- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict with Center, Ted Kruz, Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you and Center. There's nothing like having real life example
- 0:08Speaker 2: sitting in front of you that make your point for
- 0:11Speaker 2: you is you guys were having a hearing on anti Semitism,
- 0:15Speaker 2: and then what happened? A bunch of anti Semitic protesters
- 0:18Speaker 2: decided to interrupt you.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Well, that's exactly right. We had a major hearing in
- 0:23Speaker 1: the Senate Judiciary Committee today. Now, mind you, it's been
- 0:26Speaker 1: nearly a year since October seventh, and Senate Democrats have
- 0:29Speaker 1: refused to have even a single hearing on the anti
- 0:33Speaker 1: semitism we're seeing on campus, on the harassment of Jewish students,
- 0:36Speaker 1: on the violence and threats directed to Jewish students. They
- 0:39Speaker 1: finally agreed this week in Judiciary to have a hearing
- 0:42Speaker 1: on hate generally Hate generically, Well, I use the opportunity
- 0:46Speaker 1: to talk about the anti Semitism that is a unique
- 0:49Speaker 1: evil and that has gotten particularly virulent in the past year.
- 0:53Speaker 1: And in the midst of by laying out those facts,
- 0:56Speaker 1: there were a number of anti Israel, anti se Medic
- 1:00Speaker 1: protesters who stood up and began screaming, and one who
- 1:03Speaker 1: began screaming profanities, and I'm going to give a language
- 1:08Speaker 1: warding later, but they got into very explicit profanities, demonstrating
- 1:12Speaker 1: the anti semitism for all to see. We're also going
- 1:16Speaker 1: to talk today about testimony, bombshell testimony from a former
- 1:19Speaker 1: senior official of the Border Patrol who described how Joe
- 1:24Speaker 1: Biden and Kamala Harris silences the Border Patrol from revealing
- 1:28Speaker 1: just how many terrorists are crossing our border and threatening
- 1:32Speaker 1: the American people. It's something we all expected, and yet
- 1:35Speaker 1: it's still stunning to see that they are explicitly trying
- 1:39Speaker 1: to make sure the American people don't know just how
- 1:41Speaker 1: much danger they're in due to Joe Biden and Kamala
- 1:44Speaker 1: Harris's open border policies. And finally, another just amazing story,
- 1:50Speaker 1: the nation of Iran hacked Donald Trump's campaign, stole materials,
- 1:57Speaker 1: and then passed it on directly to Joe Biden's campaign.
- 2:01Speaker 1: This is not subtle, this is not difficult to figure out,
- 2:04Speaker 1: and yet the entire media is collectively engaged at a yawn.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Nothing to see here other than a theocratic zealot who
- 2:11Speaker 1: chanced death to America actively trying to aid the campaign
- 2:15Speaker 1: of Kamala Harris for president. Yeah, it is an amazing story.
- 2:19Speaker 1: We're going to break that down for you in a moment.
- 2:21Speaker 2: If you're like me and you'll love a great cup
- 2:23Speaker 2: of coffee and you start your day off with it
- 2:24Speaker 2: every morning, well, how many of you are compromising your
- 2:28Speaker 2: values are just taste or maybe both at the same time?
- 2:31Speaker 1: Every day.
- 2:32Speaker 2: There's a lot of woke coffee companies out there. And
- 2:34Speaker 2: when I said that, I'm sure there's a few names
- 2:36Speaker 2: that popped right into your head and there's a lot
- 2:38Speaker 2: of either.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Probably.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Yeah, you're not lying, Ben, I do just drink an
- 2:41Speaker 2: average cup of coffee? Why do that? Why not get
- 2:45Speaker 2: the best cup of coffee of your life? And you
- 2:47Speaker 2: can do it with a hardcore conservative company that got
- 2:51Speaker 2: in the coffee game because of how many radical left
- 2:53Speaker 2: companies were producing coffee. That company is called black Out Coffee,
- 2:58Speaker 2: and I start with one hundred percent American, zero percent
- 3:03Speaker 2: woke coffee, and it is a premium cup of coffee.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Blackout Coffee is also committed to conservative values from the
- 3:11Speaker 2: sourcing the beams, to the roasting process, customer support and shipping.
- 3:15Speaker 2: They embody true American values. They accept no compromise on
- 3:19Speaker 2: taste or quality. Now, I want you to save some
- 3:22Speaker 2: money to try Blackout Coffee, and you can do it

- 3:49Speaker 1: All right, so explain to me.
- 3:51Speaker 2: How long you guys have been fighting for this hearing
- 3:54Speaker 2: to even take place?
- 3:55Speaker 1: Number one, center and number two?
- 3:57Speaker 2: How hard did the left dig in to make sure
- 3:59Speaker 2: it was a out hate in general? And it really
- 4:01Speaker 2: wasn't focused too much on I don't know, terrorists in
- 4:04Speaker 2: the Middle East and trying to kill Jews.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Well, as you know, we saw with October seventh, the
- 4:11Speaker 1: worst single day mass murder of Jews since the Holocaust.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Twelve hundred Israelis murdered on that day, hundreds more taking hostage,
- 4:21Speaker 1: women and children raped. It was horrific. But in the
- 4:23Speaker 1: wake of that we saw an explosion of anti Semitic incidents,
- 4:27Speaker 1: anti Semitic violences, particularly on college campuses. And we saw
- 4:31Speaker 1: college campuses where leftist administrators and faculty gave into the
- 4:35Speaker 1: mob to the anti Israel pro Hamas protesters and allowed
- 4:39Speaker 1: Jewish students to be threatened, to be intimidated, to be
- 4:42Speaker 1: physically at risk because the ideology of those faculty and
- 4:48Speaker 1: those administrators agreed with the Prohamas protesters. Now, in the
- 4:53Speaker 1: wake of that, you'll recall, the House of Representatives held
- 4:56Speaker 1: a hearing with the presidents of Harvard, MIT, and p
- 5:01Speaker 1: and that may go down in history as the most
- 5:03Speaker 1: disastrous congressional testimony ever. Two of the three presidents were
- 5:07Speaker 1: fired as a result of their testimony. The president of
- 5:10Speaker 1: Harvard lost her job, Claudine Gay, and the president of Penn,
- 5:14Speaker 1: Liz McGill, lost her job as well. The president of MIT,
- 5:18Speaker 1: miraculously is still holding on, although time will tell how
- 5:21Speaker 1: long that lasts. But while the House was doing it,
- 5:24Speaker 1: because House Republicans wanted to examine the horrific anti Semitism
- 5:29Speaker 1: that was threatening Jewish students on campus, no Senate Democrat
- 5:34Speaker 1: chair was willing to hold hearing. They weren't even willing
- 5:37Speaker 1: to examine anti Semitism. I joined with every other Republican
- 5:41Speaker 1: on the Senate Judiciary Committee back in February, calling on
- 5:45Speaker 1: Dick Durbin, the chairman of the committee, to hold a
- 5:46Speaker 1: hearing on anti Semitism and the threats to Jewish students.
