain't got nobody to blame.
- 34:53Speaker 1: You heard the barkain, You heard the chain dragging.
- 34:56Speaker 8: On the disk and go on the ground.
- 34:57Speaker 6: You saw king come.
- 35:01Speaker 8: And then you you keep on. Yeah that's what that's
- 35:07Speaker 8: the ridiculous part.
- 35:08Speaker 7: But it gets to a point, man, where you actually
- 35:10Speaker 7: feel like you're above the law and that the same
- 35:12Speaker 7: thing that's going on with Donald Trump. If you think
- 35:15Speaker 7: this man is going to get free and clear away
- 35:18Speaker 7: with all of this, you're sadly mistaken, because at one
- 35:22Speaker 7: point in time, man, you got.
- 35:23Speaker 1: To pay the piper. So far he has, yes, but
- 35:28Speaker 1: you're gonna have to pay the piper.
- 35:29Speaker 13: I don't care who you are, but it seems like
- 35:34Speaker 13: with what's going on in the country today, you know,
- 35:38Speaker 13: you represent us. You're the president, and you represent us
- 35:41Speaker 13: to the world, to this country and to the world,
- 35:43Speaker 13: and we are democracy. So it comes across like we're
- 35:48Speaker 13: behind this, we're behind this behavior because we voted him
- 35:53Speaker 13: into office.
- 35:54Speaker 6: But I don't think the rest of the world looks
- 35:56Speaker 6: at us as we're behind him. But I think they
- 35:59Speaker 6: just look at us like this is just the worst.
- 36:01Speaker 2: He's our leader.
- 36:05Speaker 7: They also know that we're in a democracy. So I've
- 36:09Speaker 7: been asked out of this country many times. Why did
- 36:13Speaker 7: you all vote for that? She's exactly right, that's what
- 36:16Speaker 7: we are taking the hammer fit put it on all
- 36:18Speaker 7: of us like that, yeah, man, yeah, and we have
- 36:22Speaker 7: to sit here and eat it because you know, we've
- 36:25Speaker 7: been running around out with our minds saying this is
- 36:28Speaker 7: the greatest country in the world. This is democracy. This
- 36:30Speaker 7: is the freedom we we live. This is our constitution. See,
- 36:35Speaker 7: we just struck our flag into sand on that. We
- 36:37Speaker 7: send young people to waff of that constitution in that flag. Yep,
- 36:42Speaker 7: we send kids to that over that and this is
- 36:46Speaker 7: who the representation is. And I'm sorry man, at one
- 36:49Speaker 7: point in time we all have to sit here and go, man,

- 43:48Speaker 7: I was just I'm just I am really beyond tired
- 43:51Speaker 7: of it. Because, look, it is hard enough to be successful, y'all.
- 43:57Speaker 7: It is really, really a hard thing to accomplish any
- 44:00Speaker 7: level of success for anybody, whatever level of success you
- 44:03Speaker 7: are trying to achieve.
- 44:06Speaker 8: The last thing you need, it's a bunch of haters
- 44:11Speaker 8: along the way. But here's what's really crazy.
- 44:15Speaker 7: When you get to your level of success, when you
- 44:18Speaker 7: become the supervisor at the plan or you become the
- 44:20Speaker 7: crew leader, or you become you know, knight shift coordinator,
- 44:25Speaker 7: or whatever level of success you get to, you the
- 44:28Speaker 7: coach and the basketball team, whatever it is, Professor, it
- 44:32Speaker 7: comes from our inside circle, the people who we try
- 44:37Speaker 7: to impress and better and represent to the best of
- 44:41Speaker 7: our ability. That's what's sickening about it. And if you
- 44:44Speaker 7: look at social media and you read the comments, it
- 44:50Speaker 7: is us tearing each other down. Ain't no, ain't no,
- 44:55Speaker 7: ain't no websites nowhere, Tan justin Timberlake down, ain't no
- 45:00Speaker 7: sites nowhere, just ripping up hard.
- 45:03Speaker 8: Taylor Swift got the Swifties. You know, look, she got
- 45:06Speaker 8: some haters, but it ain't nobody really dedicating page full
- 45:11Speaker 8: of hate because you know them Swifties is coming now.
- 45:16Speaker 7: Beyonce. I really like the way she does it. She
- 45:18Speaker 7: posts her pictures and she don't put she don't leave
- 45:21Speaker 7: open for no comments. But if you come for her
- 45:23Speaker 7: that behind they serious about it. People mad because Michael B.
- 45:29Speaker 7: Jordan won Oscar for sinners. It's people making tinkative comments
- 45:33Speaker 7: about that.
- 45:35Speaker 14: Why it's the matter with you seem like they root
- 45:39Speaker 14: for you while you're on your way up, They root
- 45:43Speaker 14: for you, they pull for you, and then when you
- 45:46Speaker 14: get there, for some reason, it changes and.
- 45:50Speaker 6: Ready for you.
- 45:51Speaker 7: You know what I thought about that too, And here's
- 45:53Speaker 7: what I came up with. You root for him to
- 45:56Speaker 7: make it because there's so few of us, and then
- 45:59Speaker 7: when we get there, it's so few of us to attack,
- 46:02Speaker 7: so the attack becomes severe.
