- 0:35Speaker 2: Welcome to Money Making Conversation Masterclass.
- 0:37Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rashaan McDonald down here in Atlanta, Georgia,
- 0:41Speaker 1: interviewing Eric Thornton in this business firm, Care and life
- 0:45Speaker 1: Sharing because we want to know the secrets to his success.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Now yet two phones, two phones. Now, I've interviewed people
- 0:53Speaker 2: all those counts.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Now, I've interviewed foot doctors, tax for countin, pancake people.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Barbara Barbara College. So I've had a variety of stem
- 1:05Speaker 2: like a STEM atlant of women.
- 1:07Speaker 1: So I've had a lot of people, never having anybody
- 1:11Speaker 1: with multiple phone talk to me.
- 1:13Speaker 2: How busy you are?
- 1:14Speaker 3: Eric, Well, first borneo, I'm honored to be here with
- 1:17Speaker 3: you with a legend here, but hey, the two phones.
- 1:21Speaker 3: I got to be available for the clients, Okay, I
- 1:23Speaker 3: have to be available for the clients as well as
- 1:26Speaker 3: also on my staff listen, right, And so we're a
- 1:29Speaker 3: business where we're we have a lot of touch points
- 1:32Speaker 3: with our clients.
- 1:33Speaker 2: So I have to make sure that if they call,
- 1:37Speaker 2: I'm here to ads. Absolutely.
- 1:38Speaker 1: So let's talk about your business, your firm, care life
- 1:41Speaker 1: sharing when.
- 1:42Speaker 2: It's your starting.
- 1:43Speaker 3: So we started in twenty nineteen, okay. And the reason
- 1:46Speaker 3: why I started is because I wanted to actually make
- 1:50Speaker 3: not only a better way in the entrepreneur I've always
- 1:52Speaker 3: wanted to be an entrepreneur, yes, sure, right, I always
- 1:54Speaker 3: had those aspirations, A man of high aspirations and that
- 1:58Speaker 3: and I wanted to get in the business in which
- 2:02Speaker 3: I can really be somewhere that I can help our people.
- 2:07Speaker 3: And we normally help a lot of people that have forgotten,
- 2:11Speaker 3: people that have developmental disabilities, a lot of our seniors
- 2:16Speaker 3: that they need someone to help, right, And so I
- 2:19Speaker 3: get a lot of fulfillment with being able to have
- 2:22Speaker 3: and build a company that can really help our people,
- 2:26Speaker 3: not only just in the Atlanta area Metro Atlanta but
- 2:29Speaker 3: also great Georgia areas. Here in Georgia, we look we
- 2:33Speaker 3: look forward to actually growing outside of this state as well,
- 2:36Speaker 3: but Georgia is our most important I would say aspect
- 2:40Speaker 3: right now in order to help you.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Know around because let's a good little detail exactly because
- 2:45Speaker 1: you're talking about helping you define certain lanes of people
- 2:48Speaker 1: who needed your help.
- 2:49Speaker 2: How does your company work? Yes, so our company works.
- 2:54Speaker 3: We actually are a full service agile healthcare company. We
- 3:00Speaker 3: actually we actually work specifically in a home in a
- 3:05Speaker 3: home health care arena, so we're able to add uh
- 3:10Speaker 3: provide skilled and unskilled nursing services.
- 3:14Speaker 4: Uh.
- 3:14Speaker 3: And we normally work with we worked with the myriad
- 3:18Speaker 3: of private clients, but a lot of our clients they
- 3:21Speaker 3: are a part of the Medicaid system, all right, and
- 3:24Speaker 3: so lower income. So what we'd like to do is
- 3:28Speaker 3: we actually like to make sure we educate as well,
- 3:32Speaker 3: so we're an educational company also. With these services that
- 3:36Speaker 3: we're able to offer with us with our partnership with Medicaid,
- 3:40Speaker 3: our clients actually received free home health care services in
- 3:44Speaker 3: which we actually send a caregiver directly to the homes
- 3:49Speaker 3: and we can really help that family.
- 3:51Speaker 2: And so this is what we were talking about the
- 3:52Speaker 2: educational parks.
- 3:53Speaker 1: A lot of people who have medicare may not know
- 3:56Speaker 1: that they can have this service provided to them.
- 4:00Speaker 2: How do you get that word to them? How do
- 4:01Speaker 2: you like?