- 5:50Speaker 1: And by the way, their existing federal civil rights law,
- 5:52Speaker 1: Title six of our Civil Rights Law provide that the
- 5:56Speaker 1: federal government should be cutting off the funding to these
- 5:59Speaker 1: universities that are allowing the harassment and discrimination and threats
- 6:03Speaker 1: directed at Jewish students. But under Joe Biden Kamala Harris,
- 6:07Speaker 1: the Department of Justice has no interest in doing so. Well.
- 6:10Speaker 1: From February until this week, Democrats refused to hold a hearing.
- 6:15Speaker 1: They finally in Judiciary gave in and they held a hearing.
- 6:19Speaker 1: But it wasn't onto antisemitism. It was on hate crimes
- 6:22Speaker 1: of all kinds. And I'll tell you, as the hearing
- 6:24Speaker 1: went on, Democrat after Democrat, they didn't even mention anti Semitism. Instead,
- 6:29Speaker 1: you know what, they talked about white supremacy, because if
- 6:32Speaker 1: you're a leftist, it's okay to talk about and white
- 6:35Speaker 1: supremacists are idiots and morons. But we don't currently have
- 6:38Speaker 1: a bunch of Nazis taking over college campuses and threatening people.
- 6:42Speaker 1: What we have is a bunch of Prohamas, violent protesters
- 6:44Speaker 1: who are taking over campuses and threatening people. And yet
- 6:47Speaker 1: it is striking. There is literally not a single Democrat
- 6:50Speaker 1: senator on the Judiciary Committee who seems to give a
- 6:53Speaker 1: flip about what is happening. They wouldn't focus on it. Well,
- 6:58Speaker 1: I used my time to focus in entirely on it,
- 7:00Speaker 1: to lay out the facts. And right in the middle
- 7:03Speaker 1: of it, there were a bunch of anti Israel protesters
- 7:06Speaker 1: there who stood up, began yelling, and one in particular
- 7:10Speaker 1: began yelling profanities, began saying, f the Jews. Now we're
- 7:15Speaker 1: going to play that entire clip, and I just want
- 7:17Speaker 1: to give you a language warning. It is explicit, and
- 7:20Speaker 1: this is an anti Semite who is showing his hate.
- 7:23Speaker 1: And this played out live in a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Give a listen. Anti Semitism is a unique historic form
- 7:32Speaker 1: of evil, and over millennia it is manifested in violence,
- 7:37Speaker 1: mass murder, and genocide. October seventh was one of the
- 7:41Speaker 1: darkest days in human history, when terrorists murdered over twelve
- 7:44Speaker 1: hundred Israelis and took two hundred and fifty one hostages.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Women and girls were raped. It was the single largest
- 7:55Speaker 1: mass murder of Jews in a day since the holocaul.
- 8:01Speaker 1: In the wake of October seventh, we have seen anti
- 8:05Speaker 1: Semitism explode across the United States and across the world,
- 8:10Speaker 1: but especially on college campuses, as the ADL has illustrated.
- 8:14Speaker 1: From twenty twenty two to twenty twenty three, the number
- 8:17Speaker 1: of anti Semitic incidents more than doubled in the United States,
- 8:22Speaker 1: but college campuses in particular have become vile incubators of
- 8:32Speaker 1: hatred of Jews. At Cornell University in the aftermath of
- 8:37Speaker 1: October seventh, one student made vile threats, including statements such as,
- 8:42Speaker 1: if I see a pig male Jew, I will stab
- 8:44Speaker 1: you and slit your throat. If I see another female Jew,
- 8:48Speaker 1: I will drag you away and rape you and throw
- 8:50Speaker 1: you off a cliff. A student organization at California State
- 8:56Speaker 1: University Long Beach circulated a flyer calling for a quote
- 9:00Speaker 1: day of resistance in celebration of October seventh. You will
- 9:04Speaker 1: note on the flier is an image of a person
- 9:08Speaker 1: parachuting with a fan attach a direct reference to a
- 9:12Speaker 1: glorification of Hamas terrorists that used gliders to descend upon
- 9:17Speaker 1: a music festival and murder two hundred and sixty innocent
- 9:21Speaker 1: people and take many more hostages. At Columbia University, the
- 9:26Speaker 1: situation got so bad that the Orthodox rabbi on campus,
- 9:31Speaker 1: Rabbi La Buckler, had to make this public statement, Columbia
- 9:37Speaker 1: University's public safety cannot guarantee Jewish students safety in the
- 9:41Speaker 1: face of extreme anti Semitism and anarchy. It deeply pains
- 9:46Speaker 1: me to say that I would strongly recommend you return home.
- 9:50Speaker 1: This was directed to Jewish students as soon as possible
- 9:54Speaker 1: and remain home. The rabbi had every reason to be concerned.