- 46:04Speaker 8: It's crazy, man, It don't make no de sense.
- 46:08Speaker 11: All right, Thank you guys, and thank you man for
- 46:12Speaker 11: the call. Coming up next, it is the nephew with
- 46:15Speaker 11: today's prank phone call. Right after this, you're listening to

- 46:25Speaker 11: of the hour. Right about four minutes after it is
- 46:28Speaker 11: my Strawberry letter for today, and the subject is he
- 46:31Speaker 11: doesn't care what I do. We'll find out what that's
- 46:35Speaker 11: all about, and just a few that could mean a
- 46:38Speaker 11: myriad of things. All right, right now it is time
- 46:41Speaker 11: for the nephew and today's a prank phone call.
- 46:44Speaker 1: I think I am.

- 47:38Speaker 4: on on Tuesday, okay and Saturday right now. The problem
- 47:43Speaker 4: is that that that that a lot of people, I
- 47:45Speaker 4: guess since the holiday just passed, you know a lot
- 47:47Speaker 4: of people got this stuff out on the on the

- 48:15Speaker 4: it back in the in the in the garage until tuesday,
- 48:17Speaker 4: you know, no trash and no garage. That's why I
- 48:21Speaker 4: put it outside. I didn't have enough room in the garage. Okay,
- 48:24Speaker 4: we see that. And who is everybody saying my trashas Hey, listen,
- 48:29Speaker 4: I'm not saying you know what I want to tell you.

- 49:13Speaker 4: shouldn't out till Tuesday morning. And that's who.
- 49:17Speaker 12: Money Friday.

- 56:48Speaker 8: LETU thank you.
- 56:49Speaker 1: Nephew. Subject he doesn't care what I do.
- 56:53Speaker 11: Dear Stephen Shirley, I've known my husband for ten years
- 56:57Speaker 11: and We've been married for seven years. We have five
- 57:00Speaker 11: I have children, and he has a grown son that
- 57:03Speaker 11: I helped him raise. He's cheated on me three times
- 57:06Speaker 11: and admitted it each time he did it. He's always
- 57:10Speaker 11: told me that we're soulmates, so he can tell me anything.
- 57:13Speaker 11: I appreciate his honesty. It helps me feel better about
- 57:18Speaker 11: what I do in my spare time. See, I am
- 57:22Speaker 11: not as honest as he is. I had a big
- 57:24Speaker 11: secret that came out recently, and I lied my way
- 57:28Speaker 11: out of it. I didn't know, I be quiet. I
- 57:32Speaker 11: didn't know if our last child was his or not.
- 57:36Speaker 11: So I had a paternity test done with my boyfriend.
- 57:40Speaker 11: I figured if it wasn't his baby, then it has
- 57:43Speaker 11: to be my husband's baby. Before we could get the
- 57:46Speaker 11: test results, my boyfriend told his coworker that he might
- 57:49Speaker 11: be a daddy.
- 57:50Speaker 1: He said he was so excited that he had to
- 57:53Speaker 1: go tell somebody.
- 57:54Speaker 4: Well.
- 57:55Speaker 11: The coworker gossip to her hairstylist without saying any names.
- 57:59Speaker 11: The hairstyl is my husband's aunt. So they put the
- 58:02Speaker 11: puzzle pieces together and figured out that I was probably
- 58:06Speaker 11: who the gossip is about. I denied it, and the
- 58:09Speaker 11: rumor died down. But a week ago I got the
- 58:12Speaker 11: DNA result and it's not my husband's child. I told
- 58:16Speaker 11: my boyfriend and he said it he needed time to
- 58:19Speaker 11: process this. I told him that I wanted to tell
- 58:22Speaker 11: my husband the truth about the baby. He said he
- 58:25Speaker 11: doesn't care what I do, and he hung up on me.
- 58:28Speaker 11: I went up to his job, but he wouldn't come out.
- 58:31Speaker 11: I called him for two days and he won't answer.
- 58:34Speaker 11: I'm trying to figure out what happened. If he was
- 58:36Speaker 11: not ready to be a father, why did he ask
- 58:39Speaker 11: me to have his baby and begged me to leave
- 58:42Speaker 11: my husband? Since he doesn't care what I do? Is
- 58:46Speaker 11: it best to let my husband assume this is his baby?
- 58:49Speaker 11: Please advise? This really is a mess right here. And
- 58:55Speaker 11: what kind of marriage do you guys have? So he
- 58:57Speaker 11: cheated on you three times, but he told you after
- 59:00Speaker 11: each time he cheated, and I'm sure you know after
- 59:04Speaker 11: it was after he cheated, of course, But anyway, you
- 59:07Speaker 11: appreciated his honesty, that's what you said, and you stay
- 59:11Speaker 11: with him. Now you do cheat, but you lie to
- 59:15Speaker 11: him about everything. I'm trying to make sense of all this.
- 59:19Speaker 11: But the reason yours is worse is because there's a
- 59:23Speaker 11: baby involved whom now you've let your husband believe is his.