- 4:02Speaker 1: I said, you know, because there's so many people out there,
- 4:04Speaker 1: especially in the community, in the community of color, which
- 4:08Speaker 1: is our dominant Lane is African America. Definitely, you know,
- 4:11Speaker 1: because twenty nineteen, you see a need was just like, well,
- 4:15Speaker 1: you're doing a traditional forty all week job before you
- 4:18Speaker 1: became an entrepreneur, or it was just a transition from
- 4:21Speaker 1: another entrepreneur.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Lane, Yes, no, definitely. So I was actually in corporate.
- 4:28Speaker 3: I was graduate from graduate of Moorhouse College, and they
- 4:32Speaker 3: prepared us immensely to be in the corporate arena. So
- 4:37Speaker 3: I worked at as a vice president at a bank,
- 4:41Speaker 3: and I said, hey, I wanted to have more fulfillment,
- 4:45Speaker 3: you know, in my life, to be able to help
- 4:46Speaker 3: the community.
- 4:47Speaker 2: And so I was.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Actually thinking about different you know, businesses, and you know
- 4:53Speaker 3: obviously different verticals within those businesses, and I said, hey,
- 4:57Speaker 3: you know, this is h something that resonates with me.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Always always had and a stude fondness for people with
- 5:07Speaker 3: you know, developmental disabilities. This is something in my heart
- 5:10Speaker 3: there that always wanted to serve in that capacity. So
- 5:14Speaker 3: I thought that this would would be a great marriage
- 5:16Speaker 3: in some of the skills that I had, and also
- 5:19Speaker 3: me going full throt onto my entrepreneur Community House College.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Were you like, were you engaged? Like, you know, you
- 5:28Speaker 2: play a fraternity.
- 5:29Speaker 3: Hey, you know, only the best fraternity, you know, and
- 5:33Speaker 3: that's Omega Sout five fraternity incorporated by way of side
- 5:37Speaker 3: Chapter More House College and Spring in two thousand and five,
- 5:41Speaker 3: and we actually celebrated nineteen years in the fraternity.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Another compere I looked up to you now, you know.
- 5:51Speaker 3: But but in there, you know, obviously we were in
- 5:56Speaker 3: the community, right right, Uh, but that's where the seed
- 5:59Speaker 3: was planted. Yeah, definitely, definitely, And also too, I wanted
- 6:03Speaker 3: to you know, not let this be remiss as well.
- 6:06Speaker 3: One of my really good friends in middle school, and
- 6:13Speaker 3: his name was Kyle Suffer with you know, with the
- 6:16Speaker 3: developmental disability. We become really great friends, right and you
- 6:22Speaker 3: know I was just always always there with him, and
- 6:26Speaker 3: you know, he was wheelchair bound, and you know, I
- 6:30Speaker 3: always always thought he was one of the strongest people
- 6:33Speaker 3: that I know, I mean people don't have to have
- 6:35Speaker 3: to deal with this on a regular basis. We I
- 6:39Speaker 3: think this sometimes and oftentimes we don't really express our gratitude,
- 6:46Speaker 3: you know, to the Creator to be able to have
- 6:48Speaker 3: all of our functions, and so I thank God for
- 6:51Speaker 3: that every day. But also I wanted to be someone
- 6:55Speaker 3: that could go into this this community. And also to
- 6:59Speaker 3: one of my one of my really good friends, Brad Jiles. Uh,
- 7:02Speaker 3: he actually introduced me to the home healthcare industry, and
- 7:08Speaker 3: I always would be thankful for that brother, for introducing
- 7:11Speaker 3: me to this.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Land of opportunity.
- 7:15Speaker 4: Please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with more
- 7:18Speaker 4: Money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money Making
- 7:28Speaker 4: Conversations master Class hosted by Rashaan McDonald.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Now, I know that you know I'm talking to you
- 7:34Speaker 1: Eric okay in front of me. But I know you
- 7:36Speaker 1: got to have a right or left hand person. Who
- 7:38Speaker 1: is that person? I'll tell you I do.
- 7:42Speaker 2: I have both right and and that is first and
- 7:46Speaker 2: foremost my wife.
- 7:47Speaker 3: She's been phenomenal or has been phenomenal in uh just
- 7:53Speaker 3: being that support system that was there. I also have
- 7:57Speaker 3: two other people that I would like to mention. One
- 7:59Speaker 3: is Tsanamic Kenny. She is literally like my right hand.
- 8:04Speaker 3: She's the vice president of our client care and she
- 8:07Speaker 3: has been phenomenal. And not only is this our client services,
- 8:11Speaker 3: but also just being there and uh just being there
- 8:16Speaker 3: going beyond here with our clients and just building relationships.