- 9:58Speaker 1: At Columbia's campus, individuals yelled we love Hamas, where all
- 10:03Speaker 1: Hamas long live Hamas. At the University of Washington, the
- 10:11Speaker 1: granddaughter of Holocaust survivors was told that she was called names,
- 10:18Speaker 1: she was spit at, she was laughed at. She said
- 10:20Speaker 1: she no longer felt safe on campus, and she was
- 10:23Speaker 1: told to go back to the gas chambers. This is
- 10:28Speaker 1: sick and horrific. At Columbia, when Jewish students were engaged
- 10:38Speaker 1: in displaying the American flag in the Israeli flag. Another
- 10:44Speaker 1: student wearing a mask. Because these protesters are also brave,
- 10:47Speaker 1: they almost always cover their face, held up a handwritten
- 10:51Speaker 1: sign saying al Casam's next time. Al Casam is the
- 10:55Speaker 1: military arm of Hamas. According to social media, this particular
- 11:01Speaker 1: student is a wealthy student from Georgia. She's not Palestinian,
- 11:05Speaker 1: but she has been taught lies and hatred, and she
- 11:08Speaker 1: feels perfectly comfortable advocating the murder of her fellow students
- 11:12Speaker 1: at Columbia. At MIT, students have reported they feel unsafe
- 11:18Speaker 1: to go to class, and the MIT president has said
- 11:22Speaker 1: that she would not discipline the students making those threats
- 11:25Speaker 1: because if she did, they risk losing their visas and
- 11:28Speaker 1: being deported. Throughout all of this, the Biden Harris administration
- 11:36Speaker 1: has been utterly absent. Does anyone doubt if the Klan
- 11:42Speaker 1: were on college campus, is terrorizing African American students, threatening
- 11:46Speaker 1: African American students, that we would see the FBI there,
- 11:50Speaker 1: that we would see prosecutors there, that we would see
- 11:52Speaker 1: federal funding cut off to universities of courts. We would,
- 11:55Speaker 1: and we should. But when it comes to anti Semitism.
- 12:00Speaker 1: The Democrats have a problem. I would note this is
- 12:03Speaker 1: occurring in blue states with blue governors because the Democrat
- 12:07Speaker 1: Party is terrified of the Prohamas wing of their party.
- 12:11Speaker 1: In states like Texas and Florida, we don't allow this.
- 12:15Speaker 1: At the University of Texas, when violent protesters threatened Jewish students,
- 12:19Speaker 1: police officers arrived and arrested them. That's what happened when
- 12:24Speaker 1: you enforce the law. Every Republican member of this committee
- 12:28Speaker 1: asked the chairman to hold a hearing on anti semitism
- 12:30Speaker 1: in February, and yet we don't get a hearing on
- 12:33Speaker 1: anti Semitism. We get a hearing generically on hate because
- 12:37Speaker 1: this administration and this is the kind of anger and
- 12:40Speaker 1: hate that is encouraged. You're now seeing the hate manifesting
- 12:45Speaker 1: right here. Interestingly enough, what please the committee will come
- 12:50Speaker 1: to order.
- 12:51Speaker 3: The senator is recognized finish his remarks.
- 12:56Speaker 1: So we now have a demonstration of anti semitism. We
- 12:59Speaker 1: have a demonstruation of the hate. Rabi Goldfelder, let me
- 13:03Speaker 1: ask you, has the Biden administration cut off the funding
- 13:06Speaker 1: of any of the colleges that have allowed this hate?
- 13:09Speaker 1: Have they indicted anyone for funding these violent protested protests.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Have they indicted the people paying for the matching tents?
- 13:18Speaker 1: Or have they sat there silently and at the university
- 13:21Speaker 1: sat there silently while their students are terrified to go
- 13:24Speaker 1: to class.
- 13:25Speaker 3: They have not indicted anyone.
- 13:27Speaker 1: They have not indicted anyone. Has any university had their
- 13:30Speaker 1: funding cut off for allowing this sort of violent intimidation?
- 13:33Speaker 3: Not a single university.
- 13:35Speaker 1: I can tell you this. Next year he turned a
- 13:37Speaker 1: Republican majority on this committee, you will see real leadership.
- 13:41Speaker 1: And next year, if there's a Republican administration, you will
- 13:44Speaker 1: see people prosecuted for this sort of violence. This is
- 13:47Speaker 1: being tolerated with the looking away, the blind eye being
- 13:52Speaker 1: turned from this administration and this Department of Justice. And
- 13:56Speaker 1: it is utterly disgraceful and under Title six, any university
- 14:00Speaker 1: that allows this should have their funding cut off.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Senator, how is no one and you brought this up,
- 14:05Speaker 2: and I want you to expand on this.
- 14:06Speaker 1: How is no one arrested?
- 14:08Speaker 2: Is that just because they said we don't arrest these
- 14:11Speaker 2: types of protesters with these types of threats?
- 14:15Speaker 1: Well, police officers, Capitol police officers did escort the protester
- 14:19Speaker 1: out of the hearing. So he was removed. I don't
- 14:21Speaker 1: know if that individual was arrested or not. I don't
- 14:24Speaker 1: know one way or the other, but he was removed.
- 14:26Speaker 1: If you disrupt a hearing, you get removed. And you know,
- 14:29Speaker 1: as you heard, he was screaming F the Jews, F Israelis,
- 14:33Speaker 1: and you know that was and that was, by the way,
- 14:36Speaker 1: because he was angry that I was focusing on the
- 14:39Speaker 1: violent threats directed at Jewish students on campus and listen,
- 14:44Speaker 1: so many of these protesters, they are filled with hatred.
- 14:48Speaker 1: But I got a question for you, Ben, why did
- 14:51Speaker 1: none of the Democrat senators care? I mean, it was
- 14:53Speaker 1: a complete The silence from the Democrat side of the
- 14:59Speaker 1: aisle was really striking. Most of them didn't even bring
- 15:01Speaker 1: up the.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Topic, didn't even bring up the topic. Wonder why is
- 15:07Speaker 2: it because of politics? And they know it doesn't play
- 15:09Speaker 2: well with their base, because that's my guess.
- 15:12Speaker 1: That there is a pro Hamas base in the Democrat
- 15:15Speaker 1: Party and it's you know, I spoke with a number
- 15:18Speaker 1: of friends of mine in the Jewish community who were angry.
- 15:21Speaker 1: They were asking me, why are no Democrats willing to
- 15:25Speaker 1: even speak out against this hatred? Why are no Democrats
- 15:27Speaker 1: willing to speak out, you know, and a point I
- 15:30Speaker 1: made Listen, the protests are only happening in blue states,
- 15:33Speaker 1: that are not happening in red states, that this is
- 15:36Speaker 1: a phenomenon. The Democrats, far too many of them agree
- 15:40Speaker 1: with the protesters, and what they're saying is vile. This
- 15:43Speaker 1: is not a civil political discourse about whether we should
- 15:46Speaker 1: have a two state solution that reasonable minds can disagree.