- 59:28Speaker 11: That's beyond a lie. You deceived your husband.
- 59:31Speaker 4: This is not good.
- 59:33Speaker 11: And who's the guy the baby daddy? What is he
- 59:36Speaker 11: running his mouth to his coworker for? Why is he
- 59:39Speaker 11: talking saying he might be a daddy? And he's so excited.
- 59:43Speaker 11: That was before he even knew that it was his baby.
- 59:46Speaker 11: So now the truth is out, he's no longer speaking
- 59:48Speaker 11: to you. And you want to know why what happened
- 59:51Speaker 11: because you said you wanted to tell your husband and
- 59:54Speaker 11: he got upset about that.
- 59:56Speaker 1: I think you need to tell your husband. I think
- 59:58Speaker 1: you do.
- 59:59Speaker 11: I think the truth matters. Why are you letting your
- 1:00:01Speaker 11: husband go around thinking that this is his baby and
- 1:00:04Speaker 11: it's not. And once you tell your husband, do not
- 1:00:07Speaker 11: expect him to want to stay married to you. I
- 1:00:10Speaker 11: mean he might ask for a divorce. Steve, you know
- 1:00:14Speaker 11: this is nothing but a ball of confusion. Yeah, this
- 1:00:18Speaker 11: probably ain't the letter to be funny on. So let
- 1:00:20Speaker 11: me just say this right here. I will say this
- 1:00:24Speaker 11: right here. There's too many people in this letter who
- 1:00:28Speaker 11: don't know how to lie. It's too many people that
- 1:00:33Speaker 11: don't know where to place the lie. This is a
- 1:00:37Speaker 11: letter full of misplaced lies and the timing of Okay,
- 1:00:43Speaker 11: his was wrong with this letter.
- 1:00:46Speaker 8: The lie you told, the timing that you told, when
- 1:00:51Speaker 8: and how and why to lie?
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: They just failed in.
- 1:00:54Speaker 7: So many categories, which now makes this letter even more murky.
- 1:01:00Speaker 7: You've known your husband for ten years, you've been married
- 1:01:03Speaker 7: for seven. Y'all got five children, five, he got a
- 1:01:09Speaker 7: grown son.
- 1:01:10Speaker 8: You helped him raise.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: He cheated on me.
- 1:01:13Speaker 8: Three times and admitted it each time he did it.
- 1:01:17Speaker 8: Why why to both of those questions, Why did he
- 1:01:22Speaker 8: on you three times? And why was he comfortable enough
- 1:01:26Speaker 8: to tell you? Question mark? Question mark. He's always told
- 1:01:31Speaker 8: me that we're soul mate, so he could tell me anything.
- 1:01:36Speaker 7: Here's the puzzling part. I appreciate his honesty. It helps
- 1:01:41Speaker 7: me feel better about what I do in my spare time.
- 1:01:44Speaker 7: Now she's setting us up for the lie that she
- 1:01:47Speaker 7: been telling and living because he was so honest with her.
- 1:01:53Speaker 7: That ain't see this right here, all this honesty, dishonesty
- 1:02:02Speaker 7: is the core of destroying this marriage.
- 1:02:05Speaker 6: Right here.
- 1:02:06Speaker 8: Cheated three times and walked in there and admitted it. Now,
- 1:02:10Speaker 8: I guess what that then did of mister honesty, Now
- 1:02:13Speaker 8: that it gave her the green light.
- 1:02:16Speaker 14: You know.
- 1:02:18Speaker 7: See, I'm not as honest as he is. I have
- 1:02:20Speaker 7: a big secret that came out recently, and I lied
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: my way out of it. Now now here we go,
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: see you these is misplaced lies, y'all. I can't tell
- 1:02:31Speaker 7: you how confusing this he is right now, because here's
- 1:02:34Speaker 7: people who are lying about things you shouldn't lie about,
- 1:02:39Speaker 7: and they walking in here when they should have lied
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: and they and told the truth.
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: Does that make sense to you surely what I'm saying.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, in a strange way, it absolutely does.
- 1:02:51Speaker 7: See, I know it's strange. When we come back, I'll
- 1:02:54Speaker 7: try to be a little more clear. But it's really odd, y'all.
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: Yeah, it does.
- 1:02:58Speaker 11: Okay, And we will have part two of your response
- 1:03:03Speaker 11: coming up Steve at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:03:07Speaker 11: Today's Strawberry letter subject is he doesn't care what I do.
- 1:03:10Speaker 11: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:03:14Speaker 11: Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:03:20Speaker 13: Do you ever notice your floors still look dirty even
- 1:03:23Speaker 13: after you mop? Power Mop gives you a deeper clean
- 1:03:26Speaker 13: you can see and feel. Unlike stream mops swift for
- 1:03:29Speaker 13: power mop absorbs more dirt and locks it away even
- 1:03:33Speaker 13: and hard to reach places like behind the toilet. The
- 1:03:36Speaker 13: new micro scrubbers deliver thousands of tiny, deep cleaning actions
- 1:03:40Speaker 13: for results that look, smell, and feel clean. No more
- 1:03:44Speaker 13: dirty floors. Try to swift for power, mop love it
- 1:03:47Speaker 13: or your money back?