- 8:20Speaker 3: She has been just phenomenal. And then also Tia, Tia
- 8:25Speaker 3: is our head of nursing. And when I tell you
- 8:29Speaker 3: she believed in me from the beginning, that sister is,
- 8:34Speaker 3: you know, phenomenal. And I worked with pretty much all
- 8:39Speaker 3: of all of our staff is there is black women,
- 8:43Speaker 3: you know, and they, when I tell you, the most
- 8:46Speaker 3: amazing and helping the growth with firm care life sharing.
- 8:49Speaker 2: You know, I'm honored to have them on the staff.
- 8:52Speaker 2: How did you come up with the name firm care
- 8:54Speaker 2: life share? Firm care life sharing is kind of a mouthful. Well,
- 8:57Speaker 2: it's interesting, firm care we have life yes, me have sharing.
- 9:01Speaker 2: So it's not so much as a mouthful. Each each
- 9:04Speaker 2: one of the levels says something yes.
- 9:06Speaker 3: So I've always been a big proponent of acronyms, So
- 9:12Speaker 3: firm is a acronym. It means foundations in real moments, all right,
- 9:19Speaker 3: Life sharing is or will care firm care Life Shares
- 9:23Speaker 3: obviously we're providing care to our community, right, providing that
- 9:27Speaker 3: foundation in real moments where we're also providing that care
- 9:30Speaker 3: to our community.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Right.
- 9:32Speaker 3: Life Sharing is also I wanted to pay homage to
- 9:35Speaker 3: the person that introduced me to this business and my
- 9:41Speaker 3: one of my actually my friend Brad, which is also
- 9:46Speaker 3: he's kind of like a brother to me as well.
- 9:48Speaker 3: His company's name is g h our Life Shared. I said, hey,
- 9:51Speaker 3: you know, you kind of paved the way for me
- 9:53Speaker 3: to get into this business as a mentor, and so
- 9:56Speaker 3: I want to, you know, I want to give back
- 9:57Speaker 3: to you. And so the Life Shared the actually was
- 10:02Speaker 3: a pretty much a shout out to him, and so
- 10:05Speaker 3: I actually put all of that together.
- 10:06Speaker 1: Oh cool, cool, Well, congratulations on the concept because a
- 10:09Speaker 1: lot of people, I think it's important people understand that
- 10:12Speaker 1: that name has to People ask you that the interviews
- 10:15Speaker 1: and if you don't have a rational reason that said.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Well, I just flip the cone.
- 10:19Speaker 1: It has to have some emotional attachment because it drives
- 10:22Speaker 1: the longevity of a brand.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Why did you come up with Google? Why did you
- 10:27Speaker 2: come up with this Apple?
- 10:28Speaker 1: Or IBM or all these very tesler, all these popular
- 10:33Speaker 1: there's a reason for those names, and there's a reason
- 10:36Speaker 1: that you give her here for your day. Now, when
- 10:38Speaker 1: you look at your company, I went to the website
- 10:41Speaker 1: and COVID testing at the top of the line. So
- 10:44Speaker 1: over seventy thousand COVID testing. Now, your company started in
- 10:49Speaker 1: twenty eighteen, yes, sir, COVID is in twenty twenty. Oh yeah,
- 10:54Speaker 1: so talk about so there had to be a shift
- 10:58Speaker 1: in home care because COVID screen. COVID just shut down
- 11:03Speaker 1: the countries as the world, right, right, So how did
- 11:06Speaker 1: you make that? Then took COVID test and then what
- 11:09Speaker 1: applications did you have to put in place to be certified?
- 11:12Speaker 2: Definitely, well, obviously a really great question.
- 11:16Speaker 3: First and foremost, I definitely want to shout out to
- 11:19Speaker 3: the Atlanta University Center, right consorting them there, So the
- 11:22Speaker 3: a U c C, which in encompasses of Spellman Clark,
- 11:26Speaker 3: Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Morris Brown all right, just
- 11:31Speaker 3: being somebody from Morehouse College. And first and foremost I
- 11:35Speaker 3: had a phenomenal time there. I was in leadership there
- 11:40Speaker 3: and first and foremost the staff. I was able to
- 11:43Speaker 3: really build a relationships with my professors and also just people,
- 11:49Speaker 3: you know, all a lot of the staff within the
- 11:51Speaker 3: Atlanta University Center and doctor Tredwick believed in me, and
- 12:00Speaker 3: a lot of the staff member members believed in me.