- 15:51Speaker 1: You can have an intelligent conversation about that question. When
- 15:54Speaker 1: you're screaming we love Hamas, that is something altogether different,
- 15:58Speaker 1: that is citing with the terrorists, who are murderers, who
- 16:02Speaker 1: are rapists, who are our vicious, evil, violent criminals. And
- 16:08Speaker 1: yet today's Democrat Party they can't bring themselves to simply
- 16:13Speaker 1: say Jewish students are going to be protected in college campuses.
- 16:17Speaker 1: And by the way, if you're a university and you
- 16:20Speaker 1: refuse to protect your students, we're going to enforce federal
- 16:22Speaker 1: civil rights legislation and we're going to cut off your funding.
- 16:26Speaker 1: I am confident if Donald Trump is re elected president
- 16:32Speaker 1: that we will see in January the Department of Justice
- 16:35Speaker 1: open investigations and begin going after universities that allow Jewish
- 16:40Speaker 1: students to be threatened, to be harassed, to be violently intimidated,
- 16:44Speaker 1: and by the way, or any other students, it just happens.
- 16:48Speaker 1: The phenomenon we're seeing is targeted at Jews. But if
- 16:51Speaker 1: there were a school that we're allowing African Americans to
- 16:54Speaker 1: be targeted and violently threatened, or allowing Muslims to be targeted,
- 16:57Speaker 1: violently threatened, or allowing any other group of student to
- 17:00Speaker 1: be targeted or violently threatened for racial or ethnic or
- 17:04Speaker 1: religious characteristics, the civil rights laws would protect them as well.
- 17:08Speaker 1: But the protests we're seeing are specifically anti Semitic. They're
- 17:12Speaker 1: directed at Jews, and this is a hatred that is
- 17:16Speaker 1: extended for millennia, and unfortunately, it's a hatred that now
- 17:20Speaker 1: today's Washington Democrats cannot bring themselves to stand against.
- 17:25Speaker 2: All Right, I want to take a moment to tell
- 17:26Speaker 2: you real quick about an incredible company called Patriot Mobile.
- 17:30Speaker 2: And the reason why I say is incredible is because
- 17:33Speaker 2: number one of the reason why it was started. Patriot
- 17:35Speaker 2: Mobile was started by a group of conservatives that found
- 17:37Speaker 2: out where their money was going when they paid their
- 17:40Speaker 2: bill to Big Mobile, and they said, we've got to
- 17:43Speaker 2: stop this because Big Mobile gets massive donations to democratic causes,
- 17:47Speaker 2: candidates and organizations, even organizations that advocate support and pay
- 17:52Speaker 2: for abortions. If you don't want your money going there,
- 17:56Speaker 2: then you need to switch. The only Christian conservative wireless
- 17:59Speaker 2: provider in the country with nation wide coverage. I use
- 18:04Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile and I travel all the time. A lot
- 18:06Speaker 2: of people say the number one reason why they don't change.
- 18:08Speaker 2: They say it's just too hard, too difficult, and I
- 18:10Speaker 2: don't want to have bad coverage. None of that's an
- 18:12Speaker 2: issue in twenty twenty four anymore. You literally can change
- 18:15Speaker 2: right now over the phone. All you got to do
- 18:17Speaker 2: is call Patriot Mobile and they can do it over
- 18:20Speaker 2: the phone, and you keep your same cell phone number
- 18:22Speaker 2: you have now. You can keep your same cell phone
- 18:24Speaker 2: you have in your hand right now, and you can
- 18:27Speaker 2: upgrade to a new phone if you want to. But
- 18:29Speaker 2: then this is where the best part happens, the most
- 18:32Speaker 2: fun part of switching. Every month Patriot Mobile. When you
- 18:35Speaker 2: pay your bill, they take about five percent of your
- 18:37Speaker 2: bill at no extra cost to you, and they give
- 18:41Speaker 2: it back to conservative causes that fight for a First
- 18:44Speaker 2: and or Second Amendment. They fight for the rights of
- 18:47Speaker 2: unborn children, and they stand and support and advocate and
- 18:50Speaker 2: help our wounded warriors, our veterans, our first responder heroes
- 18:55Speaker 2: each and every day. That is why I love Patriot
- 18:58Speaker 2: Mobile and I want you to make the switch. So
- 19:01Speaker 2: go to Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict and you are
- 19:06Speaker 2: going to get a free month of service with a
- 19:08Speaker 2: promo code Verdict. Or you can call them nine to
- 19:11Speaker 2: seven to two Patriot. That's nine seven too, Patriot nine
- 19:17Speaker 2: seven to two Patriot. Or call them and go online
- 19:21Speaker 2: at Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict promo code verdict
- 19:25Speaker 2: for a free month of service. Make the switch and
- 19:27Speaker 2: make a difference every time you pay your bill. You know,
- 19:30Speaker 2: this isn't the only issue that is happening right now
- 19:33Speaker 2: that is honestly shocking, uh and watching what happens with
- 19:39Speaker 2: the left crickets, the media crickets. And that brings us
- 19:42Speaker 2: to story number two, which deals with another issue of
- 19:47Speaker 2: national security. The Biden Harris administration is now being accused
- 19:53Speaker 2: of hiding the number of terrorists who are crossing the border.
- 19:57Speaker 2: This coming from the they were Chief of Border Patrol
- 20:01Speaker 2: and agent. He said in this testimony to Congress that
- 20:06Speaker 2: he was ordered by the Biden Harris team by their
- 20:09Speaker 2: White House to cover up the disaster at the border
- 20:14Speaker 2: and to cover up the number of possible terrorists coming
- 20:18Speaker 2: across the border. Your reaction to this testimony before we
- 20:22Speaker 2: place some of it.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Well, look, the testimony is studding in some ways, it's
- 20:28Speaker 1: unsurprising because we know that they're doing everything they can
- 20:30Speaker 1: to cover it up. That being said, just simply, the
- 20:34Speaker 1: sheer volume of suspected terrorists who've been flooding across the
- 20:38Speaker 1: border is enormous. And his explicit testimony that the politicals
- 20:43Speaker 1: did not want the American people to know that Biden
- 20:46Speaker 1: and Harris's policies were letting terrorists into the country, that
- 20:50Speaker 1: is just an incredible indictment. Give a listen.