- 1:03:49Speaker 11: All right, come on, Steve, this letter today is crazy,
- 1:03:52Speaker 11: but let's you know, let's go ahead and recap it.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: The title is he doesn't care what I.
- 1:03:57Speaker 8: Do, well, she wants to gain.
- 1:04:00Speaker 7: The reason I'm reading this letter from this perspective everybody
- 1:04:03Speaker 7: is the use of lies, the lack of use of lies,
- 1:04:07Speaker 7: and the misplaced meant of the lie. Because there's times
- 1:04:14Speaker 7: when line is necessary. I keep telling you all that
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: if you're in a relationship, but it's times where you
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: you can't use a lie because it's a misplaced lie,
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: because it's too big of an issue. And then when
- 1:04:30Speaker 7: you don't use the lie, let me show you what happens. Okay,
- 1:04:33Speaker 7: this couple been together for ten years, married for seven,
- 1:04:35Speaker 7: they got five children together. Okay, he got a grown
- 1:04:39Speaker 7: son that she helped him raise. He cheated on this
- 1:04:43Speaker 7: woman three times and admitted each time that he did
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: it right. Now, that's when you should have lied. But
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: you know why, he didn't lie. Guess why because he's
- 1:04:56Speaker 7: always told me that we sould made so he could
- 1:04:58Speaker 7: tell me anything. And then guess what this stupid woman said.
- 1:05:02Speaker 7: I appreciate his honesty. It helps me feel better about
- 1:05:06Speaker 7: what I do in my spare time because you cheated
- 1:05:09Speaker 7: on a woman and you didn't lie about it. Now,
- 1:05:11Speaker 7: you didn't open up the gate for some of her foolishness.
- 1:05:13Speaker 7: So here come see I'm not as honest as he is.
- 1:05:16Speaker 7: I had a big secret that came out recently, and
- 1:05:18Speaker 7: I lied my way. Oh now you want to lie.
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: See this is a good time for a lie if
- 1:05:26Speaker 7: a big secret was coming out. Now we on this
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: letter right now. I don't know what the lies about.
- 1:05:30Speaker 7: We've read it already, so we know what the lies about.
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: This lie is a misplaced line. I understand you lies
- 1:05:37Speaker 7: your way out of it, but this is.
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: A misplaced line, and I'll tell you why because it
- 1:05:43Speaker 8: involves in the baby.
- 1:05:45Speaker 4: This.
- 1:05:46Speaker 7: She just goes on to say, this is where they
- 1:05:47Speaker 7: start writing these letters that really ticked me off, and
- 1:05:50Speaker 7: they try to act like it's normal. So I didn't
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: know if our last child was his or not. So
- 1:05:56Speaker 7: I had a paternity test done with my boyfriend.
- 1:05:59Speaker 8: What where that comes from? Where did it comes from?
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: Lady?
- 1:06:05Speaker 8: Were just going on through the thing, and now your
- 1:06:06Speaker 8: big secret is you had a baby with your boyfriend.
- 1:06:11Speaker 8: Both of y'all married, but you wouldn't have a boyfriend
- 1:06:14Speaker 8: if he wasn't so my honest talking about I'd have
- 1:06:16Speaker 8: had three of fans and went in there and told
- 1:06:18Speaker 8: him to you because you his sould me boy First
- 1:06:21Speaker 8: of all, y'all should stop using the term sold me, okay.
- 1:06:27Speaker 8: Then said I'm going to get a paternity test. Figure it.
- 1:06:31Speaker 8: I figured it wasn't his baby, then it has to
- 1:06:33Speaker 8: be my husband's baby. Before we get the test results,
- 1:06:37Speaker 8: my boyfriend told the coworker that he might be a daddy.
- 1:06:40Speaker 8: He said he was so excited that he had to
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: go tell somebody.
- 1:06:43Speaker 7: Well, the coworker gossip to her hairstylist without saying any name.
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: Not a halfstylist is.
- 1:06:49Speaker 6: My husband's arm.
- 1:06:50Speaker 7: So they put the puzzle pieces together and figured out
- 1:06:54Speaker 7: that I was probably who the gossip was about.
- 1:06:56Speaker 8: This is a small town.
- 1:06:57Speaker 7: Let's just go down right now. It's just a small town.
- 1:07:01Speaker 7: Everybody know everybody right now. When it came out, I
- 1:07:07Speaker 7: denied it, and the rumor died down. Okay, now you
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: should lie about that. That was a good lie.
- 1:07:16Speaker 8: I lied about it. The rumor died down.
- 1:07:20Speaker 6: Here.
- 1:07:20Speaker 8: The problem, though, the other lie you told was a
- 1:07:24Speaker 8: misplaced lie, because now you've been lying to your husband,
- 1:07:27Speaker 8: got him thinking that you'.
- 1:07:28Speaker 7: All pregnant again. But it's actually your boyfriend's baby. You
- 1:07:34Speaker 7: can't lie about paternity tests with the who's the father?