- 12:03Speaker 3: At Morehouse, I was president of my class sophomore year.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Obviously a.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Member of Omega Soft File Fraternity Incorporated, in which I
- 12:12Speaker 3: served as keeper of finance as well as Vossile is
- 12:15Speaker 3: also there. So I had to really be able to
- 12:18Speaker 3: you know, really sync with the staff, and they had
- 12:21Speaker 3: to know that, hey, Eric is a man of integrity, right,
- 12:25Speaker 3: a man that really had those and embodied those cardinal principles.
- 12:29Speaker 3: And I think that that served me down the lawn, right,
- 12:33Speaker 3: And so I was able to come they gave me
- 12:35Speaker 3: a call.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Obviously it was.
- 12:39Speaker 3: That it wasn't a long time as far as the
- 12:42Speaker 3: distance and when they needed to have these services, so
- 12:47Speaker 3: we had I had to really pivot right. We were
- 12:49Speaker 3: doing home health care, and the world kind of fell
- 12:52Speaker 3: fell out right with COVID. I also really really really
- 12:58Speaker 3: want to thank my mother. My mother came on. You
- 13:02Speaker 3: said they gave you a call? Yes, you get your mom.
- 13:05Speaker 3: So I'm trying to get the patterns. So COVID, did
- 13:10Speaker 3: they gave your company a call? You had to pivotes. Now,
- 13:13Speaker 3: you also said that you do a lot.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Of contracting out right, So talk about how did that
- 13:18Speaker 1: come about when the call was made to you and
- 13:21Speaker 1: you had to make a decision based on finances.
- 13:25Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, so that was a leap of faith, all right.
- 13:30Speaker 3: That story is truly amazing. I'm thankful to God that
- 13:35Speaker 3: he had me in a position there so I was
- 13:37Speaker 3: able to get a call. I wasn't the first company
- 13:39Speaker 3: or the second company to get this call, right right,
- 13:41Speaker 3: all right, right, So so I had to really have
- 13:45Speaker 3: a belief in myself. I mean, firm care life Share
- 13:48Speaker 3: is an agile company. We look to be as a
- 13:51Speaker 3: small company. Obviously, we look to be able to uh
- 13:55Speaker 3: make decisions in order to really put our you know,
- 13:59Speaker 3: our up any an interest in order for our purpose, right.
- 14:03Speaker 2: And that's to be able to.
- 14:05Speaker 3: Serve our clients and communities in an exceptional way.
- 14:09Speaker 2: And so I was able to get the call.
- 14:11Speaker 3: They actually needed COVID testing centers for more else spelling
- 14:14Speaker 3: and Clarkland.
- 14:15Speaker 2: And University book be built out.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Obviously this is new, right, Lots of people didn't have
- 14:21Speaker 3: the or companies I actually say didn't have the bandwidth
- 14:24Speaker 3: to be able to actually create this. We were able
- 14:26Speaker 3: to actually come in in three weeks. We were able
- 14:29Speaker 3: to put together the cases of the plan there in
- 14:33Speaker 3: order to build out these COVID testing centers. That's why
- 14:36Speaker 3: I really wanted to thank to thank my mom Maryland,
- 14:40Speaker 3: and she actually we came together. We were able to
- 14:44Speaker 3: actually not only order the supplies and the PPE, but
- 14:49Speaker 3: we were also able to staff in building a staff
- 14:53Speaker 3: of close to almost I would say, seventy different members
- 14:57Speaker 3: seventy different contractors that came in to firm Care Life
- 15:03Speaker 3: Sharing to work at these COVID testing centers. And when
- 15:06Speaker 3: I tell you, it wasn't a test for the week.
- 15:09Speaker 3: At heart, I was still working a job as a
- 15:12Speaker 3: vice president. I was staying I was staying up to
- 15:16Speaker 3: you know, three and four o'clock in the morning, and
- 15:18Speaker 3: still had to be in that office at seven, you know,
- 15:21Speaker 3: eight o'clock am.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Right. But we were able to do that, right.
- 15:26Speaker 3: We were able to negotiate with the CFOs and with
- 15:31Speaker 3: the AUC Consortium in order to get contracts in places.