- 20:54Speaker 4: We had an exponentially increase in significant interest aliens. These
- 20:58Speaker 4: are aliens with significant ties to terran Prior to this administration,
- 21:02Speaker 4: the San Diego sector averaged ten to fifteen siars per year.
- 21:06Speaker 3: Once word was out the border was far easier to cross.
- 21:09Speaker 4: San Diego went to over one hundred sias in twenty
- 21:12Speaker 4: twenty two, well over that in twenty twenty three, and
- 21:16Speaker 4: even more than that registered this year.
- 21:18Speaker 3: These are only the ones we caught at the time.
- 21:21Speaker 4: I was told I could not release any information on
- 21:24Speaker 4: this increase in SIAS or mention any of the arrests.
- 21:27Speaker 3: The administration was trying to convince the public.
- 21:30Speaker 4: There was no threat at the border. Fentanyl is another issue.
- 21:34Speaker 4: The San Diego area seized between eighty and ninety percent
- 21:37Speaker 4: of the methaan fhetamine in fentanyl seizures annually for our
- 21:40Speaker 4: entire country. With little enforcement at the border, these drugs
- 21:44Speaker 4: were coming through in mass. During my last year in
- 21:47Speaker 4: San Diego, the price for a single pillar fentanyl, for example,
- 21:50Speaker 4: went from ten dollars to twenty five cents.
- 21:54Speaker 3: To make matters worse.
- 21:55Speaker 4: During twenty twenty two and twenty three, I had to
- 21:58Speaker 4: shut down San Diego traffic checkpoints, which are critical for
- 22:01Speaker 4: drug in addiction, because the resources had been diverted to
- 22:04Speaker 4: the process and release mission. The large numbers also had
- 22:08Speaker 4: and still have a negative impact on the San Diego community.
- 22:12Speaker 4: I had to release the illegal aliens by the hundreds
- 22:14Speaker 4: each day into communities who could not support them. To
- 22:17Speaker 4: quiet the problem, two flights a week were provided from
- 22:19Speaker 4: San Diego to Texas. These flights simply brought aliens that
- 22:23Speaker 4: would have been released in San.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Diego over to Texas.
- 22:26Speaker 4: Each flight costs approximately one hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
- 22:29Speaker 4: This was the administration's way to try and quiet the
- 22:32Speaker 4: border wide crisis.
- 22:34Speaker 2: It's amazing how nonchalant this guy's talking about what they
- 22:39Speaker 2: told them to do. I mean, this is a former
- 22:42Speaker 2: chief patrol agent US Customs and Border Patrol who's just
- 22:46Speaker 2: reading this like, yeah, welcome to another day in my life.
- 22:49Speaker 2: I'm told what to say, what not to say. What
- 22:51Speaker 2: I can tell the truth on what I must cover up. Yeah,
- 22:54Speaker 2: there's a lot of fetnyl coming across. I actually found
- 22:57Speaker 2: the pill part one of the most disturbing that we
- 22:59Speaker 2: went from ten dollars upilled at twenty five cents because
- 23:02Speaker 2: the market was flooded with that much fetanyl coming across
- 23:06Speaker 2: the southern border, because it was just wide open. On
- 23:08Speaker 2: top of all the other stuff, he said you had
- 23:10Speaker 2: to lie about.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Well, to be clear, I think he was just filled
- 23:16Speaker 1: with fury and indignation, and I think he was very
- 23:18Speaker 1: deliberately delivering that testimony matter of fact, just describing the
- 23:23Speaker 1: facts because the facts are so outrageous. I think that's
- 23:26Speaker 1: why he's blowing the whistle. Now. This is what Joe
- 23:29Speaker 1: Biden and Kamala Harris have done. And you look at
- 23:32Speaker 1: each of the facts, you look at suspected terrorists, and
- 23:35Speaker 1: this is just in one sector, in the San Diego sector,
- 23:38Speaker 1: that it went from about ten to over one hundred
- 23:42Speaker 1: a year. That is massive. That is a massive. That
- 23:47Speaker 1: means hundreds and hundreds of suspected terrorists coming in in
- 23:52Speaker 1: just one sector. And those are the ones they caught.
- 23:54Speaker 1: It doesn't count the ones they didn't catch. He wasn't
- 23:57Speaker 1: allowed to say that publicly. You look at fentanyl. He
- 24:00Speaker 1: described how the price of one fentanyl pill was ten
- 24:02Speaker 1: dollars and then it dropped to twenty five cents. Listen, Biden,
- 24:06Speaker 1: Harris has been terrible on inflation in every regard except
- 24:10Speaker 1: for fentanyl. And I will say, boy, they are good
- 24:13Speaker 1: at fighting inflation when it comes to deadly drugs that
- 24:15Speaker 1: murdered one hundred and ten thousand Americans, that they've lowered
- 24:19Speaker 1: the price a lot. And it's just simple supply and demand.
- 24:22Speaker 1: When you allow vast quantities of drugs to flood into
- 24:24Speaker 1: the country, the price plummets and thousands upon thousands of
- 24:29Speaker 1: Americans die. And I got to say the last thing
- 24:32Speaker 1: he said about sending flight after flight after flight of
- 24:37Speaker 1: illegals from California to Texas. That is pure politics. That
- 24:42Speaker 1: is they hate the state of Texas. Look, Texas was
- 24:45Speaker 1: being invaded. We had millions of illegals coming into Texas ourselves.
- 24:49Speaker 1: But you know what, California is a blue state. Texas
- 24:51Speaker 1: is a red state. And this administration they are vindictive.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Let's try it, let's try to protect the Democrats in California.
- 24:58Speaker 1: We'll just send the illegals to Texas. We don't like
- 25:00Speaker 1: them anyway. And everyone will say, oh, they're just being
- 25:03Speaker 1: cranks by complaining about this. That testimony is stunning. And
- 25:09Speaker 1: you know what, has anyone asked Kamala Harris about it?
- 25:13Speaker 1: Not at all?