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: Not?
- 1:07:39Speaker 8: That ain't fair, That ain't right anyway.
- 1:07:43Speaker 7: I denied it, but a week ago I got the
- 1:07:45Speaker 7: DNA results and it's not my husband's child.
- 1:07:48Speaker 8: Oh lord, him see that you lie. That was a
- 1:07:52Speaker 8: good lie. Get the room off you. But now the
- 1:07:55Speaker 8: DNA test is back and it ain't your husband's baby.
- 1:07:59Speaker 9: Lord, what we.
- 1:08:00Speaker 8: Gonna do it?
- 1:08:03Speaker 7: So I told my boyfriend this is the same one
- 1:08:07Speaker 7: that was run around talking about He excited. I told
- 1:08:10Speaker 7: my boyfriend and he said he needed time to process this.
- 1:08:14Speaker 7: I told him I wanted to tell my husband the
- 1:08:16Speaker 7: truth about the baby. Because see, now, y'all think, since
- 1:08:19Speaker 7: y'all soul mats, y'all could just walk in here with
- 1:08:21Speaker 7: the truth. But you're finn walk in here and tell
- 1:08:24Speaker 7: this man what that all this time he been cheating
- 1:08:27Speaker 7: on you. You've been cheating on him. Okay, let's see
- 1:08:30Speaker 7: how this work out. He said he don't care what
- 1:08:33Speaker 7: I do and hung up on me. Then you went
- 1:08:36Speaker 7: down to his job, but he wouldn't come out. Okay,
- 1:08:42Speaker 7: So I guess you got to the job and you
- 1:08:44Speaker 7: called and he said he wouldn't come out, or you
- 1:08:47Speaker 7: was in the parking lot, hollered.
- 1:08:51Speaker 8: Come out here.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: That tame is.
- 1:08:56Speaker 8: Don't you leave me stand out there bringing with your
- 1:08:58Speaker 8: baby in it?
- 1:09:00Speaker 12: Wow?
- 1:09:02Speaker 8: Okay.
- 1:09:04Speaker 7: Anyway, I called him for two days and he won't ask.
- 1:09:07Speaker 7: I'm trying to figure out what happened. He was not
- 1:09:10Speaker 7: If he's not ready to be a father, why do
- 1:09:12Speaker 7: he ask me to have his baby and beg me
- 1:09:14Speaker 7: to leave my husband? Lady, all this late information you've
- 1:09:17Speaker 7: given us, since he doesn't care what I do, is
- 1:09:19Speaker 7: it best to let my husband assume this is his baby?
- 1:09:23Speaker 7: Please advise, No, you cannot let this man assume that
- 1:09:27Speaker 7: this is his baby, because it's not. Y'all got to
- 1:09:30Speaker 7: stop doing this to these men out here. You're playing
- 1:09:34Speaker 7: with people's lives. Now, what the baby grow up and
- 1:09:37Speaker 7: find out that it ain't his father? You know the
- 1:09:39Speaker 7: damage the therapy this boy a girl gonna have to
- 1:09:42Speaker 7: go through. No, this is where you have to tell
- 1:09:45Speaker 7: the truth.
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: Yeah, matters, And you might have to tell the truth.
- 1:09:49Speaker 8: If you hadn't have told all these lies in the
- 1:09:52Speaker 8: wrong place.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: The truth matters. Steve Harvey.

- 1:13:49Speaker 8: You're gonna have talk to the athlete dude from all.
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: Right, jor coming up, thank you? Coming up at the
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: top of the hour.
- 1:13:57Speaker 11: Woman on social media needs some advice, she says, should
- 1:13:59Speaker 11: I can, We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:10Speaker 11: This is from Amanda on Steve Harvey FM. Amanda says,
- 1:14:13Speaker 11: I started dating a guy a few weeks ago, and
- 1:14:15Speaker 11: I really like him, but we aren't really at the
- 1:14:18Speaker 11: point of being exclusive. He's amazing and we have a
- 1:14:21Speaker 11: lot in common and being around him makes me want
- 1:14:24Speaker 11: to be a better person. While he was out of
- 1:14:27Speaker 11: town last week, I ended up hooking up with my ex.
- 1:14:31Speaker 11: I really feel bad about this. I told my ex
- 1:14:34Speaker 11: it was a huge mistake and not to contact me
- 1:14:36Speaker 11: ever again. Now I don't know if I should confess
- 1:14:39Speaker 11: to the guy I'm dating or would have just ruined
- 1:14:41Speaker 11: this relationship.
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: Yeah, she feels skilled.
- 1:14:50Speaker 11: Whyeah, she wants to get it off her. Huh, she
- 1:14:54Speaker 11: wants to get it off her and she yeah, she
- 1:14:56Speaker 11: she feels guilty.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: Yeah she was guilty. Yeah, yeah, some people have guilty.
- 1:15:03Speaker 13: What excuse stating a wonderful guy. He went out of
- 1:15:06Speaker 13: town and she got with her ex. They hooked up,
- 1:15:10Speaker 13: and now she feels bad, She feels.