- 15:35Speaker 3: We did so well that once we were able to
- 15:39Speaker 3: actually start with the COVID testing and staffing the testing centers,
- 15:43Speaker 3: we actually said, hey, you're doing it so well, we
- 15:46Speaker 3: trust you, we want you to do the data entry also, okay,
- 15:49Speaker 3: all right, And so I really wanted to also shout
- 15:52Speaker 3: out to Care Guaranton and with the Morning School of Medicine,
- 15:58Speaker 3: and I wanted to definitely shout out to doctor Treywick
- 16:02Speaker 3: with more House College and the whole AUC Consortium for
- 16:06Speaker 3: Believing and we did such a phenomenal job. And this
- 16:10Speaker 3: is back in twenty twenty one, the fall of twenty
- 16:13Speaker 3: twenty one, to say, hey, you did a great job,
- 16:16Speaker 3: Eric and firm Care Life Sharing. We want to bring
- 16:19Speaker 3: you back for you know, the next semester. And so
- 16:21Speaker 3: we were just able to grow and knowing and coming
- 16:24Speaker 3: from that environment, it actually prepared me to be able
- 16:27Speaker 3: to deal with the student's falculty and staff but mainly
- 16:33Speaker 3: give them amazing services to be able to, you know,
- 16:37Speaker 3: to make sure that they loved what he did.
- 16:40Speaker 2: He said the first of all, when I started talking
- 16:42Speaker 2: about secrets to.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Success, what pops out in your conversation over over again
- 16:48Speaker 1: a foundation that was given to you at more House
- 16:51Speaker 1: and that whole.
- 16:52Speaker 2: You know center, which includes like you said, Maris Brown
- 16:55Speaker 2: spelled Clark and Mount University. More can't forget more Haut
- 16:58Speaker 2: medical Marge, people met from the Deil. It's good of
- 17:00Speaker 2: letters and.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Also relationships that what really is your secret to success?
- 17:06Speaker 2: Relationships?
- 17:07Speaker 3: I mean I think you know obviously, uh, you know,
- 17:09Speaker 3: I put God first because it's the positioning we never know,
- 17:13Speaker 3: you know, even positioning for here, you know, to be interviewed,
- 17:17Speaker 3: you know from a legend like yourself. You know, I
- 17:20Speaker 3: think that you know, it's a purpose in every way.
- 17:22Speaker 3: But yes, relationships are the most important because and also integrity,
- 17:29Speaker 3: right keeping your work, bring somebody being somebody that you know, hey,
- 17:35Speaker 3: is he going to show up?
- 17:36Speaker 2: Is he going to come through for us?
- 17:38Speaker 3: Can we depend on this person seriously to have the
- 17:42Speaker 3: integrity in order to you know, follow through on what
- 17:45Speaker 3: he's saying. And that's what I always want to be,
- 17:49Speaker 3: you know, just remembered, remembered.
- 17:51Speaker 2: By right now.
- 17:52Speaker 1: So it's always that moment you start a couple, leasy,
- 17:55Speaker 1: you're doing double time, you're talking about rashon them, over
- 17:58Speaker 1: doing COVID testing the movie. We're still working at the bank, Yeah,
- 18:01Speaker 1: staying up to three o'clock to get off.
- 18:04Speaker 2: In seven thirty.
- 18:04Speaker 3: Yeah, definitely, What were the highs and lows of this
- 18:08Speaker 3: transition into being an entrepreneur, successful, competent life firm, care
- 18:13Speaker 3: life sharing. Yeah, so I would say the highs and
- 18:17Speaker 3: it really gave me an immense amount of confidence to
- 18:20Speaker 3: be able to execute on a large scale like that
- 18:25Speaker 3: with the you know, morales More School of Medicine, CLARKLANDA University.
- 18:30Speaker 3: It spelled me to be able to provide, build those relationships,
- 18:35Speaker 3: to provide you know, that COVID testing. But also I
- 18:38Speaker 3: would say, is building this home healthcare business. It's you know,
- 18:44Speaker 3: it's not for the week. I didn't. It took me
- 18:47Speaker 3: almost Obviously, there's a planning period in which I said, hey,
- 18:52Speaker 3: I want to get into it. Twenty eighteen, twenty nineteen
- 18:55Speaker 3: is when we you know, actually got actually got into
- 18:58Speaker 3: it twenty twenty Right, we operated three years at a
- 19:02Speaker 3: loss and then you know, twenty twenty one and you know,
- 19:05Speaker 3: and being.
- 19:06Speaker 2: In that positioning that was extreme high for me.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Right, And so you talked about, you know, obviously the loves, right,
- 19:16Speaker 3: because the lows, the highs are phenomenal.