- 25:13Speaker 2: In fact, what he just said there no one's talking
- 25:16Speaker 2: about outside of this show and a couple other conservatives
- 25:19Speaker 2: out there trying to spread the word of like this
- 25:21Speaker 2: is real testimony in Congress.
- 25:24Speaker 1: How is this not the lead story on the six
- 25:27Speaker 1: o'clock news.
- 25:29Speaker 2: It should be if you weren't pushing state sponsored propaganda.
- 25:34Speaker 1: And that means CNN won't cover it, ABC won't cover it,
- 25:38Speaker 1: CBS won't cover it, NBC won't cover it. It simply doesn't exist.
- 25:42Speaker 1: And that is part of how we got into this
- 25:44Speaker 1: world of trouble is the number of people who are
- 25:47Speaker 1: actually journalists who report on the news is vanishing massively.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Let's go back to one of the things he's said
- 25:56Speaker 2: in here, and I want to set it out and
- 25:58Speaker 2: play it again, because this retire our Border Patrol sector
- 26:01Speaker 2: chief testifying in front of the Home Insecurity Committee that
- 26:04Speaker 2: he was directed quote not to release any information on
- 26:07Speaker 2: the increase in significant interest migrants. These are aliens with
- 26:12Speaker 2: significant quote ties to terrorism, and some may have even
- 26:18Speaker 2: missed that. Listen again, we had.
- 26:19Speaker 4: An exponentially increase in significant interest aliens. These are aliens
- 26:23Speaker 4: with significant ties to terrorism. Prior to this administration, the
- 26:27Speaker 4: San Diego sector averaged ten to fifteen siars per year.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Once word was out the border was far easier to cross.
- 26:34Speaker 4: San Diego went to over one hundred sias in twenty
- 26:37Speaker 4: twenty two, well over that in twenty twenty three, and
- 26:41Speaker 4: even more than that registered this year.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Center you listened to that statement from him, well over
- 26:47Speaker 2: I mean ten to fifteen of these significant interest migrants
- 26:51Speaker 2: meaning they're on basically like hey.
- 26:52Speaker 1: We really really really really really really need to.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Watch them, and he's just telling you they didn't give
- 26:57Speaker 2: a crap cover it up. We know tarrists are coming across.
- 27:00Speaker 2: We know that's one of the consequence of having an
- 27:02Speaker 2: open border. We need to import millions of legal immigrants.
- 27:06Speaker 2: We think they're going to vote for US one day.
- 27:07Speaker 2: We're going to give a maynesty. We know some terrorists
- 27:09Speaker 2: are going to get across the border. We know fetnah's
- 27:12Speaker 2: going to fail across the border, dropping from ten dollurs
- 27:14Speaker 2: appill to twenty five cents. I mean, almost every child
- 27:17Speaker 2: I know has at least twenty five cents. That's scary
- 27:20Speaker 2: enough right there.
- 27:23Speaker 1: Sadly, with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and the congressional Democrats,
- 27:26Speaker 1: it's all politics all the time. That Border Patrol Sector
- 27:30Speaker 1: chief testified that had just San Diego they saw a
- 27:35Speaker 1: ten x increase in the number of suspected terrorists coming across.
- 27:41Speaker 1: How look, I get why the Biden White House didn't
- 27:44Speaker 1: want people to know it, But we now have this
- 27:47Speaker 1: testimony in the House of Representatives. How is it that
- 27:50Speaker 1: it's not on the front page of the Houston Chronicle tomorrow.
- 27:53Speaker 1: By the way, the thousands upon thousands of migrants, the
- 27:56Speaker 1: legal immigrants that the Biden administration flew from California to Texas.
- 28:00Speaker 1: How is not that not on the front page of
- 28:02Speaker 1: all the Texas papers. Well, it's not going to be
- 28:05Speaker 1: for the same reason that CNN won't cover it.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Question, Yeah, while you're going on this, because this is
- 28:10Speaker 2: a question that I want to know. If you are
- 28:12Speaker 2: directing a top level individual like this Border Patrol sector
- 28:18Speaker 2: chief to lie, how is that not against the law
- 28:23Speaker 2: when it's coming to real data that deals with homeland security.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Well, technically what he said he didn't say was directed
- 28:30Speaker 1: to lie. He said, just don't disclose it, just don't
- 28:33Speaker 1: tell the numbers. So I guess they would defend and
- 28:36Speaker 1: say he wasn't being told to affirmatively lie, just keep
- 28:39Speaker 1: it silent. It was just a cover up. But let's
- 28:41Speaker 1: be clear, it's a cover up of information the public
- 28:44Speaker 1: has a right to know. And the reason they're covering
- 28:47Speaker 1: it up is it's politically damaging because it is outrageous
- 28:51Speaker 1: that their policies are resulting in terrorists and potential terrorists
- 28:56Speaker 1: flooding into this country.
- 28:58Speaker 2: So when you look at the yes, what do we
- 29:01Speaker 2: do with it now? And is there anything that you
- 29:03Speaker 2: can do? When it comes to the Senate side, this
- 29:05Speaker 2: is obviously on the House side. Or is this just
- 29:08Speaker 2: as simple issue where Democrats say, guess what, We've got
- 29:11Speaker 2: the White House, We've got the Senate, there's nothing you
- 29:13Speaker 2: can do. Good luck on election day, Screw you the
- 29:16Speaker 2: American people, and everybody get your fetnel for twenty five
- 29:19Speaker 2: cents a pill.
- 29:21Speaker 1: Elections have consequences. Every voter should hear that testimony. They
- 29:25Speaker 1: should know that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are deliberately
- 29:29Speaker 1: doing this to the American people. That congressional Democrats in
- 29:32Speaker 1: the Senate and House, they are deliberately doing this to
- 29:35Speaker 1: the American people. That they're willing to look at it
- 29:37Speaker 1: the other way, at the people who are dying, at
- 29:39Speaker 1: the Americans who are being murdered, at the women and
- 29:42Speaker 1: children who are being raped, at the Americans dying of
- 29:46Speaker 1: drug overdoses. They're willing to look the other way for
- 29:49Speaker 1: political benefit, They're willing to look the other way at
- 29:52Speaker 1: I've said this many times, we have the highest risk
- 29:55Speaker 1: of a major terrorist attack today that we have had
- 29:57Speaker 1: at any time since Septemberber eleventh, two thousand and one.