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: Guilty, So she but what is him for? What do
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: to get it off her?
- 1:15:18Speaker 10: You know?
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: That release? And she can feel better that.
- 1:15:21Speaker 8: She she wanted to take it off him and put
- 1:15:23Speaker 8: it on him.
- 1:15:25Speaker 11: She wants to take it off her and put it
- 1:15:27Speaker 11: on She had a lord, the lord, don't tell him?
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: Why is y'all?
- 1:15:32Speaker 8: I don't understand.
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: Some people are just honesty, They don't she was. Why
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: was she in that with that man?
- 1:15:42Speaker 8: With all this honesty?
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: She regrets it now? She regrets it.
- 1:15:46Speaker 13: Yeah, she regrets that, Okay, as forgiveness as from God.
- 1:15:53Speaker 9: Yeah, And that's it.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: And take that other scenario to your grave. You know,
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: you know, you know how much stuff is going to
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: my grade.
- 1:16:05Speaker 8: I'm telling you right now, we're gonna have to have
- 1:16:07Speaker 8: We're gonna have.
- 1:16:08Speaker 7: Probably multiple We're gonna probably have to have multiple funerals,
- 1:16:13Speaker 7: the one for my body and one for all the
- 1:16:16Speaker 7: stuff I'm taking to the grade.
- 1:16:20Speaker 6: I'm just in reality.
- 1:16:22Speaker 8: And if you had to put them each one, and
- 1:16:24Speaker 8: if you and if you had to fill up a
- 1:16:25Speaker 8: casket with them, yeah.
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: I probably it'll be hearse, and it'll probably be like, Okay, we're.
- 1:16:35Speaker 7: Gonna need a hearse. Then we're gonna need an eighteen wheeler.
- 1:16:41Speaker 7: The eighteen wheeler so we can stuff in caskets in
- 1:16:44Speaker 7: it and then and then it just come on follow me.
- 1:16:47Speaker 7: We can get about thirty caskets in that eighteen wheeler
- 1:16:50Speaker 7: filled with stuff.
- 1:16:51Speaker 8: That's going to my grade.
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: Services loan.
- 1:16:58Speaker 6: I didn't know, see haven so much stuff? Why is
- 1:17:04Speaker 6: we paying for these fork lifts?
- 1:17:06Speaker 8: Yes, hedy cask gets off the truck. This Steve said
- 1:17:10Speaker 8: he'd take it to his grave.
- 1:17:11Speaker 6: We gotta do it all the tiff.
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: You go sign for this.
- 1:17:15Speaker 8: Yeah, Now, this is not the time to tell the truth,
- 1:17:18Speaker 8: little girl. You made a mistake.
- 1:17:20Speaker 7: Yeah, all right, because when you're going there and you
- 1:17:23Speaker 7: tell this new dude this is what you did, it's wrap.
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: The relationship is over.
- 1:17:27Speaker 7: So she has you're saying to be I can't figure
- 1:17:29Speaker 7: out if we were gonna be committed or now you ain't?
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: Yeah? Exclusive, Yeah, of being exclusive? All right, you're not.
- 1:17:39Speaker 8: You've made that decision.
- 1:17:40Speaker 11: Yeah right, all right, we have time for another one.
- 1:17:43Speaker 11: This is Natalie on Steve BRBFM. Natalie says I have
- 1:17:47Speaker 11: a friend with benefits situation with a guy that I
- 1:17:50Speaker 11: actually enjoy. But I've realized I don't like feeling like
- 1:17:54Speaker 11: i'm quote on call whenever he wants to hook up. Lately,
- 1:17:58Speaker 11: he's been the one initiating most of the time, and
- 1:18:00Speaker 11: even though I know I can say no, I still
- 1:18:04Speaker 11: feel this pressure to go along with it. I've been
- 1:18:07Speaker 11: thinking about setting a boundary where I'm the only one
- 1:18:10Speaker 11: who initiates, so it happens strictly on my turns. That
- 1:18:14Speaker 11: would make things more comfortable for me, But I wonder
- 1:18:17Speaker 11: if that's too unfair.
- 1:18:19Speaker 8: Wow, lady, I don't understand.
- 1:18:22Speaker 7: You're in a nothing relationship that you've admitted was nothing, y'all,
- 1:18:27Speaker 7: just friends with benefits.
- 1:18:29Speaker 8: Why don't you stop being a friend with benefits? Yeah,
- 1:18:32Speaker 8: you have thought of that. Since you feel all this
- 1:18:35Speaker 8: bad you're going down, keep telling y'all ladies stop test
- 1:18:40Speaker 8: driving these men, because when you test drive, you wind
- 1:18:44Speaker 8: up getting drove. I ain't gonna tell you that no more.

- 1:20:05Speaker 7: Donald Trump has made it worse because now he's issued
- 1:20:09Speaker 7: the proclamation to the House and Senate don't pass no
- 1:20:13Speaker 7: bill unless it has the America Save America Act in it,
- 1:20:16Speaker 7: which is to restrict voting right rights.
- 1:20:20Speaker 8: You know, you have to show proof of citizenship to vote. Man,

- 1:22:13Speaker 7: I always got to stop and help them out.