- 19:20Speaker 2: The lows character building.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Yes, the failures, you know, as much as I hated
- 19:27Speaker 3: the failures actually created that. That's the character building building
- 19:31Speaker 3: to actually see if you're resilient en right, right, because oftentimes,
- 19:36Speaker 3: and I'm only speaking for myself, when I got the
- 19:39Speaker 3: extreme highs there, I was just sitting on you know
- 19:43Speaker 3: this being high horse. I got a little complacent and say, hey,
- 19:46Speaker 3: we built the company to you know, a million dollars
- 19:49Speaker 3: plus in revenue, right, And I was like, hey, you know,
- 19:52Speaker 3: I'm you know, hey, I'm riching that right, right, And
- 19:55Speaker 3: so I wanted to I started looking at that as
- 19:58Speaker 3: an entrepreneur, you know, and I hit and you know,
- 20:02Speaker 3: one of the biggest pitfalls in my life because I
- 20:06Speaker 3: started looking at you know, the money following the money,
- 20:10Speaker 3: following the money, and not the play and and specifically
- 20:16Speaker 3: what I asked I prayed and asked God for and
- 20:18Speaker 3: so I trusted you know, some another platform or something else.
- 20:24Speaker 3: And by investing my money more than I trusted my
- 20:27Speaker 3: own plan. That that led to an extreme loss that
- 20:32Speaker 3: led to me really you know, having a lot of
- 20:35Speaker 3: like tearful, tearful you know nights and tearful days. I
- 20:40Speaker 3: have a beautiful family, amazing wife and also to trusting
- 20:47Speaker 3: wife because when I told my wife when that much
- 20:50Speaker 3: I lost, you know, I don't know, I don't know
- 20:57Speaker 3: if you know, a lot of won't a lot of
- 21:00Speaker 3: them will stay for that. But my wife trusted me
- 21:03Speaker 3: someone missingly she said in one said it's.
- 21:07Speaker 2: You gotta get it back.
- 21:09Speaker 3: And that spoke so much you know, life in to
- 21:11Speaker 3: me because I was I was actually you know, really
- 21:15Speaker 3: at a lower at that top, you know, and you know,
- 21:18Speaker 3: I wanted her.
- 21:19Speaker 2: I was like, hey, you.
- 21:20Speaker 3: Know, you know, I'm gonna have you quit your job,
- 21:23Speaker 3: you know, But she said, hey, you know, she just
- 21:26Speaker 3: kept on asking me, kept on kept on asking me,
- 21:28Speaker 3: and I said, hey, you know, babe, I'm not able
- 21:30Speaker 3: to you know.
- 21:31Speaker 2: And this is what happened. Full transparency.
- 21:34Speaker 3: And so again a big, low, big load for me,
- 21:38Speaker 3: but that load taught me extremely resilience.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Awesome.
- 21:43Speaker 1: I really appreciate to understand, yes and very important to
- 21:45Speaker 1: people because I want people to see these interviews and
- 21:48Speaker 1: also maybe see a part of their life they're up
- 21:52Speaker 1: there down and also a lot of people in these
- 21:54Speaker 1: interview in the interview process, the reality is, man, these
- 21:59Speaker 1: stories are set. Yeah, you may be baking cakes, you
- 22:02Speaker 1: might be we model the house, but it's still the
- 22:06Speaker 1: same journey, definitely, you know. But the one that steps
- 22:09Speaker 1: out is that you gotta have backup. You gotta have
- 22:12Speaker 1: people who believe in you. And you've said that already
- 22:15Speaker 1: that your structure, that's structure that's in place.
- 22:18Speaker 2: But believe you.
- 22:19Speaker 1: So what's the five year plan from now? What is
- 22:21Speaker 1: the future that holds for firm care life sharing?

- 23:06Speaker 3: need of this. And we want to be one of
- 23:09Speaker 3: the companies that not only be not only is like
- 23:13Speaker 3: the premier home health care company, but we want to
- 23:17Speaker 3: grow to that large that large business and multi.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Multi million dollar business.
- 23:21Speaker 3: We want to be able to employ so many people
- 23:24Speaker 3: here in the Georgia, in the State of Georgia, but
- 23:28Speaker 3: all over all over the US. Right, we want to
- 23:31Speaker 3: move into all different types of you know, health care verticals.
- 23:37Speaker 3: We want to move into provide a personal care homes, right,
- 23:40Speaker 3: we want to provide transportation services, we want to be
- 23:44Speaker 3: able to provide you know, adult daycare services. But mainly
- 23:49Speaker 3: what we want to do in that five years is
- 23:51Speaker 3: we want to solidify ourselves.