- 30:01Speaker 1: And you and I are doing it right now by
- 30:03Speaker 1: simply putting this out on the podcast the people listening.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Share this with your friends, Share this with your neighbors,
- 30:09Speaker 1: make sure others hear about it. If the press is
- 30:11Speaker 1: not going to do its job, use your voice because
- 30:15Speaker 1: the only way to stop this. If Kamala Harris is
- 30:18Speaker 1: president in January, God help us, this will continue. More
- 30:22Speaker 1: terrorists will enter the country if Kamala Harris is president.
- 30:25Speaker 1: More murderers, more murderers, more rapists, more child molesters, more
- 30:30Speaker 1: Americans will die if Kamala Harris is president.
- 30:34Speaker 2: I want to tell you about something real quick that
- 30:36Speaker 2: literally is so important to me and it can save
- 30:39Speaker 2: your life. Increase crime and violence around our country. We
- 30:44Speaker 2: all know how bad it's gotten, and we need to
- 30:46Speaker 2: remember that personal safety and security for you and your
- 30:48Speaker 2: family is the most important thing in life. So what
- 30:51Speaker 2: if there was a way to effectively defend yourself and
- 30:55Speaker 2: de escalate a situation without the irreversible consequence a deadly force.
- 31:01Speaker 2: Do you really want to pull the trigger and deal
- 31:03Speaker 2: with the financial and mental repercussions is a question that
- 31:06Speaker 2: a lot of people ask. Well, you don't have to
- 31:09Speaker 2: compromise on your peace of mind. Enter the burner less
- 31:13Speaker 2: lethal pistol launcher. These are amazing. Not only do I
- 31:18Speaker 2: have one, but I've given them to literally all of
- 31:21Speaker 2: my close family members, my mom, my wife, my sister
- 31:25Speaker 2: in law, my mother in law. Especially, a burner less
- 31:29Speaker 2: lethal pistol launcher can save two lives, yours and the
- 31:34Speaker 2: person who is a threat. It is a great compliment
- 31:37Speaker 2: to owning firearms. If you or your family is in
- 31:40Speaker 2: a situation where you feel threatened, you need to start
- 31:43Speaker 2: with less lethal It is also legal in all fifty states.
- 31:48Speaker 2: No permits are needed or background checks are needed. I
- 31:51Speaker 2: own these myself and they are great for your family members.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Like I mentioned a moment ago, you can travel easily
- 31:59Speaker 2: with a Burner less lethal pistol launcher as well. Burner
- 32:03Speaker 2: is the answer, and it's designed for easy use by
- 32:06Speaker 2: all age groups eighteen or over. Maybe you have a

- 32:13Speaker 2: their apartment. This is the perfect way to do that.
- 32:18Speaker 2: The Burner launcher has powerful deterrence like tear gas and

- 33:02Speaker 2: want to move to another story, and it deals with
- 33:04Speaker 2: the Trump campaign and the Iranian hack of the Trump campaign.
- 33:10Speaker 2: We already knew that the Iranians had hacked the Trump
- 33:12Speaker 2: campaign and stole a variety of materials, but now the
- 33:15Speaker 2: FBI has announced that the Iranian hackers stole information from
- 33:18Speaker 2: the Trump campaign and send it to people with Joe
- 33:22Speaker 2: Biden's campaign. We also know that they also sent the
- 33:26Speaker 2: information to journalists, and the alibis of what people did
- 33:30Speaker 2: with this information are hysterical. This from CNN covering their
- 33:35Speaker 2: ABS's listen.
- 33:37Speaker 5: There's new information into CNN on foreign efforts to interfere
- 33:40Speaker 5: to try to interfere with the US election, Federal law
- 33:43Speaker 5: enforcement officials now say Iran hackers not only stole information
- 33:47Speaker 5: from Donald Trump's presidential campaign over the summer, but also
- 33:51Speaker 5: now adding that they sent it unsolicited to people associated
- 33:54Speaker 5: with the Biden campaign, law enforcement saying there's no indication
- 33:58Speaker 5: the Biden team ever did any thing with the information.
- 34:01Speaker 5: That detail, though, did not stop Donald Trump from leaning
- 34:04Speaker 5: on conspiracy without evidence.
- 34:08Speaker 2: It's amazing, right, Well, we didn't we didn't respond to Iran.
- 34:12Speaker 2: So we're good. We didn't share the information. Well, if
- 34:16Speaker 2: you read it, you know what it said, it's gonna
- 34:18Speaker 2: you're gonna be able to use it. This is such
- 34:21Speaker 2: an amazing word salad of like, hey, we'll say we
- 34:25Speaker 2: didn't respond. Well, anyone that gets us, I would assume
- 34:28Speaker 2: would know not to respond to Iran, and by the way,
- 34:31Speaker 2: they would know not to forward it to anybody else.
- 34:33Speaker 2: Doesn't mean that you didn't take the material and use
- 34:35Speaker 2: it to your advantage.
- 34:39Speaker 1: And look at how CNN ended that little segment where
- 34:42Speaker 1: they attacked Trump for they say, pointing to conspiracy without evidence. Now, no,
- 34:48Speaker 1: that's there's a technical word for that. That's called a lie.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Here's the evidence. This was released from the federal government.
- 34:54Speaker 1: As we know, the Iranians hacked Donald Trump. That's there's
- 34:57Speaker 1: evidence of that. That is a fact. There's hard evidence
- 35:00Speaker 1: of that we know the Iranians then took the stolen
- 35:03Speaker 1: materials and forwarded it to the Biden campaign. There's hard
- 35:06Speaker 1: evidence of that, and yet what does CNN say. It's
- 35:08Speaker 1: conspiracy without evidence. That is an utter lie. Let me
- 35:12Speaker 1: read from ABC quote. The FBI and other US intelligence
- 35:15Speaker 1: agencies released findings that the Iranian hackers have continued efforts
- 35:19Speaker 1: to influence the twenty twenty four presidential election, with stolen
- 35:22Speaker 1: information from former President Donald Trump's campaign being sent to
- 35:25Speaker 1: individuals associated with President Joe Biden's campaign before he left
- 35:29Speaker 1: the race. Quote. Iranian militious cyber actors in late June
- 35:34Speaker 1: and early July sent unsolicited emails to individuals then associated
- 35:39Speaker 1: with President Biden's campaign that contained an excerpt from stolen
- 35:45Speaker 1: non public material from former President Trump's campaign as text
- 35:49Speaker 1: in the emails. US Intelligence agency said in the statement
- 35:52Speaker 1: Wednesday quote, there is currently no information indicating those recipients replied,
- 36:00Speaker 1: So that's their attempt to defend the Biden administration. They
- 36:05Speaker 1: didn't reply. You know what they haven't said, did the
- 36:09Speaker 1: Biden administration? Did the Biden campaign read the emails? Did
- 36:13Speaker 1: they learn anything that was politically useful in the emails?