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: Like that, all right?
- 1:22:18Speaker 11: Would you rather catch a massive fish but you can't
- 1:22:22Speaker 11: take a picture of it? Or would you rather catch
- 1:22:24Speaker 11: a small little fish and take a nice picture of it?
- 1:22:29Speaker 6: I don't care not about no pictures. I got this
- 1:22:31Speaker 6: big fish. Yeah, I want the big fish.

- 1:24:39Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:24:45Speaker 13: Do you ever notice your floor still look dirty even
- 1:24:48Speaker 13: after you mop? Power mop gives you a deeper clean
- 1:24:51Speaker 13: you can see and feel, unlike stream mops. So for
- 1:24:55Speaker 13: power mop absorbs more dirt and locks it away even
- 1:24:58Speaker 13: and hard to reach place like behind the toilet. Good
- 1:25:01Speaker 13: new micro scrubbers deliver thousands of tiny, deep cleaning actions
- 1:25:06Speaker 13: for results that look, smell, and feel clean. No more
- 1:25:09Speaker 13: dirty floors. Try to swear for power mom, love it
- 1:25:13Speaker 13: or your money back. Here we are, guys, our last

- 1:25:19Speaker 13: Thank you guys as always for listening.
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: We appreciate you so much. Steve, there was something on
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: your heart that you really wanted to share with us today.
- 1:25:32Speaker 8: As as I.
- 1:25:35Speaker 7: Try to navigate through this life that God has blessed
- 1:25:43Speaker 7: me with, and it's not just for people who are famous,
- 1:25:47Speaker 7: it's just for people in general. But as we and
- 1:25:52Speaker 7: I've used myself as exam because it's the best way
- 1:25:55Speaker 7: to feel, but I know a lot of people who
- 1:25:56Speaker 7: feel the exact same way. And once again, you don't
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: have to be famous to feel this way. I'm just
- 1:26:01Speaker 7: talking about those of us who have set out to
- 1:26:04Speaker 7: become better. I'm talking about those of us who have
- 1:26:08Speaker 7: aspired to be more than just regular. I just talking
- 1:26:13Speaker 7: to those of us who have ever wanted more than
- 1:26:17Speaker 7: just what it was. I'm talking to everybody out there
- 1:26:21Speaker 7: who has decided not to settle. I'm talking to everybody
- 1:26:26Speaker 7: out there who has had a dream and they decided.
- 1:26:30Speaker 8: To chase it. That's who I'm talking to today.
- 1:26:36Speaker 7: I've discovered the older I've got at this and the
- 1:26:39Speaker 7: long I've been in this fame game because of the
- 1:26:42Speaker 7: evolution of social media and phone cameras and websites and
- 1:26:46Speaker 7: blogs and.
- 1:26:48Speaker 6: All of this.
- 1:26:49Speaker 8: I remember when news didn't even have a blog. Do
- 1:26:51Speaker 8: you know every station Fox, cn N, ABC they have
- 1:26:56Speaker 8: a blog now because they discovered that they would rather
- 1:26:59Speaker 8: get the eyeballs, did not get the eyeballs. So what
- 1:27:02Speaker 8: they did was they open it up. They opened up
- 1:27:05Speaker 8: their credible, newsworthy sources to the opinions of people who
- 1:27:09Speaker 8: know nothing about it, and they don't care if the
- 1:27:12Speaker 8: opinions they have are positive, negative, true or false. They
- 1:27:18Speaker 8: don't care.
- 1:27:19Speaker 7: So now that we those who own mainstream media, decided
- 1:27:25Speaker 7: that hey, if you can't beat them, join them, and
- 1:27:29Speaker 7: y'all started having blogs, blogs, and now the way that
- 1:27:33Speaker 7: young people get information. They don't even watch y'all no more.
- 1:27:37Speaker 7: They don't give it. I got too young people work
- 1:27:40Speaker 7: for me. Don't watch a day of CNN off Fox.
- 1:27:43Speaker 7: They get all their news from TikTok and ig. This
- 1:27:48Speaker 7: is crazy. And do you know you can put anything
- 1:27:50Speaker 7: on there? They get all that.
- 1:27:52Speaker 11: Now.
- 1:27:52Speaker 7: People who get all their information from truth social ain't
- 1:27:56Speaker 7: that crazy. It's people who tune in just to see
- 1:27:59Speaker 7: what Donald Trump wants you to think today, whether it's
- 1:28:03Speaker 7: true or false. So it's put me in this frame
- 1:28:07Speaker 7: of mind today. You know what I've discovered, y'all that
- 1:28:09Speaker 7: self hate. Self hate is such a dangerous thing to
- 1:28:14Speaker 7: have to be a part of. And now I'm directing
- 1:28:17Speaker 7: this at black people. I'm directing this at black people,
- 1:28:22Speaker 7: and I'm look, man, I get tired of being the
- 1:28:24Speaker 7: older guy that's pointing the finger like a nine nine nine.