- 36:16Speaker 1: Did they call up their friends in the media and
- 36:18Speaker 1: leak the information that was in the emails to their
- 36:20Speaker 1: friends in the media. Did the media then publish the
- 36:23Speaker 1: information in the emails? To mind you, they didn't forward
- 36:25Speaker 1: it and they didn't reply, because they're not complete blithering idiots.
- 36:29Speaker 1: But did they read it? Did they use it? We
- 36:32Speaker 1: don't have an answer to that, and I'm not aware
- 36:34Speaker 1: of any reporters asking that question. They're just saying, well,
- 36:38Speaker 1: they didn't reply, so it's all good. Look Caroline Levitt,
- 36:42Speaker 1: who's the Trump campaign's press secretary, here's what she said, quote,
- 36:46Speaker 1: Kamalin Biden must come clean on whether they used the
- 36:51Speaker 1: hacked materials given to them by the Iranians to hurt
- 36:55Speaker 1: President Trump. What did they know and when did they know? It?
- 36:59Speaker 1: Is a very good question. Is there any journalist in
- 37:02Speaker 1: the country willing to ask it? If there is, I
- 37:06Speaker 1: haven't seen it, but this would be a good opportunity
- 37:08Speaker 1: for someone to actually pretend to be a real journalist.
- 37:13Speaker 2: I want to ask you one final question about this,
- 37:15Speaker 2: and that is, Look, when Trump was in office, there
- 37:18Speaker 2: there was maximum pressure put on Iran sanctions that made
- 37:23Speaker 2: Iran weak and poor, which meant they were not able
- 37:26Speaker 2: to sponsor near as much terrorist activity as they are now,
- 37:30Speaker 2: and under Harris, Iran is extremely rich, extremely strong, and
- 37:35Speaker 2: more in bolden than ever. That's why they're trying to
- 37:38Speaker 2: influence the outcome of this selection, because they want a
- 37:41Speaker 2: Kama Harris administration so they can do whatever the hell
- 37:43Speaker 2: they want to do in the Middle East and honestly
- 37:45Speaker 2: around the world. I mean, Biden and Harris's appease meant
- 37:48Speaker 2: campaign with them, and they're He has given them tens
- 37:51Speaker 2: of billions of dollars, and even the sanctions that we
- 37:54Speaker 2: have on them, apparently we're not enforcing them. And this
- 37:59Speaker 2: is the appeace towards Iran has happened, even among the
- 38:02Speaker 2: attacks have resulted in the deaths of u AS service members.
- 38:07Speaker 1: Look, of course, you know, as you know, I've said
- 38:09Speaker 1: many times about this election, the classic question in any
- 38:12Speaker 1: election is are you better off now than you were
- 38:14Speaker 1: four years ago? And I've said, tongue in cheek, unless
- 38:19Speaker 1: you're a Mexican drug lord. The answers no. By the way,
- 38:22Speaker 1: if you're a Mexican drug lord, Kamala Harris and Joe
- 38:24Speaker 1: Biden have given you billions of dollars and frankly you
- 38:28Speaker 1: ought to vote for Kamala Harris. She's been great. Well,
- 38:31Speaker 1: I now need to amend that and say, unless you're
- 38:34Speaker 1: a Mexican drug lord, or unless you're the Ayatola kameenee,
- 38:38Speaker 1: because actually, Kamala Harris has given even more money to
- 38:42Speaker 1: Iran's Ayatola than she's given to the Mexican drug lords.
- 38:45Speaker 1: The Mexican drug lords made roughly thirteen billion dollars from
- 38:49Speaker 1: human trafficking courtesy of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Congressional Democrats.
- 38:54Speaker 1: In the last four years, Joe Biden Kamala Harris have
- 38:57Speaker 1: flowed over one hundred billion dollars to the Iyatola and
- 39:03Speaker 1: to the Mullahs in Iran, even while Iran's the leading
- 39:06Speaker 1: state sponsor of terrorism, Even while Iran provides ninety percent
- 39:09Speaker 1: of the funding to Hamas and ninety percent of the
- 39:11Speaker 1: funding to Hesbela one hundred billion dollars. No wonder the
- 39:16Speaker 1: Iranian government is hacking Trump's campaign and giving it to
- 39:20Speaker 1: the Biden campaign. They're trying to give a campaign contribution.
- 39:23Speaker 1: And if someone gives you a hundred billion dollars, you
- 39:26Speaker 1: would be motivated to do a campaign contribution. But you
- 39:29Speaker 1: know what. The American people have a right to be
- 39:31Speaker 1: deeply upset about that.
- 39:33Speaker 2: Yeah, the media, the question they should ask is this,
- 39:35Speaker 2: what did Kamala know? It's an old question, and when
- 39:37Speaker 2: did she know it? Don't worry they won't ask her
- 39:40Speaker 2: that question.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Hey, fran Ben, not just what did Kamala know? What
- 39:44Speaker 1: did her campaign know? Who received the email? Who read it,
- 39:47Speaker 1: Who did they show it to? Who else read it?
- 39:49Speaker 1: Who did they give it to? Did they leak any
- 39:51Speaker 1: of the information, did they use any of the information?
- 39:53Speaker 1: Don't give Kamala a bailout of Oh no, no, we kept
- 39:57Speaker 1: her in the dark. She had plausible deniability. If her
- 40:00Speaker 1: apparatchicks she used it, she's responsible as well. So it's
- 40:04Speaker 1: not just her, it's or the members of her campaign
- 40:07Speaker 1: or the Biden campaign. Yeah.