- 1:28:27Speaker 7: I told y'all, hey, listen to me, nah man, I'm
- 1:28:30Speaker 7: asking you to just hear me and understand why self
- 1:28:34Speaker 7: hate is such a dangerous thing to have to be
- 1:28:36Speaker 7: a part of, because we.
- 1:28:38Speaker 8: All end up being a part of it.
- 1:28:40Speaker 7: If you are in the group of people that I
- 1:28:42Speaker 7: listed early on in the show, early on in this segment,
- 1:28:45Speaker 7: I'm talking to you. If you've ever strived to be
- 1:28:48Speaker 7: anything better than regular or normal, if you decided that
- 1:28:51Speaker 7: you weren't gonna be in the group no more, then
- 1:28:53Speaker 7: here comes to hate. And I guess I've been trying
- 1:28:56Speaker 7: to figure out what it is about us, man, that
- 1:28:58Speaker 7: makes us the the leaders in this Right here, we
- 1:29:02Speaker 7: have websites set up that's all about a place for
- 1:29:07Speaker 7: you to come, an annihilated person, come and voice your
- 1:29:12Speaker 7: opinion in your comment, and so many of the comments
- 1:29:15Speaker 7: are negative. Man, it's a shame for us, you know.
- 1:29:19Speaker 7: I guess I figured it this way. Look, I guess
- 1:29:21Speaker 7: it's black people. We have so few of us to
- 1:29:24Speaker 7: cheer for. It's so few of us to slip through
- 1:29:27Speaker 7: the cracks that we find ourselves cheering for them to
- 1:29:30Speaker 7: get to the top, only to have them get up
- 1:29:32Speaker 7: to the top, and when they get there, here come
- 1:29:35Speaker 7: to hate. Now I'm asking the question, were you the
- 1:29:40Speaker 7: same person that was cheering for him to get the top?
- 1:29:42Speaker 7: Or is this a separate group of people who wait
- 1:29:44Speaker 7: till we get to the top and then it's taken
- 1:29:48Speaker 7: upon themselves to be the ones to get you off
- 1:29:51Speaker 7: the top. Is the fact that the person who gets
- 1:29:55Speaker 7: who finally makes it to the crack, who gets to
- 1:29:58Speaker 7: stand up and get the ward in their head or
- 1:30:00Speaker 7: raise their hand, or get the promotion on the job.
- 1:30:03Speaker 7: Is it because them being the champ reminds you that
- 1:30:08Speaker 7: you are not?
- 1:30:10Speaker 6: Is that what it is?
- 1:30:11Speaker 7: Because I really want to know. Do you understand that
- 1:30:15Speaker 7: if you spew hate, that hate has to come your way?
- 1:30:19Speaker 7: Do you understand that the things that come out of
- 1:30:21Speaker 7: your mouth and and the energy that you push into
- 1:30:23Speaker 7: the universe, the universe returns the same thing to you.
- 1:30:26Speaker 8: It doesn't work any other way. If you keep on
- 1:30:30Speaker 8: spewing negativity, you can't keep receiving positivity.
- 1:30:35Speaker 7: It does not work that way. If you cut on
- 1:30:39Speaker 7: the hot water on a faucet, guess what's coming out
- 1:30:41Speaker 7: of there hot? You got to go and turn the
- 1:30:45Speaker 7: other knives alone, if you want a different temperature water.
- 1:30:48Speaker 7: What are we doing to each other, y'all? Why is
- 1:30:51Speaker 7: it that we can't celebrate each other when they get there?
- 1:30:54Speaker 7: Why when somebody make it in your family out that
- 1:30:56Speaker 7: you can't celebrate them? Oh, now you thank you all that?
- 1:30:59Speaker 7: Now you think they all that? Or is it that
- 1:31:02Speaker 7: they are now reminding you of what you ain't, that
- 1:31:05Speaker 7: you didn't chase your dreams, that you didn't follow your spirit,
- 1:31:08Speaker 7: that you didn't open your business. This is a sad
- 1:31:12Speaker 7: situation we are in, and as black people, we have
- 1:31:15Speaker 7: got to stop this. It ain't enough of us to
- 1:31:17Speaker 7: keep doing each other like this. And I don't care
- 1:31:19Speaker 7: who your name is, I don't care what blog you got,
- 1:31:23Speaker 7: what ig paid you got. Stop hating on everybody. It's
- 1:31:28Speaker 7: like this, fool when Mullander, or FBI director, died and
- 1:31:32Speaker 7: the President of the United States tweeted, I'm glad he's dead.
- 1:31:36Speaker 8: Man, y'all better be careful. He died in eighty one.
- 1:31:39Speaker 8: Trump you eighty You at the dough and the dough
- 1:31:42Speaker 8: you aret is cracked. Be careful what you say.
- 1:31:46Speaker 6: Man.
- 1:31:46Speaker 7: We gotta do better, That's all I gotta say. I
- 1:31:48Speaker 7: got part to you coming to this to y'all have
- 1:31:50Speaker 7: a great day, to get talk to God, to Davey
- 1:31:53Speaker 7: and man, y'all just.
- 1:31:54Speaker 8: Cuck hate.
- 1:32:00Speaker 6: Or all.
